Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein, Larry Nassar And Their Unexplained Connection (8/29/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Recently we learned that Jeffrey Epstein sent a
• 0:08
Speaker 1: handwritten letter to another sick, disgusting, disturbed individual, Larry Nassar. Well,
• 0:15
Speaker 1: Larry Nassar, the degenerate responsible for molesting all of the gymnasts,
• 0:20
Speaker 1: he just got stabbed. in prison. Now he was stabbed
• 0:24
Speaker 1: by another inmate at Coleman Federal Prison down in Florida
• 0:28
Speaker 1: and he was stabbed multiple times and that attack has
• 0:31
Speaker 1: left him in stable condition and I'll tell you what
• 0:35
Speaker 1: he's lucky People begin to notice that when the alleged
• 0:38
Speaker 1: letter involving Jeffrey Epstein and Larry Nassar emerged, the reaction
• 0:42
Speaker 1: from the Department of Justice was immediate and unmistakable. There
• 0:46
Speaker 1: was no hedging, no drawn-out review process made public. Officials
• 0:50
Speaker 1: didn't say that they were looking into it or assessing authenticity.
• 0:55
Speaker 1: They basically flatly rejected it. They used language that left
• 0:58
Speaker 1: no daylight for doubt, and that decisiveness set a clear standard.
• 1:03
Speaker 1: And Larry Nassar is alive because whatever this implement is wasn't,
• 1:08
Speaker 1: you know, sharp enough or long enough or whatever to
• 1:10
Speaker 1: penetrate Morgan. So he's left with mainly superficial wounds, nothing
• 1:15
Speaker 1: that penetrates even up to, you know, really cause him
• 1:19
Speaker 1: serious internal harm. But the message has certainly been sent, right?
• 1:23
Speaker 1: And that message is, Larry Nassar, you're now on the clock.
• 1:29
Speaker 1: Today we have an article from the Independent Headline, a
• 1:32
Speaker 1: mysterious connection between Larry Nassar and Jeffrey Epstein. This article
• 1:36
Speaker 1: was authored by Rachel Sharp. For decades, they both sexually
• 1:39
Speaker 1: assaulted dozens of underage girls and young women. Handwriting analysis,
• 1:50
Speaker 1: document tracing, metadata evaluation, one of that suddenly became impossible.
• 1:54
Speaker 1: The same institutional machinery existed in both moments. The only
• 2:00
Speaker 1: real difference was the potential fallout. One letter implicated a
• 2:04
Speaker 1: disgraced doctor with no political power left to protect. The
• 2:07
Speaker 1: other touched a president and a still-explosive political landscape. And
• 2:12
Speaker 1: in my opinion, if the DOJ genuinely believed the birthday
• 2:15
Speaker 1: message was fabricated and could back that up, history suggests
• 2:19
Speaker 1: that they'd say so. They have shown their willingness to
• 2:22
Speaker 1: intervene publicly when they are confident. And I don't think
• 2:26
Speaker 1: silence here looks like restraint. I think it looks like hesitation.
• 2:30
Speaker 1: And hesitation in federal law enforcement usually signals uncertainty or risk.
• 2:36
Speaker 1: And neither of those inspires confidence in a denial that
• 2:40
Speaker 1: never really comes. Now, people will argue sometimes that the
• 2:43
Speaker 1: DOJ is wisely staying out of a media dispute. But
• 2:46
Speaker 1: that explanation falls apart under scrutiny and considering how the
• 2:55
Speaker 1: DOJ under this administration functions on a regular basis. If
• 2:59
Speaker 1: we were talking about a regular DOJ under normal circumstances,
• 3:04
Speaker 1: that's an argument. But they were under no obligation to
• 3:08
Speaker 1: comment on the Nassar-related letter either. They chose to do
• 3:11
Speaker 1: so anyway. And I think that choice tells us something
• 3:14
Speaker 1: very important. When the DOJ believes a claim is clearly
• 3:17
Speaker 1: false and potentially misleading, It's willing to step in, especially
• 3:22
Speaker 1: if they feel like it's going to protect the administration.
• 3:25
Speaker 1: And when it doesn't, it often stays quiet. And I
• 3:28
Speaker 1: think that we've learned that silence in these circumstances functions
• 3:32
Speaker 1: as kind of a negative space. It invites interpretation whether
• 3:36
Speaker 1: officials like it or not. If nobody's going to be
• 3:38
Speaker 1: held responsible for the systemic failures that you say were occurring,
• 3:42
Speaker 1: then why even bother? You would think that if all
• 3:45
Speaker 1: of these systemic issues were found, that heads would be rolling.
• 3:49
Speaker 1: But none of that occurred, right? So ask yourself, why not?
• 3:52
Speaker 1: Larry Nassar and Jeffrey Epstein's crimes and patterns of abuse
• 3:57
Speaker 1: are no doubt chillingly similar. But besides the suffering they
• 4:01
Speaker 1: cause to others, no connection was ever made Between the
• 4:04
Speaker 1: two offenders. And that's true. I never had any connection
• 4:08
Speaker 1: brought before me of these two dudes hanging out, breaking
• 4:12
Speaker 1: bread or anything like that. Besides finding out that Epstein
• 4:15
Speaker 1: wrote him a letter, and we still don't know the
• 4:17
Speaker 1: content of that letter. That is until last month, when
• 4:22
Speaker 1: it drove 4,000 pages of documents where a certainty likely
• 4:26
Speaker 1: does not exist. The alleged birthday message also exists in
• 4:32
Speaker 1: a different evidentiary environment. It sits at the intersection of politics, media,
• 4:37
Speaker 1: and the case history so riddled with institutional embarrassment that
• 4:41
Speaker 1: it's not even funny. federal prison in Florida, where he
• 4:44
Speaker 1: has been held since 2018. So look, could that be
• 4:46
Speaker 1: an impetus for this attack? that never received satisfying answers.
• 4:52
Speaker 1: Any statement touching that ecosystem carries consequences. And when you
• 4:57
Speaker 1: look at it through a legal lens, this silence matters enormously.
• 5:02
Speaker 1: Defamation claims, especially against major news outlets, rise or fall
• 5:06
Speaker 1: on falsity. If a document is provably fake, authoritative denial
• 5:11
Speaker 1: is devastating to the publisher's defense. The lack of such
• 5:14
Speaker 1: denial weakens that position. by another inmate at the United
• 5:18
Speaker 1: States Penitentiary, Coleman, in Florida over the weekend. A Bureau
• 5:23
Speaker 1: of Prisons spokesperson confirmed to the independent that life-saving efforts
• 5:27
Speaker 1: were carried out on the inmate who they refused to
• 5:30
Speaker 1: confirm as master before he was rushed to the hospital.
• 5:34
Speaker 1: The extent of his injuries is currently unclear, but sources
• 5:37
Speaker 1: said he is now in stable condition. If there were
• 5:41
Speaker 1: an easy path to disproving authenticity, it would likely have
• 5:46
Speaker 1: been taken already. For now, what led up to the
• 5:49
Speaker 1: attack is currently unclear. Now, of course, some are going
• 5:53
Speaker 1: to say that silence does not equal confirmation, and they're
• 5:56
Speaker 1: right in the narrowest sense. But serious analysis doesn't operate
• 5:58
Speaker 1: on courtroom absolutes. It operates on likelihoods. It asks what
• 6:01
Speaker 1: explanation best fits the available behavior. In this case, the
• 6:03
Speaker 1: explanation that fits best is uncertainty or worse, inconvenient truth.
• 6:06
Speaker 1: And neither aligns with a confident public denial. It's also
• 6:19
Speaker 1: impossible to ignore the DOJ's broader history with Epstein-related disclosure.
• 6:24
Speaker 1: Transparency has rarely been proactive. Information has tended to surface
• 6:29
Speaker 1: through litigation, reporting, and pressure rather than voluntary release. Statements
• 6:34
Speaker 1: have often come late, cautious, and incomplete, and that pattern
• 6:41
Speaker 1: has trained the public to read between the lines. Fair
• 6:43
Speaker 1: or not, the DOJ created that expectation. and his stupid report,
• 6:49
Speaker 1: they still couldn't even keep Larry Nassar safe. So what
• 6:52
Speaker 1: exactly did the LIG report accomplish in the four years
• 6:55
Speaker 1: that it was being put together? That is an important distinction,
• 6:59
Speaker 1: especially when we're talking about this DOJ that can't get
• 7:03
Speaker 1: out of its own way. And it's undeniable that the
• 7:06
Speaker 1: political dimensions cannot be ignored either. Any statement touching Donald
• 7:10
Speaker 1: Trump carries immediate and a massive consequence. The DOJ is
• 7:14
Speaker 1: acutely aware of how its words can be weaponized. So
• 7:18
Speaker 1: sometimes silence becomes a way to avoid becoming part of
• 7:22
Speaker 1: the story. But avoiding the story? does not make it disappear.
• 7:25
Speaker 1: It's only going to shift the scrutiny elsewhere. And as
• 7:28
Speaker 1: far as I'm concerned, speculation when grounded in observable facts
• 7:32
Speaker 1: is not reckless. It's how investigative reasoning works when information
• 7:38
Speaker 1: is incomplete. Prosecutors speculate when they assess probable cause, judges
• 7:43
Speaker 1: speculate when weighing intent, analysts speculate when connecting the dots.
• 7:48
Speaker 1: The key is acknowledging the limits of certainty while still
• 7:52
Speaker 1: drawing reasoned conclusions. That is what is happening here. And
• 7:56
Speaker 1: the reason speculation resonates is because Epstein's story has conditioned
• 8:00
Speaker 1: people to expect evasiveness. Time and time again, for some
• 8:04
Speaker 1: unknown reason, what should have happened did not. Deals were
• 8:07
Speaker 1: cut that made no sense. Investigations stalled. Accountability stopped short.
• 8:12
Speaker 1: Against that backdrop, silence feels familiar. It feels like part
• 8:18
Speaker 1: of the pattern, rather than an anomaly. And the idea
• 8:21
Speaker 1: that the truth will simply emerge cleanly through this lawsuit
• 8:24
Speaker 1: ignores decades of precedent. You're not screening what's coming out
• 8:29
Speaker 1: of this jail? Sure, John Wayne Gacy should just be
• 8:32
Speaker 1: able to write to Jeffrey Dahmer, and they should be
• 8:35
Speaker 1: able to be pen pals, right? I mean, are you
• 8:37
Speaker 1: kidding me right now? I am not sure if I
• 8:40
Speaker 1: should open it, or should we hand it over to anyone?
• 8:43
Speaker 1: is wishful thinking. And that DOJ's contrasting behavior is the
• 8:47
Speaker 1: strongest evidence available to the public. The quick rejection of
• 8:51
Speaker 1: one letter and the quiet surrounding another creates a narrative gap.
• 8:55
Speaker 1: And that gap invites inference whether officials approve or not.
• 9:00
Speaker 1: And in high-stakes cases, agencies live with that reality. So
• 9:04
Speaker 1: while none of this constitutes proof, In the strict legal sense,
• 9:08
Speaker 1: it does form a coherent picture. The DOJ knows how
• 9:11
Speaker 1: to deny claims that believe they're false. It's shown the capacity, finally,
• 9:16
Speaker 1: and its failure to do so here suggests uncertainty at
• 9:19
Speaker 1: a minimum. And in the Epstein saga, uncertainty almost always
• 9:23
Speaker 1: points towards uncomfortable truths. And look, like always with Epstein,
• 9:28
Speaker 1: the distance between what should have happened and what actually
• 9:31
Speaker 1: happened remains vast. Institutions move cautiously where clarity is needed
• 9:37
Speaker 1: and accountability advances in fragments instead of strides. And unfortunately,
• 9:42
Speaker 1: silence fills the space where actors belong. And that leads
• 9:45
Speaker 1: to the public, once again, trying to assemble meaning from
• 9:49
Speaker 1: the gaps. And that process of assembling meaning from gaps
• 9:53
Speaker 1: is not accidental. It's the predictable outcome of an institution
• 9:57
Speaker 1: that operates in secrecy, preyed on hundreds an already compromised
• 10:01
Speaker 1: case history. When authorities withhold clarity, they effectively outsource interpretation
• 10:07
Speaker 1: to the public. Analysts, journalists, and observers then do what
• 10:11
Speaker 1: institutions refuse to do. Compare timelines, examine patterns, and weigh
• 10:15
Speaker 1: behavior against precedent. This is not idle speculation, but a
• 10:20
Speaker 1: form of secondary accountability. It arises precisely because primary accountability
• 10:25
Speaker 1: has failed so often in Epstein-related matters. The DOJ's silence, therefore,
• 10:31
Speaker 1: does not exist in a vacuum. It sits atop years
• 10:35
Speaker 1: of preferred explanations and selective disclosures. In that environment, silence
• 10:41
Speaker 1: functions less as neutrality and more as implicit acknowledgement of
• 10:45
Speaker 1: unresolved facts. And what I find wild is that the
• 10:49
Speaker 1: DOJ understands all of this better than anyone. Federal prosecutors
• 10:54
Speaker 1: and institutional leaders are acutely aware of how their actions
• 10:58
Speaker 1: are interpreted, especially in a case that has become synonymous
• 11:02
Speaker 1: with mistrust. They know the public remembers the non-prosecution agreement
• 11:06
Speaker 1: On his release, he was ordered to register as a
• 11:10
Speaker 1: sex offender. Then in July 2019, he was arrested on
• 11:14
Speaker 1: a slew of sex trafficking charges in New York. On
• 11:17
Speaker 1: August 10, 2019, just one month after his arrest, on
• 11:19
Speaker 1: July 7, and not long after he sent the letter
• 11:21
Speaker 1: to Nassar, He was found dead in his cell. The
• 11:29
Speaker 1: medical examiner ruled death by suicide, but there have been
• 11:33
Speaker 1: long questions and conspiracies surrounding his final hours. Last month,
• 11:38
Speaker 1: the Justice Department's watchdog released a scathing report usually avoid
• 11:43
Speaker 1: definitive statements unless they're confident they can sustain them indefinitely.
• 11:48
Speaker 1: And that's why the speed and certainty of the Nassar
• 11:51
Speaker 1: letter denial tells us that Threshold was met in that case.
• 11:54
Speaker 1: The absence of a similar declaration here strongly suggests it
• 11:58
Speaker 1: was not met in this one. And I don't think
• 12:00
Speaker 1: that distinction is rhetorical. I think it's procedural. And procedural
• 12:02
Speaker 1: behavior is often the clearest window into institutional knowledge. Now,
• 12:12
Speaker 1: when this is taken together, these dynamics point toward a
• 12:15
Speaker 1: conclusion that may be uncomfortable, but is difficult to avoid.
• 12:20
Speaker 1: The DOJ silence does not prove authenticity in a way
• 12:24
Speaker 1: a forensic report would, but it materially increases its plausibility.
• 12:28
Speaker 1: In high-level investigative analysis, plausibility is not trivial. It shapes
• 12:34
Speaker 1: legal strategy, media coverage, and public understanding. The longer the
• 12:39
Speaker 1: silence persists, the more entrenched the plausibility becomes. And in
• 12:44
Speaker 1: the Epstein saga, time has repeatedly favored very truths rather
• 12:48
Speaker 1: than swift clarity. And until that pattern breaks, silence will
• 12:53
Speaker 1: continue to speak louder than the miles that never come.
• 12:57
Speaker 1: All of the information that goes with this episode can
• 13:01
Speaker 1: be found in the description box and the contents to
• 13:05
Speaker 1: that letter. Now, we don't know what the relationship is, right?
• 13:09
Speaker 1: But it's certainly a question that should be asked. And
• 13:12
Speaker 1: at this point, I wonder if we'll ever get any
• 13:15
Speaker 1: access to that letter as the public. You would think
• 13:18
Speaker 1: we should, but with the way transparency goes in this case,
• 13:22
Speaker 1: I highly doubt it. Either way, what was Jeffrey Epstein
• 13:26
Speaker 1: doing contacting Larry Nassar? All right, folks, that's going to
• 13:30
Speaker 1: do it for this one. All of the information that
• 13:32
Speaker 1: goes with the episode can be found in the description box.
• 13:36
Speaker 1: And welcome back to the program. Larry Nassar was a
• 13:40
Speaker 1: doctor and he worked with the gymnastics team of the
• 13:44
Speaker 1: United States. And he was also a prolific predator. Now,
• 13:50
Speaker 1: he's serving a very long time in prison right now, but...
• 13:54
Speaker 1: There are several parallels between what happened here and what
• 13:58
Speaker 1: happened with Epstein. And one of the most glaring similarities
• 14:06
Speaker 1: is that the FBI is being blamed for not doing enough,
• 14:12
Speaker 1: making errors, screwing around, and not protecting those it's supposed
• 14:17
Speaker 1: to protect. Sound familiar? Well, it should, because the same
• 14:22
Speaker 1: exact thing happened in the Jeffrey Epstein case. The FBI
• 14:26
Speaker 1: had plenty of time, plenty of chances to bring Epstein in.
• 14:31
Speaker 1: Did they do it? Nope, they didn't. Why not? Well,
• 14:36
Speaker 1: we know why they didn't bring in Whitey Bulger either, right? So, look,
• 14:40
Speaker 1: the FBI at some point is going to have to
• 14:43
Speaker 1: be held accountable for their shenanigans. How long can they
• 14:46
Speaker 1: play games like this and screw around when it comes
• 14:49
Speaker 1: to major sexual assault cases? Why? Because you don't want
• 14:52
Speaker 1: to ruffle any feathers? Got some powerful people who are
• 14:56
Speaker 1: sitting on the board at Michigan State or something? It's
• 14:59
Speaker 1: so ridiculous. This dude should have been arrested a long
• 15:03
Speaker 1: time ago. Molesting and raping our Olympic athletes? It's a travesty.
• 15:13
Speaker 1: It's an embarrassment. And I hope that these athletes who
• 15:18
Speaker 1: are going now after the FBI to hold the FBI accountable.
• 15:22
Speaker 1: That's what this article is about. I hope they sue
• 15:24
Speaker 1: them and I hope that they do win and that
• 15:27
Speaker 1: the federal government has to pay a pretty penny because
• 15:30
Speaker 1: at some point the FBI is going to have to
• 15:33
Speaker 1: be fixed, audited or revamped, whatever it is, because nobody
• 15:39
Speaker 1: has faith in them anymore. All right, so this article
• 15:44
Speaker 1: is from the AP. And the headline is 13 Nassar
• 15:50
Speaker 1: victims seeking $ 130 million from the FBI over bungled probe.
• 15:57
Speaker 1: The author of this article is Ed White. And this
• 16:00
Speaker 1: could set a serious precedent. Say that these athletes are
• 16:05
Speaker 1: successful with this lawsuit and they force the federal government
• 16:09
Speaker 1: and the FBI to come out of pocket. Well, don't
• 16:13
Speaker 1: you think that other people are paying attention? Especially the
• 16:17
Speaker 1: survivors from Epstein? They're going to want to do the
• 16:20
Speaker 1: same thing, and they should. I don't know why they
• 16:23
Speaker 1: haven't yet. Because what the FBI did, the way the
• 16:27
Speaker 1: FBI conducted themselves, I mean, come on. 13 sexual assault
• 16:33
Speaker 1: survivors of Larry Nassar are seeking $ 10 million each from
• 16:37
Speaker 1: the FBI today. claiming a bungled investigation by agents led
• 16:41
Speaker 1: to more abuse by the sports doctor, lawyers said Thursday. Wow.
• 16:48
Speaker 1: It's like you could just switch out the names, right?
• 16:51
Speaker 1: Pull out Larry Nassar and put in Jeffrey Epstein. It's
• 16:54
Speaker 1: the same thing. It's an effort to make the government
• 17:00
Speaker 1: responsible for assaults that occurred after July 15th. The Justice
• 17:05
Speaker 1: Department's inspector general concluded... that the FBI made fundamental errors
• 17:10
Speaker 1: when it became aware of allegations against Nassar that year.
• 17:14
Speaker 1: They made a lot of fundamental errors with Epstein too,
• 17:16
Speaker 1: didn't they? And it led to how many years of abuse?
• 17:21
Speaker 1: He was first reported in 95, folks. 95, 96. And
• 17:26
Speaker 1: he was able to go on and continue to abuse
• 17:28
Speaker 1: people for how long? When they could have stopped him.
• 17:32
Speaker 1: So nobody's responsible for that? There's never any sort of...
• 17:38
Speaker 1: Institutional accountability? Only you and I have to be accountable, right?
• 17:44
Speaker 1: If you or I say we lied to the FBI,
• 17:46
Speaker 1: forget it. They're going to try and put us in
• 17:47
Speaker 1: prison now for perjury. Or lying to an agent. But they, well,
• 17:52
Speaker 1: they can ignore serious sexual assault cases and act like
• 17:56
Speaker 1: it's no big deal. Nassar was a Michigan State University
• 18:03
Speaker 1: sports doctor as well as a doctor at USA Gymnastics.
• 18:07
Speaker 1: He is serving decades in prison for assaulting female athletes,
• 18:11
Speaker 1: including medal-winning Olympic gymnasts. It's an instant embarrassment. We can't
• 18:16
Speaker 1: even protect these girls and these women who are dedicating
• 18:21
Speaker 1: their lives to compete for the glory and honor of
• 18:24
Speaker 1: the country? You can't protect them. You're going to put
• 18:27
Speaker 1: them in the hands of some sick predator. Okay, sounds
• 18:29
Speaker 1: like a really good idea. I don't know how this
• 18:33
Speaker 1: dude wasn't throttled because his behavior was pretty brazen, and
• 18:42
Speaker 1: he was able to go on with it for years
• 18:44
Speaker 1: and years and years and years. And this is some
• 18:46
Speaker 1: high-profile shit right here, too. We usually see it when
• 18:50
Speaker 1: these dudes go after girls. It's against, you know, the
• 18:53
Speaker 1: most vulnerable in society. But these women, these girls, were
• 18:58
Speaker 1: high-level athletes. So it just goes to show you a
• 19:00
Speaker 1: predator is a predator. And when they think that they
• 19:04
Speaker 1: have you know, fertile ground to hunt on, if you will,
• 19:08
Speaker 1: they're going to exploit the situation. And again, that's why
• 19:12
Speaker 1: I say these people can't be fixed. There's no rehabilitation
• 19:15
Speaker 1: for people like Larry Nassar. This dude needs to be
• 19:19
Speaker 1: in prison for the rest of his life. Or you
• 19:22
Speaker 1: could have him join some kind of island fight. We
• 19:26
Speaker 1: could do that. Set up a bunch of cameras on
• 19:28
Speaker 1: an island and let all of these sick bastards have
• 19:30
Speaker 1: like a battle royale. And we can put it on pay-per-view.
• 19:35
Speaker 1: And then all the money from it we can give
• 19:37
Speaker 1: to organizations that help abused women, trafficked women, abused boys.
• 19:43
Speaker 1: I'm telling you, everybody would buy it. Who wouldn't buy it?
• 19:46
Speaker 1: A bunch of diddlers having a fight to the death?
• 19:50
Speaker 1: and then the winner like in the running man it's
• 19:52
Speaker 1: like oh yeah you're gonna get sent to some beautiful
• 19:56
Speaker 1: paradise but really whoever wins it doesn't matter because that
• 20:00
Speaker 1: person gets fed to the sharks or whatever I mean
• 20:03
Speaker 1: all kidding aside do we really think that we're going
• 20:07
Speaker 1: to rehabilitate people like this And I'm not one of
• 20:11
Speaker 1: these people that runs around, oh, give up hope on inmates. Oh, forget. No,
• 20:16
Speaker 1: that's not how I feel. As you all know, it's
• 20:18
Speaker 1: people like this, though, that I have no empathy for,
• 20:23
Speaker 1: no sympathy for. And I think that the harshest punish
• 20:26
Speaker 1: punishments right behind murder should be for these crimes. This
• 20:33
Speaker 1: was not a case involving fake $ 20 bills or tax cheats,
• 20:37
Speaker 1: attorney Jamie White said. These were allegations of a serial
• 20:41
Speaker 1: rapist who was known to the FBI as the Olympic U.S.
• 20:45
Speaker 1: doctor with unfettered access to young women. I mean, all
• 20:50
Speaker 1: the parallels are there. All you have to do is
• 20:52
Speaker 1: change the names around and it could be the Epstein
• 20:54
Speaker 1: case as well. What is the FBI up to? If
• 20:59
Speaker 1: they can't go after people like this or they're unwilling
• 21:01
Speaker 1: to go after people like this, What is it that
• 21:04
Speaker 1: they're really up to? Nassar, he added, continued a reign
• 21:09
Speaker 1: of terror for 17 unnecessary months. Yeah, well, Epstein had
• 21:15
Speaker 1: a reign of terror for about, oh, I don't know,
• 21:17
Speaker 1: three decades after he was reported. Indianapolis-based U.S. Gymnastics told
• 21:23
Speaker 1: local FBI agents in 2015 that three gymnasts said they
• 21:28
Speaker 1: were assaulted by Nassar. Now, how are... If you're the FBI,
• 21:33
Speaker 1: if you're the agent who gets that report, how do
• 21:36
Speaker 1: you just file it and then not go crazy following
• 21:41
Speaker 1: up on it? Like if I was to file that
• 21:43
Speaker 1: report and my boss was like, oh, yeah, we're not
• 21:46
Speaker 1: going to we're not going to look into that any further.
• 21:48
Speaker 1: I'd go over my boss's head. I'd go to the
• 21:50
Speaker 1: inspector general, whatever it is. But I wouldn't be able
• 21:52
Speaker 1: to sleep at night knowing that I'm sitting on this shit.
• 21:56
Speaker 1: So this is what I mean when I talk about
• 21:58
Speaker 1: a bureaucracy and how people like Acosta aren't making decisions
• 22:02
Speaker 1: on their own. This just shows you that. Because I
• 22:07
Speaker 1: find it hard to believe that these agents, the agents
• 22:11
Speaker 1: working the ground, wouldn't want to pursue this more. My
• 22:15
Speaker 1: guess is that it was killed by their bosses. But
• 22:20
Speaker 1: the FBI did not open a formal investigation or inform
• 22:24
Speaker 1: federal or state authorities in Michigan, according to the inspector
• 22:28
Speaker 1: general's report. What an absolute travesty and dereliction of duty.
• 22:38
Speaker 1: Los Angeles FBI agents in 2016 began a sexual tourism
• 22:42
Speaker 1: investigation against Nassar and interviewed several survivors but also didn't
• 22:48
Speaker 1: alert Michigan authorities, the inspector general said. No one should
• 22:52
Speaker 1: have been assaulted after the summer of 2015 because the
• 22:57
Speaker 1: FBI should have done its job, said Grace French, founder
• 23:00
Speaker 1: of a group called the Army of Survivors. To know
• 23:04
Speaker 1: that the FBI could have helped to avoid this trauma
• 23:07
Speaker 1: disgusts me. I'm with you there, sister. Me too. And
• 23:12
Speaker 1: you see it over and over and over again. How
• 23:16
Speaker 1: hard is it to go after the most disgusting people
• 23:19
Speaker 1: in society? Because that's what these people are, right? These
• 23:23
Speaker 1: are the most gross, disgusting people in society. If you
• 23:26
Speaker 1: prey on children, you prey on women, you prey on
• 23:29
Speaker 1: little girls, little boys, old people. Fuck you. That's how
• 23:33
Speaker 1: I feel. White is not suing the FBI yet. Under
• 23:37
Speaker 1: federal law, tort claims must be filed with a government agency,
• 23:41
Speaker 1: which then has six months to reply. A lawsuit could
• 23:44
Speaker 1: follow depending on the FBI's response. I mean, how are
• 23:49
Speaker 1: they going to respond? Oh, I'm sorry. Yeah, we messed up.
• 23:52
Speaker 1: We shit the bed. What else can they do? They
• 23:54
Speaker 1: can't go back in time and fix it. And the
• 23:57
Speaker 1: sad part is, it's not like they're learning from these mistakes.
• 24:00
Speaker 1: If they were... I'd be much more inclined to give
• 24:03
Speaker 1: them some leeway. Hey, look, we fucked up. We're owning this.
• 24:06
Speaker 1: It's not going to happen again. But how many of
• 24:08
Speaker 1: these large cases do we have to look at and
• 24:10
Speaker 1: see it happening again? The FBI declined to comment on Thursday,
• 24:17
Speaker 1: but referred to Director Christopher Wray's remarks to Congress about
• 24:21
Speaker 1: how the matter was poorly handled. I'm sorry that so
• 24:24
Speaker 1: many different people let you down over and over again,
• 24:27
Speaker 1: Ray told survivors at a Senate hearing last year. And
• 24:31
Speaker 1: I'm especially sorry that there were people at the FBI
• 24:34
Speaker 1: who had their own chance to stop this monster back
• 24:38
Speaker 1: in 2015 and failed. And that's inexcusable. It never should
• 24:42
Speaker 1: have happened. So what was James Comey doing? Remember the
• 24:46
Speaker 1: FBI was gearing themselves up to get involved in all
• 24:49
Speaker 1: kinds of nonsense? When they should have been focusing on
• 24:52
Speaker 1: people like Epstein and Larry Nassar. And worrying about what
• 24:55
Speaker 1: their real job is. Keeping people safe. White said more
• 25:01
Speaker 1: than 100 women were assaulted after July 2015. And he
• 25:06
Speaker 1: expects other lawyers will file claims against the FBI. Nassar
• 25:10
Speaker 1: wasn't arrested until November 2016. During an investigation by Michigan
• 25:15
Speaker 1: State University Police. So you guys got one upped. by basically,
• 25:22
Speaker 1: you know, the local community college police. The FBI got
• 25:28
Speaker 1: one-upped by them. Imagine that. The Michigan State Police Department,
• 25:32
Speaker 1: the Michigan State University Police Department cares more about these
• 25:36
Speaker 1: girls than the FBI. The Michigan Attorney General's Office ultimately
• 25:42
Speaker 1: handled the assault charges against Nassar while federal prosecutors in
• 25:46
Speaker 1: Grand Rapids, Michigan filed a child pornography case. White noted
• 25:51
Speaker 1: the 2018 massacre at Florida's Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
• 25:57
Speaker 1: The FBI received a tip about five weeks before 17
• 26:01
Speaker 1: people were killed at the school, but the tip was
• 26:03
Speaker 1: never forwarded to the FBI's South Florida office. The government
• 26:08
Speaker 1: agreed to pay $ 127. 5 million to the families of those
• 26:14
Speaker 1: killed or injured. And you wonder why I get up
• 26:17
Speaker 1: here and rail about the FBI. And the CIA. What
• 26:23
Speaker 1: they have become and what they do is just unacceptable.
• 26:27
Speaker 1: And there's no accountability. That's the biggest thing for me.
• 26:31
Speaker 1: Who are they accountable to? Congress? Have you seen the
• 26:34
Speaker 1: shit show going on today? Come on, guys. They're not
• 26:38
Speaker 1: accountable to anyone. These people in Congress and the Senate,
• 26:41
Speaker 1: they're lucky they can tie their own shoes or pair
• 26:43
Speaker 1: their socks in the morning. And we're relying on them
• 26:46
Speaker 1: to help us and change our lives? They can't even hold...
• 26:50
Speaker 1: The FBI, who is under their control, basically, to account.
• 26:55
Speaker 1: But they're going to fix everybody's life, huh? It's an
• 26:58
Speaker 1: absolute joke. Michigan State University, which was also accused of
• 27:04
Speaker 1: missing chances over many years to stop Nassar, agreed to
• 27:08
Speaker 1: pay $ 500 million to more than 300 women and girls
• 27:12
Speaker 1: who were assaulted. USA Gymnastics and the U.S. Olympic and
• 27:16
Speaker 1: Paralympic Committee made a $ 380 million settlement. Now remember, Epstein's girls,
• 27:24
Speaker 1: the survivors over in the Epstein case, only $ 125 million
• 27:28
Speaker 1: was paid out to them. So at least these girls
• 27:32
Speaker 1: were compensated with a big fat chunk of change and
• 27:35
Speaker 1: they deserve every last dollar of it. You dedicate your
• 27:40
Speaker 1: whole life to representing your country and then have your
• 27:43
Speaker 1: country in turn let you down the way this country
• 27:47
Speaker 1: let them down? Yep, back up the Brinks truck, like
• 27:50
Speaker 1: I say, and pay these girls out whatever they want.
• 27:53
Speaker 1: And the FBI, I hope that they have to pay
• 27:56
Speaker 1: out through the nose too. And then afterwards, all of
• 27:59
Speaker 1: the people who were involved, they should lose their pensions
• 28:02
Speaker 1: and they should lose their jobs. But that never happens
• 28:05
Speaker 1: when we're talking about these bureaucracies, these over bloated bureaucracies.
• 28:10
Speaker 1: Accountability is only for me and you. All right, folks,
• 28:16
Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this episode. If you'd
• 28:18
Speaker 1: like to contact me, you can do that at BobbyCapucci
• 28:21
  Speaker 1: at ProtonMail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at ProtonMail.com. You can also find
• 28:31
Speaker 1: me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that
• 28:37
Speaker 1: we discussed can be found in the description box. What's
• 28:42
Speaker 1: up everyone and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles.
• 28:46
Speaker 1: Over the past 24 hours or so, there has been
• 28:49
Speaker 1: a lot of talk about Jeffrey Epstein and an alleged
• 28:52
Speaker 1: postcard that was sent to Larry Nassar. And for those
• 28:56
Speaker 1: of you who might not know, Larry Nassar was one
• 28:59
Speaker 1: of the physicians for Michigan State University and the U.S.
• 29:03
Speaker 1: Olympic team, and he was found guilty on a whole
• 29:06
Speaker 1: host of charges that have to do with sexual assault.
• 29:09
Speaker 1: And he is currently serving a life sentence for his crimes. Well,
• 29:14
Speaker 1: we found out in 2023 that there was this postcard sent. Now,
• 29:19
Speaker 1: of course, we don't know one way or the other
• 29:20
Speaker 1: at that time, if it's real or if it's not,
• 29:23
Speaker 1: because they weren't giving us very much information. And the
• 29:26
Speaker 1: same holds true now. However, the DOJ is saying that
• 29:29
Speaker 1: the letter that was signed by Jay Epstein and referencing
• 29:33
Speaker 1: Donald Trump is fake. And while I'm not willing to
• 29:36
Speaker 1: go that far just yet, I say there is a
• 29:39
Speaker 1: high likelihood. that that's the case. The only thing that
• 29:42
Speaker 1: gives me pause is some of the language that's used
• 29:46
Speaker 1: in this postcard. Now, for sure, we know that Ghislaine
• 29:49
Speaker 1: Maxwell used to call girls nubiles. Maria Farmer told us that.
• 29:55
Speaker 1: So when we see that kind of language on the postcard...
• 29:58
Speaker 1: It makes me think that maybe, just maybe, Epstein sent it.
• 30:02
Speaker 1: But then, of course, there's a lot of other things
• 30:04
Speaker 1: that come into play as far as why would he
• 30:07
Speaker 1: do that? What's the point? What was he hoping to accomplish?
• 30:10
Speaker 1: Especially considering we've never heard of any ties between Jeffrey
• 30:14
Speaker 1: Epstein and Larry Nassar. So, chances are, this is fake.
• 30:20
Speaker 1: But I think that the DOJ should bring in a
• 30:22
Speaker 1: handwriting analyst and they should compare the handwriting and do
• 30:26
Speaker 1: everything in a transparent manner. Because at this point, nobody's
• 30:29
Speaker 1: going to believe, trust us, bro, it's fake, especially people
• 30:33
Speaker 1: that are looking for a scalp. And this administration needs
• 30:36
Speaker 1: to understand they don't have any goodwill from the public
• 30:39
Speaker 1: when it comes to this topic, especially. So they have
• 30:42
Speaker 1: to be above board and they continue to refuse to
• 30:45
Speaker 1: do it. And in my opinion, this would be the
• 30:47
Speaker 1: perfect opportunity for the DOJ to step up and say, look,
• 30:51
Speaker 1: we're having handwriting analysts take a look at this. We're
• 30:53
Speaker 1: going to reevaluate it. And then we'll give you all
• 30:56
Speaker 1: a transparent, Breakdown of what we find. But instead we
• 31:00
Speaker 1: get dicked around again, right? After about 20 minutes, the
• 31:03
Speaker 1: DOJ comes out and says, oh yeah, you know, we
• 31:05
Speaker 1: checked it. It's fake. Okay, great. Can we see your work, please?
• 31:10
Speaker 1: Today's article was published by CNN. Headline, DOJ says letter
• 31:15
Speaker 1: signed by Jay Epstein and referencing our president is fake.
• 31:20
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Kara Fox and Tierney Sneed. Yo,
• 31:25
Speaker 1: that's a great name. Tierney Sneed. Sounds like a bad
• 31:28
Speaker 1: guy in every single movie that ever came out in
• 31:30
Speaker 1: the 80s. The Justice Department now says a handwritten letter
• 31:35
Speaker 1: it released Tuesday that was signed by Jay Epstein and
• 31:38
Speaker 1: addressed a convicted sex offender, Larry Nassar, is fake, asserting
• 31:42
Speaker 1: that the handwriting did not appear to match that of
• 31:45
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. Okay, cool. Let's see the work. I'm more
• 31:49
Speaker 1: than willing to believe evidence at this point. I'm not
• 31:52
Speaker 1: believing trust us. I'm not believing, well, we told you so.
• 31:55
Speaker 1: I'm not believing any of that. That ship sailed a
• 31:58
Speaker 1: long-ass time ago. The department had said earlier Tuesday that
• 32:02
Speaker 1: it was assessing the validity of the letter, which appeared
• 32:05
Speaker 1: to make crude references to President Donald Trump because other
• 32:09
Speaker 1: details called into question whether it had actually been written
• 32:13
Speaker 1: and sent by Epstein. Well, it's fake, right? Who faked it?
• 32:18
Speaker 1: And is there an investigation that's been launched to find
• 32:20
Speaker 1: out who faked this postcard? There should be. And remember
• 32:24
Speaker 1: the birthday book message? Remember all the hubbub about Donald Trump,
• 32:28
Speaker 1: how it was fake, this, that, the other thing? Has
• 32:31
Speaker 1: anything come of that? Have they brought in a specialist
• 32:35
Speaker 1: to take a look at it? And furthermore, have they
• 32:37
Speaker 1: opened an investigation into who fraudulently made it if it
• 32:40
Speaker 1: was a forgery? Oh, that's right. They haven't done any
• 32:43
Speaker 1: of that because they know it's real. Now, I'm not
• 32:46
Speaker 1: saying the same thing here because I don't know. But
• 32:49
Speaker 1: we've known about this postcard since 2023 when the AP
• 32:53
Speaker 1: reported it. And at the time, I thought it was
• 32:55
Speaker 1: very weird that Jeffrey Epstein would be sending a postcard
• 32:59
Speaker 1: to Larry Nassar. But we never got any kind of context.
• 33:03
Speaker 1: So I just packed it away and kept moving. Now
• 33:06
Speaker 1: that it's popped up again, it certainly deserves further evaluation.
• 33:11
Speaker 1: This fake letter serves as a reminder that just because
• 33:14
Speaker 1: the document is released by the Department of Justice... does
• 33:17
Speaker 1: not make the allegations or claims within the document factual.
• 33:21
Speaker 1: The Justice Department said in a post on X hours
• 33:24
Speaker 1: after the letter was released, among a tranche of other
• 33:27
Speaker 1: Epstein-related documents. Have you ever seen a more incompetent DOJ?
• 33:32
Speaker 1: And I don't say that lightly. For those of you
• 33:35
Speaker 1: who have been listening, you know I'm not a fan
• 33:37
Speaker 1: of the DOJ in general. This isn't seasonal for me.
• 33:40
Speaker 1: I'm not some tourist. I'm not somebody that shows up
• 33:42
Speaker 1: because the other side got elected. We have a problem, folks.
• 33:47
Speaker 1: And that problem is much bigger than any administration. That
• 33:51
Speaker 1: shit is systemic. And until we address that, this shit's
• 33:54
Speaker 1: going to keep happening time and time again. So the
• 33:57
Speaker 1: Justice Department can play their games. They can talk about
• 34:00
Speaker 1: this letter serves as a reminder. But the truth is,
• 34:03
Speaker 1: you guys don't have any credibility. Why should anybody trust
• 34:06
Speaker 1: you to tell us the truth? And why should anybody
• 34:08
Speaker 1: believe you? Especially considering everything we've been through throughout this
• 34:12
Speaker 1: whole thing. Has there ever been a bigger shitshow than
• 34:17
Speaker 1: what we're seeing right now? We went from having truckloads
• 34:20
Speaker 1: of evidence to having no evidence, no investigations, to once
• 34:23
Speaker 1: again having investigations, but only against Donald Trump's enemies. But
• 34:27
Speaker 1: anything that relates to Trump that comes out of these documents, well,
• 34:30
  Speaker 1: that's fake. It's all a hoax. That was implanted. It's
• 34:33
Speaker 1: a poison pill. Give me a break already. Do you
• 34:37
Speaker 1: people even hear yourselves? And this is what I'm talking
• 34:40
Speaker 1: about with precision and why it's important to be accurate.
• 34:43
Speaker 1: Because they want us to fuck up. They want to
• 34:45
Speaker 1: be able to frame all of this as a big
• 34:47
Speaker 1: ass hoax against Donald Trump and whoever. But the truth is,
• 34:52
Speaker 1: it's not. And the more he tries to frame it
• 34:54
Speaker 1: as such, the administration is going to find themselves in
• 34:57
Speaker 1: a deeper and deeper hole. Because as the facts come out,
• 35:00
Speaker 1: it's going to be bad for the administration. And I've
• 35:04
Speaker 1: already been through about, oh, I don't know, 100 emails
• 35:07
Speaker 1: that mentioned co-conspirators, which is odd, right? because we were
• 35:11
Speaker 1: told by Pam Bondi and Kash Patel and Dan Bongino
• 35:14
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein was a lone actor, which is absolute bullshit,
• 35:17
Speaker 1: and honestly, I didn't need court documents to tell me that.
• 35:21
Speaker 1: If you want to talk about co-conspirators, I can give
• 35:24
Speaker 1: you them right off the top of my head. Now,
• 35:26
Speaker 1: it's not going to be the salacious names everybody wants
• 35:28
Speaker 1: to hear, but here we go. Leslie Groff Adriana Ross
• 35:33
Speaker 1: Nadia Marcinkova Sarah Kellen Vickers Darren Indyke Richard Kahn, and
• 35:41
Speaker 1: Jean-Luc Brunel. There are your co-conspirators right there. If you're
• 35:45
Speaker 1: looking for a RICO conspiracy, there it is. Now from there,
• 35:48
Speaker 1: we can build out on all the other people that
• 35:50
Speaker 1: were involved. But if you want to talk about the movement,
• 35:53
Speaker 1: you want to talk about how the operation ran day
• 35:55
Speaker 1: to day, that's where you need to look. So anybody
• 35:59
Speaker 1: telling you there's no co-conspirators here, they're lying to you.
• 36:03
Speaker 1: And you need to ask yourself, why are they lying
• 36:06
Speaker 1: to me? And what do they hope to gain? Well,
• 36:09
Speaker 1: They hope to gain you losing interest. Oh, this is
• 36:12
Speaker 1: just a big hoax. They're just going after Donald Trump again.
• 36:16
Speaker 1: But this is so much deeper than that. And the
• 36:19
Speaker 1: fact is, the cover-up is starting to outrun the Epstein operation.
• 36:24
Speaker 1: As far as legal jeopardy, these guys are in serious
• 36:27
Speaker 1: jeopardy here, folks. We're not talking about a request. We're
• 36:31
Speaker 1: talking about a congressional law. And they're flaunting it. And
• 36:34
Speaker 1: they're spitting directly in the face of the American people.
• 36:37
Speaker 1: And if you think that's going to last forever, you
• 36:39
Speaker 1: have another thing coming. The letter does not explicitly name Trump,
• 36:44
Speaker 1: but instead refers to our president. The message appears to
• 36:48
Speaker 1: have been sent in August 2019, the same month Epstein
• 36:51
Speaker 1: died by suicide, allegedly. Trump was president at the time.
• 36:56
Speaker 1: The statement debunking the letter from the Justice Department noted
• 36:59
Speaker 1: that it was postmarked not in New York, where Epstein
• 37:02
Speaker 1: was imprisoned, but in Virginia, and the return address was
• 37:06
Speaker 1: for a jail different than the one holding Epstein. The
• 37:09
Speaker 1: envelope was processed three days after Epstein's suicide. So look,
• 37:13
Speaker 1: like I said from the beginning, probably fake. But I
• 37:16
Speaker 1: don't trust the government's word for it at this point.
• 37:19
Speaker 1: We need to see the evidence, see the proof, see
• 37:21
Speaker 1: the work done that showed you that this was a fraud.
• 37:27
Speaker 1: Authorities have not accused Trump of any wrongdoing or charged
• 37:30
Speaker 1: him with crimes in connection with Epstein. Well, yeah, of
• 37:34
Speaker 1: course not. There's nothing to charge. Not yet. And like
• 37:39
Speaker 1: I've said from the beginning, if you're waiting for that
• 37:41
Speaker 1: bombshell in these files, you're crazy. The real crime that's
• 37:45
Speaker 1: happening is the cover up that's happening in real time.
• 37:48
Speaker 1: And if anything's going to sink this administration, it's going
• 37:51
Speaker 1: to be this cover up. Dear LN, the letter reads,
• 37:56
Speaker 1: as you know by now, I have taken the short
• 37:58
Speaker 1: route home. Good luck. We shared one thing, our love
• 38:02
Speaker 1: and caring for young ladies and the hope they'd reach
• 38:05
Speaker 1: their full potential. Our president also shares our love for
• 38:08
Speaker 1: young nubile girls. The letter makes another lewd reference to
• 38:12
Speaker 1: Trump's treatment of women. So nubile girls is the one
• 38:16
Speaker 1: thing that gets me. The one piece of evidence here
• 38:19
Speaker 1: that makes me believe that it could be real is
• 38:22
Speaker 1: that kind of language. That was the kind of language
• 38:25
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell used, make no mistake.
• 38:28
Speaker 1: So if it wasn't sent by Epstein, was it sent
• 38:30
Speaker 1: by somebody that they knew? Possible. Again, I have no idea.
• 38:35
Speaker 1: And honestly, I'm not even willing to speculate at this
• 38:38
Speaker 1: point because there's not enough information. Life is unfair, the
• 38:42
Speaker 1: letter reads. Yeah, no shit it is. In a separate
• 38:45
Speaker 1: statement the department released earlier Tuesday, not aimed at any
• 38:49
Speaker 1: specific record, in the most recent release, the department said
• 38:52
Speaker 1: that Some of the documents released contain untrue and sensationalist
• 38:56
Speaker 1: claims against the president. Only against the president, huh? We
• 39:01
Speaker 1: have to make sure at all costs that Donald Trump's protected.
• 39:05
Speaker 1: Somebody needs to tell the DOJ that no matter how
• 39:08
Speaker 1: much they polish this turd, it's still going to be
• 39:10
Speaker 1: a turd. And they're doing themselves a great disservice. And
• 39:14
Speaker 1: I have a funny feeling that Pam Bondi might find
• 39:16
Speaker 1: herself disbarred when she leaves office because her behavior is
• 39:21
Speaker 1: absolutely unacceptable. To be clear, the claims are unfounded and false,
• 39:27
Speaker 1: and if they had a shred of credibility, they certainly
• 39:29
Speaker 1: would have been. been weaponized against President Trump already. That's
• 39:32
Speaker 1: their excuse? That's what they keep relying on? Let me
• 39:35
Speaker 1: help them out. The problem is, there was never a
• 39:38
Speaker 1: real investigation in the first place, okay? That's the problem.
• 39:42
Speaker 1: That's the only reason why any of these critics, or
• 39:44
Speaker 1: big mouths, have any kind of tenable ground to stand on,
• 39:47
Speaker 1: and it was all by design. You mean to tell
• 39:50
Speaker 1: me that these people should have been charged in a
• 39:52
Speaker 1: narrow manner the way they were? There is no parallel.
• 39:55
Speaker 1: There's no comparison. All of these people should have been
• 39:58
Speaker 1: hit with RICO. And this conversation would have been completely
• 40:01
Speaker 1: different today. But if you think that the Justice Department
• 40:04
Speaker 1: was going to hit their asset with a RICO charge,
• 40:06
Speaker 1: you're out of your mind. CNN has reached out to
• 40:11
Speaker 1: the White House for comment on the letter. While the
• 40:13
Speaker 1: letter is addressed to an LN, a photo of the
• 40:16
Speaker 1: envelope postmarked, On August 13th, 2019, an address to the
• 40:21
Speaker 1: former Olympic doctor and sex offender was released by the DOJ.
• 40:25
Speaker 1: The envelope says it was sent from Metropolitan Correctional Center
• 40:29
Speaker 1: in New York City to Nassar, who was listed as
• 40:31
Speaker 1: an inmate at federal prison in Arizona. Well, why doesn't
• 40:35
Speaker 1: Larry Nassar get moved? You know, like Elaine Maxwell did?
• 40:38
Speaker 1: Since we're in the business of moving sex offenders now.
• 40:42
Speaker 1: Isn't that the new policy? Could this administration be any
• 40:45
Speaker 1: more of a joke? The letter was postmarked three days
• 40:51
Speaker 1: after Epstein died. Prison staff were authorized to read and
• 40:54
Speaker 1: inspect outgoing mail, which can cause delays. Based on prison
• 40:59
Speaker 1: documents released from the Freedom of Information Act, requests CNN
• 41:02
Speaker 1: previously reported that while he was jailed, Epstein appeared to
• 41:06
Speaker 1: send a letter to Nassar, although the contents of the
• 41:08
Speaker 1: letter were not disclosed. Truth. We talked about the letter,
• 41:13
Speaker 1: but we had no context. We didn't know what it said.
• 41:16
Speaker 1: It was discovered by prison officials investigating Epstein's suicide, allegedly
• 41:21
Speaker 1: weeks after his death. It's not known if Nassar and
• 41:24
Speaker 1: Epstein had a relationship. I've never seen one single bit
• 41:28
Speaker 1: of that documented. In everything we've been through, everybody we've
• 41:31
Speaker 1: talked to, not one bit of a relationship between Nassar
• 41:34
Speaker 1: and Epstein. Besides the fact that they're fucking fellow travelers
• 41:38
Speaker 1: on the road of disgust. The FBI in 2020 requested
• 41:42
Speaker 1: from its laboratory a handwriting analysis be done to compare
• 41:45
Speaker 1: the letter to other writings from Epstein, according to another
• 41:48
Speaker 1: document posted on Tuesday from the DOJ. While the latest
• 41:52
Speaker 1: DOJ statement said the FBI had confirmed the letter was fake,
• 41:56
Speaker 1: it did not specifically say that conclusion was based on
• 41:59
Speaker 1: the 2020 handwriting analysis. Why not just tell us, give
• 42:03
Speaker 1: us all the evidence, produce the test, the analysis test,
• 42:07
Speaker 1: and be done with it? But no, they have to
• 42:09
Speaker 1: continue to control the narrative. They have to manage the fallout.
• 42:13
Speaker 1: Why do you think they're doing that? Spoiler alert. It's
• 42:16
Speaker 1: not because it benefits you. Nassar, the longtime doctor for
• 42:20
Speaker 1: the USA Gymnastic Team and Michigan State University, is serving
• 42:24
Speaker 1: a 60-year sentence in federal prison. More than 150 women
• 42:27
Speaker 1: and girls publicly told a court that he sexually abused them.
• 42:32
Speaker 1: The envelope addressed to Nassar, at 9300 South Wilmot Road, Tucson, Arizona,
• 42:38
Speaker 1: a federal Bureau of Prisons facility, was marked as returned
• 42:41
Speaker 1: to sender, as the addressee was no longer at this address.
• 42:45
Speaker 1: All right, so that's what's going on with the Larry
• 42:47
Speaker 1: Nassar situation and the postcard that was allegedly sent by
• 42:52
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, which has now been debunked by the Department
• 42:55
Speaker 1: of Justice. One thing I want you guys to keep
• 42:57
Speaker 1: in mind, though, is that this is one of those
• 42:59
Speaker 1: side quests I've been talking about. You don't want to
• 43:02
Speaker 1: jump too deep down this hole, not because it's not interesting,
• 43:05
Speaker 1: but because there's not enough meat on the bone. So
• 43:08
Speaker 1: what you're going to be left with is speculation and
• 43:10
Speaker 1: a bunch of nonsense and a bunch of word salad.
• 43:13
Speaker 1: So it's important to take a look at what's going on, obviously,
• 43:16
Speaker 1: and to take a look at the evidence that's been presented.
• 43:20
Speaker 1: But I wouldn't get too wrapped up thinking you got
• 43:22
Speaker 1: Trump in a gotcha moment, because I promise you that's
• 43:24
Speaker 1: what the administration and the DOJ is hoping. They want
• 43:28
Speaker 1: to turn this all around. They want to turn Trump
• 43:30
Speaker 1: into the victim. That's what they're looking to do. The
• 43:33
Speaker 1: question is, are you going to give them what they want?
• 43:38
Speaker 1: All of the information that goes with this episode can
• 43:40
Speaker 1: be found in the description box.
