- 0:00Speaker 1: This is Kiss Breakfast.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Sydney's number one hit music station, Kiss 106.5.
- 0:05Speaker 3: Mikey, Amy Gerard showers today.
- 0:08Speaker 1: Later.
- 0:08Speaker 3: It's going to be harder. Later.
- 0:11Speaker 1: I know, but why showers at all?
- 0:13Speaker 3: I don't know. Yeah. Why rain ever? But trust me,
- 0:17Speaker 3: it won't come until later on.
- 0:18Speaker 2: You've still got a nice warm day, 29 in our west,
- 0:21Speaker 2: 25 in the city.
- 0:22Speaker 3: It is going to rain tomorrow.
- 0:24Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 0:24Speaker 2: But it'll be finding up on Sunday. Amy's got to
- 0:29Speaker 2: hit a celeb news.
- 0:30Speaker 4: Yeah, so we've been speaking about Anne Hathaway a lot
- 0:33Speaker 4: this week.
- 0:34Speaker 1: She's out there doing the most. Heavily pregnant.
- 0:37Speaker 4: She's had five major movies this year. Verity came out
- 0:40Speaker 4: just recently. She starred in The Odyssey, The Devil Wears
- 0:42Speaker 4: Prada 2, etc. As well as being pregnant with her
- 0:45Speaker 4: third child.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Like, this woman is a machine.
- 0:49Speaker 4: I basically was trying to survive when I was pregnant
- 0:54Speaker 4: with my third, and I'd make a little road trip
- 0:56Speaker 4: to drive through Macca's drive-thru or Porto's.
- 0:59Speaker 1: That was about it.
- 1:00Speaker 4: But Anne was on the Tonight Show.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Tonight Show, not today.
- 1:04Speaker 3: The Tonight Show.
- 1:06Speaker 4: The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and she spoke about
- 1:08Speaker 4: her number one pregnancy symptom.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Have a listen.
- 1:12Speaker 5: This time my main symptom was, well, acne. But I
- 1:19Speaker 5: had like the craziest sense of smell. No, and so,
- 1:22Speaker 5: you know, on a press tour, it's amazing. It's like
- 1:26Speaker 5: this Goodfellas experience. You're going in and out of like
- 1:28Speaker 5: hotels and the back ways, but you're past so many
- 1:32Speaker 5: garbage bins and you go through so many kitchens and
- 1:34Speaker 5: then you go into elevators and you smell every single
- 1:38Speaker 5: room service order. Yeah, and every cologne, every perfume, and
- 1:42Speaker 5: you go. The perfume was really intense because people I love,
- 1:45Speaker 5: they come to be like, oh, my gosh, hi, good
- 1:47Speaker 5: to see you.
- 1:47Speaker 1: And you're like, I love you. What happened to you?
- 1:50Speaker 4: No, no, that is so funny because I was like that.
- 1:53Speaker 4: But with all of my pregnancies, my sense of smell
- 1:55Speaker 4: was so heightened.
- 1:56Speaker 1: I was like a beagle.
- 1:57Speaker 4: Like you could have put me on the ground at
- 1:59Speaker 4: an airport and I would have sniffed out a bag.
- 2:01Speaker 3: There's a job. Instead of sniffer dogs, get pregnant women.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Wow, that would go down like a lead balloon.
- 2:08Speaker 4: Yeah, but no, I could smell a turd from a
- 2:11Speaker 4: house straight away.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Wow.
- 2:13Speaker 1: I wonder why. Everything is so heightened.
- 2:16Speaker 4: I used to also get bleeding gums and my nose
- 2:19Speaker 4: would just randomly start bleeding.
- 2:21Speaker 3: Bleeding gums Murphy. You don't get that.
- 2:24Speaker 1: No, I don't.
- 2:24Speaker 3: She didn't watch The Simpsons. Moving on.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Khloe Kardashian. Yeah, I wasn't. You got it?
- 2:30Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, okay. Saskia's doing our news today. She gets it.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Khloe Kardashian, the youngest out of the three Kardashians. She's
- 2:36Speaker 1: a single mom. She's got a four and an eight-year-old.
- 2:39Speaker 4: You know, she shares the kids with that dirty dog,
- 2:41Speaker 4: Tristan Thompson, the famous basketball player who very, very publicly
- 2:45Speaker 4: cheated on her.
- 2:45Speaker 1: I think one of them was when she was 18.
- 2:48Speaker 4: Giving birth um so he's a piece of uh turd
- 2:52Speaker 4: uh anyway to no other surprise uh just like all
- 2:55Speaker 4: other mums she's overstimulated all the time so can relate
- 3:01Speaker 4: i mean i feel like she'd probably have a little
- 3:03Speaker 4: bit more help um than us regular mums but uh
- 3:06Speaker 4: she was chatting on her own podcast chloe and wonderland
- 3:09Speaker 4: spoke about how she loves some alone time have a listen.
- 3:13Speaker 1: No, I need alone time.
- 3:15Speaker 5: I'm so overstimulated in all that we do all the
- 3:18Speaker 5: time that sometimes.
- 3:20Speaker 1: I just need everyone to shut up and leave me alone.
- 3:23Speaker 1: I want to veg out. I don't want to watch
- 3:25Speaker 1: anything smart. Yeah, mate, that is.
- 3:28Speaker 4: And look, I shouldn't give her crap because even though
- 3:30Speaker 4: she does only have two children and probably loads of help,
- 3:33Speaker 4: she also has a camera in her face 24-7, like
- 3:36Speaker 4: filming their reality.
- 3:37Speaker 3: Show, right? That would be a lot.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Oh, it must be terrible. I crave my alone time.
- 3:42Speaker 2: How good is just even just a day alone, just
- 3:45Speaker 2: doing your own thing?
- 3:46Speaker 3: For me to be lying on the couch watching the footy.
- 3:49Speaker 4: But it's funny because some people don't like being alone.
- 3:52Speaker 4: My husband would always prefer to be in my company
- 3:56Speaker 4: or be.
- 3:59Speaker 1: He just loves me, you know?
- 4:01Speaker 3: He can't be alone.
- 4:02Speaker 4: He likes to chill out on the couch for a
- 4:05Speaker 4: couple of hours, but he's like, nah, I don't want
- 4:07Speaker 4: to be alone. I'd rather be with somebody like my
- 4:09Speaker 4: mates or my wife or something, whereas I sometimes fantasize
- 4:13Speaker 4: about just having a weekend down the south coast on
- 4:17Speaker 4: my own with a book.
- 4:19Speaker 3: Where would you go for a bounce on the south coast?
- 4:21Speaker 1: Somewhere in Sydney.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Well, that's not out of Sydney.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Well, it's in New South Wales, though.
- 4:26Speaker 3: Yeah, where?
- 4:28Speaker 1: Jervis Bay. It's like I'm going down there today, this weekend.
- 4:31Speaker 3: It's a little too far, I feel.
- 4:33Speaker 1: No, it's not.
- 4:34Speaker 4: I even like driving on my own.
- 4:36Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, I don't mind that.
- 4:37Speaker 1: I like a long drive.
- 4:38Speaker 3: Your own podcast on?
- 4:39Speaker 1: I don't listen to podcasts. I listen to R &
- 4:41Speaker 1: B music. Sorry, and Kiss. Always just Kiss.
- 4:46Speaker 2: Once you get out of Sydney, you can't pick it up, though.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Well, that's right. I feel like....
- 4:51Speaker 3: Once you pass Nowra, it's too far.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:54Speaker 3: I've got mates who got homes in like Ulladulla, Mollymook.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Yeah, see, Mollymook, too far. Too far. That's like four hours.
- 5:00Speaker 3: But isn't Jarvis Bay?
- 5:01Speaker 1: No, it's two.
- 5:03Speaker 3: Is it only two?
- 5:03Speaker 1: It's two hours.
- 5:05Speaker 4: Oh. Yeah.
- 5:06Speaker 3: Okay, well, that's all right. That's what you need for
- 5:08Speaker 3: a getaway.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Yeah, I love the idea of just being on my own.
- 5:13Speaker 3: But only a weekend, right?
- 5:14Speaker 1: Only a weekend, yeah.
- 5:15Speaker 4: I'm not that person that's going to go travelling for
- 5:17Speaker 4: like months on my own.
- 5:18Speaker 1: That's not for me.
- 5:20Speaker 3: No, I reckon, yeah, the ideal is like two days
- 5:22Speaker 3: by yourself.
- 5:23Speaker 1: I've got a girlfriend who like travels the world just
- 5:25Speaker 1: on her own and she's a good looking girl.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Backpacking or something?
- 5:27Speaker 1: Yeah. No, she doesn't backpack, but she doesn't, she just
- 5:31Speaker 1: travels everywhere.
- 5:32Speaker 4: And I'm, I don't know, maybe now that I'm, I
- 5:35Speaker 4: probably would have done it in my early twenties.
- 5:37Speaker 1: I wouldn't have thought twice about it.
- 5:38Speaker 4: But as a, as an older, more mature mom now,
- 5:42Speaker 4: I'm like, are you not worried about being on your own?
- 5:45Speaker 1: Is she single?
- 5:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Yeah. And a very good-looking girl.
- 5:49Speaker 3: How old?
- 5:50Speaker 1: She'll be 32 now.
- 5:52Speaker 3: Yeah, just loves travelling alone. Good for her.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Yeah, she does love travelling, Mikey.
