- 0:08Speaker 1: Scrible advice. Shoot lowerle, Welcome to the not even nice show.
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm robbed. Shoot her. It's Monday here, which means I
- 0:20Speaker 1: dear friend, our dear friend. Garrett Vogel joins us. Hey
- 0:23Speaker 1: Garretty there, Hello, Robbie, shoot her. How was your Mother's Day?
- 0:29Speaker 1: Happy Mother's Day? It actually was not Mother's Day in Britain.
- 0:33Speaker 1: So I sent my mommy some flowers and a note,
- 0:36Speaker 1: and then I called her and she told me it's
- 0:38Speaker 1: not today. When is Mother's Day day? I do not
- 0:42Speaker 1: know a few months so just to make her a
- 0:45Speaker 1: little early, little Father's Days on the same day as
- 0:48Speaker 1: in America, just to confuse us. Well again, I wouldn't
- 0:52Speaker 1: know because I don't have a mother in in the UK.
- 0:55Speaker 1: And if I did, I'm sure I would have known,
- 0:57Speaker 1: because I'm a great son. But I I don't know.
- 1:01Speaker 1: That's so interesting. I had no idea. The more you
- 1:03Speaker 1: know that we're learning already on a Monday morning run
- 1:06Speaker 1: that we haven't even got into the gussip yet. So
- 1:08Speaker 1: happy Happy Mommy's Day to all the mommies out there
- 1:11Speaker 1: and my mommy. I promise I shall learn say Happy
- 1:14Speaker 1: Mother's Day again. You getta, do you know? You already
- 1:16Speaker 1: did it. You're covering got to do it twice, lucky devil. Hey,
- 1:20Speaker 1: let's come in one time, is it? My friends? It
- 1:22Speaker 1: is top of the show. To some British news for
- 1:25Speaker 1: us the Palace, Hans announced that Harry and Megan and
- 1:28Speaker 1: Prince Andrew will not be on the balcony at the jubilee.
- 1:32Speaker 1: So let me explain what's going on here. That balcony
- 1:35Speaker 1: shot is the shot that we all see every wedding,
- 1:38Speaker 1: every big celebration, and it will be the centerpiece of
- 1:41Speaker 1: the royal celebrations around the Queen's Jubilee, which is going
- 1:46Speaker 1: to start on June second. It goes on for a
- 1:48Speaker 1: couple of days. They have decided that they do not
- 1:52Speaker 1: want Harry and Megan with the family on that balcony
- 1:55Speaker 1: with millions and millions and millions of people watching around
- 1:59Speaker 1: the world world. So the ceremony is marking Queen Elizabeth
- 2:03Speaker 1: seventy seven zero yes on the throw, but they don't
- 2:08Speaker 1: want any drama around it. So I do agree having
- 2:11Speaker 1: Prince Andrew on there is probably a good idea don't
- 2:14Speaker 1: have him around. But Harry and Megan, I know there's
- 2:18Speaker 1: been family tensions. I know they they stepped back. I
- 2:21Speaker 1: don't know about this. What do you think, Garret, Well,
- 2:24Speaker 1: do you think Harry and Meghan are like, dang it,
- 2:27Speaker 1: you know, like they did the big Oprah things, so
- 2:30Speaker 1: they like the attention. Still, I don't think they stepped
- 2:33Speaker 1: away to live a private life. And I'm not being crueler.
- 2:36Speaker 1: I think they enjoyed the spotlight I went to. It's
- 2:38Speaker 1: a great thing to have. So I think a little
- 2:41Speaker 1: bit they wanted both ways. I would give them the
- 2:44Speaker 1: option or is that not right? Should queen decide? Yeah? No,
- 2:47Speaker 1: I would give them the option. Again, it is the
- 2:50Speaker 1: queen's do beilee. So I mean, at the end of
- 2:52Speaker 1: the day, the queen, you know, queen says Queen, does
- 2:55Speaker 1: you know what I mean? I think we all can agree.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Andrews probably not the best person wants on that thing
- 3:01Speaker 1: right now, Like I mean, go away for a very
- 3:05Speaker 1: long time. At the end of the day. It's her
- 3:07Speaker 1: grandchild child, you know what I mean? You know what
- 3:10Speaker 1: I mean with her great grandchildren and tow it's a
- 3:14Speaker 1: trigger one. It's harder, just like anything. Family is tough.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Family stuff. I was thinking about it like this also though,
- 3:20Speaker 1: and a friend of mine, a British friend of mine
- 3:22Speaker 1: pointed this out. It's not just a family, this is
- 3:24Speaker 1: a job. So I can still be part of the family.
- 3:26Speaker 1: They want to be part of the family. They just
- 3:28Speaker 1: don't want the job anymore. And if you don't want
- 3:30Speaker 1: the job, then you can't sort of half have it.
- 3:33Speaker 1: If you think of somebody at your company that has left,
- 3:35Speaker 1: that has quit, that has walked away. When you do
- 3:38Speaker 1: the staff Christmas party, they shouldn't be invited, should they? Yeah,
- 3:43Speaker 1: I mean again, they shouldn't. They shouldn't. You know again,
- 3:47Speaker 1: then you know what creeps in the the the holiday
- 3:51Speaker 1: factor of it's it's the holiday. You know, maybe they
- 3:54Speaker 1: don't have anything. Let's be nice. I'd like to include people.
- 3:58Speaker 1: I'm not that guy, but can't see it at my table,
- 4:01Speaker 1: like if I'm at school. When I was at school,
- 4:03Speaker 1: I did get I don't want the bullies. When the
- 4:06Speaker 1: bullies said no, no, no seats taken like sit with rubs.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Come bring your tray over here, darling, pull up a chair,
- 4:13Speaker 1: and all gossip about everybody in the whole cantie. He
- 4:17Speaker 1: started for you taking the cafeteria, look at their look
- 4:24Speaker 1: at the shoes. Judge people based off what they got
- 4:26Speaker 1: for she kissed him. Maks Turkey got the hard turkey
- 4:31Speaker 1: sandwiches up to I think that teachers having an affair.
- 4:34Speaker 1: I thought so I knew all the hello, but I
- 4:39Speaker 1: was very inclusive. So this makes me think a little
- 4:42Speaker 1: bit like, would it be so bad? Wouldn't it be
- 4:44Speaker 1: a nice tounch to see the whole family on the balcony?
- 4:47Speaker 1: But then again, if I was William and I was
- 4:50Speaker 1: a working member of the family, Harry isn't doing the work,
- 4:54Speaker 1: then does he deserve to be there? This is a job.
- 4:56Speaker 1: This is not a family moment. This is a job moment.
- 5:00Speaker 1: So I could go either way on this one, but
- 5:01Speaker 1: I'm really interested to hear what you think, which brings
- 5:04Speaker 1: us to our whole question of the day. Harry and
- 5:07Speaker 1: Megan won't appear on the balcony for the Queen's jubilee?
- 5:12Speaker 1: Is the queen making the right decision? Hagever on a
- 5:16Speaker 1: page and naughty nights, rob Or on Facebook page, which
- 5:19Speaker 1: is naughty and he should check to bro to hear
- 5:23Speaker 1: your results. What are you working on? My friend? Don't
- 5:26Speaker 1: get mad when Hagan Megan sits down with Oprah again,
- 5:28Speaker 1: just saying after you say no to the balcony and
- 5:31Speaker 1: she sits down with Opra. I'm just saying, all right,
- 5:33Speaker 1: let's talk about Kim Contrell. So she's making the news
- 5:36Speaker 1: right now. So this is kind of important. And Rob, sure,
- 5:37Speaker 1: do you've even said this to a degree to the
- 5:40Speaker 1: most important word in Kim Contrell's career, She said while
- 5:44Speaker 1: talking to a variety Power of Woman event, is the
- 5:47Speaker 1: word no. Now. We talked about this that it is
- 5:50Speaker 1: a very powerful word. Is it an easy word to say?
- 5:54Speaker 1: The answer is no. People have trouble saying that. So
- 5:57Speaker 1: this is what Kim said at the event. She goes,
- 5:59Speaker 1: I want to share with you something that has been
- 6:01Speaker 1: a tremendous help to me over the years in navigating
- 6:03Speaker 1: my personal life and managing my career. It's simple, but
- 6:06Speaker 1: at the same time very complicated. It's a word, and
- 6:09Speaker 1: that word is no. So which is kind of interesting
- 6:13Speaker 1: because we talked about it all the time, because you
- 6:16Speaker 1: want to say yes, especially for things when it's pertaining
- 6:18Speaker 1: to your career or friends, and sometimes you don't want to.
- 6:22Speaker 1: I I find myself more at ease doing that. She goes, No,
- 6:26Speaker 1: I have been there, I have done that. No, I
- 6:29Speaker 1: won't be bullied. No, that salary is unacceptable. No, I
- 6:33Speaker 1: we are not having a meeting in your hotel room.
- 6:36Speaker 1: That sounds very hard to wine asking and one of
- 6:40Speaker 1: my favorites in particular. No, I don't want to be
- 6:42Speaker 1: in that situation. It's not enjoy a lot. Now, she
- 6:44Speaker 1: wasn't talking about sex in the city anywhere in the event,
- 6:46Speaker 1: but it's kind of if you're read between the lines,
- 6:48Speaker 1: it kind of kind of talks about sex in the city,
- 6:50Speaker 1: especially with the article that came out last week of
- 6:52Speaker 1: why she walked away from the movie in the series
- 6:55Speaker 1: based off of being in a scene with Miranda's son
- 6:58Speaker 1: and a very unsolicited body part picture sent to her,
- 7:03Speaker 1: and I guess that was the straw that brought the
- 7:04Speaker 1: camel's back for her. But she said no, and that
- 7:07Speaker 1: that's where she says, and she finally she closed it
- 7:09Speaker 1: up by saying, saying no to the past is saying
- 7:12Speaker 1: yes to your future. You are the screen this is this,
- 7:16Speaker 1: this reminded me of you, right, very youth. Ultimately, you
- 7:19Speaker 1: are the screenwriter in the movie of your own who
- 7:22Speaker 1: she's been reading the forward answer that sounds so much
- 7:24Speaker 1: like my book. I would giving them further, I would
- 7:26Speaker 1: say that no is a complete sentence. Not only do
- 7:29Speaker 1: we need to learn to say no, we need to
- 7:32Speaker 1: just say no. I don't have to tell you why.
- 7:35Speaker 1: I don't owe anybody an explanation. You can say no.
- 7:39Speaker 1: I love that Kim is saying this. I really do.
- 7:41Speaker 1: I think it's so important. Practice saying no. You don't
- 7:44Speaker 1: have to be nasty about it, but practice saying no.
- 7:47Speaker 1: When you don't want to do something, say no. It's
- 7:50Speaker 1: changed my life. I grew up somebody that wanted to
- 7:53Speaker 1: please everybody. I wanted always to say yes, and I
- 7:56Speaker 1: did say yes, and I said yes the things that
- 7:59Speaker 1: I wasn't proud of and I just didn't want to do.
- 8:02Speaker 1: Now I say no, how are you on this garret?
- 8:04Speaker 1: You're a people pleaser, very very much so, and it hurts.
- 8:08Speaker 1: It's sometimes too, like like tonight, I'm doing an event
- 8:11Speaker 1: where I'm screening Top Gun two for a bunch of
- 8:15Speaker 1: my friends, and and it's at that point where it's
- 8:18Speaker 1: like everybody's like, can I come? Can I come? Can
- 8:19Speaker 1: I come? And it's like I literally like I was like,
- 8:23Speaker 1: can I bring in like folding cares into the movie theater?
- 8:28Speaker 1: Right exactly. But but early on in your career and
- 8:31Speaker 1: I think you can agree, Rob Shooter. It's easier to
- 8:32Speaker 1: say yes because you want to get ahead, you want
- 8:35Speaker 1: to work hard, you want to show. But then at
- 8:37Speaker 1: that point, at a certain point in your life, it
- 8:39Speaker 1: just clicks and you're like, no, so much easier, And
- 8:42Speaker 1: it's it's such a powerful word. It's such a powerful world.
- 8:45Speaker 1: But it's also and I love this expression here, saying
- 8:48Speaker 1: no to your past is saying yes to your future.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Often we mistaken me think that if we keep saying yes,
- 8:55Speaker 1: it leads to a better career. Sometimes I've got something
- 9:00Speaker 1: examples where because I said no to something, my career
- 9:04Speaker 1: got advanced. Saying yes all the time. You don't want
- 9:07Speaker 1: your resume full of just rubbish. You don't want to
- 9:10Speaker 1: be part of stuff that doesn't help you in the
- 9:12Speaker 1: long term, and so say no. Start saying no, Hey,
- 9:16Speaker 1: let's move along. So somebody that learned to say no
- 9:19Speaker 1: for all the wrong reasons. Unfortunately it's Sophie Termina and
- 9:22Speaker 1: she's revealing why she shut down Kendall Jenna at the
- 9:25Speaker 1: met Ball. So Sophie was Jimmy Fallon and she said
- 9:31Speaker 1: she's really bad around celebrities and she just can't really
- 9:34Speaker 1: even understand why she's invited to these huge events. And
- 9:38Speaker 1: she said every time she comes into contact with the celebrity,
- 9:41Speaker 1: she acts up or says something stupid, and if her
- 9:44Speaker 1: celebrity interacts with her, she immediately shuts down anything they
- 9:49Speaker 1: are saying or asking. And she said at the met
- 9:51Speaker 1: Ball Kendall, Jenna invited her to a little low key
- 9:56Speaker 1: after party that she was thrown and she really wanted
- 10:00Speaker 1: to go. Sophie did, but she said, no, no, no,
- 10:04Speaker 1: I can't do you do that sometimes, like you just
- 10:07Speaker 1: get so nerve as you're like, just you gotta get
- 10:10Speaker 1: out of this situation. Yeah, it's almost contradictory to most
- 10:16Speaker 1: two stories, but there you got. But but but of course,
- 10:19Speaker 1: I mean like I've gotten star struck before, like around
- 10:23Speaker 1: justin Timberlake, where you know, went to an event and
- 10:25Speaker 1: the next day he came to the radio station and
- 10:28Speaker 1: he literally came up and said, Hey, man, I just
- 10:30Speaker 1: want to say thank you so much for coming out.
- 10:33Speaker 1: You know, I know you probably had to wake up early.
- 10:35Speaker 1: And all I could say was like, well, thank you
- 10:38Speaker 1: for coming out to it was his event. When did
- 10:40Speaker 1: I thank him for coming out to his own event?
- 10:43Speaker 1: It was He's left me just in Timberlake, his name
- 10:47Speaker 1: You've seen when you get lost in his eyes? I mean,
- 10:49Speaker 1: is he one of your favorites to top five without
- 10:52Speaker 1: a doubt? Top two? But I know who is probably
- 10:55Speaker 1: top one story some lady you love. That's right, this
- 11:02Speaker 1: is key. I'm calling bs on this story already just
- 11:05Speaker 1: based off of the fact of my favoritism. So Kelly
- 11:08Speaker 1: Clarkson's ex husband, Brandon Blackstock, remember him. He's living out
- 11:11Speaker 1: in Montana. He is claiming that Kelly is spying on
- 11:16Speaker 1: him with the cameras inside their Montana ranch. So according
- 11:21Speaker 1: to documents that Kelly Clarkson was forced to turn off
- 11:24Speaker 1: thirteen cameras throughout the ranch, Rob Shooter. Before I go
- 11:27Speaker 1: more into this story, let's just break that down for
- 11:29Speaker 1: a second. We know how popular Kelly Clarkson is. We
- 11:31Speaker 1: know how busy Kelly Clarkson is. She literally has four
- 11:34Speaker 1: shows on television as we speak, probably five by the
- 11:37Speaker 1: end of this podcast. Do you think Kelly Clarkson is
- 11:41Speaker 1: sitting in her dressing room it missed doing one of
- 11:45Speaker 1: five shows and writing an album and going, let me
- 11:49Speaker 1: check on camera to the ranch. I mean, think how
- 11:52Speaker 1: crazy that sound? Say? I would say that sids really crazy.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Except a couple of weeks ago, you old my sister
- 12:00Speaker 1: and came to visit me and see Bruce's show Harmony.
- 12:04Speaker 1: And so I had my sister and in New York
- 12:06Speaker 1: for a couple of days. We did all the touristy things.
- 12:08Speaker 1: We went out to the Statue of Liberty, we went
- 12:10Speaker 1: for great dinners who went to theater and has cameras
- 12:14Speaker 1: in her house at home, and she checked them not
- 12:17Speaker 1: because she was checking on her husband Alan her, she
- 12:20Speaker 1: was checking on her dogs. So I had time in
- 12:24Speaker 1: the middle of a whirlwind trip with her favorite brother
- 12:28Speaker 1: to definitely pull out her phone. I caught her doing
- 12:30Speaker 1: it more than once, and I was like, and who
- 12:33Speaker 1: are you texting? What are you doing? She's like, well,
- 12:34Speaker 1: I'm just checking on the dogs. And well maybe Kelly
- 12:37Speaker 1: was just checking on the horses. Okay, Like let's let's
- 12:41Speaker 1: let's call it what it is. I just don't I
- 12:44Speaker 1: think she's done with him, But I do think. You know,
- 12:46Speaker 1: you're a bit nosy, Like you have cameras on your house, Garrett,
- 12:50Speaker 1: how often did you look at those cameras? You're pretty busy.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Every once in a while, you want to just make
- 12:55Speaker 1: sure that you know, no one that doesn't belong in
- 12:58Speaker 1: the house is trying to get into the house. Complicated though,
- 13:01Speaker 1: because if an X was living in your house, which
- 13:03Speaker 1: is really what's going on here, it was some weird
- 13:06Speaker 1: legal thing where he got to stay in the house.
- 13:07Speaker 1: He pays rent there, although she's paying him so much
- 13:10Speaker 1: money every month. He's an employee at this point. Yeah,
- 13:15Speaker 1: she's working for him all the money. She's playing him
- 13:17Speaker 1: at the moment. But I think if I had cameras
- 13:21Speaker 1: in your house, Garrett, this sounds so weird. I'm sure
- 13:24Speaker 1: you do. You know there there are some questionable teddy
- 13:27Speaker 1: bears that they have these eyes. Then I'm very curious
- 13:30Speaker 1: about which I will check when I get I mean,
- 13:33Speaker 1: I don't think i'd be sitting there watching it all
- 13:35Speaker 1: the time. But I also love that show, Big Brother.
- 13:37Speaker 1: I love it, so I'm very nosy person, so I
- 13:41Speaker 1: don't This is what I was like, Oh, Han, ridiculous,
- 13:43Speaker 1: she's too busy, She's not doing that. And then I
- 13:46Speaker 1: was like, well, maybe she might just have a little look.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Rob Shooter. If I'm paying you, we get divorced and
- 13:51Speaker 1: we have children, and I'm paying you almost forty five
- 13:54Speaker 1: thousand dollars a month for child support. I have the
- 13:58Speaker 1: right to make sure that my money is going to
- 14:00Speaker 1: good news. You know what I'm saying. I know the
- 14:04Speaker 1: answer to this part of me is like, Kelly, you know,
- 14:07Speaker 1: all the money you pay it, you could you could
- 14:09Speaker 1: watch watch watch But then again, I mean a subscription.
- 14:11Speaker 1: I think to like Big Brother that twenty four hours
- 14:14Speaker 1: speed is like, well, we know Kelly's a fan. Then
- 14:16Speaker 1: of the show said, should she turn this up? I
- 14:21Speaker 1: don't know. Let us know, hey quickly before we get
- 14:22Speaker 1: a break. Do you think Kelly Clarkson pays that extra
- 14:25Speaker 1: money for the Big Brother feed? Like that's like five bucks.
- 14:27Speaker 1: I can see her not doing like she pays forty
- 14:31Speaker 1: five thou dollars and child supports. I'd like that with
- 14:34Speaker 1: HBO Max. So I'm really cheap. I use different emails.
- 14:39Speaker 1: I just I won't pay it, and I just so silly.
- 14:41Speaker 1: I would glad to drop that amount of money. I
- 14:43Speaker 1: like one drink and I won't pay it. When Game
- 14:46Speaker 1: of Thrones with some reboot comes back, I really want
- 14:49Speaker 1: to see it. But if you don't have a new
- 14:51Speaker 1: email quickly before we get a break, Pete David said
- 14:55Speaker 1: is making fun of Kanye West. He's doing a new
- 14:58Speaker 1: stand up and he's finally even a joke about this
- 15:01Speaker 1: whole situation, and he secretly hopes he said that Kanye
- 15:05Speaker 1: West pulls a Mrs Dabtfire. So what he's saying, here's
- 15:08Speaker 1: Mrs dat Fire dressed up as a nanny so she
- 15:11Speaker 1: could get back in the house as a housekeeper and
- 15:13Speaker 1: look after the kids. And he said he would not
- 15:15Speaker 1: be at all surprised if he turns up at Kim's
- 15:18Speaker 1: house one day and sits down and there's a new nanny.
- 15:20Speaker 1: They're a new housekeeper, and he's like, oh, you look
- 15:23Speaker 1: a lot like Kanye West. Funny. I think this is funny,
- 15:25Speaker 1: and I think it's all good done in good humor.
- 15:28Speaker 1: What do you think? Yeah? And actually, if you if
- 15:30Speaker 1: you you read into the joke a little bit more,
- 15:32Speaker 1: it just means Pete at halt, Pete in the house.
- 15:34Speaker 1: That's what it means. Like, you know what I mean,
- 15:36Speaker 1: as much as the story has not allowed in the house,
- 15:39Speaker 1: pets in the house, he's with the children, And for
- 15:41Speaker 1: him to even say you imagine me coming home, meaning
- 15:43Speaker 1: like he lives there and the kids are there and
- 15:46Speaker 1: there's kind of means in the house. You took away
- 15:49Speaker 1: exactly what I did. Hey, we're gonna take a quick
- 15:51Speaker 1: break and we will be right back. Welcome back to
- 15:56Speaker 1: the not even a nice show. I'm rushed with her
- 15:58Speaker 1: dear friend, Garrett vocal. Hey, Garrett, let's get to the polls.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Last how we talked about Howard Stern, who was really
- 16:05Speaker 1: calling out Hollywood, saying the response to Dave Chappella getting
- 16:11Speaker 1: attacked and Will Smith attacking Chris Rock was very, very different,
- 16:16Speaker 1: and he called Hollywood left up. He's basically saying, if
- 16:20Speaker 1: you're famous, you get away with it. If you're not famous,
- 16:23Speaker 1: you don't. Do you agree with Howard Stern said, yes,
- 16:27Speaker 1: you do agree. You think there are different consequences if
- 16:31Speaker 1: you are super famous, like Will Smith is. Don't forget
- 16:34Speaker 1: to vote on to day's pole, going to add Twitter
- 16:36Speaker 1: bage at naughty Nights rob or a Facebook page which
- 16:38Speaker 1: she's naughty gossip and missus check bag tomorrow to hear
- 16:42Speaker 1: your results are Now it's time for our noisiest of
- 16:46Speaker 1: the day. Yes, let's talk about Rebecca Romaine. You know
- 16:51Speaker 1: what's funny even though you're it's Rebecca Romain and I'm
- 16:54Speaker 1: sure you know O'Connell because she's married to Jerry O'Connell.
- 16:58Speaker 1: But I still say Rebecca romains most because John Stamos
- 17:01Speaker 1: and Rebecca Romain were married, and it's just it has
- 17:04Speaker 1: that natural flow. But you know, they are on the
- 17:07Speaker 1: talk that she she misses him. There there there were
- 17:09Speaker 1: a lot of fond memories and I miss I wonder
- 17:13Speaker 1: like if she thinks about him, like you know what
- 17:16Speaker 1: I mean, which is I'm making this story a little
- 17:21Speaker 1: bit naughtier than it actually. But you know, imagine sitting
- 17:24Speaker 1: down with someone you're with right now and talking about
- 17:26Speaker 1: your ex. It's it's that's that's the very taboo. He
- 17:29Speaker 1: told Jared O'Connell this, but I think it's actually truthful.
- 17:32Speaker 1: We just don't say it to partner. But we all
- 17:36Speaker 1: miss people in our lives. And I was thinking about
- 17:39Speaker 1: ex boyfriends of mine and there are certain things I miss.
- 17:42Speaker 1: A I would love to be one of your ex boyfriends,
- 17:45Speaker 1: just one, just sit down me and him, give me,
- 17:48Speaker 1: give me like a good thirty five minutes with him,
- 17:51Speaker 1: just just a pick's brain. I don't fall out with people,
- 17:55Speaker 1: even people I break up with romantically. I never announce
- 17:59Speaker 1: a lot of people fall out with me. Let's be
- 18:01Speaker 1: clear here, there's many many people who think I'm the worst,
- 18:05Speaker 1: the worst, But I don't fall out, and I think
- 18:08Speaker 1: it's something I trained my brain to do. I try
- 18:11Speaker 1: to remember the good I'm not one of those people.
- 18:13Speaker 1: We could be friends for twenty years, Garrett, and then
- 18:15Speaker 1: you upset me once and we don't speak. That makes
- 18:17Speaker 1: no sense to me. I remember all the good things.
- 18:20Speaker 1: I really do. Like you remember the bad things too,
- 18:23Speaker 1: But I don't only remember the bad things. Are you
- 18:26Speaker 1: one of those people that just focus on the bad?
- 18:28Speaker 1: They upset me and I will never speak to them
- 18:30Speaker 1: in a moment, yes, Like like like you and I
- 18:34Speaker 1: have a blowout argument and we're like, I'm never talking
- 18:36Speaker 1: again from the next I don't know. I heard like
- 18:39Speaker 1: the worst enemies, but then by by our number twenty five,
- 18:42Speaker 1: and I'm kind of like, I'm kind of I just forget,
- 18:45Speaker 1: Like it's almost like clean slate. Like I'm like that
- 18:53Speaker 1: I'm too lazy to be angry with anybody, and nice
- 18:56Speaker 1: is in the day, Rebecca, and then I'm not yest
- 18:58Speaker 1: of the day. Fred Savage has been fired from the
- 19:00Speaker 1: Wonder Years after inappropriate conduct allegations. So Fred has been
- 19:04Speaker 1: fired as an executive producer and director of the Wonder
- 19:08Speaker 1: Years of Reboots after an investigation into inappropriate conduct. Allegations
- 19:14Speaker 1: were made against him. Deadline were the first to report this,
- 19:17Speaker 1: and they believe they were verbal outbursts and inappropriate behavior.
- 19:23Speaker 1: There is no place now for this sort of behavior
- 19:26Speaker 1: in the workplace or I believe anywhere else. And naughtiest
- 19:30Speaker 1: of the day before we go, let's end with a
- 19:31Speaker 1: moment of ram. You're gonna rob, You're gonna rob, you
- 19:33Speaker 1: gonna thank you very much. You are the center of
- 19:36Speaker 1: your world and the foundation of every single relationship that
- 19:40Speaker 1: you have is going to be based around you. You
- 19:44Speaker 1: were the center of your life. It doesn't make you egotistical,
- 19:47Speaker 1: it's the truth. You're the center of your life and
- 19:50Speaker 1: every relationship you have comes from where you start, which
- 19:54Speaker 1: is why you've got to treat yourself with kindness. Because
- 19:58Speaker 1: if that center, if that found dation, is not based
- 20:01Speaker 1: on kindness, no relationship you ever have will be either.
- 20:07Speaker 1: That's it for today. Thank you so much for listening
- 20:10Speaker 1: to the naught Even Eyes with Roman Garrett Show, a
