- 0:01Major news in the precious metals market.
- 0:04This has not happened for seven years, and it's a good, good
- 0:08thing when we look at the price of gold and the price of silver.
- 0:13Silver on the $30 per oz launchpad.
- 0:17Silver hitting $44.00 before the end of the year.
- 0:21We're going to cover it all in this video because maybe you're
- 0:24a little scared. Are you feeling a little
- 0:26trepidation surrounding the precious metals prices?
- 0:29Do you feel like they may pull the rug yet again that we could
- 0:33have a down draft in the prices that none of us want?
- 0:36I'm here to tell you I've got a lot of reasons why we can be
- 0:40very optimistic. It's OK for us to be optimistic
- 0:45about the silver price and gold price.
- 0:48And it's to me undeniable evidence that over the next
- 0:52months and years we will continue to see upward movement
- 0:57in the price of the metals. 7 years, seven years of September
- 1:03pain. I'm going to pull up a chart
- 1:04here and then we're going to talk about something major
- 1:08that's going to happen Monday, OK?
- 1:10That hasn't happened in seven years, and it's everything to do
- 1:14with the price of precious metals going higher.
- 1:17Before we do that, thank you for being here.
- 1:19It is a big deal when you join us.
- 1:22We're like a family. We're like a group.
- 1:24You're welcome here. You belong here.
- 1:26If you love to hear about gold, silver, the economy falling
- 1:30apart and some happy good things as well, you're in the right
- 1:33place. You're part of the group.
- 1:34Please subscribe to the channel, give the video a thumbs up.
- 1:37Super chats and super thanks are always super appreciated as
- 1:42well. So at the beginning of
- 1:44September, I shared with you these charts that I actually got
- 1:48from Rodger over at Bald Guy Money.
- 1:51Great friend, great friend of the channel.
- 1:53September guys, we are in the cursed month.
- 1:57September is gold's worst month. This is average change over the
- 2:02last seven years for each month. As you can see February, my
- 2:07birthday month in June, maybe your birthday month.
- 2:11If you want to tell us what month you're born and put it in
- 2:13the chat, that's great are negative.
- 2:15But September over the last seven years took the poop crown
- 2:20right. On average, it looks like over
- 2:23the last seven years in the month of September, gold had
- 2:26dropped by almost 4%. And when we go to the next
- 2:30slide, this shows over the last 123-4567 years, each year
- 2:36starting at 2017 on the lower left corner ending in 2023.
- 2:42Just how much in each of those years during the month of
- 2:47September, the gold price had dropped 2%, four percent, 5%
- 2:53last year. But what is happening right now?
- 2:56Who better for us basement dwellers to consult than our old
- 3:00friend Neil's over at Kitco? He's got some very interesting
- 3:04information and and why is this such a huge?
- 3:09Let me get back to you. Why is this such a huge, massive
- 3:14deal? That gold is likely, very
- 3:17likely, unless it goes down by like $200.00 an ounce on Monday,
- 3:21going to break the seven-year curse.
- 3:24Let's see what Niels has to say, and then I'll share with you
- 3:27what I think the big key. Take away the reason why we want
- 3:31to pay attention to this. This is from Kitco Has Gold
- 3:36Broken its September curse? By Niels Christensen.
- 3:40Niels puts out some of the best literary material in the gold
- 3:45and silver world. Thank you.
- 3:46Niels, there's a picture. Is that you?
- 3:48Is that a picture from your basement?
- 3:50Basement dwellers, look at all that gold and silver you have.
- 3:56OK. At the start of the month, we
- 3:58warned investors that September can be a difficult month for
- 4:01precious metals. What we did here in the basement
- 4:04as well in recent history, well, I think it's safe to say at
- 4:09least for this year, the seasonal curse has been broken.
- 4:13OK? Just this week, December gold
- 4:16futures went above $2700 per oz. Okay.
- 4:22And the price dropped about 1% on Friday.
- 4:25It still has plenty of potential even with Friday sell off the
- 4:28metal seen a record weekly close.
- 4:32Now these are this a big deal guys, these weekly closes and
- 4:37the monthly closes are that that's like where the where gold
- 4:41and silver close at the end of the week and the end of the
- 4:43month that that determines how a lot of these traders play the
- 4:47metals. And we closed with a record
- 4:50weekly close in gold. OK, and we're going to have our
- 4:55monthly close on Monday. At the same time, the price of
- 5:00gold is up 5.6% this month. OK, Gold is looking at its best
- 5:07monthly gain since March. And remember, gold is the
- 5:10godfather. Gold is the leader of the pack.
- 5:13Silver will continue to follow and will continue to follow in a
- 5:17very exaggerated manner. When this unprecedented run of
- 5:22consecutive highs started, this is where it gets interesting.
- 5:26Silver Stackers Gold's run is impressive, and while it gets a
- 5:30lot of attention, it's time to look at other precious metals.
- 5:35While silver has seen some messy, excuse me volatility in
- 5:42recent weeks, it is starting to attract new momentum.
- 5:47OK, silver is ending Friday with some solid selling pressure
- 5:52after prices rallied to new 1212 year high at 33 an ounce, 12
- 5:58year high. December silver futures last
- 6:00traded at 3174 an ounce, down nearly 2% on the day.
- 6:05But when we stretch out the time frame, silver prices are up 4.6%
- 6:11last week and 8.8% for the month.
- 6:16OK, for the year, gold's rallied almost 30% while silver prices
- 6:20are up nearly 32%. And don't forget, the gold to
- 6:24silver ratio guys is still stretched right like it's almost
- 6:29never been before. When that catches up, when we
- 6:32get to a 60 gold to silver ratio, meaning instead of it
- 6:37taking 85 ounces of silver to get yourself one ounce of gold,
- 6:43it'll only take 60 oz. And at the current level that
- 6:47we're at right now, let's see, let's do some quick math because
- 6:52this, if we divide 2650 / 60 again, that gets us to our
- 6:58Christmas target of $44.00 per oz in silver.
- 7:03China launched their big stimulus that was the big
- 7:06driving force this week. We're going to talk a little bit
- 7:09more about China later. Unbelievable news out of China
- 7:13according to the Silver Institute.
- 7:15Silver demand. This blew me away.
- 7:18In photovatallic solar panels is projected to represent about 19%
- 7:24of global silver demand this year, the equivalent of 232
- 7:29million oz 19%. One in five of every ounce of
- 7:37demand for silver is going to be for solar only solar panels one
- 7:42out of five. But what makes it even more
- 7:46interesting is when we recognize the reality that that one out of
- 7:50five is not. That's not one out of five of
- 7:53the silver oz that are being produced every year because we
- 7:57have a massive deficit, guys, a massive deficit in silver.
- 8:04So that one out of five comes out of that total silver demand
- 8:07number. It's probably like one out of
- 8:10four easily actually. OK, one out of four ounces of
- 8:16silver that are being produced this year by the mining
- 8:20companies are going to be sucked up by the solar panel industry
- 8:25as well. And wait till later because now
- 8:27we have breaking news out of Australia about the world's
- 8:32newest biggest solar farm. And guess where they're going to
- 8:36get their solar panels? I'll let you think about that
- 8:38for a little bit. But guys, it's a big deal.
- 8:41This is a big the, the big reason why the seven-year curse
- 8:44is a big deal. It shows us in more uncertain
- 8:48terms just how strong the precious metals rally is 7 years
- 8:53straight and September has always been a horrible month for
- 8:58gold and silver precious metals. The fact that this year we're
- 9:02not just night like making little returns, we're talking
- 9:05like what 6% again? Unless they hey, look, we're
- 9:10here. Hold on, Let's let's, let's do
- 9:12it's almost October. It's time to get scary.
- 9:15Let's see how much the gold price would have to drop on
- 9:21Monday. OK.
- 9:23So unless gold drops by $160.00 per oz on Monday, silver
- 9:28probably dropped by $5, we're going to have a positive month
- 9:33for September. We haven't had a positive month
- 9:36in seven years. All.
- 9:38Do you feel, do you feel right, basement dwellers, do you feel
- 9:43the momentum? Is it time, right?
- 9:50Is it time to make some feathers fly?
- 9:53Is it time to put some boots on the warehouse floor?
- 10:00Is it go time? Let's go.
- 10:03You know we're ready. It can happen $44.00 silver by
- 10:08Christmas. Oh my gosh, I'm you're making me
- 10:12move my camera. But just so you all can see, see
- 10:17the Christmas tree back there and see the $44.00 silver.
- 10:22That's pretty much I guarantee that it's going to happen hold
- 10:28on here I got to straighten my camera out all right there we go
- 10:33thank you guys it's going to happen we are waiting Oh my
- 10:39we've it's unbelievable let's go look at the silver chart really
- 10:44quickly, because this will make you happy happy.
- 10:48This is a 5 year chart of the silver price and what do you
- 10:53see, huh? Here, let's get the Crayolas
- 10:56out. Get your Crayolas out with me.
- 10:58You can draw with me here. Five years starting back in
- 11:03what, about 3 years ago, July, August, right?
- 11:07You see the upward trend? Yes, you see it.
- 11:10OK, now let's go out to the Max because this is where it gets
- 11:16super interesting. This is the silver, $30 is the
- 11:21Launchpad, $30 is critical. OK, This goes all the way back
- 11:26to 2001. Let's not forget.
- 11:29Let's pull out our Crayolas here.
- 11:31OK, We are in quickly, I'll show you.
- 11:34This is half of the cup back here.
- 11:37It starts. We got this massive cup, OK?
- 11:41And then over here is our handle.
- 11:47That's where we're heading now. I want to point out to you as
- 11:53well, this is the handle within the handle.
- 11:56To me, it becomes very clear when we look at this chart that
- 11:59we have this inverse head and shoulders, right?
- 12:03We got to the shoulder, we got the head, we got the shoulder,
- 12:08and we have broken out of that. We need to stay above $30 per
- 12:14oz. We want to get to 44 by
- 12:17Christmas. We absolutely and I absolutely
- 12:21believe that we will. I guys look, $30 is the new line
- 12:26in the sand for the silver price.
- 12:29I don't believe that we will ever see a silver price starting
- 12:34with the number 2 until we get to $200 silver.
- 12:39I could definitely be wrong, but man, I feel it right.
- 12:44And I we talked about this four or five weeks ago.
- 12:47Once we get above 30, to me, 30 became essentially for all
- 12:53intents and purposes, the new all time high for silver.
- 12:56Because if we look at how much time over the last lifetime of
- 13:02silver from the beginning of time, the silver price is
- 13:06barely, barely spent any time above $30.
- 13:11We are in new territory. We so critical for us to
- 13:17remember as silver investors, you there are no people out
- 13:21there, nobody maybe one or two in the whole wide world sitting
- 13:26there with silver that they bought for 3839 when the price
- 13:30was 3839 dollars, $42.34, whatever that want to sell, OK?
- 13:36There will only be buyers and everywhere we look we have
- 13:40indications that that's what's going on.
- 13:43You know the what what's going to happen in the United States,
- 13:46OK, We are in a doom situation. Unfortunately, our government,
- 13:52our Federal Reserve will have no choice but to print money to
- 13:58dilute, to weaken the value of the US dollar.
- 14:02This is going to happen. It's happening right now,
- 14:05Buttercup. Hate to break it, right?
- 14:11And I'm not breaking it to you, but those other 99% that sheeple
- 14:15that are out there, they have no idea.
- 14:18They're like, why does bread cost more?
- 14:20Why does milk? Why don't you look at the US
- 14:23debt clock, Eisenhower, right? It's going to happen.
- 14:27We are going to have printing of the money.
- 14:29Let's see, let's this, let's see what Moody's has to say about
- 14:34the United States. OK, Now Moody's is the only US
- 14:41rating agency that has not downgraded the United States and
- 14:45we get this late from Reuters US fiscal profile.
- 14:49That means the the government spending fiscal set to weekend
- 14:56under the next administration. Moody's says Moody's is sending
- 15:00a big alarm and and they've got some scary things to say.
- 15:04The US fiscal health is expected to deteriorate further as
- 15:08political polarization makes it hard for any new presidential
- 15:12administration to negotiate steps needed to reduce the
- 15:16national debt burden. According to the ratings agency
- 15:19Moody's, the US sovereign fiscal profile is likely to weaken
- 15:24under either of the candidates in the November 5th presidential
- 15:29election. Democrat.
- 15:30Wait till you hear what Kamala has planned and that will really
- 15:35get crazy. You gold will skyrocket if
- 15:38Kamala wins. That may be the silver lining.
- 15:41Not a political channel, just stating the facts And Republican
- 15:45Donald Trump, the agency said in a report issued on Tuesday.
- 15:50They said, quote, the incoming administration will face
- 15:53deteriorating US fiscal outlook as declining debt affordability
- 16:00will gradually weaken US fiscal strength, the report stated.
- 16:04In the absence of policy measures that can curb these
- 16:07trends and help limit fiscal deficits, deteriorating fiscal
- 16:11strength will increasingly weigh on the US sovereign credit
- 16:16profile. That means nobody's going to
- 16:19want our debts. Wait till you see the next
- 16:23graphic that I'm going to pull up for you.
- 16:25Moody's lowered the outlook on triple AUS credit rating to
- 16:29negative from stable in November.
- 16:33And this these were and now there's now they're telling us
- 16:35this. That came months after a
- 16:37downgrade in the sovereign credit profile by Fitch
- 16:42following political brinkmanship around the US debt ceiling.
- 16:46Moody's remains the last of the three major credit ratings
- 16:51agencies to maintain a top rating for the US government.
- 16:54OK, Fitch, both Fitch, the other two are Fitch and S&P have
- 16:58downgraded the US debt. Guys, this means one thing and
- 17:04one thing only. Moody's is like, like the last
- 17:07man standing that has a good rating on the US debt.
- 17:11They're the last one standing and they're telling us, what did
- 17:15they just tell us that no matter who gets elected president, it
- 17:19doesn't matter. We're going to downgrade the US
- 17:21debt. And why?
- 17:23OK, why? Let's take a look.
- 17:27And we're going to be here just for a second, right?
- 17:29Because of this 35 trillion debt, which makes this the
- 17:33interest expense get bigger, which makes this the US federal
- 17:38budget deficit get bigger. It's a it's a cycle never
- 17:42ending. Now, now guys, I went out of my
- 17:47way this morning for the basement dwellers.
- 17:49This, this is so important for us to remember, for us to
- 17:53understand that I have a new graphic that I want to share
- 17:56with you that just I think demonstrates and a new term to
- 18:01describe it, the absolute critical nature of what's going
- 18:06on. This is simplifies what we look
- 18:09at on the US debt clock in the upper left corner.
- 18:12National debt, 35 trillion, that green arrow that makes the
- 18:17interest expense get bigger. Current interest expense of the
- 18:21US government $1 trillion. Remember, Remember guys, we get
- 18:26nothing for that. Nothing.
- 18:29That's an interest expense, OK? That's like if you go rack up 10
- 18:33grand, $10,000 on your credit card and you don't pay it off
- 18:37and you're paying 25% interest over the course of 12 months,
- 18:41that would be $2500 in interest expense that you've been charged
- 18:46and you're getting nothing for it, OK?
- 18:49So as the debt grows, the interest expense grows.
- 18:53The other critical thing to remember is that interest rates
- 18:56are only going higher in nominal terms.
- 19:01Forget what the Fed these are. This is short term noise. the
- 19:04Fed unfortunately has lost control.
- 19:07Countries are going to demand higher interest rates if they
- 19:13if, if, if we want them to buy our debt.
- 19:15So this interest expense expense is not going anywhere.
- 19:19But the interest expense then the green arrow follows goes
- 19:24into the deficit. It makes the deficit get bigger.
- 19:27The fiscal situation that Moody's just talked about, the
- 19:31horrible situation our government is in, OK, that makes
- 19:36that the the the deficit get bigger and then the deficit
- 19:40follow the next green arrow, right?
- 19:42That makes the debt get even bigger and bigger, which makes
- 19:47the interest expense get bigger and bigger, especially when
- 19:51countries become less and less interested in owning our debt in
- 19:55that in turn, it is a debt spiral.
- 19:58Do you see the spiral there? OK, in a new term that I just
- 20:02heard this morning is a debt Whirlpool.
- 20:05That is where we sit right now in the United States.
- 20:09So as this is critical, this is critical information.
- 20:16So as our debt becomes less attractive to to investors,
- 20:22who's going to want to buy this stuff?
- 20:24They're already selling it. I got a little hint for you.
- 20:26OK, The Chinese, everybody's, nobody's buying U.S. debt like
- 20:30they had in the past. And it will become more and
- 20:32more. I'm sorry to have to break, you
- 20:34know, talk about this. It's very sad, right?
- 20:37You love your country. I love my country.
- 20:38But our debt will become less and less attractive, so the
- 20:42interest rates will have to go higher and higher, which will
- 20:46just it, it, it becomes a Whirlpool, not a washing
- 20:51machine. Buttercup.
- 20:52No basement dweller. I'm using buttercup too often.
- 20:56A Whirlpool, a debt Whirlpool, a debt doom cycle.
- 21:00And that's a debt. So at some point, right as
- 21:03interest rates go up and up and countries are like, I'm not
- 21:06buying AUS Treasury bond unless it pays 8% or 12% or 19%,
- 21:13they're not at that point. Then you know what's going to
- 21:16happen. The Fed is going to monetize the
- 21:20debt, which means the Fed will just print up imaginary money to
- 21:24buy the debt. And then it becomes debt spiral
- 21:29in in an unbelievable fashion. It's a Whirlpool of debt.
- 21:33It's coming. Now, what about the presidential
- 21:36election? That's the biggie, right?
- 21:38That's the biggie. That could really, really impact
- 21:42the silver and gold prices. And in particular, if we look at
- 21:45what one of the candidates is proposing, it's astounding.
- 21:49And we're hearing people who have never recommended to buy
- 21:55gold talk about the need to buy gold.
- 21:58And we have breaking news out of Costco.
- 22:01We got a lot more to cover. Thank you, guys.
- 22:03Hey, it's a big deal when you come down and join me in the
- 22:07basement. Thank you for being here.
- 22:09Thanks for for the support. Thank you for everything.
- 22:12Thank you to Pembex, our channel sponsor, for making our little
- 22:16meeting our big meeting, our group, our pow wow, our family.
- 22:20Possible. Pembex is an online bullion
- 22:23dealer where you can buy silver, gold, platinum, group metals,
- 22:28but not just buy it, buy it at a great value.
- 22:31Price is what you pay, value is what you get.
- 22:36Minbex has a great selection of all the name brand sovereign
- 22:41coins. You name it, they have it all.
- 22:44But what they also have are unbeatable prices, ultra
- 22:50competitive prices, right? Maybe you can find you search
- 22:53hours and hours on the Internet. Maybe you can find a price
- 22:55that's a a few cents cheaper, whatever.
- 22:58But but for me, what's important is I like going to a one stop
- 23:02shop. I like the fact that I know I'm
- 23:04getting ultra competitive pricing.
- 23:06It's a company I can trust. They have great selection.
- 23:09That's why I always feel so great telling you guys about
- 23:13Pembacs because you know what I learned about Pembacs from the
- 23:17basement dweller community. And if you ever you talk about
- 23:21warnings, I've got a big warning.
- 23:23If you ever think about converting part or all of an IRA
- 23:26into precious metals, warning, warning, take your time, shop
- 23:31around, talk to all your different options, OK?
- 23:34Please, please talk to the guys at Pmbek's and compare what they
- 23:40can do for you on an ounce by oz basis to some of these big,
- 23:45highly advertised options that you may be exploring as well.
- 23:50All right, here we go. This is where it gets absolutely
- 23:53crazy with the upcoming presidential election.
- 23:57We're talking about the potential.
- 23:58We looked at what's going on with with with the debt
- 24:02situation in this country, with how the dollar that gold and
- 24:05silver can absolutely unfortunately or fortunately, I
- 24:11guess skyrocket based upon what's coming up with this
- 24:14election. Setting aside the political
- 24:17turmoil and chaos, if Kamala is elected, here's what she's
- 24:21proposing. OK, She's proposing raising
- 24:26personal income taxes, raising capital gains taxes, raising
- 24:32corporate taxes, taxing unrealized gains.
- 24:36That means if you have a big profit in a big position, OK,
- 24:40and price controls. Trump is proposing 100% tariff
- 24:45on countries that are de dollarizing everybody.
- 24:49And we just heard Moody's talk about this.
- 24:51Everybody's saying that no matter who really who wins this
- 24:54election, this is not a political channel.
- 24:57But in particular, OK. What Moody says is we're up a
- 25:01Creek without a paddle. That Whirlpool, what the
- 25:07smartest guys in the room are saying that if if Kamala is able
- 25:10to implement these these these ideas that she has, the things
- 25:16that she's putting forward that she wants to do, that we could
- 25:19see the stock market potentially absolutely crash that we could
- 25:26see the value of the dollar absolutely crash that that that
- 25:30the precious metals could just do unbelievably well under that
- 25:36situation. I hate to say it.
- 25:38I mean, and it's almost here, right?
- 25:40It's like a month away that no matter how this plays out, guys,
- 25:45it doesn't look, it looks very good.
- 25:47Let's be positive. It looks very optimistic for the
- 25:50silver price and gold price. That's just based on the policy.
- 25:54That's based on the math. OK, I'm going to ship out of a
- 25:58couple calculators to Washington, DC.
- 26:00What do you say right and say, hey guys, here's a calculator.
- 26:04You might want to use this while you're looking at what's going
- 26:06on in our country because no matter what happens, but we're
- 26:10in a scenario, right, where the US dollar and we're is going to
- 26:15go down in, in real terms. And the price of silver and gold
- 26:19will go up and up and up. Because nobody wants to address
- 26:24the elephant in the room, right, which is the national debt.
- 26:29OK, it doesn't work. We are going to be moving into
- 26:32Are you ready? We are going to be moving into
- 26:35an environment in the next 5 years where we are going to see
- 26:39the, I word inflation like most of us have never seen during our
- 26:44lifetime. We got a little taste, a little
- 26:47taste back in what was that 2022 when officially inflation went
- 26:52to 9%. We are going to see an inflation
- 26:56is going to drive the price of gold and silver higher like you
- 27:01had never experienced in your lifetime.
- 27:04It's going to it could it we very likely will see a replay of
- 27:09what happened in the 1970s. Because when people when the I
- 27:16can't do it sheeple right start to pay $6 for a gallon of
- 27:23gasoline when they start, when the when the gallon of milk that
- 27:27in 2024 cost them $3.40 suddenly cost $8.80, that's when they
- 27:35wake up. That's when we have a wave of
- 27:39people in the first little wave will be the lucky ones.
- 27:44Those are the ones who actually will be able.
- 27:46People are going to come running to the precious metals.
- 27:50OK, we're seeing it already. I think one of the biggest
- 27:53barometers of what's going on is what's going on with Costco.
- 27:57There's no doubt about it. Let's go take a look at what
- 28:00Costco had to say because they're giving us a very
- 28:05interesting insight into what is happening with the average
- 28:10American. And, and there's a hidden bonus
- 28:16within this as well. Costco still selling gold bars
- 28:22like hotcakes as prices surge. Costco, can you, could you
- 28:27believe three years ago if I'd sat on here and I didn't?
- 28:31I'm not going to claim I did. If I sat here and told you guys,
- 28:34right? If, if in 2021 we were talking
- 28:37down here in the basement and I said, hey, you know what?
- 28:40I bet in three years, in 2024, I bet Costco's even selling gold
- 28:46and silver. You would have said I was crazy.
- 28:49But they are selling gold and silver and they're not just
- 28:53selling some of it. No, they are putting boots on
- 28:57the warehouse floor. They're selling a lot of it.
- 29:00A lot, a lot of it. And think about, think about as
- 29:03we go through this, what that tells you about the average
- 29:10American. Interesting.
- 29:15We're up double digits in the most recent quarter, Costco CFO
- 29:21Gary Miller Chip told analyst on the earnings call Thursday.
- 29:25Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait, 2 critical things to talk
- 29:29about there. Number one, sales of gold were
- 29:32up double digits. Is that 18 percent, 38 percent,
- 29:3898 percent, 99%? All right, Those are double
- 29:42digit numbers in the just the last three months.
- 29:48OK. But think about this.
- 29:50These big Costco's a big, huge company, massive, right?
- 29:53Massive company, provides all kinds of things to middle
- 29:56America. But this was during their
- 30:00earnings call where like every stock analyst in the world,
- 30:05hundreds of them are listening to it.
- 30:07And what are they hearing? They're hearing about, excuse
- 30:12me, gold, silver, they're hearing about precious metals,
- 30:19all these analysts, everybody's starting to wake up.
- 30:23OK, Miller Chip went on to add that gold was a quote UN quote
- 30:29meaningful tailwind to e-commerce sales in the quarter
- 30:35or something else on here. Nope.
- 30:39I guess that's it. It's the whole, it's the old
- 30:43Costco gold story, a big, big, big, big deal.
- 30:47Now, my thought on that is these are average Americans.
- 30:54These are your neighbors. OK.
- 30:56These are middle and upper middle class.
- 31:00I, I don't want to sound like, like I live in an upper middle,
- 31:03upper middle class part of Saint Louis, Chesterfield.
- 31:06I live in Chesterfield. We live in the, the less
- 31:10affluent part of Chesterfield, probably the more middle class
- 31:13anyway. My neighbors, they're mostly
- 31:15professionals. They're pharmacists, they're,
- 31:18you know, business owners, they're managers at Fortune 500
- 31:23companies, that type of thing. They all go to Costco.
- 31:27They all, they don't go to Sam's, They go to Costco.
- 31:29Seems like it's like kind of the like a like they think it's a
- 31:32notch above Sam's. We go to Sam's anyway.
- 31:34And I love Sam's and I've never been in a Costco.
- 31:37My kids have I've never been. But what I'm saying is these are
- 31:40middle, upper middle class Americans that are waking up to
- 31:43the gold and silver story. Now.
- 31:45What? What what me personally, I've
- 31:47never bought gold from Costco, never bought silver from Costco.
- 31:50Nothing against anybody who has. OK.
- 31:53I would rather buy it from a specialist.
- 31:55I remember when Costco was selling American Silver Eagles
- 31:59there were some complaints about like how it was packaged and
- 32:02whatnot. I would buy my physical metal
- 32:05either from a local coin shop or from a company like PMBEX, a
- 32:10company that specializes not in selling, you know?
- 32:13Hey like the article said right? A Costco selling gold like
- 32:17hotcakes? Costco's really good at selling
- 32:20bulk boxes of pancake mix and chocolate candy bars, but I
- 32:24wonder how good they are at selling gold bars.
- 32:27Apparently they're getting better, but still, I'd rather
- 32:30buy my chocolate bars from Costco and my gold and silver
- 32:33bars from a company like Pinbeck's or one of the other
- 32:36reputable dealers. Either a local coin shop or a
- 32:39big online bullion dealer. Now we'll see how that all works
- 32:46out. I got to give you guys an update
- 32:47on some stocks that I bought. We'll get to that in a second.
- 32:50Oh, hey, hey, hey, what's going to, we know what's driving the
- 32:53silver price, What's going to drive the silver price to 4445?
- 32:58We looked at the charts, unbelievable data that probably
- 33:02right now as we speak right throughout the world for
- 33:08everyone. I'm sorry, every four of these,
- 33:12isn't that beautiful? I think I came from Coin Shop
- 33:15Chris. We're going to be on later
- 33:16today, very likely get some good stories from the coin shop, Coin
- 33:21Shop Chris YouTube channel. Check it out.
- 33:23Please subscribe to him. He's a good friend of our
- 33:25channel. But for every four of these that
- 33:28are being dug up today, think about that every four.
- 33:32There's four of these today being created, right?
- 33:36One of them is going into solar panels right now.
- 33:41But wait till you hear this, because every time we turn
- 33:43around, we know that in China, they have solar farms that are
- 33:48the size of Paris. We know that in India, they have
- 33:52solar farms that are the size of of, of Brooklyn.
- 33:55And I don't know all these compared, I mean, millions and
- 33:57millions. Guys, I'm going to want you to
- 34:01look at this one more time. If you took that coin right and
- 34:07sliced off a third of it, the 2/3 of a coin coin shop Chris
- 34:12would kill me if I sawed this, if I sawed it off 2/3 of this
- 34:17coin. This one out silver round are in
- 34:20every solar panel 2/3 and when it goes into that solar panel,
- 34:28bye bye. It's gone for 20 years. 20.
- 34:35The ultimate silver stackers are the solar farms.
- 34:38Next time you drive, you're going down the highway.
- 34:42Maybe you're driving to Costco, hopefully not to buy yourself
- 34:45gold and silver. I'd recommend Pendex
- 34:47nonetheless. Hey Daniel, solar farms are the
- 34:50future. I agree on many levels.
- 34:52Thank you for that super chat. And you see a solar farm, don't
- 34:55look at it like a solar farm, right?
- 34:57And they're all over the place now.
- 34:59Look at it like a giant collection of two third ounce
- 35:02silver bars. And there's going to be one in
- 35:06Australia that is absolutely going to blow everything away.
- 35:12Absolutely everything. Uh oh.
- 35:15Hey, there's Annie Oakley. Thank you, Annie.
- 35:18Thank you, Jake from Jake's Custom Parts.
- 35:19Thank you big time, the Silver Shire and Silver Susie for
- 35:23helping moderate the channel. Now I want to go and hold on
- 35:30here. Oh, here we go.
- 35:36Our friend Mark sent us this article, World's largest.
- 35:41So thank you, Mark. Guys, the articles you send me,
- 35:44the comments you leave matter, right?
- 35:46We feature comments, we feature articles that are provided by
- 35:50you. So thank you.
- 35:51Thank you for your help. Yeah, right.
- 35:53Like, like I need your help on this journey.
- 35:56You know, you're always welcome in the basement.
- 35:59You're down here with me right now.
- 36:00But we do need your help. So thank you for the assistance
- 36:04that you do get. It's always very much
- 36:06appreciated. World's largest solar project.
- 36:11We'll send Australian energy to Singapore.
- 36:15What? Let's go down to the highlights
- 36:18here. 3 standouts Several superlatives stand out about
- 36:23this project A A Powerlink will build the world's largest solar
- 36:29farm on a remote island of Australia's NT The world's
- 36:34largest solar farm. We already know there are solar
- 36:37farms out there bigger than the city of Paris, huh?
- 36:41And this one's going to be bigger.
- 36:44We're talking that mean that has to be like millions of Oz of
- 36:49silver, OK. And when we say no millions of
- 36:53Oz, blah blah, there's only 800 million ounces of silver that
- 36:58the mining sector can can create produce every single year.
- 37:04It will also include the world's largest battery near the
- 37:07territorial capital of Darwin that'll probably have a boatload
- 37:11of silver in it too. Maybe they'll get Samsung to use
- 37:13one of their one of their solid-state batteries that's
- 37:17going to use 1 kilogram of silver or 30 oz plus for each
- 37:21battery that could be put into new electric vehicles.
- 37:25Oh, and by the way, Toyota, the world's biggest car
- 37:28manufacturer, is right now testing those batteries and
- 37:33there's speculation, or hence more than speculation that
- 37:39they're going to roll it out initially in their Lexus brand.
- 37:42I got off track. But guys, silver is getting
- 37:45sucked up everywhere we turn around.
- 37:49It will also feature the world's largest submarine power cable,
- 37:53which will probably be made out of silver.
- 37:57I'm just joking. Probably aluminum.
- 37:59I think for long, long distance energy, they, they, they use
- 38:04aluminum. Now I want to talk to you about
- 38:06something that I think is fascinating about solar that I
- 38:10don't hear anybody else talk about.
- 38:12Could be solar farms are one thing, but the other big benefit
- 38:15to solar panels if you put them on your house and we don't have
- 38:20solar panels on our house, right?
- 38:22I'm going to what the heck, I'll stack some silver on the roof to
- 38:26think about it. If, if, if the world had solar
- 38:29panels on the roof of every houses, We don't need all that
- 38:33expensive energy transit. What do you call it?
- 38:37Transmission infrastructure. All those cables, all those
- 38:42wires that crisscross the world, the delicate, if you have solar
- 38:47panels, your power plant is right there, right where it's
- 38:51consumed. If they're on the House, I think
- 38:54that's the future. Solar panels, probably they'll
- 38:57make them. They'll use more silver and make
- 38:59them more efficient. They'll generate the power right
- 39:02there where it's going to be consumed and we'll have
- 39:04batteries that'll have a lot of silver in them.
- 39:07That'll store that. That right, we'll all have this
- 39:09suitcase thing that'll store enough electricity for years.
- 39:13Does that make that's the future?
- 39:15I absolutely believe that all these wires running everywhere
- 39:19are gone. I can see it like I'm not and
- 39:23tell me if you think I'm crazy but all this expensive wires
- 39:27like in my neighborhood and they they made it better.
- 39:29But it used to be every time it like it thundered the power went
- 39:33out OK. It was horrible, right?
- 39:35If I had solar panels on my roof and a battery at my house right
- 39:40there, I don't need it, right? Unless a tree hits the solar
- 39:43panel. Whatever, right?
- 39:45Does that make sense? The other thing that I believe
- 39:47the future will be as well, getting rid of all these wires,
- 39:51is we will get our data. Right now I'm talking to you and
- 39:55it's going through spectrum Internet, OK?
- 39:58We'll get our data all wirelessly like we already do on
- 40:01our cell phones. OK, that's the future.
- 40:04That's what's going to happen, no doubt about it.
- 40:07OK, guys, another. Major massive driving force.
- 40:12We have so many things that are coming together.
- 40:17There's almost nothing negative out there when it comes to
- 40:21looking at the precious metals like we have so many tailwinds.
- 40:25But we sat down here and talked years ago, 2-3 years ago, a lot
- 40:31of you join me down here and I and what we talked about back
- 40:34then was silver and gold were facing a lot of headwinds and
- 40:39they were doing good and they did do good.
- 40:41That's so exciting about how well the silver price and gold
- 40:45price did over the last two years, OK, up until, you know,
- 40:50about six months ago, silver and gold were in the battle against
- 40:54so many things, high interest rates, you name it, right, there
- 40:58were headwinds. Now it's like everything has
- 41:01shifted. Initially, back in December of
- 41:042023, we talked about how the headwinds stopped and we were
- 41:08just like a sailboat sitting out there with no wind.
- 41:11Now, baby, we got the wind in our tails, sails.
- 41:18And there's one thing I'm ever drinking coffee.
- 41:20There's one thing that could turbocharge that, and I'm going
- 41:24to show that to you next, OK? And that's the US dollar.
- 41:33And what we are seeing right now, we are on the cusp of the
- 41:38US dollar index breaking below 100.
- 41:43There it is right there, 100.42. The lower this goes, absolutely.
- 41:52That will act as a major force, a major tail, a head tailwind,
- 41:57wind in the sails for the silver price and the gold price.
- 42:01That's just a one day chart. Let's look at a three-year
- 42:04chart. OK, We were back below 100 just
- 42:09back in 2021, but we look at this about once a week because
- 42:16it is so important. We're going to get the Crayolas
- 42:18out one more time on this. If we look on a long term basis
- 42:24and move this out of the way where we are right now at 100
- 42:30and if we draw a line on that chart, guys, we have spent the
- 42:37majority of the last 40 years below 100 and that likely is
- 42:45where we're heading. And that's the DXY this is, this
- 42:48is is could be super crazy supportive for the gold and
- 42:53silver price. And this is just a comparison
- 43:03right of the of the of the three best horses in the glue factory.
- 43:08And what I also want to show you on this chart is we experienced
- 43:17an unbelievable run in the gold price and the silver price from
- 43:23about 2001 through 2011, silver alone went from being under $5
- 43:29per oz to over $50 per oz. What caused that?
- 43:34What was one of the biggest was this right here.
- 43:37OK, this from about 2001, 2002 through 2011, you see how the US
- 43:46dollar index dropped from being above 100 all the way down to
- 43:5175, right? That during this period is when?
- 43:56Let's see if I can draw this for you.
- 43:58Hold on. That is when silver went to
- 44:16$50 per oz. Important to remember that can
- 44:23happen again, OK? But it gets even more exciting
- 44:27when we realize the truth and that is that other things going
- 44:31on, right? That right now, like
- 44:35geopolitically, like the bricks, OK, like the world bifurcating,
- 44:40like the unbelievable amount of debt that the United States has,
- 44:44that our corporations have, that our households have, right?
- 44:47What happened from O1 to 2011 can happen again, but it could
- 44:53actually happen in an even more exaggerated fashion because we
- 44:58have issues now that we didn't have back then.
- 45:02Things really are different right now, but they're different
- 45:06in a way. They could exaggerate that move
- 45:09in the precious metals prices way beyond what we saw from O1
- 45:14to 2011. So when everybody thought when
- 45:17you know that when, when, I mean, do you feel this like, you
- 45:21know, sure, silver, 30 bucks an ounce and that's great.
- 45:25I'm very happy we got to stay above $30.00.
- 45:28But when we think about $90.00 silver and, and people kind of
- 45:34shake their heads and they go, you're dreaming, you're a silver
- 45:37pumper, you're a, you're a dreamer, you're a, you know, a
- 45:40nut case for thinking about that.
- 45:42Really. OK, well, how about what 2020
- 45:46years ago, 2001, the silver price went from $5 to $50.
- 45:52That's a 10X. Even if we started from like the
- 45:57recent low ish area of let's say 16 dollars, $20 and we do 10X of
- 46:04that, that's $160.00 per oz silver.
- 46:08That's $200 silver and I agree. I'm with you, baby, right?
- 46:14We need to help each other here, right?
- 46:16That seems crazy. I agree 100%, right that I mean
- 46:20to think to think that this isn't that a beauty?
- 46:27I tell you what, the other one I love is this one that came from
- 46:30Big 10, the Silvershire and also has a an Indian look at that.
- 46:36Isn't that absolutely beautiful as the eagle on the back?
- 46:43OK, to think that this what I'm holding in my hand right here,
- 46:47priced in paper and this, I don't feel like I have anything
- 46:51in this hand. Oh, hi, everybody.
- 46:53It's my daily, my daily. Hello.
- 46:55Who is that? Who is that?
- 46:57George Washington? I should know that, right?
- 47:01That is not a silver certificate, right?
- 47:05To think that this could go to 160 or $200.00 an ounce in paper
- 47:10dollars. I mean, really guys, look, I'm,
- 47:12I'm a firm believer. You think, you think $200.
- 47:16I think in my lifetime that it's with the right set of
- 47:20circumstances, we could see $2000.00 an ounce silver.
- 47:25We could see $20,000 an ounce silver.
- 47:27And I agree, the world could be a very scary place under that
- 47:32scenario, but it's absolutely not out of the question.
- 47:36Don't forget, right? This is proof.
- 47:39This is absolute, utter proof that what is happening right
- 47:44now, we are in a situation that cannot be solved.
- 47:49Unfortunately, We are in a debt spiral.
- 47:51We are in a debt Whirlpool. There is no doubt about it.
- 47:56And you know what? I want to show you something
- 47:58else here. While I have you here, I'll just
- 48:01pull you up. Look at I got to.
- 48:02I got to organize these slides better.
- 48:04Oh, yeah, you're silver. Here's our friend silver.
- 48:07This is the ratio of silver to the NASDAQ 100.
- 48:11That's where we are right now at the top point OO16, OK.
- 48:15We've been as high as point O55 in the last 40 years.
- 48:20If we were to do that again right now, this is real.
- 48:24We really were at that point, Point O 55, OK?
- 48:28We would need silver to be at $1100 per oz.
- 48:32OK, and there's the big butt chart that shows it on a chart
- 48:36basis, but that's not what I want to show you.
- 48:38OK. Oh, there's silver and Indian
- 48:41rupees, new all time high breakout cup and handle.
- 48:45I mean, it's happening everywhere.
- 48:47Not what I want to show you. There's there's Barbie, there's
- 48:53a there's some click bait $550 silver.
- 48:57Come on, Ron, are you crazy here?
- 49:01All right. Credit card debt hits all time
- 49:03high in the United States. If BY Dynamics was a swing set,
- 49:08not a political statement. If Bill Back Better was a beer
- 49:12that comes from our friend Don Indris.
- 49:14It's not what I want. This is the one that just
- 49:18continues to blow my mind. One purse, one Gucci purse like
- 49:23I have here in the basement. Our gold bear back here has a
- 49:26Gucci purse. I'll show it to you in a second.
- 49:28This bag can carry 600 ounces of gold, 600 ounces of gold, 601 oz
- 49:36gold coins, 600. That equals 22,000 barrels of
- 49:41oil. Are you kidding me?
- 49:44Really. Are you kidding me?
- 49:47OK, wait a minute. Wrong one.
- 49:49That's not what I really wanted to show you.
- 49:51You know what I really want to show you was this.
- 49:53Hold on here. Nope.
- 49:55That's our drain. Oh, shoot.
- 49:58I know what I needed to show you guys.
- 50:00I apologize. Hold on here.
- 50:03Not that. Hold on.
- 50:06Don't get dizzy. We're going to get there.
- 50:09This this came from our friend Chris Marcus at our Not, not
- 50:12that, not that. Hold on.
- 50:16This came from our friend Chris Marcus.
- 50:18This all this debt that we're talking about.
- 50:21Chris Marcus at Arcade Economics had this in one of his little
- 50:24newsletters came from Mining Visuals and Gold We trust, OK?
- 50:30We talked about all this debt that we have in our country
- 50:33right now, OK, right, 35 trillion.
- 50:37But you know, and it's only going up and up.
- 50:39So if we look at the gold and debt, right, gold is the yellow
- 50:47line. See how the price of gold went
- 50:49up and up. This isn't a percentage up and
- 50:52up and up, OK? The price of gold rose over 50
- 50:55times from 1966 to 2023, driven by the end of the gold standard
- 51:01inflation crisis and stability and rising investment demand.
- 51:06So there's yellow. Look at the yellow line if you
- 51:10see how it is directly related to the black line, which is from
- 51:151966 to 2023, debt grew 1 hundredfold reflecting increased
- 51:23reliance on borrowing to fund government operations.
- 51:27This is undeniable proof right? That the more debt that the
- 51:33government racks up, OK, the more the more deficit spending
- 51:38that they do, the more that our government spends more than they
- 51:41bring in, the more the debt level goes up, the more the
- 51:44precious metals, the gold price and the silver price will go up,
- 51:50no doubt about it. There was one more I wanted to
- 51:54show you guys forget. Here we go.
- 52:00This came from one of the big, big, big insiders, OK.
- 52:05And it came from the big massive with the with the big mining
- 52:10companies. Go and have a big pow wow every
- 52:13year. It's gold and you can say silver
- 52:16as well. The return of the king Bull
- 52:18markets are born on pessimism, grow on skepticism.
- 52:23And that is where we are right now.
- 52:25People are still skeptical, not you and me, right?
- 52:29They mature on optimism. That's when we get silver at at
- 52:34$8075.00 an ounce and die on euphoria.
- 52:39That's when we want to quickly convert some of our silver.
- 52:43I'll never convert all of mine into other real assets because
- 52:47at that point we will have in both gold and silver relative to
- 52:53other real assets, an opportunity to convert things at
- 52:57very, very, very attractive price levels.
- 53:02Hold on here. Here we go.
- 53:08Hopefully we're still alive. There's there's the price of
- 53:14silver in, in, in Canada all the way back.
- 53:17See how I mean, everywhere in the world we're getting new
- 53:21multi year ties. This is an Australian dollars.
- 53:24OK, look at look at this silver price in Australian dollars.
- 53:30Do you see the cup, the big cup formed in the middle?
- 53:33Do you see the handle? Do you see how silver is
- 53:36breaking out and it continues to break out all over the world?
- 53:46I want to say thank you to channel sponsor.
- 53:49Oh, I got to tell you guys about the stocks I bought.
- 53:50I'll do that in just one second. First, mining gold.
- 53:54Canadian gold developer with two multi million ounce projects in
- 53:57Canada. Gold in the ground in Canada.
- 54:00You're not going to stack it in your basement or your garage or
- 54:03a vault. You might as well have it in the
- 54:05ground in Canada. Fortuna Mining, they're
- 54:08operating gold and silver mining company with operations in Latin
- 54:13America and West Africa and they're just wrapping up their
- 54:18third quarter right now. But the first two quarters, the
- 54:20first half of the year had been phenomenal for Fortuna Mining.
- 54:24I appreciate the support of all our sponsors.
- 54:27You can learn more about them at their respective websites, which
- 54:30I will put a link to in the description below.
- 54:33I think silver is greatly undervalued right now.
- 54:39I think gold is undervalued right now, but the silver price
- 54:44has a lot of catching up to do OK and we're going to see that
- 54:47here through the end of the year.
- 54:49That's what I think I could be wrong.
- 54:51Don't make any financial decisions based on anything I'm
- 54:53saying don't buy a stock, buy gold or silver, adopt A puppy,
- 54:58get engaged, don't do anything. You need to do your own due
- 55:01diligence. But I also think that the mining
- 55:04stocks where I have a a lot of money, look, I eat my own
- 55:07cooking. I own a lot of that stock first
- 55:10mining gold. I own a lot of Fortuna mining.
- 55:13I believe that the mining companies right now are vastly
- 55:17undervalued. I would have said the same thing
- 55:19two years ago and I was dead wrong.
- 55:22OK. But nonetheless, in particular,
- 55:26the junior sector of silver miners, gold miners are way
- 55:29undervalued. So just to bring you guys up to
- 55:31date I did this week buy some more Fortuna Mining stock and
- 55:381st mining gold. I eat my own cooking right.
- 55:41If I'm if I'm going to be sponsored by these companies, I
- 55:43need to believe in them 100%. I need to have my own money, my
- 55:48own skin in the game and I do again, I'm not giving
- 55:52recommendations. You need to look at these things
- 55:55talk to financial advisors do whatever you got to do do it on
- 55:58your own, but I do like to keep you guys updated.
- 56:01I also bought two other stocks that I don't talk about a lot,
- 56:06Suma Silver, they have a big silver exploration project in
- 56:11Nevada, OK, Tonopah, and they have the Mogion project in New
- 56:16Mexico. And I'm actually going to be
- 56:19talking to the CEO of that company next week, Galen
- 56:21McNamara or the following week. We're working on getting that
- 56:26scheduled with his investor service Rep.
- 56:28But he's a guy that I have a lot of respect for and a lot of
- 56:31people tell me that that he's like a super go getter, super
- 56:36hard worker. But they have silver in the
- 56:39ground in the United States, OK, a lot of silver in Nevada, in
- 56:45New Mexico. And he is a sharp guy.
- 56:47And they're exploring for more and more and more.
- 56:50The other company that I bought was Cantera CANTERRA.
- 56:56They've got big mineral claims in Newfoundland and I chatted
- 57:01with the CEO this week. After talking to him and doing
- 57:04my own research and digging in, I was excited about that one as
- 57:08well. So just wanted to give you guys
- 57:09an update on what I've been doing with my stocks.
- 57:13I hope you are doing well. OK, Thank you for being here.
- 57:19Oh, other. I forgot the biggest breaking
- 57:21news of the day. Your kids are going to love
- 57:24this. Your grandkids are going to love
- 57:27this. This comes from Gary Lee, a
- 57:30world famous cello teacher. Gary Lee.
- 57:35He tortures me every week with this.
- 57:37But this is big breaking news. Apparently, if you like
- 57:43margarine, you know that stuff you put on your toast or
- 57:45whatever, you better stock up. Not because of the longshoreman
- 57:49strike or anything like that, but I have it on good word that
- 57:53they're going to ban margarine. Big breaking news story.
- 57:58They're going to ban margarine all throughout the world.
- 58:00And you know why they're going to do it?
- 58:02Because they want to make the world a butter place.
- 58:09Get it? Anyway, hopefully I don't lose
- 58:12too many subscribers from that one.
- 58:14Thank you Gary Lee, world famous cello teacher for sharing that
- 58:17one with us. Everybody have a great day, OK?
