- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Good morning, good morning, just after six o'clock. Thank you
- 0:05Speaker 2: for starting your Tuesday with us. Ricky's got those three things,
- 0:07Speaker 2: presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 0:10Speaker 3: For all, My book Gurly is out there. It looks
- 0:12Speaker 3: like the next Akatar installment is coming soon, sooner than
- 0:16Speaker 3: you may have thought. Last March, Sarah J. Mass had
- 0:19Speaker 3: shared that A Court of Thorn and Roses is getting
- 0:23Speaker 3: two new editions quote very soon, and now she's wiped
- 0:26Speaker 3: her Instagram grade clean with only two posts about those installments.
- 0:31Speaker 3: So book six is now known as a Court of
- 0:34Speaker 3: Splintered Harmony, out on October twenty seventh of this year,
- 0:37Speaker 3: so very soon. Book seven comes out early next year,
- 0:41Speaker 3: and it's titled a Court of Forgotten Melody. It's set
- 0:44Speaker 3: to come out in January of next year, January twenty seventh,
- 0:47Speaker 3: to be specific. So they're coming fast. They're gonna be
- 0:50Speaker 3: out quicker, they know it. They don't give much time
- 0:52Speaker 3: in between the two as well. So once you get
- 0:55Speaker 3: the sixth book, you gotta read it real fast in
- 0:57Speaker 3: order to be ready for the seventh one once it
- 0:59Speaker 3: comes out. But be on the lookout for those. First
- 1:02Speaker 3: one is October twenty seventh.
- 1:03Speaker 1: That will not be a problem for my wife to
- 1:05Speaker 1: read these fast. She will.
- 1:06Speaker 3: I don't think it will be a problem for many people.
- 1:08Speaker 3: They read them so quickly. They love these.
- 1:11Speaker 1: She likes those more than she likes me.
- 1:13Speaker 2: I want to start a support group for husbands that
- 1:15Speaker 2: the wives like.
- 1:16Speaker 3: That all their wives read A Porter of Thorns and Roses.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Just everybody gets together and complains about how you don't
- 1:22Speaker 3: get paid attention to anymore, and yeah, good luck with that.
- 1:26Speaker 3: This year is Shakespeare in the Park is headed back
- 1:28Speaker 3: to Centennial Park. You can watch A Midsummer's Night's Dream
- 1:32Speaker 3: at the Banshell on Thursdays through Sundays starting this week
- 1:36Speaker 3: until September twentieth, plus Labor Day, so performances begin at
- 1:39Speaker 3: seven pm. General admission is pay what you want with
- 1:42Speaker 3: a suggested donation of twenty dollars, but they also have
- 1:45Speaker 3: VIP tickets or the Royal Package, and the Royal Package
- 1:49Speaker 3: gets you a picnic, which I love. I think that's
- 1:51Speaker 3: the cutest thing ever. But this is a great way
- 1:53Speaker 3: to support local again. We always love to like give
- 1:56Speaker 3: you local things to do and supporting local you know,
- 1:59Speaker 3: groups and businesses and things like that. This is a
- 2:01Speaker 3: great way to do that, and gen Zers, they are
- 2:04Speaker 3: using their social media accounts to look for jobs. Forty
- 2:07Speaker 3: six percent of gen Zers have successfully gotten a job
- 2:10Speaker 3: or an internship thanks to TikTok. That blew my mind.
- 2:15Speaker 3: So a gen Zer who was part of this article
- 2:17Speaker 3: had said that she took to TikTok to share her
- 2:19Speaker 3: job struggles as she had lost her job two of
- 2:22Speaker 3: her jobs in six months. She posted a resume, She
- 2:25Speaker 3: talked about her resume, her experience, things like that, and
- 2:28Speaker 3: as a direct result of the video, she was hired
- 2:30Speaker 3: as a lead event strategist for a private luxury event planner.
- 2:34Speaker 3: She's now looking for her job again, and she's going
- 2:36Speaker 3: to Instagram. She's using that as her creative portfolio with
- 2:40Speaker 3: reels of all the events that she's done.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Wait, she's looking for a job again.
- 2:44Speaker 3: She's looking for her job again. This was during the
- 2:46Speaker 3: pandemic that she had lost. Yeah, this is over the
- 2:49Speaker 3: course of years, Kevin, don't be judgy, but this is
- 2:52Speaker 3: a new thing, and experts are saying that the new
- 2:54Speaker 3: generation is adapting their job search to the platforms that
- 2:57Speaker 3: they've grown up on. So you're gonna see it more
- 2:59Speaker 3: and more Armerchie Sanchez, and those are the three things
- 3:01Speaker 3: you need to know.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Thank you very much, Ricky. I wasn't judging she just
- 3:04Speaker 1: you know.
- 3:05Speaker 2: You said she lost two jobs and she got a third,
- 3:07Speaker 2: and she lost that one, and it just seemed like
- 3:09Speaker 2: maybe she's the problem. But I understand now it is
- 3:11Speaker 2: over the course of years.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Okay, like Kevin's never been fired. Look at you.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Here's Bruno Marts.
- 3:18Speaker 2: As we get back into the music, we have little
- 3:20Speaker 2: Wayne tickets out of the way. You can win him
- 3:21Speaker 2: at about six and a half minutes.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Don't move, they're.
- 3:23Speaker 4: Coming, Ricky second man in the morning.
- 3:26Speaker 1: I can tell.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Already that we're gonna get a much needed boost this
- 3:29Speaker 2: morning from speaking with Courtney. Courtney and Dixon is on
- 3:33Speaker 2: the line right now, and she's got a lot of energy.
- 3:34Speaker 1: How you doing, Courtney, I'm doing great.
- 3:37Speaker 3: All y'all, We're good. I mean, we're just hanging out.
- 3:40Speaker 3: We're in the one of seven five of the River
- 3:41Speaker 3: Studio doing our things. Start in the morning, you though,
- 3:45Speaker 3: how do you start your morning? Because you've got a
- 3:47Speaker 3: lot of pep in your step. It sounds like I'm
- 3:50Speaker 3: on my first cup of coffee.
- 3:51Speaker 4: Alrighty, all right, what time do you wake up?
- 3:56Speaker 3: Usually about five, so I mean you'll wake up earlier,
- 3:59Speaker 3: so that's not too bad.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Yeah, but you've been up for over an hour. Okay,
- 4:01Speaker 1: I get it.
- 4:02Speaker 4: I get it.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Do you like hop out of bed like ready to go,
- 4:04Speaker 2: like snaping your fingers and whistling, or does it take
- 4:06Speaker 2: you a minute to get no? No, no, no no.
- 4:08Speaker 3: This morning I had to think about it. I like that,
- 4:11Speaker 3: not like I hit my snooze or anything like that.
- 4:13Speaker 3: I had to think about gotta get it. We've all
- 4:19Speaker 3: been there, Courtney, for sure. It took me a little
- 4:21Speaker 3: bit longer to get out of bed this morning too.
- 4:23Speaker 3: I wonder if like that's just the day that we're
- 4:25Speaker 3: having as a as a collecting. So yesterday was so
- 4:28Speaker 3: hot and then today, like it feels kind of good outside,
- 4:30Speaker 3: so maybe have something to do with that. Yeah, I'm
- 4:33Speaker 3: so happy that we got a little bit of a
- 4:34Speaker 3: cold front. It's still warm, but at least it's not
- 4:37Speaker 3: as gross as it was the way that I walked
- 4:39Speaker 3: out of my door at like five thirty in the
- 4:42Speaker 3: morning yesterday and I was like, oh my god, it
- 4:44Speaker 3: already feels like an oven out here. I hated it
- 4:47Speaker 3: so bad terrifict so bad. I feel for everybody who
- 4:51Speaker 3: works outside because that's rough.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Yeah, well, Cordon, let's all be like Cortony. She's celebrating
- 4:55Speaker 2: the little winds. It's a little better today. You're right,
- 4:57Speaker 2: you're right, you're right. Let me not bring it down.
- 4:59Speaker 3: Let me not bring it down, Courtney. He's got a
- 5:00Speaker 3: lot of energy. We're up right now, up up and
- 5:03Speaker 3: going Courney.
- 5:05Speaker 4: Do you love lol? Wayne?
- 5:07Speaker 3: Absolutely? I'm was born and we'll graduate in nine, so
- 5:12Speaker 3: I grew up in a little Wayne. Okay, so yeah,
- 5:14Speaker 3: you totally get it.
- 5:15Speaker 4: Then, Yes, you're gonna love this show.
- 5:17Speaker 2: He's gonna be at Bridge Don Arena in September, and
- 5:20Speaker 2: you are the first caller of the day, so you're.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Gonna be there too.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Congratulations, it's gonna be a huge show obviously, Bridge Down Arena,
- 5:27Speaker 3: September twenty fifth. We're so pumped for you. Bring this
- 5:30Speaker 3: same energy to that concert. Make sure you're ready to
- 5:33Speaker 3: dig most definitely awesome.
- 5:38Speaker 4: Love.
- 5:38Speaker 3: Hang on the line, we gotta get your info.
- 5:39Speaker 2: Okay, yes, ma'am, thank you, thank you.
- 5:42Speaker 1: You've got more of these tomorrow, Ricky.
- 5:43Speaker 2: I have the weirdest little Wayne story that just popped
- 5:45Speaker 2: in my head that I completely forgot about. Okay, so
- 5:47Speaker 2: you know that, I, uh, for a few years, hosted
- 5:50Speaker 2: a show on MTV. It was, you know, like a
- 5:52Speaker 2: live entertainment show whatever. And so one day we interviewed Drake.
- 5:56Speaker 2: We had Draken studio. Okay, surprise Drake. We called Lil
- 5:59Speaker 2: Wayne and talked to him in prison.
- 6:02Speaker 3: Stop it right now.
- 6:03Speaker 1: I talked a little Wayne on the phone when he
- 6:04Speaker 1: was in prison.
- 6:05Speaker 3: I always forget that, like, you were cool at one point,
- 6:08Speaker 3: and then these little tidbits come up and then you
- 6:11Speaker 3: tell me things like that. I'm like, oh, yeah, you
- 6:13Speaker 3: were cool and you had my dream job at one point. Yeah,
- 6:15Speaker 3: and now look at you.
- 6:16Speaker 1: It was fun. It was fun. More of these tickets.
- 6:19Speaker 4: Tomorrow, Ricky zachon Mano in the morning, fall a Boy.
- 6:22Speaker 1: On the River. Ricky.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Earlier, you mentioned that you had a little trouble getting
- 6:26Speaker 2: out of bed this morning.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Yeah, it was rough.
- 6:29Speaker 1: I had the opposite problem. Something got me out of
- 6:31Speaker 1: bed this morning. Uh. We'll call it.
- 6:34Speaker 2: An intruder, my intruder. I'm gonna call it an intruder.
- 6:37Speaker 2: It's I want you to take ten steps backwards.
- 6:39Speaker 3: O'sbody's fine, not as bad as.
- 6:41Speaker 2: It sounds okay, But there was something, some noise that
- 6:44Speaker 2: got me out of bed this morning, got me outside
- 6:46Speaker 2: this morning that I was not a fan of. I
- 6:47Speaker 2: will tell you right after. Zara Larson. Okay, I'll explain
- 6:49Speaker 2: it all. Okay, But everybody's fine.
- 6:51Speaker 4: Everybody's fine, Okay, Ricky zach in the morning.
- 6:54Speaker 3: If you've ever woken up in the middle of the
- 6:56Speaker 3: night and thought there was an intruder in your home,
- 6:59Speaker 3: you're gonna late to Kevin right now. It's Ricky Zacamano
- 7:02Speaker 3: in the morning on one oh seven five the river.
- 7:04Speaker 3: He said an intruder was in the vicinity of his home.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Inside the house.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Ricky, Oh, it was inside. I didn't know if it
- 7:11Speaker 3: was like outside. It was inside. It woke you up
- 7:14Speaker 3: this morning. Yes, who slash? What was the intruder though?
- 7:17Speaker 2: That's the question, mister met the idea.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Your neighbor's cat.
- 7:26Speaker 1: We don't know how. I don't know how.
- 7:28Speaker 2: My family was all still asleep, but he apparently at
- 7:30Speaker 2: the end of the night last night when we all
- 7:31Speaker 2: locked the doors and set the alarm, he was inside
- 7:33Speaker 2: the house, which has never happened. This is my next
- 7:36Speaker 2: door neighbor's cat that he's like an outside cat for them.
- 7:38Speaker 2: He never goes in their house. He sort of lives
- 7:40Speaker 2: in their garage. He's a litter box in their garage.
- 7:42Speaker 2: But he's in our house all the time. My kids
- 7:43Speaker 2: play with him. By the way, update, we have cat
- 7:45Speaker 2: toys now. We bought cat toys in We don't have
- 7:49Speaker 2: a cat. We're not cat people.
- 7:50Speaker 3: You never know you have a cat. We had this
- 7:52Speaker 3: conversation last time, you have a cat.
- 7:54Speaker 2: My wife is allergic to cats. We're not getting a cat.
- 7:56Speaker 2: But mister Migi is over all the time. He leaves
- 7:59Speaker 2: us a dead bird. He's it's a whole loves you.
- 8:01Speaker 1: It's an issue.
- 8:02Speaker 2: But last night was the first night that apparently he
- 8:04Speaker 2: was inside the house when we shut it all down.
- 8:06Speaker 3: Do you think one of the kids brought him inside
- 8:09Speaker 3: of the house.
- 8:10Speaker 2: I really don't, I genuinely don't. They would not have
- 8:13Speaker 2: been able to keep that a secret. They're not good
- 8:15Speaker 2: at that sort of thing. I think that he just
- 8:16Speaker 2: kind of snuck in. The kids leave the doors open
- 8:19Speaker 2: a lot, and he was in there. He was under
- 8:21Speaker 2: a bed or something. So now I gotta go home.
- 8:23Speaker 2: I gotta look for cat pee, cat poop when I
- 8:25Speaker 2: get home from more now I'm wondering, do we get
- 8:28Speaker 2: a litter box, even though like this cat is slowly
- 8:31Speaker 2: moving into our house and now I told you last
- 8:33Speaker 2: time you have a cat. I'm genuinely considdering getting a
- 8:36Speaker 2: litter box because I don't want him going to the
- 8:38Speaker 2: bathroom house if he's going to be doing this thing
- 8:40Speaker 2: more often, if he's going to be sneaking in.
- 8:42Speaker 3: I mean, you could also check the house when you cool.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Like the door, every bed, who this guy's crazy. He
- 8:49Speaker 1: could be anywhere and you could do.
- 8:51Speaker 3: That, or you could get a litter box and accept
- 8:53Speaker 3: the fact that you now have a cat.
- 8:56Speaker 1: It kind of feels like we have a cat.
- 8:58Speaker 3: I don't want to miss your cat.
- 9:00Speaker 1: And his mios woke me up at like one in
- 9:02Speaker 1: the morning. I heard little miouse.
- 9:04Speaker 3: He was probably like, let me out of this box.
- 9:05Speaker 3: I don't want to be in this box. I'm supposed
- 9:07Speaker 3: to be outside in the odors.
- 9:09Speaker 2: He doesn't want it either, So we should just come
- 9:10Speaker 2: to some mutual understanding that he's not our cat.
- 9:13Speaker 3: I mean, I feel like it goes back and forth.
- 9:16Speaker 3: He's still kind of partially your cat. If you have
- 9:18Speaker 3: cat toys and you're thinking about getting a litter box.
- 9:20Speaker 3: He's half your cat.
- 9:21Speaker 2: Feels like it, and I don't like that, and it's
- 9:23Speaker 2: it's my I don't know, it's my fa I'm the
- 9:25Speaker 2: one that got the cat toys.
- 9:26Speaker 1: I'm the one thinking about a little bit. I don't
- 9:27Speaker 1: I don't know. I've no one to play by myself,
- 9:29Speaker 1: so you are the problem. I'm doing it for the
- 9:31Speaker 1: kids though I'm such a good dad.
- 9:33Speaker 3: You sure have you always wanted a cat.
- 9:36Speaker 1: I do kind of like cats, and I never wanted
- 9:39Speaker 1: to admit that.
- 9:40Speaker 3: It's all for you, Kevin. All of it's for you,
- 9:43Speaker 3: and you're blaming it on the kids, and this is
- 9:44Speaker 3: what parents do sometimes.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Mister is very cute.
- 9:47Speaker 3: Though he is very cute. We had a meeting the
- 9:49Speaker 3: other day and you were outside and he went right
- 9:52Speaker 3: up to you, and you're like, look, I held him.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Up to the computer s because he miss He's always.
- 9:56Speaker 3: Around my cat like I'm cute heus.
- 9:58Speaker 1: So if you have any advice on how to get
- 10:00Speaker 1: of them, please, I.
- 10:01Speaker 3: Like that three things you need to Okay, here we
- 10:05Speaker 3: go just.
- 10:05Speaker 2: After seven o'clock on this Tuesday morning. I appreciate you
- 10:07Speaker 2: being here. Ricky Sanchez has those three things presented by
- 10:10Speaker 2: Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 10:11Speaker 3: An independent assessment of NES's performance during the deadly winter
- 10:16Speaker 3: storm found a lot of issues. Mayor Freddie O'Connell's Winter
- 10:20Speaker 3: Storm Response Commission released its interim report. The commission's findings
- 10:24Speaker 3: were based on quote nearly sixty interviews with first and
- 10:27Speaker 3: second response agencies, community partners, subject matter experts, and residents.
- 10:33Speaker 3: A few things that they found were that NES's emergency
- 10:35Speaker 3: response structure lacked clearly defined roles, their technology was outdated
- 10:40Speaker 3: and often failed under the loads created by the storm,
- 10:43Speaker 3: and delayed requesting and acquiring external resources. Improvement can be
- 10:49Speaker 3: seen in a few ways. There's a need for better
- 10:52Speaker 3: intergovernmental collaboration and communication from National Electric Service leading up
- 10:57Speaker 3: to and in the immediate aftermath of events. There's a
- 11:00Speaker 3: need for better coordination with our non governmental government partners,
- 11:05Speaker 3: and more ways to reach our vulnerable and non English
- 11:08Speaker 3: speaking communities are necessary. Obviously, we're hoping that a lot
- 11:11Speaker 3: of these things are implemented because the storms aren't stopping. Obviously,
- 11:15Speaker 3: we need to evolve and adapt to the fact that
- 11:18Speaker 3: that is just the reality of what's happening down here.
- 11:21Speaker 3: So hopefully ANYS takes this into account. And just does
- 11:24Speaker 3: a better job next time. The Jonas Brothers, they are
- 11:28Speaker 3: coming back to Nashville. They're bringing the Burning Up Tour
- 11:31Speaker 3: all over again to Bridgetown Arena. The show is happening
- 11:34Speaker 3: November fifth. Tickets go and sale publicly August twenty first,
- 11:37Speaker 3: at ten am. But you can also win them this week,
- 11:41Speaker 3: all week long at seven forty five with Kevin Mano's
- 11:43Speaker 3: Game of the Day, So make sure you're here in
- 11:45Speaker 3: forty five minutes, well less than forty five minutes in
- 11:47Speaker 3: order to try and win those tickets before anybody else
- 11:50Speaker 3: can even buy them. And squish mellows, you know those toys,
- 11:54Speaker 3: those big fluffy toys. I have a Squish Mellow. I
- 11:58Speaker 3: have one, and I love him so much. He's so
- 12:00Speaker 3: cozy and comfy. So they're getting their own movie, Okay.
- 12:03Speaker 3: Amazon MGM is developing a family film about those stuffies.
- 12:08Speaker 3: We don't know many details just yet. We don't know
- 12:10Speaker 3: if it's going to be animated, live action, or maybe
- 12:12Speaker 3: a hybrid of both. But we know that Amazon Amazon
- 12:16Speaker 3: MGM went big in order to get this deal, and
- 12:19Speaker 3: they really think, obviously this is gonna be huge because
- 12:21Speaker 3: squish Mellows are huge, not only are they actually some
- 12:25Speaker 3: of them massive in real life, but the craze for
- 12:28Speaker 3: these toys is also huge. I'm Ricky Sanchez, and those
- 12:31Speaker 3: are the three things you need to know.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Appreciate your Ricky. Here's Zela language. You can get back
- 12:35Speaker 1: into another long set of music. Here, Zach is out today.
- 12:38Speaker 1: I've got your fact. We are learning together right after
- 12:40Speaker 1: choosing Texas.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Zach's Fax presented by Kevin Manno bring that.
- 12:43Speaker 1: It's away on the river.
- 12:45Speaker 3: Class is in session.
- 12:47Speaker 4: Zach's Facts brought to you by Mark Spain.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Real Estate on one oh seven five the River.
- 12:52Speaker 2: Zach is out today, So I've got that fact. Ricky,
- 12:54Speaker 2: have a question for you. Where would you guess the
- 12:57Speaker 2: phrase cut to the chase came from?
- 13:00Speaker 3: Oh my god, I don't even think I could guess,
- 13:02Speaker 3: but it sounds like some old timey weird phrase.
- 13:05Speaker 1: You're right, it is a timely weird phrase.
- 13:07Speaker 2: It comes from the silent film era where often these
- 13:11Speaker 2: movies would have like some long, kind of boring love
- 13:14Speaker 2: story and then it would end with some exciting chase.
- 13:16Speaker 2: So when people would want you to cut through all
- 13:18Speaker 2: of the boring stuff and just cut to the chase.
- 13:20Speaker 3: Already see that's how I envision it in my head,
- 13:23Speaker 3: like I hear it like that.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Could Joe just cut to the chase. There you go,
- 13:27Speaker 1: there's back of the day.
- 13:28Speaker 4: Thanks guy, Ricky, Zach and Minnow in the morning.
- 13:34Speaker 2: Shout out some schools, shall we? It's one oh seven
- 13:37Speaker 2: five the reverse school is back in session, settling back
- 13:40Speaker 2: into that routine of brand new Year's upon us, and
- 13:42Speaker 2: we want to use these airwaves to give a little
- 13:44Speaker 2: love to your school.
- 13:46Speaker 3: We like to try to do this every year and
- 13:47Speaker 3: you guys love it, you know, So shout out your school,
- 13:50Speaker 3: some pride for your school. Maybe if you want to
- 13:52Speaker 3: shout out you know, somebody who works at the school
- 13:54Speaker 3: or something like that, that's also fine. Uh So call
- 13:57Speaker 3: us right now. Six one five, seven, three seven nine one.
- 14:00Speaker 3: Get that school spirit up ready for a new year.
- 14:03Speaker 1: You never know.
- 14:03Speaker 2: If you're driving in this morning, a bunch of your
- 14:05Speaker 2: your schoolmates might be driving as well. And you get
- 14:07Speaker 2: the credit for shouting at your school on the air.
- 14:10Speaker 2: Six one, five, seven, three seven nine, one oh seven
- 14:12Speaker 2: school shout outs.
- 14:14Speaker 4: That's here Ricky, Zach and Mennow in the morning.
- 14:17Speaker 3: On the River matt Inspirna, Welcome to one O seven

- 14:30Speaker 3: All the best today is specifically though, Rocky Fork Elementary.

- 14:44Speaker 3: I love to hear it.
- 14:44Speaker 4: Matt.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Thank you so much for calling in and we appreciate
- 14:47Speaker 3: what you do. What you do is so important for
- 14:49Speaker 3: these schools.
- 14:49Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Have a great day, Matt.
- 14:51Speaker 3: You Aubrey and Nashville. What school you want to shout out?
- 14:55Speaker 3: National the Art, National School of the Arts.
- 14:59Speaker 4: Amazing?
- 15:00Speaker 1: Do you go there?
- 15:01Speaker 3: Well?
- 15:01Speaker 1: What's your uh? What's your connection?
- 15:03Speaker 4: Oh?
- 15:04Speaker 3: I am a theater student. That's my conservatory. Okay, how cool?
- 15:08Speaker 4: Cool?
- 15:08Speaker 3: We love that the arts are so important. Auverrey. You
- 15:11Speaker 3: don't let anybody tell you otherwise. Yes, ma'am, have a

- 15:16Speaker 1: Break a leg.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Calian Union fellows on the line, Cali, what school would
- 15:24Speaker 2: you like to shout out this morning?

- 15:50Speaker 4: Is you know?
- 15:51Speaker 3: We're trying to do our best.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Okay, how is he or she adjusting?
- 15:57Speaker 4: Well?
- 15:57Speaker 3: She thinks she love it very well.
- 15:59Speaker 1: She loves mic in France.
- 16:01Speaker 4: She's having so much fun.
- 16:02Speaker 3: That's amazing to hear.
- 16:03Speaker 1: CALLI.
- 16:04Speaker 3: We hope she has a great day school, and you
- 16:05Speaker 3: have a great day too.
- 16:06Speaker 2: Thank you, bye.
- 16:08Speaker 4: Love.
- 16:08Speaker 2: It's so sweet to think about all these different lives,
- 16:11Speaker 2: all these different stories all around us all the time.
- 16:13Speaker 3: You know, and now just you know, doing their own thing.
- 16:17Speaker 3: I think about that a lot when I'm driving on
- 16:18Speaker 3: the highway.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Let everybody where, everybody's going totally. I do too.
- 16:23Speaker 2: I also think about that when I'm walking around, like
- 16:25Speaker 2: the neighborhood. I'm looking in people's windows.
- 16:27Speaker 3: Okay, well that's something. If you've got a school that
- 16:29Speaker 3: you want to shout out six one five, seven, three seven,
- 16:32Speaker 3: nine one oh seven. If you don't want to tell
- 16:34Speaker 3: Kevin that school.
- 16:34Speaker 4: I understand, Ricky Zach And in the morning, we are
- 16:38Speaker 4: doing school.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Shout outs this morning on the river.
- 16:41Speaker 2: As you uh get into that drop offline, we have
- 16:43Speaker 2: Amy and Murphy's burrow on the line.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Amy, what school would you like to shout out?
- 16:47Speaker 3: I would like to shout out Riverdale High School.
- 16:50Speaker 1: My daughter Summer is a this.
- 16:53Speaker 3: Year there, and they're doing the sunrise breakfast right now.
- 16:57Speaker 2: I hope to hear this.
- 16:58Speaker 3: I love that that is such a cool thing that
- 17:00Speaker 3: they do. I never heard about this until moving down here.
- 17:04Speaker 3: And my husband, he's a teacher as well, that they
- 17:06Speaker 3: do these sunrise breakfasts for the seniors and then they
- 17:09Speaker 3: do a sunset dinner for the seniors when the school
- 17:11Speaker 3: year is done.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Oh that's so cool.
- 17:13Speaker 3: Oh yeah, isn't that so cute?
- 17:16Speaker 1: So much, it's so much fun.
- 17:18Speaker 3: Senior year is a lot of fun. I hope she
- 17:20Speaker 3: enjoys every second of it. All the senior is out there,
- 17:22Speaker 3: I hope you enjoy every second of it because it
- 17:24Speaker 3: is just so much fun. You're gonna think about senior
- 17:27Speaker 3: year in high school forever.
- 17:28Speaker 1: I think I may be more excited than her.
- 17:30Speaker 4: I try not to crowd every day right now. It's
- 17:32Speaker 4: so much fun.
- 17:33Speaker 1: You are the sweetest. That's awesome.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Amy, thank you for calling, thank you for us starting
- 17:37Speaker 2: your day with us, and we hope.
- 17:38Speaker 1: She has a great year.
- 17:39Speaker 3: Thank you, y'all have a great day too.
- 17:41Speaker 4: Bye, Love Anna.
- 17:42Speaker 2: Also in Murphy's Burrows on the line, Anna, what's that school?
- 17:45Speaker 1: Central?
- 17:46Speaker 3: Magnet School?
- 17:47Speaker 1: Central?
- 17:48Speaker 3: All right? Shout out to everybody there? You go there then, Anna, Yes, Okay,
- 17:53Speaker 3: what grade are you in? I'm in the eighth grade?
- 17:55Speaker 3: Eighth grade. Every time somebody says whatever grade they're in,
- 17:59Speaker 3: I'm like, oh man, what happened to me that year?
- 18:01Speaker 1: You have a flashbag?
- 18:02Speaker 4: Right?
- 18:03Speaker 3: Literally?
- 18:04Speaker 1: What's your school? Mascot?
- 18:06Speaker 3: The Tigers have a great day, Anna, We appreciate you listening.
- 18:11Speaker 3: You by love. Nolan and Nashville. What school do you
- 18:15Speaker 3: want to shout out? Christian?
- 18:18Speaker 2: All right?
- 18:18Speaker 3: Shout out to everybody there. Nolan wants you all to
- 18:21Speaker 3: know that he's ready for the school year. Did you
- 18:23Speaker 3: guys start this week or last week?
- 18:26Speaker 4: Last week?
- 18:26Speaker 1: Last you and Nolan?
- 18:29Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, enjoy it. Have so much fun this year? Okay?
- 18:34Speaker 2: By Nolan, see you, buddy. My daughter's in fourth grade
- 18:37Speaker 2: as well. This year starting fourth grade. My kids are
- 18:39Speaker 2: in fourth and second.
- 18:40Speaker 3: Dude, you're getting so old.
- 18:42Speaker 1: So are they.
- 18:42Speaker 2: Thank you, Ricky, so are you. If I'm getting older,
- 18:44Speaker 2: you're older as well. Whoa hey, whoa, whoa you said
- 18:48Speaker 2: it first.
- 18:49Speaker 1: You've got Jonas Brothers.
- 18:50Speaker 4: Sicket to the Game of the day next Ricky Zach
- 18:52Speaker 4: and in the morning.
- 18:53Speaker 3: We are so excited the Jonas Brothers. They're coming back.
- 18:56Speaker 3: They're going to play Bridge Jown Arena in November fifth.
- 18:59Speaker 3: We have your take gets to see them before they
- 19:01Speaker 3: even go on sale, right here on one of seven,
- 19:03Speaker 3: five of the River. But you gotta win sibling rivalry.
- 19:06Speaker 3: It's Kevin Manno's Game of the Day.
- 19:07Speaker 2: Meredith in Nashville, Good morning, Good morning, you big Jonas
- 19:12Speaker 2: Brothers fan.
- 19:14Speaker 4: I am, okay, cool, not the biggest, but I'm here
- 19:17Speaker 4: for it, are you.
- 19:19Speaker 3: C That is a solid boy.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Well, you know it's the show yesterday. They're coming back.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Like Ricky said in November, you have to get three
- 19:25Speaker 2: out of five of these to get the tickets. Okay, cool,
- 19:29Speaker 2: I give you first names of siblings. You give us
- 19:31Speaker 2: the last name. Your game starts right now, all right, Meredith,
- 19:36Speaker 2: Pair number one, Ross and Monica what's their last name?
- 19:40Speaker 2: Ross and Monica? They are siblings.
- 19:44Speaker 4: Oh, I know that's Killer, yeah, Kiler.
- 19:46Speaker 1: All right, there we go.
- 19:48Speaker 2: You need two more. Dakota and Elle. What's their last name? Dakota. Okay, no,
- 19:54Speaker 2: that's wrong.
- 19:56Speaker 4: You tricked me.
- 19:57Speaker 3: That's wrong.
- 19:58Speaker 2: It's Spanning Manning. Dakota and Elle Fanning. Yeah, maybe take
- 20:04Speaker 2: a beat before you threw out an answer, because that
- 20:06Speaker 2: was confusing even for me. Okay, so you got one right,
- 20:08Speaker 2: one wrong. Maggie and Lisa.
- 20:14Speaker 3: The Simpson is all right, you just need one more point.
- 20:18Speaker 2: To win another Maggie, Maggie and Jake.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Al Right, I did it. You're going to see the
- 20:28Speaker 1: Jonas probably.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Thank you guys, of course. Congratulations. Love you really threw
- 20:34Speaker 3: Kevin Perle there. That was actually that was the highlight
- 20:37Speaker 3: of the day for me, so thank you for that.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Here's the deal. I started. I started googling over.
- 20:44Speaker 2: I was wondering, wait, does Dakota Johnson have a sister
- 20:48Speaker 2: named Elle?
- 20:48Speaker 1: She does not, But like I was like, wait a minute,
- 20:50Speaker 1: do it? And then I questioned everything that.
- 20:53Speaker 3: Brought me a lot of joy. Meredith. Then we're gonna
- 20:55Speaker 3: put you on holds for just a second.
- 20:57Speaker 1: So I can get your info.
- 20:58Speaker 3: Okay, all right, thank you.
- 21:00Speaker 1: In the end, she got the tickets.
- 21:01Speaker 2: We have more of these tomorrow, same game beer. If
- 21:04Speaker 2: you want to three things you need to know, Ricky
- 21:07Speaker 2: Sanchez has those three things.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 21:10Speaker 3: The first Dancing with the Stars pairing has been announced
- 21:13Speaker 3: Giermo Rodriguez from Jimmy Kimmel Live and pro Whitney Carson.
- 21:18Speaker 3: They have been paired up for season thirty five. Whinny
- 21:20Speaker 3: Carson explained her excitement about the pairing, saying how sweet
- 21:23Speaker 3: and fun he is. What she said is exactly what
- 21:26Speaker 3: she needs in this season of life. She said, quote
- 21:29Speaker 3: just someone who's fun, personable, which makes sense because Whitney
- 21:32Speaker 3: also revealed that she's pregnant with her third baby, which
- 21:35Speaker 3: is amazing. So she'll be on Dancing with the Stars
- 21:38Speaker 3: as a pregnant pro. We love to see it. Women
- 21:41Speaker 3: are just amazing, man Like, the things that women can
- 21:43Speaker 3: do while pregnant blows my mind always.
- 21:47Speaker 2: Well, I will say, she's probably not gonna be doing
- 21:49Speaker 2: too much heavy lifting with Giermo's or partner, you know,
- 21:51Speaker 2: I mean, you're gonna taket slow.
- 21:53Speaker 3: Kevin wants to fight today The Farmer's Almanag released it's
- 21:57Speaker 3: twenty twenty six twenty twenty seven Winter Outlook, and it
- 22:00Speaker 3: looks like Tennessee may have a cool, wet, and stormy
- 22:03Speaker 3: winter ahead, So just something to think about. The Almanac
- 22:06Speaker 3: reports eighty to eighty five percent accuracy on regional outlooks
- 22:09Speaker 3: by using a combination of sunset cycles, lunar position, title poll,
- 22:13Speaker 3: and historical pattern waiting, which means nothing to any of us,
- 22:18Speaker 3: but it all sounds really smart. Just something to keep
- 22:21Speaker 3: in mind. I know we don't want to think about winter,
- 22:22Speaker 3: it's still summer, but you know how to give you
- 22:24Speaker 3: an update. And Poppy has launched a new sour apple flavor.
- 22:29Speaker 3: This flavor is inspired by the nostalgic taste of green
- 22:32Speaker 3: apple candy, So think green apple Jolly Ranchers and sour
- 22:35Speaker 3: apple blow pops. That's the vibe that they're going for.
- 22:38Speaker 3: It's a limited edition flavor, but you can find it
- 22:41Speaker 3: at retailers now. I'm Riquye Sanchez and those are the
- 22:43Speaker 3: three things.
- 22:44Speaker 4: You need to know, Ricky zach in Meadow in the morning.
- 22:47Speaker 2: On one, do you have a rule at work in
- 22:51Speaker 2: the workplace because of one person they did something that
- 22:55Speaker 2: a rule had to be created.
- 22:56Speaker 3: There's always one person that's got to take it too far. Right,
- 22:59Speaker 3: So this says, one person spilled coffee on a keyboard,
- 23:02Speaker 3: and now we have a no drinks policy in the office.
- 23:04Speaker 3: That's insane. No popcorn in the microwaves after the fire
- 23:08Speaker 3: department had to be called twice.
- 23:11Speaker 1: See, I think that you gotta blame the microwave for that.
- 23:13Speaker 1: That's a fun thing.
- 23:13Speaker 3: No, if it happens twice, that's your issue.
- 23:16Speaker 1: No, that's a microwave.
- 23:18Speaker 3: We used to have unfiltered Internet until a former employee
- 23:22Speaker 3: installed OnlyFans on his work tablet and saved his login.
- 23:27Speaker 3: Why would you do that? No drying your wet clothes
- 23:31Speaker 3: in the microwave. Back to microwaves. One winter, someone was
- 23:34Speaker 3: trying to dry their socks and forgot that they were
- 23:37Speaker 3: in there until lunchtime when they were discovered by an
- 23:40Speaker 3: HR employee.
- 23:42Speaker 1: What I mean. That's the ten things instilly come to mind.
- 23:46Speaker 4: That are wrong with that.
- 23:47Speaker 3: And this one says at a trucking company, some idiot
- 23:50Speaker 3: had a rope to the back of a truck, got
- 23:52Speaker 3: on skis and had his buddy drag him around in
- 23:55Speaker 3: the truck like a dog sled. There's now a no
- 23:57Speaker 3: skiing warning symbol that's on the back of these vehicles.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Yeah, well that sounds fun.
- 24:03Speaker 3: That's ridiculous. You can't do that at work. There are rules,
- 24:07Speaker 3: there are lines.
- 24:07Speaker 2: And you know that.
- 24:08Speaker 3: I hate rules. I love breaking them. But like then
- 24:11Speaker 3: you ruin it for everybody else.
- 24:12Speaker 1: But when they did that, there was not a rule
- 24:14Speaker 1: in place, so they were fine.
- 24:15Speaker 3: But you know better, you know better, Like for us,
- 24:18Speaker 3: we have to take training, certain training courses because somebody
- 24:21Speaker 3: else has ruined something in our company. We had to
- 24:24Speaker 3: take FCC training every year, which I think is law now.
- 24:27Speaker 3: But every year somebody curses on air and don't what
- 24:30Speaker 3: just happens somewhere in the country.
- 24:32Speaker 2: All these like fishing things because somebody bought a bunch
- 24:34Speaker 2: of gift cards or something for me.
- 24:35Speaker 3: We had to do all these fishing like seminars of
- 24:38Speaker 3: emails because somebody bought a bunch of different gift cards
- 24:42Speaker 3: thinking that our CEO same oars.
- 24:46Speaker 2: Oh my god, six one five, seven, three seven nine
- 24:48Speaker 2: one o seven.
- 24:49Speaker 1: If a rule exists at work because of one person,
- 24:52Speaker 1: we want to hear.
- 24:52Speaker 4: About Ricky, Zach and Mennow in the morning, John.
- 24:58Speaker 2: In Springfield is on the line right now. Now, it's
- 25:00Speaker 2: one O seven to five the river. John, do you
- 25:02Speaker 2: have a rule at work that exists simply because of
- 25:05Speaker 2: one person in their stupidity?
- 25:07Speaker 1: We do.
- 25:08Speaker 4: You're not allowed to use your own teams like green
- 25:13Speaker 4: screen background.
- 25:14Speaker 2: Without sending it to HR compliance First.
- 25:17Speaker 3: Oh no, what did the person do as their screen?
- 25:20Speaker 3: It wasn't even something offensive necessarily, It was just something
- 25:23Speaker 3: that wasn't very professional.
- 25:25Speaker 1: So we have to go through a whole Oh boy, dog,
- 25:28Speaker 1: can you tell us what it was? I know it
- 25:30Speaker 1: wasn't offensive, but what was it? It made it look
- 25:32Speaker 1: like they were like out on the beach.
- 25:35Speaker 3: It was about the call that they joined because it
- 25:38Speaker 3: was it was It wasn't an internal company call.
- 25:40Speaker 2: There was there was a client on the call.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Okay, okay, yeah, then you gotta probably be smarter than that.
- 25:46Speaker 3: I can see how that would become an issue, John,
- 25:48Speaker 3: But there's always that one person that's got to ruin
- 25:50Speaker 3: it for everybody, Just.
- 25:52Speaker 4: That one out of thirty thousand, Oh my god.
- 25:55Speaker 3: Out of thirty thousand. It is crazy to think about.
- 25:57Speaker 1: Thank you for calling about it. We appreciate it.
- 26:00Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 26:01Speaker 4: By hey.
- 26:02Speaker 2: Right after somber We've got your chance to win tickets
- 26:04Speaker 2: to see Somber as well as Teddy Swims and Gracie Abrams.
- 26:08Speaker 2: It is our back to class arena pass three shows.
- 26:11Speaker 2: Get that keyword, get all the tickets.
- 26:13Speaker 4: Next Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning one.
- 26:16Speaker 1: US seven five the River. It's signed for the Daily
- 26:17Speaker 1: Double Tap.
- 26:18Speaker 2: If you have been to a bachelorette party within the
- 26:21Speaker 2: last couple of years, I'm sure this will ring true
- 26:24Speaker 2: for you.
- 26:25Speaker 4: It will.
- 26:25Speaker 3: They've just gotten completely out of hand. The whole thing
- 26:28Speaker 3: is insane at this point.
- 26:30Speaker 2: Yes, this is the Daily Double Tap. It's a woman
- 26:32Speaker 2: kind of just hammering that point home about how crazy
- 26:35Speaker 2: they are.
- 26:35Speaker 4: Here we go.
- 26:36Speaker 1: We will be spending fourteen business days in Nashville, Tennessee.
- 26:41Speaker 3: If you do not have enough peep out, quit your job.
- 26:44Speaker 3: We want Michelle to feel special. We will be getting
- 26:48Speaker 3: there in private jet. Everyone please chip in. We want
- 26:52Speaker 3: Michelle to feel special.
- 26:54Speaker 1: I got a beautiful AIRPMV on the ocean.
- 26:58Speaker 4: It's only six.
- 27:00Speaker 3: Thousand dollars per person. In the backyard, they have a
- 27:03Speaker 3: Benny Hanna group.
- 27:04Speaker 1: As mentioned before. That is six thousand.
- 27:07Speaker 3: Dollars per person. Spend a week where people you do
- 27:10Speaker 3: not like or do not know them, have gotten insane.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Yeah, my god.
- 27:19Speaker 3: I've been asked to do some crazy bachelorettes and I've
- 27:22Speaker 3: had to say no to some of them because I'm like,
- 27:24Speaker 3: that is certifiably insane.
- 27:26Speaker 2: All the themed outfits and you gotta buy six different
- 27:29Speaker 2: outfits for this trip.
- 27:30Speaker 3: And some of them are done like very normally, you
- 27:32Speaker 3: know what I mean, Like it's a weekend, a weekend away,
- 27:35Speaker 3: and they get it if you gotta come on like
- 27:36Speaker 3: a Friday and do Friday through Sunday. But sometimes they
- 27:39Speaker 3: are completely out of control and their entire week. I
- 27:41Speaker 3: got asked to do one in Punta Kana, in Punta
- 27:45Speaker 3: Kana for five.
- 27:47Speaker 1: Days, Oh my god, and I was told.
- 27:50Speaker 3: I'm gonna do my best to keep it within two
- 27:52Speaker 3: thousand dollars each year.
- 27:53Speaker 1: I mean not that's cool to sound like an old man,
- 27:56Speaker 1: But it used to be like a one night thing.
- 27:58Speaker 3: Like my mom was literally like I don't understand what
- 28:01Speaker 3: you people are doing. You have no money and you
- 28:03Speaker 3: guys go on these week long trips or these bachelorettes.
- 28:05Speaker 3: By bachelorette was one singular night out with my friends.
- 28:09Speaker 2: Like that makes sense to Ricky Zach and Meno in
- 28:13Speaker 2: the morning on one oh seven five the river
