- Do you know what I love? When you have your dock moved to a different monitor? Because anyone would ever want that Okay. We don't want to change your primary monitor. No, like it's in front of me. That's where the dock should be, right? Also our m Are MacBook Pros waterproof? Just asking for a friend who spilled water everywhere just now. Is that a no? No, doesn't it's an IPS rating of no. Do they have IP readings on laptops Probably not. You're changing the meaning of dock to its marine equivalent now. That's what you're doing. Yes. Yes. It is. We just had a mini. Mini flood into the MacBook Pro region of my desk. It's actually gone in the computer? I'm not going to look till later. I'm just going to look. You're using it to record right now. Yeah. Yeah. It's it's probably probably fine. I th I mean water is conductive, so more electrons can go through, so it'll probably just record better. I can help you out. Turn on the transcribe block in audio hijack. And that'll heat your computer up. Dry it right out. Yeah. Can I still install Flash Player on a M Mac? Because that'll dry it out real quick if I can just play one fans. One Flash. Video. That would be great. There'll be water spraying out of the speakers as you uh as you're fancy. On the watch when you do the little v v thing and it like spits the water out They should put one of those on the back. But it's like a water feature from Dubai coming out of the keyboard. It's flashing coming out of the keyboard. The lights are going off. Not knock up, don't go, me, don't go, don't leave, but me, don't men. All right, so we're back as a trio. Oh, yeah. One and a half, two months of craziness. I don't know what's been going on, but we're back. I think it was like 2022 last time we were all here. Yeah. But Jason's not really here 'cause he's not well. I'm not, no. So if I sound weird, sorry. If I look weird, sorry. And if I If I'm spiritually weird. Sorry. Is that because you've got a longer beard now and the nothing headphones that you're wearing? Because I said that's our first topic. Is this an ensemble? It's not really just the headphones, it's the facial hair, too. Because it's a good look. When you buy the headphones, the beard comes with it. It's the free gift. That's how they get you. It's a chin strap. Yep. It's actually most headphones go over the top of your head. These go underneath your chin. And that's how they're attached to your body. So you go like under and put them on. Yeah. Nothing does things differently. I mean, you can't say they don't do design in a whole new and unique way. They actually call it the Unix edition. Comes with a free beard. Yep, right there. It's large and it's in in charge? It's not yeah, it kind of is in charge. It's really running my life at this point. The beard, right? Yeah. Okay. Do you hate the beard? I don't know if you've gotten to the point with the moustache, whether you've done any moustache trimming. But when the the whiskers start to go into your mouth from the moustache, I think. Nobody like that. Nobody likes that. So what do you do? Are you trimming or are you just dealing? A little bit of column A, a little bit of column B. So what, half one and half the other? You're eating half of your moustache? What does that mean? The left half of my face trim, right half don't trim, to get like a true A B comparison of how it really is. It's science. It's a scientific endeavor that I'm u undertaking right now. Well, I'm impressed there's no gray showing through. It's like Biosphere from the nineties, but on my face, basically. Yeah. Okay, so you're eating half of your moustache. Are you listening to all of or half of your headphones? How does that work? All of them. All of them. I am listening to all of the headphones, yes. I do have different headphones again. Um, but this time for a reason. I don't know if you all have noticed there's this concept and design of um Not letting you actually control a damn thing on anything without an app. I don't know if you're familiar with that. I really dislike that Especially with headphones, where it's like, oh, I just want to do a quick pause or change the noise canceling or skip forward. Oh, let me pull out an app. Why? Why are we pulling out apps? So I got these headphones. The Nothing Headphone One is the name. It's not their first headphone, so I'm not really sure why it's called one. First one was zero. I think this is probably like their their sixth. This is like their sixth pair of headphones they've made, but okay. Maybe it's the first over over year one. I don't know. It doesn't matter. Anyway, it's got buttons like you would not belie all the buttons that every other company didn't buy to put in their devices, nothing was like, we will wholesale all those buttons, and we're jamming buttons everywhere that buttons can fit. So there's a button to play pause. Crazy. There's a button for volume. There's a button for previous. There's a button for next. There's a button that you can program To do whatever you want. There is Dramatic pause. An on-off button. What? Electronics can be turned on and off? It's I know. I can tell you're both, like, just flabbergasted by that, but it does indeed have an on-off button. I'm just taking the fact that nothing has everything Is that the joke? I think it must be. They're like, hey, we're nothing, but you know what would be funny? What if we just did literally everything? That would be really funny. So, I think they did that and they've nailed it. They're great. They look super weird and crazy and strange, which I'm all good. They sound phenomenal. They're very comfortable. The battery life has been really good. They connect to all my stuff great. They've got like the high quality LDAC things. You can do like high quality wireless. They've been great. I really think they're they're a really nice set of headphones. Are they expensive? Mm no. I think they're b I would I think they're like half the price of um the Apple Apple ones. I would guess, I think. Was it those are like, what, five fifty or something? I can't remember. I've never bought them. I think they were two fifty. Okay. If I remember right. I'm looking on their website now. You're right. These buttons are massive. Yeah, a lot of buttons. Yeah, like really giant big guys. Oh, they'd be good for your fingers, Andrew. You should consider this. Let's start pressuring Andrew the same way that we really pressured into the iPod HiFi, because I remember just Heaping it on him for that. Yeah. It's like a high pod for your head. Sold. He's sold. Oh, it's got the little cord dangly, which okay, this also infuriates me about headphones. Whenever you get. headphones that have a wired option. On the headphone side, they always do the little like the little stupid like two point five millimeter to the three point five Why? Nobody has those. This is just 3. 5 to 3. 5. Any cable will do. Thank you. Thank you for that. Jason, according to the your ad has already done amazing things, because a monthly nothing website in Australia and they are sold out Wow. There you go. Well done, you. Yep. That's slash save for me. I have two questions. Yeah, two questions. The first question is not so much about this new gear that you've purchased, but what is the worst app that you had to deal with in the past? What springs to mind when it came to like controlling headphones or playback or whatever you said? Oh Either the Sony one or the Sennheiser one. Rot. Did not like them. This does have an app, of course. But I've never opened it. I don't need to. I set the EQ once. Oh, also another cool thing: you can set up custom EQs. And share them via just like a little QR code-y thing. So if you have like what you think is the perfect EQ for whatever, you can just put up a QR code and somebody can just scan it. And just put it right on their headphones, which is kind of cool. I don't know if that's something people really care about. They'd probably just take it out of the box and leave like the default one, but kind of an interesting idea to share. An EQ, which could be maybe for certain types of music, or maybe you have one for podcasting type voice stuff, one for you know, rock One for this, I don't know. Something I had not seen before. I'm sure other people do it, but it was kind of cool that you could just scan a thing and it's like, boop, here you go. You have this, you know. Professional EQ by this like super crazy music person or whatever. So, kind of interesting. That is pretty quirky. Yeah. My second question actually segues into the follow-up topic that Andrew has put next in the notes because I haven't looked at the website like Andrew has yet. I'm just operating on what I've seen written in the notes here. I can see nothing headphone singular And recently it came up, does Jason say scissor instead of scissors? A la math versus maths. Now I've noticed scissor like The verb in place of the. So, is that actually nothing headphone, or have you just written it instead of headphones? Great question. Are you still on the website, Andrew? I think it's nothing headphone. Phone. I pretty much actually headphone. Oh, right. I guess it is headphone. So, with that in mind, must be an American thing. What's the deal with the singular, what, like the scissors, scissor thing? So we got an email about this too from somebody listening to the last was it last episode? Yeah, it was the last one, right? Yeah, Matthew. Yeah, Mat he wrote in and said, like, what the hell is up with you saying scissor versus scissors? I don't remember exactly how I replied. But I have no idea. I just sometimes I say scissors, sometimes I say sometimes I say scissors. Because it reminded me. In some of the earliest episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm, I think Larry David goes around the city looking for the American equivalent of a stationery shop or a news agency in Australia saying, Does anyone have a scissor? And that's just what I thought about: a scissor. Is that you? I don't know. I I wonder if it's just m me trying to make rock paper scissors shorter. I don't know. Maybe I'm cheating when I play because, like, while you're saying the S, I'm not, and I'm like, already going. But I don't know if that would be cheating. I don't know. I have no idea. I don't know why I say it one way or the other. It's 50-50. It's either going to be scissors or scissors. Because while I was away, I loved that discussion. I have to say, we got so much. Feedback on Discord. You could do the poll. I don't know how many people checked the notes that I took over. You know, kind of pushed Jason aside while he was on holiday. You know, just did my own little first-person rant. But there was an embedded audio clip A linked one there for anyone who didn't see it, where I explained our preferred paper, scissors, rock. Now, look, just to be clear, because this is my turn, you guys, all right, I wasn't part of it, so this is my turn. I'm not out there to say what's correct. Because clearly there are more Americans in the world than Australians, right? So of course, if rock, paper, scissors, or whatever Is the preferred or majority option. I'm not going to argue against that. I'm just here to say, if you didn't hear it's scissor. Scissor, sorry. Rock, paper, scissor. Here we go, I'm making so many errors already. I just think paper, scissors, rock, or scissors, paper, rock, as other people wrote in, that gives you the monosyllabic rock to count on and shoot With your preferred option at the end in the battle. So I'm just providing an option from New South Wales, right, in Australia, that lets you get rid of the counting Whether you want to use that or not is up to you. Yeah. This this is the this topic of rock paper scissors is really what I think the last five years has built up to. I can agree. Yep. I think this is this is the point of whatever this is we're doing right now. Ultra critical topics that no one else is willing to talk about. And this is one of those. So all I can do is see rock, paper, scissors everywhere now. I sent you a picture from a book where there was a little comic strip thing that had it in there. I at work, I did a poll at work. I'm doing polls everywhere now because I gotta know what's happening. Just, you know, FYI, the poll I did at work was 100% rock paper scissors. I did put the S in the poll just to be democratic about it. And this is worldwide. This is not only US, so this was everybody. That's fun. But it's kind of all I care about now is really How do you say this game? Well, I share I saw it mentioned on a T V show last night. I think it was the Bear episode of The Bear. And I sent it through to you guys and onto the Discord. It was totally out of leak, wasn't it? It was popping up everywhere. Yeah, they'd said. I don't know what they were saying. Which introduces. I think I've got a solution to this. Oh, it was stone parchment shears, wasn't it? It was the old one, the oldie version. So Stoned. No, so I'm going to familiar with the game Bunny carrot gun. Bunny carrot gun. No. Yeah. I think that's how you get it. In that order, like you seduce the bunny with the carrot and shoot it. Is that the idea? Bunny. Bunny. So you're holding up two fingers for people who can't see it, right? And then the carrier's one finger. Yep. Gun. And then you shoot at someone. Right. Yeah, and so the gun beats the bunny. Right. The bunny beats the carrot, but the carrot beats the gun, because you can put the carrot into the That's realistic. Okay. Right. Yep. So so we could just do away with scissors, rock, paper. Altogether. But how do you what is the order of that? I don't know. That's for somebody else to figure out. I think it's. Also, what type of carrot? Because I feel like if you had a little Dutch carrot, like those ones that are in like classic cartoons, that would just slide to an Like too easily into the gun. Like it would, it wouldn't actually block it. Yeah, now you're getting shot with a carrot and a bullet. That's right. That's just embarrassing. Carrot shrapnel. Yeah. Krapnel. Have I talked to you about cruffins? Is this. Is bunny bunny gun carrot is this Australian? Where does this come from? Bunny rabbit. You know what a bunny rabbit is. I know what it is, but where does this game come from? Who is this? Well, it's another version. I don't know. I've come across this before. I don't know where. I'm just aware of it. Do you know about this, Martin? Is this. Over on the East? Like you said, with the paper, scissors, rock, rock, paper, scissors update being the build up over five years, I feel like this is the new bombshell. I had no idea about this. This is the latest hard hitting, breaking news update. From the number one personality, Andrew Kenyon. Yeah. Follow up. Jason's writing notes by gun Of the next episode. Good idea. Look at this awesome power that we have. Listeners can't see this, but Jason has opened up our shared Proton note with end-to-end encryption and has done it live as we're typing. So not only can you rely On the Show Notes Master for things to be in there for when this episode comes out. He's planning notes for the next episode. It's amazing. I feel like we had some spotty episodes recently. We're like, who's recording? I don't know. Are we in sync? And now we are in full Smooth pro mode. I'm even checking stuff off. Look at that. Checked. Just to wrap up this topic, Andrew, you've got here verse versus versus. That's what it's all about. Oh, yes. What do you want to say about that quickly? Okay, so this is part following up from the scissors, scissors, math, maths. So this is part just questioning Jason, but also part finally getting to unload one of my annoyances. Because I hear Jason quite often, he's saying verse when he's comparing two things. He'll say A versus B. And I hear it on Hemisphere Reviews, I hear it on Three by Two podcasts. And every time I hear it Just a little part of me, just to a little part gets kind of annoyed. Cause I'm like, it's not verse, it's verses So, Jason, this is me correcting you finally after 143 episodes. But also, maybe it's just how he's been taught to speak. Do you know what I love about this? It's like after five years, everyone discovered that I was never the foot. So Jason, I love you. I love you. Don't get me wrong. And I hope I'm not upsetting you. But versus, right? So your problem is how I say verse verse versus you often are that is that work is that what it comes down to Or is it more about verses versus verse? With each instance of verse, there were actually two verses next to the verses. Oh we need a chorus to go with the verse. Oh boy I'm pretty much going to say the same thing I said about scissor versus scissors. One of them's going to come out, one of them's not. See, no, just replace it in your head. In your head, when I say it the way you don't like it, just Change it. I do. And now I see. Now I feel, or this could be controversial. You could accept me for who I am and love and appreciate me. I'm sure that I say many things that annoy you. And I feel good. It was a cathartic moment, me just saying that, but I also feel quite terrible as a friend for like. I'm not bothered by it, and I'm glad that you were able to get that off your conscience. It's thumbs up corner. It's back. Thumbs up corner. It started last time. Right, was it last time? I think it was last time. Yeah, it was last time. Yeah, it was correct. Thumbs up corner is a rapid-fire corner where you only talk about things that you want to give thumbs up to. And don't even bother talking about things that you don't. No worries, let's do it. Only positivity. That's what this show is supposed to be about, anyway, right? Yeah, I've put two in, put two into thumbs up corner super fast as The it requires. First one, Fmail has recently been updated to version three, a free mail app designated for FastMail. It basically it's kind of like an app wrapper for the FastMail web interface. I love it, it's really good. I don't know really what the difference is between fmail three and two. I'm sure there's some stuff under the hood But I upgraded and it works well and I continue to like it. F mail three. F mail. Second one. Second one. Firefox the browser that continues to lose browser share. Not in my house, because I'm enjoying Firefox and I've really settled into it. I like it a lot. Firefox. Use it. That's all I got. Thumbs up. I like it. Well, I added something just at the last minute because I thought Hey, it's supposed to be quick and I'll do it right now. And because we also have another segment called Media Corner, and this is an example of media, but it's within Thumbs Up Corner, so I'm kind of like bending space-time, breaking the rules, and doing this. Have either of you heard of a movie called Memoir of a Snail? No. No. If I had more than two thumbs, I would give all the thumbs to this movie. Wow. I don't know if you've ever heard of it. Maybe not. It doesn't seem like it. No. This is an Australian movie that was released last year, 2024. I had seen it advertised around the place, but kind of forgotten about it. You know, life's busy, move on And then Natasha noticed it and said, Oh, it's on this streaming service that we're paying for for a month because we don't use it all the time. And we watched it. And I have to tell you, this has instantly ascended. to like one of my equal favorite movies. It's beautiful. So for anyone who hasn't seen this before, I'm about to instantly build it up for you to the point of probably instant disappointment. It is an Australian movie by I don't know if you've ever heard of movies like Harvey Crumpet or Marian Max. They're Australian claymation or stop motion movies. And this is a gorgeous film set in the 1970s in Melbourne. I won't ruin the entire thing for you, but It's two twins who become separated due to unfortunate circumstances. And it is one of the most beautiful stories with so much character detail. Embellishment and layers to what's going on. Simple plot, but lots and lots happening and so much in the way of character idiosyncras But despite the beautiful story, it's displayed in an overly grotesque, visually kind of horrid way. Like beautifully made, but very striking and depressing in its look. It's kind of like this juxtaposition in your mind. Anyway, if you're looking for something different and you want to discover an Australian movie, Memoir of a Snail, treat yourself. That's my big thumbs up in Thumbs Up Corner with a media spice element. That sounds perfect for Thumbs Up Corner. How I'm curious now, how in terms of Australian movies, okay? How many, I mean, I I'm just gonna I don't know, you don't know the answer. How many per year are there? Do you would you oh like if you had to estimate is it like single digits or is it like tens of movies h like how many Do you think there are? And I'm asking because we obviously never hear about any like the only way I'm going to hear about it is by talking to you. In this podcast, and you saying, Hey, have you heard about this Australian movie called Memoir of a Snail? and be like, No, I haven't. Tell me about it in the thumbs up corner. And then you do, which is great for me. But not everyone has that privilege. So how like yeah, what's what's the cinema scene? I have no idea, but I'd say three. Three Look, I mean, I could have done some research. I didn't expect that question. I'm sure you could find it out somewhere. But oh, there are plenty of Australian movies coming out, but I would say for most Australians, it would be a challenge To discover Australian movies. I think most people can't be bothered. They're certainly out there. They're advertised. They do go to the cinemas. But I'd be telling everyone listening to this podcast and both of you what you already know that A lot of people don't go to the cinema like they used to. So really everything is just suffocated by American media. You've got options like SBS in Australia, Special Broadcasting Service, that show Oodles of foreign language films, stuff from all over the world. You've got things even on Stan, I would say, which is like the Australian equivalent of something like Netflix. But most people don't know. You really have to put some effort in. But yeah, they're a great option. So more like once a month-ish, would you say? You're kind of there's something you want to go see, or once a week, just kind of oh. In terms of something major that's in the media, I wouldn't say it's on most people's radar even that often. There are Australian films being made all the time, but totally what the US is. And I'm sure there's everything from like super indie to like big ones, but just In terms of like, people are talking at work about going to see X movie, is that like weekly, monthly? I just like, I don't have a sense for No, when I go to work, I I'm pretty sure it's like I mention things like I do with you and you go, Oh, okay, there's Martin with his um artsy moment again. We didn't know that that. Do you remember Priscilla Queen of the Desert? Of course. That's probably the last big Australian movie. What? I think the last big Australian movie I saw was BMX Bandits. Oh my God, now you're joking. That's still fantastic. But the other thing about Australians is that Australians are actually kind of hidden or dripped around the place in other major productions. And then you go, oh, you know, like you look at things like, you know, I've brought up The Matrix a thousand times. That movie. depended on a lot of Australian production. It was Australian backing with like visual design and effects, and it was all done in Sydney. You look at things like, I suppose, Mad Max and Happy Feet, huge American involvement. But you know, Australian creators or ideas, or even things like one of my other favorite films, The Truman Show, had an Australian director, Peter Weir. So There's a lot of Australian involvement, but I think the things that tend to make it big overseas or in the US tend to be the ones that have American involvement in some way 'Cause they get the big marketing push and all that stuff. Yeah. Okay. Cool. There you go. And they have funding. Studio funding. That's probably the big challenge in Australia. Do you like how we yeah, I kind of meshed it into Have we ever done that before? Like a corner becomes another corner? Is that just a circle? I think so. Yeah. Oh my god. It's like when you look around the corner and you're like, we're almost there. And you're like, oh no, just around the next corner. Oh no, just around the next corn We're almost to the next topic. Go ahead, Vernon. Next topic. Oh, and it's mine. Fantastic. I was going to bring this up a little while ago, but I thought I'll resurrect it. Was it ever dead? I don't know. Here it is. I wanted to spend a brief time on this podcast praising modern mirrorless cameras for video. Now, people have used mirrorless cameras before. This is a bit of a nerdy or tech adjacent podcast. It's not that big a mystery. But my experience with cameras mostly in that area was for photography Right. Are we to assume that a mirrorless camera is a camera lacking a mirror? Yes. Yes. For anyone with good point. I should talk about what that actually means. For people who aren't camera nerds. If you remember DSLRs, things that actually had mirrors that reflected up into the viewfinder, the pentaprism, that's gone. So mirrorless cameras are now pretty much the standard in dedicated cameras. It's just a Really, really high-res electronic viewfinder now that's showing what the sensor's seeing rather than the lenses. Same basic idea, but the technology is different I've just been so impressed. Thank you for saying mirror, as opposed to Jason, who just called it a mirror. So that's good too. You're out to make friends on this show, aren't you? Same as for reviews. We've got differences. It's like aluminium. It's like a mirror versus a mirrorless. Go ahead, Martin. That's okay. Sorry for the rude interruption. That is fine. It's fine. I'm very patient, of course. I'm actually a very impatient person. Yeah, so really, I just, it was an epiphany for me recently just how good these cameras are now. And I'm talking about for video when it comes to things like algorithmic. Auto focus and tracking because most of my experience, whether it was just personally at home photographing family or going on trips or at work in the like the communication work that I do, it's mostly been photos And I don't want to go too much into details and stuff with work, but the big epiphany was really at work recently with some video shoots that we've done with Newer cameras that replaced our old ones. For context, the old ones were Canon 5D Mark IVs. If you know anything about cameras, they're fantastic cameras, beautiful photographically, but a different era in terms of video we moved to Panasonic G nine twos, which, if any of you remember what I've said about micro four-thirds having smaller sensors, they let less light In, which can have certain effects for low-light photography and video, but awesome for image stabilization. And we used these cameras for Basically, you know, where we didn't have lights with us for certain reasons. Didn't matter because we had these beautiful bright lenses and the image stabilization. It's like we had lights. I couldn't believe how good the video quality was in terms of light. And we also had to track for a recent video which I'm happy to stick in the show notes for anyone who's interested. And I think, Jason, you might have seen this already based on some other messages. This is the truck? The truck, yes. It was the truck rules. Yeah, this is essentially for context. Near where we live, there's a place called Mount Oozley, which is the. This mountain road that leads out of Wollongong north towards Sydney and other towns. And it's notoriously difficult for trucks taking Huge loads. Now, I work for a steel company and they take fully loaded B-doubles with steel coils and stuff on the back. And they recently did a trial with this electronic prime mover, as they call it. And we had to do a shoot to show the story and this great achievement and how different companies were working together to take this steel up the hill. And it was Amazing how not only the truck dealt with this, but the cameras tracking wheels with different vehicle settings. I have never been so amazed in using a camera to actually record a video and have it Just seeing it understand in real time that it was looking at a vehicle, adjusting focus and panning and everything, it was amazing. Anyway, I'm not telling everyone to go and buy a modern mirrorless camera, which is certainly not as expensive maybe as what although the reasonably priced G92 is, but you know, phones are cool, but if you're interested in doing some dedicated photo or video work, go and check out this stuff because. It's leaps and bounds ahead of what it used to be. Is that the G nine two Mark III? That will be. Yeah, probably in the future. That's somewhat of an inside joke. Martin and I talk about dumb camera names all the time, and that is not far off from what it would be. It would be like a G9 Mark II-3 version 4. You're like, just give it a new name. Yeah, one will be the Hindu Arabic numeral and the other will be a Roman novel. Yeah. I don't just Call it the next one would be okay. Yeah. All right, there you go. Anyway, that was just my quick rant on how cool mirrorless cameras are now for video. So many smarts in them. Love it. I still have memories of the 5D Mark II. When that came out, that was like if you were a video person, you could not get a video person to shut up about the 5D Mark II. It was like all they could talk about. Does anybody remember the canon Rebel? Oh, yeah. Rebel XTI or something like that. Yeah, it had a different name in Australia, and it was always annoying because you would be searching On your camera, and all they would talk about is the the rebel, and it wasn't called the rebel in Australia. Oh, there were different rebels for sure. Because, like, my first Big dedicated camera was a Canon 500D, and I think that was a Rebel overseas. Is that what you're talking about? Yeah, I think so, because I looked at the Rebel and then ended up getting the Nikon D70. Right. Well Nikon, as Jason would say, Nikon versus Nikon is how you would talk about that. Shove that in your scissor. Oh, Jason hates me so. Notice that I didn't use the southern accent for you, Jason. I was still respectful towards your preferred accent. Appreciate it. Well, I say my day. So what is the next screening of Andrew's family? Yes, speaking of Americans, my sister, Margaret, born in America no longer a citizen. Hm. Take that, IRS. Ah, should I have said that? So my sister is decidedly non-techie. Like absolutely no interest, no awareness of tech whatsoever, like Luddite level stuff. She was using an uh this like a flip phone forever. She I think she still has a landline. She is she is hardcore old fashioned Do you think you did this to her? Like she just couldn't, she didn't she saw what you had become and was like, nope, that's not for me. I want no part of that. Yeah, she's never been that way inclined. But my found out just this week, I had no idea. that my sister Margie listens to the show. So Hi, Margie. Hello there. Hi. Apparently she loves the banter. She so she say she said to me, I don't understand half of what you talk about. But I love the banter and the chat between the hosts. So I thought that was really high praise, actually, from somebody who has abs zero interest in one of our key topics She is still a laura. All are welcome. That's fantastic. Thank you, Margie. Thank you for listening. And I'm glad you said Margie because I would have said Margie. So there you go. You're welcome. Now, Margie, if you really love the show that much. If you really can't see money. OnePrimePlus. com. Oh, come on. There it is. It was going to be nettles slash save. Oh, he are you kidding me? He's been pushing that on her for years. She's never going to buy one of my tech products listed there, but come on, Prime Plus. Just enter it into your PC browser. You're probably using Internet Explorer. Look how he's making fun of his own sister even while he's promoting his sister. He's never listened again. That was it. This was the last episode. We had a wholesome story about somebody that listened just to hear the conversation and then 143 hit never again. That's why we have family, right? To roast them You know how we had roast my blog? Oh, right. Yeah. That went over like a house on fire. Oh, roast my relo. We should have roast my roast my relo, yes. Yes, this is great. We're doing it. All right. Sorry, Marky. I've got to think about who I'm going to roast on the show. There you go. We got a theme song. Right, I would ask Alex to do us another theme song, but he's a relo of mine. You can't roast him. We'll never get a song again. What do you think? No, no, no, no. Yeah, he might be on the chopping block, so you might want to watch out with that. Careful who you roast. Yeah, thanks for the song, Alex. That was crap. Oh dear. I'm very excited to hear, Jason, about trophies. What's going on? Yeah, I got one more piece of of uh news for everyone. It is August second where I'm at currently on this globe, August third for you all. Which is basically like July, really, when you think about it. If you round down, it's July. What is time? It's basically December. Yeah, I don't play by your rules. So Arcadia June, which is now two months ago, finished Fireworks went off. We had the big ceremony. Everybody walked up. There was awkwardness because the third place position where you stand on. Had three people on it. That's not how it's supposed to be, but we went with it. And that moment when you touched fingers with Bono to make all the confetti explode, that was a bit weird, but it worked. Yep. Yep. Yeah, we yeah, you gotta do what you gotta do. And we made it, we made it work So then comes the question of what about the trophies? That's really why everyone plays Arcadia June. It's not for the fun. It's not for the, you know, banter with your friends. It's for a trophy. That's what people play for. So the trophies are done. They are done. They are complete. All five of them were first place, second place, third place. Figure that out. So now I'm just packing them up to ship. So they're going to be on their way out of the door very soon. First place, second place, three third places. I'm if you're hearing my voice right now and you have not given me your address, get in touch with me. I need to ship this to you. I didn't get addresses yet, so I still have some addresses I'm missing. So let me know where to ship these. And I will get them out to you. And I will do I the same PSA I give every year. If you did win, please wait to share anything about it when you get it. These things are going all over the globe. It's going to take different times to get to all these people. So, we want to make sure everybody gets theirs and has their little, like, oh, what is this thing? And gets to open it on their own without being spoiled. So. Hold photos. We're putting an embargo on photos until I say there's not an embargo because I think that's how those work. But yeah, I'm excited to get those out for 2025 Arcadia June. And I just want to credit you, Jason, because what you've just demonstrated here is that you've been The manufacturing manager, your shipping and logistics manager, and your marketing manager applying an embargo. All these things. You're just wearing three hats. You've only got the one head. So many hats. And like honestly, and all the jokes aside, thank you for doing it because I would have no imaginative capability to come up with trophies and I would also have no ability to manufacture trophies in the way that you do. you are quite a wonderful addition to our triumvirate of hosts. Because I'm going to go out in the limb and say Martin couldn't do it either. I am nothing if not versus a tile. Oh, absolutely. Thank you, Jason. That's good. Really, really good when you've done it. Well, I say my day.
