The ELISSA, a majestic 1877 iron-hulled tall ship, is making a historic comeback—sailing the East Coast for three months as part of Sail250, a global celebration of American independence. Docked in Chesapeake City, Maryland, it’s set to lead a massive fleet into New York Harbor on July 4th, a first in 40 years.
