- 0:41Cowboy bring the heat.
- 0:43Crossfit, boobies, music on repeat.
- 0:46Half hour hustle, yeah,
- 0:47we building that brand.
- 0:49Grab a plate, tune in now,
- 0:51you part of the fam.
- 0:56It's lunch time.
- 0:59It's very dignified.
- 1:05What's going on, everybody?
- 1:07Who started that whole thing?
- 1:10Train.
- 1:11Yeah, absolutely.
- 1:13Because she would type with the long eye
- 1:15in the in the chat every when we
- 1:17first started this whole lunch thing.
- 1:20And now she's got me singing the opening
- 1:22every day.
- 1:24I mean,
- 1:25there are worse things you could be doing.
- 1:26Let's be honest here.
- 1:29Oh, did you sleep?
- 1:33Not much, man.
- 1:34Not much.
- 1:35I just watched the last night show, dude.
- 1:38And like, I mean,
- 1:39y'all went on for a while.
- 1:40It's not like you were on for fifteen
- 1:42minutes, you know,
- 1:43tell Pat Carolla on the back and then
- 1:44go on about your business like y'all had
- 1:46a good conversation.
- 1:47Well, and after the episode was over,
- 1:50we went on for another forty minutes.
- 1:52And finally, I'm like, guys, yeah,
- 1:54I have to work in the morning.
- 1:56Like, OK, I got I gots to go.
- 2:02Oh.
- 2:03And then I woke up at like three
- 2:05o'clock in the morning achy,
- 2:07like I had the flu.
- 2:08Probably because you were exhausted.
- 2:13And I just couldn't, I couldn't shake it.
- 2:16And...
- 2:18so um yeah i didn't get a lot
- 2:21of sleep last night man even with they
- 2:25were on the west yes even with the
- 2:28third seat last night was just a one
- 2:31of those what do you call that um
- 2:34and oh man see my brain ain't even
- 2:37working today
- 2:46um yeah it uh one of those outliers
- 2:49oh yeah there you go where i just
- 2:52didn't feel good man i just woke up
- 2:54and um just didn't feel good so i
- 2:58came down like i'm in the house by
- 3:00myself wife and dog are gone uh just
- 3:05came down laid in the recliner put on
- 3:08a movie just chilled out what movie did
- 3:12you put on
- 3:15Dude, so Oh, gosh, here we go.
- 3:18Here.
- 3:19Here's the start of off the rails.
- 3:22So literally,
- 3:24I have a set of movies that I
- 3:30have purchased on Amazon,
- 3:32that are movies that I watch all the
- 3:34time, that do not like get me excited,
- 3:37do not get me that we fall asleep,
- 3:40right?
- 3:40Absolutely.
- 3:41And they're all rom coms, of course.
- 3:44Yeah.
- 3:47You could have just bought one because
- 3:49they're all the same freaking movie.
- 3:53Hey, I am a rom-com lover.
- 3:55The world needs more love.
- 3:57The world needs more love.
- 3:59Well, I understand what you're saying,
- 4:00though, because if you put on Predator,
- 4:02you're watching all the way to the end.
- 4:05right like exactly do you put on tombstone
- 4:08that's an hour and ninety minute or you
- 4:10know nine minutes whatever whatever it is
- 4:12i'm ready to go jump in a plane
- 4:14and and fight some mix man absolutely um
- 4:19so what was last night's oh shall we
- 4:23dance oh couldn't even never even heard of
- 4:26it richard gear susan sarandon jennifer
- 4:29lopez
- 4:31um richard geared decides he wants to
- 4:34start ballroom dancing like like one does
- 4:40uh because he sees jennifer lopez in the
- 4:42window at the school and and she looks
- 4:47at like how he feels and so it's
- 4:50this like just kind of finding
- 4:55kind of relatable and i don't even know
- 4:56why i'm getting into all this but like
- 4:58as a as a dad and as a
- 5:00husband like there's a point in your life
- 5:03where your whole life is your kid yep
- 5:06and your wife and your job is to
- 5:08protect both of them and it's like at
- 5:11this moment richard gear's just looking
- 5:13for something for himself
- 5:17Like a gerbil?
- 5:19Shut up, dude.
- 5:20I'm sorry.
- 5:22We're having a serious conversation here.
- 5:25Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry.
- 5:29And I think I just relate to that
- 5:31piece of it.
- 5:32Right.
- 5:33And not that I would trade in any
- 5:34of the stuff with my daughter or my
- 5:37wife.
- 5:37Right.
- 5:38But there's just a moment where like,
- 5:40and I,
- 5:41that's probably what this podcast became
- 5:43for me was, you know, my,
- 5:47I started in the year, my dad, my,
- 5:50here,
- 5:50my daughter graduated from high school.
- 5:53Right.
- 5:58and say, gosh, I am not going down.
- 6:01After yesterday's show,
- 6:02I am not going down the gerbil track.
- 6:04It's my word association brain.
- 6:07I can't help it.
- 6:08As soon as you said Richard Gere,
- 6:10that was the first thing that came to
- 6:11mind.
- 6:11Whether or not it's true or not,
- 6:13I have absolutely no idea.
- 6:14I do not live at the man's house,
- 6:15and I am definitely not Richard Gere.
- 6:19But if you know that story and I
- 6:20know that story and Jay Birch knows that
- 6:22story, it got around this country.
- 6:24Everybody knows that story.
- 6:26If you are over the age of probably,
- 6:29I'd say if you're over forty,
- 6:30you know that story.
- 6:32And that's why we can't have serious
- 6:34conversations, Corey.
- 6:36We can have serious conversations.
- 6:38You're just going to have to brace
- 6:40yourself.
- 6:42It's not going to be serious the entire
- 6:44time.
- 6:46Real quick,
- 6:47I was expecting how to lose a guy
- 6:49in ten days.
- 6:51That is one of the ones I have.
- 6:55My repertoire is Notting Hill,
- 6:59how to lose a guy, two weeks notice.
- 7:03A blast from the past, marry me,
- 7:08and shall we dance?
- 7:11And the proposal.
- 7:14And I just cycle through them.
- 7:17I don't think I've seen any of those.
- 7:22Really, really don't.
- 7:23You're just a cold-hearted son of a bitch.
- 7:27Okay, so there's Meg.
- 7:28Ten Things I Hate About You.
- 7:30I have seen that.
- 7:32That's a great one.
- 7:34I have that one too, Meg.
- 7:36Ten Things I Hate About You is really
- 7:38good.
- 7:39Heath Ledger and... Yeah, I have it.
- 7:46It's also hilarious.
- 7:47It is legitimately funny.
- 7:50It's got great moments in it.
- 7:52When the guy gets the penis drawn on
- 7:54his face.
- 7:55He just looks and goes,
- 7:57I have a dick on my face,
- 7:58don't I?
- 8:05On another note,
- 8:06did you see Julia Stiles got announced as
- 8:08one of the contestants on Dancing with the
- 8:10Stars?
- 8:11No,
- 8:11because I don't pay attention to Dancing
- 8:13with the Stars,
- 8:13but she can actually dance.
- 8:16So that's probably going to go pretty well
- 8:19for her.
- 8:20They played the Frankie Valli song.
- 8:24I love you, baby.
- 8:26To announce her,
- 8:27she danced out on the thing.
- 8:30That's fantastic.
- 8:31My daughter sent that to me this morning.
- 8:33That's how I know.
- 8:34That's not in my algorithm.
- 8:36No, no, I've never,
- 8:39from the first time they announced that
- 8:40that show was going to be a thing,
- 8:41I never understood it.
- 8:43I was like, let me get this straight.
- 8:46You're going to get to just a bunch
- 8:47of random famous people and then have them
- 8:51come on and have a dancing competition
- 8:53with them,
- 8:54like partner dancing competitions?
- 8:55Like, yeah.
- 8:56Okay.
- 8:57Who is that for?
- 8:58Apparently it's for a lot of people.
- 8:59It's been on for quite some time.
- 9:04uh didn't her and channing tatum have a
- 9:06dance in a movie well channing tatum
- 9:11definitely danced in a movie but not in
- 9:14the same way that julia styles danced in
- 9:16her movie and i don't know if they
- 9:19ever their corrupt their paths ever
- 9:22crossed i think he's talking about uh
- 9:25saved the last dance wasn't that uh she
- 9:27in that she was but channing tatum was
- 9:33No clue.
- 9:37Okay.
- 9:38I have that one too.
- 9:40My daughter bought it when she was living
- 9:42here.
- 9:46So I'll go check it out.
- 9:49Yeah, Channing was not in that.
- 9:51I didn't step up.
- 9:54Yeah,
- 9:54but I don't think she was in Step
- 9:55Up.
- 9:56I think, like,
- 9:57Birch's got his wires crossed there.
- 9:58Yeah.
- 10:00Which, to be fair,
- 10:01a lot of those movies kind of run
- 10:02together for me, too.
- 10:03Maybe he's out back smoking some meat and
- 10:05got some fumes.
- 10:07I mean,
- 10:07he is as Texas as they come.
- 10:12that's a really good dance movie right
- 10:13there.
- 10:15The Silver Linings Playbook.
- 10:17Silver Linings Playbook, I've seen twice.
- 10:19I have seen that one.
- 10:20That one's pretty good.
- 10:21Yeah, I wouldn't call that a rom-com.
- 10:24Which is probably why I've seen it.
- 10:26But the ending is like that Napoleon
- 10:30Dynamite payoff that you get through the
- 10:33movie and the payoff is worth every second
- 10:38you spend in that movie.
- 10:39yes if you've never seen napoleon dynamite
- 10:42you need to stay until right after the
- 10:44credits you really need to see the last
- 10:47actual five minutes of the movie
- 10:50Because I did not care for Napoleon
- 10:52Dynamite,
- 10:53but I will give it that the payoff
- 10:55at the end was worth me sitting through.
- 10:57We watch Napoleon Dynamite at my house
- 10:59once a month, and I am not exaggerating.
- 11:02We watch Napoleon Dynamite.
- 11:04My daughter loves it.
- 11:05My son, like,
- 11:05it's one thing we can get everybody in
- 11:07the living room,
- 11:08and when you put it on, it's fantastic.
- 11:13Back in three,
- 11:13I could throw a pigskin a quarter mile.
- 11:18Oh, my gosh.
- 11:19State championship game.
- 11:22Coach would have put me in.
- 11:23Man.
- 11:25Way to one.
- 11:27I'm going pro.
- 11:28I love how he goes right from the
- 11:29straight championship high school game to
- 11:31out of going pro.
- 11:32Like, no in between.
- 11:34Not when I went to college.
- 11:35None of that.
- 11:36Not that Lane Kiffin would have recruited
- 11:38me.
- 11:38No, no, no.
- 11:40It went straight to instead of living in
- 11:42my camper van out in the middle of
- 11:46a field somewhere.
- 11:50So I've realized in this show that Meg
- 11:54and all of her Packer bullshit and
- 11:56meanness,
- 11:57the reason we're friends is because we
- 11:59both have an affinity for rom-coms.
- 12:02Because she's texting off every actor
- 12:04who's been in one.
- 12:07Yeah, she said Step Up had Jenna Dewan.
- 12:09I have no idea who that is.
- 12:11She was actually married to Channing Tatum
- 12:13in real life.
- 12:15And she's kind of a smoke show.
- 12:17Just not going to lie.
- 12:20That's fair.
- 12:22I think they met on Magic Mike.
- 12:26Or maybe it was Step Up.
- 12:28She got to see a lot of them,
- 12:29is what you're saying.
- 12:31Like,
- 12:31check out the full package before she went
- 12:33ahead and bought that.
- 12:35Yeah, she got the one-week free trial.
- 12:39Yep.
- 12:40Probably more than one week, but yeah,
- 12:41we got it.
- 12:44Oh, so to be fair.
- 12:45Fake Savant says that Uncle Rico actually
- 12:48went pro and then he went back to
- 12:50college.
- 12:52He'd have been down with that.
- 12:55He'd have been down with that.
- 12:59Jody's in the house.
- 13:01I've watched Silver Linings Playbook at
- 13:02least ten times.
- 13:04Seems like a lot.
- 13:05I've seen it.
- 13:09I've seen it twice.
- 13:10I've seen it a handful of times.
- 13:12Probably not ten.
- 13:15And Robert De Niro is such a dick
- 13:19in that movie.
- 13:21Such a dick.
- 13:24Big time.
- 13:25I'm a big Bradley Cooper fan though.
- 13:27I watch damn near anything that he's in.
- 13:30Yeah, I'm a big Bradley.
- 13:32He's in my top five actors that I'll
- 13:34watch just about anything.
- 13:35Dude, he can do all of it.
- 13:40He's a good action dude.
- 13:41He's a good drama dude.
- 13:47However many remakes we're on of A Star
- 13:49is Born with him and Lady Gaga.
- 13:53I enjoyed it.
- 13:55That's the bottom five of movies.
- 13:57I enjoyed it just because I've never seen
- 13:59the other ones.
- 14:01So like that was the first time I
- 14:02ever saw that one, you know,
- 14:03that particular thing.
- 14:04Um, I don't know.
- 14:07I enjoyed it.
- 14:08I don't,
- 14:08it's not something I'm going to watch five
- 14:09times.
- 14:10Like I saw it once and I was
- 14:11like, okay, good.
- 14:12No, he hangs it.
- 14:13Okay.
- 14:13Yeah.
- 14:14No, I'm not watching that anymore.
- 14:16Um, but I just, I enjoyed the story.
- 14:20Um,
- 14:22I don't like to pay for movies that
- 14:25make me sad.
- 14:27Yeah, that's fair.
- 14:30That's what it comes down to.
- 14:33Having said that, I've done it,
- 14:35whether it's intentional or not.
- 14:38There's one thing like the drama of like
- 14:42a tearjerker or something like that.
- 14:43Like that's one thing.
- 14:45This was just flat out depressing.
- 14:46It was.
- 14:48Yeah.
- 14:49Well, it was awesome.
- 14:51And then like as his decline starts going
- 14:53off, right, then you're like, holy smokes.
- 14:56This is really bad.
- 14:58Seamus said,
- 14:59Step Up made me think I was good
- 15:00at Dance Dance Revolution,
- 15:02but computer said no.
- 15:03I mean –
- 15:09uh do i like the notebook i do
- 15:10i do like the notebook and crazy story
- 15:13you know like spoiler alert if you have
- 15:16not seen the notebook that's been out for
- 15:18thirty years um when the main couple die
- 15:22at the end together after spending their
- 15:25life together my my wife's aunt and uncle
- 15:30that happened to them they died within two
- 15:32hours of each other after their like sixty
- 15:34fifth wedding anniversary damn that's
- 15:37rough
- 15:39It's kind of beautiful though.
- 15:40Like they spent their whole life together
- 15:43and.
- 15:45Oh,
- 15:45I told my wife on several different
- 15:46occasions,
- 15:47she is not allowed to die before me.
- 15:48Cause I don't know what I would do
- 15:49if she wasn't at the house.
- 15:50Like that wouldn't, I wouldn't,
- 15:52I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna,
- 15:52I'm not gonna handle it well whatsoever.
- 15:58Ah, so, and actually the,
- 16:00the local newspaper did a story about it
- 16:01because it was so similar to the notebook.
- 16:06it wasn't within two and a half hours,
- 16:07but it's almost six months to the day
- 16:10that from when my grandpa died to when
- 16:12my grandma passed and she died mostly of
- 16:15a broken heart at that point.
- 16:16Like she,
- 16:16we thought she was going to live all
- 16:17those.
- 16:18We really did.
- 16:18Um, but yeah,
- 16:20almost six months or might've been exactly
- 16:22six months to the day.
- 16:23It's crazy.
- 16:27Um,
- 16:30Sad dog movies are tough too, Meg.
- 16:33Oh, no.
- 16:38It was bad enough.
- 16:38I watched Old Yeller on accident when I
- 16:40was a kid.
- 16:41That was enough.
- 16:42Nope.
- 16:43Nope.
- 16:44Any one of those.
- 16:45Marley and Me.
- 16:46Nope.
- 16:47Not doing any of those.
- 16:49I think Homeward Bound,
- 16:50all the pets make it to the end.
- 16:53Yes, they absolutely do.
- 16:57Some of the other ones...
- 17:00Freaking Turner and Hooch, dude.
- 17:01When they shot the dog, I was like,
- 17:03I about lost my mind.
- 17:04And I don't even own dogs anymore.
- 17:10No, thank you.
- 17:16Yeah.
- 17:17It was funny.
- 17:18When Jamie and Ronica and I were hanging
- 17:20at the Airbnb,
- 17:20we were talking about movies.
- 17:22And Ronica was telling me how much she
- 17:24loves Kill Bill.
- 17:25And I was like, when...
- 17:28she was going to kill the mother in
- 17:29front of the child.
- 17:30Like I was out,
- 17:32I just shut it off.
- 17:33I knew that like,
- 17:34that is something that I couldn't handle.
- 17:37Right.
- 17:37And so I was out on a movie
- 17:39and it,
- 17:40I feel the same way about dogs, man.
- 17:43Like you taking out a dog, we're in,
- 17:46we're in trouble.
- 17:47People wonder why there's four John wick
- 17:49movies.
- 17:50I'm just saying.
- 17:51Yeah.
- 17:53Just saying, dude.
- 17:55One puppy.
- 17:56You killed one puppy.
- 17:57They carried the premise of four John Wick
- 17:59movies.
- 17:59A hundred percent.
- 18:01What chain of events started all this
- 18:02nonsense?
- 18:03Well, they killed a puppy.
- 18:05His puppy.
- 18:07Bad idea.
- 18:11I've heard bad things about Hachi.
- 18:14Can't do it.
- 18:15Don't even know what that is.
- 18:16It sounds like something I'd order at a
- 18:18Japanese restaurant.
- 18:20Turner and Hooch got me, man.
- 18:21Turner and Hooch got me?
- 18:22Absolutely.
- 18:24One hundred percent.
- 18:27When the dog takes the bullet for the
- 18:28human, man.
- 18:30Yeah.
- 18:31Intentionally.
- 18:32Yeah, he jumps in front of it.
- 18:34Yeah.
- 18:37I ain't gonna forget that, dude.
- 18:42Yes.
- 18:43A Dog's Purpose, never watch it.
- 18:45I've never been hysterical in a movie
- 18:46theater until that movie.
- 18:49And Brad Pitt has a new one out
- 18:51where it's him and a dog stranded,
- 18:54like a survival type thing.
- 18:56It's his combat dog that he had with
- 19:00him that lost an arm, a paw, leg,
- 19:03whatever, and he's got a fake one.
- 19:06And yeah,
- 19:06they crash a plane out in the Pacific
- 19:09Northwest somewhere out in the middle of
- 19:10nowhere, and they got to get back.
- 19:13It looks amazing,
- 19:14and I probably will never watch it
- 19:15because...
- 19:17i don't want to find out what i
- 19:18don't want to find out you need you
- 19:20need someone to go in first yeah it's
- 19:24okay corey you can come watch this yeah
- 19:27you go ahead just let me know i
- 19:28will look take i will take all the
- 19:31spoilers i'm not upset not upset about
- 19:33that at all yes heart of the beast
- 19:36love me some brad pitt but
- 19:40Like when he dives in the water in
- 19:41the trailer after the dog,
- 19:42cause he falls off the log.
- 19:43I'm like, Ooh.
- 19:44Yeah.
- 19:45Well,
- 19:45he saves the dog from falling off the,
- 19:47the, the log.
- 19:48And then he goes, yeah.
- 19:53Like, yeah,
- 19:53I saw the trailer the other day.
- 19:54I was like, damn, that looks good.
- 19:57And I don't even have a dog.
- 20:00I haven't had a dog in.
- 20:02Twelve years.
- 20:04No, thank you.
- 20:06Joseph says, nope,
- 20:07that hits too close to home.
- 20:08Yeah, absolutely.
- 20:10Ain't no way.
- 20:12Ain't no way.
- 20:17Oh, gosh.
- 20:18Tessa's had a bad day.
- 20:20You ever go to get your meal prep
- 20:22for lunch and it's gone?
- 20:23My hubs is on the shit list.
- 20:28So...
- 20:32I'm lucky enough that my wife does not
- 20:34necessarily eat what I eat as far as
- 20:36that kind of stuff goes.
- 20:37So I haven't, I haven't,
- 20:38I haven't had that experience,
- 20:40but I have one hundred percent gotten all
- 20:43the way here,
- 20:43which is twenty minutes from my house.
- 20:46And holy shit,
- 20:47I left all my food at home and
- 20:49I bring my breakfast and my lunch with
- 20:51me.
- 20:52And like,
- 20:52that's not a good feeling at all because
- 20:55I'm hungry.
- 20:57Like the people who,
- 20:58I know I've said this a million times,
- 21:00but the people who say shit like,
- 21:01I forgot to eat today.
- 21:07I've never heard a more foreign statement
- 21:09in my entire life.
- 21:13I only forget to eat when I'm like
- 21:14at an event doing something and my focus
- 21:17is just eating.
- 21:18Like when you're running around,
- 21:19you lose track.
- 21:20I never forget to eat.
- 21:22Trust me.
- 21:22I don't think it's that you forget to
- 21:24eat whenever you're there necessarily.
- 21:25I think you lose track of time because
- 21:27you're like,
- 21:28you're thinking about the next thing and
- 21:29the next thing and the next thing.
- 21:30Like, okay,
- 21:31I gotta go over here and I gotta
- 21:32get over here.
- 21:33You just kind of,
- 21:34you don't make time for whatever.
- 21:35I guess you could still say that's kind
- 21:36of forgetting how to eat, but it's,
- 21:40I would have a headache like big time.
- 21:46I saw this, Joseph Mears,
- 21:48or you go to make a PB&J and
- 21:50you realize you have no bread.
- 21:51What's worse is pouring a bowl of cereal
- 21:53and realizing you have no milk.
- 21:55And you're like, son of a bitch.
- 21:56Put some water on it.
- 21:57You better put some water on that shit.
- 22:00You try to dump it back in the
- 22:02box and you're pissed about it.
- 22:06So Friday is a perfect movie,
- 22:08in my opinion,
- 22:11because it's got a little bit of
- 22:12everything, right?
- 22:13Got a little bit of drama with him
- 22:15trying to, you know,
- 22:16Ice Cube becoming a man on that day
- 22:17because he's fighting for other people and
- 22:19stuff like that.
- 22:20Comedy, as far as I can see,
- 22:22good fight scene at the end between him
- 22:23and Deebo.
- 22:25But when old boy says,
- 22:28I ain't got no milk.
- 22:29And his mom said,
- 22:30you better put some water on that shit.
- 22:33An underrated moment in that movie.
- 22:37what's even worse is you go and you
- 22:39grab the milk jug yeah we get we
- 22:42use the fair life so you can't see
- 22:43inside right and you go to and you
- 22:45have like three dribbles that come out
- 22:49Cause wifey had some cereal before you and
- 22:52put it back with three dribbles.
- 22:54It's my eight year old or the fix
- 22:57it to be a year old who still
- 22:59lives at my house,
- 23:00who will leave that much milk in the
- 23:02bottom of the container and put it back
- 23:03in the refrigerator.
- 23:05Like, like they're doing somebody a favor.
- 23:07I can't even put that in my coffee.
- 23:09Like that's not doing any,
- 23:10doing anybody any good.
- 23:15Um,
- 23:17spake savan had a great question
- 23:21everything's moving too fast for me today
- 23:23i'm not not enough sleep uh what cereal
- 23:26can you eat dry a lot of them
- 23:28a bunch of them yeah now one of
- 23:32them i can't cheerios and uh really honey
- 23:36nut i can
- 23:39Regular Cheerios, no thanks.
- 23:41I'm not a toddler.
- 23:43Well,
- 23:43regular Cheerios without milk is like
- 23:45eating small round pieces of cardboard.
- 23:48So like I kind of get that and
- 23:49like it needs milk.
- 23:50Honey Nut Cheerios actually tastes like
- 23:52something.
- 23:54Captain Crunch Berry.
- 23:56Yep.
- 23:57That may even be better dry.
- 24:00The problem with any sort of thing that
- 24:02has Captain Crunch written on it is that
- 24:04is going to tear up the roof of
- 24:06my mouth.
- 24:06And I'm going to feel like I got
- 24:08skin dangling from the next six months.
- 24:12Like I can't do.
- 24:13I love Captain Crunch.
- 24:14Big fan, especially Crunch Berries.
- 24:17There should be a warning on the box.
- 24:19Yes, absolutely.
- 24:20Absolutely.
- 24:21This cereal may cause roof tears.
- 24:24Yes, one hundred percent.
- 24:30Who buys plain Cheerios?
- 24:33Parents and sociopaths.
- 24:35Exactly.
- 24:37Two people in there.
- 24:39Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
- 24:42I got a beef with Cinnamon Toast Crunch
- 24:44because the original formula was awesome.
- 24:46Whatever this shit is they put in a
- 24:48box today, ain't that.
- 24:51It's got some kind of like...
- 24:53Trying to make it healthy?
- 24:56To it.
- 24:57Like a film.
- 24:59Really?
- 24:59I couldn't do it the last time I
- 25:01had cinnamon toast crunch.
- 25:02My wife likes it,
- 25:02and I'm not a big fan.
- 25:03I'll tell you,
- 25:04the last time I had that, I stopped.
- 25:07I tell you what they do,
- 25:08what you can buy that Jennifer bought,
- 25:12is you can get the cinnamon toast crunch
- 25:13basically like dust in a bottle.
- 25:16So, like, it's seasoning.
- 25:17Like,
- 25:17you can put it on stuff to make,
- 25:20like...
- 25:22French toast.
- 25:23You can make cereal milk.
- 25:25Or you can make cereal milk, I guess,
- 25:27if you wanted to.
- 25:30Jeffrey uses it for French toast,
- 25:32but it's basically the stuff that they put
- 25:34on Cinnamon Toast Crunch,
- 25:35but it's in a container like you would
- 25:37have salt or pepper or whatever,
- 25:38Kinder's seasoning or whatever you got on
- 25:40there.
- 25:41That stuff's amazing.
- 25:44Apple Jacks, yes,
- 25:45one of my favorite all-time cereals.
- 25:47And I always forget about it.
- 25:50Frosted shredded wheat, those are good.
- 25:54It has to be the frosted dough because
- 25:55if you get regular shredded wheat again,
- 25:57that's for sociopaths.
- 26:00You're basically getting straw from the
- 26:02barn.
- 26:03You just soon go outside and just get
- 26:05you some grass, let it dry out,
- 26:07weave it together,
- 26:08and then go ahead and eat that.
- 26:10It's the same thing.
- 26:14um and but but when you eat the
- 26:16frosted shredded wheat you've got to put
- 26:18frosting side down so the frosting hits
- 26:21the tongue yeah because you're not a
- 26:23psycho right and then the saliva builds up
- 26:27from that frosting and then the rest of
- 26:29it's smooth yes uh cookie crisp that's
- 26:33just eating cookies that's just eating
- 26:34cookies that's just eating cookies
- 26:38Having said that,
- 26:39I understand why John is like he is
- 26:41because Danny's like, cookie crisp.
- 26:44And John's like, hell yeah, cookie crisp.
- 26:46John's punching the air right now.
- 26:47Pour some Ovaltine over that.
- 26:50Absolutely.
- 26:51Absolutely.
- 26:53Uh, cinnamon checks, any of the,
- 26:55the peanut butter checks,
- 26:57peanut butter chocolate checks.
- 26:59So, um, Vicki,
- 27:01Vicki threw this one as that Oreo milk
- 27:02is better than cereal milk.
- 27:03So my wife,
- 27:06because you can get gluten-free Oreos
- 27:09because she's,
- 27:09she's gluten-free because it will,
- 27:11it will tear her stomach up.
- 27:12She will take probably three,
- 27:15crush them up and put milk in them
- 27:17and eat it with a spoon.
- 27:19Like that's her,
- 27:20that's her nighttime snack sometimes.
- 27:22Yeah.
- 27:22All right.
- 27:23Jay Birch came in with Cheerios and now
- 27:26granola.
- 27:27Are you wearing Birkenstocks?
- 27:33Like, seriously, dude.
- 27:36Pop Tarts without frosting?
- 27:38No.
- 27:41No.
- 27:42Who does that?
- 27:44Again, sociopaths.
- 27:48I don't want the best part of my
- 27:50life.
- 27:51In my opinion,
- 27:52Captain Crunch will F you up.
- 27:54Yeah, it will.
- 27:57It absolutely will.
- 27:59Regular Sharia people hang out with plain
- 28:01Sharia people.
- 28:03Yes.
- 28:04That's probably a club of some sort we
- 28:06don't even know about.
- 28:07Yeah, they meet in the woods.
- 28:09They create manifestos.
- 28:11Absolutely.
- 28:12Absolutely.
- 28:13They all got that, uh, page boy haircut,
- 28:15like with bangs and like his tops right
- 28:17here.
- 28:17And it looks like, uh,
- 28:18Lord four quad from Shrek.
- 28:24Absolutely.
- 28:24Dude.
- 28:25Absolutely.
- 28:26I just, I just pictured Jay Birch's Lord.
- 28:29Oh,
- 28:29you can buy lucky charms marshmallows in a
- 28:40bag now.
- 28:41Yeah.
- 28:42Are they really marshmallows?
- 28:44Because marshmallows are soft.
- 28:46Generally speaking.
- 28:46Those things ain't soft.
- 28:48Well,
- 28:48they got to be able to stand up
- 28:49to the milk.
- 28:49So they coat them in whatever
- 28:51non-nutritive cereal varnish.
- 28:57If you don't know what that is, folks,
- 28:58you need to go find out.
- 28:59Just Google non-nutritive cereal varnish
- 29:02and I guarantee you your day will be
- 29:04improved.
- 29:06It makes sleds go faster.
- 29:08It makes sleds go really fast.
- 29:13uh frosted flakes are great you just have
- 29:17nine seconds to eat them before nine one
- 29:20thousandths of a second to eat them before
- 29:22they get soggy that is true a statement
- 29:25as there's ever been made frosted flakes
- 29:27go limp before the cereal before the milk
- 29:29actually hits them it's like an
- 29:31anticipation
- 29:32you need like a milk dropper so like
- 29:34you take a spoon drop a little bit
- 29:36of milk real quick you'd be better off
- 29:39just getting a like a handful of dry
- 29:43frosted flakes putting that in your mouth
- 29:45and then drinking the milk to be able
- 29:47to wash it down jay birch now coming
- 29:50in with graham crackers and milk are you
- 29:52now my ninety four year old grandmother uh
- 29:55i like graham crackers that is fantastic
- 30:02The Muffin Man?
- 30:05Do you know The Muffin Man?
- 30:08Who lives on Drury Lane?
- 30:12I haven't seen Shrek in probably five
- 30:14years and I still know I could probably
- 30:16recite it word for word.
- 30:19Oh, good night.
- 30:21Birch,
- 30:21your contribution has been granola and
- 30:23graham crackers.
- 30:24Don't forget the plain Cheerios.
- 30:26And the plain Cheerios for some reason
- 30:28that nobody wants.
- 30:32Oh, gosh.
- 30:33Yeah.
- 30:34Yeah.
- 30:34We don't need to get into Oreo Gate
- 30:36twenty twenty six.
- 30:37I read all of them now, Meg.
- 30:39So you caught it.
- 30:39So you're caught up.
- 30:40Oh, I'm caught up in that.
- 30:42Tell me that woman is not insane.
- 30:44That person is hanging out with Lord
- 30:46Farquhar in the woods.
- 30:48Yes.
- 30:48In the militia team.
- 30:49Yes.
- 30:50Good night, dude.
- 30:53No, thank you.
- 30:55grand papa birch lifts and burks i hear
- 31:00it improves your deadlift by fifteen
- 31:01pounds well i mean he does do a
- 31:04lot of power lifting stuff so that kind
- 31:05of tracks like you want to be barefoot
- 31:07most of the time you're doing that that's
- 31:12messed up kind of gas mileage you're
- 31:14getting that super oh good like in the
- 31:18thirties somewhere in that area
- 31:23Oh, please,
- 31:24please don't tell me that's a real cereal.
- 31:26Mini Circus Peanuts?
- 31:29There are two things that never should
- 31:30have existed, or I say two,
- 31:32at least two candies that never should
- 31:34have existed.
- 31:35Circus Peanuts is both of them.
- 31:38No, no, no, no.
- 31:39Candy Corn.
- 31:41Look,
- 31:41you can put Candy Corn in there because
- 31:43they taste like neither candy nor corn.
- 31:47It's basically just a triangle,
- 31:49a multicolored triangle of wax.
- 31:52Nobody wants that.
- 31:55Like I'm old enough when they sold wax
- 31:57lips.
- 31:58Yep.
- 31:59At the candy store.
- 32:00That ain't candy.
- 32:01No, it's literally wax lips.
- 32:02You can just walk around looking
- 32:04ridiculous for two hours until it melts or
- 32:06falls.
- 32:06You might as well gnaw on a candle.
- 32:08Yeah, no, it's exactly.
- 32:10It has probably a candle.
- 32:11Nowadays, a candle would have more flavor.
- 32:16Not Gwyneth Paltrow's candle.
- 32:20I can't even keep up with all this
- 32:21shit now.
- 32:24Candy corn.
- 32:24And I'm going to get some slack.
- 32:26I'm going to get some some flack with
- 32:28it.
- 32:28So circus peanuts.
- 32:29Absolutely terrible.
- 32:31The horrible candy corn.
- 32:33No, thank you.
- 32:34And Halloween's coming.
- 32:35Don't buy that shit.
- 32:36Whatever else y'all doing.
- 32:38And my third one,
- 32:39I know I'm going to get hate for
- 32:40this, but I'm going to say it anyway.
- 32:42Peeps are absolutely disgusting.
- 32:47So mama is addicted to peeps.
- 32:50Well, I love you mama swiper, but no.
- 32:53And, but she likes them.
- 32:56If you crack open the cellophane and let
- 32:59them dry out for about a year,
- 33:07that is,
- 33:07that is her height of peeped them right
- 33:09there.
- 33:14Oh, it's a sugar coated marshmallow.
- 33:19And my mom, this is a funny thing.
- 33:22My mom will say, I hate marshmallows.
- 33:25And she goes, I don't like sweets.
- 33:27But you'll like us,
- 33:28but you love a sweet marshmallow.
- 33:33But give me a marshmallow coated in sugar.
- 33:35Can we do that?
- 33:36Yeah, I'll definitely eat that.
- 33:39That's like saying that's whenever they...
- 33:42They take a movie and they break it
- 33:43up into a series and be like,
- 33:46you want to watch this movie that's five
- 33:48and a half hours long?
- 33:49He's like, no.
- 33:49He's like,
- 33:50how about we do it in six episodes?
- 33:51He's like, you son of a bitch,
- 33:52I'm in.
- 33:56Where's Ramirez?
- 33:58Oh, shit.
- 33:59Candy corn is one of the only candy
- 34:00I'll eat.
- 34:01After Halloween,
- 34:01you can get two hundred and fifty pounds
- 34:03for ninety nine cents.
- 34:06It's not candy.
- 34:08It's not the flavor.
- 34:09It's it's the deal he's getting.
- 34:12And yeah, that's probably what it is.
- 34:14It's more like, oh, I mean,
- 34:15I get a lot of pounds of this
- 34:16shit and just call it good.
- 34:19Uh, Vicki says,
- 34:20send me all the candy corn.
- 34:21DM me for my address.
- 34:24You can have them, dude.
- 34:26You can absolutely have them.
- 34:28So here's the thing my mom wants.
- 34:29Cause my mom can't leave peeps alone for
- 34:31a year to, to,
- 34:33to curate it in the way she wants
- 34:36to get it cured.
- 34:38So she wants other people to buy the
- 34:41peep,
- 34:42crack the cellophane and not give it to
- 34:44her for a year.
- 34:47moments right so i got you some peeps
- 34:48cool i will see you next january that's
- 34:57a pause right there meg yep i open
- 35:01my peeps and leave it on the leave
- 35:03it open on the fridge and let it
- 35:05get hard then eat it pause
- 35:12don't here's the thing so you people use
- 35:14psychos who like candy corn what's it
- 35:16supposed to taste like if you can tell
- 35:19me what it's supposed to taste like maybe
- 35:22we can have a discussion but no i
- 35:26prepared cured meats makes his mama
- 35:29switzer and i seem like we would get
- 35:30along great no because you'd be fighting
- 35:32over the dried up peeps yeah knock down
- 35:36drag out brawl
- 35:38Absolutely insane.
- 35:40Candy corn is supposed to taste like wax
- 35:41and sugar.
- 35:43They nailed it then.
- 35:44They got the wax part down for damn
- 35:46sure.
- 35:46You have to eat three colors separately.
- 35:53Yeah, that's probably true.
- 35:58I can't even eat the three colors.
- 35:59I can't get past one.
- 36:08There was something in here.
- 36:09Amanda.
- 36:10Oh, sorry.
- 36:11No, that's good.
- 36:12Go with it.
- 36:13I don't like peanuts and I don't like
- 36:14M&M's, but I like peanut M&M's.
- 36:18So I am not a fan of regular
- 36:20M&M's.
- 36:22Never really have been,
- 36:24and I will eat peanuts just by themselves,
- 36:28but I will tear up some peanut M&Ms.
- 36:31So I understand that one.
- 36:33Not a fan of the regular M&M,
- 36:34but man, I could house the peanut M&Ms.
- 36:38And if you've never had the peanut butter
- 36:40M&Ms, those are outstanding as well.
- 36:50Nice hoodie, Scott.
- 36:51Yeah,
- 36:51this is the one I got at Rogue
- 36:52Invitational.
- 36:53Twenty twenty three.
- 36:57Maybe.
- 36:58Twenty twenty two.
- 36:59Something like that.
- 37:00I don't know.
- 37:00Haven't been able to wear it for a
- 37:01couple of years.
- 37:02Just saying.
- 37:03Turns out your plan is working.
- 37:13Corey, where can you.
- 37:14Why is Jay Bird trying to get serious,
- 37:15man?
- 37:16Right.
- 37:17You're trying to get funny.
- 37:18He's trying to get serious.
- 37:20I'm just in the middle like a ping
- 37:21pong ball.
- 37:22It's fine.
- 37:24You can go to, believe it or not,
- 37:26imamco.com or just go to the Instagram
- 37:31page either probably not on Brandon's,
- 37:34probably the imamco Instagram page.
- 37:36There should be a link up in the
- 37:37I don't want to say link in the
- 37:41description,
- 37:41but there should be a link on the
- 37:45whatever that page is,
- 37:46whatever that part of the page is where
- 37:48the links are.
- 37:50know how to say it you're gonna have
- 37:52to get uh you're probably gonna have to
- 37:54get uh download the uh train heroic app
- 37:58which is the one that we use to
- 37:59be able to log all your calories um
- 38:03in summation cory said go to the websitey
- 38:05thing and hit the linky thing hit the
- 38:07button yeah here's the thing dude yes link
- 38:10tree thank you jeffrey birchfield um oh
- 38:13god yeah oh the heart's
- 38:21do like a bit of honey if i
- 38:22can get it out of the paper you
- 38:24can't and i and you burn like six
- 38:26thousand calories trying to get the bit of
- 38:28honey out of the paper pull it on
- 38:31it and yanking on it you're trying to
- 38:33undo it here's the thing people are like
- 38:35so birch is not the first person that
- 38:36asked that has asked me about that and
- 38:38my problem is is that
- 38:41been with it so long like it just
- 38:43showed up on my app like i mean
- 38:46obviously we talked about it or whatnot
- 38:47but like brandon was just like hey we're
- 38:49doing this uh challenge in our little text
- 38:51group that we have like all right cool
- 38:53um this is where this is where this
- 38:55is where this is where this all right
- 38:56cool um you know however many you get
- 39:00drawings to be able to win a c-two
- 39:03erg of your point of your choice uh
- 39:06terry says that peanut butter m m's are
- 39:08crack
- 39:10And then I agree with Amanda.
- 39:11How is that not a Reese's Pieces?
- 39:13Because it's more chocolate.
- 39:15Reese's Pieces is just peanut butter with
- 39:17a candy coating.
- 39:18I've done the research.
- 39:20Trust me.
- 39:21This is an actual M&M where it would
- 39:24be a peanut M&M with a peanut on
- 39:25the inside.
- 39:26They take that peanut and make it into
- 39:27peanut butter.
- 39:29And it's different.
- 39:32Those hearts are made out of drywall.
- 39:34Those hearts are made out of not even
- 39:36drywall.
- 39:37I think it's more like just rock.
- 39:42Being completely honest here.
- 39:44They just write people's names on them.
- 39:51There was something else I had and it's
- 39:53gone.
- 39:53Damn it.
- 39:54It happens.
- 39:56Werther's Originals.
- 39:59Yeah,
- 40:00I don't know if I've ever had a
- 40:01Werther's Original without the purse lint
- 40:04from my mom's church purse.
- 40:10I like Werther's Original because it's
- 40:12basically toffee,
- 40:14just kind of hard toffee.
- 40:17Was it the Skor bar, S-K-O-R,
- 40:20chocolate and toffee on the inside?
- 40:23I used to tear those up big time.
- 40:27they mean they had were there's chewable
- 40:30have you ever had those no that sounds
- 40:34interesting i don't know if they still do
- 40:35or not but they were really good i
- 40:39mean i wouldn't be mad and they every
- 40:41make everything chew chewable now or chewy
- 40:43or gummy or or whatnot because we're
- 40:45getting old and our teeth can't handle the
- 40:47the hard candy anymore jolly ranchers
- 40:51should never be gummy
- 40:54true true that and that makes you can
- 40:57you can buy gummy jolly ranchers and i
- 40:59would argue that jolly ranchers are a top
- 41:04five candy of all time um there's a
- 41:06reason that c-four has like nine different
- 41:09flavors of jolly rancher yeah and it's not
- 41:13that's not by accident uh sema apparently
- 41:18likes hard tech
- 41:21I like old people candy.
- 41:23She's probably got some saltwater taffy in
- 41:24her purse somewhere.
- 41:31She has the butterscotch discs.
- 41:33Yes, absolutely.
- 41:37A bunch of just regular old peppermints
- 41:39just lying down in the bottom of it.
- 41:44When my wife hit fifty,
- 41:48I bought her a whole bunch of butterscotch
- 41:50discs to put in her purse.
- 41:52That's fantastic.
- 41:57That's fantastic.
- 41:59If you want to do something... Oh,
- 42:01this candy used to be at my
- 42:02great-grandma's house.
- 42:03Yeah,
- 42:04the little thing that looked like a
- 42:05strawberry.
- 42:06Like it was red and it was supposed
- 42:08to be strawberry.
- 42:08You know what I'm talking about?
- 42:09As soon as I said it, right?
- 42:10I do.
- 42:11It got like this.
- 42:12It was green on one end and looked
- 42:14like my grandparents.
- 42:15I don't know where they came from because
- 42:17I've never seen them for sale anywhere.
- 42:20They just showed up at my grandparents'
- 42:22house.
- 42:24I was like, oh, okay, here we go.
- 42:27Yeah, it's a struggle.
- 42:28Seema says she does.
- 42:29And I do need to address something with
- 42:30Seema.
- 42:31I saw her on my Instagram this morning,
- 42:34a picture of her fishing.
- 42:36And one, Seema, you look phenomenal.
- 42:39The work you have put in has totally
- 42:41paid off.
- 42:42You are killing it.
- 42:44Good job.
- 42:45Why you would take a picture of yourself
- 42:47with a fish that size,
- 42:49I don't know if that qualifies as a
- 42:54trophy catch.
- 42:57I know exactly what picture you're talking
- 42:58about.
- 43:00I mean, I think it's that big.
- 43:02Yeah, roughly.
- 43:03It looked like something you got out of
- 43:05a pet store.
- 43:06I have caught bluegill bigger than that.
- 43:09It looked like, it looked like bait.
- 43:14Like, did you catch bait?
- 43:15Yeah.
- 43:15So for future reference,
- 43:17even with something that small,
- 43:18you had to hold it like right up
- 43:21against camera.
- 43:21Yeah.
- 43:23That way the perspective looks like, man,
- 43:25that thing looks ginormous.
- 43:27It's not.
- 43:30Oh, she took a pick pick with plankton.
- 43:33Good old plankton.
- 43:37hey i caught four fish and they were
- 43:39all that small it was my first time
- 43:42absolutely my daughter wants to get into
- 43:45fly fishing because she's in montana and
- 43:47that's what everybody does
- 43:51Fly fishing looks way too complicated for
- 43:53me.
- 43:53Every time I see people out there doing
- 43:55it,
- 43:55like standing there in the waders and part
- 43:58of it in your hand.
- 43:59I grew up where fishing was a relaxing
- 44:02activity.
- 44:02Exactly.
- 44:04Fly fishing looks like a whole lot of
- 44:06work.
- 44:07It does.
- 44:07I would much rather do this.
- 44:10Cast it out.
- 44:11Let it drop.
- 44:12Sink.
- 44:13Really back in.
- 44:15Really back in.
- 44:17Get a bite.
- 44:18Cool.
- 44:18If not, cool.
- 44:20Do it again.
- 44:21That's relaxing.
- 44:22Fly fishing looks like they're out there
- 44:26the entire time working on it.
- 44:27He was like, no, there ain't no way.
- 44:29Vicki says,
- 44:30I grew up where fishing was an excuse
- 44:31to get drunk.
- 44:32So it's both things, Vicki.
- 44:34That's why it's relaxing.
- 44:36It's the alcohol.
- 44:37It's not just standing out there in the
- 44:39woods.
- 44:39That's why I played softball.
- 44:42That's another reason.
- 44:44You have never seen somebody turn a six,
- 44:46four,
- 44:46three double play faster than a guy
- 44:48playing shortstop where the ball is
- 44:50rolling towards his beer that is parked
- 44:52next to him out there on the baseline.
- 44:57Meg knows people.
- 44:58Trust me, I know Meg.
- 44:59You know a lot of people.
- 45:07Anyway, well,
- 45:09for not having anything on the agenda,
- 45:11we've gone forty-five minutes.
- 45:13on.
- 45:14What y'all talk about cereal, candy,
- 45:17and candy,
- 45:19and all the all the fitness stuff.
- 45:21Yeah, exactly.
- 45:29Can't say cereal candy,
- 45:31and we lightly touched on fly fishing
- 45:33towards the end.
- 45:37And rom coms.
- 45:38Don't forget the rom coms.
- 45:40Oh, and rom-coms.
- 45:41We actually started off with the movie
- 45:43talk because you fell asleep to a rom-com.
- 45:45And I was like, well, yeah,
- 45:46of course you fell asleep to a rom-com.
- 45:48I would too,
- 45:48even if I wasn't trying to.
- 45:50Look at my man, Ken Walters,
- 45:52coming in with the rom-coms.
- 45:55I'm very late in catching up, but Scott,
- 45:56no notebook beaches, sleepless in Seattle,
- 45:59overboard, just asking for a friend,
- 46:01or you could just turn on the Hallmark
- 46:03channel.
- 46:04One,
- 46:05the production value of a Hallmark movie
- 46:07does not match the rom-coms that I watch.
- 46:10If you want,
- 46:11I'm going to tell you this though,
- 46:13the Hallmark channel,
- 46:13if you want free entertainment,
- 46:15you cannot beat,
- 46:17if you want to see Lacey Chabert,
- 46:20All day, every day.
- 46:22Just turn on.
- 46:24She lets me call her Lacey Chabert,
- 46:26but you know.
- 46:30You just got to turn on the Hallmark
- 46:31Channel because she is in like ninety
- 46:33seven percent of their movies.
- 46:35As you would say,
- 46:37I've been knowing her since she was in
- 46:39Party of Five.
- 46:40Exactly.
- 46:41Exactly.
- 46:42She was from Party of Five to Party
- 46:45on the Hallmark Channel.
- 46:48I have been known to watch a Hallmark
- 46:50movie or two.
- 46:51So usually right around Christmas,
- 46:57we will watch at least one or two
- 46:59of their ridiculous Christmas movies.
- 47:03And just to laugh at it because like
- 47:04of how insane the entire thing is because
- 47:06they're all the same thing.
- 47:08Right.
- 47:09It's either the dude moves away and then
- 47:11comes back and then now he stays in
- 47:12the town forever and to hell with his
- 47:14big corporate job where he was making
- 47:16eight million dollars a year.
- 47:17I'm just going to sit here and sell
- 47:18apples on the side of the road for
- 47:19now forever.
- 47:23Whatever that comes down to.
- 47:24Or it's the opposite thing with the woman.
- 47:26She's a big corporate attorney.
- 47:28She comes down and she falls in love
- 47:30with the guy she went to high school
- 47:31with who's the maintenance man.
- 47:32Stop.
- 47:32Listen,
- 47:36what the Hallmark gives you is comfort.
- 47:38You know there's no major twist to the
- 47:42story.
- 47:42There's no anything like that.
- 47:45But I do catch the ones where the
- 47:46Party of Five crew somehow get back
- 47:48together to do a Hallmark movie.
- 47:52get a little scott wolf get a little
- 47:55um jennifer love hewitt party party the
- 48:00party of five christmas reunion thirty
- 48:04years don't trust me there's one in
- 48:05scotland they did went to scotland and did
- 48:08one and it was all in scott and
- 48:11yep not all of them but a couple
- 48:13of them
- 48:14Well, I mean,
- 48:14Jennifer Love Hewitt is busy either being
- 48:17a psychic detective,
- 48:20whatever she was doing on that last one,
- 48:23or a nine one one operator or in
- 48:27space.
- 48:32My wife's all excited because there's a
- 48:34new season fixing the start of nine one
- 48:36one pick a city I don't even know
- 48:38which one it was and she was like
- 48:39it's like that's coming back and I was
- 48:41like good let me know when it is
- 48:42so I can get my Earbuds in and
- 48:45pay no attention to it once a nine
- 48:47one one bottle I'm waiting dude the
- 48:51closest they've come so far as Nashville,
- 48:52but I'm surprised they have like it.
- 48:55They're not gonna go to do Baton Rouge
- 48:56Oh,
- 48:56they'll do New Orleans
- 48:59I was being facetious.
- 49:00No, but I'm not.
- 49:03The fact that they have not done like
- 49:05this,
- 49:05the furthest south that they've come has
- 49:07been Nashville.
- 49:08So it's like Nashville.
- 49:09Well, I mean,
- 49:10Texas is further south than Nashville.
- 49:13Vegas.
- 49:14There's one in Texas?
- 49:15Yeah.
- 49:18Lone Star.
- 49:19There you go.
- 49:19Did not know that.
- 49:21Did not know that.
- 49:22Yeah.
- 49:23The world famous Rob Lowe.
- 49:26Oh, my word.
- 49:28And the first season,
- 49:29it was Rob Lowe and Steven Tyler's
- 49:34daughter.
- 49:35Liv Tyler?
- 49:36Liv Tyler, yes.
- 49:39I only tuned in for Liv Tyler,
- 49:42I'm telling you.
- 49:44And they didn't give her much of a
- 49:45part.
- 49:47Because she's Liv Tyler.
- 49:50She's probably doing that as a favorite of
- 49:51somebody.
- 49:52Dude,
- 49:53the crazy video was on loop in my
- 49:55college dorm.
- 49:57I would imagine so.
- 49:59Alicia Silverstone, Liv Tyler,
- 50:02and Aerosmith music.
- 50:03And Aerosmith music just playing in the
- 50:05background.
- 50:06You can't really ask for much more than
- 50:07that, to be honest with you.
- 50:08I just watched, talking about Liv Tyler,
- 50:09I just watched Armageddon for the
- 50:13thirty-seventh time like last week.
- 50:18Megan watches Murder Mysteries while
- 50:20eating plain Cheerios.
- 50:23Plain Cheerios and unfrosted wheat.
- 50:28That should be the name.
- 50:30Not shredded wheat, but unfrosted wheat.
- 50:32That's just so you know what you're
- 50:34getting into.
- 50:36screw metamucil eat unfrosted wheats you
- 50:41need fiber that bad just get you something
- 50:43like do something else something that
- 50:45actually tastes like something jesus
- 50:46christ you'll get uh so you get mattress
- 50:50bedding from like a nineteen uh nineteen
- 50:53hundred era freaking colonial house like
- 50:56you don't need that nobody needs that
- 50:58mattress bed
- 51:03Oh, gosh.
- 51:05If you're down here,
- 51:06I'm talking about that.
- 51:08If you're ever down here anywhere around
- 51:10my area and you go do a plantation
- 51:13house tour,
- 51:15that's what they'd stuff the mattresses
- 51:16with is basically that kind of shit.
- 51:20dry great notes.
- 51:23You better have a real good dental plan.
- 51:25If that's all that is,
- 51:27is rocks as small tiny rocks.
- 51:31Yeah,
- 51:31you can't nobody can ever tell me any
- 51:33different.
- 51:33Those are small rocks.
- 51:35Many like we're gonna make great notes in
- 51:37the flakes like no, you're not.
- 51:39No, you're not.
- 51:40You didn't make those great notes in the
- 51:41flakes.
- 51:42You made flakes.
- 51:44but you didn't make great nuts into
- 51:45flakes.
- 51:45That didn't happen.
- 51:46That's not, you can't,
- 51:48maybe if you brought them through
- 51:49industrial, uh, industrial roller,
- 51:51maybe you, maybe, uh,
- 51:55PSA Clydesdale does not encourage public
- 51:57merit arguments over serial or murder
- 51:59mysteries.
- 52:00I don't think they're arguing so much.
- 52:01I think so much as Maggie's telling him
- 52:03to shut the F up.
- 52:04I'm not giving out all her secrets.
- 52:06I'm just waiting for the murder mystery
- 52:09about the fight over serial.
- 52:11And, uh,
- 52:13I fully believe Megan is watching that
- 52:15just in case she ever desires and needs
- 52:16to get rid of Joseph.
- 52:17So she, that way she's got all the,
- 52:20you know, her,
- 52:20all her lines kind of figured out.
- 52:23All right,
- 52:23we're going to head out of here.
- 52:24I've got to get back to work.
- 52:25But we've mentioned Thirdsy off the top.
- 52:28It didn't work for me last night only
- 52:30because I was sicker than a dog.
- 52:32But I'm going to take it again tonight
- 52:33because I need a good night's sleep after
- 52:36all of this.
- 52:37And you should, too,
- 52:38with fifteen percent off.
- 52:40Thirdsy.com backslash Jazzy.
- 52:43And there may be a new flavor coming.
- 52:47Dun, dun, dun.
- 52:51Just saying.
- 52:53I hope it's not grape nuts flavored.
- 52:55It looks fun.
- 52:56It is not grape nuts flavored.
- 52:58I'll let you know in a couple days.
- 53:02Or unfrosted wheat.
- 53:05And t-shirts are still on sale.
- 53:07Got plenty in stock.
- 53:09All sizes still available.
- 53:12If Vicky can pop it up right at
- 53:14the end of the show,
- 53:15I may have not given her enough notice.
- 53:23There it is.
- 53:24There it is.
- 53:24Venmo, Cash App, right there.
- 53:26Just put your name, address,
- 53:28size in the memo,
- 53:29and I'll get it out to you ASAP.
- 53:32I'm going to leave you with this joke.
- 53:34Did you hear about the guy who dipped
- 53:36his balls in glitter?
- 53:40I have,
- 53:41but please remind me because I don't think
- 53:43everybody else has.
- 53:45It was pretty nuts.
- 53:46It was pretty nuts.
- 53:48And if you have not seen the MTV
- 53:50Music Awards...
- 53:52the disco ball balls yes old girl was
- 53:57dangling from the disco ball balls what i
- 54:03thought that they had done everything that
- 54:05was possible in the mtv music awards i
- 54:09did not have that was on my bingo
- 54:13card no not at all especially not with
- 54:17like she was sitting on them
- 54:19And like, Lord,
- 54:20I imagine they lowered her down, right?
- 54:23That's sure.
- 54:25Yeah.
- 54:26With that, send us out, Vicky.
- 54:27You wouldn't wait to get to the editing
- 54:29room to jazz me up.
- 54:31I'm already jazzy.
- 54:43Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy in the
- 54:44saddle.
- 54:45Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy in the
- 54:46saddle.
