- 1:51Speaker 3: United Healthcare CEO's tragedy first and foremost recipees piece, very
- 1:58Speaker 3: tragedy situation that happened, as we can Manhattan and man
- 2:03Speaker 3: It's multi layered conversation. But from a business standpoint, what
- 2:10Speaker 3: is the impacts on not just United Healthcare, but you know,
- 2:14Speaker 3: I guess the industry as a whole.
- 2:17Speaker 2: I think.
- 2:19Speaker 4: Companies overall have to go back to finding ways to
- 2:24Speaker 4: do good business that is good for the consumer. When
- 2:28Speaker 4: I saw this happen, and there's so many layers to this,
- 2:31Speaker 4: but when I read that they have an AI agent
- 2:34Speaker 4: that denies ninety percent of people's plans.
- 2:39Speaker 2: It's not good.
- 2:40Speaker 4: Of course, it make United Healthcare ton of money, but
- 2:43Speaker 4: ultimately it could be one of the reasons why he
- 2:45Speaker 4: lost his life. This reminded me like John Q for
- 2:48Speaker 4: those of you who have seen that movie. But the
- 2:51Speaker 4: year twenty twenty four I showed a lot. But I
- 2:53Speaker 4: think with corruption, with the economy typening would there being
- 2:59Speaker 4: a lot of uncertain The companies that do good are
- 3:02Speaker 4: going to benefit incredibly well, and those that are not
- 3:05Speaker 4: are going to have a price to pay. So you
- 3:07Speaker 4: have to find a way to do right by your
- 3:10Speaker 4: audience customer based client base while maximizing profit. And this
- 3:14Speaker 4: is why in video Apple Meta they are hitting record
- 3:19Speaker 4: highs because they found enough of a balance to do that.
- 3:22Speaker 2: But for healthcare companies that are not doing well, I mean.
- 3:25Speaker 4: It's sad, but the other executives have to have their
- 3:29Speaker 4: profiles removed and not being targeted. But a bunch of
- 3:32Speaker 4: these issues in healthcare have been rampant for forty years.
- 3:36Speaker 4: In twenty twenty four, most of America felt how Black
- 3:39Speaker 4: Americans felt almost on every issue at one time. We've
- 3:43Speaker 4: been going through this endless denials and premiums being too high.
- 3:49Speaker 4: So when you have mass discrimination like this, it is
- 3:53Speaker 4: going to have some blowback. But God rest his soul,
- 3:55Speaker 4: prayers and blessings to his family. To even have that
- 3:58Speaker 4: shown on social I think was disgusted. But companies are
- 4:03Speaker 4: going to have to make a change to do a
- 4:05Speaker 4: lot better or this is going to happen a lot
- 4:07Speaker 4: more often.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Yeah, it definitely, I mean rest in peace and condolences
- 4:12Speaker 1: to his family, his loved ones.
- 4:14Speaker 2: It's unfortunate.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Definitely felt targeted, felt a little bit retaliatory in a sense,
- 4:20Speaker 1: right when you when you start seeing the details of
- 4:22Speaker 1: the shells having messages on them. But it started I
- 4:26Speaker 1: started thinking about the danger of being in the healthcare profession, right,
- 4:30Speaker 1: which is why the retaliation from the industry was like,
- 4:33Speaker 1: let's remove our executive bios. Uh, let's take our executive
- 4:37Speaker 1: boards down, let's stop telling exactly what they have to be,
- 4:39Speaker 1: especially if they're gonna have a board meeting, because he
- 4:41Speaker 1: was going to speak in front of the investors, right,
- 4:45Speaker 1: and so that's public that's public information. The interesting part is,
- 4:48Speaker 1: like you're the CEO of a company, there is you're
- 4:51Speaker 1: walking by yourself. So I mean security detail especially in
- 4:55Speaker 1: that position because you're right. When a company like Nvidia
- 4:59Speaker 1: might have a delay on black well, it's like, all right,
- 5:00Speaker 1: that's a tech issue, right, or Apple has a delay
- 5:03Speaker 1: on something that feels different. But you start playing with
- 5:06Speaker 1: the healthcare of people, and you start denying premiums, and
- 5:09Speaker 1: you start there was one report that you know, there
- 5:12Speaker 1: was an ANCGIA coverage that they weren't going to cover
- 5:14Speaker 1: anymore for certain surgeries. These are now affecting not just
- 5:17Speaker 1: one or two. You're talking about millions of people's lives
- 5:21Speaker 1: and they have nobody to talk to, right, Like it's
- 5:24Speaker 1: you know, you're talking.
- 5:25Speaker 2: To the bill collector.
- 5:26Speaker 1: The doctor is going to tell you go to the insurance.
- 5:29Speaker 1: And so now the people that are ahead of these
- 5:32Speaker 1: companies almost become targets in a way, right if you
- 5:34Speaker 1: start looking at it that way. And so an event
- 5:37Speaker 1: like what happened last week, unfortunately has happened and you
- 5:41Speaker 1: don't want to see more of it, But you're right, like,
- 5:43Speaker 1: there's there's certain business practices. After a certain while, it's like,
- 5:46Speaker 1: we got to get these things in line right so
- 5:49Speaker 1: that the public feels safe, they feel like they're being
- 5:52Speaker 1: taken care of, because what's the point of it, right,
- 5:55Speaker 1: if the customer at the end of the day feels like, hey,
- 5:57Speaker 1: this isn't beneficial for us anymore, things like this can happen.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I put it in stock club.
- 6:02Speaker 4: But he had over ten thousand instances of people being
- 6:07Speaker 4: denied coverage.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Ten thousand, like, look how many lives.
- 6:12Speaker 4: And even with that, with his murder, what did it
- 6:15Speaker 4: take for him being murdered for another company to say,
- 6:18Speaker 4: now we're going to cover your anesthesia. What So, let's
- 6:23Speaker 4: look at the rest of the companies. If they're doing
- 6:25Speaker 4: it at the highest level, one of the biggest publicly
- 6:28Speaker 4: traded companies in the world, what about the lower tier
- 6:30Speaker 4: players that are not publicly traded and discrimination has happened.
- 6:34Speaker 4: But we've heard these stories in our community forever. It's
- 6:37Speaker 4: just no one listened to us. Now it's becoming mainstream.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Yeah for sure.
- 6:43Speaker 3: Well, you know, like I said, it's fortunate situation, but
- 6:46Speaker 3: it is protocol for Fortune five hundred, one hundred, Fortune
- 6:49Speaker 3: one hundred company CEO to have security. We've witnessed that firsthand.
- 6:53Speaker 3: So that was a breaking security And that's why you
- 6:57Speaker 3: need security because you know, if you run an any
- 7:00Speaker 3: type of company, when we met lad we made black enough,
- 7:03Speaker 3: he had security.
- 7:04Speaker 2: You know, so.
- 7:07Speaker 3: Any type of public profiigure you're you're liable to, you know,
- 7:14Speaker 3: have some some issues or to try to get you know, kidnapped.
- 7:17Speaker 3: Anything can happened. So that's definitely a lapse in security.
- 7:23Speaker 3: I think that that's something that they're going to have
- 7:25Speaker 3: to answer for the company. I'm sure that the family
- 7:28Speaker 3: is going to have questions about why he didn't have
- 7:30Speaker 3: security right like walking down the street by himself, like
- 7:33Speaker 3: you know, you should probably not that should have never happened.
- 7:37Speaker 4: But how did they know he would be out there
- 7:39Speaker 4: at the time for that. Maybe we'll talk about it
- 7:41Speaker 4: on Blackout. But there's a lot of fishes. I'm gonna
- 7:46Speaker 4: stop there. Don't worry.
- 7:48Speaker 2: God gave it his call for a reason.
- 7:52Speaker 5: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 7:56Speaker 5: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salva
- 8:00Speaker 5: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 8:04Speaker 5: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 8:08Speaker 5: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 8:12Speaker 5: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 8:16Speaker 5: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 8:20Speaker 5: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 8:24Speaker 5: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 8:27Speaker 5: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 8:31Speaker 5: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 8:35Speaker 5: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 8:39Speaker 5: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 8:43Speaker 5: Do what's right, leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 8:48Speaker 5: border and families will be protected.
- 8:50Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
