- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. When I talk about Jeffrey Epstein being in
- 0:08Speaker 1: violation of the terms of his parole and the terms
- 0:12Speaker 1: of the NPA, it's not just one thing. We're talking
- 0:16Speaker 1: about multiple instances of him being in violation of the NPA.
- 0:21Speaker 1: And the fact that the NPA is still standing is
- 0:24Speaker 1: yet another indictment on the DOJ. Because they could get
- 0:28Speaker 1: rid of this NPA tomorrow, today, if they want to.
- 0:33Speaker 1: But there's no desire, is there? Because they know that
- 0:36Speaker 1: the NPA gives them cover as well. Well, we can't
- 0:40Speaker 1: investigate that. You know, there's a non-prosecution agreement, and we
- 0:43Speaker 1: can't look further into those details. You know how it goes.
- 0:47Speaker 1: The reality, though, is that the NPA should be done
- 0:50Speaker 1: away with. And that's something that the DOJ can do
- 0:52Speaker 1: on their own. They don't need any approval. They don't
- 0:56Speaker 1: need the president to tell them it's okay. They don't
- 0:58Speaker 1: need Congress. They can get rid of that deal because
- 1:02Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was in violation of it. Now, what they'll
- 1:06Speaker 1: say is, well, he's dead. What does it matter? It
- 1:09Speaker 1: does matter because the NPA is still inhibiting the investigation.
- 1:15Speaker 1: So they'll do a bunch of gymnastics and they'll try
- 1:17Speaker 1: and avoid the actual truth. But the truth is, the
- 1:21Speaker 1: sole reason that this NPA is still standing is is
- 1:24Speaker 1: because the federal government finds it useful. Today we have
- 1:28Speaker 1: an article from Radar Online, and the headline, Epstein committed
- 1:32Speaker 1: federal crime as he was in possession of firearms at
- 1:35Speaker 1: Notorious Zorro Ranch after the 2008 conviction. And you can
- 1:39Speaker 1: add that to the fact that Jeffrey Epstein was still
- 1:43Speaker 1: seeing women while he was on probation, and not only
- 1:46Speaker 1: seeing them, but according to them, abusing them. And considering
- 1:49Speaker 1: all those facts, and considering the fact that the DOJ
- 1:53Speaker 1: the state of Florida, and everybody else knew, that brings
- 1:56Speaker 1: us to a very uncomfortable place. And that place is,
- 2:00Speaker 1: all these people knew exactly what he was doing, knew
- 2:03Speaker 1: that he was in violation of that deal, but thought
- 2:06Speaker 1: you were too stupid to ever figure it out. But
- 2:09Speaker 1: now that you're hip to it, all of a sudden,
- 2:12Speaker 1: you should just move on. And you should forget everything
- 2:14Speaker 1: you've seen and everything you know. This article was authored
- 2:17Speaker 1: by Brian Brunotti. Jeffrey Epstein had firearms at his notorious
- 2:22Speaker 1: Zorro Ranch Following his 2008 conviction, RadarOnline.com can reveal. And
- 2:28Speaker 1: this is something that we already knew, but we get
- 2:32Speaker 1: confirmation by the New Mexico interim report that they just
- 2:35Speaker 1: put out. And I think for the people that have
- 2:38Speaker 1: been following this story for a long time, that's what
- 2:41Speaker 1: the Epstein files really were, right? A confirmation to everything
- 2:46Speaker 1: that we've been talking about. At the time, the predator
- 2:51Speaker 1: pleaded guilty to one count of soliciting prostitution and one
- 2:54Speaker 1: count of soliciting prostitution from someone under the age of 18.
- 2:59Speaker 1: And despite the lead prosecutor in the case pushing for
- 3:01Speaker 1: at least 18 years behind bars, Epstein served only 13
- 3:05Speaker 1: months in a county jail, spending most of his time
- 3:09Speaker 1: on work release. And we all know what he was
- 3:11Speaker 1: doing while he was out on work release. So if
- 3:14Speaker 1: you think that Jeffrey Epstein was ever properly punished... You're
- 3:19Speaker 1: a moron. And remember, that's the basis that people use
- 3:24Speaker 1: to try and defend what's going on now. Well, this
- 3:27Speaker 1: has been investigated. Nobody found anything. There's nobody else involved.
- 3:32Speaker 1: And that's the laziest way to diagnose this. And it
- 3:36Speaker 1: tells me you have no idea what you're talking about.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Either that or you're dishonest. And either way, at this point,
- 3:45Speaker 1: I don't have any patience for fools. Details of Epstein
- 3:48Speaker 1: being in possession of weapons following his conviction were compiled
- 3:52Speaker 1: in the New Mexico Survivors Truth Commission, which released an
- 3:55Speaker 1: interim report after the Department of Justice was accused of
- 3:58Speaker 1: fumbling the Epstein files. Well, we know he had guns
- 4:02Speaker 1: because there was a robbery and people stole guns from
- 4:05Speaker 1: the property. And we talked about this years ago. So
- 4:09Speaker 1: there's no doubt that Jeffrey Epstein was in possession of guns.
- 4:13Speaker 1: The real question is, why didn't the federal government do
- 4:16Speaker 1: anything about it? Available documentation indicates that Epstein was in
- 4:24Speaker 1: possession of firearms both before and after his 2008 Florida
- 4:28Speaker 1: felony conviction for solicitation of a prostitute, which would have
- 4:32Speaker 1: been a federal and state crime, the report noted. The
- 4:36Speaker 1: evidence further shows that Epstein maintained and exercised positive control
- 4:41Speaker 1: of firearms on Zorro Ranch at a time when he
- 4:44Speaker 1: was a convicted felon. According to the EFTA documentation from
- 4:49Speaker 1: July of 2009, Policy states that security officers either directly
- 4:54Speaker 1: or indirectly employed to secure the person or property of
- 4:57Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. Well, that was the cover story. But the
- 5:01Speaker 1: truth is that Jeffrey Epstein was the one that was
- 5:03Speaker 1: in possession of these firearms. So why is it okay
- 5:06Speaker 1: for Epstein, a convicted felon, to have those guns, but
- 5:10Speaker 1: not for a regular person who's been convicted of a
- 5:12Speaker 1: felony to own firearms? Do you think their deal would
- 5:16Speaker 1: have stood? Or do you think that their NPA would
- 5:18Speaker 1: have been taken from them and they would have went
- 5:20Speaker 1: to prison. We all know the answer to that. Mr.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Epstein is a convicted felon, having been convicted in the
- 5:26Speaker 1: state of Florida for a violation of Florida statute section 796.03,
- 5:31Speaker 1: second degree felony, and section 796.07, 4C3, third degree felony.
- 5:39Speaker 1: The police stated, it's a class C federal crime for
- 5:42Speaker 1: a convicted felon to knowingly possess a firearm or ammunition. Well, yeah.
- 5:49Speaker 1: And it would have been nice if somebody would have
- 5:51Speaker 1: enforced those laws. But I guess when we're dealing with
- 5:54Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, that's not in the cards. According to the
- 5:58Speaker 1: compiled details in the report, Epstein appeared to have owned
- 6:01Speaker 1: dozens of firearms spread across several of his properties, including
- 6:05Speaker 1: his residences in Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He
- 6:09Speaker 1: also held a Florida concealed carry license throughout the 90s. Well,
- 6:14Speaker 1: he was a gunrunner, so is anybody shocked that he
- 6:16Speaker 1: had a big collection of guns? He had access to
- 6:19Speaker 1: all kinds of shit. Oh, what, nobody told you about
- 6:22Speaker 1: him running guns? Before it was people, it was guns.
- 6:26Speaker 1: And that's where Epstein got his start. So nobody should
- 6:30Speaker 1: be shocked that he has a cabinet full of firearms.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Epstein also reportedly went on shooting trips with notable and
- 6:37Speaker 1: powerful figures following his conviction. The Epstein files noted that
- 6:42Speaker 1: this ex-offender reached out to his lawyers via email to
- 6:45Speaker 1: know if he was allowed to own guns. Can you
- 6:47Speaker 1: research to see? If the governor can restore my civil
- 6:50Speaker 1: rights and allow me to own a gun, Epstein asked
- 6:54Speaker 1: lawyer Erica Kellerhals in the Virgin Islands in 2014. In response,
- 6:59Speaker 1: Kellerhals told her client, I looked, he can't. And you
- 7:03Speaker 1: don't need a gun. You can hire people with guns. Well,
- 7:06Speaker 1: that's not good enough for Epstein. He has to have
- 7:09Speaker 1: the gun, right? I have to have a gun. I'm
- 7:11Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. The rules don't apply to me. Before his conviction,
- 7:15Speaker 1: Epstein had reached out to his employees to notify them
- 7:19Speaker 1: of where his guns should be stored, and in some
- 7:22Speaker 1: instances ordered them to purchase their own weapons to be
- 7:25Speaker 1: used on his properties. According to the files previously released
- 7:29Speaker 1: by the DOJ, Epstein had vast knowledge of where his
- 7:33Speaker 1: guns were located and was concerned about what would happen
- 7:36Speaker 1: to them. Meanwhile, the Truth Commission, led by four members
- 7:40Speaker 1: of the state's House of Representatives, also compiled alleged incidents
- 7:44Speaker 1: that occurred between Epstein and his victims at Zorro Ranch.
- 7:49Speaker 1: One victim, identified as Jane Doe 3 in the report,
- 7:52Speaker 1: provided a statement at Ghislaine Maxwell's sentencing in 2022. Epstein's
- 7:57Speaker 1: former madam was sentenced to 20 years behind bars. Well,
- 8:02Speaker 1: if that's what you want to call it. I wouldn't
- 8:04Speaker 1: exactly call her little adventure at this camp being behind bars. Sure,
- 8:10Speaker 1: she's locked up. Sure, she doesn't have her freedom. But
- 8:13Speaker 1: is she really paying the price for what she did?
- 8:16Speaker 1: Not my opinion. According to Jane Doe 3, she was
- 8:20Speaker 1: abused on Zorro Ranch in 2004 when she was 15
- 8:24Speaker 1: years old. I flew on Jeffrey Epstein's plane to Zorro
- 8:27Speaker 1: Ranch where I was sexually molested by him for many hours,
- 8:31Speaker 1: she testified at the time. Jane Doe 3 recalled feeling powerless,
- 8:35Speaker 1: especially after he positioned me by laying me on his
- 8:38Speaker 1: floor so that I was confronted by all the framed
- 8:40Speaker 1: photographs on his dresser of him smiling with wealthy celebrities
- 8:45Speaker 1: and politicians. Epstein was found dead behind bars in 2019
- 8:50Speaker 1: while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. So the thing
- 8:53Speaker 1: about Zorro Ranch that always really got me is the
- 8:56Speaker 1: fact that we know so little about what went on.
- 8:59Speaker 1: How many people were abused? How many people never came forward?
- 9:04Speaker 1: How many people know what went on there? And if
- 9:09Speaker 1: there was ever a real investigation, we would have learned that.
- 9:12Speaker 1: But how can anyone ever think that we're going to
- 9:14Speaker 1: get a real investigation if this NPA is still active
- 9:19Speaker 1: this thing has to go and it has to go
- 9:21Speaker 1: now I think that there's ample evidence that Jeffrey Epstein
- 9:26Speaker 1: was in violation of the non-prosecution agreement and the terms
- 9:30Speaker 1: of his probation and we should retroactively go back and
- 9:34Speaker 1: remove that NPA and if we do that then the
- 9:38Speaker 1: protection for everybody else named and unnamed goes away as
- 9:41Speaker 1: well and if you're wondering why they won't do it
- 9:45Speaker 1: that's the reason They don't want the NPA gone. They
- 9:49Speaker 1: want the NPA to stand firm so they can use
- 9:51Speaker 1: it as an excuse. Oh, we can't investigate X, Y,
- 9:54Speaker 1: and Z because of the NPA. Well, the NPA doesn't
- 9:57Speaker 1: let us do this, that, or the other thing. Glenn Maxwell. Well,
- 10:02Speaker 1: I'm protected by the NPA. I should be able to
- 10:04Speaker 1: use that. Even Prince Andrew tried to use the NPA
- 10:08Speaker 1: as a defense. So if there's any real hurdle still
- 10:12Speaker 1: standing in the way of true transparency, I think the
- 10:16Speaker 1: NPA is certainly one of the biggest. And with all
- 10:20Speaker 1: this information, all this quote-unquote new information, you would think
- 10:24Speaker 1: that the DOJ would be interested in taking another look
- 10:28Speaker 1: at the NPA. But of course they're not. And unfortunately,
- 10:32Speaker 1: with Todd Blanch leading this dog and pony show, my
- 10:36Speaker 1: guess is the NPA isn't going anywhere for quite some time.
- 10:40Speaker 1: But I think it needs to be a focus of
- 10:42Speaker 1: the debate and a focus of the conversation. And hopefully,
- 10:46Speaker 1: that's exactly where this all ends up. But either way,
- 10:49Speaker 1: we'll be following along. And when we have something else
- 10:52Speaker 1: to add, we'll get it added to the catalog. All
- 10:55Speaker 1: the information that goes with this episode can be found
- 10:59Speaker 1: in the description box.
