- 1:07with you in helping you grow a strong business.
- 1:10So, glad to be back.
- 1:14Todd.
- 1:14Craig, you made it back from vacation?
- 1:17I, I did it was, it was a great time off.
- 1:20We I got to go to a part of the US
- 1:22I've never been to before, and, we just hit a ball, so.
- 1:26Yeah. Fabulous photos.
- 1:28Looks like you guys had a great time with your family.
- 1:30We did. We did.
- 1:31You know, Craig, as you were saying, that intro there is like, if you're new
- 1:35if you're new, this week's a little bit different.
- 1:37This kind of reminds me, like, have you all ever taken like a friend to church?
- 1:41And the week that you take a friend to church, they talk about tithing.
- 1:47All right. Great. Is that suck?
- 1:49I mean, so this
- 1:52explanation of tithing, giving money for those.
- 1:55Giving money.
- 1:55Yeah, give me money doing,
- 1:56you know, so this is this is where this is going to be a little bit different.
- 2:00So don't turn off stick with this.
- 2:01But this is where
- 2:02we're going to tell you about something that many of you have asked for.
- 2:05It's a Spiro program and it helps you use
- 2:09get set Up gives you access to our entire team.
- 2:13And now the benefits that we'll go into those
- 2:16all those is that you have in that program.
- 2:20We've put in the 21 years of knowledge of how we've used it at Wow,
- 2:25the knowledge of the entire team, the knowledge about the real estate
- 2:28industry, the knowledge of how to sell better, train your team better.
- 2:31So all that's in there, we're going to tell you about it today.
- 2:34We're, you know, this is
- 2:37for you to decide.
- 2:38But if you're like, the year is where in July y'all,
- 2:42if you're like, yeah, now would be a time that I have a gap in my process.
- 2:47And the gap is systems.
- 2:50And if you're not, if you're in Sparrow and you maybe feel like you're don't,
- 2:54you're not completely efficient
- 2:56or you're like, hey, now's the time to really invest in my growth.
- 2:59And honestly,
- 3:01the first level of this, there's no investment.
- 3:03It's free.
- 3:04But if now's the time to invest your time, that's the more important
- 3:07thing is your time.
- 3:09Then hopefully what you hear today will be helpful.
- 3:12Yeah, this will also be a very unique episode in that I think
- 3:15Todd, at the most, we've had three of us on the episode at once.
- 3:20I so yeah, we've got a full roster of guests for you today.
- 3:24A total of five of us,
- 3:27with us.
- 3:27Todd I'll let you make the introductions.
- 3:29How's how's that as we get past kicked off?
- 3:31Yeah.
- 3:32Today, many of you know the team,
- 3:34we have Shannon Landers, our chief revenue officer, on the call today.
- 3:38So, Shannon, you all know this, but, Shannon, help me build and scale Wow
- 3:42Video tours, our real estate media company that does multiple millions of dollars
- 3:45a year in revenue.
- 3:46And 13 hours, we're going to do 14, five, 14,500 shoots
- 3:50this year to just scale to a team with efficiency.
- 3:54So, Shannon, help me scale.
- 3:56And when it was time to do Spiro, I was like, Shannon, let's do this again.
- 3:59And she was all on board.
- 4:00So we're excited to have Shannon on the team today.
- 4:02Shannon, I'll let you announce or I'll let you introduce your team.
- 4:06I love them, I know them, but I'm going to pass it to you.
- 4:08that sounds great. Thank you.
- 4:10Of course I love being on the podcast and I love that
- 4:12we do this and share our knowledge with others to help them grow.
- 4:16That's probably my favorite thing that we do at Spiro.
- 4:19So in that, I kind of cooked up
- 4:22these crazy ideas as I came on last June.
- 4:25It's been a year. I can't believe it's been a year.
- 4:28And as
- 4:29we you guys kind of started helping people get onboarded into the program.
- 4:33Right?
- 4:34And so that idea has grown into a full blown onboarding concierge program.
- 4:41And obviously I couldn't do that on my own.
- 4:43There is no way.
- 4:44And of course, we have the fabulous Mr.
- 4:47Nick Kellis on the call today.
- 4:49So very excited to have him
- 4:51as he's been working with Spiro a little bit longer than I have, actually.
- 4:55And then we started getting all these clients that wanted our help.
- 4:59They said, yes, sign me up for this onboarding program.
- 5:02This is amazing.
- 5:03Well, it was about December of last year, and I was trying to keep my head above
- 5:07water and I was swimming and swimming and swimming and I couldn't ingest, wow.
- 5:12I was like, hey, I just got this, video
- 5:15interview from this amazing person.
- 5:18I think she'd be perfect for you.
- 5:21And I was like, yes, please send it over
- 5:24in the fabulous Lovie’s video won my heart.
- 5:29And we had a couple interviews.
- 5:31We chatted and I said, I can't live without this girl.
- 5:34So Lovie Catada is on our call today to she
- 5:38is the Master Planner now with our onboarding program.
- 5:41So Lovie and Nick welcome.
- 5:44We could not do what we're doing without you.
- 5:47So really excited that you're here with us.
- 5:57Of course.
- 5:58Yes. Now you guys are the heart and soul of this.
- 6:01You know, helping our clients is number one, right?
- 6:06That's what we love to do.
- 6:07We love to help them, help their clients and getting into Spiro.
- 6:13I mean, Todd, let's just be honest.
- 6:15It can seem overwhelming.
- 6:16Yeah, there's a ton of features.
- 6:18There is some things, you know, it's a very large system now.
- 6:21It has years and years of logic and thoughts and ideas.
- 6:25And when used properly, like it can unlock just a ton of time.
- 6:29Give your clients tools, help you up.
- 6:31So, I mean, there's a million things they can do, but it's still like,
- 6:34I got to figure out how to use this chart.
- 6:36Remember of CRM?
- 6:37Like we looked at Salesforce at Wow.
- 6:39We looked at like how like it sounds great.
- 6:41Like everybody talks really great about Salesforce.
- 6:43HubSpot is like but how in the heck do you do it?
- 6:46Well, you pay you pay a Salesforce consultant, like $25,000.
- 6:50And that's that's they do about half of what you want. Yes.
- 6:54It's so true. It's so true.
- 6:57And so you know what we've really,
- 7:00unleashed here now is is a nice full
- 7:03onboarding program that provides different levels
- 7:07based upon really your business and where it is,
- 7:11because we understand that everyone is at a different place.
- 7:15You know, obviously we have a lot of new businesses coming in
- 7:19and we love our new businesses, but they don't need quite the setup
- 7:23that a mid-level business already does or a high volume business does.
- 7:28So through that, we have created this program
- 7:31where we offer these three different levels.
- 7:33And like you said, Todd, one of them really is essentially free.
- 7:37And so our first level is
- 7:39foundations, and that is where we just essentially set up the basics, right.
- 7:44Lovie and Nick, we set up the basics.
- 7:48Get them going,
- 7:49get all their information in there and get their order page going.
- 7:54And, and for that it's, it's $250
- 7:57that we actually apply to your account and credits.
- 8:01So there's zero cost zero cost.
- 8:04And Nick you're talking to these new businesses every day.
- 8:07Right.
- 8:08What what are some things that they're saying to you on on
- 8:11why they really are like this sounds perfect.
- 8:16You know, the thing that comes in most often
- 8:18is, wow, I love your this platform.
- 8:22This platform does everything I've ever wanted.
- 8:25It's like I've got, a virtual
- 8:27assistant helping me, you know, on the,
- 8:30upsell and and order, schedule,
- 8:34tracking as photography portal.
- 8:37And as they're saying,
- 8:39the all the great stuff they're going I and I don't know how to I don't want to.
- 8:43It's not even I don't know where to start.
- 8:45And some people that are old, like me have no idea how to start.
- 8:48And that's how they want foundation.
- 8:49They want, you know, over to work with Lovie. But then you get people that
- 8:53I get a lot of callbacks.
- 8:55I'll talk to somebody six months ago
- 8:58and, and they'll say, I think I got it, and then I'll get a callback.
- 9:01And they're like, I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.
- 9:04There's so much functionality.
- 9:07Can we run a diagnostic audit?
- 9:09So that's the cool thing is that if you, you know, if you sign up for Foundation,
- 9:15you're spending your own money, you're investing in yourself.
- 9:18All we're asking is for you to put your own skin in the game.
- 9:21If you're serious about rep,
- 9:22if you're not serious about rep, and you're kind of dabbling,
- 9:24it's an expensive hobby with the camera equipment.
- 9:28So if you're if you if you can't come up with $250 to invest in yourself
- 9:32and a platform that organizes your whole life, it might not be the right,
- 9:36the right industry for you.
- 9:38So, but then when we get after that initial people, they go
- 9:41and an initial person will say, I love this.
- 9:44How how do I, you know, get to work with Lovie
- 9:46I like, will do your homework, you know, cover your pre-by, invest in yourself,
- 9:51do your questionnaire.
- 9:52Give Lovie the ammunition that she and her team need
- 9:55to build your site through a default order page.
- 9:58Pretty awesome.
- 10:00And you're off to the races, but then you'll get people
- 10:01that also come back and go, I think I missed something.
- 10:04Give me a diagnostic audit.
- 10:05Can Lovie do that. In her sleep.
- 10:07She'll go, you're white labeled on your order page.
- 10:10Would you like to be white labeled all the way through. Let me do DNS.
- 10:12And I have I have the technical ability of of this pen.
- 10:16This pen functions and and that's and I'm not lying antagonizing.
- 10:21I'm a heck of an interviewer.
- 10:22I, I've learned that thing pretty well and that's just said, hey,
- 10:26you want to do this concierge thing, but it is definitely a handoff to Lovie.
- 10:31To dial in
- 10:33this, this platform, even at a foundational level
- 10:37that will just immediately empower your business.
- 10:39You know, people will say, I don't have a website.
- 10:41Okay, just get to your order page, get started in their business.
- 10:45And that's what foundation does.
- 10:47It gives you. And then, you know, then you realize you need more.
- 10:49But at the very least, you're out there taking orders
- 10:52and shooting houses and delivering amazing listings and Lovie.
- 10:55If you give her what she needs, she will give that back to you, you know?
- 10:59And short order.
- 11:02Absolutely, Lovie
- 11:04What are you hearing from our foundation clients as they come on?
- 11:07Like, you know, what are what are your guys's conversations like?
- 11:10You know, at the beginning of the call, I would say that they're
- 11:14they're pretty set to like, they think it's a tech set up,
- 11:18like we set up every, you know, the system for them.
- 11:22During our launch call, we find that they're surprised that, wait,
- 11:25it isn't just the tech set up.
- 11:27It's actually you helping me figure out what I need for my for my business.
- 11:32And I'm like, well, they're Shannon Landers and Todd for that, but,
- 11:37we help them actually think about a broader
- 11:41look at the broader picture and look at their business as a whole
- 11:44and help them figure out what else they need.
- 11:48You know, what else they need help with.
- 11:50So it's really like, you know, they're very surprised with how,
- 11:54like I said, that it's not just a tech set up, it's strategy, workflow planning
- 11:59and real partnership that they build with, with us, with the concierge team
- 12:04and the support team.
- 12:05So they feel really supported throughout the process.
- 12:07And they they're very grateful for the support.
- 12:11Yeah, I think even
- 12:12sometimes just knowing like how to use that.
- 12:15Right.
- 12:16That's that's what we go over, you know, in that launch car with them, we
- 12:19we set up a launch call and foundations, you typically just need one.
- 12:24You might come back later and get some more needed things.
- 12:27And we have additional trainings for, for everyone in this program. But,
- 12:32you know, getting set up and getting going,
- 12:34like Nic said, to be able to take orders because you got to make money
- 12:37in this business, right? Todd.
- 12:38Yeah, that's that's how you're going to feed the family.
- 12:41That's the lifeblood of your business.
- 12:43It is. And that's how you're going to get the next job, right?
- 12:45You got to get jobs to get the next job.
- 12:47And so getting them set up, you know, quickly,
- 12:50and I will say,
- 12:51guys, you know, this is important to, to have out there,
- 12:55the faster Lovie gets the information, the faster Lovie
- 12:59can get that launch call set up and get you guys going.
- 13:03We do have typically like a 5 to 7 day turn from,
- 13:07you know, getting that information and and getting you guys on the schedule
- 13:10as we're working with many clients, you know, so great.
- 13:14Well foundations get them going then. Right guys.
- 13:17That that gets them.
- 13:18It gets them started.
- 13:19And that's,
- 13:20you know, kind of what we've learned over the last year is there's this base
- 13:24that can help get them going.
- 13:25And, and then we have our mid-level level companies.
- 13:29And and so we have our accelerated program.
- 13:32And this is a great program where you spend $500,
- 13:36but you really only spend 250 because we actually apply
- 13:39250 of that 500 as credits to your account to use,
- 13:43and then that you're going to be able to have all your order pages
- 13:47set up, any additional details you needed,
- 13:51some additional workflows and tasks and some additional calls to help.
- 13:55Just make sure that everything is set up.
- 13:58Typically, these are clients that might be using our competitors
- 14:01and they want to come over and we're helping them.
- 14:04They are
- 14:06and Nick,
- 14:06I think these clients are finding too, that
- 14:09sometimes you even start in foundations and you just pay the upgrade at the 250
- 14:14to get the accelerate to get the details right.
- 14:17Yeah.
- 14:17It's it's
- 14:19it's whatever you're comfortable with.
- 14:21But I think that people that you've got a lot of people
- 14:24that are kind of in, in between, like I'm setting up my own company,
- 14:27but I've been shooting as a contractor for years now, or,
- 14:33you know, you'll get people that that are just they're coming in.
- 14:35They're not hesitating. They're like, I'm ready to go.
- 14:38I need this to be set up.
- 14:39So they'll come in,
- 14:41and I'll say, do you have brokerages?
- 14:43Oh, yeah. I've got three.
- 14:44You probably are going to need to go accelerated or they'll tell me,
- 14:48I think I need that.
- 14:49And, you know, they just look at the spreadsheet and they go,
- 14:53you know, it's setting up additional order pages at, Wow,
- 14:57we have 62 brokerages and each of them has their own.
- 15:02It's not just the customized order page.
- 15:04I mean, you can put a Keller Williams
- 15:05or a Coldwell Banker logo on, you know, on an order page.
- 15:09It's customizing bundles.
- 15:10One of those might, like more drone up front.
- 15:12There could be drone forward or 3D forward.
- 15:16How do you customize that for them?
- 15:18And then also on the back end, some,
- 15:21some, brokerages might like they don't want to pay upon download,
- 15:27they want to go to, a standard invoicing, every third Friday of the month.
- 15:32Or they want to pay upfront.
- 15:33So then suddenly, you know, I explain to people I'm like for 250 bucks,
- 15:37love is doing a, you know, on her team or doing a lot of work in there
- 15:41to maximize your biggest clients and make them happy.
- 15:45The additional services, she can do a deep dive into that.
- 15:48And, because each each bundle you order, you just,
- 15:52you know, you can go from photo and video to drone to virtual
- 15:56staging to twilight all, you know, just a floor plan.
- 15:59And so she'll get in there.
- 16:01And so each of those becomes its own little rabbit hole of, ways for a realtor
- 16:07to maximize, a listing that they may not think of when they place the order.
- 16:11But by the time they're, scheduled, they've added everything
- 16:15they need, which drives your average sale price up so we can get in on that.
- 16:19And then the other thing that's coming up is
- 16:20a lot of people are saying, do I need a website?
- 16:23My website's in process.
- 16:25I want to get started.
- 16:26And so you guys came up with the landing page, and, and Lovie will set that up.
- 16:31And what's neat is our example is residential, commercial.
- 16:36And I think, like, you know, Airbnb style rentals, they don't call it that anymore.
- 16:40Each of those has its own little, you know, you go out on a downline
- 16:44and you go to an order page, but you can very quickly
- 16:47have a landing page that says, look what I do.
- 16:49I do drone appraisals, or I'll do photo booths,
- 16:52but you have a landing page suddenly that you can send to respected
- 16:55agents and especially brokerages and start taking orders.
- 16:59And your website might be three months away.
- 17:02And I think that people will come in, they're either getting started
- 17:05and they'll go, yeah, I need that, or they're making the jump.
- 17:08They're coming over from someone else because you also, you know,
- 17:11Lovie will get your existing client base in there, and now you're ready
- 17:16to make the transition and accelerated or really be dialed in.
- 17:21And even more levels and foundation.
- 17:24Absolutely.
- 17:25Lovie.
- 17:26What do you find the clients really love about that
- 17:29accelerated versus the foundation level.
- 17:33What you know, what do you see them like really grab on to?
- 17:37I think the ability to,
- 17:40go into more details with their like Nick said, with their order pages
- 17:44and also having the chance to,
- 17:48go from, you know, having just one launch call
- 17:51and setting up another call, I find that that is a huge thing for them.
- 17:56Walking them through every step of the way
- 17:59and having just a second call really means a lot.
- 18:02And, that definitely felt that accelerated over foundation.
- 18:07Yeah, I would agree.
- 18:10And then because you should always have three, I feel like at least.
- 18:14Right.
- 18:14Todd, like a minimum of three things.
- 18:16Like people like options. Right? Yeah.
- 18:19That's what we suggest for your order page a big a medium and a small because
- 18:23an agent's
- 18:24going to come along
- 18:24and get what they call their luxury listing
- 18:26and they're going to click the highest one.
- 18:28And sometimes and there's a need for that.
- 18:30Absolutely.
- 18:32So we have our largest offering,
- 18:34which is our enterprise platform of the concierge program.
- 18:39And I feel like we're
- 18:40pretty much doing everything but coming to your town and selling for you.
- 18:43And then also, we literally will write
- 18:48your marketing descriptions and we will create your thumbnails.
- 18:53We will give you the, I think, okay.
- 18:56And Lovie
- 18:56You can correct me if I'm wrong, but the best part of this enterprise level,
- 19:01so you get a slack channel with me, Lovie
- 19:06Maria. Maria, we haven't talked about Maria yet.
- 19:09We will.
- 19:11And you have a direct line to us for 90 days
- 19:14to get instant availability of support.
- 19:18So you don't even go to the pink bubble chat for 90 days.
- 19:22We take care of you, and we make sure that you know every functionality.
- 19:28And we call this enterprise because typically it is probably going
- 19:31to be an enterprise type client, a big client that is already doing a lot.
- 19:35They are more than likely coming from a competitor,
- 19:39and they really want to bring over and update and highlight.
- 19:42And typically what we're finding is they're launching
- 19:46new pricing and new order pages with this level.
- 19:51So I absolutely love enterprise.
- 19:53What we're seeing to with this like 90 day slack channel, it's it's
- 19:58everything's a bell curve. Todd I feel like in life. Right?
- 20:00Everything's a curve.
- 20:02And we need them as they they need a lot of support.
- 20:05Right.
- 20:05So that curve goes up and up and up, and then we reach like this
- 20:09pinnacle of them going, oh, this all makes sense.
- 20:13And then they come down and they need us less.
- 20:16And of course we'll always be here for our client.
- 20:19But then they say,
- 20:20okay, pink Bubble chat can support me well, from here and we move on.
- 20:24So Lovie
- 20:26How do you what do you think is your favorite part of enterprise, am I right?
- 20:29Is you think the favorite thing is that the slack channel
- 20:33and I hear this a lot too. Shan.
- 20:35So we have our enterprise, client who said the slack channel,
- 20:39the availability and having just, you know, somebody right there
- 20:43and you know they're typing the answer you can see them typing.
- 20:47So it's really huge step up and a VIP feeling for them.
- 20:52So I like that I think that's great.
- 20:55Yes I agree I agree.
- 20:57And Nick we've had Billy come on recently.
- 21:00I know Billy was on the tech talk yesterday too.
- 21:02I think talking about
- 21:04and he kind of
- 21:07he I love him.
- 21:08I, I spent an hour on a call.
- 21:10Oh, by the way, with enterprise, you get access to me or Todd so that,
- 21:13like, kind of comes with it, where we'll stand.
- 21:16And then strategy calls with you to Billy and I spend an hour together.
- 21:20And I basically was like, we need to revamp all this.
- 21:24And he was like, okay, that's ready.
- 21:30But as we got through it and we've built out his order page
- 21:33that he's going to launch, the marketing behind it is awesome.
- 21:37And I'm super excited for him. And he's super excited too.
- 21:40So Nick, Billy is a great client and he's using,
- 21:44I think, every aspect of that check.
- 21:46Mark, on the enterprise and what we're talking about.
- 21:49Guys, are you listening to us?
- 21:50We have this beautiful flier that, actually
- 21:53will go through all of what you get.
- 21:56At what level?
- 21:57You know, that with the nice little checkmarks,
- 21:59you get this in this level and you can compare and contrast it, in real time.
- 22:04So, you know, you have I think we have quite a few enterprise clients right now.
- 22:09What are they saying to you?
- 22:10What what are they loving?
- 22:12You know, and first of all, that PDF that you created, Shannon,
- 22:16is it is beautiful because I just put it up in a shared zoom and,
- 22:22you know,
- 22:23a Rep owner looks at it and goes, that's what I need.
- 22:26When when we originally started it, it was going to be for people
- 22:29that are doing over a thousand a year listings.
- 22:33And, most of you know, a lion's
- 22:36share of our enterprise people are people that want to get to that.
- 22:40And I think it goes back to, how serious are you?
- 22:44You know, if you're serious about real estate photography
- 22:48and running, you know, and optimizing.
- 22:51Yeah. Everybody wants to have their life set up.
- 22:53They want more time. And you hear that all the time.
- 22:56And it's for Todd said ten years ago, I one more time.
- 22:58I mean, you know, Spiro flourishing.
- 23:00I say this to everybody.
- 23:02It's not coincidental that that Boston's Boston was born, you know,
- 23:08Todd's, Boston's my son. Yes.
- 23:10You know, I jumped over that.
- 23:12I mean, I meant to say I've known Boston since he was a baby, and,
- 23:16you know, when when Todd started trading or making a family
- 23:20with the lovely Jessica, Spiro started getting better and better and better.
- 23:24And it was because he wanted, I think it was.
- 23:28He wanted more life, you know?
- 23:30And that's that's where people that are, they're going.
- 23:33I want to scale my business, but I also don't want to give up. Why?
- 23:37I love being alive and having a great business.
- 23:39And so enterprise comes in and it's like it's a sprint.
- 23:43It's a sprint to having your life back.
- 23:45It's a sprint to having a thriving business.
- 23:47It's a sprint to having support that we can't give
- 23:51unless, you know, it just takes so much time.
- 23:53So I was I told both of you, Shannon and Todd, I feel like,
- 23:59it might be too cheap for what we give you.
- 24:01So the time is great to get into enterprise.
- 24:04If you're serious about scaling your business and, you know,
- 24:07like Adam Novak, he's at 300,
- 24:10a year that are very deluxe services down in Florida.
- 24:14There's a lot of drone stuff. We want to get to 600.
- 24:16He has his scaling goals.
- 24:18He doesn't want to mince words.
- 24:19And we just signed up someone a couple of days ago.
- 24:22They're like I just and just for the and just for the record,
- 24:25Nick enterprise has nothing to do with me conceiving children.
- 24:28I just wanted I it's not there's nothing weird about it, you know,
- 24:32I we went a little off the record there.
- 24:33I just want to bring you back to the corn fields here.
- 24:36Like, it's just there's three levels for you guys.
- 24:39I think many of you know me by now. You know us.
- 24:42You know, Shannon, we've built a very successful real estate
- 24:46media business, and we've heard from you guys that, hey,
- 24:49we need these different levels of support, and we want you to use Spiro.
- 24:54I'll be completely transparent about that.
- 24:55I would love it if we could earn your business.
- 24:58So when you all tell us what you need, this is no different
- 25:01than when realtors told us what they needed at Wow.
- 25:04We would create that.
- 25:05And we listen to you, we adapt it, we mold it,
- 25:08and our goal is to make sure that you are successful with it.
- 25:12If you succeed, we succeed.
- 25:13Absolutely.
- 25:15Thanks for the clarification.
- 25:16I was kind of
- 25:18yeah, I just want to make sure I was like, is this like
- 25:21when I asked Jessica about this?
- 25:25I guess I just I guess my point
- 25:28was that I see enterprises extension of what you were able to do.
- 25:32Todd, as you realized it,
- 25:36there's a lot of details that go into a wrap business,
- 25:38and there are a lot of details that go into running a smart business
- 25:41that has a lot of moving parts.
- 25:42It's intensive in the field that that deals with realtors that,
- 25:47you know, they have their own mindset and mindset and,
- 25:51and just making sure everything is buttoned up.
- 25:53And with enterprise, everything is buttoned up.
- 25:57And you can, you know, you can enjoy what's important to you and your life.
- 26:00And you can also see your business
- 26:02because you suddenly have the entire engine of Spiro behind you and you,
- 26:07you're not missing anything technical,
- 26:08but you're also thinking about brokerage strategies.
- 26:11You're thinking about, where do I want to be in a year?
- 26:14And, you know, you've got Shannon speed dial and we love it
- 26:18because then we can give all of our energy to someone with enterprise
- 26:22and watch you thrive and and, you know, and scale before our eyes.
- 26:26And, and we love being a part of that.
- 26:28Nick, I think it's really insightful because you see me for the
- 26:31you see it from the outside.
- 26:32But let's be honest, it's about time, right?
- 26:34You all like when I had kids, my time had to change.
- 26:37Different things became a priority.
- 26:39And, you know, I talked very recently and some taught in the tech talk
- 26:43and in a Eli Jones podcast on his channel.
- 26:46But about you hire helpers and builders.
- 26:49And when I started to have kids,
- 26:52I was able to push it so far and said, hey, I need a builder.
- 26:55And Shannon happened to come along
- 26:57and I was so thankful that she did, and she built it with me.
- 27:00And you just need different levels of support as you build.
- 27:03We understand that we're here for you and all of you need something
- 27:07a little bit different.
- 27:08And if you just need like, hey, I just want to DIY it.
- 27:11Like, I feel like we have phenomenal articles
- 27:13that you can follow step by step videos and guides.
- 27:17Absolutely.
- 27:18And that's what we went.
- 27:20We had this idea to do this podcast.
- 27:21Just so it was people were aware.
- 27:24Awareness right is always half the battle.
- 27:27But we don't have to spend any money.
- 27:30You can create Spiro on your own.
- 27:33You can get in there and not create.
- 27:34That was again, I can't talk this morning.
- 27:36It's Friday, my brain's done working for the week, but you can get in
- 27:40and build your own Spiro account on your own if you choose to.
- 27:44But sometimes it's like, why you. Right.
- 27:46Like, okay, I'm going to spend at the foundation level
- 27:49250 bucks and really get it and credit from not really spending anything.
- 27:53So why should I waste my time on that?
- 27:55Just the entering of the information
- 27:59when I could go be getting clients
- 28:01and why the entering of the information is happening, right.
- 28:05So that's number one is that's what Lovie, when she came on, gave me my time back,
- 28:12which was amazing, to go out and create these programs, to work with Todd,
- 28:16with the higher level thinking that we're bringing in this Spiro and that update
- 28:20and then Lovie has brought on Maria to help her,
- 28:25because we've had so many of you say, yes, raise my hand.
- 28:29Sign me up. I want to do this.
- 28:31And so Maria is now and what is Maria is loving sister
- 28:36because we love family here.
- 28:39Right.
- 28:40And, she was going to be with us today guys that she is under the weather.
- 28:44So we didn't want to make her get on a podcast.
- 28:47I she feel good.
- 28:48But Lovie, talk about how you and Maria
- 28:51just get people onboarded,
- 28:55how you're kind of has streamlined things together
- 28:58and getting them into the system as fast as possible.
- 29:02Yeah, absolutely.
- 29:03So, thank you for that.
- 29:05Maria is such a huge help. Sharon.
- 29:07So when you brought her over, it definitely gave me some of my time
- 29:12to focus on my launch calls and get just getting to know
- 29:16more about, you know, our our clients and that.
- 29:18So, what happens during our onboarding journey is that once the client completes
- 29:24the onboarding questionnaire, after after they talk to Nick,
- 29:28we send them a prep checklist to make sure that we have everything we need
- 29:33so that from there we then take care of the full set up.
- 29:37This includes, you know, building out the order page,
- 29:40updating their account setting, making sure all of the basics are in place.
- 29:44So just like what Nick said earlier, having everything or giving us everything,
- 29:49or, you know, as much as you can give us as many details as you can.
- 29:53And the onboarding questionnaire
- 29:54that definitely help us set your, your settings in your Spiro account.
- 29:59After we have already, you know, created or,
- 30:03you know, created a basic, set up, then we schedule the launch call.
- 30:07Right?
- 30:08So this launch call is tailored to everybody's
- 30:11specific needs, so their own specific needs.
- 30:14And after that we move into building task if that is necessary.
- 30:19If you're on accelerated.
- 30:22So we build our task.
- 30:23We build out automations and workflow together.
- 30:27And that's step by step.
- 30:28We want to make sure that our clients are aware
- 30:31how we do that, because we're not only setting this up for them,
- 30:34we want to make sure they know how to do that on their and this in the feature.
- 30:39They're going to be setting up their own, you know, workflow, right.
- 30:43So after that, we then
- 30:46we we make sure that everything is fully set up and tested.
- 30:49And then we do our final wrap up and handoff.
- 30:52This is to make sure that they can start using Spiro confidently
- 30:56in their day to day.
- 30:58So that's it.
- 30:59Pretty much yes.
- 31:02And then again on that higher level of enterprise,
- 31:04then once the you know, you actually get unlimited
- 31:06launch calls, you get unlimited calls with us. Period.
- 31:08So the two favorite things is the slack and probably unlimited launch calls.
- 31:12Right. Or access.
- 31:14And that's when we can really dive in this strategy.
- 31:16That is really what comes with that.
- 31:18That higher tier,
- 31:21that I enjoy doing to many of you might already know this.
- 31:25I'm a marketing snob, I and I'm, which is weird
- 31:29because I was never creative in my life at all.
- 31:33I was always like the numbers and the talker like, so that.
- 31:37And then all of a sudden I work at another brokerage
- 31:40with a fantastic lady who we should probably have on this call sometime.
- 31:44She was the director of marketing and she kind of grew my love of of marketing.
- 31:49And so now I absolutely love it.
- 31:51And, so I love it when our clients do enterprise,
- 31:54because then I get to get in there and be like, oh, let's do this.
- 31:56Oops. Change to this. Oh,
- 31:59Billy was a great example.
- 32:00He's got a trademarked company name, the perfect listing.
- 32:06Like it's awesome.
- 32:07It's trademarked. I'm like, you trademark this.
- 32:10We need to use these names in all of your products.
- 32:14Like this needs the brand.
- 32:15We need to brand this out.
- 32:17And so I'm super excited for his new page because it's fully branded.
- 32:21We even made a small tweak from yesterday.
- 32:24Todd, where now when you look at his order page,
- 32:26at literally the background of the thumbnails of the top three
- 32:31bundles, literally say the perfect listing, you know, so it it's fun.
- 32:35It's awesome.
- 32:36We love our enterprise client.
- 32:37So, and there's power.
- 32:40There's power in that branding, if you think about it.
- 32:42Our company name is called Wow Video tours.
- 32:45All of our clients.
- 32:46Calls Wow. it is a name like in our markets, do you use wow?
- 32:50Oh, I use wow.
- 32:51Just shot my listing like it's it's at a higher level.
- 32:54So there is that top tier thinking and that took
- 32:56you know, you have to implement that
- 32:58for that to actually take place because it takes time.
- 33:02And so just a higher level of thought.
- 33:04We're excited to bring to all of you in that enterprise plan,
- 33:08because those are things that you're going to look back five, ten years ago.
- 33:11You know, I look back 22 years ago when I was thinking about naming it,
- 33:15it's like I knew I wanted it to be different.
- 33:17My brother's actually like, let's call it Wow,
- 33:19because everybody looks at the photos or everybody looks at the video.
- 33:22Again, we didn't do photos at the beginning.
- 33:24Everybody looks at the video and says, wow.
- 33:26It's like, great, let's let's name it wow.
- 33:28So we use clip art and wow.
- 33:30And it's we've evolved over the years.
- 33:32But I think that higher level branding is super important.
- 33:35And oftentimes it's it's tough for like let's let's admit it.
- 33:39Like we're all small business owners like to think about higher level branding.
- 33:43It's like, well,
- 33:44I gotta have a photographer go fix a bathroom,
- 33:46and I got to go shoot houses or whatever it may be.
- 33:48So it's kind of like the last thing that gets pushed down
- 33:51the, the, the last person that we signed up for enterprise this week.
- 33:56Logan was,
- 33:59he was adamant.
- 34:00He's like, I when do I get to talk to Shannon and when do we jump on the chat?
- 34:03He was he he and I said, well, the good news is,
- 34:05and she wants to talk to you, you know, and that's.
- 34:08And he doesn't have a lot of volume.
- 34:09He just wants to have a lot of volume.
- 34:12You know, and Billy.
- 34:13Yeah.
- 34:14When I talk to Billy, I knew he'd be perfect because he,
- 34:17you know, he's he's, young family, but wants it to be great.
- 34:21Has a lot of ideas, and,
- 34:24and that's the perfect enterprise client.
- 34:26No matter what your volume is, it's.
- 34:27What's your commitment?
- 34:29How passionate are you?
- 34:30How how quickly do you want to get it right?
- 34:33And that's where enterprise is perfect.
- 34:35And then, you know, and and I know it makes your day, Shannon.
- 34:38And love it because it's it's got to be exciting on you guys
- 34:41and to take them all and run with it.
- 34:42And you have someone that is as committed
- 34:44to their business as you are committed to their business and can be.
- 34:48Yeah.
- 34:49And what's nice is we set you up for the future with us
- 34:52because, again, a lot of the things we're creating,
- 34:53we create in Canva templates, things like that.
- 34:55So we share those with you guys. You know when you're done.
- 34:58So you're literally built.
- 35:00It's like the foundation of the house is built.
- 35:02And then we hand it off to you to keep building.
- 35:06And I kind of like this analogy
- 35:07because we deal with houses and that's our, our business.
- 35:10Right.
- 35:12And, but that's essentially what we're doing.
- 35:14And so, and like to your point to how we know we're not here to oversell this,
- 35:17but I, we want it to be known that we do it.
- 35:21We want it to be out there.
- 35:22We're getting ready
- 35:22to design, change our website, do some things so everybody can see it.
- 35:27We're also going to change a little bit about how you all sign up.
- 35:29So it'll be easier for a nice little path
- 35:32to see if you just want to sign up for this.
- 35:35But I'll kind of end with just a that.
- 35:38Again, I don't think we need to oversell this today.
- 35:40This is just a nice.
- 35:41Hey, we do this for you and we want to help you.
- 35:43We are here.
- 35:45The team is always here for you.
- 35:47You can reach out for pink double have.
- 35:49But, you know, get into this program
- 35:51and we can really help you guys do everything faster.
- 35:55What is your point of contact if, if you'd like to sign up for this program?
- 36:00So his email is simply nick@spiro.media
- 36:06and you can just shoot him at. Yes.
- 36:08Get you. Let's get a call.
- 36:10Call me right now.
- 36:11Whatever.
- 36:11Whatever it is, he he will reach out to you.
- 36:15So I just want to end with kind of.
- 36:17Todd, we have some exciting things coming in this program, too,
- 36:21that our current users right now might be like, oh, how can I access this?
- 36:27Like, how can I utilize these tools to,
- 36:30and so we are going to come out
- 36:32with a full ala carte list of items that you could do.
- 36:36So maybe it's just, hey, will you just build me an order page?
- 36:40Right? I don't need the whole thing.
- 36:41I just want a new order page.
- 36:43I already have all my services in there, but this is kind of what I'm thinking,
- 36:46and I want some help with it. Or.
- 36:49Hey, I really need my workflows and tasks set up.
- 36:52I want help with that.
- 36:54So we're going to have like this whole list or, hey, my brain's
- 36:57not good in marketing, where you guys help me fancy have my page
- 37:00and my descriptions and things like that.
- 37:04And what's nice is we don't just use AI for those guys,
- 37:07and we we might use it as a tool.
- 37:09It might help us, but we really put our thought
- 37:12and care and all of this that we do.
- 37:16So exciting things coming in the future.
- 37:19Is there anything else anybody would like to share that I didn't touch?
- 37:24I just it was a, you know, enterprise, subscriber,
- 37:28Adam Novak, when he said he had looked at competitors
- 37:31and I had demoed him months ago, and he reached out to me and he said
- 37:36this, the competitor said, why are you going with Spiro?
- 37:38And he said, this Spiro here is a movement.
- 37:42I want to join the movement.
- 37:43And so, you know, I mean, the thing is, we're we're not just a software company.
- 37:48We've got this tremendous rep company when we're talking to someone
- 37:52and they're like, do you have a client as big as us?
- 37:54And then they did like 6 or 7000 and we said, yeah, we have a client double
- 37:57your size. It's our own rep company.
- 37:59So we're we're putting all this on its feet every day.
- 38:03And and just,
- 38:05you know, everything that we do, we're thinking about this all the time.
- 38:08So when Lovie or when when Shannon and Lovie will do it, when Shannon says this,
- 38:13you know, we have in mind to ala carte, what do you need?
- 38:15We're always thinking about ways to make your your engine turn better.
- 38:20And and new things are popping up all the time.
- 38:23It is a movement and we want you to join it.
- 38:26And that starts with Spiro concierge.
- 38:28It's awesome.
- 38:29Todd, anything to add?
- 38:30Yeah, I I'm so thankful of you all in here as a team.
- 38:34And, you know, you all
- 38:35when Shannon told me like, hey, let's do this thing, I was like,
- 38:38I don't know, like, Craig and I, I've been doing this for a long.
- 38:40We haven't sold anything like, okay, so we try to get you to buy
- 38:45Spiro or you, Spiro, through the information we give you.
- 38:49This is the first time we've ever said we've got these things.
- 38:52Are you interested in them?
- 38:54So I was hesitant, I really am. And,
- 38:57but the number of times we've been asked or the number of times
- 39:00someone has found out about, like, is this a secret program?
- 39:04It's like, okay, so we so we just wanted to take some time today
- 39:08to let you know about it, because enough people were asking us.
- 39:10And the results that we've seen, people are like, I'm so happy I did this.
- 39:15This got me off the ground.
- 39:16This got me to my next step.
- 39:18It's all about time, you guys. It really is.
- 39:20We talk about that
- 39:21a lot in the podcast and we're trying to give you back some time here.
- 39:25And of course, we would love you to join the Spiro family.
- 39:29Absolutely.
- 39:30Can I throw one thing in here. please
- 39:33Craig, we're so sorry that you were not included.
- 39:36And a lot of that conversations are no no no no no, you don't need to apologize.
- 39:40I just was thinking back to when I first started my, my real estate
- 39:44photography company, and Todd and I sat in a coffee shop
- 39:48in, in Perrysburg, Ohio, and he was talking with me about,
- 39:52partnering with me in my market, being my backend engine.
- 39:55And I was the first beta tester for Spiro.
- 40:00And there wasn't this formal onboarding program
- 40:03that we're that we've been talking about today, this concierge program.
- 40:07But Todd saw it before he saw it, and he he walked me through
- 40:12how this software could help me answered questions.
- 40:16The Wow team, you know, answered questions for me.
- 40:19So this has been in the works for let's see, when did I start my business?
- 40:23Time was 2017.
- 40:25And it even with an informal effort, it helped me scale from doing.
- 40:31I think I figured out I could do two shoots a day with my own editing,
- 40:34you know, to overnight when I, when I joined, you know, joined with wow.
- 40:39And Spiro ultimately wasn’t called Spiro to doing 6 to 7 shoots a day.
- 40:44And I was able to to launch my business, you know, outsourcing my editing
- 40:48that that was huge.
- 40:50But having this this background you know, this back office engine to drive
- 40:55my business as an independent real estate photographer in my market was huge.
- 41:01And now I've been able to to watch this business grow and watch Spiro
- 41:05grow and formalize and and integrate all these systems that it had.
- 41:10I had that, you know, back in 2017, it would have scaled even faster.
- 41:15So it's just been neat to see the Spiro team come together
- 41:19and really help other real estate photographers launch their businesses
- 41:23and grow and scale.
- 41:25And so just from a personal anecdote, you know, from somebody
- 41:28that was part of this, you know, from, from ground level
- 41:31with, with informal systems to see where it is now.
- 41:34Guys, I can't encourage you enough.
- 41:37We want to like I said at the beginning of the podcast,
- 41:39we want to see you grow and develop a successful business.
- 41:44And I truly believe Spiro can help you do that.
- 41:48So just from a personal level, of course, you know, now I'm part of the Wow team.
- 41:52But my business grew, and and it was successful.
- 41:55And having tools like this and systems and a team that can come around
- 41:59you and be part of your business to help you succeed, it's it's huge.
- 42:03And ultimately you're going to do that for your real estate clients as well.
- 42:07It's all about helping each other.
- 42:10And yes, we're going to benefit, but we want you to benefit as well,
- 42:13because if you don't succeed, we don't succeed.
- 42:15So just wanted to share that it's it's been awesome
- 42:18to be a part of this growing company and to see it, grow to the point
- 42:22where we're helping real estate photographers all over the world now.
- 42:26And, if you're just getting started out and you're overwhelmed by all the options
- 42:30of Spiro, this concierge program is going to be your lifeline.
- 42:35And and it's a team of people that really care about you. So
- 42:39that's what I had.
- 42:41Couldn't have said it better myself, Greg.
- 42:42And for all of you guys out there, I want you to know Perrysburg is also in
- 42:46the middle of some cornfields.
- 42:48So just out there,
- 42:50the cornfields are alive and well, and Ohio, they continue.
- 42:55Yes. Yeah.
- 42:56Yeah.
- 42:57So and that's fun because I was here for the start of that with you Craig, too.
- 43:00So it's been fun to see the evolution to as well.
- 43:03And really, this has always been Todd's idea.
- 43:06Right. Like it's like he built this amazing media company.
- 43:09It was always like, how do we help everybody else?
- 43:13So that idea has been it has been brewing in his head for a long time.
- 43:17So this continues on where we help you.
- 43:20And so just help us help you a little bit more.
- 43:23Reach out to Nick and and let's get you going.
- 43:26Sounds good.

- 44:18If you come to PMRE.
- 44:20She can't make it to REPP, but she's coming to PMRE.

- 44:39And we're excited to have Lovei and Nick there.
- 44:41I still see the ghost of Craig.
- 44:43You know, having coming down and having breakfast
- 44:46from our first visit to PMRE and, so you're always there in spirit.
- 44:50Craig with me.
- 44:50You and Todd went back in 22, and, Oh, we'll keep we'll carry the torch, you know.
- 44:57Yeah.
- 44:57So we'd love to spend time with you. We will be there.
- 45:00We will be at the REPP conference.
- 45:02That's Eli Jones.
- 45:04I get the honor of actually emceeing the conference this year.
- 45:07So I'm excited to be there to be with you guys.

- 45:12because I just get to spend time with you guys, and, that's just exhilarating.
- 45:16Good to meet you.
- 45:17Good to hear you love taking pictures with you guys
- 45:20and just seeing how we can help you reach your goals.
- 45:23I mean, let's learn from me.
- 45:24I've done some dumb things in my days.
- 45:26These four people in here can tell you more of them up off air.
- 45:30But look at this. Look at your calendar.
- 45:33Get those things booked
- 45:34and we would love to see you at both, or at least one of those conferences.
- 45:38All right.
- 45:39Well with that, that will wrap up this week.
- 45:42Guys, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy schedule to watch
- 45:45or listen to the podcast.

- 45:54We're here for you.
- 45:56And as always, we'd like to remind you, just take some time out of your day,

- 46:10That's that's that's what Spiro means is breathe.
