Speaker 1: in me, you may have perfect peace. How many people

Speaker 1: want perfect peace? Well, if you have communion with a

Speaker 1: access to the perfect peace that Jesus is talking about.

Speaker 1: continue to believe in the scriptures because all the prophets

Speaker 1: fulfilled it all. The Lord Jesus fulfilled it all. And

Speaker 1: perfect sinless life. Now, he didn't sin less, he was sinless,

Speaker 1: he's still alive. He's still breathing, he's still living. Amen.

Speaker 1: Triune God. So that's the main verse that I want

Speaker 1: we see in other scriptures the problem before the salvation,

Speaker 1: of people don't like to talk about sin because sin

Speaker 1: is confrontational, Sin is in our face. Sin is always

Speaker 1: a battle because we have a fleshly nature, sinful nature,

Speaker 1: that wants to continue to do that sin. But sin

Speaker 1: separated us from God. God didn't separate himself for us.

Speaker 1: We separated from God because of sin. The Bible tells

Speaker 1: us that all of us have sinned, including myself, falling

Speaker 1: short of the glory of God Romans three twenty three.

Speaker 1: Every person has done things that are wrong, right, lying, cheating,

Speaker 1: being unkind to others. That's a sin. Yep, arrogance is

Speaker 1: a sin. The list goes on and on. We hurt ourselves,

Speaker 1: we heard others because without God, without God, we don't

Speaker 1: know how not to sin. Right, we are separated from God,

Speaker 1: who is perfect. God didn't want us to be apart

Speaker 1: from him. It should be obvious from the Book of

Speaker 1: Genesis all the way through Revelation that God wanted us

Speaker 1: to be united with Him, not separated from him. But

Speaker 1: our bad choices and our sinful nature caused that to happen.

Speaker 1: Here's the reality, and here's the really bad news of

Speaker 1: it all. God's word tells us that the penalty for

Speaker 1: our sin is death eternal separation from God. If we

Speaker 1: don't repent, there's no salvation with our repentance. Amen, There's

Speaker 1: nothing that God could do if we don't go to

Speaker 1: Him or forgiveness. Unbelief, I believe is something that God

Speaker 1: They were doing sacrifices right and an old covenant to

Speaker 1: try to atone for this sin. They were doing all

Speaker 1: kinds of things, but nothing truly could fix the problem

Speaker 1: of sin right. Nothing we could do would fix that

Speaker 1: problem between man and God. Fortunately, though, the blessing of

Speaker 1: to solve that problem. That's why Jesus was sent to earth.

Speaker 1: That's why Jesus came to a place that was dark,

Speaker 1: because he is the light he lived a perfect, perfect life.

Speaker 1: Don't back down when other people say, oh, Jesus was

Speaker 1: brought back to God because of what Jesus did, because

Speaker 1: of his life, because of his death, and because of

Speaker 1: his resurrection. We have a resurrected Savior, not a corpse.

Speaker 1: You know, there's prophets of old that have died and

Speaker 1: been buried, so there's no longer any reason for anyone

Speaker 1: to worship a dead prophet. But we have a living savior.

Speaker 1: We have a living redeemer. We have one who conquered

Speaker 1: sin and death. That's the Lord Jesus Christ and John

Speaker 1: sixteen thirty three. We read it. Jesus tells us to

Speaker 1: take heart because he has overcome the world and all

Speaker 1: the bad that comes with it, all the bad that

Speaker 1: comes with it. Jesus won the battle. If he won

Speaker 1: the battle and he lives inside of us by way

Speaker 1: life and the abundant living. That promise is found through
