- 0:00Is silver about to become must have?
- 0:03What big news did we get today that will impact the price of
- 0:06gold and silver as we move into the coming months?
- 0:10More importantly, what other big stories are happening right now
- 0:14giving us a clue about silver? Today's big story, of course, is
- 0:19the CPI. But what's silver's secret
- 0:23weapon? Let's talk about this CPI
- 0:25number. Was it good?
- 0:27Was it bad? Are you getting the same feeling
- 0:30that I get? Like some of the reports say,
- 0:32oh, it was great. Other ones are telling us it
- 0:35wasn't so great. I'm going to tell you what's
- 0:37really going on, but let's go out to I thought the report from
- 0:43CNN was quite interesting. Inflation milestone.
- 0:50Interesting. CNN consumer Price Index shows
- 0:53below 3% for the first time since March of 2021.
- 0:58So we're supposed to celebrate that we have 3% inflation.
- 1:04Should we celebrate that? The last time we went to the
- 1:06grocery store, prices on everything are darn near, if you
- 1:11noticed this twice as much as they were 5-6 years ago.
- 1:16But I'm hearing other people I was, I was watching CCBNS or
- 1:21what's it called, CBS and CNBC. That's what it is this morning
- 1:26for about, oh, let's say 6 minutes and they're declaring
- 1:30that a guy on there declaring the inflation battle is over.
- 1:35Really, guys, there's a big major factor which could come
- 1:40into play in the next, let's say, year.
- 1:43It could be even sooner, but definitely in the next 5 to 10
- 1:46years that will propel the silver price and gold price
- 1:52higher. Oh, sorry, there's an ambulance
- 1:54driving down my street. OK.
- 1:58And that is one simple fact. No matter how they want to play
- 2:03it, no matter how they want to try to convince us otherwise,
- 2:06inflation is not going anywhere. OK, the Fed cannot control a
- 2:12couple key big factors that really are different this time.
- 2:15OK, they can't control what's called supply side inflation.
- 2:20That means the supply of goods coming from foreign countries,
- 2:25places like China, India, etcetera, etcetera.
- 2:28They have no control over that. And that is way different now
- 2:32than it was just let's say even a decade or two decades ago.
- 2:36The other thing they can't control is geopolitical risk,
- 2:39war, no other way to say it. Are we in the beginning phases?
- 2:43I mean, if things continue to escalate, where do you think
- 2:46this is heading, right? It's not heading anywhere good.
- 2:49We know that. So you have supply side that the
- 2:52Fed can't control geopolitical with the bricks, everything else
- 2:57going on. Think about that for a moment,
- 2:59OK? All right.
- 3:00And on top of that, on top of that, the icing on the cake and
- 3:04probably the most important thing, all right, And I'm going
- 3:07to tell you why this inflation, inflation, inflation, inflation,
- 3:11that's what we're going to hear about over the next 10 years.
- 3:14But why it will act as rocket fuel propellant for the silver
- 3:20and gold price because the icing on the on top supply side, yeah,
- 3:25OK, Geopolitics, yes, big deal war, yes, right.
- 3:29But on top of everything, right, the financial situation of the
- 3:34country is in such dire straits that that alone indicates that
- 3:40we will have higher inflation. And I want you to think about
- 3:43something, right? the Fed can't control supply
- 3:46side inflation. the Fed can't control geopolitical. the Fed
- 3:49obviously can't control our government either, even though
- 3:54Jerome Powell says, Oh yeah, the, the, the, the, the debt's a
- 3:58big problem, right? Look at the US debt clock,
- 4:01right? But they can't control the
- 4:03politicians. The politicians continue to
- 4:06spend like drunken sailors, and that factor alone will drive
- 4:09inflation. Now what?
- 4:11How, when will that have a major impact on the silver and gold
- 4:17price? Because it will.
- 4:19It will absolutely affect the silver and gold price right when
- 4:25the hens come home to roost because it will, it will create
- 4:30a situation where we absolutely have to see inflation.
- 4:34But where it gets very interesting, where it gets very,
- 4:37extremely interesting for any silver and gold investor is when
- 4:42we look at what it could do in regards to stagflation.
- 4:46We've talked about stagflation us, right, the basement
- 4:49dwellers. And by the way, basement
- 4:51dweller, thank you for being here.
- 4:52We're going to talk about this massive propellant for the
- 4:56silver and gold price. But first I want to talk about
- 4:58you. Thank you for being here.
- 5:00Hey, I want you to participate in the basement.
- 5:03If you want to call yourself a basement dweller, you're more
- 5:06than welcome. A lot of us do, right?
- 5:07We hang out, we talk about silver and gold, but we just
- 5:10don't want to hang out. Your thoughts matter, your
- 5:12opinions matter. Please #1 subscribe to the
- 5:18channel and when you subscribe, find that little bell
- 5:20notification. A lot of you contact me saying I
- 5:23never get alerts. When you go live, I never get
- 5:25alerts. You have to subscribe and turn
- 5:28on notifications. But most importantly, when
- 5:32you're here, we want to hear from you.
- 5:33We want to learn from you. There's a comment section once
- 5:37you're subscribed, you can leave comments and we want to hear
- 5:39what you have to say. As a matter of fact, I've got a
- 5:41great comment that I picked out from one of you yesterday that
- 5:45I'm going to read a little bit later in this video.
- 5:47So please and give this a thumbs up and super chats are always
- 5:51super appreciated. I'm going to put up the banner
- 5:53also to thank our sponsors, but let's talk about this could be
- 5:59this this is this will this will be huge for the silver and gold
- 6:04price. It's the S word stagflation and
- 6:08let's let's look at just proof that stagflation that that the
- 6:14economy is slowing. Let's go here make sure we've
- 6:20got this up for you. Yes, Home Depot.
- 6:24All right, CNN Business Home Depot issues a warning about the
- 6:29economy. We won't dig into the mundane
- 6:32details of this article. However, what we know is that
- 6:36yesterday Home Depot reported that basically sales are
- 6:41dropping, foot traffic is dropping.
- 6:44OK, Now remember what we said earlier about inflation?
- 6:49It's not going away. the Fed, the Fed, the only thing the Fed
- 6:52can do at this point to control inflation is to crash the
- 6:54economy. They don't want to do that.
- 6:57They're beholden to the economy. We are going to have inflation.
- 7:01the Fed needs inflation. The only way that that those
- 7:05numbers on the US debt clockwork are if they inflate the debt
- 7:09away. But at the same time, right, the
- 7:12hens are coming home to roost and we are having a slowing
- 7:16economy. Stagflation is a slowing
- 7:19stagnant economy with inflation. And what, what we know guys,
- 7:26this is this is the beautiful part.
- 7:28And I know this and I want you to know this as well.
- 7:31There are, there are no more ideal conditions.
- 7:35There are, there's no more fertile soil for the gold price
- 7:40for the silver price for other real assets as well.
- 7:43But we happen to focus on gold and silver because we're
- 7:45basement dwellers. There's no more fertile soil
- 7:50than stagflation. OK, now I'm going to ask you, I
- 7:53want to ask you to get a feel for you in in how you understand
- 7:57this. Do you think?
- 7:59If you do, I'm going to ask you to type a long word.
- 8:02If you think stagflation, I'm going to do it half caps and
- 8:07half type stagflation. It's happening guys in the
- 8:111970s. I'm going to pull up.
- 8:13I'm going to pull my quick reference sheet because I want
- 8:16to get this right. It's very important.
- 8:25In the 1970s, silver rose from under $1.50 per oz.
- 8:32In 1970, that happens to be the year that I was born to nearly
- 8:37$50 per oz in 19. Eighty $1.50 to 50.
- 8:42Thus silver rose by more than 25 times or by more than 2400
- 8:50percent, 25 times increase. And why did that happen?
- 8:56Stagflation. Everybody says that any, any
- 9:00economist, anyone who writes about what happened in the 1970s
- 9:08will reference stagflation and the Super.
- 9:12The icing on top of the icing of it all is that the conditions
- 9:17that were in place in the 1970s are in place right now, but
- 9:21they're even more extreme. the US debt level geopolitical
- 9:26strife, right? The inability of the Fed to
- 9:29control inflation. Back in the 1970s, we were
- 9:34really the, the, really the world superpower.
- 9:37That's changing, right? We are in a different
- 9:40environment right now and it will create a way different
- 9:42environment for the, for the silver and gold price.
- 9:46I, I owe you an apology, basement dwellers.
- 9:48I showed you this example yesterday regarding why silver,
- 9:55excuse me, is so must, must have, OK.
- 9:58And we talked about all the silver that's being mined is
- 10:01being consumed. Every ounce of silver that comes
- 10:03out of the ground from a mining company.
- 10:05Bye, bye. It's gone.
- 10:07OK, so where are they getting the silver to fulfill the excess
- 10:11demand, right? The silver deficit, they're
- 10:14getting it from the silver slush fund.
- 10:16And I used this visual for you, right?
- 10:18There's the silver slush fund, the yellow part up top.
- 10:23You see how it's going down, down, down, right?
- 10:27Are we here now? How far are we?
- 10:29I'd say we're halfway there. OK.
- 10:31I just wanted to assure you. Thank you, Todd.
- 10:34Thank you for that super chat. That is super appreciated.
- 10:36Guys. Don't forget, please, please
- 10:39leave a comment in the comment section.
- 10:41Thank you to Jake's custom parts.
- 10:43I'm sure Annie is here and Big 10 the Silvershire the
- 10:46moderators for being here as well.
- 10:47Guys, please say thank you to the moderators.
- 10:50OK, But it did run out. OK, we with the the silver
- 10:54situation. I got to keep an eye on it, see
- 10:56if I can remember today. See there's the silver slush
- 10:59fund. Hopefully you can see that, but
- 11:03it's running out OK, and the time is almost up on the Fed as
- 11:10well. Let's talk about the silver
- 11:12trifecta. Everywhere we look, there's
- 11:17just, it's just one unbelievable story after another when it
- 11:20comes to silver. But the Silver Academy put out
- 11:24an article a few days back that I thought was talking about how
- 11:27the government is supporting. And it's not just the United
- 11:30States, it's all over the world how governments are supporting
- 11:34industries that are just devouring silver.
- 11:37And I thought they did an excellent job in talking about
- 11:41this hitting the silver trifecta.
- 11:44We will use silver powered robots, right?
- 11:48Because robots use a lot of silver to install silver
- 11:53intensive solar panels. Did you hear about this newer,
- 11:58newer form of of solar panels? I'm digging into it right now to
- 12:02learn about it, but apparently it uses even more and more
- 12:05silver. So silver powered robots to
- 12:07install silver intensive solar panels to power silver consuming
- 12:13AI data centers. That's what that's the world
- 12:16that we're living in right now. OK, Silver.
- 12:19The versatile element proves instrumental in various tech
- 12:22advancements in robotics. It's physical properties and
- 12:26electrical conductivity make it ideal for a wiring and ensuring
- 12:31efficient energy transfer within the solar power sector.
- 12:38Silver is a crucial component, right?
- 12:41We've covered that ad nauseam. Therefore, employing robotics
- 12:47for labor in solar farm installations, which inherently
- 12:51involves silver dependent technologies, can be likened to
- 12:54achieving the silver trifecta. Let's get an update.
- 12:58Up, up, up, up, up, up. Look, Oh, all the silver's gone.
- 13:02Remember up top, that was the, that was the silver surplus.
- 13:07The most recent, you know, estimate I've heard is about 3
- 13:10billion oz above ground. It's all gone right down here.
- 13:14Robots, AI, solar panels? Does it make sense?
- 13:25What about new battery technology?
- 13:27I mean, everywhere we turn, aren't we seeing more and more
- 13:31uses for silver? Once again, let's say special
- 13:34thanks to our friend John Little at the Silver Academy.
- 13:39Oh, let's go back. Hold on.
- 13:40Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 13:42We need to talk about you for a second here.
- 13:44Basement dweller. Let me pull this up.
- 13:46This has to do with batteries. And I want to say thank you to
- 13:51our friend journal DeLorean 626, who gave us this comment.
- 13:56And I'm going to get rid of the banner.
- 13:58Please support all the sponsors, guys.
- 14:00OK, Samsung's new silver. Wait till you hear this guy's a
- 14:05kilogram of silver is like what, 32.3 oz?
- 14:09Somebody can put it in. I always get it wrong.
- 14:11A little bit over 30 ounces is a kilogram.
- 14:14OK, Samsung's new silver solid-state batteries are poised
- 14:19to revolutionize EVs with an impressive 600 mile range, 9
- 14:25minute full charge, and 20 year lifespan.
- 14:29Current EVs require about 5 grams of silver.
- 14:33OK, and current EVs get what, about 300 mile range, take all
- 14:37day to charge, and their batteries last maybe 10 years.
- 14:41So this new technology can double the range, significantly
- 14:46reduce the amount of time needed to charge, and almost double the
- 14:50lifespan of the battery. Current EVs only use 5 grams of
- 14:54silver. This revolutionary technology
- 14:59requires one full kilogram. Thank you Journal Dolores 626
- 15:04for talking about that. Bringing that up because I want
- 15:07to run out quickly again to the Silver Academy who has an
- 15:12article about this a few days back.
- 15:14Samsung silver battery uses 1 kilogram of silver per car.
- 15:19If 20% of a global car production, approximately
- 15:2316,000,000 vehicles adopts this technology, the annual silver
- 15:29demand could reach 16,000 metric tons.
- 15:33OK, then it talks about the statistics that we just talked
- 15:36about and then down here, right this new new battery technology
- 15:41from Samsung and Samsung is a massive the silver slush fund is
- 15:47running dry. We know, right, what Burn Reuter
- 15:51said, the German guru who knows everything about the
- 15:53photovitalic and technology uses microchip uses for silver.
- 16:01We know what the, the, the Peter Kurath said who wrote the book
- 16:05on silver, right? Maybe possibly within the next
- 16:08year or two. The the the till runs dry.
- 16:12Key features range in lifespan, charging time, energy density,
- 16:16safety. OK impact on the silver market
- 16:22The introduction of the solid-state batteries by Samsung
- 16:24could have a substantial impact on the silver market.
- 16:28It is estimated that each battery cell may require up to 5
- 16:32grams of silver, leading to a potential demand of 1 kilogram
- 16:37per vehicle for a 100 kilowatt capacity battery pack.
- 16:41OK. And we goes back through that
- 16:42again. Are you getting the feeling that
- 16:47we might be running out of silver?
- 16:50Because a lot of the smart people in the room are, and I
- 16:53believe you're one of the very, very smart people.
- 16:56We're going to talk about New Mexico, Idaho.
- 17:01We already talked about the Home Depot in big moves, big news
- 17:05that's going to impact the silver and gold price.
- 17:08Let's go out and check on the price.
- 17:10So this morning's, you know, CPI number, you know, it was, it
- 17:17was, it was, it's confusing getting conflicting reports.
- 17:20Some people are saying the fight on inflation's over.
- 17:24Some people were expecting and I was kind of wrong about it.
- 17:27I had suspected that we would see a, a lower inflation number,
- 17:34but we're getting these real conflicting reports that, oh, it
- 17:38was a great report. Oh, it wasn't so great, you
- 17:41know, So the price of silver and gold are bouncing around a
- 17:43little bit. Let's get an update here.
- 17:45These numbers are not up to date.
- 17:47So we had gold about 30 minutes ago down a little under $10 and
- 17:53boom, now we're down $16.00 silver, down $0.35 per oz.
- 17:59Hey, I always say, you know, if you're going to buy some silver
- 18:02or gold, if it's a down day, at least you know that you're
- 18:06getting a better deal than if you had bought it the day
- 18:08before. And when I go shopping for
- 18:11silver or gold, I go to Pimbex Pi MB EX channel sponsor.
- 18:18Without the support of Pimbex, Ron's basement would not be
- 18:22possible. But most importantly, what I
- 18:26want to do is convey to you how good I feel about this company.
- 18:30I worked with them before they sponsored my channel.
- 18:34I was a happy customer. I, I proposed, hey, why don't
- 18:38you consider sponsoring my channel?
- 18:40These guys are high quality. Everything they do is high
- 18:43quality. But most importantly to me, they
- 18:47deliver more metal for the money, OK?
- 18:51Their prices are always ultra competitive and that's important
- 18:55to me, right? And I I want to make sure it's a
- 18:57company I can trust and they definitely check that box.
- 19:00I want to make sure they have a good selection.
- 19:02They definitely check that box, but they also always deliver
- 19:06more metal for the money. So if you're ever out shopping,
- 19:10right, I'm not going to tell you what to do, but please, please
- 19:12compare what pin backs can do for you compared to the other
- 19:15big online bullion dealers. And I beg of you, if you ever
- 19:21consider converting part of an IRA4O1K into precious metals,
- 19:28shop around and make Pembecks part of your shopping and
- 19:32compare how much metal Pembecks can convert for you.
- 19:37If you're doing an IRA conversion, how much metal you
- 19:40can get. Compare the number of Oz that
- 19:42they can put into an IRA for you compared to what these sometimes
- 19:46companies that advertise on the big TV stations with X pro
- 19:51sports stars and all that is there as their endorsers.
- 19:56Please, I know what you'll find if you do that and you can save
- 20:00yourself literally 10s of thousands of dollars.
- 20:03OK, let's go talk about, oh, there's nothing going on in the
- 20:11world of silver now, is there? There's not.
- 20:14There's no big news. We know, we know how much silver
- 20:21goes into each solar cell. This is just a story that popped
- 20:25up a few days back. New Mexico just announces a
- 20:29nearly $1 billion solar cell factory.
- 20:36What's going on in China with with, with solar panels, right?
- 20:40Unbelievable. What is going on in India with
- 20:45solar? Unbelievable.
- 20:47We know how much silver both of those countries are purchasing
- 20:51and importing, right? A lot of it's going to the solar
- 20:54world, OK, What's going on in the United States, Right on our
- 20:58own, little, little bit smaller, but still this shows us even in
- 21:02the United States, we're seeing more and more of a move to solar
- 21:07guys. Government subsidies all over
- 21:10the world, including the United States are subsidizing solar.
- 21:14Look at that picture, right? How many panels do you think are
- 21:18in that picture? Replace each one of those panels
- 21:22with this. See if I can get it on the same
- 21:25angle for you here, right? Replace each one of those panels
- 21:29with this A1 oz silver bar. Let's go back and look at it
- 21:34quickly because because we can't all those panels, each one of
- 21:41those panels can be, you can visualize this and it's a little
- 21:46bit less than this, maybe 2/3 of this.
- 21:48But you, I hopefully that's resonating with you.
- 21:51That's a one ounce silver bar. That's what's happening all over
- 21:56the world right now when it comes to silver.
- 21:59It's being sucked up and at the same time, nobody except you and
- 22:08me, right, Right. We're the, you're the lone wolf.
- 22:10I'm the lone wolf in in the US and the Western countries.
- 22:14Nobody is buying silver as an investment yet, right?
- 22:19So take a step back and think about this.
- 22:23What's going to happen when just a few of the people join us?
- 22:29The law of small numbers, right? The rule of 8X with silver,
- 22:33that's something that we talk about all the time.
- 22:35Do you remember the rule of 8X for silver?
- 22:40That means right now, to simplify things, you and I are
- 22:44one in 100 in the United States, one in 100 people, right?
- 22:48The lone was we are the rebels, the silver rebels, the basement
- 22:53dwellers. It's OK to be a rebel.
- 22:56You're not doing anything wrong. Remember, the framers of our
- 22:59Constitution wrote it into our Constitution that silver and
- 23:03gold are the only forms of real money.
- 23:06So I don't want you to feel bad about yourself because you're a
- 23:09silver or gold rebel. It'd be easy because all we see
- 23:16on TV are stories about silver. The only press coverage I want
- 23:21you to consider this. The only press coverage that
- 23:23silver and gold get are scams. The ABC 7 Los Angeles story,
- 23:29Look it up later. Don't look it up now.
- 23:31I want you to stay with us here in the basement.
- 23:34The ABC7 story about was it Oxford Gold Group.
- 23:38The video has like 600,000 views.
- 23:40It was broadcast all over the world on ABC News.
- 23:45OK, and what's it about? It's about people getting ripped
- 23:49off. The only coverage that we get in
- 23:51the gold and silver community, we don't get stories about, oh,
- 23:55if you bought gold or you bought silver X number of years ago, it
- 23:59helped protect you from your, your, the tyrants at the Federal
- 24:02Reserve that have been stealing your money.
- 24:04No, all we get was silver and gold are stories about people
- 24:09getting ripped off, elderly people getting ripped off.
- 24:13OK, but but we know. You know, right?
- 24:18We know what the framers of the Constitution knew.
- 24:21We knew. We know what?
- 24:22The writer of the book, The Wizard of Oz, look it up.
- 24:26It's very interesting. It's all about silver.
- 24:29We know what they knew. OK?
- 24:32We know what they knew. And right now, we're just one.
- 24:35In 103 years from now, if that number goes to four in 103
- 24:41months, how soon do you think it can happen?
- 24:45We don't know, but if it happens six months, a year from now,
- 24:50three years from now, where we go from being just one person in
- 24:55out of 100 to four out of 100, the demand for gold and silver
- 25:02could, could not go up just by four times.
- 25:04You would think, oh, that's four times as many people, which it
- 25:06is. It'd be more like 8 times or
- 25:09more. That's the rule of 8X because
- 25:11those 3 new people that are buying, they're buying.
- 25:16You've already got your silver. The one in 100 are we already
- 25:19have it. The new people that come in,
- 25:22they're going to be actively buying.
- 25:27Does that make sense? They're new people right there
- 25:31in the market. They're trying to get silver.
- 25:33That's when you won't be able to find silver.
- 25:35That's the warning, right? That's when I'm we can we can
- 25:39say I told you so right now. We could be wrong, right?
- 25:43Nobody knows. Lee, I want you to leave a
- 25:45comment. Leave a comment.
- 25:46Tell me, do you think? Do you I want to ask you a
- 25:49question. Do you think?
- 25:51Let's take a poll right now. Live in the basement.
- 25:54A poll do you think in the next three years that we could face a
- 25:59situation where you can't where the average retail investor, the
- 26:04guy that or gal because we have more and more women joining,
- 26:08right? The silver community where if
- 26:11you went to your local coin shop, if you logged on to your
- 26:14online bullion dealer, right? Or if you went to Costco, if
- 26:18that's where you want to buy your, you know, toilet paper and
- 26:21silver, whatever you show up to buy silver.
- 26:25Do you believe in the next three years that there's going to be a
- 26:28period where it's unavailable? I do.
- 26:31If you think that that will be the case, I'm typing yes.
- 26:35Type it in the comments. I want to hear from you.
- 26:37I want to get a feel of how you feel about this because it
- 26:41matters. It's important.
- 26:43Other big news, Why do you know how big Fort Knox is?
- 26:50I don't, but supposedly there's 8000 metric tons of gold in Fort
- 26:58Knox. Now remember, we're just
- 27:00supposed to believe, right? Like we're supposed to believe
- 27:03in Santa Claus when we're little kids.
- 27:06OK, I believe that. I believe in Santa Claus.
- 27:09I believe Fort Knox has 8000 metric tons of gold.
- 27:13Or does it? We don't know.
- 27:16But what about if right now? What would this mean?
- 27:21What does it tell you that right now there's a new vault that's
- 27:26been built that's bigger than Fort Knox?
- 27:30It can tell us a few things, right?
- 27:33It could tell us a good general reading on what's going on in
- 27:38the silver and gold world. Why would somebody invest
- 27:42millions? Let's go check it out because
- 27:44it's very interesting. And as we look at this, I want
- 27:48you to think about why would they do this?
- 27:50Why would we have a new vault? Yep, there's those.
- 27:53There's those silver bars. That field full of silver bars.
- 27:58Here we go. This is from the Idaho
- 28:00Statesman, one of my favorite newspapers to read.
- 28:03OK, let's go up here. Idaho now has a gold Idaho.
- 28:14Nothing against Idaho. Is anybody here joining us from
- 28:17Idaho? I don't know anybody from Idaho.
- 28:20I mean, it's just it's not a very populated state, OK, which
- 28:24doesn't mean anything. I'm not putting it down.
- 28:26I don't know that I've ever been there.
- 28:28Have you ever been to Idaho? If you have right, tell us in
- 28:30the comments and if it's a nice place to visit none the less,
- 28:33why would Idaho now have a gold and silver depository?
- 28:38Its owner says it can hold more than Fort Knox?
- 28:42Really interesting. OK, a golden a gold and silver
- 28:48depository that its owner says can can store more than Fort
- 28:51Knox Just opened in downtown Eagle.
- 28:55I guess Eagle ID Money Metals based in Eagle built a
- 29:0028,037,037 thousand square foot. Wait till you hear about this
- 29:06thing. Extremely secure location for
- 29:09individuals, businesses, family offices, governments.
- 29:15Maybe we should we throw in the Federal Reserve now.
- 29:18They don't like old governments and financial institutions
- 29:21across the globe to store high value precious metals assets.
- 29:27It doesn't have machine gun turrets on its corners as Fort
- 29:31Knox does. I guess Fort Knox has machine
- 29:33gun turrets. That's interesting.
- 29:35Fort Knox, built in 1936 about 30 miles southwest of
- 29:40Louisville's, considered the most secure bullion depository
- 29:43in the world according to the US Mint, which runs it.
- 29:47But this is interesting. How hard?
- 29:49How hard would it be for us to break in?
- 29:51We were never do anything like that.
- 29:52But how hard would it be to break into this?
- 29:55The Eagle Depository does have North America's largest class 3
- 29:59Volt, the company said that is the highest vault rating that
- 30:02Underwriters Laboratories gives. It would take two hours for
- 30:06someone using quote common mechanical tools.
- 30:10I used to have a screwdriver down here somewhere.
- 30:12Anyway, electric tools, cutting torches, OK.
- 30:17Or any combination of these to break in, according to the
- 30:20International Vault Inc, a manufacturer.
- 30:24This is wild. The depository has advanced
- 30:27security measures around the clock, monitoring secure access
- 30:31controls and a security team made-up of former made-up of
- 30:36armed former law enforcement and military personnel.
- 30:40I want I got a feeling there's a couple of Bang, Bang guns around
- 30:44that place, the company said in a news release.
- 30:47The western United States now has its very own Fort Knox, only
- 30:51substantially larger. It is one of only about 10
- 30:55private depositories in the US That's according to Stefan
- 30:59Gleeson, the CEO of Money Metals.
- 31:01OK, interesting. Why did they build a depository
- 31:08for gold and silver bigger than Fort Knox?
- 31:14What is that telling you about where the demand for silver and
- 31:21gold are going to be in the future?
- 31:24OK, I want you to think about that now.
- 31:26I also want you to think about this is fascinating about silver
- 31:31in particular and where the silver price is heading.
- 31:34OK, silver we got, we have, we have to set the stage here.
- 31:39We know silver moves fast. When it moves fast, fast, it can
- 31:44move up. When silver gets above $34, it's
- 31:50going to go to 4450 very quickly.
- 31:54I know that. I believe that.
- 31:56That's my truth. You need to have your own truth.
- 31:59Don't make any financial decisions based on what I'm
- 32:02saying. But I know that that when we get
- 32:05this move and silver about 34, we're going to 50.
- 32:08But remember, it happens every 10, what, 10-15 years we're due.
- 32:13We are due. It's been about 13 years since
- 32:15we had the silver price skyrocket to $50 per oz back in
- 32:202011. OK, couple big factors that we
- 32:24need to remember. And then there's two bone.
- 32:26This is something guys that nobody talks about and we've not
- 32:30talked about right now. We know the gold to silver ratio
- 32:34and this is not, we've got four factors.
- 32:36The last two are crazy about silver.
- 32:41The gold to silver ratio, what is it, 888589 is so far out of
- 32:47whack. Silver has so much catching up
- 32:50to do right now with the gold price.
- 32:54And what do you think's going to happen when that happens?
- 32:57You know what's going to happen. I know what's going to happen,
- 32:59right? I want, I want to show you this.
- 33:03I this, this, this, this shows it all.
- 33:06This gold colored truck is the gold price.
- 33:10This silver truck is the silver price.
- 33:15This is the gold to silver ratio, this red elastic band.
- 33:19OK, throughout history, well, let's say it was around 2015.
- 33:25Ancient history. In more modern times, it got
- 33:28stretched out. I need to pull this back, right.
- 33:31On average, it's been around 50. OK, remember, this is the gold
- 33:35price. This is the silver price now it
- 33:40is so stretched. I don't want to break my silver
- 33:43truck. It is so stretched it's like at
- 33:4690 all right, it's massive, but in this red, remember the red
- 33:51the red line you see that is the gold to silver ratio at 90.
- 33:56There's I can hardly. This is actually hard to hold
- 33:59this apart. OK, it's hard.
- 34:01There's so much energy in that. Now what's going to happen?
- 34:05See if this thing works. There it goes.
- 34:10All that energy. All right, when silver gets its
- 34:14wheels, silver, that's what they call a slingshot move in this
- 34:19elastic band, the gold to silver ratio when it compresses, all
- 34:24right, it will be a slingshot move.
- 34:28No one is proposing. Who do you know that's proposing
- 34:33that the gold price could go down.
- 34:34That could be dangerous, but nobody's really saying that the
- 34:37gold price will go down. By the way, guys, we have almost
- 34:41600 people on here. Thank you.
- 34:43I am going to ring the gong five times and it's Susie's.
- 34:48Hold on, Susie. Susie's saying something to me.
- 34:50Silver Susie, everybody say hi to Silver Susie.
- 34:53Hold on one second. Excuse me darling, two more
- 34:59likes and we're going to have 200 thumbs up and I will ring
- 35:02the bell when that silver gold to silver ratio comes back in
- 35:06the normal IT guys remember, OK, historical recent history 50
- 35:13current situation, right that I can barely hold this apart.
- 35:19It'll be crazy. Let's ring the bell.
- 35:22We got 200 thumbs up that's nothing stick with me here OK,
- 35:30We know the deficit so .1 gold to silver ratio .2 the massive
- 35:35deficit right? The hourglass running dry.
- 35:39OK there it is one last time that yellow part that's the
- 35:44above ground silver surplus. It's ticking Time is ticking.
- 35:48Thank you shadow work for the Super chat my friend.
- 35:51Super appreciated. Wow, thank you.
- 35:55Now this is where it gets interesting.
- 35:58The last time, the last one of the last times right as I
- 36:01understand it that we had a deficit like this was the 1950s,
- 36:05OK, but two big key things are different right now.
- 36:11Two massive factors are different that are going to that
- 36:15are that are going to give us much higher silver prices, OK.
- 36:22Because in the 1950s when we had a deficit in silver, I want you
- 36:27to think about two key things. Number one, OK, they were able
- 36:31to increase mine output. We know right now we can't
- 36:37increase mine output at the current price.
- 36:40Price fixes everything. I got news for you.
- 36:42What do you, you know, we know what's going to happen if the
- 36:46silver price goes to $70.00 per oz, Guess what?
- 36:50They will turn up the the silver production, right?
- 36:54There will be people looking for silver everywhere.
- 36:57They might be digging in your backyard.
- 36:59Digging in my backyard. But what's way different now to
- 37:021950 is they were able to easily turn on the silver production
- 37:09because there was a deficit. Now, because there's been such a
- 37:13prolonged artificial low silver price, no one's been exploring
- 37:19for silver. Nobody's been building silver
- 37:22mines. So when the price goes to 70 and
- 37:25they're like, Oh my gosh, we need more silver.
- 37:28We need more silver. How long do you think it's going
- 37:31to take right, for that new silver to come online?
- 37:35I hope you're answering like minimum five years, minimum 10
- 37:40years because that's how long it takes.
- 37:42Things are different now. All the easy silver has been
- 37:45gone. There's been a vast under
- 37:48investment in the silver industry.
- 37:50Remember Home Depot that we talked about earlier?
- 37:53Home Depot, the hardware store company has is has a higher
- 37:58value, a higher, it's called a market cap, a higher market cap
- 38:02than the entire silver industry combined.
- 38:05OK. So they aren't going to be able
- 38:07to just turn on the silver. It's going to take 10 or 15
- 38:10years. We could be in for a long.
- 38:12That's one thing that's way different.
- 38:15OK. And I heard this guy Chen Lin
- 38:17mentioned this next thing that I had never thought of before.
- 38:23OK, Cuz we talk about, remember, we talk about the above ground
- 38:27surplus of silver. In 1950, there was a big above
- 38:33ground surplus of silver. You know where it was.
- 38:36It was all in this, right? It was in the money, right?
- 38:40It was low hanging fruit. So what was it, 1964 when they
- 38:46took silver out of the money, right?
- 38:49That created a whole new wave of supply.
- 38:52Guys, we are, I mean, we are on the Crest of just what could be
- 38:57an incredible run for silver. OK, gold too.
- 39:01I love gold, right? And gold's had an incredible
- 39:04run. But this silver situation is
- 39:08becoming just so fascinating. I mean, we're going to have a
- 39:13wild, fun ride together, basement dwellers, and I can't
- 39:16wait to do it with you. Hey, I want you.
- 39:18We got more to talk about, but please subscribe to the channel
- 39:22if you haven't already. We want you to be a part of this
- 39:25community. And when you're subscribed, and
- 39:27a lot of you already are. So you know what?
- 39:29I owe you a big thank you, right?
- 39:31And for coming here and spending this time on behalf of Susie and
- 39:34myself, we're honored that you're here.
- 39:37Remember when you're subscribed and you turn on the bell
- 39:40notifications, you'll get notified.
- 39:42But also you can leave comments in the comment section.
- 39:45Your comments are so critical. Let's go look at another one.
- 39:49OK, good. Because you guys are say some
- 39:52things and that's what we do. We're here to help each other.
- 39:55I've got another another one of our great viewers sent in this
- 39:59comment, Coleman, Mr. Coleman. Coleman.
- 40:04Has anyone seen Coleman? Coleman 846845 He says geez,
- 40:09nothing matters until the banksters stop the shorting,
- 40:13buying, leasing game between each other.
- 40:17And the big question is why would they?
- 40:20This is their government endorsed gravy train to easy
- 40:24profits. CPI doesn't matter.
- 40:27Interest rate cuts don't matter dot dot dot dot dot.
- 40:30You know, I understand your frustration, Coleman.
- 40:33We do all of us facement to others.
- 40:35We understand your frustration, OK, but we have to realize
- 40:40things are different right now. Coleman, what do you feel?
- 40:46How do you how would you reply to Coleman?
- 40:48Leave it in the comments. OK.
- 40:50But but Coleman, we have to realize things are different
- 40:56right now. Yes, sure.
- 40:58Since 1971. And we we know that memo that
- 41:02was sent from the LBMA guys when they were setting up the
- 41:05futures, the paper market, the LBMA, the London Bullion Market
- 41:10Association, right? And that they were going to
- 41:12purposely induce volatility and manipulation into the silver and
- 41:18gold futures markets. That's not, that's not a
- 41:23conspiracy theory nut case. That's documented proof that
- 41:27that actually happened. OK, So, yeah, we know the last
- 41:3050 years, but things are way different like we talked about
- 41:34earlier, right? The world, the bricks, the
- 41:37bricks with their, with whatever, with what's becoming,
- 41:40you know, they control what's becoming a lion's share of the
- 41:43world's resources. A lion's share of the world's
- 41:48population, a lion's share of the world's economy of what's
- 41:54even more important for us to realize is they also control a
- 41:59lion's share of the growth, economic growth, the number of
- 42:05people. It's crazy when we realize
- 42:09there's 1.4 billion people in China, there's still 1.4 billion
- 42:13people in India. Both of those are the fastest
- 42:17growing economies in the world. India in particular will have
- 42:21hundreds of millions of citizens moving into the consumer class
- 42:27in the coming decade. What do we know about India?
- 42:34What do we know about India? Basement dwellers?
- 42:39Coleman We know one very important fact about India.
- 42:46People in India are getting richer.
- 42:48Hundreds of millions. People coming into the middle
- 42:50class. What's the one important fact
- 42:53Those people love? Precious metals even more than
- 42:57the Chinese, I would say. I can't say that for sure, but
- 43:01when you look at the data, we know that to be the case is they
- 43:04gain power and control. They are wrestling away, right?
- 43:09Andrew McGuire from Live from the Vault talks about it all the
- 43:14time. This market is changing, right?
- 43:18This market is absolutely changing.
- 43:20We know from following the Shanghai Ghost on X.
- 43:25What do we know? We know that on the physical
- 43:28market, the Shanghai Gold Exchange, the price of silver is
- 43:32at minimum what for like the last six months, $3 per oz
- 43:37higher. So as we as we get frustrated
- 43:43right with the Banksters Games and the Banksters this we are in
- 43:47a different we are in an absolute different environment
- 43:50right now. Guys, thank you for being here
- 43:52today. I want to say thank you to
- 43:53channel sponsor First Mining Gold, Canadian gold developer.
- 43:57They have two multi million ounce projects in Canada.
- 44:00They are development stage. They they are exploring for more
- 44:05gold. OK, let's talk about gold mining
- 44:07stocks here once we get through this very interesting situation
- 44:12in the junior gold mining and silver mining sector.
- 44:14But first mining golds. They are exploring, but they
- 44:17already have found these millions of Oz of gold in the
- 44:20ground. They are in the like permitting
- 44:22process, the development stage. You can learn more about them at
- 44:25firstmininggold.com. Fortuna Mining, they're actually
- 44:29mining gold and silver. They just reported a great
- 44:32second quarter, first half of 2024.
- 44:36You can learn more about them at Fortuna mining.com.
- 44:40Do you own precious metal mining stocks?
- 44:43Now I'm really going to pay attention because I want you to
- 44:48put that in the comments. Yes, I do.
- 44:52I own physical silver and I own a substantial amount of gold
- 44:58mining stocks and silver mining stocks.
- 45:01OK, Some of the companies I own, right?
- 45:04Fortuna First Mining Channel sponsors, But I own a company
- 45:08called Dolly Varden Silver Mountain.
- 45:11Dolly Varden has a big project up in Canada.
- 45:14Silver Mountain has a big project in Peru.
- 45:18Who else? Black Rock Silver.
- 45:21They own that Tonopah, half of that Tonopah deposit out in
- 45:25Nevada. So they're also, I believe First
- 45:29Majestic Silver's a big investor in that company.
- 45:33But this interesting thing I'm about, about the Tonopah project
- 45:37in BlackRock is it's on private land.
- 45:39So it makes the permitting much more easier.
- 45:42They have 100 million oz like silver deposit that they've
- 45:46determined. OK, it's crazy.
- 45:49Suma Silver owns the other half of that.
- 45:51I own that stock as well. Very interesting situation.
- 45:54I own Silver Elephant. They've got big deposit that's
- 45:57down in Bolivia. They got an off take agreement
- 45:59going on right now. But I was looking over My
- 46:03Portfolio and guys, it is still the case if you own Junior Gold.
- 46:10I own Brixton Metals is another one there, copper gold
- 46:13exploration company. They have BHP, the world's
- 46:17biggest miner that owns 19% of the company, right.
- 46:21They have Robert Friedland's Ivanhoe Electric that they
- 46:24partnered at their one of their projects in Montana with and
- 46:27they have another project a way up in Northern Canada.
- 46:31Is it El Dorado Gold? They just did a partnership
- 46:34anyway, just but across the board, if you own precious metal
- 46:40mining stocks, they're done out. There's something very important
- 46:43even if you, even if you don't own the stocks, but you own the
- 46:47physical metal, something very important to remember, These
- 46:50stocks had been obliterated. OK, You look at almost any one
- 46:54of them. I have a big list in my Yahoo
- 46:56Finance and it shows where the prices have been over the last
- 47:0052 weeks. I own Equinox is another one.
- 47:03They're a producing company. They're doing pretty well.
- 47:06Fortuna's doing pretty well. But these junior companies are
- 47:09all, there's like a little scale that shows where they are over
- 47:13the last 52 weeks, the last year and most of them are near their
- 47:1752 week lows. The value proposition OK for
- 47:22these stocks is incredible, but there's something really
- 47:26exciting about the physical metals that relates to this as
- 47:29well that we're going to talk about, OK.
- 47:31But these companies I mean, they are selling for they're they're
- 47:35they're a lot of them are down sixty 7080% from their highs
- 47:40over the last two or three years.
- 47:42I mean, they are just getting obliterated.
- 47:45So the value I'm not make giving any financial don't don't don't
- 47:49make any financial decisions do anything based on what I'm
- 47:53saying. But I will tell you that from a
- 47:55value proposition opportunity, they are very, very, very
- 48:01attractive. Why are they down so low?
- 48:04Well, it's easy because most of the we're like, you know, gold's
- 48:08at 2450, gold's at we'll go check here in a second to see
- 48:11where it is. But you know, gold's near all
- 48:14time highs. Wouldn't you think that the
- 48:17companies that are that are exploring for and developing
- 48:22gold mining projects, silver is at what, 2728 per oz?
- 48:26Wouldn't you think that the silver companies that are that
- 48:30are exploring for silver building, developing, permitting
- 48:34silver operations, there's very few of them, Wouldn't you think,
- 48:37I mean, there's very few of those silver especially that
- 48:40they'd be doing well. You would, we would, but there
- 48:44but the but the reality is in stark contrast to that.
- 48:48The reality is the stocks are in the toilet.
- 48:51There's no other way to describe it.
- 48:52I mean, and the CE OS of the companies are pulling their hair
- 48:55out. They don't understand, right,
- 48:58why, why and what does it mean for the stocks and for the price
- 49:03of silver and gold? The why is very simple.
- 49:06The reason why the gold price is so high and the silver price is
- 49:10done very well is because of what we talked about earlier,
- 49:15China and India buying physical metal.
- 49:19Chinese citizens and Indian citizens, as far as I know,
- 49:24aren't really allowed to buy US mining stocks, Canadian mining
- 49:29stocks. So they buy the physical metal
- 49:32and the price has gone haywire, right?
- 49:35We know in the West, right, that for now, we are the one in 100,
- 49:40right? We are there.
- 49:41There's not much interest, not a huge amount of interest.
- 49:44Although what happened a little over a week ago when we had that
- 49:47micro crisis in the market, in the economy indicated to us that
- 49:51if, when things do get crazy, that there's going to be a
- 49:54massive wave of people. But that's besides the point.
- 49:57The reality right now is in the West, there's not a lot of
- 50:01interest in silver and gold. Yes, I know guys, we have to
- 50:05realize this. We're we're we're if we're
- 50:08right, we are way ahead of the curve number one, OK.
- 50:12And I believe we are I believe that we are right that we are
- 50:15way ahead of the curve. But sometimes being early feels
- 50:20a lot like being wrong right now with the silver and gold price
- 50:24that's done pretty well with the mining stocks.
- 50:26It's not when the wave of people, when there's there's
- 50:32interest, when Wall Street can't ignore the unbelievable value in
- 50:38the silver and gold mining sector for much longer.
- 50:42I mean, at 2450 gold, if gold stays above 2400, which I
- 50:46believe it can, but it, you know, it could go down, but
- 50:49let's say it does, the profits being generated by the gold
- 50:53mining companies are going to be so significant that Wall Street
- 50:57will start to pay attention when they start to pay attention to
- 50:59the gold mining stocks and maybe even the silver mining stocks,
- 51:04right? That will also draw more
- 51:06attention into the physical metals in the West and it could
- 51:10become like a self feeding system, a self feeding prophecy.
- 51:14So we're going to keep a close eye on it for now.
- 51:17Yeah. I mean, you know, there's been a
- 51:19lot of pain in the junior gold and silver sectors.
- 51:24The both on the development side, even on the production
- 51:27side, the big producers have done better, but not great.
- 51:32You go down to the developers, you know, it's it's it's it's
- 51:36atrocious. And if you go down to the
- 51:37explorers, it's even more egregious.
