The legendary Hot Air Balloon Rally in Pittsfield is back on after narrowly dodging a massive storm that dumped record rainfall and caused flooding across the Northeast. With over a dozen pilots from across the country, the event promises thrilling balloon flights, helicopter rides, a wild river race, cornhole, live music, food, and even Cow Chip Bingo.
