- 0:00[SPEAKER_01]: So, if you think about, you should always have that chisel in your hand in the nicest ways.
- 0:05[SPEAKER_01]: But constantly and consciously be chiseling away the things that are not you, and we deep down know what those things are, but sometimes we still cling to those things that we are not, right, because it feels comfortable.
- 0:19[SPEAKER_02]: Welcome to the be it till you see it podcast, where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_02]: I'm also Logan, Ply's instructor and fitness business coach.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_02]: I've trained thousands of people around the world, and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self-doubt.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_02]: My friends, action brings clarity.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_02]: and it's the antidote to fear.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_02]: Each week, my guess will bring bold, executable, intrinsic, and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and be it until you see it.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_02]: It's a practice, not a perfect, let's get started.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_02]: All right, be a babe.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_02]: I'm so obsessed.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_02]: I'm so obsessed with today's guest, like there's times on like, oh, I love all these people and then there's times I'm like, okay, this guest I want to be friends with I want to have coffee with I want to have a weekly date with when I enter her I'd say like she is like this beam of light and I'm telling you she's a beam of light and she really, really creates this amazing space for you to step up into the woman that you are wanting to be it to you see it
- 1:30[SPEAKER_02]: So Wendy Valentine's our guest, super, super fun.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_02]: She's the host of the Midlife Makeover Show.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_02]: And I was on her show.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_02]: So if you want to go check out that show to get to know her more.
- 1:41[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, it's a good episode to start with, because obviously you trust me, so there's that.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_02]: And then you can like go through all of her catalogue.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_02]: She's just so amazing.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm gonna let us get into this episode.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_02]: So you can get all the good stuff coming from Wendy Valentine.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_02]: All right, be it babe.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_02]: Today's guest and I are already having too much fun.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_02]: She's only in Sedona right now, so she's not too far off, but I feel like we should be hanging out in real life.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_02]: Wendy Valentine, you're just telling everyone why you're just such the magical beam of light that we all wanna be around and be your best friend.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_01]: How much time do we have?
- 2:18[SPEAKER_01]: I mean at least 30 minutes, I've got to tell you, telling us why you're so amazing, so yeah, there is one word that I hear all the time.
- 2:27[SPEAKER_01]: It's a word that's used to describe me the most.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's not crazy.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_01]: I do get that sometimes, but it's energy energy energy energy energy and I was thinking about this this morning because as we know, like energy cannot be created or destroyed, yeah, it's only.
- 2:45[SPEAKER_01]: transformed into something else, right?
- 2:47[SPEAKER_01]: You had an ice cube on the pan back there in the RV.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_01]: And then it melts into water and then eventually it goes into steam.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_01]: And I think that's like, I feel like for myself right now in my life, like I am becoming that steam and moving into the universe.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_01]: That sounds all so voodoo.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_01]: But it's like that constant evolving, which I think is so magnificent and just moving into the energy of it all.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I think that's so cool.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_02]: So how did you become someone to who is like no for energy?
- 3:19[SPEAKER_02]: Like how did this like have like were you born this way?
- 3:23[SPEAKER_02]: Was this your job when you were in your 20s?
- 3:24[SPEAKER_02]: Did this just happen?
- 3:26[SPEAKER_01]: Ha ha ha ha.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_01]: Well, you know, I mean, good question.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, as you know, we're all energy.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_01]: But I think it's when I really started to own it, to own who I am and to create who I wanted to be, not too family and friends and society and all that other crap wouldn't need to be.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_01]: It's when I finally stepped into,
- 3:48[SPEAKER_01]: my true self and my true calling.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_01]: And I think, you know what, like, that whole, like, be your authentic self, be your true self.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_01]: That's all like being thrown around a lot these days were like, what does that mean?
- 4:00[SPEAKER_01]: What does it mean?
- 4:01[SPEAKER_01]: Really?
- 4:01[SPEAKER_01]: I know that tell me how.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_02]: Tell me, tell me how because I was born, like I was raised and like,
- 4:06[SPEAKER_02]: Follow these instructions, do this work.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_02]: If you do all these things, then everything works out, which is bullshit.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_02]: And so, and then people go, and then be ourselves, and I'm like, okay, but how?
- 4:14[SPEAKER_02]: Because I don't get ever been.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_02]: I was never taught to be authentic.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_02]: I was taught to follow the rules.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you know what though?
- 4:21[SPEAKER_01]: It's more about.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_01]: It's not learning.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_01]: He were to become, it's learning who you are not.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_01]: And I love the analogy of Michael Angelo and the beautiful stunt of a David.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_01]: Let's all picture him for a moment, I guess.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_01]: But would they ask Michael Angelo, how did you carve the statue of David?
- 4:42[SPEAKER_01]: He's like, oh, that was easy.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_01]: I just carved away everything that was not him.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_01]: So if you think about, you should always have that chisel in your hand in the nice ways.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_01]: But constantly and consciously, be chiseling away the things that are not you.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_01]: And we do don't know what those things are, but sometimes we still cling to those things that we are not, right?
- 5:05[SPEAKER_01]: Because it feels comfortable.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_01]: Even though it's uncomfortable, it's comfortable.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, but this is who I am.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_01]: This is my identity.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I think like, I think a lot of people use it.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_02]: It's my identity.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_02]: it's a identity to be always going through drama, to be always like to always have a shit-day at work like can you believe it can you believe this happen like those it's that's some people's identity and like I get so annoyed with myself and I like hear myself repeating the same negative bad thing that happened in my, yep
- 5:36[SPEAKER_02]: Is this becoming something that is like a growth on my shoulder or like like is this becoming part of the of like of the not the costume, but like what is lastly, because it's like, yeah, I don't want to hear this anymore.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_02]: So I definitely don't want to stick around.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_02]: So I love the idea of a bit, I got a visual, physical, chisel, like,
- 5:58[SPEAKER_01]: and it's got me through the tufts of times or got me to where I'm at now and she says our deepest fear is not that we are an adequate our deepest fears that we are powerful beyond measure.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_01]: It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_01]: Could you think about it if you were to step fully into your light what does that mean?
- 6:21[SPEAKER_01]: Like what does that look like right because that would require possibly just like myself, it would require maybe a divorce maybe quitting a job you hate maybe moving maybe buying an RV like I did
- 6:45[SPEAKER_01]: or you could just stay right there in the dark because it's more comfortable because it's predictable.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_01]: The darkness is predictable.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_01]: The uncomfortable comfort zone is predictable.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, I mean, I don't know who said a bit.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_02]: Like there is like that story of like why does a dog like not move off of sitting on that rock.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_02]: It's like, well, the rock isn't uncomfortable enough.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, right now and so a lot of people wait to wait so long and so that they're so uncomfortable and then they shed it all and then they step into this light and then it can be scary like we interviewed gay Hendrix on this podcast and he is the I know I fucking love him he's such a sweet man he's just
- 7:28[SPEAKER_02]: He like every time I go to Cambodia, he has like, did you get some milk fruit?
- 7:31[SPEAKER_02]: Like, he's just leaves like, it's the best fruit.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_02]: And he is right.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_02]: It is the best fruit.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_02]: And it's only available half of the time.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm never there, but I got to have it.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_02]: But I didn't even write, he talks about your big leap is like, because like, we knew you are in your comfort zone.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_02]: You can even, like, he even called, like,
- 7:47[SPEAKER_02]: You were like zone aginius and you're like okay well that's a good spot to be in like that's like amazing But it's or zone of excellent excuse me like of course I would like to be there like that sounds really good But like that's actually still uncomfortable but like it's comfortable like it's actually not where your light is you're talking about it's like it's like then there's another layer There's an outer layer.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, there's that ring of light around Saturn and you're supposed to be there That's just like dipping your toe in the water.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah
- 8:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but then he talks about like how well when you get to that zone of genius when you get to that outer ring you get to your light Then there's like a few things that we do to have just fuck it all up And bring us back to that comfortable at discomfort.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_01]: You know like that self-tape Perfection and comfort zone is a beautiful place but nothing ever grows there
- 8:34[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I know, right?
- 8:36[SPEAKER_02]: Let's all take a windy valentine.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_02]: Say it one more time.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_01]: So good up.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_01]: So good up.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_01]: A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_01]: So if you want to grow, I know y'all do.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_01]: You have got to get out of that DM comfort zone.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_01]: I want to say, though, I was on the treadmill this morning.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_01]: And I was thinking, do you want to tell your RV or do you have the No, I'm actually at this nice resort.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, RV and has come a long way, y'all.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_01]: Thank God.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, we live in our van.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_02]: Like, it's not so bad.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_02]: Sometimes it's not so bad.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes it's been a long time.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_01]: We got hot tabs.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_01]: We got swimming pools.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_01]: We got food drugs.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, we don't miss around over here.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, I was at the gym this morning.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_01]: I was walking on the treadmill.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_01]: And I was thinking.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_01]: I love the name, I have since the moment when I met you and I heard about your podcast.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_01]: I love the name of your podcast.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_01]: Until you see it.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_01]: And I got choked to people who are probably like, well, I was at Lady of the Ballet on the treadmill.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, right now, I'm reaping the benefits of what I sowed years ago.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_01]: and getting outside of my damn comfort zone but you know it's so cool I'm my current now I did not put on a waterproof mascara but I am seeing it in my life
- 9:50[SPEAKER_01]: I'm all those seeds I planted years ago, and that amount of time I watered, and the water does damn seed.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, I'm seeding it.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_01]: It's like it's so freaking cool.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_01]: When you get to that other side and issue well, is so, it is beautiful.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_01]: It's much more beautiful, and yes, you will grow when you get to the other side of it.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_01]: If you want, I can take y'all back to my breakdown to predict through.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_02]: I was just going to say, I think we need to go back to the seed planting days, or at least like the days before the RV, the day before the book, the days before the podcast.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_02]: Like, what, like, who were you?
- 10:30[SPEAKER_02]: How did, because we love you now?
- 10:31[SPEAKER_02]: But like, we'll do them.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_02]: But like, what was the reason for all, what was the reason for all this, you know?
- 10:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, seed reaping.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_01]: And we all love a good breakdown to break through story right now.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_01]: But make sure everyone grab your violin.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, let me hear what that's on right now.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_01]: So let's see, about 45 years old.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_01]: Here I was.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_01]: I was living in Virginia.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_01]: Going through a divorce.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_01]: Empty nest, I had chronic illness, black multi-acicity, Lyme disease will toss an aluminum post, just.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, for sure, for sure.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_02]: First of all, I find probably, yeah.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_01]: I was at least 150 grand in debt unemployed.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_01]: Let's see what else.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, within a six week period.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_01]: I had to watch my dog die, my cat die, and my brother die.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_01]: And then from all of that, I started experiencing panic attacks, anxiety and let's say I went into a massive deep, dark, awful depression.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_01]: So here I was 45 years old and I was like shit, now went.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_01]: And
- 11:47[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I kept thinking, I was like, I want me to turn 50.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_01]: That's like that halfway mark if you're that lucky that it's a halfway mark, right?
- 11:56[SPEAKER_01]: And I don't know if anything could have gotten worse for me in that moment.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_01]: And let's just all imagine the scene, I literally was laying on my bathroom floor.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_01]: Like laying there, bally the eyes out, feeling sorry for myself, all admit.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_01]: And it was part of me like this this vision popped in my head and it was a little bit of an escape.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_01]: I'll admit that it was a beautiful escape and I was like wouldn't be nice to just get the fuck out of here.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_01]: You know, like I just want to escape my my life that I was in and I was like, I want to drive an RV across the country.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_01]: And then I like, oh man, and then of course that nagging voice in my head was like, yeah, you're broke.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_01]: You don't have a job.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_01]: How are you going to do that?
- 12:52[SPEAKER_01]: And, but then it was like, you know, I just want to sit here and think about the stream.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_01]: It was the only thing that gave me hope.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_01]: The only way was going up, right?
- 13:09[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go for it.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_01]: What's the worst that could happen?
- 13:13[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to fucking go for it.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_01]: So I got up and I started applying for jobs all the way across the country.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_01]: Like I was, I was too desperate.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_01]: I'll take anything.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I'll sell popsicles and Mexican, I don't care, whatever.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_01]: So then, I get a job offer a week later selling, you'll probably probably have to lay over this name with Pulti, Pulti Delweb.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_01]: I got a job offer with Pulti to sell new construction homes in Chicago and I was like Chicago.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_01]: Never been there.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know how to sell homes, but with the help.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_01]: I pack of the U-Haul, I drive from Virginia to Chicago.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_01]: I start my job one Monday.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_01]: That a year later, I went for making zero dollars to a half a million dollars, obviously paid off all my debt, bought this RV that I'm sitting in right now.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_01]: Now mind you.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I love Pulti and it was a great beautiful company, but I am not a corporate girl.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_01]: I am not.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_01]: Like that's a chisel where I was like, girl, this ain't not you, you know.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_01]: And I will have to say that's a lesson in itself right there.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_01]: Don't be afraid to try something that does not mean if you try something you can't pivot.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_02]: And also like, and I just like say like, I mean, clearly Pulti was like quite the bridge to show you where you're capable of.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_02]: And get was a one the fat that in one year you can make that much money going from zero to that much money and not become someone who doesn't like take your dreams the next level you actually like used it to launch I think it's like I think it's so easy.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, and how easy would it have been for me to stay there.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, and everyone was like, why are you going to leave this job that you're
- 14:56[SPEAKER_01]: You're killing it, killing it.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, yeah, but this is not for me.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_02]: Well, and also, yeah, and the chisel, I love that.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_02]: And also, like, we had a lot of people that are like, I wanted to do this thing.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just gonna go all in into like honey.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_02]: If you can't pay for your bills, you can't pay your food.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_02]: You are going to put pressure on this dream you have.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_02]: Go get a job at Starbucks.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_02]: make sure your bills are paid, have health insurance, all the things, and then use every other minute to make this thing happen.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_02]: So I actually think it's really cool that not only you did in a year, but that you add a year, we're able to like, a value and go, I got to choose all this off because this isn't me and not listen to the family who's like, you should just stay and make all that money.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, and remind yourself.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_01]: If you are in a job, you don't love, you're in a relationship, you don't love, you're living in a place you don't love, remind yourself this is temporary everything is temporary right I mean all in all everything is temporary just remind yourself like this is just for now this is just for now like every day when I'm be like driving in the snow
- 15:56[SPEAKER_01]: In Chicago, heading to this job to talk about granite countertops, I was like, it's okay, I can do this, I can't do this.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_01]: But then, yeah, I was like, all right, well, what am I going to do?
- 16:08[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want to work for corporate.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, you know, I've always, I want to be a writer.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_01]: I always knew I would become a writer.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, I want to be a writer.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_01]: How am I going to become a writer?
- 16:19[SPEAKER_01]: And I always wanted to help my own show.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_01]: So I was like, how am I going to do this?
- 16:22[SPEAKER_01]: And I had to be able to work remotely, obviously,
- 16:26[SPEAKER_01]: I have to go to the work room, right?
- 16:29[SPEAKER_01]: So I was listening to Kathy Heller's podcast and she was interviewing Stephanie Gas.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_01]: And something, you know, it's like, if you get that funny feeling in your tummy, you have that gut instinct of like, I need to move on this.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know what it is.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_01]: Just do not question it, just go for it.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_01]: I hired Stephanie Gas and within 30 minutes.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_01]: I knew exactly what my niche was going to be and what my podcast was going to be called and I was like, that's it.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_01]: I had it.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, I'm going to talk about midlife.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to talk about not even just midlife, but transforming your life because I did it like I was the Kenny pig right.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I did.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_01]: I know how to do it.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_01]: So I kept my day job and then at night I started working on my dream business.
- 17:17[SPEAKER_01]: I started working on the website and the photography and the podcast and all the stuff you know, right?
- 17:23[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_01]: It started doing my research and just little by little and eventually the the RV finally, I ordered it like eight months before.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_01]: Finally arrived and it was go time to quit my job and take off into the Sedona sunset.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm like, okay, but also like I think it's so I want to say like I think sometimes we like underestimate we can do in a short period of time.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_02]: Because you just celebrated 50 am I correct?
- 17:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_01]: So it took me well actually I'm 52 it took me from the moment like when I moved to Chicago to taking off in the RV it took me approximately two and a half years.
- 18:06[SPEAKER_01]: and then I've been on the road for three.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_01]: So, okay.
- 18:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so it takes time.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_01]: And is it easy?
- 18:12[SPEAKER_01]: Hell no.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_01]: Is it worth it?
- 18:14[SPEAKER_01]: Hell yes.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, like, there's, you know, like, I think things happen faster than we think and some things are a little slower than we expected.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_02]: Like, we never get the time on exactly, right?
- 18:24[SPEAKER_02]: But also, like,
- 18:26[SPEAKER_02]: It would have been so like, could you imagine on the bathroom for being like, well, it's gonna take a long time.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, like, I bet, you know what I mean?
- 18:34[SPEAKER_02]: I think we just take, we talk ourselves out of things.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_02]: So, and we also think, well, I'm at this age, I should be already, like, I should be doing this.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I should have this already.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, like, I kind of think it's really cool that you were the guinea pig, and you can actually guide so many women who, for sure, are, I said, phone on the podcast.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_02]: She's like, I'm a bird launcher.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not an empty nest or like, I launch some birds.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_02]: And she's like, you know, but you can take it.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, shoot you, get out.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, get out of the nest.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_02]: It's mine now.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_02]: But like, I think that there's a ton of people who work.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_02]: not given the opportunity or encouraged when they were moms and wives and partners to be selfish and do their thing.
- 19:16[SPEAKER_02]: Like I do believe that there's a ton of women who did and so, so if you're listening to me for you, but I think a lot of people were not and they had to wait and then they waited and then they're like, well, I don't even know who I am and everyone says it'd be authentic.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_02]: And so I feel like you asked to be you.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_02]: to help people.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_02]: So you write and then you have this amazing podcast, which I got to be on, just amazing.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like, but it's called the Midlife Makeover.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_02]: Correct?
- 19:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_02]: The Midlife Makeover Show.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_02]: So, let's talk about, like,
- 19:48[SPEAKER_02]: Do you feel like you do feel like you'll ever run out of topics to talk about what it comes to midlife?
- 19:54[SPEAKER_02]: What are you, and then, and then also it turned into a book.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_02]: So let's go into like how you've really made this whole thing happen.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I love about my niche is that there's so much going on in midlife.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_01]: I mean,
- 20:08[SPEAKER_01]: Like, if I had to talk about one topic every day, oh, my God, I could not stand it.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, yesterday, I interviewed a lady where, like, it was about grief.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_01]: She lost her daughter, daughter was 17 years old when she died.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_01]: The day before, I got to talk about hormones and menopause.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_01]: And then the day before that, I got to talk about divorce.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_01]: Like, there's so, because there's so much going on.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_01]: And I love, I love being the catalyst.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_01]: to help other people make their dreams come true.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_01]: I love that I can provide that hope, whether it's with me or with the guest or whether it's just simply, I mean, right, the best way we can teach others is by example.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I don't, I don't fluff anything.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_01]: Like, what you see is what you get.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I didn't just say I did it or say that I'm gonna do it.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_01]: Like, you're gonna go, you know.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, I was like, I'm going to tell you, oh, I did create the acronym for you.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, I did call for a little lessons to teach you today.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_02]: If you want to teach us now, or do you want to put in the be it action items?
- 21:11[SPEAKER_01]: Um, I'm going to teach it to you really quick.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_01]: Let's do it.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_01]: It's it's the be it.
- 21:15[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 21:15[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_01]: And then this is what I just told you that story, these are four little guide posts that you can follow so that you too can actually no matter if it's a little tweak in your life or a big tweak, a big change, you can make it happen.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_01]: So the B in B it is become your own BFF.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_01]: Like you've got to be so nice to yourself, and you've got to listen to that ticker tape of thoughts running across in your mind.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_01]: And you've got to stop that ticker tape of thoughts and replace it with some really good friendly thoughts.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_01]: Because this right here I'm pointing to my head with my large head of hair.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_01]: But it's only either be your best friend or your worst critic and you are the one that decides not in Instagram not your mom not your dad not your partner or not your kids it's you like that is the one thing that you have not one but one of the many things you have control over it and actually starting there.
- 22:13[SPEAKER_01]: it's a ripple effect of everything else in your life.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_01]: If you can get that under control and as you can, you change your thoughts, you change your beliefs, we've all heard it before, but do we really apply it and really try it?
- 22:26[SPEAKER_01]: So yes, become your own BFF.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_01]: Just love the shit out of yourself.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_01]: the ease and vision.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_01]: You've got to envision who you want to be up?
- 22:35[SPEAKER_01]: Not the what?
- 22:36[SPEAKER_01]: It's great to like dream about things and already easing.
- 22:40[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but who do you want to become?
- 22:44[SPEAKER_01]: Journal about it, think about it, take a walk and just imagine the woman that you would want to become.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_01]: And without limitation, right?
- 22:55[SPEAKER_01]: The eyes invite her in.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_01]: You have got to literally, every single day, this is exactly what I did, because my aunt and I said to me, when I was like in the down, down on the dumps, in depression, and I'm sitting on the couch when she was darling, you have always wanted to be an actress.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_01]: So why don't you just start acting like the woman you want to become?
- 23:18[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like,
- 23:19[SPEAKER_01]: I can do that and I thought about that right like we're all we're all brainwashed we're all brainwashed into whoever we are and we can brainwash ourselves instead of becoming whoever that we want to be.
- 23:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 23:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yep, so I did.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, you know what, how, like you imagine a drone flying over your head and observing you all day long.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_01]: How is this woman, this powerful, amazing, gorgeous woman?
- 23:45[SPEAKER_01]: How does she walk?
- 23:46[SPEAKER_01]: How does she walk into a room?
- 23:47[SPEAKER_01]: How does she talk?
- 23:48[SPEAKER_01]: How does she eat?
- 23:49[SPEAKER_01]: How does she sleep?
- 23:50[SPEAKER_01]: How does she, what does she do when she first gets out of bed?
- 23:53[SPEAKER_01]: Like is she like, oh my god, I think I'm so grateful.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_01]: I'm alive.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you.
- 23:57[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_01]: Observe her like and and be her like literally when you put your shoes on you put your slippers on or whatever Imagine that those are her shoes and that and literally acts like her even if someone else is like why she act in so funny Just keep down it
- 24:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_02]: No, I mean, let them let them wonder while you're acting like this.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_01]: What's the exact moment?
- 24:22[SPEAKER_02]: They'll just wonder.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_02]: They get to wonder.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_02]: And if you want to go talk about it to people, like, I think, God, for my time in LA, where I learned like, all publicity is good.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_02]: Like, there's no such thing as bad, you know?
- 24:34[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_01]: And talk about how you do as the best.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_01]: Finally, tea is take action.
- 24:42[SPEAKER_01]: I think you even say that in your intro about taking action, right?
- 24:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_01]: You have to.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_01]: How do you get courage by taking action?
- 24:50[SPEAKER_01]: If you had a jar, an empty jar, and I have an empty jar, how do you feel of your jar of courage, and how do I feel of mine?
- 24:57[SPEAKER_01]: We each have to do that on our own.
- 24:59[SPEAKER_01]: I cannot hand courage.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_01]: It would be great, right?
- 25:02[SPEAKER_01]: If like, here you go, let's let me give you some courage.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_01]: You have to do that your own, and you do that by taking action, even if you fall on your face.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_01]: Even if you fall on your feet, I didn't know how to even drive in an RV.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, oh my god.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_01]: So you figure shit out, right?
- 25:19[SPEAKER_01]: Like leap in the net will appear, like leap.
- 25:21[SPEAKER_01]: You will figure the stuff out and that's how you become so resilient and strong.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_01]: And then it's been the tiniest things.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_01]: I don't remember about you.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_01]: Like the tiniest of little accomplishments, you're like, that's right.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_01]: I did that.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_01]: Like that's right.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_01]: I just actually figured out how to dump the dump around this RV.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_01]: things.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, I've had that.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_01]: Don't forget to celebrate yourself.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_02]: I believe all of us and I think like that is where confidence comes in.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_02]: Like people think like confidence comes like you've to wait for you.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_02]: Once you're confident then you can do the thing.
- 25:52[SPEAKER_02]: It's like no actually you get confident by doing the thing.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_02]: Like we're I remember we bought our van, which is not even as thick as an RV, right on in a special license for it.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_02]: It actually fits in parking spaces.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_02]: I mean it's the it's
- 26:03[SPEAKER_02]: the longest and the tallest of the vehicles that you don't need another life since far and the first time we took it on we took we drove it.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_02]: I had no problems driving out of the gas station.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_02]: I had no problems like when we were like pointing the right direction like I'm like I got this but one time we were meeting to go and for I was asleep and I'm like I have to hit reverse.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_02]: There's no review here like I got to do this
- 26:32[SPEAKER_02]: with this tall vehicle, I'm super long.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_02]: I got a white, like I, and it has a camera, it's like just follow the camera.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, I can't even, it's like this big, this is the camera, what, what, I'm like, I'm like, I hope it beeps, if someone's wrong.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_02]: I like, what if there's a hole?
- 26:47[SPEAKER_02]: You know, like, what if, so I like, literally get out of the car?
- 26:50[SPEAKER_02]: You know the car, and I do a walk around, I'm like, okay, there's no pulse.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_02]: So the worst thing that happens is that someone or something drives behind me while I'm doing this, and it's supposed to be, and I'm going to trust that.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_02]: And now I can back, and you time I want, like, I can, but you have, I have to.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_02]: I could not, I could not, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't,
- 27:07[SPEAKER_02]: Brad's telling me you can do this, like you used to drive jeeps, like you know what you're doing.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_02]: Like he's like, you can none of that confidence and courage being told that me helped me get the confidence like actually reversing the car and doing it myself.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_01]: And sometimes it's a tiniest of things.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_01]: It just gives you a little boost.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_01]: It's not a reminder that yes, you can do this and keep going and keep going.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, you published a book.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_02]: Can we talk about it?
- 27:37[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it says women wake up the midlife manifesto for passion, purpose and play.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_02]: I'm in waking up also.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_02]: I love the colors.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_02]: It's like every beautiful shade of pink lipstick.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_01]: Like yes, yes, yes, it's my little bit, but this is actually like this is the advanced copy.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_01]: So it's not even a real copy.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_01]: But yes, just I know it just went into pre order this week.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_01]: When is it publishing for reals?
- 28:03[SPEAKER_01]: um it publishes it comes out of nine nine okay nine nine is the time but and you know what before i got into to writing books and things like that i didn't know there's like why is everyone why don't they do the pre order why because i get the book i'll give you five hundred dollars worth of reasons

- 28:58[SPEAKER_01]: You get the map at your Midlife Dream Workshop, your customizable digital vision board.

- 29:06[SPEAKER_01]: I love that thing.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_01]: Love it, love it, love it.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_01]: What else?
- 29:09[SPEAKER_01]: $200 voucher to my Freedom At Midlife program and my fav, the Women Waking Up Spotify playlist.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so that's it.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_01]: You literally get all of that before I read the book.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_01]: I can change my life.
- 29:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, before.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_02]: And then when I read it.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, like, remind me all these amazing other things.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_01]: I know about the time the book arrives, then you'll get to read the rest of story.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_01]: And then you'll be like, yeah, I already did that check, check, check.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_02]: So you're just putting all these little drops of confidence into your bucket as you read it.
- 29:39[SPEAKER_02]: And then you get more of this when yeah.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_02]: We need more time with you.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_02]: I need, we need to hang out.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not, I'm not kidding.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_02]: Like, is your RV heading my way before it's too hot?
- 29:50[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I would just like to know, I was going to go to Nevada because I'm starting this book tour now.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but I know I'm going up towards Denver.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_01]: So I'll have to wait.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_02]: I'll wait, but there is maybe one I come back on the way back on your way back.
- 30:03[SPEAKER_02]: You can do it.
- 30:03[SPEAKER_02]: There's a great book shop called Writer's Block.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_02]: Ah, there's some really cute bookstores in Vegas that are like great for doing some sort of tour of some kind.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_02]: I agree.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, or you can go to one of my friends amazing shops and they'll they'll host you.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_02]: So just let me know because I'll have to make it happen because there's women here who need you.
- 30:24[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god, we have to take a brief break and then we'll get all your links and how we can, like, totally, like, stalk you and, like, the kids call you Stan you, you know, like stalker fan.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_02]: One moment.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_02]: All right, Wendy Valentine, favorite place to hang out on the internet, where's the links to prayer of the book?
- 30:41[SPEAKER_02]: Like, where's, give us everything.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_01]: do all the things.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, Instagram.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_01]: It's got to be my faith.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_01]: And I do share some cool fun stuff, right?
- 30:50[SPEAKER_01]: I love watching your life.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_01]: You carry a dog with you.
- 30:52[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to back to fun stuff too.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_01]: So yes, Wendy Valentine on Instagram.
- 30:57[SPEAKER_01]: And probably the best hub is Wendy Valentine.com.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_01]: And from there,
- 31:02[SPEAKER_01]: I know a lot of people have freebies, but my freebies really are awesome.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I know there's a hundred page freebie.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just going to tell you right now, you love a meon lady.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, so click, there's a freebies tab.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_01]: You can even take a superhero quiz on there that's my fav.
- 31:18[SPEAKER_01]: There's a book tab on there that is where you can get all of your bonuses, when you pre-ordered the book, and the book is everywhere.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_01]: Women waking up, it's Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Tarjay, it's everywhere.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_01]: And what else?
- 31:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's, that's it.
- 31:32[SPEAKER_01]: And then the midlife main gover show, that's everywhere where you listen to podcasts, even on YouTube.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_01]: You can even watch the, you know, the playback of being interviewing people in an RV.
- 31:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_02]: You can listen.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_02]: You can also watch the be at pod.
- 31:45[SPEAKER_02]: You guys wear on YouTube as well.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_02]: You know, it's, you know, it's a fun thing.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_02]: You do this thing for audio.
- 31:50[SPEAKER_02]: And then people want the visual.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_02]: So we got to do it on the visual.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah,
- 32:03[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I love your acronym.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_02]: So if you want that to be your beat action item and we can replay that that is totally fine.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_02]: But if there's anything else, we have to give these women that it helps them, ditch perfection, take the messy action, what bold, executable, intrinsic, or targeted steps should they take?
- 32:17[SPEAKER_02]: What else?
- 32:19[SPEAKER_01]: I would have to say, this is, I'm adopting this from Deepak Chopra because I used to go to a lot of his retreats and there was one thing he said to me.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_01]: It's in his cute little accent and he goes, you have to feel your way through life.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, what does that mean?
- 32:36[SPEAKER_01]: I'll feel my way through life.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_01]: And we're so used to thinking everything through and probably overthinking, right?
- 32:44[SPEAKER_01]: But ask yourself, no matter what it is that you're doing or thinking about doing, how does it feel to you?
- 32:51[SPEAKER_01]: And most importantly, has it feel to this new person, the new woman,
- 32:58[SPEAKER_01]: in your life.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_01]: How will it feel?
- 32:59[SPEAKER_01]: Does that align with her?
- 33:01[SPEAKER_01]: Does she like that?
- 33:02[SPEAKER_01]: Does she not like it?
- 33:04[SPEAKER_01]: And just enjoy.
- 33:06[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you get this tiny little, we're like little blip of time on a turn in eternity, right?
- 33:12[SPEAKER_01]: Like, just live it up in this little space and print in these parentheses, just live it up and enjoy and stop over thinking, just feel your way through life.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_02]: I love that.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_02]: And I actually really love him.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_02]: He elicent him, remember an Oprah would actually release, like, in every year's on her podcast channel.
- 33:30[SPEAKER_02]: And I listened to him talk about this time when he would go be a monk, right?
- 33:34[SPEAKER_02]: Like his like, you know, go for like, I don't know, 30 days, fully that.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_02]: And he, the monk, his like monk guide was like, well, how was it walking through the jungle?
- 33:43[SPEAKER_02]: And he's like, well, it hurt my feet.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you know, hurt my feet and he and the guy goes, oh, well, when your foot is not on the ground.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_02]: Does it hurt?
- 33:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_02]: And he goes, no, I don't think so.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_02]: He's like, well, then think about the other foot, right?
- 33:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, my husband is going to love it.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_02]: I have remembered that.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_02]: I had everything he said.
- 34:05[SPEAKER_02]: I have remembered that so much because whenever my husband's like, oh, my knee hurts.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, maybe you should think about your other knee.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm sure he's like,
- 34:13[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, or yeah, my armor is when I move it like this will stop moving it.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_02]: No, I was like, like, he, like, had something and I like hit the other arm and he's like, what do you do?
- 34:21[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like distracting you.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_02]: It's from deep, it's from deep back.
- 34:24[SPEAKER_02]: Fill the other one.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_02]: Refill the scene.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_02]: Refill because I don't.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_02]: I do agree.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_02]: I think like,
- 34:30[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I know the listeners and I, one of the reasons I want to have you on the show after I met you is like, I know the women here will love listening to you because we all came from this like time of overdoing over thinking.
- 34:45[SPEAKER_02]: Have to map it all out has to have to feel like the right time but not feel because we're not listening to our feelings we're thinking of our feelings.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, exactly.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_01]: And especially since our being, like, I'm on the no plan plan.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I don't, I used to plan everything in detail.
- 35:07[SPEAKER_01]: And if I did not have that plan in place, I would not make a move.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_01]: Now I'm like, I mean, 90 days is probably as much as I can plan.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_01]: Even though I like to dream and envision things like that, planning out too much does not leave room for miracles and spontaneity and the fun stuff.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_01]: So don't forget to have fun and just enjoy.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_02]: I adore you.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_02]: We'll have to run and we'll run into each other someday because I also love to get to so we're going to, we're going to head down on our summer tour into Arizona.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_02]: So maybe if you're still there, you know, it's a little more than 90 days.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_02]: So I'll ask you when it's closer.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_02]: But, you know, Wendy, thank you so much.
- 35:48[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you, Renew, y'all.
