- 2:06Speaker 2: So I know a lot of people who are in
- 2:08Speaker 2: our live chat right now and also anybody who listens
- 2:10Speaker 2: to the podcast.
- 2:11Speaker 1: May very well have been watching last night.
- 2:14Speaker 2: On Nightly Scroll as Haley Caranillo welcomed a special guest,
- 2:18Speaker 2: Dan Bongino, to her program.
- 2:20Speaker 1: And they had a great conversation.
- 2:21Speaker 2: If you haven't checked that out, you should go check
- 2:23Speaker 2: it out. Rumble.com slash Haley, H-A-Y-L-E-Y. And you can see
- 2:27Speaker 2: what the two of them chatted about.
- 2:29Speaker 1: And Dan was great.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Dan, it was nice to see him back in front
- 2:32Speaker 2: of a microphone, getting a lot off of his chest, including,
- 2:35Speaker 2: you know, just, you know, some of the beginnings of
- 2:38Speaker 2: his public commentary, again, in the wake of the FBI.
- 2:41Speaker 1: He mentioned with some some.
- 2:43Speaker 2: Obvious gravity that, you know, he really has never had
- 2:46Speaker 2: a chance to publicly comment on the death of Charlie
- 2:49Speaker 2: Kirk and it's affected him greatly. And he intends when
- 2:52Speaker 2: he returns to his podcast, uh, to talk at some
- 2:55Speaker 2: length about that subject, uh, as expected. And I'm, I'm
- 2:58Speaker 2: looking forward to seeing what Dan has to say about that. Uh,
- 3:01Speaker 2: we were also affected by Charlie, but I know that
- 3:03Speaker 2: Dan was very close to him and, um, I want
- 3:05Speaker 2: to see his commentary on the subject. Uh, and he
- 3:09Speaker 2: talked a little bit about his time in the FBI
- 3:11Speaker 2: and what he encountered and what it was like.
- 3:13Speaker 1: And, It was really neat. It was a very neat
- 3:15Speaker 1: thing to see.
- 3:16Speaker 2: And if you thought to yourself at the conclusion of it,
- 3:18Speaker 2: like I did, man, I'd like to hear more. Well,
- 3:21Speaker 2: Dan has some very good news for you. He's coming back.
- 3:25Speaker 2: He'll be doing his show again. The Dan Bongino show
- 3:28Speaker 2: is returning. And in fact, rather than me tell you
- 3:31Speaker 2: about it, let me have Dan tell you about it.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Here's what he said when he was talking to Haley
- 3:36Speaker 1: last night.
- 3:37Speaker 3: So the show is definitely coming back.
- 3:39Speaker 4: When?
- 3:41Speaker 3: Early February, we will release the date. Yes, thank you, guys,
- 3:46Speaker 3: in the chat. We will put out a press release
- 3:48Speaker 3: with Westwood One and Rumble this coming Monday. So just
- 3:53Speaker 3: a few days from now, which will provide the date.
- 3:55Speaker 3: It's going to be early February. And we're going to
- 3:58Speaker 3: be ready to roll. That first show, usually we would
- 4:01Speaker 3: put together the show night before morning up. You know,
- 4:04Speaker 3: it's like at Fox. As that first show, I got
- 4:06Speaker 3: a lot of stuff. It's on my phone, folks.
- 4:09Speaker 5: Weeks ahead of time.
- 4:10Speaker 3: I took so many notes. I mean, obviously, I can't
- 4:12Speaker 3: talk about classified stuff or that kind of thing. But
- 4:15Speaker 3: there's a lot of stuff we can talk about and
- 4:16Speaker 3: provide context and color and crush a lot of the
- 4:19Speaker 3: black pill bullshit out there.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Nothing's happening.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly. I went there to jerk around for a year.
- 4:25Speaker 3: It's so luxurious in Washington, D.C. So there's a lot
- 4:27Speaker 3: of stuff to talk about that I think is going
- 4:29Speaker 3: to open a lot of eyes. And a lot of
- 4:31Speaker 3: ignoramuses are going to get shut down. We'll be two
- 4:34Speaker 3: hours now, though. So two hours live, 10 to 12,
- 4:38Speaker 3: 10 a.m. to 12 noon, obviously. And we are ready
- 4:43Speaker 3: to roll. I mean, I've got so much content bottled
- 4:45Speaker 3: up in my head.
- 4:46Speaker 1: 10 a.m.
- 4:48Speaker 2: To 12 noon, a two-hour show starting, as he pointed out,
- 4:52Speaker 2: in early February.
- 4:53Speaker 1: More details coming on all of that on Monday.
- 4:56Speaker 2: This coming Monday, as he pointed out, there's going to
- 4:59Speaker 2: be a press release that includes– what did he say, Justin?
- 5:02Speaker 2: Was it Silverlock and Westwood One? Uh, they're going to
- 5:06Speaker 2: be releasing a press release.
- 5:07Speaker 1: That's the point.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Oh, and rumble rumble and Westwood one. Uh, so we'll
- 5:12Speaker 2: get a press release on Monday. It'll give us more
- 5:13Speaker 2: details on, on how exactly this all goes down. I've
- 5:16Speaker 2: already been getting obviously a ton of questions. Uh, and
- 5:19Speaker 2: I was in the chat last night.
- 5:21Speaker 1: I was writing, but wait, as the show was ending,
- 5:23Speaker 1: I was like, but wait, what happens to Vince?
- 5:25Speaker 2: Uh, I was, I was asking, uh, in reality, of course,
- 5:29Speaker 2: I know what the answer to that question is.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Um, I will give you more detail.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Once Dan rolls out, everything will become crystal clear. But
- 5:39Speaker 2: in case you're wondering, am I going anywhere? I'm going
- 5:42Speaker 2: to give you a resounding answer. No, I'm not going anywhere.
- 5:46Speaker 2: I'm not going anywhere. We will give you more details
- 5:50Speaker 2: on that. You did hear Dan mention Westwood One. And
- 5:53Speaker 2: if you've been following the radio industry for a while,
- 5:55Speaker 2: you'll know of Westwood One as a national syndicator of
- 5:58Speaker 2: radio shows. Westwood One syndicates my big national radio show
- 6:01Speaker 2: from 12 to 3 Eastern each day. Again, as I've
- 6:04Speaker 2: been telling everybody, that's not going anywhere. That continues.
- 6:07Speaker 1: So in addition, well, should I give away too much?
- 6:10Speaker 1: Maybe I should give away too much. In addition to
- 6:12Speaker 1: this podcast.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Which you'll continue to be able to hear, yes, the
- 6:17Speaker 2: big national radio show continues. I'll be there in that
- 6:21Speaker 2: same position going forward. It's been an absolute blast to
- 6:25Speaker 2: do all of this, and that big radio show is
- 6:27Speaker 2: going to continue. So we'll give you more details as
- 6:30Speaker 2: they arrive, but here's the big story.
- 6:33Speaker 1: It's Dan. Dan is coming back. He's doing his big show.
- 6:36Speaker 2: He's going to do it not for one hour, now
- 6:37Speaker 2: for two hours each weekday from 10 a.m. until noon
- 6:42Speaker 2: Eastern time each weekday. Assuredly, you're going to be able
- 6:45Speaker 2: to see that on Rumble and get the big podcast.
- 6:48Speaker 2: So eager for that. And don't you worry. If you
- 6:53Speaker 2: like what I've been doing here with the team, we've
- 6:56Speaker 2: got good news for you. And we'll share it as
- 6:58Speaker 2: it develops in the days and weeks ahead. It'll probably
- 7:02Speaker 2: be really soon, actually, that we can share everything with you.
- 7:04Speaker 1: But it's coming. Don't worry. All right. Yes.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Yes.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Yeah. I'm not fucking leaving, says Voodoo Zombie. Yes, that's right. Thanks, guys.
- 7:13Speaker 3: All right.
- 7:14Speaker 2: So let's get to the news of the day. I,
- 7:17Speaker 2: you know, speaking of that big national radio show, there
- 7:19Speaker 2: I am yesterday.
- 7:20Speaker 1: We're on the air.
- 7:22Speaker 2: And we begin getting the early indicators that something very
- 7:25Speaker 2: dramatic has happened in Minneapolis again. Why is it always Minneapolis?
- 7:29Speaker 2: Why do we always have all this chaos in Minneapolis?
- 7:32Speaker 2: Why can't the left just behave themselves? Why are they
- 7:35Speaker 2: whipping everybody into a frenzy? It's a nonstop insurrection in
- 7:39Speaker 2: that city.
- 7:40Speaker 1: And here we go again.
- 7:41Speaker 2: We get an announcement yesterday that there was an ICE-involved
- 7:46Speaker 2: shooting in Minneapolis. And at that point, there's very little
- 7:52Speaker 2: for us to know.
- 7:53Speaker 1: ICE involved? What does that mean, ICE involved? And I
- 7:57Speaker 1: knew instinctively, as soon as I heard that, it meant
- 7:59Speaker 1: one of two things. One of two things, right?
- 8:02Speaker 2: Either somebody opened fire on an ICE agent or an
- 8:06Speaker 2: ICE agent opened fire in defense of life and limb,
- 8:10Speaker 2: that they had to discharge their service weapon because something
- 8:15Speaker 2: very dramatic and deadly was going down. It's one of
- 8:18Speaker 2: those two scenarios. You know it and I know it.
- 8:21Speaker 2: And sure enough, yesterday, When we finally got details, what
- 8:24Speaker 2: we learned is that some left-wing lunatic decided to drive
- 8:28Speaker 2: her car directly towards an ICE agent, striking him.
- 8:33Speaker 1: He pulls his service weapon. He fires through the front
- 8:35Speaker 1: window of the vehicle, killing her. I'm sorry. If you
- 8:39Speaker 1: don't want to die in that scenario, don't drive your
- 8:42Speaker 1: car into an ICE agent.
- 8:44Speaker 2: And for that matter, there's a whole bunch of other
- 8:46Speaker 2: things she should have done or should not have done
- 8:50Speaker 2: leading up to the moment that she was killed. as
- 8:52Speaker 2: a result of her own actions. We'll get into that
- 8:55Speaker 2: in a moment. But before we even knew any of
- 8:57Speaker 2: those details, the Minneapolis mayor, Jacob Frye, yesterday, an absolute
- 9:03Speaker 2: scumbag left winger, instantly, without knowing anything, not seeing any video,
- 9:09Speaker 2: he came out and he exploited the fact that there
- 9:12Speaker 2: was a, quote, ice-involved shooting and used it to demonize
- 9:17Speaker 2: ice yet again. Here's Mayor Jacob Frye in a tweet yesterday.
- 9:21Speaker 2: 1154 a.m. before any videos even seen by the public.
- 9:26Speaker 2: He said the following. I'm aware of a shooting involving
- 9:28Speaker 2: an ICE agent at 34th Street in Portland. The presence
- 9:32Speaker 2: of federal immigration enforcement agents is causing chaos in our city.
- 9:36Speaker 2: We're demanding ICE to leave the city immediately. We stand
- 9:42Speaker 2: rock solid with our immigrant and refugee communities. Now, I
- 9:46Speaker 2: want just just think about how stupid this is and
- 9:48Speaker 2: how callous and awful this is. We stand rock solid
- 9:52Speaker 2: with our immigrant and refugee communities. Fella, ICE is there
- 9:57Speaker 2: to get illegals out of our country. This has nothing
- 10:00Speaker 2: to do with immigrant communities or refugee communities or anything
- 10:03Speaker 2: like that. It has everything to do with cleaning up
- 10:05Speaker 2: America from people who've invaded it.
- 10:08Speaker 4: One.
- 10:09Speaker 1: Two, you demonize ICE right away. You demonize ICE?
- 10:13Speaker 2: When anybody with two brain cells to rub together knows
- 10:16Speaker 2: that if there's an ICE-involved shooting, it is very likely
- 10:20Speaker 2: because ICE was in the right and not in the wrong,
- 10:24Speaker 2: you're blaming the law enforcement right away. What kind of
- 10:26Speaker 2: mayor is this? What do the cops in Minneapolis think
- 10:29Speaker 2: about all this? That he instantly takes the side against
- 10:32Speaker 2: law enforcement that's trying to, what is the word again?
- 10:35Speaker 2: Enforce the law. Jacob Fry did that immediately. This guy
- 10:41Speaker 2: is an insurrectionist. And I'm going to get back to
- 10:44Speaker 2: this a whole bunch as we talk about these Democrats.
- 10:47Speaker 2: But what you're witnessing right now from Democrats in Minneapolis,
- 10:50Speaker 2: in Minnesota, certainly at the national level, is a full-blown,
- 10:55Speaker 2: never-ending insurrection against the American people, against law and order,
- 11:00Speaker 2: against the federal government. In fact, it's sort of a
- 11:03Speaker 2: long-term feature of the Democrat Party. They constantly wage insurrections
- 11:07Speaker 2: against the American people. And this is the latest iteration
- 11:10Speaker 2: of it. So that's Jacob Frye yesterday. Well, what does
- 11:13Speaker 2: the tape show us? Well, because this is America in 2026,
- 11:17Speaker 2: a million people have cell phone cameras and they were
- 11:19Speaker 2: capturing all of this. Here's what the tape shows us.
- 11:23Speaker 2: And we'll get into all of the details about what
- 11:24Speaker 2: led up to this moment in a moment. But here yesterday, midday,
- 11:28Speaker 2: a woman blocking traffic with her Honda Pilot SUV, trying
- 11:35Speaker 2: to stop ICE from advancing in its law enforcement duties
- 11:39Speaker 2: and And you'll watch now as ICE agents are approaching
- 11:42Speaker 2: her vehicle and tell her to get out of it.
- 11:45Speaker 2: And rather than comply, she drives directly into an ICE
- 11:49Speaker 2: officer who opens fire.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Watch.
- 11:53Speaker 6: No!
- 11:53Speaker 4: No! Shame!
- 11:54Speaker 3: Shame!
- 11:54Speaker 4: Oh my fucking God!
- 11:56Speaker 3: What the.
- 12:01Speaker 4: Fuck?
- 12:08Speaker 2: The vehicle crashes right after she's shot.
- 12:17Speaker 1: People screaming at ice. There's another angle.
- 12:28Speaker 2: Okay, so this is a really important video, especially that
- 12:32Speaker 2: first clip that I showed you. It is very, very
- 12:35Speaker 2: important that we go over some of the details. What
- 12:39Speaker 2: was happening here? Well, this woman was menacing ICE all day,
- 12:44Speaker 2: leading groups of left-wing activists to try and block them
- 12:48Speaker 2: from conducting their official duties. We're already dealing with crimes
- 12:51Speaker 2: here as they're obstructing law enforcement. And then she perpendicularly
- 12:56Speaker 2: parks her SUV in the middle of the road to
- 12:59Speaker 2: try and stop the ICE convoy. And they tell her
- 13:02Speaker 2: to move her vehicle.
- 13:03Speaker 1: She refuses to do it.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Then they get out of their cars and approach her window.
- 13:09Speaker 2: And then they tell her to get out of the car,
- 13:11Speaker 2: get out of the car. You hear at least three
- 13:14Speaker 2: times that they tell her to get out of the vehicle.
- 13:18Speaker 1: She refuses. Instead, she throws the vehicle first into reverse
- 13:23Speaker 1: and then throws it forward.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Now, is she intentionally trying to strike the officer who's
- 13:28Speaker 2: standing in front of her? Is she trying to flee?
- 13:33Speaker 2: It's irrelevant, actually. because there is an officer standing in
- 13:38Speaker 2: front of her car. And you will see in the
- 13:41Speaker 2: slow-mo video I'm about to show you that the officer
- 13:43Speaker 2: who's standing in front of the vehicle does not draw
- 13:46Speaker 2: his weapon at all. He's not intending on shooting this woman.
- 13:50Speaker 2: He's not thinking of her as a physical threat. Up
- 13:53Speaker 2: until the moment she begins accelerating the car forward towards him.
- 13:57Speaker 2: And it's at that moment where he sees a car
- 14:00Speaker 2: coming in his direction just inches away, accelerating towards him,
- 14:04Speaker 2: that he draws his service weapon and fires directly through
- 14:07Speaker 2: the front window, not the side window, the front window,
- 14:10Speaker 2: meaning he was standing in front of that vehicle.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Watch the slow-mo here. I want to show you some
- 14:14Speaker 1: of this slow-mo. Take a look at this.
- 14:18Speaker 2: This is the car backing up, the officer trying to
- 14:22Speaker 2: get her out. Then she accelerates forward, service weapon drawn
- 14:25Speaker 2: by the officer in the front. He fires through the
- 14:28Speaker 2: front window. Everything here, you talk to law enforcement. I've
- 14:34Speaker 2: been talking to law enforcement. This guy did his job correctly.
- 14:40Speaker 2: There is no dispute that he was standing in front
- 14:43Speaker 2: of that car. She was accelerating towards him. He doesn't
- 14:45Speaker 2: draw his weapon until that's beginning and he stops her.
- 14:49Speaker 2: He stops that threat and he has to make that
- 14:51Speaker 2: judgment call in a fraction of a second.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Additionally, there's another angle. The officer was struck by the vehicle.
- 15:01Speaker 2: He was clearly, as she begins accelerating forward, at the
- 15:06Speaker 2: very least, pushed by the vehicle.
- 15:09Speaker 1: Take a look at this. It's going to be a
- 15:10Speaker 1: little grainier for those of.
- 15:11Speaker 2: You watching the video podcast here because this is a close-up.
- 15:16Speaker 2: We're going to close up on the pixels here. But
- 15:18Speaker 2: you will see the silhouette of his body shoved forward
- 15:21Speaker 2: by the cop car.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Take a look at this.
- 15:24Speaker 2: That's the beginning. That's a quick clip. We slow it
- 15:27Speaker 2: down now. And you can see this thing. Let's take
- 15:31Speaker 2: a look, fellas, as this guy gets shoved by the SUV,
- 15:36Speaker 2: and then he ends up opening fire as he's being
- 15:38Speaker 2: hit by the car.
- 15:40Speaker 1: There we go. Look, there he is. That's exactly right.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Show that again. As this SUV shoves the cop forward,
- 15:47Speaker 1: there she goes. She hits him.
- 15:49Speaker 2: He opens fire. All right, so what do we got?
- 15:55Speaker 2: We got a cop standing in front of the car.
- 15:56Speaker 2: We have a woman accelerating towards him. He doesn't draw
- 15:58Speaker 2: his service weapon until the acceleration begins. He fires through
- 16:01Speaker 2: the front window. He's hit by the vehicle. Again, what
- 16:05Speaker 2: is the evidence here?
- 16:06Speaker 1: Well, it's abundant.
- 16:07Speaker 2: It is over the top abundant that the cop did
- 16:10Speaker 2: the right things. And yet that's not the way the
- 16:14Speaker 2: left is reacting to this at all. I'll get to
- 16:17Speaker 2: the reaction in a moment, but Kristi Noem gave us
- 16:19Speaker 2: more detail yesterday. Here's the DHS secretary. explaining exactly what
- 16:24Speaker 2: went down. Cut four, Kristi Noem, watch.
- 16:26Speaker 3: Because of the.
- 16:27Speaker 6: Adverse weather that Minneapolis has seen in recent snow, one
- 16:29Speaker 6: of the vehicles became stuck and ensnared in the snow.
- 16:33Speaker 6: Law enforcement were attempting to push out this vehicle, and
- 16:36Speaker 6: when a mob of agitators that were harassing them all
- 16:39Speaker 6: day began blocking them in, shouting at them, and impeding
- 16:43Speaker 6: law enforcement operations. ICE officers and agents approached the vehicle
- 16:48Speaker 6: of the individual in question, who was blocking the officers
- 16:51Speaker 6: in with her vehicle, and she had been stalking and
- 16:54Speaker 6: impeding their work all throughout the day. ICE agents repeatedly
- 16:58Speaker 6: ordered her to get out of the car and to
- 17:00Speaker 6: stop obstructing law enforcement, but she refused to obey their commands.
- 17:06Speaker 6: She then proceeded to weaponize her vehicle. and attempted to
- 17:09Speaker 6: run a law enforcement officer over. This appears as an
- 17:14Speaker 6: attempt to kill or to cause bodily harm to agents,
- 17:17Speaker 6: an act of domestic terrorism. The ICE officer fearing for
- 17:22Speaker 6: his life and the other officers around him and the
- 17:25Speaker 6: safety of the public fired defensive shots. He used his
- 17:28Speaker 6: training to save his own life and.
- 17:30Speaker 1: That of his colleagues.
- 17:33Speaker 2: What more do we need to know about this? I mean,
- 17:35Speaker 2: we can see it. It's all the video evidence is there.
- 17:37Speaker 2: You hear there from the DHS secretary. Is it sad? Yeah,
- 17:40Speaker 2: it's completely tragic. It's completely tragic that something like this
- 17:44Speaker 2: even happened. But that woman made a series of decisions
- 17:49Speaker 2: that led to her life ending. She's the one who
- 17:52Speaker 2: decided to menace the police and impede them. She's the
- 17:54Speaker 2: one who decided to ignore their orders to get out
- 17:57Speaker 2: of the road. She's the one who decided to ignore
- 17:59Speaker 2: their orders to get out of the car. And she's
- 18:01Speaker 2: the one who decided to accelerate directly into an ICE officer.
- 18:04Speaker 2: And now she's dead as a consequence of all of
- 18:06Speaker 2: those actions. If she had changed her mind and done
- 18:08Speaker 2: the right thing at any point in that sequence of events,
- 18:12Speaker 2: she would be alive today.
- 18:14Speaker 1: That's just true. So what led her to this state
- 18:17Speaker 1: of mind? How did she arrive at the point that
- 18:20Speaker 1: she thought driving through an ICE officer was the appropriate
- 18:24Speaker 1: course of action? Well, you can think Leaders on the
- 18:29Speaker 1: left for that. I'll tell you how they're reacting to
- 18:32Speaker 1: all of this in a moment. We'll go through it
- 18:35Speaker 1: because they are staging an insurrection in our country and
- 18:38Speaker 1: they are whipping the populace into a frenzy. It's demonic.
- 18:43Speaker 2: I've got the details ahead on this edition of Vince. Hey,
- 18:46Speaker 2: you know, winter hits and suddenly you'll be spending so

- 19:03Speaker 2: And every time Allison moved, I felt it. But Helix
- 19:07Speaker 2: fixed all of that. You see, we took their sleep quiz,
- 19:11Speaker 2: and it matched us up perfectly with the mattress that
- 19:14Speaker 2: I now love. And man, I sleep so much better now.

- 20:02Speaker 2: my sleep thank you um all right no we don't
- 20:06Speaker 2: have to worry about that anymore helix is great.
- 20:08Speaker 1: Okay So terrible event, terrible event.
- 20:14Speaker 2: And judging based on the woman's behavior, it looked like
- 20:16Speaker 2: she thought she didn't have to follow the law. She
- 20:18Speaker 2: could just do whatever she wanted. And the cops told
- 20:20Speaker 2: her to get out of the car. She's like, I'm
- 20:21Speaker 2: going to drive away. And she tried to drive directly
- 20:23Speaker 2: through an ICE officer.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Now she's dead.
- 20:26Speaker 2: And by the way, she's a 37 year old lefty.
- 20:29Speaker 2: This might not come as a surprise to you. She's
- 20:30Speaker 2: a 37 year old lefty. She's got pronouns in her bio.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Her wife was standing outside. In fact, captured one of
- 20:37Speaker 2: the videos. of all of this going down, which suggests,
- 20:41Speaker 2: of course, they were doing this in order to try
- 20:43Speaker 2: and get some sort of social media attention, in order
- 20:46Speaker 2: to demonize ICE, in order to treat them as Nazi
- 20:48Speaker 2: brown shirts, to suggest that they were doing something unethical, when,
- 20:52Speaker 2: of course, it's the people who are stopping ICE from
- 20:54Speaker 2: doing their jobs who are engaged in horrific behavior. And these,
- 21:00Speaker 2: so I played for you, I showed you a clip
- 21:02Speaker 2: from Jacob Fry earlier, I showed you his tweet, where
- 21:04Speaker 2: before he knew anything, he was demonizing ICE. He continued
- 21:08Speaker 2: that yesterday when he took to the microphone. Here he is,
- 21:11Speaker 2: cut five, attacking ICE, who were just attacked.
- 21:17Speaker 5: There's little I can say, again, that'll make this situation better.
- 21:22Speaker 5: But I do have a message for our community, for
- 21:25Speaker 5: our city. And I have a message for ICE. To ICE,
- 21:32Speaker 5: get the fuck out of Minneapolis. We do not want
- 21:36Speaker 5: you here. Your stated reason for being in this city
- 21:40Speaker 5: is to create some kind of safety and you are
- 21:42Speaker 5: doing exactly the opposite. People are being hurt. Families are
- 21:48Speaker 5: being ripped apart. Long-term Minneapolis residents that have contributed so
- 21:53Speaker 5: greatly to our city, to our culture, to our economy
- 21:57Speaker 5: are being terrorized and now somebody is dead. That's on you.
- 22:02Speaker 4: Okay.
- 22:05Speaker 2: So the way fish loser who runs Minneapolis is telling
- 22:08Speaker 2: ice to get the fuck out of the city. That's
- 22:10Speaker 2: that's his language. And apparently he went on CNN last night.
- 22:13Speaker 2: He's like, oh, don't be scandalized by that. You know,
- 22:15Speaker 2: that kind of thing.
- 22:17Speaker 1: You know something?
- 22:18Speaker 2: You're the one who needs to get out of that city.
- 22:21Speaker 2: You're the one who should be behind bars. You're the
- 22:23Speaker 2: one who's trying to whip up a full blown violent insurrection. Now,
- 22:27Speaker 2: if you're the mayor of a city, let me just
- 22:29Speaker 2: ask a core question, a core question. It doesn't matter
- 22:32Speaker 2: what your politics are. And something dramatic has just happened.
- 22:36Speaker 2: And you know that a fuse can be lit based
- 22:39Speaker 2: on the way you respond to it. What are you
- 22:43Speaker 2: called to do? You're called to bring the temperature down.
- 22:46Speaker 2: You're called to settle things out. Let's pretend for a
- 22:49Speaker 2: moment that the ice agent had done something wrong. Mayor
- 22:52Speaker 2: Fry's obligation is to try and calm the community, to
- 22:57Speaker 2: get the authorities involved and say justice will prevail. That's
- 23:01Speaker 2: his obligation. That's not what he did. He didn't rise
- 23:04Speaker 2: to the occasion. He stooped to the lowest possible form
- 23:09Speaker 2: of commentary. And he's whipping people into a frenzy. How
- 23:12Speaker 2: did that help Minneapolis?
- 23:14Speaker 1: It didn't.
- 23:14Speaker 2: Minneapolis instantly went to rioting last night. That rioting has
- 23:19Speaker 2: continued this morning. As we are speaking, ICE officers are
- 23:24Speaker 2: still being engaged in shoving matches with left-wing lunatics who
- 23:28Speaker 2: think that they've got some sort of sacred mission to
- 23:31Speaker 2: attack ICE. That's because of people like Mayor Jacob Fry,
- 23:34Speaker 2: who got up there and demonized the men and women
- 23:36Speaker 2: of law enforcement. And this is, you know, you, you,
- 23:41Speaker 2: You wonder, like, what do the cops in Minneapolis think
- 23:44Speaker 2: about all this? The guys who actually work in Minnesota.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Are they cool with this? Are they OK with this?
- 23:49Speaker 1: And some it.
- 23:50Speaker 2: Looks like some of the guys who are wearing badges
- 23:52Speaker 2: were standing near Jacob Fry. They seem to be doing
- 23:54Speaker 2: go along to get along in all of this. But
- 23:58Speaker 2: this is not the way that Minnesota police feel about this.
- 24:01Speaker 2: The Minnesota Police and Peace Officers Association released a statement
- 24:07Speaker 2: last night condemning these Democrats who continue to inflame this violence.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Here's the statement.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Minnesota Police and Peace Officers Association Interim Executive Director David
- 24:19Speaker 2: Titus saying, the Minnesota Police and Peace Officers Association stands
- 24:24Speaker 2: firmly behind law enforcement officers, accountability under the law, and
- 24:29Speaker 2: the safety of every Minnesota community. Irresponsible, reckless rhetoric from
- 24:34Speaker 2: political leaders attacking law enforcement advocates has real and dangerous
- 24:38Speaker 2: consequences for officers on the street. When officers are vilified, demonized,
- 24:42Speaker 2: or used as political props, it fuels hostility, emboldens bad actors,
- 24:46Speaker 2: and puts lives at risk. This agency called on leaders
- 24:50Speaker 2: to stop the inflammatory language and respect the legal and
- 24:53Speaker 2: investigative process.
- 24:55Speaker 1: And they're right.
- 24:56Speaker 2: Good for the Minnesota Police Association for simply stating the truth.
- 25:02Speaker 2: But Jacob Fry is not the only one who's playing
- 25:04Speaker 2: this stupid game. Tampon Tim Walz instantly starts blaming the
- 25:10Speaker 2: Trump administration for the violence of left-wing radicals that are
- 25:14Speaker 2: acting at his behest. Democrats like Tim Walz have spent
- 25:17Speaker 2: the last week at least, and for that matter, the
- 25:21Speaker 2: entire Trump administration, demonizing ICE. ICE has ramped up its
- 25:25Speaker 2: enforcement in Minnesota, and rightfully so. They've sent 2,000 agents
- 25:29Speaker 2: in recently, but Democrats have spent every waking moment attacking
- 25:34Speaker 2: them as Nazis and the Gestapo for being there. Here's
- 25:39Speaker 2: Tim Walz yesterday, blaming Trump for the actions of a
- 25:44Speaker 2: radical left-wing woman who was misled by Tim Walz.
- 25:48Speaker 7: We've been warning for weeks that the Trump administration's dangerous
- 25:52Speaker 7: sensationalized operations are a threat to our public safety, that
- 25:56Speaker 7: someone was going.
- 25:56Speaker 4: To get hurt.
- 25:57Speaker 7: Just yesterday, I said exactly that. What we're seeing is
- 26:01Speaker 7: the consequences of governance designed to generate fear, headlines, and conflict.
- 26:07Speaker 7: It's governing by reality TV. And today that recklessness cost
- 26:11Speaker 7: someone their life. I've reached out to Secretary of Homeland
- 26:14Speaker 7: Security Kristi Noem, and I'm waiting to hear back. Donald
- 26:17Speaker 7: Trump and his administration may not care much about Minnesota.
- 26:19Speaker 7: That's been pretty evident. But we love this state. We
- 26:23Speaker 7: won't let them tear us apart. We'll not turn against
- 26:25Speaker 7: each other. To Minnesotans, I say this. I feel your anger.
- 26:29Speaker 4: I'm angry.
- 26:32Speaker 7: They want to show. We can't give it to them.
- 26:35Speaker 2: You know, everything that comes out of that guy's mouth
- 26:37Speaker 2: is a lie. This idea that somehow it's the Trump
- 26:39Speaker 2: administration that made things unsafe.
- 26:41Speaker 1: No, it was you. It's you.
- 26:43Speaker 2: By lying to the populace. I don't know how many
- 26:46Speaker 2: Democrats you know in your life, or maybe you're connected
- 26:49Speaker 2: to them via social media, or perhaps you just see
- 26:51Speaker 2: the social media commentary. Do you know how many just
- 26:54Speaker 2: average Democrat voting Americans right now think that ICE is
- 26:58Speaker 2: composed of Nazis?
- 27:00Speaker 1: Have you seen any of this?
- 27:02Speaker 2: Who truly believe that ICE agents are doing something menacing, unlawful, unconstitutional,
- 27:07Speaker 2: and evil, as if they're just driving around the streets
- 27:09Speaker 2: of America, rounding up American citizens, and deporting us from
- 27:13Speaker 2: our own country. It's vile, and it's led to an 1,800%
- 27:19Speaker 2: increase in assaults on ICE agents in our country. We've
- 27:23Speaker 2: seen assassination attempts repeatedly on ICE agents and Border Patrol agencies.
- 27:30Speaker 2: We've seen massive percentage increases. I think it's 8,000% increases
- 27:34Speaker 2: in death threats against the men and women of federal
- 27:37Speaker 2: law enforcement. And that's because of people like Tim Walz.
- 27:41Speaker 2: That's because Democrat leaders are irresponsibly fomenting insurrection and they
- 27:48Speaker 2: are grooming their voters into believing that the people who
- 27:53Speaker 2: are on the side of decency are actually the evildoers.
- 27:57Speaker 2: Then that's how you end up with a woman parked
- 27:59Speaker 2: in the middle of the street trying to obstruct ICE
- 28:02Speaker 2: and then trying to run an ICE officer over is
- 28:05Speaker 2: because Tim Walz filled a weak-minded woman with that thought.
- 28:11Speaker 2: And now he's trying to pass the blame for what
- 28:13Speaker 2: he did. It is disgusting. And it's my opinion that
- 28:20Speaker 2: it is far past time for President Trump to actually
- 28:23Speaker 2: invoke the Insurrection Act to bring peace to America's cities.
- 28:27Speaker 2: The president has this tool at his disposal. And he's
- 28:30Speaker 2: often talked about it, in fact, that I can do this.
- 28:34Speaker 2: I have this available to me.
- 28:36Speaker 1: And he should.
- 28:37Speaker 2: In fact, invoking the Insurrection Act has been a feature
- 28:41Speaker 2: in American history almost entirely in the face of recalcitrant
- 28:45Speaker 2: Democrat governors, people like Arkansas's Orval Faubus or Alabama's George Wallace.
- 28:50Speaker 2: Over and over and over again, Democrats who refuse to
- 28:53Speaker 2: treat people decently, to abide by the law, to respect
- 28:57Speaker 2: the people of the United States and the Constitution have
- 29:01Speaker 2: had to be stopped by the use of the Insurrection Act. 1943,
- 29:04Speaker 2: you get the Detroit race riot. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt
- 29:09Speaker 2: has to go in there. That's a Democrat governor at
- 29:11Speaker 2: the time.
- 29:13Speaker 1: 1957, Little Rock integration crisis.
- 29:14Speaker 2: President Dwight Eisenhower has to invoke the Insurrection Act.
- 29:19Speaker 1: 1962 at Ole Miss, John F.
- 29:20Speaker 2: Kennedy has to invoke the Insurrection Act.
- 29:24Speaker 1: 1963, again in Alabama, John F.
- 29:26Speaker 2: Kennedy, has to invoke the Insurrection Act to stop people
- 29:29Speaker 2: who were trying to prevent integration. Selma to Montgomery March
- 29:34Speaker 2: in 1965, President LBJ invokes the Insurrection Act. In Detroit
- 29:38Speaker 2: in 1967, the Long Hot Summer Riot, you get LBJ
- 29:43Speaker 2: once again invoking the Insurrection Act. 1968, he does it
- 29:46Speaker 2: again in the wake of Martin Luther King's assassination, riots
- 29:50Speaker 2: in our country. Ronald Reagan does it in 1987 in
- 29:54Speaker 2: Georgia during an Atlanta prison riot. And in 1992, George H.W.
- 29:59Speaker 2: Bush invoked the Insurrection Act in the wake of the L.A. riots,
- 30:02Speaker 2: in the midst of the L.A.
- 30:04Speaker 1: Riots. What are we witnessing now?
- 30:06Speaker 2: We're witnessing mob rule that's spurred upon by governors who
- 30:13Speaker 2: want it to happen and refuse to stop it. So
- 30:16Speaker 2: what are we going to do about it? The president's
- 30:19Speaker 2: got options. Let's see if he uses them. Tim Walz
- 30:23Speaker 2: claims that he's terrified that President Trump is going to
- 30:25Speaker 2: use the Insurrection Act, and he even knows that his
- 30:28Speaker 2: base is violent. Here he is, cut eight, saying this yesterday.
- 30:34Speaker 8: Don't take the bait. Do not take the bait. Do
- 30:37Speaker 8: not allow them to deploy federal troops into here. Do
- 30:41Speaker 8: not allow them to invoke the Insurrection Act. Do not
- 30:44Speaker 8: allow them to declare martial law. Do not allow them
- 30:47Speaker 8: to lie about the security and the decency of this state.
- 30:51Speaker 8: And let's let this investigation play itself out. Let's make
- 30:54Speaker 8: sure we protect our neighbors. I encourage you to use
- 30:57Speaker 8: your First Amendment rights and all of your constitutional rights,
- 31:00Speaker 8: but do so in a peaceful manner.
- 31:03Speaker 2: So he knows, you see, he knows how violent his
- 31:06Speaker 2: base is. So rather than calm down their passions, rather
- 31:13Speaker 2: than tell them the truth, rather than stand with law enforcement,
- 31:17Speaker 2: Tim Walz instead spreads the lie and then crosses his
- 31:21Speaker 2: fingers that maybe violence won't happen because it could be
- 31:25Speaker 2: a predicate to the Insurrection Act. He is an absolute
- 31:28Speaker 2: dumpster fire. This guy is garbage. He's utter garbage. And
- 31:33Speaker 2: yet he's the governor of that state. And that's why
- 31:37Speaker 2: that state's in complete disarray. I've got more on that
- 31:39Speaker 2: subject coming up. We'll talk about that. But Julie Kelly
- 31:43Speaker 2: is just moments away. I have to chat with her
- 31:45Speaker 2: as well, get her reaction and everything that's going on.
- 31:47Speaker 2: It's all ahead on this edition of Vince. I'm glad
- 31:49Speaker 2: you're here with us. Hey, are you worried about upcoming
- 31:52Speaker 2: credit card bills at all? After the holidays? A lot
- 31:55Speaker 2: of people do get worried about that.
- 31:56Speaker 1: It makes sense. You know, these credit card interest rates
- 31:58Speaker 1: are insane. Insane. 20%, 30%. It's too much.
- 32:03Speaker 2: Now, if you're a homeowner, there's no better time than
- 32:05Speaker 2: right now to call American Financing and wipe out that debt.
- 32:08Speaker 2: You can eliminate stress for yourself and set up a
- 32:10Speaker 2: very strong 2026. The Fed just dropped rates for the

- 34:34Speaker 4: Hey, Vince, how are you? Happy New Year. Thanks for
- 34:36Speaker 4: having me on.
- 34:37Speaker 1: Happy New Year to you.
- 34:39Speaker 2: Let me just get your reaction first and foremost to
- 34:41Speaker 2: what we just saw yesterday in Minneapolis and the way
- 34:44Speaker 2: the Democrats, rather than calm things down, are trying to
- 34:48Speaker 2: stoke to a greater extent the ongoing insurrection at the
- 34:52Speaker 2: hands of the American left.
- 34:54Speaker 4: It's just stunning the reversal within a 24-hour period, Vince.
- 34:59Speaker 4: You had Democrats spending the entire day on January 6th,
- 35:03Speaker 4: on Tuesday, holding hearings, talking about domestic terrorists who were J6ers,
- 35:09Speaker 4: most of whom, almost nearly all of them, peacefully protesting
- 35:14Speaker 4: at the Capitol, entering a public building on a Wednesday afternoon,
- 35:18Speaker 4: nonetheless hunted down by the Biden DOJ and FBI, more
- 35:23Speaker 4: than at least 1,600 arrested and charged before, of course,
- 35:28Speaker 4: the president took office. You had a candlelight vigil held
- 35:32Speaker 4: by Democratic leaders on the steps of the Capitol Tuesday night,
- 35:37Speaker 4: promoting the lie that police officers were killed as a
- 35:41Speaker 4: result of January 6th. We already know that that's one
- 35:44Speaker 4: of the biggest lies. And then less than 24 hours later,
- 35:48Speaker 4: they are defending a woman, an obviously deranged woman, who
- 35:53Speaker 4: tried to use her SUV, appears to have out-of-state plates
- 35:57Speaker 4: darkened windows, is leading an effort to obstruct an ICE operation,
- 36:04Speaker 4: then uses her car to drive into a federal officer
- 36:09Speaker 4: who then shoots and kills her. Now the Democrats call
- 36:13Speaker 4: that a murder. Of course, since that didn't apply to
- 36:16Speaker 4: Ashley Babbitt, she wasn't murdered. That was justified, according to Democrats.
- 36:21Speaker 4: And now, yes, to your point, stoking more potential violence,
- 36:25Speaker 4: endangering the lives of ICE officers and others involved in
- 36:29Speaker 4: the removal of illegal aliens from our country. None of
- 36:33Speaker 4: this makes sense except the Democrats have nothing else to
- 36:36Speaker 4: run on and they continue to escalate this very dangerous
- 36:40Speaker 4: political climate in our country.
- 36:42Speaker 2: So you mentioned Ashley Babbitt and Ashley Babbitt had no
- 36:46Speaker 2: weapon in her hands, correct? When she was inside the
- 36:48Speaker 2: Capitol building and gunned down by Michael Byrd. The woman
- 36:53Speaker 2: who was driving that vehicle yesterday, she drove it directly
- 36:56Speaker 2: into an ICE officer. And I think you would agree
- 36:59Speaker 2: a driving a vehicle, a vehicle is a deadly weapon
- 37:02Speaker 2: when used in that way.
- 37:03Speaker 1: Correct.
- 37:04Speaker 2: Correct. OK, so one of the headlines I'm seeing today,
- 37:07Speaker 2: I'm seeing a lot of is that ICE killed an
- 37:10Speaker 2: unarmed woman, Julie, yesterday. They're claiming that an unarmed woman
- 37:15Speaker 2: was just killed yesterday. by a federal immigration officer, that's
- 37:20Speaker 2: designed to both, I think, lie to the audience and
- 37:22Speaker 2: to prejudice their judgments towards what just took place.
- 37:27Speaker 4: Correct. I mean, of course, an SUV of that nature,
- 37:31Speaker 4: any vehicle is a potential deadly weapon. So how can
- 37:36Speaker 4: you call her unarmed? I mean, most Americans who saw
- 37:39Speaker 4: that video who hear Democrats and others in the media
- 37:43Speaker 4: saying that she was unarmed, this innocent 37-year-old woman who's
- 37:46Speaker 4: a mother of three. Well, then why are you endangering
- 37:50Speaker 4: your life, the life of your children, the well-being of
- 37:53Speaker 4: your children, to interfere in this ICE operation?
- 37:58Speaker 1: Yes.
- 37:59Speaker 4: So, yes, Ashley Babbitt, 5'2, tiny little thing, climbing or
- 38:03Speaker 4: attempting to go through a window because a mob was
- 38:05Speaker 4: behind her, executed at near point-blank range By Michael Byrd.
- 38:11Speaker 4: And then remember, Vince, as the doxing of this ICE
- 38:14Speaker 4: agent continues and his face is splashed all over social media,
- 38:19Speaker 4: Michael Byrd was allowed to hide out for months at
- 38:23Speaker 4: the expense of taxpayers and allowed him to hide his
- 38:29Speaker 4: identity and take responsibility for what he did.
- 38:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 38:34Speaker 2: Michael Byrd, wasn't he give some sort of like congressional
- 38:37Speaker 2: commendation or something to I mean, like they He was promoted. Yeah,
- 38:41Speaker 2: Democrats treated him like he was a hero. And meanwhile,
- 38:46Speaker 2: they're demonizing this ICE agent. Mayor Jacob Fry of Minneapolis yesterday,
- 38:50Speaker 2: before we saw any evidence of anything, said that ICE
- 38:53Speaker 2: needed to get out of Minneapolis. It was ICE's fault.
- 38:55Speaker 2: He knew nothing about it, and he said it was
- 38:57Speaker 2: ICE's fault. And then he saw the video, and then
- 38:59Speaker 2: he would subsequently say that ICE needs to get the
- 39:01Speaker 2: F out of Minnesota. which the scumbag Jimmy Kimmel then
- 39:06Speaker 2: promoted last night.
- 39:07Speaker 1: On his little watched television show.
- 39:10Speaker 2: And then the governor of the state, Tim Walz, is
- 39:14Speaker 2: blaming Donald Trump for the actions of violent, radical left-wing agitators.
- 39:20Speaker 2: They seem pretty wedded to the insurrection, Julie. What can
- 39:23Speaker 2: we do about this?
- 39:25Speaker 4: I mean, Tim Walz said that basically his state was
- 39:29Speaker 4: at war with the federal government. I mean, these sort
- 39:33Speaker 4: of comments cannot go without consequence by this DOJ and
- 39:38Speaker 4: the Department of Homeland Security. I posted this yesterday, Vince.
- 39:42Speaker 4: The Biden DOJ and its lawfare against the president and
- 39:45Speaker 4: against Jay Sixers created new case law for statutes like
- 39:49Speaker 4: seditious conspiracy, which two dozen Jay Sixers, members of the
- 39:54Speaker 4: Proud Boys and Oath Keepers who are veterans and former
- 39:58Speaker 4: police officers, and in some instances helped police on January 6th,
- 40:03Speaker 4: didn't try to run them over, tried to help them. Nonetheless,
- 40:06Speaker 4: charged with this Civil War era statute, updated it and
- 40:11Speaker 4: allowed it to apply to American citizens who they say
- 40:14Speaker 4: were using force to try to interfere and impede a
- 40:18Speaker 4: government function. Well, if we can apply what the Biden
- 40:22Speaker 4: DOJ did to J6ers for seditious conspiracy, believe me, after
- 40:27Speaker 4: covering those cases, the jury instructions, and what the judges said,
- 40:31Speaker 4: this more than applies to people who are interfering with
- 40:35Speaker 4: ICE operations, using their vehicles to do so, and high-ranking
- 40:39Speaker 4: elected officials who are stoking that sort of violence. Even
- 40:43Speaker 4: if they didn't participate in it, Enrique Tarrio wasn't even
- 40:47Speaker 4: in Washington, D.C.
- 40:48Speaker 1: Nonetheless, he was.
- 40:49Speaker 4: Charged with a seditious conspiracy and got sentenced to 22
- 40:52Speaker 4: years in prison.
- 40:53Speaker 1: You're exactly right.
- 40:54Speaker 2: And there's there's one other element here that that I
- 40:56Speaker 2: think is directly correlated. The left has been trying to
- 41:00Speaker 2: blame Donald Trump for the events of January 6th, claiming
- 41:02Speaker 2: that he incited a riot in the building.
- 41:05Speaker 1: He incited an attack on the Capitol. That was the
- 41:08Speaker 1: frame up.
- 41:09Speaker 2: And in fact, it went so far as Jack Smith
- 41:11Speaker 2: leading an entire prosecution against President Trump on this basis.
- 41:15Speaker 2: So if it's good enough to try and go after
- 41:17Speaker 2: President Trump on the thinnest of pretexts, by the way,
- 41:19Speaker 2: when he says people should go patriotic and peacefully to
- 41:21Speaker 2: the Capitol, then why isn't it good enough to go
- 41:24Speaker 2: after people like Tim Walz or Jacob Frey, who straight
- 41:28Speaker 2: up lie about ISIS activities in the service of whipping
- 41:32Speaker 2: up violence against them?
- 41:35Speaker 4: It's hard to see how it does not apply. You
- 41:37Speaker 4: are correct. Not only did a They use the president's
- 41:41Speaker 4: comments or ignore the president's comments at the Ellipse, go
- 41:44Speaker 4: peacefully and patriotically. When I covered the Proud Boys trial,
- 41:49Speaker 4: during closing arguments, the lead prosecutor used President Trump's offhanded
- 41:54Speaker 4: comments in a debate against Joe Biden in October of 2020.
- 41:58Speaker 4: Remember where he said after he was prompted by Chris Wallace, OK,
- 42:02Speaker 4: Proud Boys, stand back and stand by. The government repeatedly
- 42:06Speaker 4: used that comment, that offhanded comment, as proof, again, that
- 42:10Speaker 4: the president directed the Proud Boys to organize. Idiocy.
- 42:14Speaker 1: Just idiocy.
- 42:15Speaker 2: I mean, remember, the question was, do you want the
- 42:18Speaker 2: Proud Boys to stand down? Will you order them to
- 42:20Speaker 2: stand down? And he goes, stand back, stand by. It's literally,
- 42:23Speaker 2: settle down, don't do anything violent. And by the way,
- 42:25Speaker 2: wait until I'm president.
- 42:26Speaker 1: It's going to be great.
- 42:27Speaker 2: That's obvious what he's saying. And yet that was turned into, oh,
- 42:31Speaker 2: he's calling for violence. These people are disgusting, Julie.
- 42:36Speaker 3: They are.
- 42:36Speaker 4: And so what I'm arguing is that the rules that
- 42:39Speaker 4: the Biden DOJ established now need to be turned around
- 42:44Speaker 4: and applied in the same manner to the people who
- 42:47Speaker 4: are creating far more dangerous situation in this country over
- 42:52Speaker 4: a period of months. So they need to be held accountable.
- 42:57Speaker 4: We are really at an escalation point here. And when
- 43:01Speaker 4: you have Tim Walz and no one's happier about what happened.
- 43:05Speaker 4: on Wednesday than Tim Walz, because they were holding hearings
- 43:08Speaker 4: in Washington on Wednesday about the Somali fraud in his state.
- 43:13Speaker 4: He had to pull out of the race for reelection
- 43:16Speaker 4: because of that. And now he and the mayor, Jacob Fry,
- 43:20Speaker 4: see an opportunity to pivot away from that scandal, that
- 43:25Speaker 4: $ 19 billion scandal in his state, and now use this
- 43:29Speaker 4: to re-energize themselves, reestablish themselves. and then, of course, attack
- 43:34Speaker 4: Donald Trump and his administration.
- 43:36Speaker 2: In 2020, we saw a similar conflagration in Minneapolis in
- 43:40Speaker 2: the nature of the George Floyd riots. And they were
- 43:45Speaker 2: used as a political tool to try and sow chaos
- 43:49Speaker 2: and so that the populace would vote against Trump.
- 43:51Speaker 1: It's as simple as that.
- 43:52Speaker 2: If people feel like their lives are unstable, they oftentimes
- 43:55Speaker 2: will hold the person who's ultimately in charge accountable. It's
- 43:58Speaker 2: a presidential election. The left used chaos in the United
- 44:01Speaker 2: States as an election rigging scheme against Trump. Do you
- 44:05Speaker 2: anticipate that this is what we could get more of
- 44:07Speaker 2: this year going into the midterms? Like, in other words,
- 44:09Speaker 2: as we speak right now, Julie, there's riding going on
- 44:12Speaker 2: in Minneapolis. You have people left wingers who are shoving
- 44:15Speaker 2: ICE agents trying to impede them from doing their jobs.
- 44:18Speaker 2: Do you think it's possible or even likely that we'll
- 44:21Speaker 2: see a lot more of this going into the summer?
- 44:24Speaker 4: I mean, it's hard to see where this doesn't continue.
- 44:28Speaker 4: The president and Kristi Noem are not going to back
- 44:30Speaker 4: down from following federal law to remove illegal aliens. Vince,
- 44:36Speaker 4: there's a much bigger question here at play. Why do
- 44:39Speaker 4: these Democrats and the media who so sympathetically cover these
- 44:45Speaker 4: illegals like Kilmer Abrego Garcia and the people here who
- 44:50Speaker 4: are promoting the Palestinian terrorists who are on campuses organizing
- 44:59Speaker 4: the same sort of terror activities. But why do they
- 45:02Speaker 4: want illegal immigrants in our country? It just, we know why,
- 45:07Speaker 4: so they can get IDs and so they can vote
- 45:09Speaker 4: and so they can help feather the nest of the
- 45:12Speaker 4: Democratic Party, including Tim Walz. But no one seems to
- 45:16Speaker 4: want to answer that question. How else do you remove
- 45:20Speaker 4: illegal aliens? This is the only way to do it, unfortunately,
- 45:23Speaker 4: especially if they are not showing up for court appearances.
- 45:27Speaker 4: The president has given them multiple opportunities to leave voluntarily,
- 45:32Speaker 4: to pay them to leave. So why do they want
- 45:35Speaker 4: to keep at least 10, 12 illegal immigrants in our country?
- 45:40Speaker 4: It just defies common sense. So that's a much bigger
- 45:44Speaker 4: question that I hope Republicans will keep pushing this year,
- 45:47Speaker 4: not just the ICE operations, But why do they want
- 45:50Speaker 4: illegal immigrants in this country costing us money, committing crimes
- 45:57Speaker 4: and avoiding responsibility and accountability as the rest of us
- 46:00Speaker 4: have to face?
- 46:02Speaker 1: OK, two final questions for you.
- 46:03Speaker 2: The first is I think it's time for President Trump
- 46:06Speaker 2: to invoke the Insurrection Act for real.
- 46:09Speaker 1: I know he's talked about it a lot. It is
- 46:11Speaker 1: available to him under the law.
- 46:12Speaker 2: It's a longstanding law in the United States of America
- 46:14Speaker 2: has been used many times by presidents. I think it's
- 46:17Speaker 2: long overdue for him just to fully exercise his constitutional
- 46:21Speaker 2: power here, because I'm not really sure what other recourse
- 46:23Speaker 2: we have, Julie.
- 46:24Speaker 1: Do you think now is the time?
- 46:27Speaker 4: I think it's definitely something that should be on the table. Absolutely.
- 46:31Speaker 4: I mean, I know the president talked about that in 2020.
- 46:33Speaker 4: He was talked out of it by Attorney General Bill
- 46:36Speaker 4: Barr and others in the military. So I'm sure no
- 46:40Speaker 4: one around him now is trying to talk him out
- 46:42Speaker 4: of it. However, Vince. Keep in mind the weakness of
- 46:47Speaker 4: the Republican Party in Washington, D.C. How many senators and
- 46:51Speaker 4: House members spoke up about what happened yesterday? I did
- 46:55Speaker 4: not see a lot of reaction. I did not see
- 46:58Speaker 4: a lot of our Republican senators and congressmen come to
- 47:01Speaker 4: the defense of this ICE agent and these operations in general.
- 47:05Speaker 4: Maybe I missed it. I sure saw a lot of
- 47:07Speaker 4: Democrats posting about it. But the weakness of the Republicans
- 47:12Speaker 4: in Washington are... are hindering the president from moving forward
- 47:17Speaker 4: on a lot of these measures. And so I think
- 47:20Speaker 4: that they will be the ones trying to talk him
- 47:23Speaker 4: out of it because it is a drastic step. Is
- 47:25Speaker 4: it necessary? It appears that there really is no other
- 47:28Speaker 4: alternative at this point.
- 47:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 47:30Speaker 1: By the way, J.D.
- 47:31Speaker 2: Vance has been a standout in the last 24 hours
- 47:34Speaker 2: coming to the defense of ICE agents. And remember, I
- 47:37Speaker 2: just want to remind people of something really clear in
- 47:39Speaker 2: terms of a comparison. In the Biden era, remember when
- 47:42Speaker 2: Border Patrol agents were being wrongly accused of whipping Haitian
- 47:47Speaker 2: migrants on the border? Joe Biden, Alejandro Mayorkas, Kamala Harris,
- 47:51Speaker 2: they all jumped in on the side of the lie.
- 47:54Speaker 2: They said this had echoes of slavery. Look, you have
- 47:57Speaker 2: a person on horseback whipping a black person.
- 48:00Speaker 1: It was disgusting. It was all a lie.
- 48:02Speaker 2: And they didn't side with law enforcement, who was just
- 48:04Speaker 2: doing their job, by the way, not whipping anybody. And
- 48:07Speaker 2: then now you get Democrats once again, rooting against law
- 48:10Speaker 2: enforcement and the Trump administration, JD Vance instantly saying, no, no, no,
- 48:15Speaker 2: there's abundant evidence that this officer did the right thing.
- 48:18Speaker 2: And we stand with him and we stand with ice.
- 48:20Speaker 2: Just great to see what a, what a breath of
- 48:21Speaker 2: fresh air, uh, before we let you go, Julie, um,
- 48:25Speaker 2: one last thing, a big, big news in, in our world,
- 48:27Speaker 2: Dan Bongino is returning to his podcast. I know you've
- 48:30Speaker 2: been friends with Dan for, for many years. Um, What
- 48:34Speaker 2: are you looking forward to as Dan starts doing two
- 48:36Speaker 2: hours a day beginning in early February?
- 48:41Speaker 4: Well, first of all, I love being on your show
- 48:44Speaker 4: and you are just one of the best in the business.
- 48:46Speaker 4: I've always said this to you even when we were
- 48:48Speaker 4: chatting on WMAL. So I know that you are excited
- 48:53Speaker 4: to have Dan back as well. Obviously, I think like
- 48:56Speaker 4: most people, we want to hear the inside scoop about
- 48:59Speaker 4: what's been happening at the FBI, what he discovered. What
- 49:02Speaker 4: he tried to accomplish and couldn't because of this institutional
- 49:06Speaker 4: corruption at the FBI. What he thinks needs to be done,
- 49:11Speaker 4: because I'll tell you, Vince, despite the really hard efforts
- 49:15Speaker 4: of Dan and Kash Patel, it is hard to see
- 49:17Speaker 4: how this FBI is salvageable. at this point. And we
- 49:21Speaker 4: had new documents posted this week by Senator Rand Paul,
- 49:24Speaker 4: 70 pages of records related to an investigation into a
- 49:27Speaker 4: completely innocent woman. You and I talked about this on
- 49:30Speaker 4: the radio the other day. I mean, what this FBI
- 49:33Speaker 4: was up to for four years, it's hard to see
- 49:36Speaker 4: how it can be significantly reformed in a way that
- 49:39Speaker 4: can earn back the trust of the American people, especially
- 49:42Speaker 4: the political right. So that's what I would like to
- 49:44Speaker 4: hear from Dan. And I'm sure he will have a
- 49:47Speaker 4: lot of juicy tidbits for us to nibble on and
- 49:51Speaker 4: also just hear about his experience there. Yes.
- 49:55Speaker 2: No, he had a big task that he undertook there,
- 49:57Speaker 2: and he'll be able to give us a real perspective
- 49:59Speaker 2: of what it's like on the inside.
- 50:01Speaker 1: Hey, Julie, thank you as always. You're great. Really appreciate
- 50:03Speaker 1: your time today.
- 50:04Speaker 4: You too, Vince. Thanks.
- 50:05Speaker 3: All right.
- 50:05Speaker 2: There's Julie Kelly. And I am looking forward to to
- 50:09Speaker 2: what's going on with Dan.
- 50:10Speaker 9: All right.
- 50:11Speaker 1: And for those of you, if you're joining us live
- 50:13Speaker 1: late here in the program, if you're wondering, Rick, what's
- 50:16Speaker 1: going to happen to Vince? Never fear. I'm with you.
- 50:19Speaker 1: We'll give you more details on that. That's coming. But
- 50:21Speaker 1: we're here to stay. I promise you that.
- 50:23Speaker 3: Okay.
- 50:24Speaker 2: Let's see here. I need to tell you some other
- 50:27Speaker 2: Minnesota news. You heard Julie just mention a moment ago
- 50:31Speaker 2: that there was a big hearing in Congress yesterday, a
- 50:34Speaker 2: big hearing in Congress yesterday about all the fraud that's
- 50:36Speaker 2: been going on in Minnesota. And one of the absolute
- 50:40Speaker 2: standouts in Congress, we spend a lot of time picking
- 50:43Speaker 2: on everybody who deserves to be picked on in Congress.
- 50:45Speaker 2: One of the absolute standouts is a young Texas congressman
- 50:47Speaker 2: by the name of Brandon Gill.
- 50:49Speaker 1: We've had him here on this program. We've had him
- 50:50Speaker 1: on the radio show a bunch of times. He's great.
- 50:53Speaker 2: And yesterday, he very effectively used his time to demonstrate
- 51:00Speaker 2: that the United States should have never opened its arms,
- 51:04Speaker 2: and for that matter, our checkbooks, whether we knew it
- 51:06Speaker 2: or not, to Somalis.
- 51:09Speaker 1: Who came into the country and robbed us blind.
- 51:12Speaker 2: And Brandon Gill yesterday asked one of the experts who
- 51:15Speaker 2: was sitting there, let me just ask you a core question.
- 51:18Speaker 2: Has the Somali population in Minnesota made Minnesota stronger or
- 51:23Speaker 2: made it weaker?
- 51:25Speaker 1: Watch this exchange. Cut seven.
- 51:29Speaker 9: Large-scale Somali immigration make Minnesota stronger or weaker?
- 51:34Speaker 1: Certainly stronger. Certainly stronger.
- 51:36Speaker 9: Do you know what percentage of Somali-headed households in Minnesota
- 51:39Speaker 9: are on food stamps?
- 51:41Speaker 4: No.
- 51:41Speaker 9: Fifty-four percent. Do you know what that number is for
- 51:44Speaker 9: native Minnesota-headed households?
- 51:46Speaker 8: Well, to be clear, a majority of the.
- 51:49Speaker 9: It's seven percent. There's a big difference between 54 percent
- 51:52Speaker 9: and 7 percent, is there not?
- 51:53Speaker 1: Excuse me, sir.
- 51:53Speaker 9: Could I answer the question? Let me move on. We've
- 51:56Speaker 9: got a lot of questions here. What percentage of Somali-headed
- 51:59Speaker 9: households in Minnesota are on Medicaid?
- 52:01Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 52:02Speaker 9: It's 73%. Do you know what that number is for
- 52:04Speaker 9: Minnesota native households?
- 52:07Speaker 5: Again, you're using the phrase Minnesota native households.
- 52:10Speaker 9: The number is 18%. That's quite an astounding difference. Can
- 52:15Speaker 9: I answer the question, please? Let me ask you one more,
- 52:17Speaker 9: and then we can go on to that. What percentage
- 52:19Speaker 9: of Somali-headed households are on welfare in general?
- 52:22Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 52:22Speaker 9: It's 81%.
- 52:23Speaker 1: And that just continued, by the way.
- 52:28Speaker 2: That's only a small fraction of the beatdown that Brandon
- 52:31Speaker 2: Gill gave that guy yesterday in the hearing. And as
- 52:34Speaker 2: Brandon Gill points out correctly, Somali immigration into Minnesota, or
- 52:39Speaker 2: for that matter, any other state, has not improved the
- 52:42Speaker 2: United States.
- 52:43Speaker 1: Hasn't made Minnesota stronger.
- 52:46Speaker 2: This is a bumper sticker expression that's been wielded by
- 52:49Speaker 2: the American left and ingested by too many Americans for
- 52:52Speaker 2: way too long. This idea that diversity is our strength
- 52:55Speaker 2: or immigration is our strength or immigration makes us stronger.
- 52:58Speaker 2: Diversity makes us stronger.
- 53:00Speaker 1: None of that is true. Not on its face. Are
- 53:04Speaker 1: those things tools towards a greater end? Yeah, potentially.
- 53:08Speaker 2: Wise immigration policy can make our country stronger. Diverse opinions
- 53:13Speaker 2: and different ways of thinking can make our country stronger.
- 53:17Speaker 2: But fundamentally, the thing that makes us stronger is a
- 53:20Speaker 2: shared sense of purpose and appreciation for the country, assimilation
- 53:23Speaker 2: into the mission, pride in country.
- 53:26Speaker 1: Those are the things that make us stronger.
- 53:28Speaker 2: Focusing on caring for the people who live here instead
- 53:31Speaker 2: of just treating them like garbage and then importing new populations.
- 53:35Speaker 1: That makes us weaker, actually. And it makes us sad
- 53:39Speaker 1: and hollowed out.
- 53:41Speaker 2: Which is why so many Americans keep voting for Donald
- 53:43Speaker 2: Trump with each passing election.
- 53:45Speaker 1: Because.
- 53:46Speaker 2: We are done with that shit, as Pete Hegseth would say.
- 53:50Speaker 1: We're done with that. No more of that. We're done
- 53:53Speaker 1: with that shit. Yeah, that's right. So Brandon Gill gets
- 53:57Speaker 1: up there yesterday and.
- 53:59Speaker 2: He asks some really basic questions. Just really fundamental. This
- 54:04Speaker 2: is like a Socratic exercise where he just asks, has
- 54:07Speaker 2: it made us stronger? Yes, it has, says the person
- 54:10Speaker 2: whose mind is still locked in the matrix. And then
- 54:14Speaker 2: he goes, okay, let's explore that. How many are on welfare?
- 54:18Speaker 2: How many are on Medicaid? How many are drawing public
- 54:21Speaker 2: benefits and not on net providing to the state of Minnesota?
- 54:26Speaker 2: And the answer is almost everybody. Almost everybody is taking
- 54:31Speaker 2: and not giving. And not only are they legally taking
- 54:35Speaker 2: the form of welfare programs that do go to legal
- 54:38Speaker 2: immigrants or American citizens, like many of the Somalis who
- 54:41Speaker 2: are now in Minnesota. but they're also illegally taking in
- 54:45Speaker 2: the form of the immense fraud that Keith Ellison and
- 54:49Speaker 2: Tim Walls and Jacob Freilich happened to their state. You know,
- 54:52Speaker 2: yesterday on the radio program, I was playing audio of
- 54:56Speaker 2: Keith Ellison. There's audio from last year, audio from early
- 54:59Speaker 2: last year of Keith Ellison caught on tape telling soon
- 55:06Speaker 2: to be political donors that he would work to relieve
- 55:12Speaker 2: the investigations into Somali fraudsters. Those political donors would go
- 55:17Speaker 2: on to become convicted in the Feed Our Future fraud,
- 55:22Speaker 2: which is the state feeding program that was stealing, the
- 55:27Speaker 2: food program that was just really, in the end, a
- 55:29Speaker 2: theft operation, stealing from taxpayers and not feeding hungry people.
- 55:34Speaker 2: Keith Ellison was working to protect them. And in the audio,
- 55:37Speaker 2: he says, Tim Walz shares my view. In other words,
- 55:41Speaker 2: that Somalis are being needlessly hassled by investigators who are
- 55:45Speaker 2: looking into any of this.
- 55:47Speaker 1: And I'm going to make it go.
- 55:47Speaker 2: Away, says Keith Ellison, as he declares that even just
- 55:51Speaker 2: a phone call from the attorney general's office is enough
- 55:55Speaker 2: to scare people away from what they're up to, in
- 55:59Speaker 2: this case, investigating the Somalis. And what do they say
- 56:02Speaker 2: in the conversation? Well, we're prepared to make a big
- 56:05Speaker 2: contribution to you. And Keith Ellison responds, money is freedom.
- 56:12Speaker 2: money is freedom. What does that mean? When the attorney
- 56:15Speaker 2: general of the state in his own offices is meeting
- 56:17Speaker 2: with political donors and they're trying to get pressure relieved
- 56:20Speaker 2: on them because there's a well predicated investigation into their activities.
- 56:26Speaker 2: And the attorney general goes, well, money is freedom. What
- 56:28Speaker 2: he's telling them is you give me money and I
- 56:32Speaker 2: will make your problems go away. He's a mobster is
- 56:36Speaker 2: what he is. And he implicated Tim Walls in it.
- 56:39Speaker 2: In other words, what should happen is these guys should
- 56:43Speaker 2: be treated like they're a part of a criminal conspiracy
- 56:46Speaker 2: because we have evidence that they're a part of a
- 56:48Speaker 2: criminal conspiracy.
- 56:50Speaker 1: Slam them with Rico.
- 56:52Speaker 2: Go after these guys, whatever it takes. There's a reason
- 56:56Speaker 2: Tim Walz is freaking out about the U.S. attorney right
- 56:58Speaker 2: now in Minnesota who keeps digging into all of this fraud.
- 57:01Speaker 2: And I don't think it's just because they're convicting Somalis.
- 57:06Speaker 2: Tim Walz says it's white supremacy. to go after all
- 57:09Speaker 2: of this. I have a fun way to prove it's
- 57:11Speaker 2: not white supremacy. Put Tim Walls in handcuffs. He's the
- 57:16Speaker 2: whitest person I've ever seen. It's an amazing story. We'll

- 57:53Speaker 3: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 57:57Speaker 3: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 58:00Speaker 3: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
