Own Yourself First
In this opening teaching for "Ownership October," Overseer Azizah R. Morrison lays the foundation for biblical ownership by beginning with self-government.
Drawing from Proverbs 25:28, Galatians 5:22-23, and 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, this message challenges believers to take responsibility for their decisions, discipline, stewardship, time, emotions, and obedience while depending on the Holy Spirit for self-control.
Before we ask God to entrust us with more, we must learn to govern well the life He has already placed in our hands.
Own yourself first. Steward well. Prepare for more.
