- 0:03Speaker 1: On scolds Australia.
- 0:05Speaker 2: This is the winder Panalty Show.
- 0:08Speaker 3: Good evening and welcome to the Rita Panahy Show. I'm
- 0:11Speaker 3: Danikiti Giorgio coming up tonight. Prime Minister Anthony Albernezi formally
- 0:15Speaker 3: recognizes a Palestinian state as Benjamin Etnaho labels the move shameful,
- 0:21Speaker 3: Chris Bowen's latest climate change lies. The implymer will join
- 0:24Speaker 3: me to fact check the minister's propaganda. John Heindereker on
- 0:28Speaker 3: the upcoming Russia Ukraine peace summit and what Europe is
- 0:32Speaker 3: demanding out of it. Trump derangement syndrome supper a rosio'
- 0:36Speaker 3: donell claims the view will be asked next and you
- 0:39Speaker 3: can guess who she's blaming. Kinsey Schofield has the latest
- 0:43Speaker 3: had of course left He's losing it, including Grandma Karen
- 0:46Speaker 3: gearing up for a Trump induced civil war.
- 0:50Speaker 4: Is everybody going to just go to the streets and
- 0:53Speaker 4: fight everybody that's coming and you should be scared of that?
- 1:00Speaker 3: Well, the PM has been buttering us up for weeks
- 1:02Speaker 3: about recognizing a Palestinian state and today he confirmed it.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Australia will recognize Palestine at the UN General Assembly next month.
- 1:12Speaker 5: Following the lead of the UK, France and Canada.
- 1:15Speaker 6: Australia will recognize the rite of the Palestinian people to
- 1:18Speaker 6: a state of their own, predicated on the commitments Australia
- 1:23Speaker 6: has received from the Palestinian authority. I have said it
- 1:28Speaker 6: publicly and I've said it directly to President Netna, to
- 1:32Speaker 6: Prime Minister Netanyahu. The situation in Gaza has gone beyond
- 1:37Speaker 6: the world's worst fears. Far too many innocent lives have
- 1:42Speaker 6: been lost. The Israeli government continues to defy international law
- 1:47Speaker 6: and deny sufficient aid, food and water to desperate people,
- 1:50Speaker 6: including children.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Please, what about the hostages? What about israel I mean?
- 1:56Speaker 3: All this does is reward hummus. And as for the
- 1:59Speaker 3: Palestinian authority, he quotes, it is run by the highly
- 2:03Speaker 3: anti Semitic mumbled abbas Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Nenya, who
- 2:07Speaker 3: has lashed Australia's stance.
- 2:09Speaker 7: To have the European countries and Australia march into that,
- 2:15Speaker 7: march into that rabbit hole just like that, fall right
- 2:18Speaker 7: into it. And by this canard is disappointing and I
- 2:25Speaker 7: think it's it's actually shameful, but it's not going to
- 2:28Speaker 7: take It's not going to change our position. Those who
- 2:30Speaker 7: say that Israel has a right to defend itself are
- 2:32Speaker 7: also saying, but don't exercise that right. They know what
- 2:35Speaker 7: they would do if right next to Melbourne or right
- 2:39Speaker 7: next to Sydney you had this horrific attacks. I think
- 2:44Speaker 7: you would do it at least what we're doing.
- 2:47Speaker 3: Joining me now for more on this is SKYNYW Senior
- 2:49Speaker 3: reporter Caroline Marcus and sky New's contributor Rocco Lawyer Kono.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Thank you so much for joining me this evening. Caroline,
- 2:57Speaker 3: this is an absolute disgrace. What message which does this send?
- 3:01Speaker 8: What sends the message that if you are a terrorist
- 3:05Speaker 8: organization planning to carry out one of the worst massacres
- 3:09Speaker 8: in recent history, you will be rewarded for what you've done,
- 3:13Speaker 8: because that is exactly what Australia and the France, and
- 3:17Speaker 8: France and the UK and Canada have done in saying
- 3:21Speaker 8: that they are going to recognize a Palestinian state next
- 3:25Speaker 8: month at the UN General Assembly. Hamas is already seizing
- 3:29Speaker 8: on this, you know. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio
- 3:32Speaker 8: said that after the UK made that decision not to,
- 3:36Speaker 8: France made the decision to recognize the state. The talks
- 3:40Speaker 8: fell apart for a ceasefire that were already under negotiation
- 3:44Speaker 8: between US, Israel and Hamas. So this is in fact
- 3:49Speaker 8: prolonging the suffering for the innocent Palestinians civilians who the
- 3:55Speaker 8: international community is of course deeply concerned about, and we
- 3:58Speaker 8: should be. But this does and help the situation on
- 4:01Speaker 8: the ground. All it does is send this strong signal
- 4:05Speaker 8: that if you want to get one of your objectives met,
- 4:09Speaker 8: whether that's a recognition of a state that's never existed,
- 4:13Speaker 8: all you have to do is massacre Jews. And it
- 4:16Speaker 8: sends a terrible signal to our ally that Israel as well,
- 4:20Speaker 8: which we've been increasingly hostile towards, and the Jewish Australian
- 4:25Speaker 8: community here, because in that recognition there is also an
- 4:32Speaker 8: implied demonization of Israel. But Israel is to blame for
- 4:35Speaker 8: the fact that there hasn't been peace, that there hasn't
- 4:38Speaker 8: been a recognition of a state. Completely ignored in the
- 4:42Speaker 8: press conference today was the fact that it has been
- 4:44Speaker 8: Palastinian leaders who have said no time and time again
- 4:48Speaker 8: to a state over seventy seven years because they don't
- 4:51Speaker 8: want to recognize Israel. Including the Palestinian authority.
- 4:54Speaker 3: Yeah, they only want one state, their fine state, the
- 4:57Speaker 3: terrorist state.
- 4:57Speaker 5: And that's a problem.
- 4:58Speaker 3: And I was absolutely baffled listening to the Prime Minister today.
- 5:00Speaker 3: Here he was trying to justify his decision. Have a listen.
- 5:03Speaker 6: Her Maus don't support two states. Her Maas support one state.
- 5:09Speaker 6: In their words, from the River to the Sea. He
- 5:12Speaker 6: mus do not support recognizing the right of Israel to exist.
- 5:17Speaker 6: This is an opportunity to isolate Hamas that has been
- 5:23Speaker 6: forged by the very clear statements of the Palestinian Authority
- 5:28Speaker 6: on June ten, and the very clear statements of the
- 5:31Speaker 6: Arab blog.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Honestly, rock, I see the Prime Minister actually doesn't know
- 5:35Speaker 3: what he is saying here. The reality is is that Palestine. Firstly,
- 5:39Speaker 3: it's not even a state to begin with. But yes,
- 5:41Speaker 3: he's right, her Musk doesn't want a two state solution.
- 5:44Speaker 3: He mus wants its own state, it's its terror state,
- 5:47Speaker 3: and to wipe out Israel. But this just emboldens them,
- 5:50Speaker 3: this rewards them.
- 5:54Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 5:54Speaker 2: See, he doesn't seem to recognize the history of this
- 5:58Speaker 2: particular piece of real estate since nineteen forty eight. Carolyn
- 6:01Speaker 2: alluded to it earlier, Since nineteen forty eight. There've been
- 6:04Speaker 2: numerous attempts for a two state solution, which of course
- 6:07Speaker 2: is what everyone wants, Israel and Palestinians living together side
- 6:10Speaker 2: by side in peace and harmony. But most notably in
- 6:15Speaker 2: nineteen ninety nine, mamouda Bus's mentor yes Arafat actually rejected
- 6:21Speaker 2: a peace plan where he would have had East Jerusalem
- 6:24Speaker 2: as the capital of a Palestinian state. As we've seen
- 6:28Speaker 2: in the past, the Palestinians seem to never miss an opportunity,
- 6:31Speaker 2: to miss an opportunity to make a lasting peace. And
- 6:35Speaker 2: unfortunately our leaders here don't seem to understand that.
- 6:38Speaker 3: No, they don't, and once again we are alienating one
- 6:41Speaker 3: of our long standing allies.
- 6:43Speaker 5: I just don't know how we can come back. And
- 6:45Speaker 5: the end of the.
- 6:45Speaker 8: Day, the US is going to be told the decision anyway,
- 6:48Speaker 8: it has been our power, So it's virtue signaling. But
- 6:51Speaker 8: it's worse than that because it emboldens her mass if
- 6:54Speaker 8: being straight into their propaganda, and it further demonizes Israel.
- 6:57Speaker 5: Absolutely.
- 6:58Speaker 3: If you're a Jewish Australian right now, you'd be thinking
- 7:00Speaker 3: here we go yet again, because what it does is
- 7:02Speaker 3: in boldens the scenes like we saw on the Sydney
- 7:04Speaker 3: hubor Bridge or at the steps of the Sydney Opera House.
- 7:07Speaker 3: And that is what people are. You know, this is
- 7:09Speaker 3: what it inboldens. It's a shocking.
- 7:11Speaker 9: Now.
- 7:11Speaker 3: Look, I want to ask you both about the sky
- 7:13Speaker 3: New special the War Cabinet. This evening, hosted by sky
- 7:16Speaker 3: New's political contributor Chris Yulman, the nation's foremost defense and
- 7:19Speaker 3: security experts have discussed the imminent threat of conflict involving Australia.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Peter Jennings from Strategic Analysis Australia said that Australia's military
- 7:28Speaker 3: is actually.
- 7:28Speaker 5: Less ready for war now than it was five years ago.
- 7:31Speaker 5: Have a listen.
- 7:32Speaker 10: I see a defense force which is actually less ready
- 7:35Speaker 10: for military operations than it was five, ten and fifteen
- 7:38Speaker 10: years ago. But I see an Australian population which is
- 7:41Speaker 10: completely untutored in terms of thinking about these issues. People
- 7:46Speaker 10: are not prepared and that's because our government is not
- 7:49Speaker 10: preparing them.
- 7:50Speaker 3: Well, Caroline, the warnings have been there for some time,
- 7:52Speaker 3: haven't they, That we are We're not prepared, We're not
- 7:54Speaker 3: ready for conflict.
- 7:55Speaker 8: And the concern coming out of this special tonight Delika
- 7:59Speaker 8: is defense experts are taking a telling Chris Ullman that
- 8:03Speaker 8: the threat is imminent, it will happen very soon, and
- 8:06Speaker 8: the threat is of course coming for China and the
- 8:09Speaker 8: flashpoint will be type one. Now we've been spending a
- 8:11Speaker 8: lot of time talking about this on programs here on
- 8:14Speaker 8: Sky News, but there it is from the experts themselves
- 8:18Speaker 8: that it is coming and a lot sooner than people thought,
- 8:21Speaker 8: and that the government has not been telling people how
- 8:25Speaker 8: big and how imminent a threat it really is. Now
- 8:29Speaker 8: the question is is Australia going to lift its defense spending.
- 8:32Speaker 8: We heard from the Pentagon in the US over the
- 8:35Speaker 8: weekend and yet another call and demand for Australia to
- 8:40Speaker 8: urgently lift it's spending to three point five percent of GDP.
- 8:44Speaker 8: So far, Albanezi has remained very stubborn on this point
- 8:49Speaker 8: and they won't lift it much above two percent.
- 8:52Speaker 5: That is not going to be.
- 8:53Speaker 8: Enough to fight off the threat. And I was hosting
- 8:56Speaker 8: a show last night on Sky and speaking to a
- 8:58Speaker 8: senior advisor fully and for a previous Prime minister, who
- 9:03Speaker 8: said he believes that the Albanizy is going to take
- 9:07Speaker 8: this as a negotiating tactic to Trump and say look,
- 9:12Speaker 8: we will lift spending but you have to commit to
- 9:14Speaker 8: orcus I'm nuclear deal with the US in the UK.
- 9:17Speaker 8: I'm not as confident as he is that this is
- 9:19Speaker 8: a negotiating tactic because they've.
- 9:20Speaker 5: Been so peak headed on it.
- 9:22Speaker 8: But I do hope he's right because we need it.
- 9:25Speaker 5: We absolutely do need it.
- 9:26Speaker 3: And just on that Rocko, you know, we're not lifting
- 9:29Speaker 3: our defense spending. As Caroline just mentioned, we've got China
- 9:32Speaker 3: on our doorstep, China spying on us.
- 9:34Speaker 5: We've got a recruitment.
- 9:35Speaker 3: Crisis already in the ADF and when you do sign up,
- 9:37Speaker 3: you're going to give what your pronouns are. So that's
- 9:39Speaker 3: a problem, you know, for the starters. But our enemies
- 9:42Speaker 3: right now would be laughing at us.
- 9:45Speaker 2: Yes, sir, what's the old saying, if you want peacemake war,
- 9:48Speaker 2: And that's that's what's been guiding thinking on defense spending
- 9:55Speaker 2: definitely throughout history. And yes, like you say that the
- 10:00Speaker 2: drums of war are beating, and I can see this
- 10:03Speaker 2: eerily reflecting what was going on in nineteen in the
- 10:07Speaker 2: nineteen thirties, when the drums of war were beating and
- 10:10Speaker 2: the world wasn't prepared. Indeed, we wanted peace for our
- 10:12Speaker 2: time and In the end, we had to fight a long,
- 10:16Speaker 2: costly war of six years to defend that which we
- 10:18Speaker 2: hold here. And it looks like those who failed to
- 10:21Speaker 2: learn from history are deemed to repeat it.
- 10:22Speaker 5: Yeah. Absolutely, and it's at our own peril yet again.
- 10:26Speaker 5: Now let's talk net zero.
- 10:27Speaker 3: Liberal front bencher Andrew Hasty, who will, no doubt, in
- 10:30Speaker 3: my mind, be a future Liberal Party leader. He's doubled
- 10:33Speaker 3: down on his opposition to net zero by twenty fifty.
- 10:36Speaker 5: Have a listen.
- 10:37Speaker 11: Of course, the climate change has been occurring throughout history.
- 10:40Speaker 11: The question is how much does Australia have a role
- 10:43Speaker 11: in changing the climate when we produce one point one
- 10:46Speaker 11: percent of the world's emissions. So the question is.
- 10:50Speaker 5: What should we do about it?
- 10:51Speaker 11: Should we transfer our heavy industry Australian jobs offshore. Should
- 10:57Speaker 11: we actually orchestrate a massive transfer of wealth our tax
- 11:00Speaker 11: system so that Australians are paying more for their power
- 11:04Speaker 11: And I think that's fundamentally unjust.
- 11:06Speaker 3: At the same time, conservative lobby group Advance has launched
- 11:09Speaker 3: a campaign targeting climate weeklings in the Liberal Party and
- 11:12Speaker 3: nationals who still support that target. Caroline, the warnings have
- 11:15Speaker 3: been there for a while. Australia will not reach net
- 11:17Speaker 3: zero twenty fifty on this renewables only magical carpet ride.
- 11:22Speaker 3: But of course there's moderates in the Liberal Party that
- 11:24Speaker 3: is the problem here.
- 11:24Speaker 5: They're holding up the process.
- 11:26Speaker 3: This review could take up to twelve months now, no
- 11:28Speaker 3: wonder they're being labeled weaklings.
- 11:30Speaker 5: Well they look to be fair.
- 11:32Speaker 8: I don't think there's a chance that the Liberals are
- 11:34Speaker 8: ever going to and the coalition is going to get
- 11:36Speaker 8: back in and the next election, so they probably do
- 11:38Speaker 8: have some time, but they don't have a chance at
- 11:41Speaker 8: the next election or any election if they refuse to
- 11:44Speaker 8: stand up for what their principles are as a party.
- 11:47Speaker 8: The Nationals of course have already said they don't back
- 11:49Speaker 8: net zero, but Seasonally wants more time to think about it.
- 11:53Speaker 5: Well, what do you stand for?
- 11:54Speaker 8: Are you going to be any different from labor who
- 11:58Speaker 8: got in obviously the landslide. But I don't think every
- 12:01Speaker 8: single person was thinking about the net zero target. They
- 12:04Speaker 8: were just concerned about their hip pocket and the cost
- 12:06Speaker 8: of living crisis. And people are going to discover more
- 12:09Speaker 8: and more that renewable energy is not the answer to
- 12:11Speaker 8: their solutions. They're going to look to Europe, where they've
- 12:14Speaker 8: been mass blackouts where there've been huge financial pressures on
- 12:18Speaker 8: people and economies, and they're going to see that we
- 12:21Speaker 8: are going further and further and further into the red
- 12:24Speaker 8: due to these crazy policies.
- 12:25Speaker 3: Absolutely we are, and it's obviously all the taxpayers expends
- 12:29Speaker 3: time and time again. Now, Roko, you've written about this
- 12:31Speaker 3: in The Spectator Australia and in it you talk about
- 12:34Speaker 3: all the domestic and international evidence that this net zero
- 12:37Speaker 3: policy isn't going to work. How long is it before
- 12:39Speaker 3: Susan Lee discovers America? As you put it so well
- 12:42Speaker 3: in your article.
- 12:45Speaker 2: Look, the rest of the world is running away from
- 12:47Speaker 2: ned zero fast than you can say. Turbine Denmark, which
- 12:51Speaker 2: Chris Bowen loves to hold up as the dawing of
- 12:54Speaker 2: renewable energy. Their Energy minister came out a few weeks
- 12:58Speaker 2: ago and say, look, exactly, we cannot rely entirely on
- 13:02Speaker 2: solar and wind for electricity. There has to be something
- 13:05Speaker 2: to support it. And Tony Blair, the hero of the left,
- 13:08Speaker 2: actually called this out in a report from his think
- 13:10Speaker 2: tak and he said exactly, Look, people are realizing that
- 13:13Speaker 2: there is minimal change to the climate, yet they're being
- 13:16Speaker 2: asked to make huge sacrifices to their economy and standard
- 13:19Speaker 2: of living, particularly when China is building coal five power
- 13:23Speaker 2: stations at a record rate and twenty twenty four is
- 13:25Speaker 2: the record. So why are we being asked to sacrifice
- 13:28Speaker 2: when the rest of the world isn't And I mean
- 13:31Speaker 2: over here in West Australia, we've just come out of
- 13:34Speaker 2: the coldest and weirdest July for sixteen years. So much
- 13:37Speaker 2: for global boiling. And on the twenty first of July
- 13:39Speaker 2: a emo's own figures at six thirty pm on that
- 13:42Speaker 2: day was a record demand for winter and guess how
- 13:45Speaker 2: much of that was produced by solar wind and batteries
- 13:50Speaker 2: net zero. So this is not working at all. There's
- 13:54Speaker 2: ample evidence now to support it. And one other thing.
- 13:58Speaker 2: The Coalition in twenty nineteen into the Australian people, are
- 14:01Speaker 2: you against net zero policies and won an election. I
- 14:05Speaker 2: can't understand why they think following along net zero is
- 14:08Speaker 2: going to win them an election, particularly when in twenty
- 14:10Speaker 2: twenty two when that position was reversed the Coalition lost.
- 14:14Speaker 8: Well, they're scared of the tials in the inner city steeds,
- 14:16Speaker 8: that's clear, but it can happen. We've seen Tim Wilson
- 14:21Speaker 8: take back a seat.
- 14:22Speaker 5: Sure he's not exactly.
- 14:24Speaker 8: Out advocating against net zero, but it is possible to
- 14:27Speaker 8: win those seats back, and you don't have to be
- 14:29Speaker 8: a complete wet blanket in order to do so. No,
- 14:32Speaker 8: but you know, I think this Advanced Australia campaign that
- 14:35Speaker 8: you mentioned that's going to cause some serious damage for
- 14:38Speaker 8: the party. Let's not forget this is the group that
- 14:41Speaker 8: helped campaign against the Boys and ran a very success
- 14:44Speaker 8: very campaign against it. So I think the Liberals are
- 14:47Speaker 8: going to have to get fearless about this.
- 14:48Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, Rocco and the other thing there.
- 14:51Speaker 2: I mean, we're seeing state governments in New South Wales
- 14:55Speaker 2: last week in Victoria the week before, passing legislation to
- 14:58Speaker 2: override private property rights to in and overtake land to
- 15:03Speaker 2: build the electricity line transmission lines. So it's dividing, it's
- 15:06Speaker 2: dividing people across the country.
- 15:08Speaker 5: Absolutely.
- 15:09Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 15:09Speaker 3: And if you don't, if you don't let these transmission
- 15:11Speaker 3: workers onto your property, congratulations, here is a twelve thousand
- 15:14Speaker 3: dollar fine. Seriously, it's just where we've gone to in
- 15:17Speaker 3: this country. Caroline Marcus and Roppo Lawyer Kono, thank you
- 15:20Speaker 3: so much for joining me on the show this evening.
- 15:22Speaker 3: Joining me now is esteemed geologist and author Professor Ian Plymer.
- 15:26Speaker 3: Good to catch up with you again, Ian, Thanks for
- 15:28Speaker 3: your time. Let's start with the most dangerous minister, if
- 15:30Speaker 3: I may say so, in Anthony Albanese's cabinet, Chris Bowen,
- 15:33Speaker 3: who's at it again, peddling more lies.
- 15:35Speaker 5: And absolute climate nonsense. Have a listen to this.
- 15:40Speaker 13: At the last election, the Liberals and Nationals told Australia
- 15:43Speaker 13: that nuclear was the way to deal with climate change,
- 15:46Speaker 13: their plan having been so comprehensively rejected by the Australian people,
- 15:50Speaker 13: now they're walking away from climate action all together.
- 15:53Speaker 14: Now to justify this, they're telling us that Australia is
- 15:56Speaker 14: doing more than the rest of the world.
- 15:58Speaker 5: So let's quickly go through a few facts.
- 16:01Speaker 14: Last year, ninety two point five percent of all new
- 16:04Speaker 14: electricity in the world was renewable. So to say the
- 16:07Speaker 14: rest of the world isn't doing anything is a lie.
- 16:10Speaker 5: At two right now, eighty four percent of the world's.
- 16:14Speaker 14: GDP is covered by zero commitments. And third, just recently,
- 16:18Speaker 14: for example, renewables overtook coal as the larger source of
- 16:22Speaker 14: electricity for India.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Dear Oh, dear Minister, coal actually generates over seventy four
- 16:28Speaker 3: percent of India's electricity, and renewable energy accounts for more
- 16:33Speaker 3: than thirty percent of the world's electricity. So Ian, this
- 16:36Speaker 3: guy's got no idea what he is on about.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Well, he knows exactly what he's doing.
- 16:43Speaker 15: He's trying to persuade the Australian public to pay a
- 16:46Speaker 15: hell of a lot more money for unreliable power, following
- 16:50Speaker 15: his ideological dreams. We once had cheap, reliable electricity that
- 16:55Speaker 15: came from coal. We once had a scheme whereby we
- 17:00Speaker 15: would have put in a nuclear power station that was
- 17:02Speaker 15: killed off in the early seventies. We could have had very,
- 17:06Speaker 15: very cheap power and with that a manufacturing industry. This
- 17:10Speaker 15: man has no idea. He's just peddling a propaganda and
- 17:14Speaker 15: he wants us to believe it and pay for it.
- 17:17Speaker 15: The answer is no, We've had enough.
- 17:20Speaker 3: Absolutely, we are running on a women a prayer, on
- 17:23Speaker 3: this magical carpet ride renewables only fantasy, and it's sending
- 17:26Speaker 3: us broken backwards in this country. Now, look, the free
- 17:29Speaker 3: ride for electric vehicle users is about to come to
- 17:32Speaker 3: an end. Jim Chalmers is working on a road user
- 17:35Speaker 3: charge for evs.
- 17:36Speaker 5: Under tax reform plans.
- 17:38Speaker 3: And another reason why you might want to think about
- 17:41Speaker 3: twice about buying one of Bowen's EV's.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Well, i'm here out back.
- 17:46Speaker 15: It would have taken me three days to drive in
- 17:48Speaker 15: an EV, and I can do it in less.
- 17:52Speaker 1: Than a day in a conventional vehicle.
- 17:54Speaker 15: The second thing is that I can fill up that
- 17:57Speaker 15: conventional vehicle at half a dozen places. At the nearest
- 18:00Speaker 15: I'm at a place called sakar Ringo. The nearest town's
- 18:04Speaker 15: about thirty k's away. Now, you can't charge up an
- 18:08Speaker 15: electric vehicle here. They just don't get here. So the
- 18:11Speaker 15: bulk of people living in out back Australia have absolutely
- 18:15Speaker 15: no use for an expensive electric vehicle, and they, of course,
- 18:19Speaker 15: being much heavier than a conventional car, bash around the roads.
- 18:24Speaker 1: The roads are already in very poor shape.
- 18:27Speaker 15: The infrastructure and this country is approaching that of a
- 18:29Speaker 15: third world country, and an EV will only make it worse.
- 18:33Speaker 15: So I can't see any reason why you'd want to
- 18:36Speaker 15: have an EV. And if you do have an EV,
- 18:39Speaker 15: then you should.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Be charged the same as other motorists.
- 18:42Speaker 15: And when we pay for car registration, we pay for
- 18:45Speaker 15: the damage we give to the roads, as do heavy vehicles.
- 18:49Speaker 15: So I can't see why they are very very precious
- 18:53Speaker 15: and special. But they have been treated as a special species.
- 18:57Speaker 15: They have been treated as blessed by God. Therefore they
- 19:01Speaker 15: could do anything, whereas we who prefer an internal combustion
- 19:05Speaker 15: engine have to pay and keep paying.
- 19:09Speaker 3: No, I agree, I totally agree with you. I think
- 19:11Speaker 3: it's about time to be honest. But you're right, they've
- 19:13Speaker 3: been treated as some sort of protected and special species.
- 19:16Speaker 5: Well the time is up now.
- 19:18Speaker 9: Look.
- 19:18Speaker 3: A regional New South Wales farmer has raised concerns that
- 19:21Speaker 3: the government is leaving communities in the dust in order
- 19:24Speaker 3: to roll out renewables. Emma Bowman from Dunny do As
- 19:27Speaker 3: told stein Us that regional communities have been steamrolled amid
- 19:31Speaker 3: this rapid renewable energy transition, but even more since the
- 19:35Speaker 3: New South Wales Parliament voted through a net zero bill
- 19:37Speaker 3: last week which would expand the Energy Minister's ability to.
- 19:40Speaker 5: Fast track these projects. Ian.
- 19:43Speaker 3: Look, it really is the regions that are suffering under
- 19:46Speaker 3: this net zero fantasy, isn't it.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Well this is incredibly dangerous.
- 19:51Speaker 15: We have these zero zest which the governments wanted to
- 19:57Speaker 15: push and so they have allowed wind companies to use
- 20:03Speaker 15: certain chemicals which are absolutely totally banned by any other industry,
- 20:07Speaker 15: some of these chemicals which stain the soil and the
- 20:11Speaker 15: waterways forever.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Now wind companies have exemptions from that.
- 20:17Speaker 15: A normal farmer or a factory or a mine doesn't
- 20:20Speaker 15: have exemptions.
- 20:22Speaker 1: So why are they're so special?
- 20:23Speaker 15: And if you build a wind turbine, you leave a
- 20:27Speaker 15: massive concrete behind, you leave a massive steel behind. But
- 20:30Speaker 15: if you build a mine, you actually have to clean
- 20:33Speaker 15: that up afterwards. So they are again a protected special species.
- 20:38Speaker 1: They can do anything. They can just bulldoze over farmers.
- 20:41Speaker 15: They can destroy perfectly good farmland, and that is for
- 20:45Speaker 15: the sake of saving the environment.
- 20:47Speaker 1: So they're actually destroying the.
- 20:49Speaker 15: Environment to save the environment, leaving chemicals permanently there, leaving
- 20:53Speaker 15: infrastructure permanently there. Yet people in the cities don't see
- 20:57Speaker 15: it and they don't care. And this is city driven
- 21:00Speaker 15: politics aimed at making farming even more difficult. Now the
- 21:05Speaker 15: farmers have got to battle the weather. Now they have
- 21:08Speaker 15: to battle people with clipboards saying well, you're going to
- 21:10Speaker 15: have this number of panels across your wheat field, You're
- 21:14Speaker 15: going to have this number of turbines you are going
- 21:17Speaker 15: to have chemicals that are going to destroy your land forever. Now,
- 21:20Speaker 15: I think it's time for the farmers really to kick
- 21:24Speaker 15: up with us, because enough is enough. They are just
- 21:26Speaker 15: being bulldozed by these ideological interests driven from cities.
- 21:31Speaker 5: I completely agree with you.
- 21:33Speaker 3: As you mentioned the chemicals, these transmission lines, these wind turbines,
- 21:37Speaker 3: I mean there's some of it in regional New South
- 21:38Speaker 3: Wales that are slated for two hundred and sixty meters.
- 21:41Speaker 3: I mean the absolute monstrosities. So no, you're right, it's
- 21:44Speaker 3: inner city politics. It's just shocking and plymate, nice to
- 21:47Speaker 3: catch up with you. Thanks so much for joining me
- 21:49Speaker 3: on the show this evening. Still to come left he
- 21:51Speaker 3: is losing it. Plus, US Vice President JD. Vance attends
- 21:54Speaker 3: an emergency peace summit with European and Ukrainian leaders ahead
- 21:58Speaker 3: of Donald Trump's on one with Vladimir Putin.
- 22:01Speaker 5: John Heindereker will join me for the latest. Well, now it's.
- 22:16Speaker 3: Time for lefties losing it at a big thank you America.
- 22:19Speaker 3: You got rid of Rosy O'Donnell. And guess where she's
- 22:23Speaker 3: coming next. She's coming here right here to Australia to
- 22:28Speaker 3: grace us with her presence bringing her comedy show down
- 22:31Speaker 3: under allegedly, and how is this for a cell? She's
- 22:35Speaker 3: told And I was in newspaper all about a sad,
- 22:37Speaker 3: acute and chronic case of Trump derangement syndrome, saying my
- 22:41Speaker 3: escaping was self preservation. It wasn't only a fear of
- 22:45Speaker 3: or him. It was a fear of what I knew
- 22:48Speaker 3: it would do to me to watch my country be
- 22:51Speaker 3: pulled apart by a mentally ill man who only serves himself. Wow, Rosie,
- 22:58Speaker 3: really selling your show there?
- 23:00Speaker 5: We'll roll up, roll up? Where can I get a ticket?
- 23:03Speaker 3: And if the TDS didn't get you over the line,
- 23:05Speaker 3: this will please.
- 23:07Speaker 5: Pay attention everyone. Black out the system.
- 23:12Speaker 12: Black out the system.
- 23:13Speaker 3: Rosie, do us a favor and black us out of
- 23:15Speaker 3: your tour stay in island.
- 23:17Speaker 5: Please, we are begging you. Please. Now. This next clip
- 23:21Speaker 5: comes with a trigger warning.
- 23:23Speaker 3: Singer Lizzo has been triggered yet again by Sydney's ad
- 23:26Speaker 3: for American Eagle.
- 23:30Speaker 5: No kissy.
- 23:33Speaker 16: Beer with me a pretty face with the titty bitch.
- 23:37Speaker 5: I got the jeez like.
- 23:39Speaker 3: I'm Sydney, and don't say I didn't warn you. I
- 23:45Speaker 3: gave you a trigger warning, and that is way too
- 23:48Speaker 3: much of Lizzo's rear end for any of us to handle. Meanwhile,
- 23:53Speaker 3: the always pleasant Australian influencer Abby Chatfield is having another
- 23:57Speaker 3: meltdown of bombastic proportions and I saw it comment.
- 24:01Speaker 5: Saying well, if it was any other skin.
- 24:03Speaker 16: Tone or eye color, it'd be okay, yes, yes, that's
- 24:08Speaker 16: what a dog whistle is. Yes, you're upstanding it.
- 24:11Speaker 17: See.
- 24:11Speaker 16: The issue with his MAGA supporters is I go.
- 24:14Speaker 5: Yeah, you want You're almost there, You're so close to
- 24:17Speaker 5: being there.
- 24:18Speaker 16: Yes, if it was someone with any other skin tone
- 24:22Speaker 16: or possibly eye color, it would be less scary and
- 24:26Speaker 16: less of a dog whistle because the reason why it's
- 24:28Speaker 16: a dog whistle is because contextually we have back to
- 24:33Speaker 16: nineteen thirties and forties.
- 24:34Speaker 5: Germany, Abby Love.
- 24:37Speaker 3: It's really not that deep. Okay, you're almost there, almost
- 24:41Speaker 3: there yourself. It's an ad for Jens. Please let it rest,
- 24:45Speaker 3: let it go. And now from one d Lulu to another.
- 24:49Speaker 3: Talk show host Jimmy Kimmel, bringing with some sort of
- 24:51Speaker 3: Holier than Thou complex.
- 24:53Speaker 5: Has claimed with a straight face that repulsive voices on
- 24:57Speaker 5: the left are driving people away from the Democratic Party.
- 25:01Speaker 18: It's the loud voices that scare people from saying what
- 25:06Speaker 18: they believe and make you think twice about a joke
- 25:11Speaker 18: or whatever. You know, these things, and you know a
- 25:13Speaker 18: lot of their points are valid, but a lot of
- 25:16Speaker 18: them are also just repulsive, And I mean they were
- 25:18Speaker 18: in that they repel people from They go like, oh,
- 25:21Speaker 18: you're no fun.
- 25:22Speaker 1: I don't want to be around you.
- 25:23Speaker 18: And I think that if you had to boil it
- 25:25Speaker 18: down on like one thing, that's kind of what it is.
- 25:29Speaker 5: Well, look, he's not wrong, is he?
- 25:30Speaker 3: But this is just incredible a stunning turnaround, stunning turn
- 25:34Speaker 3: and events, especially given that this was Kimmel on the
- 25:37Speaker 3: day Trump was re elected.
- 25:38Speaker 19: Let's be honest, it was a terrible night last night.
- 25:41Speaker 19: It was a terrible night for women, for children, for
- 25:44Speaker 19: the hundreds of thousands of hard working immigrants who make
- 25:47Speaker 19: this country go for healthcare, for our climate, for science
- 25:56Speaker 19: or journalism, for.
- 25:59Speaker 1: Justice or police.
- 26:00Speaker 19: It was a terrible night for poor people, for the
- 26:03Speaker 19: middle class, for seniors who rely on social security, for
- 26:06Speaker 19: our allies in Ukraine, for needle or Richard.
- 26:11Speaker 3: I mean, the man was practically bawling his eyes out.
- 26:14Speaker 3: But here was a real pearler, Jimmy Kimmel and Sarah
- 26:17Speaker 3: Silverman then decided to go together in a little Kumbai
- 26:21Speaker 3: TTS session and said that Dems are elitist.
- 26:25Speaker 5: I'm I mean the left. I'm on the left though.
- 26:27Speaker 18: It was very you know, but like I find in general,
- 26:31Speaker 18: the party that is about inclusivity is incredibly elitist.
- 26:37Speaker 5: Just say join us, yes, come join us.
- 26:40Speaker 3: Yes again, not wrong, but two multi millionaire woke lefties
- 26:45Speaker 3: dishing out on the elite the irony. Now, why can't
- 26:49Speaker 3: the left laugh and take a joke, Like, are they okay?
- 26:52Speaker 5: They're just so serious all the time. It's it's very
- 26:54Speaker 5: very sad, very tragic.
- 26:55Speaker 3: Donald Trump Junior posted this meme of his father tossing
- 26:58Speaker 3: a sex toy from the White House roof onto it
- 27:01Speaker 3: w NBA court.
- 27:02Speaker 5: It's a joke, it's a meme.
- 27:04Speaker 3: Yet right on, que CNN went into obliteration mode.
- 27:09Speaker 20: Donald Trump Junior posted to Instagram did you see this
- 27:12Speaker 20: with the President? I mean, obviously it's mean, but it's
- 27:15Speaker 20: the president throwing one off the White House roof there
- 27:19Speaker 20: under the WNBA.
- 27:20Speaker 8: Well, that says everything we need to know about Donald
- 27:22Speaker 8: Trump Junior.
- 27:24Speaker 5: What is fifty? So what is Donald Trump? Donald Trump Junior?
- 27:28Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, fifty two, whatever, how old he is.
- 27:32Speaker 20: Timerman is.
- 27:35Speaker 5: Acheme from president that's going on the roof, I mean
- 27:37Speaker 5: their faces.
- 27:38Speaker 3: One would think someone has died for goodness sake, prompting
- 27:41Speaker 3: this response from Donald Trump Junior saying, what is it
- 27:45Speaker 3: about memes that always triggers these losers? That's CNN so badly.
- 27:50Speaker 5: Now here is.
- 27:51Speaker 3: One way to ensure you are unemployable after graduating. Turn
- 27:55Speaker 3: your valedictorian speech into an embarrassing clown show.
- 27:59Speaker 4: Excuse my language, But to that, I say, Ice and
- 28:03Speaker 4: the Trump administration.
- 28:12Speaker 5: So brave, so so incredible.
- 28:15Speaker 3: And here is how you know Trump's Ice operation is
- 28:17Speaker 3: in fact working so well.
- 28:19Speaker 5: Illegals are self deporting.
- 28:23Speaker 21: Well, I've made up my mind. I will be turning
- 28:25Speaker 21: in my darka and returning to Mexico. We came to
- 28:28Speaker 21: America January fifteenth, nineteen ninety six, so almost thirty years
- 28:34Speaker 21: I was a baby, so I have no memories of Mexico.
- 28:36Speaker 21: But I think it's time for me to go back now.
- 28:39Speaker 21: There is a lot of fears and wonderings and what ifs,
- 28:42Speaker 21: but I do not want to be captive to this
- 28:44Speaker 21: country anymore.
- 28:46Speaker 5: Okay, childbye?
- 28:47Speaker 3: Meanwhile, the breathtakingly incompetent Mayor of La Karen Bass, is
- 28:51Speaker 3: now claiming.
- 28:52Speaker 5: Ice arrests are destabilizing the city.
- 28:55Speaker 4: That just doesn't destabilize a family, that destabilizes the destabilized.
- 29:01Speaker 8: This businesses, it destabilizes the community.
- 29:04Speaker 16: But we are not going to allow this administration to
- 29:08Speaker 16: destabilize our great city.
- 29:11Speaker 3: No, she's never been a bright spot that Karen has
- 29:14Speaker 3: she and after the sad lives of those suffering with
- 29:17Speaker 3: incurable Trump derangement syndrome, please spare a thought for this snowflake.
- 29:24Speaker 9: Ever since Trump became president, I'm so used to bad news. Yesterday,
- 29:28Speaker 9: me and my coworkers were watching the gorgeous sunset and
- 29:32Speaker 9: this one guy goes, you know, next year, we're not
- 29:35Speaker 9: gonna be able to see the sunset, and I literally automatically,
- 29:40Speaker 9: I'm just like, great, the atmosphere is gonna combust and
- 29:45Speaker 9: you know, it's gonna be total darkness and there's gonna
- 29:48Speaker 9: be no more sunset. Sunsets have been abolished. But I
- 29:52Speaker 9: just go, why won't be able to see the sunset?
- 29:56Speaker 9: And he's like, because they're building a building right there
- 29:58Speaker 9: that and I'm like, okay.
- 30:03Speaker 3: Well that's okay, because this liberal can maybe help her out.
- 30:08Speaker 9: I think that the best way and the only way
- 30:11Speaker 9: from your survive the next three and a half years
- 30:15Speaker 9: is to make sure that my doctor keeps Prescriving.
- 30:18Speaker 20: Might come as again, I'm a.
- 30:20Speaker 5: N stay and Jay.
- 30:22Speaker 3: It's just so bad out there. This grandma is gurdening
- 30:26Speaker 3: her loins.
- 30:27Speaker 4: You know what, Kamala was right. We all knew she
- 30:30Speaker 4: was right. What this regime is doing in Washington just
- 30:38Speaker 4: seems like all we can do right now is don't
- 30:41Speaker 4: give up.
- 30:42Speaker 5: But we have to wait it out. I don't know
- 30:45Speaker 5: what else to say.
- 30:46Speaker 4: I mean, is everybody going to just go to the
- 30:49Speaker 4: streets and fight everybody that's coming, And you should be
- 30:55Speaker 4: scared of that.
- 30:56Speaker 3: Yes, we ride at door and get your nun shucks out.
- 31:00Speaker 5: Yes, steel cap boots.
- 31:01Speaker 3: Although Grandma, I just I couldn't quite hear you with
- 31:04Speaker 3: CNN blasting in the background.
- 31:06Speaker 5: Could you turn it up a little louder please? Well,
- 31:10Speaker 5: now to the war in Ukraine.
- 31:12Speaker 3: US Vice President jd Vance has attended an emergency peace
- 31:16Speaker 3: summit with European and Ukrainian leaders.
- 31:19Speaker 5: Ahead of Donald Trump's one on one with Vladimir Putin.
- 31:22Speaker 5: Here's what he had to say. After the meeting, you.
- 31:25Speaker 22: Should be willing to play a more direct and a
- 31:28Speaker 22: more substantial way in funding this war yourself. I think
- 31:31Speaker 22: the President and I certainly think that America, we're done
- 31:34Speaker 22: with the funding of the Ukraine war business. We want
- 31:36Speaker 22: to bring about a peaceful settlement to this thing. We
- 31:39Speaker 22: want to stop the killing. But Americans, I think, are
- 31:41Speaker 22: sick of continuing to send their money, their talk dollars
- 31:45Speaker 22: to this particular conflict. But if the Europeans want to
- 31:48Speaker 22: step up and actually buy the weapons from American producers,
- 31:52Speaker 22: we're okay with that, But we're not going to fund
- 31:54Speaker 22: ourselves anymore.
- 31:55Speaker 5: Now.
- 31:55Speaker 3: It comes after seven major European leaders issued a joint
- 31:59Speaker 3: statement the head of the summit saying the path to
- 32:02Speaker 3: peace in Ukraine cannot be decided without Ukraine joining me.
- 32:05Speaker 3: Now for more on this is President of the Center
- 32:08Speaker 3: of the American Experiment, John Hindereka.
- 32:12Speaker 5: Thank you so much for joining me.
- 32:13Speaker 3: Look, the US has made it very very clear it
- 32:16Speaker 3: is done with helping to fund Ukraine. Europe, though, is
- 32:19Speaker 3: expressing concern already. They want iron cloud security assurances.
- 32:24Speaker 5: Will they get it? How do you see this playing out?
- 32:28Speaker 17: Well? First of all, the Trump administration has been clear
- 32:31Speaker 17: all along that Russia is fundamentally a European problem and
- 32:35Speaker 17: the Europeans should be taking the lead in responding to
- 32:39Speaker 17: and deterring Russian aggression. Donald Trump's position is really very simple.
- 32:45Speaker 17: This war has been going on for three and a
- 32:47Speaker 17: half years. There have been over a million casualties. The
- 32:51Speaker 17: Europeans are always cheering on the Ukrainians and saying, you know,
- 32:55Speaker 17: go to it, you don't keep the war going. And
- 32:58Speaker 17: Trump really would like to bring peace to that region.
- 33:02Speaker 17: And whether he's going to be able to do that,
- 33:04Speaker 17: I don't know. I think it depends on whether Ukraine,
- 33:07Speaker 17: at the end of the day is willing to make
- 33:09Speaker 17: some concessions so that Russia isn't just walking away empty
- 33:15Speaker 17: handed after all of these years, So.
- 33:18Speaker 3: You think that Ukraine is going to have to make
- 33:21Speaker 3: some concessions. I mean the other thing is is can
- 33:23Speaker 3: we really trust Russia as well?
- 33:27Speaker 1: Well?
- 33:27Speaker 17: Of course we can't trust Russia. Nobody trusts Russia. But nevertheless,
- 33:33Speaker 17: they are war weary. They have got to want this
- 33:35Speaker 17: thing to come to an end. But they have to
- 33:37Speaker 17: get something. You know, some years ago Russia marched in
- 33:41Speaker 17: and seized Crimea and they've held on to Crimea. Nobody's
- 33:44Speaker 17: talking about Russia giving Crimea back. And I think the
- 33:48Speaker 17: path to peace here probably lies in a ceasefire line
- 33:53Speaker 17: and ultimately align basically corresponding to where the armies are,
- 33:58Speaker 17: which is what usually had happens, and that means that
- 34:01Speaker 17: Russia would gain a little bit of Russian speaking territory
- 34:05Speaker 17: there in eastern Ukraine. If Ukraine is not willing to
- 34:09Speaker 17: agree to that, it's very hard to see how this
- 34:12Speaker 17: war ends.
- 34:13Speaker 3: No, absolutely, Look, I think the world's going to be
- 34:16Speaker 3: watching with beta breath to see what happens here, because
- 34:19Speaker 3: it's been certainly a very long war.
- 34:21Speaker 7: Now.
- 34:22Speaker 3: Meanwhile, Donald Trump has hosted the leaders of sworn enemies
- 34:26Speaker 3: Armenia and Azerbaijan, two former Soviet states of course, for
- 34:30Speaker 3: an official peace signing ceremony.
- 34:32Speaker 5: At the White House.
- 34:33Speaker 3: I've got to say it was quite an extraordinary site,
- 34:36Speaker 3: seeing these two countries after all these years come together.
- 34:40Speaker 1: John.
- 34:41Speaker 5: There's speculation that this is all part of a push.
- 34:44Speaker 3: For Donald Trump to get that Nobel Peace Prize. He's
- 34:47Speaker 3: pulled this summit off. If he then pulls off Russia
- 34:50Speaker 3: and Ukraine, should he get it?
- 34:53Speaker 17: Well, if he does that he should get it, whether
- 34:55Speaker 17: he will as another matter of course, but this conflict
- 34:58Speaker 17: between Armenia and Yazerbijan goes back to the nineteen eighties,
- 35:03Speaker 17: and it seems as if the Trump administration has come
- 35:06Speaker 17: up with a creative solution. We'll see if it works,
- 35:09Speaker 17: but it's focused on a transportation corridor that would be
- 35:14Speaker 17: shared by these two countries. It would be a new
- 35:16Speaker 17: trade route between Asia and Europe, and it could result
- 35:20Speaker 17: in tens of billions of dollars in economic development for
- 35:24Speaker 17: both of these countries. And it also could result in
- 35:27Speaker 17: American influence in that region replacing Russian and Iranian influence.
- 35:33Speaker 17: So it's got the potential to be a win win
- 35:37Speaker 17: all the way around, and we'll have to see how
- 35:39Speaker 17: it develops.
- 35:40Speaker 3: Yeah, look absolutely, I mean as he said, I feel
- 35:43Speaker 3: like if he does Russia and Ukraine, surely you've got
- 35:46Speaker 3: to give this man the Nobel Peace Prize.
- 35:48Speaker 5: He's done one, let's see what else he can do. Now,
- 35:52Speaker 5: this is quite fascinating.
- 35:53Speaker 3: Donald Trump has avowed to immediately force all homeless people
- 35:58Speaker 3: out of Washington, DC to an undisclosed place far away.
- 36:02Speaker 3: He's taken to truth social posting quote, I'm going to
- 36:06Speaker 3: make our capital safer and more beautiful than it ever
- 36:10Speaker 3: was before. We want our capital back. Look, John, I'm
- 36:14Speaker 3: very curious to know how he plans to do this.
- 36:18Speaker 3: He's also spoken not just of the homeless, but also
- 36:21Speaker 3: of criminals. I mean, he's spoken about criminals for many,
- 36:23Speaker 3: many months now. But will it be easiest said than
- 36:26Speaker 3: done in your view, to actually move the homeless out of.
- 36:29Speaker 5: Washington d C?
- 36:31Speaker 17: Deniki, it can be done. Why DC has been to
- 36:34Speaker 17: Disgreece for a long time. It's got the fourth highest
- 36:37Speaker 17: murder rate of any American city. There are thousands of
- 36:40Speaker 17: homeless people. If you go around American cities, there are
- 36:44Speaker 17: some where are stepping over homeless people on the street.
- 36:47Speaker 17: There are others where there are no homeless people in
- 36:49Speaker 17: safe We don't have to have this plague all over
- 36:53Speaker 17: our urban areas, and that's a matter of local law enforcement.
- 36:58Speaker 17: So Trump is going to do a press reference tomorrow
- 37:00Speaker 17: he'll announce more specific plans. The mayor of d C,
- 37:04Speaker 17: Muriel Bowser, says she's going to cooperate in Trump's efforts here.
- 37:08Speaker 17: So I am hopeful that he's going to be able
- 37:11Speaker 17: to clean up Washington, d C. And make it a
- 37:14Speaker 17: capital that the American people can be proud of.
- 37:17Speaker 5: Yeah, look fair enough, and good on him for trying
- 37:21Speaker 5: to do something about it. We'll be watching that closely now.
- 37:24Speaker 3: Bernie said Is has slammed former Vice President Kamala Harris's
- 37:28Speaker 3: twenty twenty four presidential campaign, accusing it of being heavily
- 37:33Speaker 3: influenced by wealthy people.
- 37:35Speaker 5: J who would have thought. Here's what he had to say.
- 37:38Speaker 19: One of the reasons, in my view that Kamala Harris
- 37:41Speaker 19: lost the selection is she had too many billionaires telling
- 37:44Speaker 19: God not to speak.
- 37:45Speaker 7: Up for the working class of this country.
- 37:48Speaker 1: Well, no, I think, I mean, I don't think that
- 37:50Speaker 1: that's I like Kumla.
- 37:51Speaker 7: She's a friendly line, but she was Her core consultants,
- 37:56Speaker 7: you know, were heavily influenced by very wealthy people.
- 38:00Speaker 3: And I think Bernie Sanders is absolutely spot on. She
- 38:03Speaker 3: had all these wealthy mouthpieces. Remember the actors like George Clooney,
- 38:08Speaker 3: singer Beyonce. None of these people represented Middle America.
- 38:14Speaker 17: Well here's the problem, Denika. The Democrats are the party
- 38:17Speaker 17: of the wealthy. It's not just Kamala Harris. And by
- 38:20Speaker 17: the way, Bertie Sanders himself is wealthy. The best demographic
- 38:25Speaker 17: the voters have that the Democrats have in terms of
- 38:28Speaker 17: voting is people with incomes over two hundred thousand dollars
- 38:32Speaker 17: a year. They're always denouncing billionaires, but the reality is
- 38:37Speaker 17: that most billionaires who are at all active in politics
- 38:41Speaker 17: are on the side of the Democrats. It is the
- 38:44Speaker 17: Republicans who are now the party of the working class.
- 38:47Speaker 17: The Republicans have figured that out and they're proud of
- 38:50Speaker 17: but the Democrats really have yet come to grips with it,
- 38:54Speaker 17: and they don't really have a good way to talk
- 38:56Speaker 17: about it.
- 38:57Speaker 3: No, clearly, But you're right about Bertie's But for once
- 39:00Speaker 3: I actually agree with him.
- 39:02Speaker 5: He's not wrong. I feel like what he just said.
- 39:05Speaker 3: Now, look the Global Government Surplus auction House. This was
- 39:08Speaker 3: commissioned by the Biden administration to sell three hundred and
- 39:11Speaker 3: fifty million US dollars in unused components of Donald Trump's
- 39:15Speaker 3: border wall. It's now claiming that it plans to coordinate
- 39:19Speaker 3: with Trump to return some of those materials back to
- 39:23Speaker 3: the federal government.
- 39:25Speaker 5: John makes sense of this for us, How do you
- 39:28Speaker 5: think this would work? And is it a good thing?
- 39:31Speaker 17: Well, what's going on, Herdinika is that Trump was building
- 39:34Speaker 17: this water wall between the US and Mexico. And when
- 39:37Speaker 17: Joe Biden came in in twenty twenty one, one of
- 39:40Speaker 17: the first things he did was to stop construction of
- 39:44Speaker 17: the wall. And at that time, the federal government had
- 39:47Speaker 17: bought something in the vicinity of three hundred million dollars
- 39:50Speaker 17: worth of materials that had not yet been installed, that
- 39:54Speaker 17: were awaiting construction, and there was materials started getting auctioned
- 39:58Speaker 17: off a pennies on the d It was kind of
- 40:00Speaker 17: a scandal. So Trump is now trying to get those
- 40:04Speaker 17: materials back and this big e auction house has said
- 40:07Speaker 17: that they are going to sell the materials back to
- 40:10Speaker 17: the federal government at cost, and so that's better than
- 40:13Speaker 17: what was happening before. But I think this significant thing
- 40:17Speaker 17: is that construction on that border wall is once again underway.
- 40:23Speaker 5: Yeah. Absolutely, it's about time.
- 40:26Speaker 3: I mean, it was obviously a key election promise, so
- 40:28Speaker 3: no doubt I'm sure Trump would want to get that
- 40:30Speaker 3: back up and running now. Jd Vance, he's been overseas
- 40:34Speaker 3: saying that he does not want the UK to go
- 40:36Speaker 3: down what he calls the very dark path to losing
- 40:40Speaker 3: free speech.
- 40:41Speaker 5: Here, he was speaking at a meeting with Britain's Foreign secretary.
- 40:45Speaker 22: Well, I'd say I raised concerns about free speech in
- 40:48Speaker 22: the United States of America. I think the entire collective West,
- 40:52Speaker 22: the Transatlantic relationship.
- 40:53Speaker 11: Our NATO allies.
- 40:54Speaker 22: Certainly the United States under the Biden administration got a
- 40:57Speaker 22: little too comfortable with censoring rather and engaging with a
- 41:01Speaker 22: diverse ray of opinions.
- 41:03Speaker 17: John is he right, Well, he is right to dec
- 41:07Speaker 17: he's been kind of diplomatic there. Honestly, He's talked about
- 41:10Speaker 17: this before. The reality is that the United Kingdom and
- 41:14Speaker 17: a number of other European countries embarked on immigration policies
- 41:19Speaker 17: that turned out to be disastrous and people don't like them.
- 41:23Speaker 17: And in the UK in particular, instead of facing up
- 41:26Speaker 17: to the fact that these policies have failed and tried
- 41:29Speaker 17: to do something about it, the government instead is trying
- 41:32Speaker 17: to suppress criticism from people who don't like what's happened.
- 41:36Speaker 17: And so in the UK now you can have your
- 41:39Speaker 17: doorbell rung and it's a couple of police officers who
- 41:42Speaker 17: don't like something that you tweeted. And we've had a
- 41:45Speaker 17: number of people in the UK actually imprisoned for saying
- 41:49Speaker 17: things that clearly would be constitutionally protected speech here in
- 41:53Speaker 17: the United States, and so there is a real issue
- 41:56Speaker 17: of free speech. I think it's true across a good
- 41:59Speaker 17: part of Europe, and it certainly is true in the
- 42:02Speaker 17: United Kingdom.
- 42:03Speaker 5: Yeah, I think the UK is absolutely stuffed. Right now,
- 42:05Speaker 5: Before I let you go, John, I want to ask you.
- 42:07Speaker 5: I mean, we've had JD.
- 42:08Speaker 3: Vance basically telling the UK off in front of the
- 42:12Speaker 3: Foreign Secretary over there.
- 42:14Speaker 5: A couple of weeks ago.
- 42:15Speaker 3: Donald Trump was in the UK saying pretty much the
- 42:18Speaker 3: exact same thing to the UK Prime Minister. What do
- 42:21Speaker 3: you make of this technique the White House is using,
- 42:24Speaker 3: going to these countries and just telling it like it is.
- 42:28Speaker 17: Well, Donald Trump says already thinks. You don't have to
- 42:32Speaker 17: sit there and speculate about what Donald Trump thinks about something.
- 42:35Speaker 17: He'll tell you and to be honest, Anika, I think
- 42:38Speaker 17: these are conversations we need to have. I think that
- 42:42Speaker 17: the Europeans needed to be told that they should step
- 42:45Speaker 17: up and play their part in needle. They needed to contribute,
- 42:49Speaker 17: and they weren't doing it. They don't agree with that,
- 42:51Speaker 17: and I think that similarly, it's a good thing for
- 42:54Speaker 17: Trump and Vance to say, look, we in the West
- 42:58Speaker 17: have for hundreds of years committed to free speech. It's
- 43:02Speaker 17: sort of the foundation of democracy, and we're seeing it
- 43:05Speaker 17: start to slip away. I think it's good that they
- 43:07Speaker 17: are pointing these things out.
- 43:09Speaker 5: I completely agree.
- 43:10Speaker 3: It's good that they're saying it like it is, and
- 43:13Speaker 3: it makes for some good television as well. I've got
- 43:16Speaker 3: to say, John Heindereker, nice to chat with you. Thanks
- 43:19Speaker 3: very much for joining us on the show this evening
- 43:22Speaker 3: still to come. Meghan Markle reportedly ridiculed by friends of
- 43:25Speaker 3: Prince William and Princess Kate over that horrendous lifestyle brand
- 43:29Speaker 3: as Ever.
- 43:31Speaker 5: Kinsey Schofield will join me next. Welcome back.
- 43:43Speaker 3: Joining me now is celebrity and royal commentator Kinsey Schofield.
- 43:46Speaker 5: Kinsey, good to see you.
- 43:48Speaker 3: Let's start with the friends of Prince William and Kate
- 43:50Speaker 3: Middleton who are reportedly or have been ridiculing Meghan mark
- 43:54Speaker 3: and after mark All after she rebranded her lifestyle store
- 43:58Speaker 3: to as Ever back in February. One friend said quote,
- 44:01Speaker 3: It's caused quite a bit of laughter within the group.
- 44:04Speaker 3: WhatsApp messages have been going back and forth. It's all
- 44:07Speaker 3: very budget and rushed, embarrassing. Really well, kinsy. They're not wrong,
- 44:11Speaker 3: let's be honest.
- 44:12Speaker 5: But they've also given the brand a nickname.
- 44:16Speaker 12: Yes, I've worn my blazer in honor of that nickname,
- 44:19Speaker 12: as if very a very clueless themed nickname, as if
- 44:27Speaker 12: as if this brand will ever take off. This is
- 44:29Speaker 12: according to Bella magazine, And I mean this is some
- 44:33Speaker 12: of the commentary we've seen online too, So it wouldn't
- 44:35Speaker 12: surprise me if this were true. I think that the
- 44:39Speaker 12: idea of it being very budget and rushed is a
- 44:44Speaker 12: conversation I've had a lot lately. I spoke to the
- 44:46Speaker 12: author Tom Bauer, who wrote Revenge about Harry and Meghan,
- 44:50Speaker 12: an incredible book, and he said investors are hesitant to
- 44:54Speaker 12: work with Meghan because everything looks so messy, chaotic and rushed,
- 45:00Speaker 12: and so I labels peeling off when they talk about budget,
- 45:05Speaker 12: the packaging within itself, people are critical of it. You know,
- 45:08Speaker 12: this is supposed to be some limited edition keepsake, but
- 45:11Speaker 12: it's just, you know, something that in moisture is going
- 45:15Speaker 12: to fall to pieces. So is this story true or not?
- 45:19Speaker 12: I'd predict that it's likely pretty true.
- 45:23Speaker 3: It wouldn't surprise me either. But you look fabulous in
- 45:25Speaker 3: that blazer. I mustad so while it goes with the theme,
- 45:28Speaker 3: it looks great.
- 45:29Speaker 5: Now.
- 45:29Speaker 3: Look, the Daily Mail has revealed that Prince Harry is
- 45:31Speaker 3: planning to get back at the boardroom rival who accused
- 45:34Speaker 3: him of bullying at Senator Bail by launching a new
- 45:38Speaker 3: African children's charity. Kinsey tell us more, it sounds like
- 45:41Speaker 3: this is some sort of random revenge mission.
- 45:44Speaker 5: So this is reacting.
- 45:47Speaker 12: This is his reaction to losing Ceneballe, and this is
- 45:51Speaker 12: his fight with doctor Sophi Shandaka. And there are reports
- 45:54Speaker 12: that potentially he could create a new rival charity because
- 46:00Speaker 12: he's so frustrated over losing Cinebale. We know that he's
- 46:03Speaker 12: the co founder of this charity with Prince Ciso of Lesutu.
- 46:07Speaker 12: The objective of this charity is helping children with HIV
- 46:11Speaker 12: and AIDS, or that have been affected with their families
- 46:14Speaker 12: in some way, shape or form.
- 46:16Speaker 5: With HIV AIDS.
- 46:17Speaker 12: I think it would be easier for him to get
- 46:20Speaker 12: involved in existing charities and maybe build that way, versus
- 46:25Speaker 12: launching an entirely new charity that would compete with this
- 46:29Speaker 12: former charity of his that he stepped down from. I
- 46:33Speaker 12: think that that would be the best way to go. However,
- 46:36Speaker 12: doctor Sophie Shandaka said throughout multiple press interviews his brand
- 46:39Speaker 12: is toxic. So I wonder if he'll struggle to find
- 46:42Speaker 12: another charity that's eager to work with him in that area.
- 46:46Speaker 5: Yeah, very curious. Sad to see how that one goes.
- 46:49Speaker 3: Now, former co host of The View rosio' donald, still
- 46:52Speaker 3: suffering with Trump derangement syndrome after all these years, had
- 46:55Speaker 3: said that she thinks that the daytime opinion program could
- 46:58Speaker 3: soon be taken off the by the ABC in the US,
- 47:02Speaker 3: and Kinsey, of course she's blaming Trump.
- 47:06Speaker 5: I know, right.
- 47:06Speaker 12: So this is a reaction to a new study from
- 47:10Speaker 12: the Media Research Center that claims so far this year,
- 47:12Speaker 12: the View only hosted one hundred and No, they actually
- 47:16Speaker 12: hosted one hundred and two guests with liberal leanings and
- 47:20Speaker 12: zero absolutely zero conservatives, but only counting those who discuss
- 47:24Speaker 12: politics throughout their sit down. And Rosie says that the
- 47:29Speaker 12: show isn't biased at all, and she's arguing that this
- 47:33Speaker 12: review is actually code for an attempt to cancel the
- 47:36Speaker 12: show altogether. So she is trying to warn people that
- 47:40Speaker 12: this is coming based on this unfair representation that The
- 47:45Speaker 12: View never really hosts conservatives.
- 47:46Speaker 5: But you know as well as I do that they don't.
- 47:49Speaker 12: They don't host conservatives, and if you do get a
- 47:52Speaker 12: random conservative on there, they tear that person to pieces.
- 47:56Speaker 3: Yeah, they do, and they're basically a mouthpiece for the Democrats.
- 48:00Speaker 3: I know what she's told me about. Seriously, now, Britney
- 48:02Speaker 3: Spie is his ex. Kevin Fedaline is dropping a tell all,
- 48:06Speaker 3: which he promises will be extremely intimate and transparent. What
- 48:10Speaker 3: sort of a reaction are you expecting, Kinsey?
- 48:12Speaker 5: What will we hear about? Do you think this is
- 48:15Speaker 5: so shameless?
- 48:16Speaker 12: This is as low as you can go. It's his
- 48:18Speaker 12: only option after a failed dancing and rapping career that
- 48:22Speaker 12: I'm sure he would love for us to forget. And
- 48:24Speaker 12: he's run out of child support money. I mean, his
- 48:26Speaker 12: kid's eighteen and nineteen years old. Do you remember how
- 48:29Speaker 12: much that monthly child support check was? He was rolling
- 48:34Speaker 12: in the dough. But he says, of this book, I
- 48:36Speaker 12: achieved my biggest dreams, dealt with crushing heartbreak, and endured
- 48:39Speaker 12: constant ridicule, all while becoming the father my children needed
- 48:44Speaker 12: as they experienced NonStop emotional turbulence. Kevin, you were ridiculed
- 48:48Speaker 12: because you left your pregnant girlfriend, Shar Jackson for Britney Spears.
- 48:52Speaker 12: Shar was pregnant with their second child. I feel like
- 48:56Speaker 12: there was a little bit of justification in our judgment.
- 48:59Speaker 5: Yeah, very clear.
- 49:00Speaker 3: Before we let you go, Kinsey, Conspiracy theories are emerging
- 49:03Speaker 3: about the real reason Leonardo DiCaprio always covers his face.
- 49:07Speaker 5: Out in public.
- 49:08Speaker 1: Why.
- 49:09Speaker 12: Yeah, they're saying, could it be plastic surgery? Did he
- 49:12Speaker 12: get a bad facelift? Some immer saying it's not really him,
- 49:15Speaker 12: it's his double ganger. I think that there are so
- 49:18Speaker 12: few celebrities, like real, real, big A list celebrities left
- 49:22Speaker 12: in the world, and this is his way of trying
- 49:24Speaker 12: to continue to maintain that, you know, that air about him,
- 49:28Speaker 12: that he's an A list movie star.
- 49:31Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, he's got the money, so if he
- 49:32Speaker 3: was having a facelift, it would not surprise me.
- 49:35Speaker 5: But yep, there you go. Fascinating the world of conspiracy theories.
- 49:39Speaker 3: Kinsey'schofield, good to catch up, Thanks for your time.
- 49:42Speaker 5: Well that is it for me. Up next to news Night,
- 49:44Speaker 5: Good Night.
