Epstein Survivors Urge Senate to Reject Todd Blanche (7/14/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Epstein Chronicles. On Wednesday, the Senate is going to get
• 0:08
together and they're going to decide if they're going to
• 0:10
confirm Todd Blanche. Well, the Epstein survivors they're not too
• 0:16
happy about it, and they've released a video urging the
• 0:19
Senate not to confirm Todd Blanche based on his behavior
• 0:23
and the way he's handled the Epstein files. And I
• 0:27
have to say they're right. If this man can't handle
• 0:32
one of the most sensitive scandals in American history the
• 0:36
correct way and care about the victims and the survivors,
• 0:39
what makes anyone think that he's capable of doing this job?
• 0:43
And to the loyalists out there, what exactly has he done?
• 0:46
Has anyone been arrested for all of the things that
• 0:50
you said happened, the widespread voter corruption, et cetera, et cetera,
• 0:55
nothing's happened. This man hasn't arrested nobody. Basically, all he's
• 1:01
done is throw wet towel over the Epstein stuff. That's
• 1:05
been his whole, entire job, his whole role. And believe me,
• 1:09
if we notice it and we see it, so do
• 1:12
the survivors. So today we have an article from The
• 1:15
Independent and the headline Epstein survivors release video urging Senate
• 1:20
to block Trump's ag pick over botch release of files. Well,
• 1:25
that and his little conversation with Glanne Maxwell, and not
• 1:28
to veer too far off the subject, but there is
• 1:32
no scenario in any universe where what's going on with
• 1:37
Glen Maxwell is acceptable, And the fact that we still
• 1:40
have no answers, no reasoning behind why she was moved
• 1:44
is a gigantic tell. But you see, folks, they don't
• 1:48
want to go after the cover up. That's not what
• 1:50
they're interested in because that doesn't get them the headlines
• 1:53
are looking for and that actually takes work. So instead
• 1:57
they're all looking for a gotcha moment both ways. Meanwhile,
• 2:00
while the only people that are getting got are the
• 2:03
rest of us and the survivors. Once again, the author
• 2:07
Joe Summerlin, a group of women who survived Jeffrey Epstein's abuse,
• 2:11
has released a video calling on Senators to vote against
• 2:14
Todd Blanche's candidacy to become the next Attorney General over
• 2:18
his alleged mishandling of the Epstein files. What's alleged about it?
• 2:22
Are they in compliance? No, they're not right. Did they
• 2:25
turn over everything they're supposed to turn over? No they didn't, right,
• 2:30
So what do you mean alleged he has mishandled the
• 2:33
Epstein files. Those are just the facts. President Donald Trump's
• 2:38
choice to lead the Department of Justice has occupied the
• 2:41
role on an acting basis since Pam Bondi's firing in April,
• 2:45
and is now in contention to secure the job permanently,
• 2:48
pending approval by a majority of lawmakers in the upper
• 2:51
Chamber of Congress this week. Boy, imagine confirming this guy
• 2:57
knowing everything that we know. The truth is, they don't care.
• 3:02
And I'm just going to hammer that point home, maybe
• 3:04
every episode, how about that, until people start understanding all
• 3:08
of these politicians that serve you up, all this rage, rhetoric,
• 3:12
all this bait, they're doing it for a purpose. They
• 3:16
understand the matter you are. The better it is for them.
• 3:19
The more red meat you can throw to the base,
• 3:21
the more of a feeding frenzy you can cause. And
• 3:24
of course that's the goal, confusion, obfuscation, and if that
• 3:28
doesn't work, hell lawfare. However, Blanche was the face of
• 3:33
the DOJ's release a federal investigative material on the lay
• 3:36
billionaire pedophile following the passage of the Epstein File Transparency
• 3:40
Act in November, a chaotic process that saw the publication
• 3:44
of around three and a half million documents in three
• 3:46
tranches across December and January, and attracted complaints about redacting errors.
• 3:53
EH complains about a lot of things, the fact that
• 3:56
a lot of the stuff we saw was repetitive. When
• 4:00
they have the audacity to talk about duplicative documents, Buddy,
• 4:04
just about everything you passed out to us was duplicative. Now,
• 4:07
of course the emails that gave us a little bit
• 4:10
of an inter look into Jeffrey Epstein's world, But I'm
• 4:13
talking about the basic story. None of this was new,
• 4:16
None of it caught us by surprise. None of it
• 4:18
was shocking, and that's because we've been talking about it
• 4:22
and diving into it for years. So basically, the files
• 4:25
acted as a confirmation for people like us. The video
• 4:30
published by the campaign group World Without Exploitation, the survivors
• 4:34
state that their identities and personal information were disclosed in
• 4:37
the files against their wishes, saying their privacy had been compromised,
• 4:42
in their safety, put at risk, and appealing to Senators
• 4:45
to vote against Blanche, whom they hold responsible for the blunders. Well,
• 4:49
somebody got to be hold in the bag, and you
• 4:51
damn well know it's not going to be Donald Trump,
• 4:53
So somebody has to be set up as the fall
• 4:55
guy if things go wrong. Congratulations, Todd Blanche, You're up
• 4:59
to bet Todd Blanche had a duty to protect us,
• 5:02
they say in the cliff. Instead, he protected the people
• 5:05
who committed crimes against us. And that's always been the
• 5:09
big problem, right, Like people can argue all they want
• 5:12
about the expansiveness of Jeffrey Epstein's operation, but I'm here
• 5:16
to tell you, if he gave one girl to one person,
• 5:19
he's a human trafficker. It doesn't have to be a vast,
• 5:23
sprawling conspiracy where people try to make him out to
• 5:27
be Heidi Flies. That was never what was going on,
• 5:30
And I've told you that from the beginning, just like
• 5:32
I told you there was no list and that you
• 5:34
were being bullshitted by a lot of people. And what
• 5:36
it really comes down to is a lot of folks
• 5:38
just don't want to do the legwork. They don't want
• 5:40
to dive into the court documents, they don't want to
• 5:42
dive into the statements. They don't want to dive into
• 5:44
the testimony. They want to act like they're in high
• 5:48
school again, and instead of studying, they want to use
• 5:50
the cliff notes to write their book report. Then while
• 5:53
you're going to get the basics, you're never going to
• 5:56
dive deep. You're never going to get the nuance that
• 5:59
only comes with the diving into the court documents and
• 6:01
understanding exactly what we're talking about. And the vast majority
• 6:05
of people they just don't want to do it. The problem, though,
• 6:08
is if you don't dive into the court documents for yourself,
• 6:11
you have to rely on the media to break down
• 6:14
what they mean or what's going on, or just to
• 6:16
pick parts of the court documents that fit their narrative.
• 6:20
And that's why I read the whole last Coret document
• 6:22
when we go through them, so that you folks have
• 6:25
the whole story. You don't need me to break down
• 6:28
what the court document says to you. What you need
• 6:30
is the information so you can process it so you
• 6:33
understand the story as a whole. The survivors also express
• 6:36
scorn for Blanche's claim that there are no investigative leads
• 6:39
for the DOJ to follow up, despite what they characterize
• 6:42
as amount of evidence being made available about Epstein and
• 6:46
his network of wealthy co conspirators. He felt victims everywhere
• 6:50
they can tend vote no on Todd Blanche for Attorney General. Well,
• 6:55
I can get behind that message. Not that it matters,
• 6:57
but I can get behind that message. And I think
• 7:00
Todd Blanche is just a terrible, terrible attorney general. And
• 7:04
if I'm being honest, a terrible human being. And I
• 7:07
don't say that lightly. I don't know the man, right,
• 7:09
I don't have an ax to grind against him. I'm
• 7:12
not going to sit here and tell you that I
• 7:13
hate his guts or anything like that. But I find
• 7:16
them despicable, and I find the way he's conducted himself
• 7:19
to be an embarrassment. And if people have a problem
• 7:22
with that, guess what. Your boy doesn't give a fuck.
• 7:29
Speaking on NBC News after the release of the video,
• 7:32
survivor Liz Stein said Blanche's potential promotion was beyond concerning
• 7:36
to us, claiming he had shown little interest in pursuing
• 7:39
justice for the victims. Well, that's because he doesn't believe
• 7:43
that this is real. It's all a hoax and everybody
• 7:46
should just move on. Don't you remember, That's what him
• 7:48
and his buddy told us. And how about this gem, Well,
• 7:52
it's not illegal to party with Jeffrey Epstein, imagine saying
• 7:55
that as the acting Attorney General of the United States,
• 7:59
talk about run and cover for a bunch of scumbags.
• 8:03
And if you're running cover for a bunch of scumbags, well,
• 8:06
my friend, that makes you a scumbag as well. Fellow
• 8:10
survivor Joanna Harrison said that she had felt forced to
• 8:13
lead a public life as a campaigner as a result
• 8:16
of having her identity exposed by the files, saying the
• 8:19
release had been re traumatizing for her rather than cathartic.
• 8:23
And I could see that, Like I was telling you,
• 8:26
some of these women just want to move on with
• 8:28
their lives. They don't want anything to do with this.
• 8:30
They don't want to talk about it anymore. They just
• 8:32
want to move on. And you know why, because they
• 8:35
know nothing's gonna happen. That's the sad truth. People don't
• 8:38
want to hear it, but it's true. They see what's happening,
• 8:42
they see the lay of the land, and they understand
• 8:45
that if they come forward, no one's gonna help them.
• 8:48
So what the fuck is the point? And if that
• 8:50
doesn't enrage you, I don't know what will. Honestly, I
• 8:53
truly don't know what will Stein also criticized Blanche's decision
• 8:57
to interview Epstein accomplice Glene Maxwell in prison in Florida
• 9:01
last summer, after which she was relocated to another facility
• 9:05
in Texas, stating that Maxwell has a history of proving
• 9:09
herself an unreliable witness. Yeah. I no shit, She's more
• 9:12
of an unreliable narrator than a character in a George R. R.
• 9:16
Martin book. I mean, are you kidne me right now?
• 9:19
You want to talk about a fork tongue serpent, Glene Maxwell?
• 9:22
Is it? You know? You have all these people out
• 9:23
here talking about lizard people or among us. Yeah, they
• 9:26
are Glenn Maxwell, bipedal serpent. Run home and tell that
• 9:30
I just broke alien news on the podcast. Senate Judiciary
• 9:33
Democrats have meanwhile revealed that Dave invited another survivor, Daniel Bensky,
• 9:38
to testify as part of the panel of outside witnesses
• 9:41
on Thursday, a day after a Blanche appears before the
• 9:44
Senators to outline her objections to his permanent appointment, announcing
• 9:50
the invitation. Illinois Senator Dick Durbin, the committee's top Democrats
• 9:54
set in a statement, Danny Bensky is a brave survivor
• 9:57
of Jeffrey Epstein's horrific crimes. Name has been included in
• 10:01
multiple batches of released Epstein files. Due to Todd Blanche's failures,
• 10:06
She's attempted multiple times to redact her information without success. Look,
• 10:12
they failed. Can we just call it what it is,
• 10:14
a gigantic failure by the DOJ, because that's exactly what
• 10:18
it is. Durban added that his committee's minority witness list
• 10:22
will also include former DOJ pardon attorney Liz Lawyer, who
• 10:26
he said had been fired by Blanche for refusing to
• 10:30
rubber stamp gun ownership rights to mel Gibson, who was
• 10:33
convicted of domestic violence abuser and a friend of Donald Trump.
• 10:36
Bensky and Oyer will offer compelling testimony about the dangers
• 10:40
of Todd Blanche weaponizing the Justice Department in service to
• 10:43
Donald Trump rather than the American people. Durbin said, well, look,
• 10:48
I don't trust Dick Durbin as far as I could
• 10:50
throw his ass, But if we're gonna put Todd Blanche
• 10:54
in the spotlight, cool, Let's do it. Like I've told you,
• 10:57
all of these politicians that think they're running hustle on me,
• 11:01
I'm running the hustle on them. I'm riding them to victory.
• 11:04
But if you think I'm endorsing any of these people,
• 11:07
you're crazy. None of them, Not Thomas Massey, not Rocanna,
• 11:11
not Dick Durbin, not any of them. And you know why,
• 11:15
because I don't trust them. Is that plain enough? What
• 11:19
exactly have they done with their time in office to
• 11:22
make me trust them? Not a damn thing. And when
• 11:25
you escape from the echo chamber and you escape from
• 11:29
the ideologues and the nonsense, you see the picture clearly,
• 11:33
and what it reveals is that both sides don't give
• 11:35
a damn And I think that one of the best
• 11:38
representations of that is the Epstein scandal and how both
• 11:41
sides have attempted to weaponize it. But as far as
• 11:44
Todd Blanche goes and the confirmation, my guess is that
• 11:47
he's gonna get confirmed. So we'll keep an eye on it,
• 11:50
and then after the hearing, obviously we'll have some more
• 11:53
information one way or the other. So until then, that's
• 11:57
going to do it for this one. All the Information
• 11:59
that goes with this episode can be found in the
• 12:02
  description box.
