TWC Podcast #151: A Friend Walks into a Dealership…
This week, we dive into a real-world dealership experience when a friend of the podcast heads to a Lexus dealership for an oil change on their ICE vehicle and leaves with their very first BEV, a Lexus RZ 450e. How did the dealership educate this new EV buyer? How are they enjoying the vehicle’s charging experience? The answers might surprise you, because it certainly wasn’t the experience we were expecting.
