Speaker 1: So we have a couple of articles tonight. One will
• 0:02
Speaker 1: be from Fox News and the other is from the Sun.
• 0:06
Speaker 1: A couple of interesting articles.
• 0:08
  Speaker 2: For sure.
• 0:08
Speaker 1: We have another accuser that has come out and named
• 0:11
Speaker 1: not only Jeffrey Epstein, but no, no, no no, our
• 0:15
Speaker 1: best friend Lady g Maxwell as well as one of
• 0:18
Speaker 1: her abusers. So we'll read that article and we'll see
• 0:22
Speaker 1: what they have to say about that, add a little
• 0:24
Speaker 1: bit more context, some more layers to the story, and
• 0:27
Speaker 1: hopefully peel back some layers. Right Usually it seems like
• 0:30
Speaker 1: it's fifty to fifty. Every time we think we're making
• 0:32
Speaker 1: some ground and finding out what exactly goes on, there's,
• 0:35
Speaker 1: you know, another layer to peel back. And that's just
• 0:38
Speaker 1: the way cases like this go, when there's a trickle
• 0:40
Speaker 1: of evidence that comes out and not you know, there's
• 0:42
Speaker 1: no there's no big like court case where we're gonna
• 0:44
Speaker 1: get huge discovery as of right now, although we could
• 0:47
Speaker 1: get a treasure trove of information by the end of
• 0:50
Speaker 1: the year. We'll see what happens in that case. If
• 0:53
Speaker 1: you want to get in contact with me, you can
• 0:55
  Speaker 1: do that at bo b B y c ap you
• 0:58
  Speaker 1: c c I at ProtonMail dot com. That's Bobby Kapucci
• 1:02
Speaker 1: at ProtonMail dot com. All right, so let's jump into
• 1:06
Speaker 1: these articles and see what we have going on. The
• 1:08
Speaker 1: first one from Fox is a criminal defense attorney, why
• 1:12
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew should just shut up about Jeffrey Epstein. Criminal
• 1:16
Speaker 1: defense attorney Johnas spilboor argued that Prince Andrew is teetering
• 1:20
Speaker 1: on being criminally accused following a disastrous recent interview of
• 1:24
Speaker 1: the British Royal and growing calls from Jeffrey Epstein's victims
• 1:27
Speaker 1: that the Prince should meet with the US investigators as
• 1:30
Speaker 1: soon as possible. I realize this is a very sensitive case,
• 1:34
Speaker 1: numerous victims, horrible allegations, said Spilbour on America's Newsroom on Friday.
• 1:39
Speaker 1: But if I were advising him, he really needs to
• 1:41
Speaker 1: stop talking. He really needs to shut up. Remember that's
• 1:44
Speaker 1: Act said the same thing. Look, I'm not a lawyer,
• 1:46
Speaker 1: but any stretch of the imagination, but I know that
• 1:49
Speaker 1: you got to keep your mouth shut, especially when you're guilty.
• 1:52
Speaker 1: It's looking the way Andrew is. You need to have
• 1:55
Speaker 1: a lawyer with you. You can't just be running at
• 1:58
Speaker 1: you your yap because you're going to dig your grave.
• 2:01
Speaker 1: Look what he's doing right now. The Duke of York
• 2:04
Speaker 1: announced Wednesday that he was retreating from his royal duties
• 2:07
Speaker 1: for the foreseeable future and what amounted to Buckingham Palace
• 2:10
Speaker 1: firing in Queen Elizabeth's second son over his relationship with
• 2:14
Speaker 1: the convicted sex offender and accused sex trafficker Epstein. In
• 2:18
Speaker 1: a statement, Andrew said he was willing to help any
• 2:20
Speaker 1: appropriate law enforcement agency with their investigations if required. On Thursday,
• 2:26
Speaker 1: Gloria Alred, who was representing several of Epstein's victims, said
• 2:29
Speaker 1: the Prince must tell us authorities about what he knows
• 2:32
Speaker 1: regarding an alleged sex trafficking ring run by Epstein and
• 2:36
Speaker 1: potentially involving Epstein's close friend gives Lane Maxwell, this is
• 2:40
Speaker 1: a good lead into our next story. Like I said,
• 2:41
  Speaker 1: I haven't read this one yet, so it's a nice
• 2:44
Speaker 1: little lead in there. Huh.
• 2:45
  Speaker 2: Perfect.
• 2:46
Speaker 1: I'm glad that he's willing to speak to law enforcement,
• 2:49
Speaker 1: although I am not sure what he means by quote
• 2:51
Speaker 1: if required end quote said already is he insisting that
• 2:55
Speaker 1: he'd be served with the subpoena to testify? Look, I
• 2:57
Speaker 1: think that's the proper thing to do here. Think that
• 3:00
Speaker 1: they should. They should serve him with the subpoena, bring
• 3:02
Speaker 1: him in, get him on record, see what he has
• 3:05
Speaker 1: to say, and look, if he's an innocent man, this
• 3:07
Speaker 1: is his chance to clear his name. He's gonna have
• 3:09
Speaker 1: access to the highest profile attorneys out there. He's gonna
• 3:12
Speaker 1: have every shot in the world to beat this case
• 3:14
Speaker 1: if it goes criminal on him. So let's see where
• 3:17
Speaker 1: the card. Let's let's see your cards, right. What are
• 3:20
Speaker 1: you running from? There gotta be something going on. All
• 3:26
Speaker 1: of this follows a widely panned interview that Andrew did
• 3:29
Speaker 1: with the BBC on Monday, during during which he denied
• 3:32
Speaker 1: that he had a sexual relationship with an underage girl,
• 3:35
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, at Maxwell's home in London in two thousand
• 3:38
Speaker 1: and one. Robert's allegation and others are detailed and then
• 3:41
Speaker 1: Fox New in the Fox Nation documentary The Twisted World
• 3:44
Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein. I highly suggest you guys watch that.
• 3:47
  Speaker 1: If you haven't, there's a hyperlink here for it. I
• 3:51
Speaker 1: don't know if it's you have to pay for it
• 3:53
Speaker 1: or not. I was able to watch it without paying.
• 3:56
Speaker 1: I don't know if it's behind the paywall or whatnot.
• 3:59
Speaker 1: But if you have access to Fox Nation and you
• 4:02
Speaker 1: want to watch it, the hyperlink will be in this article.
• 4:05
Speaker 1: One of Jeffrey Epstein's most high profile accusers, Virginia Roberts,
• 4:09
Speaker 1: accuses Prince Andrew of sexually assaulting her when she was
• 4:12
Speaker 1: just seventeen, said Fox News National correspondent Brian Lennis. In
• 4:16
Speaker 1: the Fox Nation investigation, there is a pretty damning two
• 4:20
Speaker 1: thousand and one photo of Prince Andrew wrapping his hand
• 4:22
Speaker 1: around Virginia roberts waist when she was a minor, continued Lennis,
• 4:26
Speaker 1: who covered the Epstein case for Fox News, and in
• 4:29
Speaker 1: the background you can see who is widely known as
• 4:32
Speaker 1: the primary alleged primary co conspirator, and his former ex girlfriend,
• 4:36
Speaker 1: gis Lane Maxwell. He says that he has never seen
• 4:38
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein take part in the alleged behavior.
• 4:41
Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, sure, you.
• 4:42
Speaker 1: Know, like I said, the little monkeys see no evil here,
• 4:45
Speaker 1: no evil, speak no evil. Maybe we should make some merch.
• 4:48
Speaker 1: We should do the three Little Monkeys, but we should
• 4:50
Speaker 1: have Jeffrey Epstein's face on one, Prince Andrew's face on one,
• 4:53
Speaker 1: and gis Lane Maxwell's face on one, because that's how
• 4:56
Speaker 1: ridiculous all three of these people are and like I
• 4:58
Speaker 1: said before, believe me when I I tell you if
• 5:00
Speaker 1: anyone's ever deserved to die, it's Jeffrey Epstein. But the
• 5:04
Speaker 1: problem with that is we don't want his secrets to
• 5:07
Speaker 1: die with him, right. We wanted to extract those secrets
• 5:09
Speaker 1: from him and then throw him in the mainline and
• 5:11
  Speaker 1: let the convicts.
• 5:12
  Speaker 2: Do their work.
• 5:15
Speaker 1: In addition, Lennis said, there's a Daily Mail video reportedly
• 5:19
Speaker 1: from December sixth, twenty ten, that shows Prince Andrew sort
• 5:22
Speaker 1: of peeking out the front door of Jeffrey Epstein's New
• 5:24
Speaker 1: York City mansion. What makes that look even worse is
• 5:27
Speaker 1: that a young brunette is seen leaving the house as
• 5:30
Speaker 1: he's opening that door, and less than an hour before that,
• 5:32
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein has seen exiting his home with a young blonde.
• 5:37
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew is now saying that twenty ten visit was
• 5:39
Speaker 1: about formally breaking his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein, that is
• 5:43
Speaker 1: what he says. All right, Let's back up a second here,
• 5:46
Speaker 1: all right? Who is the young brunette? Has she been
• 5:50
Speaker 1: identified yet? Have I missed that? Has anybody out there?
• 5:53
Speaker 1: Can anybody listening identify her?
• 5:55
  Speaker 2: If so?
• 5:55
Speaker 1: Shoot me an email at Bobby Kapucci at ProtonMail dot
• 5:58
Speaker 1: com because I have no idea. I haven't seen an
• 6:02
Speaker 1: identity for the brunette. Has she come out and spoke yet?
• 6:05
Speaker 1: I mean, she was a witness of Andrew being there.
• 6:07
Speaker 1: This is what I'm talking about. Why isn't this a
• 6:09
Speaker 1: Rico case yet? In less than an hour before that,
• 6:12
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was seen exiting with a young blonde. Well,
• 6:15
Speaker 1: who's the young blonde? Have we seen?
• 6:17
Speaker 2: Have we got a name for her? Yet?
• 6:19
Speaker 1: Still a lot of questions and still hardly any answers, right, folks,
• 6:23
Speaker 1: That's what's so confounding about this whole situation. So we
• 6:26
Speaker 1: just got to keep digging. We had to keep grinding.
• 6:28
Speaker 1: It's like being in a championship fight. You know, one
• 6:31
Speaker 1: round to them, one round to you, bite down on
• 6:33
Speaker 1: your mouthpiece, meet him in the middle of the ring
• 6:35
Speaker 1: and start throwing bombs. Because that's basically what we're in here.
• 6:39
Speaker 1: These poor victims are in the fight of their life,
• 6:41
Speaker 1: and all we can do is keep the pressure on
• 6:44
Speaker 1: by keeping the story out there. Former LAPD homicide detective
• 6:51
Speaker 1: Mark Furman, Oh yeah, let's listen to this guy. This
• 6:53
Speaker 1: guy's definitely a great source. Huh, he has no skeletons
• 6:57
Speaker 1: in his closet. Why would anyone even this? I'm sorry,
• 7:01
  Speaker 1: this is a rant that's a little.
• 7:02
  Speaker 3: Bit off topic.
• 7:03
Speaker 1: But why would you hire this guy and bring him
• 7:05
  Speaker 1: onto your network?
• 7:06
  Speaker 2: What is he?
• 7:08
Speaker 1: What does he bring to the network that somebody else
• 7:10
Speaker 1: couldn't bring. I mean, if any of you out there
• 7:12
Speaker 1: like him, hey, that's cool, that's your opinion. This is
• 7:14
Speaker 1: just happens to be my opinion. I don't feel like
• 7:16
Speaker 1: he brings anything to the story. He's kind of like
• 7:18
Speaker 1: a Gloria already to me, right, he detracts from whatever
• 7:21
  Speaker 1: he talks about.
• 7:22
Speaker 2: I see that name and I just roll my eyes. Boy.
• 7:28
Speaker 1: Former LAPD homicide detective Mark Furman told Fox News that
• 7:31
Speaker 1: US authorities may use Andrew's cooperation to help build a
• 7:34
Speaker 1: case against Maxwell. Well, that's definitely a good thing. We've
• 7:37
Speaker 1: been wanting that forever, and it shouldn't just be I
• 7:40
Speaker 1: don't know what's taken so long. Like I said, it
• 7:43
Speaker 1: has all the hallmarks of a Rico case. First, they
• 7:48
Speaker 1: want Prince Andrew to admit that he was having sex
• 7:51
Speaker 1: with his accuser, said Furman. Once that is established, they'll
• 7:54
Speaker 1: want to know how did Epstein set up the meetings
• 7:56
Speaker 1: with the girls and what was Maxwell's part. Lastly, who
• 7:59
Speaker 1: else would at these Epstein parties? Well, we already know who.
• 8:02
Speaker 1: We know that George Stephanopolis was at the party. We
• 8:05
Speaker 1: know Katie Kirk was there, we know that Charlie Rose
• 8:09
Speaker 1: was there, several other people that I'm skipping my mind
• 8:13
Speaker 1: right now, but we know that there.
• 8:15
Speaker 2: Was a bevy of high profile people there.
• 8:17
Speaker 1: And these are the same people that will get on
• 8:19
Speaker 1: their TV and they will talk about for women's rights
• 8:22
Speaker 1: or whatever they're grand standing. You know, their grand standing
• 8:27
Speaker 1: soapbox issue is of the day where whatever they can
• 8:30
Speaker 1: virtue signal about the most where they think they can
• 8:32
Speaker 1: gain a little bit of points. It's just absolutely ridiculous
• 8:35
Speaker 1: the way the whole entire culture has slid. The investigators
• 8:40
Speaker 1: need to need participants to show intent and knowledge. Firm
• 8:43
Speaker 1: And explained the FBI is still looking to indict Maxwell.
• 8:46
Speaker 1: She isn't hiding, but the FBI is trying to develop
• 8:49
Speaker 1: a case. They want to establish an ongoing sex trafficking
• 8:52
Speaker 1: ring to work inside the statute of limitations so they
• 8:55
  Speaker 1: can charge.
• 8:56
  Speaker 2: Maxwell and others.
• 8:57
Speaker 1: Look look like I said, if they can raid Roger
• 9:00
Speaker 1: Stone's house and pull him out at gunpoint. They can
• 9:03
Speaker 1: find gis Lane Maxwell and make an arrest her at
• 9:05
Speaker 1: the very least. All right, look, she's not she's not royalty.
• 9:08
Speaker 1: She's all she is is Oh yeah, Bellie, I forgot
• 9:12
Speaker 1: protected by intelligence. They are the most insidious group of
• 9:17
Speaker 1: people that we ever discuss on this show. They're the
• 9:20
Speaker 1: people that put all of this stuff into motion. They're
• 9:22
Speaker 1: the people that make the authorities look the other way
• 9:24
Speaker 1: because you know, it.
• 9:25
Speaker 2: Served the greater good. It served the greater good.
• 9:28
Speaker 1: Just like they're endless Wars and Fox Nations. The Furman
• 9:33
Speaker 1: Diary special investigation, the twenty year old veteran detective spoke
• 9:37
Speaker 1: about the people, about the people in Epstein's orbit who
• 9:40
Speaker 1: may have helped enable his behavior. You kind of wonder,
• 9:42
Speaker 1: how does Jeffrey Epstein get away with this? Firman told
• 9:45
Speaker 1: Fox Nation. There's been many people that have been described
• 9:48
Speaker 1: as having hung around him, socialized with them, friended him.
• 9:52
Speaker 1: We have Prince Andrew, I mean the heir to the
• 9:54
Speaker 1: throne of England. Incorrect, He's eighth in line. See this
• 9:56
Speaker 1: is what I'm talking about. Furman's no expert on this case,
• 9:59
Speaker 1: and the people you you see on TV talking about
• 10:01
Speaker 1: the Epstein case, for the most part, they aren't experts either.
• 10:04
Speaker 1: You guys out there no way more than most of
• 10:06
Speaker 1: these people. Some of the emails I get, you should,
• 10:08
Speaker 1: I get bum blown away by some of the things
• 10:10
Speaker 1: you guys are talking about. You guys, you know, you're
• 10:14
Speaker 1: very informed, a very informed audience out there, and that
• 10:17
Speaker 1: go that just goes to show you how interested everybody
• 10:20
  Speaker 1: is in this.
• 10:21
Speaker 2: And it also goes to show you. What it really
• 10:23
Speaker 2: goes to show you, though, is how little.
• 10:25
Speaker 1: Trust that you have in the media, the legacy media
• 10:28
Speaker 1: at this point, independent journalists and people that create content.
• 10:34
Speaker 1: That's that's the future, because there these are people that
• 10:38
Speaker 1: are they without their credibility, They have nothing right, they
• 10:43
Speaker 1: don't have the backing they if they write a bad
• 10:45
Speaker 1: story or they come on and they're blowing hot air
• 10:48
Speaker 1: all the time on their program, nobody wants to hear that.
• 10:50
Speaker 1: They can go get that from the mainstream media. But
• 10:52
Speaker 1: in the mainstream media, you're protected by whatever outlet you
• 10:55
Speaker 1: work for, unless you're a whistleblower. But when you're you know,
• 10:58
Speaker 1: an independent operation, you have to you know, you got
• 11:01
Speaker 1: to do the right thing. You know there's a.
• 11:05
  Speaker 3: Something.
• 11:05
Speaker 2: You know, the audience expects you to bring them the
• 11:09
  Speaker 2: right information.
• 11:10
  Speaker 3: Right.
• 11:11
Speaker 1: So you got this guy Mark Furman on Fox and
• 11:13
Speaker 1: he doesn't even know the basics of Prince Andrew's, you know,
• 11:16
Speaker 1: line of succession. All he has to do is read
• 11:18
Speaker 1: one or two articles from England and he'd know that.
• 11:21
Speaker 1: Why would somebody hang around somebody that's a registered sex offender?
• 11:25
Speaker 1: That's a good question. I gotta agree with him there.
• 11:27
Speaker 1: So somebody would say, well, he wasn't a registered sex
• 11:30
Speaker 1: offender when they first associated with them. If you did
• 11:32
Speaker 1: not know who Jeffrey Epstein was in a very short
• 11:34
Speaker 1: period of time knowing him, then you're blind, deaf and
• 11:37
Speaker 1: dummy said, Hey, what did I just say about the merch?
• 11:39
Speaker 1: I'm telling you we might be onto something here. Folks
• 11:42
Speaker 1: that might be a little Christmas type deals him as
• 11:44
Speaker 1: like Santa Santa Monkeys, right, something like that. America's Newsroom
• 11:51
Speaker 1: host Sandra Smith asked Spillboor what may come next for
• 11:55
Speaker 1: the British Royal? He can cooperate willingly or he can
• 11:58
Speaker 1: be subpoenaed. Would it help this case if he'd voluntarily
• 12:00
Speaker 1: communicated and cooperated with authorities? I say no, answered Spilboir.
• 12:04
Speaker 1: He's got pictures of himself with a girl who was
• 12:07
Speaker 1: underage at the time, who said that she was forced
• 12:09
Speaker 1: to have sex with him. That is a crime. If
• 12:12
Speaker 1: he is subpoenaed, he would be able to plead the
• 12:14
Speaker 1: fifth because he's teetering on being criminally accused. She concluded, Wow,
• 12:19
Speaker 1: holy smokes. So we're at a point where Prince Andrew
• 12:22
Speaker 1: was getting advice from a lawyer in America on Fox News.
• 12:26
Speaker 1: That's how far we've come in this case. She's basically
• 12:28
Speaker 1: telling him, you're a dumb idiot. Keep your yab shut
• 12:30
Speaker 1: because you're gonna just keep burying yourself.
• 12:33
Speaker 2: So you got to think.
• 12:35
Speaker 1: That whatever high profile lawyer he gets is gonna there's
• 12:38
Speaker 1: no way he's gonna let him talk to the FBI,
• 12:40
Speaker 1: No way, even if he's subpoena it's going to be
• 12:43
Speaker 1: very structured and very safe, right. I mean, it's not
• 12:48
Speaker 1: like they're going after their own their political opponents, because
• 12:50
Speaker 1: we know how that works now or in this country
• 12:53
Speaker 1: and in around the world. Oh yeah, you can use
• 12:55
Speaker 1: your intelligence agencies and you can hammer your political opponents
• 12:58
Speaker 1: both sides. So that's where we're at with that kind
• 13:02
Speaker 1: of nonsense. These dudes just get away with it. You know,
• 13:05
Speaker 1: he's not going to be pressed by the FBI. The
• 13:07
Speaker 1: fbi'll just you know, they'll soft glove it, white glove it.
• 13:10
Speaker 1: I'm guessing I really have no faith in the FBI
• 13:12
Speaker 1: at this point. I mean, when was the last time
• 13:14
Speaker 1: the FBI is really stood tall before the wagon. I
• 13:19
Speaker 1: can't even tell you. It's been a very long time
• 13:21
Speaker 1: they haven't. You know, they prevent terrorist attacks. And this
• 13:24
Speaker 1: is not an indictment on the day to day officers.
• 13:27
Speaker 1: You know, the rank and file FBI officers, the men
• 13:29
Speaker 1: and women that are serving there. Those are good people.
• 13:31
Speaker 1: Those are people that just want the right thing to
• 13:32
Speaker 1: be done. It's the bureaucrats above them, the lifelong bureaucrats
• 13:36
Speaker 1: that just want to play their political games on both
• 13:38
Speaker 1: sides of the aisle, and they want to push and
• 13:40
Speaker 1: they want to pull, and they don't want to conceive power,
• 13:43
Speaker 1: and they think they know better. They believe that they
• 13:45
Speaker 1: are above the law. They aren't elected. Presidents come and go,
• 13:48
  Speaker 1: but they stay.
• 13:51
Speaker 3: All right, all right, enough of that.
• 13:53
Speaker 1: The next article is from the Sun and it's about
• 13:58
Speaker 1: our friend Lady G. Like I said, another accuser has
• 14:01
Speaker 1: come forward and claims Pedophile and Gislaine Maxwell sexually assaulted
• 14:05
Speaker 1: her in the New York mansion. Well, aren't they both pedophiles?
• 14:08
Speaker 1: At this point, it's safe to say that Gisline Maxwell's
• 14:11
Speaker 1: definitely her hands are as dirty as could be in
• 14:13
  Speaker 1: this situation.
• 14:14
Speaker 2: So don't come at me.
• 14:15
Speaker 1: With the accused allegedly enough, we know what she is.
• 14:19
  Speaker 1: She's a monster, all right. She's a child molesting monster,
• 14:22
Speaker 1: and she'll be called that on this program. Her lawsuit
• 14:27
Speaker 1: against the pedophile, which claims she was forced to flee
• 14:29
Speaker 1: to a homeless shelter after being abused, brings the total
• 14:32
Speaker 1: number of claims against Epstein's estate to seventeen. Identifying herself
• 14:37
Speaker 1: as Jane Doe one thousand, the woman is seeking an
• 14:39
Speaker 1: unspecified amount in damages for the abuse she suffered after
• 14:43
Speaker 1: meeting the financier Pedophile in nineteen ninety nine. According to
• 14:47
Speaker 1: the suit filed in the Southern District of New York
• 14:49
Speaker 1: last Thursday, Jane Doe, who now lives in New Jersey,
• 14:52
Speaker 1: claims she grew up in poverty before Epstein Lurder and
• 14:55
Speaker 1: with a promise of a modeling career with Victoria's Secret
• 14:58
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, Victoria's secret again, Les Wexner. Les Wexner, you
• 15:03
Speaker 1: are involved in all of this, Sir, you need to
• 15:06
Speaker 1: answer questions another man that should be subpoena if he
• 15:08
Speaker 1: won't talk willingly. But no, he has a bunch of
• 15:12
Speaker 1: dough so it's cool. He'll do whatever he wants while
• 15:14
Speaker 1: you and I, Oh, you don't pay that traffic ticket jail.
• 15:17
Speaker 1: You're not paying the irs, garnish wages, jail, et cetera,
• 15:21
Speaker 1: et cetera. The woman claimed she was forced to give
• 15:26
Speaker 1: Epstein sexual massages at his mansion in New York, as
• 15:29
Speaker 1: well as his Palm Beach residence. She claims she finally
• 15:32
Speaker 1: escaped after being sexually assaulted by both Epstein and Maxwell,
• 15:36
Speaker 1: who allegedly penetrated her with a sex toy, fleeing to
• 15:39
Speaker 1: a Salvation Army facility. According to legal papers filed by
• 15:43
Speaker 1: law firm Boys Schiller and Flexner. All right, so we
• 15:47
Speaker 1: know David Boyse from the Virginia Jeoffrey case, Virginia Roberts case.
• 15:51
Speaker 1: He was her lawyer and he had to recuse himself
• 15:53
Speaker 1: because his ongoing battle with Dershowitz and now Chuck Cooper
• 15:56
Speaker 1: slid in and he's he's Virginia Roberts lawyer. Now, all right,
• 16:00
  Speaker 1: everybody's caught up.
• 16:00
Speaker 3: Back to the article.
• 16:02
Speaker 1: Jane do one thousand claims she came into contact with
• 16:04
Speaker 1: Epstein after she made a modeling appearance in late nineteen
• 16:07
Speaker 1: ninety nine, reported Daily Mail. She details how she grew
• 16:10
Speaker 1: up extremely poor and how at various times throughout her childhood.
• 16:13
Speaker 2: Her mother had been homeless. And we see this as
• 16:15
  Speaker 2: a pattern.
• 16:16
Speaker 1: Right, the most, ah, boy, the most disgusting possible, the
• 16:23
Speaker 1: most disgusting, the most disgusting thing possible, right, the most
• 16:28
Speaker 1: they have nobody to protect on people like this, This
• 16:30
Speaker 1: poor girl, she comes from a broken home. She probably
• 16:32
Speaker 1: didn't go too much school, she probably doesn't have much money, obviously.
• 16:36
Speaker 1: Then this guy flies into her orbit and he has
• 16:37
Speaker 1: all this money. He shows up, he has, you know,
• 16:40
Speaker 1: a nice car, he has a helicopter, an island to
• 16:43
Speaker 1: retreat and he wants to give you some Dota massage them.
• 16:45
Speaker 1: Hell yeah, this is good business for these girls, right,
• 16:47
Speaker 1: These girls were like two hundred bucks. That's a lot
• 16:50
  Speaker 1: of money.
• 16:51
Speaker 2: And how do I know that? Well?
• 16:52
Speaker 1: I know that because I grew up in the inner city.
• 16:54
Speaker 1: I know people that come from broken homes. I know
• 16:56
Speaker 1: people that, you know, two hundred dollars was a huge deal, right,
• 17:00
  Speaker 1: So I understand. I understand how it's.
• 17:03
  Speaker 3: Easy to.
• 17:06
Speaker 1: It's easy for these girls to get caught up by
• 17:09
Speaker 1: a real smooth talker like Epstein, and especially when a
• 17:11
Speaker 1: woman's involved. Who thinks that a woman's gonna be involved
• 17:14
Speaker 1: in molesting you? You know, it's very They had a
• 17:18
Speaker 1: very elaborate operation going, these two. And if you think
• 17:20
Speaker 1: these two dunderheads came up with it on their own,
• 17:23
  Speaker 1: I don't know what to tell you. I honestly don't
• 17:25
Speaker 1: know what to tell you. I got beach rob Property
• 17:26
Speaker 1: in Nevada to tell you.
• 17:27
  Speaker 3: Though, If you.
• 17:28
  Speaker 2: Believe that.
• 17:30
Speaker 1: The woman was unable to enroll in secondary school because
• 17:32
Speaker 1: she did not have a home address and often lived
• 17:35
Speaker 1: without running water or electricity, according to court papers, Sheesh
• 17:39
Speaker 1: the lawsuit reads, upon meeting Jane Doe, Epstein offered her
• 17:43
Speaker 1: a position modeling with Victoria's Secret. He explained that he
• 17:47
Speaker 1: was friends with Les Wexner, the chief executive of Victoria's
• 17:50
Speaker 1: Secret parent company. How many girls were molested with Epstein
• 17:53
  Speaker 1: using that name?
• 17:55
Speaker 2: I want to know.
• 17:56
Speaker 1: I can't wait for all of it to come out
• 17:57
Speaker 1: so we can compile it and go through all of
• 17:59
Speaker 1: the papers and see exactly how many girls you had
• 18:02
Speaker 1: mentioned Wexner before that he gets arrested, because if it
• 18:05
Speaker 1: was you or I that was mentioned in any of
• 18:07
Speaker 1: this stuff, we would forget it. We would have got
• 18:09
Speaker 1: swat teamed, we would have been pulled out of our house,
• 18:11
Speaker 1: forget about it. Why aren't these people held to the
• 18:15
Speaker 1: same standard that everybody else is held to. Eventually, Epstein
• 18:22
Speaker 1: moved Jane though into his apartment building on sixty sixth Street,
• 18:25
Speaker 1: where he housed other models and young women that he
• 18:28
Speaker 1: sexually abused, so that he could have complete control over
• 18:30
Speaker 1: her life. You know, I would really love to se
• 18:33
Speaker 1: all the other models, Brunette, the blonde.
• 18:36
Speaker 2: Let's get some names here.
• 18:37
Speaker 1: If these girls go on record, If anybody out there
• 18:40
Speaker 1: knows how to get any of these girls on record,
• 18:41
Speaker 1: I'll love to interview them, you know whatever. But we
• 18:47
Speaker 1: need to there needs to be there needs to be
• 18:52
Speaker 1: some context added to this stuff. These articles are good,
• 18:57
Speaker 1: they give us a baseline, but we have to dig
• 18:59
Speaker 1: deeper because it's just touching the surface. Her relationship with
• 19:05
Speaker 1: Epstein quickly turned into one of sexual abuse. Claims of
• 19:09
Speaker 1: abuse by Epstein and Maxwell. She also alleges Maxwell and
• 19:13
Speaker 1: other friends of Epstein would call her and tell her
• 19:16
Speaker 1: to go to the pedophile's mansion to give him a massage. However,
• 19:20
Speaker 1: these massages quickly escalated into Epstein forcing himself on Jane
• 19:24
Speaker 1: Doe against her will and engaging in one or more
• 19:27
Speaker 1: sex act with her for his own sexual gratification. Court
• 19:30
Speaker 1: paper state, this is just the same moo right every
• 19:33
Speaker 1: single article we read about this six scumbag, this is
• 19:35
Speaker 1: what he did. The woman claims she became terrified of Epstein,
• 19:39
Speaker 1: who repeatedly threatened her and and made representations about his wealth,
• 19:43
Speaker 1: power and connections. Again, all of these rich people that
• 19:46
Speaker 1: are hanging out with him, all of these powerful people
• 19:48
Speaker 1: that are hanging out with him, enabled him to do
• 19:50
Speaker 1: what he did because because they were so powerful, when
• 19:55
Speaker 1: he mentioned their names, these girls panicked, And do you
• 19:58
Speaker 1: blame them? The lawsuit states Maxwell was waiting for her
• 20:03
Speaker 1: and led her upstairs to Epstein's master bedroom. When they
• 20:06
Speaker 1: got to the bedroom, sex toys were laid out on
• 20:08
Speaker 1: the bed. And we've heard this whole story before. R.
• 20:10
Speaker 1: Maxwell's done the same thing with other girls. Why is
• 20:12
Speaker 1: she not in handcuffs? It's the most maddening part of
• 20:15
Speaker 1: this case for me, She should definitely be in handcuffs
• 20:17
Speaker 1: handcuffs right now. They definitely know where she is, and
• 20:20
Speaker 1: if they don't know where she is, they all suck
• 20:22
Speaker 1: at their job and they should all be fired. Epstein
• 20:26
Speaker 1: and Maxwell proceeded to sexually assault Jane Doe simultaneously and
• 20:30
Speaker 1: by forcible compulsion. Maxwell forcibly penetrated Jane Doe with a
• 20:34
Speaker 1: sex toy. She was horrified and terrified by the experience
• 20:38
Speaker 1: and knew she had to try to get away from Epstein,
• 20:40
Speaker 1: even though she risked harm to herself by disobeying Epstein.
• 20:43
Speaker 1: She proceeded to move out of the sixty sixth Street
• 20:45
Speaker 1: apartment building and, having nowhere else to go, found shelter
• 20:49
Speaker 1: at the Salvation Housing facility. It comes after a fresh lawsuit. Oh,
• 20:54
Speaker 1: it comes after a fresh lawsuit against the late Pedophile
• 20:58
Speaker 1: that was filed by accuser Tela Davies, who claims he
• 21:00
Speaker 1: groomed her to become completely dependent on him before casting
• 21:04
Speaker 1: her aside when she told him about her eating disorder.
• 21:07
Speaker 1: So again, just more evidence built up to prove what's
• 21:11
Speaker 1: going on with this guy. Improved that the people around
• 21:13
Speaker 1: him knew what was going on. All of these people,
• 21:15
Speaker 1: Sarah kell and Vickers, gis Lane, went Maxwell, these two,
• 21:19
Speaker 1: especially Leslie Groff. All of these people need to be
• 21:23
Speaker 1: talked to. Miss Davies met the billionaire in two thousand
• 21:27
Speaker 1: and two through her older sister, when she was working
• 21:29
Speaker 1: as a hairdresser in Los Angeles. She says Epstein fostered
• 21:33
Speaker 1: her dreams of becoming a translator. According to the complaint
• 21:36
Speaker 1: files on Thursday in Manhattan Federal Court string of allegations,
• 21:41
Speaker 1: Epstein allegedly arranged for her to study at the University
• 21:44
Speaker 1: of Madrid and convinced her to give up her apartment
• 21:46
Speaker 1: and job to spend more time with him. For the
• 21:49
Speaker 1: next two years, Epstein flew her around the world on
• 21:51
Speaker 1: his private jets, and he repeatedly raped and molested her
• 21:54
Speaker 1: at his homes in New York, Florida, the US Virgin Islands,
• 21:57
Speaker 1: and Paris. According to court papers filed by the mum
• 22:00
Speaker 1: of three, after Tela semester in Madrid, she was left
• 22:04
Speaker 1: with no home and no job, and was drawn in
• 22:06
Speaker 1: to live a nomadic lifestyle in his close orbit. The
• 22:09
Speaker 1: lawsuit claims Epstein also shared her with his friends. The
• 22:12
Speaker 1: lawsuit alleges friends, What are Can we get some names?
• 22:15
Speaker 1: Can we get a little bit more information with that?
• 22:19
Speaker 1: I mean, just friends. I know it's all gonna come out,
• 22:22
Speaker 1: but I really wish it would come out now. And
• 22:24
Speaker 1: you know there's leaks everywhere else. Why don't we get
• 22:26
Speaker 1: some leaks here so we could start putting these people
• 22:27
Speaker 1: on blast and start doing the proper investigation, you know,
• 22:30
Speaker 1: proper investigations into him, A proper.
• 22:32
Speaker 2: Close up, a closer look, all right.
• 22:36
Speaker 1: Just days before Miss Davies's lawsuit, another alleged victim of
• 22:39
Speaker 1: the financier stepped forward, identifying herself as Jane Do fifteen.
• 22:44
Speaker 1: She said she had been invited to join him on
• 22:46
Speaker 1: his private island, with Prince Andrew calling on the Royal
• 22:49
Speaker 1: to speak to the FBI. The woman claimed the monster
• 22:52
Speaker 1: Epstein took her sexual innocence at his compound in New
• 22:55
Speaker 1: Mexico when she was just fifteen, and invited her to
• 22:58
Speaker 1: his Little Saint James Caribbean island. Her lawsuit claims that
• 23:01
Speaker 1: Epstein and her met in two thousand and four during
• 23:04
Speaker 1: a school class trip to New York City, and she
• 23:07
Speaker 1: was soon shuttled on Epstein's private plan with numerous other
• 23:10
Speaker 1: girls to his ranch in New Mexico again, numerous other girls.
• 23:14
Speaker 1: I would love, love, love, love to get a list
• 23:17
Speaker 1: of who all of these accusers are, you know, I mean,
• 23:20
Speaker 1: of all the accused are. Let's get them, Let's get
• 23:24
Speaker 1: them on record right now so we can start looking
• 23:26
Speaker 1: into them. And you know, I think that at the
• 23:30
Speaker 1: very least, at the very least, some of these people,
• 23:32
Speaker 1: with this rock solid evidence against them, need to be
• 23:34
Speaker 1: called in like asap, put out a warrant for Gislaine Maxwell,
• 23:38
Speaker 1: and then anybody harboring her is now harboring a fugitive.
• 23:43
Speaker 1: You know, I don't understand. They use the full power
• 23:46
Speaker 1: of the federal government for everything else, but not for
• 23:49
Speaker 1: child molesters and for rapists. I don't understand what's going
• 23:52
Speaker 1: on here. It's like it's like in two thousand, whenever
• 23:56
Speaker 1: the CERN device was turned on, It's like we entered
• 23:59
Speaker 1: into an alternate universe where everything's upside down, upside downs down,
• 24:02
Speaker 1: upside downs up, everything's all screwed up.
• 24:06
  Speaker 2: I just don't know.
• 24:06
Speaker 1: I've never, in my wildest dreams what I believe that
• 24:09
Speaker 1: sex traffickers would be getting, you know, cover stories run
• 24:13
Speaker 1: for them by ABC, being protected by intelligence, according to
• 24:16
Speaker 1: Acosta himself, what the is going on around here?
• 24:20
Speaker 2: Folks? All right, I hope everybody enjoys their weekend. It's Friday.
• 24:25
Speaker 1: Everybody be safe tonight, but enjoy yourselves and enjoy a
• 24:29
Speaker 1: great weekend. A lot of stuff going on this weekend.
• 24:31
Speaker 1: If you're a sports fan, some boxing, et cetera, et cetera.
• 24:34
Speaker 1: I will be back, of course tomorrow with the morning
• 24:36
Speaker 1: update and the daily drop, and we'll see if anything
• 24:39
Speaker 1: else transpires. If it does, I'll be right here with
• 24:41
Speaker 1: you to bring it to you and discuss it. You
• 24:45
Speaker 1: can reach me at bo bb Y c ap U
• 24:48
Speaker 1: c c I at ProtonMail dot com. That is Bobby
• 24:52
Speaker 1: Kapucci at ProtonMail dot com. And if you would like
• 24:55
Speaker 1: to subpe Equals programs. Yeah, we're talking about the Joe
• 25:00
Speaker 1: Exotic of the Windsor family, folks, once again, the topic
• 25:04
Speaker 1: of the conversation for our article this evening. This guy
• 25:11
Speaker 1: is an absolute moron, and now the house of cards
• 25:17
Speaker 1: is tumbling in on top of him. You even have
• 25:19
Speaker 1: an editorial from The Guardian calling on him to do
• 25:23
Speaker 1: his duty. And I think it's about time that every
• 25:28
Speaker 1: single legacy media outlet gets on board and calls on
• 25:33
Speaker 1: him to do his duty. No one's saying he should
• 25:35
Speaker 1: just show up and admit guilt, But go and answer
• 25:39
Speaker 1: the questions that these guys want to ask you. Go
• 25:44
Speaker 1: and cooperate with the authorities that you said you were
• 25:46
Speaker 1: going to cooperate with. He won't even do that, never
• 25:54
Speaker 1: mind run selflessly into a fire to try and put
• 25:58
Speaker 1: it out to save people's property or their lives.
• 26:03
Speaker 2: This dude won't even.
• 26:03
Speaker 1: Speak to the authorities about a human trafficking operation that
• 26:09
Speaker 1: he's wrapped up in. Not only just wrapped up in,
• 26:12
Speaker 1: it's not just innuendo anymore. There's a lawsuit, my friend.
• 26:17
Speaker 1: So now everything's laid bare. This lawsuit is in the courts.
• 26:23
Speaker 3: The ball is in.
• 26:25
Speaker 1: Your court now, Joe Exotic of the windsor Family, What
• 26:29
Speaker 1: are you going to do? Are you going to continue
• 26:34
Speaker 1: to be a studat Are you going to continue to
• 26:38
Speaker 1: be a coward? Are you going to continue to scurry
• 26:42
Speaker 1: off to bow Moro to hide with your mom and
• 26:47
Speaker 1: even have your two daughters have to show up to
• 26:49
Speaker 1: try and show support, or are you gonna man up,
• 26:54
Speaker 1: step up to the plate and speak to the authority.
• 26:57
Speaker 1: Is about what you might have seen and what you
• 27:01
Speaker 1: might have done. I highly doubt this is the last
• 27:06
Speaker 1: we're going to hear from people coming out with stories
• 27:09
Speaker 1: about him. Now, you know how this works. Once there's
• 27:13
Speaker 1: a little crack in the dam and a little water
• 27:15
Speaker 1: comes out, it's not long before the whole dam breaks
• 27:18
Speaker 1: open and all of the tea comes rushing out. Things
• 27:27
Speaker 1: are a lot easier for them when they were being
• 27:29
Speaker 1: protected by the legacy media. Not so easy when you
• 27:34
Speaker 1: have an editorial in the Guardian calling on you to
• 27:38
Speaker 1: do the right thing. And with the new investigation or
• 27:45
Speaker 1: review of the investigation, I should say from the met
• 27:49
Speaker 1: while I don't think he's in too much jeopardy of
• 27:52
Speaker 1: a criminal case, who knows.
• 27:55
Speaker 3: Who knows the way things are going right now?
• 28:00
Speaker 1: Now when it comes to these guys, And as far
• 28:02
Speaker 1: as who's gonna get in trouble for all of this,
• 28:05
Speaker 1: who's gonna end up, you know, with a criminal charge
• 28:07
Speaker 1: or if it's just gonna end up civil. There's just
• 28:09
Speaker 1: so much that has to be unpacked. Still, the only
• 28:13
Speaker 1: thing that is for certain is that there is a
• 28:17
Speaker 1: civil suit coming his way, and from what we know
• 28:23
Speaker 1: of previous civil suits, a lot of times it does
• 28:27
Speaker 1: lead to these criminal type of investigations on the heels
• 28:32
Speaker 1: of that. In regards to the Jeffrey Epstein case, I mean,
• 28:35
Speaker 1: I'm not talking about always, but both with Epstein and
• 28:38
Speaker 1: Gallainne Maxwell, they were both suits civilly first, right, and
• 28:42
Speaker 1: then they both were charged criminally by the Feds. So
• 28:47
Speaker 1: that seems to be the way these sort of things
• 28:51
Speaker 1: mature over time. That seems to be the way these
• 28:54
Speaker 1: things start to fold over time. And I'm show I'm
• 29:00
Speaker 1: sure that the Joe exotic of the Windsor family and
• 29:03
Speaker 1: his legal team are well aware of that fact. They
• 29:07
Speaker 1: know that he's not capable of sitting down with a
• 29:10
Speaker 1: seasoned interrogator and not getting his lunch handed to him,
• 29:15
Speaker 1: because we've already seen his performance.
• 29:17
  Speaker 2: Right.
• 29:19
Speaker 1: It's like having somebody that you know, you know the
• 29:23
Speaker 1: dude can't fight, and there's about to be a throwdown,
• 29:28
Speaker 1: and you know your boy's about to get whooped, so
• 29:32
Speaker 1: you don't even let him. You don't even bother lett
• 29:34
Speaker 1: him do it. You're just like, I don't even worry
• 29:36
Speaker 1: about it. We got this one. And that's basically what
• 29:38
Speaker 1: his legal team has to do here. He's such a
• 29:40
Speaker 1: limp wristed coward, such a chump. He can't step up
• 29:44
Speaker 1: to the plate and answer questions. He can't sit down
• 29:47
Speaker 1: with a few investigators, the Prince of England, mind you.
• 29:51
Speaker 1: So he'll continue to op the skate, He'll continue to
• 29:54
Speaker 1: kick the can down the road.
• 29:56
Speaker 3: And hope all of this goes away.
• 29:58
Speaker 1: Well not this time. And I think you see a
• 30:02
Speaker 1: turn in the way people feel in general over all
• 30:05
Speaker 1: of this. So the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family,
• 30:12
Speaker 1: he's done, folks. Like I've said the last couple of days,
• 30:16
Speaker 1: numerous times now, to hammer the point home. There's no
• 30:19
Speaker 1: coming back from this one, for sure, not even if
• 30:23
Speaker 1: the Queen was going to be around for another twenty years.
• 30:26
Speaker 1: But we know that's not going to be the case.
• 30:28
Speaker 1: She's an older woman, right, she's you know, ninety five,
• 30:32
Speaker 1: ninety six, whatever it is. I don't know, something like that,
• 30:34
Speaker 1: I think. And we know that his brother is not
• 30:38
Speaker 1: having it. His brother wants nothing to do with this
• 30:39
Speaker 1: guy's nonsense. He has his own nonsense.
• 30:43
Speaker 3: People are already sick.
• 30:45
Speaker 1: Thinking about Charles as the king, never mind Prince Andrew,
• 30:50
Speaker 1: you know, lurking around the property. So yeah, this guy's finished.
• 30:57
Speaker 1: He has no hope. The only question now is how
• 31:00
Speaker 1: big of a nuclear blast is this?
• 31:04
Speaker 3: When all is said.
• 31:05
Speaker 1: And done, let's jump into this article from the Guardian
• 31:10
Speaker 1: and let's see what their editorial board has to say.
• 31:14
Speaker 1: The Guardian view on Prince Andrew. He should do his duty.
• 31:20
Speaker 1: There should be no disputing that, if they are true,
• 31:23
Speaker 1: the sexual abuse allegations made by Virginia Roberts against Prince Andrew,
• 31:27
Speaker 1: the Queen's second son, are serious. Nor can there be
• 31:31
Speaker 1: any denying that the seriousness, if it is established, would
• 31:35
Speaker 1: be both personal and also more widely political. Yeah, that's
• 31:39
Speaker 1: what I was talking about earlier. Right again, Look, I'm
• 31:42
Speaker 1: not an expert on the affairs of the crown or
• 31:46
Speaker 1: what goes on in English politics or any of that stuff.
• 31:51
Speaker 1: I'll never profess to be. But geopolitics or geopolitics wherever
• 31:56
Speaker 1: you put them, right, and at the end of the day,
• 32:00
Speaker 1: when it comes to a radioactive situation like this, of
• 32:03
Speaker 1: course it's going to be political as well. When you
• 32:07
Speaker 1: have the royal family who's representing the people of England
• 32:12
Speaker 1: and you have the queen's son charged with such serious allegations,
• 32:17
Speaker 1: of course it's a political nightmare. Of course, it's the
• 32:23
Speaker 1: equivalent of a political Fukushima, and sometimes there is no
• 32:31
Speaker 1: coming back from that. Miss Roberts alleges that Prince Andrew
• 32:37
Speaker 1: had sex with her in London in two thousand and one,
• 32:39
Speaker 1: when she was seventeen and was thus still a minor
• 32:43
Speaker 1: under us though not English law, and that the Prince
• 32:47
Speaker 1: knew she had been trafficked by his friend, the financier
• 32:50
Speaker 1: and convicted sex offender pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Miss Roberts also
• 32:55
Speaker 1: claims that Epstein paid her fifteen thousand dollars for the encounter. Oh,
• 33:00
Speaker 1: and that's the rub with some people, right, some people
• 33:02
Speaker 1: will latch right onto that shit. Oh she got paid
• 33:04
Speaker 1: fifteen grand, that's it, Rick, No, it's not so children
• 33:09
Speaker 1: are for sale fifteen grand to a prince. Never Mind
• 33:15
Speaker 1: the fact that she was under mental duress, never mind
• 33:17
Speaker 1: the fact that she was a little girl when she
• 33:19
Speaker 1: was groomed, never mind the fact that they normalized all
• 33:22
Speaker 1: of this shit. The whole thing with the money was
• 33:25
Speaker 1: a buffer for Epstein, So this very defense could be used.
• 33:29
Speaker 1: Is it not transparent enough for some people? I mean,
• 33:31
Speaker 1: come on, the days of dog walking people through the
• 33:36
Speaker 1: easy parts of this are long over, folks. It's rather
• 33:41
Speaker 1: obvious the reason the money was involved, the reason any
• 33:44
Speaker 1: money was spread around, more of a buffer zone, more
• 33:49
Speaker 1: of a you're involved now as well. It's how these
• 33:53
Speaker 1: people roll, that's how these operations are conducted. The Joe
• 34:01
Speaker 1: Exotic of the Windsor family has emphatically denied these and
• 34:04
Speaker 1: other allegations. He says he has no recollection of meeting
• 34:07
Speaker 1: Miss Roberts. But the allegations refused to go away, in
• 34:12
Speaker 1: part because of the Prince's sometimes inept efforts to clear
• 34:16
Speaker 1: his name and to maintain his distance from the case.
• 34:20
Speaker 1: What you would think the Guardian would mention that there's
• 34:23
Speaker 1: a picture of the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family
• 34:26
Speaker 1: with Virginia in the Belgravia home of Glaine Maxwell. Probably
• 34:31
Speaker 1: an important part, right, you know? We always say here
• 34:34
Speaker 1: a little more meat on the bone, some more context,
• 34:37
Speaker 1: The more context the better. Why leave that part out?
• 34:45
Speaker 1: Two years ago, after his disastrous BBC Newsnight interview, he
• 34:50
Speaker 1: was compelled to step back from his public royal appearances
• 34:54
Speaker 1: and from his royal patronages. Oh poor dude, you gotta
• 34:58
Speaker 1: step back from your royal patriot Imagine imagine someones like hey, John,
• 35:05
Speaker 1: I'm gonna need you show up to my event and
• 35:06
Speaker 1: just show up, shake some hands. You know, we'll throw
• 35:09
Speaker 1: you a cool fifty g's for it. That's the kind
• 35:12
Speaker 1: of life these motherfuckers have, like the kind of life
• 35:14
Speaker 1: this dude had, and it wasn't good enough for him.
• 35:16
Speaker 1: He had to have more. He had to hang out
• 35:18
Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein because he needed more, more whatever, more money,
• 35:22
Speaker 1: more girls, more fame, more power, whatever it may be.
• 35:25
Speaker 1: He needed more. No self control. Imagine having everything, literally
• 35:33
Speaker 1: the world at your fingertips, and this is what you
• 35:37
Speaker 1: choose to deal with it. Since then, the Prince's nursed
• 35:43
Speaker 1: unrealistic hopes of an early return to public life. These
• 35:47
Speaker 1: have now been dashed because Ms Roberts has brought a
• 35:50
Speaker 1: US civil lawsuit against him alleging sexual assault and battery
• 35:54
Speaker 1: causing severe and lasting damage, along with illegal summons to
• 35:58
Speaker 1: respond with in twenty one days. Prince Andrew has reacted
• 36:03
Speaker 1: by heading to the hills to Balmoral, where the Queen
• 36:06
Speaker 1: is on holiday. Must be nice, huh, should go south,
• 36:09
Speaker 1: run away to the palace. Nobody's gonna serve you there, right,
• 36:13
Speaker 1: that's for sure. Go hide out with Momsey for a
• 36:16
Speaker 1: little while. Call in your team of crisis negotiators.
• 36:23
Speaker 3: Probably should get on.
• 36:24
Speaker 1: The phone with Ken Starr, Dershowitz and the rest of
• 36:28
Speaker 1: the boys, just to get it out of the way.
• 36:30
Speaker 1: We know that's the route that you probably want to go,
• 36:33
Speaker 1: Fellow travelers, and all right, who would understand your predicament more?
• 36:37
Speaker 1: Who would have more empathy for you than the naked
• 36:40
Speaker 1: volleyball player of Martha's Vineyard. Now again, I don't know
• 36:44
Speaker 1: if he's really gonna call those guys, but it would
• 36:47
Speaker 1: be poetic justice in a sense, wouldn't it. On Thursday, however,
• 36:55
Speaker 1: the Metropolitan Police announced is conducting a third review of
• 36:58
Speaker 1: the case, which may open the possibility of a UK
• 37:02
Speaker 1: criminal referral. Again, I won't you know, hold my breath
• 37:07
Speaker 1: waiting on that to occur.
• 37:08
Speaker 3: That would be great.
• 37:10
Speaker 1: I think there should be an investigation in England. I
• 37:12
Speaker 1: think there should be an investigation in France. I think
• 37:15
Speaker 1: there should be an investigation in America, and of course
• 37:18
Speaker 1: in each state where this allegedly all took place. Let's
• 37:22
Speaker 1: get to the fucking bottom of it. That's all I've
• 37:24
Speaker 1: been saying from the jump. I'm not living in fantasyland
• 37:28
Speaker 1: like some of other people might be. I don't you know,
• 37:30
Speaker 1: there's no chupacabras in my story, right, There's none of
• 37:34
Speaker 1: that nonsense. I want to get to the bottom of it.
• 37:37
Speaker 1: Let's see the facts, Let's see what really happened, Let's
• 37:40
Speaker 1: see the evidence. The case matters for two different reasons,
• 37:47
Speaker 1: but they are umbilically connected because of who Prince Andrew is.
• 37:51
Speaker 1: The first, and the more immediately serious, is that the
• 37:54
Speaker 1: behavior alleged against him would be an abuse requiring a remedy.
• 37:59
Speaker 3: As either of the civil case or any criminal case
• 38:02
  Speaker 3: may yet confirm.
• 38:04
Speaker 1: Well, yeah, these are serious charges. There needs to be
• 38:07
Speaker 1: a remedy one way or the other, and the only
• 38:09
Speaker 1: way for that to happen is for this dude to
• 38:13
Speaker 1: show up and speak to the authorities. Ignoring it certainly
• 38:18
Speaker 1: isn't going to make that happen. In fact, like I said,
• 38:22
Speaker 1: absentia is the worst choice for him, and if he
• 38:25
Speaker 1: goes that route, I would not be shocked to see
• 38:27
Speaker 1: a criminal referral uh uh posted against him. If he
• 38:31
Speaker 1: chooses to ignore this fully, Oh yeah, that's going to
• 38:34
Speaker 1: ignite some serious, serious ire.
• 38:37
  Speaker 3: So I have a.
• 38:38
Speaker 1: Feeling we'll be seeing some heavy negotiations from the Prince
• 38:43
Speaker 1: of York and his team trying to get him out
• 38:47
Speaker 1: of this before it goes to court. As the Met
• 38:55
Speaker 1: Commissioner Cresida Dick emphasized on Thursday, no one is above
• 38:59
Speaker 1: the law. Older men who sexually abuse women, especially underage women,
• 39:04
Speaker 1: are not above it either. Even the Queen's son, Miss Roberts,
• 39:08
Speaker 1: has made her allegations. Now Prince Andrew should respond fully
• 39:12
Speaker 1: and properly within the processes of the law. That's exactly
• 39:16
Speaker 1: all I've ever said from the jump, all of my needling,
• 39:20
Speaker 1: my shit talking, all of that is because these dudes
• 39:23
Speaker 1: are cowards. You go ahead and go and speak to
• 39:27
Speaker 1: the authorities. Bro, what are you waiting for. You deserve
• 39:30
Speaker 1: to be mocked. You deserve to be made fun of.
• 39:33
Speaker 1: You deserve to have the court of public opinion laugh
• 39:36
Speaker 1: at you. You're the one that's making this bed for yourself,
• 39:40
Speaker 1: the lion. Nobody told you to chill out with Jeffrey Epstein,
• 39:43
Speaker 1: nobody told you to keep your mouth shut, and nobody
• 39:46
Speaker 1: told you to abuse any girls. So it's on you.
• 39:53
Speaker 1: The onus is on you, bro. Where's your evidence? What
• 39:56
Speaker 1: do you have to bring to the table besides more silence,
• 40:00
Speaker 1: besides more bs and around the topic. The other reason
• 40:08
Speaker 1: why the case matters is that it affects the reputation
• 40:11
Speaker 1: of the monarchy and the UK state. This will only
• 40:14
Speaker 1: increase if the civil case continues for the expected two years,
• 40:19
Speaker 1: a period covering the Queen's platinum jubilee in twenty twenty two.
• 40:23
Speaker 1: You know, it's always about the Queen's this, or the
• 40:25
  Speaker 1: Queen's that, or the monarchy's this. It's gonna be a
• 40:28
Speaker 1: black eye for the monarchy. Well, i'll tell you what.
• 40:31
Speaker 1: From my perspective, the monarchy is a black eye to
• 40:35
Speaker 1: the great English people. The Queen is not just a
• 40:40
Speaker 1: mother and not just a sovereign. She is also the
• 40:43
Speaker 1: living embodiment of a constitutional state governed by the rule
• 40:47
Speaker 1: of law, which includes its reciprocal arrangements with foreign states. Basically,
• 40:52
Speaker 1: what they're saying there is there's treaties that have to
• 40:55
Speaker 1: be abided by, right, there's treaties that have to be
• 40:59
Speaker 1: abided by with their allies, with their partners around the world,
• 41:04
Speaker 1: and just being the Queen's son is not enough for
• 41:07
Speaker 1: them to ignore that. Prince Andrew's inadequate responses examples including
• 41:16
Speaker 1: the apparently minimalist stonewalling of his lawyer's cooperation the insensitivity
• 41:22
Speaker 1: of his Newsnight interview and the bad look of this
• 41:25
Speaker 1: week's this week's escape to bowmoorl risk reputational damage to
• 41:30
Speaker 1: this country, it's governing institutions and its judicial relations.
• 41:35
Speaker 3: With a key ally, the US.
• 41:38
Speaker 1: Well, I don't know about all of that as far
• 41:41
Speaker 1: as you know, it's a lot to unpack, right, but
• 41:45
Speaker 1: the essence of it is is pretty spot on. There's
• 41:49
Speaker 1: a lot at stake here politically speaking. And if it's
• 41:54
Speaker 1: you know, somebody's protecting Andrew because he's you know, a prince,
• 42:00
Speaker 1: that's not going to sit well. And not just with
• 42:02
Speaker 1: people in the United States. I'm pretty confident that the
• 42:06
Speaker 1: people in England and the other places under the crown,
• 42:12
Speaker 1: they'll want to have their say as well. The royal
• 42:18
Speaker 1: family has faced difficult and embarrassing challenges in the past,
• 42:21
Speaker 1: including the departure of the Sussexsex. The Sussex is jeez.
• 42:26
Speaker 1: This though, is much more serious. It will not be
• 42:29
Speaker 1: survived by pulling the duvet cover over the collective royal head.
• 42:34
Speaker 1: As well as the essential issue of justice, there are
• 42:37
Speaker 1: issues of state involved, issues of institutional credibility and international confidence.
• 42:43
Speaker 1: And that's definitely a fact too, because say they protect
• 42:47
Speaker 1: him here, right, and they're not willing to cooperate with
• 42:51
Speaker 1: our partners abroad. Now, what happens when the shoe is
• 42:54
Speaker 1: on the other foot. What happens when they're expecting cooperation
• 43:00
Speaker 1: from their partners abroad and then their partners abroad say,
• 43:04
Speaker 1: you know what, go yeah, fucked. So it's definitely a
• 43:09
Speaker 1: situation that behooves them. On top of the fact that
• 43:15
Speaker 1: the Brexit situation went down and all of that. You know,
• 43:19
Speaker 1: they want to make sure that they have all of
• 43:20
Speaker 1: their allies and there especially their friendship with the United
• 43:24
Speaker 1: States ironclad. The Prince of Wales is right to suspect
• 43:31
Speaker 1: there will be no way back into public life for
• 43:34
Speaker 1: his brother from all of this. Now, he must also
• 43:38
Speaker 1: use his influence to ensure that Prince Andrew faces his accuser.
• 43:43
Speaker 1: He must do the thing that royals most pride themselves
• 43:46
Speaker 1: ondoing his duty. And I'll tell you what that would
• 43:50
Speaker 1: be something huh. Imagine hearing the story that Charles calls
• 43:55
Speaker 1: Andrew in and forces him to go and speak to
• 43:59
Speaker 1: the authorities. That would make for a very interesting writing.
• 44:04
  Speaker 3: Huh.
• 44:05
Speaker 1: But who the hell knows what's going to happen. Like
• 44:07
Speaker 1: I said, I'm not an official on the Royal House.
• 44:10
Speaker 1: I don't know much about them besides what we've covered
• 44:13
Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein, right, you know, I don't know are
• 44:16
Speaker 1: they going to protect them? Are they not going to
• 44:17
Speaker 1: protect them? I know, for one thing, the brand is
• 44:21
Speaker 1: what they're really worried about protecting, protecting not so much
• 44:24
Speaker 1: Andrew himself, but the brand. So we'll see how all
• 44:29
Speaker 1: of this goes, and we'll see what happens with the
• 44:33
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family and if he's going
• 44:35
Speaker 1: to talk to the authorities or not. I think that
• 44:38
Speaker 1: will be the most telling sign in the coming weeks
• 44:41
Speaker 1: or months or whatever it may be, is if he
• 44:44
Speaker 1: speaks with the authorities. If not, then I think the
• 44:48
Speaker 1: pain is going to be even worse for him. If
• 44:52
Speaker 1: you can imagine that at this point, a ruling in
• 44:56
Speaker 1: absentia labels him a child abuser, so he probably wants.
• 45:03
Speaker 3: To avoid that at all costs.
• 45:05
Speaker 1: So that means see in the interrogation room, Joe Exotic
• 45:11
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family. If you'd like to contact me,
