Speaker 1: also purchasing thirty new and modified Abrams tanks, still the
• 0:07
Speaker 1: best tank right still who's named in honor of Stacy Abrams.
• 0:14
Speaker 1: Only a few very political people would understand if.
• 0:17
Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
• 0:20
Speaker 3: Good Monday morning. So nice to have you with us
• 0:22
Speaker 3: on the forty seven Morning Update. And we've got one
• 0:25
Speaker 3: major story for you this morning. Voter fraud.
• 0:28
Speaker 4: Is it real? Is it actually happening?
• 0:31
Speaker 3: Why are Democrats saying that if you believe that voter
• 0:33
Speaker 3: fraud is happening, that you're crazy.
• 0:35
Speaker 4: We have the receipts to prove.
• 0:37
Speaker 3: That voter fraud is a very real thing in this country,
• 0:40
Speaker 3: and even a whistleblower who's sang you'll be shocked exactly
• 0:44
Speaker 3: how much voter fraud there could actually be.
• 0:46
Speaker 4: It's a forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
• 0:50
Speaker 2: Story number one, voter fraud.
• 0:53
Speaker 3: It is a question that has been brought up a lot,
• 0:56
Speaker 3: specifically by President Donald Trump. Democrats will tell you that
• 1:01
Speaker 3: voter fraud doesn't happen. If voter fraud really doesn't affect
• 1:04
Speaker 3: any elections, and it certainly would have no impact on
• 1:09
Speaker 3: a presidential election. Now, there are some actual recent voter
• 1:14
Speaker 3: fraud cases and investigations happening right now in the United
• 1:18
Speaker 3: States of America, meaning instance, that involved arrests, prosecutions, convictions,
• 1:25
Speaker 3: official referrals to prosecutors. That is real. It's important to
• 1:31
Speaker 3: understand that this is not some well I heard about
• 1:34
Speaker 3: it scenario. This is actual voter fraud. A perfect example
• 1:41
Speaker 3: of that is a Michigan petition scandal is continuing to
• 1:45
Speaker 3: grow even as there are convictions to individuals have now
• 1:50
Speaker 3: been convicted for forging signatures that would be plural in
• 1:55
Speaker 3: multiple campaigns in the nominating petition category. Undermining the primary
• 2:02
Speaker 3: ballot process is how it was stated in court and
• 2:05
Speaker 3: sentencing is scheduled for March of this year. Moved to
• 2:09
Speaker 3: Connecticut and you had an absentee ballot scheme that has
• 2:14
Speaker 3: now been uncovered. Two defendants there received suspended sentences in
• 2:19
Speaker 3: probation for encouraging voters to sign absentee ballot forms improperly
• 2:24
Speaker 3: and in one case, filling out ballots on behalf of
• 2:28
Speaker 3: voters in a mayoral primary that coming from the Connecticut post.
• 2:33
Speaker 3: Moved to Wisconsin and election irregularities. There After the twenty
• 2:38
Speaker 3: twenty four election, the clerks there have now referred forty
• 2:43
Speaker 3: six instances of suspected fraud or voting irregularities to prosecutors.
• 2:49
Speaker 3: These include a small number of possible double votes or
• 2:52
Speaker 3: improper registrations that again coming from PBS Wisconsin. Go to Ohio,
• 3:00
Speaker 3: where Ohio voter fraud allegations have now been sent all
• 3:02
Speaker 3: the way to the Department of Justice. The Ohio Secretary
• 3:06
Speaker 3: of State has now referred listened carefully more than a
• 3:11
Speaker 3: thousand alleged voter fraud cases to the use Department of Justice.
• 3:16
Speaker 3: As to local prosecutors did not act on them, why
• 3:20
Speaker 3: because they were in democratic areas. Many involved suspected ineligible
• 3:26
Speaker 3: voting or ballot issues that would mean illegal immigrants.
• 3:30
Speaker 4: Now, there are numerous.
• 3:32
Speaker 3: Local lection officials and watchdog groups that have reported or
• 3:36
Speaker 3: helped uncover individual cases such as people deliberately double voting,
• 3:41
Speaker 3: non citizens being registered to vote, and voting mail in
• 3:45
Speaker 3: ballot tampering. Now, these are trends that seem to be
• 3:49
Speaker 3: getting bigger, not smaller. So what does it actually mean.
• 3:54
Speaker 3: It means that voter fraud is real and people are
• 3:58
Speaker 3: trying to cheat, which brings us to the newest story.
• 4:02
Speaker 3: Minnesota lawmaker has now uncovered listen carefully, thousands of voters
• 4:10
Speaker 3: on a roll with missing information. Why would that happen?
• 4:16
Speaker 3: Kaylee mcinnanny at Fox News Channel on her show had
• 4:20
Speaker 3: this to say about exposing it with that law individual.
• 4:24
Speaker 3: Let me say that differently, with that elected official who
• 4:29
Speaker 3: is now a whistle blower.
• 4:30
  Speaker 4: Take a listen.
• 4:31
Speaker 5: Republican Pam Altendorf is sharing her analysis of the active
• 4:36
Speaker 5: voter list in Hennepin County, where she says nearly three
• 4:39
Speaker 5: thousand voters have missing information such as names, addresses, and birthdates.
• 4:44
Speaker 5: And she's also uncovering potential duplicate voters with matching names
• 4:48
Speaker 5: and addresses but a birth date just a few years apart.
• 4:52
Speaker 5: Kind of curious. Well, Minnesota State Representative Pam Altendorf joins me, Now, Pam,
• 4:57
Speaker 5: tell me what you found on these voter rolls there
• 4:59
Speaker 5: in Hennepin County. It's just one county in Minnesota.
• 5:01
Speaker 6: Absolutely, So just to give you a little background, I
• 5:04
Speaker 6: am the vice chair of the Elections Committee in the
• 5:06
Speaker 6: Minnesota State House, and I think it's very public knowledge
• 5:10
Speaker 6: that the DOJ was looking for voter rolls across the
• 5:14
Speaker 6: country to help clean up our voter roles, which should
• 5:16
Speaker 6: be important to everyone, and Minnesota declined to do that.
• 5:21
Speaker 6: And after we were being sued, I looked at the
• 5:24
Speaker 6: state statute. I've been working with some election in Tigrity groups,
• 5:28
Speaker 6: groups like Minnesota Voters Alliance on my own staff, and
• 5:32
Speaker 6: the Minnesota state statue is clear is that I have
• 5:36
Speaker 6: accessibility to this data. So I did a data request
• 5:39
Speaker 6: to four counties and kind of the bigger story is
• 5:42
Speaker 6: that Steve Simon, the Secretary of State, is actively working
• 5:46
Speaker 6: to deny me citying state representative on the Elections Committee,
• 5:50
Speaker 6: the ability to even see the data roles to determine
• 5:55
Speaker 6: if they're clean or not.
• 5:57
Speaker 5: That's really curious. So why not just give you the
• 6:00
Speaker 5: voter roles? I mean, most people, I think if you
• 6:02
Speaker 5: ask them, they would want sunlight that is the best disinfected.
• 6:06
Speaker 5: You want transparency, And I would just note this. Scott
• 6:09
Speaker 5: Pressler pointed out to me the two thousand and eight election,
• 6:11
Speaker 5: he noted on this show, they're in Minnesota in your state,
• 6:16
Speaker 5: was decided by three hundred and twelve votes. That was
• 6:18
Speaker 5: the Senate race. So this matters.
• 6:20
Speaker 6: That's right, and we have many races that matter across
• 6:23
Speaker 6: the state. But after I did the data, crust of
• 6:26
Speaker 6: the four counties, one county did comply. And remember this
• 6:30
Speaker 6: is after Steve Simon specifically put out a directive to
• 6:34
Speaker 6: all eighty seven counties telling them not to give me
• 6:37
Speaker 6: the active voter list. And for whatever reason, Hennepein County,
• 6:42
Speaker 6: the biggest county in Minnesota population wise, which represents twenty
• 6:46
Speaker 6: percent of our population, did send me the data. And
• 6:50
Speaker 6: in that and again I'm just looking at a very
• 6:52
Speaker 6: high level of view, there are tons of there's missing information,
• 6:57
Speaker 6: there's situations that looks like it might be duplicate voters.
• 7:01
Speaker 6: There's a lot of voters over one hundred years old
• 7:03
Speaker 6: that were born in nineteen twenty six or earlier. And
• 7:06
Speaker 6: the real question is, you know, Republicans and anyone who
• 7:11
Speaker 6: just cares about fair elections, why is there such an
• 7:15
Speaker 6: effort to block us or any election in takeerty group
• 7:19
Speaker 6: to see this information. If they're cleaned, that's great, And
• 7:24
Speaker 6: if not, if Steve Simon is unable or unwilling to
• 7:28
Speaker 6: clean our voter roles, then we absolutely have to get
• 7:31
Speaker 6: federal help because this is disenfranchising every legal voter in Minnesota.
• 7:37
Speaker 5: Yeah, it seems like something both parties would take interest
• 7:40
  Speaker 5: in doing.
• 7:40
Speaker 3: Pam altendors, by the way, Killy mcnane, dear friend of mine,
• 7:45
Speaker 3: former White Hounce Press secretary and Trump in his first
• 7:49
Speaker 3: term in office, when she says the last point there,
• 7:52
Speaker 3: it seems like this is something that.
• 7:57
Speaker 4: Both parties should care about.
• 8:00
  Speaker 3: She's making a very clear point there that there's a
• 8:02
Speaker 3: reason why both parties don't care about this, and it's
• 8:08
Speaker 3: clear what that is. Democrats want to be able to cheat.
• 8:16
Speaker 3: Democrats do not want you to even have to show
• 8:19
Speaker 3: an ID to vote because it allows for there to
• 8:21
Speaker 3: be the ability to want cheat. When you look at
• 8:26
Speaker 3: the Democratic Party right now, they are hell bent, I
• 8:32
Speaker 3: mean absolutely hell bent on cheating at all costs. They
• 8:40
Speaker 3: are hell bent on making sure that whatever it takes,
• 8:43
Speaker 3: whatever they have to do to cheat, they will do it.
• 8:48
Speaker 3: Whatever they have to do to have an advantage on
• 8:52
Speaker 3: election day, they will do it. Whatever they have to
• 8:55
Speaker 3: do to find ballots after the fact, they will do it.
• 9:00
Speaker 3: So the question that every American should be asking themselves
• 9:02
Speaker 3: right now, after the evidence that I just laid out
• 9:05
Speaker 3: for you, is is your vote really secure? And the
• 9:10
Speaker 3: second question that everyone listening right now should be asking
• 9:13
Speaker 3: themselves is why is the Democratic Party so obsessed with
• 9:20
Speaker 3: making sure that our elections are not secure? Donald Trump
• 9:25
Speaker 3: has answered that question, by the way, He's made it
• 9:28
Speaker 3: clear because they want to cheat, because they know that
• 9:34
Speaker 3: when there is a non secure election process, they have
• 9:40
Speaker 3: the ability to manipulate, to alter and to change the
• 9:46
  Speaker 3: outcomes of elections.
• 9:48
Speaker 4: And if they can do it, they will do it.
• 9:51
