Kiki Achyana is a passionate disability advocate from Indonesia who has been part of several projects related to disability issues in his home country. H recently launched a startup, Parakerja, which is a platform for people with disabilities with the aim to create an inclusive work ecosystem by training and connecting future employees and employers and empower trainees to pursue their dreams.
