- 0:41Speaker 1: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.

- 1:34Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alroot, Raw and Unfiltered.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Communist Cuba plunges into power blackout hell. Cuba's ongoing power crisis,
- 1:43Speaker 3: plunging more than ten million people into darkness, serves as
- 1:46Speaker 3: a stark reminder of the systemic failures of a communist dictatorship.
- 1:53Speaker 3: This Cribbean island is struggling with imploding infrastructure, economic turmoil,
- 1:58Speaker 3: and natural disasters, and so the whole Cuba was without
- 2:03Speaker 3: basically without any electricity by Saturday morning. Cuba's grid operator
- 2:07Speaker 3: UNE stated that only less than ten percent of total
- 2:12Speaker 3: demand was available to supply critical infrastructure such as hospitals,
- 2:17Speaker 3: food centers, and water supply systems, leaving most of the
- 2:20Speaker 3: island without power. UNE did not provide a timeline and
- 2:24Speaker 3: when power generation capacity would return to one hundred percent. Folks,
- 2:30Speaker 3: this is what the Kamala Howris is of the world,
- 2:33Speaker 3: and the Joe Bidens and his boss, Barack Obama. This
- 2:36Speaker 3: is what they wanted for you, for us, for America.
- 2:40Speaker 3: This is what you get with a communist tell hole.
- 2:43Speaker 3: It's really quite amazing.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Breaking news. How many times have I told you that.
- 2:47Speaker 3: The Catholic Church Catholics are good, and the Catholic Church
- 2:51Speaker 3: theoretically is good, but the people running it are not good,
- 2:54Speaker 3: and the Pope is not good. Concerned Catholics request an
- 2:57Speaker 3: investigation into how government funding was used by Catholic charities
- 3:01Speaker 3: and Catholic dioceses and Catholic relief services and all the
- 3:06Speaker 3: Catholic NGOs, non government organizations. I'll tell you how it
- 3:10Speaker 3: was used as a human trafficking criminal enterprise.
- 3:17Speaker 2: That's how was used.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Try to think of exact right words, human trafficking, criminal enterprise.
- 3:22Speaker 3: In my opinion, breaking news, Trump announces the JFK files
- 3:26Speaker 3: will be released tomorrow.
- 3:28Speaker 2: We're giving away.
- 3:29Speaker 3: All the Kennedy files. They'll all be out tomorrow, he says.
- 3:32Speaker 3: People in waiting for this for decades. He said that
- 3:37Speaker 3: a group of people led by Tulsea Gabbart will be
- 3:40Speaker 3: revealing the GfK files.
- 3:43Speaker 2: What we'll see in them matter know. So I'm not
- 3:44Speaker 2: even a conjecture. I don't know. I know what I think.
- 3:47Speaker 3: I think the CIA killed without any question. I think
- 3:52Speaker 3: the CIA killed John F.
- 3:54Speaker 2: Kennedy.
- 3:54Speaker 3: I think our government killed our president of the United States.
- 3:57Speaker 3: I think they did in a conjunction with the mob.
- 3:59Speaker 3: They hired them to do the hit, but the CIA
- 4:01Speaker 3: and our government wanted him dead. I'm sure the FED
- 4:04Speaker 3: was part of it. I'm sure Lyndon Johnson was part
- 4:06Speaker 3: of it. He was the vice president, was so jealous
- 4:08Speaker 3: of Kennedy. Lyndon Johnson was an ugly guy, right, and
- 4:10Speaker 3: Kennedy was the handsome guy, got all the ladies and
- 4:13Speaker 3: the beautiful Jackie Oh as his wife, and he's the
- 4:16Speaker 3: president and all Linden is a VP. Lyndon Johnson wanted,
- 4:20Speaker 3: he aspired to that top job. He didn't care of
- 4:22Speaker 3: you to kill Kennedy to get it. I think he
- 4:24Speaker 3: was in on everything. Trump, of course, over the weekend,
- 4:28Speaker 3: Big News declared Biden's auto pen signed pardons null and void.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Trying to see what does he mean every single pardon,
- 4:37Speaker 3: just the last few.
- 4:38Speaker 2: With General Milly and the J six Committee and.
- 4:42Speaker 3: Hunter Biden and doctor Fauci, I don't know. Here is
- 4:45Speaker 3: Trump's tweet. The pardons that sleepy Joe Biden gave to
- 4:49Speaker 3: the Unselect Committee of political thugs and many others are
- 4:52Speaker 3: hereby declared void, vacant, and have no further force or
- 4:56Speaker 3: effect because of the fact they were done by auto pen.
- 4:58Speaker 3: In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them, but
- 5:01Speaker 3: more importantly, he did not know anything about them. The
- 5:04Speaker 3: necessarily pardoned documents. The necessary pardoning documents were not explained
- 5:09Speaker 3: to or approved by Joe Biden. He knew nothing about them,
- 5:13Speaker 3: and the people that did may have committed a crime. Therefore,
- 5:16Speaker 3: those on the Unselect Committee who destroyed and deleted all
- 5:19Speaker 3: evidence obtain during their two year which hunt of me
- 5:21Speaker 3: and many other innocent people, should fully understand their subject
- 5:24Speaker 3: investigation at.
- 5:25Speaker 2: The highest level.
- 5:26Speaker 3: The fact is they're probably responsible for the Democrats that
- 5:31Speaker 3: were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent
- 5:35Speaker 3: of the worst president in the history of our country,
- 5:37Speaker 3: crooked Joe Biden. It's not my decision, it'll be up
- 5:41Speaker 3: to a court, but I would say they're null and
- 5:43Speaker 3: void because I'm sure Biden didn't have any idea that
- 5:46Speaker 3: it was taking place, and somebody was using an autopen
- 5:49Speaker 3: to sign off and give pardons. So, you know, the
- 5:54Speaker 3: people that should be shaking in their boots doctor Fauci
- 5:58Speaker 3: and General Millie and Hunter Biden and the J six
- 6:01Speaker 3: committee includes, of course Liz Cheney and one of the
- 6:04Speaker 3: most revolting human beings in the world, and Adam Schiff,
- 6:07Speaker 3: one of the most horrible human beings in the world.
- 6:10Speaker 3: All my liberal friends, they keep saying oh, Trump's Support's
- 6:14Speaker 3: gonna fall apart any day now, Yeah, okay Trump. Trump's
- 6:18Speaker 3: approval rating breaks new record. Well, Democrats hit all time
- 6:22Speaker 3: low as poll reveals Americans think the country is on
- 6:27Speaker 3: the right track at the highest level in decades, So
- 6:30Speaker 3: Trump's approval a sort to new heights. A separate poll
- 6:34Speaker 3: show Democrats have hit it at all time low. Polling
- 6:36Speaker 3: conductive for CNN and NBC has laid bare the deep
- 6:40Speaker 3: divides within America's Democrats lick their wounds in the wilderness.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Well, this survey shows a mixed result for Donald Trump.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Democrats are the ones in the wilderness right now. Poster
- 6:50Speaker 2: Jeff Horwat of.
- 6:51Speaker 3: Heart Research Associates told NBC forty four percent of Americans
- 6:55Speaker 3: came together to agree that America's on the right track
- 6:58Speaker 3: under President Trump's leadership, highest satisfaction rating since early two
- 7:03Speaker 3: thousand and four, so twenty one years ago. Trump's overall rating,
- 7:08Speaker 3: according NBC is forty seven percent, which is the highest
- 7:12Speaker 3: he's ever polled during his political career. Similarly, his personal
- 7:16Speaker 3: favorable rating is forty six percent. Democrats, meanwhile, are struggling
- 7:21Speaker 3: across the political sphere.
- 7:23Speaker 2: In both the NBC poll and the CNN.
- 7:25Speaker 3: Poll the capitulation of the left leaning party was undeniable.
- 7:31Speaker 3: Let me see if I could find the number for
- 7:33Speaker 3: Democrats here it is. According to CNN polling, the Democrat
- 7:37Speaker 3: Party's favorability rating among Americans is at a record low,
- 7:41Speaker 3: a shocking.
- 7:42Speaker 2: Twenty nine percent lois. Since CNN began.
- 7:45Speaker 3: Taking polls back in nineteen ninety two, it has plummeted
- 7:49Speaker 3: twenty points in January of twenty twenty one, fifty seven
- 7:54Speaker 3: percent of respondents would prefer the Democrats dedicate their time
- 7:57Speaker 3: and resources to stopping the book At agenda rather than
- 8:01Speaker 3: working collaboratively in an effort to pass Democrat legislation.
- 8:06Speaker 2: Fifties. Let me get this straight.
- 8:08Speaker 3: Fifty seven percent of respondents would prefer the Democrats to
- 8:13Speaker 3: dedicate their time and resources to stopping the Republican agenda
- 8:18Speaker 3: rather than work collaboratively to pass some Democrat legislation. So,
- 8:22Speaker 3: in other words, those who are Democrats don't even want
- 8:25Speaker 3: to help the country succeed. They hate Trump so much
- 8:29Speaker 3: that they want to just destroy the country. Senior ISIS
- 8:34Speaker 3: leader killed by US led Joint four strike in Iraq.
- 8:38Speaker 3: Abdul Maki mos La al Rifai, also known as Abu Khalajula,
- 8:45Speaker 3: who cares what they're known as, was Deputy Khalif for
- 8:49Speaker 3: ISIS and as one of the most dangerous terrorists in
- 8:51Speaker 3: Iraq in the world. The Iraqis continue their remarkable victories
- 8:57Speaker 3: over the forces of darkness and terrorism. He was killed
- 9:00Speaker 3: bild an airstrike in on Bar Province in western Iraq,
- 9:04Speaker 3: conducted jointly by Iraqi national intelligence and US led coalition forces.
- 9:09Speaker 3: I guess what that means is President Trump took this
- 9:12Speaker 3: guy out. Good job, President Trump. He blasts Clinton judge
- 9:19Speaker 3: radical order to reinstate thousands of fired federal employees. And
- 9:24Speaker 3: the problem is Appeals court is stocked with Biden and
- 9:28Speaker 3: Clinton and Obama judges who were jet Trump's effort to
- 9:32Speaker 3: block the reinstatement of thousands of probationary workers.
- 9:36Speaker 2: So the question becomes, why do these judges care so much?
- 9:40Speaker 3: I've asked, you know earlier in the show, and I
- 9:43Speaker 3: opened with my commentary, why do they care so much
- 9:46Speaker 3: about illegal aliens and gangbangers and thugs and murderers? In
- 9:51Speaker 3: MS thirteen at Trende Ragua, these are the worst people
- 9:54Speaker 3: in the world.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Why do they care about him? Because they're on the
- 9:55Speaker 2: payroll of the Mexican drug cartel.
- 9:57Speaker 3: So now I ask, why do they care so much
- 10:00Speaker 3: when we try and cut waste? The country is literally
- 10:03Speaker 3: in trouble, the economy in trouble, stock market in trouble.
- 10:11Speaker 3: Until Trump took over, inflation was going through the roof,
- 10:14Speaker 3: and now all of a sudden, inflation is headed downward
- 10:16Speaker 3: and eggs and gas prices downwards. Trump just in January,
- 10:21Speaker 3: he'd been in office one month, and inflation was the
- 10:24Speaker 3: lowest in four years. So you got to ask, why
- 10:28Speaker 3: would you be mad that we're trying to cut debt,
- 10:31Speaker 3: that we're trying to cut spending, that we're trying to
- 10:33Speaker 3: cut you know, worthless wood, meaning you know, just govern
- 10:37Speaker 3: employees just stand around all day looking at their watch.
- 10:39Speaker 2: Why do you care that we're trying to cut entire.
- 10:41Speaker 3: Agencies that have done nothing for America? And the answer is, well,
- 10:46Speaker 3: a couple of things. Number One, the same judges are
- 10:48Speaker 3: bought and paid for, just like they're bought and paid
- 10:50Speaker 3: for by China to destroy America.
- 10:52Speaker 2: They're bought and paid for by the deep state, the
- 10:54Speaker 2: DC swamp. They're owned by the DC swamp.
- 10:57Speaker 3: And every one of these federal judges is a member
- 10:59Speaker 3: of the Goverment Employees Union, so their loyalties lie with
- 11:02Speaker 3: the Goverment Employees Union.
- 11:05Speaker 2: Lots of reasons why they're bad guys.

- 15:30Speaker 3: Chan says, Hi, Wayne, I just wanted to pop in
- 15:32Speaker 3: tell you how much I love your show.
- 15:34Speaker 2: You're always saw upbeat.
- 15:35Speaker 3: Even when you're talking about all the Democrat insane crap.
- 15:39Speaker 2: You should be on TikTok.
- 15:41Speaker 3: And I answered Jan back and said, my son who's
- 15:44Speaker 3: twenty years old and is kind of a high tech
- 15:47Speaker 3: whiz whiz kid, and he put me on TikTok in
- 15:50Speaker 3: the last year, uh, and stayed on it for like
- 15:53Speaker 3: the last year.
- 15:54Speaker 2: And every single video we put up and this was not.
- 15:57Speaker 3: Like weird video, strange videos, out of the blue video
- 16:00Speaker 3: Wayne cursing, Wayne saying something different than TV. He just
- 16:04Speaker 3: grabbed clips of my real American voice TV show and
- 16:08Speaker 3: put him on TikTok. And every single one of them
- 16:11Speaker 3: was flagged and taken down for violations of community standards.
- 16:17Speaker 3: No matter what I say, TikTok says, you're violating community standards.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Here's another one. This one's from Rick. Great show is
- 16:27Speaker 3: always great. Points on visa holders. May God bless you
- 16:33Speaker 3: in great ways for your integrity and vision. Here's one
- 16:38Speaker 3: from Kathy, we love you. Didn't hear you're gonna be
- 16:42Speaker 3: on a Didn't I hear You're gonna be on a
- 16:44Speaker 3: Trump presidential committee. It's not a Trump presidential committee, by
- 16:47Speaker 3: the way, Kathy, it's a it's a private group, kind
- 16:51Speaker 3: of a private kitchen cabinet to give advice and to
- 16:55Speaker 3: push through tax cuts in Congress.
- 16:57Speaker 2: But she says, we love you. Trump loves you too.
- 17:00Speaker 3: I'm gonna be a root groupie on all your media outlets.
- 17:03Speaker 2: You are incredible.
- 17:04Speaker 3: Thank you, Kathy. I appreciate you being a root groupie.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Good stuff.
- 17:10Speaker 3: Lots of great fans out there. I keep talking about
- 17:12Speaker 3: the insanity of Democrats. Can you can you even imagine
- 17:16Speaker 3: how close we came to losing everything if Kamala had won,
- 17:20Speaker 3: how close we came to losing everything, and go back
- 17:22Speaker 3: eight years. If Hillary had won, we would have never recovered.
- 17:26Speaker 3: It was that third in a row Obama Obama and
- 17:30Speaker 3: then Hillary.
- 17:30Speaker 2: Would have been Obama. We would have been killed, destroyed.
- 17:34Speaker 3: Instead it was Trump and then Biden slashed Obama. So
- 17:38Speaker 3: it was three out of four terms Democrats run by Obama.
- 17:42Speaker 3: But it still wasn't enough to destroy us and put
- 17:44Speaker 3: us out of our misery forever. But if Hillary had won,
- 17:49Speaker 3: it would have been three in a row, and if
- 17:50Speaker 3: Kamala had won, it would have been two in a
- 17:53Speaker 3: row and four out of five, and we would have
- 17:54Speaker 3: never recovered because Kamala would have opened the border.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Like never before, even worse than under Biden.
- 18:00Speaker 3: And Kamala a Kumalist president would open the border three
- 18:04Speaker 3: times worse, let in thirty million, forty million, fifty million,
- 18:08Speaker 3: and our country would never be the same. You could
- 18:10Speaker 3: never walk the streets safely again. Your kids wouldn't have
- 18:12Speaker 3: a safe school again. Just climate change led slation would
- 18:17Speaker 3: mean no business could operate without tripling its prices. Your
- 18:20Speaker 3: electric bill, your energy bill, the gas you put in
- 18:22Speaker 3: your car, we'd all been destroyed. And here's California democrat
- 18:27Speaker 3: introduces bill criminalizing self defense during a home invasion.
- 18:32Speaker 2: I mean, they just want us to die.
- 18:34Speaker 3: They want every normal person, white people, homeowners, middle class.
- 18:39Speaker 2: People, educated people.
- 18:41Speaker 3: Anyone like that, they want to die. And they want
- 18:44Speaker 3: this country to be run by communists. A California Democrat
- 18:48Speaker 3: has introduced a law that would criminalize self defense during
- 18:51Speaker 3: a home.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Invasion by armed criminals.
- 18:54Speaker 3: I mean it just California Assemblyment Rich Chavez Zibur introduce
- 19:00Speaker 3: Assembly Build thirteen thirty three to limit a homeowner's ability
- 19:04Speaker 3: to use force during a home invasion, putting them at
- 19:07Speaker 3: a disadvantage in the hands of criminals. This bill would
- 19:10Speaker 3: eliminate certain circumstances under which homicide is justifiable, including in
- 19:16Speaker 3: defense of habitation or property. It would also classify circumstances
- 19:21Speaker 3: in which homicide is not justifiable, including when a person

- 19:45Speaker 3: or carjack you.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Do you know what the difference is why that's.
- 19:47Speaker 3: Not happening in Las Vegas, Because we're all armed, and
- 19:50Speaker 3: you can carry a gun here legally. You don't even
- 19:52Speaker 3: have to have a permit you can carry a gun
- 19:54Speaker 3: legally in Las Vegas and in your car.
- 19:57Speaker 2: You can have a gun.
- 19:58Speaker 3: In La you can't have a gun in your car.
- 20:00Speaker 3: So everyone carjacks and they know what. You have a
- 20:03Speaker 3: gun in your house, and if you use it, they

- 24:50Speaker 3: Corbi is our guest. She's an attorney, she's an author.
- 24:53Speaker 3: Her book is called Silent Suffering, and as an attorney,
- 24:57Speaker 3: we want to get her take on Trump say that
- 25:00Speaker 3: Biden's pardons are null and void because he didn't actually
- 25:05Speaker 3: sign him and he didn't know what was going on
- 25:07Speaker 3: at the time.
- 25:08Speaker 2: Leslie Corbly, welcome to the Waydeller Route Show. How are
- 25:11Speaker 2: you doing great? Thanks much for having me, Well, great
- 25:16Speaker 2: to have you on.
- 25:17Speaker 3: Let's talk about Biden's signing with an auto pen.
- 25:21Speaker 2: He says it will be up to a court.
- 25:23Speaker 3: To decide Trump does And I'm just wondering, as an attorney,
- 25:27Speaker 3: what you think the outcome of this is going to be.
- 25:31Speaker 4: Well, Autumn, Well, it depends on I guess what he
- 25:33Speaker 4: means exactly by auto signatures. Certainly E signatures have been
- 25:38Speaker 4: valid for some time now, although so I think I
- 25:41Speaker 4: would guess frankly, if I were guests of the betting
- 25:44Speaker 4: kind of bet the extent that there is a signature
- 25:47Speaker 4: that is from Biden's office, it will be deemed to
- 25:51Speaker 4: be upheld right as him having signed it. However, I
- 25:54Speaker 4: do think the graver issue at play is that for
- 25:57Speaker 4: the first time, certainly in my lifetime, that I can
- 25:59Speaker 4: think of a president's signature is under question, frankly because
- 26:03Speaker 4: he was in such deep cognitive decline right that there
- 26:07Speaker 4: is a legitimate question as to what Biden could and
- 26:10Speaker 4: could not maybe even be aware of towards the later
- 26:13Speaker 4: days who was in office.
- 26:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not so sure.
- 26:17Speaker 3: You know, you're saying you think it would be a
- 26:18Speaker 3: pel but I don't know about that, Leslie.
- 26:20Speaker 2: And I'll tell you why. Because the US Constitution.
- 26:22Speaker 3: Says that a president has to physically sign all these
- 26:26Speaker 3: documents for them to be legal. And it turns out
- 26:29Speaker 3: he never forget about the pardons, he never signed any
- 26:32Speaker 3: documents in the.
- 26:34Speaker 2: Entire four years.
- 26:35Speaker 3: They were all auto signed, and we're now hearing it
- 26:38Speaker 3: may have all been auto signed by you know, the
- 26:41Speaker 3: decision was made by an assistant to the president who
- 26:45Speaker 3: was never elected and has no right to do these things.
- 26:48Speaker 2: So, you know, I don't know if you're right or wrong.
- 26:50Speaker 3: I think there's a really good argument to be made
- 26:53Speaker 3: on both sides of this.
- 26:55Speaker 4: You're not wrong though, that it's interesting that they weren't
- 26:58Speaker 4: signed physically, because there are some text in a law
- 27:00Speaker 4: where a wet signature does really matter, right, So we're
- 27:04Speaker 4: not fully out of the era of needing wet signatures
- 27:06Speaker 4: on certain types of legal documents. So I mean, I guess, well,
- 27:10Speaker 4: it will remain to be seen. It's a rather, in
- 27:12Speaker 4: my opinion, a rather bizarre perhaps practice of the Biden
- 27:15Speaker 4: administration adopted, given that it shouldn't be difficult to have
- 27:19Speaker 4: a wet signature from the president on these on these orders,
- 27:23Speaker 4: that shouldn't be hard.
- 27:25Speaker 2: But yeah, I mean, it will be interesting.
- 27:26Speaker 4: I think you're right, though there are there are some
- 27:28Speaker 4: legal contexts where that still holds true.
- 27:30Speaker 2: Well, look, let's just assume that you're right.
- 27:33Speaker 3: Your first initial gut was, you know, listen, I signed
- 27:35Speaker 3: papers every day online and I'm not really signing them.
- 27:39Speaker 3: I'm just clicking Waynroot's name and it automatically signs for me,
- 27:42Speaker 3: and that's.
- 27:43Speaker 2: Held is legal.
- 27:44Speaker 3: But I would say the argument here, Leslie is Trump
- 27:47Speaker 3: and his legal staff would argue and bring witnesses and
- 27:51Speaker 3: question them on the stand did did Biden understand that
- 27:56Speaker 3: this was being signed in his name?
- 27:58Speaker 2: Did Biden even know that these things are being signed?
- 28:01Speaker 3: So that's the real argument is maybe auto pen is
- 28:06Speaker 3: fine or auto sign is fine, but what might not
- 28:10Speaker 3: be fine is if they're doing it without your knowledge
- 28:13Speaker 3: or consent because you're basically brain dead, then that would
- 28:17Speaker 3: all make a lot of things they'll avoid, perhaps in
- 28:20Speaker 3: the Biden presidency.
- 28:23Speaker 4: That's what Frankly, again I'm deep more concerned about, and
- 28:26Speaker 4: I think the problem should be more concerned about not that. Again,
- 28:28Speaker 4: there are from a from a standpoint of verifying evidence.
- 28:32Speaker 4: Obviously it can be easier to verify a physically handwritten document,
- 28:36Speaker 4: right rather than an auto signature of it. Hypothetically, a
- 28:40Speaker 4: third party could be inserting your name onto a document
- 28:42Speaker 4: and you don't have knowledge or consent right the person
- 28:44Speaker 4: who actually signed it. But the reality being what you
- 28:48Speaker 4: just mentioned, which is that there is an open ended
- 28:50Speaker 4: question as to whether President Biden was in the condition
- 28:54Speaker 4: to even be aware of what was going on.
- 28:58Speaker 3: And Leslie, that is extremely who made the decision, who
- 29:02Speaker 3: made those decisions?
- 29:04Speaker 2: They were an elected president, whoever made them?
- 29:07Speaker 3: I think it's Obama by I think Obama was running
- 29:09Speaker 3: the sty.
- 29:11Speaker 2: Scary, scary Biden.
- 29:14Speaker 4: But it's argue it was, you know, because I mean
- 29:17Speaker 4: he dropped out of the race, you know, And that's
- 29:18Speaker 4: what I think. It's especially sticky towards the end of
- 29:20Speaker 4: his presidency. It's not as if there was even a
- 29:23Speaker 4: question in the Democratic Party as to whether he was
- 29:25Speaker 4: frankly fit to govern. I mean, why didn't they run him,
- 29:28Speaker 4: Why did they replace him with Kamala Harris if they
- 29:30Speaker 4: thought he was quite capable of, you know, governing the nation.
- 29:33Speaker 4: Like everyone kind of knew at the end that that
- 29:35Speaker 4: was just a joke, right We sure the media and
- 29:37Speaker 4: the Democratic Party attempted to prop him up, but that
- 29:40Speaker 4: only went so far.
- 29:41Speaker 3: Leslie, you just came up with a good argument. I
- 29:43Speaker 3: think the argument could be made, even if you can't
- 29:45Speaker 3: prove that for the whole four years, for the whole
- 29:48Speaker 3: four years, everything he ever said and did was null
- 29:52Speaker 3: and void because he was basically incapacitated. I don't know
- 29:55Speaker 3: if you could prove that, but I think you can
- 29:57Speaker 3: prove it or not, you can prove that since the
- 30:00Speaker 3: day of the debate, when the whole nation saw he
- 30:04Speaker 3: was incapacitated, or at the very latest the day he
- 30:08Speaker 3: dropped out, and everyone knew he was incapacitated, So when
- 30:12Speaker 3: he did the pardons, he was incapacitated. And in some
- 30:16Speaker 3: cases he wasn't even in the White House when the
- 30:19Speaker 3: partons were roboside.
- 30:21Speaker 2: He was away on vacation in the Caribbean somewhere.
- 30:24Speaker 3: So I think some argument can be made that those
- 30:27Speaker 3: pardons do not count. So, you know, as a lawyer,
- 30:31Speaker 3: don't you think if you are General Millie, if you
- 30:34Speaker 3: are doctor Fauci, if you are Hunter Biden, if you
- 30:37Speaker 3: are the JA six Committee, aren't you scared? I'll say
- 30:41Speaker 3: this nicely, scared crapliss right now.
- 30:45Speaker 4: It's certainly not a good development, and I think it
- 30:47Speaker 4: shows though. I think he shows a couple of things.
- 30:49Speaker 4: One is that Trump is very serious about a lot
- 30:52Speaker 4: of the campaign promises he made, and he's really following
- 30:55Speaker 4: through on, frankly, what he perceives as the will of
- 30:59Speaker 4: the public right. So he's fighting for what the public wants.
- 31:02Speaker 4: And I think that this, frankly, is something that he's
- 31:05Speaker 4: going to have quite a bit of public support for
- 31:07Speaker 4: because we've had a lot of horrible things happen in
- 31:10Speaker 4: this country, particularly post COVID. You mentioned Anthony Fauci. He's
- 31:13Speaker 4: not exactly popular and a lot of quarters in the
- 31:16Speaker 4: US for a good reason. And so I think that
- 31:19Speaker 4: this is partially being litigated in the court of public
- 31:21Speaker 4: opinion and will also be litigated in the court of law,
- 31:23Speaker 4: and both of those really matter, because again, I think
- 31:26Speaker 4: you're right that we probably don't really know what arguments all.
- 31:30Speaker 4: I think the incapacitated argument is probably where the Trump
- 31:33Speaker 4: administration will go, and we'll see what happens in the
- 31:37Speaker 4: court of law. But I think at the court of
- 31:38Speaker 4: public opinion that also matters a lot too, and you
- 31:41Speaker 4: can see Trump playing both of those his arguments. I
- 31:45Speaker 4: think he's trying to work in both. In front of
- 31:47Speaker 4: both of those, I guess judges to some degree, right,
- 31:50Speaker 4: so the public judges what occurs just as a judge
- 31:53Speaker 4: would in a court of law, and I think he's
- 31:55Speaker 4: doing that intentionally, and I think it's a very wide
- 31:57Speaker 4: strategy because at the end of the day, can't always
- 32:01Speaker 4: know what will happen in.
- 32:02Speaker 2: A court of law.
- 32:03Speaker 4: But right now, I think Trump does have quite a
- 32:05Speaker 4: bit of public support behind him, and he's using that
- 32:07Speaker 4: to his advantage politically.
- 32:09Speaker 3: Last question, I'm glad you brought up the judges because
- 32:12Speaker 3: my feeling is those judges have no right to overturn
- 32:16Speaker 3: decisions that are executive decisions by the president of the
- 32:19Speaker 3: United States.
- 32:20Speaker 2: You know, there's there's three different parts of the United
- 32:23Speaker 2: States governt. There's the President, there's the House and sent and.
- 32:25Speaker 3: There's judiciary, which includes the Supreme Court at federal judges,
- 32:30Speaker 3: but they have no say over executive decisions like firing people.
- 32:33Speaker 3: That's the president's purview. Do you think they can win
- 32:36Speaker 3: that battle judges.
- 32:39Speaker 4: I really think it's remained seen. I mean, I think
- 32:41Speaker 4: we're in a We're in a new territory with that.
- 32:43Speaker 4: So I'm gonna say I think we're gonna have to
- 32:45Speaker 4: keep watching and waiting to see what comes out of
- 32:48Speaker 4: the courts.
- 32:48Speaker 3: All right, Leslie Corbli, attorney, author of Silent Suffering.
- 32:52Speaker 2: Great to have you on.
- 32:53Speaker 3: I think soon some of those judges are gonna be
- 32:55Speaker 3: silently suffering.
- 32:57Speaker 2: I think They're gonna be in a prison cell if
- 32:59Speaker 2: Trump has his way. I would not be so quick
- 33:01Speaker 2: if I was a judge to be to be overruling
- 33:03Speaker 2: President Trump.
- 33:04Speaker 3: I think some of these guys are gonna wind up
- 33:06Speaker 3: charge with treason and impeached or convicted of crimes.
- 33:09Speaker 2: But we'll find out. We'll find out. Listenie, thank you

- 36:46Speaker 2: All right, Swainelaruth Ruth Root's on fire.
- 36:48Speaker 3: By the way, breaking news, President Trump has stripped secret
- 36:53Speaker 3: Service protection from the Biden crime family. Not from Joe
- 36:56Speaker 3: Biden himself obviously as a former president nights, but from
- 37:00Speaker 3: Biden's children and Biden's family. No more secret Service protection
- 37:05Speaker 3: for Hunter Biden as an example. So you know, go
- 37:09Speaker 3: fend for yourself, just like he took away secret Service protection.
- 37:13Speaker 2: From doctor Fauci.
- 37:15Speaker 3: Doctor Fauci can afford his own secret Service protection.
- 37:19Speaker 2: All right.
- 37:20Speaker 3: Actor Frank Stallone, I was talking about crime in La
- 37:24Speaker 3: versus Las Vegas.
- 37:26Speaker 2: I mean, we believe me. Don't get me wrong.
- 37:28Speaker 3: We have plenty of crime in Vegas in bad neighborhoods,
- 37:32Speaker 3: but very little crime in nice neighborhoods like Summerland and
- 37:36Speaker 3: the nicest areas of Heerson pretty safe. And one thing
- 37:41Speaker 3: I've never seen is carjacking is one thing I've never
- 37:44Speaker 3: seen his home invasion robberies. One thing I've never seen
- 37:48Speaker 3: is anyone following him home from a restaurant.
- 37:51Speaker 2: And all those things are happening in LA. And why
- 37:55Speaker 2: are they happening in LA?
- 37:55Speaker 3: And I'll say it again because in Vegas, I've got
- 37:58Speaker 3: a gun at my side when I drive.
- 38:00Speaker 2: You can't do that. In LA.
- 38:01Speaker 3: You'd go to jail. I have guns all over my house.
- 38:04Speaker 3: You can't do that.
- 38:05Speaker 2: In LA. They're trying to make it illegal that you'd
- 38:07Speaker 2: go to jail for a gun in your.
- 38:08Speaker 3: House, for defending yourself from criminals, you know, because they think, well,
- 38:13Speaker 3: you know, if.
- 38:14Speaker 2: You're defending your property, that's not enough to.
- 38:16Speaker 3: Use, you know, life and death force. But in Vegas
- 38:21Speaker 3: the criminals know. I mean, I think in the last
- 38:23Speaker 3: year at least three or four times criminals have tried
- 38:28Speaker 3: to or have broken into homes and the homeowner in
- 38:31Speaker 3: Vegas shot them dead, and the police never filed charges
- 38:33Speaker 3: against the homeowner. Heck, they should give an award, they
- 38:36Speaker 3: should give them the key to the city. But in
- 38:38Speaker 3: LA they throw you in prison for defending your home
- 38:42Speaker 3: and shooting somebody dead. So you don't think the criminals
- 38:46Speaker 3: know that and that's why crime is so out of
- 38:48Speaker 3: control in Los Angeles and California in general. Actor Frank
- 38:52Speaker 3: Stallone says he now takes certain safety measures in filthy
- 38:57Speaker 3: and scary California. Likes California crime to the dystopian science
- 39:03Speaker 3: fixture cult classic Escape from New York, so now it's
- 39:08Speaker 3: Escape from LA. And he talks about those exact same things,
- 39:13Speaker 3: that people follow you home, that there's homeless in the street,
- 39:17Speaker 3: that they carjack you, that you can't wear your jewelry
- 39:19Speaker 3: in public, that you can't drive your nice car.
- 39:22Speaker 2: And I have friends in LA. They've got Bentley's.
- 39:25Speaker 3: And they keep them in the garage and they drive
- 39:28Speaker 3: a junker out to dinner.
- 39:30Speaker 2: And you go, what's the point of having a Bentley?
- 39:32Speaker 2: Same thing with jewry.
- 39:33Speaker 3: If you can't wear nice jewlry, what's the point of
- 39:35Speaker 3: having it.
- 39:36Speaker 2: It's really weird.
- 39:38Speaker 3: Speaking of weird, liberal North Carolina city's DEI plan for
- 39:42Speaker 3: hurricane relief is shut down by the HUD Secretary, Scott Turner,
- 39:46Speaker 3: Trump's HUD Secretary Housing in Urban Development. He shut down
- 39:50Speaker 3: a hurricane relief plan put forth by the city of Asheville,
- 39:54Speaker 3: North Carolina. That's the prime area where that hurricane a
- 39:58Speaker 3: leen hit and wiped every body out, and their hurricane,
- 40:04Speaker 3: their hurricane relief plan is a DEI plan that included
- 40:08Speaker 3: a diversity, equity and inclusion initiative that would have prioritized
- 40:13Speaker 3: minority residents over white residents. Do you understand how insane
- 40:18Speaker 3: that is? And thank god Trump is present, we're getting
- 40:21Speaker 3: rid of things like that. Another insane one US Navy
- 40:24Speaker 3: announces voluntary separation for transgender sailors. If you are have
- 40:32Speaker 3: a current diagnosis of being a transgender, if you have
- 40:36Speaker 3: a history of gender dysphoria, the Navy will only recognize
- 40:42Speaker 3: male and female sexes. There is no other gender but
- 40:46Speaker 3: male or female, and so this affects military service eligibility,
- 40:51Speaker 3: and sailors impacted by these changes may request voluntary separation.
- 40:57Speaker 2: So you know, goodbye, you're out of the military. And
- 41:00Speaker 2: that's why the.
- 41:02Speaker 3: Recruitment is up the highest in fifteen years. Nobody wanted
- 41:06Speaker 3: their son or daughter to be on a ship with
- 41:09Speaker 3: their bunkmate being a transgender guide.
- 41:12Speaker 2: The picture they're showing is so disgusting.
- 41:15Speaker 3: In the picture, two men wearing full makeup, dressed like women,
- 41:20Speaker 3: you know, with high heels and lipstick, it's so disgusting.
- 41:24Speaker 2: Here's another one.
- 41:25Speaker 3: DOJE slashes six hundred and twenty thousand dollars in funding
- 41:29Speaker 3: for controversial pregnancy prevention program. Well, I have no problem
- 41:33Speaker 3: with a pregnancy prevention program.
- 41:35Speaker 2: But this was for boys. Can you believe this.
- 41:39Speaker 3: Even goes on in the United States of America. It's
- 41:42Speaker 3: just insanity. It's insanity. And I guess the last story
- 41:47Speaker 3: of the day, California's Gavin Newsom refuses to release texts
- 41:51Speaker 3: and emails about the LA fires. You know, this is
- 41:54Speaker 3: just like when one of the government agencies on Friday
- 41:57Speaker 3: I reported was ordering everybody to just DROI classified documents
- 42:02Speaker 3: because they were afraid what you'd find out and they'd
- 42:04Speaker 3: all go to jail. Why do you think Gavin Newson
- 42:06Speaker 3: refuses to release text and emails about the LA fires
- 42:09Speaker 3: because he's going to be culpable, He's going to be
- 42:11Speaker 3: held liable.
- 42:13Speaker 2: He can wind up in a lot of trouble.
- 42:14Speaker 3: He can wind up being personally sued for billions of dollars.
