INTERVIEW: Blue Oyster Art Project Space Public Programme & Gallery Manager Beth Garey - Zac Hoffman - Radio One 91FM
Beth Garey has been involved in the Ōtepoti art scene for years. Whether that's through her education at the Otago Art School, working at the Bellamy gallery in Macandrew Bay, or her own shows. Being the public programme and gallery manager has increased Garey's art-talk, event and gallery organising savvy.
In the kōrero, Garey touches on the differences of working in a commercial versus non-profit art space and how the art medium affects how they approach making their own art.
