Mokas Coffee is on a major expansion roll, set to open nine new locations across the Kansas City metro — six in Missouri and three in Kansas — starting in 2027, thanks to franchisees Brice Turner and Jeff Bennett. The chain, founded 20 years ago by Jason Ingermanson (also behind Freddy’s’ biggest franchisee group), is bringing its beloved coffee and food vibe to Clay and Jackson counties, plus Olathe’s first local spot later this year.
