Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Last week we were talking about Ghislaine Maxwell
• 0:10
Speaker 1: and her citizenship and how that citizenship could be in
• 0:14
Speaker 1: jeopardy due to her lying on the N-400. Well today
• 0:19
Speaker 1: we're going to talk a little bit more about that
• 0:21
Speaker 1: and to do that we have an article from the
• 0:24
Speaker 1: Voice of New York. Headline? Glenn Maxwell lied on her
• 0:29
Speaker 1: citizenship form and it could strip her of her U.S. status.
• 0:33
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Grace Russo-Ballaro. And listen, it's
• 0:39
Speaker 1: obviously a big deal. Look what's going on with Ilan Omar.
• 0:44
Speaker 1: If they're going to show that kind of gusto for her,
• 0:46
Speaker 1: I want the same thing for Maxwell. And listen, I'm
• 0:49
Speaker 1: not defending anyone who lies on their application. If Omar lied,
• 0:52
Speaker 1: she has to go too. This selective warfare that people
• 0:55
Speaker 1: engage in when it comes to criminal behavior, is just
• 0:59
Speaker 1: unbelievably disgusting. You can't have it both ways. It can't
• 1:03
Speaker 1: just be a crime when it's somebody you dislike. It
• 1:06
Speaker 1: has to be a crime all the way around. And
• 1:09
Speaker 1: when it comes to Glenn Maxwell, there's no doubt in
• 1:11
Speaker 1: my mind that she lied on that application. I've seen
• 1:14
Speaker 1: the application. I've read it. And I know the story.
• 1:18
Speaker 1: And I know that Glenn Maxwell is one of the
• 1:19
Speaker 1: biggest liars, maybe in the history of the whole entire planet.
• 1:23
Speaker 1: And that's saying a whole ass hell of a lot.
• 1:27
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's repeated request for a pardon from President Trump
• 1:31
Speaker 1: may have hit an additional roadblock, as her U.S. citizenship
• 1:34
Speaker 1: obtained in 2002 is now under intense scrutiny following a
• 1:38
Speaker 1: New Republic article exposing falsehoods on her naturalization application form N-400.
• 1:44
Speaker 1: And we've been yelling from the rooftops about Ghislaine Maxwell
• 1:47
Speaker 1: and the citizenship for years now. It was obvious she
• 1:51
Speaker 1: lied on that form, and that's why during her trial,
• 1:55
Speaker 1: I called for her to be deported When she's released
• 1:57
Speaker 1: from prison, she should not have American citizenship. It's not
• 2:03
Speaker 1: even a debate or a question in my opinion. And
• 2:07
Speaker 1: once you start lying on that application, that's it. It's
• 2:10
Speaker 1: a wrap. Do you think insert immigrant from whatever country
• 2:14
Speaker 1: here is going to get the same exact kind of
• 2:17
Speaker 1: treatment Maxwell is? Or do you think if they lied
• 2:20
Speaker 1: on their application, they're going home? So it's either everybody
• 2:23
Speaker 1: goes home or I don't want to hear it. Maxwell
• 2:28
Speaker 1: answered no to two critical questions, whether she had ever
• 2:32
Speaker 1: committed a crime or offense for which she was not arrested,
• 2:35
Speaker 1: and whether she had ever procured prostitutes or engaged in
• 2:38
Speaker 1: related activities. These responses directly conflict with evidence presented at
• 2:43
Speaker 1: her 2021 federal trial in New York. Prosecutors established that,
• 2:49
Speaker 1: starting at least as early as 1994, Maxwell actively facilitated
• 2:53
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's sexual abuse of underage girls. This included recruiting
• 2:58
Speaker 1: vulnerable minors, grooming them, and normalizing sexual encounters, acts that
• 3:03
Speaker 1: legally constitute federal felonies, such as conspiracy to commit sex
• 3:07
Speaker 1: trafficking of minors, transportation of minors for illegal sexual activity,
• 3:12
Speaker 1: and enticement of minors across state lines. Crucially, none of
• 3:16
Speaker 1: these crimes had led to her arrest or prosecution at
• 3:19
Speaker 1: the time of her application. It doesn't matter. If she
• 3:22
Speaker 1: lied about the crimes, that's what matters, and it's not
• 3:25
Speaker 1: a he said she said. Remember, she was charged with
• 3:28
Speaker 1: these crimes in the period before she had her citizenship,
• 3:32
Speaker 1: so she lied on that application. And it's not disputable.
• 3:35
Speaker 1: There's no debate. There's no discussion. Ghislaine Maxwell must go.
• 3:40
Speaker 1: If she's ever released from prison, she must leave the
• 3:43
Speaker 1: United States right away. To address the central question head-on, yes,
• 3:49
Speaker 1: Maxwell's answers were lies under U.S. immigration law. The N-400
• 3:53
Speaker 1: form and its instructions do not require a prior arrest, charge,
• 3:57
Speaker 1: or conviction for disclosure. Applicants must affirmatively report any crime
• 4:02
Speaker 1: or offense they committed, even if undetected or unprosecuted, as
• 4:07
Speaker 1: part of demonstrating good moral character. Over the five years
• 4:11
Speaker 1: preceding the application, and we all know what Maxwell was
• 4:14
Speaker 1: up to during those five years. So, as far as
• 4:17
Speaker 1: I'm concerned, this is a non-starter. This should already be done,
• 4:22
Speaker 1: and should be underway. But unfortunately, considering her buddy Todd
• 4:26
Speaker 1: Blanche is running the DOJ, and her other buddy Donald
• 4:30
Speaker 1: Trump is sitting in the White House, I have my doubts.
• 4:35
Speaker 1: Trial testimony from victims like Jane, recruited at age 14
• 4:39
Speaker 1: in 94, Kate, lured in at 17 that same year,
• 4:43
Speaker 1: and others detailed Maxwell's hands-on role. I mean, no pun intended, right?
• 4:47
Speaker 1: Hands-on role? Probably not the best phrase, but okay. She
• 4:52
Speaker 1: took girls shopping, paid them for massages that turned sexual,
• 4:55
Speaker 1: and flew them on Epstein's plane. That pattern grew through
• 4:59
Speaker 1: 1997 as she scouted teens at schools and spas, paid
• 5:03
Speaker 1: them $ 200 to $ 300, and normalized group encounters with minors. Yeah,
• 5:08
Speaker 1: and she called them nubiles. She would say, all right,
• 5:12
Speaker 1: we're going to go hunt for some nubiles. I mean,
• 5:15
Speaker 1: can you imagine how disgustingly depraved you have to be
• 5:18
Speaker 1: to talk about young girls like that? Oh, we're going
• 5:21
Speaker 1: to go find some new bios for Jeffrey. What the
• 5:24
Speaker 1: ever-living fuck are you even talking about right now? Talk
• 5:30
Speaker 1: about helicopters and volcanoes. By 2001, she was still targeting
• 5:37
Speaker 1: a 14-year-old schoolgirl. Her application, submitted around 2001 and approved
• 5:42
Speaker 1: on November 27, 2002, sat squarely amid this decade-long pattern.
• 5:48
Speaker 1: Prosecutors proved the conduct predated her citizenship, making her denial
• 5:52
Speaker 1: fraudulent under U.S. Code 18, Section 1425, which criminalizes knowing
• 5:58
Speaker 1: false statements in naturalization proceedings with penalties up to 25
• 6:03
Speaker 1: years in prison. Well, that's cool. Tack that on. If
• 6:08
Speaker 1: we're not going to deport her, tack that shit on.
• 6:10
Speaker 1: Give her another 20. And move her from Camp Brian,
• 6:13
Speaker 1: by the way. Maxwell serving her 20-year sentence at the
• 6:16
Speaker 1: federal prison Brian, a minimum security club fed facility in Texas,
• 6:22
Speaker 1: transferred there after a post-conviction DOJ interview with Deputy Attorney
• 6:26
Speaker 1: General Todd Blanche. She reportedly enjoys preferential treatment, private VIP
• 6:31
Speaker 1: visits in lockdown conference rooms, unsupervised laptop access for legal work,
• 6:36
Speaker 1: bottled water, extra commissary supplies, and regular therapy dog sessions.
• 6:42
Speaker 1: Must be nice, huh? And she shouldn't have any access
• 6:45
Speaker 1: to dogs. considering she was abusive to her own dog,
• 6:48
Speaker 1: according to reports. Probably not the kind of person you
• 6:51
Speaker 1: want around animals. Democrats like Jamie Raskin and Sylvia Garcia
• 6:56
Speaker 1: have demanded BOP investigations, citing potential undue influence. These perks
• 7:02
Speaker 1: fuel speculation of protection linked, to her, value as a
• 7:05
Speaker 1: cooperating witness. She's not cooperating with anything. Okay? She was
• 7:11
Speaker 1: given this perk, she was given this move, to keep
• 7:14
Speaker 1: her quiet. They didn't want any embarrassing information coming out.
• 7:20
Speaker 1: Would it be actionable information? Highly doubt it. Like I said,
• 7:23
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell is a tainted witness. Anybody telling you any
• 7:26
Speaker 1: different has no idea what they're talking about or has
• 7:29
Speaker 1: ulterior motives. You can't put somebody like Ghislaine Maxwell on
• 7:33
Speaker 1: the stand and expect a jury to believe her. Give
• 7:36
Speaker 1: me a break. Zero chance. Put yourself in the jury's shoes.
• 7:39
Speaker 1: Would you believe her? Maxwell has directly appealed to President
• 7:46
Speaker 1: Trump multiple times for a pardon, reportedly via intermediaries and
• 7:50
Speaker 1: in a recent DOJ deposition. She testified to seeing no
• 7:54
Speaker 1: misconduct by Trump during Epstein encounters and downplayed Clinton's island visits. Trump,
• 7:59
Speaker 1: who once called Maxwell's arrest a really bad thing in 2020,
• 8:03
Speaker 1: and pardoned individuals with sex offense history, like real estate
• 8:07
Speaker 1: developer Paul Pogue, who was convicted of soliciting prostitution, holds
• 8:11
Speaker 1: significant clemency power. Denaturalization is a civil process initiated by
• 8:16
Speaker 1: the DOJ's Office of Immigration Litigation, requiring clear evidence of
• 8:21
Speaker 1: willful fraud that affected eligibility, criteria Maxwell clearly meets. And
• 8:26
Speaker 1: considering what's going on with Ilhan Omar, I would think
• 8:29
Speaker 1: that this is a slam dunk. So they should do
• 8:32
Speaker 1: this the same exact way. Ghislaine Maxwell should be pursued
• 8:36
Speaker 1: for whatever crimes that she's committed. However, procedural hurdles abound.
• 8:42
Speaker 1: It demands resources amid thousands of potential cases, political will,
• 8:47
Speaker 1: and no statute of limitations if fraud is proven. Her
• 8:50
Speaker 1: prison privileges suggest high-level shielding, possibly from ongoing Epstein-related disclosures
• 8:56
Speaker 1: implicating elites. Trump's pardon precedent and her appeals tilt towards
• 9:00
Speaker 1: clemency over revocation. Odds are low, perhaps as low as 15-25%. See,
• 9:07
Speaker 1: I don't believe that because Trump's time is almost up.
• 9:11
Speaker 1: His presidency is, you know, almost over. What, we got
• 9:13
Speaker 1: two more years? So I highly doubt that the next
• 9:16
Speaker 1: president is going to give Glenn Maxwell any kind of courtesies.
• 9:21
Speaker 1: So unless Donald Trump pardons Glenn Maxwell, then I think
• 9:24
Speaker 1: that the immigration question is certainly something that's going to
• 9:27
Speaker 1: be on the table. A pardon could preempt naturalization entirely,
• 9:33
Speaker 1: preserving her status and averting deportation to the UK or France.
• 9:38
Speaker 1: Absent action, her citizenship persists, but public pressure from Epstein
• 9:41
Speaker 1: file releases keeps the issue alive. For Maxwell, elite connections
• 9:46
Speaker 1: and Trump's discretion may ultimately outweigh the lies on her application.
• 9:51
Speaker 1: Clear as they may be, underscoring inconsistencies and justice for
• 9:55
Speaker 1: the powerful. Look, there's no doubt about it. And I
• 9:58
Speaker 1: don't think that's a secret. to anyone out there. These
• 10:01
Speaker 1: people have a whole ass different set of rules that
• 10:04
Speaker 1: they have to abide by. Whereas you and I, well,
• 10:07
Speaker 1: we have to abide by all the rules. And if
• 10:09
Speaker 1: we don't, they'll take our wealth, they'll take whatever we own,
• 10:15
Speaker 1: and eventually they'll take your freedom. But Glenn Maxwell, on
• 10:19
Speaker 1: the other hand, Her and her buddy Jeffrey Epstein were
• 10:21
Speaker 1: able to do what they did for all those years,
• 10:24
Speaker 1: even after they were outed by multiple people. And then
• 10:28
Speaker 1: when they finally do get in trouble, well, Ghislaine Maxwell,
• 10:31
Speaker 1: she ends up having a sit-down with Todd baby Billy
• 10:34
Speaker 1: Blanche and getting moved to fucking Camp Fed? How can
• 10:39
Speaker 1: you take a look at that and not realize that
• 10:42
Speaker 1: something is drastically wrong? I mean, that shit oozes with corruption.
• 10:46
Speaker 1: But I guess considering the current administration... That's just par
• 10:50
Speaker 1: for the course. All the information that goes with this
• 10:53
