- 0:51Speaker 1: Hello friend, captain Terry Warner, here this will be Speak to the Problem.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Season 2025, episode number 32.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Does God still heal today?
- 1:20Speaker 1: If God still heals today, then why do we suffer from cold, sickness and other ailments?
- 1:30Speaker 1: Is poverty a curse?
- 1:34Speaker 1: I want to believe I am redeemed from the curses of life, but my lifestyle, while it may be sort of good, is still hard and difficult.
- 1:43Speaker 1: In order to understand and get on top of these questions, we will require knowledge about God that your physical traits cannot reveal to you, such as your five physical senses Hearing, seeing, tasting, smelling, feeling.
- 1:58Speaker 1: I think I got it all.
- 2:01Speaker 1: God is a spirit and you must worship him in spirit and in truth.
- 2:08Speaker 1: I assure you most solemnly, I tell you the persons whose ears are open to my words, this is Jesus talking, who listens to my message and believes and trusts on and clings to and relies on him, who sent me, has possesses or does possess now, eternal life, and he does not come into judgment, does not incur sentence of judgment, will not come under condemnation, but he has already passed over out of death unto life.
- 2:42Speaker 1: That's John 5, 24 amplified.
- 2:45Speaker 1: That's saying, if you put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ and make him Lord and Savior, you've been redeemed from all these curses.
- 2:53Speaker 1: You shouldn't be sick, you shouldn't be broke, you shouldn't be going without.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Jesus is still talking and the next verse gives us more insight and knowledge.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Believe me when I assure you most solemnly, I tell you, the time is coming and is here now, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear it shall live.
- 3:18Speaker 1: John 5, 25, amplified.
- 3:23Speaker 1: I urge you to read the rest of John, chapter 5.
- 3:26Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, let me just do that right quick.
- 3:30Speaker 1: We'll pick up in verse 26.
- 3:33Speaker 1: I'm in John 5, starting in verse 26.
- 3:37Speaker 1: For even as the Father has life in himself and a self-existence, so he has also given to the Son to have life in himself and a self-existence.
- 3:46Speaker 1: So he has also given to the Son to have life in himself and be self-existent, and he has given him authority and granted him power to execute, exercise, practice, judgment, because he is a son of man or he's 100% man while he's here on this earth.
- 4:04Speaker 1: He was not using his godly powers on this earth.
- 4:07Speaker 1: He was using the abrahamic covenant and then things provided for in the word to get his miracles and stuff and for the father to do the miracles.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Do not be surprised and wonder at this, for the time is coming when all those who are in the tomb shall hear his voice.
- 4:26Speaker 1: Well, how can they hear his voice if they're dead?
- 4:29Speaker 1: Well, physically they can't, but they can spiritually.
- 4:34Speaker 1: The spirit man does not die and they shall come out.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Those who have practiced doing good will come out to the resurrection of a new life and those who have done evil will be raised for judgment, raised to meet their sentence.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Look at Daniel 12, 2.
- 4:54Speaker 1: I am able to do nothing for myself, independently of my own accord, but only as I am taught by God and as I get his orders.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Jesus is the head, we're the body, so these instructions go to us too.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Even as I hear, I judge.
- 5:11Speaker 1: I decide as I am hidden to decide as the voice comes to me.
- 5:17Speaker 1: So I give a decision and my judgment is right.
- 5:21Speaker 1: It's just.
- 5:22Speaker 1: It's righteous Because I do not seek my judgment or consult my own will.
- 5:28Speaker 1: I have no desire to do what is pleasing in myself, my own aim, my own purpose, but only the will and pleasure of the Father who sent me.
- 5:38Speaker 1: If I alone testify in my behalf, my testimony is not valid and cannot be worth anything.
- 5:46Speaker 1: There is another who testifies concerning me, and I know and am certain that his evidence on my behalf is true and valid.
- 5:55Speaker 1: That's why Jesus is so neat that Jesus calls us brothers and sisters and part of the family of God.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Brothers and sisters and part of the family of God.
- 6:05Speaker 1: Jesus will validate our decision, our godly decision.
- 6:12Speaker 1: You yourselves have sent an inquiry to John and he has been a witness to the truth.
- 6:18Speaker 1: But I do not receive a mere human witness.
- 6:22Speaker 1: The evidence which I accept on my behalf is not from man.
- 6:26Speaker 1: But I simply mention all these things in order that you may be saved, made and kept safe and sound.
- 6:36Speaker 1: John was a lamp that kept on burning and shining to show you the way, and you were willing for a while to delight it or sun yourselves in his light.
- 6:44Speaker 1: But I have as my witness something greater, weightier, higher, better than that of John, for the works that the Father has appointed me to accomplish and finish.
- 6:57Speaker 1: The very same works that I am now doing are a witness and proof that the Father has sent me, and the Father who sent me has himself testified concerning me.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Not one of you has ever given ear to his voice or seen his form, his face, what he's like.
- 7:16Speaker 1: You have always been deaf to his voice and blind to the vision of him.
- 7:20Speaker 1: That's because we were dead in Christ and you have not his words and your thoughts living in your hearts, because you do not believe and adhere to and trust in and rely on him, whom he has sent.
- 7:35Speaker 1: That is why you do not keep his message living in you, because you do not believe in the messenger whom he has sent.
- 7:43Speaker 1: You search and investigate and pour over the scripture diligently, because you suppose and trust that you have eternal life through them.
- 7:52Speaker 1: And these very scriptures testify about me.
- 7:56Speaker 1: And still you are not willing but refuse to come to me so that you might have life.
- 8:04Speaker 1: I receive not glory from men.
- 8:06Speaker 1: I crave no human honor.
- 8:08Speaker 1: I crave no human honor.
- 8:09Speaker 1: I crave no human honor.
- 8:10Speaker 1: I look for no mortal fame.
- 8:12Speaker 1: But I know you and recognize and understand that you have not the love of God in you.
- 8:18Speaker 1: I have come in my Father's name and with his power, and you do not receive me.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Your hearts are not open to me, you give me no welcome.
- 8:28Speaker 1: But if another comes in his own name and his own power and with no other authority but himself, you will receive him and give him your approval.
- 8:38Speaker 1: How is it for you to believe?
- 8:40Speaker 1: How can you learn to believe, you who are content to seek and receive praise and honor and glory from one another and yet do not seek the praise and honor and glory which come from him, who alone is God?
- 9:01Speaker 1: Put out of your mind the thought and do not suppose, as some of you are supposing, that I will accuse you before the Father.
- 9:11Speaker 1: There is one who accuses you, it is Moses.
- 9:12Speaker 1: He's talking to the Pharisees and Sadducees.
- 9:14Speaker 1: He's talking to the Jewish people, the very one on whom you have built your hopes and whom you trust, for if you believed and relied on Moses, you would believe and relied on me, for he wrote about me personally.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Excuse me, but if you do not believe and trust his writings, how then will you believe and trust my teachings?
- 9:40Speaker 1: How shall you cleave to and rely on my words?
- 9:44Speaker 1: That's some pretty tough words for us, but you get the idea.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Getting my notes back here.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Because we are a son or daughter of God, we have the same Holy Spirit of God dwelling in us that we received when we made Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, because we have not been born of corruptible seed, but incorruptible seed by the word of God, 1 Peter 1.23,.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Jesus has been made unto us wisdom, righteousness, sanctification and redemption.
- 10:20Speaker 1: We are perfectly capable of reading and searching the scriptures ourselves and letting the Holy Spirit teach us and guide us into all truth.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Sadly, though, we would rather sit on our duff and cry, beg and complain to others that God's word is not true.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Consequently, we go about our lives stuck in a rut provided by the devil and his demons.
- 10:46Speaker 1: It's called a grave Not knowing that we have the power to run the devil and his demons it's called a grave Not knowing that we have the power to run the devil out of our lives by standing our ground and quoting and believing God's word.
- 10:54Speaker 1: In Mark 11 23, we are instructed by Jesus to speak our problem to speak to our problem.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Instead, we wind up telling God about how big and horrible our problem is, instead of speaking to the problem ourselves.
- 11:11Speaker 1: We started off recognizing that God is the Spirit in this study.
- 11:17Speaker 1: As a believer and member of the body of Christ, the kingdom of God is within me and Jesus has provided everything I need to run the devil out of my life.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Well, are you going to continue to live and defeat lack and want in this life, or are you willing to stand one more time against the devil?
- 11:36Speaker 1: As Paul said, we have the same spirit of faith.
- 11:41Speaker 1: According as it is written, I believed and therefore have I spoken.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Well, we also believe and therefore we speak.
- 11:51Speaker 1: 2 Corinthians 4.13.
- 11:54Speaker 1: And he's quoting Psalm 116.10.
- 11:59Speaker 1: So what are you going to do today?
- 12:00Speaker 1: You're going to have another day of losing.
- 12:03Speaker 1: You're going to have another day of giving up.
- 12:05Speaker 1: You're going to have another day of despair.
- 12:07Speaker 1: You're going to have another day of trying to prove your point over God's Word.
- 12:12Speaker 1: God's Word has not changed ever since it was done.
- 12:16Speaker 1: People have tried to change it and may I add right quick and throw this in there be very careful of online Bibles and translations and stuff, because you have no way of backing it up with the paper to know exactly what was said.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Use the King James, new King James there's lots of good versions out there but be very careful reading this off your phone and putting your life and trust on it.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Off your phone.
- 12:47Speaker 1: You don't know all the things just done to invalidate the word of god.
- 12:55Speaker 1: I'm sorry I entered, run down that rabbit hole so you got a problem.
- 13:00Speaker 1: You're broke, let's say you're out of money.
- 13:01Speaker 1: You can tell the Lord how big, how much money you owe.
- 13:06Speaker 1: If you just have to do it, I guess do it one time and then repent and then don't bring it up again.
- 13:12Speaker 1: He knows he didn't figure it out when you told him.
- 13:16Speaker 1: He knew all along, he knew before you ever did it, that you was going to get in trouble and your finances are a mess.
- 13:27Speaker 1: And every day you go to work and get up and go to work, come home, get up, go to work, come home and you have this money and it's never enough money.
- 13:31Speaker 1: You always have more money than you have money and the rent's due, the housing's due, the car broke, so you give a little extra, trying to get in on giving and receiving, and the devil clamps you down really good and here he goes.
- 13:45Speaker 1: That's why it's better in my opinion strictly my opinion give what you can give with a cheerful heart and then take care and get your bills eliminated so that you can owe no man anything but to love, but to love him, and then you love him into the kingdom.
- 14:03Speaker 1: That's what we're talking about Be nice to people, be kind to people, be compassionate to people, show Christian aspects, and the measure that you deal it out is going to be measured back to you.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Good measure Shaken down, not shaken down.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Good measure Pressing together Some in.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Give unto your bosom, some thirtyfold, some sixtyfold, some a hundredfold.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Don't give God ten dollars extra.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Don't give God ten dollars and expect a hundredfold return if you're not working his kingdom principles already Start with what you can afford, start with what you're going to do, but get yourself out of debt, get yourself on top of things, get yourself to be the head and not the tail.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Live and walk in divine health and prosperity.
- 14:56Speaker 1: If you have to take medicine, then take it in faith.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Take it in the name of Jesus, the faith that the medicine's going to do you.
- 15:03Speaker 1: The doctor's trying to fight the same problem you are.
- 15:06Speaker 1: But if you're not there yet, don't try to run with the big boys.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Take it one step at a time, line upon line, precept upon precept, a little here, a little there.
- 15:18Speaker 1: God will show you the way, the Holy Spirit will show you the way, but your responsibility is to speak to the problem.
- 15:29Speaker 1: I live and walk in divine health and prosperity.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Everything I set my hand to do prospers.
- 15:33Speaker 1: I am more than a conqueror.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Through jesus christ I can do all things through jesus christ, who gives me strength.
- 15:39Speaker 1: In him I live and move and have my being.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Jesus christ has made of me wisdom, righteousness, sanctification and redemption.
- 15:46Speaker 1: I have the mind of Christ.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Whoa, I have the mind of Christ.
- 15:51Speaker 1: The Lord is my shepherd.
- 15:53Speaker 1: I shall not want.
- 15:54Speaker 1: I shall not want for money, I shall not want for riches, I shall not want for anything.
- 15:59Speaker 1: I shall not want.
- 16:01Speaker 1: Why shall I not want?
- 16:02Speaker 1: Because my God meets all my needs according to his riches and glory.
- 16:07Speaker 1: By Christ Jesus, now take authority over the devil.
- 16:11Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus, devil, get your hands off of me.
- 16:15Speaker 1: I'm God's property.
- 16:16Speaker 1: I believe the word of God and I'm going to do everything I can to run you out of my life.
- 16:22Speaker 1: So every time you bother me, every time you come to me, I'm just telling you I'm going to read you the Word of God.
- 16:28Speaker 1: That way I'll learn the Word and that way I'll call for you.
- 16:32Speaker 1: You have a blessed day In Jesus' name.
