SPEAKER_00: Today's Hulun of Kuflam and Vase, and we're gonna start three lines from the bottom of Kuflam and Alfman Vase where we started yesterday, where we ended off yesterday.
• 0:07
  SPEAKER_00: Ulah Havayoiv Matanta Likantas.
• 0:10
SPEAKER_00: We're in the middle of discussing the inion of Matanas kahuna.
• 0:14
SPEAKER_00: Specifically, the Zeroya lefayim and keva that you give from Hulin animals.
• 0:19
SPEAKER_00: That doesn't apply by uh Kh'chim, as we know, Chazavishik, which is the Matanas kahuna for Khanchim, doesn't apply by Hulin.
• 0:26
SPEAKER_00: So the Zra'a lechayim a keva, the matanas kahuna.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_00: As it relates to that, once we're discussing, it says the gimmir Ulah Havayv Matanta Le Kahanta.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: Ulah used to give his Matanas kahuna to a Bas Koyen that was married to a Yastral, Big Khadesh.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_00: A Bas Kayan that was married to uh Tamil Khachum, let's say, a big Indian.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_00: So he would give even the the guy's the Yastral, you're giving him the Matanas kahuna because his wife is a Khan, she's a Baskoyan, she's a kahenness.
• 0:48
SPEAKER_00: So Ulah held that it was Kayan va fil koyenes, and therefore you could be actually giving your matanas kahuna to a kohenis that's married, even to a yastral.
• 0:54
SPEAKER_00: So you might ask Raba has the following to Ulah.
• 0:58
SPEAKER_00: Minchas Koyen Nechalas, Minchas, Minchas Koihanes, Nechalas, Minchas Koyen Aino Nechales.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_00: That certain minachas are allowed to be eaten by the canon, certain minachas not.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_00: The minchaskoihanes, the mincha of a kihenas, the vast koyin, can be eaten, and the minchaskoyen is not allowed to be eaten.
• 1:16
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, why?
• 1:16
SPEAKER_00: Because the postick says, as it relates to a mincha of a kayin, the minchaskoyen kolotia had to be colored like a carbon island, it had to be burnt up.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_00: You can't eat part of it.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, if you're telling me that the mincha va kahenis is different, then we see a kahanas doesn't have the same coin.
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: So are you giving mathanas kauna to a kahanis?
• 1:31
SPEAKER_00: That's long story short, and that's what he spells out right here.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_00: The Amarat Kayan Mafil Khanis.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me about Mathanas Kauna, Koyen va a fiddle kohenes is bimash, that you could give your matanas kauna even to a kahanas, that's married to me it's real, not only a koin, vaqsev.
• 1:44
SPEAKER_00: The apostle says, the minhas koyen kolal tia, loisa echal which teaches me you're not you're not allowed to eat from a minhas coin.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_00: So if you're gonna tell me koin includes kohenis, so you shouldn't be able to eat minchas kohenas, but we know that's not true because minchas kohenes is an echalas, you are allowed to eat it, so we see it's not included in koin.
• 2:00
  SPEAKER_00: So what shots?
• 2:01
SPEAKER_00: So by you also, you shouldn't be able to give your uh your matanas kiuna to a kohenes if it's different.
• 2:07
SPEAKER_00: Because Amalay told him he told uh Amalai, Rebbi, Mito noch, from your same reason, from the same posik that you're bringing, I'll prove to you the other way.
• 2:17
SPEAKER_00: That arainubanov clue in the parsh.
• 2:19
SPEAKER_00: What does it say in the parsha over there?
• 2:20
SPEAKER_00: It says aroy nubonov, which teaches me specifically that arunubonov, this is true.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_00: By arnubanov is where you can't eat their mincha.
• 2:27
SPEAKER_00: The mincha of a koyen from arunubanov, aranubanov, not arunubnoisov.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, and therefore the mincha of a koyanis, you are gonna be able to eat.
• 2:35
  SPEAKER_00: Mashainken over here.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_00: The opposite, that koin veloikayanes.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: Or really, sorry, the same alocha, but koin veloi kayanes, that this only applies by a coin and not a cohes.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_00: And we're going to learn sasum, sorry, as it relates to just uh readrashi for a second right, sorry, saying the opposite.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_00: That coin lokayanis, that dafko, you the matanas kauna you're allowed to give to a coin, and not a canis, not like what Ula was doing.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_00: You're not allowed to give a matanas to to uh to Kahanis, and how are we gonna know that?
• 3:08
  SPEAKER_00: The Yilmaid Sasum Minamfirish.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna learn what Sasum, which's not explicitly said as it relates to uh Koyan Khanis from Miforish.
• 3:16
  SPEAKER_00: Where?
• 3:16
SPEAKER_00: Rashi tells us straight up.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_00: Koyin stam, the khsiv gabi matanas that it's said by matanas, we're gonna learn that.
• 3:21
  SPEAKER_00: We don't know.
• 3:21
SPEAKER_00: The coin that matanas is that is that uh does that include kohannis?
• 3:25
SPEAKER_00: Does it not include kahanis?
• 3:26
SPEAKER_00: Can you give it to Kahnes as well, just like Ula did?
• 3:28
  SPEAKER_00: Can you not?
• 3:28
SPEAKER_00: So stam, we don't know.
• 3:29
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna learn stam mimifursh.
• 3:31
  SPEAKER_00: Where is it?
• 3:31
SPEAKER_00: Mithurish, mimifurish, mimine aron from the aran, the xiv gabi mincha that it says by the minhas koin the malalong kind of like an is the arunabonovsubin, just like over there it says aron abonov.
• 3:41
SPEAKER_00: So it's not a mute that over there, it's different.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: No, we're gonna learn it from there.
• 3:44
SPEAKER_00: Not that mincha is different than it says arunabonov, like you just tried telling me.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: But rather, that's gonna be the Yomit Sasum in a Mefursh.
• 3:51
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna learn it from there.
• 3:52
SPEAKER_00: Madekh over there, just not Mala, just like over there, it says Aranubonov.
• 3:57
SPEAKER_00: And which teaches me kind of like so too, Apacha kind of like so too.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna learn from there that's mefurish over here, which is stam, my matanas will teach you that only kain, villoy koihanes, and therefore not like Ulah, you're not gonna be able to give your matanis to a Kayennas if her husband is not a Kayan.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_00: It says we're in the beer lezirbinal keptana, koin valu cannas.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_00: He taught the opposite, he taught like Ulah.
• 4:21
SPEAKER_00: That Kain Valu Khanis, you're allowed to give your matanas kahuna even to a Kahenis.
• 4:26
  SPEAKER_00: Okay?
• 4:26
  SPEAKER_00: And why?
• 4:27
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: What are we gonna say?
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: What about what about uh maybe we should learn it, Sasaminama first, just like the beer mishmal just tried teaching us.
• 4:34
  SPEAKER_00: You wanna know why?
• 4:35
SPEAKER_00: Because of a miyata karmiot, we're in miot a khariat alarbe.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_00: Because in the parasha it's a miotha chariot, it's a double miyot because it says kain, and then it's if you look in the parasha, it says kain twice, and therefore it's two miyutin, two miyutim is always la rabbis, in miotah karmiot other the rabbis, two negatives equal equal positive, and therefore it's gonna be marbeh in the parsha matanas afhilu kahanis, even a kahnis is the mashma, like Ulah, that you're gonna be able to give your matanas kahuna not only to a kayin but to a kahannis.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: And says the Quran on that note not only Ulah, but Rav Kahana.
• 5:02
  SPEAKER_00: Ochal Bishwil Ishtai.
• 5:03
SPEAKER_00: Ravkanah was married to a kahannis, he was married to a Baskayin, he was a Yisrael, and he ate Matanas Kehuna even though he was a Yisrael.
• 5:09
  SPEAKER_00: Why Bishwil Isha?
• 5:10
SPEAKER_00: Because his wife got them as a Kahanis, and not only that, Rav Papa Achobishwal Ishta, same story.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_00: Rivy Mar Achobishwal Ishtai, Ravid Maravan Achobishwhile Ishtai, all these Amaroim held like Ula that Afilu Kahanas Bimashma, and therefore, even though they were Israelin, they used to eat the Matanas Kehuna that they got Bishwilisha because their wife was a Koihihanas.
• 5:33
SPEAKER_00: Mereimar told me, Hilkhakvasir Raf, that'll say Raf, and by the way, if this Mireimar sounds familiar, it's because some of these uh halochas that we're quoting right now, we had read at the end of yesterday's daff bottom of Khflamara Ahmed Bay's, Darash Mireimar, Mireimar Darshin, the following things.
• 5:50
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see a few more over here, but now it's Ravina according that Mereymar told it.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: So that was Darsh Mireimar, and over here this is Ravina explaining ominly Miramah.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_00: This is what Mureimar told me.
• 5:59
SPEAKER_00: First of all, Hihchukas Drav.
• 6:00
SPEAKER_00: The Allah's like Rav that what?
• 6:02
SPEAKER_00: This is Rav we had recently, that a levi is potr in the matanas kahuna.
• 6:06
  SPEAKER_00: The whole question, whether he's Ikri'am, like Iqri'am yesterday's daff.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_00: That also we had recently, that someone who's mazik matana is kehuna is gonna be potr.
• 6:15
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 6:16
SPEAKER_00: Iba say ma'kar, zh, ibay samaswara, because it's mom shayna taiwim, etc.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_00: That alak is like Ulah, who's Ulah?
• 6:24
SPEAKER_00: That's what we just had.
• 6:25
  SPEAKER_00: That Afilukhainis.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_00: You could give your matanas kahuna e not only to a Kain, but Afilukanas, but Mash.
• 6:29
SPEAKER_00: That's all of like Ulah Nehilchakabasidha Barahava.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_00: And Allah's like Ravada Barahava, who is this, so we didn't have this yet, but Rabada Barahava says Leviya Shayada Binah, Levias Bana Potter me Hamish.
• 6:44
SPEAKER_00: Right, but the Banah is gonna be Potter from Shahamishlam.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_00: Basically, a Leviah, a a uh wife of a levy that gives birth to a firstborn child is gonna be Potter from Hiddenaban.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_00: And on that note says the Gemar.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: Tanara we have a bright side.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_00: Zrahaim a key and claim koi.
• 7:01
  SPEAKER_00: Or a khvi.
• 7:02
SPEAKER_00: Zrachaiman Keva apply, meaning these matanaskayuna apply by claim.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_00: So we doing apply by claim and by a kvi.
• 7:11
SPEAKER_00: A kvi is after we'll get into it.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_00: But Zra'el Khaimakeva, these matanaskayuna that come from Kunan apply by both clayim and a kvi.
• 7:21
SPEAKER_00: So klayan is a mixed breed of two animals.
• 7:23
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see which animals we're talking about in a second.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_00: And kvi, kvi is what's known, or a khai, it depends how you say it, we don't really know.
• 7:30
SPEAKER_00: Well khlaikas, I think, but a kvi is an animal that's a mixed breed between a chayah and a bahema.
• 7:35
SPEAKER_00: Now, certain alak is only applied by mahema, certain balach is only apply by chayas.
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: Matanas kahuna, by the way, only apply by generally behamas.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_00: But this kvi is a mixed breed, and this says the Gemar Beleza, Aimiriblezer argues on that.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: And it says climb abomin aisminarach, chai and matanas.
• 7:50
  SPEAKER_00: Kliim.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: That com, meaning you can have climb is just uh a mixed breed of two animals, so it depends which animals, right?
• 7:56
SPEAKER_00: So climb abhoma azimin a rachal.
• 7:58
SPEAKER_00: So it comes from two behamas, aizen rah, a sheep and a goat.
• 8:01
SPEAKER_00: So chai and mamatanas, then you're gonna be chai and matanas and israel achaim a kev to give from these animals to the koin.
• 8:06
SPEAKER_00: Minatiosh umen ha kvi, the correct gears is if you look on the side.
• 8:10
SPEAKER_00: Minatiash u minakvi from uh tiosh, which is a chaya, or minakvi, which is a mixed breed of a behemoth.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_00: A qayah, then it's gonna be potter mina matanas, it's gonna be potar from the matanas.
• 8:22
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: Because again, only behemoths are gonna be chayav in matanas.
• 8:25
  SPEAKER_00: That's sheetas or belazir.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: According to the Khachamin Makh is Haiv in Matanas, according to Belazar, the Khriy over here, that's a mixed breed between a haiv and a behemoth, it's gonna be potr in the matanas.
• 8:33
SPEAKER_00: And what you need to know is that a behamah is the only thing, not a hayah.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_00: Behama is the only thing generally that you're gonna be haiyav in the matanas to give.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_00: As it relates to Israel, the chaim that gave it to the Kayan.
• 8:43
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 8:43
SPEAKER_00: Because the Pascal says set, as we're about to see in a second.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_00: So this is a gmarti.
• 8:46
  SPEAKER_00: Let's see.
• 8:46
SPEAKER_00: So we're about to quote, it's gonna sound like a hard gamer, but this is really just a recap of some Gemaras we had about fibdi daff ago.
• 8:53
SPEAKER_00: Um, but these gamaras, the gamar, the gemar, what the Gemar is about to quote right now is the maskana that comes out of everything.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: It was a long ganza khajman, not to get through the whole thing, but it was a long khajman, and we're gonna quote the maskanah as we came out.
• 9:04
  SPEAKER_00: That's qay melan.
• 9:05
  SPEAKER_00: So says gemahti.
• 9:06
  SPEAKER_00: Let's see.
• 9:06
SPEAKER_00: Khaimalon, the La Indian Kisei Hadam Umatanis We established in the Maskanah that Gamar, about 50 daf ago, that La Indian Kise Hadam, Uma Tanas, there was all Machalikis over there, whether you're Chaiib in Kisadam, Potter in Kisihadam, Matanas also Matanas, Zar Sugia, the Zaraim and Kava that you have to give from Hulin to the Kayan.
• 9:24
SPEAKER_00: So as it relates to Kise Adam and Matanas, Kisei Adam and these Matanas Kurun, Lay Mishkahisla, elabit tsvi habalatiyosha.
• 9:31
SPEAKER_00: The case of the machleikis over there was because it was a machlegis, again, we're summing up all Gomar, it was a machlegis between Rebelazar and the Haharin.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: So the Machleykis over there was about a tsvi ha ba alatiosha.
• 9:41
SPEAKER_00: About a tsvi again, we're talking about a kvi over there, or a khai.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_00: This mixed breed between a uh behama and chaya.
• 9:47
SPEAKER_00: So what are we talking about?
• 9:48
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about a tsvi that was ba ala tyyosha, this chaya that was ba a la behema.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: Basically, you need to know a tzvi is a chaya, and a ttyosha is gonna be a behema.
• 9:58
  SPEAKER_00: So that's it's really a mixed breed between a haya and a behema.
• 10:00
SPEAKER_00: Uh bainar a balaza bainarabana, and bainar a balaza bena cordinha anda abana over there that were the two mandaamar machlikes, mes sapgiluhu, echhoshashin lezera'av e in chhosheshin.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_00: They're both of the opinion that we have a suffic whether we're chosheshin lezeraab, whether we care about the Zerah, meaning if it if this animal was born from the mother, which was a behema.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: But let's say the father was a chaya.
• 10:22
  SPEAKER_00: Are we Hhosheshin Lezera's?
• 10:23
SPEAKER_00: Are we not Hosh and Lezeraab?
• 10:25
  SPEAKER_00: Let's say it's the opposite.
• 10:25
SPEAKER_00: So the father was a behema.
• 10:26
SPEAKER_00: So are we chosen lezera's that it should be haiim mataras, or are we not chosen lezeraav, and it's born from a caiah, so it's not chai of matanas.
• 10:32
SPEAKER_00: So they both have a suffic.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_00: Bain Ribalaz or Bainla Khaham that argue over there, they both have a suffic.
• 10:38
SPEAKER_00: If the koi or the qi is fully behema, why would it be fully behema?
• 10:43
SPEAKER_00: Because if you're gonna tell me on the tzad that in chhoishin lezerahaab, that we're not chosen lezera'av, then you only look at its mother.
• 10:49
SPEAKER_00: If you only look at its mother and it came from a behema, the mother was a behema, then it's a behema, and it's gonna be chaiev in matanis because it's kula behema.
• 10:57
  SPEAKER_00: Or it's not.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: Or we're gonna say that inchhosh, or we're gonna say that chhoishin lezerahav, and therefore you have to take both things into account, and therefore it's only chatsi behema, and maybe it's not gonna be haiv and matanas.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_00: So it says the gimmir like this both are belezh and rabbanan over there are have a suffix whether we're chosen the zera av, or inchashin the zera av.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_00: Ubis se bathilu mikzase secomethly.
• 11:16
SPEAKER_00: What's the machelikus over there?
• 11:18
SPEAKER_00: Whether you dar shin se in the posak, the posik specifically by matanas.
• 11:23
SPEAKER_00: What is haivi matanas can?
• 11:24
  SPEAKER_00: No, a se.
• 11:25
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 11:25
  SPEAKER_00: A se is a behema.
• 11:26
SPEAKER_00: So a se the posik says is haive matanas.
• 11:29
SPEAKER_00: Bafilum mikzase, but does that include even mikzase?
• 11:32
SPEAKER_00: What if you have an animal that's mikzase?
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: Is that gonna be haivi matanas or not?
• 11:35
  SPEAKER_00: So that's the machlikus.
• 11:36
SPEAKER_00: That's the machelikus between our brothers and their abonnific.
• 11:47
SPEAKER_00: And even something that only is miktase, it's a little bit behema, it's partially behema, that also is gonna be haivimatanas.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, according to the Chachamim, they hold that a kvi, that's half haya, half behema, is gonna be chai of matanas.
• 11:59
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 11:59
SPEAKER_00: Because again, seva filum miktaseh, even if it's partially a set, it's still gonna be chai.
• 12:03
SPEAKER_00: Umar several lezir holds, seva filum miktas layamrina.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_00: We don't say that it has to be a bona fide full set.
• 12:08
SPEAKER_00: The only question is, is this a set?
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: Because if you're gonna tell me, Inchhoiish and Lezera, then it's 100% a set.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_00: Because if I don't take account into account what the father was, then I only look at the mother.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_00: If the mother was behaving, this is 100% a set.
• 12:19
SPEAKER_00: I don't have to, that's why Rebeleza is gonna be Mikhai over here.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_00: But seva filum mikta salamrina, we don't say that, and therefore, if you're sure that this is half-half and this is not fully a se, then it's not gonna be chai matana.
• 12:29
SPEAKER_00: So is it gonna bish the rabbit potter I understand according to Rebelezza that potters you over here because of a seveley miktase?
• 12:34
  SPEAKER_00: Very simple.
• 12:35
SPEAKER_00: He holds seveloy miktase, and since this potentially is a miktase, it's a suffix over here, and you're gonna be potter.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: Usually you would say, right?
• 12:42
SPEAKER_00: I'm at El Raban, but according to Rabban, Seva filu miktase I understand that the Rabbanans hold that the Posik is telling you say you're gonna be high, and by the way, you're gonna be hive matanas even if it's miktase.
• 12:55
SPEAKER_00: But Palgalishko, but Lif Fahot, they should only he should only have to pay half.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_00: How are you making him pay the full amount of matanas, the full Zra'elakhaiman Kaiva over here?
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: Even if you want to tell me he's Chayev out to the Behemah Shabai, even if it's just a miktaseh, but at the end of the day, you're only haiv on the mikthasseh shabai, on the part of the animal that's actually a behema, and therefore, why are you making him give a full Zra'ilachaim and Kavah?
• 13:16
SPEAKER_00: Well, you should only be high in half the matanas over here.
• 13:18
SPEAKER_00: At most, says the Gemara, Vidukpao God, Laymalay, as relates to the other half, right?
• 13:22
SPEAKER_00: Maybe what are you gonna tell me?
• 13:24
SPEAKER_00: That maybe the other half is full, maybe it's fully behama, and therefore you're hiving the full matanas.
• 13:28
SPEAKER_00: But he has uh he has a time over here, right?
• 13:29
SPEAKER_00: Vida Khab, but the other half, he's gonna t tell him, Laimalay, I see raya the inch in the Zarah.
• 13:34
SPEAKER_00: Bring me a raya that were not Hoyshishin Lazara of, which would make this animal only go after the mother, meaning it's fully behamah, which means I owe you the full amount of Zer the Khaim and Kevah, then take it.
• 13:44
SPEAKER_00: Meaning I'm Might Sime Chair Alavariah.
• 13:45
SPEAKER_00: Bring me a raya for sure, that we look at this as a as a complete set.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: But you can't bring me that that raya because Bainlur Abelez or Bainler Abanan holds that we have a suffic.
• 13:53
SPEAKER_00: We don't know Hhoishashin La Zarah of or not.
• 13:55
SPEAKER_00: So at max, according to the Chachamim, you should only be paying half.
• 13:58
SPEAKER_00: How is he paying the full amount?
• 14:00
SPEAKER_00: It says, very easy answer.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_00: Ravuna Brachhiah explains what do we mean when we say they're abonna chai of him.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_00: We mean in half, you're right, the other half.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_00: He has this tiny say, bring me a raya, the in chash in the zarahabushko.
• 14:15
SPEAKER_00: But since I'm a raya, and he's not able to bring that raya because no one has the answer to that question.
• 14:20
SPEAKER_00: So that's why when we say chaiev, he's only gonna be haiv to pay chatimatana.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_00: Zahra has the following Kvi, Yeshbaidrachum Shaman the Hema.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_00: This kve, this animal that's chatzi chaya, chatsi the hem, yeshbadachum shaman the hema, as it relates to some allahus, it's similar to a behema.
• 14:35
  SPEAKER_00: Veshbharachum Shavan Kaya.
• 14:36
SPEAKER_00: Sama lachus, it's chaya, it's similar to a chaya.
• 14:40
SPEAKER_00: And some alakas, it's similar to both.
• 14:42
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, Tsad.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_00: So uh let's break this down.
• 14:46
SPEAKER_00: We know the chalev, the forbidden fat.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_00: So the chilov of behema, only behemoth.
• 14:49
SPEAKER_00: The chileb of a chayyah is totally okay, only a behemoth is gonna be a problem.
• 14:52
SPEAKER_00: So the chileb of a khi is gonna be usur just like the chalev of behema.
• 14:55
SPEAKER_00: Vid dumaichaiv the chases kidam achaya.
• 14:57
SPEAKER_00: We know kiswayah dam only applies to chaya, it's not behemoth.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_00: And therefore the dam is gonna be you're gonna be you're gonna have a khiv of kiseah dam, just like a chaya.
• 15:04
SPEAKER_00: Drachim, shovin, le behemolchaya, what ways are it similar to both?
• 15:08
SPEAKER_00: Shed dumbai the gidoy asurin, ki behem of dam is usr to eat, just like the behema, just like the dam, dam is usar to eat, whether you're talking about a behemoth or a chaya.
• 15:18
SPEAKER_00: So so to a qi, like both of them, the dam is gonna be ulcer to eat.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: The gidoya and the gita andashia is gonna be user across the board, whether it's a behemoth or a chai, it's gonna be ultra kibahem of also by a qi.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_00: The chayib is railchaim a keba.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_00: And it's chayiv is qi in zero chai maka.
• 15:31
SPEAKER_00: It's chaiv in the matanaskuna.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_00: This is the point we need over here.
• 15:34
SPEAKER_00: And on that, uh, we have a bach over here that says ki behema.
• 15:37
SPEAKER_00: It's chaib in the Zrailakhaimakaba, just like a behema, because again, chai is not haiv in these in these matanas.
• 15:45
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 15:46
  SPEAKER_00: What's Rebzair's question?
• 15:47
SPEAKER_00: Ribzair's question is according to the Khachamim, they're only you in half of the matanas over here.
• 15:54
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 15:54
SPEAKER_00: Because as it relates to the other half, I see Li Raya de In Chi Shish in Le Zera Abu Shall he has a taina to tell him.
• 16:01
SPEAKER_00: A moitzi michaber of a ray, and he only has to pay him half.
• 16:03
SPEAKER_00: So why over here does it say that a kvi is chai in the matanas?
• 16:06
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like it's hive in the full matanas.
• 16:08
SPEAKER_00: Okay, baby, so if you're gonna tell me according to the Khaham, like you just said, that you're only hive to pay half of it, then chaiba chatsi matanas may baile.
• 16:14
SPEAKER_00: Then you should have said that.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: Why are you saying that you're hive in the matanas?
• 16:17
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like you're hiving the full matanas.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_00: It says Gemora again, Baabata Sh.
• 16:20
SPEAKER_00: Answer, I did the Tana Khabbay with Domai, Deloim Matzi Chati, Deloim Masni Hatsi Hatsi, Mishom Hhi, Loi Katani Chatzi.
• 16:28
  SPEAKER_00: You wanna know why?
• 16:29
SPEAKER_00: It's just semantics of the way it reads.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_00: In terms of the flow of the braisa, because we were talking about the chalbai and the dam, that as relates to the chalim and the dam, that's usur, that's usar across the board.
• 16:39
SPEAKER_00: Nothing to do with half of the chalim, half of the dam.
• 16:40
SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna say chatzi chatzi by that.
• 16:42
SPEAKER_00: So just for poetic symmetry, we continue and say the same thing, Mishomachi, la katani chatzi.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_00: We don't say chatzi as relates to matanas, even though you're right, alakically, if you wanted to maintain accuracy over here, you would you would really say according to the Khachamim, you would only be high to pay half in this situation.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_00: Because again, as relates to the second half, Almighty Machara Raya, bring me a raya.
• 16:59
SPEAKER_00: I see li raya that we don't say, that we say in chosen le Zera of, and it's for sure kulibehemo, and then I owe you full.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_00: No, you you don't have a raya, maybe it's half chaya, and therefore I only owe you half over here.
• 17:12
SPEAKER_00: When Ravin came, he sends the name of Ribyeekhanan, that khvi, the rabbanan, chai bikulumatanas.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_00: A kvi, according to the rabbanan, not like what we just said in the past two steps in the Gemara, but you're actually gonna be chai bikulumatanas in the entire matanas, not only half of it.
• 17:25
SPEAKER_00: How do we know that?
• 17:26
SPEAKER_00: Because of the following verse.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_00: Sure, the posuk says this is the pasik imshar imse to read it on the side.
• 17:34
SPEAKER_00: This is the pasuk by matonas kehuna, right?
• 17:37
SPEAKER_00: That you have to give the Zerchayam.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_00: We learned from the word Zeh, Vihulu, Vizaiyah Mishpatakhim, that you have to give the Zrachayama Kaba from a behama.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: So Yachana Darsh is the following.
• 17:46
SPEAKER_00: He said when Raven came, he said the name of Khirabahai Bukulu Matanas.
• 17:50
  SPEAKER_00: Titanius, shore, matamalimer.
• 17:51
SPEAKER_00: Why does it say imshore?
• 17:52
  SPEAKER_00: It already says shore.
• 17:53
SPEAKER_00: Why does it have to say imshor imse?
• 17:55
  SPEAKER_00: It's very wordy.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: So it's a reboy, and the rabb is the climb.
• 17:57
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to include even climb.
• 17:59
  SPEAKER_00: Se matam alaimer imse.
• 18:01
  SPEAKER_00: So it said se.
• 18:02
SPEAKER_00: Why does it have to say imse?
• 18:03
  SPEAKER_00: Again, it's wordy.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to be marbe okvi.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_00: So what does that teach me?
• 18:08
  SPEAKER_00: How is this different?
• 18:09
SPEAKER_00: It's different because right now it has nothing to do with a suffix.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: Why did we say before in the last epithet that according to the Khham you're gonna have to pay half of it and you're not gonna have to pay the full amount?
• 18:17
  SPEAKER_00: Because it's a suffix.
• 18:18
SPEAKER_00: On the other half, you have a suffic, and I'm at a raya, so bring me a raya.
• 18:22
SPEAKER_00: You can't bring me a ray, I'm only gonna have to pay, I'm only I'm only gonna pay you half.
• 18:25
SPEAKER_00: But now that Rabyakan has a drosha, now we're literally marbat from the pasuk, matamalamir imse le rabis sakvi.
• 18:31
SPEAKER_00: That even a kvi's gonna have to pay matanas.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_00: It has nothing to do with a suffuk anymore, has to do with the fact that it's a rebay from the pasuk, so of course you're gonna have to pay.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_00: Well, if you have a reba from the pasik telling me it's basically a drashigamura from the pasik telling you that a kvi is chaib and matanas, and it's nothing to do with half, half or suffuk anymore.
• 18:44
SPEAKER_00: It's the pasik telling you a kvi is chai and matanas.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_00: That's why he brought from Rabbi'hlen saying that a kvi is chaib the kula matanas in the entire 100% of the matanas.
• 18:52
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, okay.
• 18:53
  SPEAKER_00: I understand very good.
• 18:54
  SPEAKER_00: But Ribbelezar, hai imlamali.
• 18:56
SPEAKER_00: So now what what is Ribalazar gonna do?
• 18:57
SPEAKER_00: Ribbelezar clearly said only half.
• 18:58
SPEAKER_00: So what's Ribalazar gonna do with the word im, which we just use like from Rabbi Ychanan to be marbe ased at the entire thing, says the Gemara, me bail the khalik.
• 19:08
  SPEAKER_00: He's gonna tell you l'chalik.
• 19:10
SPEAKER_00: We need in the pasik to teach you that there's a khyh of matanas on each animal onto its own.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_00: Not only if you shach a shar and a seh.
• 19:18
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 19:18
SPEAKER_00: Because if you read the posik, it very much sounds like maybe only if you shach both a shar and aseh.
• 19:22
  SPEAKER_00: Imshar imse.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_00: So maybe only if you shach both of them, now you have a khiyya matanas.
• 19:25
SPEAKER_00: How do you have a khiyy mattanas from each one individually?
• 19:28
SPEAKER_00: That's what he learns in is l'halik to be machalik each one.
• 19:31
SPEAKER_00: Says grammar and machikalik mean allu.
• 19:33
SPEAKER_00: The rabban used im to teach you that there's a khiyya matanas gimuri, meaning across the board.
• 19:38
SPEAKER_00: So how are they gonna know lachalik if they use the word im?
• 19:42
SPEAKER_00: They learn it from the words.
• 19:45
SPEAKER_00: Which is losh in yach.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_00: If it's lush in yachid, it teaches you on each animal individually you're gonna have a khiyy mata.
• 19:49
  SPEAKER_00: Says grammar Rabbi, hi me'zabchzebach my'ah.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_00: What's Rabbi Lazar gonna do that?
• 19:54
SPEAKER_00: He needs it for Raba, which is gonna be very much a segue into the next Mishnah.
• 19:59
SPEAKER_00: Ribalazar learns from the words, Ma'is Zoiv Chi Hzebach to teach you a din that Rubbah said that had din ima tabuch, that it all goes after the tabuch.
• 20:07
  SPEAKER_00: What does that mean?
• 20:07
SPEAKER_00: If you give a butcher your animal to shecht for you, so he's working for you.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: So you would think, who has the khiv to give the Zara Khaimak to the Khan?
• 20:15
SPEAKER_00: You would think it's you, right?
• 20:16
SPEAKER_00: The guy's just I hired him uh to shacht it for me.
• 20:18
  SPEAKER_00: The answer is hadinimat.
• 20:20
SPEAKER_00: The khiv is on the ta'buch.
• 20:21
SPEAKER_00: There are special muuttim, special exclusions.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_00: If you're shachting an animal for a qayin, then there's no khaiev, but it's still a khidish because the khiv is generally on him.
• 20:28
SPEAKER_00: And if the tabuch say Yisrael, the even if he's a kayun, we're about to see.
• 20:32
SPEAKER_00: The feet the the khiv is 100% gonna be on him, and that is what it's coming to tell you according to Rebel Lazar.
• 20:37
SPEAKER_00: And with that, a little bit of an intro, we'll try to make a style.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: We're a little bit behind today, but let's turn the page.
• 20:42
  SPEAKER_00: Bihar shin isaribime.
• 20:43
  SPEAKER_00: Let's say you have a Bihar.
• 20:44
SPEAKER_00: Bihar belongs to the kayin generally.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_00: Let's say you got Nisarib in a hundred regular animals.
• 20:49
SPEAKER_00: So Bizman shitameh, bizmanch meah shaikhtines kulan.
• 20:53
SPEAKER_00: So, what's the story with this hundred animal?
• 20:54
SPEAKER_00: You have this tarubis, one of them is a bihar, the rest of them are regular hulan.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_00: The Bihar belongs to the kayun.
• 20:59
SPEAKER_00: All the regular Hulan ones, only the Zracha and Makava are the matanas that are gonna go to the Kayan, but not the rest of the animal.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemari, if you have one Bihar in a hundred regular animals.
• 21:07
SPEAKER_00: So it depends who owns all these animals.
• 21:09
  SPEAKER_00: Bizmanchemaskulam.
• 21:11
SPEAKER_00: When you have a hundred different people shachting a hundred animals, so basically each animal belongs to someone else, then kulam poitr maskulum, then everything is gonna be potter.
• 21:21
SPEAKER_00: Why is everything gonna be potr?
• 21:22
SPEAKER_00: Meaning everyone is gonna be potter from the Bihar, everyone is gonna be Potr from Israel Khaimakaivo.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_00: No one's gonna have to give anything to the coin.
• 21:27
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: Zuhtrashi, just read it to call echur me, echar, yokoh lit khai sisat's my anyone can just if a coin comes over to someone and says you owe me something, every single guy has a taina out.
• 21:37
SPEAKER_00: He could just say that uh the other one was the Bihar.
• 21:39
  SPEAKER_00: The Bihar wasn't mine.
• 21:40
SPEAKER_00: The Gemar is gonna ask him, I'm on a shaq on the first thing.
• 21:42
SPEAKER_00: But anyone can say, no, the Bihar was not mine, you have no taynas on me.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: Okay, what about the opposite case?
• 21:46
  SPEAKER_00: Echot shaykhir is coming.
• 21:47
SPEAKER_00: What if one person owns all these, one person is shachting all then?
• 21:49
SPEAKER_00: And by the way, we're focusing on the shaykhit again because that dinamatabuk, as we saw.
• 21:53
SPEAKER_00: So what if one person was shachting all then?
• 21:55
SPEAKER_00: Then Pointimla Akh, we're only gonna be we're only gonna patter one of them.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Then we are the Bachadzin in Poitun Layala Echad.
• 22:03
SPEAKER_00: Same way of saying the same thing.
• 22:05
SPEAKER_00: But in Poitun Layala Echad, we're gonna patter one of them, but all the rest of them are gonna be haived in the Matanas.
• 22:10
  SPEAKER_00: That's a gemara.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna get to that in a second, what that means.
• 22:12
SPEAKER_00: Has shaykhid the coin will have it khan pattermana matanas.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_00: We had this recently, we were quoting this Mishnah.
• 22:16
SPEAKER_00: That if you schecht for a kain, a kayin hired a butcher to shecht this animal for him, or a guy hired this butcher, then pattermin amatanas.
• 22:23
SPEAKER_00: Even though had dinner matamach and generally the khi of matanas is on the shaykhit, he's gonna be potter over here since he's working for a kayun or a kay.
• 22:31
SPEAKER_00: What if you have a yastrah that partnered up with a kain?
• 22:33
  SPEAKER_00: So he's mishhthatif with a kain.
• 22:35
  SPEAKER_00: Tsarhirshim.
• 22:36
SPEAKER_00: So the alaka is he's gonna be potter over here from paying the matanas.
• 22:38
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 22:38
SPEAKER_00: Because his partner is a kayak, and he's a partner in this animal, but Tsar Shi Yershim Rashi says he has to make some type of simon hecker so people, so you don't have a Marasayan issue, people don't think that he's separating the matanas.
• 22:48
SPEAKER_00: V'im Omar, and if he said, What are we talking about, Rashis Silver Tama?
• 22:51
SPEAKER_00: A case where a Kayan is selling an animal to a Yasral.
• 22:55
SPEAKER_00: And if he told him, I'm selling you this animal, chutzmin amatanas, except for the Zra'i Lakhaimkeva on this animal, then Potar minamatanas is gonna be Potter.
• 23:02
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 23:02
SPEAKER_00: Because he sold you everything besides Matanas.
• 23:04
SPEAKER_00: Omar, Micharli Bine'a's alpara, what if you walk over to Abutra and you tell him, sell me the innards of this animal?
• 23:10
  SPEAKER_00: The haiba matana.
• 23:11
SPEAKER_00: So then he sold you the innards, he gave you the innards, but now the Zra'i'chaim a Kawa, not the Zrail Khay'im, right?
• 23:15
SPEAKER_00: But the Kaevah is part of the Zara's a forearm.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: Kava uhim is the jawbone.
• 23:19
SPEAKER_00: So if you bought the b'naim aim, you'd be left with the kawah in there.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemara, what if there were matanas in this b'ney ma'am then you bro, that you bought from the butcher?
• 23:28
SPEAKER_00: Nice nilakayin, you have to give it to the kayan, it's the kava.
• 23:30
SPEAKER_00: The ainam an akalamadamim, and you're not allowed to subtract that amount that you had to give to the kayin off of what you paid the butcher.
• 23:36
SPEAKER_00: And the reason is very simple.
• 23:36
SPEAKER_00: You're a yid, you know what halacha, and if you bought all the b'ame aim, you know you were buying the kava as well, and therefore whatever you paid him, you pay him, and you have to give it to the cava, that's gonna be on you.
• 23:45
SPEAKER_00: If you bought by weight, you bought five pounds of this, then five pounds of it, you wanted five pounds of stuff you're gonna be able to keep, and that's why it's gonna be different.
• 23:52
  SPEAKER_00: Nice and look kind.
• 23:53
SPEAKER_00: You have to give the kava to the kayan if the kaiva is something that uh was part of this that the but that the butcher gave you.
• 23:59
SPEAKER_00: And now you can subtract that off the amount that you bought from him since you bought the mishkal, since you bought uh specific uh amount by weight, you weren't expecting to get Matanaskayahuna since you did to give it to the khan, you're menakal minadam.
• 24:10
  SPEAKER_00: Sezigamrav the amai.
• 24:11
SPEAKER_00: In the first case that we said, you have a bichar that was Nisarabon 100 animals.
• 24:15
SPEAKER_00: You have a hundred different people shouting it.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_00: Everyone can tell the kind, go fly a kite, because you're you have to deal with the other guy.
• 24:21
SPEAKER_00: My animal is not your animal.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_00: Sezigamara Amai, why Yava Elf Khan Mishneitzadim?
• 24:25
SPEAKER_00: The kind should have a man of shach over here.
• 24:27
SPEAKER_00: He should come from both ends.
• 24:31
SPEAKER_00: We don't know if it's a bihar or not, right?
• 24:33
SPEAKER_00: We don't know if that's a bihar, we don't know if it's one of the 99 regular animals of chulin.
• 24:36
SPEAKER_00: But the kind should be able to say Mimanofshach.
• 24:38
  SPEAKER_00: If it's a Bihar, then Kulididihu.
• 24:40
SPEAKER_00: The entire thing belongs to me.
• 24:41
SPEAKER_00: And E Lad Biharhu, if it's one of the other 99 ones, have li matantai.
• 24:45
SPEAKER_00: Give me the matanas kehuna.
• 24:47
SPEAKER_00: Because if it's regular Kulin, then you owe me La Fahot, the Zrail Khay Makeva.
• 24:50
SPEAKER_00: So what do you what do we mean that he could tell him go fly a kite?
• 24:53
SPEAKER_00: Mimanovshah, he should come from from Shaitzade.
• 24:55
SPEAKER_00: By the way, why don't we uh why don't we go after Rai?
• 24:57
  SPEAKER_00: Very easy question.
• 24:58
SPEAKER_00: One in a hundred, it sounds like, right?
• 24:59
  SPEAKER_00: Very easy, right?
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: Ain't Hulkhand the Mamanakhar Rai.
• 25:02
SPEAKER_00: This is meaning momanus and my mom went ain'h in the mammachar rifle.
• 25:05
SPEAKER_00: But why doesn't he go?
• 25:06
SPEAKER_00: says the first time isr.
• 25:10
SPEAKER_00: This is considered mom and kay'an we're dealing with right now.
• 25:13
SPEAKER_00: For for the guy, it might be an Isr.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_00: So for Isser, yeah, very good.
• 25:16
SPEAKER_00: For Isr, why aren't we worried about him eating his own thing?
• 25:18
  SPEAKER_00: You're eating a bihar.
• 25:19
SPEAKER_00: So maybe it's because that we do go after Raif.
• 25:22
  SPEAKER_00: This is right.
• 25:23
SPEAKER_00: But for mom in Ainok and Mammacharav, the Khan's tvih over here is a tvi of mum.
• 25:27
SPEAKER_00: But either way, it says the Gemara, why can't the Kayan come Mishnait Stadim?
• 25:30
SPEAKER_00: And tell him if it's the Bihar, give me the Bihar.
• 25:32
SPEAKER_00: If it's not the Bihar, then give me the Matanas.
• 25:34
