- 0:06Speaker 1: This is America with Rich Valdez, powered by politiweek.com.
- 0:11Speaker 2: And Rich Valdez is with us, former Christie administration official.
- 0:13Speaker 3: You work for Chris Christie, you've been in politics, a
- 0:15Speaker 3: lot of public service stuff. Rich Valdez, columnist now with
- 0:18Speaker 3: the Washington Times.
- 0:19Speaker 4: This is America.
- 0:20Speaker 3: Richie V, you're on the air with the nation.
- 0:22Speaker 4: This is America with your host, Rich Valdez.
- 0:28Speaker 3: What's up, America? It's Rich Valdez, your liberty-loving Latino amigo.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Happy to be here with you. I am at Rich
- 0:34Speaker 3: Valdez on all of the social media. That's Valdez with
- 0:37Speaker 3: an S, by the way. We're 11 days, and by
- 0:40Speaker 3: my count, I'm not the best counter, but 11 days
- 0:43Speaker 3: from the midterms. It's a big deal. Again, I want
- 0:46Speaker 3: to make sure everybody is revved and roaring and ready
- 0:50Speaker 3: to go for this election, getting people out to the polls,
- 0:53Speaker 3: doing what you got to do. deciding which America it
- 0:56Speaker 3: is that you want to live in. Do you want
- 0:57Speaker 3: an America where little mini Mamdanis are going to be
- 1:00Speaker 3: taking their oath of office for Congress, for the Senate,
- 1:03Speaker 3: for the governorship all over this country, putting their hand
- 1:07Speaker 3: on top of the Communist Manifesto, being sworn in by
- 1:11Speaker 3: Bernie Sanders and AOC all out crazy. If that's the
- 1:14Speaker 3: America you want, that's the America you're going to get
- 1:17Speaker 3: if you stay home. If that's the America you want,
- 1:20Speaker 3: that's the America you're going to get if you want
- 1:22Speaker 3: to just complain about gas prices and unending foreign wars,
- 1:27Speaker 3: and everything else that you could think of to complain
- 1:29Speaker 3: about while doing absolutely nothing to prevent the enemy from
- 1:33Speaker 3: taking control. And that's all I could say there. We're
- 1:36Speaker 3: going to get to some of your calls in a
- 1:37Speaker 3: little bit. I got a few things I want to
- 1:39Speaker 3: discuss first. Earlier in the week, you may have heard
- 1:41Speaker 3: this clip. I don't mean to be repetitious, but I'm
- 1:44Speaker 3: trying to set this up. And we've got Bill Asseli.
- 1:49Speaker 3: He is the first United States attorney And he was
- 1:54Speaker 3: announcing that federal authorities have begun arresting 28 non-citizens accused
- 1:59Speaker 3: of illegally registering to vote in the United States. Listen
- 2:03Speaker 3: to this.
- 2:04Speaker 5: We are announcing charges against 28 non-citizens who illegally registered
- 2:08Speaker 5: to vote and many of which actually voted in prior elections.
- 2:13Speaker 5: We began arresting these individuals this morning, early this morning.
- 2:17Speaker 5: My understanding is at least 11 are in custody so far.
- 2:19Speaker 5: The rest will be in custody in the near future.
- 2:23Speaker 5: In the last seven weeks alone, the Department of Justice
- 2:25Speaker 5: has charged 113 aliens across 20 states with illegal voting
- 2:31Speaker 5: and registration offenses. Since the beginning of this administration, we
- 2:35Speaker 5: have charged 156 people with voting fraud-related offenses. These are
- 2:41Speaker 5: not isolated instances. We are investigating thousands of more similar
- 2:45Speaker 5: cases throughout the nation.
- 2:48Speaker 3: That's Bill Asseli, Department of Justice, making that announcement. And great.
- 2:54Speaker 3: We need to be holding people accountable, right? Isn't that
- 2:56Speaker 3: what we voted for? Isn't that what people wanted was accountability,
- 2:59Speaker 3: law and order? I'm loving what I'm hearing. And this
- 3:02Speaker 3: is not some sort of blood lust to see people harmed.
- 3:06Speaker 6: No.
- 3:06Speaker 3: This is a penchant and a passion for standing up
- 3:12Speaker 3: for the rule of law, for what's right and good
- 3:14Speaker 3: and true and holy.
- 3:15Speaker 5: Really.
- 3:16Speaker 3: I mean, we all do better when everybody follows the rules.
- 3:22Speaker 3: Think about just a simple thing like riding on the
- 3:23Speaker 3: subway in New York City, which is not that simple anymore.
- 3:26Speaker 3: But imagine you get on the subway and everybody's just
- 3:28Speaker 3: truly minding their business, right? And it happens from time
- 3:32Speaker 3: to time, rarely, but it happens. You get on, nobody's
- 3:35Speaker 3: fighting over a chair, nobody's cursing loudly, nobody's making any
- 3:40Speaker 3: obnoxious statements, nobody's playing their music really loud so that
- 3:44Speaker 3: the whole train car can hear it, nobody is defecating, sleeping, urinating, screaming,
- 3:50Speaker 3: having a psychotic breakdown. Just a bunch of people minding
- 3:54Speaker 3: their own business, trying to get to and from work,
- 3:57Speaker 3: get home, back and forth, do what they do. Nobody's
- 4:00Speaker 3: harassing anybody. None of the perverts are pleasuring themselves on
- 4:05Speaker 3: women that are unsuspectingly standing in front of them. None
- 4:09Speaker 3: of that's going on. Just imagine everybody just minding their business.
- 4:13Speaker 3: It would be nice, wouldn't it? The sad part is
- 4:15Speaker 3: it doesn't happen But yet, it happens every day and
- 4:20Speaker 3: nobody does anything about it. Well, that's how A.G. Blanch
- 4:24Speaker 3: felt at the press conference yesterday, saying that he's baffled.
- 4:27Speaker 3: He can't believe that there's no motivation to do something
- 4:30Speaker 3: about reports of 20,000 ineligible voters in California receiving ballots
- 4:36Speaker 3: and nobody's doing a damn thing. Check this out.
- 4:39Speaker 2: It continues to baffle me. why anybody, whether it's people
- 4:43Speaker 2: in this room or people watching or elected officials at
- 4:47Speaker 2: the state or local level, if presented with evidence that
- 4:50Speaker 2: there are tens of thousands, 20,000 ineligible voters that are
- 4:54Speaker 2: receiving ballots.
- 4:57Speaker 2: That there isn't some motivation, anything, to do something about that. Like,
- 5:01Speaker 2: do something besides write a nastygram to me or to
- 5:04Speaker 2: have a senator write a letter to me suggesting I'm
- 5:06Speaker 2: doing something wrong. The fact that we had to even
- 5:10Speaker 2: bring this lawsuit after alerting local election officials... to this
- 5:15Speaker 2: potential issue, okay? And this isn't just made up, notwithstanding
- 5:19Speaker 2: what folks are saying. This isn't just made up. We
- 5:22Speaker 2: didn't pull names out of a hat. This is something
- 5:25Speaker 2: that should be a serious concern to everybody in California
- 5:28Speaker 2: and everybody in this country.
- 5:31Speaker 3: Everybody in this country should be up in arms about
- 5:34Speaker 3: this stuff. And I agree with him. We should not allow,
- 5:37Speaker 3: just because they're in California, to get away with these things.
- 5:42Speaker 3: People shouldn't be looking at that going, well, this is
- 5:44Speaker 3: how it is. That's the problem. We've become apathetic and
- 5:47Speaker 3: complacent to the left doing what they do and criminals
- 5:50Speaker 3: doing what they do because it's been invited and it's
- 5:52Speaker 3: been institutionalized. Just like in New York when we got
- 5:55Speaker 3: rid of cash bail in 2020. I remember working at
- 5:58Speaker 3: WABC at that time and doing shows about this and
- 6:02Speaker 3: just railing against Governor Cuomo because people seem to have
- 6:05Speaker 3: short memories and they don't remember that it was Governor
- 6:07Speaker 3: Cuomo that signed that into law. The same guy they
- 6:10Speaker 3: thought was going to be their savior against Mamdani. What
- 6:12Speaker 3: a joke. Anyway, yes, Governor Andrew Cuomo. Honestly, one of
- 6:18Speaker 3: the biggest disappointments I've seen coming out of a governorship
- 6:21Speaker 3: in New York history in my lifetime. Just absolutely horrible
- 6:26Speaker 3: as a governor. And yet he was able to fool people.
- 6:30Speaker 3: A little bit of charm, a little bit of nostalgia,
- 6:33Speaker 3: a little bit of ethnic pride. And New Yorkers were like, yeah,
- 6:37Speaker 3: all right, might as well. Hey, what are you going
- 6:39Speaker 3: to do?
- 6:40Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 6:42Speaker 8: I don't know.
- 6:43Speaker 3: I'm glad it didn't happen, honestly. We've already seen his
- 6:46Speaker 3: track record. Too many abuelas paid the price with their lives. Anyway,
- 6:52Speaker 3: let me stop telling you how I really feel and
- 6:54Speaker 3: stick with this voter fraud stuff. Now, the Democrats, they're
- 7:01Speaker 3: all too eager to do investigations. Like AOC said, we're
- 7:05Speaker 3: going to investigate everybody. Now you've got Representative Robert Garcia saying,
- 7:10Speaker 3: Just look at the difference here, the stark nuance here.
- 7:12Speaker 3: Juxtaposition between A.G. Blanche, the Attorney General of the United States,
- 7:17Speaker 3: Todd Blanche. He says, I'm baffled that there's no motivation
- 7:21Speaker 3: to do something about reports of 20,000 ineligible voters in
- 7:25Speaker 3: California receiving ballots. You juxtapose that with a California Democrat
- 7:30Speaker 3: who goes on MSNBC, which is now called Ms.
- 7:33Speaker 6: Now.
- 7:34Speaker 3: It's a funny name, right?
- 7:35Speaker 9: Ms.
- 7:35Speaker 7: Now.
- 7:36Speaker 3: And these... these viewpoints going to be any different? Saying
- 7:42Speaker 3: we've got to be fearless in our potential investigation of what?
- 7:46Speaker 4: Of who?
- 7:47Speaker 3: Elon Musk. Listen, go ahead and investigate Elon all you want.
- 7:52Speaker 3: I'm not saying he's above reproach here, but I mean,
- 7:57Speaker 3: what did he do?
- 7:58Speaker 9: Right?
- 7:59Speaker 3: What did he do? We already know what these people did.
- 8:01Speaker 3: No motivation there. Plenty of motivation to go after Elon Musk.
- 8:04Speaker 3: Listen to this.
- 8:06Speaker 10: Look, I've already had the wrath of Elon Musk. I
- 8:10Speaker 10: took him on early on in oversight. And in fact,
- 8:12Speaker 10: Donald Trump's DOJ opened up an investigation because I was
- 8:16Speaker 10: criticizing Elon Musk. The truth is, is that coming into
- 8:21Speaker 10: what is likely going to be a Democratic majority in
- 8:23Speaker 10: the House, we've got to be fearless in.
- 8:26Speaker 11: The work that we do.
- 8:27Speaker 10: And it's not just Elon Musk, but anyone that is
- 8:30Speaker 10: trying to rip off the American taxpayer. If there is
- 8:33Speaker 10: any sort of allegation as it relates to.
- 8:35Speaker 3: Hang on a second. Anybody that's ripping off the American taxpayer,
- 8:41Speaker 3: did he miss President Trump's press conference earlier this week
- 8:44Speaker 3: where he brought Nick Shirley in and was talking about
- 8:46Speaker 3: how Nick is going to get all this money in
- 8:48Speaker 3: kickbacks because of all the fraud he's uncovered? Or even Dr. Oz,
- 8:52Speaker 3: who was in Queens earlier this week talking about Medicare
- 8:54Speaker 3: and Medicaid fraud? Where is Representative Robert Garcia? Maybe he's
- 9:00Speaker 3: watching too much MSNBC and he's not realizing that the
- 9:03Speaker 3: people ripping off this country... A whole bunch of them
- 9:06Speaker 3: are in Minnesota. A whole bunch of them are in California.
- 9:10Speaker 3: Wake up, pendejo. Go ahead.
- 9:15Speaker 10: Take that on.
- 9:17Speaker 3: And look, just take Doge as an example.
- 9:19Speaker 10: So many people's personal information became exposed. You're talking about
- 9:24Speaker 10: social security numbers. You're talking about access to people's data.
- 9:27Speaker 3: I think that's why it's called an investigation, Congressman. Okay.
- 9:33Speaker 4: It's an investigation.
- 9:35Speaker 10: And for anyone to think that we're going to turn
- 9:37Speaker 10: the other way because of threats, I think they're greatly mistaken.
- 9:41Speaker 10: And it's not just oversight, but committees across the Congress
- 9:45Speaker 10: have a responsibility to do real checks and balances, to
- 9:48Speaker 10: do real investigations, regardless of how much wealth or power
- 9:52Speaker 10: somebody has.
- 9:54Speaker 3: Oh, my goodness. You know, you hear guys like this
- 9:57Speaker 3: and the righteous indignation is pouring out so heavy that
- 10:01Speaker 3: it makes you think, man, how do you disagree with that? Yeah,
- 10:04Speaker 3: of course, Congress should be investigating people. That's what Congress's
- 10:07Speaker 3: statutory constitutional responsibility is.
- 10:10Speaker 7: Oversight.
- 10:12Speaker 3: Nobody's arguing that. You guys are arguing whether Elon Musk
- 10:17Speaker 3: overstepped his boundaries. because of the doge committee saying that
- 10:22Speaker 3: they hijacked everybody's information. What do you do with it?
- 10:25Speaker 3: He made a flying car out of somebody's social security number.
- 10:27Speaker 3: I mean, where is the logic here? This man is
- 10:30Speaker 3: a clown. We should have circus music for people like this.
- 10:34Speaker 3: So when we play the clip, we play the, you know, and,
- 10:38Speaker 3: and that way we could ridicule them as they're making their,
- 10:41Speaker 3: their stupidities known to, to humankind. Anyway, I mean, Look,
- 10:46Speaker 3: this stuff frustrates me. That's why I don't get into
- 10:48Speaker 3: all this all the time. I saved it for the
- 10:50Speaker 3: final hour for you. Because these people are laughable. You
- 10:53Speaker 3: take them at their word. You read this transcript. You
- 10:55Speaker 3: listen to what they say. And you realize these people
- 10:57Speaker 3: have no clue what's going on. No clue. Then you
- 11:01Speaker 3: get Hillary Clinton. She's out there crisscrossing the country with
- 11:04Speaker 3: her husband, Bill. And he's saying how great it is
- 11:09Speaker 3: to be a Muslim and why people shouldn't beat up Muslims,
- 11:11Speaker 3: which I agree. Nobody should be beating up Muslims. And
- 11:14Speaker 3: he's trying to beat Byron Donalds with that message. Good
- 11:16Speaker 3: for you. Go for it. And she's talking about election fraud.
- 11:21Speaker 3: I'm going to get to her clip straight ahead. Plus
- 11:22Speaker 3: your calls and more. We got Long Island, Brooklyn, Warren, Michigan, Chicago, Illinois,
- 11:28Speaker 3: and more coming in right now. 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. I am
- 11:34Speaker 3: Rich Valdez at Rich Valdez on all the social media.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Valdez with an S, by the way. And I'm coming
- 11:39Speaker 3: right back.
- 11:39Speaker 4: This is America. This is America. He's brown, he's bald,
- 11:51Speaker 4: and he's breaking it down.
- 11:53Speaker 3: Oh, he's so handsome. What's his name?
- 11:55Speaker 4: Rich Valdez.
- 11:58Speaker 3: What's up, America? It's Rich Valdez. Happy to be here
- 12:00Speaker 3: with you. I am the host of This is America
- 12:04Speaker 3: with me, Rich Valdez. You can check that out, get
- 12:06Speaker 3: that wherever you can. Of course, I promised you I'd
- 12:08Speaker 3: get to some calls, and we're going to do just that.
- 12:10Speaker 3: I am pulling up the call screen as we speak,
- 12:13Speaker 3: and let's see, where do we go? We left off
- 12:15Speaker 3: in Brooklyn, New York with Viviana. Viviana, go right ahead.
- 12:18Speaker 3: You're on with Rich Valdez. Mark Levin Show. Hey there, Rich.
- 12:24Speaker 7: Congratulations on your ninth year.
- 12:26Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 12:27Speaker 12: I remember you when.
- 12:30Speaker 3: I appreciate it. Good to hear your voice. What's going
- 12:32Speaker 3: on with you?
- 12:35Speaker 7: Well, I'm more than upset with our Latino community. and
- 12:42Speaker 7: the people who are controlling us. I wanted to say
- 12:45Speaker 7: some stuff in Spanish, but I got to keep it English.
- 12:48Speaker 7: That's what your call screener said.
- 12:51Speaker 9: Of course.
- 12:51Speaker 7: Has anybody asked El Diario or Univision or Telemundo why
- 12:58Speaker 7: they haven't run any ads on Blakeman or Sarita Kamadoradi
- 13:04Speaker 7: or even Joseph Hernandez?
- 13:07Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know the answer to that, but I
- 13:09Speaker 3: can tell you. I've never seen a network turn down
- 13:12Speaker 3: political ad money, and it's also the law. So it
- 13:16Speaker 3: might very well be that the campaigns don't think that
- 13:19Speaker 3: there's any traction there because it's either that or they
- 13:24Speaker 3: said we're not doing any politicals. And I think it's
- 13:25Speaker 3: the law that you have to make space for politicals.
- 13:28Speaker 3: So I don't know the answer. I know the law.
- 13:30Speaker 3: I don't know the real answer behind anything. But you're right.
- 13:33Speaker 3: We need to have more outreach everywhere. And especially in
- 13:36Speaker 3: New York, right? And just to fill in the rest
- 13:38Speaker 3: of the country, what Vivian is talking about, there has
- 13:41Speaker 3: been a leftist socialist sympathizing takeover of certain districts that
- 13:47Speaker 3: had Democrat control. In particular, one I'm thinking of, I
- 13:50Speaker 3: think it's number 13. Is that right? Yeah, it might
- 13:54Speaker 3: be 13. The one that's in Inwood and Washington Heights
- 13:57Speaker 3: where the woman, what is her name? Chevalier. Anybody remember
- 14:02Speaker 3: her first name, Mr.
- 14:03Speaker 6: Producer?
- 14:03Speaker 7: Chevalier. Yeah.
- 14:06Speaker 3: What's her first name? Daria Lisa. Daria Lisa.
- 14:09Speaker 9: Right.
- 14:10Speaker 3: Daria Lisa Chevalier. And she she's a straight up, you know,
- 14:16Speaker 3: Marxist communist Ph.D. holding person that, you know, when they
- 14:19Speaker 3: have a Ph.D., they're really overboard. And she beat a
- 14:23Speaker 3: Dominican guy named Adriano Espallat, who'd been there forever and
- 14:27Speaker 3: a day. And it was shocking. Even my buddy Raul
- 14:30Speaker 3: Acosta from Oro Solido threw his hat in the ring saying, look,
- 14:33Speaker 3: if you guys need me to run, I will run.
- 14:35Speaker 3: Because this woman is too far to the left. And
- 14:37Speaker 3: here we are, and there's a guy named Daniel Saint
- 14:39Speaker 3: who's out there. He's running against, and there's a GOP
- 14:42Speaker 3: and conservative line candidate as well. Point is, you're right.
- 14:46Speaker 3: There was a lot of people asleep at the wheel
- 14:48Speaker 3: in this predominantly Hispanic neighborhood. And these are the things
- 14:52Speaker 3: that happen when we don't pay attention, Viviana.
- 14:57Speaker 7: May I make a few more points?
- 14:59Speaker 3: You can make one more because we're up against the clock. Oh, man.
- 15:04Speaker 7: Okay, so with Mandami going to campaign for Joko, people
- 15:12Speaker 7: have to understand that a vote for Joko is a
- 15:16Speaker 7: vote for Mandami. And if Joko and Mandami are joined
- 15:20Speaker 7: at the hip, that means that they're all going to
- 15:23Speaker 7: put out on your DSA, socialismo y comunismo.
- 15:29Speaker 3: 100% right. They are that red-green alliance. And it's a
- 15:33Speaker 3: sad thing to see happening in New York. Again, who
- 15:36Speaker 3: is Kathy Hochul? Who picked her? Guy named Andrew Cuomo,
- 15:41Speaker 3: the guy that they almost made mayor again. Unbelievable. Viviana,
- 15:46Speaker 3: thank you for your call. Shout out to everybody in Brooklyn,
- 15:47Speaker 3: New York. And let me see if we can get
- 15:50Speaker 3: one more in here. Let's see. Let's go to Linda
- 15:53Speaker 3: in Warren, Michigan.
- 15:54Speaker 8: Quickly.
- 15:56Speaker 12: Yes, Rich, I want to thank you so much for
- 15:59Speaker 12: taking this call because I think that time is of
- 16:02Speaker 12: the essence, and I'm not going to waste any of
- 16:04Speaker 12: your valuable time. But I think that Fetterman laid the
- 16:09Speaker 12: answer right in our lap. When we had our midterm convention,
- 16:18Speaker 12: I heard that there was a video that he did,
- 16:20Speaker 12: and in the video, You know what, Linda?
- 16:25Speaker 4: Hang on.
- 16:25Speaker 3: I'm going to come back to you. I'd hate to
- 16:26Speaker 3: cut you off. Amigos, it's Rich Valdez. I'm here for
- 16:29Speaker 3: the great one. Come into your calls and more. A
- 16:31Speaker 3: little bit more to go. Don't go anywhere.
- 16:34Speaker 4: This is America. This is America.
- 17:01Speaker 3: President Donald J. Trump, Mr. President, welcome to the program, sir.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Well, thank you, Rich, and thank you for everything. I
- 17:07Speaker 1: know you very well, and I listen, but I have
- 17:10Speaker 1: a lot of people that listen, and they love your show,
- 17:13Speaker 1: and I appreciate it very much.
- 17:15Speaker 3: All right, amigos, it's Rich Valdez sitting in for the
- 17:17Speaker 3: great one. Mark Levin tonight, 877-381-3811 is the phone number.
- 17:20Speaker 3: We're going to get to your calls momentarily. I see Joe, Tom, Linda, Mark,
- 17:24Speaker 3: a couple of more flashing in. We're going to get
- 17:25Speaker 3: to you momentarily. I got to cover a couple of
- 17:27Speaker 3: things here. And one of those things is somebody I
- 17:30Speaker 3: like to call. Now came out, I had this in English.
- 17:35Speaker 3: You may know her as Kamala Harris. And in Spanish,
- 17:39Speaker 3: that means how bad she is. And came out. She, uh,
- 17:44Speaker 3: has been guilty in the past of answering questions with
- 17:48Speaker 3: word salad. Well, she did it again. And this time,
- 17:54Speaker 3: she's got a new accent. Listen to this.
- 17:56Speaker 13: That era is over because we are now 13 days
- 18:03Speaker 13: away from doing something about it to stop the pain.
- 18:09Speaker 11: And that's kind of exciting.
- 18:12Speaker 7: Right?
- 18:12Speaker 4: This is some good stuff. Like, we're taking our power and.
- 18:17Speaker 3: We're using it. I don't know if that's an accent
- 18:21Speaker 3: or if that's like, depending on what she may have
- 18:24Speaker 3: had with lunch, you know? I know, I definitely, I
- 18:28Speaker 3: get a little bit, you could tell that I've had,
- 18:30Speaker 3: if I have two glasses of wine, you can definitely tell.
- 18:33Speaker 3: I sound a little different. And I think she's in
- 18:35Speaker 3: the same boat as me. Anyway, I don't know if
- 18:38Speaker 3: she's drinking, and if she is at all, but that
- 18:40Speaker 3: was pretty funny to me. Let's let's continue with Kamala Harris,
- 18:43Speaker 3: because this is what she was really talking about. She
- 18:46Speaker 3: was talking about the importance, right? The importance of people's inability,
- 18:52Speaker 3: not affecting your ability.
- 18:54Speaker 11: Don't ever let anybody else's somebody else's limited ability to
- 18:59Speaker 11: see your capacity to be a limitation on your ambition.
- 19:08Speaker 11: That's their limitation. That's not our limitation. That's their limitation.
- 19:14Speaker 11: We see Scott Column as the next United States Senator
- 19:18Speaker 11: from the state of Mississippi. We are not limited in
- 19:25Speaker 11: our ambition and desire and ability to see what is
- 19:30Speaker 11: possible and what can be.
- 19:34Speaker 3: Do not be unburdened by what has been. You heard
- 19:37Speaker 3: President That's important. I want to know, is anybody buying
- 19:41Speaker 3: what she's selling? Because I think that's good advice. If
- 19:44Speaker 3: somebody lacks the capacity because they have limitations on them,
- 19:49Speaker 3: that shouldn't limit your ambition, right? If Hillary Clinton, for example,
- 19:53Speaker 3: can't see that we have a shot at holding on
- 19:56Speaker 3: to what we've got, which is a majority in the
- 19:58Speaker 3: House and a majority in the Senate, that's her bad,
- 20:02Speaker 3: not mine. Now, it's my bad if I fail to
- 20:05Speaker 3: look at what's going on, right? I like Ken Paxton.
- 20:09Speaker 3: I want him to win. But there are realities. I
- 20:12Speaker 3: talk to a lot of Texans and their complaint is, look,
- 20:15Speaker 3: the stakes are too high to play games in a primary.
- 20:19Speaker 3: And you're going to hear from them. They're going to say,
- 20:22Speaker 3: I told you, I told you if this doesn't work,
- 20:24Speaker 3: if we end up with Tallarico, they're going to be upset.
- 20:27Speaker 3: I don't think that's going to happen. I believe Ken
- 20:29Speaker 3: Paxton is not one, 10 times the candidate that Tallarico is.
- 20:35Speaker 3: And I've never been a fan of Senator Cornyn. He's,
- 20:40Speaker 3: in my opinion, part of the problem. The Mitch McConnell
- 20:45Speaker 3: wing of the party, you see. It's that Mitch McConnell
- 20:48Speaker 3: turtle club. They just slow everything down. They do what
- 20:53Speaker 3: they want to do, and then they don't do it all.
- 20:57Speaker 3: That's his club, and I'm not a fan. I'm not
- 21:00Speaker 3: a fan. So I'm wondering, are you buying this stuff?
- 21:03Speaker 3: Are you not buying it? You let me know, 877-381-3811.
- 21:08Speaker 3: Let's pick up where we left off. Linda, Linda, I've
- 21:12Speaker 3: left off with you. Tell me, do you buy what
- 21:14Speaker 3: Kamala's selling, Linda?
- 21:18Speaker 6: Pardon?
- 21:18Speaker 12: Do you want to ask me something about Kamala?
- 21:21Speaker 3: All right, let's put Linda on hold again, and let's
- 21:23Speaker 3: go to someone who's paying attention. Let's go to Tom
- 21:27Speaker 3: in Washington, D.C. Tom, are you buying what Kamala's selling?
- 21:32Speaker 4: No. Yeah, me neither.
- 21:34Speaker 14: I love her word salads. The real reason I called,
- 21:41Speaker 14: the point I was going to make is, having been
- 21:43Speaker 14: a police officer and military my whole life, protecting and
- 21:46Speaker 14: serving the Constitution, how can these devout Marxists who are
- 21:52Speaker 14: swearing they're going to come in and do away with
- 21:54Speaker 14: the Senate and do away with the President and do
- 21:56Speaker 14: this and that, you can't do that without actually changing
- 22:00Speaker 14: the Constitution. So how is it that they can come
- 22:03Speaker 14: in and take their oath when they've already said on
- 22:06Speaker 14: their platform that they're going to violate their oath. That's
- 22:10Speaker 14: my question, is how is it that they even get seated?
- 22:14Speaker 14: I don't care if the voters voted for him. You
- 22:17Speaker 14: got a bunch of radical nutjob voters. Sorry, you can't
- 22:20Speaker 14: violate the Constitution. And they're already telling us that's what
- 22:24Speaker 14: they're going to do.
- 22:25Speaker 4: And I'm.
- 22:28Speaker 14: Befuddled by that.
- 22:29Speaker 3: Well, I'll tell you this. Years ago, doing some research
- 22:33Speaker 3: for work, I came across something called the Fabian School
- 22:38Speaker 3: of Socialists. And these Fabians Marxists were Marxists, but they
- 22:42Speaker 3: did not believe in the violent revolutionary overthrow of the
- 22:47Speaker 3: existing government. They believed in death by a thousand cuts
- 22:51Speaker 3: in a– I'll use the term, a cultural Marxism that
- 22:54Speaker 3: is strictly applied to institutions where they institutionally change these institutions,
- 23:00Speaker 3: like the media, like academia, like public education, like teachers unions,
- 23:05Speaker 3: like labor unions, etc. And in doing that, what ends
- 23:09Speaker 3: up happening is they go ahead and they believe that, look,
- 23:14Speaker 3: I've been elected. I am now going to, in my,
- 23:17Speaker 3: this is what Ilhan Omar does. This is what Mamdani does.
- 23:20Speaker 3: This is what AOC does. They all do the same thing.
- 23:23Speaker 3: And they're like, you know what? I'm going to work
- 23:24Speaker 3: within the framework, right? Like Stalin taught us, use the
- 23:27Speaker 3: system to destroy the system. So they're going to try
- 23:30Speaker 3: and amass as much power as they can so that
- 23:33Speaker 3: they can get through things like eliminating the Senate, like
- 23:37Speaker 3: adding and packing the court so that they can get
- 23:39Speaker 3: to where they want to go, which is, let's say,
- 23:43Speaker 3: the elimination of the Senate as a body. They're going
- 23:46Speaker 3: to try and change the Constitution. And their goal is
- 23:49Speaker 3: to add and add. And the difference is, They don't
- 23:52Speaker 3: believe in losing. They don't say, oh, let me run
- 23:55Speaker 3: 10 times and if I don't win, no. They're raising money.
- 23:58Speaker 3: They have people that support their cause because oftentimes these
- 24:02Speaker 3: supporters are enemies of our state. And I say that,
- 24:05Speaker 3: you know, genuinely, but my version of an enemy of
- 24:11Speaker 3: the state is a Neville Singham, a George Soros, people
- 24:15Speaker 3: that don't like the system we have and are willing
- 24:17Speaker 3: to pay to see it change. They're willing to fund
- 24:20Speaker 3: candidates that want to go through the system and will
- 24:22Speaker 3: run and do what they've got to do.
- 24:24Speaker 9: Mr.
- 24:24Speaker 3: El-Sayed is another one. So they spend all their time
- 24:28Speaker 3: finding these candidates, getting them into office if they can,
- 24:32Speaker 3: so they can start chipping away at the fabric of
- 24:34Speaker 3: America because they view us the way we viewed the British,
- 24:38Speaker 3: as imperialists that weren't letting us do what we want
- 24:41Speaker 3: to do. For us, it was, hey, you're not letting
- 24:43Speaker 3: me pray outside of the Anglican church. And for them, it's, hey,
- 24:48Speaker 3: you don't give me free stuff. Whatever the case is,
- 24:52Speaker 3: that's how they do it. And they take their oath
- 24:54Speaker 3: not on the Bible because they don't believe in that.
- 24:57Speaker 3: They take it on whatever they want to take it on.
- 24:59Speaker 3: That's why all night I've been saying they're going to
- 25:01Speaker 3: take their oath on the Communist Manifesto itself. And they're
- 25:05Speaker 3: going to do it to the voice of Senator Sanders saying,
- 25:09Speaker 3: raise your right hand. Do you solemnly swear to support
- 25:12Speaker 3: the very Constitution that you want to destroy? And that's
- 25:16Speaker 3: what we're dealing with, Mark. Thank you for your service
- 25:18Speaker 3: both to the country and to your community as a
- 25:20Speaker 3: police officer. I appreciate it. And let us continue. I'm sorry, Tom,
- 25:25Speaker 3: forgive me. I was looking at the next caller. Who
- 25:28Speaker 3: is Mark? And do I have time to go there, Mr.
- 25:31Speaker 5: Producer?
- 25:34Speaker 3: Okay. So I will go there. I was going to
- 25:37Speaker 3: go back to the nice lady who was on hold,
- 25:39Speaker 3: but she wasn't ready for me. I think she hung up.
- 25:41Speaker 3: Mark in Chicago, Illinois. That's the great WLS. Go right ahead.
- 25:47Speaker 9: Hey, I love your show, Rich. Thank you. And, you know,
- 25:50Speaker 9: I came from a communist country, so I know exactly
- 25:53Speaker 9: what we're talking about, but a lot of people don't
- 25:54Speaker 9: get it. So I was talking to your call screener.
- 25:56Speaker 9: Unless and until the Republican Party, you know, do something,
- 26:01Speaker 9: you know, those promises that were made, they're not kept. And,
- 26:04Speaker 9: you know, when the cost of living is hitting you hard,
- 26:06Speaker 9: and I've seen it, not just, you know, some communities
- 26:10Speaker 9: I see in my own, like, Polish and Serbian and
- 26:13Speaker 9: and Greeks and Russians and Ukrainians, a lot of Uyghurs
- 26:15Speaker 9: in Chicago. That's where I'm at, you know. And I
- 26:19Speaker 9: see they're struggling. This is why they start turning away
- 26:21Speaker 9: from it. And they don't understand it. They don't get
- 26:23Speaker 9: the point that this is not a democratic party anymore.
- 26:26Speaker 9: These are leftists. They're radicals. They're Marxists. They're destroying. I
- 26:31Speaker 9: have no idea. In a million years, I have no
- 26:33Speaker 9: clue how did Mandani, now El-Said, who barely beat this
- 26:37Speaker 9: poor girl, Hayley Stevens, whatever, how did they get even elected? Who,
- 26:42Speaker 9: you know, in their right mind would vote for them?
- 26:44Speaker 9: Do they totally see like Paris was going on?
- 26:46Speaker 3: You know, Mark, I'm going to chime in here because
- 26:47Speaker 3: I get into this debate a lot. And typically the
- 26:50Speaker 3: easiest answer you're going to hear is, oh, because they cheat.
- 26:52Speaker 3: It's fraud. And I'm not saying that they don't cheat.
- 26:54Speaker 3: It's not fraud because I've never seen a Democrat machine
- 26:57Speaker 3: that didn't have their hands on every part of the
- 27:00Speaker 3: electoral process, including Election Day. So I'm sure there's a
- 27:04Speaker 3: lot of things happening there. But I don't believe that's
- 27:07Speaker 3: all it is. I can tell you. If you found
- 27:10Speaker 3: the voters that voted for Mamdani, they not only voted
- 27:14Speaker 3: for him because, oh, I'm trying something new. No, these
- 27:17Speaker 3: people believe in this. These are people that left their
- 27:20Speaker 3: homes in Minnesota, in middle of America, to come to
- 27:25Speaker 3: live in Manhattan, to work in a job. Maybe they
- 27:28Speaker 3: work remote. They want to live the New York lifestyle.
- 27:31Speaker 3: They want to be here. And to do that, you
- 27:33Speaker 3: need to make a good six figures if you're living
- 27:35Speaker 3: by yourself. Uh, if not, you're going to need to
- 27:39Speaker 3: make 75 or 80 and have a roommate and sometimes
- 27:42Speaker 3: multiple roommates. And again, you take a young person that
- 27:46Speaker 3: was told sometimes by their parents, you need to go
- 27:49Speaker 3: to college to make it in this world. And now
- 27:52Speaker 3: when their parents went to college, it was 20,000, 40,000 max.
- 27:56Speaker 3: These kids are graduating with way more debt, 60,000, 80,000,
- 27:58Speaker 3: sometimes six figures. Now, you take that kid and you
- 28:03Speaker 3: tell them, all right, your student loan payment is going
- 28:05Speaker 3: to be 300 and something dollars a month, 500 something
- 28:08Speaker 3: dollars a month. And you're going to be making $ 980
- 28:12Speaker 3: a week if you're lucky. And they're like, hold on
- 28:15Speaker 3: a second. I don't like the way this looks. I've
- 28:18Speaker 3: got to spend $ 4, 000 in rent. I've got to do
- 28:21Speaker 3: this and I've got to do that. I see it
- 28:23Speaker 3: all the time, you know, living right outside of New York.
- 28:25Speaker 3: So all I could tell you is when you start
- 28:27Speaker 3: telling them, people that are drowning and you tell them, hey,
- 28:30Speaker 3: I have a life preserver. It's called free this and
- 28:33Speaker 3: free that. And the reason this happened is because of
- 28:36Speaker 3: guys like Trump, the billionaires, the billionaires, right? It's all
- 28:40Speaker 3: you hear from them. So they have effectively created a
- 28:43Speaker 3: movement of people that hate rich people and they can't
- 28:46Speaker 3: identify with the rich person because they don't ever want
- 28:48Speaker 3: to be the rich person because they don't see themselves
- 28:50Speaker 3: not being broke because it's not the same America it
- 28:54Speaker 3: was when you and I were younger. So that ultimately
- 28:57Speaker 3: what happens and those people, they will sign up in
- 29:01Speaker 3: droves now they hate their parents they hate everything their
- 29:04Speaker 3: parents a guy married to a girl a girl married
- 29:07Speaker 3: to a guy i hate them let me marry a
- 29:08Speaker 3: girl let me and they will rebel in every way
- 29:11Speaker 3: and we're seeing it time and again why because i
- 29:13Speaker 3: i would suggest that there is a a godlessness to
- 29:17Speaker 3: um what's happening now when we have become unmoored un
- 29:21Speaker 3: unattached from our biblical values and it's no longer what
- 29:25Speaker 3: guides us in our worldview and i say us as
- 29:27Speaker 3: a people you just mentioned uh You said there were
- 29:30Speaker 3: some Serbians. All of those, they're all Christians. I've met plenty.
- 29:35Speaker 3: Just today, I interviewed Rod Blagojevich. He's Serbian.
- 29:40Speaker 10: Right?
- 29:40Speaker 3: He went to a Serbian church he was telling me about.
- 29:42Speaker 3: So this is a reality that's not the case anymore.
- 29:45Speaker 3: These people don't grow up going to church. And guess what?
- 29:49Speaker 3: When they start hearing the El Saids of the world
- 29:51Speaker 3: and the rest of these people, it's a wrap. And
- 29:53Speaker 3: that's why that happens. Mark, thanks for your call. Shout
- 29:56Speaker 3: out to everybody in Chicagoland. God bless you all. I'm
- 29:59Speaker 3: going to take a pause right here. We're going to
- 30:00Speaker 3: come right back. We've got a couple more calls. I'm
- 30:02Speaker 3: Rich Valdez.
- 30:04Speaker 4: This is America. He's got the best head of hair
- 30:25Speaker 4: in podcasting. This is America. with Rich Valdez.
- 30:33Speaker 1: If I walk outside, somebody sues me for something.
- 30:36Speaker 3: So I get used to it.
- 30:37Speaker 1: You know, I have friends that if they get sued,
- 30:39Speaker 1: they have almost a nervous breakdown. Sir, I got sued today.
- 30:43Speaker 1: I don't know what to do, but I have hundreds
- 30:46Speaker 1: and hundreds of.
- 30:47Speaker 9: I don't give a shit about it, you know?
- 30:51Speaker 3: He doesn't care. And you know what that is? It's
- 30:54Speaker 3: because he's been president twice. He's built half of the
- 30:56Speaker 3: skyline in New York City. He understands that no matter
- 30:59Speaker 3: what you do, you're going to get criticized. And when
- 31:02Speaker 3: you reach that level of confidence, like El Trumpito and
- 31:04Speaker 3: all this madness, the 45th and 47th president of these
- 31:07Speaker 3: United States has reached, then guess what? That's how you feel.
- 31:11Speaker 3: Let's go to the call. Salem, Arkansas. Joe, go right
- 31:14Speaker 3: ahead very quickly.
- 31:16Speaker 8: Hey, we miss you from America at night. I don't
- 31:18Speaker 8: know if you quit or they quit you or what.
- 31:20Speaker 3: Well, my contract ended, and it was time for me
- 31:23Speaker 3: to move on. Talk to me, brother. What's on your mind?
- 31:26Speaker 8: Okay. First off, you brought up Kamala Harris. I told
- 31:30Speaker 8: Democrats here, you need to put her on with Lorne
- 31:34Speaker 8: Michaels on Saturday Night Live next to Deep Thoughts with
- 31:38Speaker 8: Jack Handy. Only have a female version because she could
- 31:43Speaker 8: do good on there. Deep Thoughts with Kamala Harris, you
- 31:47Speaker 8: don't even know what she said when she's done. My
- 31:51Speaker 8: issue was, Republicans down here, it's not going to go
- 31:56Speaker 8: too well. They're very upset. They've been aggravated for a while.
- 32:01Speaker 8: Everybody agrees there's been a lot of abuse of executive orders,
- 32:04Speaker 8: starting with getting rid of the penny, and they don't
- 32:07Speaker 8: like that. But what they don't like last was they
- 32:10Speaker 8: were going to stay with Republicans, but they're going to
- 32:13Speaker 8: vote for anything but MAGA. I mean, a lot of
- 32:15Speaker 8: people are telling me this because of what they did to,
- 32:18Speaker 8: or what he switched You know, he reversed on Lindsey
- 32:21Speaker 8: Graham's bill.
- 32:22Speaker 3: And listen, all I can say is this. Everybody's good.
- 32:26Speaker 3: Like Trump just said, he doesn't give a crap.
- 32:28Speaker 6: Right.
- 32:28Speaker 3: He's getting sued by somebody goes outside. He's getting sued
- 32:31Speaker 3: by hundreds of people. Same thing here. This is one
- 32:34Speaker 3: of those things. If people are going to say, look,
- 32:36Speaker 3: I'm not going to vote for Trump or anybody MAGA
- 32:39Speaker 3: because I'm tired of this and I'm tired of that.
- 32:40Speaker 3: That's their right. If they want to embrace AOC, El-Sayed,
- 32:45Speaker 3: Daria Elisa Chevalier and the rest of the Bernie Sanders crazies,
- 32:49Speaker 3: that's on them. That's the America they're choosing. And they
- 32:53Speaker 3: have that right. But when I see them, I'm going
- 32:55Speaker 3: to give them a piece of my mind because you're
- 32:57Speaker 3: dead wrong and you're insane. If you want to have
- 32:59Speaker 3: an argument over a war, an argument over diesel fuel,
- 33:03Speaker 3: an argument over whatever is way better than we're getting
- 33:06Speaker 3: rid of the Senate and we're trying to give everything
- 33:09Speaker 3: away for free. Welcome to communism. To me, that's a
- 33:12Speaker 3: no brainer. Joe in Salem, thanks for your kind words.
- 33:14Speaker 3: I love you, brother. God bless you. Let's continue. Where
- 33:18Speaker 3: do we go? I want to go to Tony. She's
- 33:22Speaker 3: in Clifton, New Jersey. Very quickly, we're down to seconds
- 33:24Speaker 3: on the clock. Rich, how are you?
- 33:28Speaker 12: Listen, we need to go through security clearances.
- 33:32Speaker 3: We're in a very weird kind of country right now.
- 33:35Speaker 12: A lot of people are here. Let's get them cleared.
- 33:37Speaker 12: You know what?
- 33:38Speaker 3: You're right, Tony. And, you know, they're trying. The former
- 33:41Speaker 3: chairman of the Intelligence Committee, Mike Rogers, who's running against
- 33:46Speaker 3: El Sayed, is trying to warn Michiganders. Please pay attention.
- 33:50Speaker 3: This guy poses a potential threat because of relationships he has,
- 33:54Speaker 3: and I don't know that they're listening. I hope that
- 33:56Speaker 3: they are. Very good point. Louie, in Union County, New Jersey,
- 34:01Speaker 3: go for it very quickly.
- 34:03Speaker 8: Real quick, these kids today, they don't know what communism is.
- 34:08Speaker 10: Nobody's teaching them in high school or.
- 34:11Speaker 9: Anything what communism was.
- 34:12Speaker 8: They're going to find out real quick how bad it is,
- 34:16Speaker 8: and it's going to be too late.
- 34:18Speaker 3: Yeah, you know what, you're probably right about that. And
- 34:20Speaker 3: a buddy of mine, I call him Ruben the Cuban,
- 34:22Speaker 3: that's his name because he's from Cuba, came here on
- 34:24Speaker 3: a jet ski. And Ruben is just in Cuba and
- 34:27Speaker 3: he was telling me how bad things are. And I
- 34:29Speaker 3: think to myself, man, I wish we could somehow communicate
- 34:35Speaker 3: that to our fellow Americans. But sadly, even in Cuba,
- 34:38Speaker 3: all they know is communism because the younger they are,
- 34:41Speaker 3: they just don't know what it was like before. And
- 34:44Speaker 3: that's where it goes south. Louie in Union County, New Jersey,
- 34:47Speaker 3: thanks for the call, brother. Godspeed to you and your family.
- 34:49Speaker 3: Familia America, my radio familia, Mark Levins, beautiful audience, I
- 34:54Speaker 3: want to thank you for having me tonight. Remember, we
- 34:57Speaker 3: have to stand for something, because if we stand for nothing,
- 34:59Speaker 3: we'll fall for absolutely anything. And, of course, the only
- 35:03Speaker 3: thing necessary for evil to triumph is for you to
- 35:05Speaker 3: do nothing, so make sure you do something. I bid
