- 0:00Speaker 1: You're listening to Bill Handle on demand from KFI AM
- 0:04Speaker 1: six forty Bill Handle here on a Friday morning, April
- 0:09Speaker 1: the tenth. Some of the stories we are looking at,
- 0:12Speaker 1: the big stories. Vice President Van Steve Woodcock, Jared Witkoff,
- 0:16Speaker 1: Jared Kushner are in Pakistan and holding talks, trying to
- 0:22Speaker 1: hold talks with the Iranians to see some kind of
- 0:25Speaker 1: a deal. Bad news on the inflation rate three point
- 0:29Speaker 1: three percent, which is the highest it's been in a
- 0:31Speaker 1: long time, but twenty one percent increase for gas has
- 0:35Speaker 1: a lot to do with it. So that's all going. Oh, also,
- 0:38Speaker 1: I just read I think it's the CNN alert that
- 0:43Speaker 1: consumer sentiment. You know, they measure consumer levels, what the
- 0:49Speaker 1: consumer thinks, what's going on is now at its lowest
- 0:52Speaker 1: level on record. Yeah, we're not doing so well, okay,
- 0:56Speaker 1: but we're gonna have fun with this one. It is
- 0:58Speaker 1: time for foody Friday, Nil Savedra Tomorrow two to five,
- 1:02Speaker 1: it's the Fork Report. So Neil, we're going to start
- 1:06Speaker 1: with Oscar Meyer. H Yeah, And anytime you lost to
- 1:12Speaker 1: let you hear Oscar Meyer, immediately go to the song
- 1:16Speaker 1: I Wish I were an Oscar Unless you're Jewish then
- 1:20Speaker 1: it's an Oscar Meyer whiner.
- 1:23Speaker 2: No stop, please, okay, for the love of all that
- 1:28Speaker 2: is holy, sir, you're not supposed to eat bacon.
- 1:33Speaker 1: I know, but you know, a Jewish curson. But if
- 1:38Speaker 1: you look at the story of Adam and Eve, when
- 1:41Speaker 1: God punished Adam and Eve for not listening, he punished
- 1:45Speaker 1: Adam and Eve by taking away bacon.
- 1:48Speaker 2: So yes, yes, that's a pretty severe punishment, sure is.
- 1:53Speaker 1: But there's something new going on in the world of
- 1:55Speaker 1: Oscar Meyer.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Yeah, they've got a new bacon coming out and this
- 1:59Speaker 2: is you know, and a couple of hot dogs. But
- 2:02Speaker 2: they have you know, the typical bacon's, your hickory smoked
- 2:06Speaker 2: and hot honey and those types of things.
- 2:07Speaker 1: But they have a.
- 2:09Speaker 2: Maple and bourbon. Come on, now, maple and bourbon, real bourbon.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Yeah, it's actually an Evan Williams bourbon that they're using.
- 2:20Speaker 2: So they're combining them, and they called on Evan Williams
- 2:24Speaker 2: and they partnered with them, and now they have this concoction.
- 2:28Speaker 2: It's not out just yet, but it will be coming
- 2:31Speaker 2: out this month and I can't wait to try it. Actually,
- 2:34Speaker 2: I like bourbon and bacon. I think bourbon and bacon
- 2:36Speaker 2: go together, well, maple does I would you know, maybe
- 2:40Speaker 2: use this as a garnish in a good.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Old fashion or goarnish gornish. Yes. And the first question
- 2:49Speaker 1: I have about this is can anybody under twenty one
- 2:53Speaker 1: buy this? Yeah, it's there's not enough there.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Yeah, it's not going to cause that kind of situation
- 3:00Speaker 2: in the food. They're not putting it behind the counter
- 3:02Speaker 2: or anything like that. You got to get it with
- 3:04Speaker 2: the booze. But grilling season this year, I mean, the
- 3:07Speaker 2: weather has been gorgeous. I know, we've got the possibility
- 3:10Speaker 2: of rain I think tomorrow. And he was saying, and
- 3:12Speaker 2: maybe a little bit Sunday, but really I've been grilling
- 3:15Speaker 2: up as storm lately. And so not only with grilling
- 3:20Speaker 2: season here, you know, and people loving breakfast. You got
- 3:23Speaker 2: the bacon, but also they're putting out some hot dogs too.
- 3:26Speaker 2: They've got a beef and pork frank and then a
- 3:29Speaker 2: new cheesy smokehouse hot dog that will be stuffed with
- 3:33Speaker 2: cheese on the inside.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Huh.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Yeah, No, I don't want you to go down any
- 3:42Speaker 2: particular place. Okay, yeahey stuffed, I know.
- 3:46Speaker 1: I understand that, but I know the cheese stuffed pizza,
- 3:50Speaker 1: which did Giorno and a few other companies. Oh the crust, yeah, yeah,
- 3:54Speaker 1: it's really expensive stuff. That's a lot of cheese. Yeah there.
- 4:00Speaker 1: I would assume there's some kind of technology to put
- 4:04Speaker 1: cheese and cross. I have no idea how that works.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Not hard. You can do it at home.
- 4:07Speaker 2: You what you do is you take the you can
- 4:10Speaker 2: do it with string cheese, like the mozzarella string cheese.
- 4:13Speaker 2: You just put it on the edges of your raw
- 4:16Speaker 2: pizza dough and you rolling in and then you put
- 4:19Speaker 2: the rest on the okay, the pizza, and you're good
- 4:22Speaker 2: to go.
- 4:22Speaker 1: All right, fair enough, all right, we're gonna take a
- 4:24Speaker 1: break and then come back and do a couple of things.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Savory donuts, which is sort of a I'm listening. Yeah, no,
- 4:32Speaker 1: it doesn't make a lot of sense. It's sort of
- 4:34Speaker 1: a contradiction in terms, you know it fried chicken. Yeah,
- 4:38Speaker 1: it's just uh, you know, it's it's like a mailbox.
- 4:42Speaker 1: It's just, you know, like a contradiction. Okay, really yea,
- 4:52Speaker 1: even you laughed at that one, right, or a cherry
- 4:55Speaker 1: tart that's another one. Okay, Okay, moving on with savory donuts.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Neil, check this out and the leaders in this are
- 5:07Speaker 2: parlor donuts. We have one in Huntington Beach, I believe,
- 5:10Speaker 2: but savory donuts. There's it sounds like you said an oxymoron,
- 5:15Speaker 2: but the combinations here are fascinating, from pizza toppings and beyond,
- 5:23Speaker 2: and people are I have not tasted them yet, but
- 5:26Speaker 2: the concoctions and the comparisons go in my head. With
- 5:30Speaker 2: the sweet and savory and that doey goodness, it tracks
- 5:36Speaker 2: to me. So we think of the you know, your
- 5:39Speaker 2: your regular donuts, and we all know what they taste like,
- 5:43Speaker 2: but instead of being dusty with cinnamon or sugar, this
- 5:46Speaker 2: the foundation here is more like almost like a garlic
- 5:49Speaker 2: knot got parmesan, butter garlic pizza stylings, kind of like
- 5:58Speaker 2: a margarita pizza with pesto, a little bit of mozzarelli
- 6:03Speaker 2: on there. They have a pepperoni, you know, red sauce.
- 6:07Speaker 1: So it's really not a donut, it's just it's the
- 6:09Speaker 1: way the dough is fried up. And well, no, these
- 6:12Speaker 1: are donut chops.
- 6:14Speaker 2: They have other donuts, but they also have these things,
- 6:18Speaker 2: these concoctions of like the Hawaiian barbecue chicken or the
- 6:22Speaker 2: pig and fig chicken bacon ranch donuts. There again, they're
- 6:30Speaker 2: not sweet, they're savory, but they have elements of that
- 6:35Speaker 2: donut goodness that we've all fallen.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Is it like sweet and sour where you have vinegar
- 6:41Speaker 1: and sugar, vinegary bas vinegary base and then the sugar
- 6:46Speaker 1: so it becomes the sweet and sour.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Is there is something in here that does combine the sweetness.
- 6:52Speaker 2: But it's not like you're putting this on top of
- 6:55Speaker 2: a glazed donut. Okay, you know, like some of those
- 6:57Speaker 2: crazy concoction burgers they've done, and I've actually judged a
- 7:03Speaker 2: couple burger contests and they have like smashed glazed donuts
- 7:07Speaker 2: as the bun and things like that.
- 7:09Speaker 1: It's not like that.
- 7:10Speaker 2: But the combination I've only heard the greatest things about that.
- 7:15Speaker 2: They it actually as curious. It makes you kind of
- 7:21Speaker 2: raise an eyebrow at the sound and the description of it.
- 7:25Speaker 1: That the payoff is really really strong.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Okay, so you have to We're gonna get out to
- 7:29Speaker 2: Huntington Beach and grab some on your way home.
- 7:31Speaker 1: No, I am not, but thanks for the thought. Okay,
- 7:35Speaker 1: let's end up with Subway and their Bogo. Yeah, they're Bogo.
- 7:40Speaker 1: I've always enjoyed that Bogo by one get one. Yeah, well,
- 7:44Speaker 1: this is going on, you know.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Some say that there's so much going on with a
- 7:48Speaker 2: price of gas and everything is some of these places,
- 7:52Speaker 2: quick takeaway, take out type places are looking for ways
- 7:57Speaker 2: to get you in and to kind of cut the
- 8:00Speaker 2: weight of what's going on with the cost of living
- 8:03Speaker 2: as a whole.
- 8:04Speaker 1: Now.
- 8:05Speaker 2: So for April so through the twenty eighth, Subway is
- 8:09Speaker 2: offering to their sub club members. And that just means
- 8:12Speaker 2: you go online and you are your app and you
- 8:14Speaker 2: become a member a free foot long with the purchase
- 8:18Speaker 2: of another foot long and a deal is only available
- 8:21Speaker 2: on the app and website orders with the promo code
- 8:25Speaker 2: fl bogo, So foot long fl bogo by one get
- 8:30Speaker 2: one and the free sandwich must be of equal or
- 8:34Speaker 2: lesser value and there are some exclusions, but otherwise you
- 8:38Speaker 2: get yourself, you know, a sub a second sub.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Now the cost are you or a friend? I know
- 8:45Speaker 1: with the cast it's very funny. The cost is you
- 8:48Speaker 1: are getting You have to give them your email address
- 8:52Speaker 1: and then all of a sudden you are bombarded with
- 8:57Speaker 1: you sing that all the time I do go on Gmail,
- 9:00Speaker 1: I don't get another one? Yeah, I do, and it's
- 9:03Speaker 1: just a.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Yeah, resilientjew at gmail dot com. Ah, that someone's probably
- 9:08Speaker 2: got that sorry or whatever you want to put on there. Okay,
- 9:12Speaker 2: I'll do that and then you don't have to worry
- 9:15Speaker 2: about it at all. I have half a dozen emails.
- 9:19Speaker 2: I think I have an old you know, AOL Gmail
- 9:23Speaker 2: from back when I was an intern on your show
- 9:26Speaker 2: thirty plus years ago. God has been and it's still
- 9:29Speaker 2: and it still is in existence. Don't know, haven't logged
- 9:32Speaker 2: into it, but I'm just saying, have an email that
- 9:38Speaker 2: you can sacrifice.
- 9:39Speaker 1: That's all. Grilling season is coming up and we talk
- 9:43Speaker 1: a lot about grilling and ID and you grill like
- 9:47Speaker 1: nobody else. So oh, I've been billing a lot. Yeah.
- 9:49Speaker 2: I just did a hangar steak. Do not sleep on
- 9:52Speaker 2: the hangar steak. It is such a lovely cut and
- 9:56Speaker 2: simple cut to grill. They all so refer to it
- 10:01Speaker 2: as a butcher's steak because there's only one per animal,
- 10:05Speaker 2: and butchers used to just keep it to themselves. Incredibly beefy.
- 10:09Speaker 2: You cook it over high heat, no reverseer or anything.
- 10:13Speaker 2: Cook it over high heat to a temp of about
- 10:16Speaker 2: one twenty one twenty five. Keep it rare to medium
- 10:19Speaker 2: rare cut it against the grain and it is just
- 10:24Speaker 2: an excedent and it's not expensive. Is it not particularly expensive?
- 10:28Speaker 2: But I will tell you some of these less expensive
- 10:31Speaker 2: cuts have become so popular that they have gotten more
- 10:35Speaker 2: expense than they used to be. Some of them were
- 10:37Speaker 2: like the Secret Griller's menu.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Is there such a thing as an inexpensive cut of
- 10:43Speaker 1: beef anymore?
- 10:44Speaker 2: Well, yeah, it depends where you go. But you know what,
- 10:48Speaker 2: mine was a black angus and it was from Wild Fork.
- 10:54Speaker 2: And yes, they're a sponsor, but I'm telling you this
- 10:57Speaker 2: not because they're a sponsor, but because they have fabulous
- 11:01Speaker 2: cuts of meat and they cut, they freeze them at
- 11:04Speaker 2: peak at primeness, and in it with a technology that
- 11:08Speaker 2: really it keeps them in that moment of freshness. So this,
- 11:14Speaker 2: you know, I had that stake in there for six
- 11:15Speaker 2: months or something and you would never ever know.
- 11:19Speaker 1: It was fantastic, just just absolutely wonderful. Yeah, I've got
- 11:22Speaker 1: four of those in the freezer. But prime, and that's
- 11:26Speaker 1: what I'm doing. Go through your freezer, bring some of
- 11:28Speaker 1: these things up out. Prime beef. Is it's either that
- 11:32Speaker 1: or a mortgage.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Yeah, but you're gonna do that and then you're going
- 11:35Speaker 2: to keep putting it off. Treat yourself, you.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Know, you work. I haven't heard I have no self esteem,
- 11:43Speaker 1: you know that? Really really I've never picked up on that.
- 11:48Speaker 1: We're gone, We're done, are we? Yeah, we're done for
- 11:51Speaker 1: this segment, for this segment. Yeah, okay, thank you very much.
- 11:55Speaker 1: I see myself out. You certainly do all right? Coming up?
- 11:59Speaker 1: Its Handle Anything, and it's gonna be a special version
- 12:03Speaker 1: of it, something I've never done before, that we've never done.
- 12:06Speaker 1: So this is gonna be a lot of fun. So
- 12:09Speaker 1: do not go Well, that's because we broadcast under a desk,
- 12:13Speaker 1: so we can always be pants optional. Yeah, all right,
- 12:17Speaker 1: it's time for Ask Handle Anything. You know the rules
- 12:21Speaker 1: where you record a question and we'll do how it
- 12:27Speaker 1: all works at some other time because I want to
- 12:30Speaker 1: get right to it. And before we get into that,
- 12:33Speaker 1: as I said, we have a ask Handle Anything segment
- 12:36Speaker 1: that I've not done before. So my daughter Barbara is
- 12:39Speaker 1: here with her new boyfriend, Murray Murray, thank you. Murray
- 12:47Speaker 1: who is I forgot his name and he's from Scotland
- 12:51Speaker 1: and he speaks with a fake Scottish accident exactly originally
- 12:56Speaker 1: from South Dakota. So Murray. Hello, Oh yeah, sorry, yeah, hi,
- 13:02Speaker 1: thanks for having me on. See there you go, and
- 13:05Speaker 1: they don't. And he comes to this little town way
- 13:07Speaker 1: up north in Scotland where radio hasn't even gotten there yet.
- 13:11Speaker 3: No, I don't think there's still I think there's one functioning,
- 13:14Speaker 3: but it's for like six counties and no one really
- 13:18Speaker 3: knows that. I don't even remember the name of it.
- 13:20Speaker 1: And we were talking last night at dinner about scott
- 13:23Speaker 1: or Scottish eggs and man, there's nothing like them. This
- 13:29Speaker 1: egg is delicious. Can we wrap it in a heart attack?
- 13:33Speaker 1: Try to call it ch egg?
- 13:34Speaker 4: Yes?
- 13:35Speaker 1: Oh, I love Scotch eggs. So anyway, all right, so
- 13:38Speaker 1: Murray is here and I'm already bored with him. So
- 13:41Speaker 1: now moving on to Barbara. As I said, this is
- 13:45Speaker 1: ask Candle anything, and I want to do a couple
- 13:48Speaker 1: of questions. And I told you we haven't done this before.
- 13:51Speaker 1: So Barbara is going to start ask Candle anything. And
- 13:55Speaker 1: it's all about embarrassing me, of course, because those are
- 13:57Speaker 1: the rules. So Barbara handle anything.
- 14:01Speaker 5: All right, ton, Well, there is a.
- 14:05Speaker 6: Burning question that me and my sister I want to
- 14:08Speaker 6: know that I think truly the world wants to know
- 14:12Speaker 6: and have it eternally recorded so I can possibly rub
- 14:15Speaker 6: it in Pam's face.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Which twin do you love more? And why me or Pamela? Okay,
- 14:22Speaker 1: first of all, it depends on the day. Yeah, okay,
- 14:25Speaker 1: that's for starters, and it which twin do I love more? Well? Since, okay,
- 14:32Speaker 1: since you're here your sister yep by a long shot,
- 14:37Speaker 1: Donald Barbara. Yeah, no, you're welcome. And if Pamela were here,
- 14:40Speaker 1: the good news it would be yours. Now, you know,
- 14:43Speaker 1: I wish we had pictures because Murray is like he's
- 14:48Speaker 1: he's a tattooed lady and the piercings are like incredible tattooed. Yes,
- 14:55Speaker 1: but it's like Lydia the tattooed lady. But I didn't
- 14:58Speaker 1: have the lady parts. Well, we don't know that. I'm guessing. Yeah,
- 15:03Speaker 1: you're guessing, all right. Anyway, that that was your question.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Any other question? No, I think Murray has a question
- 15:10Speaker 1: that Murray, you have a question for ask handle anything? Oh, yeah,
- 15:14Speaker 1: that'd have one.
- 15:14Speaker 3: I said, what so called tech advancement or advancement that
- 15:19Speaker 3: we have within technology do you think is more inconvenient
- 15:23Speaker 3: than convenient?
- 15:25Speaker 1: I didn't understand one word that you said, yeah, he
- 15:29Speaker 1: said go down.
- 15:32Speaker 2: He said, what tech advancement do we have? Technologically? That
- 15:38Speaker 2: is less It is less of an advancement than an advancement.
- 15:44Speaker 2: You got it right, Less convenient, less, less convenient. I'm
- 15:48Speaker 2: supposed to make your life for him everything.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Maybe penis extensions. Maybe I don't know. Anyway, let's do
- 15:55Speaker 1: this convenient for you. Now, let's do this. Actually it's
- 15:58Speaker 1: more convenient. I just went the wrong Okay, let's do it.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Kno ask handle anything.
- 16:04Speaker 7: Longtime listener since the nineties and fellow CSUN survivor, here's
- 16:09Speaker 7: my awkward question six after sixty Does the grand finale
- 16:14Speaker 7: still matter? Or are we just happy to still be
- 16:18Speaker 7: in the game? Asking for a friend.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Obviously, I forgot your daughter was going to be here,
- 16:23Speaker 1: and I put that in. Does the grand finale happened?
- 16:27Speaker 1: First of all, I don't even know what a grand
- 16:30Speaker 1: finale is. Second of all, if I did know, it
- 16:34Speaker 1: has been a whole lot of years, so I don't remember. Okay,
- 16:41Speaker 1: I get very religious, though I used to get very religious.
- 16:45Speaker 1: During those times, I'd be screaming, oh God, oh God. Okay.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Next question, hid I love your show, this is Vicky.
- 16:55Speaker 1: What was the hardest technology for you to admit you
- 16:58Speaker 1: actually needed. Am I going to do that one again?
- 17:04Speaker 6: The extension?
- 17:05Speaker 1: Yeah, that's crazy? What are the odds? What are the odds? Cono?
- 17:11Speaker 1: Hey Bill, longtime listener, Does the pool boy still work
- 17:17Speaker 1: for you?
- 17:18Speaker 4: Uh?
- 17:18Speaker 1: Yes, Uh, pepin Is, Uh I haven't Neil, Yeah, no,
- 17:25Speaker 1: Neil is actually uh brought that to the table. And
- 17:30Speaker 1: this has to do uh with uh it has to
- 17:33Speaker 1: do with my wife and uh how whenever I'm gone
- 17:37Speaker 1: specific both and whenever I'm gone, Peppino the pool boy
- 17:42Speaker 1: shows up and we don't have a pool and so
- 17:47Speaker 1: I always wonder how that works. But yes, Peppino, the
- 17:50Speaker 1: pool Boy is still in. Keep everything anything moist.
- 17:56Speaker 8: Lean.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Okay, next question, okay.
- 17:59Speaker 8: We could you please ask mister handle if only brown
- 18:03Speaker 8: people mow his lawn and take out his trash and
- 18:05Speaker 8: clean his bathroom? Or does he employ any white people?
- 18:09Speaker 8: Can you please ask to handle that? Hey Bill would
- 18:12Speaker 8: bet my house. I already know the answer, Thank you, sir.
- 18:14Speaker 1: Hey Bill, do you only brown people clean and molly
- 18:18Speaker 1: lawn and stuff like that? Okay? Uh, the answer is, uh, no,
- 18:25Speaker 1: I do employ people other than brown people. If you
- 18:29Speaker 1: were to go to my house, right now, you would
- 18:32Speaker 1: probably see see Jesus mowing my lawn and uh, rod
- 18:38Speaker 1: Ringo would be uh actually taking out the trash.
- 18:42Speaker 2: So you only you only employ brown people? Uh no, no,
- 18:47Speaker 2: you Oh you're racist. You don't like brown people. You
- 18:49Speaker 2: only employ white people.
- 18:51Speaker 1: I love brown people. Oh to take out your trash?
- 18:54Speaker 7: Okay, next question you asked handle anything Bill, have you
- 19:00Speaker 7: ever been truly embarrassed?
- 19:03Speaker 1: And if so, what was the situation? Uh? Yeah, and
- 19:08Speaker 1: I was trying to think I've been embarrassed a few times,
- 19:11Speaker 1: and I'm trying hard to believe you know what I'm
- 19:14Speaker 1: trying to mess sure. Uh yeah, no, you know what.
- 19:17Speaker 1: I don't remember. I don't remember. And I yes, I
- 19:20Speaker 1: have been embarrassed a few times in my life, and
- 19:22Speaker 1: frankly I don't remember. So sorry about that. I can't
- 19:25Speaker 1: help you with that.
- 19:26Speaker 4: Uh.
- 19:26Speaker 5: Next question, this is Evelyn from Carmel.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Again.
- 19:31Speaker 5: Apparently my Sugar in a Handle doesn't take requests on
- 19:34Speaker 5: the radio, so Kono played Misty for me. Cono has
- 19:40Speaker 5: a stalker.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Cono has a stalker? You know that could be the
- 19:45Speaker 1: dumbest call that I have ever gotten since we started
- 19:50Speaker 1: asking that this is Uh was she on her way
- 19:54Speaker 1: to the MENSA meeting or coming back from the MENSA meeting.
- 19:58Speaker 1: You're just jealous because she's a stock for Kono. Now, yeah, exactly,
- 20:02Speaker 1: all right, Cono, do you have any.
- 20:04Speaker 4: More a cataract surgery in two weeks? Lasik?
- 20:08Speaker 1: It's expensive.
- 20:09Speaker 4: I know you had it several years ago.
- 20:11Speaker 1: I'd like to know.
- 20:12Speaker 4: About your recovery, discomfort and expense. Did they do one
- 20:16Speaker 4: a at a time, how long ago was it? And
- 20:18Speaker 4: are you still pleased? I will be seventy five in September,
- 20:22Speaker 4: Thank you very much.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Yes.
- 20:25Speaker 6: Next question, Wow, hey, Bill, when it's all said and done,
- 20:30Speaker 6: how do you want to be remembered most a radio
- 20:33Speaker 6: god or a marginal lawyer?
- 20:36Speaker 1: Actually, and I'm going to take this is a serious question,
- 20:38Speaker 1: So I'm going to take this seriously. What I want
- 20:40Speaker 1: to be remembered most is being one of the pioneers
- 20:43Speaker 1: of surrogate parenting and helping to create families. During my
- 20:48Speaker 1: surrogacy years, I've had twenty five hundred kids born as
- 20:52Speaker 1: surrogate mothers. In the meantime, radio, I'll probably be remembered
- 20:58Speaker 1: for radio. And as far as the lawyer part, I
- 21:03Speaker 1: think I'm in the running for the worst lawyer who
- 21:07Speaker 1: has ever passed the California bar I thought you were
- 21:11Speaker 1: gonna say something savvy. I just want to be remembered
- 21:14Speaker 1: as a father.
- 21:15Speaker 2: Oh please give me a break and whatever.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Woman I'm married to at the time, as a husband.
- 21:24Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's me. Okay. Cono, good morning Bill. You
- 21:29Speaker 1: once said when dining out, the richest person pays. So
- 21:32Speaker 1: when you and Lindsey go out, who pays? Actually we
- 21:37Speaker 1: look at the table next to us and see the
- 21:41Speaker 1: best dressed person and go, hey, can we join you
- 21:45Speaker 1: for dinner? Why would you split it? How much does
- 21:47Speaker 1: bird seed cost for her? Yeah? She is. She weighs
- 21:51Speaker 1: one hundred and five pounds. I mean, there's nothing there
- 21:54Speaker 1: she's been that's with you on top of it. Oh, sugar,
- 22:00Speaker 1: you know it's one of the it's one of those days.
- 22:01Speaker 1: You know that because it's and it's because Barber's here
- 22:04Speaker 1: that we've gone out of our minds. Cono, we have
- 22:06Speaker 1: time for one more if you have it. Hi, this
- 22:08Speaker 1: is Berdie from OC.
- 22:10Speaker 6: I want to know who liked you first in your
- 22:13Speaker 6: first and second marriages and how did you meet?
- 22:17Speaker 1: I did say who lied? Who liked liked like who first? Yeah? Lied?
- 22:22Speaker 1: We're going to suit as you.
- 22:23Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 22:24Speaker 1: See, that's you're making the assumption that I was liked
- 22:27Speaker 1: by anybody. Okay, that's for starters. Well, you didn't have
- 22:31Speaker 1: any money when you met Marjorie. No, I did not broke.
- 22:33Speaker 1: She was the one with money. Yeah, she was the
- 22:35Speaker 1: one with money. So she liked you. I guess so.
- 22:37Speaker 1: And the second go round, probably we don't know that
- 22:41Speaker 1: Lindsay likes you. I think Lindsay likes me. I just
- 22:43Speaker 1: don't like anybody. Uh, that's that's the problem.
- 22:48Speaker 2: I just picked up on the fact that every time
- 22:50Speaker 2: I'm at the house, she always when she crosses your path, goes, ah,
- 22:54Speaker 2: you're still here?
- 22:55Speaker 1: Uh? Yeah, did you go?
- 22:57Speaker 6: Was that you?
- 22:59Speaker 1: Okay, all right, we're done, guys, Friday is over. I
- 23:03Speaker 1: we'll go ask handle anything.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Then, what you haven't mentioned once that Gary and Shannon
- 23:08Speaker 2: are out in Menifee today.
- 23:09Speaker 1: Oh I haven't. So they are out in Menifee. I'm sorry,
- 23:11Speaker 1: you're right. What are they doing at Menefee? They're doing
- 23:14Speaker 1: a news and bruise Okay, oh they do that. Yeah,
- 23:16Speaker 1: that's right. So abslutely in Menifee. Where do we have
- 23:19Speaker 1: a location. It's at PJS oh, BJ's okay, BJ's and Menifee.
- 23:23Speaker 1: I like BJ's Let's go out there and make it
- 23:25Speaker 1: Jews and bruise. Oh that's very funny. Okay, we're done, guys.
