- 1:46Our
- 1:49date stamp today
- 1:51would be Tuesday,
- 1:53July
- 1:5421.
- 1:55Tuesday, 07/21/2026.
- 1:59And this is the Radio Ranch with Roger Sales, or at least it usually
- 2:04is
- 2:05the Radio Ranch with Roger Sales, except for he's
- 2:09kind of, sort of missing in action
- 2:12right now. So
- 2:14I'm
- 2:16covering
- 2:17things
- 2:17until
- 2:19I can figure out how to remote into his computer and actually
- 2:23get his attention.
- 2:26Actually, yes, I can use my cell phone and I can call
- 2:30his magicJack
- 2:32and then that will tell me if
- 2:34his
- 2:36if his communication
- 2:38is
- 2:40is working.
- 2:42My magicJack phone apparently is dead because
- 2:46I left it off the charger.
- 2:48So,
- 2:50Elle,
- 2:50what are you gonna do? Uh-huh.
- 2:53Let's see. Roger. Roger. Roger. Excuse me while I talk to myself.
- 2:59Technical trouser stuff like Poe English normally deals with.
- 3:03Good morning, everybody. Does anyone have anything that they wanna say or,
- 3:09help me out here while I'm trying to, reach Raj?
- 3:19Hang on. Okay.
- 3:23Valid.
- 3:28Okay, guys. Here we go.
- 3:36I wonder if he's awake yet.
- 3:47Unknown: Good morning.
- 3:49Unknown: What? You overslept.
- 3:51Okay. Well I'll be there in a Alright.
- 3:56Alright.
- 3:58Yeah. That that happened.
- 4:01He overslept.
- 4:04Unknown: Too much partying on his birthday? Yes.
- 4:07Unknown: I think it was. I think it was too much partying on his birthday.
- 4:11Now let's see if I can actually get team viewer to run.
- 4:15So
- 4:18Unknown: his Hey, Paul. You got this. Yeah. You can handle it. Just raise your voice a little bit a little bit. What do you mean raise my voice a little bit?
- 4:27You you what? Your volume voice is just your natural tone. You you're you're a soft spoken guy. How about starting to sound like Russian Ed bar? Oh,
- 4:37Unknown: no. No. No. No. I wouldn't do that.
- 4:41Unknown: I Yeah. I wouldn't I wouldn't want you to either. I couldn't stand the guy.
- 4:50Unknown: Yeah.
- 4:51Well, I I would I would like to to think of myself as more of, like, the rest
- 4:57of the story
- 4:59guy,
- 5:00you know, Paul Harvey.
- 5:02Unknown: Know? Paul Harvey.
- 5:04Good day. Good day.
- 5:06Unknown: Yeah.
- 5:07Yeah.
- 5:08The rest of the story, that thing.
- 5:13Unknown: Okay.
- 5:14So
- 5:16Unknown: and my remote control is not working.
- 5:19So I
- 5:22absolutely
- 5:23have absolutely
- 5:24and actually no control control over the server right now until I can get my remote control stuff working.
- 5:32I crashed it to,
- 5:34try and remote into Roger's portable.
- 5:38Let's
- 5:41see if I can get remote software
- 5:44number two
- 5:45working.
- 5:49Ripper right there. Connect.
- 5:53Let's try that.
- 5:56So how is everyone this morning?
- 6:01Unknown: Fine and dandy. How are you, mister Paul?
- 6:05Unknown: I I
- 6:06gotta say I'm better than average.
- 6:08I
- 6:10I slept in a little bit this morning. Ready to get started.
- 6:14Yes. I slept in a little bit this morning. I mean, yesterday, I woke up at 03:00 in the morning and
- 6:21watched boring TV until
- 6:24I could find
- 6:27something else
- 6:29to, like, lull me off to sleep, which didn't which ultimately never happened.
- 6:35So
- 6:38this morning, I slept until 08:30,
- 6:40and it was glorious. It was wonderful.
- 6:45Unknown: And now you're paying the price, Paul.
- 6:48Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. I'm paying the price. Actually, I I should've I
- 6:53should've been watching for Roger to join the room.
- 6:59If he hadn't been in the room by quarter two, I should've called him.
- 7:06Oh, well. He's he still hasn't joined us yet.
- 7:10So
- 7:12oh, Joe,
- 7:14if if you're in here, I'd I'd have I'm blind here. I can't see the server.
- 7:20So
- 7:21if you're in here, thank you for the the video on the flock cameras
- 7:29because
- 7:30that was awesome.
- 7:32I didn't get all the way through it, I only watched about an hour of it this morning,
- 7:38but
- 7:40Palantir and
- 7:44flock the cameras and all that. I mean, that is really
- 7:48some ridiculous stuff.
- 7:51It is ridiculous.
- 7:52Unknown: Hey,
- 7:54Paul. My favorite one was the lady, actually
- 7:57a young girl. Driving along, she has the phone sitting in her lap.
- 8:02Not actually on the seat between a sort of between her legs with pants on, and the camera caught that. And they sent her a ticket for us us talking on the phone while driving.
- 8:14And she said she said she she wasn't on the phone. She just placed the phone there.
- 8:22Unknown: Yeah. But of course, the presumption stands
- 8:24because,
- 8:25you know, you go to court, particularly at administrative policy enforcement court,
- 8:32I mean, you're presumed guilty until you
- 8:35exhaust the lion's share of your personal wealth to
- 8:40defend yourself.
- 8:41And even if you do defend yourself, you still wind up paying
- 8:46court costs
- 8:47or an or an attorney.
- 8:50Well, it's it's a bad bad idea to get
- 8:54an attorney to represent you because
- 8:56that means that you're incapable of presenting
- 9:00yourself.
- 9:02Unknown: Well, as long as you're a citizen or
- 9:05a resident,
- 9:06they classify that anyway.
- 9:10Unknown: Well, yeah, that's true.
- 9:12But, you know, even if you're not a citizen or a resident,
- 9:16they still presume that you're an imbecile.
- 9:22Unknown: Yeah. Well, you know what? If if everybody everybody takes in the court and ask for a jury trial, some states don't allow that. But
- 9:32for the ones who who do allow it,
- 9:35go for a jury trial to clog up the courts.
- 9:39Unknown: Oh, absolutely.
- 9:40Unknown: Trial by jury. Exactly.
- 9:43Unknown: Yeah. Trial by jury.
- 9:46Unknown: Yeah. I I said jury trial, but I guess it's, you know there's a difference. Yeah. Yeah. There is a difference.
- 9:54Okay. So trial by jury then.
- 9:56Unknown: Yeah. Trial by jury is the jury of your peers,
- 9:59People that know you.
- 10:03Unknown: Alright, Dave.
- 10:14Unknown: Jerry.
- 10:18Jerry. You were
- 10:20it
- 10:21sounded like you had a bunch of cotton balls in your mouth. Talk right into the phone and do that over again.
- 10:27Unknown: Thought he was at the bus station.
- 10:30Unknown: I have no idea where it Yeah. Something going on with this phone. Anyway, can you hear me now? Yes.
- 10:37Unknown: Good.
- 10:40Unknown: And she cut your titan out of your mouth.
- 10:46Unknown: What, Lisa?
- 10:48Unknown: I said, well, yeah, since he took the cotton out of his mouth.
- 10:52Unknown: Exactly.
- 10:54Now, Jerry, what were you saying about the difference between jury trial and trial by jury?
- 11:03Unknown: There
- 11:05is court cases
- 11:08that
- 11:09already state, and I I can't remember what they are, but a jury trial
- 11:14trial
- 11:15is
- 11:16the judge it's a judge,
- 11:18the prosecutor,
- 11:20and the jury.
- 11:22A trial by jury,
- 11:25you have to assemble
- 11:27a
- 11:29jury of your peers,
- 11:33which is called
- 11:34the grand jury.
- 11:39Unknown: Okay.
- 11:41Unknown: Wouldn't a national respond then a jury of nationals?
- 11:45Unknown: Absolutely.
- 11:46Unknown: That would be your peers.
- 11:51Unknown: Certainly.
- 11:53Unknown: And,
- 11:54you know, no one would come to understand that.
- 11:59Unknown: Morning, Raj. I'm a
- 12:04Did you cut that coffee? Like bread.
- 12:06Unknown: So
- 12:09Unknown: here here's a scenario for you. My brother,
- 12:13born in Texas,
- 12:15living here in New Mexico, Carlsbad,
- 12:18was arrested by ICE
- 12:20in Hobbs,
- 12:23New Mexico,
- 12:24Friday
- 12:26at around,
- 12:27I'd say about eight 08:30, 09:00.
- 12:31They they pulled him over.
- 12:33He was not booked
- 12:35into the
- 12:37ICE facility in in Lea County
- 12:40until 03:00.
- 12:42He would not give him any of his information
- 12:45because he didn't he forgot his wallet, left it at home in Carlsbad.
- 12:52So he he he said no. No. He wouldn't give the ice they had a ice
- 12:58what do you call him? Traffic stop or or
- 13:01Unknown: block. Checkpoint. Checkpoint.
- 13:05Unknown: Checkpoint. There you go. So
- 13:07Unknown: he wouldn't give me any of his information that he did give him the insurance card from the from
- 13:13the vehicle.
- 13:15Right?
- 13:17No. No. The the highest agent said, no. No. No. Well, if you're not gonna give us and you're not he he refused to talk. He he pleaded the fifth and he asked them for his Miranda rights before they arrested him, before they put the handcuffs on.
- 13:31Well, they didn't book him into the
- 13:34ICE detention center in in Lea County until 03:00
- 13:38in the afternoon,
- 13:40Friday.
- 13:43Unknown: Last night,
- 13:45Unknown: Monday, last night, 07:00,
- 13:49they they let him go.
- 13:51They didn't let him go. The judge said,
- 13:55gave him a
- 13:56court date. That's it. Just gave him a court date and you appear in court.
- 14:02That's it. That's all this. That's all that judge said.
- 14:07So They don't that is
- 14:09that judge did that at about 01:30
- 14:12or 01:45 in the afternoon yesterday.
- 14:16They didn't release him till 07:00 that night.
- 14:21So I asked him, I said, well, what did they what did the judge say, brother? Nothing. The judge just gave me a court date,
- 14:26sent me out, and they took me back to the detention center. I said, that's it? Nothing else? Nothing?
- 14:33He said, no. That's it.
- 14:37Anyway, the minister
- 14:40said How did they how did they identify him?
- 14:44They didn't. They said he was an alien.
- 14:47If you won't give us a a your any of your more of your information,
- 14:52then you're gonna consider it an alien and
- 14:55will be detained in the ice.
- 15:02And he's a full blood Texan.
- 15:05Anyway, that's just the scenario. I mean, that's what happened.
- 15:09Unknown: Oh.
- 15:10So I'm I'm I'm somewhat
- 15:13into the conversation. Who is this we're talking about, Jerry?
- 15:17Sorry to be so late. My brother Jesse.
- 15:19No. That's okay. My brother Jesse.
- 15:23Unknown: Born in Texas.
- 15:25Unknown: He he's born he's in Carlsbad too, or is he in Texas when this happened? Yes. He lives he lives in Carlsbad, but ice
- 15:34Unknown: the ice agents detained him in in Lee County, Hobbs, New Mexico.
- 15:39Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 15:41Well,
- 15:42was he doing something wrong or is he just walking along? I mean, I'm assuming he speaks perfect English.
- 15:49Unknown: Yeah. He does.
- 15:51He he's quieter than I am. But, anyway, yes, he does. And, no. He was he was going,
- 15:56the ice hopper.
- 15:58The ice where they told him at that blockade.
- 16:01Right?
- 16:02Unknown: That's the what? The block? When he got The blockade?
- 16:06The block. The checkpoint. Yeah. The blockade. Checkpoint. Okay. It's a checkpoint. Yeah. Okay. Checkpoint. And
- 16:12Unknown: that's it. It was they had a ICE checkpoint.
- 16:16Unknown: I heard you gave his he gave his insurance card, and that's all.
- 16:20Well,
- 16:21Unknown: one thing is on him. He forgot his Is Trump
- 16:25Unknown: is Trump goat
- 16:26has Trump got ICE back into,
- 16:29getting migrants and deporting them? Evidently, he'd stopped for a while, I think. Right?
- 16:35Unknown: Yeah. For for a date because they didn't let him they didn't release my brother till 07:00
- 16:40last night.
- 16:42Wow. Okay. Well, maybe They they detained him since Friday.
- 16:46But and then Saturday,
- 16:49they rounded up six immigrants in Carlsbad
- 16:53about
- 16:54eight blocks from my house.
- 16:57They rounded up ICE agents rounded up
- 17:01about six five or six
- 17:04migrants
- 17:05and arrested them.
- 17:07Unknown: Yeah.
- 17:08Unknown: Saturday.
- 17:10Saturday morning at around 10:00. Uh-huh. Right.
- 17:15Unknown: But, anyway, I'm just saying. Anyway Okay. Well, sorry to be late. Sorry for your brother's problems. Oh, that's alright.
- 17:23I wonder if he's got any retaliation
- 17:25again potential retaliation
- 17:27against him for false arrest or something.
- 17:31Sorry to be so late. Gosh. I guess I celebrated too much on my birthday.
- 17:36That's, in in all these years,
- 17:38how many? God knows. That's the first time that's ever happened, so you were witness to it.
- 17:47I don't know. Here's what I do. I get up in the morning and and about,
- 17:52alarm goes off about eight
- 17:56not, about 08:40.
- 17:58And I get up, go to the bathroom, go take this pill. I'm supposed to take in the morning with sauerkraut,
- 18:04and, then you let it sit for at least ten minutes. So I reset the alarm for thirty minutes and go lay down until about fifteen after after nine.
- 18:14And, boy, I slept right through that second alarm this morning.
- 18:18Man,
- 18:19I'm Well, I'm sorry, Droyer. I need a refund, Droyer. I need a refund, please. Okay. Alright, boy. It's in the mail, buddy. Let me get the post office later. It's in the mail.
- 18:28I'm sure you missed something. I don't know what y'all talked about, but, of course, it's the July 21, the day after my big 70 birthday yesterday, which was a nice day.
- 18:38Didn't do anything really too special. Just went out and got some groceries with them and bought me a nice fillet,
- 18:44which I'll start carving up today and,
- 18:48just kinda hung around. We're caught up on the news, I guess.
- 18:52I guess we bombed the crap out of Iran over the weekend.
- 18:58I'm I'm I'm just at a loss with all this stuff, really.
- 19:04And and and they're playing they're playing with real fire now.
- 19:09All the other stuff, the potential close to straight, open to straight,
- 19:12but it is real fire now. Okay?
- 19:16And,
- 19:17so they're just in no telling where all this is going.
- 19:21It's, it's very it's very disconcerning,
- 19:23you know, that
- 19:24that Roger.
- 19:26We're about as close to the damn the the some big shit happening as in my lifetime. Yes, Julie. Good morning. Did you oversleep this morning, Julie? Birthday.
- 19:35Unknown: Happy birthday, Roger.
- 19:38Unknown: Belated. Thank you.
- 19:40Unknown: Belated. Sorry. I meant to say happy birthday to you on the phone yesterday, but you had already snuck off before I had I left. Yes. I was with that. Bamoose. So I wanted to let everybody know to go watch Stu Peters because he is livid. He is livid what's going on, And he has videos and everything of the bombings and what they're hitting and what they're doing. So you just go to the Stoop Peters network on Rumble and you can watch his hour and a half, hour and forty five minute
- 20:08video he just uploaded. And like I said, he is livid with this administration and what they're doing.
- 20:16Unknown: It's
- 20:17I'm I'm just beyond myself, you know, with the honestly, with Trump.
- 20:22And
- 20:24stop this.
- 20:25Stop this. Let the people alright.
- 20:28I all I've heard is they can't have a bomb. They can't have a bomb. What about Israel and their damn
- 20:34100 of them? Why do they get to have one? Why don't they have to be in the IEAA?
- 20:39Why don't they ever have to cocktail up to any of these damn rules? Why ain't they ever mentioned?
- 20:44Unknown: They're never mentioned. They're just all bullshit.
- 20:47Unknown: Creep. And, Roger, what they're also doing,
- 20:50to,
- 20:51the other countries, what they're doing to Beirut, what they're doing to,
- 20:56you know, and they're just it's like it's expansion. It's like seize seizure.
- 21:00It's like Yeah. What the IRS does. Just seizure and take take and seizure and grasp and lean and levy and just just take it. It's ours. We're gonna just take it.
- 21:10Yep. That's what they're doing, and they're doing that all over the Middle East. And You know what? Russia's next. Russia's next. They're gonna start bombing that country next.
- 21:19Unknown: Tell me. Yes. I know. I know. Hey, Joe. Good morning. Did you sleep late this morning?
- 21:25No. No. I bet I bet Joe gets up
- 21:28I bet Joe gets up about 04:30.
- 21:31Unknown: I got up at 03:00 this morning. I was on the dozer, had it running at 6AM.
- 21:36Unknown: There you go. Sorry, man. I'm just a little sloucher. Okay.
- 21:40Unknown: But,
- 21:41you know,
- 21:43they're labeling Iran
- 21:45as a terrorist nation, one thing or another. But, you know, must we forget North Korea?
- 21:53Unknown: Yeah.
- 21:54Yeah.
- 21:55Unknown: What about North Korea? They were gonna just bomb the world.
- 22:00Unknown: I know. No.
- 22:02We gotta we gotta have something out front so we can do the Israel's dirty work in the frigging background.
- 22:09This is the deal.
- 22:11Unknown: All because these countries won't allow private central banks to control their money.
- 22:16Unknown: Well, this is a little more yep. Probably. I'm not sure about the Iran Central Bank. That's a good point, Lisa, but they want this greater Israel thing.
- 22:27Where is okay. They want this greater Israel thing.
- 22:31Unknown: And But Lisa's right.
- 22:34But Lisa's right about that, Roger, because that's what it is, the one world order for global. Right. Communism has to include the world world control of the financial system, and that's why they're going after Iran. They want the rare earth minerals. They want all of their resources, plus they wanna control their financial system. And same thing with Russia. There's 75,000,000,000,000
- 22:53of rare earth minerals and resources. You can't control the bank, and they don't them.
- 22:59Unknown: Era.
- 23:02And their oil, don't forget they got a few a few reservoirs of oil underneath there too.
- 23:09They this has been going on for, you know, a long time. This is part of the greater Israel
- 23:14project that they've been talking about since Ben Gurion.
- 23:18They wear the damn patch on their uniform, their military uniforms.
- 23:22It's all part and parcel. They want all the resources. They want everything. Yes. They can't stand it if there's a pile of wealth sitting over there that you have and they don't own it and control it. And, that's just their drive.
- 23:35They want Russia because that's the only place in the world they could possibly get enough
- 23:41to overcome the debt
- 23:43that they have hypothecated
- 23:45and that we're in worldwide
- 23:47in this system of slavery.
- 23:51Or they, where they run the system off our backs, and there's, oh, I don't know, four, five, six, seven layers of interest, compound interest there in between,
- 24:00and it compiles up to where there's just in our country $40,000,000,000,000
- 24:04worth of debt that's hypothecated.
- 24:06It's false.
- 24:08See, there's the power right there of what we do.
- 24:12It gets you out of the tax system, and we can confront them on the debt.
- 24:19It's all fraud.
- 24:20See you. Bye.
- 24:23Here now there is something we could do. If we could ever, get enough people, I mean, these are what ifs. K?
- 24:30If we could ever get enough people, we could ever go up there and take over and go back and look in records that they've kept and get into the bowels of the treasury department,
- 24:40Julie.
- 24:41We could go back and take that QSIP number, I think. I don't know this intimately.
- 24:46Could take that QSIP number,
- 24:48go back and identify what accounts it goes to or where the coupon goes to, the payment.
- 24:54And if it goes to one of their types of accounts, you just don't pay it. If it goes to mom and pop down the street, you had a portfolio with some bonds in it, you pay them.
- 25:05But you gotta get a lot further down the line than we're gonna get in my lifetime. Okay? But there's a potential
- 25:12solution,
- 25:13I think. But, yeah, they own them, and they're buying them because, oh, I learned this the other day, Julie. I thought this was kinda interesting.
- 25:20Another offhand comment.
- 25:25All the bonds,
- 25:27who holds them?
- 25:30Unknown: Julie, you know? Retirement accounts now, they're all all being forced to. No. No.
- 25:37Unknown: No. All the bonds that, like, China owns and Japan that's been buying our debt, who owns them? Who holds them? The Federal Reserve.
- 25:47Yeah.
- 25:48They don't let the bonds circulate.
- 25:50The Federal Reserve hold them.
- 25:55So if you wanna sell and they don't wanna sell, they're not gonna sell your bonds that they hold.
- 26:04Unknown: Yeah. It's all a Ponzi scheme. Whoo. Boy, these guys are slick,
- 26:08Unknown: slick, slick.
- 26:11Unknown: And then you got the school bond, a debacle, which is Ponzi scheme, which is even worse than the Federal Reserve debt.
- 26:18And
- 26:19then you got
- 26:20the IRS
- 26:21stuff. I'm
- 26:23studying a lot of Ramsey Dave Champion's
- 26:27information,
- 26:27and there's no way in God's name IRS will ever go away. They got to have that $3,000,000,000,000
- 26:33a year that they collect
- 26:35to pay the interest on the debt. Otherwise, we really go bankrupt.
- 26:39Unknown: Yeah. True.
- 26:44Unknown: True. True. Do you know that regarding the IRS scam out there? Who's Dave? Do know that? Who's Dave? No. Pardon me, Julie. I'm sorry. I hate to interrupt. Who's Dave Champion, please? Oh, you gotta go read his book. Dave champ nobody knows the real estate code better than Dave Champion. You come text shattering
- 27:02the myth.
- 27:03Okay.
- 27:04He's amazing. And and
- 27:07and, you know, he goes in and, like, you're not even an employee. All of these w fours, w nines, w eight b e n, you are not required to fill those out.
- 27:17And your
- 27:18employer is committing a felony.
- 27:21I think it's under title 18 called subordination of perjury by making you fill one out.
- 27:27Only one those are required to is an agent who's representing
- 27:32either a foreign corporation
- 27:34or nonresident alien generating US sourced income. Those are the only people that are required to withhold. And so them withholding
- 27:43on ours,
- 27:45big, big, big crime they're committing.
- 27:48Anyway,
- 27:49he
- 27:50went over the
- 27:53people who are in the know and the people who are not in the know of the biggest
- 27:58tax scam and the biggest fraud ever perpetuated
- 28:02on The U. S. People in American history.
- 28:05And you'd be surprised to know that of over
- 28:08100,000
- 28:09IRS employees,
- 28:10probably only one or two at the top that know. And it's the Chief Compliance
- 28:15Enforcement Officer
- 28:16who's been there about forty years.
- 28:19And one other person in charge of tax exempt entities and government entities,
- 28:25Edward Killen,
- 28:27and this other person that knows, and that's it. So if you're addressing the
- 28:32Attorney General or the Inspector General of the Treasury or even the Head of the Treasury or anybody in Congress, they don't know about the scam and there's a reason for it. They're not supposed to know about the scam. The two people that know the most are these enforcement officers. And what they do is when you write letters to these various agencies,
- 28:51if you are correct in your statements you're making, that Chief Enforcement Officer will go make have those individual master files and business master files
- 29:01marked. And he will go to his
- 29:03subordinates and tell them, leave this Social Security number alone.
- 29:08This person is in the know.
- 29:10And they don't want you bringing any of this into any courtroom and other people finding out about the scam. And so they'll stop the threatening letters. But there's very few people that know all the people who are appointed
- 29:23to these four year or eight year presidential terms, they're not in the know at all about the scam.
- 29:34Alrighty. Are you?
- 29:37Unknown: Okay. Well, it's just, you
- 29:39know, no big news. It's just layer upon layer of fraud. So some we know about, some we don't.
- 29:48It's a lot. It's a bunch to see what these people have done. Boy, they're all what is what did Jefferson call them? Miners and sappers?
- 29:56Miners and sappers.
- 29:58You gotta watch out for the miners and the sappers that go underneath and and destroy your foundation. That's what these people have done. That's who they are.
- 30:09Roger.
- 30:09Good morning. Yes. Is that Larry?
- 30:12I'm gonna have to go get him another Yeah. Good morning. Coffee in a second here. Good morning, Larry.
- 30:18Unknown: Yeah. So right before you got on,
- 30:21I don't know if you heard, but there's couple of I did. People talking about
- 30:25you wanna make
- 30:27sure that you
- 30:28attend a trial by jury
- 30:31and not a jury trial.
- 30:33And I personally think that is
- 30:36just patriot mythology.
- 30:38We've gone over this with Brent Winters several times over the years,
- 30:42and he agrees.
- 30:45And here's what I'm basing that on. If you go to the 1849
- 30:50California constitution,
- 30:52which is the first constitution
- 30:54that they that they established
- 30:56before
- 30:57they entered the union states,
- 31:01and you go to article one section three,
- 31:05you will find this statement.
- 31:08The right of jury
- 31:09by trial
- 31:11shall be secured
- 31:12by all
- 31:14and remain and violate forever,
- 31:16but a jury trial may be waived by the parties.
- 31:20So the California constitution of 1849,
- 31:24before they entered the union,
- 31:26is using those terms synonymously.
- 31:31So to me, I don't think it's a big deal.
- 31:34Unknown: I I I thought a grand jury is when you go in, they call people, and you get and the prosecutor can bring people in front of them, get a true bill as their object.
- 31:45And they bring the true bill when that's charged and they bring the charges.
- 31:49I think a petite
- 31:51jury is only six people
- 31:53instead of 12.
- 31:57Unknown: The California constitution does address a grand jury, but that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the terms
- 32:03trial by jury and jury trial.
- 32:05There's a lot of there's a lot of Holy. You know, misunderstanding going around the patriot communion
- 32:11for decades
- 32:12that you wanna be known as a person that attends a trial by jury. And I'm I'm trying to say there's no difference.
- 32:19Unknown: I've I'm with Are you sure, Larry? Because, you know, they do they have flipped so many things with simple little word changes like
- 32:28Ohio State versus State of Ohio.
- 32:33Unknown: I don't know. I'm gonna give another So if you look at the California constitution
- 32:37Unknown: of 1849,
- 32:39do you know how it's titled?
- 32:43It's titled
- 32:45the constitution
- 32:48of the state of California
- 32:501849,
- 32:52and everything is in all capital letters.
- 32:56And this is before they entered the union.
- 33:01So
- 33:02I just think there's no difference.
- 33:10Unknown: Roger, if I may.
- 33:17Unknown: Hello?
- 33:20Unknown: I Roger said he was gonna have to go get another cup of coffee in a minute, so go ahead, Dave. Oh, we did. We did. Well, I just wanted to tell him that a a petit jury is
- 33:31Unknown: 12 people and a grand jury is 24
- 33:34or 25.
- 33:38Unknown: Okay.
- 33:41Unknown: So what is it during the sixth? Larry is wrong. You know, that that that
- 33:47constitution
- 33:48for the the
- 33:49state of California,
- 33:52that's de facto. Okay? In 1849,
- 33:56they were already de facto.
- 33:59So
- 34:00that the a a jury of your peers is a
- 34:05jury
- 34:06a trial by jury.
- 34:08Those people know you.
- 34:10You don't get tried, you know, over in Wisconsin
- 34:14when you live in Michigan.
- 34:15You get tried in your county where you grew up and where everybody knows you.
- 34:20And they pick from a pool of jurors that know you and they know your character and they can judge your character.
- 34:28And a a try a jury trial touch just a random sampling of people in the state that know nothing about you.
- 34:37That that's how they flipped it.
- 34:40I'm sorry, Larry. You're wrong, and so is mister Winters,
- 34:45I yield.
- 34:51Unknown: What were we wrong about, Dave?
- 34:54Trial by jury and jury trial thing?
- 34:58Unknown: Yeah.
- 34:59Unknown: Hey. I have mute now. Well, you know, I I think it's a mute I think it's a mute point because we try not to get people in front of a jury. Y'all always wanna argue the jury shit. You always wanna go in court. We try and keep you out of there.
- 35:16Unknown: I agree.
- 35:18If you end up in court,
- 35:21you can demand
- 35:23a trial by jury, and they will never give it to you. There's a guy in Michigan who was part of our assembly,
- 35:30Raj,
- 35:31that he's been fighting travel,
- 35:33right,
- 35:34for a long, long time. He ended up leaving Michigan, but he had he had demanded
- 35:41a a trial by jury,
- 35:44a jury of his peers, and he was a national,
- 35:48okay, and and an assemblyman. And he demanded that only people
- 35:53in in you know, that were of like minds would be able to be on his jury jury. And they never put that together, and they dismissed everything
- 36:03because his
- 36:04demands were in writing.
- 36:06Right? He did everything in writing,
- 36:08and they ended up dismissing it all because they could not put together a jury of his peers and and know that they would win. They would lose. Okay.
- 36:18Unknown: Well, that may be true if the judge knew what was going on. There's a distinct difference between those two, and I do understand the jury of your peers thing and the difference.
- 36:27Again, we try and keep you out of. And if you're getting into a position where you gotta go through this right here, you're doing something wrong. No.
- 36:35Unknown: No. You're not.
- 36:36Let let me give you a real example. In court. You wouldn't be in court. No.
- 36:42No. You don't have to do anything wrong to wind up in court. Right. You don't you don't have to. Let
- 36:49me just give you a recent example without sharing any of the details about the individual person.
- 36:55Somebody
- 36:56gets pulled over by a cop that is proceeding on a presumption of what is going on in his microscopic little brain that this person was doing something and made him a bad boy,
- 37:08and that cop
- 37:09was in was bent on writing him a ticket for being a bad boy. Now this guy was not being a bad boy, so he said, I'm not signing that ticket.
- 37:20The whole thing blew up into the guy being arrested,
- 37:24a cash bond being issued,
- 37:26he got sucked into the system by being bodily
- 37:31drug out of his vehicle
- 37:33and arrested.
- 37:35They held him for two and a half hours, they assessed
- 37:38an exorbitant
- 37:40bond,
- 37:41infinitely higher amount than it should have been.
- 37:44They took
- 37:46his refusal
- 37:48to sign the ticket
- 37:50as
- 37:54impeding justice,
- 37:58and
- 37:59now
- 37:59he's got to go to court.
- 38:02He went to court once. They didn't have his paperwork, so they rescheduled it. Now he's going to court again,
- 38:09where the only thing he'll be able to do is enter a plea, and then they're gonna set another court date for him to actually fight for his innocence
- 38:18and to clear his good name
- 38:20just because
- 38:22some cop
- 38:24had
- 38:25an inkling in his microscopic
- 38:27little brain that he was doing something wrong. Now this is a guy that follows the rules, he obeys the laws.
- 38:35He's actually got training in law enforcement
- 38:38from a long, long time ago.
- 38:41He knows how the system is supposed to work, and he got captured.
- 38:45He did nothing wrong, and he got captured. And he's gonna find himself in court because that's the only way he can defend himself.
- 38:54This
- 38:55is
- 38:56Unknown: not example, Paul.
- 38:58Unknown: This is not the America
- 39:00that you left,
- 39:03Raj.
- 39:04Unknown: Hey, Paul. Another
- 39:05good example is this young lady who got
- 39:08a picture got taken
- 39:10on with the flock camera while she was driving with a phone sticking in her it's actually sitting between her legs on the seats seats,
- 39:18and they sent her a mail ticket for in the mail for 200 and some dollars. That's another reason that's another way you wind up
- 39:26in there in the system when
- 39:29you have done absolutely nothing wrong.
- 39:32Unknown: Exactly.
- 39:33Absolutely nothing wrong.
- 39:36Oh.
- 39:38Unknown: Yeah. I I know What do you expect when they have a requirement
- 39:42that if your IQ's over a $100, they won't hire you? Yeah. Right.
- 39:48Unknown: That's it. So
- 39:50my problem with the system is that some cop,
- 39:54some sub 100 IQ
- 39:56idiot
- 39:58can, with the stroke of a pen, turn your life inside out and force you to liquidate your own personal assets
- 40:06Unknown: just to defend your innocence. Yeah. So so can a prosecutor can do that too. There's no check and balances for him. At least there's a check and balance for the cop.
- 40:16Unknown: Yeah.
- 40:18Unknown: You know, as the long as I've been doing this,
- 40:22years now,
- 40:23when people come up with a with a standard question of what happens when this doesn't work.
- 40:29I said, well, I guess we all know what time it is, don't we? Yeah. I think we're past that. See what's going on up there. Well, you can see what's going on up there, and you, I mean, you know, Israel about to merge with our military intelligence,
- 40:41everything else, all the things that are happening,
- 40:44all the travesties like this one we just heard about and all that shit. Well, I guess we kinda know what time it is, don't we?
- 40:51Unknown: Flock cameras.
- 40:52Flock cameras are just the tip of the iceberg because they're connected to an integrated intelligence
- 40:58gathering system.
- 41:00I Yes. I watched a video this morning, again, sent to me by the same person who got captured. Captured. Okay?
- 41:08I watched a video this morning, and the flock cameras are integrated into a technology that the cameras are not only taking
- 41:16multiple pictures
- 41:18of cars that go by, they're taking pictures of pedestrians,
- 41:22they're taking pictures of bicyclists,
- 41:25and they are also pinging the Bluetooth devices
- 41:29within
- 41:30that range,
- 41:31and they are actually assembling
- 41:33not only a visual profile,
- 41:36but a
- 41:38digital
- 41:39footprint.
- 41:40They're picking up your earbuds, your AirTag,
- 41:43they're picking up the Bluetooth in your car,
- 41:46they're picking up the Bluetooth in your phone,
- 41:49they're picking up your Fitbit,
- 41:51that thing that you're wearing on your wrist or your ring finger
- 41:56that is tracking your biometric
- 41:58data, and they're also grabbing the biometric
- 42:02data. They're building
- 42:03this digital footprint for every man, woman, and child globally,
- 42:09and
- 42:10flock cameras are just a
- 42:12small piece of that pie.
- 42:14Is
- 42:17gone
- 42:18way overboard,
- 42:19Unknown: way overboard. It's called
- 42:21it's called digitizing
- 42:23your soul.
- 42:25Unknown: Yep. Yes.
- 42:32Unknown: I saw a video about a grandma in her sixties lived in Tennessee.
- 42:37AI identified her as a suspect in a North Dakota bank fraud case.
- 42:43She's never been to North never
- 42:45been to North Dakota.
- 42:48She could very easily prove that she was in Tennessee at the time. They did the cops didn't investigate any of that. She spent five months in jail, lost her house, her car. Oh. Just about everything.
- 43:01Unknown: Oh my god.
- 43:05Well,
- 43:07folks, it wasn't like we didn't tell you it was coming years ago.
- 43:11Everybody said, well, look what's happening in Europe. What's happening in England is coming to us. Well, it's here.
- 43:17K?
- 43:19There is one good thing about the, flock cameras, though,
- 43:24is that it is
- 43:27amalgamating
- 43:28groups of people who were previously fighting over other issues.
- 43:33And now they found a central issue to amalgamate
- 43:36on, and it scares the hell out of the people. It's one of the few things that's brought people together
- 43:41against them.
- 43:43K?
- 43:44And they're being effective against it too evidently in some of the early battles. So,
- 43:50we'll see. Maybe there's a there's a pony in the stocking somewhere, Paul. Just keep your hand in there long enough, buddy.
- 43:57Unknown: There's a pony in the stocking.
- 43:59Unknown: So I I think it's pretty Just keep holding. Keep looking. Keep reaching around. You'll find it if you just keep your arm down there long enough. Go ahead.
- 44:08Unknown: Yeah.
- 44:11Yeah. Okay. I won't say that. Was
- 44:15were gonna be out there. Something to do with Reach Around just came it just came to mind, and they don't even give you the benefit of that, but Please.
- 44:22I'm not gonna say that. So,
- 44:26anyways,
- 44:26I think it's
- 44:28very, very clear
- 44:30that
- 44:33there has to be a cohesive group of nationals. There has to be people that are together and that are watching out for each other, and by and large, we do a very, very good job of that.
- 44:46And
- 44:47we just need to keep going. We just need to keep doing that. I'm
- 44:55Unknown: I'm shocked by the fact I I would've thought we'd have hell taken everything over by now. All of my delusions are grandeur all these years. So, yeah, people are gonna hear this. They're gonna wake right up. I remember Paul in Atlanta in the early days.
- 45:10We're still having those Wednesday night, Tuesday night meetings, whatever they were, and you drive, you know, along the interstate. You got the barriers between all those cars are coming the other way, and you're in your own little lane. You're driving,
- 45:21your mind's kinda thinking. You know? And I think,
- 45:25god, I wonder if I could just reach over the the barrier here and talk to every one of those people just so you understand what's happening. Just let me in front of a judge. I'll explain this to him, and we'll just get this whole damn thing solved solved.
- 45:39Unknown: Yeah.
- 45:40Unknown: Doesn't quite work like that, folks, I found.
- 45:44Unknown: Nope. Not quite.
- 45:46Unknown: Not even
- 45:48close.
- 45:50They want to call you ugly names.
- 45:54They hurl invectives at you occasionally
- 45:59and call you ugly names. I guarantee I've been called every name under the sun. All I am here is I feel like you know, when I hesitate to say this, I feel like Jesus in some respects is this right here. He goes, would you hate me because I tell you the truth? And you know what? By god, they will.
- 46:17Yes. They will hate you.
- 46:19I'm
- 46:20here as a testament.
- 46:24K?
- 46:25Unbelievable.
- 46:26You
- 46:27know you know my
- 46:29you know, all that fiasco I went through a year ago, so about right now.
- 46:33And you remember we had the initial thing, and then they started trying to serve me a,
- 46:39it wasn't a cease and desist. It was, kind of a just stay away.
- 46:44I can't remember what you call it.
- 46:46Unknown: Restraining order.
- 46:48Unknown: Restraining order. Thank you.
- 46:50And my landlord, because she's the one that ended up with us all in Spanish.
- 46:54And
- 46:56on there referring to the accident
- 47:00who which was in the original thing he put out, said I was on drugs when I had the accident. I was not. Okay?
- 47:07And,
- 47:08then
- 47:09in the, restraining order, instead of he how you referred to the accident
- 47:16and I know Glover, the guy that wrote this, he lived in Chile when he was younger, so he speaks a little Spanish. You know? And,
- 47:23in the restraining order as it referred to the accident,
- 47:27the statement was
- 47:29people need to know this guy killed six people in Argentina.
- 47:33That was the way he phrased it for the cops.
- 47:36Now
- 47:38that is hatred.
- 47:39It's just pure hatred,
- 47:40and I can see it. I've seen it in his eyes and some of the other things, especially the way this thing developed.
- 47:46And
- 47:48it also brings forth a verse that's it talks about the Jesus as you travel the world and make a proselytite,
- 47:55and he becomes twice the child of hell as you are.
- 47:59That right there.
- 48:01Oh, boy. That's true. Okay? And so I've through this incident, especially, a few of these things that are very biblical
- 48:09have just taken life.
- 48:13Okay? For me, anyway. And so just unusual. I I I was thinking last night just saying,
- 48:20god. How biblical this is?
- 48:22And it's of course, I've recognized that for a while. I don't talk about it too much. But it's
- 48:27that way, and that's the way it is. And by god, if you tell them the truth, they're gonna hate you. The world does not like or want generally the truth. We're a very few exceptions
- 48:38for they have a love of the truth. That's us.
- 48:42For they have not loved the truth, I'll spend the illusion where they'll believe this giganto
- 48:48lie.
- 48:49And, buddy, they not only believe it, they'll fight you for it.
- 48:55So, anyway, just my observations here in my
- 48:59at the start of my seventy eighth year, Paul.
- 49:02First day of my seventy eighth year, I overslept.
- 49:07What does that say?
- 49:10Let's hope that's not a sign of times to come. It might be an omen. Hell, it might be an omen.
- 49:18Oh, jeez. Too funny.
- 49:22Unknown: So the old Rogue tied one on last night. It's just like the old rock and roll days, Rogue?
- 49:28Unknown: No. You know, I I don't I don't even drink.
- 49:32I mean, I smoke a little pot every now and then, but I just don't drink. Haven't in a while since I was in Argentina.
- 49:37I did plenty of wine drinking down there to last me for a few years.
- 49:42I just don't like the case to alcohol.
- 49:44I hate being around drunks.
- 49:46I hate what it does to people generally.
- 49:49And I just and I don't like the way, you know, most of the stuff tastes, and so I just don't deal with it.
- 49:56And, of course, my father's alcoholic and all that. I'm sure that had a that had an effect somewhere along the line. But,
- 50:03no, I just live
- 50:05just a quiet little old elderly life, pretty good shape for my age, and
- 50:10brain's still good and active. Body's still still doing damn good for 78.
- 50:17I could use a little exercise.
- 50:19You know, the my
- 50:21my Paul, do you ever do you ever get that irresistible urge to exercise?
- 50:33I guess that means yes.
- 50:37Comment.
- 50:38You know what? No. Well, what I do what I do, Paul, when I get that is I go lay down until it passes. So I'm a little wax in the exercise department. Okay?
- 50:51Tom.
- 50:52Tom.
- 50:53Morning, Tom.
- 50:55Did you celebrate my birthday with us yesterday, Tom? Happy
- 51:00Unknown: birthday, buddy.
- 51:02Unknown: Thank you.
- 51:03Unknown: I couldn't make it yesterday. I was really busy, but did you get my birthday present?
- 51:09Unknown: If it's an email, I haven't checked my email yet. What? Otherwise,
- 51:14Unknown: no. I sent you I sent you a Jim Willey interview the other night.
- 51:18Unknown: Oh, I didn't see that. I didn't
- 51:21Unknown: I didn't see that. New Jim Willey interview.
- 51:25Unknown: Wow. Yep. I can't imagine I wouldn't have looked at that.
- 51:28I'll have to go back and look, Tom. Oh, I know what I wanted to tell you on this new email client you're using.
- 51:35You don't send you don't send hyperlinks.
- 51:38You're gonna have to go in and figure out if they're able to make it a hyperlink. Yeah. It's a it's a
- 51:44new one on my phone that I had to I'll fix that. I'm sorry. I didn't realize okay. I don't mind cutting in patience. You know, I've been doing it for you. Then I won't send hyperlinks then if it's okay. No. It's I'd be I was just letting you know. For me, it's either way. But for your other people, they may go, what the hell is Tom doing? He's really getting very respectful here. Yeah. Well, it's a new phone. I had to get a different client because I don't have a Samsung.
- 52:08Unknown: And, boy, it's amazing that how much you
- 52:12well, I realized how good Samsung is
- 52:15compared to some of this other stuff, but at least I'm working with the I'm working close with the,
- 52:22the programmer or the person who wrote the, app for the email. So I'm helping them,
- 52:27you know, tweak it and get it better. But Oh, okay. Your, your comment about not drinking, that's, you know what? I've never I mean,
- 52:36you know, I I maybe once a year, I'll get a six pack of beer for, like, Oktoberfest or something, and I think I still got half of it in the fridge in the garage.
- 52:47And
- 52:47I just you know, my father was
- 52:50my father drank like no tomorrow. It was you know, he drank six to eight quarts a day,
- 52:56and
- 52:57never did I ever see him even tipsy. I don't know. He must have a hollow leg or something,
- 53:03but, you know, we always had a nice home. You know, we've had money. They didn't abuse us. I mean, we got beat, you know, when we were you know, that was just the way it was when we grew up. Probably you too.
- 53:14But, you know, we got the belt. But other than that, you know I can You know, but I can still hear it. In the VFW.
- 53:21I grew up in the VFW.
- 53:23You know? Uh-huh.
- 53:24Unknown: I I can still nine years old.
- 53:27Unknown: I can still hear the echoes.
- 53:29This is gonna hurt me more than it's gonna hurt you. I can hear that. Yeah. And my father never swore,
- 53:36Unknown: never used you know, he always told me, he says, you can you can say anything you need to say without swearing.
- 53:43I mean, the bigger the the most the thing the worst thing he ever said was,
- 53:47Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. That was it. That was the Can you believe? With
- 53:53Unknown: you on this topic, from your father's age at that point
- 53:57to where the president of The United States is hurling the f bomb at the enemies publicly. I know.
- 54:04How far have we come? I know. You know? I thought it was something in the nineties
- 54:09when all of a sudden, we I thought, oh my god. They're discussing oral sex at the dinner table.
- 54:17Unknown: Well, hell. Even Biden even Biden the effort. Public.
- 54:22Yeah. Yeah. Even Biden didn't seem to swear in public. You know? Was it? Know, Julie Clinton was a whole different story.
- 54:30Unknown: Boy, Julie sent me an interview with a guy the other day, with Bob Barnes with a guy.
- 54:39Listen. Barnes is even totally publicly against him now, and he used to represent him. You know?
- 54:45And he's going in. It's this. And he said, my friends that know
- 54:49this say it's a certain
- 54:51indication
- 54:52of early dementia.
- 54:53And you start making vacillating
- 54:55decisions,
- 54:56will it be this one day and this the next day and things like that that we're seeing in Trump's act actions.
- 55:05Wow.
- 55:07Yeah. That's about all I can say is wow. You don't know what to expect. It's it's it's an unbelievable situation that we're in. I feel like we're in a dryer.
- 55:17Unknown: Is that a good description? Around and round and round.
- 55:20Unknown: Every
- 55:21Unknown: now and there, you hear ding dong dong dong some noise. You know? Or the quarter the quarter that fell out of your pocket hits you in the head.
- 55:29Unknown: Something like that. You know, my
- 55:32my old buddy who used to is,
- 55:34he was in the square grouper business.
- 55:38You know you know about square groupers?
- 55:41Square what?
- 55:43Groupers.
- 55:45Bloopers
- 55:47like mistakes? Groupers like the fish. Square Oh, oh, oh, yeah. He
- 55:53was in the square
- 55:55grouper business down in Florida when he was young. Oh. And he lived out in Yeah.
- 56:02Pot. Bales
- 56:03of pot. Square groupers. Oh,
- 56:06Unknown: now I know what you're talking about. Okay.
- 56:09Unknown: So he lived in Colorado.
- 56:11Saw any of those.
- 56:13He lived in Colorado when he wasn't working,
- 56:16and his girlfriend say, well, hell, I used to love to go to the dryer, and I'd open the dryer and $100 bills would come out.
- 56:25Unknown: Oh, jeez.
- 56:27There's nothing wrong with that.
- 56:30Long time ago. Did you hear about, did you hear about somebody,
- 56:34setting off a bomb in front of the Federal Building in, New York yesterday?
- 56:39Unknown: I yesterday? No. I have not. See, I'm out of I'm out of the loop. You know? I mean, I was watching the braves last night. Got
- 56:46finished with that. Tried to watch,
- 56:49went over and watched the remnants of Alex and stuff. And, so, no, that I didn't hear about it. A bomb went off in front of the federal Building.
- 56:57Unknown: Yeah. They set up some kind of thing. I mean, it wasn't a big mess, but it was it was a big fire, and and, actually, they they snatched the guy right away.
- 57:07Yeah. Caught him, and I don't know what's happened with him, but it was, you know, it was it was a little bit of a fire there. They set off and then came something to cause they set up a fire and then threw something in there that blew up and then
- 57:21something like that. I don't know. It's
- 57:24Unknown: Oh, folks. Anyway get out of the city's got oh, man. I'm
- 57:28Unknown: Yeah. But Mondani can live there. You know? You know? Mondani every day. But, anyway, I wanted to say the guy who was talking about the woman who got caught with the cell phone between her legs. Remember about
- 57:40about ten days ago or so, I told people about these crotch cameras,
- 57:45and that's exactly what that was. They've got cameras that look down into your car. They're aimed to look down into the driver's seat
- 57:53and see if you've got your phone on your lap or if you're texting mess texting people and stuff. And Or Yeah. Or whatever. Should do is take a everybody should take a picture of their cell
- 58:06phone,
- 58:07put it and make a self seat out of it, a picture with you know, keep a carry a picture of a cell phone between your legs, you know, just a piece of paper with a picture of a cell phone on it and put it up between your legs and drive around with that.
- 58:21And
- 58:22Folks. Well, I'm
- 58:25Unknown: sorry. When you're having cameras above you shoot down into your crotch while you're driving,
- 58:32boy, we're real. We're
- 58:34we're in real uncharted
- 58:36territory,
- 58:37folks.
- 58:38I know. Yikes. We're just starting to hear about it and see about it. Yeah. Mahalo, I'm trying to tap dance here, Tom, because in just a minute, we're gonna get Paul's little, top of the hour break. And Yeah. Well, real quick then. I'm gonna cop I'm gonna hop off here because I wanna have my coffee before it gets cold. But,
- 58:56Unknown: Julie, if you're around, if you can, I'll give you a call after the show. And, boy, Larry, I'd like to talk to you too, but I don't know. You seem to be really busy. Yes. Yeah.
- 59:06Unknown: I'll hold you. Talking. Are you calm? Well, hold on. Yes.
- 59:10Hold on. Wait for the music.
- 59:12Unknown: We'll be finished in just a second. Larry's just getting back from two weeks of vacation, so give him a break. We're gonna hear Paul
- 59:19just about here in a second.
- 59:22Unknown: Thank you for joining us for the Radio Ranch with Roger Sails on

- 1:01:11You betcha we are.
- 1:01:14Day of March 7, the eighth year I oversleep.
- 1:01:17Good god. Go ahead, Julie.
- 1:01:20Unknown: Yeah. Tom and Tom's still here. Yeah. Tom, I'll call you later on. I have a new response to your letter based on new information that I have that I sent Larry yesterday evening. Okay. But I think for your letter, I just need to cut paste and, send it to Larry for a review and hopefully that will work to get you out of your situation. Yes. Rewrote it too. So, maybe I'll send you I got that a one. To
- 1:01:41Trust me. I got a better one. I got a one and two people that you need to copy that will knock them on their rear end. So I'll call you this afternoon. Thank you very much. That's fine. I'll wait for you. God. Okay. Look at some of the things we have going on on the sidebar of the show. Lord have mercy.
- 1:01:57Unknown: Okay. Back for the second. Well, you know, just I got a I got a letter that said,
- 1:02:03dear taxpayer,
- 1:02:04we miss you.
- 1:02:07And,
- 1:02:08so we're working on that. I'll let you know the results when I get it. Okay. Well, don't don't say you're not a taxpayer in the response, whoever's gonna draft
- 1:02:18Unknown: something for you here.
- 1:02:20Unknown: Because if you owe any $8.70 Yes. I am gonna oh, yes. I am gonna say that. I'm we're not a taxpayer. We are not a taxpayer.
- 1:02:28Unknown: If he Nope. See, I I disagree with that because there's taxes that we owe. We pay. We pay. You got that? I got the information. Y'all wanna split hairs against a jury trial to trial by jury, here's something you can split hairs on.
- 1:02:43Yeah. It's there's taxes you can owe in the tax code. You are a taxpayer
- 1:02:49if you owe those taxes.
- 1:02:51Unknown: Even if you're an action owe those taxes. You do not owe those taxes that you think you saying the only code that the tax applies to are nonresident aliens with US sourced income, foreign corporations with US sourced income,
- 1:03:05Unknown: they're incidences that support you abroad in a foreign country or in or owing foreign I'm a Okay. I'm a go back to bed and I'm a go back to bed and let Julie teach the show here because
- 1:03:16Unknown: Yeah. But this kind of Don't worry. Well, the reason viewing everything. You know? Okay. We're we're over here on jurisdiction
- 1:03:23because I hated that kind of shit right there. Okay? Yeah. So, anyway, just so you know. I got an I got a lot of experience in this over the years. It's like you know? So I'm reviewing everything. I'm I'm haven't made a decision exactly what I'm gonna do,
- 1:03:37but, you know, we're
- 1:03:39Unknown: Well, are there any threats? Are there any threats? Is it a a
- 1:03:44Unknown: we No.
- 1:03:45It's just a it's just a computer generated form letter.
- 1:03:49Unknown: Okay. Unsigned.
- 1:03:51Computer generated no threats. Alright.
- 1:03:53Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. We're that's a thing I'm I'm working on. Okay. Okay.
- 1:03:57Fantastic. And let us know let us know when you never hear back. Which way I'm gonna go. So I'm Alright. I'm reviewing all the I'm reviewing all the evidence, reviewing all of the options,
- 1:04:08Unknown: and Yes, sir. We'll see what happens. Okay. Yes, sir. Well, let me ask you another question. When was the last time you heard from our friends there?
- 1:04:17Unknown: It's been years.
- 1:04:20Unknown: You know? Okay. Well, that's interesting. They're plowing back. Generally, if you haven't filed in a long time,
- 1:04:27after seven years, it seems, I can't give you a chapter and verse that you fall through the cracks.
- 1:04:34They may deem you uncollectible,
- 1:04:36what whatever,
- 1:04:37unless you go request your individual master file, which you can do if you want to.
- 1:04:43Yeah. You can see all the list. They got you t p is 40. That's a tax protester.
- 1:04:49All all you got you
- 1:04:51manufacturing truck bodies in Puerto Rico and all that crap. So good luck if you that's why
- 1:04:59Unknown: Well, you know that that that term, it all depends on where you put the comma.
- 1:05:03Are you an illegal tax comma protester or an illegal comma tax protester? Please.
- 1:05:10Unknown: Please. You're making me puke. I I hear you. Hold on. Yes. Go ahead.
- 1:05:17Unknown: I I would so I've seen probably about, like, two, three thousand of those letters.
- 1:05:24And
- 1:05:25Unknown: Oh, hey. It's Joe. Hey, Joe. Hey.
- 1:05:29Unknown: Hey, Roger. Yep. So I've seen about two to 3,000 of those letters. I can't give you an exact number because it's been a lot.
- 1:05:35Yeah. What I find would what works best is just to write them back a letter and ask them for evidence that you're a US citizen or resident
- 1:05:43under you know, in accordance with 26 US code seventy seven zero one,
- 1:05:48where where United States and state is both defined as District of Columbia exclusively.
- 1:05:54Then I asked them if, you know, if they have any evidence of me, you know, having any kind of taxable event under eight seventy one b or eight seventy seven b of the of the of title 26.
- 1:06:07And
- 1:06:10that's about all I really ask them. You know, I might ask them some other things like, you know, who owns the Social Security number and stuff like that. But really, just asking them those questions and say, you have to provide evidence of that. Otherwise, your claim is just is just that. It's just a claim. There's no there's no substance behind it.
- 1:06:27And Or
- 1:06:28I think
- 1:06:30yeah.
- 1:06:31Unknown: I want you to thanks, Joe, for dropping in. Sorry. I I didn't recognize your voice there for a minute, but
- 1:06:38I wanna say thanks for dropping by.
- 1:06:40Now I agree with you is that Julie's going that doesn't think you means what you think it mean. Okay. Well, that's good. Doesn't matter. Still in the code is and the reason they got it in there is because they're constitutional taxes
- 1:06:54no matter their origin. K?
- 1:06:56So that makes you if you wanted to go the big picture, you're still a taxpayer
- 1:07:01if you owe those types of taxes.
- 1:07:03But there was something else I wanted to ask you, Joe.
- 1:07:06Ted, come on. I see. I've lost it. But welcome back to the show here.
- 1:07:13Unknown: Yeah. Thanks. This is just gonna be an advocate from that.
- 1:07:17Unknown: Okay. Please do.
- 1:07:19Are you seeing more of them as of late,
- 1:07:23or is what you've seen a steady diet over,
- 1:07:27you know, years?
- 1:07:29Unknown: It was pretty quiet. I think last year is pretty quiet, but this year seems to be a little bit more.
- 1:07:36I think they're really trying to test people more so now they see
- 1:07:40if it's like a flash in the pan or if people are real serious about not paying taxes anymore.
- 1:07:46Unknown: Let me ask you a float idea. Do you think it might have anything to do with think I they went through six IRS commissioners in the first six months or something when Trump got in.
- 1:07:56To my knowledge, it may have changed.
- 1:07:59To my knowledge, the last guy is Scott Besson, the secretary of the treasury.
- 1:08:05You think he may have taken that oversight position and got somebody underneath him and said, get some of this stuff cleaned up.
- 1:08:14We're bad in the bond market. We need some inflow.
- 1:08:18You think maybe they're got it cranked up a little bit? Because that because the bond market is in real bad problems.
- 1:08:27Unknown: Yeah. I'm sure they they they got some revenue issues, and, he he's like he's got financial ties to, like, all kinds of, like, financial organizations.
- 1:08:36So he's probably just trying to drum up some business
- 1:08:40by having these letters sent out.
- 1:08:42Unknown: Mhmm. That's what I think. Was he, like, here last week last week, one day,
- 1:08:49IBM
- 1:08:50dropped 26%
- 1:08:51in one day. Did you hear that?
- 1:08:55No.
- 1:08:5626%
- 1:08:57is the biggest drop since '66
- 1:08:59or sixty eight something.
- 1:09:01Now what all of a sudden, did that did IBM just have a bad hair day?
- 1:09:07Are they trying to spook the other stock market investors to get their funds out of stocks and get them into bonds
- 1:09:13and shore up the bond market. See, these are the kind of things these little creeps do.
- 1:09:22Unknown: Yeah. I mean, yeah, I mean, these guys, they play all these games
- 1:09:26with
- 1:09:27with bonds, stocks, stuff like that in order to just Yep.
- 1:09:31Manipulate the market and control it. Well, and contain the illusion. Never get investment.
- 1:09:36Unknown: They maintain the illusion doing that. They're able to keep the dollar strong, keep gold and silver down, and maintain the illusion,
- 1:09:44and keep you happy with World Cup finals and all that kind of stuff
- 1:09:48and make you think that the stock market's at all time highs when it's a couple AI stocks driving the whole bundle
- 1:09:56and all this bond trouble on the back end where a big countries are selling their bond issues. Not all of them, of course, but China, Japan, etcetera, etcetera. They all got their own problems from all these years of this mess. The the the situation being
- 1:10:13the whole thing's about to collapse. You've got bank of Bank of America.
- 1:10:18Week before last puts out an issue, says there's a stock market
- 1:10:22revaluation
- 1:10:23or however they worded it, but they said, listen. Something's coming in the stock market.
- 1:10:28Well, folks, when you hear that, you know they gotta tell you what's coming. So when you hear that, don't just slough it off. Okay?
- 1:10:35All the other signs are there. The foundation's just absolutely rotten to the core, and I hope you got yourself in a good position.
- 1:10:44But you it's not because you weren't warned. It's not because you weren't warned. Yes.
- 1:10:49Sorry, Joe, to get off on that.
- 1:10:52Who's that? No. That's that fine.
- 1:10:55Unknown: Murr?
- 1:10:56Yeah. I just wanted to add something real quick.
- 1:10:59I'll get to to what the other thing was, but Bessen, remember
- 1:11:02for Soros, he broke the bank. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He
- 1:11:06Unknown: long time short post guy.
- 1:11:09Unknown: What Chris said in California,
- 1:11:12it's not income. It's earnings. Yeah.
- 1:11:16Unknown: You don't know income tax. It's earnings. I yield. Well, hell. I mean, even the supreme court can't decide what income is for god's sakes.
- 1:11:28Look. Yeah. Come out of her. That's what the Bible teaches us, and I suggest there's five ways to do it. You do as many as you can and and do them good
- 1:11:37Unknown: because Oh, we hit 60.
- 1:11:39I'm sorry. We hit There's 60 in here today.
- 1:11:43Unknown: Is there? Well, good. Good. Good. Listen. If you're new, sorry. I slept late.
- 1:11:49Unusual. Never happened before.
- 1:11:51Anyway, we get a brisk conversation going around here about these very important
- 1:11:55points, and they all center around you being free of the federal satanic Jew slave system. And we can do that. You're all these people. If anybody's had any problems in their life, otherwise, this IRS letter or something, let's let them know. See, you know, we don't have any problems, and they always agree with us.
- 1:12:14So it's a it's a wonderful thing if you're new. Please
- 1:12:18don't take this discombobulated
- 1:12:20conversation.
- 1:12:21We really rather talk to the new folks, but you don't come forward so we have to talk about these other things that are important to us all. As a collective,
- 1:12:29which we are one big family,
- 1:12:32welcome.
- 1:12:34Unknown: Roger?
- 1:12:36Unknown: Yes.
- 1:12:38Unknown: This is Manna in Montana.
- 1:12:40Unknown: Yeah, Manna. There you go. Rocky Downs Your Voice.
- 1:12:44Unknown: I,
- 1:12:46I hope it's the thought that counts. I have a birthday present for you here.
- 1:12:51Unknown: Oh, man.
- 1:12:53Yum.
- 1:12:55Regalas.
- 1:12:56Let's call it a regalas.
- 1:12:57We like regalas. Go ahead.
- 1:13:00Unknown: Oh, okay. Let me butcher some Spanish too. Feliz Complianos
- 1:13:05Des Plaines.
- 1:13:07Unknown: Thank you very much, which means happy, complete,
- 1:13:11and years.
- 1:13:12Thank you very much. I'm starting off on this new one, and I didn't I don't think it started off on a good foot when I overslept.
- 1:13:20But maybe that's a good omen, man. Hell, you never know these days. You know?
- 1:13:26Unknown: And I have one funny thing too a little bit earlier. You said, I feel like I'm in a dryer. And almost at that same moment, I was down in this maintenance room
- 1:13:36and there's some weird noise. It almost felt like the same thing. And then you said that, and I was like, oh, my mute off? But
- 1:13:44it was just a funny
- 1:13:47Good. Correlation
- 1:13:51And anyway, in the Epoch Times
- 1:13:54for
- 1:13:55July 8 through the fourteenth,
- 1:13:59there's a article
- 1:14:02by Jeffrey a Tucker
- 1:14:06titled Are We Subjects or Citizens?
- 1:14:09Oh. And
- 1:14:12he's
- 1:14:13basically talking about justice Clarence
- 1:14:16Thomas's
- 1:14:17book length descent on Trump v Barbara.
- 1:14:22Unknown: I have not, of course, read it. I'd like to.
- 1:14:25You wanna
- 1:14:27read that article? Somebody wants to read it and give us a thumbnail of it. It sounds wonderful. The epic times
- 1:14:34may be
- 1:14:35one of the premier news organizations that's honest in the world. It's the way I see it, their information.
- 1:14:42So go ahead. Thanks for alerting us to it, man.
- 1:14:47Unknown: Yeah. I'm liking it. We've had it for a couple almost maybe almost a year now, and they do good. They talk about communism,
- 1:14:55Unknown: and they Yeah. Oh, yeah. Like
- 1:14:57Yeah. He's a very wealthy Chinese guy who hates the communist party is the guy behind the epic times.
- 1:15:07Yeah. Well, I'm curious as to what conclusions he may have drawn out of Clarence Thomas'
- 1:15:14celebrated
- 1:15:15to some in some circles, so rebuttal here.
- 1:15:19Unknown: Yeah. So,
- 1:15:21pretty much,
- 1:15:24it's the I'll just hit some
- 1:15:26paragraphs here.
- 1:15:32Blacks were entitled to citizenship
- 1:15:34because they were Americans,
- 1:15:36Thomas wrote in his opening salvo.
- 1:15:39They had no other homeland, owed no allegiance to any foreign power, and were subject to no other authority.
- 1:15:45They fought and bled in the same battles, gained and gloried in the same victories,
- 1:15:50and were liable to be called upon to defend
- 1:15:54America in time of war alongside every other citizen.
- 1:15:59The citizenship clause thus guaranteed them the dignity and glory of American citizenship
- 1:16:04so as to ensure that they would never be treated as second class
- 1:16:09under the law,
- 1:16:11which
- 1:16:12Unknown: I thought was See? Injured. Well, you know, see, Clarence has certainly a validated point of view at his position, his age, his ethnicity,
- 1:16:21his learning, all that stuff. Did you watch the documentary they put out on him a couple of years ago, man? It's very well done. I've still got a copy of it. Did you happen to see that?
- 1:16:32Unknown: No. No. I haven't. I've I've Do you know his background?
- 1:16:35Unknown: Do you know his background? Mean, his
- 1:16:38background is he was born and raised in a little bitty town outside Savannah called Pinpoint,
- 1:16:45Georgia.
- 1:16:47Pinpoint,
- 1:16:49Georgia is where he's born and raised. He's he's raised by his uncle, I think, who was very strict on him. You know? And he was he was quite the good student, and I well, as you're thinking this,
- 1:17:00I can't help but think of a part of that documentary
- 1:17:04where he was in
- 1:17:06Catholic school,
- 1:17:08and he was doing very well. And one of the few blacks in that Catholic school,
- 1:17:12and the day Martin Luther King was assassinated,
- 1:17:16he one of the white, his fellow students said, I'm glad that effing nigger's dead.
- 1:17:22And that changed his whole life.
- 1:17:25That one incident right there pertaining to kinda what you're talking about here. I know he interprets the subject to the jurisdiction thereof.
- 1:17:34I believe it's because when you had a child,
- 1:17:37the parent was supposed to raise it. Now it's a really,
- 1:17:41you know, I understand people got different interpretations
- 1:17:43about that. What Clarence doesn't know is what we know.
- 1:17:47See? If he knew what a little bit of what we knew, he'd interpret that whole thing different. I guarantee you. K?
- 1:17:55Unknown: Touch on of these things.
- 1:17:57Maybe one of these days. You
- 1:18:00Unknown: know, every day, Joe, I've started kinda at least philosophically
- 1:18:04thinking about Mel Fisher. Joe, you still there? You know who Mel Fisher was?
- 1:18:10Hold on, man.
- 1:18:12That's alright. Did Joe run away?
- 1:18:17Okay. We might had to go. He's a busy guy. Anyway, the audience probably remembers Mel Fisher and me talking about him. He's the guy that every day would wake up and say today's the day. And he was on a twenty plus year search for the richest treasure ship ever known to be sunk called the Atocha.
- 1:18:35It was sunk off of Florida in a hurricane,
- 1:18:39losing
- 1:18:39his son and daughter-in-law in a capsized boat accident one night drowned in all the things he had to persevere.
- 1:18:47By god, he found it.
- 1:18:49It was in less than 20 feet of water,
- 1:18:52man, right off shore.
- 1:18:54The richest treasure ship ever found, the Atocha,
- 1:18:58loaded
- 1:18:59with gold and huge emeralds.
- 1:19:02From Cartagena
- 1:19:04going back to Spain. There, you alluded all the of course, there's some some real big mineral mines there in Colombia, those Indians back then had, you know, taken the easy pickings.
- 1:19:16That ship was loaded with them. So, anyway, they got a museum down there with a bunch of that stuff in there. Mel Fisher, today's the day, and that's kind of the way I feel about what we do here.
- 1:19:27Today's the day. I don't know that this afternoon,
- 1:19:30somebody close to somebody goes, man, you need to look at this. Man, you weren't here a couple of years ago.
- 1:19:37Guy comes on one day. Hey, Roger. Yeah. He says, do you know what you've got here? Do you wanna be on Alex Jones? I know doctor Rena Laboe personally. I work with her this and this. Do you know what you've got here? And he was here for a few days, and then he went away, and we've never heard from him since.
- 1:19:55Unknown: No.
- 1:19:57Unknown: Oh, yeah. For the team. No. I've had no. No. There's a number of incidents like that. Not like that dramatic, but I kept Todd Callender,
- 1:20:05pretty good attorney,
- 1:20:07as he comes on the scene a few years committed.
- 1:20:12Do
- 1:20:15do do what, Dave?
- 1:20:17Unknown: That guy that's came on and said all that, they had him committed. His family said, this guy's nuts. They locked him up. Oh,
- 1:20:25Unknown: Mel you're talking about Mel Fisher?
- 1:20:27Unknown: No. No. The guy who came on the show and said, do you know what you got? Oh my god. I'm getting a male. Jones and Greene Live Water.
- 1:20:34Unknown: Okay. Sorry. I disconnected.
- 1:20:36Sorry, Dave.
- 1:20:38I don't know what the hell happened to the guy. He just took off. You know?
- 1:20:43But, see, I'm expecting somebody to get grabbed by the information, and it just doesn't seem to happen. So one of these days,
- 1:20:53good lord's gonna open the door. When the good lord opens the door, we're gonna be ready. It's what I can tell you.
- 1:21:04Unknown: Roger. Paul.
- 1:21:05Unknown: There's a female right there. I'm gonna defer to the female here for a second, ma'am, if you don't mind. Yes, ma'am?
- 1:21:13Unknown: Yes. Robbie here. Good afternoon, everybody. Robbie.
- 1:21:18I just wanted to say, you said the owner of the Epic Times was Chinese.
- 1:21:24That's incorrect. I've seen him recently,
- 1:21:27very recently
- 1:21:28he was on
- 1:21:31John B. Wells and also Doctor. Phil. His name is Jan
- 1:21:36A N
- 1:21:38Jakilik
- 1:21:39or something like that. He's like some,
- 1:21:42I don't know, Swiss or something but not Chinese.
- 1:21:44But here's my question if anybody knows. He he strictly sticks with the anti Chinese
- 1:21:51communist
- 1:21:52enemy.
- 1:21:53I haven't ever heard him mention
- 1:21:56Israel. So, I was wondering if anybody's ever heard his position on that. His primary focus is this organ harvesting
- 1:22:04and also the the Chinese communist.
- 1:22:08But, anyway, I'd love to know if Joe Lusica is still there because I also have a question for him.
- 1:22:14Unknown: Well, Joe, you're being polled. Are you there? I had heard the guy was Chinese, Robbie. I've just heard him say that. So I don't know. I know he's very wealthy,
- 1:22:23and he does totally concentrate on the Chinese. So,
- 1:22:28Joe, are you still there?
- 1:22:30I don't check their stuff on any regular basis. They used to have a real nice
- 1:22:35Before COVID, they had a nice program every night on YouTube called China today,
- 1:22:40and all it did was concentrate on news from China, floods, the this, the that, the all that stuff. And
- 1:22:47but after COVID, they had to take that. They got demonetized
- 1:22:51or something. I think they had to start their own channel, and they have an abbreviated
- 1:22:56version on now or something. Anyway, I got particularly interested in China there for a few years and was watching that.
- 1:23:03Unknown: Well, lot his name like Gichelis.
- 1:23:06Unknown: Gichelis.
- 1:23:08I've
- 1:23:09Unknown: never seen him or even knew his name. I have. No. He uses Phillips.
- 1:23:13That guy,
- 1:23:14Phillips, says one of his front guys is the one that's kinda managed things over the years. I think that's his name. Don't remember. A very poised American guy. Anyway, great news source. I I find all their stuff to be credible.
- 1:23:29So is there anything else, Robbie? Joe, are you there or not? Did you take off? Robbie's yanking on your chain.
- 1:23:38Sorry. I think he broke the chain and took off, Robbie. Yep. You can ask our audience.
- 1:23:44Unknown: I was listening to Rance last night. You know, we've all been hearing many let's put it this way. Many of us have heard for years
- 1:23:53that we are all
- 1:23:55Gaza now.
- 1:23:56I don't think that's ever been closer when you see how they
- 1:24:01are in charge of our police, our military, our courts
- 1:24:05and everything else. Now, several years ago we were hearing that
- 1:24:10with the jab
- 1:24:12they were injecting the spike proteins and who knows what else
- 1:24:16to be coordinated
- 1:24:19somehow
- 1:24:20with the cell towers that somehow
- 1:24:24they were going to be able to control through the cell towers
- 1:24:28those with the
- 1:24:30spike proteins and things in them but last night on rents can't remember the name of the guy that was on
- 1:24:36he took it to a whole another level and it's just absolutely
- 1:24:41frightening. I hate to say it talking about this
- 1:24:45nano
- 1:24:46dust,
- 1:24:48this nano smart dust which they're putting in our food, air, and water,
- 1:24:53and they will be able to take over our brains.
- 1:24:58And so it's getting there. As I say, we really are all Gaza now.
- 1:25:05Unknown: Hey, Roger.
- 1:25:07Unknown: There's Joe right there. Yes, sir.
- 1:25:11Unknown: Yeah. I heard no. I heard you were calling for me, so I Well, Robbie here. On the
- 1:25:16Unknown: Thank you. This Joe. This Robbie had a question for you.
- 1:25:21Unknown: Yes, Joe. Hi.
- 1:25:23Yes.
- 1:25:24Have you heard of this guy named
- 1:25:27Dave Champion,
- 1:25:28doctor
- 1:25:29Reality,
- 1:25:30and what are your thoughts, if any, on his perspective?
- 1:25:36Unknown: Yeah. I know I know Dave Champion is
- 1:25:40in spine what he says. I just I just
- 1:25:45I don't I don't agree with him on certain points, but, you know, that's
- 1:25:50I I did see the problem is that there's a conflict within title 26.
- 1:25:56This is the major issue. He runs with it on this way. I run with it on a different way. It is not necessarily that either one of us is wrong. It's just that the the title is very conflicting in itself.
- 1:26:09And I think that's one of the things that people do not understand is that
- 1:26:13it it contradicts
- 1:26:14itself over and over again dozens and dozens of times.
- 1:26:18The only thing it's been consistent on is that it applies to US citizens and residents of The United States,
- 1:26:25and their only definition of The United States is District Of Columbia.
- 1:26:29But there's there's all kinds of contradictory stuff inside the inside the IRS code.
- 1:26:36Unknown: Well, I know that Julie is Comment, Robbie.
- 1:26:39Unknown: I know that Julie is following him right now. And Yeah. Bobby, can I comment, please? Yes. I've had consultation with him, and Larry and I are on board with the everything
- 1:26:50that Dave Champion has.
- 1:26:52And I have another upcoming consultation with him.
- 1:26:56Larry and I have changed
- 1:26:58everything
- 1:26:59regarding
- 1:27:00and I'm getting people out of lock in letters from the IRS now with what I have written and who I am sending
- 1:27:07the responses to all of these IRS letters to.
- 1:27:11Everybody who I've been writing and helping now is being left alone, iYield. And I'm using Dave Champion's materials exclusively,
- 1:27:19iYield.
- 1:27:27Unknown: Mighty quiet.
- 1:27:30I don't know anything about the guy. I don't really care about IRS except what we cover here.
- 1:27:35So
- 1:27:36if this guy's correct
- 1:27:38Unknown: Julie Hey, Lodge. People like me. Lodge, I'll just say this. Hey, Joe. What she's what she's saying? I've done the exact same thing, so it doesn't matter. You know, there's more than one way to skin a cat. You can say, I do it this way that way. I've I've done the same thing, so it's
- 1:27:53Unknown: we can agree to disagree on the technique that we use. Right? It's not I'm right. You're wrong. If they work, they work, and a lot of different ways work. Okay?
- 1:28:05Yeah. Just get it done. Get them off your ass and be glad we're able to have all these resources that have the ability to do that because they're getting confronted all over the place.
- 1:28:19Okay.
- 1:28:21Jay, anybody else got something for Joe?
- 1:28:26Man, over 60 people, nobody's got this rich resource here. Joe Lustiga. Folks, if you don't know the this man's production, here's a guy with two young children and a guitar teacher. He's got out there rumbled channels and given lessons and all kinds of stuff. This is who's on here if you got any questions. Okay?
- 1:28:48Okay. Roger. Joe, we appreciate your work around here. Yes, sir, Larry.
- 1:28:54Unknown: Yeah. Joe, are you aware that
- 1:28:57your friend Brandon Joe Williams interviewed Jake Dave Champion, like, three times?
- 1:29:03And did you listen to the
- 1:29:05entirety of those interviews?
- 1:29:12Unknown: Yeah. Again, so I'm aware of all that stuff. I pay attention to those things. I don't have to agree with somebody,
- 1:29:19you know, just because they said something, you know. I
- 1:29:23don't have to agree. I get what he's saying. I read about that stuff. Like, I found that years ago before Brandon ever talked to him on the s s four.
- 1:29:32It says it on s s four. Half the stuff that Dave talks about, you'll you can read it on on just the s s four form, which is the form to get the EIN number. Okay? So a lot of it was there. I went down that hole, and I said, okay. Well, there's something there to that, but there's a lot of conflict and contradiction in the IRS code in itself.
- 1:29:51And it's like,
- 1:29:53look. You let let's let's take
- 1:29:55let's take baseball as an example here. Right? You got Ichiro,
- 1:29:58who's one of the greatest hitters in baseball history,
- 1:30:01and you have and you have Tony Gwen, one of the greatest hitters in baseball history. Two totally different techniques,
- 1:30:08but they were able to create the same results. It
- 1:30:11doesn't matter what technique you use to get results as long as you're obtaining them.
- 1:30:18Yep.
- 1:30:19Yep.
- 1:30:20Okay.
- 1:30:22Unknown: Thank you. Joe's somewhere. He's in a store or something. He's got all that background noise there. Thank you, Joe. More than one way to skin a cat. I never said I had the exclusive way.
- 1:30:34I've just got one that's more complete than just taxes.
- 1:30:38And that's why I don't charge because I want it to apply for everyone
- 1:30:42no matter what their particular condition financially may be in.
- 1:30:47I'm not gonna charge you because I want as many of us as possible
- 1:30:52because the objective here is to affect change.
- 1:30:55Said it a number of times. We want to affect change. And if you're charging people like Paymon, Montanayahu, or what his name is, $5,000,
- 1:31:04well, not everybody's got $5.
- 1:31:07Boy, if I was charging $5,
- 1:31:09there wouldn't be there'd be just a handful of us.
- 1:31:14Okay? So that is effect change. Gotta get people. It's gotta be inexpensive
- 1:31:20or free, and it's gotta be simple.
- 1:31:23It's gotta be up takable easily and understandable as easily as possible
- 1:31:28because we just don't have any time to do it another way.
- 1:31:33So this is gotta be simple. That's why I keep hammering on that here. K? So, anyway, just spontaneous
- 1:31:39thoughts.
- 1:31:44Unknown: Roger?
- 1:31:46Unknown: Yes, sir.
- 1:31:48Unknown: You in the barn? Pardon
- 1:31:52Unknown: me? It's me. Oh, man. We put you on the back burner about ten minutes ago.
- 1:31:57So, yeah, come on back.
- 1:32:00Unknown: Alrighty.
- 1:32:01I was hoping.
- 1:32:03Unknown: But I can see Okay. You back in
- 1:32:06Unknown: You got a lot of some noise going on, so try and be as quiet as possible, but go ahead.
- 1:32:14Unknown: Okay.
- 1:32:15Unknown: I I don't know how to be any quieter. Is is that still happening? Yeah. Well well, yeah, he has something there. It was a little background noise. No big deal. Go ahead. Your your voice is loud and clear. Go ahead.
- 1:32:27Unknown: Yeah. Maybe I'll get my phone off the table. Does that sound better? No. You're fine, man. It's loud and clear. Go ahead.
- 1:32:34Oh, okay.
- 1:32:35Well, so yeah. I was hoping this article would be
- 1:32:40interesting
- 1:32:41enough to hold
- 1:32:43attention for a little bit.
- 1:32:47So
- 1:32:48the next part after he kind of did that intro,
- 1:32:52thought was interesting that he
- 1:32:56brings up the feudal system
- 1:32:59where they were not considered citizens simply because they were born here. This distinction has more significance than first appears. Thomas then explained the difference between the feudal concept of subjection
- 1:33:13and the free society's
- 1:33:14understanding
- 1:33:15of citizenship.
- 1:33:17There's mighty meaning here, one that is central to the uniquely American
- 1:33:22understanding
- 1:33:22of the relationship between the people and the government,
- 1:33:26a topic that reaches to the core of who we are and what the founders were attempting to do.
- 1:33:32Unknown: So I thought that was interesting. Okay. That's straight that's straight that's straight from Thomas. Right? Quoting him from his
- 1:33:39from his decision?
- 1:33:44Don't the guy writing the okay.
- 1:33:47That's what I'm trying to get. Is it the guy writing the article for epic time, or is this quoting Thomas?
- 1:33:54Unknown: Because they're right over it. Writing.
- 1:33:57Unknown: Okay. See, they're right over it.
- 1:34:00Unknown: Yep.
- 1:34:01But apparently,
- 1:34:02Clarence said something that
- 1:34:05yeah. Maybe he was summing something up that Clarence said, but that was the article writer
- 1:34:10Unknown: Okay. Tucker. Okay. So, okay, that's the oh, Joe. What's what was the first guy's is Tucker's first name?
- 1:34:19Unknown: Jeffrey a Tucker.
- 1:34:20Unknown: I'm not familiar with him, but he's all over it. And all they got here's the
- 1:34:27they they haven't connected
- 1:34:29this yet
- 1:34:30with the fact that there's a contract
- 1:34:33and the fetal system has this silent contract runs generationally,
- 1:34:38and that that's what they're instituting in the bankruptcy.
- 1:34:42They're flipping you in the sureties for that, and then they're asking you, your whole adult life, do you agree with this? Do you agree with it? Do you agree with it? Do you agree with it? And that's why they ask you so many different times in different situations is they want your blanket agreement with it. Then that gives them their plausible deniability.
- 1:35:04It's a very slick plan, man.
- 1:35:08It is simple when you look at it and you've got the answers, but, boy, finding how those connect and getting that picture,
- 1:35:18well, it's pretty damn difficult.
- 1:35:22But it's interesting that this guy is all around it.
- 1:35:28Unknown: Yeah. So good. He brings up a few things and then also
- 1:35:33Unknown: quotes Clarence on a few things. I'll try and hit a few of The other things see, the other things here are some of the details of the feudal system.
- 1:35:42Man.
- 1:35:45Excuse me. My stomach's acting up. I didn't get my little breakfast drinky this morning.
- 1:35:51And the fact that originally, it was in Europe, originally, you had two different styles there. You had an involuntary involuntary,
- 1:35:58except that when they came over with the behest of the Catholic church and the Jews, I guess,
- 1:36:04and William the Conqueror in October,
- 1:36:07I heard it referred to in during one of the soccer games the other day. October,
- 1:36:12conquered England,
- 1:36:14but they couldn't bring
- 1:36:16involuntary
- 1:36:17servitude over
- 1:36:19because that's very akin to black slavery,
- 1:36:23which Thomas and this other writer are, correctly
- 1:36:28identifying this as. But what they don't understand is some of this deep history
- 1:36:34and the fact that England
- 1:36:36never had a slave born on England. Still don't, evidently.
- 1:36:41At least that's what they say.
- 1:36:44And so because of barring that there could be no slaves on English soil
- 1:36:49without being voluntary,
- 1:36:51they couldn't bring over the involuntary
- 1:36:54side to England.
- 1:36:55They only brought over the voluntary side
- 1:36:58with in October
- 1:37:00and subsequently,
- 1:37:02and that is referred to as the English
- 1:37:06variety
- 1:37:07of slavery.
- 1:37:08It's referred to that as, like, Cook and Maitland and some of these very famous English jurists. That's what they called it. K? The English variety of slavery,
- 1:37:18and it only contained half of the equation,
- 1:37:21just the voluntary side. Okay. Great. There's our constitution.
- 1:37:25You can't impair the ability to contract.
- 1:37:28If you're volunteering into slavery, it's a contract,
- 1:37:31oral or not. You know?
- 1:37:34And
- 1:37:35so then that just leaves the other. You gotta volunteer in it, and here we are, and you've been doing it all your life and had no idea
- 1:37:43until somebody went in and specifically
- 1:37:46showed you this background where it came from, how they've got this damn thing set up to the point where I believe this reason the civil war was fought,
- 1:37:55and so that they can ask you those two questions, and you'll answer yes and sign something. And when that happens,
- 1:38:02they control the world.
- 1:38:03They control the world because the US dollar is the world's reserve currency. You're now the basis of it,
- 1:38:11and they've used it to control all the countries in the world through it.
- 1:38:17There you go. A brilliant,
- 1:38:19brilliant plan.
- 1:38:20And if you wanna verify this, really, you can somewhat verify it by going back and looking up the hazard
- 1:38:28circular.
- 1:38:30Go a search and and and hazard circular eighteen fifties or so,
- 1:38:35and,
- 1:38:37it's about the bankers controlling,
- 1:38:39controlling
- 1:38:41through the people's labor. Man, this is they were cooking it up back then.
- 1:38:46So,
- 1:38:48now I think at my ripe old age of my first day of the 70 year,
- 1:38:54that I can honestly say to myself, I understand the reasons for the civil war, and it's perplexed me my whole life.
- 1:39:04I would have never looked at this. You can understand where nobody
- 1:39:07would ever even imagine
- 1:39:10this thesis to have any kind of accuracy or truth,
- 1:39:13but these things don't happen like they've happened here into the world using this as the guiding point and the fulcrum that that those things don't just happen by accident. They didn't just happen on this and go, well, hell. Look. Here's these people over here. These black folk, they used to be actual property. Now they're our property, and we got this magical
- 1:39:35monetary event, and we can use them as sureties.
- 1:39:39And it's got this wonderful
- 1:39:41contract that runs silently generationally
- 1:39:44that even most lawyers don't even know exists.
- 1:39:49Yeah. That's what's going on. I don't I've just over the years
- 1:39:54come to the conclusion. I don't think mere man could have thought this up. They had to have old Lucifer involved.
- 1:40:00As to today, when they have a board meeting, I've heard that at the end of the table, that that
- 1:40:07seat is always open.
- 1:40:12There you go, folks. That's what we're dealing with here. Sorry.
- 1:40:17If you're one of those people that didn't think there's a god,
- 1:40:23You've got to get your foundation rocked because you can't take any individual element of this and trace it back and not take it to the Bible.
- 1:40:35To to the fact that in Revelation 18, whatever that verse is,
- 1:40:40twenty, nineteen, twenty, twenty one, they're listing the things
- 1:40:44that the merchants of the earth can't sell. They're wailing. Babylon's fallen in an hour. Hell, we could be close to that. Babylon's fallen in an hour. Come out of her, my people. Come out of her. Do this. Serve her double. What she served you, fill her cup double. And down at the bottom are all these items,
- 1:41:04the the the gold, the silver, the frankincense,
- 1:41:07the myrrh,
- 1:41:08the ivory, the this, the that, and bodies
- 1:41:11and souls of men.
- 1:41:14Unknown: You ready?
- 1:41:16Unknown: I guess I did, Amir.
- 1:41:18There he goes right there. I've read that to folks that are very biblically
- 1:41:22oriented. They say, I've read that, and I never saw that before. It doesn't say with the exception of The USA for two hundred years. It doesn't say that in there. It says bodies and souls of men. John and Patmos knew you were gonna be enslaved,
- 1:41:38and they were gonna own you.
- 1:41:41Unknown: Hey, Mer.
- 1:41:44Unknown: Hey. I was just taking notes on everything, and some of it's in the FCC chat,
- 1:41:49and everything's in the numeral two radio ranch dot chatango dot com.
- 1:41:55Okay. A lot of stuff in there. You know, it was on rents last night. It was indeed Peterson, p e d e r s o n. And
- 1:42:05it's just all the different stuff. Apparently, Dave Champion's
- 1:42:08site is drreality.com.
- 1:42:12Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:42:14Okay. I I hope he's doing right, whatever he's doing. I I guess he's I don't know if he's selling it or not, but if so, some people need to make a living. I understand what this is all about. You to master this stuff, you gotta immerse yourself in it.
- 1:42:30There there just no other way to do it. All these complications, all these contradictions,
- 1:42:35you got to immerse yourself in it to come up with answers. I did it a little bit earlier in my lifetime, found a simpler way, found a more inclusive
- 1:42:45one key fits all thing here,
- 1:42:49and
- 1:42:51accept it, use it if you want to. And if you don't, you wanna go follow some other guru, why don't you go do that? It's your decision. It's your freedom.
- 1:43:00Unknown: Oh, this, Jeffrey a Tucker
- 1:43:03is Yeah. He is the founder,
- 1:43:05author, and president at Brownstone
- 1:43:08University
- 1:43:09Institute. Sorry. Brownstone Institute. He's also senior economics columnist for
- 1:43:15epic
- 1:43:16epoch times, author of 10 book, including life after lockdown and many thousands of articles
- 1:43:22in the scholarly and popular press.
- 1:43:25He speaks widely on topics of economics, technology,
- 1:43:28social philosophy,
- 1:43:30and culture.
- 1:43:32Unknown: I would if we can get his email address, we should drop him God's
- 1:43:35Trump cards. Let him look at that
- 1:43:38because he's all over it.
- 1:43:40He just can't. He can't.
- 1:43:43Unknown: Pardon me?
- 1:43:45Unknown: Go ahead, ma'am. Oh, she she just about they gave a little rundown about him at the end of the article. She just about said the same thing they give about him. He is also editor of the best of Ludwig von Mises.
- 1:43:59Unknown: About the same day. Alright. Well, that that's why. Do you know about Ludwig von Mises month?
- 1:44:06Man, it's that's the von Mises Institute down around Auburn, Alabama.
- 1:44:12They're the only Austrian economics outfit in the country. Go ahead.
- 1:44:16Unknown: Is that what Di Lorenzo is heading right now? Yes. Yes. Di Lorenzo is affiliated with them. Yes.
- 1:44:25Cool.
- 1:44:27So I just wanted to hit a little more.
- 1:44:30Unknown: Hey. Hold it. Let me let me plug them here a little bit more. If you wanna access
- 1:44:35that type of thinking,
- 1:44:37their website is lewrockwell.com,
- 1:44:41lewrockwell.com.
- 1:44:45Totally Austrian economic thinking concepts,
- 1:44:49articles,
- 1:44:50etcetera.
- 1:44:54Unknown: Oh, and the the
- 1:44:57other guy that Robbie
- 1:44:58brought up from John B. Wells on Saturday
- 1:45:02night, I guess it was,
- 1:45:05I think.
- 1:45:06Yeah.
- 1:45:06And it's Jan, like you said, j a n, and his last name is j e k
- 1:45:12I e l e k dot com.
- 1:45:15And he has a book, Killed
- 1:45:17Killed to Order.
- 1:45:20Unknown: Hey. Does he have any solutions there, or he's just telling you this? We know the dust is out there. And, you know, if it's out there and we know it, there ain't no damn telling what they're doing with it.
- 1:45:30I do know that
- 1:45:33with a interview
- 1:45:34with Alex and Tenpenny the other day, at least Tennessee
- 1:45:38has outlawed them putting this kind of crap in the food. Now whether that'll stop them or not, who knows?
- 1:45:45But I saw the legislator
- 1:45:46guy, talking about it on the floor of the Tennessee
- 1:45:50legislature.
- 1:45:51Excuse me.
- 1:45:53Roger. It's a hell of a time. It's just a hell of a time we're living in, folks. I mean,
- 1:45:58honest to god, the microscopic
- 1:46:01things that float around dust.
- 1:46:04Well, hopefully, they can't float up to 8,000 feet. Myrrh, yes, ma'am?
- 1:46:10Unknown: Yes. I just wanted to
- 1:46:13to say to Mer, it's that Jan guy is the head of the epic times.
- 1:46:19He doesn't have anything to do with the
- 1:46:23with the nano dust particles. That was somebody on Jeff Rents' show and I can't remember the name so they're two different people I was just wondering if anybody is familiar with
- 1:46:35the epic times if they've ever said anything about Israel because their main focus is communist China I was just curious well
- 1:46:44Unknown: you know their subscription so I don't get into a whole lot of their stuff but the other one you were talking about on
- 1:46:49Wells was Indy or on rents
- 1:46:52was Indy Peterson,
- 1:46:54I n d y
- 1:46:56p e d e r s o n
- 1:46:59which I didn't hear interview
- 1:47:02but I posted a link to it. It was at grisms.blogspot.com.
- 1:47:07Unknown: It's in Well how you that's
- 1:47:09the one that spoke about the nanodust?
- 1:47:13Unknown: Because the other I'm I'm pretty sure because the other ones I
- 1:47:17Unknown: was familiar with. Yeah. He has three he has three people on a night.
- 1:47:22Right. And unfortunately, I didn't write down the name. So I'm I'm not sure. One of them was a remote viewer. Sorry, Robin. Oh, yes. Yes. That was the guy, Lisa. The remote viewer. He mentioned that. Yes. Who do you want Dick Algire.
- 1:47:36Unknown: Dick Algire.
- 1:47:37That's it. Algire.
- 1:47:39Yeah.
- 1:47:40Anyway,
- 1:47:42I did post that a link to last
- 1:47:45night's show
- 1:47:48from Rents because you know it's a
- 1:47:51subscription or whatever too but prism.blogspot
- 1:47:54Unknown: posted it in the numeral two radio ranch and I can put it in the other chat if you want. And I also Robbie just from looking at the guests I assume like murder that was the other guy because I want to say one of his latest books is like Hacking Humanity
- 1:48:08or something like that. Doesn't that seem like that would be on topic for what you were saying?
- 1:48:13Unknown: Trees
- 1:48:14and Wildfires Disclosure
- 1:48:16Day but I was looking at the images Algar always has these images that he's remote viewed ahead of time and points to points to this stuff, but I didn't listen to the interview, but I will post a link.
- 1:48:31Unknown: Will I will say that reading
- 1:48:34this for a while that I remember
- 1:48:37them being critical
- 1:48:39of Israel,
- 1:48:40and I also remember
- 1:48:42thinking to myself they really danced around that at times as well. So
- 1:48:48Unknown: Thank you.
- 1:48:50Unknown: So as far as being pointedly
- 1:48:53and
- 1:48:54calling out
- 1:48:56Israel Israeli and Jewish
- 1:48:59things,
- 1:48:59they they they will dance around it a little bit, but there are also articles
- 1:49:06that pop out where they
- 1:49:09they will bring it to light. But I do feel like they that they kind of
- 1:49:15they'll dance around it
- 1:49:17for whatever reason. I I I remember thinking about that.
- 1:49:23Unknown: There was a statement out of Saul Walensky attributed to him anyway
- 1:49:28that the daughter of the founder of Goldman Sachs, one of them,
- 1:49:34used to consult with Mal in the early days when they were still in the mountains.
- 1:49:40So they've been infused with this Jewish communist thinking, which seems to be a tribal aspect of all of them, at least the large majority of them.
- 1:49:48It's been there from the beginning. I can't help but think that they, the people at EPIC, would also be against them and their methods of genocide
- 1:49:57and the other things that are common to the, Chinese communist.
- 1:50:01Witch, look what look what Mao did. He killed every damn sparrow. He had the people kill every sparrow in the country of China.
- 1:50:11They had to reimport
- 1:50:12them from England
- 1:50:14to repopulate
- 1:50:15because the insects were then eating their damn crops up, which they were attributing to the sparrows, so they killed them.
- 1:50:24It's on YouTube. Go look at it.
- 1:50:28People are wacko, folks.
- 1:50:31Unknown: There's something. You're breaking up a little And at first, I thought you said pharaohs, not sparrows.
- 1:50:36Unknown: Oh, sorry. Sparrows.
- 1:50:39Unknown: Yeah. Breaking up a little bit. Sparrows. Dianne Einstein's
- 1:50:42maiden name was, Roger?
- 1:50:44Unknown: I have no sparrow?
- 1:50:48Unknown: Goldman.
- 1:50:49Goldman,
- 1:50:50Berman, Feinstein, Blum.
- 1:50:52Unknown: Okay.
- 1:50:54Well, I've got she just about got them all, didn't she?
- 1:50:59They're just you know, it's a big it's the biggest problem in the history of the world. This guy that who was the the celebrated Hilara block,
- 1:51:09celebrated Catholic writer a
- 1:51:11hundred years ago. Hilara
- 1:51:13Unknown: What doing it? Your connection's a little funky.
- 1:51:17Unknown: Well, I can't do anything about it. I'm just sitting here talking into the puff.
- 1:51:22Halaire Balak
- 1:51:23Halaire Balak, famous Catholic writer, wrote a book a hundred years ago called the Jews.
- 1:51:29In there, he said the Jew the Jewish problem is the world's biggest problem. Yeah. A hundred years later,
- 1:51:36the Jewish problems by 10 times the world's biggest problem.
- 1:51:41I, guys can have a deal with it. I I absolutely
- 1:51:45well, I I okay. Well, I'll shut up. Y'all talk. I'll shut up.
- 1:51:49Unknown: You've you've gone nanobot. I think you were talking about Henry Ford's
- 1:51:53the international to the world's foremost problem. Did you mention that? No, ma'am.
- 1:51:59Oh, okay. I thought that's what That's a Hilar
- 1:52:02Unknown: Hilar
- 1:52:04Balak.
- 1:52:05Unknown: Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Uh-huh. And you are all better now, Roger, too. Okay.
- 1:52:10Unknown: Well, the Internet gods are good to us. Hilar Balak is very celebrated Catholic
- 1:52:17art author. I don't know too much about Catholics Catholicism,
- 1:52:21but he was very celebrated.
- 1:52:23He wrote a book called the Jews.
- 1:52:26And in that book, he said a hundred years ago, the Jewish problem is the world's biggest problem. A hundred years, some later, the world's problem is 10 times that, the world's biggest problem.
- 1:52:38And god's gonna have to deal with it, folks. All we can do is expose it. I would hope it's such a big problem, and they've done such a good job that they've gotten people's thinking so screwed up that when they have the truth passed in front of them, they'll hurl invectives
- 1:52:56at you.
- 1:53:00Yep.
- 1:53:01K. So that's where we are, and that's why
- 1:53:05you know, Murr, I've told y'all for years how special you are to me.
- 1:53:09Well, now you're starting to understand a little bit better why.
- 1:53:15Unknown: I just found in the archive Belloc's audio
- 1:53:19of his book, apparently.
- 1:53:21Somebody read it or something.
- 1:53:23Unknown: Yeah. Oh, cool. The Jews. Yeah. It's a good book. I my friend, it was Harvey's cousin. You know, Harvey's family split Catholic and Protestant.
- 1:53:32Harvey's branch went Protestant, and his other relatives stayed Catholic, and one of his cousins, Chris, used to come to our he looked like the spitting image, Mer, of the Marlboro man.
- 1:53:44Even to the with that one one of those mustaches that's waxed and curled,
- 1:53:49even to that. Yeah. Okay?
- 1:53:51Big, tall, lanky just talked like this real slow
- 1:53:56and hell of a guy. And, he's the one
- 1:54:01we were sitting at a at a a waffle house there across the street one night after the meeting, and
- 1:54:07Roosevelt's name came up, and Chris and that voice said,
- 1:54:12the whole time I was growing up, I thought Roosevelt's
- 1:54:15first name was damn.
- 1:54:21Dry sense of humor. Good guy. He's the one that turned me on to that, made a copy for me.
- 1:54:28So, anyway, I was thinking about Harvey last night. I don't I hadn't talked to him in way too long. I'm a bad friend, I guess.
- 1:54:35I'll reach out to him.
- 1:54:40So here we go.
- 1:54:42Yes, man. I've got a couple minutes left. What do you got, man? Pound in here.
- 1:54:47Unknown: Well,
- 1:54:48not as much as I thought
- 1:54:50I was gonna, but let me just go with this little part, and then I'll touch on the Native American part.
- 1:54:59Being a citizen involves a choice in two directions. The individual chooses to be this is Tucker writing.
- 1:55:07The individual
- 1:55:08chooses to be loyal to the political community or nation. The community chooses to grant citizenship.
- 1:55:15It is an agreement underscored
- 1:55:17by the words of the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:55:19All persons born are naturalized in The United States and subject
- 1:55:24to the jurisdiction thereof.
- 1:55:27I thought it was sent because he's saying you choose. The community chooses.
- 1:55:32Unknown: Well, you do. He just doesn't he
- 1:55:35he doesn't understand the trap they got you in at the end. At least I don't think he does. Go ahead, man. He's all he's
- 1:55:43all over it. He just doesn't connect this to the two questions he's been asked all his life. If he did, he's got the answer.
- 1:55:53Unknown: Well, and then right after that, he goes, which requires birth plus domicile,
- 1:55:58which means allegiance.
- 1:56:01This concept of domicile is central to the argument, backing it as an act of will in two directions, the individual and the political community.
- 1:56:11The fourteenth amendment does not grant automatic citizenship
- 1:56:15based solely on territorial birth.
- 1:56:20Alright. That is useful.
- 1:56:22Unknown: Okay. Sorry. I'm just talking out loud on what you're reading us.
- 1:56:27Good. This guy's all over it.
- 1:56:30Somebody could do some research on how we can get to this guy?
- 1:56:35Unknown: Yeah. May maybe I will.
- 1:56:38Unknown: Since Alright. Get us if you Really interested. Yeah.
- 1:56:41We'll get his email or wherever we can write off and get his email, and we'll send him send him the the whole picture and see if he gets it.
- 1:56:51Unknown: I would think he would. He says this is he
- 1:56:55says this is leftover from feudalism.
- 1:56:58Feudalism acts not consent.
- 1:57:01Republicanism
- 1:57:02depends on it.
- 1:57:03And herein lies the relevance for the issue of birthright citizenship.
- 1:57:08It is not citizenship
- 1:57:09at all. It stems from a futile concept that you are born into a political relationship.
- 1:57:16Unknown: Man, man, please get that. He doesn't mention the bankruptcy,
- 1:57:19of course,
- 1:57:20which is where they flipped us into that as sureties.
- 1:57:24Please do some research and follow-up on this, man, if you would, please.
- 1:57:30Unknown: Yeah. I'm gonna probably try and inject where he goes with the
- 1:57:35Unknown: Native Americans tomorrow sometime. Alright. We'll read it between now and then. You can read into it a little bit more. Have something to add, but he's all over it. All he needs is probably one thought injected, and he'll he'll have the whole picture because he's all over it. Contact
- 1:57:51Unknown: His contact is in the FCC chat.
- 1:57:54Unknown: Okay.
- 1:57:56Yes, Larry.
- 1:57:58Unknown: Yeah. There's an article in the,
- 1:58:01in Popular Science
- 1:58:04in which a group,
- 1:58:06called the Germany's Constructor University,
- 1:58:09they, actually debunked this whole, nanodust
- 1:58:13five g network conspiracy theory.
- 1:58:16They actually did an experiment,
- 1:58:19and they exposed people to 10 times
- 1:58:23the amount of gigahertz.
- 1:58:25And the
- 1:58:27the the the gigahertz waves cannot penetrate more than a few millimeters into your skin, let alone control what you think and do. Alright.
- 1:58:37Unknown: Okay. Well, if you're listening to the audience, just hang
- 1:58:40on the edge of your seat. You're gonna have to go find the answer yourself, but Larry's gonna tell us in just a minute.
- 1:58:47See you tomorrow.
- 1:58:56Larry.
- 1:58:58I let you know, all this big scare, scare, scare over all the years I've been in this usually falls on his face somehow.
- 1:59:08It scares the herd, though. It sends like it sends like
- 1:59:12waves through the herd.
- 1:59:14Unknown: How about that? I'm sorry. Here's a motivator, Roger.
- 1:59:19Unknown: I went funky. Oh.
- 1:59:22Here's a motivator, Roger, I heard. Go ahead. I'll be at back again in a minute.
- 1:59:29Unknown: I was just gonna say fear is a motivator.
- 1:59:33Sure. It is. And it makes people a lot of money.
- 1:59:38Unknown: Well, there's two ways. I mean, how what what do they do on on Wall Street? It's either fear or greed. Right?
- 1:59:49Doesn't it boil down to that?
- 1:59:51Unknown: Kinda goes hand in hand.
- 1:59:53Unknown: Hey, Roger. That's right. As all as all dialectics
- 1:59:57do kinda.
- 1:59:58Yes.
- 1:59:59Yes, Roger from Myrrh.
- 2:00:01Unknown: Yeah. Like you had Revelation 23. Well, Matthew twenty three fifteen was the other verse. Woe unto you scribes and pharisees, hypocrites.
- 2:00:10Yeah. Exclamation point. For you encompass sea and land, make one proselyte.
- 2:00:15And when he is made, you make him twofold more the child of hell than yourself. I've
- 2:00:20Unknown: seen that. I've seen that in reality in my life. K? So Yeah. No doubt. Gentile like when he's Gentile. I'm a I'm a boy, and I really like working for these chosen people here. Yes, Larry?
- 2:00:37Unknown: So, Larry No. I already said yeah. I already said what I was gonna say.
- 2:00:42Unknown: Okay.
- 2:00:44Alright. Hey, Roger.
- 2:00:46Unknown: Did you get my birthday present?
- 2:00:49Unknown: I I did. Thank you very much. Bunch of animals playing piano.
- 2:00:53Unknown: Thank you. Oh, yeah. That one. And also I sent you Alexander
- 2:00:57Scorby.
- 2:00:58It was the
- 2:01:00Unknown: book of Enoch but that's the one Oh, I did. I did see that. If you can't read the bible, you can listen to it. It's really good to listen to. He has a great voice. Okay. He has a voice. Yeah. I know. I'm familiar with his readings. Yeah. Did see come in. Thanks, Mark. Good. Yeah. And the puppies are like the puppies. Kind. I just I just love our family here and all you. And if you're new and you're
- 2:01:23there on the board and still listening, just we've got something real special here. There's nothing like it on the broadcast dial that I've been able to find.
- 2:01:33We've got answers that
- 2:01:35nobody else has, and they don't understand
- 2:01:38them if they had them. And because of John Benson, not because of me, just being a good student is my contribution,
- 2:01:46but knowing that that information was important
- 2:01:49and knowing that this was a really big thing somehow.
- 2:01:55And over all these years of dogged pursuit, here we are.
- 2:01:59And, we have got something real special. I can tell you that. Have no idea how it's gonna end up in my lifetime. I'd like to see it pop.
- 2:02:08We're at a
- 2:02:09point, it seems like, with their exposure
- 2:02:12being what it is by the day,
- 2:02:15that at some point, we've got a good possibility of this blowing up.
- 2:02:19You know?
- 2:02:20But we'll see. All I know is today's the day. We'll see how it ends up. Yep.
- 2:02:26And and I like precipice.
- 2:02:28And we're precipicing all over this stuff. That's right. And I don't know about you, but I always loved emeralds.
- 2:02:35Emeralds are by their nature imperfect
- 2:02:38like us.
- 2:02:40Do you know that, Paul? Roger.
- 2:02:42Unknown: Roger's Bruce. Hey,
- 2:02:45Unknown: Bruce.
- 2:02:46Do you know that? Do you know that emeralds are by their nature imperfect?
- 2:02:50Unknown: No.
- 2:02:52Unknown: I didn't know that. I've also heard They all have they all they all have cracks in them stuff. Yeah. Imperfections.
- 2:02:59Yeah. Hey, Bruce. How are doing?
- 2:03:01Unknown: I'm doing just fine. This
- 2:03:04is so simple. It's hard to believe.
- 2:03:07Unknown: It is. It's true. And I
- 2:03:09Unknown: And I saw the affidavit that you had up there and I knew in thirty days if
- 2:03:16they didn't
- 2:03:18answer it and come back on it and it
- 2:03:21became the law of the case.
- 2:03:25So that's what you got. It's so simple. It's so hard.
- 2:03:29Unknown: Let me even let me even simplify it
- 2:03:33a step more. That's the first thing you observe, and then as you get into this, your mind gets wrapped around it. You realize, hold it. I have the choice all the time.
- 2:03:43This isn't anything real big and new. It was my choice. I was tricked with fraud. I undid. I exposed the fraud, undid the trick, and here I am. I've got the power now.
- 2:03:57Unknown: I've got the Yes.
- 2:04:00Unknown: That's the big lesson.
- 2:04:02It took me years to get it to get it.
- 2:04:08Answers right in front of us on this. Pretty interesting.
- 2:04:12Yeah. So thank you, Bruce. Who else is out there with something to add?
- 2:04:19Nobody? None of our if we have any new folks, they're not ready to belly up yet.
- 2:04:25Unknown: I just wanted to ask Manna real quick. Is the title of the article you were referencing the method and madness of deconstruction?
- 2:04:36Unknown: Manna?
- 2:04:40Oh, Manna.
- 2:04:41Is it by a guy named Tucker,
- 2:04:44Lisa?
- 2:04:46Unknown: Yes. It is. Jeffrey Tucker.
- 2:04:49Unknown: Is it seem might be the same article. Did you read into it and see a little bit?
- 2:04:55Unknown: They they they want a bunch of info for me, and I don't I don't like sites that do that.
- 2:05:01Mhmm. Do I want my email and all that stuff just to read an article?
- 2:05:07Unknown: That's the way they are, and I'm very much like you are. Bourbon for breakfast.
- 2:05:13Unknown: Alright. Well, man That's another one of his books. Jeffrey Tucker wrote a book, Bourbon for Breakfast. I love that guy. Sounds like Barnes. Sounds
- 2:05:22Unknown: like Barnes. Bourbon with Barnes.
- 2:05:25He's got this deal going on in Chattanooga.
- 2:05:28I heard him say there's about 20 tickets left. If anybody
- 2:05:32wants to attend and you're in that area,
- 2:05:36there's some tickets left. I'm not sure. Maybe this weekend, if not as soon. Maybe in August, big get together. The Duran guys are flying over from Greece and England.
- 2:05:48Judge judge Napolitano
- 2:05:50may be down there. It's gonna be quite a distinguished gathering.
- 2:05:57K? So
- 2:05:59I think it's his constitution 1776
- 2:06:02law site that's got info on that.
- 2:06:07Jules, I wanted to thank Jules. She dropped me a
- 2:06:10interview with Barnes from somebody I wasn't familiar with.
- 2:06:14Man,
- 2:06:16Barnes is all
- 2:06:18over Trump. I
- 2:06:20I
- 2:06:21whoo. And you got tells you a lot about Barnes
- 2:06:24is he doesn't just
- 2:06:26fly with the wind. He's got principles and he follows them.
- 2:06:32He was such an advocate for Trump
- 2:06:35that he that attorneys left his law firm over it.
- 2:06:40He said this interview. Anyway, thank you, Julie, for that. That was a good interview. I like Barnes.
- 2:06:46Okay. Anybody else got something for the Rod here?
- 2:06:50Unknown: Yeah. That interview that Julie sent you. So what's the deal? Barnes,
- 2:06:55woke up to who Trump really is? Or
- 2:06:58Unknown: Well, no. He's always been objective about his actions. He's just saying that he he hangs with some of the top people at the White House when he goes to DC.
- 2:07:06He was on a trip up there. He said everybody, Robert, Robert, we need to have dinner. We need to have dinner. He says, he got a lot of people telling him this stuff, and that they they think those signs of early dementia,
- 2:07:17particularly
- 2:07:18frontal lobe.
- 2:07:20And some of these things that he's doing that are so uncharacteristic
- 2:07:24are perfect perfect
- 2:07:26descriptions
- 2:07:27of early
- 2:07:29this this mental disease.
- 2:07:32So that's all in, and and Barnes and afraid at all to stand up and and say, hey. This is going on, and we need to, to the point of talking about maybe JD Vance being
- 2:07:43set in as president for the back half of the term.
- 2:07:47Unknown: Yeah. Tertiary syphilis is what he Michael Jones is saying he sees. Yeah. I heard that. I heard that
- 2:07:53Unknown: several times.
- 2:07:55So, anyway, I don't know. I'm just I'm at this point, always think of myself.
- 2:08:01Unknown: You know, I sent around I'm sure I sent it to you. Sent it to everybody.
- 2:08:04Roundtrop 1776.
- 2:08:06That's Derek Johnson who knows all these laws of war and order and stuff.
- 2:08:12And so I sent a PDF of of
- 2:08:14that book. It's a very thick book, but you can put f control in there and pick out different words.
- 2:08:20But he's saying, you know, this is all being played out according
- 2:08:24to these laws of war.
- 2:08:27Unknown: Well, it could be. So don't know.
- 2:08:29Unknown: We know one thing. And how they took they took out, like, 330
- 2:08:32or something of the military,
- 2:08:34the generals and stuff, and how there's you know, it's just different stuff that has to be done
- 2:08:40to not make it a total collapse. You know?
- 2:08:45Unknown: Well, the way they're going, that's where we're headed. This thing doesn't look like it's ending with the activities we're seeing lately to the degree.
- 2:08:53They're going after civilian
- 2:08:55civilian infrastructure
- 2:08:56now. That's
- 2:08:58Unknown: that's pretty far down the line. You know? And Well, you know what you know what Iran did? Right? They not only took out radar
- 2:09:07locally everywhere, they took out the tarmac. There were, like, 20 different
- 2:09:11airports, but they took out down to five.
- 2:09:14So there's no place to land these things.
- 2:09:17Unknown: There was, these two people that got killed just over the weekend. One of them was 19 year old. Her name is Gomez. She's from Texas.
- 2:09:2519 years old. She wasn't even born when nine eleven happened.
- 2:09:29Unknown: Right. And there's way more than two.
- 2:09:32Unknown: Well, I'm sure there are. Those are 270
- 2:09:36Unknown: that have been captured.
- 2:09:37Unknown: And they were the ones that were left behind, see, after the destruction of all. That's what I was gonna say earlier.
- 2:09:43They got the Saudis fighting with the Yemen. So we're getting into the interhistorical,
- 2:09:49inter
- 2:09:51hatreds and problems of all of these different factions of Islam and shit.
- 2:09:57Unknown: God. See, shortage more
- 2:10:00Israel and The US do want the the straight clothes, Hormuz,
- 2:10:04because what they're trying to do is make things so expensive that people will demand
- 2:10:10pipelines.
- 2:10:11And they have, like, four foot wide pipelines. It still can't move as much. It's only, like, 40 some percent, but they want it moved directly in the pipes to Israel.
- 2:10:21Unknown: Well, they'll get a cut if it goes through there. It wouldn't surprise me in the least. The wildest shit you can pull out of the air always goes back to these people and always ends up favoring them somehow. K? It's just the way it goes.
- 2:10:35Unknown: They had the train lines running. We talked about this before in China. So they're get they're getting overland
- 2:10:41oil descent as well.
- 2:10:44Unknown: Okay. We all know my positions on these things. I won't reiterate them.
- 2:10:49We just have to put up with them in front of our
- 2:10:53monitor screens every damn day because of these leeches. And why? Why?
- 2:10:59Why? All this aggravation. They did this. They did this. They're able to do that. Why?
- 2:11:05Because you answered those two questions, yes, and signed something by the millions, hundreds of millions, and gave them all your power.
- 2:11:14That's why it's all happening, folks.
- 2:11:16That's how important this is when you really boil it down. It's the crux of everything.
- 2:11:24That's why it's important. Why I implore you, please, talk about it. Find people that are awake that can frost a frigging mirror,
- 2:11:31please.
- 2:11:35Hopefully,
- 2:11:36I know one thing. This is so powerful, and especially if it continues to build on their side
- 2:11:42and more and more and more exposure and more and more and more pressure, and and and is the immovable
- 2:11:48force abetting abetting the immovable,
- 2:11:52object, the irresistible force,
- 2:11:54is that the time we're gonna throw this match on that pile of gasoline?
- 2:12:00Because if it is, it's gonna be real explosive,
- 2:12:03folks.
- 2:12:06That's what I see. Don't know what you see, but whatever it is, I want you to think about it, and we can talk about it tomorrow. How about that?
- 2:12:16The man who's gonna come back and give us some more of that excellent article, and we're gonna try and find out how to get ahold of this guy and send him something.
- 2:12:24And maybe, you know, see, that's just it. You never know who's gonna be the key.
- 2:12:30You never know is this guy writing for this organization
- 2:12:34with with a a a big money man behind it of some origin
- 2:12:38says, ho ho, mister whatever your name is, look at this right here. Look what these guys have got. Just what that guy said on the air that day.
- 2:12:47Do you know what you have? I said, I do.
- 2:12:51I'm glad you recognize it, and then he goes away.
- 2:12:56I hadn't gotten any calls from doctor Rina.
- 2:13:01Anyway, anybody else for me? If not, I'm gonna go, chase a breakfast drink. Hey, Ross. Few
- 2:13:07hours ago, Dave. Yes.
- 2:13:10Unknown: Yeah. I tried to get in a couple times, but it's pretty brisk today.
- 2:13:14It is. Did you guys talk about Trump working with,
- 2:13:19giving
- 2:13:20Saudi Arabia the keys to the
- 2:13:23to the kingdom. He's gonna let them enrich
- 2:13:27uranium
- 2:13:27God. With no no oversight,
- 2:13:31no supervision to any degree they want
- 2:13:34as much as they want with no,
- 2:13:37what is it? The I E E A or whatever.
- 2:13:41The,
- 2:13:43yeah.
- 2:13:44Unknown: And I heard that, Dave. Hadn't heard that yet. I don't know if to say it surprises me or not. The Saudis and the Yemen
- 2:13:52are having a pissing match over the other alternate way out of that area by water,
- 2:13:58and that might have something to do with it.
- 2:14:01I mean, you know, he also authorized
- 2:14:04selling Turkey these fancy engines for their new fancy jet right there next to Israel the other day. God, bitch. Shit. I I don't know, man. Has there been like that much? Don't forget, Saudi's are crypto Jews since 1449.
- 2:14:18Don May. Don May. They're Don May Jews. That's right. That's right.
- 2:14:23Okay. I'm gonna see you tomorrow.
- 2:14:25What's our day to get a I also heard I also heard
- 2:14:32oh, shoot. Anyway, was breaking news a while back. I can't remember what it was. I'll find out later. I I got breaking news. I gotta pee, and I'm starving. Yes, Larry. There you go. Break some wind.
- 2:14:44Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:14:45So
- 2:14:46do you know Trump
- 2:14:48said he was going to, petition the Supreme Court,
- 2:14:53to have a rehearing on the birthright citizenship case, Trump versus Barbera. Correct?
- 2:14:59Unknown: Well, I've heard that. What's
- 2:15:03Unknown: that?
- 2:15:04Unknown: I've heard that the supreme court just got out for their three month vacation.
- 2:15:10They'll reconvene
- 2:15:11in October.
- 2:15:12Don't know whether Trump will directly ask him to rehear it.
- 2:15:16The alternative I heard or there was one or two other cases that were similar to this one that was decided,
- 2:15:24and they could use one of those to overturn this decision. So we don't know.
- 2:15:31Unknown: Well, there's a couple of things. So he has twenty five days to, petition the court for a rehearing,
- 2:15:37and, this is an interesting statistic.
- 2:15:40So do you know, when the last time the Supreme Court of the United States granted a rehearing?
- 2:15:47Unknown: Larry,
- 2:15:48I would have no idea.
- 2:15:52Unknown: 1965.
- 2:15:55But here's the thing. He is making a a proactive
- 2:15:58effort. Case?
- 2:15:59To overcome to overcome
- 2:16:02Unknown: what's that? What case did they rehear in 1965?
- 2:16:08Unknown: I'm not sure.
- 2:16:09I have to look that up. But Okay. The Trump administration
- 2:16:13is definitely making
- 2:16:15proactive
- 2:16:16effort
- 2:16:17to overcome their ruling
- 2:16:20by doing two things.
- 2:16:22So what they're gonna do is they're going he's ordered federal prosecutors
- 2:16:26to prioritize the fraudulent
- 2:16:29birth tourism,
- 2:16:31and that's exactly what,
- 2:16:33China's involved in.
- 2:16:36Specifically, there's other countries,
- 2:16:38but this birth tourism visa and wire fraud schemes. And then he's encouraged lawmakers,
- 2:16:45to look into passing federal legislation
- 2:16:48to narrow who is considered, quote, subject to the jurisdiction,
- 2:16:52close quote, of The US.
- 2:16:54Unknown: Interesting.
- 2:16:56I know Johnson said they were gonna take care of it legislatively.
- 2:17:00They've got several options. We'll just have to wait and see how it develops, Larry. Very important, though, obviously.
- 2:17:10Yep. If they don't overturn it if they don't overturn it, I'm gonna reemphasize,
- 2:17:15you might start thinking about moving.
- 2:17:19K?
- 2:17:20You get that. You get emerged with the Israeli military and intelligence
- 2:17:27units.
- 2:17:28You you might think about leaving the country or you might think about them flying drones down your street
- 2:17:35looking for you. You.
- 2:17:40K. Anybody else got anything for me? That's a really exciting way to end the show, ain't it?
- 2:17:47Unknown: Mhmm.
- 2:17:48Uh-huh.
- 2:17:50Unknown: Course. Nobody?
- 2:17:52Unknown: Who is that little? That's my complaint with Zoom, Paul.
- 2:17:56You little icons that you need, they hide them.
- 2:18:00Unknown: Hey, Roger. Oh, excuse me. Hey, Brent. Hey. Hey, buddy. I
- 2:18:05just talked to Harvey probably about half an hour ago, only for quick minute.
- 2:18:11Yeah. And I'm gonna get back with him,
- 2:18:14you know, after I'm finished over in here.
- 2:18:18Was a little busy also.
- 2:18:20Unknown: Yeah. I know he is always. When you tell that dog devil I said hello, and I wanna speak with him soon. I miss talking to him.
- 2:18:27K? Okay.
- 2:18:29I will. You, Brent. Okay, buddy. Uh-huh. Good man, Harvey Weissong.
- 2:18:34Okay. Anybody else?
- 2:18:38Unknown: Thank you, Roger.
- 2:18:39Unknown: Hey, Shane. Thank you, buddy. I'll,
- 2:18:43I'll be back with you tomorrow. I'm hoping I won't oversleep on the second day of being 78
- 2:18:48of, very unusual. So I end up
- 2:18:52sneezing,
- 2:18:53closing the show, and oversleeping
- 2:18:56to start it. What what I tell you? Let's get on out of here. We'll restart tomorrow. We'll kick start tomorrow. Love you. See you then. Ciao.
- 2:19:26Unknown: Oh, Beaner, you make it look so easy. Why?
- 2:19:33I don't know. It's just natural for you.
- 2:19:39Unknown: Are you trying to blow sunshine up my backside?
- 2:19:44Unknown: No. I'm trying to blow wind up your dress, Paul.
- 2:19:52Unknown: Excuse me.
- 2:19:53Unknown: Okay. Hey, Paul. I have a question. Thank
- 2:19:57Unknown: you. And is that Shane?
- 2:20:00Yes. Uh-huh.
- 2:20:05Unknown: Now we talked earlier about the the method and madness of what?
- 2:20:10Method and madness.
- 2:20:13Something about Jeffrey,
- 2:20:15something rather.
- 2:20:19Didn't write it all down.
- 2:20:21Unknown: Oh,
- 2:20:22okay.
- 2:20:24Do you have access to the chat and free conference call or
- 2:20:29radio ran two rate numeral two radio ranch dot Chetango dot com?
- 2:20:36Unknown: Not yet. No.
- 2:20:39Unknown: Okay.
- 2:20:43Do you have the
- 2:20:49you have the internet?
- 2:20:52Unknown: I do. Okay.
- 2:20:55Unknown: And
- 2:20:56can you, as soon as I stop the program
- 2:21:03and process
- 2:21:05the archive?
- 2:21:06Do you have the ability to go to radio.globalvoiceradio.net
- 2:21:11and
- 2:21:13grab the transcript for today's show?
- 2:21:16It's radio again.
- 2:21:19Radio.globalvoiceradio.net.
- 2:21:27Unknown: Radio.globalvoiceradio.net.
- 2:21:43Globe radio.globalvoice.net.
- 2:21:47Unknown: Globalradio.
- 2:21:50Radio.globalvoiceradio.
- 2:21:58Thank you.
- 2:22:00Is Mana out there yet that he can respond?
- 2:22:11Unknown: Mana.
- 2:22:12Retrain
- 2:22:13your browser to go to
- 2:22:16serve.pothome.fm/global-voice-radio.
- 2:22:25Unknown: Oh, no. That was completely confusing.
- 2:22:29Unknown: Okay. You broke up. We're trying to figure out, Paul, this article that Manna was referencing on the epic time and and and and we can't figure it out.
- 2:22:39From Annie's wanting to know and she has a subscription.
- 2:22:44It's looking like it might be an editorial. Might have been an article. Think you figured it out. Are we subjects or citizens? Okey dokey. Never mind, man. We figured it. That's right. I did remember him saying that title, Annie, you're right.
- 2:22:58So good job for you.
- 2:23:06Unknown: Okay.
- 2:23:10Unknown: Hey, I know I don't talk much but there's the article.
- 2:23:14Sorry for the delay.
- 2:23:16Unknown: Thank you. Hey, thank you. I was trying too and then like I said, they want all your info to just read and I would have been reading the wrong article anyway. So, okay. Thank you. I I follow that author on as well. He's he has a lot of very
- 2:23:33Unknown: interesting opinions.
- 2:23:35Yeah. He'd be he's a good one to follow on us.
- 2:23:42Unknown: And and so even your link and I click on it and, like, we want your email.
- 2:23:48But we don't sell your info. No scam. Here's the opt out.
- 2:23:52Unknown: Here's what they do because I I send articles all the time to people that
- 2:23:57are just interested, you know, in the content and they don't have a subscription.
- 2:24:02If you put your email in,
- 2:24:05then I believe they give you permission,
- 2:24:08you know, to read the article. But, yeah, they're always they're always gonna ask because it's totally subscription oriented.
- 2:24:14They're gonna ask for an email.
- 2:24:20Sorry. I thought I was sending
- 2:24:22sending it without having to connect
- 2:24:25and give personal information.
- 2:24:29Unknown: And this is the only way you can send it and I'll pass.
- 2:24:32Sorry. I'll listen to other people tell me what it's about.
- 2:24:37Unknown: You guys have a great day.
- 2:24:40Unknown: You too. And thank you. Thank you for trying, and thank you so much.
- 2:24:45Unknown: Thank you. You
- 2:24:52Unknown: can get the Epoch Times, by the way, for, like, $4.99
- 2:24:56a month.
- 2:24:57You can get a digital subscription.
- 2:24:59Because I've gone from getting the actual paper itself,
- 2:25:04like, back in 2020
- 2:25:06to just downgrading
- 2:25:08to a digital
- 2:25:10subscription.
- 2:25:12And
- 2:25:13it's pretty affordable if you wanna go that route.
- 2:25:17It's only $4.99
- 2:25:19a month.
- 2:25:21Unknown: Well, I've seen them. They come up with these specials from time to time.
- 2:25:26Super cheap. So
- 2:25:28also you can just get on their email list and wait till they make an offer that's
- 2:25:34even way cheaper than that. I've seen it. Exactly.
- 2:25:37Unknown: There was one that just ran,
- 2:25:39which was
- 2:25:41a dollar
- 2:25:42a month for six months
- 2:25:46and then I think it then it upgrades to like $4.99
- 2:25:50a month. They just have to remember to call and
- 2:25:53you know, cancel it
- 2:25:56before you upgrade it, before it's upgraded automatically.
- 2:26:00But, yeah, they have deals all the time on subscription,
- 2:26:04especially the digital subscription.

- 2:26:33Okay. Epoch. Alright. But you have to put vvthe
- 2:26:39in front of
- 2:26:40epochtimes.com.
- 2:26:42Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:26:43Thank you.
- 2:26:44Unknown: Sure.
- 2:26:47Unknown: Hey, mer.
- 2:26:51Unknown: What?
- 2:26:54Unknown: Did you ever did I did I did that email go through that Gordon
- 2:27:01Ramsey

- 2:27:17Let me see.
- 2:27:19I think I responded. I
- 2:27:22Unknown: don't I don't think you did. You got a lot you got a lot on your plate there, but you really get a kick out of that. It's it's from that, you
- 2:27:31know, that Gordon Ramsey, you know, that did a MasterChef thing? Mhmm. Where the guy goes out to different restaurants. He's he's got several different Yeah.
- 2:27:39Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. I did watch that. Thanks.
- 2:27:43Unknown: Yeah. Get you think you get think
- 2:27:45Unknown: About the White House lawyer.
- 2:27:49Unknown: Oh, yeah. But did you get the end where what
- 2:27:53happened to the guy at the end?
- 2:27:56Unknown: What happened?
- 2:27:59Unknown: Well, they well, they deported him. You know what you know what they deported him to?
- 2:28:04Unknown: Where?
- 2:28:06Unknown: You didn't watch it. Watch you didn't get a kick out of it.
- 2:28:11Unknown: Did, but, you know, I might have been here for sleep. No. You wouldn't you wouldn't forget something like that. Anyway, watch it. Yeah, it's on Facebook.
- 2:28:19So that might have been my problem. Exactly. Exactly. I don't do any any of this stuff and when you're talking about something only being so much a month, I don't do any money on the on the Internet.
- 2:28:31None.
- 2:28:34Unknown: It's it's
- 2:28:36it's
- 2:28:37free.
- 2:28:39Unknown: Well, I know this is. Yeah.
- 2:28:45Okay.
- 2:28:45Let's see. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I just didn't I think I didn't have the sound on or something. Mhmm. Things gonna happen. Please watch it. You will get it. You will it will it will make your day.
- 2:28:55Unknown: So where did the tips go? Mhmm.
- 2:28:57Depends on what it is. Mark, here's the owner. Take your tip. Yeah. Yeah. No. Do you think if I went and asked every customer, mainly the tip, or you're straight to the owner and not to the server? Let me ask that table there. Sir, the tipping left, the young lady's server. The owner takes the tips.
- 2:29:13With Don't
- 2:29:14me. Yeah. I would would you Yeah. Do you think you are? Tell the customers they're gonna get their tips. No. They're not. They should be told that you're taking them because this service deserves Mhmm. Me, I would Whitney, would Whitney. Two years after this episode was shot, their restaurant officially closed. A couple years after that, the owners also divorced and the man got deported from The US for his criminal past and now lives in Israel.
- 2:29:35Unknown: Israel? Yep.
- 2:29:38Unknown: I see it on the cake.
- 2:29:52Unknown: Do you? Of course. Yeah. I know. Do you think the girls in the church and the church are not enough? Do you think if I win enough every customer, they need a tear, they would go straight to the owner and not to the server, do you? Yes. In the FCC chat.
- 2:30:02Unknown: Bunch of foul mouth people had to keep bleeding on their stuff out. Explain
- 2:30:07Unknown: what so so the group can hear what what went on there.
- 2:30:11Unknown: Yeah. The owner of the restaurant was taking the server's tips.
- 2:30:17And Ramsay,
- 2:30:18Jeff Ramsay
- 2:30:21told the
- 2:30:22Unknown: told told the the
- 2:30:23Unknown: they were doing and so
- 2:30:25they kinda had it out and then the restaurant closed.
- 2:30:30They had a divorce and he went to Israel.
- 2:30:33Deported to Israel.
- 2:30:37I
- 2:30:39Unknown: mean, the waitress is depending on that $10 tip per customer
- 2:30:43and what's happening to it and what's happening to it.
- 2:30:48Unknown: Well, at least they're not making pay pay taxes on tips now since
- 2:30:53that was that was enacted, I guess, like, last year or something. Right?
- 2:30:58Because they for a while there, they were making them declare, you know, their tips as income.
- 2:31:05Unknown: And I think they're gonna start back as soon as they get their I'm sure they will. Think it's the right to go if you're in a switch it a roo.
- 2:31:16Unknown: Just leave a copy of the handbook for nationals
- 2:31:19or the trifold brochure on any table
- 2:31:23that you eat at
- 2:31:29or hand it onto your waitress.
- 2:31:35Unknown: But that that made you that the waitress, you had to feel sorry for because if she needed that money, but she wasn't the kind that and she needed the job too, and she wasn't the kind that was gonna go against the manager. But this guy was absolutely
- 2:31:50scum. I mean, he was just
- 2:31:53he he
- 2:31:54Murr, did you see the part where he was act like he was gonna hit Gordon
- 2:31:58Ramsey?
- 2:31:59Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:32:03Unknown: Gotta watch it to just get a kick out of it. Little punk. It's in the FCC chat. The link. Yeah.
- 2:32:11Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:32:12Punky little guy.
- 2:32:17Maffiosa
- 2:32:19or
- 2:32:20Kosher Nostrom.
- 2:32:22Whatever.
- 2:32:24Unknown: Well,
- 2:32:26anyway,
- 2:32:27have a good day, mister Murph.
- 2:32:30Unknown: Thank you. That was cute.
- 2:33:10Unknown: Hey, Paul. We're gonna give you permission to go take a nap.
- 2:33:19Unknown: Okay. Well,
- 2:33:21I appreciate that. Thank you. But I really don't have the time.
- 2:33:26So
- 2:33:31Unknown: wow. Yeah. I know. I was just kidding. But we are gonna have to clone you though.
- 2:33:35Unknown: Oh, I don't think so.
- 2:33:37I'm I'm I tried to volunteer for cloning decades ago.
- 2:33:42I volunteered. I mean, I wanted one of me to go to work, one of me to go fishing, one of me to do the yard work, and one of me to
- 2:33:51just basically
- 2:33:52do the honey do list thing.
- 2:33:55Just as long as I get to go play,
- 2:33:58you know, let let the rest of them. But then I then I came to the conclusion that I would actually have to feed all of them.
- 2:34:06Nah.
- 2:34:10Unknown: Not only that, it's a scary thought to have four or five of you running around. Mhmm.
- 2:34:16Unknown: Oh, yeah.
- 2:34:22Unknown: But just think of being able to blame everything that goes wrong on your evil twin.
- 2:34:30Unknown: Good
- 2:34:32point.
- 2:34:34Unknown: Alright. Well,
- 2:34:37let me see if I can actually
- 2:34:40remote in
- 2:34:42and
- 2:34:44refresh my connection to the server and actually take care of
- 2:34:48taking the showdown.
- 2:34:52Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Where is it?
- 2:35:05Unknown: And while you're at it, Paul, can you change that from at the end from
- 2:35:10baking the cake to icing on the cake?
- 2:35:16Unknown: That's not what it says.
- 2:35:25It's not what it says.
- 2:35:27Can anybody share with him exactly what that says?
- 2:35:34Unknown: It says at the end, it says bacon a cake. Right? Nope.
- 2:35:39What does it say?
- 2:35:41Unknown: It says now you're breaking the chains.
- 2:35:47Unknown: Oh, breaking the chains? Yes.
- 2:35:50Does does it sound anything like that?
- 2:35:54Unknown: It says now you're breaking the chains.
- 2:36:00Unknown: Okay. I have to listen closer. Your ears, Sam.
- 2:36:06Yeah.
- 2:36:07I don't always wash them when I'm in the shower.
- 2:36:22Unknown: What on earth?
- 2:36:27Unknown: Oh,
- 2:36:29Unknown: that's why I don't have a
- 2:36:32connection to the server. It says that my PC is offline.
- 2:36:39Why would that be?
- 2:36:46No. The server's not offline
- 2:36:51because
- 2:36:52I can still hear you guys.
- 2:37:08K.
- 2:37:11Then I'll try and reconnect to it
- 2:37:20locally.
- 2:37:27Come on.
- 2:37:38Unknown: So I haven't been here for the last I must say five to ten minutes I don't know what the conversation going on per se is other than right now it sounds like Paul might be having some communication
- 2:37:50issues.
- 2:37:54Unknown: Yeah, that's putting it mild.
- 2:37:56Unknown: So
- 2:37:57I'm gonna
- 2:37:59fill some airtime
- 2:38:04because
- 2:38:05kind of pertaining to Roger today on the show and always thinking if he can get his message to the right people, it's gonna spread. But yet he knows very well that people don't have a love of the truth.
- 2:38:18And so
- 2:38:22I'm a grandma
- 2:38:24per se. You know? She she's 9.5.
- 2:38:26I'll call it. She's almost 10, actually. Anyways and I spent a day with her yesterday,
- 2:38:31and I don't know if any of you
- 2:38:33I'm I'm doing air quotes, keep up on kids movies and things like this. But in the last couple years, there's been this movie out,
- 2:38:42and it's based on the wizard of Oz theme,
- 2:38:45and it's wicked.
- 2:38:47And then there's a second one called Wicked For Good. Well, I haven't seen Wicked,
- 2:38:53but we watched Wicked For Good yesterday.
- 2:38:57And
- 2:38:58I know, like, a lot of the movies and stuff, people are opposed to the messaging in there for children and stuff. But but if you're a grandparent and you you know the truth of things like most of us here kinda do,
- 2:39:11it amazes me
- 2:39:13when you watch these movies and the messages that are in there of the truth.
- 2:39:19And and you can pause them, you know, if you're not in a theater, especially if you're
- 2:39:24and and and tell them about them.
- 2:39:28Like, so
- 2:39:29the wicked witch
- 2:39:31in the Wizard of Oz in this wicked movies,
- 2:39:35she is trying to tell all of the people in the land of Oz
- 2:39:39that
- 2:39:41the wizard is a liar and a fake.
- 2:39:45And that's why she is so demonized.
- 2:39:51Unknown: And is the wizard
- 2:39:54as bad as she say he is?
- 2:39:57Unknown: Is what?
- 2:39:59Unknown: The the wizard you say the wizard is the one that she's talking about?
- 2:40:05Unknown: She's trying to expose the wizard and that he's fake. He's a fake. You know, which at the end of the wizard of Oz, Toto
- 2:40:12exposes him as being a fake, but also Glenda, fake. Glenda is pretending
- 2:40:18to have magic powers, and I can never remember the name of the wicked
- 2:40:23the wicked witch. I wanna say it's
- 2:40:27Afaba,
- 2:40:28something like that, and then Galinda.
- 2:40:30And they were friends, actually, with children.
- 2:40:34And and
- 2:40:36Galinda
- 2:40:37couldn't read
- 2:40:38the magic book to be able to do magic
- 2:40:43where
- 2:40:44Elphaba could, so she learned actual magic,
- 2:40:48but they just and and Glenda's taught, just pretend
- 2:40:52that people would rather believe the lies.
- 2:40:58Unknown: That part is true.
- 2:41:02Right. You know, I if with with all the hidden messages,
- 2:41:06subliminal stuff, not only just verbal, but, you know, little subliminal pictures and stuff like that and the stuff that they have nowadays,
- 2:41:13there's no way in the world I would let
- 2:41:16anyone, you know,
- 2:41:18minor that I would
- 2:41:21even let near that stuff if I had anything to say about it. I'd quite agree.
- 2:41:25Unknown: Know, this is people's
- 2:41:27perception,
- 2:41:28but there's a lot of people that also say, you know,
- 2:41:32if you know and you're you know, that subliminal stuff can't work on you as nearly as well. So that's why I'm like, pause, I pause, I sit there and I tell her, you know, this and this is how people really are and blah blah blah. Yep. You know, and so we'll have our little discussions in between and then we continue again, but, know, I I I go back and forth on it because,
- 2:41:55you know, you really can't
- 2:41:58unless you go Amish or whatever, you're not gonna
- 2:42:01prevent them. And so like I say, if you if you're there as a grandparent and you know they're gonna be seeing it anyways and you can watch them with them and fill them in on some of these things, use them as lessons.
- 2:42:16I don't know. Do you know?
- 2:42:18Unknown: It's it's it's a tough call especially when you're dealing with somebody else's. I mean, I know you're related,
- 2:42:25they're the primary
- 2:42:27caregiver.
- 2:42:28And
- 2:42:30and if they want them to see that kind of garbage,
- 2:42:33then that is probably not a whole unless you have custody of them or something like that. It is it's a tough
- 2:42:39you gotta you gotta you have a tough role ahead of you.
- 2:42:43Unknown: Exactly.
- 2:42:44And, you know, and so you know, so it's
- 2:42:48my daughter's child.
- 2:42:50So,
- 2:42:50you know, and my daughter and I are very close and she listens to a lot of stuff, but you know, doesn't quite grasp all of it, but she knows and she does home school her. So again, you know, we're and so the couple days a week that I babysit her, I do lessons with her.
- 2:43:08And she different
- 2:43:11approaches to homeschooling.
- 2:43:14It's interesting. It's interesting.
- 2:43:17I just kudos for being able to
- 2:43:20step outside and do these things, stand up for her kid and being that she has I have two nieces in my side of the family that are teachers
- 2:43:30of like kindergarten,
- 2:43:32first grade. So
- 2:43:34to be able to step out of that and and take it upon
- 2:43:39herself to educate
- 2:43:42Unknown: her daughter. She's not she knows She she's not she's you don't think she's like saying mom is mom kinda tends to exaggerate it. You know, it's not all that bad. No.
- 2:43:55Unknown: No. No. No. She just
- 2:43:58has a hard time wrapping her head around some of the things, but she she
- 2:44:02agrees
- 2:44:04with a whole whole lot
- 2:44:08to the point of yes she does not vaccinated and she is homeschooling so.
- 2:44:15Unknown: She gets an a plus on that.
- 2:44:19Excuse the pun. Yeah.
- 2:44:22Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:44:30Unknown: You're gonna have to try to play Monday morning quarterback, and that's gonna be hard to do. Yeah.
- 2:44:40Unknown: It's fun though and interesting and overwhelming
- 2:44:43and you know my daughter and I talk a lot about a lot of different things and
- 2:44:51being sure and not sure of something is of course first and foremost we never want to
- 2:44:57misguide
- 2:44:58her daughter, my granddaughter in any way and we don't want to hold her back from
- 2:45:03anything she wants to experience
- 2:45:06per se.
- 2:45:08It's hard it's I just feel so bad
- 2:45:11for the parents of kids today I really do they have quite that.
- 2:45:16I've seen a stupid short the other day to see I do this stuff to now so
- 2:45:23it's hard.
- 2:45:26Unknown: It's especially hard it's especially hard when you when you when you realize
- 2:45:31that your daughter
- 2:45:33is not even a half a percent of what's going on out there.
- 2:45:38It's that bad.
- 2:45:40Unknown: I know.
- 2:45:41But like even so I've seen the stupid, like I say, a little short meme type thing the other day of, you know, like, so us, I'm gonna say, raising our kids and teaching them the birds and the bees.
- 2:45:53And and it was funny, you know, per se of, you know, now we gotta teach they gotta be taught about the birds and the bees and the bees and the bees and the birds and the bees and the birds that wanna be bees and bees wanna be birds and and
- 2:46:08Unknown: Oh, boy.
- 2:46:09It's it's like like it's not confusing
- 2:46:12enough already if it is.
- 2:46:15Unknown: But I like the one too that's real short and simple. It's like there are three genders,
- 2:46:21male, female, and insane.
- 2:46:24Unknown: Mentally ill.
- 2:46:26Mentally ill. Okay.
- 2:46:29Unknown: Male, female, and mentally ill.
- 2:46:33Unknown: Okay.
- 2:46:34I was able to reestablish
- 2:46:36my connection to the server. I just had to use remote desktop and do it within my network. I don't know what the hell is going on with this laptop.
- 2:46:44It refuses
- 2:46:45to connect to the Internet Internet,
- 2:46:48but the Ethernet is working fine.
- 2:46:51Unknown: Weird. Okay. And I and it was perfect timing too, Paul, because I'm done filling filling air now. And
- 2:46:57Unknown: And you're done filling in the blanks?
- 2:47:00Unknown: Yeah. I'm just you know, I just thought it was kind of interesting, so whatever.
- 2:47:05Unknown: Paul can't wait to nucleus. Go ahead, Paul.
- 2:47:08Unknown: No. Actually, I can't wait to actually get this show wrapped up so I can get on with my day
- 2:47:14and do stuff. So
