- 0:15Speaker 2: about last year.

- 0:20Speaker 1: in your.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Face to me and in the place to be and
- 0:22Speaker 2: you're listening to John Jay and Ridge, Wake your.
- 0:24Speaker 4: Ways sucks Tomorrow morning, War of the Roses. You find
- 0:28Speaker 4: out of so much cheating on.
- 0:29Speaker 1: You and cheating.
- 0:30Speaker 4: The definition of cheating has many different definitions, if you
- 0:33Speaker 4: will right, because people like if you flirt with the
- 0:36Speaker 4: coworkers at cheating, if you smile with the coworkers at cheating,
- 0:39Speaker 4: and so I guess is that called micro cheating?
- 0:41Speaker 5: Well, there are things that are considered micro cheating, and
- 0:43Speaker 5: those are sort of small behaviors that don't rise to
- 0:46Speaker 5: the level of like full blown affair. They do sort
- 0:48Speaker 5: of like chip away at the trust in a relationship.
- 0:51Speaker 6: Uh.
- 0:51Speaker 7: For example, if you.
- 0:53Speaker 5: Are flirting with someone online or in person, that would
- 0:56Speaker 5: be a micro cheat.
- 0:57Speaker 1: So what what is flirting online?
- 1:00Speaker 7: Who you know? Flirting online? I'm like, oh, I'd really
- 1:03Speaker 7: like to see you in that new shirt.
- 1:05Speaker 1: I mean, maybe like double tapping, because you know how double.
- 1:09Speaker 5: Tapping and fire emotions on somebody's.
- 1:12Speaker 4: On Instagram, I get all these messages and I usually
- 1:15Speaker 4: just double tap and move. But double tap is a
- 1:16Speaker 4: heart right on Instagram. But on Facebook, when you double tap,
- 1:20Speaker 4: it's a thumbs up. But it's like when you're moving
- 1:22Speaker 4: fast on Facebook, yellow tap, double tap, double tap. I'm
- 1:25Speaker 4: not sitting, I'm not flirting double hearts. But I heard
- 1:27Speaker 4: someone say somewhere that heart's hearts are flirting, and I'm like, no, no,
- 1:30Speaker 4: not if it's.
- 1:31Speaker 8: Like a double tap, because that's just equivalent to a like.
- 1:34Speaker 8: I feel like if somebody posts a picture on their
- 1:37Speaker 8: Instagram story and you swipe up and you put the
- 1:39Speaker 8: looking eyes and a fire emoji in.
- 1:40Speaker 5: A heart, that would yeah, someone's post and hearting it
- 1:45Speaker 5: that way, not really micro sheet taking the time to
- 1:48Speaker 5: go into their comments and post a couple of hearts.
- 1:50Speaker 5: That would be considered more of like a micro cheating.
- 1:53Speaker 4: Payton's common, and that's such a lot of work to
- 1:55Speaker 4: do that. That's why that's.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel terrible. I've never seen that before, and
- 2:00Speaker 1: no one's ever done that to many.
- 2:01Speaker 5: But they also say, like confiding in someone else instead
- 2:04Speaker 5: of your partner about personal relationship problems, that is micro cheating.
- 2:07Speaker 1: That could lead to something.
- 2:08Speaker 5: Yeah, because you're kind of opening that door to emotional intimacy,
- 2:12Speaker 5: and so that's why it's considered a micro cheats. I like,
- 2:14Speaker 5: technically you didn't do anything, but you are sharing intimate
- 2:17Speaker 5: details about your relationship with someone else.
- 2:19Speaker 7: So that's a micro cheat.
- 2:20Speaker 5: Late night texting with someone you know your partner wouldn't
- 2:23Speaker 5: be comfortable with, or micro cheating.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Sure, that's bordering on cheating right there.
- 2:28Speaker 6: I would consider that cheating.
- 2:29Speaker 9: You know what, I had a couple friends that were
- 2:32Speaker 9: upset at each other because they had they had a
- 2:35Speaker 9: group chat going on that became a one on one
- 2:38Speaker 9: after so they started side texting each other funny things
- 2:42Speaker 9: that didn't have to do with the group thing.
- 2:44Speaker 1: That's bad, right, that's not micro cheat. Yeah.
- 2:46Speaker 5: I think when you meet someone and maybe things are
- 2:49Speaker 5: are a little bit flirty, your feels up, and you
- 2:52Speaker 5: don't tell them you're in a committed relationship, that's a
- 2:54Speaker 5: micro cheat.
- 2:55Speaker 1: What about sending topless photos?
- 2:57Speaker 7: That would be a cheat?
- 2:58Speaker 1: Yeah, let's micro share.
- 3:00Speaker 7: I think that's a little.
- 3:00Speaker 6: Bit more sen hold like on there.
- 3:02Speaker 8: If you're in a relationship and maybe you meet a
- 3:05Speaker 8: coworker and you start to like get like a little crush,
- 3:08Speaker 8: even though you're not like actually talking to them or
- 3:11Speaker 8: being in you see them down the hall, you're like.
- 3:12Speaker 6: Ooh, they're kind of cute. Would that be considered a
- 3:14Speaker 6: micro chee?
- 3:15Speaker 7: I think so.
- 3:16Speaker 6: I think so too.
- 3:17Speaker 5: I think that's definitely a micro chee. I think the
- 3:19Speaker 5: experts actually say it's not really uh, mostly like the
- 3:22Speaker 5: behavior itself, it's more about the secrecy. So like, if
- 3:25Speaker 5: you have a secret crush on someone, that would definitely
- 3:28Speaker 5: be a micro cheet, right if you're hiding it because
- 3:30Speaker 5: you know your partner would be upset, it's crossing the
- 3:32Speaker 5: line into micro cheating. So they say, like, you know,
- 3:36Speaker 5: to avoid this or to avoid these things turning into
- 3:40Speaker 5: something big, talk about it early with your partner, Explain
- 3:42Speaker 5: how it's like making you feel, and like make sure
- 3:45Speaker 5: that you guys are both agreeing that whatever is happening
- 3:48Speaker 5: is acceptable in your relationship. Because you may be with
- 3:50Speaker 5: someone who doesn't care what you comment on someone else's
- 3:52Speaker 5: things on Instagram. It's Instagram, it's not real life. So
- 3:55Speaker 5: it's like it's something that every person is going to
- 3:58Speaker 5: have a different definition. Some people think certain things are
- 4:01Speaker 5: cheating and some people don't think those things are cheating.
- 4:03Speaker 9: If they don't have a problem with it, do you
- 4:05Speaker 9: still consider, like, let's say they don't care if you
- 4:08Speaker 9: hard eyes somebody, is that micro cheating?
- 4:11Speaker 5: I think in your relationship, if you've agreed that that
- 4:14Speaker 5: doesn't bother your partner, then no.
- 4:16Speaker 1: What if I sent the video to somewhat of me
- 4:17Speaker 1: naked doing burpies?
- 4:19Speaker 4: I think that would definitely who knows.
- 4:22Speaker 7: What that would like?
- 4:23Speaker 6: Would Blake be okay with that?
- 4:25Speaker 10: Yes?
- 4:28Speaker 1: What if you lie to your fitness tracker? That's macro cheating?
- 4:33Speaker 6: Yes?
- 4:34Speaker 1: Is this an article somewhere?
- 4:36Speaker 5: It's all over Reddit, Like I'm talking about their micro cheating,
- 4:40Speaker 5: asking each other if this is micro cheating or not.
- 4:43Speaker 7: That's pretty much it kind of get the gist of it.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, micro cheating.
- 4:49Speaker 5: I mean, like think about like the people that download
- 4:51Speaker 5: dating apps just to look like you downloaded a dating app.
- 4:54Speaker 7: That's micro cheating, Hello, just.
- 4:56Speaker 1: To see what's out there?
- 4:57Speaker 5: Yeah, leading text messages if you're curious, just to borrow
- 5:02Speaker 5: a friend's phone that's on that just look through and
- 5:04Speaker 5: see what they're offering.
- 5:05Speaker 6: So that's actually like kind of creepy.
- 5:07Speaker 8: I'm sorry, Like if you're a man or you honestly
- 5:10Speaker 8: a woman too, like and you're just downloading to just
- 5:11Speaker 8: look like that gives peeping tom.
- 5:13Speaker 6: I don't know why, but it does.
- 5:14Speaker 9: Yeah, all of those are like kind of the gateway
- 5:16Speaker 9: to some trouble for sure.
- 5:18Speaker 5: Like there's one on there that's like taking your wedding
- 5:20Speaker 5: ring off when you're going out parties, Like that's terrible.
- 5:23Speaker 6: Oh my gosh, I turn around if I forget my ring.
- 5:26Speaker 4: Yeah, I just cheap spinning in circles. Yeah, like yeah,
- 5:32Speaker 4: micro cheating, all right. I wonder what else is considered
- 5:35Speaker 4: micro cheating? For missing something? Text us you text jj RD.
- 5:39Speaker 4: Whatever is micro cheating?
- 5:39Speaker 10: To?
- 5:40Speaker 1: Not to six eight ninety three.

- 9:11Speaker 15: grew up around Maddox and I also play softball, and
- 9:16Speaker 15: there tends to be a lot of sober softball teams,
- 9:18Speaker 15: and you can I can just tell when someone is
- 9:21Speaker 15: no longer.
- 9:23Speaker 1: So are you saying using drugs, using alcohol? Using what?
- 9:27Speaker 15: Yeah, using drugs And.
- 9:29Speaker 1: There's a lot of drug use in the softball world,
- 9:31Speaker 1: is that what you're saying?
- 9:32Speaker 9: Well?
- 9:33Speaker 15: No, But like there's sober teams that like will come
- 9:36Speaker 15: and play and I don't know. I'm always the able.
- 9:38Speaker 15: I'm like, yeah, I don't think that person's right in there.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Head.
- 9:42Speaker 4: I thought maybe you met you could tell when someone's using,
- 9:44Speaker 4: and you can also tell when someone's a softball player.
- 9:48Speaker 15: Well yeah, probably not a softball player, but definitely when
- 9:51Speaker 15: someone's using. And like I, I work in management, and
- 9:55Speaker 15: so I interviewed people and sometimes drivers, and I'm like,
- 9:59Speaker 15: I don't care what it hit. Drug test says, are.
- 10:04Speaker 1: You probably right most of the time?
- 10:06Speaker 15: Uh yeah, yeah yeah. And usually you know, if you
- 10:10Speaker 15: know these people on social media, you can watch them
- 10:12Speaker 15: take like a notes dive.
- 10:13Speaker 13: I'm like, I told you, Wow.
- 10:16Speaker 1: That's a good talent. I guess. Thank you man, and
- 10:18Speaker 1: thanks for listening, Thanks for calling in.
- 10:20Speaker 13: Thanks guys, have a great game.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Hello, Judy, what's your story here? You've got a great story.
- 10:25Speaker 16: Yeah, Well, my son he just told me a couple
- 10:28Speaker 16: of days ago that he used to steal my car
- 10:31Speaker 16: and I said, well, how did you steal it? He goes, well,
- 10:33Speaker 16: when you and dad were working at Festa, Mal used
- 10:37Speaker 16: to park it up in the upper level and he
- 10:40Speaker 16: used to go steal the car and drive around and
- 10:43Speaker 16: and I did. I had no idea.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Wow, what were you doing? What were you work in
- 10:47Speaker 1: the store?
- 10:49Speaker 16: I worked at numerous stores, gold Waters, Cartoon, Junction, Suncoast, Motion.
- 10:59Speaker 8: Of God.
- 11:00Speaker 16: I love that mall. If I were rich, I would
- 11:03Speaker 16: make that mall.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Come back and make you come back rich and your
- 11:06Speaker 1: special powers trying.
- 11:08Speaker 16: Yeah, but anyway, Yeah, I think it was just baffling
- 11:12Speaker 16: to me. And I said, well, how did you get
- 11:15Speaker 16: our keys?
- 11:16Speaker 17: He goes, well, you had an extra set.
- 11:18Speaker 16: I guess we did, but I didn't remember that, you know,
- 11:21Speaker 16: and he was taken at fifteen. He was taking our car.
- 11:27Speaker 13: I know.
- 11:27Speaker 16: It's like, so, I think it'd be a great segment
- 11:30Speaker 16: to have. What did your parents not know that you
- 11:33Speaker 16: used to do?
- 11:35Speaker 8: Great?
- 11:35Speaker 9: My parents would kill me if they ever found out.
- 11:38Speaker 9: But they didn't find out. That's good. That's good.
- 11:41Speaker 16: I love you Rich and I love Stacey.
- 11:43Speaker 3: Oh.
- 11:43Speaker 16: I just love you guys together.
- 11:45Speaker 1: Oh she's the best, isn't she.
- 11:48Speaker 8: I know.
- 11:48Speaker 10: I'm so happy.
- 11:49Speaker 16: It's like you proved me wrong.
- 11:54Speaker 1: You know, I was afraid I was having a conversation.
- 11:57Speaker 9: I was having a conversation with my wife last night
- 11:59Speaker 9: where I had to stop and look up a couple
- 12:01Speaker 9: of words she was using. She referred to me as pedantic.
- 12:05Speaker 9: Have you ever heard that before? Just on Family Guide?
- 12:07Speaker 9: Shallow and pedantic.
- 12:09Speaker 1: The administration's plan for peace in the Middle East is
- 12:11Speaker 1: shallow and pedantic. I agree, shallow and pedantic. I agree
- 12:16Speaker 1: as well, shallow and pedgantic.
- 12:20Speaker 7: Hmm, everything alright, Peter, Well.
- 12:22Speaker 1: I since you asked, I find this meat low for
- 12:24Speaker 1: rather shallow and pedantic.
- 12:26Speaker 4: I have the vocabulary I have is because of TV
- 12:28Speaker 4: shows well see cartoons.
- 12:30Speaker 1: All right, thanks for calling in.
- 12:32Speaker 16: You guys did the best care God bless bye bye.
- 12:35Speaker 6: I could see the twist on one to make stuff.
- 12:44Speaker 4: BuzzFeed did an article on old school struggles that would
- 12:48Speaker 4: break people today. Peyton gen Z col millennial. I want
- 12:53Speaker 4: to know these things. I think this A couple of
- 12:55Speaker 4: these would break Peyton.
- 12:55Speaker 6: I'm excited to hear, because there's a lot of things
- 12:58Speaker 6: that would break me.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Like what what do you think would break you?
- 13:00Speaker 8: I mean an old school thing having to dial up
- 13:03Speaker 8: my internet or like or having to like use one
- 13:10Speaker 8: of one of those things where you have to like
- 13:12Speaker 8: put your finger in and spin the phone.
- 13:13Speaker 6: Oh please ten texting. I don't know if I could
- 13:16Speaker 6: ever do that again.
- 13:17Speaker 4: You're talking about a rotary phone. There's a lot of
- 13:19Speaker 4: on this list that our phone related. For example, just
- 13:21Speaker 4: waiting by the phone for a call. If you're expecting
- 13:24Speaker 4: to call from someone. Back in the day, you had
- 13:26Speaker 4: to stay near the family phone all night and hope
- 13:28Speaker 4: it would ventually ring. Unless someone had to dial up internet.
- 13:31Speaker 4: You'd be screwed because right you remember that?
- 13:33Speaker 5: Yeah, I also told I told my kids about this
- 13:35Speaker 5: as I was back in the day. The phone of
- 13:36Speaker 5: ring and you would not know who was calling me,
- 13:39Speaker 5: so I just had to pick.
- 13:40Speaker 7: Up who is it?
- 13:41Speaker 9: And it's like if you wanted to call somebody, you'd
- 13:44Speaker 9: have to know their number by heart or look it
- 13:46Speaker 9: up in a phone book.
- 13:47Speaker 4: Here's another one. If you were driving you had to
- 13:50Speaker 4: hunt down a payphone. You need to call someone away
- 13:52Speaker 4: from home, better find a payphone. Make sure you have
- 13:54Speaker 4: the right coins in your pockets.
- 13:55Speaker 6: Yeah, I would not want to do that.
- 13:56Speaker 9: What about this peyton When you're driving somewhere far away,
- 13:59Speaker 9: you'd have to get out of an actual map. Could
- 14:00Speaker 9: you work a map right now?
- 14:01Speaker 13: No?
- 14:02Speaker 6: I do know how to work map quests though.
- 14:04Speaker 9: But that's still online. That's that's basically well, I don't
- 14:08Speaker 9: think it.
- 14:08Speaker 6: Would be able to read a map on that list.
- 14:10Speaker 1: Is this before smartphones?
- 14:11Speaker 4: If you wanted to remember something, you had to write
- 14:13Speaker 4: it down, recipes, directions, everything, So you had to write
- 14:16Speaker 4: everything down by hand, Like I remember, you give some direction,
- 14:18Speaker 4: you'd be like, and you're gonna see this yellow car
- 14:20Speaker 4: in a driveway? Make you turn there? Researching at the library.
- 14:25Speaker 4: If you didn't know the answer to something, you better
- 14:26Speaker 4: find an encyclopedia.
- 14:28Speaker 7: Encyclopedia.
- 14:30Speaker 4: I don't know about this one, but rich you grew
- 14:31Speaker 4: up like this, I think finding out about snow days.
- 14:33Speaker 4: This was long before apps and text alert. Students had
- 14:36Speaker 4: to listen to the radio or TV to watch to
- 14:37Speaker 4: see if your school would scroll by.
- 14:39Speaker 1: That's true.
- 14:40Speaker 9: And I went to Saint Sabinah, which is, you know,
- 14:42Speaker 9: not towards the front of the alphabet. So you have
- 14:43Speaker 9: to listen to like hundreds of other schools before you'd
- 14:47Speaker 9: find out if you were, you know, going to school
- 14:48Speaker 9: or not.
- 14:49Speaker 4: Oh what about this sharing a phone? Do you know
- 14:52Speaker 4: several houses used to be able to just share the
- 14:54Speaker 4: same foon line. Someone was on the line, you'd pick
- 14:56Speaker 4: it up and you could hear someone talking.
- 14:57Speaker 8: Oh sorry, Oh yeah, I think I would be able
- 14:59Speaker 8: to serve that because I feel like there would be
- 15:01Speaker 8: a lot of sibling eaves dropping.
- 15:03Speaker 7: It's so fun.
- 15:04Speaker 5: You're like, you know, anytimes like your sister's on the
- 15:06Speaker 5: phone with their boyfriend, you'd be like listening and then
- 15:09Speaker 5: you hear You'd.
- 15:10Speaker 4: Like child anyway, using a manual typewriter, if you made
- 15:19Speaker 4: one mistake on a school paper, mean it could mean
- 15:22Speaker 4: retyping an entire page.
- 15:23Speaker 6: Oh that would suck.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Old school struggles that would break people today.
- 15:27Speaker 15: There's quite a few part of the show this morning,
- 15:30Speaker 15: No worries.
- 15:31Speaker 1: It's all there on.
- 15:32Speaker 18: Iheartradiot for stacks and hacks. I have stacks of information,
- 15:35Speaker 18: Rich has life hacks. My information is the kind of
- 15:38Speaker 18: information is going to make you think about it all
- 15:40Speaker 18: day today. For example, there's a class action lawsuit against
- 15:43Speaker 18: the Mercedes Benz.
- 15:44Speaker 1: What get this?
- 15:47Speaker 4: People are being burned or branded by a raised metallic
- 15:51Speaker 4: a MG logo on the front seat that gets super
- 15:54Speaker 4: hot in the sun, jiline against its.
- 15:59Speaker 9: Out backwards? Is it that GMA Good Morning America? If
- 16:03Speaker 9: it's If it's branding it backwards.
- 16:06Speaker 7: You don't want either one of those.
- 16:08Speaker 6: I don't want anything that is unwanted on my body here.
- 16:11Speaker 7: Yeah, for the.
- 16:11Speaker 4: First time in fifteen years. I don't know if you
- 16:13Speaker 4: saw this the news, but seven Up is changing the recipe.
- 16:15Speaker 6: Why why would they do that?
- 16:17Speaker 4: They say the new version will be hitting stores soon.
- 16:19Speaker 4: It would no longer be lemon lime soda. Get this,
- 16:22Speaker 4: It'll be lime lemon soda. Well ime, And so here's
- 16:26Speaker 4: somebody tasting the difference. I kind of I'm a big
- 16:28Speaker 4: seven Up.
- 16:29Speaker 5: Fan, but I'm going to do a side by side
- 16:31Speaker 5: taste for the lemon lime and the lime.
- 16:32Speaker 7: Lemon lime one.
- 16:33Speaker 19: Is distinctly more lime sentenced seven Up Sweet and Chris,
- 16:36Speaker 19: But admittedly the lemon lime flavor is a little muted new.
- 16:39Speaker 20: It is such a subtle difference.
- 16:42Speaker 4: Honestly, if you didn't know that they changed it, I don't.
- 16:44Speaker 6: Think you would be able to tell a difference. Maybe
- 16:45Speaker 6: has a hit more limes zest.
- 16:47Speaker 5: I almost think the new one is not as sweet,
- 16:49Speaker 5: and maybe that's where.
- 16:50Speaker 6: The lime flavor comes in.
- 16:51Speaker 1: PEPSI changes her.
- 16:51Speaker 19: Mister story, there was a bigger difference between the two,
- 16:54Speaker 19: And I know some people don't like storry now because
- 16:56Speaker 19: of that.
- 16:56Speaker 6: You were worried that was going to happen to seven up.
- 16:58Speaker 19: You don't have to be side by side with my
- 17:00Speaker 19: I wouldn't even know the different.
- 17:01Speaker 9: Interesting, I don't think I can tell the difference between
- 17:03Speaker 9: a sprite a seven up and a story do you?
- 17:06Speaker 11: Yes?
- 17:06Speaker 1: You you could?
- 17:07Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 17:08Speaker 5: Yeah, I feel like this is a fun marketing campaign
- 17:11Speaker 5: for them.
- 17:11Speaker 1: I think you're right.
- 17:12Speaker 4: Oh, Kyle, so she watches sobody skeptical somebody's serial killer documentaries.
- 17:17Speaker 4: As you could tell that sprite seven up, we're screwing
- 17:20Speaker 4: with us.
- 17:20Speaker 9: Yeah, that's what he's going to get his talking. It's
- 17:22Speaker 9: not Lemon Lime, it's Lyme Lemon.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Right.
- 17:24Speaker 4: Speaking of Kyle, you know that TV show Margo's Got
- 17:27Speaker 4: Many Problems. Yeah, when I read this article, it made
- 17:29Speaker 4: me think of that show because some millennials are turning
- 17:32Speaker 4: their lifelong friends into platonic co parenting partners, which happens
- 17:36Speaker 4: in that show. Remember roomate always take care of the kid.
- 17:38Speaker 4: So after divorce, some moms have been choosing to raise
- 17:40Speaker 4: their kids together in what they're calling a mom mune.
- 17:43Speaker 6: Yes, I actually love that idea. My friends.
- 17:46Speaker 8: Actually we're just talking about that. I have two single
- 17:48Speaker 8: friends right now, and they're out together all the time.
- 17:50Speaker 8: Where I've actually asked them I'm like, is there something
- 17:52Speaker 8: you're not telling me? Like are you two dating? What's
- 17:53Speaker 8: going on here? But they have talked about if they
- 17:56Speaker 8: don't ever find their man, that they will raise their
- 17:58Speaker 8: children together.
- 17:59Speaker 6: And I'm down for that. I think that's so dumbe.
- 18:00Speaker 6: It takes a vot much.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Why not?
- 18:03Speaker 4: Two McDonald's employees in Ohio got married out of McDonald's
- 18:06Speaker 4: over the weekend. They say they opened together five years ago.
- 18:09Speaker 4: That's when they met. And the bride is training to
- 18:11Speaker 4: be a manager, so that may change, but they're all
- 18:13Speaker 4: working together, Sir McDonald's.
- 18:14Speaker 9: This is why I think this is a good idea,
- 18:16Speaker 9: because if you can engage someplace fancy, well then you
- 18:18Speaker 9: got to go back to that expensive, fancy place, right McDonald's.
- 18:21Speaker 9: You can get out of there for twenty bucks.
- 18:23Speaker 4: A boat filled with more than fifty cats was discovered
- 18:26Speaker 4: off the coast of Washington last Thursday. Authorities are trying
- 18:30Speaker 4: to figure out what was going on and who owns
- 18:32Speaker 4: the boat. A boat of cats, no person, I know,
- 18:35Speaker 4: no bird, just fit the cats. I feel like, if
- 18:37Speaker 4: you're watching pets, like the cat, let's go get in.
- 18:42Speaker 1: They're all seagull and pets are like all in there.
- 18:43Speaker 4: All the scientists have finally created This is I think gross,
- 18:48Speaker 4: but protein let us so it's just kind of like
- 18:51Speaker 4: we do.
- 18:52Speaker 7: We don't need to inject protein in everything.
- 18:54Speaker 1: I know.
- 18:55Speaker 4: The hottest month ever recorded in the United States dating
- 18:58Speaker 4: back to eighteen ninety five.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Was last July. Oh, I believe it crazy. What do
- 19:03Speaker 1: you got for life hacks? Rich Barrow? Okay, here's a
- 19:05Speaker 1: wild body shoe hack.
- 19:07Speaker 9: If you're, you know, shopping for shoes, but you don't
- 19:09Speaker 9: want to try on every single pair, here's the surprising trick.
- 19:14Speaker 9: Because your body is amazing. Did you know that the
- 19:17Speaker 9: part from your elbow on the front of your hand
- 19:20Speaker 9: up into your wrist is the exact size of your foot,
- 19:23Speaker 9: So you could just hold the shoe up to that part,
- 19:26Speaker 9: you know, that part of your your forearm basically up
- 19:28Speaker 9: to your wrist, and that's the size of the shoe
- 19:30Speaker 9: that you should buy.
- 19:32Speaker 6: That's like, that feels really big to me.
- 19:35Speaker 4: True, I got I did it with my barefoot, and
- 19:37Speaker 4: you put my bare foot in exactly like.
- 19:39Speaker 1: This, do it? Put your foot on there.
- 19:41Speaker 6: I mean, I'm a little hold on is going to
- 19:44Speaker 6: be bigger to do your foot?
- 19:45Speaker 4: It's exactly the same size. You're It's kind of like,
- 19:47Speaker 4: this is your your nose, Peyton.
- 19:48Speaker 1: You guys know this. This is the same. This is
- 19:50Speaker 1: your ears from the distance to the top of your nose. Yeah.
- 19:54Speaker 6: I don't think I'm symmetrical.
- 19:57Speaker 9: So if you got a big nose, you might have
- 19:58Speaker 9: big ears or little nose. Little ears and full of
- 20:01Speaker 9: the same size. Your ears are the same size forearm foots.
- 20:04Speaker 1: If you want to try to but shoes, try that hack.
- 20:06Speaker 1: That hack.
- 20:07Speaker 9: If you couldn't figure it out and you need to
- 20:08Speaker 9: see a diagram, is all laid out for you. John
- 20:10Speaker 9: Jay and rich dot Com impression.
- 20:19Speaker 4: Hey, Ben, you're calling for the other day we were
- 20:21Speaker 4: doing I knew it was over when what do you got?
- 20:24Speaker 10: I knew it was over with my family when I
- 20:27Speaker 10: married my cousin's wife.
- 20:29Speaker 4: So you're saying you knew it was over with your
- 20:30Speaker 4: family because we were overdoing. It's like you knew the
- 20:32Speaker 4: moment you knew it was over with whoever you were dating.
- 20:35Speaker 4: You knew it was over with your family when you
- 20:38Speaker 4: married your cousin's wife.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Do you want to explain a little bit more please?
- 20:42Speaker 21: Yeah, I got a divorce from my ex wife and
- 20:48Speaker 21: I called my cousin.
- 20:49Speaker 15: He said, yeah, you can calm down, stay with us.
- 20:52Speaker 15: And one thing led to another, and me and his
- 20:55Speaker 15: wife got together and we haven't we've been together eleven years.
- 21:01Speaker 4: But your family has disowned you. Your family's disowned you
- 21:08Speaker 4: for stealing your cousin's wife.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Yes, all right, Ben, what a love story.
- 21:14Speaker 4: What a love story. You gotta celebrate, all right, Natalie,
- 21:19Speaker 4: good morning.
- 21:19Speaker 22: Thanks for holding Hey, So I have a story for
- 21:23Speaker 22: you guys.
- 21:24Speaker 14: I'm an esthetician and I worked at ibrosetting salon. I
- 21:28Speaker 14: had a new client come in the other day and
- 21:30Speaker 14: when she was coming and I saw something on her
- 21:32Speaker 14: face and I realized when she sat in my chair
- 21:35Speaker 14: that she had a tattoo on her eyebrow, and I
- 21:38Speaker 14: was like.
- 21:38Speaker 10: Oh, that's cute.
- 21:40Speaker 14: But then I read it and I realized it was
- 21:41Speaker 14: a man's name. I assumed it was some kind of
- 21:45Speaker 14: like cultural thing. I didn't want to be disrespectful, so
- 21:48Speaker 14: I didn't say anything about it. But she's the one
- 21:50Speaker 14: that brings it up. She's like, you're probably went on
- 21:52Speaker 14: about this, and I said, like, yeah, I'm a little curious.
- 21:56Speaker 14: I asked how long they've been together, because I assume
- 21:58Speaker 14: that was like her man's name, and she tells me
- 22:01Speaker 14: together like three years. I'm like, okay, that's sweet. You know,
- 22:04Speaker 14: I wouldn't get a tattoo, but maybe, like they're in love,
- 22:07Speaker 14: maybe it's romantic. She tells me she got it because
- 22:12Speaker 14: he kept accusing her that she wasn't serious enough. And
- 22:16Speaker 14: even worse, she says that he dump her three weeks ago.
- 22:20Speaker 7: A getting a tattoo on her face.
- 22:22Speaker 14: On her face, you could.
- 22:26Speaker 9: See where he would be like, whoa, Okay, that's a
- 22:28Speaker 9: little bunch. What I mean, tattoo on your face? That's
- 22:35Speaker 9: a little sense.
- 22:36Speaker 7: How more serious could you get?
- 22:37Speaker 1: Well? Moving together? That could be a start.
- 22:40Speaker 4: Or if you get a tattoo, put it on your
- 22:42Speaker 4: butt and your legs somewhere that only I can see it,
- 22:45Speaker 4: not on your eyebrow.
- 22:47Speaker 1: What's his name? Was it like Jonathan? It was what Richard?
- 22:56Speaker 7: Now I see why you're on his side?
- 22:59Speaker 1: Makes sense? All right?
- 23:01Speaker 4: Well, thank you for sharing that story, Natalie, Thanks you
- 23:04Speaker 4: got it.
- 23:09Speaker 7: Let me what's up stating?
- 23:14Speaker 1: Thanks for holding you're on the air.
- 23:16Speaker 23: Hi, Thanks, So I had to call and tell you
- 23:19Speaker 23: this story. So I've been hooking up with this guy
- 23:23Speaker 23: and we have gone home after the bar. The other
- 23:26Speaker 23: night and whatever, and I end up in his apartment
- 23:29Speaker 23: and it was so freaking weird because on his fridge
- 23:35Speaker 23: there was a pick of my family in Mexico and yeah,
- 23:41Speaker 23: and I was like, this dude's creep, Like where did
- 23:45Speaker 23: he get this? And then we end up putting it
- 23:47Speaker 23: together that he's my brother's new roommate.
- 23:51Speaker 8: So we've been sneaking.
- 23:53Speaker 23: Around because my brother actually can't stand the guy. So like,
- 23:57Speaker 23: I've never run into him. I had no idea, And yeah,
- 24:00Speaker 23: I've been hooking up with my brothers.
- 24:02Speaker 6: Whoa what a coincidence? Well, while literally run a small world.
- 24:07Speaker 7: Wait, so in the same house your brother now lives, Yeah.
- 24:11Speaker 23: And like he just hasn't been there. We've been so
- 24:13Speaker 23: quiet sneaking around. I haven't bypassed him or anything.
- 24:16Speaker 10: But it wasn't until I saw.
- 24:17Speaker 23: The photo when I was like, oh, shoot, well you talk.
- 24:22Speaker 1: Your brother doesn't like the guy. He hates the guy.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Why does he hate the guy?
- 24:27Speaker 10: He just thinks he's annoying.
- 24:29Speaker 23: He thinks he's like just yeah, just talks a lot
- 24:31Speaker 23: and like won't give him space, Like he just kind
- 24:33Speaker 23: of like hovers over him, like, how's your day, how
- 24:35Speaker 23: are things going? He just thinks he's kind of to
- 24:37Speaker 23: like a clinging roommate, Like he just seems like he's bored.
- 24:41Speaker 7: You gonna hate him even more when I find that
- 24:43Speaker 7: he took it up with his sister.
- 24:47Speaker 1: In the other room.
- 24:47Speaker 4: Yes, so you're telling me that when your brother moves
- 24:50Speaker 4: into an apartment, it's like, Hey, I just moved in
- 24:53Speaker 4: these new apartments on sixteenth Street. They're great, awesome, And
- 24:56Speaker 4: then you meet a guy, Hey, come back to my
- 24:58Speaker 4: apartment where you live on sixteenth Street.
- 25:00Speaker 1: My brother lives in that complex. Like that doesn't come up.
- 25:02Speaker 10: You just like no, I mean he could have said that.
- 25:05Speaker 2: I mean, he.
- 25:06Speaker 1: Didn't help your brother move in, He didn't bring him
- 25:08Speaker 1: new sheets.
- 25:09Speaker 4: You didn't say here's a will come home, but just
- 25:10Speaker 4: just you just come home and there's your family on
- 25:13Speaker 4: the refrigerator exactly how it worked out?
- 25:17Speaker 1: All right? All right? That would have freaked me out.
- 25:19Speaker 4: I doesn't she have to say something at some point?
- 25:22Speaker 4: I mean, what you like, why is my family on
- 25:24Speaker 4: your refrigerator? And then he's like, ah, that's not mine,
- 25:27Speaker 4: that's my roomates. Who's you roomate?
- 25:28Speaker 1: Dave?
- 25:28Speaker 4: Oh, Dave's my brother. All right, Hey, let's go to
- 25:30Speaker 4: the better well, thank you very much, Sadie. It's a
- 25:33Speaker 4: great story, very unique.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Very uniqu Yeah.
- 25:36Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, Hey Destiny, good morning, you're on the air.
- 25:39Speaker 14: Hey, I just wanted to call in and tell you
- 25:41Speaker 14: guys about a date I just had. I I got
- 25:45Speaker 14: the itch because my date rain after a napkin that
- 25:48Speaker 14: blew away.
- 25:51Speaker 4: You mean like you mean like you got the inc
- 25:53Speaker 4: like you saw him bent over chasing a napkin in
- 25:55Speaker 4: the wind like that or what what do you mean how.
- 25:58Speaker 8: He ran.
- 26:00Speaker 14: Listen? Yes, like he does not have an attractive run.
- 26:04Speaker 14: I know, like and I respect, you know, littering.
- 26:07Speaker 2: It's bad.
- 26:07Speaker 14: I respect he didn't want to like leave it, but
- 26:10Speaker 14: watching him like chase it and he yeah, I don't.
- 26:16Speaker 9: I mean that opens up the door for us like that.
- 26:18Speaker 9: You got to beat that eck and I'm sure somebody can.
- 26:20Speaker 9: But because he ran after.
- 26:22Speaker 8: A napkin, because of how he ran around, I could
- 26:25Speaker 8: just imagine like him going to pick up a napkin
- 26:27Speaker 8: and then it blows away.
- 26:28Speaker 7: From I don't know, a picture in a little like
- 26:31Speaker 7: maybe like a frilly run, no or.
- 26:35Speaker 14: Secondhand embarrassment, like it's a little painful.
- 26:38Speaker 1: So you were done with that guy?
- 26:40Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 26:41Speaker 1: All right, Destiny, thanks for calling in. He always got
- 26:44Speaker 1: room for X.
- 26:45Speaker 2: You know.
- 26:46Speaker 4: So here's Destiny with this guy. Sees him chasing a
- 26:49Speaker 4: napkin and she's like, oh my god, his run is embarrassing.
- 26:53Speaker 4: All right, we want to hear from you what gave
- 26:56Speaker 4: you the ick? What gave you the ick?
- 27:00Speaker 6: Can tell.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Dating X?
- 27:06Speaker 4: You're dating somebody, they do something, you're out, just like Sadie.
- 27:09Speaker 4: She saw her boyfriend chasing a napkin. Sarah, you got
- 27:13Speaker 4: a dating good morning? Oh hi, where are you?
- 27:23Speaker 1: Okay? Okay, well you cut out for a second. It
- 27:25Speaker 1: could be our So what's your dating X? Sarah.
- 27:31Speaker 10: You know, it's like it's the same thing over and
- 27:34Speaker 10: over again because I'm dating people that are in between homes.
- 27:41Speaker 10: My most recent one was I went on a date
- 27:44Speaker 10: and they pulled up with two cases and I didn't
- 27:50Speaker 10: say anything at first. I was like, you know, we're
- 27:52Speaker 10: downtown Phoenix. Maybe they're going to the airport after going
- 27:57Speaker 10: on a trip. No, during the day they mentioned, you know,
- 28:03Speaker 10: they were in between homes. And it's the same thing
- 28:06Speaker 10: over again. It's the people that I pick, I guess
- 28:09Speaker 10: or they pick me. Maybe fifteen minutes into it, they said,
- 28:15Speaker 10: you know, I just thought this date was going to
- 28:17Speaker 10: go good and then I could stay with you.
- 28:19Speaker 24: For a little bit, I.
- 28:25Speaker 13: You know.
- 28:25Speaker 10: And I was like what, and I said, I you know,
- 28:29Speaker 10: I'm we've been talking for two weeks, like, you know,
- 28:32Speaker 10: are you okay? Like I mean, honestly, I'm not. And
- 28:36Speaker 10: I said okay. In my mind, I said, okay, I
- 28:40Speaker 10: guess I'm paying for this dinner as well.
- 28:42Speaker 1: So yeah, are they like living in their car?
- 28:47Speaker 9: Are they like recently out of relationship or they got
- 28:49Speaker 9: kicked out?
- 28:51Speaker 10: I mean, nothing ever came about that we had been
- 28:55Speaker 10: I don't go on a date, you know, right away.
- 28:57Speaker 10: It takes about three weeks, two and a half, three
- 29:00Speaker 10: weeks for me to you know, meet up with somebody,
- 29:05Speaker 10: and it's always that person in between homes.
- 29:09Speaker 7: Sarah kind of give like sugar mama vibes. You guys
- 29:13Speaker 7: want you to.
- 29:14Speaker 13: I'm not.
- 29:14Speaker 10: I'm not gonna lie to I'm like a really strong,
- 29:17Speaker 10: like independent woman. So I I don't know what that
- 29:23Speaker 10: is about. So that's pretty that's that's really not my
- 29:28Speaker 10: vibe right now. I don't really know you that well.
- 29:31Speaker 10: It's not like I would even say you when I
- 29:33Speaker 10: come upstairs and hang out and watch a movie. I
- 29:35Speaker 10: was just what pictures weren't the same either. It's okay.
- 29:40Speaker 10: And then at the end they're like, well, do you
- 29:44Speaker 10: think that you could give money, give me some money
- 29:47Speaker 10: to get a ride back to Masa.
- 29:50Speaker 4: Like like, hold on, hold on, I understand that's like
- 29:58Speaker 4: this hate a funny first day story that backfired. But
- 30:01Speaker 4: you're saying this has happened to you more than once.
- 30:03Speaker 4: Where someone pulls off on a date and they have
- 30:05Speaker 4: their suitcases in the.
- 30:06Speaker 10: Cock suitcases in general, they tell me I'm in between
- 30:10Speaker 10: homes or.
- 30:12Speaker 4: A homeless dot com dating app, Like, I think.
- 30:17Speaker 10: That's what it is. I think that's what it is.
- 30:21Speaker 10: Wrong independent, don't put strong independent and your profile. That's
- 30:27Speaker 10: the last day I don't ever go on in my life.
- 30:30Speaker 1: Thank you. We hope you find somebody. We're just looking
- 30:32Speaker 1: a different place. Thank you for Sarah. We're shopping under
- 30:35Speaker 1: the bridge. What a story. Thank you, Sarah. Thanks. If
- 30:39Speaker 1: he's an intendant under the bridge, that's not a date
- 30:41Speaker 1: for you. Ariel, good morning. You got a dating.
- 30:42Speaker 4: I I do so.
- 30:46Speaker 25: I was talking to this guy just recently and we
- 30:49Speaker 25: were just messaging. At the point where were messaging, we
- 30:52Speaker 25: hadn't met yet or gone on our first date yet
- 30:55Speaker 25: or anything. We were planning it and he sent me
- 30:59Speaker 25: ran we he sent me our name in he made
- 31:04Speaker 25: a wedding invitation with our name.
- 31:11Speaker 9: Well, first of all, how did it look? Did it
- 31:13Speaker 9: look good? Or were there spelling airs? I mean I
- 31:14Speaker 9: would how did it look?
- 31:16Speaker 14: I real it looked fine.
- 31:17Speaker 25: But I got a huge ach after that, and needless
- 31:21Speaker 25: to say, we did not.
- 31:21Speaker 10: Go on any date.
- 31:23Speaker 1: What a terrible, terrible idea. Have you seen the video? This?
- 31:26Speaker 1: This is where I first saw the dating thing.
- 31:28Speaker 4: Is the girl that's with a guy, Ariel, and they're
- 31:30Speaker 4: like in the ocean and she and she's snorkeling and
- 31:33Speaker 4: she looks she takes a camera under water and she
- 31:35Speaker 4: sees the way that he's treading water. She's like, I'm out,
- 31:42Speaker 4: Like this guy's treading water and he looks so stupid.
- 31:44Speaker 1: If we get married, here's wedding. That's bad, all right, Ariel,
- 31:48Speaker 1: thank you for listening. That's that's a bit.
- 31:51Speaker 4: Jessica, Good morning, jess Hello, Hi.
- 31:58Speaker 1: You're on the air.
- 32:00Speaker 11: Hi.
- 32:00Speaker 15: So this is really bad.
- 32:02Speaker 13: But I dated.
- 32:05Speaker 20: I went on a date.
- 32:06Speaker 13: It was just our first date.
- 32:07Speaker 20: We met her a friend and we went back we
- 32:09Speaker 20: were just watching a movie, just hanging out watching a movie.
- 32:13Speaker 20: Nothing was going on or anything. And he fell asleep,
- 32:17Speaker 20: like with his head on the back of the couch,
- 32:20Speaker 20: with his mouth open.
- 32:28Speaker 4: Like the snore, but just like their face when you
- 32:30Speaker 4: realize when people are relaxed sleeping and their face makes
- 32:33Speaker 4: a weird.
- 32:35Speaker 1: All right, okay, so go on, what happened? You're just
- 32:37Speaker 1: staring at him?
- 32:38Speaker 20: So no, I just I was like I nudged him.
- 32:42Speaker 20: I'm like, hey, like, the movie's over, I gotta go home,
- 32:47Speaker 20: you know. And he's like okay, So he gets already
- 32:49Speaker 20: and he's like I had so much fun. I'm like, yeah,
- 32:51Speaker 20: I me too. And then my friend called me and
- 32:54Speaker 20: she's like, girl, tell me all about it. And I
- 32:55Speaker 20: was like, no, not going to happen, like and then
- 32:59Speaker 20: and I felt so shallow. I felt like, how horrible?
- 33:02Speaker 20: But it just I don't know. I was just just
- 33:04Speaker 20: I look over and he's sleeping, his mouth open, Like, yeah,
- 33:08Speaker 20: that's what it is.
- 33:09Speaker 1: That's what an itch is. You might feel shallow and prograntic.
- 33:15Speaker 4: Yeah, all right, Jessica, thank you.
- 33:18Speaker 1: Where are you, by the way, what part of town
- 33:19Speaker 1: are you in right now?
- 33:21Speaker 4: Buck?
- 33:21Speaker 3: Guy?
- 33:22Speaker 1: Oh, but guy, a lot of open mouth breathers out there.
- 33:26Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 33:27Speaker 1: Where are you headed right now?
- 33:30Speaker 20: I'm on my way to pick up a friend.
- 33:32Speaker 15: To go have breakfast.
- 33:33Speaker 1: Where are you going to breakfast?
- 33:36Speaker 20: I don't know, we haven't decided yet. Maybe a Black
- 33:38Speaker 20: Bear diner on Like, I think it's on Lichfield.
- 33:42Speaker 4: Have you been to Mildred's and Buckeye No, huhuh No,
- 33:46Speaker 4: it's great. It's a great place, little mom and pop shop. Well,
- 33:51Speaker 4: thanks for listening and.
- 33:52Speaker 20: Have a great day, me too, Thank you.
- 33:57Speaker 1: There's someone on Facebook kitten.
- 33:58Speaker 8: Yeah, so on the same type as chewing with your
- 34:01Speaker 8: mouth open, I think like mouths in general.
- 34:04Speaker 4: If you go to our Facebook page, sure, John, Jay
- 34:06Speaker 4: and Rich we have a whole thing going on there.
- 34:08Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 34:08Speaker 8: Yeah, there's like a whole thread. There's a ton of comments.
- 34:11Speaker 8: This one is so funny. So Lola, she went on
- 34:14Speaker 8: a date and she ordered her favorite appetizer and the
- 34:16Speaker 8: guy that she was with like took out his retainer
- 34:19Speaker 8: before he started eating.
- 34:20Speaker 6: And like wrapped it up in an app retainer too.
- 34:23Speaker 6: I don't know. She didn't get specific about it. She
- 34:26Speaker 6: just said that gave her an eck.
- 34:27Speaker 1: How many times does that happen? And people lose their retainer.
- 34:30Speaker 8: Oh yeah, right, you just toss it in the trash.
- 34:32Speaker 8: This one hilarious. Peter says when her chip broke off
- 34:35Speaker 8: in the salsa and she never fished it out.
- 34:37Speaker 6: She just let it sit there and soak.
- 34:40Speaker 1: Well, what are you gonna do? That's okay. He's probably
- 34:43Speaker 1: more focused on the date.
- 34:44Speaker 5: I mean, you could never You never really know what
- 34:47Speaker 5: is the thing that's gonna give you the ick, And
- 34:49Speaker 5: it doesn't always make sense.
- 34:50Speaker 9: Don't you don't you think that you're in a lot
- 34:52Speaker 9: of those cases. It's not the thing, but you're kind
- 34:54Speaker 9: of looking for a way to get out of the
- 34:56Speaker 9: thing anyway. You're not really attracted to it.
- 34:58Speaker 5: Hits you out of nowhere, Like I I liked this
- 35:00Speaker 5: guy and then I saw him run whatever.
- 35:04Speaker 9: Not for me, because I don't don't those things, if
- 35:06Speaker 9: you really like them, that would be cute.
- 35:08Speaker 8: The chip thing, Yeah, I mean maybe who knows. Caitlin
- 35:11Speaker 8: says like things like when you get asked what's your
- 35:13Speaker 8: body count?
- 35:14Speaker 6: Like, yeah, I'm with her on that.
- 35:16Speaker 1: You mind your business, Chloe, you got a dating yick? Hello, Hi,
- 35:21Speaker 1: you're on the air. Good morning.
- 35:23Speaker 21: Oh Hi, Yes, I have the biggest I ever I
- 35:27Speaker 21: was on a first state and we went to the
- 35:29Speaker 21: movies and things were like they were fine, you know.
- 35:33Speaker 21: We were like flirting in the car and stuff, and
- 35:35Speaker 21: we got like snacks and drinks and things like that,
- 35:39Speaker 21: and he led me into the wrong movie theater. And
- 35:43Speaker 21: we walk into the movie theater and everyone's like sitting down.
- 35:47Speaker 21: The movie theater is totally full, and I look at
- 35:49Speaker 21: him and I'm like, I think, like, this isn't our
- 35:52Speaker 21: movie theater, and he's like, yeah, yeah, it is.
- 35:53Speaker 3: It is.
- 35:54Speaker 21: And so we go to our seats and there were
- 35:57Speaker 21: these two teenage kids sitting in our seats, and I.
- 36:00Speaker 5: Look at him.
- 36:00Speaker 21: I'm like this, like, this is not the right theater,
- 36:03Speaker 21: and he's just like insisting that it is. And so
- 36:07Speaker 21: I had to walk up to these two teenage kids
- 36:09Speaker 21: and I'm like, hey, like, you guys are in our
- 36:11Speaker 21: seats and they look mortified, and I.
- 36:14Speaker 10: Felt awful because.
- 36:16Speaker 21: The teenagers are on a date, you know what I mean,
- 36:19Speaker 21: like trying to enjoy their time. And then we find
- 36:21Speaker 21: like two seats in the back and it was the
- 36:25Speaker 21: Project Tell Mary movie. And I read the book and
- 36:28Speaker 21: so like I know that this is not the beginning
- 36:30Speaker 21: of the movie. And finally I just get up and
- 36:33Speaker 21: I leave. I'm like, I'm not going to sit in
- 36:35Speaker 21: this movie. It's almost over. It was I was so embarrassed.
- 36:42Speaker 1: He hasn't showed up yet.
- 36:48Speaker 21: It was so embarrassing. It was so embarrassing. No, no
- 36:54Speaker 21: second date.
- 36:57Speaker 1: Thanks for listening.
- 36:58Speaker 17: Okay, bye, gonna play minute to win it.
- 37:01Speaker 1: We need to contest it.
- 37:02Speaker 4: We have one thousand dollars of pet Hickey's money from
- 37:04Speaker 4: Purity four call us at eight seven seven nine three
- 37:07Speaker 4: seven one o four seven Payne, What are you watching
- 37:11Speaker 4: on TV?
- 37:11Speaker 1: Anything good?
- 37:13Speaker 8: I actually just finished watching Raising Canaan, which is like
- 37:16Speaker 8: in that power series, so I know, probably not.
- 37:21Speaker 6: Yeah, it's on Stars, but it's it's just so good.
- 37:23Speaker 6: It's like it's like real good.
- 37:26Speaker 8: Like I don't know my kind of TV, I guess,
- 37:29Speaker 8: But I was watching Married at First Sight?
- 37:31Speaker 6: Have I seen that one a long time ago? Yeahson,
- 37:34Speaker 6: that's out.
- 37:34Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I saw the preview and it looks intriguing.
- 37:37Speaker 8: Well, I only started watching it because this girl that
- 37:39Speaker 8: I'm friends with on Facebook, her sister is one of
- 37:41Speaker 8: the girls on the show that's like about to get
- 37:44Speaker 8: married on first sit and apparently she's like a little crazy,
- 37:47Speaker 8: So I was like.
- 37:47Speaker 1: I need to see what's well you have to be
- 37:49Speaker 1: to get married at first sight? They want, yeah, they want.
- 37:52Speaker 4: So when you say you have no one that knows
- 37:54Speaker 4: someone that's on it, of course they're a little crazy.
- 37:55Speaker 1: They're setting it up for an explosion at some point. Yeah,
- 37:58Speaker 1: what are you watching?
- 37:59Speaker 5: Kyle him deep in the thick of Let's Marry Harry
- 38:03Speaker 5: on Netflix. It's in the top ten on Yeah, so
- 38:08Speaker 5: Harry Jousey. He's been on a bunch of Netflix dating shows.
- 38:11Speaker 7: Too hot to handle. I think a perfect match.
- 38:14Speaker 5: He's like kind of known for being like very promiscuous,
- 38:19Speaker 5: if you will.
- 38:20Speaker 7: And I guess in the.
- 38:20Speaker 5: Past year he lost his dad and he's like wants
- 38:23Speaker 5: to change his life, and he says he's ready for
- 38:25Speaker 5: marriage now. So these twenty girls are competing to marry him,
- 38:29Speaker 5: and the show is like, it's a little different than
- 38:32Speaker 5: all the other dating shows. They all have their own
- 38:33Speaker 5: little twists, but this one specifically, each girl gets an
- 38:36Speaker 5: engagement ring at the very beginning. And so he has
- 38:39Speaker 5: twenty fiances living.
- 38:40Speaker 7: In a house.
- 38:41Speaker 5: They're all together, like he's in the house with them.
- 38:43Speaker 5: So some of the girls will sneak into his room
- 38:44Speaker 5: at night. You know, they get a little freaky and
- 38:46Speaker 5: then the other girls are like, this is so lame,
- 38:48Speaker 5: and it's just it's really good reality drama.
- 38:51Speaker 4: Because it's Netflix, they can get a little dirtier. Is
- 38:54Speaker 4: that is that?
- 38:55Speaker 1: I guess?
- 38:55Speaker 7: So yeah, I mean they don't show anything.
- 38:57Speaker 4: Oh I'm not like what it's the reverse because I'm
- 39:00Speaker 4: assuming he takes a ring back.
- 39:02Speaker 5: Yes, he takes a ring exactly, that's the twist of it.
- 39:05Speaker 5: So and in the very I think in the first
- 39:08Speaker 5: I don't know, six episodes, he's got three friends that
- 39:11Speaker 5: actually do the eliminations for him, so he's not picking
- 39:13Speaker 5: the girl.
- 39:14Speaker 8: I would love that because your friend's opinion it does
- 39:17Speaker 8: hold a lot of weights.
- 39:18Speaker 7: So yeah, exactly.
- 39:19Speaker 1: Season two, that's Mary Harry again.
- 39:22Speaker 13: I know.
- 39:23Speaker 5: I'm very interested to see was having down to the
- 39:25Speaker 5: Like I'm at the point where he's down to two
- 39:26Speaker 5: girls and I have a favorite, but I don't know if.
- 39:29Speaker 7: It's the favorite.
- 39:30Speaker 1: But the whole season's dropped. You don't have to wait
- 39:31Speaker 1: weekly think.
- 39:32Speaker 7: So I don't. I don't know.
- 39:33Speaker 6: I haven't.
- 39:34Speaker 7: I haven't looked forward ahead enough.
- 39:35Speaker 4: There's a show on Amazon. It's number one, right, I
- 39:38Speaker 4: think it's on Amazon and yeah, yeah, yeah, it is
- 39:39Speaker 4: number one. And I started watching it two days ago,
- 39:41Speaker 4: and I am, I don't think, like I can tell
- 39:45Speaker 4: the beginning of me getting obsessed with you. Like I
- 39:46Speaker 4: started deep diving the cast yesterday. And it's when I
- 39:50Speaker 4: can tell that I really like a show. And it's
- 39:52Speaker 4: called Sterling Point.
- 39:53Speaker 1: It is so good.
- 39:56Speaker 6: What is it about?
- 39:57Speaker 4: It's this, it's this, this brother and sister. And this
- 40:00Speaker 4: is my perception because I'm only in an episode and
- 40:02Speaker 4: a half and a brother and sister who were there
- 40:05Speaker 4: are twins, but they were born out of fertility like
- 40:08Speaker 4: a clinic.
- 40:09Speaker 1: Right.
- 40:10Speaker 4: Their mom has died. They don't really got into how
- 40:12Speaker 4: the mom died. And their dad is raising them, and
- 40:14Speaker 4: they in their grandfather died who they have no relationship with,
- 40:18Speaker 4: and they inherit an island in Canada, and it's an
- 40:21Speaker 4: island where people vacation all the time. And there's like
- 40:23Speaker 4: lots of interesting bizarre things. And I and just just
- 40:27Speaker 4: a comedy or drama or what. It's just good. It's
- 40:29Speaker 4: like Outer Banks. Oh but it's like this their personalities.
- 40:33Speaker 4: The cast is so good and the writing is so good.
- 40:36Speaker 4: Like I started deep diving on the creator, the writer.
- 40:39Speaker 1: Is it a book? There is something that got made
- 40:40Speaker 1: into a TV show? Sounds like it? No?
- 40:44Speaker 4: No, I think the girl, the woman that created it
- 40:46Speaker 4: is also the director, and I think she created as
- 40:48Speaker 4: a TV show. She was also an actress. And I
- 40:50Speaker 4: deep dive her and she was like, she's been married
- 40:53Speaker 4: to Tyler Hilton.
- 40:54Speaker 1: Remember him? Yeah?
- 40:56Speaker 19: Yes, Okay, can I jump in here on the show
- 40:58Speaker 19: because I'm watching sterling Port and I'm obsessed.
- 41:02Speaker 6: It's so good.
- 41:03Speaker 1: So yes.
- 41:03Speaker 19: So they were adopted, these two twins. They never really
- 41:06Speaker 19: knew their mom. They just know she died at a
- 41:08Speaker 19: young age and basically their grandpa dies. They inherit this
- 41:11Speaker 19: island in Canada. So the daughter goes and she finds
- 41:14Speaker 19: a girl there that looks exactly like her.
- 41:17Speaker 4: I think that's her mom. There's some sort of time thing,
- 41:20Speaker 4: that's what I think. I think she means the girl
- 41:22Speaker 4: her age. They become good friends.
- 41:24Speaker 7: It's time travel.
- 41:28Speaker 19: But the girl was in the movie The Idea of
- 41:31Speaker 19: You do you guys remember that movie with Anne Hathaway
- 41:34Speaker 19: where she's dating that she's the daughter.
- 41:35Speaker 1: I think she looks she does.
- 41:37Speaker 19: Look like an Hathway. I'm pretty sure she was in
- 41:39Speaker 19: that movie too. But anyways, Yeah, the director I saw
- 41:42Speaker 19: something interesting, she said. She let them basically like ad
- 41:45Speaker 19: lib most of it.
- 41:45Speaker 1: That's why the script is so good.
- 41:47Speaker 19: She was like, you guys know what this scenees about,
- 41:49Speaker 19: so just do it. And so it sounds so natural.
- 41:51Speaker 1: The brother is hilarious.
- 41:54Speaker 4: Start googling the brother and he's the Hulk son, guy
- 41:58Speaker 4: that plays the Hulk, Mark Ruffalo his son, and he
- 42:01Speaker 4: is so funny.
- 42:02Speaker 1: Huh.
- 42:02Speaker 4: And she has she has a boyfriend that she has
- 42:04Speaker 4: as she written sixth grade, and he's as they grow older.
- 42:07Speaker 4: Now she's a senior in high school and he's obviously gay,
- 42:10Speaker 4: but he hasn't come out yet. Like they'll cut to
- 42:12Speaker 4: him and he bes up partying with guys. Like I mean,
- 42:15Speaker 4: there's just some very funny storylines. But I haven't even
- 42:18Speaker 4: heard of it until right now. I think where it's
- 42:20Speaker 4: going is she becomes friends with this girl on the island.
- 42:22Speaker 4: I think the island has powers. I'm just making this up.
- 42:25Speaker 4: I think the island has powers.
- 42:30Speaker 7: Travel on the island as powers.
- 42:31Speaker 4: Wait hold on, So the grand they find a bunch
- 42:34Speaker 4: of letters from the grandfather. The dad never gave him.
- 42:36Speaker 4: So they're reading the letters and in the end of
- 42:38Speaker 4: the letters. One of the letters says find her, find her,
- 42:41Speaker 4: and she has no relationship with her mom. She didn't
- 42:43Speaker 4: know her mom. I think that this girl on the
- 42:45Speaker 4: island that she thinks is her sister, I think she's
- 42:49Speaker 4: going to find out that it's.
- 42:50Speaker 1: Her mom a light younger.
- 42:51Speaker 4: We haven't had one of those in a while. It's
- 42:52Speaker 4: like a Stranger Things. I think that's where it's going now.
- 42:55Speaker 4: I am just making this up. I'm only an episode
- 42:57Speaker 4: and a half.
- 42:58Speaker 7: So, Dylan, how many episodes are you in at this point?
- 43:01Speaker 5: Because John Jay said, you said you're one and a
- 43:03Speaker 5: half episodes in, But Dylan sounds like she's She.
- 43:06Speaker 6: Said she was out on your theory.
- 43:09Speaker 1: Yeah, it's really good.
- 43:13Speaker 4: Oh we all got to We also got minute. We
- 43:14Speaker 4: have a contestant, but first of one, here go ahead,
- 43:16Speaker 4: ask her. How far are you on the show. Oh,
- 43:19Speaker 4: let's see.
- 43:20Speaker 19: I think I'm I just finished episode four yesterday. You're weak,
- 43:23Speaker 19: So I'm pretty I'm pretty into it. A lot of
- 43:26Speaker 19: is being uncovered. She's finding out all sorts of stuff
- 43:29Speaker 19: about the mom. She didn't actually die of cancer.
- 43:32Speaker 1: Is it is it a magic island or a.
- 43:34Speaker 6: Time travel It's there's no magic in it.

- 46:07Speaker 4: So anyway, so there's a video going viral. Someone took

- 46:13Speaker 4: If you guys heard that?
- 46:13Speaker 1: Right of course?

- 46:26Speaker 1: Are y'all not tangled? Are y'all not playing tangled? I

- 47:48Speaker 1: All right.
- 47:48Speaker 4: So there's a since we were talking about TV show,

- 48:13Speaker 4: and you're right, it does it does look like me.
- 48:16Speaker 1: It's streaming on Peacock right now.
- 48:18Speaker 4: Right now, I need to watch that episode twenty three,

- 48:32Speaker 12: and I know how amazingly successfully your track record is
- 48:36Speaker 12: and setting people up. So I just thought I'd put
- 48:40Speaker 12: my little prayer hands together and say, ooh pick me.
- 48:45Speaker 4: Okay, all right, well tell me about yourself, Debra. Where
- 48:48Speaker 4: do you live a part of town?
- 48:50Speaker 12: I live in North Phoenix and I am an executive
- 48:57Speaker 12: assistant to a senior vice president and director. I just
- 49:04Speaker 12: moved back to Arizona three years ago from California. I'm
- 49:09Speaker 12: a single mom, but my daughter is thirty three, so
- 49:12Speaker 12: there's that. And I'm a pretty fabulous kind of person,
- 49:16Speaker 12: especially because I'm a Don Jay and Rich and Kyle
- 49:18Speaker 12: and Peyton listeners.
- 49:19Speaker 1: So all you had to say.
- 49:22Speaker 10: That's all.

- 49:42Speaker 4: this is Jen Jen. You one minute. You're the Jen
- 49:47Speaker 4: that one minute to win it last week? Okay, she
- 49:49Speaker 4: won the thousand dollars in Pat Hickey.
- 49:50Speaker 1: But god our only winner? Yeah this game? Ever? What's up?
- 49:54Speaker 4: So?
- 49:55Speaker 13: Okay, yesterday was the two year party being at my
- 50:00Speaker 13: work because we're a call center for pet Smart and
- 50:03Speaker 13: so they had like pet pet Smart media there and
- 50:06Speaker 13: stuff like that. And I'm sitting at my desk and
- 50:09Speaker 13: one of my managers is walking back to the door
- 50:12Speaker 13: because you have to see me when you go to
- 50:13Speaker 13: the door, and he's looking at me. It's like really
- 50:15Speaker 13: what funny? Like I'm like, what did I do? You know?
- 50:19Speaker 13: And he's like, you go to this is winning and
- 50:21Speaker 13: I'm like I didn't wait ezing because he gave away
- 50:24Speaker 13: gas cards and stopped at the party and he's like
- 50:28Speaker 13: on the thousand Hours on the radio. I was like, wait, what,
- 50:31Speaker 13: how do you know? And I'm like there's no way.
- 50:34Speaker 13: He usually had to listen at that point and he's like, no,
- 50:38Speaker 13: Pet Smart. When they heard that on the radio, when
- 50:40Speaker 13: Johntay was like, I love Pet Smart, they reached out
- 50:43Speaker 13: to my bosses and was like, oh my god, we
- 50:47Speaker 13: want to know all about this and and so, which
- 50:51Speaker 13: by the way, I thank god I wasn't late, and
- 50:52Speaker 13: you made me look so good saying that, and so
- 50:57Speaker 13: at the part that you know after, you're like, yeah,
- 51:01Speaker 13: we please, we won't know all about it. And I
- 51:03Speaker 13: was like, well I have a clip, They're like send it,
- 51:05Speaker 13: tend to send it. So I just I just wanted
- 51:08Speaker 13: to say, like, you made me look so good. And
- 51:11Speaker 13: it was just like so amazing to get that from
- 51:13Speaker 13: my bosses and they were actually wanted to hear and
- 51:15Speaker 13: it was perfect timing because of the party.
- 51:18Speaker 4: Yeah, that's very very cool and thanks for sharing that
- 51:20Speaker 4: with us. You know what else would be really cool
- 51:22Speaker 4: is if you can get pet Smart to do some
- 51:23Speaker 4: more stuff with Love Pop Foundation our Dog Rescue because
- 51:25Speaker 4: they don't do anything.
- 51:26Speaker 1: We should be doing stuff with them.
- 51:28Speaker 4: Pets Smart and Love POPSHEV should have a partnership because
- 51:31Speaker 4: they're here.
- 51:32Speaker 1: We're here.
- 51:33Speaker 4: We help rescue dogs all over the country. Pet Smart
- 51:36Speaker 4: feeds dogs from all over the country. Partnership, Jen, let's.
- 51:39Speaker 1: Make that happen.
- 51:40Speaker 13: Listen, I am gonna do everything I can because now
- 51:43Speaker 13: I have a little bit of pull.
- 51:44Speaker 1: Now totally you know on person in that building.
- 51:48Speaker 4: On our Instagram, we have the video posted of us
- 51:50Speaker 4: reacting to you, and pet Smart made a comment in
- 51:53Speaker 4: the on the Instagram.
- 51:54Speaker 13: Yeah, yeah, oh my gosh, no, that's that is so funny.
- 52:00Speaker 13: It's just it's just a doubt of effect of like
- 52:02Speaker 13: amazingness after winning it. So it's like, you know, I
- 52:05Speaker 13: love it. So I just I thought i'd share that
- 52:08Speaker 13: with you guys. But yeah, I definitely will mention something
- 52:10Speaker 13: because I was I was trying to. I looked on
- 52:13Speaker 13: Facebook just try to find the really because reactions.
- 52:16Speaker 5: I didn't think about Instagram.
- 52:17Speaker 4: I never call it'd be on Facebook too, It should
- 52:19Speaker 4: be on YouTube.
- 52:20Speaker 1: We have John Jay and Rich all over the place
- 52:22Speaker 1: all social media.
- 52:23Speaker 9: You support us and we support pet Smart. I was
- 52:25Speaker 9: just in there the other day getting a new dog
- 52:27Speaker 9: tag with my dog Jango's name on it.
- 52:30Speaker 1: Pet's Smart's amazing.
- 52:33Speaker 13: Oh I love it. I'm glad. You know I hear
- 52:37Speaker 13: you know if people call in and you know, tell
- 52:39Speaker 13: their good experiences and you know, blessed Sam, because there's
- 52:43Speaker 13: always going to be that person. But it's nice to
- 52:46Speaker 13: hear like good stuff. Sometimes it's it's it gets a
- 52:49Speaker 13: little less well exhausting when it's.
- 52:52Speaker 3: One after another.
- 52:53Speaker 4: So you watched the video, It's on all our social
- 52:55Speaker 4: media search John Jay and Rich all right, Gen, thanks
- 52:57Speaker 4: for listening. Congratulations again for winning Minute to Win It
- 52:59Speaker 4: your awesome, You're awesome.
- 53:01Speaker 1: Okay.
- 53:03Speaker 4: Luxury letdowns? This started was a few days ago. It
- 53:06Speaker 4: was a few days ago. We were talking about the
- 53:07Speaker 4: number one thing you bought. You think something is really
- 53:09Speaker 4: rich and to get it and then it backfires and
- 53:12Speaker 4: you think this sucks in hot tub was number one.
- 53:14Speaker 4: But Melissa, you got a luxury letdown?
- 53:17Speaker 1: Yes, I do. What do you guys?
- 53:19Speaker 17: So this is a few years ago, and I think
- 53:22Speaker 17: that this restaurant is closed right now. So I'm not
- 53:25Speaker 17: going to say the name, but I was invited to
- 53:29Speaker 17: go to Beverly Hills to do this luxury tasting experience
- 53:34Speaker 17: at this Michelin restaurant. So being a chef, I was like, yeah,
- 53:37Speaker 17: this is gonna be great. So I drove out went
- 53:40Speaker 17: and the whole experience for the beginning was fantastic. Everything
- 53:44Speaker 17: was great, and then they brought out a course called
- 53:48Speaker 17: it was this Dragon's Breath Experience. So what you're supposed
- 53:53Speaker 17: to do is put this popcorn kind of looking thing
- 53:55Speaker 17: in your mouth, and you're supposed to bite down and
- 53:58Speaker 17: there's dry ice in it, so as soon as you
- 54:00Speaker 17: mite down, you're supposed to breathe it through your nose
- 54:03Speaker 17: and it looks like you're breathing like dragon's breath. So yeah,
- 54:08Speaker 17: it was a cool concept. But my friend went and
- 54:11Speaker 17: it was really neat. I was like, oh my time.
- 54:14Speaker 17: So I bit down and started breathing through my nose
- 54:17Speaker 17: and instantly this dry eyes started burning my whole mouth,
- 54:22Speaker 17: my nostrils, and it took off the entire layer of
- 54:26Speaker 17: skin inside my mouth bleeding, And I was like, I
- 54:31Speaker 17: don't be weird, just just suck it up and try
- 54:34Speaker 17: to get moisture in your mouth. So I didn't say
- 54:37Speaker 17: anything until the end, but it was clearly bleeding, and
- 54:40Speaker 17: the server came and She's like, how is everything? And
- 54:43Speaker 17: I said, everything was great except for this dragon's breath experience.
- 54:49Speaker 17: My whole mouth and nostrils are like burnt.
- 54:52Speaker 10: She's like, oh, my gosh, that's.
- 54:53Speaker 17: Never happened before. I think probably you didn't have enough
- 54:57Speaker 17: moisture in your mouth. I was like, well, maybe you
- 55:00Speaker 17: should have said to have one there in your mouth.
- 55:03Speaker 17: This didn't happen. She's like, oh, I'm so sorry. We'll
- 55:06Speaker 17: come back and meet the chefs and we'll sign your
- 55:08Speaker 17: menus and stuff. And so we went back in the
- 55:11Speaker 17: kitchen and I was like, oh, that's the guy who
- 55:14Speaker 17: did that's the guy who did this. But everything it
- 55:18Speaker 17: was good, except I'm like two hundred and fifty bucks
- 55:21Speaker 17: a plate without alcohol.
- 55:24Speaker 4: But you know, the visual you have for me was like,
- 55:26Speaker 4: I see you, like the mouth bleeding everywhere, smoke coming
- 55:30Speaker 4: out of your nose, and then the waitress like that chef,
- 55:36Speaker 4: you look exactly like.
- 55:39Speaker 7: It was.
- 55:40Speaker 17: It was visibly bleeding in my mouth, but I was
- 55:43Speaker 17: trying to hide it excite. I didn't want to be like, oh,
- 55:47Speaker 17: look look at me, you guys trying to get something
- 55:49Speaker 17: for free.
- 55:50Speaker 9: No, you were a chef though, Yeah, we should get
- 55:55Speaker 9: her number in case we ever do like a date
- 55:57Speaker 9: in the studio, we could have to listen, maybe prepare
- 55:59Speaker 9: them a little by.
- 56:02Speaker 1: At a restaurant.
- 56:02Speaker 17: I got a couple of times to offer you a
- 56:04Speaker 17: free Christmas thing or something around that time.
- 56:07Speaker 2: Holiday help the kids.
- 56:10Speaker 22: Restaurant.
- 56:10Speaker 1: What restaurant you work at?
- 56:12Speaker 17: I own contemporary fresh catering. I'm a caterer and private chef.
- 56:16Speaker 4: Right on, all right, Melissa, hold on, we'll get your in.
- 56:17Speaker 4: Thanks for listening, Wendy. What's a luxury letdown?
- 56:22Speaker 1: Wendy?
- 56:24Speaker 22: Hello, Hi, you have a.
- 56:25Speaker 1: Luxury let down?
- 56:27Speaker 3: Yes, yes, I do. About ten years ago, I contacted
- 56:32Speaker 3: a natural path doctor who did a webinar talking about
- 56:39Speaker 3: gaining weight. Women gaining weight and that was one of
- 56:42Speaker 3: the problems that I had and I need to help
- 56:45Speaker 3: with it. So she put me on a nine month
- 56:49Speaker 3: program where it was a detox diet. She they taught
- 56:56Speaker 3: me how to eat. It was very educational and I
- 57:00Speaker 3: learned a lot. But I paid so much money for
- 57:03Speaker 3: that program that I kind of remodeled my both bathsms
- 57:07Speaker 3: probably wows.
- 57:11Speaker 1: Yeah, well did you lose the weight?
- 57:15Speaker 3: I lost some weight, I've gained it back and I'm
- 57:18Speaker 3: still gluten free, Derek free sugar and seed oils free.
- 57:24Speaker 3: But yes, I've gained some some weight back and I
- 57:27Speaker 3: did pay over fifteen thousand dollars.
- 57:32Speaker 1: You're healthier.
- 57:33Speaker 3: I am healthier. Yes, I still have a lot of inflammation,
- 57:36Speaker 3: but I will never do that again.
- 57:38Speaker 23: And it was a lot of money.
- 57:40Speaker 4: Wendy, thank you for sharing that with us. Micah, you
- 57:43Speaker 4: got a luxury letdown.
- 57:47Speaker 17: Hi, good morning, Hi, you're on the air.
- 57:49Speaker 1: Go ahead.
- 57:51Speaker 22: Yes, a few years ago I did. I saw this
- 57:55Speaker 22: ad on TV and then it started, you know how
- 57:58Speaker 22: when you watch an add on TV, it starts going
- 58:00Speaker 22: on your phone and your iPads and everything. It was
- 58:05Speaker 22: of a yoga swing and it was some kind of
- 58:08Speaker 22: a trapeze yoga swing. And the house I was in
- 58:13Speaker 22: had huge wooden beams on top. The only place I
- 58:17Speaker 22: could put it was in the living room, so I
- 58:19Speaker 22: had it installed in the living room. And it did
- 58:22Speaker 22: come with like these bars, these three huge bars that
- 58:25Speaker 22: you can go outside and snap it on and do yoga.
- 58:29Speaker 22: And I never even used it. It was over three
- 58:33Speaker 22: hundred dollars. I still have it and all the parts
- 58:36Speaker 22: to it, and I can't get rid of it. But
- 58:39Speaker 22: it was just sitting in the middle of my living room,
- 58:41Speaker 22: and everybody who came over and thought I had a
- 58:43Speaker 22: sex swing conversation in front of in front of the
- 58:53Speaker 22: biggest window of the house. I would have friends come over,
- 58:59Speaker 22: you know, and we would have like a little a
- 59:01Speaker 22: little bit of drinking would be going on, and I
- 59:04Speaker 22: would come around the corner and see some of my
- 59:06Speaker 22: friends in there just playing around with it. And my
- 59:09Speaker 22: kids started using it as a chair to watch TV
- 59:12Speaker 22: so they would just get comfortable in there. Yeah, it was.
- 59:16Speaker 22: It was. I never even used it, and I still
- 59:18Speaker 22: have all the pieces to it. Never even I didn't
- 59:21Speaker 22: put it up again. It's in a tote. I can't
- 59:23Speaker 22: seem to part with it because it was so much
- 59:25Speaker 22: and it's still brand.
- 59:26Speaker 4: What if we buy it off you and we put
- 59:28Speaker 4: it in here. We put it Richard brought up yesterday
- 59:31Speaker 4: off the air. Somebody brought us a tranchola yesterday. That's true.
- 59:34Speaker 4: And then you actually said, I wonder if the's anybody
- 59:36Speaker 4: listening that has something that we could benefit from here
- 59:38Speaker 4: that we could bring.
- 59:39Speaker 1: We found.
- 59:41Speaker 4: Yeah, we go from tranches to a yoga sex wing
- 59:44Speaker 4: in our studios.
- 59:45Speaker 1: Let us Yeah, if you want, we will buy it
- 59:48Speaker 1: from you.
- 59:48Speaker 21: I promise it is brand new and it was clean.
- 59:51Speaker 1: It was never hold on takenmo.
- 59:56Speaker 22: We will buy I do.
- 59:59Speaker 4: Hold on my uh, Dylan gave your information. We want
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: to buy her yoga sex wing. Whenever we have a guest,
- 1:00:05Speaker 4: like last time we had Jason Ruler and Jason, you
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: got to on the yoga swing, We'll only talk to
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: you if you're on the yoga swe put it right
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: here and it's amazing right here, and then they just
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: push them.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: Back and they bother you.
- 1:00:17Speaker 9: Oh man, We've always needed one of those, and I've
- 1:00:19Speaker 9: been I've been campaigning for a show robot to see
- 1:00:22Speaker 9: if you have a robot.
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: We want one of those two Katie, Yes, Hi, you're
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: on the air, John Jay and Rich Hi, Hey, what's up?
- 1:00:34Speaker 26: Oh well, I just sent in a text message and
- 1:00:39Speaker 26: Dylan called me and said I should share it with you.
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: Oh okay, great, great, because yeah, I am I have.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: What's so? What was your text message?
- 1:00:48Speaker 26: Well, I was just saying that I'm seven months postpartum
- 1:00:52Speaker 26: and I've been struggling a little bit with some postpartum depression.
- 1:00:56Speaker 26: And I'm an avid listener, but I'm I've fallen quite
- 1:01:01Speaker 26: behind on podcasts since having the baby. But yeah, I've
- 1:01:05Speaker 26: just been going through it the last couple of weeks
- 1:01:07Speaker 26: pretty badly. And today I decided to turn on the
- 1:01:10Speaker 26: radio while I went to work, and I heard your
- 1:01:13Speaker 26: Spider Man trivia and I just wanted to say it
- 1:01:16Speaker 26: made me smile, made me laugh, and for a little
- 1:01:19Speaker 26: bit there I was out of my head and I
- 1:01:21Speaker 26: just wanted to say, love you guys, and thank you
- 1:01:23Speaker 26: for that.
- 1:01:25Speaker 6: That's so sweet.
- 1:01:26Speaker 5: I hope you're getting some counseling or some help with that,
- 1:01:29Speaker 5: because that's tough to deal with.
- 1:01:31Speaker 26: Yeah, yeah, it's a yeah, I'm getting help. I'm I've
- 1:01:35Speaker 26: been talking with my doctors and all the all good stuff.
- 1:01:38Speaker 26: But yeah, it doesn't make it easy.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: Go ahead. I just say, anytime we can put our
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: life in danger to make you smile, even for the
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: moment we're down.
- 1:01:49Speaker 26: Well, I'm glad it wasn't super dangerous, but it did
- 1:01:52Speaker 26: make me smile. I can't believe you guys got all
- 1:01:54Speaker 26: the questions right.
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: What part would did you like?
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: The part that Rich had to put the transla on
- 1:01:59Speaker 4: his arm and let a wak all we have his
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: arm and almost kill that part?
- 1:02:02Speaker 9: Was it?
- 1:02:02Speaker 3: That part?
- 1:02:04Speaker 26: I mean, all all of it. All of it was great. Yeah,
- 1:02:08Speaker 26: I just every time you guys just randomly guessed and
- 1:02:10Speaker 26: got it right was gacking me up.
- 1:02:12Speaker 7: We were like dying. I don't know how we put
- 1:02:15Speaker 7: that off.
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: Well, thank you Katie, thanks for listening. Thank you so much,
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: thank you God bless Josh. What's up you're on the air.
- 1:02:23Speaker 16: Hey, what's up?
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: All right?
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: So I have a crazy story about my job.
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: Okay, just out of the blue, just calling for no reason.
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: I love it, just just no reason, just just because, Okay,
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: do it.
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: What do you got?
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: Okay? So I'm an emt right empty student in Mesa
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: and we do what's called a ride along. So it's
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: basically just like getting experienced before you get stuck on
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: an ambulance and you have to like do stuff. So
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: we get a call it's like you know, late forties
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: mail sprained ankle and we're like okay, whatever, easy call
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: we go. And this guy is just it's a cult
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: from the get go, like he is he is like
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: crazy about going to this one specific doctor and he's
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: like this is an emergency, like I'm gonna die, I
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: need to go, and we're like okay, just calm down,
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: and he sees on our patient care report that we
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: marked him as a Green that's a priority level, and
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: so it's basically just saying like, you know, he's okay,
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: he's not gonna die, he's a stable patient. We can
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: like treat him and then take and he flips when
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: we find out that he's a Green. When he finds
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: out that he's a Green, and so he's freaking out,
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: he's getting so upset, and all of a sudden, he
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: just he just like he grabbed his chest and he
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: goes oooh and he falls and I'm like, what is
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: going on? And it turns out, like you know, it's
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: like all like chaos breaks loose. Come to find out
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: he got so worked up and so upset about this,
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: like about going to a specific doctor that he had
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: a heart attack, and he just like just like mid flipout,
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: had a heart attack. And we just all freak out,
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, activate cardiaculer. You know, We're like we
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: gotta get this guy on the ambulance, go, go go.
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: And it is just like I'm just gitting there and
- 1:04:13Speaker 2: shocked because this is like one of my very first
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: ride alongs ever and it's just like out of the
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: blue heart attack.
- 1:04:20Speaker 9: See, that's why you shouldn't get so worked up. That's
- 1:04:22Speaker 9: why anxiety is such a d deal.
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: You're not agreed anymore. You're not agreed.
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: I was about to say, seriously, a.
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: Real quick thebance you're ready read it was? Yeah, it
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: was ridiculous. I'm like, gosh, like it was probably a
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: good thing that that happened, because he was like a
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: ticking time bomb at that point. If it didn't happen,
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: then it would have happened soon.
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: So now where are you in your career? Is this
- 1:04:47Speaker 4: day two? Is this? Are you in?
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: Are you? Are you?
- 1:04:50Speaker 12: Like?
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: Forget it? I'm not gonna be a e MT.
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: It's like, you know, I'm I'm a few months in
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: to ride along as I'm still getting experienced. I'm about
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: to take my national registry.
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: Super stoked.
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: It's been a ton tons of fun. Nothing like that recently.
- 1:05:07Speaker 4: Or is that that craziest thing you've seen? You haven't
- 1:05:09Speaker 4: have you gone anywhere else? And and there have been
- 1:05:11Speaker 4: dead people or car accidents.
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: Or oh yeah, dead people, dead people galore?
- 1:05:17Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, strictly Mesa.
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: I would think so mostly Mesa.
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: We do transports between hospitals, but we don't see dead
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: people doing those.
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: But yeah, your first dead, Oh it was.
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: It was a motorcycle accident. It was Yeah, it was
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: a motorcyclist and he he got sideswiped into the barrier
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: and he fell off the bike onto the side and
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: was rolling along the barrier because he got pulled along
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: with his bike and it just it chopped his legs
- 1:05:57Speaker 2: clean off.
- 1:05:58Speaker 4: My Is that a red Is that a red head mark?
- 1:06:00Speaker 4: Or is that Since you can't take him, that's.
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: What's called a black So that's basically just like, yeah,
- 1:06:06Speaker 2: we kind of have to It sucks, but we kind
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: of have to play god when we're like on these
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: scenes and decide if you're like realistically gonna make it.
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: And I mean, yeah, we showed up and he had
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: already had irreversible shot. Oh yeah, it was crazy.
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: If anything like that ever happens to us. You're the
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: guy that puts us on the gurney, we would take
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: all I will.
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: I will be there quick. Don't even worry, Josh, is
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: that you I'm here.
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: I'm here.
- 1:06:36Speaker 22: It's okay.
- 1:06:38Speaker 4: You put somebody in ambus for a spring ankle. I
- 1:06:40Speaker 4: thought're gonna say it was rich.
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: Rage would be in a media read he is top priority.
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: Thank you so much, dude, thanks for listening and good luck. Man.
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: Let's let's do we become the official e m T.
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: Yeah totally.
- 1:06:59Speaker 4: I will all right, shout out that Masa Fire Department,
- 1:07:02Speaker 4: all the first responders, very very grateful.
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: Thanks Josh, that's very cool. Got what do you got?
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: What's coming up in the in the in Samenter, Timan
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: News anything.
- 1:07:09Speaker 5: One Star actually thought that they were going to be
- 1:07:12Speaker 5: part of one of the biggest movies of the year,
- 1:07:14Speaker 5: until they weren't.
- 1:07:15Speaker 7: I'll tell you what happened next with John Jay and Rich.
- 1:07:21Speaker 24: Check in with John Day and Rich got you in money.
- 1:07:25Speaker 4: Hit the top back mic Collin Peyton. What do you
- 1:07:27Speaker 4: guys got what's trending in the entertainment world?
- 1:07:29Speaker 7: Okay, picture this.
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: You're an actor in Hollywood and you get the call
- 1:07:32Speaker 5: that you're going to be in the new Spider Man movie.
- 1:07:35Speaker 7: Huge, right, It's gonna be with the biggest movies of
- 1:07:37Speaker 7: the year.
- 1:07:38Speaker 5: You film your scene, it goes great, and then you
- 1:07:41Speaker 5: find out you get cut from the whole thing you're
- 1:07:43Speaker 5: seeing isn't even in the movie. Rosario Dawson, she was
- 1:07:46Speaker 5: actually at this like sort of a comic con type thing.
- 1:07:50Speaker 7: And this is what she told the crowd.
- 1:07:51Speaker 8: I could have said Spider Man, I haven't shot the scene,
- 1:07:56Speaker 8: and the new Spider Man movie got kind out.
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: I love it, I told my mom and she was like,
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: that sucks.
- 1:08:05Speaker 5: Yes, she I guess plays Claire Temple. And she's like,
- 1:08:08Speaker 5: I'm not bitter about it, though, I'm still hoping that
- 1:08:10Speaker 5: the MCU brings back Claire at some point in some way,
- 1:08:13Speaker 5: shape or form. Taylor Swift, she's getting a pretty huge
- 1:08:15Speaker 5: honor from the city where her career actually started. At
- 1:08:18Speaker 5: thirty six years old, she is becoming the youngest person
- 1:08:21Speaker 5: ever inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Right on.
- 1:08:25Speaker 5: She's doing it in her very first year of eligibility.
- 1:08:27Speaker 5: Well deserved. I'm pretty sure we could all agree that's
- 1:08:30Speaker 5: a very well deserved honor. Meanwhile, her new brother and
- 1:08:33Speaker 5: sister in law, Jason and Kylie Kelsey, they have officially
- 1:08:36Speaker 5: made it into the Peppa Pig universe.
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: Oh, moms are gonna watch the kids because I've got
- 1:08:43Speaker 4: a big surprise in the world.
- 1:08:45Speaker 6: K Mommy Pig, are you really here?
- 1:08:49Speaker 17: I'm just chuff to.
- 1:08:50Speaker 4: Bits, really hoping chuff to bits is a good thing.
- 1:08:55Speaker 7: The best thing. So, yeah, they've been turned into animated characters.
- 1:08:59Speaker 5: Supposedly, the episode is kind of about how it's okay
- 1:09:02Speaker 5: for parents to take a little bit of time away
- 1:09:04Speaker 5: for themselves.
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: I saw this drama that's going on with Taylor and Travis.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: Have you seen this? No, it has to do with
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: their pets. He's got a dog.
- 1:09:13Speaker 7: Yeah, she's a cat person.
- 1:09:14Speaker 4: And the dog and the cats aren't getting The cats
- 1:09:17Speaker 4: don't like the dog. The dog wants to play all
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: the time, and the cats like, get out of here.
- 1:09:21Speaker 4: I'm sure, so I guess, and I don't know how
- 1:09:22Speaker 4: that gets out, but that's what's getting out. They're telling
- 1:09:24Speaker 4: them because you know, they can't find any drama with
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: them at all, so they're like, why not making it? Oh,
- 1:09:28Speaker 4: she's got cats, he's got a dog.
- 1:09:29Speaker 5: That's tough though, integrating even animals of the same type.
- 1:09:32Speaker 7: Guy, I just got a puppy recently, and arty.
- 1:09:34Speaker 5: Dogs are just finally, after months and months, starting to
- 1:09:37Speaker 5: get used to each other. So I feel like it'll
- 1:09:39Speaker 5: just take Taylor and Travis's pets some time.
- 1:09:41Speaker 8: The NFL just announced that the Jonas Brothers are officially
- 1:09:44Speaker 8: headlining the halftime show for the historic Melbourne game between
- 1:09:48Speaker 8: the San Francisco forty nine Ers and the La Ramps.
- 1:09:50Speaker 6: So this is a huge rivalry game and it's going
- 1:09:51Speaker 6: down Friday.
- 1:09:52Speaker 8: September eleventh, so for everyone back home in the States,
- 1:09:55Speaker 8: we can watch it on Netflix, which I'm like, how
- 1:09:58Speaker 8: cool is that?
- 1:09:59Speaker 6: So fun?
- 1:10:00Speaker 5: Like so pumped about that, like all around, like I'm
- 1:10:03Speaker 5: excited to watch football again.
- 1:10:04Speaker 7: And also you add the Joe Bros.
- 1:10:06Speaker 6: On top of that, so I'm like, thank you jay
- 1:10:08Speaker 6: Z for that.
- 1:10:10Speaker 4: But I wonder, wait, here's I wonder? So it's gonna
- 1:10:12Speaker 4: be in Australia. Yeah, so are we gonna be able
- 1:10:14Speaker 4: to watch it live? But are they but live here
- 1:10:18Speaker 4: could be two am? So is it gonna be live?
- 1:10:21Speaker 4: Like where are they gonna where are they gonna lean
- 1:10:23Speaker 4: on to go?
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: All right? Do we want it? Do we want it?
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: A seven pm in Australia like air.
- 1:10:28Speaker 5: Those like Across the Pond games just early in the morning.
- 1:10:32Speaker 9: Yeah, a lot of time, a lot of time when
- 1:10:34Speaker 9: they were doing Across the Pond, a lot of those
- 1:10:35Speaker 9: Sunday games were on at like six am.
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying, Like F one.
- 1:10:39Speaker 4: Isn't there because I know we tried to watch basketball
- 1:10:42Speaker 4: games in Australia before and it was like you had
- 1:10:44Speaker 4: to get up at one agam.
- 1:10:45Speaker 8: Well, so it'll be on Netflix on Thursday, September tenth,
- 1:10:49Speaker 8: because Australia it's like one am in Australia right now,
- 1:10:51Speaker 8: like tomorrow.
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: Right, it'll be Thursday.
- 1:10:56Speaker 8: Yeah, well yeah, but it's it's gonna be it's gonna
- 1:10:58Speaker 8: be streamed live.
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: You'll be able to watch, I understand.
- 1:11:01Speaker 4: But we'll be stream live at two am in the
- 1:11:03Speaker 4: United States or it will be stream live.
- 1:11:05Speaker 5: It kind of doesn't matter either you watch it at
- 1:11:07Speaker 5: two am or you're on Netflix. You can watch it
- 1:11:08Speaker 5: whatever you want.
- 1:11:09Speaker 4: The give us live sports. They don't really do tape
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: live sports, true, So we shall.
- 1:11:15Speaker 6: See, We shall see.
- 1:11:16Speaker 8: Pit Bull has officially revealed his upcoming fourteenth studio album.
- 1:11:20Speaker 8: It's going to be titled pit Coin like Bitcoin but Pitcoin.
- 1:11:24Speaker 7: Love and I love Pitple music.
- 1:11:26Speaker 6: Yeah, there's no.
- 1:11:27Speaker 8: Album release date yet, but it is coming. There is
- 1:11:30Speaker 8: a little update on Perez Hilton. So last week there
- 1:11:33Speaker 8: was a live stream where he suffered a severe mental
- 1:11:35Speaker 8: health crisis and his family is officially stepping in to
- 1:11:38Speaker 8: protect his kids. So his mom has filed for emergency
- 1:11:42Speaker 8: temporary custody of his three children, and the family is
- 1:11:44Speaker 8: asking the public for total privacy right now so the
- 1:11:47Speaker 8: children can heal and process everything that's going on.
- 1:11:50Speaker 5: That was one of my first thoughts when that whole
- 1:11:52Speaker 5: thing went down. It's like, oh my gosh, he's got
- 1:11:53Speaker 5: three kids.
- 1:11:55Speaker 7: What did they see?
- 1:11:55Speaker 5: This is going to be like trauma that they are
- 1:11:58Speaker 5: going to have to work through for the rest of
- 1:12:00Speaker 5: their lives. Probably so hopefully, but yeah, I think that
- 1:12:03Speaker 5: will be a better situation.
- 1:12:04Speaker 7: Get them out of there.
- 1:12:06Speaker 5: This is also pretty chilling in a kind of different way.
- 1:12:08Speaker 5: Travis Barker said his daughter Alabama somehow knew, somehow new
- 1:12:15Speaker 5: he shouldn't get on that plane before the plane crash
- 1:12:18Speaker 5: that almost killed him in two thousand and eight.
- 1:12:20Speaker 4: Then I say, by Tobama, she's young at the time,
- 1:12:22Speaker 4: she's three or four years old.
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: She's like, Dad, don't go home, and she's bawling and
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: she doesn't usually do that. She's like, the roof's gonna
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: come off, And I'm like, what is she talking about?
- 1:12:31Speaker 5: So she was talking about maybe she saw something. Sometimes
- 1:12:35Speaker 5: kids do that. Sometimes they have these crazy visions, I guess,
- 1:12:38Speaker 5: And he kind of goes through the whole story of
- 1:12:41Speaker 5: you know, how they got on the plane. They weren't
- 1:12:43Speaker 5: actually supposed to be scheduled on that plane. And that's
- 1:12:45Speaker 5: all going to be part of the Travis Barker documentary
- 1:12:47Speaker 5: called Louder Than Fear.
- 1:12:48Speaker 7: It drops tomorrow on Hulu.
- 1:12:51Speaker 4: So if it is in Australia, I just looked. So
- 1:12:55Speaker 4: let's say Australia. They're going to play the game at
- 1:12:57Speaker 4: seven pm in Australia. So they tell the players get
- 1:13:00Speaker 4: their five pm. Game starts at seven and it's live.
- 1:13:03Speaker 4: It will be live here at two am.
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: Oh wow.
- 1:13:06Speaker 4: So that means if you really want to watch his game,
- 1:13:09Speaker 4: you gotta get up to him now. Of course you
- 1:13:10Speaker 4: can watch it later and fast forward and everything, but
- 1:13:13Speaker 4: all the news will be who who won will be
- 1:13:14Speaker 4: out there when you wake.
- 1:13:15Speaker 8: Up, those diehard fans that elected into that rivalry.
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: How the World Cup was.
- 1:13:20Speaker 4: Charlie XCX will be Desert Diamond Arena, October twenty. First,
- 1:13:23Speaker 4: we've got your free tickets, but you gotta win Netflix
- 1:13:26Speaker 4: number one eight seven seven nine three seven one o
- 1:13:29Speaker 4: four seven. We'll do it after Charlie XCX. All right,
- 1:13:40Speaker 4: it's John Jay and Rich kiss them Charlie XCX. We
- 1:13:43Speaker 4: got tickets at Charlie xx. Brianna, Good morning.
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: Good morning, How are you fantastic? It's time to play
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: a game my Scamash and Sun.
- 1:14:03Speaker 5: All right, Rihanna, let's have some fun so you can
- 1:14:05Speaker 5: win some Charlie XCX tickets. We're gonna start this game
- 1:14:08Speaker 5: with John Jay. Drake just did something in twenty twenty
- 1:14:11Speaker 5: six that no artists had ever done before. He became
- 1:14:15Speaker 5: the first artist in Billboard history to have how many
- 1:14:18Speaker 5: different songs make the Hot.
- 1:14:20Speaker 7: One hundred, two hundred, three hundred or four hundred songs?
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: What was first one two hundred.
- 1:14:26Speaker 5: Three hundred or four hundred songs make the Hot one
- 1:14:28Speaker 5: two hundred? Incorrect, John Jay. It's four hundred, four hundred
- 1:14:33Speaker 5: Hot one hundred.
- 1:14:34Speaker 7: Entries as of May twenty twenty six.
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: That's a lot of songs just to have in general.
- 1:14:38Speaker 5: I know, I was actually like that sounded unbelievable to
- 1:14:41Speaker 5: me at first. Rich Ariano Grande and Taylor Swift are
- 1:14:44Speaker 5: currently tied for a pretty wild record among women. They
- 1:14:49Speaker 5: each have the most songs to do. What debut at
- 1:14:53Speaker 5: number one on the Billboard Hot one hundred, spend a
- 1:14:56Speaker 5: year on the chart or have a billion Spotify streams.
- 1:14:59Speaker 9: Oh so that's a pretty elite category and I feel
- 1:15:03Speaker 9: like a I feel like a billion streams is at Spotify.
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: I'm going with that one in correct.
- 1:15:09Speaker 5: Sorry, Richard, Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift are currently tied
- 1:15:13Speaker 5: at how many songs they have debuted at number one
- 1:15:16Speaker 5: on the Hot one hundred.
- 1:15:17Speaker 7: They Arina just earned her eighth, which tied her with Tails.
- 1:15:20Speaker 7: Also amazing, good job, pretty big deal right there.
- 1:15:23Speaker 5: Peyton Dua Lipa's Levitating was absolutely everywhere when it came out.
- 1:15:28Speaker 7: But here's the crazy part.
- 1:15:29Speaker 5: It actually never really hit number one on the Billboard
- 1:15:31Speaker 5: Hot one hundred. Despite that, what record did it set
- 1:15:36Speaker 5: longest charting Hot one hundred sung by a woman, most
- 1:15:39Speaker 5: weeks at number one by a woman, or most streamed
- 1:15:42Speaker 5: debut by a woman. Ooh, I'm gonna go a which
- 1:15:46Speaker 5: was longest charting Hot one hundred song by a woman,
- 1:15:50Speaker 5: and you would be correct. Levitating actually spent seventy seven weeks.
- 1:15:54Speaker 7: On the Hot one hundred. I was like, how is
- 1:15:56Speaker 7: that not Taylor Swift?
- 1:15:57Speaker 5: But Taylor Swift's longest running song in the Hot one
- 1:15:59Speaker 5: hundred was Cruel Summer and that was fifty four weeks.
- 1:16:01Speaker 9: Wow.
- 1:16:02Speaker 6: Oh so she could low key high smoke dah.
- 1:16:04Speaker 7: Yeah, that's a pretty big deal. Okay.
- 1:16:06Speaker 5: So Peyton is the only one with a point on
- 1:16:09Speaker 5: the board. As we move over to you, Brianna Beyonce
- 1:16:12Speaker 5: is the number one most awarded artist in Grammy history.
- 1:16:16Speaker 5: So Brianna, how many Grammys does she have? Twenty five,
- 1:16:20Speaker 5: thirty five or forty five.
- 1:16:24Speaker 26: I'm going to say thirty five.
- 1:16:27Speaker 5: And you would be correct. Brianna is on the board
- 1:16:29Speaker 5: after round one.
- 1:16:30Speaker 6: Just Peyton and.
- 1:16:31Speaker 7: Brianna competing right now. But as we move.
- 1:16:33Speaker 5: Into war two, these are worth more points, so everyone
- 1:16:36Speaker 5: still has a chance. John Jay McDonald sells an absolutely
- 1:16:40Speaker 5: insane amount of its number one menu item, reportedly around
- 1:16:44Speaker 5: nine million pounds of it every single day worldwide.
- 1:16:48Speaker 4: What is it?
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: French fries?
- 1:16:50Speaker 7: Frest fries is correct? Yeah, on the board, okay, rich.
- 1:16:54Speaker 5: Starbucks has more than forty thousand stores around the world,
- 1:16:58Speaker 5: but it's number one biggest location on earth right here
- 1:17:00Speaker 5: in America.
- 1:17:01Speaker 7: Which city is it in? New York, Seattle or Chicago?
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: Oh?
- 1:17:05Speaker 9: Okay, New York Seattle or Chicago Seattle. They probably have
- 1:17:09Speaker 9: more per capita there than anywhere else.
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: So I'm gonna go Kyle. My answer would be New
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: York City.
- 1:17:15Speaker 7: I know I thought the same thing, but incorrect. It's
- 1:17:17Speaker 7: actually Chicago.
- 1:17:18Speaker 5: Oh really, yes, the biggest Starbucks location in Shuttown.
- 1:17:22Speaker 7: Peyton.
- 1:17:24Speaker 5: Now that we know riches out, you gotta beat John Jay.
- 1:17:27Speaker 5: This just changed in twenty twenty six. For more than
- 1:17:29Speaker 5: a decade, Walmart was the biggest company on Earth by
- 1:17:32Speaker 5: annual sales? Which company finally passed Walmart this year?
- 1:17:36Speaker 3: Oh?
- 1:17:37Speaker 6: I have to tell you, well, that's the question. Okay,
- 1:17:39Speaker 6: it's not well you would give multiple.
- 1:17:42Speaker 4: Choice multiple walk out.
- 1:17:48Speaker 6: As the question?
- 1:17:49Speaker 7: Is it like an actual? Okay?
- 1:17:53Speaker 5: Which company finally passed Walmart this year in annual sales?
- 1:17:57Speaker 6: Amazon?
- 1:17:57Speaker 7: Amazon? Is correct?
- 1:18:01Speaker 25: All right?
- 1:18:01Speaker 5: So right now, Brionna Peyton is the one to beat.
- 1:18:05Speaker 5: Apple is not the number one most valuable brand in.
- 1:18:09Speaker 7: The world anymore.
- 1:18:10Speaker 5: What company passed it as the most valuable brand in
- 1:18:14Speaker 5: the world.
- 1:18:16Speaker 17: Oh okay, I'm missing the multiple choice.
- 1:18:20Speaker 6: I'm just gonna say that.
- 1:18:22Speaker 5: But I bet you use it every day.
- 1:18:33Speaker 14: Every day, probably like evolutions.
- 1:18:36Speaker 17: Mhm, Google, Google is.
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: It's toy? I was like, you use it everyday? Crest
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: press toothpaste, toothpaste? What do you use every day.
- 1:18:56Speaker 7: Yeah you say chat, but yeah, you got it right.
- 1:19:00Speaker 4: Hold on, we're setting you up with tickets. Hold on,
- 1:19:05Speaker 4: Kyle n what are three things we need to know
- 1:19:07Speaker 4: what's coming up?
- 1:19:08Speaker 5: Okay, one company just sold and you might have seen
- 1:19:11Speaker 5: the headline and thought it was a repeat, but it's not.
- 1:19:13Speaker 7: I'll fill you in next with John Jay and Rich.
- 1:19:20Speaker 24: May.
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: All right, Kyle, would we need to know? What are
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: three things we need to know today?
- 1:19:24Speaker 5: The Lakers are changing owners again. The price somehow got
- 1:19:28Speaker 5: even crazier. So former Disney CEO Bob Iiger and billionaire
- 1:19:33Speaker 5: investor Josh Kushner they're part of this group.
- 1:19:34Speaker 7: They are buying a team for reported.
- 1:19:36Speaker 5: Twelve point five billion dollars. Meanwhile, it just sold like
- 1:19:41Speaker 5: less than a year ago for ten billions. So somehow,
- 1:19:44Speaker 5: in less than a year it's gone up two point
- 1:19:46Speaker 5: five billion dollars.
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: Somebody made two point five billion dollars in a year.
- 1:19:50Speaker 5: Yeah, less than a year actually, so amazing.
- 1:19:52Speaker 7: A little asterisk there.
- 1:19:53Speaker 5: The deal still needs NBA approval, but if it does
- 1:19:56Speaker 5: go through, this would be the biggest sale of a
- 1:19:58Speaker 5: sports franchise ever. It will probably go through, So we're
- 1:20:03Speaker 5: gonna see history here. France has apparently had enough of
- 1:20:06Speaker 5: random we've been trying to reach you calls. They just
- 1:20:10Speaker 5: banned unsolicited telemarketing. So instead of you having to opt out,
- 1:20:14Speaker 5: companies have to get your permission before they're allowed to
- 1:20:17Speaker 5: call you, and violations can actually come with enormous fines.
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: Good, let's get that here.
- 1:20:22Speaker 5: Honestly, that's I'm thinking, like, if America wants to borrow
- 1:20:24Speaker 5: anything from France.
- 1:20:26Speaker 7: This is it. This is it, and we'll keep the
- 1:20:28Speaker 7: French pries as well.
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: Please.
- 1:20:29Speaker 5: So I saw honest and I thought, this is kind
- 1:20:32Speaker 5: of one of the dumbest sweepstake prizes I've ever seen,
- 1:20:35Speaker 5: which naturally means we have to talk about it, right.
- 1:20:38Speaker 5: So Liquid Death and Good Wipes teamed up on some
- 1:20:41Speaker 5: limited edition wipes there, and they're giving one person their
- 1:20:45Speaker 5: own personal live in butler.
- 1:20:48Speaker 24: One lucky individual will win a personal butler to live
- 1:20:51Speaker 24: in their home and to wipe their butt with the softest,
- 1:20:55Speaker 24: very luxurious vanilla screen soda scented wipe speech infused with
- 1:20:59Speaker 24: sou thing out of vitamin E and actual Liquid Death.
- 1:21:03Speaker 5: I like the way she says vimin I know, everything
- 1:21:05Speaker 5: sounds more fancy and in English.
- 1:21:07Speaker 7: If this sounds like something that maybe you would like
- 1:21:09Speaker 7: to get involved in.
- 1:21:10Speaker 5: Your deadline is August thirty first to enter that sweepstakes.
- 1:21:13Speaker 7: And that's three things you need to know.
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: For some reason, that.
- 1:21:15Speaker 4: Clip just reminded me there's a there's this. You know,
- 1:21:17Speaker 4: we talk about a lot about TV shows. There's the
- 1:21:19Speaker 4: new Lizzie board and show.
- 1:21:21Speaker 7: Yes the Monsters.
- 1:21:22Speaker 4: Yeah, have you heard that? I haven't seen it. I
- 1:21:25Speaker 4: have the audio of the trailer. No, it's just so disturbing.
- 1:21:28Speaker 4: Watched you watched it?
- 1:21:30Speaker 7: Yeah, Charlie Hunnam is in it, and he was like
- 1:21:32Speaker 7: in the Ed Game.
- 1:21:33Speaker 8: Story right, yeah, but he looks different because he looked
- 1:21:35Speaker 8: like very odd as ed Gee. But it was I mean,
- 1:21:38Speaker 8: I always loved like hearing the Lizzie board.
- 1:21:40Speaker 6: In like song.
- 1:21:41Speaker 4: Well, I don't know her okay, I don't know her story.
- 1:21:43Speaker 4: Who Lizzy Boarden is. I'm assuming she's a serial killer either.
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: I just said the first female in the US. Okay.
- 1:21:48Speaker 4: So listen to this clip, okay. And and when you
- 1:21:50Speaker 4: say the song, I don't know the song, but they
- 1:21:52Speaker 4: sing a song here. Just listening to this, your brain
- 1:21:56Speaker 4: goes visual and you'll see something. When you listen to this,
- 1:22:00Speaker 4: it is so disturbing, and I will not watch this show,
- 1:22:02Speaker 4: but I know Kyle you will.
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: Yes, because you watch all the ed Gene stuff. Right, Okay,
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: listen to this.
- 1:22:08Speaker 11: Dunken Acts gave forty when.
- 1:22:20Speaker 5: She saw what she had done, she gave her father
- 1:22:27Speaker 5: forty one.
- 1:22:28Speaker 17: Pas.
- 1:22:29Speaker 4: That's the song I figured that out, was like the riddle,
- 1:22:32Speaker 4: Is it like a jump rope song?
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: Miss Mary?
- 1:22:36Speaker 8: Yeah, it's like it's like gotten Acts gave her mother
- 1:22:41Speaker 8: seventy wax or whatever.
- 1:22:43Speaker 6: No, her mom was more.
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: The dad was forty one, right, yeah, so she was forty.
- 1:22:47Speaker 8: Yeah, she's like the first like like big I think
- 1:22:50Speaker 8: women serial.
- 1:22:51Speaker 7: Killer, but it was like hundred yeah, a long long time.
- 1:22:54Speaker 8: Ago, which I'm excited to see how they make it
- 1:22:57Speaker 8: like new gross not as old groups.
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: A week could go.
- 1:23:03Speaker 4: Today, the biggest news happening in Phoenix in Arizona was
- 1:23:07Speaker 4: Salad and Go closing seventy locations, right, and I think
- 1:23:10Speaker 4: Kyle had said something about, oh, I think you know
- 1:23:12Speaker 4: it'd be perfect for Dutch Brothers. And then later that
- 1:23:14Speaker 4: day it was breaking news that Dutch Brothers bought all
- 1:23:17Speaker 4: seven locations. But now here we are a week later,
- 1:23:21Speaker 4: and I understand there's some Salad and Go.
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: Drama.
- 1:23:23Speaker 8: Yeah, there is a little bit of drama because Dutch
- 1:23:26Speaker 8: Rose they didn't like actually buy them. They just put
- 1:23:29Speaker 8: one hundred and five million dollar offer out for all
- 1:23:32Speaker 8: of the locations in Seven Brews.
- 1:23:34Speaker 6: They're a coffee shop.
- 1:23:35Speaker 8: There's only two of them, and they're in Tucson, and
- 1:23:37Speaker 8: they're saying that they actually came back with a better
- 1:23:40Speaker 8: dollar for dollar value and they're challenging Salad and Go
- 1:23:43Speaker 8: to basically let them take over these these.
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: Properties of Dutch Bros. Stuck down ten mil.
- 1:23:50Speaker 8: No, they offered one hundred and five million, basically like
- 1:23:52Speaker 8: seven Brews saying like, give us a chance. Even though
- 1:23:54Speaker 8: we're a smaller chain, we have the money and we're offering.
- 1:23:57Speaker 6: It to you.
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: So now two locations.
- 1:24:01Speaker 7: Yeah, it's kind of like.
- 1:24:01Speaker 5: A battle of big business versus small business. You kind
- 1:24:05Speaker 5: of want to small business.
- 1:24:06Speaker 8: Right, Well, because seven Bruce is saying that they submitted
- 1:24:09Speaker 8: a letter of intent offering more value than the Dutch
- 1:24:12Speaker 8: Bros bid. So it completely is like one of the
- 1:24:15Speaker 8: big chains. Because Dutch Bro's goal is to have over
- 1:24:18Speaker 8: two thousand locations by the end of this year.
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: Well, if you're missing your Salad and Go fix. I
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: have a solution.
- 1:24:26Speaker 4: I know of three locations already, Sweet Greens. They have
- 1:24:29Speaker 4: great wraps and great salads.
- 1:24:31Speaker 7: What about Angie's. Have you gone to angie Lobster salad?
- 1:24:35Speaker 23: It's like.
- 1:24:37Speaker 7: Salads fruit cheap.
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: I thought it was called Angie's Lobster.
- 1:24:40Speaker 8: At some locations they serve the lobster roles and all
- 1:24:42Speaker 8: that stuff. But there's a couple like there's one in
- 1:24:44Speaker 8: Chandler and it's the it's the steak. They cook your
- 1:24:48Speaker 8: your meat to order, it's chicken. It's all that stuff,
- 1:24:50Speaker 8: and it's like six bucks.
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: First, well, Kyle, both can be true.
- 1:24:54Speaker 9: Here we go, Here we go. You need to drive through.
- 1:24:58Speaker 9: That's the best part about Salad and go. You can
- 1:25:00Speaker 9: just drive. Can you need a wrap fix? And you
- 1:25:04Speaker 9: don't mind parking? If I go to Nelly, Sir,
