- 0:00Speaker 1: We made it back for the weekend. Everybody, it's Romeo
- 0:02Speaker 1: and you gotta see what you missed. We talked about
- 0:04Speaker 1: a little bit about some of the stuff that's going
- 0:05Speaker 1: on in Bakersfield High school football had a tragedy that
- 0:08Speaker 1: we talked about. And then what else do we get into?
- 0:11Speaker 1: And we got a little bit of everything. Check it out.
- 0:13Speaker 1: I wanted to get into this. I forgot to talk
- 0:15Speaker 1: to it about with a therapist, but I wanted to
- 0:18Speaker 1: ask you about keeping tabs on your spouse. Now. I've
- 0:22Speaker 1: always said that you should pay attention to your relationship
- 0:26Speaker 1: all right and know what's going on. But a guy
- 0:31Speaker 1: I know has his wife drives one of those Tesla cars.
- 0:36Speaker 1: I didn't know this, but he showed me the app
- 0:38Speaker 1: while we were out golfing one day that you can
- 0:42Speaker 1: go on the app and a map comes up of
- 0:44Speaker 1: the city and it shows exactly where the car is.
- 0:49Speaker 1: And he goes, hey, look at my you know, let
- 0:51Speaker 1: me show you. This's so cool. I can show you
- 0:53Speaker 1: where my wife is right now. And she was supposed
- 0:55Speaker 1: to be at work, but apparently the car was driving
- 0:56Speaker 1: down the road. He was like, oh, where's she going?
- 0:58Speaker 1: Like you can see you could see is kind of
- 1:02Speaker 1: a question what was going on? And I thought, okay,
- 1:07Speaker 1: why you gotta believe that he's checking that app right
- 1:12Speaker 1: more than once or twice a day. Another friend of mine,
- 1:16Speaker 1: this guy's a friend of mine. He once again, we're
- 1:20Speaker 1: out playing golf and his wife buys something and it
- 1:23Speaker 1: pops up on his phone, so he's tracking her spending.
- 1:28Speaker 1: And what that's going too far? Right? Keeping paying attention
- 1:35Speaker 1: to your relationship and doing things to protect it, to me,
- 1:41Speaker 1: is different than like these people are. Basically these two
- 1:45Speaker 1: dudes are basically keeping tabs on their wives. On their wives.
- 1:50Speaker 1: I don't that you shouldn't be keeping tab on tabs
- 1:54Speaker 1: on your spouse, should you? That seems a little a
- 1:59Speaker 1: little crazy to me? Already? Four two five, four seven
- 2:03Speaker 1: to seven. What do you guys think about that? I
- 2:05Speaker 1: know a guy actually at this cameras in his house
- 2:07Speaker 1: inside the house, not just outside but inside also so
- 2:10Speaker 1: he can see who's there and so he can keep
- 2:12Speaker 1: an eye on his wife. That's doing too much, right,
- 2:15Speaker 1: all right? Keeping tabs on your spouse? Do you think
- 2:17Speaker 1: it's okay to do that? Do you do it? Already?
- 2:21Speaker 1: Four two five, four seven to seven? How it's going.
- 2:23Speaker 2: On what up?
- 2:25Speaker 1: Man?
- 2:26Speaker 3: All right, so well we're kind of not together anymore.
- 2:29Speaker 2: But the girl, the girl doing we had we had
- 2:33Speaker 2: to tell his location and uh, I'd be on my
- 2:40Speaker 2: water house or like I'll be on my wazard, but
- 2:43Speaker 2: I'm stop by the gas station or many things. He
- 2:48Speaker 2: literally takes me on the dot, Hey what are you doing?
- 2:52Speaker 2: What's going on? And I'm like, bro, can I not
- 2:54Speaker 2: like let's go pit stop to you like my little
- 2:56Speaker 2: station and there's no reason.
- 2:59Speaker 1: But why would you why would you have that location?
- 3:05Speaker 4: You know?
- 3:06Speaker 5: My perious like borno, we didn't show, okay, and now
- 3:09Speaker 5: with fineces you know each other each others, but you know,
- 3:12Speaker 5: I guess she's been thing some things in her pastor
- 3:15Speaker 5: and I really didn't mind it, but now, like it
- 3:18Speaker 5: got to the point where I was like, okay, like
- 3:19Speaker 5: you're kind of doing too much.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Like I can't even feel like I.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Can't sure being like Sure was.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Really on it and no, maybe not Tom, but you
- 3:28Speaker 2: know what, we're not there right now.
- 3:29Speaker 1: So okay, all right, man, thanks for Colin. I appreciate it,
- 3:32Speaker 1: all right, But that's what I mean, that's doing too
- 3:35Speaker 1: much right already? Four two, five, four seven to seven.
- 3:40Speaker 1: It just reminded me. Now, you guys know Tom Holland, right,
- 3:43Speaker 1: spider Man, and he's going out with Zendia. He said
- 3:48Speaker 1: that he will actually google her, uh every once in
- 3:52Speaker 1: a while to find out that if she's okay, if
- 3:55Speaker 1: she's I mean, that's keeping tabs or maybe if that
- 3:59Speaker 1: sounds like a jealousy to me. But is it okay
- 4:03Speaker 1: to keep tabs on your spouse? Is that right? All righty?
- 4:07Speaker 1: Four two five, four seven of seven. Like I have
- 4:09Speaker 1: this buddy that I hang out with regularly and his
- 4:16Speaker 1: wife will FaceTime him, Like who face times? Well, I
- 4:20Speaker 1: don't FaceTime, I just take a phone call. But his
- 4:23Speaker 1: wife will FaceTime him cause she wants to know where
- 4:27Speaker 1: he's at. That's her way of sneaking, sneakily sneaking. That's
- 4:32Speaker 1: her way of keeping tabs on him without you know,
- 4:37Speaker 1: letting everybody know because oh we just FaceTime. No, she's
- 4:40Speaker 1: face timing him so she knows where he's at, what's
- 4:43Speaker 1: in the background she can do. That's why she's doing it.
- 4:45Speaker 1: She wants to see him. So that's doing too much.
- 4:49Speaker 1: But when it comes to keeping tabs on your spouse,
- 4:55Speaker 1: you guys are doing it. I know you guys are
- 4:57Speaker 1: doing it. I have people have shown me. You know,
- 5:00Speaker 1: my friends do it. I don't get it. I don't
- 5:04Speaker 1: think it's right. I don't think it's healthy. But you know, yeah,
- 5:10Speaker 1: like my buddy just sent me a text message goes, yeah,
- 5:13Speaker 1: well we you know, we get alerts on our phones
- 5:15Speaker 1: because we've had fraud before in our bank accounts. Okay,
- 5:18Speaker 1: so I get that. But one of my friends, you know,
- 5:24Speaker 1: actually gets an alert whenever his wife buys anything. You
- 5:28Speaker 1: don't think that's doing too much? Come arding out what's
- 5:30Speaker 1: going on?
- 5:31Speaker 6: Well, mean, it sounds more like a Cowboy fan that
- 5:34Speaker 6: controller is going to be doing behavior like that.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Oh what you know, a Raider fan.
- 5:40Speaker 2: I'm not tracking my girl.
- 5:41Speaker 4: I'm not.
- 5:41Speaker 2: I'm not worried about what she spends and you want
- 5:44Speaker 2: to leave them by just you know, I could see
- 5:48Speaker 2: a Cowboys or a Chiefs fan, you know, tracking his
- 5:50Speaker 2: girl on his phone. She's late? Oh why were you?
- 5:54Speaker 3: You know here and there?
- 5:55Speaker 2: So well, technology, technology has made.
- 5:59Speaker 1: It easier for this.
- 6:00Speaker 7: I know.
- 6:01Speaker 1: That's why I said, doesn't make it okay. I think
- 6:04Speaker 1: I think younger couples today are growing up with this
- 6:08Speaker 1: technology and they think it's normal or they're making it normal.
- 6:12Speaker 1: I don't think it's normal to do that.
- 6:14Speaker 2: I don't think it's healthy behavior because it's almost like
- 6:17Speaker 2: you're expecting something to happen and you're waiting for it
- 6:19Speaker 2: so you can say, look, see you did.
- 6:21Speaker 1: It, gotcha? Yeah, alright, alrighty day, all right, man, alrighty
- 6:28Speaker 1: fourteen five or seven to seven A roam that's doing.
- 6:31Speaker 1: That's too much work, Rome. If I got to do
- 6:32Speaker 1: all that, then I'm gonna have to cut her loose.
- 6:35Speaker 1: You mean keeping tabs on her. It's not too much work,
- 6:38Speaker 1: though you do it to the comfort of.
- 6:39Speaker 6: Your own phone.
- 6:40Speaker 1: In fact, it's not. It just it pops up. Remember
- 6:46Speaker 1: back in the day before cell phones, you had to
- 6:48Speaker 1: actually get dressed, get in your car and go follow
- 6:52Speaker 1: your spouse, follow whoever you were dating. That was too
- 6:56Speaker 1: much work. Nowadays you just get a notification what your
- 7:00Speaker 1: spouse is doing. Do you think it's okay to track
- 7:03Speaker 1: your spouse? You know? You got these apps that'll that
- 7:06Speaker 1: will follow their cars, picture where their cars located. You
- 7:09Speaker 1: got these find my phone apps. You can track their phones.
- 7:11Speaker 1: You can you know, get alerts with their spending. You
- 7:14Speaker 1: can cameras everywhere, you can FaceTime any moment to see
- 7:18Speaker 1: if they're where they say they are. I mean, there's
- 7:20Speaker 1: all kinds of options now to keep tabs on your spouse.
- 7:25Speaker 1: You think it's okay, Come on now, what's going on? Hey, Rube,
- 7:28Speaker 1: what's going on?
- 7:29Speaker 5: Man?
- 7:29Speaker 1: Hey, I'm gonna let it.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Let Raider David will know what's cracking the problem.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Raider David, half of your women have led you for
- 7:35Speaker 1: a cowboy pack and you locked up and the other half,
- 7:38Speaker 1: you guys, can't track it. You can't track them on
- 7:40Speaker 1: your Obama boom.
- 7:42Speaker 5: You know what I mean.
- 7:46Speaker 8: You know their mom don't want.
- 7:46Speaker 1: To put them on the.
- 7:51Speaker 5: You know what I mean.
- 7:51Speaker 1: So sorry, Raided David.
- 7:54Speaker 9: You can't count on us like that, you know what
- 7:55Speaker 9: I mean.
- 7:56Speaker 1: We just got money and we take care of our people,
- 7:59Speaker 1: all right, all right already four two five, four seven
- 8:05Speaker 1: to seven. I do I do know a guy though,
- 8:09Speaker 1: like you guys all put those cameras outside your houses.
- 8:11Speaker 1: I do know a guy that has a has cameras
- 8:14Speaker 1: inside his house. And one time he showed me while
- 8:17Speaker 1: his wife was at home. He goes, oh, see, I
- 8:19Speaker 1: can check on the wife and the kids, and she
- 8:23Speaker 1: was just sitting there to me, that's a little aggressive,
- 8:27Speaker 1: right Is that? Is that not too aggressive? I just
- 8:31Speaker 1: what are we doing here, folks already? Four two, five, four,
- 8:34Speaker 1: seven to seven eight? Romeo, Uh, I like I have
- 8:39Speaker 1: an app so I know where my kids are. My
- 8:43Speaker 1: wife thinks that's too evasive, that I need to give
- 8:46Speaker 1: them their space and respect their privacy. They are teenagers,
- 8:51Speaker 1: rome I'm not going to respect their privacy at all.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Hell no, your wife's one hundred percent rong. What do
- 8:59Speaker 1: you mean Your teenagers don't have no privacy. They don't
- 9:02Speaker 1: get they don't have no right to privacy in your house.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Not only should you be tracking their phones and where
- 9:07Speaker 1: they're at, you should be going through their phones. You
- 9:09Speaker 1: should be cloning their phone so you know what's going on.
- 9:13Speaker 1: You should be going through their rooms to see what
- 9:15Speaker 1: they're hiding him. Teenagers don't have rights. Come on now,
- 9:19Speaker 1: not in my house comes to track in your spouse?
- 9:20Speaker 1: You think it's okay there, find my phone app? Or
- 9:24Speaker 1: you can follow their cars now, things like that, or
- 9:27Speaker 1: track their spending and you're getting alert every time they
- 9:29Speaker 1: run their credit card or your credit card or whatever
- 9:31Speaker 1: it is. You think that's okay In four, two, five,
- 9:34Speaker 1: four or seven to seven. Now, what's going on? What's up?
- 9:40Speaker 2: Did John?
- 9:43Speaker 1: I'm we're talking about keeping tabs on your partner, on
- 9:46Speaker 1: your spouse. If that was okay? Because I have some frisds,
- 9:49Speaker 1: like some guys showing me he's got he's got an
- 9:52Speaker 1: app that he can see where his wife's car is
- 9:54Speaker 1: and a map Baker's film actually comes up when he
- 9:58Speaker 1: looks for it, or a map of where the chorus.
- 10:01Speaker 1: And I thought that was a little doing too much.
- 10:04Speaker 10: Guess what my car, my twenty three kids, forte whenever.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Told us it comes?
- 10:13Speaker 10: It comes with that.
- 10:16Speaker 2: My husband, you know he can, he can. They want
- 10:18Speaker 2: the phone, keep telling him to look it up, and
- 10:21Speaker 2: he tells.
- 10:22Speaker 9: Me that for me to do this, it needs to
- 10:23Speaker 9: be all right.
- 10:25Speaker 11: I'm funny, Okay.
- 10:34Speaker 10: I didn't know where I say I would go.
- 10:36Speaker 3: Now I end up over here? Yeah what far that
- 10:40Speaker 3: face timing and all that stuff.
- 10:42Speaker 9: So yeah, he can face ain't knowing that I.
- 10:46Speaker 1: Don't, but I know you. I know a guy's wife
- 10:49Speaker 1: does that for him. That's how she finds out where
- 10:51Speaker 1: he is and what he's doing.
- 10:55Speaker 2: He be telling you why.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Exactly? Sure you FaceTime me? You don't get declined. It's
- 11:09Speaker 1: wild and these people. But I think it's becoming more
- 11:12Speaker 1: and more normalized for these people to keep tabs on
- 11:14Speaker 1: each other with the technology, like and they do it
- 11:17Speaker 1: under the guys of safety. No, I'm looking out for you.
- 11:19Speaker 1: No you're not. You're trying to keep trying to figure
- 11:21Speaker 1: out where I'm at, what I'm doing. All right, later,
- 11:35Speaker 1: like I said, you think it's doing too much. I
- 11:38Speaker 1: think it's doing too much keeping tabs on your partner
- 11:41Speaker 1: and your spouse. I mean, and you guys can say
- 11:43Speaker 1: whatever you want. No, I just do it because I
- 11:46Speaker 1: want to make sure they're safe. No, you don't. So
- 11:49Speaker 1: the funniest conversation I saw yesterday. So yesterday, Sorry I
- 11:57Speaker 1: got sidetracked. So yesterday a friend of mine, his kid's
- 12:02Speaker 1: going to school, right, his kid's going to college, and
- 12:04Speaker 1: I think it's Irvine. You see Irvine, I think is
- 12:06Speaker 1: where he's going to school. So I go buy there,
- 12:10Speaker 1: me and him had to talk about some stuff. And
- 12:12Speaker 1: then so the kid comes in right and they're talking
- 12:15Speaker 1: about getting him a car. You know, he goes, dad,
- 12:17Speaker 1: would you know I need a car? What are we
- 12:19Speaker 1: gonna do? You know, Mom's over here, going Well, he's
- 12:22Speaker 1: gonna live in the dorms. Is you need a car,
- 12:24Speaker 1: blah blah. Anyway, talk about how I'm a conversation about
- 12:27Speaker 1: how getting this kid a car for before he leaves
- 12:29Speaker 1: for college. I think he leaves next week or September.
- 12:32Speaker 1: I don't know what it is. And I mean, cars
- 12:34Speaker 1: are expensive. Let's be honest, Okay, when it comes to
- 12:37Speaker 1: buying a car for your kid today, they're expensive. They're
- 12:40Speaker 1: not cheap. Not everybody is rich like you and can
- 12:43Speaker 1: just afford to go buy a brand new car. My
- 12:46Speaker 1: first car was five hundred dollars. That's what when my
- 12:50Speaker 1: mom bought me. My first car is five hundred bucks
- 12:52Speaker 1: and she bought it from my aunt. And so they're
- 12:56Speaker 1: not they're not cheap. Okay. But the kid goes, I
- 13:01Speaker 1: want a truck, Dad, I think I want a truck.
- 13:04Speaker 1: You know, we live in Bakersfield. He wants a truck.
- 13:07Speaker 1: And I said, wait a second, you're going to Irvine.
- 13:12Speaker 1: You're not in Bakersfield. You're going to live in Irvine
- 13:15Speaker 1: for four years and go to college. So no, you
- 13:19Speaker 1: don't want a truck. The hell are you going to
- 13:21Speaker 1: do with a truck? And then my boy jumps up
- 13:23Speaker 1: and is like, you know kind of clicked in his head.
- 13:26Speaker 1: But you're right, what's he going to? What do you
- 13:28Speaker 1: need a truck for? First of all, you're eighteen years old.
- 13:32Speaker 1: What do you need a truck for? Okay, I mean
- 13:36Speaker 1: in Bakersfield where men we need trucks. We haul stuff,
- 13:40Speaker 1: We got to do things. That Truck's that a truck
- 13:43Speaker 1: that is needed for You're an eighteen year old college kid.
- 13:47Speaker 1: You do not need a truck. Well, yeah, I want
- 13:49Speaker 1: a truck.
- 13:49Speaker 9: No you don't.
- 13:52Speaker 4: So why.
- 13:55Speaker 1: The kid would not get it? He just did not
- 13:57Speaker 1: understand that. I'm I mean, you can get one later
- 14:02Speaker 1: in life, but you don't need one today. What you
- 14:06Speaker 1: need is a medium sized car to drive around the city,
- 14:12Speaker 1: take some friends with you, maybe full around in the backseat,
- 14:16Speaker 1: if you know, your roommate in the dorms there. But
- 14:20Speaker 1: you do not need a truck. And let's be very
- 14:25Speaker 1: fair about trucks are expensive. They're way expensive.
- 14:30Speaker 10: And so.
- 14:33Speaker 1: I thought that was pretty funny. I just thought, you know,
- 14:38Speaker 1: I saw the poor kid. You're not getting a truck. Now,
- 14:42Speaker 1: my boys getting like a I didn't get. I don't
- 14:45Speaker 1: know what he's going to get him, something kind of smaller.
- 14:47Speaker 1: But you know, there's a budget. Everybody's got a budget
- 14:49Speaker 1: for a car, so it's going to be a little
- 14:51Speaker 1: bit different. But trucks are expensive. Man. You try to
- 14:55Speaker 1: go buy a truck, it's gonna cost you twenty grand
- 14:57Speaker 1: easy for a used one that's reliable. So what is
- 15:05Speaker 1: wrong with you kids?
- 15:06Speaker 5: Man?
- 15:06Speaker 1: The kids are so stupid. They don't understand what they need.
- 15:10Speaker 1: At certain points in your life. You're an eighteen year
- 15:13Speaker 1: old kid, you don't need a truck. Even if you're
- 15:15Speaker 1: an eighteen year old kid in Bakersfield, if you unless
- 15:18Speaker 1: you're working, you do not need a truck. A truck
- 15:22Speaker 1: is a man's car that's needed for doing work, you know,
- 15:27Speaker 1: hauling stuff. My buddy's kid, eighteen year old kids going
- 15:33Speaker 1: to college. I think they're moving next week or the
- 15:35Speaker 1: week or well, I don't know whenever. He's moving down there,
- 15:37Speaker 1: but he's going to Irvine, which is uh which is
- 15:43Speaker 1: not necessarily Bakersfield. But the kid wants a truck, so
- 15:46Speaker 1: he needs a car. Dad tells his daddy wants a truck.
- 15:51Speaker 1: I was over there telling the kid, you don't need
- 15:52Speaker 1: a truck. You're gonna be down in the city. You
- 15:54Speaker 1: don't need you know, you don't and you're eighteen. You
- 15:57Speaker 1: don't need a truck any good morning? How what's going on?
- 16:00Speaker 7: That would tell wrong?
- 16:01Speaker 5: See?
- 16:03Speaker 9: Thanks, So that poor kid ain't getting that truck then,
- 16:05Speaker 9: after all, no, he's gonna get.
- 16:07Speaker 1: A car or a little suv or something something smaller.
- 16:11Speaker 9: I think that's the right whoa man, because you know,
- 16:16Speaker 9: I hate it when I see like someone get like
- 16:19Speaker 9: this dually diesel truck and they don't have nothing to
- 16:23Speaker 9: pull or nothing, they don't carry nothing or nothing.
- 16:26Speaker 3: They're just driving it around town and they start.
- 16:30Speaker 9: Complaining about diesel prices, and damn, I'm like, should have
- 16:35Speaker 9: just got like a little Hansa like me, you know
- 16:37Speaker 9: what I.
- 16:37Speaker 8: Mean, Jesus reliable up and down the part payments they
- 16:44Speaker 8: need the oil and guys, and let's go exactly all right, alright,
- 16:49Speaker 8: all right, all right?
- 16:51Speaker 1: But uh, kids are kids are just stupid. I mean,
- 16:54Speaker 1: don't get I mean, kids are just stupid. I mean,
- 16:56Speaker 1: don't get me wrong. Okay, there are kids in Bakersfield,
- 16:59Speaker 1: eighteen years kids that are getting hand me down trucks
- 17:02Speaker 1: from their dad's. Okay, that's just that's the hand me down,
- 17:04Speaker 1: that's the car you get. I get it. But you know,
- 17:07Speaker 1: if you're going away to school somewhere. You don't need
- 17:13Speaker 1: a truck. I'm trying to explain this to my I
- 17:15Speaker 1: was trying to explain this to him. But you don't
- 17:17Speaker 1: need a truck. You're what do you You're wasting half
- 17:20Speaker 1: a car, you know, And let's be honest, you really
- 17:26Speaker 1: don't need a truck in your life until you get
- 17:28Speaker 1: married and she wants you to haul a bunch of
- 17:29Speaker 1: stuff everywhere. Okay, so you really don't need a truck
- 17:33Speaker 1: until you have a wife. Outside of those guys who work,
- 17:37Speaker 1: you know who work, and you know who use a
- 17:39Speaker 1: truck for work. But I'm saying, college kids don't need
- 17:42Speaker 1: no truck. So it's kind of funny. My buddy's kid
- 17:46Speaker 1: is eighteen. It's going down to college. You see Irvine.
- 17:49Speaker 1: I think it's going to Irvine or somewhere down there.
- 17:51Speaker 1: I believe it's Ervine, though. And he wants a pickup.
- 17:54Speaker 1: He's got a car. He needs to get a car,
- 17:55Speaker 1: you know, got to have a car. Wants to pick up.
- 17:58Speaker 1: I was telling him no, because I was there for
- 18:00Speaker 1: the conversation the other day and he I was telling him,
- 18:03Speaker 1: what do you need a truck for? You don't haul nothing.
- 18:07Speaker 1: You don't got a job where you need a pickup truck?
- 18:10Speaker 1: What do you need a truck for to look cool
- 18:13Speaker 1: in the city now? So now I convince his dad
- 18:18Speaker 1: to get him a car or a little less she
- 18:20Speaker 1: be something that, you know, something that's useful, not a
- 18:24Speaker 1: not a pickup at eighteen years old in college? What
- 18:26Speaker 1: do you need a truck for? Good morning Rome. The
- 18:29Speaker 1: reason he wants a truck is because that's what's trending
- 18:32Speaker 1: for kids right now. Lo and uh camned truck aka
- 18:40Speaker 1: mam alnas that's what they call them. Oh okay, well
- 18:43Speaker 1: I could see that, but you don't need one. I
- 18:45Speaker 1: mean no, this is so stupid. Poor kid, messed up,
- 18:51Speaker 1: a messed up. Plus they're so expensive. Oh my gosh,
- 18:54Speaker 1: it just cost too much. Aeron Maice live in Orange County. Truthfully, no,
- 18:59Speaker 1: Noh needs a truck in the OC because there's traffics
- 19:03Speaker 1: like crazy. Gas prices are ridiculous. A high rid would
- 19:06Speaker 1: be the way to go because the kid is probably
- 19:09Speaker 1: going to want to be up and down the coast
- 19:11Speaker 1: and traveling back to Bakersfield on random occasions. Everything the OC.
- 19:17Speaker 1: Everyone in the OC is driving Teslas anyway or an
- 19:20Speaker 1: electric scooter. Well, I mean, nah, you might be right
- 19:28Speaker 1: about that, but you don't need to buy h Come on,
- 19:31Speaker 1: many eighteen years old going to college, you do not
- 19:34Speaker 1: need a truck. I mean, unless you go into college
- 19:36Speaker 1: in Colorado you might need to pick up. But come on, now,
- 19:40Speaker 1: these kids are so stupid. You have plenty of time
- 19:44Speaker 1: to get a truck when you, you know, graduate, Yeah,
- 19:49Speaker 1: you'll be fine all but maybe they're trending. Is that
- 19:53Speaker 1: what you're saying? So these trucks are trending now they're like,
- 19:58Speaker 1: I guess I don't know, man, beggars, but my trucks
- 20:01Speaker 1: are just for work, and I've owned them all. I
- 20:03Speaker 1: don't my trucks are for work. Would you send me here? Yo,
- 20:07Speaker 1: ro Hey, you're gonna appreciate not getting a truck after
- 20:11Speaker 1: he uh oh, after the gas prices. Yeah. Well, I mean,
- 20:17Speaker 1: for those of you that just tuned in, we're talking
- 20:19Speaker 1: about my buddy's kid, eighteen year old kid going to college,
- 20:23Speaker 1: about to go live in the dorms down at some
- 20:25Speaker 1: U see down south, and he won the truck pickup truck,
- 20:30Speaker 1: and I'm like, why do you need that? I was,
- 20:33Speaker 1: I was there for the conversation and I said, what,
- 20:35Speaker 1: you don't need one of those one? They cost too
- 20:38Speaker 1: much right now? Even to get a nice used one
- 20:41Speaker 1: costs you too much. Second of all, what do you
- 20:43Speaker 1: need a truck for that? You you you only have
- 20:46Speaker 1: it half. If you have a pickup truck down in,
- 20:48Speaker 1: where's he going to? Oh see you're irvine. You uh,
- 20:51Speaker 1: you only got half a car. You don't haul nothing.
- 20:54Speaker 1: What are you gonna do with it? I mean, come on, now,
- 20:58Speaker 1: so these kids today are so I mean, I know
- 21:01Speaker 1: your dad got one, but your dad, your dad work
- 21:04Speaker 1: out in the fields. Your dad got a job where
- 21:07Speaker 1: he needs a truck, you know, So come on these kids, yo, rong.
- 21:15Speaker 1: He gonna like he's gonna appreciate not not getting a
- 21:18Speaker 1: truck after gas prices. Not only that, a little car
- 21:22Speaker 1: you can go through everywhere and be discreet. You're gonna
- 21:25Speaker 1: get caught up in a truck. Too much attention. I
- 21:30Speaker 1: don't know, Yah know, he's a good kid. I don't
- 21:33Speaker 1: think he's gonna be doing too I don't know what
- 21:35Speaker 1: he's gonna be doing. I don't know what you mean
- 21:37Speaker 1: by too much attention. But okay, but yeah, if you're
- 21:41Speaker 1: gonna live in the city, you gotta have a city ride.
- 21:44Speaker 1: I mean if you canna live in Bakersfield. I mean,
- 21:46Speaker 1: if he was gonna stay in Bakersfield. I can understand
- 21:48Speaker 1: him having a pickup but not if you don't live
- 21:50Speaker 1: in the city. Man, get your little city ride. Once
- 21:53Speaker 1: you graduate school, you can move back and get you
- 21:55Speaker 1: a truck whatever you want. You know, get you a
- 21:57Speaker 1: truck and a trailer and be cool. All right, But
- 22:00Speaker 1: right now you don't need one. Buddy of Mi's kid
- 22:03Speaker 1: is heading off the heading off the college down south, right.
- 22:07Speaker 1: He wants to pick up pickup truck. You don't need
- 22:09Speaker 1: no pickup truck. I was telling him the other day.
- 22:12Speaker 1: You don't need no pickup truck.
- 22:13Speaker 4: Man.
- 22:13Speaker 1: You just wasted half a car. If you get a
- 22:15Speaker 1: pickup truck, I understand if you need it for work
- 22:17Speaker 1: or somebody. You don't need no truck. Man. Wait, you
- 22:19Speaker 1: wait to either come back to Bakersfield, or wait till
- 22:22Speaker 1: you get a wife and you got to haul all
- 22:24Speaker 1: her stuff around, or wait till you get a job
- 22:26Speaker 1: where you actually need one. Right, you know, Rome, let's
- 22:30Speaker 1: see here eight four, two, five four or seven to seven? Hey, Rome,
- 22:35Speaker 1: what you say? Kids? They are stupid and they want
- 22:38Speaker 1: it all and they don't know how to earn and
- 22:40Speaker 1: be humble what's given to them. Yeah, you're right about that.
- 22:46Speaker 1: I mean, these kids today are little. They want everything.
- 22:49Speaker 1: They want all the comforts of their parents' lifestyle without
- 22:55Speaker 1: actually working for it. But he's a good kid. I
- 22:58Speaker 1: mean he deserves it. He just doesn't need it. That's
- 23:00Speaker 1: the problem. You don't need it. Live at the Justifica studio,
- 23:05Speaker 1: it was, Hey, good morning, Rome Arnold over here. It's
- 23:08Speaker 1: the trend. Every kid wants a truck right now if
- 23:11Speaker 1: you still driving. What used to be popular ten years
- 23:13Speaker 1: ago were which were the Civics, best area, cheap parts
- 23:20Speaker 1: to fix or make one one cool, and best of all,
- 23:24Speaker 1: paid off, reliable gas savery Yeah, those Civics, those Honda
- 23:28Speaker 1: Civics were in their day, they were pretty legit cars
- 23:32Speaker 1: to have because yeah, I think I think back in
- 23:35Speaker 1: my day, if you had a Civic, you could get
- 23:39Speaker 1: a motor from overseas because I guess they would only
- 23:45Speaker 1: have like fifteen thousand miles on them or thirty thousand
- 23:48Speaker 1: miles on them, and you can get them for cheap
- 23:52Speaker 1: A couple grand and I get a whole new motor.
- 23:55Speaker 1: They were pretty uh, yeah, you ain't lying about those civics.
- 23:59Speaker 1: I don't know what the like now now everybody wants
- 24:01Speaker 1: a truck, I guess would you send me here?
- 24:04Speaker 10: Hey?
- 24:04Speaker 4: Rome?
- 24:05Speaker 1: And did you hear what happened on Friday night over
- 24:07Speaker 1: at the high school football game? Oh? At Independence? Yeah?
- 24:11Speaker 1: I heard that. What was it Independence and Centennial? Some
- 24:14Speaker 1: kids got in a fight, and I guess one of
- 24:16Speaker 1: them pulled a gun and shot somebody, shot and killed somebody.
- 24:19Speaker 1: I guess. I don't know a whole lot about it.
- 24:21Speaker 1: I mean, you see all these things, you see the
- 24:24Speaker 1: information on the whatever on social media, but I don't
- 24:29Speaker 1: know what's really what's not so. I mean I saw
- 24:33Speaker 1: what you're talking about. I don't know that I really
- 24:36Speaker 1: have any insight in it. I don't really have any
- 24:39Speaker 1: insight other than what I read. I read a story
- 24:42Speaker 1: about it. But apparently a fifteen year old kid or
- 24:47Speaker 1: something got in a fight, or miss was defending himself
- 24:50Speaker 1: or I don't know. Some kids were fighting and I
- 24:53Speaker 1: don't even think they went to that school, did they?
- 24:55Speaker 1: Why were they even there?
- 24:59Speaker 4: What was it?
- 25:00Speaker 1: Penns High School and Centennial? We're playing the So the
- 25:04Speaker 1: kid shot somebody? I mean, I guess a scary situation
- 25:08Speaker 1: for a lot of different people. I remember that seeing
- 25:10Speaker 1: the news story. But yeah, and the seventeen year old
- 25:15Speaker 1: passed away due to his injuries. I don't have any
- 25:19Speaker 1: any insight on what's what, to be honest with you,
- 25:23Speaker 1: and I don't know what to believe anymore off the
- 25:25Speaker 1: internet because I don't know what's fake and what's real anymore.
- 25:27Speaker 1: So it's hard to tell. I don't really know what's
- 25:31Speaker 1: going on. They rested the kid, I know that much,
- 25:33Speaker 1: so I don't. I don't. I guess you're you're asking
- 25:36Speaker 1: me if I saw it. I saw it. I don't
- 25:37Speaker 1: really have any insight on it, all right, what did
- 25:39Speaker 1: you text me here?
- 25:40Speaker 12: Hey?
- 25:41Speaker 5: Rome?
- 25:41Speaker 1: Oh? Six six? What is that much? As I number
- 25:43Speaker 1: A four two, five, four, seven and seven? If you
- 25:45Speaker 1: want a text or call? Somebody's texting me. They're saying,
- 25:47Speaker 1: Hey Rome, good morning. I just wanted to ask you
- 25:49Speaker 1: your opinion before I go into work. I've been seeing
- 25:52Speaker 1: this guy for a year and all he can say
- 25:55Speaker 1: is that he likes what we have and when were
- 25:59Speaker 1: they get I see him always looking at other women.
- 26:03Speaker 1: When I call him out on it, he says it's
- 26:06Speaker 1: not true. So what do you guys have he likes
- 26:17Speaker 1: what we have. We've been seeing each other for a year.
- 26:19Speaker 1: He likes what we have. Well, what do you guys have?
- 26:23Speaker 1: I mean, are you just you live in separate houses,
- 26:26Speaker 1: you live in separate cities. He's in town. But when
- 26:28Speaker 1: you guys are out, he looks at other women? I mean,
- 26:31Speaker 1: how does he look at other women? You know? I mean,
- 26:35Speaker 1: do you? I think it's a little unreasonable to be
- 26:41Speaker 1: with a person and them not notice other people, right?
- 26:47Speaker 1: Is that a little unreasonable? Depends on how he's looking
- 26:49Speaker 1: at him and is he looking at women? That are
- 26:53Speaker 1: what I guess. I'd have to know what he's looking
- 26:56Speaker 1: at before I could really make it a sense on
- 27:00Speaker 1: what to tell you, because I think it's unreasonable for
- 27:05Speaker 1: men or women to be with another person and not
- 27:09Speaker 1: notice other men or women out in public. But if
- 27:13Speaker 1: he's blatantly staring, breaking his neck to look at him, okay,
- 27:17Speaker 1: maybe you have an argument there, you know, or do
- 27:22Speaker 1: you must believe that him looking at other women makes
- 27:28Speaker 1: you less attracted to him or makes you feel like
- 27:32Speaker 1: he's not attracted to you in the same way because
- 27:34Speaker 1: he's looking at other women. I mean, I don't know
- 27:38Speaker 1: exactly what to think about this, because I don't know
- 27:41Speaker 1: what he's doing already four two five, four or seven
- 27:44Speaker 1: to seven. But just in general, I think for men
- 27:50Speaker 1: and women, it's unreasonable to think that your boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife, whatever.
- 27:55Speaker 1: I think it's unreasonable to think that they're never gonna
- 27:58Speaker 1: look at other women or other men when they're with you.
- 28:01Speaker 7: Right?
- 28:02Speaker 1: Am I wrong about that? Already? Four two five to four,
- 28:06Speaker 1: seven to seven? What does that mean when your partner's
- 28:09Speaker 1: looking at the opposite sex in front of you? So
- 28:12Speaker 1: I got this text message. It's kind of funny, he says, Hey, rom,
- 28:14Speaker 1: good morning. I was hoping you could talk about this.
- 28:16Speaker 1: I wonder your opinion before I go to work. You know,
- 28:18Speaker 1: I've been seeing this guy for a year, and all
- 28:20Speaker 1: I can say is that he likes what we have
- 28:23Speaker 1: and when we're together. But I see him always looking
- 28:26Speaker 1: at other women, and when I call him out on it,
- 28:28Speaker 1: he says it's not true. So he's lying to you
- 28:30Speaker 1: about looking at other women. I would maybe that's a
- 28:33Speaker 1: red flag if you know he's doing it, and he
- 28:36Speaker 1: says he's not, Maybe that's a red flag. But I
- 28:39Speaker 1: think it's unreasonable for anybody to say, you know, not
- 28:42Speaker 1: look at somebody of the opposite sex if they're attractive.
- 28:46Speaker 1: I mean, I find that hard to believe that men
- 28:48Speaker 1: or women are going to avoid that. Already four two, five,
- 28:50Speaker 1: four or seven seven yo.
- 28:52Speaker 5: Rome.
- 28:53Speaker 1: If he's already looking at other women and they're only
- 28:58Speaker 1: a year in, he might want to look at that relationship.
- 29:01Speaker 1: He might be on his way out. He might be
- 29:03Speaker 1: trying to find the next one, because after a year
- 29:06Speaker 1: of dating, you should still be into the person you're with,
- 29:10Speaker 1: not checking out other people. Okay, maybe that's true. I
- 29:16Speaker 1: don't know. Already four two to five, four or seven
- 29:18Speaker 1: to seven. I do think though, that men and women
- 29:23Speaker 1: look at the opposite sex. They look at what they're
- 29:25Speaker 1: attracted to, even if they're with somebody right doesn't mean
- 29:29Speaker 1: you can leave them? What does it really mean? I mean,
- 29:33Speaker 1: what does it really mean if your spouse looks at
- 29:35Speaker 1: somebody else while they're with you or your partner or
- 29:39Speaker 1: whatever type of relationship you're in. What does that really mean?
- 29:42Speaker 1: Already four two five, four ars seven to seven. If
- 29:45Speaker 1: you have a text message from a woman, she says, Hey, Rome,
- 29:47Speaker 1: good morning, I just wanted to ask your opinion before
- 29:49Speaker 1: I go into work. You know, I've been seeing this
- 29:51Speaker 1: guy for a year and all he can say is
- 29:54Speaker 1: that he likes what we have when we're together, I
- 29:57Speaker 1: see him always looking at other women, and when I
- 29:59Speaker 1: call him out on it, he says it's not true.
- 30:02Speaker 1: So okay, I mean, so what do you think? My
- 30:07Speaker 1: opinion is, I think people look at other people.
- 30:11Speaker 7: You know.
- 30:13Speaker 1: You can be and then let's be honest about it. Okay,
- 30:16Speaker 1: you can be married to the hottest whatever you're into, right,
- 30:21Speaker 1: the hottest whoever, the hottest person is in your mind.
- 30:26Speaker 1: You could be married to them and everything. But if
- 30:28Speaker 1: you see somebody who is as attractive as them and
- 30:33Speaker 1: it's what you're you're gonna look, I don't know that
- 30:36Speaker 1: there's much to it. I mean unless he's blatantly, you know,
- 30:42Speaker 1: going out of his way to to whip his neck
- 30:45Speaker 1: around to check something out, then I don't know. I
- 30:48Speaker 1: don't think you're I think you might be a little
- 30:49Speaker 1: reading a little too much into it already. Fourteen five,
- 30:53Speaker 1: four seven to seven. Hey, Rome, me and my husband,
- 30:57Speaker 1: we've been married for about fifteen years. We look at
- 31:00Speaker 1: other people and actually talk about it. It's just human nature. Yeah,
- 31:08Speaker 1: I mean, I don't Yeah, I don't I don't think
- 31:12Speaker 1: there's anything wrong with it. Well, there's probably times when
- 31:18Speaker 1: there's something wrong with it, but I don't know that
- 31:21Speaker 1: it's not. I think it's just normal, right, hey, rom
- 31:26Speaker 1: I think it's about keeping your spouse comfortable and reassuring
- 31:29Speaker 1: that me and my wife look together. But my wife
- 31:32Speaker 1: knows I wouldn't never do anything to mess up our relationship, Okay,
- 31:37Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, I don't think there's really I think
- 31:41Speaker 1: it's just human nature. You might be right, Hey, good morning, Romeo.
- 31:45Speaker 1: Look at another man or woman means absolutely nothing, means
- 31:49Speaker 1: we're human. My sick at significant other feels good when
- 31:52Speaker 1: men look at me. He knows he has a trophy,
- 31:56Speaker 1: and as do I. Yeah, I mean, I just I
- 32:01Speaker 1: don't know. You might be reading just a little too
- 32:05Speaker 1: much into it. To be honest with you, it suttenly
- 32:07Speaker 1: four point wow. But the lying about it is the
- 32:11Speaker 1: thing that you might want to worry about. Not so
- 32:15Speaker 1: much that he's looking. The fact that he's telling you
- 32:18Speaker 1: is not might be the red flag, all right, A four, two, five,
- 32:21Speaker 1: four or seven A seven woman text me. She said,
- 32:24Speaker 1: good morning, Rome, I just wanted to ask your opinion
- 32:26Speaker 1: before I go into work. I've been seeing this guy
- 32:28Speaker 1: for a year and all he can say. All he
- 32:30Speaker 1: can say is that he likes what we have when
- 32:34Speaker 1: we're together, but I see him looking at other women.
- 32:36Speaker 1: When I call him out on it, he says he's
- 32:38Speaker 1: not true, he's not doing it. All right, good morning?
- 32:41Speaker 1: How what's going on?
- 32:43Speaker 7: Can say what I'm gonna say.
- 32:44Speaker 11: They if they aren't telling you that they aren't looking
- 32:48Speaker 11: at people, that's the red flag because it's the human nature.
- 32:51Speaker 12: Well, I mean the humans are beautiful and in style,
- 32:55Speaker 12: the way they act.
- 32:56Speaker 2: I mean people are just looking you know what I mean?
- 32:58Speaker 1: Yeah, what it is. I would agree with you on
- 33:00Speaker 1: that one.
- 33:06Speaker 11: I believe it is natural grows to look, but I
- 33:10Speaker 11: think that he must be doing it in an obvious
- 33:12Speaker 11: way for her to even know. It's because when I
- 33:15Speaker 11: was married, I would look, but my husband never noticed.
- 33:20Speaker 11: And even when he did, when he could, obviously, I
- 33:24Speaker 11: would look at guys and you're like, okay, I would.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Hear girls more.
- 33:28Speaker 11: And for the fact that oh was like, you know,
- 33:32Speaker 11: I'll be looking at he'd be like what you're looking at?
- 33:34Speaker 5: Like look at her.
- 33:35Speaker 7: Nails, like you know, or.
- 33:38Speaker 11: You're sneaky And he's been too obvious.
- 33:40Speaker 3: Why are you prating the nest?
- 33:41Speaker 2: That's really disrespectful.
- 33:43Speaker 1: They should be sneaky like you.
- 33:45Speaker 11: Hunh yeah, would be a little bit more subtle with
- 33:48Speaker 11: so you can you know, and not only that, there's
- 33:51Speaker 11: a distance, there's a respectful way to disrespect somebody.
- 33:55Speaker 2: You want to look, don't move your.
- 33:56Speaker 11: Whole hands, you know, your neck, You just look at
- 33:59Speaker 11: your eyes that little provision, you know, because that's what
- 34:04Speaker 11: he's doing his time is whole head. So there ain't
- 34:05Speaker 11: no way you should be noticing that unless you're.
- 34:07Speaker 2: Doing it.
- 34:09Speaker 11: Consistently. He's probably doing it all the time, and he
- 34:13Speaker 11: might be doing it all perfect till ever know how
- 34:15Speaker 11: you got competition?
- 34:16Speaker 1: Deb No, you know that's funny that she says that.
- 34:23Speaker 2: But do.
- 34:25Speaker 1: Well, what if what if you're not looking right? What
- 34:27Speaker 1: if you're not looking tight and and your spouse is
- 34:31Speaker 1: is looking at other women or other men because you
- 34:35Speaker 1: know you're not keeping yourself together for that? Is there
- 34:38Speaker 1: any validity to that? Maybe maybe that lady was right,
- 34:42Speaker 1: Maybe you need to get yourself right. But I got
- 34:44Speaker 1: this text message from lady. She says, hey, Rome, good morning.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Just wanted to ask your opinion before I go to work.
- 34:49Speaker 1: You know, I've been seeing this guy for a year.
- 34:51Speaker 1: All I can say is that he likes what we have.
- 34:53Speaker 1: When we're together, I see him always excuse me looking
- 34:57Speaker 1: at other women, and when I call him out on it,
- 35:00Speaker 1: he says it's not true. What do I think make
- 35:03Speaker 1: you need to worry about him lying about not looking
- 35:06Speaker 1: at other women? Because I think the rest is just
- 35:09Speaker 1: human nature? Right already? Four to two pop four ards,
- 35:11Speaker 1: seven to seven. Let's see here? What did you send me?
- 35:17Speaker 1: Hey room? When I see a crazy BBL always pointed
- 35:21Speaker 1: out to my wife and say, dang, did you see that?
- 35:27Speaker 1: We get a laugh out of it. Okay, hey room,
- 35:31Speaker 1: the lady should put him on the put him on
- 35:33Speaker 1: the page. Oh is this your man? Or whatever? Is
- 35:36Speaker 1: this my man? Sell him out on Facebook or whatever
- 35:40Speaker 1: that page is. You guys were talking about, hey room,
- 35:43Speaker 1: Let's see here. Does she get upset because she doesn't
- 35:48Speaker 1: look at other or because she doesn't look at other guys?
- 35:51Speaker 1: Does she feel disrespected that he looks at girls? Why
- 35:56Speaker 1: does he have to lie about looking? Just talk about us?
- 36:00Speaker 1: Sometimes that button breast look too big? That you sit
- 36:05Speaker 1: there wondering, Well, I mean, I just I just think
- 36:11Speaker 1: it's kind of human nature, right, just like this person texted, Hey,
- 36:14Speaker 1: Roman's human nature. But I can say it takes it
- 36:17Speaker 1: takes to be in the right relationship. This is my
- 36:20Speaker 1: second marriage. I've been with him fourteen years, and I
- 36:23Speaker 1: can truly say I've never had the urge to look
- 36:26Speaker 1: or thought of anyone in any way. But I can't
- 36:30Speaker 1: say that about my first marriage. I think when you
- 36:32Speaker 1: love someone that just doesn't happen, lust is still cheating.
- 36:37Speaker 1: In my opinion, lust leads to opportunities, and lies are
- 36:41Speaker 1: the first step to guilt. I'm just saying lust and
- 36:47Speaker 1: looking at somebody else or not the same thing. Attractiveness
- 36:53Speaker 1: and love are not the same thing. So what you're
- 36:55Speaker 1: talking about, yeah, you might be doing a little too much.
- 37:01Speaker 1: I mean, I know what your opinion that that's how
- 37:03Speaker 1: you feel. And your second marriage, the guy's okay with it,
- 37:06Speaker 1: but he might be doing just a little too much there, Romeo.
- 37:10Speaker 3: In order for a greater day to give her accurate
- 37:12Speaker 3: relationship advice, I need to know if two things, you know,
- 37:18Speaker 3: how old are they? What is their age group? Okay,
- 37:23Speaker 3: because that makes a big factor. If he's young and
- 37:26Speaker 3: he's looking, yeah, more than likely he is, you know,
- 37:29Speaker 3: looking for his next thing. If he's if they're older
- 37:33Speaker 3: over forty.
- 37:35Speaker 7: He might just have bad eyesight. Romeo.
- 37:37Speaker 3: Okay, I have very bad eyesight.
- 37:40Speaker 5: You know.
- 37:40Speaker 3: I'll be trying to read something, So what if her
- 37:42Speaker 3: booty is right there where I'm trying to read it.
- 37:44Speaker 3: I'm not even paying attention to the booty anymore. I'm mature,
- 37:48Speaker 3: I'm in my relationship, but a lot of times it's
- 37:51Speaker 3: our eyesight.
- 37:52Speaker 13: I have very bad eyesight.
- 37:53Speaker 3: So my wife always questions, what are you looking at?
- 37:55Speaker 3: Are you looking at that girl?
- 37:56Speaker 7: And I'm like, no, I'm trying to read the signs
- 37:57Speaker 7: behind her or something, you.
- 37:58Speaker 1: Know, Okay, idiot, Hey, Romeo, depends how they are looking.
- 38:05Speaker 1: There's a difference between looking and staring. But you can't. Yeah,
- 38:11Speaker 1: you can't. Lie messes up trust in a relationship. She'd
- 38:15Speaker 1: probably been her before, so she has trust issues. Jo,
- 38:19Speaker 1: rome Some peoples have a messed up BBL. You got
- 38:23Speaker 1: me check it out? Uh all right, yeah, that's crazy.
- 38:28Speaker 1: Would you send me here?
- 38:29Speaker 4: Oh?
- 38:29Speaker 1: This is about what happened over at Independence High School
- 38:32Speaker 1: the other night. Friday night. A fifteen year old kid
- 38:35Speaker 1: shot a seventeen year old kid. I guess they were
- 38:37Speaker 1: fighting and someone the fifteen year old kid shot the
- 38:39Speaker 1: seventeen year old and he died of his injuries. And
- 38:44Speaker 1: it happened at the football game, right, well, I cloat
- 38:46Speaker 1: next to the football game. I don't think it had
- 38:48Speaker 1: anything to do necessarily with the football game. I don't
- 38:52Speaker 1: even know why they were there, it says Yo rome
- 38:55Speaker 1: a four two, five, four or seven to seven yo roam, Hey,
- 38:58Speaker 1: what are your thoughts about this generation bringing guns to
- 39:01Speaker 1: a football game and killing another kid? I mean, kid
- 39:04Speaker 1: was fifteen who pulled the trigger. I don't know, I said.
- 39:09Speaker 1: Somebody asked me the same something similar earlier about it.
- 39:12Speaker 1: I don't, I don't know. I don't really. I don't
- 39:15Speaker 1: really have a whole lot of thought. I mean, it's terrible.
- 39:18Speaker 1: It's a tragedy for both people, the kid that shot,
- 39:21Speaker 1: the kid that got shot and the kid that you
- 39:22Speaker 1: know shot him, and it's just awful. But I don't
- 39:27Speaker 1: I don't know, Yes, I don't really. I just don't know.
- 39:30Speaker 1: I mean, it just doesn't I don't know. I don't
- 39:37Speaker 1: really know. I'm trying to think. I don't, uh. Is
- 39:41Speaker 1: that what's going on nowadays? Is it happening so much
- 39:45Speaker 1: that this is something that is overtaking society. I mean,
- 39:48Speaker 1: maybe it is, maybe it isn't. I don't know, you know,
- 39:51Speaker 1: So I don't. You know, I go to high school
- 39:54Speaker 1: football games. I've never seen that anything like that happened.
- 39:58Speaker 1: So I don't don't in my personal experience as many
- 40:04Speaker 1: high school football games that I've been to and I
- 40:06Speaker 1: played in high school football, and I don't, I've never
- 40:09Speaker 1: seen this happen. So and I've still never seen it happen.
- 40:12Speaker 1: I was at a high school football game of Friday
- 40:14Speaker 1: night and I heard people talking about it. But so
- 40:17Speaker 1: I don't know. I guess I don't know. I don't
- 40:19Speaker 1: really know what to say about it, to be honest
- 40:21Speaker 1: with you. I mean, the schools might have to do
- 40:25Speaker 1: something different and you know, regulate how you know, what
- 40:32Speaker 1: they do at football games, But what that is, I
- 40:35Speaker 1: don't know. Maybe so, And how can how do I mean,
- 40:40Speaker 1: there's so many questions before you can have a conversation
- 40:42Speaker 1: about this on what was really going on, and without those,
- 40:45Speaker 1: without those answers, you can't have a real legitimate conversation
- 40:47Speaker 1: about it. But what did you send me here? Hey, roam,
- 40:50Speaker 1: there's four? Oh, So back to the men looking at
- 40:52Speaker 1: women are guys checking out women. Let's see, there's four reasons.
- 40:56Speaker 1: Rome If a man is looking at another woman, he's
- 41:00Speaker 1: trying to set up a threesome. He's adding a mental
- 41:04Speaker 1: picture to his you know what, bank Uh, she's just uh,
- 41:08Speaker 1: she's just wilding and he's like the girl in obsession,
- 41:13Speaker 1: or maybe he wants something younger, so he's just uh
- 41:16Speaker 1: weezing the juice. As Pauli Shore would say, fair enough,
- 41:24Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, you guys, yeah, okay, all right, all right,
- 41:30Speaker 1: what else? Well, we've got a couple of things going
- 41:33Speaker 1: on here. Hey, rom what do you think is gonna
- 41:34Speaker 1: happen to the kid that shot the other kid? I
- 41:38Speaker 1: don't know. Without knowing anything about the situation, I have
- 41:42Speaker 1: no idea. I wouldn't even be able to I wouldn't
- 41:45Speaker 1: even be able to tell you. You know, I don't know.
- 41:47Speaker 1: Hegyboard Romeo. So I seen all of our social media
- 41:51Speaker 1: they were saying that both kids were gang members. Uh,
- 41:53Speaker 1: we're starting to turn into la The gang members are
- 41:56Speaker 1: getting younger and younger the high school. High schools are
- 41:59Speaker 1: going to have to start putting the metal detectors outside
- 42:02Speaker 1: the school events to prevent these types of things. From
- 42:05Speaker 1: getting in. Maybe maybe you're right, Maybe you're right, But
- 42:10Speaker 1: my question will be this, when's the last time this happened?
- 42:15Speaker 1: Is it really happening that much? Or are you guys
- 42:17Speaker 1: overreacting over an incident that, uh, you know, happens. I
- 42:21Speaker 1: don't know. I don't know. I really I don't know.
- 42:24Speaker 1: All right, Hey, room, Obviously it all starts at home
- 42:27Speaker 1: with the parents, but not all parents are the same.
- 42:31Speaker 1: So the high schools need to step in to regulate
- 42:33Speaker 1: these kids. Well maybe, I mean, I don't know how
- 42:38Speaker 1: much you know, how much control you're gonna you really
- 42:41Speaker 1: want to give a high school and put the responsibility
- 42:44Speaker 1: on them to take care of your kids or raise
- 42:47Speaker 1: your kids, because look at what's going on in the
- 42:49Speaker 1: schools and all the things that you don't like they're doing. So,
- 42:52Speaker 1: I mean, you're right, protect them is a different thing.
- 42:55Speaker 1: I agree. I agree with one hundred percent with that.
- 42:58Speaker 1: I mean, I just don't But without knowing what's going on,
- 43:01Speaker 1: what happened, you guys are all You're gonna tell me
- 43:04Speaker 1: something about social media and this and that, and it's
- 43:07Speaker 1: not a lot of that social media stuff is not real.
- 43:10Speaker 1: You don't know the truth. We don't know what happened, Gorny?
- 43:13Speaker 1: How what's going on?
- 43:14Speaker 2: Hey?
- 43:15Speaker 7: What's up wrong?
- 43:16Speaker 1: Hey?
- 43:17Speaker 7: Rom I agree with you on Uh, there's there. You
- 43:20Speaker 7: know what I mean. It's natural to be who you know,
- 43:22Speaker 7: a human being, but it's a disrespect when you're turning
- 43:24Speaker 7: that head, you know what I mean? Okay, And it's
- 43:27Speaker 7: just like that. I mean, everybody's walking and you're looking.
- 43:29Speaker 7: Can just look down at the ground, okay, But when
- 43:32Speaker 7: you follow it, you know what I mean. And if
- 43:35Speaker 7: she's noticing it right now and he's denying it, trade denial, bro,
- 43:40Speaker 7: you better turn and run the other way already. Why
- 43:42Speaker 7: are you gonna keep going?
- 43:46Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 43:47Speaker 1: What's going on?
- 43:49Speaker 7: Romeo?
- 43:49Speaker 3: And these two kids are so stified here kicking ass whoopings. Now,
- 43:54Speaker 3: back in my day, all you needed was your fist.
- 43:57Speaker 3: That's what made your man and you live fight another day.
- 44:01Speaker 1: Or how about not fighting at all or not fighting
- 44:04Speaker 1: at all?
- 44:04Speaker 3: But you know what I think it is the judicial
- 44:07Speaker 3: system because I'll tell you what's going to happen. This
- 44:10Speaker 3: kid was a minor. He might do eight years, five
- 44:14Speaker 3: years at the most for taking another person's life, which
- 44:16Speaker 3: is horrible. So they need to make it a little
- 44:20Speaker 3: bit more.
- 44:22Speaker 13: More time for them and they might think twice before
- 44:24Speaker 13: they act stupid. But right now they know that there's
- 44:27Speaker 13: a loophole where they're going to get out early because
- 44:29Speaker 13: they're a minor. And that's the only that's the only
- 44:32Speaker 13: scary part.
- 44:33Speaker 3: But it's happening everywhere. We can't avoid it. You can't
- 44:36Speaker 3: live in fear. We still got to go out and
- 44:38Speaker 3: have a good time.
- 44:39Speaker 7: There are morons.
- 44:40Speaker 3: We can't let jackass to stop it. I feel bad
- 44:42Speaker 3: for the family, but man, that's crazy.
- 44:47Speaker 1: I mean, you guys are all going to have your
- 44:50Speaker 1: own conversations about it. You're gonna believe what you want,
- 44:53Speaker 1: what you believe based on what you've seen on the
- 44:55Speaker 1: internet or what you've seen. I mean, I watched the
- 44:57Speaker 1: news to see what they had to say, and they
- 44:59Speaker 1: just gave the facts on what happened, no real insight.
- 45:02Speaker 1: But you start listening to everybody's opinion on the internet
- 45:05Speaker 1: and then you start forming your own opinion when you
- 45:07Speaker 1: don't really know what's going on. They'll let anybody say
- 45:10Speaker 1: anything on the internet. Okay, there's no regulations. They don't
- 45:13Speaker 1: have to be facts and know what's going on. You know,
- 45:16Speaker 1: you guys all know how rumors spread and things happen
- 45:19Speaker 1: and what's what and things get snowball into this huge
- 45:22Speaker 1: and I don't know anything about it. I mean, I
- 45:25Speaker 1: know a bunch of stuff my friend sent me on
- 45:26Speaker 1: the internet, but I don't believe at all. I have
- 45:28Speaker 1: no idea what's real and what's not real until well,
- 45:31Speaker 1: I'm sure the facts will come out. We'll see. So
- 45:34Speaker 1: that Independence thing, that thing, that that shooting that happened
- 45:37Speaker 1: on Friday Independence Centennial football game, let's see here, rome
- 45:43Speaker 1: They were saying that they're sending all the bad kids
- 45:46Speaker 1: in delinquents are being sent to Independence. That's what they're saying.
- 45:51Speaker 1: That's what they're saying. Do you see what I mean
- 45:54Speaker 1: by their saying you want to have a conversation about
- 45:57Speaker 1: something when it's who said it? They them, they're the internet,
- 46:02Speaker 1: you know, social media. I mean, how can you have
- 46:07Speaker 1: a legitimate conversation about someone You've got so much speculation
- 46:10Speaker 1: and people making their own assessments of something they know
- 46:13Speaker 1: nothing about. I have no idea. So okay, there you go.
- 46:18Speaker 3: Oh what's going on, Romeo?
- 46:21Speaker 12: Is it bad to say that?
- 46:23Speaker 11: Come from la And when I heard.
- 46:25Speaker 12: About the shooting, I was a little ticket back that
- 46:30Speaker 12: it was actually an intent for one person. We have
- 46:34Speaker 12: been listening to shooting that they're just shooting everybody.
- 46:39Speaker 3: They're just shooting.
- 46:39Speaker 12: People, teachers, everybody at at a garlic festival. They're just
- 46:44Speaker 12: shooting anybody that they want to.
- 46:45Speaker 11: They're just going on a rampage.
- 46:47Speaker 5: I mean, isn't it kind of im on as bad.
- 46:51Speaker 9: That he only put for one boy said it didn't what.
- 46:56Speaker 12: Like like for instance, like this if they were gay
- 47:00Speaker 12: mayors or whatever, but they are intent was only to
- 47:02Speaker 12: get that one.
- 47:03Speaker 1: To say, well, they were just fighting each other. Yes, okay,
- 47:06Speaker 1: that's right.
- 47:07Speaker 4: I think they only fight each other.
- 47:08Speaker 12: Of course, the kids pick up weapons. If Tony was
- 47:11Speaker 12: coming after me, I'm taking picture frames off the wall.
- 47:13Speaker 1: I'm going crazy.
- 47:15Speaker 12: So I can't blame the kid, But I mean, isn't
- 47:18Speaker 12: it better that the other kid didn't just start shooting
- 47:21Speaker 12: at the stands, shooting at the players, and shooting at
- 47:23Speaker 12: the cheerleaders.
- 47:24Speaker 11: And now, listen, we have seventeen kids.
- 47:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean that's yeah, I mean, it's I.
- 47:29Speaker 11: Mean, that's what we're used to. We're used to going
- 47:31Speaker 11: to a concert and being pray.
- 47:33Speaker 12: We're used to going to a festival and being free.
- 47:36Speaker 12: Now I mean, at least this kid only we only
- 47:39Speaker 12: got one and he went for the one he was
- 47:41Speaker 12: going for, you know what I mean, I don't know
- 47:42Speaker 12: if that's I just we're just it's just freaking sad.
- 47:47Speaker 12: But it wasn't a mass shooting, and it wasn't just
- 47:51Speaker 12: a series of people who's getting.
- 47:53Speaker 11: Shot that he had no idea who they were.
- 47:55Speaker 7: Yeah, h.
- 47:58Speaker 1: Thanks for going. I appreciate it, but am I Yeah,
- 48:02Speaker 1: I don't know if I'd go that far, But I don't.
- 48:05Speaker 1: I mean, there's way too much going on to have
- 48:10Speaker 1: a conversation about it is. It's almost impossible without knowing everything.
- 48:17Speaker 1: Without knowing everything, you know, how did the kid at
- 48:21Speaker 1: fifteen get a gun? You know, how did what were
- 48:24Speaker 1: they fighting about? Why did they go to that school?
- 48:28Speaker 1: How did they end up where they were? You know what,
- 48:31Speaker 1: there's a lot of questions that need to be answered
- 48:33Speaker 1: on what, you know, what's going on before you start
- 48:37Speaker 1: jumping to these huge conclusions about really what really happened.
- 48:42Speaker 1: Maybe we'll find out, maybe we won't. But you're definitely
- 48:45Speaker 1: not getting it off the internet. You're definitely not getting it.
- 48:48Speaker 1: You know, you're not getting all the information, at least
- 48:52Speaker 1: all the correct information. You're getting everybody's opinion on what
- 48:55Speaker 1: they think or what they said. I couldn't tell you
- 48:57Speaker 1: how many different opinions I got from people over the
- 49:01Speaker 1: weekend sent to me, and I don't know which one's right.
- 49:06Speaker 1: I don't know if they're all wrong. I got pictures
- 49:08Speaker 1: of I got pictures sent to me of this kid
- 49:10Speaker 1: who was supposedly did it, and it didn't look like
- 49:12Speaker 1: the kid they arrested. I mean, I got people sent
- 49:15Speaker 1: me video. I don't know.
- 49:17Speaker 3: You know, you just can't.
- 49:18Speaker 1: You just don't know what you can or can't believe.
- 49:20Speaker 1: I mean, it's a terrible thing to happen. You know,
- 49:24Speaker 1: there's a lot of questions. Yeah, I gotta get answered
- 49:26Speaker 1: before you know, before you should, but before you start
- 49:29Speaker 1: making opinions on what happened, there's a lot of questions
- 49:32Speaker 1: that need to be answered, you know. So all right,
- 49:37Speaker 1: all righty fourteen four or seven to seven? Has this
- 49:41Speaker 1: happened in Bakersfield before? By the way, that's another thing.
- 49:43Speaker 1: Somebody they were talking about this. I said, I don't
- 49:46Speaker 1: as long as I've been in Bakerschild, I don't remember
- 49:48Speaker 1: anything like this happening at a football game. And it
- 49:51Speaker 1: might it wasn't even at the game. It was at
- 49:54Speaker 1: something adjacent to the game, right, So I don't know
- 49:57Speaker 1: where's it? Where's oh?
- 49:58Speaker 2: Here is?
- 49:58Speaker 1: He says, no, non, no, no, no, Rome. If you
- 50:02Speaker 1: raise your kids right, they'll grow up to have respect
- 50:04Speaker 1: for themselves and others. It starts at home. Understand, things happen,
- 50:08Speaker 1: but they'll happen less if you, as a parent, teach
- 50:12Speaker 1: morals first. I have a product of evil ways by
- 50:15Speaker 1: my own choice. That doesn't mean my kids have to
- 50:18Speaker 1: be like me. Sad what happened? Rome, person to both
- 50:21Speaker 1: families because they both lost? Yeah, big boy, I mean
- 50:25Speaker 1: I don't think you can argue with that. I just
- 50:28Speaker 1: I don't know. I mean I really don't know. Honestly,
- 50:34Speaker 1: Without knowing everything about it, I can't make an assessment,
- 50:40Speaker 1: an educated assessment on what happened. It just you can't.
- 50:44Speaker 1: You can't do it. I mean, we need maybe we
- 50:46Speaker 1: need to call lawyers in here and have Daniel come
- 50:49Speaker 1: and talk to us about what's going on. I mean,
- 50:51Speaker 1: I don't know. You know, Rome, so I seen let's see.
- 50:55Speaker 1: So I've seen the game related comments online and I
- 50:58Speaker 1: don't It didn't appear to come from any credible source.
- 51:02Speaker 1: Incredible local resource to even know anything. Now, it may
- 51:06Speaker 1: be wrong, maybe correct, but we don't know in fact,
- 51:09Speaker 1: in fact are a oh oh, no, are facts. Both
- 51:17Speaker 1: young men lost the life another young man made a
- 51:20Speaker 1: very bad decision that cannot be reversed, regardless of the
- 51:23Speaker 1: lifestyle they both were living. They're both someone's son, brother, cousin,
- 51:27Speaker 1: and friend, grandchild. They both have families and friends who
- 51:30Speaker 1: love them. The violence within our youth hurts, doesn't make sense,
- 51:37Speaker 1: but as parents we can only cont as parents can
- 51:44Speaker 1: only control so much because teens will be teens, and unfortunately,
- 51:48Speaker 1: every parent's fear is one of our kids making a
- 51:51Speaker 1: horrible decision. All for letting my kids make their own
- 51:54Speaker 1: mistakes to learn from them, but heat of the moment,
- 52:00Speaker 1: peer pressure, Uh, peer pressure, The thought of doing something
- 52:04Speaker 1: like that will bring you the girls respect or gangster
- 52:09Speaker 1: image is what a lot of these kids idolize. Our
- 52:12Speaker 1: society sucks, and it's across and it and it's across
- 52:16Speaker 1: the map, not just Bakersfield. It's a very unfortunate situation. Yeah, okay,
- 52:24Speaker 1: let's see here do well. Uh oh, let's see and
- 52:35Speaker 1: that happened on the good side of town, not the
- 52:37Speaker 1: east side. I don't think the east Side's a bad
- 52:41Speaker 1: side of town. So yeah, I love living on the
- 52:44Speaker 1: east Side already, four two bors, seven A rom would
- 52:49Speaker 1: you send me here?
- 52:49Speaker 5: This is.
- 52:52Speaker 1: Uh, let's see. Oh, this is the fourth Bakersfield High
- 52:55Speaker 1: School student to die in a one year timespand these
- 52:59Speaker 1: are our teens dying. Okay, so this is not the
- 53:02Speaker 1: first time it's happened, and is this the first time
- 53:06Speaker 1: it's happened at school. I'm just I'm curious because I
- 53:08Speaker 1: don't know anything. That's why I said, I can't base
- 53:11Speaker 1: an opinion on anything because I don't know anything about it.
- 53:14Speaker 1: You know, I know what I read, and I know
- 53:16Speaker 1: what I saw on the news. And then I got,
- 53:20Speaker 1: you know, flooded with a bunch of friends, friends sending
- 53:23Speaker 1: me stuff that they found on the internet that some
- 53:27Speaker 1: of it was not true at all, and some of
- 53:28Speaker 1: it was speculation and opinion. So I don't know, Hey, Roam,
- 53:36Speaker 1: what I saw on the news was I guess the
- 53:39Speaker 1: fight was gang related. It was one one guy versus
- 53:44Speaker 1: the other on one hood versus the other hood, and
- 53:48Speaker 1: then the one kid decided he was getting worn out
- 53:52Speaker 1: to so decided to pull out the gun and kill
- 53:55Speaker 1: the kid. Okay, so people were fighting and somebody got
- 54:00Speaker 1: pulled out a gun. That's all I know. I mean,
- 54:03Speaker 1: I don't know, you know, I don't know. It's about
- 54:08Speaker 1: all the news said. I didn't know they were gang related.
- 54:10Speaker 1: I don't know where that came from. I don't. In fact,
- 54:15Speaker 1: I just read the news article today from the news
- 54:20Speaker 1: that said, uh, that said they arrested the kid and
- 54:25Speaker 1: where they arrested him. But I don't. I don't recall
- 54:28Speaker 1: seeing say they were gang related. So I don't know. Okay,
- 54:33Speaker 1: but you guys, everybody knows, you know, everybody wants to
- 54:36Speaker 1: make an opinion based up you know, rush to judgment
- 54:39Speaker 1: on things before they get all the information. So that's
- 54:43Speaker 1: the world we live in today.
- 54:44Speaker 8: Hey, ron, so would like this situation. I hate it
- 54:53Speaker 8: when people just start blabbing stuff and they say, oh,
- 54:58Speaker 8: they said it was game related, and I'm like, well,
- 55:02Speaker 8: who they the Internet?
- 55:04Speaker 4: Man?
- 55:05Speaker 1: The Internet?
- 55:06Speaker 9: Yeah, but I mean, you.
- 55:07Speaker 8: Don't have no credible person that can say you know
- 55:11Speaker 8: that that's what it is, you know what I mean, Like,
- 55:15Speaker 8: my aunt said it was game related. While is your
- 55:18Speaker 8: aunt a credible person too?
- 55:20Speaker 1: Probably you probably got about Facebook.
- 55:24Speaker 8: Yeah, I don't know. I just hate it when they
- 55:26Speaker 8: say they said it wasn't even as good and it
- 55:29Speaker 8: was a lean shot, you.
- 55:30Speaker 1: Know what I mean, Like, yeah, yeah, you're right, you're right.
- 55:36Speaker 8: It's just so annoying. She's multiple people people like that.
- 55:39Speaker 1: All right, all right, I mean, all right, people are
- 55:42Speaker 1: going to have the conversations because it happened at school,
- 55:45Speaker 1: Friday night football is huge. I mean, it wasn't related
- 55:50Speaker 1: and it didn't appear to be related to Friday night football,
- 55:52Speaker 1: but that's what the headline says. You know, it's all about,
- 55:58Speaker 1: and then you take then you have to add on
- 56:00Speaker 1: top of that, you have to add the fact that
- 56:02Speaker 1: you have all these people with social media sites trying
- 56:06Speaker 1: to get clicks, trying to get fame, trying to get money,
- 56:11Speaker 1: so they don't care, and with no accountability whatsoever for
- 56:15Speaker 1: facts or truth, they can say whatever they want without
- 56:20Speaker 1: accountability for facts and truth. And they're not doing it
- 56:23Speaker 1: because they actually care about these these two kids that
- 56:27Speaker 1: this happened to. They're saying it because they want to
- 56:30Speaker 1: make money and they're trying to get paid off of
- 56:32Speaker 1: somebody else's tragedy. So you know, I don't you got
- 56:37Speaker 1: to figure out what's going on before you start, you know, talking,
- 56:40Speaker 1: it's just but that's not the world we live in today.
- 56:42Speaker 1: Everybody wants to talk, everybody wants to say something, and
- 56:46Speaker 1: now you got it all on the internet because everybody's
- 56:48Speaker 1: trying to get paid or get paid or some sort
- 56:50Speaker 1: of thing, you know, and goo going to rome. The
- 56:54Speaker 1: media or the news are trying to pin a different
- 56:56Speaker 1: picture from what reality is. I'm not saying that what
- 57:01Speaker 1: he did was okay, but the kid that got shot
- 57:04Speaker 1: from a gang, and how do you know that? There
- 57:07Speaker 1: are multiple pictures of him posted throwing up gang signs
- 57:15Speaker 1: with other kids or by himself. If you're a gang,
- 57:18Speaker 1: if you're a gang or running with the streets, eventually,
- 57:22Speaker 1: that's what's going to lead to you to your death.
- 57:24Speaker 1: And from my understanding, from what I've been finding out out,
- 57:30Speaker 1: his friends were getting jumped. I guess multiple people, including
- 57:35Speaker 1: the kid that got shot, were stomping on his friends
- 57:39Speaker 1: or stomping on his friends with regardless, somebody was gonna
- 57:43Speaker 1: die that night either way, the kid that was getting
- 57:47Speaker 1: his head stomped by multiple people or the kid that
- 57:49Speaker 1: got shot. I hope that makes sense. I guess where
- 57:54Speaker 1: did you get your information from? You know, I'm just
- 57:57Speaker 1: reading text messages from people that I don't know how
- 58:00Speaker 1: credible their information is. I really don't know, you know,
- 58:03Speaker 1: because nothing the most credible source. I don't even know
- 58:10Speaker 1: where to get the most credible source from, to be
- 58:13Speaker 1: honest with you, So I don't know. But okay, I
- 58:16Speaker 1: mean that's if that's if that's what you got, I guess.
- 58:21Speaker 1: But where where's your information coming from?
- 58:25Speaker 2: You know?
- 58:27Speaker 1: That's that's what see and that's what you got to see.
- 58:29Speaker 1: That's nowadays, when something like this happens, or something tragic happens,
- 58:34Speaker 1: you uh, you don't know where you're getting your information
- 58:38Speaker 1: that from and what's correct and what's not correct?
- 58:40Speaker 4: You know?
- 58:42Speaker 1: Well, all right, what else?
- 58:47Speaker 8: Uh?
- 58:47Speaker 1: Rome? Both kids weren't from Independence. The kid who died
- 58:51Speaker 1: was not enrolled in school. Oh okay, then why were
- 58:56Speaker 1: they there? What was that all about? Why were they
- 58:59Speaker 1: had an independence and a game if that wasn't their school?
- 59:02Speaker 2: Crazy?
- 59:03Speaker 6: This world we live in nowadays, man, crazy things, crazy
- 59:07Speaker 6: things that have happened forever too, though.
- 59:09Speaker 1: Just remember that.
- 59:10Speaker 6: But yes, you're right, that's right man. I'm just trying
- 59:12Speaker 6: to figure out how the kig got in there with
- 59:13Speaker 6: a with a gun man, the lady, the lady in
- 59:16Speaker 6: the front that was and taking that mission, didn't even
- 59:21Speaker 6: let me in the thing with a water bottle.
- 59:23Speaker 1: Wait, what what?
- 59:24Speaker 12: What?
- 59:24Speaker 1: Won't I say that again?
- 59:26Speaker 3: She said, I couldn't go in in the into the
- 59:29Speaker 3: game unless I threw.
- 59:30Speaker 6: That bottle bottle of water away. She helped me there
- 59:34Speaker 6: until security came and I threw it away, and finally
- 59:38Speaker 6: I was able to go into the game. Really, yeah, man,
- 59:42Speaker 6: So it's that's what I'm saying.
- 59:43Speaker 2: Crazy world.
- 59:44Speaker 1: Oh that is crazy. That is crazy.
- 59:46Speaker 6: That's and then that same night, man, you hear that
- 59:50Speaker 6: that gunshot. Now myself, that's could buy my water bottle
- 59:54Speaker 6: with what's up? That same night we hear that that gunshot.
- 59:59Speaker 6: I told myself, and I can't even be my water bottling.
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: That's insane, that's wild.
- 1:00:04Speaker 7: Man. Yeah.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: I don't know, man, things are, things are upside down.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: Sometimes I blame the parents as well, all right, well
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: they can take some blame, all right, man. I mean
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: I think there's a lot of blame to go around
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: for this situation.
- 1:00:21Speaker 7: I mean.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: I think there's a lot of blame to go around.
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: You know, you can't just yeah, yeah, but without knowing everything,
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: that's going on, how do we how do you solve
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: the problem. I mean, that's really what it's got to
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: come down to, is solving the problem. Hey Rome, Uh,
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: let's see here, what'd you sit in me? Here? Hey room,
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: at the end of the day, let's see here. The
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: end of the day, someone is uh, someone is dead
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: and many other lives are forever chased. Absolutely, I don't
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: think anybody's gonna argue with that. In the video. In
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: the video, it shows them jumping the kid who put
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: the gun out, not saying that justifies the shooting, and
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: even the kid that knew them said it was getting related. Okay,
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: I mean, okay, I mean where did you get that
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: information from? You know what I'm saying? Uh, let me
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: tell you something about videos. Now, I'm not I'm just
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: so you for so you guys know, I don't know
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: a lot about this, Okay. I know what I read.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: I know what I read on the newspaper or the
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: news site, and I know what I saw on the
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: actual news. I didn't go to social media. I don't.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: I'm not. I actually, actually you know what I did.
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: Somebody actually sent me a social media post about it.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: I guess some some podcast in Bakersfield was talking about it,
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: but they actually were just talking with some common sense.
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: They weren't thrown out accusations of what could or couldn't be.
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: But the thing is, we don't know what videos are real.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: We don't know what videos are AI. We don't know
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: what videos are from or a videos of the subject
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: in hand Internet for anything. You don't know what's going on.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: That's not to say Rada whoever sent me this, that's
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: not to say that you're wrong about this video. I'm
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: just saying you can't. You can't. You just don't know
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: what's what's true, what's not on the Internet nowadays. So
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: it's hard when you got all these people making speculation
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: and public opinion and making their opinions known when they
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: most of them, I would say ninety nine percent of
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: them don't know what they're talking about, you know. So
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: I don't know, and there's no accountability. When you have
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: no accountability for what people say, you're never going to
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: get the absolute truth and the facts you're always gonna get,
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: you know, conspiracy and yeah, so I don't know. I
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: don't know. Maybe you're right, but like I said, I
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: can't comment on any of it because I don't know
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: my my more, I guess the more important what I
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: would like to know on another level is how did
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: how did this? How come the school? How did this
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: happen on school grounds? You know where security? Why are
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: they letting? I mean the guy just called and said
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: he couldn't get a water ball in him, but somehow
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: he got a gun in. I mean, yeah, that's that's crazy.
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: Or or or did they get in some other way?
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: Maybe they didn't even go through the front gate.
- 1:03:24Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: Hey, rom I think it's two tunes to speak on
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: the situation. I think it is too a lot of
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: but that's not the world we live in today. You know,
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: by the time this anything, pick anything that's happened in
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: the world, in your community and our community, and you know,
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: people go straight to the internet to give their opinion
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: and tell you what they don't know, but act like
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: they know exactly what happened. Okay. Opinion is not fact,
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: and you guys need to understand that opinion is not
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: fat Okay, And to be honest with you, most of
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: your opinion. I've been doing this show a long time.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: This show has been the internet before it was the internet. Okay,
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: this show has been your opinion and what we think
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: about situations for thirty years. All of a sudden, now
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: that it's on your phone and you can, you're able
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: to do it immediately. Yeah, doesn't mean you're right, an
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: Unfortunately a lot of a lot of people think it's truth,
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: you know, because someone's opinion opinion is not fact already
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: four or seven to seven, Rome, they need to start
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: pulling putting metal detectors and searching teens and young adults.
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: Maybe maybe that's what they need to do. I mean, yeah, maybe, Hey, Rome,
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: let's see here, it was on TikTok Oh. So somebody
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: said said a street name or his gang name was
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: on TikTok Okay, Well, everything on TikTok is real. So
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: I guess you guys are right, Rome, And that's how
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: rumors get started.
- 1:05:14Speaker 8: Rome.
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: Now everyone going to say Rome in the morning said
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: the kid jumped the fence to get it. Yeah, I don't.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: I have no idea what happened. So you can sit
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: there and say I can tell you right now without
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: one percent certainty. I have no idea what happened the
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: other night, So I can't base the decision on anything.
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: So you guys are gonna sit here and read the
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: internet and try to find something listen to somebody who
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: has who has an opinion that is not fact, and
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: they have no idea. They're just speculating what they believe
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: to happen, you know, to have happened. And I have
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: no idea what happened. You know, I don't know how
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: the kids got in. I don't know if they jumped
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: the fence. I don't know if they walked in the
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: front door, and then how they ended up in a
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: basketball court near that. I don't know any of that,
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: you know. So, but you guys shure seem to know everything.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: Whoever they is, whoever they is is possibly the smartest
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: person on the planet. Whoever they is, they are the
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: smartest people on the planet because they seem to know
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: everything about every single situation that's ever happened in the
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: history of the world. They are pretty smart. So I've
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: gotten this discussion of I think what Saturday night, I
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: got in this argument with my buddy. We're talking about
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: moscow mules, right, you guys, I don't know how many
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: of you drink moscow mules. They make different versions of them,
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: but a moscow mule comes in a copper cup, and
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: here was the disagreement that we had. Now, his copper
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: cups at his restaurant or machined metaled inside. They are
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: a stainless interior of the cup. You guys know what
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: I'm talking about, right. I don't believe in the world
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: we live in today that bars can actually have cups
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: that are all copper, meaning they're copper inside, unless they
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: might have been grandfathered in. Now that's my that's my
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: little bit of knowledge, and you can, you bartenders, you
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: can explain it to me, because you would know far
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: better than I would. Okay, but I own copper cups
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: because I drink moscow mules, But I have the copper
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: cup that is copper inside. Pyrenees probably has them, I'm guessing. Still,
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: I don't know if anybody else does. But when I
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: go out, if I'm gonna have a moscow mule, I
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: take my copper cup because I do not I believe
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: that a moscow mule belongs in a copper cup with
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: a copper interior. Okay, not this machined stainless steel interior.
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: They taste different, They're not the same, and you have
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: to have them in a straight copper cup. My buddy says, no,
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: they taste exactly the same. There's no difference. It doesn't matter. Yeah,
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: I think he's wrong. I mean, have we got anybody
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: out there that drinks moscow mules? What do you think
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: moscow mules? All right? I don't know how many of
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: you drink moscow mules, But moscow mule is it comes
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: in a copper cup. Now, you go to some of
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: these rush or these bars or these restaurant bars that
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: have these copper cups. If you look inside, they're not
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: copper inside. And maybe there's some new regulation or something
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: now that says they have to be stainless steel, but
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: they're not copper. I like my moscow mule in a
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: copper cup. Copper outside, copper inside.
- 1:08:55Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: So I was having an argument with my buddy on
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: Saturday night. He says, it's the same thing that I'm tripping.
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: I think they taste better and with a copper inner
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: copper lining or inner copper, you know, not with the
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: stainless steel. But he tolly disagrees with me. He says,
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: they don't taste different. One is not better than the other.
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: They taste exactly the same. Right, all right, four four
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: or seven to seven yo Romeo. I've been drinking Moscow
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: mules for about twenty years, and your buddy is absolutely right.
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: I used to drink him inside the copper cup with
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: the copper lining inside. Now I drink him with the
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: stainless steel lining because that's all you can get at
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: most restaurants. They taste exactly the same rome as long
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: as it's made right. It doesn't matter what kind of
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: copper cup it's in. Well, technically it's not in a
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: copper cup. If you got a stainless steel lining inside
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: of the cup, right, if the cup is machined out,
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: it's not a copper cup. So, okay, I think you're
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: both wrong.
- 1:10:02Speaker 3: Good morning wrong. So I think both of those guys
- 1:10:05Speaker 3: are wrong.
- 1:10:06Speaker 7: I know they're wrong because I.
- 1:10:08Speaker 10: Know that when you pour a beer in their glass
- 1:10:12Speaker 10: and do the same.
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: Thing with the copper, cut that boldness of that right.
- 1:10:16Speaker 10: Out of that glass or that beer, you know the
- 1:10:18Speaker 10: beer it'll transfer right away.
- 1:10:21Speaker 2: It'll pin temperature because of the the temperature.
- 1:10:25Speaker 10: Of the glass, even if you haven't cold from your hand. Okay, okay,
- 1:10:30Speaker 10: same thing like your.
- 1:10:31Speaker 4: Windshield when you got you put your deproster right away, deprost,
- 1:10:34Speaker 4: but copper, it keeps, it keeps. From what I understand,
- 1:10:40Speaker 4: even the Internet says it's like four hundred times faster
- 1:10:45Speaker 4: to transfer the cold to that cup and it holds it.
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: So the copper.
- 1:10:52Speaker 3: Same thing as heat.
- 1:10:53Speaker 10: Okay, the reason why even when you got your hot
- 1:10:55Speaker 10: water tanks, it's copper lining. Yeah, at the time you
- 1:11:02Speaker 10: put that hot water on, it runs and yeah, what
- 1:11:07Speaker 10: do you think the water's gonna be?
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: Got ham? Got him?
- 1:11:09Speaker 7: All right?
- 1:11:10Speaker 5: Man?
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: Later, Good morning.
- 1:11:14Speaker 2: How it's going on, Romeo?
- 1:11:16Speaker 3: Did you know that copper is a natural mineral that
- 1:11:19Speaker 3: our body needs to stay healthy?
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: Oh?
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: I just know they make mosco better mascow meals and
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: a copper cup than a stainless steel cup.
- 1:11:27Speaker 3: And you're absolutely right. The copper is making your body
- 1:11:31Speaker 3: fail with energy, feel happier. And that's why they're getting
- 1:11:34Speaker 3: rid of the pennies.
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: Okay, all right.
- 1:11:37Speaker 3: They want us to have got to them for something
- 1:11:39Speaker 3: for that, like a peel or something.
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: Okay, alright, Yeah, I don't think it's the I don't
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: think it's a copper that's making me feel better in
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: the moscow meal. I think it's the vodka. But I
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: know they taste better in a pure copper cup, not
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: the stainless steel nonsense. Would you send me here? All right?
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: Eight four two five four seven? Evan? What did you
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: send me here? Hold on? Okay, how copper and glass
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: feel different? Highly conductive copper transfers heat and coal nearly
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: four times faster than glass skin reaction. When you touch copper,
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: it quickly sucks the warmth from your fingers, tricking your
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: nerve system into feeling a sharp chill. Glass insulation conducts
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: heat poorly, so the sport spot your touch stays close
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: to your hands temperature. Oh okay, so the spot okay, yeah,
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: I'm just saying copper is better. Okay, let's see here.
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: Let's see yo, Rome, it's because the government is against
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: you being healthy, because copper is good for you. Government
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: regulations do not ban copper cups completely, but federal and
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: state agencies strictly prohibit commercial establishments from serving acidic drinks
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: in unlined copper vessels. Well, that's what I'm saying. That's
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: why I take my own copper vestans or whatever you said.
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: But it tastes better, Okay, A moscow mule in one
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: of these new machined copper cups, it's not even a
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: copper cup. The inside is stainless steel, so it's not
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: even a real copper cup. Does not taste as good
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: as a pure copper cup when you got a moscow meal.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: That's just bottom line, that's just facts right there. What
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: did you send me here? Hey?
- 1:13:28Speaker 2: Rome?
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: I was hoping to get you, hoping to ask you this.
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: On Friday, a group of us we went over to
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: the coast get out of this beggar's field heat right,
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: So there were seven couples. Some stayed in trailers, some
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: stayed hotels. They all wanted to hang out. My wife
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: said she wanted to go to bed early on Friday
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: night because of long work week. In all, Matt I said,
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: I didn't want to go to bed. I wanted to
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: stay out with everybody and hang out. My wife got
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: mad at me. Rome went back to the hotel pissed off.
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: I don't think I was wrong, Rome. We ended up
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: fighting the entire weekend. It was a rough weekend room.
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: I don't know why we didn't just leave on Saturday,
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: but nope, she wanted to stay and we just didn't
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: get along. What do you think about that room. I
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: think that your wife is wrong and that if you're
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: gonna go out of town with a bunch of people, Yeah,
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: if you're gonna go out of town with a bunch
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: of people, I think that you guys, you know there's
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: you don't you don't need to go to bed. If
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: one of you wants to go to bed early and
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: the other one doesn't, then the other one should be
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: able to stay out, you know so. But I also
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: think that if anybody goes, if you and your spouse
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: go out of town anywhere for the weekend, for the week,
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: on vacation, whatever it is, I mean, you gotta have
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: some understanding that sometimes you're not gonna just do everything
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: together right. Well, I mean you can't. You would hope to,
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: but no go in to bed at the same time
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: on vacation is stupid. I gotta tell you a funny
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: story about fighting on vacation though. A friend of mine
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: told me this story. He used to work for a
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: company where every year all the guys would go on
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: a fishing trip in Mexico. Well, one year, I guess
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: some of the guys got together and said, well, let's
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: just go vacation down there with our wives not with
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: the company, just and they walked into a bar. And
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: the bar they walked into, some lady was spread eagle,
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: getting you know what, tequila shots everything, and the wife
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: of the guys just flipped out. This is where you
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: guys go fishing every year on your corporate retreat or
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: whatever it was. Apparently they fought all weekend long, almost
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: got divorced. I guess all right, e four two four
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: seven seven. Hey, Romeo, you are not lying. The worst
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: thing ever is going away for the weekend and getting
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: in an argument with your wife over something dumb. You know,
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: we're supposed to be having a good time, getting away
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: from the kids, enjoying the cooler weather, and you want
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: to argue about where we're gonna eat, or what time
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: we go to bed, or how much I'm drinking or
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: if I start drinking too early. I'm like, man, we
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: are on vacation for the weekend. There are no rules
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: on calories and what time I start drinking or what
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: time I go to bed. I'm telling you, rome you
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: got to tell these women to get it together. You
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: ain't lying. It usually is always the women who start
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: the fight, right because they don't like what you're doing
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: because maybe it's just because these women don't like the
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: fact that you having too much fun. Maybe that's it, guys,
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: Maybe your wives just don't like the fact that you
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: having too much fun and they can't stand it. You guys,
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: ever gotten an argument while you're on vacation or a
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: weekend getaway and it just kind of ruins the whole trip, right, Yeah,
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: what happened already? Four two, five, four or seven to
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: seven yo. Rome, My wife does that to me. We'll
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: go away with friends and we start having a good time.
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: For some reason, she gots upset and I'm having too
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: much fun. She does enjoy, she does enjoy having a
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: good time, but once it's more of a good time
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: than she wants and I'm having too much fun, she
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: shuts it down, and then we end up arguing, well,
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: it's because women are haters. You know, there's one thing
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: you could say about a married couple men, men get jealous,
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: and women are just haters. So this was kind of
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: funny not to do with a kind of off topic
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: of what we were just talking about. But yesterday I
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: was over in over near a thousand Oaks, and I
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: went to this restaurant called Bow's. What was it Bo's
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: Omelets and waffles is what it was called, little little joint.
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: I never been there, you know, I don't go over
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: to that area very much. And so we're sitting there
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: eating everybody's ordering, and basically it's very misleading by the
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: way you would think omelets and waffles, right. No, it's
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: a straight Mexican joint and it's balm. The food's delicious,
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: but I haven't seen that. I bet it's been thirty
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: years since I had what I had to eat yesterday.
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: It was an egg and cheese with beans, whole beans,
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: you know, cooked beans and tomato and onion. Simplest burrita
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: you could ever have. It has been almost I bet
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: it's been thirty years. It was so delicious, Oh my gosh,
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: and everybody I was with me thought I was crazy
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: for ordering an egg and bean burrito. It wasn't delicious.
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: Good morning. What's going on?
- 1:18:55Speaker 8: Hey, So women are the biggest haters when you're having fun.
- 1:18:59Speaker 8: I agree with it to one hundred.
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, they are.
- 1:19:04Speaker 8: Yeah there. This weekend, uh, me and my wife and
- 1:19:07Speaker 8: the kids, we went to the Monster Trucks show and
- 1:19:10Speaker 8: Reuben was sitting you know, a.
- 1:19:12Speaker 11: Couple of seas down.
- 1:19:14Speaker 8: And I don't know, We're just having fun with this
- 1:19:17Speaker 8: random raider guy that was in between us, and we're
- 1:19:20Speaker 8: like dancing, trying to get on the jungle Tron, and
- 1:19:23Speaker 8: my wife say, I thought there's what's supposed to be
- 1:19:26Speaker 8: for the kids.
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: I was like, what you know, I'm having Yeah, your
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: wife's a hater. She all right, good luck with the
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: night's conversation. But women, do you hate a lot of you?
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: Guys all know it. You know there's a lot of
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: guys out there that work real hard and you don't
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: cut loose very much. But the one time that you do,
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: your wife just hates on you, Like, why do you
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: having fun? It's just part of life.
- 1:19:54Speaker 8: Throw me all the morning, every morning.
- 1:19:56Speaker 12: Morning,
