- 0:00Like, they were the first ones to help out.
- 0:0229 years later, he killed five people execution style.
- 0:06Oh, my God.
- 0:07And like, he'll be found tonight, somebody that has glasses.
- 0:09He's not being harmed.
- 0:10He just went.
- 0:11And all of that happened.
- 0:12A guy with glasses, tall, you know, found him.
- 0:15He was safe.
- 0:15And when I went to the hospital to see him, he goes, jennifer, you were right.
- 0:18And he goes, I knew what you were saying, but I didn't want to believe it.
- 0:21What do you think is the biggest.
- 0:23Misconception about people like you, like psychic mediums, medical mediums?
- 0:27I think everyone has this innate intelligence.
- 0:30They might not have it on croc.
- 0:32Everybody has a voice.
- 0:33Not everybody should sing.
- 0:35Creating a show right now about my life, having somebody play me.
- 0:39Your good friend Jessica Alba is doing a show about this.
- 0:50Have you ever had a moment you simply couldn't explain?
- 0:53Maybe you thought about someone moments before they called?
- 0:58Kept seeing the same numbers everywhere or felt like a loved one who had passed was somehow still with you?
- 1:04Are those just coincidences or could they actually be signs?
- 1:09Today's guest has spent years helping people navigate those very questions.
- 1:13She's a renowned psychic medium who has worked with everyone from everyday families searching for comfort to high profile clients looking for clarity.
- 1:22Her extraordinary work has even inspired a new Fox drama being produced by Jessica Alba.
- 1:28Whether you're a lifelong believer, a curious skeptic, or somewhere in between, today's conversation just might challenge the way you think about intuition, grief, and the possibility that we're more connected than we realize.
- 1:42And yes, later in this episode, Jennifer has agreed to do something she's never done before with me, a live reading.
- 1:50I have no idea what's going to happen and I haven't shared anything with her beforehand, so.
- 1:56So you'll experience it right alongside me.

- 2:17Now let's welcome Jennifer Schaeffer.
- 2:20Welcome to the iconic midlife.
- 2:21Jennifer, how are you today?
- 2:23I am fabulous.
- 2:24Thank you.
- 2:24Thank you for inviting me.
- 2:25Oh, I'm so excited you're here and happy belated birthday.
- 2:29Thank you.
- 2:30Oh, my gosh.
- 2:30Was it fun?
- 2:31What did you do?
- 2:32Was it exciting?
- 2:33It was actually a lot of fun.
- 2:34It was fun because the US played, the soccer team played and they won, which was very exciting.
- 2:41But I just I love.
- 2:42I have two kids that are at home now from college.
- 2:46One graduated, the other one is still going to Berkeley, but very.
- 2:50I love having them home.
- 2:52It's just so much more fun.
- 2:53Yeah.
- 2:54That is exciting to have the kids around.
- 2:56It, like, brings a new level, I'm sure, to the house, you know, when they're back.
- 3:00Yeah, it does.
- 3:00Because now they can ask for a drink that's like, oh, yeah, you guys are legal.
- 3:05That's wild.
- 3:06You can't say no anymore, right?
- 3:07No.
- 3:09That's amazing.
- 3:09Well, you know, I wanted to have you on, because we have actually met before at a Dear Friends charity event.
- 3:16Joan's wish list.
- 3:18Yes.
- 3:20Okay.
- 3:20Yes.
- 3:21Was that when I read my.
- 3:22It was 97 people.
- 3:24Yes.
- 3:24Yes, you did.
- 3:25And can I tell you.
- 3:26And we'll get into this a little bit later.
- 3:28I love that.
- 3:28I don't know.
- 3:29But, like, I'm.
- 3:30I.
- 3:30One of the greatest gifts given to me is that every day is, like, new.
- 3:34So even when I meet people, I tell them, like, please tell me that you've met me before or whatever, because I'm such a magoo.
- 3:39Especially when I'm in that, like, zone.
- 3:41Yes.
- 3:42That I was in.
- 3:42But that taught me so, so much that day.
- 3:45I bet.
- 3:45I mean, 97 readings.
- 3:47Wow.
- 3:4897 readings.
- 3:49Oh, my gosh.
- 3:49Okay.
- 3:50We're going to get into what you told me in just a little bit.
- 3:52But I.
- 3:53It was literally one of those things where I was like, how could she know this?
- 3:56And both my husband and I said that because you gave us both, like, readings.
- 4:00And we just.
- 4:01We were so bowled over, and we couldn't even believe it.
- 4:03So we'll definitely get into that.
- 4:04Oh, I love that.
- 4:05I love.
- 4:06Yeah, absolutely.
- 4:06It was so good.
- 4:07But I want to get into how you knew that you were gifted and special in this way.
- 4:14Like, when did you know that you were different?
- 4:18So what I've been told is because I had seizures at three and a half months old.
- 4:24It was called a larynx strider seizure.
- 4:27That my mom would race me to the hospital back then, no phones.
- 4:32Finally, it lasted long enough because I turned black and blue.
- 4:34And sometimes when she'd get me there, it was already over.
- 4:38But one time, it lasted long enough, and there was a British doctor on staff, and he said.
- 4:41He said.
- 4:41He goes, I've seen this before.
- 4:42I was the eighth documented case for this particular seizure.
- 4:45And they gave me belladonna, which is a leucogenic and a poison.
- 4:49My mom was terrified, and she said, eventually I grew out of my seizures.
- 4:53So Whether I charted that before, I'm pretty sure I did to happen, but my brain was fried.
- 4:59And then they gave me hallucinogenic on top of any.
- 5:02So like them back then, and they believe that was the gateway based upon brain scans and so forth.
- 5:08And then I didn't know that I had this, but my.
- 5:12One of my earliest memories was, you know, not wanting to go across the street.
- 5:16I was raised Mormon.
- 5:17Not wanting to go across the street to this Mormon household.
- 5:19I'm like, there's something really bad about, I felt about this kid.
- 5:24And there couldn't have been the nicer, like, couldn't have been a nice, nicer family.
- 5:28Like, all of them.
- 5:29Like, the parents would come and bring food if somebody was out of a job.
- 5:33Like, they were the first ones to help out, you know, to help out.
- 5:3729 years later, he killed five people execution style.
- 5:42Oh, my God.
- 5:43Wow.
- 5:44And so I had.
- 5:46I'm like.
- 5:46But my parents were like, why would you.
- 5:47I'm like, there's something really bad with him.
- 5:49And he never did anything in high school that was wrong.
- 5:51Like, and I knew the five people that he killed.
- 5:53Like, it was one of those things that I grew up in this little town called San Marcos, you know, down in San Diego.
- 6:00And he ended up doing that in Texas.
- 6:01And I went on CNN with Dr.
- 6:03Drew because he, at the time, you know, this was 10 years ago at the time, to talk about how good the family actually was.
- 6:10It wasn't something that the child was abused or like, from a bad family.
- 6:14And I was the only one that knew the actual family.
- 6:17The family was wonderful, but it was just so going back, I believe I was different.
- 6:23Like, I was a stockbroker.
- 6:25I knew all my boyfriend's passcodes to all their phones.
- 6:28That's helpful.
- 6:29You can catch a cheater, right?
- 6:30But I always tried to prove the worst part about it is I'm like, I know you're not good, but I like you anyway, you know?
- 6:37So how did that talent, I mean, that really, that gift that you had, how did that resonate with the Mormon Church?
- 6:45Like, didn't.
- 6:46Yeah, it didn't.
- 6:47But one day, one of their Boy Scouts went missing.
- 6:52And they remembered because my parents had me on, you know, every prayer list and God bless them.
- 7:00And so they asked me, like, could you help us find this boy?
- 7:03I'm like, oh, that's interesting.
- 7:05And I did.
- 7:05I said there was going to be a gentleman.
- 7:07I mean, they had one of the greatest things about Mormon community.
- 7:10There was hundreds and hundreds of people looking for this kid and my kid will be found tonight, and it's going to be by somebody that has glasses.
- 7:16He's not being harmed.
- 7:17He just went, you know, and it feels like the park.
- 7:20And I told him.
- 7:21And all of that happened.
- 7:22A guy with glasses, tall, you know, phantom.
- 7:25He was safe, but he.
- 7:26You know, so it's.
- 7:28They didn't know what to do with it.
- 7:30And I didn't feel comfortable.
- 7:31I wasn't strong enough to be a part of the Mormon Church and do what I do for work.
- 7:36I just wasn't.
- 7:37You get to a place where, like, I'm super grateful that my dad, who was a Mormon bishop, believed in my work.
- 7:45He.
- 7:46And it was because he asked me.
- 7:48He's like, okay, so what's wrong with me?
- 7:50You know, because I do medical intuition.
- 7:53I said, his arm hurts.
- 7:54And I'm like, your arm hurts?
- 7:55Your right arm?
- 7:56And he goes, my arm's fine.
- 7:57I'm like, okay.
- 7:58And I'm like, well, sometimes it.
- 8:00Maybe it just doesn't.
- 8:01Maybe it didn't work.
- 8:02I remember going upstairs and crying.
- 8:04Like, how could you guys do this to me?
- 8:06It's my dad.
- 8:08A month later, he was at my house.
- 8:10My mom and my dad were at my house because we were going to Dr.
- 8:13Phil.
- 8:13He went for a running.
- 8:14That run that morning, one of my cases was on Dr.
- 8:17Phil.
- 8:18And I.
- 8:19You know, I'm in the shower, my mom comes up and she goes, you know what?
- 8:22Your dad's defibrillary went off eight times.
- 8:25And we're.
- 8:26I'm going to be going to the hospital.
- 8:28I'm.
- 8:28We might.
- 8:29I'm not sure.
- 8:30Like, she was in shock.
- 8:31I was in shock.
- 8:31Like, what's happening?
- 8:33He had a heart attack.
- 8:34And when I went to the hospital this evening, he goes, jennifer, you were right.
- 8:38And he goes, I knew what you were saying, but I didn't want to believe it.
- 8:42And it changed our whole dynamic, our whole relationship.
- 8:47Like, I love my dad dearly.
- 8:48I was so upset over giving him that information, but he goes, I knew what you were saying.
- 8:53He goes, it was my right arm.
- 8:54He goes, I knew exactly what you were saying.
- 8:55I just didn't want to believe it.
- 8:56And look what happened.
- 8:57He's like, okay.
- 8:58Mental note I gotta make.
- 8:59I gotta listen to her figure this out.
- 9:02Figure it out.
- 9:03Yeah.
- 9:04So what do you think is the biggest misconception about people like you, like, psychic mediums, medical mediums, like, people that, like, have these premonitions?
- 9:15I think one of the big.
- 9:17One of the biggest misconceptions, I believe Is that people think that they don't have it.
- 9:23Oh, everyone has this innate intelligence.
- 9:26They might not have it like on crack.
- 9:29Everybody has a voice.
- 9:30Not everybody should sing.
- 9:35It's.
- 9:35But everybody has it.
- 9:37And so they think it's just reserved for us.
- 9:39And that's not true.
- 9:42So what would you say to somebody like that that is listening to their intuition, but, like, maybe our intuition is obviously different than your intuition.
- 9:50Right.
- 9:50Everyone has.
- 9:53Everyone has different versions of it.
- 9:56Some people just fill things, which is actually the easier, which is better.
- 10:00I happen to see.
- 10:02I literally see ghosts.
- 10:04I see.
- 10:05And I'm just classifying it as that spirit.
- 10:07I see the electric magnetic field that surrounds all of us.
- 10:12I see everybody's connections to it.
- 10:14I get past, present, future.
- 10:15So I.
- 10:16I just had to learn what everything meant.
- 10:19And it's humbling.
- 10:21Like, the more I.
- 10:22I knew way more 10 years ago than I do now.
- 10:24The universe is vast.
- 10:26Right.
- 10:27And I have a huge, you know, how would I say it?
- 10:32I'm much more sacred about what I do for work than I used to be.
- 10:37Oh, interesting.
- 10:38So are you more.
- 10:39Just selective.
- 10:40Very selective.
- 10:41Okay.
- 10:41Okay.
- 10:42So what do you do in a case where you are receiving a message and you're not sure if you want to tell that person or you.
- 10:49You know, because it could change their life.
- 10:52Like, it carries weight.
- 10:57I ask if I should say it.
- 10:59Really?
- 11:00Not everything that I receive, I should say.
- 11:03And I learned that the hard way early on, so.
- 11:06Oh, how was that?
- 11:08Just with a case, you know, just because we get information, we shouldn't say it.
- 11:12Like, sometimes the parents aren't ready for it.
- 11:15Sometimes that's not.
- 11:16You know, even if it's an open dialogue and they're there and they've said, please help me find my child or help me.
- 11:22So I asked the question, and I usually get told, you know, or how to say it, even.
- 11:29So this woman, her son was missing for six months.
- 11:33And I knew he was in a tarp in the.
- 11:36Like, I can feel that.
- 11:37I'm like, okay, so what do I say?
- 11:38And I felt the spirit tell me.
- 11:40Tell her she had a dream about me last night.
- 11:44And I told her what happened.
- 11:46And so I looked at her and I'm like, I'm getting the information that you.
- 11:50You had a dream last night.
- 11:51And she just started bawling, so I didn't have to tell her.
- 11:55She knew what I was saying.
- 11:57And then we went from there.
- 12:00So it's.
- 12:00I mean, the information you're getting is so specific.
- 12:03I mean, it's.
- 12:04It's usually always like that, right?
- 12:06I mean, it's very specific, but it might not be for that person.
- 12:09Oh, too.
- 12:11So, like, for instance, when I'm too close to it, like my uncle, he said, he goes, he goes, jennifer, looking in my heart, I'm like, I do feel like there's something wrong with your heart.
- 12:19And I'm like, I feel like there.
- 12:20There is a heart attack.
- 12:21Like, I couldn't figure out, well, his wife had a heart attack, so I felt one, but I didn't necessarily know where.
- 12:28And so now I know to dive deeper now, like this was, you know, early on.
- 12:33And just because I see it with someone doesn't necessarily mean it's theirs too.
- 12:39It could be now.
- 12:40I'm very good about trying to navigate, but when it's close to my family, it's no fun, right?
- 12:48Because sometimes you don't want to know, you know, those things.
- 12:51My cross, for sure.
- 12:52People always say, can you turn it off?
- 12:54And I'm like, you know, I don't want to.
- 12:56I.
- 12:56I live my life.
- 12:59I never want to turn it off.
- 13:00And so.
- 13:01But I just don't go around reading everyone.
- 13:03I don't want to have to be in a place where I have to, like, meditate.
- 13:06And I think meditation is.
- 13:07I meditate every day, but I don't want to have to meditate to get information.
- 13:12I just want to always be in that state.
- 13:14And so, because when I get called by law enforcement, it's not about having time to sit there, whether you could do it or not.
- 13:24You have to dive in whether you're driving a car, whether, you know, and I've just made my life like that.
- 13:29And so I never turn it off.
- 13:31I just don't go around reading everyone.
- 13:33I can imagine, like, girls night with you.
- 13:35Like, your friends get together and they're like, jennifer, Rebe, tell me what's going on.
- 13:40I have groups of friends, but they, they don't.
- 13:43The worst problem is that they don't want to bother me.
- 13:47I'm like, I am not going to be the one that's going to.
- 13:50Unless you don't.
- 13:51You have to tell me, hey, look into this, or, hey, something's going on in my life.
- 13:56Do not expect me to know and call you.
- 13:58It just doesn't work like that, you know, sometimes, you know it does, but please just tell me, hey, I'm not feeling well.
- 14:05I'm like, I'm also not going to be the one that shows up at your doorstep with soup.
- 14:09I'll order it for you.
- 14:10Everyone knows I don't know how to cook.
- 14:12If someone asked me if there was a bunch of people that needed me to cook, they would die.
- 14:15And then I would be able to talk to them.
- 14:17Like, I will be there for you for every illness, every.
- 14:21Like, everything else, but don't expect me to know things either.
- 14:25Please just say, hey, Jen, can you look into this?
- 14:27And I will.
- 14:28Okay.
- 14:29Yeah.
- 14:29Let me ask you this.
- 14:30When it's your own kids, how.
- 14:32Like, how does that work?
- 14:34Like,.
- 14:36It's interesting because they knew.
- 14:39Like, when they would lie to me, I'm like, can you come here for a second?
- 14:43And they knew.
- 14:44And I could see them trying to clear their heads.
- 14:46I'm like, you think that's gonna work?
- 14:47Okay.
- 14:49They're like, don't think, don't think, don't think, don't think.
- 14:51She's gonna reach her mind.
- 14:55I don't make a blank slate.
- 14:56It was just so funny.
- 14:58But.
- 14:58But then I had to live with the fact that they tell me everything.
- 15:02Now, there's certain things where, you know, like, my daughter, she goes, I.
- 15:08She goes.
- 15:08I was asked, like, what is it like living with your mom?
- 15:10And she goes, well, I just thought talking to plants was normal.
- 15:14And, like, my mom never had a plant die.
- 15:17Like, I.
- 15:17You know, I was.
- 15:19I just.
- 15:20I've had orchids that have lasted for five years.
- 15:23They keep coming back.
- 15:24I'm an orchid whisperer in my house.
- 15:27Yeah.
- 15:28I just.
- 15:28I figured out some.
- 15:29Everything is alive.
- 15:32And so when you get to that place, like, I went vegan for a year.
- 15:35Worst time of my life.
- 15:36Not because of.
- 15:37I couldn't eat.
- 15:38It was easier for me to eat meat than eat lettuce because it was still alive.
- 15:42So I'm like, where do I go from here?
- 15:44Really?
- 15:45So you were kind of in your head about that a bit.
- 15:47I'll do it.
- 15:47It got to that point, I'm like, okay, something has to change.
- 15:50This is my.
- 15:51This is so lame.
- 15:52How is this happening to me?
- 15:54It was easier to pray over something that was already gone.
- 15:57Really?
- 15:57Oh, that's so interesting.
- 15:58I've never heard that take on it.
- 16:01We finally got a fake Christmas tree.
- 16:03My husband's from Pennsylvania.
- 16:04Not that means anything, but Christmas tree was.
- 16:07And I would get sick every single December.
- 16:10I would hear that.
- 16:11No matter what, I would say, thank you for being part of our life.
- 16:13Thank you for celebrating.
- 16:14Like, I could hear the high pitch of the Christmas tree dying.
- 16:18And I'm like, we can't do this anymore.
- 16:19And so we got a fake Christmas tree, and it's been the best thing ever.
- 16:22But I'm like, for many reasons, like, well, you know, I tried to get a Christmas tree where we can replant, like, all those things, and it just.
- 16:29Never worked because they do die in the end.
- 16:31Always tried my best not to fill it, and it just.
- 16:34No matter what I did, it just wouldn't work.
- 16:36It was just Christmas became miserable for me, and I loved Christmas so much.
- 16:41Is it a painful death for Christmas trees?
- 16:43Like, is it something where.
- 16:44I don't think it is.
- 16:45I think they know.
- 16:46So this is another thing I've learned since then.
- 16:49Trees and animals know.
- 16:52Know when they're gonna die.
- 16:53Like, they know their purpose.
- 16:56They.
- 16:56It's humans that are.
- 16:58We don't know.
- 16:58We don't know when.
- 16:59We don't know what our purpose is.
- 17:01We're still trying to figure out.
- 17:02They know their purpose.
- 17:03They know that they come in here, they.
- 17:05They do what they need to do, and then that they're contracted to us, and then they leave.
- 17:10We're the ones that don't know.
- 17:11That's so interesting, I think, you know, you're so right about that.
- 17:14Their intelligence level is beyond.
- 17:17Beyond.
- 17:18Right?
- 17:18Beyond.
- 17:19Like, if you want information, go.
- 17:20Literally hug a tree.
- 17:22Go to the ocean.
- 17:23I commune every day.
- 17:25I'm not gonna win.
- 17:26I'm very grateful that I get to go to the water, you know, and I get to.
- 17:31And I used to take it.
- 17:33I didn't take it for granted, but it was my.
- 17:35It was every.
- 17:36It was my medicine.
- 17:37But now when I go down there, I'm like, thank you for healing me.
- 17:41What?
- 17:42You know, can I enter?
- 17:43And when I ask, can I enter?
- 17:44I get shown pictures and feelings and emotions that I would never think of.
- 17:49Like, the first time I asked that question, I was on a cliff.
- 17:54What came into my mind?
- 17:55I was on a cliff with these white, like, cool out pants.
- 17:58And I had to have been five years old, and I was in Scotland, and I heard the words whisper to me saying, you've always been welcome.
- 18:07And then I got these flashes, and it's nothing I was thinking about.
- 18:11And it just made me feel so much better.
- 18:14And when you do that, you know, like, another time that I went down there, they're like, hand it all over.
- 18:20And I was having a heavy, challenging, content day, I call it.
- 18:25And it just.
- 18:26I'm like, thank you.
- 18:27Like, we're meant to handle it.
- 18:28And it showed me just the waves crashing.
- 18:30And, like, if.
- 18:32The more that you get in tune with the earth and with whatever is your sanctuary, you're able to bring it back with you when you're in a place like this, when you're just, you know, you're meant to have
- 18:44big.
- 18:45Everyone's so deeply connected, they just don't know that they are.
- 18:48So how do you find out?
- 18:49Like, how do you get to that place?
- 18:51Through silence, meditation, prayer, whatever it is that works for you.
- 18:58It doesn't have to be one way or another.
- 19:00You don't have to sit there.
- 19:02You can go for a run and get in your meditative state.
- 19:04You can play music and commune.
- 19:06You can.
- 19:07Whatever is your X, Y, Z.
- 19:09Cook.
- 19:10Yeah, Cook.
- 19:11Yeah, whatever.
- 19:11You give you enjoyment, right?
- 19:14That's so important.
- 19:15Especially now.
- 19:15I feel like we're lacking joy in this world.
- 19:18You know, the other.
- 19:20You know, I have so many.
- 19:23I look for algorithms with my work.
- 19:25I deal with the dead.
- 19:26I have people that come in here that come in that want to know the last 24 hours of their child's life.
- 19:30I have people that.
- 19:32I had a client, you know, last week that literally was waiting for me to.
- 19:37I looked at him and I said, you.
- 19:40You want to leave the planet?
- 19:41And he goes, yep.
- 19:43I can't tell you how many times I've had clients that have found me and that have, like, I was going to be their last call.
- 19:52Like they went into their own life.
- 19:54I'm like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
- 19:57You think about death.
- 19:58So I thought about death as a child constantly.
- 20:02And I believe the Mormon church saved me because I knew that if I committed suicide that I would go to the least heaven, whatever that means.
- 20:09I've never heard it like that, but at least.
- 20:12And so, But I thought about suicide.
- 20:15Well, when you're a child, when you're a kid, if you play soccer, you get a soccer coach.
- 20:19When you, if you dance, you get a dance coach.
- 20:22When you think about death, you're depressed, you go to a shrink.
- 20:24That's if you're lucky.
- 20:26And I just, It's.
- 20:29So when I explained this to him, I told him, I said, you or he very well known surgeon.
- 20:36And I'm like, you deal with death, but you're not in charge of it.
- 20:39Like, you're thinking about death because not for you to be over there so that you can work with it.
- 20:45There's no death school.
- 20:46So I thinking about suicide growing up and wanting to leave the planet myself.
- 20:51It wasn't for me to be over there.
- 20:53It was because I was going to be working with it in the future.
- 20:56When you're younger, you get these ideas that a lot of times end up.
- 21:00You end up doing things later on, you know, that you're passionate about.
- 21:03My daughter would read World War II book novels with women.
- 21:07She's now working for aerospace.
- 21:08She's an aerospace engineer.
- 21:10You know, there's just things.
- 21:12Who knew.
- 21:13Like, there was no way that I would have known, being Mormon that there's.
- 21:17That's even a.
- 21:18Like, I'm going to be a medium one day.
- 21:21Not a thing.
- 21:21I know it wasn't a thing.
- 21:23Like, that wasn't.
- 21:24Everybody's like, what?
- 21:25You talk to dead people.
- 21:26That's great, Jed.
- 21:28Yeah.
- 21:29It's not something you can really train for or go to school for.
- 21:32I mean, it just comes like you're.
- 21:33Saying, there's some great teachers out there that, you know, I was very fortunate.
- 21:38Lisa Williams took van reefer wing.
- 21:41John Holland, a lot of.
- 21:44There's some great teachers out there that will help you understand it more.
- 21:48Because I think people are people now especially know ever since COVID they're just like, this isn't it.
- 21:54This can't be it.
- 21:55There's gotta be more to this.
- 21:57You know?
- 21:58And so it's made my job easier.
- 21:59Like, I don't have people that don't.
- 22:01Even if they don't, I'm like, great, then we don't have to talk about it.
- 22:05Right?
- 22:06Let's just have fun.
- 22:07Let's have fun.
- 22:08But people need.
- 22:09So the people on the other side, too, they're like, you're wasting your bodies.
- 22:13You guys are not having fun.
- 22:15Oh, not.
- 22:16They're like, you sit there in your heads, you on your phones.
- 22:21They're like, get outside.
- 22:23Go play.
- 22:23Go have sex.
- 22:24Go do this.
- 22:25Go enjoy.
- 22:27You still have your bodies.
- 22:29That's fascinating.
- 22:30So they tell you, like, that's a repetitive message that you hear from them all the time.
- 22:33They're like, one of the biggest things that I heard that I thought was very interesting is no one has ever said they wish they would have held back from the other side.
- 22:43Not one person.
- 22:44Not one.
- 22:45Not one person.
- 22:46Somebody's come through saying, I'm sorry you have trust issues because I cheated on your mom or whatever.
- 22:52But no one has ever said, I wish I wouldn't have taken that kiss.
- 22:55I wish I would have had that, you know, whatever it is, that quality.
- 22:59Time spent with loved ones.
- 23:01You don't take your things with you.
- 23:03Right.
- 23:03Take the memories.
- 23:05So are you.
- 23:05Are you doing everything you can just to get those things?
- 23:08Or are you enjoying yourself for the things that are free?
- 23:11Right, Right.
- 23:12Absolutely right.
- 23:13I know it's.
- 23:14Yeah.
- 23:14No, it's.
- 23:15It's really.
- 23:15It's a good lesson for people to know because it's something that we take for granted.
- 23:20We're like, you're saying we're on our phones.
- 23:22We're, like, running around from meeting to meeting.
- 23:24Like, you know, we're parenting.
- 23:25We're, you know, in relationships.
- 23:27It's like, it's never about that.
- 23:30What's really important.
- 23:31It seems like, you know, every day.
- 23:34I look for things, I'm like, okay, this is what I want in my heaven, you know, this is what I want.
- 23:40This is what I want my kids to remember.
- 23:42This is what, like, this moment, like, I'm.
- 23:44I'm.
- 23:45I.
- 23:45Because of the moments that I have been shown through thousands, I've get.
- 23:50Literally at this stage, I've given thousands and thousands of readings.
- 23:54And I just now, like, I want them to be able to reflect on, wow, we might not have had everything, but my mom made sure we had fun.
- 24:04Oh, that's, you know, that's what's important.
- 24:07You know, it's like that joy, that fun.
- 24:09So what do you think when people are coming to you?
- 24:12What do you think that they're looking for?
- 24:13What are they searching for?
- 24:15What's missing?
- 24:19Probably validation.
- 24:21I think that when people come to me, they know things, but they don't know it's true or they don't know.
- 24:30I validate what they already know.
- 24:33And what I always say to people is that you're always connected.
- 24:38I just might move your awareness to that connection.
- 24:42I don't change anything, but I just move your awareness to something that you've always been connected to.
- 24:48And that could be your intuition.
- 24:51It could be your grandparents, it could be your loved ones.
- 24:53It could be, you know, the crazy dreams that you've had or things that you've had as a child that get validated.
- 24:58What do you think people are looking for when they come to you?
- 25:00The validation?
- 25:01And so it's almost like they kind of know in the back of their minds or their intuition, they're just not paying attention to it, right?
- 25:09They sometimes don't want to know.
- 25:11So when people come to me to wanting a divorce, for instance, I never tell anyone to get a divorce unless they're in.
- 25:20In physical harm.
- 25:22And like, there's been.
- 25:23I can count on one hand how many times I'm like, you know what?
- 25:26You need to leave now or you need to get out of this.
- 25:29But I usually just validate what they already know.
- 25:32They usually know the answer before they come to me.
- 25:35They either want to Be talked out of their answer or they want to be like, did they miss anything?
- 25:41Are they sure?
- 25:42You know?
- 25:42And I just.
- 25:43I will never say you need to do this.
- 25:45Okay.
- 25:46So you kind of just give.
- 25:47I give them the information and I get out.
- 25:50That's amazing.
- 25:50Okay.
- 25:51If you're okay with it.
- 25:52I mean, it's okay if you're not too.
- 25:56Did I experience this firsthand with you?
- 25:57Okay.
- 25:58Okay.
- 25:58I'm like, don't be scared.
- 26:00Yeah.
- 26:01Just tell me if something comes.
- 26:02There's something with a mother figure too, but I also had something that came through earlier.
- 26:09I know it was my birthday, but are.
- 26:10Are you celebrating a birthday with somebody?
- 26:13So my daughter's birthday is this coming July 10th.
- 26:17Okay.
- 26:17Is she named after somebody on the other side?
- 26:20Because that's what's coming through.
- 26:21Okay.
- 26:23And give me.
- 26:24Give me the name.
- 26:25Because I work with names.
- 26:27Her name is Ray.
- 26:28B, R A Y.
- 26:30And who's the person that's coming through that?
- 26:32She's has the middle name for my father's mother.
- 26:36So it's her grandmother who he never met.
- 26:38And that's her.
- 26:40That was her maiden name.
- 26:41So I feel like.
- 26:42So that's what was coming through.
- 26:44So I feel like she's saying that they're super excited for her and that she's been really, like, striving over the last couple years.
- 26:53It feels like to.
- 26:55She's just straightened things out.
- 26:56It feels like.
- 26:57And I don't know.
- 26:58I don't know your daughter.
- 26:59I don't even know how old is she?
- 27:01She's going to be 12.
- 27:03Okay.
- 27:03She's so cute.
- 27:05There's some teeth issues.
- 27:07She's growing, like, obviously she's growing, but she's growing into her body.
- 27:11Like there's something that she's feeling a very.
- 27:13Like she.
- 27:14She doesn't have really spatial awareness right now.
- 27:17And she's still.
- 27:18She still wakes up in the middle of night.
- 27:20Or is there anything that goes on with her?
- 27:22So she has recently, like.
- 27:24Like to come back to bed.
- 27:25Okay.
- 27:26She's getting the parents because she's.
- 27:28Okay.
- 27:28There's something about.
- 27:30Okay, so she has a tree that's behind her window, Right.
- 27:33Or is there a tree that.
- 27:34In her bedroom?
- 27:35Yes.
- 27:36Okay, hold on.
- 27:38I'm actually talking to the tree.
- 27:42There's a light that makes her scared.
- 27:44So there's a light that goes on that might be a trigger, like one of those lights that if something goes by it, she might get the reflection of it.
- 27:51And that's what wakes her up.
- 27:53Oh, yes.
- 27:53My husband put those Lights out.
- 27:55So, yes.
- 27:56Even though it's for her protection.
- 27:58Right.
- 27:59I.
- 27:59What I'm receiving is that it's something that is.
- 28:03That's what's triggering her.
- 28:04The light is triggering her waking up.
- 28:07I was looking at, like, tree.
- 28:08Are you hitting the window?
- 28:09What are you doing?
- 28:10No, it's not me.
- 28:11It's the light.
- 28:12But they're very excited for it because she also.
- 28:15I don't know, what did she start doing two years ago?
- 28:17I know.
- 28:18That's just.
- 28:18She's 10, you know, she's always been.
- 28:22Like a shy and reserved child, so I feel like she's coming out of her shell a bit.
- 28:26That's what they're excited about.
- 28:29They're very excited about that.
- 28:30And is there anything with changing schools?
- 28:32Yes.
- 28:33Okay, hold on.
- 28:38It's so sweet.
- 28:39You already know what's going to go, but you're letting her make the decision, and it's going to be the right decision.
- 28:46And it's.
- 28:47And it's.
- 28:49It'll be challenging at first, but it's really.
- 28:53It's gonna be so much better for her in the long run.
- 28:55Yeah, that does make sense.
- 28:57So that's the other thing.
- 28:58I do so much with my work, but I call myself an intuitive because then the universe gets.
- 29:04Gets to give me a lot more.
- 29:05Right.
- 29:06Because if I just say that I'm a medium, then that only references me talking.
- 29:10The universe just lets you have whatever it is that you vacillate on.
- 29:13But yet I'm really good.
- 29:15Like, I love in helping women find their own power, men and women.
- 29:20And I love.
- 29:22I do love the other side, but I'm really good at finding missing people.
- 29:27I'm really.
- 29:28That's easy for me.
- 29:29Crime work is easy, but it's not necessarily what I'm passionate about.
- 29:35Go figure.
- 29:36But anyways, so you didn't even ask me that question.
- 29:39I just went straight into it.
- 29:40But what questions do you have or what can I look into?
- 29:43So, yeah.
- 29:44Okay.
- 29:44Give me his first name.
- 29:45Yes, his name is.
- 29:47He's Pakistani.
- 29:48His name is Amanullah.
- 29:49He's on the other side, you said?
- 29:51No, he's still here.
- 29:52No, he's actually still here.
- 29:53Hold on.
- 29:54And you guys recently moved him, correct?
- 29:56Okay, yes.
- 29:57Someone's very happy that he was recently moved.
- 30:00He is so stubborn.
- 30:01And what I have realized is that stubborn people actually live longer.
- 30:06I don't know why.
- 30:09He had a.
- 30:10Did he have a fall?
- 30:11He did.
- 30:12Okay.
- 30:12He did.
- 30:13Yes.
- 30:13Okay.
- 30:14Hold on.
- 30:15He's strong, though.
- 30:18He's not healing well, though, from the Fall love him as much as you can and how old is he?
- 30:25He's 86.
- 30:27You've definitely extended his life, and you've made it so much better.
- 30:32Don't forget that.
- 30:32No matter what happens.
- 30:33Okay?
- 30:36Just.
- 30:36It's.
- 30:37Yeah, yeah, for sure.
- 30:38You know, it's hard just kind of seeing him go through, you know, those.
- 30:41I had to.
- 30:42I had to watch my own parents.
- 30:44Yeah.
- 30:44Did you.
- 30:45Did you have, like.
- 30:47Did you know that, you know what was going to happen?
- 30:50Came to be, or.
- 30:51So my parents came home from Mexico.
- 30:57My dad was.
- 30:57He had that.
- 30:58I just thought it was Mama Zuma's room.
- 31:00Bench from Cop from Cancun, and.
- 31:03But I panicked.
- 31:04I'm.
- 31:05Well, dad, you got to go to the hospital.
- 31:06You got to go.
- 31:06So he went to the hospital.
- 31:07They gave him some antibiotics and sent him home.
- 31:11And before that happened, I was.
- 31:14I did a ketamine treatment where a doctor gave me.
- 31:18And this was.
- 31:19This was a long time ago.
- 31:20We're talking, like, 10 years ago.
- 31:23And my grandmother, his mom came through saying, he has cancer.
- 31:26And I'm like, no, no, no, no.
- 31:29He was just sick.
- 31:30That's all he was.
- 31:30He was just sick, you know, in Cancun, when your mind.
- 31:35This is something that I've learned over and over again.
- 31:37If my mind says no, I don't get shown it again unless I look for it again.
- 31:44Could I have saved him?
- 31:46Probably not.
- 31:46But he ended up with pancreatic cancer.
- 31:49Oh, wow.
- 31:50Oh, gosh, I'm sorry.
- 31:52Oh, it's something I was.
- 31:54You know, she tried to tell me when I was mad at her, and then he.
- 32:03My mom didn't.
- 32:04This was in June, I want to say, or October.
- 32:07And then I get a phone call, you know, later on, like, a few months later, and she's like, your dad's not feeling well.
- 32:12I'm like, go to the go.
- 32:14Why did you wait so long?
- 32:17They went.
- 32:17And then he was literally, you know, and then I.
- 32:21A few weeks later, diagnosed with stage four.
- 32:23And that was it.
- 32:23We had a month with him.
- 32:24Oh, my.
- 32:25It was interesting.
- 32:26I'm like, I wonder if we'd never told him or if they.
- 32:28We never found out if he would have lived longer.
- 32:30You know, it's one of those things that, like, the second you say it.
- 32:34Yeah, there's nothing you could do.
- 32:36Yeah, there's nothing you can do.
- 32:38And did it bring your mom and yourself, like, closer again, or was it.
- 32:42Yeah, my mom was always a big fan.
- 32:44She thought.
- 32:44She's like, I'm worried about your dad.
- 32:46Not ever Coming to terms with what you do for work.
- 32:50And my mom's so funny.
- 32:51She's like, we have a thousand years to repent.
- 32:54I'm like, okay, mom, stop being more like.
- 32:58They were married for 48 years.
- 32:59You know, she's on the other side now, and she, you know, she had a fall that.
- 33:05And I was.
- 33:06I was the executive.
- 33:07I'm one of seven children, my gosh.
- 33:10And they put me.
- 33:12And they're like, you're going to be the glue that has to get everybody together.
- 33:15And I'm like, why the non Mormon?
- 33:17Like, why.
- 33:19But I did.
- 33:20I made sure that my brothers, you know, everybody came to terms with everything.
- 33:24But it was.
- 33:24Yeah, it's.
- 33:28I.
- 33:30That's the biggest thing is feeling like this enormous responsibility.
- 33:35Are you the eldest daughter as well?
- 33:38Same.
- 33:38God, there's so much to unpack with that.
- 33:41It just all falls on our shoulders all the time.
- 33:44And, like.
- 33:45Right.
- 33:45I feel like half the time, like, when things are going, you know, sideways, like, I can't even take time for myself to process things because I've got to, like, make sure everybody else is good.
- 33:56Do you kind of feel that same way?
- 33:58Do you feel that, too?
- 33:59I do.
- 34:01Like, for years, every time my parents would show up, I would lose my.
- 34:04I would like, who's gonna die?
- 34:07And then they can't even.
- 34:09When I get to that state in my mind, they can't even tell me hello.
- 34:13Like, then I start feeling freaking out if they give me anybody's picture, like, then.
- 34:18So it's a very, very.
- 34:20I had to learn to let go and just allow them to come in because I was pushing them away.
- 34:26And once I did that, everything started.
- 34:28Like, I've realized that I can't stop the things that happen.
- 34:34I can try, but that was one of the worst things that, you know, I've helped people.
- 34:39I've saved people's lives.
- 34:40Like, you have cancer, but.
- 34:42But they're going to figure you need to get in there.
- 34:45And the fact that I can do it with my own dad, you know, is just.
- 34:49It's something that I've just had to learn to be okay with.
- 34:53And just because otherwise they could just take me down.
- 34:58Like, I have to realize this is what I told some other doctors.
- 35:01I'm like, you're doing way more good doing what you're doing.
- 35:04Stop focusing in on the, like, I.
- 35:07Thousands of cases.
- 35:09I only remember the ones that I didn't get right or I got the wrong interpretation right.
- 35:15And I think that happens to so many of us in just any Walk of life, you know, it's like we focus on the thing that didn't go our way.
- 35:24Yes.
- 35:25Why couldn't we do it this way?
- 35:26Why?
- 35:27And it's like the rumination over and over again.
- 35:30And, like, I want to be able to, like, turn my focus and be able to, like, focus on the.
- 35:35Once I start.
- 35:36So my girlfriend, she's like, you need to meditate.
- 35:38You need to love yourself.
- 35:39And I'm like, fuck you.
- 35:41I was so angry at her, totally.
- 35:43But she's like, you don't.
- 35:44I'm like, I'm in the delta state, which they've done brain scans.
- 35:47I'm in the delta state why I'm doing this work, which is the.
- 35:50Which is the state that they put people in that have com.
- 35:53Like when they have severe brain trauma, they put them into comas to get them into this state, the dreamless state.
- 36:00And I'm like.
- 36:00I'm in that all day at work.
- 36:02I don't need to do.
- 36:02You know, I don't.
- 36:03And she's.
- 36:04She's like, no, you need to.
- 36:05And we went to Dr.
- 36:06Joe Dispenza, four of us.
- 36:09And it changed my whole life.
- 36:11And so when you talk about that, it gave me grace.
- 36:16And I realized I'm like, I've never done this for myself.
- 36:19And I had to unlearn.
- 36:22I had to unlearn.
- 36:23And the more that I unlearned, the more was given to me, the more things can.
- 36:28Like, I realize for myself, in order to do the work that I do and not take it on, that there's an equalizer out there.
- 36:36And I'm not in charge of who dies.
- 36:38I'm not in charge of who gets put in jail.
- 36:40I'm not in charge of.
- 36:41I'm in charge of just giving the information and letting the universe take care of it.
- 36:46And just know that there's an equalizer out there.
- 36:48God, don't get caught up on semantics.
- 36:52It helped me tremendously.
- 36:54So that was your game changer.
- 36:56Game changer.
- 36:57It changed everything.
- 36:58And now I don't.
- 36:59I, you know, I deal.
- 37:01People could not spend five minutes in my head with the things that I have to deal with.
- 37:06I mean, is it like you're just walking down the street and somebody passes you by half the time and you start getting, like, intuition and.
- 37:12Or is it like one of the things.
- 37:14I have so many people that are alive that pop into my head, and then I'm like, okay, what?
- 37:18Wait, where is that?
- 37:19You know?
- 37:20And if I.
- 37:20My.
- 37:21One of my kids start pop, I'm like, oh, my gosh.
- 37:22What's.
- 37:23I'm like, can you hold on a second?
- 37:24I need to call them.
- 37:26And it's always something, but yet more life.
- 37:28People pop into my head than even people.
- 37:30But it's a free fall.
- 37:32When I go down to the beach, my meditation, though no one does, there's something that they've done.
- 37:38My guides, my angelic, you know, what did I call them?
- 37:43My angelic gangsters.
- 37:45Because they make me mad sometimes.
- 37:49They make sure that that's my time, and so it's just for me.
- 37:54But when I'm down at the beach, if I open it up all everyone.
- 37:57I'm like a magnet for all the dead people I've talked to that are, like, around me.
- 38:03You're like, all of a sudden, it's a party in my.
- 38:06Okay.
- 38:07But no, I don't.
- 38:09Sometimes there's times where I'm like, ooh, ooh.
- 38:12That did not.
- 38:13That's not good.
- 38:14You know?
- 38:15So are there times when you find yourself holding yourself back, like you don't want to tell people things that come up?
- 38:20Yes.
- 38:20Okay.
- 38:21Yes.
- 38:21Yes.
- 38:22It's like, you just can't let that.
- 38:23Sometimes people that know me know.
- 38:27Words carry weight, right?
- 38:28And so I'm very, very, very careful about what I say and without diminishing what I'm supposed to say, right?
- 38:41So if I get information, like, oh, somebody's parent is this or that, or like, I, I, I can give it in a way, just like I talked to you earlier, where they're like, just say, you know, she had
- 38:54a dream last night.
- 38:55You know, I ask him, like, okay, how.
- 38:56What should I say?
- 38:57And I usually get the information, what I should say.
- 39:00I mean, it's, it's absolutely amazing that you have this gift, you know, and that you're able, you're able to give people peace too.
- 39:07I feel like a lot of the time, you know, it's like, I think it's.
- 39:10I realize that we're.
- 39:13Because we're all connected.
- 39:15If I can see healing or if I, I'm just the facilitator that it comes through.
- 39:20I don't heal people, but I get them connected to where they are healed, where they're already connected to it, because everybody has that intelligence to heal themselves too, along with doctors and along with, you know, people that work
- 39:36side by side with people.
- 39:39I'm not saying to negate that or to get rid of Western medicine by any means, but we are.
- 39:45That's one thing that Dr.
- 39:46Joe believes in.
- 39:48He's just like, we're meant to heal.
- 39:49Ourselves, and that's through different modalities, through food, through.
- 39:53Yeah, this is our.
- 39:55This is the only one.
- 39:56We have our body.
- 39:57And that's the other thing.
- 39:58Love your body.
- 39:59Our body's a computer that takes in every.
- 40:01Absolutely every single thing you tell it.
- 40:04We might forget what we tell it, but it does not.
- 40:06It holds.
- 40:07Okay, so what advice would you give midlife women who are going through a lot of.
- 40:11You know, there's biological changes, there are changes in friendships, relationships.
- 40:15Kids are getting older.
- 40:16You know, maybe they're going through a divorce.
- 40:17Like, find your passion and don't think it's gonna come right away.
- 40:23Your passion could be a lifelong thing to find, which is.
- 40:27That's exactly what it's about.
- 40:28It's gonna change what you believe in today could change tomorrow, and what you like today changes, you know, and my advice would be, give yourself some grace.
- 40:40Be and love yourself.
- 40:43If you want to be loved, love yourself.
- 40:46That is the.
- 40:48Probably the.
- 40:49The biggest thing.
- 40:50And then talk to yourself differently.
- 40:53Like, okay, universe, you know how we always say, like, hey, you know, if whatever it is you want, you have to give it away or whatever it is, you have to feel like it is happening right now.
- 41:06I take it a step further, and I would say, like, if you want a relationship, say, okay, universe, thank you for making the connections and helping me find the person that's already madly in love with me.
- 41:21Because there is somebody madly in love with you.
- 41:24There is no past, present, future if you.
- 41:27Whenever I get shown information, I have to weave through and figure out if it was the past or the future, it shows up in the same spot.
- 41:35So in the universe, the best way I can explain it, talk to yourself, whatever your future self.
- 41:41Like, talk to as your future self.
- 41:43Like, okay, thank you, universe, for giving me the person that is madly obsessed with me in the right ways.
- 41:50You could take that with your work.
- 41:51Thank you for connecting me to the people that.
- 41:55That love this work, you know?
- 41:57And, you know, I said that one day, and then you asked to see for me to come on your podcast, and I didn't even know that we met before.
- 42:05It's crazy how it works, you know, like how the universe works.
- 42:09And I think, too, it's like the inner monologue in our heads are.
- 42:12Is so powerful.
- 42:13Have a good loop.
- 42:15Don't have a fucking.
- 42:16Don't have a loop that you have no control over.
- 42:18And that's the other thing.
- 42:19I had to completely let go of everything I thought I had control over.
- 42:25Like, that's Crazy that I thought I have.
- 42:27I have control over who dies and who doesn't die.
- 42:30Well, you kind of do.
- 42:32I mean, you could let them know.
- 42:34You're like, maybe you shouldn't take that trip next week.
- 42:37I have families that call me, should I get on that plane?
- 42:40Really?
- 42:41It's usually because they've had someone that has died on a plane.
- 42:44Okay, so do you ever say, no, don't get on the plane.
- 42:47I have.
- 42:47Or somebody's.
- 42:49Somebody's gonna be held up because their passport is.
- 42:51You know, and sure enough that I'm like.
- 42:53I'm like, make sure you get to the airport.
- 42:55There's gonna be.
- 42:56You know, you're in Europe.
- 42:57I'm seeing there's a delay, and you're barely gonna make your flight.
- 43:00Do not miss your flight because you're gonna be there for two days.
- 43:03And it happens.
- 43:04And they're like, oh, my God, they get so mad.
- 43:07But I try.
- 43:08I look for things, you know, that's.
- 43:10That's easy.
- 43:10And I get asked that all the time.
- 43:12And that was something with the kids, you know, I'm like, you know, I tell my daughter, I'm like, please don't go.
- 43:18I'm like, and she knew, like, she was a junior.
- 43:20She's like, okay.
- 43:22And sure.
- 43:22I'm like.
- 43:23And I looked to see him, like, should she be there?
- 43:24Is she gonna save somebody's life by being there?
- 43:26Like, what?
- 43:27And I'm like, no, she's gonna be associated the people that are, you know.
- 43:30And sure enough, somebody drank too much and they had to take her to the hospital, but because she was.
- 43:37Was, you know, I'm just like, please just don't be a part tonight.
- 43:41But I always look to see Mike.
- 43:43Maybe she should be there, because maybe she's going to be the one that.
- 43:46Right?
- 43:46You know, Mike told them to not take anybody else's drink.
- 43:50She tried telling him, you know.
- 43:53And do they listen to you, the kids, when you tell them these things?
- 43:56Like, my son, they're like, we're not going to fuck with.
- 43:59Not so much my daughter.
- 44:00She's like, okay.
- 44:02You know, when she says.
- 44:02She's like, how did I do on my test?
- 44:04I'll look into it.
- 44:05And then I'll like.
- 44:06Or what should I study for?
- 44:07And I'm like, whatever you studied for two weeks ago, you need to redo.
- 44:12Like, you need.
- 44:12And so she'll get things.
- 44:14It's not.
- 44:14You know, instead of telling me about her test, I'm like, oh, my gosh, you scored really well.
- 44:18And then she'll get the test results.
- 44:20That's amazing.
- 44:21Like, you're like, okay, you need to go back and, like, really focus on this.
- 44:25I have no.
- 44:26Because she.
- 44:26She mapped out her freshman year.
- 44:28She had calculus for her first math class in college at Cal Poly.
- 44:34Slow.
- 44:34Yeah.
- 44:35She's an aerospace engineer, and she's working it.
- 44:37I'm so.
- 44:38I'm very proud of her.
- 44:41And.
- 44:42And my son's at Berkeley.
- 44:43Philosophy, so.
- 44:44Well, your work, I mean, speaks for itself.
- 44:47It's absolutely amazing.
- 44:49And so much so that your good friend Jessica Alba is doing a show about this.
- 44:54I mean, so tell me about that.
- 44:57Can you.
- 44:57What can you tell us?
- 44:58We're creating a show right now about my life, having somebody play me.
- 45:05So at Joe.
- 45:06Our first Joe Dispense, she's the one that dragged me to meditation.
- 45:09So at our first retreat, she's the one I.
- 45:12Three bats went.
- 45:13I'll say real fast.
- 45:14Three bats went by my head at the beach in Cancun.
- 45:16And I'm like, knock it off, Eddie.
- 45:18And like, who's Eddie?
- 45:19And he was somebody that passed away from a family that I love and adore.
- 45:22He was murdered, and his sign was bats.
- 45:26And they're like.
- 45:26And we started talking about it, and then we started talking about all these cases, like, we got to do a show about this.
- 45:31I'm like, they can't do it.
- 45:32They can't follow me.
- 45:33It's.
- 45:34I never thought about it being scripted.
- 45:36And so we're in the process of that.
- 45:38But she's just like, your life is already crazy to begin with.
- 45:42And all these cases that you've worked on with the.
- 45:44She's like, this needs to be a show.
- 45:46We're going to make this a show.
- 45:47So that's what we're doing.
- 45:49Okay, so have you cast.
- 45:50Who's going to play you yet?
- 45:51We're in the process.
- 45:52Is there, like, a dream list?
- 45:53Like a dream list you have?
- 45:55Those are the things I can't look into.
- 45:57Like, I've.
- 45:57I've let it go.
- 45:58People are like, you know, they have their own list that they're thinking about, but it depends on what age they're going to have me.
- 46:07Like, some people are interested in me.
- 46:09They're going to make it to where I'm divorced or younger, you know, but I've been married for 25 years this year with two kids.
- 46:17But they don't want to make it identical to my life, which is absolutely what I.
- 46:23It's.
- 46:23But the stuff that I do will be.
- 46:25But they.
- 46:26Let's have her in the dating realm.
- 46:28How much fun would that be?
- 46:29And I'm like, that's super fun.
- 46:33So you could be, like, having the time of your life out there dating those cute guys.
- 46:37But yes.
- 46:39Oh, my God.
- 46:40Yeah.
- 46:40When you're dating, you probably got intuitions of these guys that.
- 46:45So did that change how you dated?
- 46:47Like, was that the difference?
- 46:50I didn't know what I had back then.
- 46:52You know, I knew their codes.
- 46:53I always knew when they were lying.
- 46:55But to prove it is a whole different story.
- 46:59Story.
- 46:59Yeah.
- 46:59Yeah.
- 47:01Okay, that's.
- 47:02That's interesting.
- 47:02That's actually a gift when you're dating, especially in Los Angeles.
- 47:06So did you ever think that your life would be a scripted series like this?
- 47:10Is that so?
- 47:11No, I never.
- 47:13You know, I am so grateful I get to do what I do, but I know that wasn't something that I ever like, oh, there's going to be somebody that's going to play me.
- 47:22That's amazing.
- 47:24So what does the future look like for you other than the show?
- 47:27Like, what.
- 47:27What.
- 47:28What is.
- 47:28Jennifer, I would love to.
- 47:30My dream is to go to wineries all over the world and do wine and spirits.
- 47:37It's perfect.
- 47:38And that's the name of the show, too, right?
- 47:40Because with translators.
- 47:42Because the information comes to me in English.
- 47:44So I've had Japanese families that come to me that have their translator, and we go through the translator, but I get their relatives that are over on the other side that never spoke English.
- 47:55I get English.
- 47:56And so I'm able to still give every.
- 47:57And that's with every country.
- 47:59Oh, interesting.
- 48:00So the ones on the other side will speak and will give you English.
- 48:03Yeah.
- 48:03Oh, that's interesting.
- 48:05So they kind of already know.
- 48:06They're like, we better speak in English.
- 48:09That way because it's not talking.
- 48:10They project their feelings and thoughts, and so that's what I give them.
- 48:13Oh, so it's not actually them speaking.
- 48:15No.
- 48:16Okay.
- 48:17Dreams.
- 48:17If you ever watch your dream state, no one ever talks.
- 48:21Okay, that's.
- 48:22Yeah.
- 48:22You don't see people's, like, mouths moving and interesting.
- 48:26So it's really their thoughts.
- 48:27So what do you think about signs?
- 48:29Do you think about, like, you know, the butterfly or the feather?
- 48:32Like, is that somebody that's passed?
- 48:34I mean, it is real.
- 48:36It is definitely real.
- 48:37I mean, I was sent flowers that had a blue butterfly and a pink one.
- 48:41And it.
- 48:42To me, it just hit me like it was my parents because they're both gone and they're.
- 48:46They were fake butterflies that my cat tore down.
- 48:49My black cat, of course, of course.
- 48:51Of course.
- 48:53And it was just, you know, so even if they're not in the sky, there's still some.
- 48:57Like, I didn't think that way, but I started crying seeing them.
- 49:00For some reason, it really hit me.
- 49:03And they.
- 49:04They're constantly trying.
- 49:06So it's all energy over there.
- 49:07So they manipulate energy here.
- 49:09They don't become the bird or the butterflies, but they put your awareness towards it and they do everything they can to get your attention.
- 49:16So numbers come in.
- 49:17Every time I see a 71, that's my birth date.
- 49:20That's also the age that my dad passed.
- 49:23You know, it means a lot to me.
- 49:26I know my dad's around, and so, you know, and I never look at anything that doesn't say it.
- 49:33It's very, very interesting.
- 49:34You know, some people see 11.
- 49:3611.
- 49:37That means that you're.
- 49:39Somebody from the other side is telling you that you're on the.
- 49:41You're on the right path.
- 49:42So we need to get more in tune with looking for signs.
- 49:45Right?
- 49:46Like, it's magical.
- 49:47Okay, Ask for signs, you know, And I'm such a dick about it, too.
- 49:51I'm like, oh, well, okay, so there's 10 dolphins, but whatever.
- 49:56Like, I want something else.
- 49:57Okay, two more butterflies.
- 49:59Okay, well, one more for good luck.
- 50:03I want a rainbow.
- 50:05So does heaven exist then?
- 50:07Do you think heaven is within us?
- 50:10All my information that I ever get, or I'm sorry I ever receive, it's always from within.
- 50:18It's never anything outside.
- 50:20I see people, I see spirits, but every piece of information is electrically put within me.
- 50:31Interesting.
- 50:32So it's already within.
- 50:33You have everything.
- 50:35It's within us.
- 50:36Heaven's not anything outside of us.
- 50:39Right?
- 50:39Because you have this image of it being, like, you know, in the sky.
- 50:42And, you know, oh, no.
- 50:43Okay, so it's within us.
- 50:45It's within us.
- 50:46Our heart is literally a cell phone to our loved ones.
- 50:52And we have a frequency that is like nobody else's.
- 50:55Everyone has their own individual light, and they hear it instantly.
- 51:03We are that connected.
- 51:04And the more that you talk to your loved ones, the more that they will.
- 51:09You will feel them.
- 51:11Mind you, it's not because they haven't been there.
- 51:13It's because your mind, your filters are coming down.
- 51:16They've always been there.
- 51:18Like, there's times at night I put my hand up and I can't see it.
- 51:21That's how thick the energy is.
- 51:23And I'm just like, you guys, I need to go to bed.
- 51:26I need to go to sleep.
- 51:27And then because my mind says that they don't leave.
- 51:30But my mind says that and I go to sleep.
- 51:33Your mind is so powerful.
- 51:34So if you believe that you can't see them, then you won't.
- 51:38I was shown dead people when I was growing up because.
- 51:42And I asked to get my, you know, glasses.
- 51:44I was shown that because I wouldn't have believed in it later.
- 51:47But that made me start investigating.
- 51:50I had no idea what I was seeing.
- 51:53Wow, that's so fascinating.
- 51:55How does it make you feel about death?
- 51:57Death is just it.
- 51:59I don't want to make it sound like, are you afraid of death?
- 52:02Not at all.
- 52:04I would be very sad not to see grandkids or see my kids later on.
- 52:10I feel like this is just.
- 52:12It literally is a game.
- 52:13We are.
- 52:14It's a game.
- 52:15And when you know that you want to be the best of the game and it has nothing to do with what you get.
- 52:22Has to do with.
- 52:23Did you do enough with your kids?
- 52:24Did you make them your prayer, like, or your friends, like, who, who have you helped?
- 52:29Like Tuesdays with?
- 52:30Maury, like the, you know, or the five people you meet and haven't been much out.
- 52:33Like, it truly is like that.
- 52:36But it's a game.
- 52:37Like there's something about it.
- 52:39When you get out, you're like, your loved ones don't leave you.
- 52:43They're all within you.
- 52:45And when you realize that, you're able to access so much more.
- 52:50Yeah.
- 52:50You can really tap into everyone.
- 52:52I mean, you can see.
- 52:53Yeah, that's.
- 52:54That's powerful.
- 52:55That's really powerful.
- 52:56Okay, so how actually, what advice would you give your 25 year old self?
- 53:02Shut up.
- 53:05You're exhausting.
- 53:08I mean, I would love that little girl that was a triathlete, a stockbroker that was so insecure.
- 53:19I would just say, babe, you're going to do great things.
- 53:22You already are.
- 53:23Stop caring about xyz.
- 53:27Everything always works out.
- 53:29It always works out.
- 53:31And slow down, slow down.
- 53:36Smell those flowers.
- 53:37Talk to those people.
- 53:40Yeah.
- 53:41Slow down.
- 53:41Be present.
- 53:42Right.
- 53:42Present.
- 53:43That's.
- 53:45Yeah.
- 53:45If somebody said recently, like if you took your phone, like if you treated your spouse like you do your phone, taking it everywhere, looking at it, ruminating over it, like, if you treat your spouse like you do your
- 53:56phone, your marriage will last.
- 53:58Right, right, right.
- 53:59It's true.
- 54:00It's so true.
- 54:01And how are you living iconically right now?
- 54:06Saying yes.
- 54:08Saying yes.
- 54:11Getting out of my comfort zone and writing about it.
- 54:18Writing about it, yes.
- 54:19I've been also watching your social media.
- 54:21I love the little medium, the videos.
- 54:23Yes.
- 54:23The medium I started.
- 54:25So I started that because I.
- 54:27When I'm done, after seven hours of being in this, with all the, with the challenging content that I deal with, I'm like, there's so many great nuggets that I won't remember.
- 54:38Right.
- 54:38And so that's why it was almost like just a diary for myself.
- 54:41And then someone liked it.
- 54:43And so I'm like, what could I say that's going to help people?
- 54:46And there's usually algorithms throughout the day.
- 54:48And I'm like, oh, okay, this is something that I learned.
- 54:53I learned something every day and I love it.
- 54:56And that's what you should always continue to learn.
- 54:58Right?
- 54:58Like always learning, always.
- 55:01Right?
- 55:02You just have to keep.
- 55:03Keep going, keep going and doing the thing.
