- 0:00Speaker 1: Everybody, welcome to Vince. On a Tuesday, has President Trump
- 0:03Speaker 1: figured out a way to get Tim Walz to actually
- 0:06Speaker 1: clean up Minnesota? We'll take a close look at all
- 0:09Speaker 1: of the breaking news overnight. Suddenly, the Minnesota State Patrol
- 0:13Speaker 1: getting very active in defending the feds. How did this
- 0:17Speaker 1: happen exactly? We'll explore the latest headlines there. And also
- 0:22Speaker 1: coming up on the program, I want to do a
- 0:23Speaker 1: deeper dive into the chaos the Democrats are bringing to
- 0:26Speaker 1: the country and other places, including in the Commonwealth of Virginia,
- 0:29Speaker 1: where they have even more insane laws in mind for
- 0:32Speaker 1: the people who live there. So much to get to.
- 0:35Speaker 1: So great to have you with us. The best audience anywhere.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Appreciate you. Let's see. Also, I do have a programming
- 0:41Speaker 1: note for you. Again, remember, next week at this time,
- 0:45Speaker 1: I'll be on at 8 a.m. each day. If you're
- 0:46Speaker 1: watching us live, rumble.com slash Vince. Please go there if
- 0:49Speaker 1: you haven't been there in a while. Subscribe. That'll be
- 0:51Speaker 1: the Bongino Report page. 8 a.m. beginning Monday, February 2nd.
- 0:57Speaker 1: And then my program, for those who keep asking, it's
- 0:59Speaker 1: not going to be two hours. It'll be one hour.
- 1:01Speaker 1: One hour from 8 to 9 a.m. Eastern Time. And
- 1:04Speaker 1: then at 10 a.m. Eastern Time, starting next week, the
- 1:08Speaker 1: great Dan Bongino returns to the microphone. 10 a.m. That'll
- 1:11Speaker 1: be rumble.com slash Bongino.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Man, I was.
- 1:16Speaker 1: I'm glad, you know, I was thinking, and I didn't
- 1:18Speaker 1: even tell the fellas this, Justin and Guy and the team,
- 1:21Speaker 1: they've been working really hard with Dan getting ready for
- 1:24Speaker 1: the show. And I saw that Dan put out his
- 1:28Speaker 1: commentary yesterday on what's going on in Minnesota. Just a quick,
- 1:32Speaker 1: relatively quick eight-minute clip. I don't think he intended it
- 1:34Speaker 1: to even be that long, but somehow because it's Dan,
- 1:37Speaker 1: his commentary just started stretching on. I think he just
- 1:39Speaker 1: wanted to give you like A little one minute. Is
- 1:41Speaker 1: that true, Justin? Yeah, he says, I can confirm.
- 1:43Speaker 3: Yeah, right.
- 1:44Speaker 1: So I thought, I watched that video and I go,
- 1:46Speaker 1: he didn't even intend to do as long as he did.
- 1:48Speaker 1: But there you go. He's chomping at the bit. He's
- 1:52Speaker 1: ready to go. So next week, he'll be able to
- 1:54Speaker 1: do that. And he will do that for two hours
- 1:56Speaker 1: each day, starting at 10 a.m. Eastern time. Very, very
- 1:59Speaker 1: eager for that. I can't wait for the next chapter here.
- 2:02Speaker 1: It's going to be very exciting. Anyway, great to have
- 2:03Speaker 1: you with us today. We do have a big show
- 2:05Speaker 1: ahead of us. I want to thank the great sponsors
- 2:06Speaker 1: who make our program possible. That includes Bone Charge. Bone Charge, baby.
- 2:11Speaker 1: The Bone Charge infrared sauna blanket is dynamite. I love
- 2:14Speaker 1: this thing. And Allison loves the red light face mask.
- 2:16Speaker 1: And ever since Bone Charge sent these products to us,
- 2:20Speaker 1: we can't recommend them enough. I first turned to that
- 2:22Speaker 1: sauna blanket to help with muscle recovery, detoxification. It's become
- 2:26Speaker 1: a total game changer. It's easy to use. You can
- 2:28Speaker 1: just wrap yourself up. Let the infrared heat work its magic.
- 2:31Speaker 1: It's created a huge difference in how I relax and
- 2:33Speaker 1: how I rejuvenate and how I feel afterward. The red
- 2:36Speaker 1: light face mask, equally impressive. I've been using it to
- 2:39Speaker 1: help improve. My wife has been using it, rather. Allison's
- 2:42Speaker 1: been using it to improve her skin's texture and reduce inflammation.
- 2:45Speaker 1: And she's seen fantastic results. It's like having a mini
- 2:48Speaker 1: spa treatment right at home. So if you are thinking
- 2:50Speaker 1: about trying these products out, you are in luck. Head
- 2:53Speaker 1: to bonecharge.com, B-O-N charge.com. Use the code Vince at checkout.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Give 15% off. Both of these products have made a
- 3:01Speaker 1: huge impact on us, our wellness. I think you're going

- 3:11Speaker 1: by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure,
- 3:15Speaker 1: or prevent any disease or condition. Look, I have been
- 3:23Speaker 1: unashamed in my efforts to try and urge the Trump
- 3:27Speaker 1: administration to intervene in Minnesota. in a bigger way through
- 3:30Speaker 1: the Insurrection Act. I've said it a million times. I
- 3:33Speaker 1: still think they should do it. The president is the
- 3:35Speaker 1: guy who gets to make the decision in the end.
- 3:37Speaker 1: He's the one who has to figure out how to
- 3:39Speaker 1: get through all of this, no doubt. And I trust
- 3:41Speaker 1: President Trump. President Trump has delivered victory after victory after victory.
- 3:46Speaker 1: So where are we right now? Well, yesterday, this development
- 3:49Speaker 1: comes up. President Trump decides to personally intervene in the
- 3:54Speaker 1: communications when it comes to Minnesota and in the logistics.
- 3:58Speaker 1: of how all of this is going down. And that
- 4:01Speaker 1: brings the president of the United States to making a
- 4:04Speaker 1: phone call with tampon Tim Walz and the Minneapolis mayor,
- 4:08Speaker 1: Jacob Fry. And in fact, we get the first indication
- 4:11Speaker 1: of how those calls went from the president who posted
- 4:14Speaker 1: the following to Truth Social. Here's what he said. He said,
- 4:18Speaker 1: Governor Tim Walz called me with the request to work
- 4:21Speaker 1: together with respect to Minnesota. It was a very good call,
- 4:24Speaker 1: and we actually seemed to be on a similar wavelength.
- 4:26Speaker 1: I told Governor Walz that I would have Tom Holman
- 4:29Speaker 1: call him and that what we are looking for are
- 4:31Speaker 1: any and all criminals that they have in their possession.
- 4:35Speaker 1: The governor, very respectfully, understood that, and I will be
- 4:38Speaker 1: speaking to him in the near future. He was happy
- 4:40Speaker 1: that Tom Holman is going to Minnesota, and so am I.
- 4:44Speaker 1: We have had such tremendous success in Washington, D.C., Memphis, Tennessee,
- 4:47Speaker 1: New Orleans, Louisiana, and virtually every other place that we've touched.
- 4:51Speaker 1: And even in Minnesota, crime is way down. But both
- 4:53Speaker 1: Governor Walz and I want to make it better, President
- 4:56Speaker 1: Donald J.
- 4:57Speaker 4: Trump.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Now, I'm not sure if you share this sentiment with me,
- 5:04Speaker 1: but I don't trust Tam Pontem as far as I
- 5:06Speaker 1: can throw him. And neither does President Trump. I just
- 5:10Speaker 1: want to remind you of something. Don't mistake President Trump's
- 5:16Speaker 1: pleasant demeanor towards Governor Walz as somehow being weak or
- 5:21Speaker 1: thinking that Tim Walz is really pulling the wool over
- 5:25Speaker 1: his eyes or anything like that. President Trump does this
- 5:28Speaker 1: all the time. He goes back and forth in his
- 5:31Speaker 1: public presentation about the way he's dealing with people in
- 5:35Speaker 1: tough negotiations. He's done this with people like Kim Jong-un.
- 5:38Speaker 1: He's done it with Vladimir Putin. He's done it with
- 5:40Speaker 1: Vladimir Zelensky. He does it with everybody. And so just
- 5:44Speaker 1: because he's indicating in public some sort of warm feeling
- 5:48Speaker 1: about somebody who's been nothing but a nightmare to the country,
- 5:51Speaker 1: that's Tim Walz, doesn't mean that President Trump is under
- 5:55Speaker 1: some false illusion that Tim Walz is suddenly some great
- 5:59Speaker 1: compatriot who's gonna work with him to clean up the country.
- 6:03Speaker 1: That's President Trump trying to kill him with kindness and
- 6:06Speaker 1: trying to figure out a way to navigate forward for
- 6:08Speaker 1: the people of Minnesota, who are, of course, American citizens. Well,
- 6:12Speaker 1: except for the ones who are here illegally. The president
- 6:14Speaker 1: also indicated that he had a phone call with Mayor
- 6:18Speaker 1: Jacob Frye yesterday, and he said the following about that.
- 6:21Speaker 1: He said, I had a very good telephone conversation with
- 6:22Speaker 1: Jacob Frye, the soy boy mayor of Minneapolis. Sorry, my phrasing,
- 6:26Speaker 1: not President Trump's for those of you on the audio podcast.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Lots of progress is being made. Tom Holman will be
- 6:31Speaker 1: meeting with him tomorrow. That would be today, Tuesday, in
- 6:35Speaker 1: order to continue the discussion. Thank you for your attention
- 6:38Speaker 1: to this matter, President Donald J.
- 6:41Speaker 5: Trump.
- 6:41Speaker 1: All right. So there we go. That's the conversation that
- 6:44Speaker 1: these guys have had.
- 6:46Speaker 5: And so.
- 6:47Speaker 1: What did President Trump actually say on the call? What
- 6:50Speaker 1: was that call like? What did he demand of Tim Walz? Well,
- 6:53Speaker 1: here's Caroline Leavitt yesterday, cut four, going through the list
- 6:57Speaker 1: of demands the president has for these Democrats. Watch.
- 7:01Speaker 6: It is President Trump's hope and wish and demand for
- 7:04Speaker 6: the resistance and chaos to end today. That's why President
- 7:08Speaker 6: Trump spoke with Governor Walz directly this morning, and he
- 7:11Speaker 6: has outlined a clear and simple path to restoring law
- 7:15Speaker 6: and order in Minnesota. Number one, Governor Walz, Mayor Frey,
- 7:19Speaker 6: and all Democrat leaders should turn over all criminal illegal
- 7:23Speaker 6: aliens currently incarcerated in their prisons and jails to federal authorities,
- 7:28Speaker 6: along with any illegal aliens with active warrants or known
- 7:31Speaker 6: criminal histories for immediate deportation. Number two, state and local
- 7:37Speaker 6: law enforcement must agree to turn over all illegal aliens
- 7:41Speaker 6: who are arrested by local police. And then thirdly, local
- 7:45Speaker 6: police must assist federal law enforcement in apprehending and detaining
- 7:50Speaker 6: illegal aliens who are wanted for crimes, especially violent crimes.
- 7:55Speaker 6: If Governor Walz and Mayor Frey implement these common sense
- 7:58Speaker 6: cooperative measures that I will add have already been implemented
- 8:02Speaker 6: in nearly every single other state across the country, Customs
- 8:07Speaker 6: and Border Patrol will not be needed to support ICE
- 8:09Speaker 6: on the ground in Minnesota.
- 8:12Speaker 1: Yeah, this has always been the point, hasn't it? Which
- 8:14Speaker 1: is if you don't have a sanctuary city, if you
- 8:16Speaker 1: actually work with the federal government, if you deport people
- 8:19Speaker 1: who are here illegally, well, then you're good to go.
- 8:22Speaker 1: That's it. The state will be fine. You don't have
- 8:25Speaker 1: any of this chaos. And yet the Democrats who run
- 8:28Speaker 1: Minnesota have just been creating chaos and not even allowing
- 8:32Speaker 1: local law enforcement to work with and protect the feds
- 8:35Speaker 1: from the violent insurgents that are taking over the state.
- 8:38Speaker 1: That's the current state of play. And what you heard
- 8:41Speaker 1: Caroline Leavitt describe there, which is, hey, if you take
- 8:44Speaker 1: an illegal into custody, if you arrest an illegal, you
- 8:48Speaker 1: need to be in contact with ICE so that ICE
- 8:51Speaker 1: can get them the hell out of the country. Well,
- 8:53Speaker 1: that's for sure. And that is not what's been happening
- 8:55Speaker 1: in Minnesota. In fact, yesterday, Tim Walz attempted to summarize
- 9:00Speaker 1: this call on his own, and he misled the public
- 9:04Speaker 1: immediately about the details of his conversation with the president.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Here's what he said. He claimed that he had a
- 9:11Speaker 1: productive call with President Trump. And he also said that
- 9:15Speaker 1: he made the case that he wanted investigations, that would
- 9:18Speaker 1: be criminal investigations, into federal law enforcement because of the
- 9:23Speaker 1: deaths of Renee Good and Alex Preddy. He said that
- 9:28Speaker 1: the president agreed he would talk to the Department of
- 9:30Speaker 1: Homeland Security about ensuring the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension
- 9:34Speaker 1: is able to conduct an independent investigation, as would ordinarily
- 9:37Speaker 1: be the case. Now, I think based on the public
- 9:40Speaker 1: record here, Walz is lying about this detail. President Trump
- 9:44Speaker 1: merely said that he would be looking into it. He
- 9:47Speaker 1: would look into it. That's what he was talking about.
- 9:50Speaker 1: And then Walz says this. The governor reminded President Trump
- 9:53Speaker 1: that the Minnesota Department of Corrections already honors federal detainers
- 9:58Speaker 1: by notifying immigration and Customs Enforcement when a person committed
- 10:02Speaker 1: to his custody isn't a U.S. citizen. There's not a
- 10:06Speaker 1: single documented case of the department's releasing someone from state
- 10:09Speaker 1: prison without offering to ensure a smooth transfer of custody. Now,
- 10:13Speaker 1: this is slick. It's not that slick, but it's slick.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Here's what Wall's is actually saying. Here he says, oh,
- 10:24Speaker 1: anybody who's been convicted and sentenced to prison, when we
- 10:28Speaker 1: release them from prison, if they're illegal, we turn them
- 10:31Speaker 1: over to the feds. That's not fundamentally what the issue is.
- 10:37Speaker 1: The issue is if you take any illegal into custody
- 10:41Speaker 1: for any crime whatsoever, you contact ICE, you work with ICE.
- 10:46Speaker 1: That is not what the state of Minnesota is doing.
- 10:48Speaker 1: And so the distinction here is the difference between a
- 10:51Speaker 1: prison and a jail. Prison is where you go if
- 10:56Speaker 1: you're convicted and sentenced. Jail is typically where you go
- 11:00Speaker 1: if you're being held during trial or ahead of trial.
- 11:04Speaker 1: This is when we want to know about these illegals.
- 11:07Speaker 1: And that is not the information Minnesota is providing. In
- 11:10Speaker 1: other words, Tampon Tim is even lying about the content
- 11:14Speaker 1: of his conversation with President Trump immediately to the public.
- 11:20Speaker 1: That's the typical tampon Tim horse crap. Now, President Trump
- 11:24Speaker 1: just described the details of these calls this morning. He
- 11:28Speaker 1: was on Sid and Friends, a radio show, and he
- 11:31Speaker 1: summarized the call this way. Take a look here. Let
- 11:34Speaker 1: me put this up for you. Here's President Trump talking
- 11:39Speaker 1: this morning. This is, again, Sid and Friends, the radio show,
- 11:42Speaker 1: describing the phone calls that he had with both of
- 11:44Speaker 1: these guys.
- 11:45Speaker 5: I had Jacob Fry and I had Governor Walz. I mean,
- 11:50Speaker 5: they were they were great calls. So let's see how
- 11:53Speaker 5: they report it. But they were very nice calls, very respectful.
- 11:56Speaker 7: So is there a possibility, President Trump, of some type
- 11:59Speaker 7: of compromise? I read that some of the guard we
- 12:03Speaker 7: leave in the state of Minnesota, some type of compromise to,
- 12:06Speaker 7: I guess, make those guys feel like they're in charge. Oh, God,
- 12:10Speaker 7: help us.
- 12:10Speaker 5: Yeah, well, I think so. Yeah, I mean, I think so.
- 12:13Speaker 5: What what we need is they're criminals. You know, they
- 12:16Speaker 5: have criminals and criminals. All I said, just give us
- 12:19Speaker 5: your criminals. And if you give us the criminals, it
- 12:21Speaker 5: all goes away. They're there to pick up murders. I
- 12:24Speaker 5: don't know if you saw, but it was a couple
- 12:26Speaker 5: of days ago announced that crime is the lowest in
- 12:29Speaker 5: the history of our country, the recorded history of our country.
- 12:32Speaker 5: That's a big statement. That's because of us. That's because
- 12:34Speaker 5: we go into cities and towns. Usually we're embraced. Sometimes
- 12:39Speaker 5: we're not. Chicago is like pulling teeth with Pritzker and
- 12:42Speaker 5: with the mayor, the mayor of Chicago, low IQ person.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Brandon Johnson.
- 12:47Speaker 5: Usually we're embraced, but sometimes we're not. And when we're not,
- 12:51Speaker 5: it just makes it harder.
- 12:53Speaker 1: It just makes it harder. All right, there's the president
- 12:54Speaker 1: of the United States. So what he's saying is, look,
- 12:57Speaker 1: I had good calls with them. Now, those calls did
- 13:01Speaker 1: result in action last night. Something that we have not
- 13:04Speaker 1: seen before, which is that the Minnesota State Patrol, the
- 13:09Speaker 1: state police force in Minnesota, works ultimately for the governor,
- 13:13Speaker 1: just started protecting federal law enforcement for the first time.
- 13:19Speaker 1: I'll show you the footage of what went down last night.
- 13:22Speaker 1: President Trump's intervention has had an effect. I'll also talk
- 13:26Speaker 1: to you about why tampon Tim Walz may have been
- 13:30Speaker 1: further induced into acting here by the president of the
- 13:33Speaker 1: United States and his administration. More in just a moment
- 13:37Speaker 1: on all of that. Now, in the midst of this,
- 13:39Speaker 1: there's a big story going on, which is a lot
- 13:42Speaker 1: of speculation and running rampant in the media right now,
- 13:46Speaker 1: whether or not President Trump is going to say goodbye
- 13:50Speaker 1: to any of his cabinet members soon. And that brings
- 13:53Speaker 1: me to what's going on over at our great sponsor,
- 13:57Speaker 1: Kalshi's site. They've got a great operation. I like checking
- 14:02Speaker 1: market sentiment on Kalshi. It's actually really helpful just to
- 14:05Speaker 1: get a perspective on like, where are people actually placing
- 14:07Speaker 1: their money in terms of their expectations? Are these educated
- 14:10Speaker 1: expectations at all? And Cal State is really one of
- 14:13Speaker 1: the only places where you can actually trade on real
- 14:15Speaker 1: world events in all 50 states. It's not just politics
- 14:19Speaker 1: or economics. They've got markets on everything from inflation numbers
- 14:22Speaker 1: to sports, pop culture. And I like looking at Cal
- 14:25Speaker 1: State to track the odds and see what people are
- 14:26Speaker 1: betting on. And here's an example for you. Take a
- 14:29Speaker 1: look this morning. Who's going to be the first to
- 14:32Speaker 1: leave Trump's cabinet? Kristi Noem has gone up overnight, big time.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Kristi Noem here at 42% chance. Pam Bondi. considered second
- 14:42Speaker 1: place here, 19%. That's just people making bets on what's
- 14:46Speaker 1: going to happen next. And this seems to be pegged
- 14:49Speaker 1: to the news that President Trump has sent Tom Holman
- 14:52Speaker 1: in to try and clean up everything that's going on
- 14:54Speaker 1: in Minnesota. At any rate, kind of interesting. You can
- 14:57Speaker 1: go to calchi.com slash Vince and you can get a
- 14:59Speaker 1: free $ 10 credit when you trade $ 100. That's calchi.com slash Vince.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Once again, calchi.com slash Vince. You must be 21 and
- 15:07Speaker 1: the purchaser must be present in the state where the
- 15:09Speaker 1: trade is placed. See important disclosures at calchi.com. Calchi is
- 15:13Speaker 1: subject to U.S. regulatory oversight by the CFTC. Thank you, Calchi.
- 15:20Speaker 5: All right.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Yeah, look, by the way, on that point, I thought
- 15:23Speaker 1: that Kristi Noem and Tom Homan, insofar as any of
- 15:26Speaker 1: these guys can claim credit for the success that the
- 15:29Speaker 1: administration has had, they deserve credit. I mean, she's the
- 15:31Speaker 1: DHS secretary. She's in charge of all of these immigration operatives,
- 15:35Speaker 1: that people need to get all these bad guys out
- 15:36Speaker 1: of the country, the people who secure the border. That's
- 15:38Speaker 1: been a huge success. And the borders are himself. Tom
- 15:41Speaker 1: Holman has just been an all-star throughout his career. And
- 15:44Speaker 1: I'm so happy that he's here working for President Trump. So,
- 15:48Speaker 1: you know, whatever the truth of any underlying tension there
- 15:51Speaker 1: is between the two of them or anybody else in
- 15:53Speaker 1: the Trump administration, I'm grateful for everybody who's securing our
- 15:56Speaker 1: border and ejecting illegal aliens from our country. I can't
- 15:59Speaker 1: be more happy about that. Grateful that these guys are
- 16:01Speaker 1: doing the work. All right. So, What happened last night?
- 16:07Speaker 1: What happened last night? Well, it appears that there was
- 16:11Speaker 1: yet more attacks by these left-wing lunatics on a hotel
- 16:17Speaker 1: last night. And this was where they believed that Greg
- 16:23Speaker 1: Bovino was staying. And in fact, we get some footage
- 16:29Speaker 1: from our buddy Jorge Ventura, who was out there last
- 16:33Speaker 1: night And let's see, this is after President Trump spoke
- 16:37Speaker 1: to the Minnesota Democrat leaders, they finally deployed these cops
- 16:39Speaker 1: to protect the feds. Cut five, take a look at
- 16:41Speaker 1: this footage. This is your unlawful behavior, which means leave
- 16:46Speaker 1: the area peacefully.
- 16:47Speaker 8: If you do not do so, you'll be subject to
- 16:51Speaker 8: arrest or subject to other police action.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Other police action could include the use of chemical agents
- 16:57Speaker 1: and the use of sound control tactics or less lethal devices.
- 17:02Speaker 1: So that's local Minnesota cops, Minnesota State Patrol warning the
- 17:06Speaker 1: crowd that they're about to use riot dispersal techniques. The
- 17:10Speaker 1: guy who was working the bullhorn there sounded like the
- 17:14Speaker 1: stage manager at a Broadway show. But whatever. The point is,
- 17:17Speaker 1: the message was getting out. We're going to disperse you.
- 17:20Speaker 1: We're going to get rid of you. And sure enough,
- 17:24Speaker 1: they started doing it. Now, Jorge Ventura described the scene
- 17:28Speaker 1: that he saw last night. They had several arrests being made.
- 17:30Speaker 1: And as you watch this footage, you're going to see
- 17:32Speaker 1: a bunch of emotionally incontinent libs blowing their little rape
- 17:35Speaker 1: whistles and one of them playing a toy accordion in
- 17:39Speaker 1: order to try and cause as much disturbance as possible
- 17:43Speaker 1: outside of this hotel where they believe that federal agents
- 17:45Speaker 1: were staying. Watch this. Another night and another hotel attack.
- 17:49Speaker 3: This is becoming a major problem here in Minneapolis.
- 17:52Speaker 1: Not only for the safety of Asians.
- 17:53Speaker 3: But just regular guests who are staying at that Spring
- 17:56Speaker 3: Hill Suites. Last night, we covered the other hotel, right,
- 18:00Speaker 3: at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton. So another hotel
- 18:04Speaker 3: targeted here. They say Belvino is here, but check out
- 18:07Speaker 3: the police line, the batons, gas masks. We do see
- 18:11Speaker 3: Minnesota State Police here.
- 18:15Speaker 1: So we're, you know, it's really.
- 18:17Speaker 3: It's hard to kind of predict this, just how long
- 18:19Speaker 3: this will continue here in Minneapolis.
- 18:21Speaker 9: It's becoming a major problem for authorities.
- 18:23Speaker 3: And all this is coming as we now have Tom
- 18:26Speaker 3: Holman coming in. He's going to be actually meeting with
- 18:30Speaker 3: the mayor tomorrow. But these have become almost like the
- 18:33Speaker 3: new nightly scenes here in Minneapolis. Another hotel target.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Yeah, it's another hotel targeted. So they're banging pots and
- 18:44Speaker 1: pans and playing toy accordions. It's also ridiculous. Now, the
- 18:50Speaker 1: police did move in on all these guys last night
- 18:52Speaker 1: and finally arrest them. These are local cops making the arrests.
- 18:56Speaker 1: These are scenes we have not seen until last night.
- 18:59Speaker 1: You are now under arrest.
- 19:01Speaker 9: Please sit down and wait for instruction.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Moving on them. Taking them into custody. So this is
- 19:18Speaker 1: what we've needed all along. This is what we've needed
- 19:22Speaker 1: all along for the local cops to do their jobs.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Why did it take President Trump getting on the horn
- 19:28Speaker 1: with the governor of the state in order to make
- 19:30Speaker 1: that happen? It's just so crazy that it's taken this
- 19:35Speaker 1: long to finally get some positive traction. But yes, that's right.
- 19:38Speaker 1: DLRice64 saying it's about time. Yeah, it's about time. It's
- 19:41Speaker 1: way past time for this to be finally happening. And
- 19:46Speaker 1: here we are. And we've got some footage overnight. We've
- 19:49Speaker 1: got some of the headshots. overnight of these guys getting busted,
- 19:53Speaker 1: all of the mug shots of these idiots. And when
- 19:57Speaker 1: you get a load of them, you start to realize, like,
- 19:59Speaker 1: these are a bunch of thugs and trannies that are
- 20:02Speaker 1: on the street that they're arresting, just over and over
- 20:05Speaker 1: and over again. I mean, these are people who are, like,
- 20:10Speaker 1: just utter goofballs, like emotionally incontinent morons who are taken
- 20:15Speaker 1: to the streets, who just have caused a lot of
- 20:18Speaker 1: trouble in the state of Minnesota. And so, I mean,
- 20:23Speaker 1: it's good to finally have these guys in custody. Check out,
- 20:26Speaker 1: here you go. I'm going to pull this up now.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Check out the trans-looking mugshots of these guys.
- 20:30Speaker 5: Here they are.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Here's one. This is all from Crimewatch, Minneapolis. Look at
- 20:34Speaker 1: this kid. Nose ring. Look at that. They've all got
- 20:37Speaker 1: the eyes, too. They've all got the crazy eyes. These are,
- 20:41Speaker 1: the guy's still got acne, this child. He's 24 years old. What?
- 20:45Speaker 1: It says Samantha Faye Machowski. Is that a girl or
- 20:50Speaker 1: a guy? You never know these days. Here's another one.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Justin Neil Shelton, 37 years old of St. Paul, arrested
- 20:57Speaker 1: by the Maple Grove Police Department, local police department, Maple
- 21:00Speaker 1: Grove involved in this, as well as the Minneapolis State Patrol.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Here's another guy. They all have the eyes. Eric Raphael Bollender,
- 21:08Speaker 1: arrested by State Patrol. And there's another one, child, Jalyn
- 21:13Speaker 1: Marie Rodriguez, 24 years old. Another one, Kashmir Ladeen Hamilton Grinnell,
- 21:20Speaker 1: 19 years old, arrested by State Patrol for rioting. Here's
- 21:23Speaker 1: another one that's kind of androgynous. Bailey Ray Schlosser, 26,
- 21:28Speaker 1: ring pierced right through the top lip.
- 21:31Speaker 5: Woof.
- 21:32Speaker 1: And then another one. How did that chick get pulled out?
- 21:35Speaker 1: Sarah Nicole Workman, 28 years old. Crazy eyes all the
- 21:40Speaker 1: way through. Freya James Ebsen, that's a dude pretending to
- 21:44Speaker 1: be a chick, 23 years old. And the list goes on. Oh,
- 21:49Speaker 1: face tattoos, of course. We get dudes with face tattoos
- 21:53Speaker 1: showing up. So, you know, thugs and trannies keep taking
- 21:55Speaker 1: to the streets and causing all of this chaos, and
- 21:58Speaker 1: now finally local cops taking them into custody. Now, I
- 22:01Speaker 1: do have a thought as to what may further have
- 22:04Speaker 1: induced tampon Tim Walz to finally act. And I wonder
- 22:11Speaker 1: if President Trump even brought this up. But remember, it
- 22:14Speaker 1: wasn't a week or so ago that we were just
- 22:16Speaker 1: given information that the federal government has launched criminal investigations
- 22:21Speaker 1: into Tampon Tim, Jacob Fry, and Keith Ellison for obstructing
- 22:25Speaker 1: law enforcement, for obstructing ICE, and for encouraging the people
- 22:30Speaker 1: of Minnesota to wage an insurrection against the federal government.
- 22:35Speaker 1: They're under criminal investigation right now. And It may very
- 22:39Speaker 1: well have been over the course of their conversation that
- 22:41Speaker 1: President Trump brought that up, or perhaps Tim Walz brought
- 22:44Speaker 1: that up, or maybe neither of them brought that up,
- 22:46Speaker 1: but that was somewhere in Tampon Tim's mind that, well,
- 22:49Speaker 1: hold on a second. If I've got a criminal investigation
- 22:53Speaker 1: coming from me, what kind of exonerating evidence can I
- 22:55Speaker 1: establish in order to say that I'm not obstructing ICE,
- 22:58Speaker 1: that instead that I'm actually working with them? And so
- 23:01Speaker 1: maybe this is on his mind as President Trump wrings
- 23:04Speaker 1: his neck yesterday and says, you better do something. You
- 23:08Speaker 1: better do something to clean this up. So now we
- 23:11Speaker 1: have state police intervening. We'll see. That pressure may have
- 23:15Speaker 1: had an impact here. And it's a reminder that consequences
- 23:19Speaker 1: are a way to restore order. If Tampon Tim was
- 23:23Speaker 1: animated by the fact that there's a federal investigation going
- 23:26Speaker 1: on to his criminal behavior right now, it is an
- 23:29Speaker 1: obvious reminder that criminal consequences are The Justice Department imposing
- 23:35Speaker 1: consequences on criminals is how you deter crime. It's how
- 23:39Speaker 1: you restore order. So we need to see a lot
- 23:42Speaker 1: more of that. Please keep that coming. All right, more
- 23:45Speaker 1: in a moment, including from the lunatics who are threatening
- 23:50Speaker 1: to make things even more violent in the country. I've
- 23:53Speaker 1: got some FAFO videos for you. You ready for some FAFOs?

- 26:28Speaker 5: All right.
- 26:28Speaker 1: Thanks, Birch Gold.
- 26:29Speaker 5: All right.
- 26:31Speaker 1: Let's see here. So, you guys chat. Do we want
- 26:34Speaker 1: some FAFO? We got some FAFO. We have it, baby.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Did you see the chick who picked up a flashbang
- 26:45Speaker 1: and then tried to throw it back at the police,
- 26:48Speaker 1: at the feds? And then the flashbang exploded in her hand. And, well...
- 26:55Speaker 1: She found out, in other words. Take a look. Cut seven.
- 27:00Speaker 1: The terrorist, the insurgent, who picked up the flashbang. Here
- 27:04Speaker 1: she is running away from the scene after it explodes.
- 27:07Speaker 1: She flops like LeBron James. She falls to the deck.
- 27:11Speaker 1: She's rolling around, holding out her hand, which I don't
- 27:14Speaker 1: think lost any fingers. I think she's got all five.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Pretty sure. Remember, just a couple days ago, the insurgents
- 27:21Speaker 1: bit off the finger of a federal officer. That woman
- 27:25Speaker 1: decided it would be a good idea to pick up
- 27:27Speaker 1: a flashbang. That's a bad idea. That's an FAFO moment. Certified.
- 27:33Speaker 1: She made one of the worst decisions of her life
- 27:36Speaker 1: by picking up a flashbang. So those are the consequences
- 27:39Speaker 1: of picking up crowd control devices like that. Perhaps let's
- 27:43Speaker 1: start here. Don't break the law and don't impede ICE.
- 27:46Speaker 1: And don't be in a situation where they have to
- 27:48Speaker 1: deploy flashbangs to get rid of you because you're menacing them.
- 27:52Speaker 1: I think that'd be fine. I think that'd be totally fine.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Somebody issued my own court says she lost a finger.
- 27:59Speaker 1: She used to have six on that hand. Oh, fair, fair.
- 28:03Speaker 1: All right, she is kind of a mutant, it seems like.
- 28:05Speaker 1: And then I've got another FAFO that's just crossed my
- 28:08Speaker 1: desk this morning. This comes to me from Gunther Eagleman,
- 28:12Speaker 1: an amazing thing. So a few days ago, we had
- 28:17Speaker 1: a fella called Kyle Wagner. He's got face tattoos. demanding
- 28:23Speaker 1: that these insurgents start showing up armed and staging an
- 28:28Speaker 1: armed insurrection to kill members of ICE, Border Patrol, the
- 28:32Speaker 1: federal government. Here's what that looked like just a few
- 28:35Speaker 1: days ago. Watch this.
- 28:37Speaker 7: My name is Kyle.
- 28:38Speaker 9: I'm Antifa. And there's so much rage in me that
- 28:40Speaker 9: I've had to record this like 15 times trying to
- 28:42Speaker 9: get the message out. They fucked up. Go watch my
- 28:46Speaker 9: other videos. Doesn't matter if you're not here and you're
- 28:48Speaker 9: not caught up. You missed the fucking fight. But if
- 28:50Speaker 9: you are, it's time to suit up. Boots on the ground.
- 28:53Speaker 9: Nicolette and fucking 26th. My house is four blocks away.
- 28:58Speaker 9: Anywhere between Franklin and Nicolette and 26th and Nicolette.
- 29:02Speaker 1: Show up.
- 29:04Speaker 9: Ready to go. OK, no, no, not talking about peaceful
- 29:08Speaker 9: protests anymore. We're not talking about having polite conversations anymore.
- 29:12Speaker 9: I am talking specifically to my fucking followers. This is
- 29:15Speaker 9: everything I have fucking talked about. And this is exactly
- 29:18Speaker 9: what I said was going to happen. This is exactly
- 29:21Speaker 9: what I said was going to fucking come when we
- 29:23Speaker 9: didn't fucking go and march on fucking Whipple with guns. Sorry,
- 29:28Speaker 9: but welcome to America 2026, where Second Amendment is the
- 29:32Speaker 9: only thing that's going to keep you fucking protected from
- 29:34Speaker 9: literal fucking Nazi gunmen that are killing innocent people in
- 29:39Speaker 9: the street.
- 29:40Speaker 1: With impunity. Now, we're not the same, are we? When
- 29:42Speaker 1: I talk about the Second Amendment, I talk about lawful
- 29:45Speaker 1: gun ownership. I say I talk about preventing tyranny. I
- 29:49Speaker 1: talk about the value that the founders, of course, placed
- 29:53Speaker 1: in gun ownership in America. That's not the way the
- 29:55Speaker 1: left talks about the Second Amendment. Suddenly they're talking about
- 29:57Speaker 1: the Second Amendment. as in implement lawlessness. They're talking about
- 30:01Speaker 1: the Second Amendment to attack people who are doing their
- 30:05Speaker 1: constitutional duty to clean up our country. They're talking about
- 30:09Speaker 1: using the Second Amendment of the Constitution to thwart the Constitution.
- 30:13Speaker 1: You understand, of course, how we're so different. But that
- 30:16Speaker 1: face tattooed Antifa maniac, well, he's FOing now. He just
- 30:22Speaker 1: released a new video Gunther Eagleman sharing this with us
- 30:25Speaker 1: as well, where he's now whining that the feds are
- 30:29Speaker 1: clearly hot on his trail. Watch this from FaceTag to
- 30:34Speaker 1: Antifa Kyle.
- 30:35Speaker 9: The video I posted from the Alex Pretty murder, calling
- 30:40Speaker 9: for direct action, calling for boots on the ground, calling
- 30:45Speaker 9: for someone to stand against these murderers, was deemed inciting
- 30:52Speaker 9: violence and You know, they're being bullied by the administration, clearly.
- 30:58Speaker 9: I don't think that they're going to let them take
- 31:00Speaker 9: my account down, but I don't know what they're doing.
- 31:03Speaker 1: He was posting this insanity to social media, and he's
- 31:06Speaker 1: mad that it's being pulled offline now for inciting violence,
- 31:09Speaker 1: which it clearly was.
- 31:10Speaker 9: They're going to silence me somehow, and they're having a
- 31:14Speaker 9: hard time putting a bullet in my head, so we
- 31:18Speaker 9: shall see what they do to get the job done.
- 31:24Speaker 9: I have a backup account in my bio. I am
- 31:28Speaker 9: basically on the run now.
- 31:30Speaker 1: He's on the run.
- 31:32Speaker 9: You know, I have safe places and I have evacuations
- 31:36Speaker 9: planned out, but the way things are going, I'm going to.
- 31:42Speaker 1: Do you think they'll be able to find him with
- 31:44Speaker 1: this gigantic gash of a face tattoo on his head?
- 31:48Speaker 1: He said he's on the run now. He's got safe
- 31:49Speaker 1: places to go.
- 31:50Speaker 9: You have to be very resourceful. And that's going to
- 31:53Speaker 9: take support. So, you know, thank you. Thank you. Thank
- 31:58Speaker 9: you a million times to those of you who have.
- 31:59Speaker 9: We were able to deploy over 100 gas masks on
- 32:02Speaker 9: the streets in the last couple of days.
- 32:04Speaker 1: Anyway, so the insurgency continues. He's bragging about that, but
- 32:07Speaker 1: he says he's now on the run. And God willing,
- 32:10Speaker 1: the FBI catches up with that guy and then plants
- 32:12Speaker 1: his face into the ground and puts the handcuffs on
- 32:14Speaker 1: him and drags him into custody. That would be good.
- 32:17Speaker 1: So what is the FBI up to? Well, we did
- 32:19Speaker 1: get an update from the director of the FBI, Kash Patel,
- 32:21Speaker 1: last night. And this relates directly to something you and
- 32:24Speaker 1: I talked about yesterday, which is that the insurgency is
- 32:27Speaker 1: being planned on signals, being planned on these encrypted apps.
- 32:32Speaker 1: And luckily, you've had people like Cam Higbee and Azra Nomani,
- 32:36Speaker 1: great journalists who've been digging into all of this. And
- 32:40Speaker 1: Kash Patel says that the FBI is all over it
- 32:43Speaker 1: and investigating everything related to these signal chats by these insurgents.
- 32:48Speaker 1: Take a look here at Kash Patel cut eight.
- 32:51Speaker 4: Group is information we collect from the public because we
- 32:53Speaker 4: repeatedly request the public provide us with information they have.
- 32:57Speaker 4: And what we are going to do is what we
- 32:59Speaker 4: have been doing across the country under President Trump's leadership
- 33:02Speaker 4: to deliver this historic success from year to year. It's
- 33:05Speaker 4: not a trust me situation. It's a look at the
- 33:07Speaker 4: last year. It's a look at what we did when
- 33:09Speaker 4: the FBI opened up their task force in the state
- 33:10Speaker 4: of Virginia under President Trump and our great partners at
- 33:13Speaker 4: DOJ and the Attorney General. We wiped out crime in
- 33:15Speaker 4: the state and we're going to do that in every
- 33:17Speaker 4: single city. We've done it for the whole year. And
- 33:20Speaker 4: on this type of specific investigation, what you do generally speaking,
- 33:23Speaker 4: is you send out subpoenas, you collect data, you put
- 33:26Speaker 4: people in grand juries, and you find out who broke
- 33:28Speaker 4: the law. And if anyone broke the law and incited violence, remember,
- 33:32Speaker 4: that's the key here. We are not going after people
- 33:35Speaker 4: and infringing on their freedom of speech to peacefully protest.
- 33:38Speaker 4: We are definitely not going after people and their Second
- 33:39Speaker 4: Amendment right to bear arms. Only if you incite violence
- 33:43Speaker 4: and or threaten to do harm to law enforcement officials
- 33:46Speaker 4: and break the law in any other way does it
- 33:47Speaker 4: become an investigatory matter. So this signal chat is something
- 33:50Speaker 4: that we, the FBI, are looking at and spearheading.
- 33:56Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 33:56Speaker 5: All right.
- 33:56Speaker 1: So they're looking into the signal chat. That's the point.
- 33:59Speaker 1: And these guys are digging into it. And that's and
- 34:01Speaker 1: rightfully so. I mean, the reality here is, is Cam
- 34:04Speaker 1: Higbee has been so excellently documenting. These idiots keep coordinating
- 34:09Speaker 1: all of their attacks on ICE in these groups. And
- 34:14Speaker 1: people like Cam Higbee are getting into them, capturing all
- 34:16Speaker 1: of the footage and the information and then sharing it
- 34:18Speaker 1: with the world. And I'm cracking up this morning because
- 34:22Speaker 1: I just saw Cam Higbee share a great post. This
- 34:25Speaker 1: is a healing group that they put together last night
- 34:30Speaker 1: on Zoom. Basically, all these lefties are together and they
- 34:34Speaker 1: have some sort of Zen healing expert. First of all,
- 34:37Speaker 1: they started with a goofy song and then they had
- 34:39Speaker 1: a dude lead them in healing exercises, some sort of
- 34:43Speaker 1: pagan healing exercises where they talk about their worship of
- 34:48Speaker 1: redwood trees and the ocean. And somebody said, Yoda is
- 34:52Speaker 1: one of their ancestors. These are mentally ill human beings.
- 34:56Speaker 1: But here's what it looked like on their Zoom chat
- 34:58Speaker 1: last night as they were doing their ridiculous healing sessions.
- 35:01Speaker 10: I'm telling you.
- 35:23Speaker 1: These people are like marshmallows. I mean, really, it's not
- 35:26Speaker 1: going to be much of a fight. It's so ridiculous
- 35:28Speaker 1: that they're able to cause this much chaos.
- 35:34Speaker 10: It's unbelievable.
- 35:41Speaker 1: And then, of course, like it goes on and they've
- 35:43Speaker 1: got the guy who's like doing the healing session.
- 35:47Speaker 10: Glad to be with you here. My name is Ben Connolly,
- 35:51Speaker 10: and I'm going to be the main facilitator this evening.
- 35:54Speaker 10: Team Michael Rock is also here with me to support
- 35:57Speaker 10: you all. And Sam will be handling the technology if
- 36:02Speaker 10: you have any tech needs or concerns. So this Zoom
- 36:10Speaker 10: healing space for rapid responders is.
- 36:13Speaker 1: Something that's been going on for about.
- 36:15Speaker 10: A month now. And it's organized. It was originally kind
- 36:22Speaker 10: of came out of some work by March Group, which
- 36:26Speaker 10: is a multi-faith anti-racist change and healing.
- 36:30Speaker 1: Anti-racist change and healing. Anyway, he goes on to tell
- 36:33Speaker 1: people to feel their bodies and to recognize what's going
- 36:36Speaker 1: on with their bodies and their mental space and then
- 36:39Speaker 1: dwell upon the ancestors. And what ancestors would you like
- 36:42Speaker 1: to bring up? It was, it's also silly and emotionally incontinent.
- 36:46Speaker 1: And yet those are the people who are staging the insurrection.
- 36:48Speaker 1: So there's a lot of material to work with there, FBI,
- 36:51Speaker 1: Kash Patel. There's a lot of material to work with
- 36:54Speaker 1: and God bless Cam Higbee and company for digging into
- 36:57Speaker 1: all of it. I really appreciate that. Now, I mentioned
- 37:02Speaker 1: earlier in the program that in Minnesota, one of the
- 37:04Speaker 1: big changes is Tom Homan's going, and I told you
- 37:06Speaker 1: this yesterday, Tom Homan's going in and thank goodness we're
- 37:10Speaker 1: sending a Homan into Minnesota. I think that's going to,
- 37:12Speaker 1: having a big impact here. But one of the guys
- 37:15Speaker 1: who's leaving is the Border Patrol commander, Greg Bovino. Now,
- 37:18Speaker 1: I like Greg Bovino. I'm a very big fan of
- 37:20Speaker 1: Greg Bovino. Greg Bovino has taken a lot of crap
- 37:22Speaker 1: from the left and these insurrectionists. They've been assaulting him
- 37:25Speaker 1: on the streets. They've put out bounties on his head.
- 37:29Speaker 1: And he's got, as far as I can tell, the
- 37:31Speaker 1: right attitude about what we need to do here. I mean,
- 37:34Speaker 1: he was asked recently, hey, what's the deal? Are you
- 37:36Speaker 1: going to when are you going to stop deporting people?
- 37:38Speaker 1: When are you going to pull all of this immigration
- 37:40Speaker 1: enforcement out of Minnesota? Is there a number of people
- 37:43Speaker 1: that you want to deport? And Greg Bovino had a
- 37:46Speaker 1: world class answer to that. Cut to watch Greg Bovino
- 37:49Speaker 1: just days ago. People in Minnesota want to know when
- 37:52Speaker 1: this surge will end.
- 37:54Speaker 8: We continue to apprehend dozens, if not hundreds, of these
- 37:58Speaker 8: criminal illegal aliens a day. We're going to continue conducting
- 38:01Speaker 8: that mission. We're not going to put a date or
- 38:04Speaker 8: a timeline to stop this mission. This mission is ongoing
- 38:08Speaker 8: until there are no more of those criminal illegal aliens
- 38:12Speaker 8: roaming the streets of Minneapolis.
- 38:14Speaker 1: Is there a number, though? You have to have a file.
- 38:17Speaker 1: There is a number, and it's called All of Them. Yeah,
- 38:22Speaker 1: there's a number. All of them.
- 38:25Speaker 3: All of them.
- 38:25Speaker 1: Every single one of them. We're going to get their
- 38:27Speaker 1: asses out of the country. So if you're looking for
- 38:30Speaker 1: an answer, the answer is when the mission is done,
- 38:33Speaker 1: we're going to get them out of the country. That's it.
- 38:35Speaker 1: So Greg Bovino is a great American. Greg Bovino's got
- 38:37Speaker 1: the right attitude about all of this. But the administration
- 38:41Speaker 1: made a decision yesterday that they're going to put Greg
- 38:44Speaker 1: Bovino back into other roles and not specifically be handling
- 38:49Speaker 1: affairs in Minnesota. Tom Holman apparently going in to start
- 38:52Speaker 1: managing that. And Holman is going to report directly to
- 38:54Speaker 1: the president of the United States. Caroline Leavitt was asked
- 38:59Speaker 1: about this yesterday. And here's what she had to say
- 39:01Speaker 1: about the subject. Cut one. Take a look.
- 39:03Speaker 9: Mr.
- 39:04Speaker 11: Bovino is a wonderful man and he's a great professional.
- 39:07Speaker 11: He is going to very much continue to lead Customs
- 39:10Speaker 11: and Border Patrol throughout and across the country.
- 39:12Speaker 6: Mr.
- 39:13Speaker 11: Holman will be the main point of contact on the
- 39:14Speaker 11: ground in Minneapolis.
- 39:16Speaker 1: All right, Tom Holman, now the main point of contact. Now, overnight,
- 39:20Speaker 1: there was a lot of debate over whether or not
- 39:24Speaker 1: Bovino was going to continue to be the Border Patrol commander.
- 39:30Speaker 1: at large, or if he was going to just go
- 39:31Speaker 1: back to his old job in the El Centro region.
- 39:34Speaker 1: That seems to be a little bit up in the
- 39:36Speaker 1: air this morning on what particularly is going on. Nick Sorter,
- 39:39Speaker 1: who's just a great journalist, is reporting that President Trump
- 39:42Speaker 1: has become aware that there's any concern about this and
- 39:44Speaker 1: that Greg Bovino is going to continue to be that
- 39:47Speaker 1: commander with the Border Patrol. working to help the immigration
- 39:50Speaker 1: mission nationwide. But either way, whatever this actually is in
- 39:54Speaker 1: the end, and I can't tell from where I'm seated,
- 39:57Speaker 1: but whatever this actually is in the end, I hope
- 39:59Speaker 1: Avino stays involved because, again, he's got the right attitude.
- 40:02Speaker 1: If you're here illegally, you've got to go. And I
- 40:04Speaker 1: know Tom Holman shares that sentiment. Whatever their difference of
- 40:07Speaker 1: opinion is on strategy, I know that all these guys
- 40:10Speaker 1: share that sentiment. If you're here illegally, you've got to go.
- 40:14Speaker 1: You've got to get out of this country. Let me see.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Tampon Tim Walz. There's another thing about Tim Walz you
- 40:21Speaker 1: should know about, Minnesota. Tim Walz, do you remember when
- 40:25Speaker 1: I told you yesterday that Tim Walz decided to basically
- 40:30Speaker 1: stoke the violence this weekend by telling his out-of-control base
- 40:35Speaker 1: that President Trump is tantamount to Hitler and that the
- 40:38Speaker 1: men and women of ICE are once again basically Nazis?
- 40:42Speaker 1: That's what Walls said, this is what he said over
- 40:45Speaker 1: the weekend, cut three, watch. Many of us grew up
- 40:48Speaker 1: reading that story of Anne Frank. Somebody's going to write
- 40:52Speaker 1: that children's story about Minnesota. Disgusting, absolutely disgusting. So disgusting
- 41:01Speaker 1: that the United States Holocaust Museum is now condemning Tim
- 41:06Speaker 1: Walls for his idiocy. They wrote the following yesterday. Anne
- 41:11Speaker 1: Frank was targeted and murdered solely because she was Jewish.
- 41:16Speaker 1: Leaders making false equivalences to her experience for political purposes,
- 41:20Speaker 1: that's never acceptable. Despite tensions in Minneapolis, exploiting the Holocaust
- 41:25Speaker 1: is deeply offensive, especially as anti-Semitism surges. The only thing
- 41:29Speaker 1: they left out is Tim Walz's name. They sort of,
- 41:31Speaker 1: just be direct. Everyone knows who you're talking about. Just
- 41:34Speaker 1: say Tampon Tim Walz. But there it is, the U.S.
- 41:36Speaker 1: Holocaust Museum condemning tampon Tim for his idiocy. He's just gross.
- 41:43Speaker 1: And so again, President Trump has to figure out a
- 41:45Speaker 1: way to deal with him. The other thing President Trump
- 41:48Speaker 1: has to figure out a way to deal with is
- 41:50Speaker 1: people in his own party. You know, Republicans in Congress,
- 41:55Speaker 1: some of them are just being complete idiots right now
- 41:57Speaker 1: in the midst of all of this. They're getting squeamish
- 41:59Speaker 1: about enforcing the law. And we should encourage them, as always,
- 42:04Speaker 1: enforce the law. Enforce the law and don't apologize for it.
- 42:08Speaker 1: That's insanity. Stop falling for this. Republicans are questioning ICE
- 42:12Speaker 1: in Minnesota. Daily Caller report about this. Republican House Homeland
- 42:17Speaker 1: Security Committee Chairman New York Representative Andrew Garbarino formally requested
- 42:21Speaker 1: that leaders from ICE and Customs and Border Protection and
- 42:24Speaker 1: USCIS come testify before their committee. Republican Washington Representative Michael
- 42:30Speaker 1: Baumgartner praised Garbarino's move, saying it's important, quote, that the
- 42:34Speaker 1: American people in Congress be given a better understanding of
- 42:36Speaker 1: how immigration enforcement is being handled, as if these guys
- 42:39Speaker 1: are guilty of a scandal here. House Oversight Republican Chairman
- 42:43Speaker 1: James Comer further suggested on Sunday in an interview with
- 42:47Speaker 1: Maria Bartiromo that President Trump should consider repositioning federal agents
- 42:51Speaker 1: if the tensions escalate. If I were President Trump, I
- 42:55Speaker 1: would almost think about, okay, the mayor and the governor
- 42:57Speaker 1: are going to put our ICE officials in harm's way,
- 42:59Speaker 1: and there's a chance of losing more innocent people or whatever,
- 43:02Speaker 1: then maybe go to another city and let the people
- 43:05Speaker 1: of Minneapolis decide. Do we want to continue to have
- 43:08Speaker 1: all these illegals? And to that, I say, hell no.
- 43:13Speaker 3: No.
- 43:15Speaker 1: Right now, the problem we have is we have an
- 43:17Speaker 1: American state that's decided that they're just going to be
- 43:20Speaker 1: a breeding ground for illegal aliens who poured into our country.
- 43:23Speaker 1: They don't get to do that at the expense of
- 43:24Speaker 1: the rest of us. What has that led to? Certainly,
- 43:28Speaker 1: foreign nationals coming into the country in Minnesota has led
- 43:30Speaker 1: to not only a loss of life, but the loss
- 43:32Speaker 1: of a lot of taxpayer dollars, $ 20 billion that the
- 43:35Speaker 1: Somalis have stolen. How about enough of that crap? Let's
- 43:39Speaker 1: get these people out of the country. And if you give...
- 43:43Speaker 1: insurgents on the radical left, the terrorists veto, well, then
- 43:48Speaker 1: that's how you get more chaos. If they realize that
- 43:51Speaker 1: attacking ICE agents, assaulting the men and women of federal
- 43:55Speaker 1: law enforcement is a recipe for getting federal law enforcement
- 43:59Speaker 1: to back down from upholding the law, what are you
- 44:01Speaker 1: going to get more of? You're going to get more
- 44:04Speaker 1: attacks on the feds. Let's not do that, okay? Settle down.
- 44:08Speaker 1: Settle down. And remember, enforce the law and support President
- 44:11Speaker 1: Trump's efforts to do that. Now, those people are not alone.
- 44:15Speaker 1: There's others who've jumped in here. Bill Cassidy, Lisa Murkowski,
- 44:18Speaker 1: Thom Tillis, Rand Paul. The list goes on and on.
- 44:23Speaker 1: And not everybody has the same position here, but all
- 44:25Speaker 1: of them are voicing some degree of skepticism about the
- 44:28Speaker 1: mission to enforce our immigration laws. Enforce them. That's what
- 44:32Speaker 1: we voted for. That's what we want. And then this morning,
- 44:36Speaker 1: you get a Republican congressman by the name of Mike Lawler,
- 44:39Speaker 1: who's also jumped in on this. Mike Lawler has written
- 44:42Speaker 1: an op-ed for The New York Times because that's, of course,
- 44:44Speaker 1: where you go when you want to speak to your base.
- 44:47Speaker 1: And here's what Mike Lawler is saying. We need to
- 44:50Speaker 1: wake up after Minneapolis is the claim. We need to
- 44:54Speaker 1: wake up after Minneapolis. What does wake up involve mean?
- 44:58Speaker 1: So Mike Lawler says that agents from Immigration and Customs
- 45:01Speaker 1: Enforcement and and Customs and Border Protection are conducting forceful
- 45:06Speaker 1: operations in American communities, they should reassess their tactics. Let's
- 45:14Speaker 1: not do that, in other words. That's a Republican congressman
- 45:17Speaker 1: saying that. He goes on to say that collaboration between
- 45:22Speaker 1: the feds and the state should start now, and that
- 45:25Speaker 1: the FBI and state and local departments should together investigate
- 45:29Speaker 1: the deaths of Rene Good and Alex Preddy. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 45:34Speaker 1: what kind of investigations does the FBI do? Those are
- 45:37Speaker 1: criminal investigations. Congressman Mike Lawler is calling on, calling for
- 45:44Speaker 1: criminal investigations into the deaths of Renee Good and Alex Freddie.
- 45:49Speaker 1: That's what he's calling for. That's not taking a position
- 45:55Speaker 1: that's on our side. That's taking a position that helps
- 45:58Speaker 1: to demonize the men and women of law enforcement or
- 46:00Speaker 1: simply trying to do their jobs. If, for whatever reason,
- 46:05Speaker 1: an administrative overview of the way these events went down
- 46:08Speaker 1: suggests any criminal culpability on the part of any member
- 46:11Speaker 1: of law enforcement, from there they can make a criminal referral.
- 46:13Speaker 1: But the idea that these guys should be criminally investigated
- 46:17Speaker 1: out the gate? Whose side are you on? We're trying
- 46:22Speaker 1: to restore order. We're picking up rapists, we're picking up murderers,
- 46:25Speaker 1: we're picking up child abusers, and we're getting them the
- 46:27Speaker 1: hell out of the country. We need way more of
- 46:29Speaker 1: that and way less squishiness. from people who are supposed
- 46:34Speaker 1: to be on our side. Now, lastly, before I get
- 46:37Speaker 1: to Virginia, because I want to talk to you about
- 46:38Speaker 1: what's going on in Virginia, it really matters. I do
- 46:40Speaker 1: have one big success story, one other big success story
- 46:43Speaker 1: from the Trump administration you should know about. The Trump
- 46:46Speaker 1: administration has been quietly, without much fanfare, waging a war
- 46:51Speaker 1: on H-1B visas. H-1B visas. These are visas that are
- 46:57Speaker 1: nominally for temporary workers to come into the country only
- 47:00Speaker 1: in circumstances where companies really need it because they can't
- 47:03Speaker 1: hire domestically. But of course, that system has been abused
- 47:07Speaker 1: a lot through the years. And it's not for very
- 47:10Speaker 1: high skilled workers. It's oftentimes been used for very low
- 47:12Speaker 1: skilled workers. And yet these jobs have supplanted American jobs.
- 47:16Speaker 1: The Trump administration has been tackling this pretty aggressively. And
- 47:21Speaker 1: that brings us to this interesting report from the Daily Caller.
- 47:25Speaker 1: With all eyes on Minnesota, the Trump administration is waging
- 47:27Speaker 1: a war now on H-1B visas. President Trump's administration has
- 47:32Speaker 1: quietly set its sights on H-1Bs. The Times of India
- 47:35Speaker 1: just reported this week, India where so many H-1B workers
- 47:38Speaker 1: come from, no new H-1B stamping dates seem to be
- 47:43Speaker 1: available this calendar year. And new interview dates are being
- 47:46Speaker 1: deferred all the way to 2027. And so they say
- 47:51Speaker 1: the alerts are now appearing. They have alerts appearing on
- 47:54Speaker 1: the H-1B specialty occupations page on the U.S. Citizenship and
- 47:58Speaker 1: Immigration Services website. And these alerts are indicating that it's
- 48:02Speaker 1: becoming more and more impossible to get an H-1B. Kind
- 48:06Speaker 1: of fascinating. One expert telling the Times of India, quote,
- 48:10Speaker 1: they're not in any hurry to give you a visa.
- 48:12Speaker 1: They're trying to deny visas when they can. It's a
- 48:15Speaker 1: completely different world from what we saw during the Biden administration.
- 48:19Speaker 1: This administration does not want to give you a visa.
- 48:24Speaker 1: That's a big deal. That's a very big deal. A
- 48:27Speaker 1: sleeper story that we bring to the surface here. on
- 48:29Speaker 1: this edition of VINF. That's a meaningful piece of the
- 48:32Speaker 1: fight against all of the immigration abuses going on. And,
- 48:36Speaker 1: you know, I'm like, look, as people like Nate Morris
- 48:39Speaker 1: in Kentucky have called for, we need a full-blown moratorium
- 48:42Speaker 1: on all immigration until we get the country's order restored.
- 48:46Speaker 1: And then we need a sensible immigration system that only
- 48:47Speaker 1: brings in people based on merit and whether or not
- 48:49Speaker 1: they're actually going to assimilate into our country. Most common
- 48:52Speaker 1: sense thing imaginable. Now, speaking of common sense or not
- 48:56Speaker 1: having it, in Virginia... The Democrats are continuing their psychotic
- 49:00Speaker 1: rampage on liberty now that they control the state. That
- 49:04Speaker 1: brings us to a report from WRIC. That's an ABC
- 49:07Speaker 1: affiliate out of Richmond, Virginia. And here's what they have
- 49:10Speaker 1: for us now. Virginia Democrats have advanced a bill to
- 49:15Speaker 1: ban the sale of so-called assault weapons in Virginia. Assault weapons.
- 49:21Speaker 1: What's an assault weapon? Well, to a Democrat, it's any,
- 49:24Speaker 1: I mean, fundamentally, it's anything. But in real life, what
- 49:28Speaker 1: they generally refer to are rifles that are semi-automatic, which
- 49:32Speaker 1: are some of the most popular guns in the entire
- 49:35Speaker 1: country owned by American citizens, as is their Second Amendment right. Also,
- 49:39Speaker 1: Virginia Dems are trying to ban the possession of magazines
- 49:43Speaker 1: that can hold more than 10 rounds. They call them
- 49:47Speaker 1: high-capacity magazines, which, by the way, are also commonly owned.
- 49:53Speaker 1: Lots of Americans own magazines that are bigger than 10 rounds.
- 49:57Speaker 1: And Virginia's trying to ban them. Now, here's the rub.
- 50:00Speaker 1: In Virginia, not only are they attempting to ban the
- 50:02Speaker 1: sale of those magazines, they're trying to ban ownership for
- 50:06Speaker 1: current owners. The bill, according to Cam Edwards, who's a
- 50:11Speaker 1: great expert on all of this, he says the bill
- 50:13Speaker 1: has been amended to, in part, remove the grandfather clause
- 50:18Speaker 1: for current magazine owners in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Keeping
- 50:22Speaker 1: any magazine that can hold more than 10 rounds would
- 50:24Speaker 1: be a class one misdemeanor punishable by up to a
- 50:27Speaker 1: year in prison. Prison. Democrats hardly care. I love the
- 50:35Speaker 1: lip service they're giving to the Second Amendment when they
- 50:37Speaker 1: think it can be used against federal law enforcement right
- 50:41Speaker 1: now as they try and deport illegal aliens. But inside
- 50:45Speaker 1: of the state legislature, they're moving right now to stampede
- 50:49Speaker 1: all over your civil rights. Now, Harmey Dillon, the head
- 50:53Speaker 1: of the civil rights operation at the Justice Department, does
- 50:56Speaker 1: say this is a blatant violation of Supreme Court precedent
- 51:00Speaker 1: and it will not stand. And God willing, she's right.
- 51:03Speaker 1: But time is of the essence. If this thing gets passed,
- 51:07Speaker 1: the second it comes into law and people start being
- 51:09Speaker 1: damaged by it, God willing, we have a Republican administration
- 51:13Speaker 1: with somebody of the strength of Harmony Dillon in place
- 51:17Speaker 1: to help guide along the lawsuit necessary to get it
- 51:19Speaker 1: to the court and stand up for Second Amendment rights.
- 51:21Speaker 1: A lot of moving parts here. But Democrats wasting no
- 51:25Speaker 1: time in their pursuit of tyranny in Virginia. These are
- 51:28Speaker 1: just the latest pieces of legislation in terms of what
- 51:31Speaker 1: they're up to. And then there's this. Virginia Democrats have
- 51:35Speaker 1: also introduced a bill to prohibit immigration enforcement within 40
- 51:42Speaker 1: feet of a polling place. And what does that tell you?
- 51:47Speaker 1: What does that tell you? They want to block immigration
- 51:51Speaker 1: enforcement within 40 feet of a polling place. So right
- 51:54Speaker 1: now in Virginia, it's forbidden to electioneer within 40 feet
- 51:59Speaker 1: of a polling place. That's common sense. You don't want
- 52:01Speaker 1: people getting in line and telling you to vote for
- 52:04Speaker 1: and handing out campaign merchandise and hassling you in the
- 52:07Speaker 1: final 40 feet before you get to the booth to vote.
- 52:11Speaker 1: Although I would imagine it's probably unconstitutional to tell someone
- 52:14Speaker 1: you can't turn to the person next to you in
- 52:16Speaker 1: line and say, hey, you better vote for Trump. Trump's
- 52:18Speaker 1: going to be the reason. Trump's going to be the
- 52:20Speaker 1: answer here. You should vote for Trump, not for Kamala.
- 52:22Speaker 1: I mean, it's idiotic to suggest that that should be illegal.
- 52:25Speaker 1: In fact, I think that's unconstitutional. But this idea of
- 52:28Speaker 1: allowing campaign operatives to come into the polling place, you
- 52:30Speaker 1: don't let that happen. But this thing about immigration enforcement,
- 52:34Speaker 1: Virginia Democrats think that they can ban immigration enforcement? First
- 52:38Speaker 1: of all, this flies directly in the face of the
- 52:39Speaker 1: supremacy clause. The federal government can enforce federal law on
- 52:42Speaker 1: public property. What is a polling place is public property.
- 52:45Speaker 1: So this strikes me as completely unconstitutional to begin with,
- 52:48Speaker 1: but I'll leave that to the lawyers. The other thing,
- 52:51Speaker 1: and the most obvious thing, is why would they be
- 52:55Speaker 1: concerned about immigration enforcement near a polling place? What are
- 52:59Speaker 1: they worried about? Are they worried that we're going to
- 53:04Speaker 1: catch the illegal aliens that they're letting vote in Virginia elections?
- 53:09Speaker 1: Are they really being that completely brazen right now? Here's
- 53:16Speaker 1: the legislation, HB 1442. Elections, polling places, prohibit activities, acts
- 53:22Speaker 1: in furtherance of federal immigration laws. The law would, quote,
- 53:26Speaker 1: prohibit any person from performing any act for the purpose
- 53:29Speaker 1: or in furtherance of enforcement of federal immigration laws within
- 53:33Speaker 1: 40 feet of any building used as a polling place.
- 53:43Speaker 1: They're not even hiding it. They're not even hiding it.
- 53:50Speaker 1: We've said for years that Democrats are perfectly comfortable opening
- 53:54Speaker 1: our borders and having illegal foreign nationals pour into our
- 53:56Speaker 1: country to accrue political advantage. The most obvious way is
- 54:00Speaker 1: through growing their their power in terms of population, human
- 54:04Speaker 1: bodies that they use. They don't identify as American citizens
- 54:07Speaker 1: or illegal aliens. They use them in order to get
- 54:10Speaker 1: more votes in Congress, more congressional seats, more electoral college data,
- 54:16Speaker 1: more electoral college support. That's it. Ill-gotten gains, rigged elections,
- 54:22Speaker 1: but also to vote in elections. Democrats have fought across
- 54:27Speaker 1: the country for to allow illegal aliens to straight up
- 54:30Speaker 1: vote in municipal elections, local elections. And then meanwhile, in
