Michael Kim Shuts Down History with 59 | Pro Golf News
Michael Kim just shattered history at the 3M Open with an astonishing 59 — one of only 15 such scores ever on the PGA Tour. He birdied the final four holes, including a clutch 24-footer on the par-5 18th, and finished with zero bogeys and just 21 putts. Leading by three shots, Kim admitted the moment felt surreal — almost like a dream — after his last PGA win was back in 2018. He’s staying grounded, knowing Scottie Scheffler and others will challenge him over the weekend. The last 59? Jake Knapp in 2025.
