Mozambique’s government has approved financing for the massive Coral Norte LNG project, set to launch offshore in Cabo Delgado — the country’s second floating LNG facility after the successful Coral Sul. Led by a powerhouse consortium of ExxonMobil, ENI, CNPC, Kogas, and Mozambique’s own National Hydrocarbon Company (ENH), the project is designed with smart risk management in mind.
