Three former leaders at Pawley’s Island Community Church — pastor Donald Williams, his wife Ginny, and academy director Niki Howard — face serious charges including conspiracy and obstructing justice after allegedly allowing convicted sex offender Warren Perry to work as a custodian near children. Perry, arrested in 2020 for exploiting a minor and re-arrested in 2023 for probation violations, was reportedly known to church officials.
