- 0:54Speaker 1: Feeling full right now, I got a nice show for y'all.
- 0:57Speaker 1: What should we talk about today?
- 1:02Speaker 1: Well, diddy's son got caught up in some mess, so I'll talk a little bit about that.
- 1:10Speaker 1: And then I'm pissed off about some development in the Sonia Massey case.
- 1:15Speaker 1: I'm sure y'all unless you're living under a rock you've been following that or was following that Black woman, called for help and was killed by the officer he goes to.
- 1:27Speaker 1: He's being held, uh, with no bond or whatever, uh, until his trial and we got a development on that.
- 1:34Speaker 1: That's pissing me off, so I'm gonna go over that and I don't like it.
- 1:38Speaker 1: But, um, I'm feeling good, y'all.
- 1:41Speaker 1: I had, uh, uh had my DoorDash for this morning.
- 1:44Speaker 1: I got DoorDash for me a little breakfast.
- 1:49Speaker 1: The thing about DoorDash y'all, especially out here, it's like no in-between.
- 1:54Speaker 1: It's like either you order something and it takes hours and then it eventually never fucking shows up, eventually never fucking shows up, or you order it and it's there before you can press enter and they harassing your ass to come get it.
- 2:12Speaker 1: And so to this morning I witnessed the latter.
- 2:18Speaker 1: I'm like order my food and then the doordash thing says, okay, your order is arriving.
- 2:25Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, cool, but I already know how fucking fast and how impatient DoorDash can be, so I'm immediately getting up.
- 2:33Speaker 1: And then I said you know what?
- 2:34Speaker 1: Let me take a little piss, real quick Piss.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Only take 30 seconds Y'all.
- 2:39Speaker 1: I couldn't even.
- 2:40Speaker 1: I wasn't even halfway through my bathroom moment I got DoorDash calling me.
- 2:47Speaker 1: I got the DoorDash guy texting me.
- 2:50Speaker 1: I got them DoorDash sending me a warning.
- 2:54Speaker 1: I'm like, hold the fuck up, everybody calm down.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Damn, I get DoorDash everyday.
- 3:01Speaker 1: I'm about to go get my fucking food shit.
- 3:03Speaker 1: I want my eggs and bacon.
- 3:06Speaker 1: But it's like, damn, slow down, is everybody okay?
- 3:12Speaker 1: Anyway?
- 3:14Speaker 1: So Did he, did he just got, was held without you know, held to his trial.
- 3:26Speaker 1: You know we are, Everybody know, for the witnesses and just law in general.
- 3:31Speaker 1: You know he needed to be held behind bars or whatever you know.
- 3:36Speaker 1: And so I was fighting for that or not, I'm going to say fighting.
- 3:40Speaker 1: But you know we were pulling to say, hey, is justice going to be upheld the same way for the powerful and the rich as it is for?
- 3:48Speaker 1: It would be for us.
- 3:50Speaker 1: And then some shit.
- 3:51Speaker 1: That just happened in this sonia massey case where black woman was killed by sean grayson.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Uh, he was a quote unquote cop.
- 4:04Speaker 1: I'm heavy on the quote unquote.
- 4:06Speaker 1: The 80 cop to me never was one.
- 4:09Speaker 1: I don't like the developments y'all.
- 4:13Speaker 1: And you know, in the flow show no filter.
- 4:16Speaker 1: We talk about the real shit and we keep it fair and firm for everybody.
- 4:22Speaker 1: And we keep it fair and firm for everybody.
- 4:26Speaker 1: And today we about to dive deep into that Former deputy sheriff that's charged with murder right now Of a black woman, sonia Massey.
- 4:38Speaker 1: It was caught on body cam.
- 4:40Speaker 1: What the hell he did?
- 4:41Speaker 1: He shot an unarmed black woman who was in her home, who called for help, and now he will be walking free on a pre-trial release.
- 4:54Speaker 1: How in the fuck does this happen?
- 5:01Speaker 1: Is law enforcement protecting their own?
- 5:07Speaker 1: I think so Buckle up and get in this rabbit hole with me, there's plenty of room.
- 5:15Speaker 1: So let's start with the facts.
- 5:21Speaker 1: 36-year-old Sonia Massey made a call to 911.
- 5:26Speaker 1: She was reporting that she thought there was a prowler outside her home in Springfield, illinois.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Now that's when the deputy asshole Sean Grayson shows up, supposedly To help.
- 5:48Speaker 1: But within minutes arriving, this asshole Fires three shots, striking Massey and killing her Instantaneously.
- 6:06Speaker 1: She had no weapon, she posed no threat.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Her only crime Trusting this fucking crooked ass system that is supposed to protect and serve the body.
- 6:26Speaker 1: Cam footage is chilling.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Y'all seen it, right, I know my best friend saw it, we talked about it.
- 6:34Speaker 1: It shows Grayson's commands and it shows Massey complying.
- 6:41Speaker 1: And then it shows Grayson shooting like a freaking maniac Maniac.
- 6:51Speaker 1: And can you believe?
- 6:57Speaker 1: The story gets murkier from there.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Grayson was charged with first degree murder, and rightfully so.
- 7:07Speaker 1: But just a few moments later, an Illinois appellate court orders his pre trial release.
- 7:18Speaker 1: And I don't like why?
- 7:22Speaker 1: I don't like, why?
- 7:26Speaker 1: No-transcript, are we watching the same footage, whoever this appellate court is?
- 7:44Speaker 1: Because someone shooting and killing an innocent woman who was not armed?
- 7:52Speaker 1: How in the fuck can they not pose an uncontrollable threat to the community?
- 7:59Speaker 1: Pose an uncontrollable threat to the community.
- 8:02Speaker 1: If you would have knew that this deputy do wrong, mr grayson and I use the term mr lightly, or I should say loosely, loosely how he is he not?
- 8:20Speaker 1: If you would have knew he was a threat before this happened, which he had a rap sheet, this young woman would still be alive, but yet this man blows her brains out when she is complying, imposing no threat.
- 8:40Speaker 1: You lock his ass up and you mean to tell me you are letting him out because there is no evidence that he poses a danger.
- 8:53Speaker 1: This reeks of cover up.
- 9:01Speaker 1: This reeks of cover-up, this reeks of favoritism and this reeks of racism prejudices.
- 9:14Speaker 1: His ass should be inside until trial, just like diddy and, since I'm on that subject, just like the fucking uh, amber carmere and fritz jeffries guy.
- 9:36Speaker 1: His ass should be.
- 9:38Speaker 1: They all should be locked up until trial.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Here's the thing.
- 9:45Speaker 1: This isn't just about one rogue, racist bad cop.
- 9:54Speaker 1: This is about a system that's circling the wagons to protect itself, and that's why I say this is made up of a lot of shit.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Racism is in there, but it's not just racism, it's it's it's classism, it's it's, it's favoritism, it's all of that.
- 10:15Speaker 1: We're dealing with all of that.
- 10:18Speaker 1: We're dealing with all of that.
- 10:25Speaker 1: So let's break it down.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Grayson's attorneys argued that his actions were in line with his training and that the shooting was justified.
- 10:45Speaker 1: This statement alone is cause for fucking pause, because there's so much wrong here.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Let me just break it down.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Let me just break this statement down for a second.
- 10:55Speaker 1: I don't know it's a Friday and I'm feeling I'm feeling froggy today, froggy Fridays, heavy on the no filter on Fridays, because I don't know it's a friday and I'm feeling I'm feeling froggy today, froggy fridays, heavy on the no filter on fridays, because I don't give a shit.
- 11:05Speaker 1: But if, first of all, grayson is wrong, but if the grace's, grace's attorney are arguing that his actions were in line with his training and the shooting was justified, then what the hell does that say about the training?
- 11:19Speaker 1: What does that say that?
- 11:24Speaker 1: So basically, if you're letting him out because the shooting may be, may have been justified, you're basically admitting that the training and the teachings that they do for cops is trash.
- 11:45Speaker 1: I mean, we all know it, but it's being argued in the court system.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Yes, the good old fear for his life defense.
- 12:02Speaker 1: That's what we looking at here.
- 12:04Speaker 1: They are not even trying to get creative anymore, they're just playing in our face.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Man, that man was not fearing for his life.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Y'all saw the footage and if you haven't, go check it out, like if y'all saw the footage and if you haven't go check it out.
- 12:27Speaker 1: But what's more disturbing is how quickly the judicial system bought his story.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Why?
- 12:34Speaker 1: Sangamon county sheriff's office and law enforcement agencies, everywhere.
- 12:43Speaker 1: It can't afford for grayson to go down.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Why not?
- 12:48Speaker 1: Because if he does, the floodgates will open.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Every policy, every training program, every supervisor becomes fair game and is put under a microscope.
- 13:05Speaker 1: And let's not forget the Justice Department investigation.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Let's not forget.
- 13:21Speaker 1: Let's not forget.
- 13:23Speaker 1: They've already been under fire.
- 13:25Speaker 1: This county sheriff's office has already been Under scrutiny for systematic racism and the mistreatment of black residents and people with behavioral disabilities.
- 13:43Speaker 1: All of the above.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Do you really think they want this case shining Shining brighter than a diamond right now?
- 13:52Speaker 1: No, it's only you only going to hear it from places like this.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Mainstream media is so quiet.
- 14:00Speaker 1: You can hear a cat piss on cotton.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Right now.
- 14:02Speaker 1: They ain't even talking about this.
- 14:06Speaker 1: This was a super huge, viral ass story.
- 14:09Speaker 1: But now they trying to sneak and release this guy.
- 14:12Speaker 1: But you ain't gonna get, no, you ain't gonna to get.
- 14:15Speaker 1: No, you ain't going to sneak as long as people listening to the flow show no filter, because I'm going to keep your ass in the loop.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Now let's talk about how Grayson's been treated.
- 14:28Speaker 1: From the moment this case started, it was clear that he has been given a velvet rope treatment.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Consider this no gag order.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Grayson's legal team has been free to spin the narrative, however, whoever, wherever they want, and I don't like it.
- 14:51Speaker 1: It's been minimal media coverage ever since the first hit.
- 14:55Speaker 1: It went viral and everything just kind of just halted.
- 14:58Speaker 1: Only a handful are reporting, and I don't see nobody reporting this shit that I'm telling you.
- 15:09Speaker 1: They fast-tracked the appellate review.
- 15:11Speaker 1: How many defendants get their pretrial status overturned so quickly?
- 15:16Speaker 1: I'll tell you how many.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Not many.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Unless they have the right connection, unless they have the right status, unless they have the right complexion.
- 15:34Speaker 1: And while Grayson walks free, I'm left here asking, and you are left here asking, who in the fuck is pulling the strings?
- 15:44Speaker 1: Is it the sheriff's office?
- 15:47Speaker 1: Is it the prosecutors, or is it someone bigger?
- 15:52Speaker 1: Statewide law enforcement unions and protecting their own at all costs?
- 15:58Speaker 1: That's what the fuck it sounds like to me.
- 16:00Speaker 1: But these are all questions the media isn't asking, or should I say the old media isn't asking, because the new media is asking and I'm the new media and if you in the loop, you know who.
- 16:13Speaker 1: The difference between the new media and the old media.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Old media is silent about this right now.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Have you noticed?
- 16:24Speaker 1: I guarantee 99.99999, with a repeating sign over the nine.
- 16:30Speaker 1: I guarantee 99.9% of y'all haven't heard about this development.
- 16:39Speaker 1: There's a few articles scattered around, but where's the outrage?
- 16:44Speaker 1: Where's the wall to wall coverage compared to the other high profile cases?
- 16:49Speaker 1: Why isn't this on every news cycle?
- 16:51Speaker 1: I tell you why Because this story doesn't fit the narrative.
- 16:59Speaker 1: A white cop, a black victim and a system that bends over backwards to protect the officer.
- 17:09Speaker 1: That's not headlines.
- 17:10Speaker 1: That's going to power.
- 17:12Speaker 1: What's going on right now?
- 17:13Speaker 1: If you look at the news cycle, you see what the hell is dominating it.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I don't need to tell you.
- 17:24Speaker 1: And when you look at a smaller, independent outlets like me, oh you, you gonna hear, you, gonna, you gonna hear about it.
- 17:29Speaker 1: We're the only ones highlighting the disparities, the systematic issues, the protests, and before they could drown out our voices, but they can't drown us out now.
- 17:41Speaker 1: They all hear us, y'all all hear us, y'all all tune in.
- 17:51Speaker 1: So, like I always tell you, this is bigger than Sean Grayson's jerk face ass.
- 17:58Speaker 1: And it's bigger than Sonia Massey, than Sean Grayson's jerk face ass and it's bigger than Sonia Massey.
- 18:02Speaker 1: It's about the justice system that is fundamentally broken.
- 18:08Speaker 1: It's about who gets pretrial release and who doesn't.
- 18:14Speaker 1: Diddy is not being released Rightfully so but Grayson shouldn't be released either.
- 18:28Speaker 1: There have been people accused of far less that are rotting in jail, but that's not the case for Grayson.
- 18:41Speaker 1: That are riding in jail, but that's not the case for Grayson.
- 18:43Speaker 1: They're ordering his release, even though all of us saw him shoot a black woman between the fucking eyes in 4K, with no threat posed to his ass at all.
- 18:58Speaker 1: But he gets the benefit of the doubt and for some, somehow they figure, but we don't have evidence that he is a threat to the community.
- 19:16Speaker 1: Huh, excuse me, I consider shooting someone between their eyes who poses no threat at all.
- 19:26Speaker 1: I consider that evidence.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Call me crazy.
- 19:36Speaker 1: This case is a microcosm of a much larger issue, and that issue is accountability, or should I say the lack thereof.
- 19:49Speaker 1: It's about a system that protects power at all costs, and I'm fucking tired of it y'all.
- 19:57Speaker 1: So what do we do?
- 20:00Speaker 1: We need a call to action, action first.
- 20:03Speaker 1: We keep talking about this shit, we share this podcast, we amplify the voices of the independent journalists, like myself covering this story and demand transparency from law enforcement.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Second, we hold our leaders accountable.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Call your representatives, attend city council, demand that this case and other like it be scrutinized at every level.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Sonia Massey called for help and instead she was silenced.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Now we owe it to her and to everyone failed by this system to keep asking these difficult questions, to keep demanding the difficult answers and to keep fighting this fight, this fight for justice.
- 20:53Speaker 1: It really, really, really, really pisses me off when I'm sitting up here reporting on a story like Diddy and asking the system to hold his ass accountable, like everybody else, right.
- 21:06Speaker 1: And then, after they don't grant him bail even though I, we have to all admit you are innocent until proven guilty but they didn't grant him bail and I think that was the right call.
- 21:22Speaker 1: But do you know how pissed off I am to, not even 24 hours later, to see a story where this cop, who we all saw actually kill a woman who posed no threat?
- 21:34Speaker 1: He has just got a pre-trial release and he can be free until his trial.
- 21:42Speaker 1: I don't like it, y'all.
- 21:46Speaker 1: I just don't like it, and so we're going to keep watching that closely.
- 21:51Speaker 1: I'll have an update or let you know if anything develops with that next week.
- 21:55Speaker 1: But this type of stuff doesn't not.
- 21:59Speaker 1: You only make it worse for Diddy when you do stuff like this.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Speaking of Diddy, his son, justice, justin, I'm sorry Is being banned.
- 22:21Speaker 1: Justice, justin, I'm sorry, is being banned from all LA mansions because he's been running amok and acting crazy.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Boy, just stop.
- 22:37Speaker 1: But the one thing I'm not going to get into this too deep, but the one thing I'm not gonna get into get into get into this too deep.
- 22:43Speaker 1: But the one thing we do notice is that justin combs, just like sean combs, just like the all, accountability is not high on their list of priorities.
- 22:59Speaker 1: It's a time to be quiet.
- 23:03Speaker 1: Right now, your father is trying to figure out how he can get bail and how he can beat this case and you out here causing trouble, running amok on mansions and Airbnb, having to ban you Now, in normal times that ain't shit, but in a time like this, it just really adds to the fact that y'all just fucking do whatever y'all y'all think y'all can do whatever y'all want, and it's not looking good on the dad.
- 23:32Speaker 1: And so situations like this raise questions about accountability and about influence of celebrity.
- 23:43Speaker 1: Is it him just being a kid which he's not a kid, or is it really showing that the Holmes house lacks some responsibility?
- 23:55Speaker 1: I think number two.
- 23:57Speaker 1: I'll keep you developed.
- 24:00Speaker 1: I'll keep you as this story develop.
- 24:00Speaker 1: I'll keep you developed.
- 24:01Speaker 1: I'll keep you as this story develop.
- 24:02Speaker 1: I'll keep you on that.
- 24:03Speaker 1: But let's get to the shout outs on this special Black Friday.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Who do we have?
