- 2:21Wednesday
- 2:21Wednesday edition, Miraculous, unusual word, Miraculous edition of
- 2:27the Radio Ranch,
- 2:29with me, Roger Sales. I did actually got out of bed in time this morning. That's a that's a positive start, I guess, Paul. And for Tom d, because I know he's riding the area over there. It's July twenty second
- 2:43twenty sixth, the second day of my 70.
- 2:46We'll start
- 2:48couching it in those terms
- 2:51till I lose track of it. Second day of the seventy eighth year.
- 2:56And, many of those years about,
- 2:59good lord, 34 of them now.
- 3:02That's pretty healthy.
- 3:03About 34 of them now have been, spent
- 3:06in pursuit
- 3:08of answers surrounding our,
- 3:10our slavery
- 3:12with these creeps,
- 3:14these, creeps that have plagued the earth, I guess, since they hit it.
- 3:18No telling how long ago.
- 3:20We're still fighting them, although we, particularly our little family here, we got one upmanship
- 3:25on them because we got their mojo.
- 3:29You don't hear them. You know, they'd I wish I wish some of them had come around and still don't wanna debate the the Zionist issue with us or something like that. But,
- 3:39you know, no matter how I entice them, Paul, I I entice them. I I slander
- 3:44them. I try and call them ugly names in their own language, and
- 3:48they just don't respond. I'm I'm Oh, yes. Almost at my wit's end. I'm almost at my wit's end there, Paul.
- 3:55Well So you've got some information for the audience. Here's where we get started. I'll, turn it over to you and let you do your
- 4:02Unknown: your bit.
- 4:04Unknown: Really, all we've got to talk about is the website,
- 4:08thematrixstocks.com,
- 4:11and,
- 4:13also
- 4:15free conference call where you will find
- 4:19the links for that on The Matrix
- 4:21Docs, thematrixdocs.com.
- 4:25Just click on any of the links for FCC and
- 4:28join the conversation live. Come on in here, ask Roger anything.
- 4:34Unknown: Ask me anything. For you. Come on down. It's just like an old game show. Ask ask the Raj about your freedom. You know? Something like that.
- 4:42Ask Yeah. Could either we could have a theme song. Paul could come up with a theme song for us, all that stuff. We really we can Hollywood this up pretty good now. K. I don't think so, Tim.
- 4:56Well, it was a good down, Paul.
- 4:58Do what now? There's somebody there talking, Paul. Who's that?
- 5:03Unknown: The what? Somebody
- 5:06Unknown: said something and somebody You can't hear him. Directed. I won't hear you.
- 5:10You can only hear me. You can't hear Paul. Is that correct? Is that what I hear?
- 5:14Unknown: No. Only it could only oh, that's right. Okay. Here we go. Uh-huh. There we go. Todd, do we Alright. That was fixed.
- 5:23Unknown: There we go. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you,
- 5:27Unknown: That's who I hearing.
- 5:30Podhome's been screwing up lately and it hasn't So been recording
- 5:34the archive
- 5:37I've had to go in,
- 5:39grab a local recording,
- 5:41edit it, which of
- 5:43course occurs on server.
- 5:46So I showed off that channel so it wouldn't interfere with the discussions that people were having in the room after the show yesterday,
- 5:55and I forgot to turn that feed for this channel back into FCC again. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Okay. We'll just knock you a couple of days, Pay. No problem. That's okay. Let's
- 6:07Unknown: see. Well, about the only thing of any newsworthy event is we're still in the middle of this ping
- 6:14pong match with the
- 6:16folks over there in The Middle East, and, it's
- 6:19you hear different things, the latest, and I mean, the latest.
- 6:23Because I just listened to the interview with Pepe Escobar.
- 6:30Pepe.
- 6:31Pepe is pretty interesting guy. I like old Pepe. He's got a real nice demeanor.
- 6:35Him and Larry Johnson are working. They've become pretty big buddies to set up a website. I can't remember the name of it, but
- 6:43it's only it's been up about ten days, and they're they're doing a lot of stuff together. Both of them very likable guys. Both of them very, very credible.
- 6:52Pepe says that there's
- 6:55a the Iranians don't wanna talk.
- 6:58They just want they went to Islamabad
- 7:01Monday,
- 7:02and he thinks they left this morning to go back to Iran.
- 7:07And
- 7:08that they're not really
- 7:10negotiating with these people, although Iran has said, evidently, we don't have to sign a new agreement.
- 7:17The only thing we have to do is just reinstitute
- 7:20the previous one. We'll just start that from this day forward, boom, and reinstitute it the way it was
- 7:27before
- 7:29it got screwed up within about ten minutes.
- 7:33It's a damn to sing. So Mhmm. The person that's wheeling the information behind the scenes
- 7:39is somebody that Trump actually likes
- 7:43is this Pakistani general, head of the general staff in Pakistan.
- 7:47And, evidently, they're the ones that are communicating behind the scene, but we don't know.
- 7:53Well, that's what the latest is from Pepe Escobar. That's the source.
- 7:57That's the information.
- 7:59All I know is it's probably gonna reverse,
- 8:03and it's one of the damnedest,
- 8:06stickiest,
- 8:08throw me in the briar patch damn deals that Israel's ever pulled on us. Throw me in that briar patch,
- 8:15Prez.
- 8:17Yeah. He did. And you have briar patched the whole damn world with
- 8:22with tar and feathers.
- 8:24And it's really ugly, and it ain't getting any better any quick.
- 8:29And,
- 8:30it's got all kinds of implications as I know. We know. I'm just repeating what we already know.
- 8:36Come on, Trump.
- 8:38Stop this shit.
- 8:41Walk away. Why? Why Oh, oh, what's the big mantra? Oh, Iran can't have a nuclear device.
- 8:48That's what we've heard for
- 8:50six months almost. Yeah. About six months.
- 8:54Ad nauseam. What about Israel's freaking devices?
- 8:57Not only do they have them, they stole them from us.
- 9:02They stole the nuclear material.
- 9:04They stole the triggers with that damn Hollywood producer.
- 9:08They stole the whole thing. Kennedy said they were gonna have to have inspections,
- 9:13and and they killed him.
- 9:15But nobody ever mentions Israel and their Samson option and all their stock of nuclear
- 9:22stockpiles.
- 9:23But, boy, little old Iran, they can't even have one, Paul. They can't even be five nigga nigga nigga boobers or whatever the hell they used to measure the strength of the damn thing. They can't have any. They gotta join this damn organization that Israel runs already behind the scenes, of course. They gotta have these inspectors come and and and stroke them every every predictable amount of time, etcetera. Well, Israel doesn't have to have any of that.
- 9:50They don't have to they don't even you know, they can say we we we might come with another more serious barrage.
- 9:57They don't tell you. Everybody knows it. It's just the most ridiculous thing. Why
- 10:03do these pieces of crap
- 10:05always get this special
- 10:07treatment?
- 10:08Why? Because they've been able to use usury
- 10:12to attain copious amounts of funding to go in and buy government and government officials,
- 10:19and then they sit back and run everything. That's why they've been kicked out of all these countries over all these many
- 10:25millennia.
- 10:27K? It's nothing new. It's no big secret. Nobody wants to
- 10:32fess up and say the damn truth. They're scared of it. We've got their mojo. We know how they did it. This
- 10:40ought to be people ought to be
- 10:42blowing showers
- 10:44and yelling the news all over the damn country for god's sakes. We got the answer. We got their mojo.
- 10:51Unknown: Yes, Paul. Think the the term you were looking for is megaton.
- 10:58Like, five megaton
- 11:00Unknown: bomb. Whatever. The line won't even care if it's five microtons.
- 11:05Why do they get to have it? They don't have any inspections. They can publicly lie about it. They can threaten everybody in the world about it, but they don't have anything, and they're not they're not, made to participate.
- 11:16Why? Because of usury.
- 11:19Yeah. I mean, you know, it all comes right back down to that right there, doesn't it? They're actual are they actually the only
- 11:28Unknown: country on the planet that has
- 11:31the Samson
- 11:32option.
- 11:33Unknown: Yes.
- 11:34Unknown: They're the only ones.
- 11:36Yes. They are. So if they're gonna go down, they're gonna take out everyone.
- 11:42Unknown: Everybody. Well, that's their that's their demeanor. This is the way these people think.
- 11:47You understand why I say never people wanna criticize me. Oh, Roger. Gotta get them out of the gene pool. Look. That's not my that's not my dictate. That's their dictate. They're the ones that are dictating the remedy. I've gone over this several times on the inner ear. Yeah. I don't even I don't I'll kill a fly,
- 12:05and, but, usually, I'll even in my older age, in my 70 year, if there's a spider, unless it was like a brown recluse or a tarantula or something, I'd take that thing and put a piece of paper down, get him up on it, and then throw him out in the garden out there. You know? Go go live in your big, bad world.
- 12:24I don't even kill those people. But the reason I say we gotta deal with these people this way is
- 12:30it's the only thing they understand.
- 12:33From my studies of all these years and interactions with these people and the constant things we see in front of us on the news like this Iran situation, the way they're handling this.
- 12:44Oh, yeah. They they get two of their one of them is us, and the other is Iran. We get them fighting, and we just sit back and do our own stuff and watch them kill each other and all that kind of stuff. That's exactly what they're doing.
- 12:57And Yeah. So
- 12:59so what do you do with them?
- 13:01Can't live with I think the current situation pretty well proves you can't live with them, doesn't it?
- 13:08Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 13:10Unknown: Mean, doesn't it? Ask the ask the Lebanese. Can you live with the son of a bitches?
- 13:18Unknown: Can can
- 13:19we just go back to the good old days when we had mutually assured destruction?
- 13:24Everybody had weapons and was too too afraid to use them because of Oh, it didn't matter back then. Signing their own death warrant. Well, it didn't matter. Israel still is
- 13:35Unknown: slipping these things on the side. They're not in the in that club,
- 13:38in the Mutually Assured Destruction Club.
- 13:42They they their their thing there isn't mutual assured.
- 13:46Theirs is we get everything, and if we don't, we destroy everybody,
- 13:50including ourselves and whatever it is we're after. That's their mentality.
- 13:55Unknown: If we go down, we're taking the rest of you with us.
- 13:59Unknown: Yeah. That's what I said, I think. Yeah.
- 14:02Yeah. So okay. So attitude.
- 14:04Is it it doesn't it boil down to the either
- 14:08we can't live with these people. That's what I've concluded.
- 14:12Except that you almost got to because they've got all the specialty knowledge and everything on financial stuff. In many instances, they're the connivers
- 14:20because money is their god. There goes Paul zipping his zippo.
- 14:24The their money god is their money, or money is their god. Default, especially debt money is their god.
- 14:32And
- 14:34Oh my goodness. It all comes from usury, and that all comes from the only they've gotta get credit systems in place. That's where the usury come. They milk the usury out of credit systems.
- 14:46Anyway, folks, I hate to get on here third day in a row, at least get on here and wail about these people, but
- 14:53we Adele, you wanna talk about the root cause of all this is them.
- 14:57Sorry.
- 14:58Oh, yeah. I know. I know. There's other nationalities and ethnicities involved. I know. But the other ethnicities don't use the Babylonian merchant law. That's the skill of these people.
- 15:10They don't they don't go in and use all this other stuff that these that is totally indigenous to this
- 15:16tribe.
- 15:18Yeah. So, anyway,
- 15:20hopefully,
- 15:21something good will come out of this. It doesn't look like it. It looks like,
- 15:26you know, save up your urine if you're waiting for fertilizer.
- 15:29Start a big urine pool. You and the family can propagate
- 15:34it out there. You'll have plenty of fertilizer.
- 15:40Start get anything you can get shored up.
- 15:45It it this financial thing's coming like a freight train.
- 15:50Don't know when, but it probably Yeah.
- 15:53Could be this fall, folks. I mean, everything's set up for the October's the big month, of course.
- 15:59Devil's month.
- 16:02A lot of things set up for that right now. Their monetary system has gotten to the point. The ultimate the ultimate answer on their monetary system that we're we're the collateral for, by the way,
- 16:14is a credit seize up because the
- 16:19compounding interest on all of these debts has overcome the ability of anybody to service the debt, and then everything locks up.
- 16:27Bill Holter, as he was saying again and using again, as he noted the other day on his example of a bread,
- 16:35he said, they're probably if you were dubbed to be known on the amount of the the number of
- 16:43credit incidents
- 16:45that take place for that bread to appear on that shelf
- 16:49are probably over a 100.
- 16:52Now
- 16:54this also a 100 is is a nice number. It brings this other thought to mind. I heard a guy saying the other day about you were talking about getting things back to normal a minute ago, Paul?
- 17:05Unknown: Yeah.
- 17:07Unknown: How about the Straits Of Hormuz?
- 17:11Guys, we gotta get back to normal there. So he says, what is normal over there?
- 17:18A 100 ships a day
- 17:20for a hundred days
- 17:22is normal.
- 17:25We're
- 17:27a long way from that, buddy. 100 ships a day for a hundred days is normal passage and cargo passage through the Straits Of Whore Music. We ain't even at a miniscule of that.
- 17:38No.
- 17:42No way. So it could be serious times. I hope wherever you are and whoever you are listening, whenever you listen, you might be listening far into the future. Who knows?
- 17:51If so, I hope you got yourself prepared. Obviously, if you're listening to this in the future, you probably did somehow.
- 17:57But just folks, I mean, I can't tell you what to do. I don't know who you are. I don't know what your life is. I don't know what the characteristics are, good and bad,
- 18:05what you've done right, what you've done wrong,
- 18:08etcetera, but get as ready as you can.
- 18:12Get to know your neighbors. That'd be a real good starting point. Start looking for,
- 18:17if you're out of the city,
- 18:20if you've made that first move,
- 18:22I'd start looking for people that have,
- 18:25some way to grow food, maybe start,
- 18:29start a little co op in your area. By the way, Paul, have you seen that that video of the of the drone
- 18:36that flies into the guy's garden?
- 18:39Unknown: No.
- 18:42Unknown: Honest to goodness, drone flies into a guy's garden and said that he's suspiciously growing
- 18:48growing things for food.
- 18:54They got this thing teed up, folks. Big time, big time.
- 18:59So we we'll see if they can execute or not.
- 19:03I don't think they're totally ready to execute, and I think they're being forced to push some of these things. I hope so.
- 19:09That's generally when they make mistakes,
- 19:14that we could potentially take advantage of. The thing we've got going for us is we got this wonderful truth right here that we know. We know how they did it.
- 19:22We know how all this is an illusion. Unfortunately,
- 19:25it's kinda real.
- 19:28You know, it's an illusion that's built on the fact that we call
- 19:32money debt
- 19:33and that we think we're free. It's it's based on that Hegelian
- 19:38Hegel no. Goethe. Excuse me. Goethe,
- 19:41g o e r t h e, I think, the way it's spelled, Goethe.
- 19:46It's one of the German words, of course, German philosopher,
- 19:49Unknown: around town. See? Hegel and all. G Hello? G o g o e t h e, Goethe.
- 19:56Unknown: Oh, Goethe. Okay. Thank you,
- 20:00Joe. It's an unusual spelling, Goethe. He wrote Faust. I don't know if you're familiar with Faust
- 20:06about the guy who cut a deal with the devil. It's an opera.
- 20:12But as Goethe is saying that I think they patterned, there are none so helplessly enslaved. Now get as I've stressed the adjectives here. There are none so
- 20:22helplessly
- 20:24enslaved
- 20:26as those who falsely
- 20:29believe they're free.
- 20:31Buddy, that's us.
- 20:33Girly,
- 20:34that's us right there. That's
- 20:38our country.
- 20:40You look around. You've heard it. You're talking to people about this. You've heard it, but I'm free already.
- 20:49Well, okay.
- 20:51I'll admit I'm in financial
- 20:53bondage.
- 20:57Yes. And a little bit more than that.
- 21:01There's a coffer right there. Coffer, you got something to say?
- 21:05No. That that was me. That was you. Okay. Yeah. Alright.
- 21:09So, Paul, what else is going on, man? Here in the middle of summer, the doldrums getting how's the pack up getting coming along?
- 21:19Unknown: Slow
- 21:19but sure. And
- 21:21I need to remote into your PC and set up free conference call on it because
- 21:27we're we're getting to that point where I have to focus every every minute on Every spare minute. I
- 21:35Unknown: agree with that. Well, have show today or you can do it right now if you want to. I don't care.
- 21:40So it'll be how I connect in. I think I I now have a working magicJack
- 21:46I can call in there, I believe.
- 21:49And, thank you, Annie, for bringing me the phone with the big letters on it. Boy, does that make things easier. Woah.
- 21:57Unknown: Makes a difference.
- 21:59Unknown: A big difference, actually.
- 22:01Let's see what else is going on. Didn't do too much yesterday.
- 22:05Just kinda hang around. I ate ate a little of that steak I I bought the on Monday and
- 22:12just kinda laid around.
- 22:15Unknown: I actually went grocery shopping a few days ago.
- 22:19Went on a quest for deep discounts on expired meat,
- 22:22which is basically
- 22:24the the way I get anything other than hamburger
- 22:27in the house. And Yeah. I got
- 22:30a pretty good deal on on some small steaks and stuff. So have those in the freezer. I'll I'll get to them. Mhmm.
- 22:39Unknown: I imagine
- 22:40when you get out to Oklahoma,
- 22:44aren't you gonna be able to get some of that grass fed beef out there, I'll bet you. Yeah.
- 22:49Unknown: But I won't be able to get it for get it at 50% off.
- 22:55Unknown: Well, yeah, these are well, you never know. I mean, I don't know what the market is out there. I'm sure Joe can point you to the best deal.
- 23:02Unknown: Yeah.
- 23:03Unknown: So, anybody in the audience? We're here for new people. Any new people drifting here? I think I'll check out this FCC thing. Bam. Here's a good channel. Woah. Here I am.
- 23:13If you're that person, you've just kinda stumbled into here what we use free people.
- 23:20We help them get free. We point them and direct them, and if asked, instruct them
- 23:27on how to complete the process to officially, I'm talking about with quotation marks officially,
- 23:34Remove yourself from the federal government
- 23:38and,
- 23:38remove
- 23:40yourself back to the original status in the country for the first almost hundred years,
- 23:45a state citizen that, for some reason, people,
- 23:49they don't think it's there like these this guy in Augusta, he just doesn't seem to think it's there.
- 23:55So, anyway but that's what we do. The federal government agrees with us. They have for many years, fifteen at least,
- 24:03This month in many many respects,
- 24:07and
- 24:09but we can't get very many people to do it. People are scared. Either they're scared or they love their slavery like
- 24:17oh, what was his name? The English guy that wrote about that. I'll think of it in a minute.
- 24:23But he wrote that they'll actually love their slavery. And
- 24:28You know what? In many instances, damn, they do.
- 24:32No. It wasn't Minken. It was some
- 24:36the the English guy. No. Minken was American.
- 24:40The English guy, Bernard.
- 24:42I don't wanna say Bernard Shaw, but he's one of his contemporaries. I'll think of his name in a minute.
- 24:48Oh, that's the one of the drawbacks of being
- 24:51in your 70 year, by the way.
- 24:56Although there's some positives.
- 25:00So we're here for people that are new, and we love new people. You're the lifeblood of what we do. We hadn't seen too many of the new folks. I don't know if what the reason is. I don't know if there's not many of them on the air here. I don't know if they're scared. I don't well, hello? Yes, sir. Yes, sir. How? Huxley.
- 25:19Unknown: It's Lisa, not sir, ma'am. Huxley
- 25:23is who said that supposedly.
- 25:27People after slavery?
- 25:30Unknown: Well, yeah, him and and and and what's what's his name? The the writer.
- 25:35Oh, goddamn.
- 25:37Can you believe I can't remember that? No.
- 25:40It wasn't. It was
- 25:42I wanna say he was a contemporary Bernard
- 25:45Shaw, but he all those guys were contemporaries.
- 25:48I'll think of it in a second.
- 25:50He was pretty prolific writer. And isn't he right? Who whoever he said it, though, aren't they right?
- 25:57Most of these people love their slavery, don't they?
- 26:03I'm gonna get one of these days, I'm gonna hit a topic that you guys wanna converse about. We've hit them occasionally here, but I gotta just about pull it out of you.
- 26:12Pull it out of you. Come on. Let's discuss this. Don't you have a question? Don't you have a comment? You want Raj to just sit here and pontificate?
- 26:19Hell, I can do it.
- 26:21You know? And that's what I can do. Question?
- 26:24Yes. Very good.
- 26:26Hello.
- 26:27Have we spoken before?
- 26:30Unknown: We have. Yes. We have. This is Beth. I recently sent my Oh, hey, Beth. My paperwork
- 26:37in to the secretary of state, so I'm I'm at that point. I haven't gotten anything else, my passport or anything, but I've got that established.
- 26:46Alright. I'm just thinking about the you know, the IRS thing, that's awesome. But I'm just thinking about, like, we have flock cameras in our neighborhood, and isn't that as a constitutionally
- 26:58given right against my
- 27:00constitutional rights to be,
- 27:03Unknown: you know, flocked to residents.
- 27:06Well, I don't know. Let me ask you a well, can can I ask you a couple of questions? Let's explore your statement here. You're you're new. Sure. What could
- 27:15constitutional
- 27:16rights are you referring to?
- 27:20Unknown: Illegal search.
- 27:23Unknown: Isn't that kind of searching? Well, that one that that one could apply, but you see it that do you as you just sent your your stuff in, so you've changed status recently.
- 27:34For the old Beth
- 27:36for the old Beth who was a fourteenth amendment citizen, does she have access to all that?
- 27:43Would mean access to what? Well, I mean, they're not constitutional
- 27:46rights. They're god given rights that the document protects from government.
- 27:51Okay?
- 27:52Unknown: Right.
- 27:53Unknown: Right. So for the first base is we gotta identify these things correctly.
- 27:59Okay. And we get down to this is the way we start parsing our thinking
- 28:04and going back and going hold it. That's not really that's kind of a generalization.
- 28:10I've gotta come back and say, are these are fourteenth amendment rights, and civil rights are the only rights we get out of that document.
- 28:19So if there are any constitutional rights,
- 28:22they're civil rights,
- 28:24not god given rights.
- 28:25So that's what we're trying to do, Beth, is get your thinking
- 28:29to that point. Right.
- 28:31Unknown: Oh, okay. So you're gonna have to explain that a little bit more Okay. For me. Alright. God given rights to be left alone, right, to be not Well purged.
- 28:41Unknown: By. Well, you used to. You used to until you were put into servitude,
- 28:46and then those were potentially altered.
- 28:48You used to have second amendment rights that you could have any kind of weapon the government have. Now you have to go to some dealer and get a license and do all this other fancy stuff. So do you still still have a second amendment right or not?
- 29:05Are you referring to which status am I are you referring to then? No. No. I'm just trying I'm I'm I'm trying to explore with you this really important difference of god given rights and civil rights.
- 29:18Okay. Yeah. I don't I don't know that. Alright. Well, listen. This is critical. You need to understand this.
- 29:25Because civil rights under the fourteenth amendment for former Negro slaves
- 29:30are in a small
- 29:31r.
- 29:32Civil small r rights. If you go back and look at the
- 29:36declaration of independence,
- 29:39god,
- 29:40rights,
- 29:41duties,
- 29:42citizen,
- 29:43a bunch of those words are capitalized
- 29:45in there, and they were god given rights that were constitutionally protected.
- 29:51So the document
- 29:52gives you no rights.
- 29:54It gives you privileges
- 29:58that they call rights.
- 30:00But
- 30:01because they're civil rights and given by government,
- 30:04they can be given, and then they can also be altered,
- 30:08and they can also be taken away.
- 30:11So those are privileges.
- 30:13So we need we need to get your thinking down to divide
- 30:17between god given rights, which god gave you at birth,
- 30:21and privileges,
- 30:23which government gives you and can alter or take away
- 30:26because those aren't the same. And when you say the Fourth Amendment,
- 30:30I'm not sure exactly which areas if the fourth is affected by that,
- 30:36but there are certain of the 10 bill
- 30:39of rights
- 30:40that are not totally protected for fourteenth amendment citizens.
- 30:45Second amendment, the example I gave you being one of them. Look at the what they're they're trying to do right now. They're trying to take away your first amendment rights.
- 30:56Unknown: Yeah. Right.
- 30:57Unknown: Well, then they're not First Amendment rights, are they? If they can take them away.
- 31:02Okay. So, see, these are these differences,
- 31:05what I wanna do, Beth
- 31:07and I'm not trying to shame you. I'm just showing you these really important differences
- 31:13and why it makes us so powerful because we think two or three levels below
- 31:18what other people think.
- 31:22Unknown: Below or above?
- 31:24Unknown: Well, whichever way you wanna put it.
- 31:27I like it. Like, taking the the skin off an onion. You know, you go down to the center. Okay. There you go. Okay. Gotcha. But these are all skins of the onion that they put on there that obfuscate people's thinking
- 31:38and make them we see, well, you know, people say, well, I think, well, I don't care what you think. Well well, you've told me all this stuff. None of it's right. You're not thinking anything.
- 31:48All you're doing is opening your mouth like the parrot and saying, Polly, a cracker.
- 31:54All you're doing is just responding.
- 31:56You're not thinking.
- 32:00Unknown: So so what is the flock camera again? I mean, it's
- 32:04Unknown: Well, think was okay.
- 32:07Well, I'm as I said, I'm not sure on the fourth exactly some of the
- 32:12oh, some of the things that might be negated by being a Fourth Amendment citizen. I know Devin Devin has got it in our citizenship handbook there for nationals. It's on the website.
- 32:24About 70 pages that goes over this whole thing real structurally.
- 32:29He's got that in there on on which ones have some differences. You don't even have access to the eighth, ninth, or tenth amendment.
- 32:40K?
- 32:41You you got some access to some of the other ones, but not total. They're not gonna tell you different.
- 32:48But that's the degree that we've got to approach these subjects in
- 32:53and to think at that level because that's where you're gonna get the truth. And if you go in other words, god spoke the world into existence, Beth.
- 33:03So, obviously, word words mean things.
- 33:06K? Absolutely. To get the right definition with the right word, and we're conveying the right
- 33:12definition in conversations
- 33:14because the word is a skin of a thought.
- 33:18So when we're exchanging these concepts of thinking,
- 33:22we wanna make sure we're on the right one, and the only way to do that is to do this.
- 33:27Because that's where they've got us fooled right there. We think they're talking apples,
- 33:32and they're talking oranges, and you're enslaved and don't even know it.
- 33:36Right.
- 33:38Unknown: Okay. Hey, Roger.
- 33:40Unknown: Okay. Well, there's Gary. Hey, Gary. You got something for our gal, Beth here?
- 33:46Unknown: Yeah. Beth, have you read the two pages of court cases that's on the website?
- 33:52Unknown: No. Which website?
- 33:54National status or something? No. Matrixmatrixdocs.com
- 33:59Unknown: on our home site.
- 34:01Unknown: Well, you can download a two page document. I don't know where Paul's got it,
- 34:06but it's two pages of court cases. And I think if you read through those,
- 34:10you'll understand the difference that Roger's talking about. It's just a site. They're just sites.
- 34:17Unknown: Yeah. Sorry, Gere. Go ahead.
- 34:19Unknown: Those are actual court cases where the Supreme Court has ruled
- 34:24that basically you as a fourteenth amendment citizen have no rights that the government can grant them and take them away at will.
- 34:33I got that word.
- 34:35Unknown: Okay. Okay. That's what we're really Okay.
- 34:39Unknown: Switched over to national. How do how do I look at it now? Alright. Alright. Well, Paul, where's Paul? He's got him down there. He's done all that. Our website was just a last minute. Start throwing things against the wall. And, Paul, are you with us, buddy? Where can you direct Beth to get the court cases?
- 34:58Uh-oh. Paul's off doing something. I'll wait till he comes back, Gary. Good idea. They're on there. A lot of other information on there too. Also wanna thank Dave and Kay for their national status website,
- 35:11which is excellent.
- 35:14But what Gary's referring to is
- 35:17five different the couple pages of sites, just case sites.
- 35:22Some of them are supreme court, some of them aren't, and they just go over and stress the fact that your property is federal government.
- 35:29And Right.
- 35:31As in you're not anymore because you've at least sent in your exploratory
- 35:35paper. How long ago did you do that, Beth?
- 35:39Unknown: Oh,
- 35:41Unknown: been two or three months ago, I guess.
- 35:44Unknown: Okay. So why are you dragging your feet on the rest of it?
- 35:48Just to, like, make sure you wanna make sure or what?
- 35:51Procrastinator
- 35:52Unknown: like me?
- 35:55Unknown: No. I've had some issues with family,
- 35:58so I I needed to go take care of my mom and stuff, and I just haven't haven't got to it. So
- 36:03Unknown: Alright. Well, listen. It's important. It's not totally necessary. Here's what
- 36:08here's the other side of it. If you don't take care of all the back end of this
- 36:13Right. Something could happen potentially.
- 36:17I don't know. You get a ticket or whatever it may be. We've had several incidences
- 36:21like this.
- 36:23When you don't get the back end taken care of and that happens, now you have not set a record with your local area of notice Mhmm. Due process and stuff.
- 36:34And now just make sure he'll your your uphill climb a little steeper.
- 36:38Mean, that's the repercussions
- 36:40from it. So just so you know.
- 36:43K. You some people probably never done that.
- 36:47Unknown: Yeah. Okay.
- 36:49So if I'm in several states, do I have to do several states worth
- 36:52Unknown: of attorney generals and all that? Well, you know, you don't have to. You don't have to do any of this. It's like Right. Right. Are your
- 37:01choices. You know? Do you need to?
- 37:05I don't know. I don't know how frequently you're in two states. Are you traveling in both? Is it one city in both?
- 37:12You know, all of the variables.
- 37:16Right. But couldn't hurt. Okay. Couldn't hurt. Right.
- 37:19Unknown: Gotcha.
- 37:21Unknown: Because our whole legal system, and you'll even hear it
- 37:25you'll hear it applied to other areas of law too, you know, is we must follow the rule of law. Right. You've heard that?
- 37:32What what rule which law which laws rules are we following?
- 37:37There's about seven or eight different areas. Could you clarify just a little, please?
- 37:43We must follow the rule of law.
- 37:51I'm gonna All of those hold on. I had I had some place I was going with that. All of those are underpinned,
- 37:58Beth,
- 37:59by a concept
- 38:01called due
- 38:03process.
- 38:04As Brent would say, it's a common law concept,
- 38:08but it applies to other bodies of law. It's the process
- 38:11that he would say is due and owing
- 38:13to a matter.
- 38:15I was taught that due process is notice
- 38:18and the right to be heard.
- 38:21And and because that's the way I was taught, that's why I'm teaching you guys, and, that's what it is. So what you're doing is you're initiating
- 38:29the most important element that underpins our all of our law system is called due process.
- 38:36Notice in the right to be heard. I'm giving you notice
- 38:40that I have officially changed my political status from whence
- 38:44I get my rights and to whom I owe my duties,
- 38:48and I've done it the right way and the official way,
- 38:51and I'm just letting you know.
- 38:53And if you've got anything that you don't agree with here or that you would like to challenge me on, here's here's your opportunity.
- 39:01That's the second half of due process.
- 39:04And if they don't do anything,
- 39:07then there's another legal candidate that says, well, hell, you agree with me.
- 39:12Notice deems consent. If I've told you these things and you don't have any objection, well, I guess you don't have any objection then, do you?
- 39:22Unknown: Right.
- 39:23Unknown: Well, I'll be it's also logical.
- 39:29So you take that in your hands. I do not know the load that's on your plate,
- 39:34but go out about in the world. And whenever you feel it's important to do this, it's not difficult. May take a few minutes.
- 39:43It's not difficult. It's not really totally expensive.
- 39:46And if you've got any questions about doing any of this, there's plenty
- 39:50of the national
- 39:52status
- 39:53can help. There's other other areas that can help you too.
- 39:57So we'll kinda leave it in your hands. But, Beth, being as you're new, do you have any questions about that process or anything else
- 40:05while I've got you on the line here?
- 40:09Unknown: Oh,
- 40:11Unknown: no. Well, first of all, what part of the country are you in?
- 40:15Unknown: Remind me. Oklahoma too.
- 40:18Unknown: How are you?
- 40:19Paul is just one of your new neighbors.
- 40:22Unknown: Yeah.
- 40:23Unknown: Yeah. You're not even here to help her. Paul,
- 40:26come on. Man,
- 40:30I'll tell you he's off he's off messing with that kitty or something.
- 40:34Okay. Well, we'll get to him. What part of the great state of Oklahoma are you in, Beth?
- 40:40Unknown: I'm in Tulsa.
- 40:43Unknown: We've got a number of people in the Tulsa area. Good deal. That's not too far away from where Paul's gonna be, I don't think.
- 40:50Unknown: Okay.
- 40:51He's on Tulsa time.
- 40:54Unknown: Yep. You know what? You know, I used to work with him, Mer.
- 40:58Yeah. Who who you say?
- 41:01Who?
- 41:02Who authored and sang that song and made it a hit?
- 41:06Unknown: I forget
- 41:07Unknown: who. Don Williams. Nope.
- 41:11Don Williams,
- 41:12country boy
- 41:14that don't say too much.
- 41:17But he was one of us, Beth. Because I was working for a I just let me finish. I was working for ABC when that record came out, and he was in my territory one night. Go ahead.
- 41:27Unknown: Yeah. I just wondered if Beth was where she can see the FCC's pad or not, or is she just on the phone?
- 41:35Unknown: No. I'm on the phone. Phone number. Okay.
- 41:38Unknown: But, you know, I I put the stuff if I'm here and somebody else often does if I'm not in the
- 41:44numeral two radioranch.chitango.com
- 41:48because the FCC chat goes away.
- 41:51They're not in there when it's posted. You can't see it. So it's Are you talking two
- 41:56Unknown: two i's or the num number two, Bern, when you go through all this fancy lexic
- 42:02lexicology?
- 42:03Okay. So number two.
- 42:05Unknown: Okay. Numeral Remember
- 42:08Melody that worked at the post office? This is where I'm getting this from. I was saying number, and she says, no. You say numeral.
- 42:15Unknown: Okay. There you go. Well, thank you for correcting us.
- 42:19Unknown: Thank Melody.
- 42:21Unknown: Yeah. I
- 42:23thank all of y'all for just being here and putting up with me.
- 42:27Unknown: So it's the fourth item down right on the main page when you get into the matrixdocs.com,
- 42:32and it's a PDF with all those cases on there from Google Drive.
- 42:37Unknown: There's a fourth item down in the download section, which is a bit down on page, Marks. I'm
- 42:44Unknown: in download section, not the fourth item. Oh,
- 42:47Unknown: you're
- 42:48receiving makes mistakes.
- 42:50Unknown: Yeah. Oh, yes? Okay. One, two, three, four.
- 42:54US citizens are property.
- 42:56US national state citizens are not okay. Got it. Yeah. Yeah. Thanks.
- 43:01Unknown: Yeah. No. Thank you, Gary.
- 43:04Say hello to Gina.
- 43:06Beth,
- 43:07Gary, and Gina had a group. They're out in Montana,
- 43:10out in the Northwest
- 43:11Part of Montana. Calla spells the city, Flathead County is a county,
- 43:16and they had a group meeting
- 43:18regularly of over 50 people a week out there at one spot.
- 43:22Gary got sick and all kinds of complications,
- 43:25this, that, and the other. Gary told us the other day they were looking at having a reunion of sorts maybe sometime in August.
- 43:34Get everybody everybody bring something they cooked, and everybody just have a big picnic out there somewhere on a pretty day. Beautiful Northwest from Montana.
- 43:43Sounds great. Wish I could be there. Yeah.
- 43:47Beth, what other questions can we answer for you, sweetie, while we while we've chummed you up. I got you here on the surface.
- 43:55We're communicating,
- 43:56and I'm gonna try and see if I can squeeze everything out of you, milk a little time out of you. Okay? So what other questions have you got?
- 44:05Unknown: Oh, I can't think of anything. I just, you know, think of things outside you know, like your second amendment having, you know Mhmm. Right to bear on. I'm just trying to think outside
- 44:15what other things that will affect me. You know? Okay. Well, let me ask. If you're talking if
- 44:22Unknown: you're talking to one of your friends or something about this and they go, Beth,
- 44:25tell me the advantages. What advantages do I gain by being a national? What would you tell them?
- 44:33Unknown: That I would tell them that they wouldn't be under
- 44:37the federal government anymore. All those laws would not
- 44:40basically
- 44:41I think
- 44:43Apply? They wouldn't
- 44:45apply to me or you anymore.
- 44:47Unknown: And the second amendment is an easy one to understand that you have the right without a license and all that. No. There's a bunch of people around you that really like there's a lot of people out there where you are that really like firearms. Go ahead.
- 45:00Unknown: Right. There are.
- 45:02And
- 45:03then I think about, okay. How does that apply? How do the state laws are gonna apply to me. Right?
- 45:10I mean, I'm still understate
- 45:12Unknown: law. Well, it depends on if they're written for residence or not.
- 45:16Because if they're written for residence like your traffic laws,
- 45:20they may not apply to you. But do you wanna fight that battle?
- 45:26Unknown: Why wouldn't okay. Why wouldn't a,
- 45:31you know,
- 45:34speeding laws apply to me? Are those state laws? Actually, there's a former Texas
- 45:40Unknown: Eddie Craig. Is that the guy's name?
- 45:43He says that all those speed limits and all that stuff are strictly for 18
- 45:48wheelers in commerce,
- 45:50but they don't even apply to us. And
- 45:53and he's probably right. I don't know. It's not my baldy wick, but,
- 45:58again,
- 45:59it's that, no. They really don't.
- 46:02Unknown: As their Then I think it's good.
- 46:06Unknown: Yeah. Go ahead. I think it's good for society
- 46:08to have it. If they do. You don't wanna No. I agree. Crazy on the I
- 46:12totally agree with But that's something I would wanna abide
- 46:15by anyway over the I'm gonna pay it. That's just my mentality. I'm gonna pay it. I agree with that. And what I tell the audience
- 46:24Unknown: well, what I tell the audience here is you wanna be a national. That means that you're wanting to have full personal responsibility.
- 46:31So if you're gonna if you wanna do that, if you wanna go ahead and send that paperwork in and drive down Main Street at 80 miles an hour blowing through stop signs, will you go do that? But that's not being very responsible.
- 46:44And should you do that, you ought to pay the price.
- 46:46Okay? So I I agree with you. I think we ought to try above all and be responsible
- 46:52individuals.
- 46:53The reason for that is because this power that we've been able to attain
- 46:58is a power to attract.
- 47:02See, dark power, if you wanna put it that way,
- 47:05IRS,
- 47:06they can only exercise
- 47:08their power when they reach out to you either through the mail, send an agent by,
- 47:14and stuff like that. That's how they affect you.
- 47:17But white power, good power, if you wanna put it that way, attracts.
- 47:21And people see and say, man, I like that Beth. She's got such a great countenance.
- 47:26She's always happy.
- 47:28Nothing seems to ever affect her. What Beth, what makes you like that? So now they're coming to you and asking.
- 47:38Unknown: Is that a question?
- 47:40Unknown: No. I'm just saying those are those are two things I've been able. You know, this is a very interesting area,
- 47:46this difference between freedom and slavery,
- 47:49and you throw in the dialectical
- 47:51concept.
- 47:53And then let's look at it through a different lens.
- 47:55So you've got a white circle there that's separate by itself, and that's the white power if you do. And you got a dark power. I don't like to call it black power because of the obvious
- 48:06attachments,
- 48:07but a dark power source there next to it. And so if you're gonna be free,
- 48:14you've gotta be 100%
- 48:16free.
- 48:19But if you're a slave,
- 48:21you can be point o o o o o o 1%
- 48:25slave,
- 48:26Unknown: and you're still a slave. Still a slave. I agree. Yep.
- 48:30Unknown: Ain't that interesting in that that little dialectic interesting there?
- 48:36Unknown: Yeah.
- 48:37Yeah.
- 48:39Unknown: So these are the things, and this gets deep. Yes, ma'am. So you got a question or a comment, I wanna hear it.
- 48:45Unknown: Well, so I'm just still processing,
- 48:48you know, state
- 48:50laws versus federal laws that I'm not under the jurisdiction of the federal government anymore.
- 48:57But I you know,
- 48:58here in the states
- 49:00I mean, there's so many laws.
- 49:02I'm probably we're all probably
- 49:06violating a law some every day we we exist.
- 49:09I mean, I just found out you can't bring alcohol across state lines.
- 49:14Well, well, that's the Why old not?
- 49:17Unknown: Uh-huh. Well, that's the old idea of show me the man and I'll show you the crime.
- 49:24It's an old Soviet idea.
- 49:28Unknown: I don't understand that.
- 49:29Unknown: You don't understand that? That means I can charge anybody I see with anything,
- 49:35with something. Okay. And I've got so many laws on the books that they can't open their eyes and get out of bed without breaking one of them.
- 49:43Right.
- 49:44Okay.
- 49:45That's the Soviet way.
- 49:47Well, our way is just the opposite. Think of it this way maybe historically,
- 49:51Beth.
- 49:52First, they did these documents back in the seventeen hundreds, and there was only one status up until the mid, late sixties, and that was the state citizen guy. You're asking questions about all those law suits,
- 50:06all those laws, and everything up until that time, he was the only one they could apply them to.
- 50:12And
- 50:13then we had that audacious war,
- 50:16and we pulled the second one in from this way.
- 50:19And now they've figured a way to get us all switched over to that one because underneath it still underlies slavery.
- 50:26And the damnedest thing Right. If Bertrand Russell
- 50:31Bertrand
- 50:32Russell, Lisa,
- 50:33the damnedest thing was they get you to agree with it by tricking you and fooling you. And as Bertrand Russell said,
- 50:42they will love their slavery. By god, they do for the most part. It's getting a little it's getting a little dicey now because the economic stuff, but don't most people love their slavery.
- 50:55Unknown: Yes.
- 50:56Unknown: I it's the damnedest thing.
- 50:59Unknown: No.
- 51:02Unknown: So that's why, Beth, you are so rare.
- 51:07You are so rare, you and everyone else here, Beth.
- 51:11Unknown: Okay.
- 51:12Unknown: I agree. Reason, this information resonated with you. How did you find us, Beth?
- 51:19Unknown: Well,
- 51:20I mean, I came across to you back
- 51:262007
- 51:27time.
- 51:28I was Oh, wow. Where it was
- 51:33Ron Paul was running for president, and he just Okay. Opened my mind.
- 51:38And I'd get on, you know, certain websites, and somehow I came across you back then, but it didn't make sense to me back then.
- 51:46And so it was
- 51:48I've I've heard your name several times, but it just didn't make sense. And it I never pursued it. I was pursuing other things. And then
- 51:56you were on rents again not too long ago, and that opened it up again. Well, I'm I've heard him before.
- 52:02Okay. I keep hearing your name. I need to go look at this. I don't understand it. I still don't. But I went to your website and and just and it made finally made sense.
- 52:14Unknown: So Okay. That's kinda Great. Well, listen. I you know, it depends. You never know. Some people see it immediately.
- 52:21Some people like you, they butt up against it, come back and see it again. And finally, after a couple of times, there must be something valid here I need to look into it.
- 52:31And you never know.
- 52:32But I'm glad you're with us. I'm glad you found us. I'm glad you got over the the line
- 52:38and to make that decision to move forward. And now all we wanna do is clean up everything else. So
- 52:44all any of this stuff that you still have any misgivings about,
- 52:48the way that you learn it, Beth, is drill, practice, rehearse.
- 52:52K? That's the only way really we ever learn anything.
- 52:56Drill, practice, and rehearse.
- 52:59And you take these points and you go over them and over them and over them if you don't understand them. And at some point,
- 53:05somebody bangs you upside the temple with a ball peen hammer, I guess. It just dang. You know? And you go, why didn't I see that before? Right? Have you had that moment yet? Right.
- 53:18Well, you
- 53:19yeah. You have those. How could they do this? It's right in front of me. Oh, how?
- 53:24Because
- 53:25power always
- 53:27puts what they're doing to you
- 53:29right in front of you.
- 53:31I learned that from my shaman buddy in Argentina.
- 53:35And you look around,
- 53:37there's thanks to
- 53:38sketch one day, couple years back, comes on like he's prone to do,
- 53:44and he opens his mic and goes, do you know what the pyramid is?
- 53:51You know, in symbology where they got the things equal then? Yep. You know what the pyramid is in symbology?
- 53:57The feudal system. Yeah.
- 53:59How much more in front of you could it be than a big about taking up about a third of the of the backside of your dollar bill?
- 54:07Unknown: Right.
- 54:09Unknown: Could that be could they put it anymore in front of your face?
- 54:13I guess if they put it on both sides. Right?
- 54:17Unknown: Mhmm.
- 54:19Unknown: Yep. Yep. So, Paul, are you back yet to meet your neighbor? We got your neighbor here, and you're not even here to say hello.
- 54:28I'll be darned. That's alright. Beth, I'm sorry. I'm a pop I'm
- 54:32Unknown: gonna apologize.
- 54:33Doing stuff.
- 54:35Unknown: I'm gonna apologize
- 54:36for him right out front.
- 54:38Unknown: No. You don't have to apologize for me. I sometimes I'm off doing stuff. Paula,
- 54:43Unknown: while you're getting ready to move to Oklahoma, I want you to meet one of your new neighbors down there from the Tulsa area. This is Beth.
- 54:50Unknown: Oh, hi, Beth.
- 54:53Unknown: Hi, Paul. My son So one of these recently.
- 54:57He's he's switched over too just recently.
- 55:01Unknown: Okay. Good. Too. So Okay. Other two of us have done that.
- 55:05Maybe one of these days down the line, we get all Paul settled in and everything. We'll
- 55:10we'll have some sort of get together there. Be nice to have Oklahoma barbecue for the new the new nonresident.
- 55:18Unknown: There you go.
- 55:20Unknown: That's the plan.
- 55:22Unknown: You betcha.
- 55:23Cool. So that's a really serendipitous,
- 55:26Beth, that you're from the great state of Oklahoma.
- 55:29Now, obviously, you're are are you or are you not Indian? Are you affiliated with that side of the state?
- 55:35Unknown: No.
- 55:36No. I'm not Indian. No.
- 55:39I'm originally from Nebraska. I was born and raised there, and I have no Indian.
- 55:46Unknown: I see. Okay.
- 55:48Well, Tulsa's pretty big gas in oil town. Well, hold on. There's some bail boys saying, hey, Roger. Let's check on them. Yes, sir?
- 55:58Unknown: Yeah.
- 55:59Roger, this is Bob. Hey. I'm just curious. Is this our first
- 56:03is this our first confirmed rents sighting?
- 56:08Unknown: Well, she heard me on there, but she was familiar with me or something. Now Well, yeah, I know. I'm just trying to I'm trying to make light of the that you said you never had anybody for rent, so we may have one. Well, I was correct. Well, Lisa corrected me the other day. Somebody
- 56:23has put in the chat
- 56:25that they came from the rent shows. I don't know who they are. It's just that Lisa told me, you'll confirm with her, but that's what she did relay to me. Now, Bob, I've been wondering where you were. Are you off on vacation or something?
- 56:40Unknown: No.
- 56:41Vacation's not in my vocabulary.
- 56:44Okay. Busy time of year. Okay.
- 56:47Unknown: So you've just been busy. Well, we've missed you for what it's worth.
- 56:52Unknown: Yeah. I'm kinda curious, Beth.
- 56:54Where are you where'd you grow up in Nebraska? Where are you from in Nebraska?
- 56:58Unknown: Southeast Nebraska,
- 57:01South Of Lincoln, Humboldt.
- 57:04Unknown: I see. I
- 57:05Unknown: don't know if you've heard of that. It's pretty simple. Oh, I'm originally from
- 57:08Unknown: Kansas. So you had me from Nebraska on one side and Oklahoma on the other. I just wasn't sure where you from. Was at Northwest Kansas.
- 57:16Unknown: Southeast Nebraska about twenty
- 57:19twenty,
- 57:20minutes from Kansas border. Just right there. Yep. The border. Can for.
- 57:26Unknown: Alrighty.
- 57:27I yield.
- 57:28Unknown: Bob, good to hear your voice, man. I'm glad to know you're out there. Sorry you're having to work so hard in the in the Florida summer,
- 57:36but
- 57:38and I'm also I'm very sorry to say in and out, but Yeah.
- 57:44Unknown: The the hurricane season is not really trouble getting on because all the noise usually.
- 57:50Unknown: Yeah. Good deal. Well, go take care of yourself and the family. Everybody doing alright?
- 57:57Unknown: Oh, more or less. Yeah.
- 57:59Unknown: Okay.
- 58:01Well, send them our best.
- 58:04Unknown: Stand for. You know what, Bruce?
- 58:06Unknown: Bruce
- 58:07is here. Here's two days in a row. Hey, Bruce.
- 58:10Unknown: Hey.
- 58:13Unknown: The lady there,
- 58:14does she know where Kansas City is
- 58:17in Missouri? You
- 58:19can ask her.
- 58:23Unknown: Her name's Beth. You can address her as Beth, not the lady here.
- 58:28Well, I didn't know her name. I was being honest with you. Okay. I know you are. I wouldn't expect anything else. Beth, do you know where Kansas City, Missouri is?
- 58:39Unknown: Yes. I do. Of course. Yeah.
- 58:43Unknown: Okay. I just wanna know if you were Kansas City and
- 58:48that's that's all. I'm in I'm in Branson.
- 58:51You're where? Used to be in South Carolina, but I'm in Branson, Missouri. Oh, you're in Branson, Missouri. Yep. Familiar? Yeah.
- 58:59Unknown: Yeah. To see you got some football. Maybe one of these days somewhat someday.
- 59:03Well, yeah, one day we may hold a convention in Branson, Bruce. Who knows? You won't even have to leave city No. You don't wanna come here. No. You don't wanna come here. No? This is evil place here.
- 59:14Unknown: Yes. This is Satan's
- 59:16plan. Oh, yeah.
- 59:18Big time. Good.
- 59:20Unknown: See
- 59:23Unknown: the mid American cities. Is that Larry?
- 59:26Do I hear Larry?
- 59:28Unknown: Yes. You hear Larry. Hey, man. Hey, get to him in about a minute. I do believe
- 59:34I can do it to be interrupted. Thirty seconds
- 59:37to answer best Don't have time.
- 59:40Unknown: Yeah. You don't have time? Three seconds.
- 59:43Unknown: No. Three seconds?
- 59:44Alright. Hold it, Larry. You get a chance to polish it here in a second because we're gonna take a short interlude. We're gonna hear Paul again in just a minute, then we're gonna hear some classical music,
- 59:55and then we're gonna cleanse our palates and start again with Larry. Sales on

- 1:01:43And we're back.
- 1:01:45Unknown: You betcha we are.
- 1:01:48In livid color.
- 1:01:50Okay. We had something. Larry had something on the back burner. He said it was gonna take three seconds. He's polished it up. It may just take two. Go ahead, Larry. Thirty.
- 1:02:00Oh, thirty? I thought you said three.
- 1:02:03Blair, are you there?
- 1:02:05Yeah.
- 1:02:07Okay. Yeah. I'm here. Sorry for the delay. That's a hard break.
- 1:02:13Unknown: Yeah. So,
- 1:02:15according to Brent Winters,
- 1:02:17there's three
- 1:02:19sovereigns.
- 1:02:21There's there's the federal
- 1:02:23government,
- 1:02:24and there's the state in which we are domiciled,
- 1:02:28and then there's god, of course.
- 1:02:31And the federal government gets its powers,
- 1:02:34certain powers,
- 1:02:35from the states
- 1:02:37according to the United States constitution.
- 1:02:40And, of course, all those powers are outlined in the US constitution.
- 1:02:44And to answer Beth's question,
- 1:02:47if I'm free,
- 1:02:49why why do I have to obey some law
- 1:02:53that I can't transport alcohol across state lines? Well, that's because
- 1:02:57that is actually in the constitution.
- 1:03:00It is. So if you were to go to the if you were to go to the twenty first amendment section two,
- 1:03:06you'll find
- 1:03:07this
- 1:03:08this statement.
- 1:03:11And let me just say this. So that
- 1:03:13that section
- 1:03:15in The US constitution
- 1:03:17explicitly granted states of
- 1:03:20the states of the union the unique
- 1:03:22sweeping power to regulate or completely ban the importation
- 1:03:26and transportation
- 1:03:28of intoxicating
- 1:03:29liquors within their borders. And here's what it says.
- 1:03:32The transportation
- 1:03:34or importation into any state for delivery or use therein of intoxicating
- 1:03:39liquors
- 1:03:41in violation of the laws thereof is hereby prohibited.
- 1:03:45And here's another thing. You gotta remember,
- 1:03:48the states of the union also gave the federal government,
- 1:03:53you know, powers to regulate commerce.
- 1:03:56So if you were to go to article one section eight clause three,
- 1:04:00you'll see that congress holds the supreme power to regulate interstate commerce.
- 1:04:06And so individual states cannot normally block
- 1:04:10regular commerce from other states,
- 1:04:13but federal statutes
- 1:04:15specifically
- 1:04:16back up state laws by making it a federal crime
- 1:04:20to ship alcohol into a state
- 1:04:23in violation of that state's local laws.
- 1:04:27So that's why
- 1:04:28there's some things you can do, and there's some things you can't because it's in the constitution.
- 1:04:34Unknown: And that was an original power was to regulate interstate commerce.
- 1:04:39One of the few things
- 1:04:41that, was delegated
- 1:04:43to the, the federal government with the exception of there's another thing.
- 1:04:49All property law is state law
- 1:04:52with the exception of us.
- 1:04:56We repeat that.
- 1:04:57All property law is state law
- 1:05:01with the exception of when they made us property.
- 1:05:05Now we're federal property.
- 1:05:08And, so you know what? I want Larry, I heard, who was it? Barnes.
- 1:05:13Was it the other night on Sunday night show?
- 1:05:17And he came out and he was throwing around. I bet I heard him use it six to eight times
- 1:05:24federal common law.
- 1:05:27Now we're under the patriot
- 1:05:29misconception
- 1:05:30that because of Erie Railroad versus Tompkins, there is no federal common
- 1:05:35law.
- 1:05:37But as Brent says, there's a lot of ingredients that are really exclusive to common law involved
- 1:05:43in the federal system. There are juries.
- 1:05:48The the the the the this one right here that we're talking about, the property,
- 1:05:54and and but generally,
- 1:05:55all property law is state law, Beth, and audience.
- 1:06:00The one thing was hammered into my head
- 1:06:03by, by one of my law teachers.
- 1:06:06All all property law is state law.
- 1:06:10That's why
- 1:06:11when the IRS comes to seize something,
- 1:06:15they have to have a go to the sheriff first,
- 1:06:18and they'll be a member of the sheriff's department with the party that comes and sees his stuff.
- 1:06:24They gotta check with them.
- 1:06:26But the first almost hundred years,
- 1:06:29really, where there was only one status, Beth, That was his state citizen. Now you've probably heard us,
- 1:06:37go back to this, but these concepts
- 1:06:39are the basis of all that.
- 1:06:42That's what's happening. When you filed
- 1:06:45that affidavit with the secretary,
- 1:06:49what you did
- 1:06:50was you're officially telling him
- 1:06:53that you're switching your allegiance
- 1:06:57from the federal government
- 1:06:59to your Oklahoma
- 1:07:01state government.
- 1:07:02K?
- 1:07:04And the reason that's important, if you go back to what the national is where it defines us
- 1:07:10over there in the nationality act of 1940 when they switched the label,
- 1:07:16It defines us as a national as total allegiance
- 1:07:20to a small s state.
- 1:07:24Now if you didn't understand this information, that sentence
- 1:07:27being sentence definition
- 1:07:29number a
- 1:07:31wouldn't mean jack squat to you.
- 1:07:34But what should flash out
- 1:07:37and with flashing lights is the word allegiance.
- 1:07:41A national owes what total allegiance?
- 1:07:44Because that is the other half of protection,
- 1:07:48and that's the status of what we're after here is jurisdiction.
- 1:07:53What gives that government appointed bureaucrat
- 1:07:56the right to make that man made law and enforce it on me?
- 1:08:01Hey, Raj. That's the question.
- 1:08:03Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yes, Paul.
- 1:08:05Unknown: I beg to differ.
- 1:08:07You're gonna differ? On a only a single point,
- 1:08:11a national owes
- 1:08:13permanent
- 1:08:14allegiance to Permanent, okay. A If
- 1:08:18you use total,
- 1:08:20then that is far reaching and far more broad than permanent allegiance, which could be any value or any amount of allegiance.
- 1:08:30It gets its permanence because it's your right to whether or not you want that permanence to continue or not. Well,
- 1:08:37Unknown: that's the question. If it's permanent, can you change it? Yes. You're gonna go back back. Well, they cannot. Okay. So what we're dancing around on the head of a pin here, Beth,
- 1:08:48is goes back to the feudal system, which we're in. They've that's the part that's hidden to everybody.
- 1:08:54They know the system is like the feudal system. You'll hear people allude to it when you hear them talking about it, but they never come in and absolutely identify it until
- 1:09:04yesterday with that article from the Enoch Times.
- 1:09:08And, man, I hope you're gonna investigate and get us a contact with this guy because he was all over it. K?
- 1:09:16He was all over it. He had one one damn or two connections that he was missing. I think that was Mana, wasn't it?
- 1:09:24Unknown: Epic.
- 1:09:25Unknown: Epoch. No. I thought, yeah, I thought Mana just said something, but that's okay. No. It was Lisa. Okay. I'd like to get to that guy.
- 1:09:34But, Beth, these all these things revolve around this little formula here that a couple people understand, not many, allegiance for protection, protection for allegiance.
- 1:09:45It's a reciprocal formula,
- 1:09:47and it is it is invoked by bringing up one of the ingredients.
- 1:09:52So it doesn't matter whether you're bringing up allegiance here like you are with your official notification to the secretary of state.
- 1:09:59That's the official way. That's their required way of doing this. But but and and when you do, you switch the protection.
- 1:10:07Before,
- 1:10:08they were giving you protection
- 1:10:10under this auspices that you were former black Negro slave in one of the states
- 1:10:17and that you were gonna get set upon.
- 1:10:20You're gonna get set upon by those people because you're in this status
- 1:10:25of this federal citizenship,
- 1:10:27and they're gonna offer you this protection. It comes in the deal. It's automatic.
- 1:10:32You give them the allegiance,
- 1:10:34they give you the protection.
- 1:10:36And what we're all doing when we do this is we're reversing that formula.
- 1:10:42We're, as it says, permanent protection. Thank you, Paul. Permanent allegiance. I'm sorry. Permanent allegiance to a small less state,
- 1:10:51invoking the automatic protection of the state.
- 1:10:54This is where the everything kinda falls through the crack, Beth.
- 1:10:59Because at this point, the people that run the state don't know what we're talking about for the most part.
- 1:11:05So what we're gonna do is endeavor
- 1:11:09to, hopefully, one of these days down the line, inform them in a memorandum of law
- 1:11:15that you see they don't have an option. Am I supposed to when you notify them whenever that may be?
- 1:11:23I go, well, I'm supposed to give Beth over there in Tulsa.
- 1:11:26We're supposed to give her some protection.
- 1:11:30What does that mean?
- 1:11:32We're supposed to protect you. Your Tulsa's up in the Northeast
- 1:11:36Corner Of Oklahoma, I believe. Well, you're supposed to give us protection from Missouri and Arkansas.
- 1:11:42We don't want them coming over here and invading Oklahoma
- 1:11:46and screwing with Beth.
- 1:11:48You're supposed to get protection if that happens from the state. The same as if the state has a bunch of these federal,
- 1:11:56whatever they are, piece of property,
- 1:11:58and they wanna regulate them in accordance with the federal government,
- 1:12:03then they write things called traffic laws,
- 1:12:06uniform traffic laws, and they write them for residents,
- 1:12:09and then that is to regulate the federal property.
- 1:12:15So you won't they by technical
- 1:12:19analysis,
- 1:12:20the way I understand
- 1:12:21it,
- 1:12:23they're supposed to protect you from their own police.
- 1:12:27In other words, you're not abiding to their own state patrol,
- 1:12:31their own local police because you're not a resident.
- 1:12:36So in essence, they're supposed to protect you from themselves,
- 1:12:40I guess.
- 1:12:42Yeah. Anyway,
- 1:12:43those are the kind of protections that I see in this,
- 1:12:47but they're supposed to give you protection as a state citizen
- 1:12:51and not a federal. Yeah. Yes. Yes. Paul. The the supreme confusing. Court
- 1:12:57Unknown: supreme court has already ruled that the police the role of the police is not to protect No. No. It's not. Or the public. It is to protect the interests of the corporation.
- 1:13:08So my question is,
- 1:13:11okay, I'm supposed to give a state allegiance, and
- 1:13:15by giving the state allegiance I'm agreeing to abide by their statute, sex, codes and whatever BS they pulled out of their sphincter muscle that day.
- 1:13:26What protections
- 1:13:27do I get
- 1:13:30from the corporate state?
- 1:13:32Unknown: You know, from the states? The the state's state,
- 1:13:36not the federal state.
- 1:13:39Well, the federal state. I
- 1:13:41Unknown: they're all federal subdivisions.
- 1:13:45What protections do I get?
- 1:13:49Unknown: Well, I guess I guess it would be protections
- 1:13:52from something that hasn't happened.
- 1:13:55If well, that's what the whole, title 42, that whole section of The United States code is about that right there.
- 1:14:03For what? The privileges and immunities of the citizens of The United States
- 1:14:08are equal to those of the white
- 1:14:11citizens.
- 1:14:12Unknown: That's privileges and immunities. That's not rights.
- 1:14:16Unknown: Roger, you claim Florida is your state. How does that work?
- 1:14:20Unknown: But but well, I claim that because my I'm a native Floridian, myrrh. I'm pretty rare. There's not very many down there, mostly transplants.
- 1:14:29Unknown: My mother and father were both born in Florida as was I. Yeah. But I mean now going forward, you know, because we're talking about
- 1:14:38now.
- 1:14:38Right? Present day. So,
- 1:14:41you know, how does how do you have allegiance and and protection
- 1:14:46Unknown: from Florida? Well, I don't know that I need it particularly right now. I guess the protections would be something that were real overt, which I can't imagine. Of course, these these concepts are dormant,
- 1:14:58Unknown: folks. Yeah. Yeah. So the point is you just have to name a state.
- 1:15:02Unknown: Yeah. You just name a state, and it doesn't have to be the state you're born in. It could be the state you've moved to. You know, that was the check and balance set up in the country by Jefferson and the boys that if one state was doing stuff right, they weren't taxing you over overtly
- 1:15:17or other things, and your state where you live was that you'd wanna vacate and move over to the better state, and the state that was treating their people the best would be the most popular state because of that. That's the way the thing's designed.
- 1:15:33Unknown: Right. Right. Right. But if you have a problem with
- 1:15:37a state,
- 1:15:38your only option is to move out of it.
- 1:15:43You have a problem with The United States as a country,
- 1:15:46your only option is to expatriate
- 1:15:50from your homeland,
- 1:15:52from your land of birth.
- 1:15:55Your only option is to expatriate
- 1:15:58Unknown: from it and go somewhere else. I don't know that. You can fight them. I mean, look at the guy down in Orlando that fought him. Has to be a resident, but he got out of property taxes. He fought city all anyone down there. He hadn't moved.
- 1:16:13I don't know why anybody'd wanna live in Orlando, but there's a lot of people that do and enjoy it.
- 1:16:20So,
- 1:16:21you know, the these things are conceptual,
- 1:16:24and, let let rather than look at that,
- 1:16:28Paul,
- 1:16:29let's look at the origins. You know, I always like to look at the dialectical side of things. They tell us an awful lot. What were the privileges of being on the manners of voluntary serve?
- 1:16:44Unknown: Just to exist there.
- 1:16:47Unknown: But that's different. Have 40 acres and a mule. So so you got a piece of land that you were attached to in some instances.
- 1:16:55You could grow your own garden and your own food. You had to give a percentage to the lord of the manor,
- 1:17:01but he pretty well left you alone. I think they and, you know, the the manners that treated their serfs better had a had a big loyal
- 1:17:10well, they basically had a small nation, didn't they?
- 1:17:13Yeah. It was under these UCC rules,
- 1:17:16but they had their own small nation. And the better they treated their serfs, the more they'd have these lineage of serfs. They were on the same piece of land,
- 1:17:25but they stayed because the Lord treated them good and they liked it. And out in the wide world, they couldn't get a better deal.
- 1:17:34Unknown: Okay.
- 1:17:35But this is not a voluntary servitude thing, and they were not born on that land,
- 1:17:40and they were not granted by God a piece of that land. There's gotta be They made a deal with
- 1:17:48the the lord of the manor
- 1:17:50for 40 acres and a mule.
- 1:17:54Basically. What happened to my inheritance
- 1:17:57from my creator? And I've gotta side with Samuel on this, Samuel in California.
- 1:18:02Unknown: They didn't have that. They volunteered
- 1:18:04into that condition.
- 1:18:06Unknown: Right. They volunteered into it. They weren't forced into it. What happened to my
- 1:18:12birthright
- 1:18:13from my creator?
- 1:18:17What happened to my inheritance? You changed
- 1:18:20Unknown: the lord. You went through a ceremony called an oath of fealty,
- 1:18:24lay it made kneel on both knees,
- 1:18:27the only thing you do before god,
- 1:18:30and you gave that to the lord of the manor in a ceremony which was voluntary.
- 1:18:35Why why you have a hard time understanding that? I didn't do that.
- 1:18:41Unknown: Didn't get on both knees. I didn't get on both knees. Talking about you personally here in this. Yeah. I'm talking about fraud.
- 1:18:49Unknown: Well, shit. It's fraud, man. We all know it's fraud, multiple layers of fraud.
- 1:18:54Esau Edom tricked you
- 1:18:56into letting them steal the birthright back, and then they tricked and deceived you into agreeing with it.
- 1:19:03Unknown: Hey. What's going on? Going You know, I was curious about this. You know, Dan Bilzerian's
- 1:19:09younger brother, they're three years apart.
- 1:19:12Adam, and I had read the thing
- 1:19:15about a memorandum of understanding that was written in '78
- 1:19:19due to Kissinger,
- 1:19:20Heinz Loeb,
- 1:19:21and, gave Israel rights to oil even if we need it more than they do. If they get it first, and that's what happened with Venezuela.
- 1:19:29I think he wrote that in like 2012, but he wrote a book
- 1:19:32and it's called America
- 1:19:35Love It or Leave It So I Left.
- 1:19:38And the way he's getting citizenship
- 1:19:41is through investment.
- 1:19:43Now I haven't listened to this very short video woman
- 1:19:47is reviewing his book. It's like a little over three minutes, so I don't know. It might might be interesting to hear. New to me. I haven't heard it, but I was always curious
- 1:19:56what his book was about.
- 1:19:58Unknown: Well, I don't know what investment there him and his brother against the Jews as overtly and publicly as they are.
- 1:20:05I wouldn't I don't know what loophole he's found over there in the investment area that could do this that they'd allow him to continue using.
- 1:20:15Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:20:16This book is a great read for anyone looking for a no BS humanistic approach to someone who has done citizenship by investment
- 1:20:24and subsequently
- 1:20:26renounced their United States citizenship.
- 1:20:28So it might be interesting to what expatriated. They've expatriated.
- 1:20:33Antigua
- 1:20:34citizenship by it has Dominica,
- 1:20:36Grenada, Saint Lucius, Saint Kitts, And Nevis. That's where he is
- 1:20:41with his family and father and stuff. So
- 1:20:45Also, well,
- 1:20:47Unknown: I'd add Paraguay in there too. You can Paraguay is very lax on their residency requirements
- 1:20:53to, not only acquire it but to maintain it.
- 1:20:58What I found
- 1:20:59is
- 1:21:00that this big deal about being a resident in the country down here, it don't mean jack shit to any of these countries.
- 1:21:06And the only thing that really applies
- 1:21:10if I was down here, I overstayed my visa, so now I'm illegal,
- 1:21:14and I'm gonna go out and try and set up electricity,
- 1:21:18cable,
- 1:21:19all that stuff, and rent an apartment,
- 1:21:23they you're gonna have problems
- 1:21:25there. You gotta have that document to be able to set up electricity
- 1:21:29and and do all the connections and stuff and anchor
- 1:21:32a bank account and and other stuff. But otherwise than that, they don't care.
- 1:21:38And I promise you, that would you know, I was I was illegal in Argentina when I had that accident
- 1:21:44down there, Mer, and that never came up. And the whole thing, that never came up.
- 1:21:50Even though the console was involved. Alright?
- 1:21:54So
- 1:21:55from the they she flew up from from Buenos Aires, spent four days up there.
- 1:22:00So, anyway, that's my observation
- 1:22:03on it. It's some sort of a thing people think you gotta have it. You don't really. And here's the other side of that. People that rent apartments, if you're gonna buy something,
- 1:22:13that's gonna automatically qualify you for residency anyway.
- 1:22:17K? So
- 1:22:18so let's say the other side is gonna rent.
- 1:22:21Well, most of the people that rent property,
- 1:22:24they don't want you to put those things in their name because they've had gringos or other people down here that came down, put it in their name, left them with a big bill, and and and and jetted.
- 1:22:36So they don't want it in your name. They want it in their name.
- 1:22:39And, so it's all kind of a big moot point, Mer, in all honesty.
- 1:22:45I've experienced that in two countries.
- 1:22:48No. Nobody has ever stopped me and go, where's your papers? Oh, you're overstaged. You're going to get kicked out. That's never happened.
- 1:22:56You just say tourists, and they love it. Right? Because that means you're Well, you could do that. They'll bend over well. They they they just know that then you're within that ninety day window,
- 1:23:04and there's nothing. Unless there's property damage, they can't really stick you with it.
- 1:23:10The guy pulls you over, you go to risk, and he goes, throws his hands up and goes, okay. Go on.
- 1:23:16So, yeah, pretty cool. Yeah.
- 1:23:19Unknown: We're money benefits. Right? I know. There's this
- 1:23:24Unknown: there's this Jew guy down there in Argentina, elder older guy, married in Argentina, hot chick.
- 1:23:30And
- 1:23:31he he had a convertible down there, and he didn't speak a word of of the language. He had a translator with him, another American.
- 1:23:39And he'd be blowing through town, and god knows what 80 miles an hour.
- 1:23:45And he'd get pulled over. And had the top down and he'd turn his head back and go, hello.
- 1:23:54And
- 1:23:55they just get him back in the car and take off.
- 1:23:59But it is kinda funny. Could be used. I wouldn't wanna
- 1:24:02abuse it, but and I don't have any big problem with being one except that they they messed with the qualifications
- 1:24:10in
- 1:24:11the time of COVID.
- 1:24:13And so, I don't meet the qualifications anymore.
- 1:24:16I'm I don't need it for any reason.
- 1:24:19So, anyways, it works out. Wait. If and when, I'll I'll do it. I don't have any problems with it at all. The nice thing now is used to be you'd pay somebody about $1,500
- 1:24:31or more to do it depending on who you got.
- 1:24:33And now with all this computerization,
- 1:24:36you can go to somebody if you don't speak the language and kinda is familiar with the territory there. You can go on the web and do it. Pay them $500.
- 1:24:45Do it. Go almost go get your card in the same day, I'm told.
- 1:24:50So anyway, no big deal.
- 1:24:54No big deal.
- 1:24:56Unknown: Both of both of these brothers are professional poker players.
- 1:25:02Unknown: Yeah. That's
- 1:25:04funny. Guess where, Fine get Randy Fine made his money in the gambling,
- 1:25:09I heard. I don't know the any of the specifics,
- 1:25:13but that that's where he got his money with fat Juboy.
- 1:25:18Who will who will not debate in any way, shape, or form. That's gonna be really interesting to see how that race turns out.
- 1:25:25Yeah. I think in Florida about to have a primary or something here pretty quick.
- 1:25:31Does anybody know?
- 1:25:34We don't hear from our our our buddies in Tampa anymore.
- 1:25:37They're they're they're
- 1:25:39hadn't heard from David and his brother. Anyway, Bob's
- 1:25:44off doing work. Nobody knows. I think they've got some sort of primary coming up here. There you go. There's a primary coming up the August 18,
- 1:25:53Unknown: and then the general election is the November 2.
- 1:25:56Unknown: Okay. And this is Annie. Right? You're running a precinct.
- 1:26:00Unknown: That's right. And an early voting site.
- 1:26:04Unknown: There you go. So yeah. How's how's Fishback doing?
- 1:26:09Annie, have you looked into him at all?
- 1:26:13Unknown: Yeah. He has.
- 1:26:15And he's he's had some some
- 1:26:19events around the state.
- 1:26:22Also,
- 1:26:25Paul Renner is running as well.
- 1:26:28And he's a candidate that a lot of people are very fond of. And also, the Lieutenant Governor is also running,
- 1:26:36who's also another viable candidate.
- 1:26:41Unknown: But I haven't, like, camped out and spent a lot of time checking out fish back. I've Well, how can well, you're so busy. You don't have time to sit, camp out, and do much anything.
- 1:26:53You're always doing something, going somewhere.
- 1:26:57Unknown: Yeah. This is true.
- 1:26:58Yeah. Trying to Well, you back off some of that. But
- 1:27:03for the rest of this year, it'll be a pretty busy year.
- 1:27:06Unknown: Okay. Well, we hope to see you down here. We're looking for a second visit whenever you can
- 1:27:12sketch that into your plans.
- 1:27:15How's how's hubby Clayton doing? Is he doing alright?
- 1:27:19Unknown: He's doing fine. He's doing just fine. He's looking forward to retirement
- 1:27:24in whatever form that
- 1:27:26eventually takes. Right.
- 1:27:29He's been prolonged, so we're just kind of, you know, waiting and hoping and looking forward to that. Cross saying prayers, crossing fingers, all kinds of stuff like that?
- 1:27:39Yeah.
- 1:27:44Unknown: Yep. Yep. Well, I mean,
- 1:27:46well, you know, I wish you the best, of course, on that. But if if if you don't hit the windfall, y'all are pretty well taken care of anyway.
- 1:27:55I
- 1:27:56think it's my impression.
- 1:27:58And
- 1:27:59Unknown: We'll be just fine. Yeah. Yes. We'll be just fine. Thanks to my husband's
- 1:28:06thriftiness and
- 1:28:08desires to save. He's very practical
- 1:28:11and disciplined.
- 1:28:13Unknown: Saved up. Very good. That's very good. Just the lessons my daddy taught me. Yep.
- 1:28:19So everything what's going to happen with your concussion? Are you doing alright? Are you past that?
- 1:28:25Unknown: Doctor. I'm still recovering.
- 1:28:27I wouldn't say I'm a 100% yet, but
- 1:28:30I'd say probably about 80%, 80 to 90%. I'm certainly headed in the right direction and feeling a lot better than than I did a few months ago.
- 1:28:39Unknown: Okay. I'm glad of that, Shane. Thanks for asking. Some recurring
- 1:28:43Unknown: recurring problems from the automobile accident
- 1:28:46here
- 1:28:47a few months back. I'll get past that, miss Annie.
- 1:28:52So Annie and Clayton, very sweet couple, enjoyed meeting them, spending time with them down here, and looking for them to return on a another kick the tires visit.
- 1:29:04You know, Annie is funny. He could yeah. Yeah. There's Roger right there. Yes, sir.
- 1:29:09Yeah. This is Christian. I wanna tell her, is she taking lion's mane and so that can and get go below her? No. I, you know, I have no idea the protocol she's on. Andy, did you get those questions? Christian wants to know if you're taking
- 1:29:24lion's mane, which I believe is a nerve
- 1:29:27regrowing
- 1:29:29facilitator,
- 1:29:30and something else. What's are you doing anything for your concuss?
- 1:29:37Unknown: I haven't been other than just trying to eat clean food and raw foods,
- 1:29:43I try to eat as much raw
- 1:29:46food as I can in terms of fruits and vegetables.
- 1:29:49Unknown: Right. Lions Christian,
- 1:29:54Unknown: now shut up. Tell her tell Annie what you know.
- 1:29:59Unknown: Yeah. Lion's mane and Ginkgo Biloba is a thing that keeps you your brain healthy.
- 1:30:06It's from mushrooms. You know?
- 1:30:09And,
- 1:30:10I get mine from ancient nutrition.
- 1:30:14That's,
- 1:30:15you get it from a good company. Don't go to Walmart and try to Yeah. True. That stuff.
- 1:30:23Unknown: You know where I heard about that stuff, Christian, was Mike Adams. When he cut it, he had a knife and he cut his hand real bad and some nerves,
- 1:30:30and he started doing one of the things he did was lion's mane, and he's got actually more
- 1:30:37sensitivity and feeling in that area than he had before. So this is something you might wanna pay attention to, Annie, and look into. Okay? Lion's Mane and Ginkgo Biloba?
- 1:30:49Unknown: Yes. Thank you. Yes.
- 1:30:52Unknown: Yes.
- 1:30:53You and you you get that from a good,
- 1:30:56I mean, I wouldn't get it off Amazon. I'd get it either
- 1:30:59from a good I don't know where you are, but good health food store. Even
- 1:31:04even even our Whole Foods is, compromised now. Whole Foods Market. Go
- 1:31:09Unknown: go to go to Health Ranger's website. I'm sure he probably sells it. And if you get it from there, that would be great. Well be
- 1:31:17be be guaranteed that it's good quality.
- 1:31:21Unknown: Yes. Health Ranger?
- 1:31:23Unknown: Yeah. The health ranger, Mike Adams. Are you familiar with him, Annie?
- 1:31:27No. Uh-uh. Well, I wasn't. No. Oh my goodness gracious. He's a stalwart in the all
- 1:31:34all the scientific stuff. He's got a multimillion dollar laboratory.
- 1:31:38He used to live down here in Ecuador.
- 1:31:40He's married to a Taiwanese gal, lived over there for a while, speaks a little Taiwanese.
- 1:31:46They lived here in Cuenca
- 1:31:47for about a number of years. I don't know how many exactly. Then he moved back to Texas. He works with Alex a lot,
- 1:31:55and he's got his own, network.
- 1:31:58Brighteon,
- 1:31:59he's got his own well, he's got his own AI
- 1:32:03that is the most advanced alternative health
- 1:32:06AI in the world
- 1:32:08because
- 1:32:09he got the whole Chinese
- 1:32:13herbalist
- 1:32:13database
- 1:32:15and included it in it.
- 1:32:17Unknown: Man, that's great.
- 1:32:19Unknown: Yeah. You can find out all that stuff. Brideon,
- 1:32:22and just just put in the health ranger. You'll get all kinds of stuff. Mike Adams
- 1:32:27is his name. Super bright guy.
- 1:32:31Just done a Hey, Roger. Done a whole bunch of good stuff. Yeah, Larry. Yeah, Gary. How you you got something on Mike here?
- 1:32:39Unknown: Yep.
- 1:32:40She ought to add collagen to her daily routine also because your brain is over 60%
- 1:32:47collagen.
- 1:32:48Yes. Had a brain injury.
- 1:32:51If she had a brain injury, she needs to increase that amount of collagen. Great idea, Annie.
- 1:32:58Unknown: And you could buy Well, I
- 1:33:04Unknown: Well, I use Great Lakes collagen,
- 1:33:07but you can
- 1:33:09put it in your coffee or tea or whatever you drink in the morning. It it doesn't change the flavor at all. You won't even know it's there.
- 1:33:18Unknown: Right.
- 1:33:20Unknown: Thank you. I appreciate the suggestions.
- 1:33:23Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:33:24Unknown: You're welcome. Oh, yeah. That's
- 1:33:27Pleasure.
- 1:33:28Unknown: College is the stuff that's in mother's milk. Right?
- 1:33:33Unknown: No. That's a colostrum.
- 1:33:35Unknown: Colostrum,
- 1:33:36obviously. Okay.
- 1:33:39Go ahead, Christian.
- 1:33:41Unknown: Well, I hate to sidetrack because her health is worth more than this.
- 1:33:47But I just got back from court,
- 1:33:49and they Oh. I got they put a put a judgment on me.
- 1:33:55They put a judgment on me. Yeah.
- 1:33:58They had a old attorney there that could barely even walk,
- 1:34:03and he would
- 1:34:06he was for the plaintiff.
- 1:34:08And, I don't know if it was Mer, Julie,
- 1:34:13She was had something going with LVNN.
- 1:34:16And this judge says,
- 1:34:18I just got it. I had an affidavit and a timeline like Larry had set up for me. He's told me to do
- 1:34:25and not to, you know,
- 1:34:28tell him anything. You know, don't just get up there and rattle off anything.
- 1:34:32But, anyway, I was real quiet.
- 1:34:35I said,
- 1:34:36your honor, would you know, after he called me forward, I said, you mind reading my affidavit?
- 1:34:44He said, got one question for you, mister Christian.
- 1:34:47And I said, what's that? He said,
- 1:34:50do you feel like you owe this debt?
- 1:34:54I said, well, your honor, I said, I know it was my I know it was my debt. I have to say that. I said, I I'm a common law person.
- 1:35:01And I said, you know, I I
- 1:35:04believe in
- 1:35:06being truthful,
- 1:35:08and I already offered them we had a continuance.
- 1:35:12You know, I have a continuance with you, judge.
- 1:35:14And and
- 1:35:16we had about two months
- 1:35:19put off for negotiations,
- 1:35:21settlement.
- 1:35:22I said,
- 1:35:23I have offered them and rescinded what they had told me the first time
- 1:35:28and rescinded that and told them what I would pay them.
- 1:35:32They never answered me.
- 1:35:34I said, so your honor,
- 1:35:36I've got three letters here, priority mail.
- 1:35:40You
- 1:35:41well, I don't need to see that. I I believe you.
- 1:35:45He says, but
- 1:35:48but the
- 1:35:49law says the laws have changed a little bit.
- 1:35:53And he said, this debt collector's a big law firm out of Utah.
- 1:35:59And he said
- 1:36:00he said,
- 1:36:04if if you have the debt and I remember I'm asking, I don't know who that was, Julie or Murr, that
- 1:36:11was fighting them too.
- 1:36:14They asked her, do you feel like this is your debt? Well, I I said, yes. I do. And then and I've already made an agreement to pay $100 a month,
- 1:36:23you know, for
- 1:36:25for ten months
- 1:36:26and then get rid of my problem.
- 1:36:29And he and so, anyway, I said, I'd like you to read that read.
- 1:36:33Sir,
- 1:36:34he said,
- 1:36:36mister Christian oh, he didn't say mister Christian. It's black talk.
- 1:36:40Christian,
- 1:36:41I
- 1:36:44just wanna, yeah, I just wanna say,
- 1:36:47I'm gonna put a judgment on you if you say this is your death.
- 1:36:51I said,
- 1:36:52well, I have to say yes, sir.
- 1:36:54I said, but,
- 1:36:56you know, but anyway
- 1:36:58Unknown: Well, hey. Hey,
- 1:37:00Christian. This is Nancy.
- 1:37:02And Yeah.
- 1:37:04Number one,
- 1:37:06you kind of shot yourself in the foot there because you are under no contract with LVNV Funding and if they couldn't prove their chain of title and that the real party of interest and I'm sorry that you don't actually understand what that means
- 1:37:20but when the judge or the court
- 1:37:24asked me
- 1:37:26why I felt it wasn't my obligation,
- 1:37:28all I said was I reviewed the documents sent to me by the plaintiff and I'm not persuaded that they are. It is my legal obligation.
- 1:37:35So you agreed
- 1:37:39that it is your debt even
- 1:37:41though it's you know so
- 1:37:44that's of your mind but it's not actually in fact.
- 1:37:48So,
- 1:37:50you know,
- 1:37:51but that's okay. You
- 1:37:54have an arrangement to make a payment but you could still
- 1:37:59do things post
- 1:38:02judgment but you
- 1:38:04have to have the appetite
- 1:38:07to learn what is necessary to do.
- 1:38:14When
- 1:38:16they ask me
- 1:38:18whether it was mine,
- 1:38:21they can't prove it because most of their documentation
- 1:38:24lacks
- 1:38:26validity.
- 1:38:29And it's easy to learn what that means
- 1:38:32but you have to have the appetite to learn it.
- 1:38:37To
- 1:38:40Unknown: And to regurgitate.
- 1:38:42Unknown: Well, it's not that complicated. It's really not. I mean, I'm not I know. But my point is Christians,
- 1:38:49Unknown: honestly, are just to the core honest guy, and the judge says, is this your debt? And he honored, answered to the best of his ability, yes, because he feels like it is.
- 1:38:59I'm not saying the Jews aren't crooked. The whole system ain't crooked or anything else. I'm just making, you know, what I think it shows me personally about Christian. She verifies what I already pretty much knows. He's just an honest straight ahead guy.
- 1:39:13Unknown: Roger? Well, you're playing he's playing he's playing a game that he doesn't know the actual rules of the game,
- 1:39:21and so he's admitting to something that is not factually true.
- 1:39:25So Kristin, I understand that but
- 1:39:28that's okay. It's not the end of the world but
- 1:39:32I have been learning a lot of great things in
- 1:39:36Joe Lestica's Liberty Foundation.
- 1:39:41Roger, this is beyond the national stats, but it's also very useful information. It's okay. I
- 1:39:46have yeah. So I have three for three wins
- 1:39:49and I've two of them were were were with LVNV Funding.
- 1:39:53So
- 1:39:54Unknown: You beat them.
- 1:39:56Unknown: You beat them. You They with they tuck their tails and withdrew their suits because most of these debt collectors,
- 1:40:05the the original creditors do not provide what is required to prove
- 1:40:11the validity of the debt.
- 1:40:13So once you can demonstrate
- 1:40:15that and it's very simple, I'm not going to take up the time here and I've also in the past Kristin offered
- 1:40:22you my contact information
- 1:40:23to get through Paul. So anyway, the information is out there.
- 1:40:28It's not that difficult. It's not about not being honest. It's about knowing the reality of the situation and addressing it
- 1:40:36appropriately. But
- 1:40:37that's okay. Did the best you could and you went in there. Kudos to you for going in. That that's wonderful. And it just it does take just being willing to go in there.
- 1:40:48And so kudos to you.
- 1:40:51Unknown: Well,
- 1:40:53you know, I also asked the judge. I said, now if I make if I make some kind of payment plan with them, how how do I know
- 1:41:00that they won't they say, well, we didn't get your payment one time. You know how these
- 1:41:05these death things are? You can pay $9.99
- 1:41:08to get your burial.
- 1:41:11You know? And then if you miss one payment, it's it's over.
- 1:41:17And he said Well When that when that that other when that, plaintiff attorney
- 1:41:23left,
- 1:41:25he said,
- 1:41:28why don't make your payments with copies of your checks
- 1:41:34and call and you just do your book work. Just keep on just keep on saying, have you received my payment?
- 1:41:41You know?
- 1:41:42And, he said,
- 1:41:44if you can, do it by email.
- 1:41:47So I don't know.
- 1:41:49Unknown: I'm in.
- 1:41:51Unknown: Here's Tom.
- 1:41:53Hey, Tom.
- 1:41:55Unknown: Yo.
- 1:41:56Yeah. I'm here. I'm lurking in the background.
- 1:41:59Mhmm. The lady is the lady is absolutely correct. Because if somebody asked me that, if, you know, that was mine, I'd say, well, I'm not I don't have any idea because the documentation they provided me doesn't show anything.
- 1:42:13The documentation documentation
- 1:42:15is incomplete.
- 1:42:16Where is the payment records? Where is all the
- 1:42:19all of the statement from day one to the current?
- 1:42:23There's there's these
- 1:42:25as she said, these debt collectors,
- 1:42:28they get this stuff sometimes two, three, four hand
- 1:42:32from the original creditor.
- 1:42:34And,
- 1:42:36a lot of cases
- 1:42:38can be just thrown out because they don't have the they don't have the original documentations.
- 1:42:43I had one to where they tried to come after me, and I think it was my son's.
- 1:42:48So we were I was actually on a on a Zoom call
- 1:42:52with the judge and the and the plaintiff.
- 1:42:56And I said, well, you know, my son uses the same address. He's got the same name. And so they go in looking into the documentation. So, well, let's check the date of birth and the Social Security number. And they went in there and looked and said, oh, it's all redacted.
- 1:43:10And the judge says, well, it doesn't look too good for you. He says, you'll and he just said, you'll have my decision
- 1:43:15in, you know, in ten days or something. And within thirty minutes, he had ruled against them because they they didn't have the evidence. You know? Right. They gotta they gotta prove this stuff. You know? They just you know? If somebody walks up to you and hands you a piece of paper and say, hey. You owe me this amount of money. Well, you're gonna want proof.
- 1:43:33Well Well, get I'm sorry. 50 pages. They had 50, Tom, had 50 pages
- 1:43:39Unknown: of Mhmm.
- 1:43:41Unknown: Of And did you look through all those pages?
- 1:43:45Yeah. Did. Look to see if there was anything in there that identified you, you know, exactly identified you? Christian
- 1:43:52Unknown: Tom and pardon me for interjecting here. So it doesn't matter how many pages, that's for intimidation purposes.
- 1:44:01Here's an example.
- 1:44:03There are two other accounts that I have that are separate from the ones I've won in court. What they provided is proof on
- 1:44:11the bill of sale
- 1:44:13that
- 1:44:14there was a signature from the seller but there was no signature from the buyer.
- 1:44:20This is on two accounts, two different accounts and two different dates.
- 1:44:24What
- 1:44:25they're providing is proof of claim
- 1:44:28is an unexecuted
- 1:44:30document.
- 1:44:33So that in and of itself, so it means there is no contract.
- 1:44:37They cannot prove that they own, that they purchase this.
- 1:44:42So it's something simple like that or like
- 1:44:45an affidavit.
- 1:44:47Most debt collectors do not have access to or
- 1:44:51are not provided from the original creditor or alleged creditor
- 1:44:55an affidavit
- 1:44:57from their custodian of records.
- 1:45:00But even
- 1:45:01if it is provided, it will not reference your account
- 1:45:05or the specific account. It will reference a portfolio.
- 1:45:10So
- 1:45:11a portfolio of records. So there again, if you don't know that that means jack crap
- 1:45:19in terms of proving that that is your specific
- 1:45:24account,
- 1:45:25then you're just going to fold. You're intimidated because you don't understand
- 1:45:29what they're actually presenting. They have not proven their claim and they have the absolute 100%
- 1:45:35burden of proof to prove that they are the real party in interest that they've dotted all their I's, crossed all their t's,
- 1:45:42and with LVNV Funding,
- 1:45:46they didn't provide. They provided a bunch of documents,
- 1:45:49but they didn't
- 1:45:51prove
- 1:45:52they didn't provide an affidavit from the original creditor that was valid
- 1:45:57Unknown: or the bill is They prove have that they're the holder the legal holder of the debt. Yeah. Holder in due course. Yeah. So Yeah. So
- 1:46:06Unknown: Christian,
- 1:46:08this is just you know, this is very survivable,
- 1:46:11and kudos for you for having the courage to go walk in and deal with and handle. I I get that, and I applaud you for that. And
- 1:46:21I've just learned
- 1:46:23what to look for because it's
- 1:46:25not
- 1:46:27your debt.
- 1:46:29They can't even prove that
- 1:46:31it was lawfully and legally bought.
- 1:46:34So you didn't enter into a contract with those folks
- 1:46:38so it's their responsibility and the total burden of proof. Know you
- 1:46:42were under the
- 1:46:43impression that
- 1:46:45it's your debt
- 1:46:48and I
- 1:46:49challenge that.
- 1:46:51You
- 1:46:53made an agreement with somebody else
- 1:46:56and it's up to the debt collector to prove that they actually have lawfully and legally bought it and the
- 1:47:02the chain assignment, of assignment is valid.
- 1:47:07So
- 1:47:11what I just gave you as an example are just
- 1:47:14in my personal experience of learning about the reality of what is in front of me and how to quickly identify
- 1:47:23the fraud.
- 1:47:25Unknown: Know, just because of that On mine, they didn't even have a signature card that that had they sent me a copy of a signature card that was blank.
- 1:47:35Unknown: Nancy, you've become quite adept at this,
- 1:47:38from Joe's course.
- 1:47:40Did you have other sources of
- 1:47:44of acquiring and understanding
- 1:47:46on this, or is this from Joe's course?
- 1:47:49And if it is,
- 1:47:51well, whether he is or not. We ought to promote Joe's course.
- 1:47:55Well, it's our buddies. He's he's real good at what he does. Go ahead.
- 1:48:00Unknown: Well, his information is,
- 1:48:03pretty comprehensive.
- 1:48:05I did get the specific
- 1:48:06guide coaching from someone within the community there.
- 1:48:10So
- 1:48:11and who taught me about the hearsay, rules of hearsay of evidence. And then to clue in, zoom in to actually understand what is
- 1:48:20what does chain of title really mean? How do I identify that? Right? Because it it's Mhmm. Without knowing what you're looking at, it's Right. There's so much Greek. It's it's Right. Gibberish. Right? So what does that mean?
- 1:48:32What Overwhelming.
- 1:48:33Just like this recent case, not case, but account,
- 1:48:37I
- 1:48:38asked them to provide all their documentation.
- 1:48:41So they sent me this huge stack of stuff and there's a bunch of statements in there but
- 1:48:47their bill of sale only has one signature.
- 1:48:51Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:48:52Unknown: One signature. So it's in two cases, two accounts, two different separate accounts.
- 1:48:57Same debt collector,
- 1:49:00two different
- 1:49:04original
- 1:49:05creditors.
- 1:49:07So in both cases they have submitted as evidence an unexecuted
- 1:49:11contract.
- 1:49:12So there is no contract. There is no chain of title.
- 1:49:16So
- 1:49:17it's hearsay. It's it's hearsay and inadmissible
- 1:49:21in court as evidence.
- 1:49:24Unknown: Well, it is be It fraud upon it should be fraud upon the court that they're letting this a thing of that degree take up the court's time.
- 1:49:34Unknown: But no one challenges it, Roger. So, like like, the the judge asked me a similar question, Christian.
- 1:49:42How do why do you feel
- 1:49:44this is not your debt? I was asked, why do yes. Why do I feel? My feelings have nothing to do with it. Yeah. Yeah. Let's I remember I remember I remember this conversation
- 1:49:55Unknown: with you, and you were saying even if they have a bill of sale, but we you know, you were kinda
- 1:50:01and and I
- 1:50:02should've just asked yeah. I should've followed up with your email. Well, shoulda, coulda, woulda, shoulda, coulda, woulda, Christian. You know what experience. I'm
- 1:50:11Unknown: Yeah. So you you went into the court. You stood up for yourself in the best that you and in your integrity and that's great. That's great. And if you want to learn more
- 1:50:23that, you know, just depends on what your choices are and everyone is not necessarily right or wrong, it's just what you're led to do and what you explore
- 1:50:32but this is just part of my journey of what I've learned and it's fairly easy
- 1:50:39to clue into the specific things
- 1:50:42that
- 1:50:43right in front of you but because it's a stack of papers
- 1:50:46and you go, Oh, you don't really know what you're looking at but if you know what to look at
- 1:50:51specific
- 1:50:51things, it's very easy. It becomes very easy just like with the national status. And see what they did. Just a real quick
- 1:51:00Unknown: quick, they they,
- 1:51:01I saw the very same paperwork they sent me in front of the judge, and he was looking through that, see.
- 1:51:07And I said, son of a gun, he got that that
- 1:51:11bunch of papers right there, but it was all coordinated.
- 1:51:14But what they threw me was just a bunch of papers all on
- 1:51:19all,
- 1:51:20like, just like You messed up. Scrap. You know?
- 1:51:24Unknown: Well, these are primes. Court, we would set up three sets of copies. One for the judge,
- 1:51:30one for us, and then one for the prosecutor.
- 1:51:33And all of the pages for the prosecutor would all be misnumbered. Of course. And they'd look like they'd look like fools, and that's what they were trying to do to you. You you sound like you had a pretty nice judge because I had one Yeah. Who made me wait in a courtroom for over an hour waiting for
- 1:51:49the lawyer from the firm that was trying to say that my wife had a credit card, which she never had,
- 1:51:55make waiting for him to to,
- 1:51:57show up. And I had I had to literally fight with the judge in the courtroom and had arguments with him and then go to the clerk and get her to, tell the judge, you know, to dismiss the case.
- 1:52:09I mean, it was I mean, this guy, if I had been a minute late, they would have found, you know, in my in the the other in the plaintiff's favor. But, boy, this guy was an hour and a half. We were waiting, and the judge just you know, you just sit down and shut up, and I'll tell you what to do.
- 1:52:25And then the guy never showed up, and we got it dismissed. But,
- 1:52:29because they knew they didn't have the evidence that she wasn't a debtor, and she never even had a credit card with with that company.
- 1:52:37So you gotta stay on the ground, but, unfortunately, they railroaded you a little bit. So I've, I've kinda let this conversation go on in the background thinking
- 1:52:47Unknown: we're probably gonna see more of this as the economy gets worse,
- 1:52:52from the inflation standpoint and and and and these kind of incidents come into the forefront more.
- 1:52:58So it's not a bad line of thought to,
- 1:53:02think about if you're in that kind of position where you got debts. Don't know what'll happen to you, but I sense more and more of this going on the same way I sense someone typing feverishly
- 1:53:15on their keyboard.
- 1:53:17Unknown: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:53:18I hear that That's
- 1:53:20Unknown: me. I'm working on another project.
- 1:53:23Unknown: Okay. Sorry.
- 1:53:25Anyway, I think it's gonna come up more, and it's good, Nancy. You're gonna make you the debt specialist from here on out. Okay? Larry's the IRS guy.
- 1:53:34You're the debt specialist.
- 1:53:35We're gonna start delegating here. That's a so the mark of a successful
- 1:53:40executive
- 1:53:41is they're able to delegate.
- 1:53:43Yes, Larry, the IRS specialist. Yeah. I was gonna say,
- 1:53:48Unknown: when you're in in court and you were sworn in and, of course,
- 1:53:53you're supposed to be truthful.
- 1:53:55And when the judge asked him,
- 1:53:58is this debt yours? I mean, there's there's actually four possible answers. They're all truthful.
- 1:54:05There's yes, there's no,
- 1:54:08and there's I don't recall,
- 1:54:10which is what a lot of politicians do and open for. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
- 1:54:14And then, of course, as was pointed out by Tom,
- 1:54:17there's I don't know.
- 1:54:19Unknown: And That's right. There's another one. There's one.
- 1:54:23Your name. There's
- 1:54:25another one. It would be, your honor, that name looks similar to my name.
- 1:54:30But because
- 1:54:31there's no validation of the accuracy of the the documents submitted, cannot
- 1:54:37answer. I cannot affirm or deny the validity of that this is my represents my legal person.
- 1:54:46Wow. I don't know who There's Nancy a lot Oars.
- 1:54:50Unknown: Boy, I you can use your your name as an example or Joe Smith.
- 1:54:54I don't know.
- 1:54:56I I can't recall, and I don't remember. Those are the three sure ones. You'll hear them used in this congressional shit 150 times in one one hearing. A 100 you're right, Roger. That's what they use all the time.
- 1:55:11Yep. That's a those are three ways to
- 1:55:14Well, I can't I don't remember. Yep. Don't know. Can't recall. Don't remember. Those three. People can make up anything they want to on paper.
- 1:55:23Unknown: My name is not unique to me.
- 1:55:26My contact
- 1:55:27information,
- 1:55:28my address is not private. It's part of the public record.
- 1:55:33Someone can fabricate.
- 1:55:35That's just the same thing with these flock cameras with video cams. You can also challenge because they're hackable and people are change video
- 1:55:44footage all the time now. So it's knowing
- 1:55:47how to appropriately,
- 1:55:49honestly,
- 1:55:51and with integrity
- 1:55:52respond because I do not know
- 1:55:55the validity
- 1:55:56since they've not provide proven the validity and accuracy of the documents they provided. I don't know whether that's my my stuff. I don't know if that's represent my legal person. I don't. I
- 1:56:08Unknown: and
- 1:56:08listen. On these on these flock cameras, I would never advise any of you do this,
- 1:56:13but you can go on Amazon and get some kind of about a $60 laser
- 1:56:18that fries the electronics in those things. Not saying do it. I'm not telling you to do it. Just telling you there have been people floating
- 1:56:26that idea that that's possible.
- 1:56:29The other thing that is real positive,
- 1:56:31is it blue green?
- 1:56:33Unknown: Think it's green. Blue or green, one of the two. I forget. We discussed this Uh-huh. A week or two ago.
- 1:56:39Unknown: The, positive thing about flock cameras is is it's amalgamating
- 1:56:43the different factions all against this common cause as well as data centers. So it really is,
- 1:56:50even even overtly acting in our favor. I think it scares them. We'll see.
- 1:56:56They they get more exposed by the day.
- 1:57:00Unknown: I gotta say one thing before y'all go. I mean, before I leave y'all alone, y'all y'all have given me a lot of time here.
- 1:57:07God bless Nancy, Tom,
- 1:57:09Roger,
- 1:57:10Paul.
- 1:57:12Unknown: Well
- 1:57:13Unknown: Larry.
- 1:57:13Larry.
- 1:57:15But, you know, I'm I need to contact somebody about making these payments and making this deal I'm gonna make with them. Gotta make sure that I can keep track somehow of the payments
- 1:57:27because I don't wanna have my kids to be having to pay a lien after
- 1:57:32Unknown: something happens. You're gonna write them a check?
- 1:57:36Unknown: Yeah. I was gonna write them a check with a with a copy.
- 1:57:40Unknown: Okay. Well, I'm not sure what make type of endorsement. You might if there's an endorsement, you could put on the back, but all you have to do is go back and check your bank records if they cash it or not.
- 1:57:51That's that's a good way.
- 1:57:53Unknown: Yes. Yes,
- 1:57:54Larry? Never provide a junk debt collector with your account number and routing number on a check.
- 1:58:01But, Christian, you don't have to pay that debt. You're judgment proof.
- 1:58:04You could just tell that guy.
- 1:58:08Unknown: Okay. Well, there's another way to approach it. William William.
- 1:58:12Well, Larry, this has been important. What about what about my other property?
- 1:58:17Unknown: There
- 1:58:22I think your other property probably be protected under this, but I don't know.
- 1:58:27I we don't know, Christian.
- 1:58:30By the way, do know that. Said.
- 1:58:33Unknown: Yep. The other day when we were talking default again. You can always default again and then go through the pace again. This time, you'd be more prepared.
- 1:58:40Unknown: Got it.
- 1:58:42Unknown: The the judge said
- 1:58:45the the judge said they can't touch your property.
- 1:58:49Do you own another property? He said, well, yeah, I do.
- 1:58:52Unknown: Well,
- 1:58:54is that is that property included in your property? That's a question on this homestead thing.
- 1:59:00You didn't get it answered. And we're not gonna answer it here because we're right at the end of the program.
- 1:59:06But you can see Yeah. Hey. Thank y'all so much. Layer and layer, there's extenuating
- 1:59:11circumstances
- 1:59:12always, and they're just not always as simple as they seem on the surface. See you tomorrow. We may still be talking about this tomorrow. Okay.
- 1:59:30Yeah. What did you say he's gonna
- 1:59:33Go ahead, Rick. There's Rick. He hadn't checked in yet. Yeah, buddy.
- 1:59:38Unknown: I learned an important word dealing with a collection collection agency one time.
- 1:59:44Had a disputed debt and they sold it to a collection agency for pennies on the dollar.
- 1:59:49Well, they were satisfied. They sold it.
- 1:59:52The collection agency contacted
- 1:59:54me. And so
- 1:59:56I wrote them an email and I said, if you can prove that I incurred
- 2:00:01this debt to you, I will pay it. This is not a contract and never heard from again because the original debt was incurred to the original creditor,
- 2:00:10not to them.
- 2:00:14Unknown: Wow. Well, I've had some of these things go through to two, three, four different collection agencies.
- 2:00:20And every time, they they kept trying to do that. Let me just send them a letter, and they would then they'd sell it off to somebody else, and then they would try. You know, all these people buying this bad paper
- 2:00:29and then, you know, for pennies, and then eventually, you know, there's just nothing there for them to come after.
- 2:00:37Unknown: Roger.
- 2:00:39Larry.
- 2:00:41Yeah. Christian,
- 2:00:43the other day when we talked, I was under the impression that
- 2:00:46you had one property and it was your homestead property.
- 2:00:50And as as we go along, now we're learning that you have a second property. Well, the Texas constitution only allows you
- 2:00:58to
- 2:01:00have one exempt property, and that's your homestead property. So
- 2:01:04now you just admit it in court. And if if you did admit that in court, and
- 2:01:10if the other attorney heard it, now they're now they're aware you have a second property,
- 2:01:14which they can put a lien against.
- 2:01:18Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:01:19Unknown: Yeah. That's what that's that's kinda what he said. Yeah. The other the other time get Now now make sure you understand what he just said, Christian. They can put a lien against it. That doesn't mean they can seize and sell it.
- 2:01:34They can put a lien against it, which means that when your son sells it,
- 2:01:40that they'll pay them a $100 or whatever the amount is.
- 2:01:44Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:01:46Okay? Yeah.
- 2:01:47Right. Yeah. Sure.
- 2:01:50I sure can. Okay.
- 2:01:53Unknown: Hold on. There's Gregory. He hadn't checked in yet. Hey, Gregory.
- 2:01:57Unknown: Hello. Hello. I've been trying to get get
- 2:02:00in, but,
- 2:02:02something I haven't, heard
- 2:02:05in the way I was taught, like, twenty years ago was that when you sign up for a credit card,
- 2:02:11you're actually the creditor. You actually created those funds. They they don't give you anything. Right? They just it's just That's what Roger. Well Roger. Yeah. Roger. I'm explaining that.
- 2:02:25Unknown: What you're doing when you hold on, Gregory. Hold on, the other guy. What you're doing when you use a credit card is creating money as if you went and just had a continuous loan without having to go to a loan officer.
- 2:02:38You're creating money. Right. It wasn't there before.
- 2:02:41Okay?
- 2:02:42Now go ahead, Gregory.
- 2:02:45Unknown: I racked up
- 2:02:47just to test it, I racked up I maxed out my credit card when I had good credit to 15.
- 2:02:53I made a couple of payments, and then I
- 2:02:57asked them where
- 2:02:59where did you loan me anything?
- 2:03:02And that one went away. And then they they gave me another credit card for $1,500.
- 2:03:08I did the same thing and no repercussions
- 2:03:11whatsoever.
- 2:03:12In fact, the people that I was playing with back in those days, they wanted a
- 2:03:18a second you know,
- 2:03:20the guys that buy the debts, those
- 2:03:23whatever you call them.
- 2:03:24Unknown: Debt collectors.
- 2:03:26Unknown: To because you could sue those bastards,
- 2:03:29excuse the expression, for for
- 2:03:32fraud.
- 2:03:35Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:03:36Tom's got some kind of a game going with him. He's making some meager living off of it. So
- 2:03:44Unknown: Roger? Yeah.
- 2:03:46Unknown: Alright. Hold on. Let Gregory finish.
- 2:03:49Unknown: Sir.
- 2:03:50You done?
- 2:03:52Unknown: No. Well, one other thing is
- 2:03:56Christian just could have said, no. I do not owe the debt. I was a creditor of it's it's not my debt.
- 2:04:03They, you know, they make every time every time you
- 2:04:08charge something,
- 2:04:10that bank's allowed to,
- 2:04:12loan out what was it? Nine to 19 times more?
- 2:04:17Unknown: Depends on what the rate is. Somebody
- 2:04:20yeah. What rating the bank is and all that. Yeah. No. What could the reserve they call it the reserve rate.
- 2:04:27What's
- 2:04:28it went during COVID. They reduced it to zero. Do you know that? The banks had to keep none of it at all. Wow. I don't know. Normally, it's around 10%,
- 2:04:39I think.
- 2:04:41But that's a big important part in the fractional reserve.
- 2:04:44That means for those of you who don't know this kind of stuff, the intricacies
- 2:04:48of the banking system, well, Gregory writes Tom a check for a thousand dollars
- 2:04:55and Tom deposits it in his bank.
- 2:04:57So now the bank can loan out
- 2:05:00$900
- 2:05:02of that,
- 2:05:03and they've got to keep 10%
- 2:05:05in case there's in case there's a default or whatever else. And it's that reserve rate between one and ten. It could be higher
- 2:05:14that the that pins the banks down on what they term the elasticity
- 2:05:20of the money supply.
- 2:05:23Can we expand the money supply? That's how they do it by messing with that frack with that fractional reserve rate.
- 2:05:32Just a little banking education
- 2:05:34for you.
- 2:05:38Unknown: Roger? Yeah.
- 2:05:40Unknown: Learn the information
- 2:05:42and stand on that because you are the creditor. These guys are nothing but.
- 2:05:49Unknown: Well,
- 2:05:50yeah. It's an amazing system they got going. Larry?
- 2:05:55Unknown: Okay. Gregory, no court is gonna accept that argument. They're gonna think you're a loony if you say, I'm the creditor, and they never loan me anything. Because
- 2:06:04when you sign that application
- 2:06:06for a credit card company, you are also signing that you are promising
- 2:06:11to pay back
- 2:06:13in the form of payments and interest
- 2:06:15whatever credit they extend to you.
- 2:06:18So that's all the judge and the attorneys look at is your promise to pay just like it with a secured
- 2:06:24loan.
- 2:06:25That's why they could take your house or your car because
- 2:06:28even though we all know that the banks don't loan us money,
- 2:06:33that the money's created at the time you sign the promissory note because it's a promise to pay and they monetize that,
- 2:06:41that doesn't that doesn't, hold any water in the courts. They're they're not gonna acknowledge that. They've got this whole thing locked down real tight.
- 2:06:50So the correct answer for Christian was,
- 2:06:54I don't know if I owe the debt, your honor.
- 2:06:57They have to show me an unbroken chain of title,
- 2:07:01and then maybe we can talk.
- 2:07:03And that probably would have caused that court hearing either to be dismissed
- 2:07:08because the judge would have said, would you have do you have the documents to prove a chain of title?
- 2:07:13And if the attorney would have said, well, no. I don't have that today, then maybe the attorney may have asked for a continuance
- 2:07:19to provide it another day,
- 2:07:21or the judge, if he saw that there was no paperwork to show that chain of title,
- 2:07:26he would have dismissed the case. He probably would have dismissed it
- 2:07:31without prejudice
- 2:07:32so that
- 2:07:34the, the attorney can bring come back into court
- 2:07:37if he does produce the paperwork.
- 2:07:40Unknown: Okay. Let's ask this, Larry. They go ahead now with what's been done. The judge is gonna hit you've agreed now to pay him a $100 a month. So they're not gonna do a a declaration or whatever he was good decision. Right? You've agreed to go ahead and get into this payment plan with him, Tristan?
- 2:08:00Unknown: I really had any I really hadn't had any, agreement with them right now.
- 2:08:06It's just that they,
- 2:08:07he the judge told me I have to call them. They're the ones who's gonna tell you it. I think he A judge issued a judgment. That's it. There's a judgment on the record, and so it's up to Christian
- 2:08:19Unknown: to figure out whether he wants to pay them
- 2:08:23or if he just wants to consider himself judgment proof and go tell them to go pound sand. But
- 2:08:30now we have new information because he didn't tell us the other day that he has a second property.
- 2:08:36So now the attorney, having heard that, they might pursue doing something,
- 2:08:41you know, with that property.
- 2:08:44Unknown: Well, they could have found it real easy. They probably already knew it existed if they did a search. It should be on the property rolls. It's in your name. Right, Christian?
- 2:08:53Yes. It's in my name. That's the thing. Okay. A lesson for folks. Here's a good lesson for folks.
- 2:08:59Learn one of the things we offer here is trust
- 2:09:03trust courses where you can write and understand trust,
- 2:09:08know what it is, and write your own literally or know what's been written for you,
- 2:09:13and so you don't risk putting your property into some fallacious thing. But that's another service that we offer around here. Didn't used to weigh on it too heavily.
- 2:09:23So one of the other reasons is because of the fairly recent activity of the individuals representing Satan. It's just another form of protecting yourself.
- 2:09:35Be a national, got those things in trust, you're covered.
- 2:09:40Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:09:42Yeah.
- 2:09:43Unknown: So that's more for new people than anything else, But,
- 2:09:46there's some fairly negligible debt. We're only talking about
- 2:09:5122,
- 2:09:51$2,800
- 2:09:52or something. What did you agree on? A thousand?
- 2:09:5610 payments of a 100?
- 2:09:58Unknown: Yeah. 10 payments of a 100. But see, he that and run That was another thing.
- 2:10:04He says they don't have to answer you. The plaintiff does not have to. See, I figured I'd had them. I figured I had them because they didn't answer none of my and I always heard that you acquiesce
- 2:10:15or you you you know, they they they Silence Dean's case in.
- 2:10:20They walk away from the negotiation table. You win. You know? Right. So he said it doesn't apply here.
- 2:10:28Unknown: Right. Well, said it doesn't apply. Christian, you you you told the judge that it was your debt. So, I mean, you that's what you said to the judge for You belly up your barn.
- 2:10:38Unknown: Yeah. He didn't even have to he didn't even have to fish too far with old Christian. Christian just bellied up and told him it sounded like. Right?
- 2:10:50Unknown: Oh, man. I wanna go out
- 2:10:52throw myself in the chicken coop and let him pick me to death. Well, no. I think it's a great learning experience.
- 2:10:59Unknown: No. You gotta go out in the garden. Guard you gotta go out in the garden and eat worms, Christian. That's what it is.
- 2:11:08Unknown: Well, that's the most powerful lessons we learn are those that are usually from our failures.
- 2:11:14Unknown: So Well, that's the only way we learn, isn't it? Yeah.
- 2:11:19Unknown: It's not an option. It seems to be the most the most preferred way of learning in humanity,
- 2:11:25Unknown: but it's not the only option. Well, think of it this way. If you're going along and you don't get any feedback,
- 2:11:31then don't you automatically assume you're doing everything right?
- 2:11:37Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:11:39I guess so.
- 2:11:40Unknown: Well, it depends on So your the feedback it's the feedback that corrects. It's the feedback loop
- 2:11:46that tells you right or wrong. That's why it's so important to have the feedback loop. That's what they deprive us of. They put a false feedback loop into us to help us make worse decisions
- 2:11:57so they can continue to clean our damn clocks and let them produce like the ants over there in the damn ant farm.
- 2:12:07Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:12:08Yes.
- 2:12:09You know,
- 2:12:10the thing is that I
- 2:12:12I dropped the ball when I didn't get back in touch with stay in touch with,
- 2:12:18Nancy
- 2:12:19and Tom.
- 2:12:20Unknown: Well, no. Here's the problem. Here's
- 2:12:23your problem. You had too many cooks in the kitchen.
- 2:12:29Unknown: Get me? They're pretty good cookers.
- 2:12:33Unknown: Well, I'm not saying they're not good cooks. I'm just saying so many of them at one time coming from different angles on somebody like you that's new, not familiar with this, kinda under a pressure and a gun of some sort and all that converging at once is not to a deputy going, okay. Well, I've had time. I can consider all these three. This one's the easiest
- 2:12:54and and have that. You were kinda thrown into the grinder.
- 2:12:58Unknown: Yeah. When when he kicked my butt was when he wouldn't take my look at my affidavit
- 2:13:03and then my timeline.
- 2:13:05And then
- 2:13:06and then he said, they don't have to answer you.
- 2:13:10So I said, son of a you know, I was waiting for the, that was my big thing that they didn't answer.
- 2:13:18Unknown: Well, you know, Larry
- 2:13:20directly went to the heart of the matter in terms of,
- 2:13:23proof of chain of title,
- 2:13:25but it's also knowing what that means. Like when you're looking at that stack of paper
- 2:13:30or a couple pages, what is that what is chain of title with their bill of sale? Is was it duly signed and executed?
- 2:13:38Is there an affidavit
- 2:13:40or valid from the original creditor that certifies the accuracy
- 2:13:44of the information? Is it specific to your
- 2:13:49account and not a portfolio?
- 2:13:51So I mean for me when I've heard like, Joe talk about chain of title and the real party of interest,
- 2:13:57it really wasn't until someone told me what that meant.
- 2:14:01It's like, okay. You look at the bill of sale and the the the assignments,
- 2:14:06and you see if it's properly
- 2:14:08signed and executed and if it's specifying
- 2:14:11your account.
- 2:14:13And if there is a and what when is it broken?
- 2:14:17What makes it broken or complete?
- 2:14:20You have to know what that means.
- 2:14:23Yeah. That's right. That's just something you don't know. Right. So Larry addressed that when he shared just a a couple moments ago.
- 2:14:31So that was really
- 2:14:32the the point of attack because
- 2:14:36they have the burden of proof,
- 2:14:39not you,
- 2:14:40to prove
- 2:14:41but if they if you don't challenge it,
- 2:14:44if you don't challenge it, they are winning.
- 2:14:47They will win. So you have to know
- 2:14:50a couple of key pieces
- 2:14:54to challenge it. And even after I mean, this is not a huge I mean, it's it's a you know, anything over a $100 to me is a lot of money. But so,
- 2:15:03you know, a thousand dollars, $2,000,
- 2:15:05you can manage that, negotiate that. But, you know, I'd say it's a very valuable
- 2:15:11learning experience and learning about identifying what is really
- 2:15:15valid
- 2:15:17argument
- 2:15:18in these debt situations.
- 2:15:21Unknown: And and, hey, Nancy. This is the thing. Okay.
- 2:15:26There's so many people on that LBN
- 2:15:28attorneys and names on that. You know what I mean? And and I say, man, once you get one
- 2:15:35once you have an agreement with somebody to pay them off, what's to keep them from saying pass it to somebody else in that doggone LLC?
- 2:15:43Say, well, you know, I'm gonna go after that too. You know? Well, you get Well you get you get a this is paid in full piece
- 2:15:53Unknown: of paper from them.
- 2:15:57Unknown: Okay.
- 2:15:58Unknown: Well, if you mean if they sell it?
- 2:16:01If they turn around and sell it? Is that what you're asking?
- 2:16:04Unknown: Yes. Yes.
- 2:16:06Unknown: Well,
- 2:16:07you need to dispute it in writing saying prove your chain of title
- 2:16:12and the original contract
- 2:16:15that I signed
- 2:16:17with you.
- 2:16:19But, you know, Roger, I wanna be sensitive to
- 2:16:23you know, this is your format, but there's
- 2:16:25there's specific things you ask.
- 2:16:28Not my area. Challenge. Yeah. You I mean, like that. You ask them to show the to to provide the original contract that you entered into
- 2:16:37with both signatures of both parties.
- 2:16:39So
- 2:16:41barring that, that will let them let them know just out of the gate that
- 2:16:46you have some knowledge about what contract law and what they're required to prove. If they can't, they can you know, they they have to prove it. But you need to know what they need to prove.
- 2:16:56The signed contract,
- 2:16:58the certified,
- 2:17:01verified,
- 2:17:02under penalty of perjury,
- 2:17:04an affidavit from the original creditor
- 2:17:06of the validity and accuracy of the count
- 2:17:09information that they're some they're providing as proof of their claim.
- 2:17:14So, I mean that, you know, an affidavit, you understand what an affidavit is. So it'll be from the original creditor
- 2:17:21that certifies under penalty of perjury, and it's notarized that the information provided
- 2:17:27is
- 2:17:28accurate. But you can even you can even attack that because the rules of evidence require someone with firsthand knowledge
- 2:17:36about the time of the original event.
- 2:17:39So
- 2:17:40there's but you you have to have the appetite and the desire just to look at and learn some real basic information.
- 2:17:48It is not that complicated.
- 2:17:50If you understand the national status,
- 2:17:53you can understand the basics of what's what you can dispute, what they're required to prove. So
- 2:18:00I did.
- 2:18:02I have learned and there's I don't know everything. I'm not a master at this. I've just had some success.
- 2:18:08I'm a good student,
- 2:18:10and I've had some people who know their stuff.
- 2:18:13And now I have evidence
- 2:18:15by my success, and it doesn't mean that I know everything
- 2:18:19by any means. But I do know I can identify
- 2:18:23the when people shove
- 2:18:25or send me a a a stack of
- 2:18:28documents, it doesn't intimidate me in the lease. I go I I look through it and see what they have, what they provided. And, usually, it it they have not validated the claim.
- 2:18:40Roger.
- 2:18:41Unknown: Larry.
- 2:18:44Unknown: Yeah. Hey, Christian.
- 2:18:46So they got a judgment. Big deal.
- 2:18:49You know, Roger often tells the story about a president a president who
- 2:18:54the Supreme Court
- 2:18:56ruled on something big, and then was it was it
- 2:19:01Unknown: who was it? Jackson that said, okay. Let them enforce it. So they got a they got a It a was a second bank of the United States, and Jackson vetoed it, and the Supreme Court
- 2:19:11passed it. And he said, let them enforce it.
- 2:19:15Unknown: Exactly. So, Christian, you literally don't have to do anything.
- 2:19:19Do not contact the debt collector.
- 2:19:22Don't do anything. They have to enforce the judgment now. And what that entails is they have to file paperwork for a writ of garnishment
- 2:19:31for your bank accounts. Well, guess what? That's gonna be easily defeated because Yeah. Your Social Security money is the only thing that gets deposited in there. And so you'll you'll exchange some documents and file them with the court and all that, and then you'll easily defeat that writ of garnishment.
- 2:19:49And then the only other thing they can do is if you have other land,
- 2:19:53if you're renting it out or something, it's being used for commercial purposes, it's not your homestead,
- 2:19:58they could put a lien on it. But all that means is when it comes time to sell that land,
- 2:20:04then somebody's gotta pay to get that lien,
- 2:20:08you know, taken care of.
- 2:20:11And so you really have nothing to worry about. You don't ever give a debt collector
- 2:20:15checks.
- 2:20:17You pay them if you're gonna pay off a debt collector just to get rid of them and you settle on something, you do a money order, and then you get something in writing from them before you send them the check or the money order that says, we we are settled in full.
- 2:20:33And but you don't ever give your routing number a check because Fucking money. If they think that they didn't get a payment from you, they're gonna reach right into your account and and grab whatever they want. They'll empty your account out until until they have enough to satisfy that judgment.
- 2:20:48And so at this point, my suggestion to you is not to do a single thing.
- 2:20:54And when you do if they do decide to come after you,
- 2:20:58come back on the show and say, hey.
- 2:21:00There's a writ of garnishment, or, you know, you could start researching how to take care of that at this point. But don't do a thing from this point. They have to enforce that judgment,
- 2:21:11and I doubt they will for $202,800
- 2:21:13bucks.
- 2:21:15Unknown: No. It's only a thousand. It's only a thousand. He's got it down to a grand.
- 2:21:20Unknown: No. They didn't agree to that. They didn't they didn't ever send me an agreement to that. That's Oh, okay. And that's what that's what they threw at me.
- 2:21:29Unknown: I see. That miss can They didn't they didn't have to agree. Yeah. Well, they don't have to answer you. He's right.
- 2:21:38It's an offer. You offered to contract with them. They declined
- 2:21:43by not answering.
- 2:21:46Unknown: Right. And I thought that that meant that they agreed with me, but, you know, the judge said no. That that
- 2:21:51Unknown: Not not in contract agreement. Yes.
- 2:21:55Unknown: Yes.
- 2:21:57Unknown: I know he's not in Washington state, but in Washington state law is if you make that first payment,
- 2:22:04everything, all your options are gone. You just recontract
- 2:22:08it. Well, I agree with it. Right. Do not pay a dime.
- 2:22:12Unknown: Okay. We'll sit back and let him contact you, Christian.
- 2:22:18Okay. Play cat and mouse with him. K?
- 2:22:22Unknown: Okay.
- 2:22:23Unknown: Alright. Roger?
- 2:22:25Unknown: Yes, sir. There's Gary. Yes, sir, Gary.
- 2:22:29Unknown: This is all good and fine, but I want everyone on this call to understand one thing,
- 2:22:35and that is everything
- 2:22:37in this society
- 2:22:39is contract.
- 2:22:41Yep. I don't care what it is. It's contract. That's the way they've set it up,
- 2:22:46and that's the way you agree to it.
- 2:22:50Unknown: That's the way civilizations
- 2:22:51organize societies
- 2:22:53function the best is with agreements
- 2:22:55that have a set of rules that are supposed to be abided by. These bastards always unabide by them. There are people that do, unfortunately.
- 2:23:04This will credit snafu. I think we're gonna see more of it, but
- 2:23:10shit, try not to get into debt.
- 2:23:12The the best advice I can give That's
- 2:23:16Unknown: the key right there.
- 2:23:18Every time you sign something,
- 2:23:21you put your signature down,
- 2:23:23you're agreeing to a contract. I don't and you the problem is people don't understand what's behind those contracts.
- 2:23:33I mean, just take driver's license. You don't understand that there's a hook
- 2:23:39at least an inch thick
- 2:23:41that you're agreeing to,
- 2:23:43but they don't give you that book, do they, at the No. Driver's license branch?
- 2:23:48Never. But yet you agree to that book,
- 2:23:52and it's a inch at least in. The one in Indiana
- 2:23:56was an inch and a half thick.
- 2:23:59And when you sign for your driver's license, you're agreeing to everything in that inch and a half book.
- 2:24:05Yeah. But like I said, they don't give you the contract.
- 2:24:10Right. And two, people start researching how to alter a contract.
- 2:24:17Unknown: So the law That's their there's YouTubes on that.
- 2:24:22Unknown: The law gives you usually at least seventy two hours.
- 2:24:26I think on a home mortgage or a second mortgage, it's up to seven days
- 2:24:31for you to alter the contract.
- 2:24:36Unknown: Let me give you another example.
- 2:24:38Gary, let me give another example line. When Christian receives his credit card offer to contract,
- 2:24:45you can go into those terms where it talks about the APR, annual percentage rate. You could cross that out instead of 26%.
- 2:24:53You can write 5%
- 2:24:55and initial it and send it back. And if they don't refuse it, you got a 5% interest rate.
- 2:25:04Unknown: Wow.
- 2:25:05Unknown: There's one other point I wanna make, Roger,
- 2:25:09and that is signature
- 2:25:12is actually
- 2:25:13the word for
- 2:25:15sign of nature.
- 2:25:21Do the etymology on people.
- 2:25:23Signature means sign of nature.
- 2:25:27Unknown: Okay.
- 2:25:29Unknown: Well,
- 2:25:31Hey, Roger.
- 2:25:32Unknown: Yep. Well, there I'd be darned if it ain't old Dougaroo. Hey, Doug.
- 2:25:37Unknown: Hey. I'm feeling older every day. Yeah. I I didn't know that feeling.
- 2:25:44So I have a comment here
- 2:25:47regarding Gary's last statement,
- 2:25:49and this
- 2:25:51is
- 2:25:54my comment refers
- 2:25:56to Christian.
- 2:25:57So since he offered
- 2:26:01to pay a thousand dollars
- 2:26:04and
- 2:26:05he hasn't heard back, the offer is still on the table.
- 2:26:10So they could come back
- 2:26:12and then say, oh, we accept your offer. And then
- 2:26:17if
- 2:26:18well, then that completes
- 2:26:20a contract.
- 2:26:22So
- 2:26:24in line with this line of thinking Yeah. I'm thinking he he
- 2:26:30needs to
- 2:26:32send them a certify
- 2:26:34you know, certified
- 2:26:36receipt
- 2:26:39notice
- 2:26:41that since they haven't accepted it, he rescinds it. And then that cuts that
- 2:26:49chain off.
- 2:26:51Now
- 2:26:54Unknown: does anybody does that seem logical? He has a new contract. It's called a judgment.
- 2:27:01Unknown: Yeah. I wouldn't I got it. I wouldn't suggest he has any further contact
- 2:27:06Unknown: with this debt collector.
- 2:27:08That's that's my opinion.
- 2:27:10Unknown: Yeah. Don't don't argue with that. What about if you get a $100 money order? Hold on, Doug. What about if you get a $100 money order and
- 2:27:18you put what's called a restrictive endorsement on the back?
- 2:27:22It says something to the effect that deposit of this instrument,
- 2:27:28denotes agreement with previous
- 2:27:31contract offer.
- 2:27:33And leave that there with them with a $100 with a big baited $100 on it. And if they cash it, then they agree to the 10 payments of a $100. How about that?
- 2:27:46Unknown: Could also write paid in full in the notes.
- 2:27:50Unknown: Yeah. Yeah.
- 2:27:51So, anyway, there's all kinds of stuff you can do to play with this. So
- 2:27:56Unknown: We're at Deb Bauer.
- 2:27:57We're at Deb Bauer. You know, Roger. I do. So Doug. Over years,
- 2:28:02many
- 2:28:03over twenty years ago,
- 2:28:06I was helping
- 2:28:08a lot of people, me and another guy, with, using,
- 2:28:13the FDA CP.
- 2:28:17And
- 2:28:21I understood it very thoroughly,
- 2:28:24and there was never any repercussions.
- 2:28:27So
- 2:28:28Unknown: Well, there may be some people that don't know what that is. That's Fair Credit Debt Collection Act, I believe, he's referring to. Yeah. Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. And,
- 2:28:41Unknown: subsequently,
- 2:28:42I was in a a court case.
- 2:28:46I was the plaintiff,
- 2:28:49etcetera.
- 2:28:50I've been in
- 2:28:52debt collection thing. When I found out about the banking thing,
- 2:28:56I was so ticked off.
- 2:28:59I just canceled all my credit cards. I refused to pay any of them. And Yeah.
- 2:29:04So
- 2:29:05the one of the other things I learned during that time is you can get a judgment
- 2:29:11from a court, but the courts never get involved in the collection of it.
- 2:29:17It's all upon
- 2:29:18whoever,
- 2:29:19you know, won the you know, for them to come after you. And
- 2:29:25because
- 2:29:27these parties
- 2:29:29are almost always third
- 2:29:32party debt collectors.
- 2:29:34They have no chain of cups.
- 2:29:36They and and as
- 2:29:39your
- 2:29:41people here contributed,
- 2:29:45good luck
- 2:29:46because
- 2:29:47with
- 2:29:48instead of writing,
- 2:29:50you know, 15 pages of and this goes with the IRS and National. If you know the information,
- 2:29:59you make it concise.
- 2:30:01You few the fewer words, the better,
- 2:30:05and
- 2:30:06pretty much they go away. So I've had a judgment against me from a court
- 2:30:12for a debt
- 2:30:15that I challenged. The
- 2:30:18things that went on were so ridiculous,
- 2:30:20and I could see through them all, but the judge wouldn't listen.
- 2:30:25Thank god he died.
- 2:30:28But
- 2:30:29so they sold the debt, and
- 2:30:33people come after me. I just don't communicate with them at all. I never answer anything
- 2:30:40because,
- 2:30:42well, I'm on Social Security.
- 2:30:45And
- 2:30:46the last one
- 2:30:49that
- 2:30:50not that I have a lot. I I have one that's been coming around every few years. They have to re up the thing every few years or it goes away. And It's like a lien.
- 2:31:05Kinda.
- 2:31:06Yeah.
- 2:31:07Unknown: But I mean, that's sort of a lien. Has to be, by the for those who we're talking about sorry to interrupt, Doug. A lien has to be renewed every seven years.
- 2:31:17Unknown: Go ahead. Yeah. I think that's what it is.
- 2:31:19So,
- 2:31:21anyway,
- 2:31:22I don't answer them. I don't do anything. The courts don't enforce this stuff, Christian. No. Yeah. So
- 2:31:31no.
- 2:31:33They're they're too busy making money every day, traffic tickets and all this stuff. But
- 2:31:40so
- 2:31:42the
- 2:31:44like, it was said, you know, this is a learning experience.
- 2:31:49I
- 2:31:50so the last thing I got,
- 2:31:53and it was a notice from my bank
- 2:31:56that someone
- 2:31:58tried to
- 2:32:01get funds from my account,
- 2:32:04and
- 2:32:06the bank
- 2:32:08notified me in writing
- 2:32:10that this
- 2:32:12party had tried to do that.
- 2:32:14And
- 2:32:15since my income is
- 2:32:18Social Security,
- 2:32:20they couldn't do it. The bank told me they couldn't do it. And it was equal what they couldn't take was equal
- 2:32:29to
- 2:32:30more, a little bit more than what I got from Social Security.
- 2:32:35So
- 2:32:37it's a it is a kind of a foolproof
- 2:32:40protection.
- 2:32:42So
- 2:32:43don't worry.
- 2:32:44The one here you have left on your head, Just just joking. Yeah. But
- 2:32:50and sleep
- 2:32:52well,
- 2:32:53and just don't
- 2:32:55mess with them. Now I just wanna reiterate. I don't know.
- 2:33:00Gary came back
- 2:33:02and said
- 2:33:03this, that, and the other about the judgment and that, but I'm just wondering
- 2:33:08since he offered I don't know if that was in writing or publicly. In writing. It was in writing. Okay. So they have so many days, I would assume,
- 2:33:19to accept the offer. That might be
- 2:33:23pertinent.
- 2:33:24That might be important if they haven't accepted it within a certain time, but it still might be
- 2:33:31prudent to say, hey. This time period or it it doesn't matter what time period.
- 2:33:38But if there is a time period, you know what the limitation is.
- 2:33:43Excuse me. That,
- 2:33:46that's one
- 2:33:48I think. Benefit benefit.
- 2:33:51But, otherwise, you just
- 2:33:53I can say, yeah. I wanna buy that right now, and then two minutes later, I just say, no. I don't. Well, I'm just saying in regard to
- 2:34:02in writing, he offered to pay $100
- 2:34:06a month for a thousand dollars. It might be depending on the timetable,
- 2:34:11etcetera,
- 2:34:12to just say I rescind it.
- 2:34:14And that's it. It's rescinded.
- 2:34:17So that doesn't create a new contract.
- 2:34:21Unknown: Okay. Doug, you'd have to put the the terms
- 2:34:24Unknown: in your offer. You'd have to make them explicit.
- 2:34:27You'd have to say, I'll offer you a thousand dollars
- 2:34:31in exchange for this $2,800
- 2:34:33bill. I'll offer you a thousand dollars.
- 2:34:36Plea please accept
- 2:34:37my offer
- 2:34:39within ten days or thirty days. You'd have to put that on there. All of that is null and void because there's a newser contract. It's called a judgment.
- 2:34:50Unknown: Oh,
- 2:34:52Unknown: so the judgment crew was for the 2,800?
- 2:34:57Unknown: 22,
- 2:34:58something like that. So, Christian, just sit on your ass and let them contact you. Okay?
- 2:35:04Unknown: 2877
- 2:35:06plus a 164.
- 2:35:09Unknown: Court costs. Right?
- 2:35:11Unknown: Yes. What's
- 2:35:13Unknown: uh-huh. Okay. Well, hey. I'd suggest you not just wait and hear from them and not respond.
- 2:35:19What they to do, they're gonna have to put a lien
- 2:35:23on on it may you know, we don't know what they're gonna do.
- 2:35:27Just don't answer them.
- 2:35:33Unknown: Well, that's you know, I didn't answer them one time. The what's kinda started is that I didn't answer them in one days.
- 2:35:41They had sent me a letter.
- 2:35:43Not it had a little bitty
- 2:35:46attorney at law, and it didn't even know what it was.
- 2:35:49And
- 2:35:52I didn't answer that.
- 2:35:54And then, then it started this this big fire I'm in.
- 2:35:59They've they just slapped a lawsuit on me.
- 2:36:04Unknown: Okay. And they got a judge again.
- 2:36:06$2,800.
- 2:36:08They can't collect it. They can't come grab your bank account.
- 2:36:12Even the worst thing they can do is put a lien on that extra property,
- 2:36:16and it and it may be covered. We don't know.
- 2:36:22My look.
- 2:36:25Unknown: Okay. Y'all are wonderful. Y'all are wonderful. I know. No. No.
- 2:36:30Unknown: It it's way too confusing.
- 2:36:33So does anybody else have anything for me
- 2:36:36today?
- 2:36:39No? Okay. Well, then I'm gonna see you tomorrow. For for holding on. Yeah. I'll hash this out with Christian to do whatever. I I think you'll end up just sitting tight,
- 2:36:51waiting
- 2:36:52they gotta institute a whole new proceeding
- 2:36:55or else put a lien on it, and the lien's got no satisfaction
- 2:36:59for them, really.
- 2:37:01So
- 2:37:03no way.
- 2:37:05Unknown: Let's remember that,
- 2:37:07stress is the number one killer, and and Christians kinda sound a little bit stressed here.
- 2:37:14I would highly recommend some
- 2:37:16deep breathing exercises
- 2:37:18Unknown: and calm down.
- 2:37:20Unknown: I too. Just sit back, forget about it, and then drop the anxiety.
- 2:37:24It ain't no hanging matter.
- 2:37:27Right. And we spent we spent, like, two or three whole shows on it.
- 2:37:35Unknown: That's right. Really?
- 2:37:37Unknown: It's all serious, man. Four, five people four, five people coming in different suggestions, different this. Christian's little old guy about my age. He's not real familiar with this. And all of a sudden, it's all these people. You need to do this and do that and write this and send this. Just
- 2:37:53sit back and let the dust settle, Christian. I think you'll be alright.
- 2:37:57K. See y'all tomorrow.
- 2:38:01Unknown: Okay, Roger. Thank you for everybody.
- 2:38:04Nancy,
- 2:38:05Tom,
- 2:38:06Larry,
- 2:38:08Brent, all you guys.
- 2:38:12Unknown: Christian, just put this out of your mind. Do not worry about it anymore. What's done is done.
- 2:38:18If
- 2:38:20you want to call what you did a mistake, you know, we we all make mistakes,
- 2:38:25and
- 2:38:26just you just move on.
- 2:38:28This is a learning experience.
- 2:38:30So you just move on. Don't contact that attorney.
- 2:38:34Don't do anything.
- 2:38:37The moment someone tries to contact you down the road,
- 2:38:41just reach out,
- 2:38:43and we can discuss what we need to do. But they
- 2:38:45they can't take your Social Security.
- 2:38:49You know? Yeah. So I I highly doubt they're gonna do anything for quite a while.
- 2:38:55That's a that LVNV
- 2:38:57or whatever it's called, they they are a big outfit.
- 2:39:01They file hundreds of lawsuits in different counties a week.
- 2:39:06I've I've seen the statistics.
- 2:39:10In in counties all across The United States, they they file thousands of lawsuits,
- 2:39:15and they're hoping to just get default judgments. I think
- 2:39:19I think
- 2:39:21John Watts went over in
- 2:39:24his presentation.
- 2:39:25He he
- 2:39:27mentioned a statistic that, like, eighty percent of all
- 2:39:30credit card lawsuits end up in in a default judgment.
- 2:39:35Unknown: People don't even fight them. You know? Larry Larry, what happens on that? Because I heard a girl that went in there before me,
- 2:39:44and they were saying this is default. This is default.
- 2:39:47This is default.
- 2:39:49The judge was saying this is in default.
- 2:39:52So what happens when they do that?
- 2:39:56Unknown: You have a default judgment, and then you have if you're in default of making your payments,
- 2:40:01which is what brings about
- 2:40:03a a
- 2:40:05lawsuit to begin with. So I don't know what that what you heard, what they were referring to.
- 2:40:11But a default judgment is when
- 2:40:14the defendant doesn't show up to the hearing.
- 2:40:17And so the the
- 2:40:20prosecuting
- 2:40:21attorney
- 2:40:22for the for the bank,
- 2:40:25they or the junk debt buyer, they they asked the judge for a default judgment.
- 2:40:30Your honor, the defendant did not appear. We would like a default judgment and court costs.
- 2:40:36And the judge just granted and writes it out right there.
- 2:40:40So
- 2:40:43that's how most credit card lawsuits end up
- 2:40:47with default judgments because the defendants don't appear in court.
- 2:40:52Unknown: I mean, y'all y'all made y'all said make sure you show up, you know, because and and that's what I was wondering. That wouldn't get rid of it if they they got it if I got a default judgment if I didn't show up. Right? I wouldn't get rid of it? Would I get rid of it?
- 2:41:08Unknown: They would have got if you didn't show up, they would have gotten a default judgment.
- 2:41:12And you showed up,
- 2:41:14and you admitted to the debt. The judge said, let me ask you straight up. Do you feel like you owe this debt?
- 2:41:21Is this debt yours?
- 2:41:22And instead of saying, well, your honor, I don't know.
- 2:41:26I would like to see the,
- 2:41:28the attorney show me an an
- 2:41:33unbroken chain of title, and then maybe I can make that determination.
- 2:41:37And so the judge would have said,
- 2:41:39and I I've been through all this. The judge would have said,
- 2:41:42okay. We're gonna do
- 2:41:46we're gonna have another hearing
- 2:41:49in two months. And he would have said to the the opposing attorney,
- 2:41:53please produce
- 2:41:55these documents that the defendant is asking for,
- 2:41:59and and then we'll have another hearing.
- 2:42:02That's how that would have went down.
- 2:42:04But when you said, yeah. I think this is my debt. I mean,
- 2:42:08well, court's over. You admitted to it. I put my head on the chopping block.
- 2:42:15Right.
- 2:42:17So you live and learn. You know?
- 2:42:19Yeah. So my advice to you
- 2:42:22is don't do anything. Don't contact them. Don't write out any checks. Nothing.
- 2:42:28You they
- 2:42:29me. If they're gonna do something against you, you it's they're gonna you're gonna get something in the mail,
- 2:42:36you know, a notice of of garnishment,
- 2:42:39and then you and then you go from there to address it.
- 2:42:42You know? Okay.
- 2:42:45And that could take a year, two years before that even shows up.
- 2:42:51Unknown: You know? Yeah. So so, Christian, I I agree with Larry. Yeah. There's nothing for you to do at this point. And,
- 2:42:59yeah, there's nothing for you to do. Just wait just wait to see what they do.
- 2:43:04And
- 2:43:06yeah.
- 2:43:07Unknown: Do you think it's interesting that they brought emotion into it?
- 2:43:11Unknown: That's what you In two cases You feel like this is your debt? That's what they've asked me but in both cases that I
- 2:43:18ultimately, they withdrew. The court asked me, the judge, I don't know. I think she's a judge, said, why do you feel this is not your obligate your debt?
- 2:43:29And I just little made a little mental note in my head. Oh, feel interesting.
- 2:43:34And I just said, well, I've reviewed the documents that the the plaintiff has provided, and I'm not persuaded that it is a valid obligation of mine.
- 2:43:43Unknown: God. But, you know, I wanna look into that too. I wanna make more
- 2:43:47about that that question than,
- 2:43:50you know, than what's on the surface. We all talk that way. You know? How do you feel about that? What we're really saying is what are your thoughts on that? So I don't think there is anything to that. You know? That's just the way we all talk.
- 2:44:03Unknown: Well, I actually, I I don't necessarily agree, Larry. But
- 2:44:07because peep they're direct the the the judge, the authority in that situation is directing you very specifically.
- 2:44:14You know? And people are gonna do what they think. I knew
- 2:44:18that I wasn't gonna respond to anything about feelings
- 2:44:22because it isn't about my feelings. But when someone's asking you how do you feel
- 2:44:26about something, well, Christian obviously felt that it was his dad.
- 2:44:32He had feelings about it, and the feelings are a result of his thoughts.
- 2:44:36So, he doesn't like, if I didn't know that my default position is what they're submitting is fraud,
- 2:44:44and they have to prove otherwise. That's my position.
- 2:44:47Unknown: I don't know that that what they presented anything as you know, I don't know that it's anything that's factual about what they presented. So that's my position. I'm just saying in general, when when someone says, you know, how do you feel about that? What they're really asking you is what are your thoughts? Just in general. So I wouldn't make a big deal about that. You know? And maybe in your case, there was something behind it, but I'm just saying in general, Nancy.
- 2:45:13Unknown: Emotion. Again, I don't agree with you, Larry. I don't agree with I gotta say this is this is a phenomenon of our time. As always, they wanna bring emotion into everything. Like, they have children.
- 2:45:25It's not about your merit or you're trying to be a good team player or whatever it is. It's about your self esteem.
- 2:45:35Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:45:36Well, I just recognize the manipulation. And Larry, I get I understand your position.
- 2:45:40I understand your position
- 2:45:43and your opinion about it, but I don't agree with you on that.
- 2:45:47Unknown: But that is good to be stalwart and know that it's really about your thoughts, but you see how they're manipulating.
- 2:45:53Yeah.
- 2:45:54Unknown: Yeah. I had no confusion.
- 2:45:57And you have to enter into that situation knowing that there's gonna be manipulation
- 2:46:02involved, whether consciously or unconsciously
- 2:46:06from the bench.
- 2:46:09Unknown: So alright. So, I mean, that could be easily
- 2:46:13dissuade by just saying to the judge if she asks what your feelings are on the matter. You just say, well, if you're your honor, respectfully, if you're asking me what my thoughts are on this situation,
- 2:46:25here's my thoughts. I think they should prove the chain of title. That's all. Keep it simple. Oh, yeah. I know. Well, I just did not.
- 2:46:33Unknown: I responded
- 2:46:34to the actual heart of the matter. I disregarded
- 2:46:37her question specifically about my feelings. Because I could say, well, I feel a little anxious for being here, your honor. Thank you for asking. And I feel it's unfair that this person is asserting a claim that they would that they have no proof for, but that is irrelevant.
- 2:46:52The fact of the matter is that they've not provided
- 2:46:55evidence
- 2:46:56that proves their claim.
- 2:46:59Yeah.
- 2:47:01So
- 2:47:02anyway, you know, we'll just have to agree to disagree. I understand your point.
- 2:47:08I agree. We'll be targeted and specific. Yeah. Keep keep getting a a targeted response. I agree.
- 2:47:17Unknown: Question.
- 2:47:19Is Beth still here?
- 2:47:22Beth, is Beth still here?
- 2:47:28Who?
- 2:47:29Beth.
- 2:47:31This is Christian. I don't know who what the
- 2:47:36Beth?
- 2:47:36She is starting off the conversation.
- 2:47:40Oh, Beth. Okay.
- 2:47:44Unknown: Alright. The
- 2:47:47Unknown: gentleman requesting Beth,
- 2:47:49you said that you
- 2:47:51your bank told you that they wouldn't relinquish your Social Security. I have a question for you if you're the one that said that.
- 2:48:01Unknown: Not me.
- 2:48:17Unknown: Who's the question directed to? What was the question?
- 2:48:22Unknown: Well, Larry, there's one guy just recently there I couldn't get in was saying that the bank said that somebody's trying to
- 2:48:31leverage his account for a judgment, and the bank told them they couldn't do it, and they notified him of that. So I have a question for that person, but I guess he's already gone.
- 2:48:44Unknown: Well, maybe I can answer it. So what was the question one more time?
- 2:48:50Unknown: Well, my question is, I was told, as we all know, that nobody can
- 2:48:55garner your Social Security.
- 2:48:57But I was also illuminated to the fact that if you have direct deposit,
- 2:49:03once it's in the bank's possession,
- 2:49:06it's no longer Social Security's
- 2:49:08obligation to protect it,
- 2:49:11that it can be taken from your bank account.
- 2:49:14And this gentleman just said they tried that,
- 2:49:17and the bank stood up for him. And that's the first time I've ever heard that.
- 2:49:26Unknown: Hey. That was me,
- 2:49:27Doug.
- 2:49:30Okay, Doug. There you are.
- 2:49:32Unknown: So Yeah. Who is the bank? Is that a big bank, or is that a little podunk thing?
- 2:49:39Unknown: Well, it's
- 2:49:42it's a
- 2:49:44local bank here
- 2:49:46in Okay.
- 2:49:48In
- 2:49:51Arkansas,
- 2:49:52but
- 2:49:54you have to understand that
- 2:49:56this area of Arkansas
- 2:49:59is
- 2:50:00Walmart headquarters.
- 2:50:02They have Sam's here.
- 2:50:04It's the headquarters of Tyson Chicken.
- 2:50:08Yep. There's a lot of there's a lot of money here.
- 2:50:12Now
- 2:50:13so
- 2:50:14let me just clarify.
- 2:50:17I didn't,
- 2:50:19I wasn't aware of anything going
- 2:50:22hold on.
- 2:50:23I wasn't aware of anything going on personally
- 2:50:28with someone trying to get money from me
- 2:50:31as as to my
- 2:50:33bank account.
- 2:50:35I had gotten letters which I just didn't respond to.
- 2:50:41So
- 2:50:43my bank
- 2:50:44took upon itself
- 2:50:47to
- 2:50:48send me
- 2:50:49a number of pages
- 2:50:51that it said
- 2:50:54that, this
- 2:50:56party tried to
- 2:50:58collect so much money
- 2:51:00from your account to garnish or whatever the terminology
- 2:51:05was,
- 2:51:06and they were letting me know that it was
- 2:51:10it didn't happen.
- 2:51:12And that and they told me the amount that,
- 2:51:17I get every month or or have in my account.
- 2:51:23It was it was, like, a thousand dollars more than I was getting from Social Security
- 2:51:28that could not be
- 2:51:31garnished,
- 2:51:32taken in any way.
- 2:51:34So
- 2:51:36that was that. Now,
- 2:51:38you know, I might be reaching here, but there are
- 2:51:45rules, regulations,
- 2:51:47laws
- 2:51:48that the banks
- 2:51:50it's kind of a they they have to follow the same rule.
- 2:51:55So
- 2:51:56I don't and and this particular bank that I bank with
- 2:52:01are is probably the biggest bank in the area. I don't know.
- 2:52:07They're they're
- 2:52:08everywhere.
- 2:52:09So
- 2:52:10I'm, thinking they still have to
- 2:52:14now it would have to be challenged if a bank allowed
- 2:52:17that to happen because then the banks would be guilty
- 2:52:21of violating
- 2:52:23federal law. So,
- 2:52:26I'm just thinking all the banking institutions,
- 2:52:29if one note, just like this
- 2:52:32debt collection practices
- 2:52:35that happened,
- 2:52:36if one knows,
- 2:52:38I don't think they're going to
- 2:52:44I don't think they're gonna jeopardize
- 2:52:47that. When I used to sell insurance at one time. Uh-huh.
- 2:52:52Sub subsequent
- 2:52:54insurance.
- 2:52:56And after the first year,
- 2:52:58I became a manager.
- 2:53:00So I had six, seven people under me. And
- 2:53:04after a year, then you you go back. Every six months, I'd go back and
- 2:53:10I'd have to try
- 2:53:11to renew the clients I had and try to sell, you know, the insurance for more people. Well, after the first year,
- 2:53:21I got reports
- 2:53:23that,
- 2:53:25you know, it's it it was
- 2:53:27it wasn't expensive.
- 2:53:29It was
- 2:53:30good for what it offered,
- 2:53:33but that the company
- 2:53:34was not honoring
- 2:53:37the
- 2:53:39Pacific.
- 2:53:41So the next year that I went around,
- 2:53:44I I
- 2:53:46used to carry I well, I was I was ticked off
- 2:53:51that they that the people,
- 2:53:55were being
- 2:53:57they weren't being
- 2:53:59the company wasn't honoring a contract.
- 2:54:02So I used to spend sometimes
- 2:54:05an hour. And, you know, when you're doing these visit this house, visit that house, it's all a numbers thing. You make more money, but I didn't care about that.
- 2:54:14I focused on the fact that this
- 2:54:17insurance company, big insurance company,
- 2:54:21was
- 2:54:24not owning its contract.
- 2:54:26So I would spend
- 2:54:28time
- 2:54:29telling every customer,
- 2:54:31the customer
- 2:54:33the new customers and the customers that I was revisiting,
- 2:54:36I got all these cards.
- 2:54:38These kinda like a postcard, but it's it's a legal insurance thing.
- 2:54:44And I would educate them
- 2:54:47on how to file a claim
- 2:54:49when their contract wasn't honored by the company.
- 2:54:53And
- 2:54:54and the focus was
- 2:54:57the
- 2:54:59the insurance
- 2:55:01commission.
- 2:55:03K?
- 2:55:04And
- 2:55:05I would
- 2:55:06surround that
- 2:55:08surround the words on this card, and I'd say, you call this number.
- 2:55:12Well, the the
- 2:55:14the threat to the insure to each agency,
- 2:55:17every
- 2:55:18insurance
- 2:55:19company
- 2:55:20was once a complaint a complaint is filed,
- 2:55:26I
- 2:55:29don't know if it's just one complaint or a few or whatever,
- 2:55:34but
- 2:55:35it's kinda like the IRS.
- 2:55:38These insurance
- 2:55:40investigators
- 2:55:41can come in
- 2:55:43to your insurance
- 2:55:45company, the office, whatever,
- 2:55:48and
- 2:55:49go through everything.
- 2:55:51So
- 2:55:52I understood this at the time, so I educated the people
- 2:55:57and the reasoning behind it
- 2:56:00that
- 2:56:01they'll they'd rather pay you
- 2:56:04than
- 2:56:05quickly
- 2:56:07than
- 2:56:08open up a case
- 2:56:10where this commission
- 2:56:11of that's what all these investigators
- 2:56:14do. Right? It's like, you know, what's a hammer looking for a nail?
- 2:56:18That's what these people do.
- 2:56:21So
- 2:56:23I didn't waste time. I spent time because
- 2:56:28the product was good. It was reasonable.
- 2:56:31But when
- 2:56:32the company wouldn't honor
- 2:56:36their agreement,
- 2:56:37it was the accident and health supplemental
- 2:56:40insurance.
- 2:56:41When they wouldn't honor it, well, that's it for me. I'm I'm the enemy of of this thing. I was out there
- 2:56:50trying to make money
- 2:56:53to support myself and my
- 2:56:56wife and my family,
- 2:56:57my children.
- 2:56:59But once that happens, now I
- 2:57:03felt I had an obligation
- 2:57:05to
- 2:57:06let him to arm people,
- 2:57:09to let them know. Here's the process if this doesn't happen. Happen.
- 2:57:14So,
- 2:57:16anyway, the banks
- 2:57:18are
- 2:57:20they have a a a certain
- 2:57:24obligation
- 2:57:25legally
- 2:57:27to do what they do. Unfortunately,
- 2:57:29my bank did that without me even knowing or asking, and that made me aware of it. And
- 2:57:37that made me you
- 2:57:39know,
- 2:57:40it was
- 2:57:41a comfortable feeling
- 2:57:43Unknown: because Yes. Well I In your situation,
- 2:57:47that's in your situation, that's extremely rare.
- 2:57:50Usually, the banks find for money. They do have to notice
- 2:57:54you. They do have to tell you that your account's being
- 2:57:57garnished or there's a lien or whatever,
- 2:58:00but that's about it. And, usually,
- 2:58:03this is how unscrupulous they are. Usually, you get that notice after
- 2:58:07this the account's already been seized or the money's disappeared.
- 2:58:12So you're quite the anomaly there. I just wanted to make sure I heard it right, and thank you for your time, sir. I'm done. Let me interject something. This is Larry. So if if the, if there's a debt collector,
- 2:58:24Unknown: that tries to garnish your bank accounts and all that's being deposited in those bank accounts is your Social Security,
- 2:58:32money,
- 2:58:34the the the bank
- 2:58:36has a
- 2:58:37duty under federal law
- 2:58:39to
- 2:58:41do an accounting of that bank account. And if it sees that
- 2:58:46sixty days worth of deposits
- 2:58:48came from the Social Security Administration,
- 2:58:51that money is untouchable.
- 2:58:54Beyond sixty days, the bank will put a freeze
- 2:58:57on that money even though it came from the Social Security Administration,
- 2:59:01and then it will be unfreezed eventually,
- 2:59:05but you have to go through some court processes and and things
- 2:59:09to show that, you know, that that money is exempt.
- 2:59:12But that initial amount within sixty days is untouchable.
- 2:59:16They can't the bank cannot freeze it. The debt collector cannot take it. You can have no fees imposed against it, like garnishment fees.
- 2:59:24So that's just a a requirement of all banks under federal law.
- 2:59:30Unknown: So, Larry,
- 2:59:31if you have x amount coming in monthly
- 2:59:34as you just depicted,
- 2:59:36do you have to completely empty the account
- 2:59:40every two months, or you just have to move out that month of the previous check, sir?
- 2:59:47Unknown: Well, you shouldn't have to do anything. The bank the bank's not allowed to freeze those Social Security deposits.
- 2:59:55No. It's just after But if you had let's just say you had,
- 3:00:00you know,
- 3:00:01social security checks that were deposited that and you did not even touch that money yet and it was showing up as three months old,
- 3:00:09that money will be frozen.
- 3:00:11That money will be frozen.
- 3:00:13It's not gonna go to the debt collector. The bank will just freeze it
- 3:00:17and until further determination
- 3:00:20to find out, you know,
- 3:00:22you know, what the origin of it was.
- 3:00:25And
- 3:00:27so then they will you there's different processes you could go through to get that money unfrozen because all Social Security money
- 3:00:37is untouchable.
- 3:00:39They just have that sixty day rule in there, you know, for our for the benefit of the the account holder.
- 3:00:47Unknown: Well, what they freeze, are they gonna freeze all ninety days worth or just anything
- 3:00:53after that sixty day increment, sir? Only after the sixty days.
- 3:00:58Oh,
- 3:01:00so back to my original question. I'll rephrase.
- 3:01:04So before the sixty first day, you need to change the amount of balance so that it does not look like you're collecting money.
- 3:01:13Correct?
- 3:01:16Unknown: Well, I
- 3:01:18mean, usually, writs of of garnishment,
- 3:01:21they hit your bank accounts
- 3:01:22so fast, you don't even realize it. So I don't know if there's really anything you could do. It's not like you can take that money out and,
- 3:01:31you know,
- 3:01:33I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to accomplish, but, you know, the checks are gonna continue to be deposited into that account.
- 3:01:40And,
- 3:01:42so I I don't really have an answer for
- 3:01:44that initial sixty days is untouchable.
- 3:01:48But,
- 3:01:48going forward, as the checks come in, I would think they are also untouchable.
- 3:01:54It's just whatever money was in there beyond the sixty days, that gets frozen
- 3:01:58temporarily.
- 3:02:00But eventually, can get them released.
- 3:02:03Unknown: Right. Well, what I'm getting at is it's gonna be an ongoing attempt to collect.
- 3:02:07And if you also,
- 3:02:10you know, put due diligence in that to stop that from happening, you would have to always make sure every well, actually, every thirty days probably, that that account is under,
- 3:02:20then it looks like there's money being moved and there's ever enough for what they need. And that would I would assume that would be the increment of one of your checks. Oh, I see what you're getting at. If you think that there's gonna be a writ of garnishment No. Thank you. You need to recycle
- 3:02:34Unknown: your money. You need to kinda keep always keep it fresh in there within the sixty day limit. Sure. You could do that.
- 3:02:41Unknown: You know? Rodge. Rodge. Yeah. Okay. That's what I wanted to do. Take the money
- 3:02:47Unknown: out beyond sixty days and go buy silver or something. You know?
- 3:02:51The excess. Because then you then you know it won't lose value, and you could go, you know, hide it somewhere. So that's a good point.
- 3:02:59Unknown: Okay. Thanks, sir. And that
- 3:03:01Unknown: that's exactly
- 3:03:03what I have been doing
- 3:03:05since I was notified someone was trying to collect on a debt
- 3:03:09from me. And it's not like there aren't things that I have to spend money on.
- 3:03:15So
- 3:03:17I know what the
- 3:03:19top
- 3:03:20amount is
- 3:03:21that is protected.
- 3:03:24And so
- 3:03:26I mean and
- 3:03:28I'm just not fearful about this stuff, but I just there's times when it might go $600
- 3:03:35above that.
- 3:03:36But in order for whoever it is in this judgment thing I have
- 3:03:43to find out about it and do something. The money's already gone. It's it's been spent below that. But the the idea here,
- 3:03:53the question that
- 3:03:56that guy asked, that that's how I operate.
- 3:04:02Unknown: Yes.
- 3:04:06You know, Larry,
- 3:04:08I'm back again.
- 3:04:15Unknown: Yeah. Go ahead.
- 3:04:17Unknown: You there, Larry?
- 3:04:18I am. This is Christian. This this really confused me now
- 3:04:23about the garnishment of your Social Security check.
- 3:04:31You say they can't do that. So then this kinda confused me what he was talking about.
- 3:04:38Like and you're and you kinda
- 3:04:41you kinda got it cleared up because
- 3:04:45what he was
- 3:04:47saying. So
- 3:04:53as long as you're paying bills out of your Social Security, I mean, you're not gonna show
- 3:04:59enough for them to try to
- 3:05:02trick you out of that money or what I don't know. I don't get it.
- 3:05:08A debt collector trying to trick you out of your Social Security?
- 3:05:20Larry?
- 3:05:21Unknown: Hold on one second,
- 3:05:23Christian.
- 3:06:11Okay. Go ahead, Christian.
- 3:06:13Unknown: Okay.
- 3:06:14I I just got confused with this gentleman talking about
- 3:06:19if you have
- 3:06:21I don't know that like, that's if you have money in your
- 3:06:26Unknown: Okay. Here here's here's the deal. It let's just say
- 3:06:31Social Security isn't your only
- 3:06:39mode of income.
- 3:06:40Say you have a 401 ks, whatever,
- 3:06:43so
- 3:06:44you know, you're accumulating money in that bank account,
- 3:06:48and,
- 3:06:50you know, your your the Social Security checks are being deposited in that account.
- 3:06:55Well, if that account gets garnished. Garnished,
- 3:06:58the sixty days
- 3:07:00of Social Security checks cannot be garnished. They cannot be frozen.
- 3:07:05Anything else left over,
- 3:07:08the bank will do an audit on your account, and anything beyond the sixty days,
- 3:07:12day sixty one and beyond, is going to be frozen.
- 3:07:16And the Social Security money,
- 3:07:20if you can show that that let's just say you have
- 3:07:24you have $10,000
- 3:07:25in that account,
- 3:07:27and 5,000 of it is Social Security.
- 3:07:30Well,
- 3:07:31the 5,000 you can eventually get released,
- 3:07:34but you may have a hard time
- 3:07:37doing so with the other 5,000 balance.
- 3:07:40Does that make it a little bit more understandable?
- 3:07:43Unknown: Yeah. Well, I don't have to worry about that. I don't have any four zero one k.
- 3:07:48So it's all Social Security, you know?
- 3:07:51Right.
- 3:07:53Unknown: So then you have something to worry about. I mean, most people, they live paycheck to paycheck.
- 3:07:58And I would think that if all you're living on is Social Security,
- 3:08:01that money is getting used up pretty much
- 3:08:04on a weekly basis, maybe every couple of weeks,
- 3:08:07and so that money is always being regenerated
- 3:08:10and recycled, so to speak. So you're never going to have an excess over sixty one days.
- 3:08:17Unknown: Yeah, that's right. So you're
- 3:08:19Unknown: fine.
- 3:08:21You're fine. And again, just don't do anything.
- 3:08:24Just don't don't
- 3:08:26worry about another
- 3:08:29don't, you know, don't give your energy to any more worry over this whole situation.
- 3:08:34Just let it go.
- 3:08:37Unknown: Okay.
- 3:08:38You know? Just let it go. You'll be fine. I just hope you're around. If I get some kind of
- 3:08:45push on, like y'all said, just wait and see what they're gonna do, and we'll work from there. You know?
- 3:08:50Unknown: Yeah. I I hope I'm around too.
- 3:08:53Unknown: Yeah.
- 3:08:54I hope, Larry, you don't go away.
- 3:08:58Unknown: Hey, Larry.
- 3:09:00Unknown: Here's one for you.
- 3:09:02Whoever discloses,
- 3:09:04uses,
- 3:09:05or compels the disclosure of the Social Security number in violation of the laws of The United States
- 3:09:11shall be guilty of a felony
- 3:09:13and upon conviction
- 3:09:15thereof shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned
- 3:09:20not more than five years or both.
- 3:09:23Title 42 United States code section four zero eight
- 3:09:28parenthesis
- 3:09:28a
- 3:09:29parenthesis eight.
- 3:09:31Disclosure
- 3:09:32of the Social Security number,
- 3:09:35it shall be unlawful for any federal,
- 3:09:37state, or local government agency to deny
- 3:09:41to any individual
- 3:09:42any right, any benefit,
- 3:09:44any privilege
- 3:09:45provided by law because of such individual's
- 3:09:49refusal
- 3:09:50to disclose his social security account number,
- 3:09:53title five United States code
- 3:09:56section five five two
- 3:09:59parenthesis
- 3:10:00eight.
- 3:10:06So it's a felony.
- 3:10:19Unknown: You
- 3:10:21can't be compelled to give out your social security number, I'm aware of that,
- 3:10:25but a lot of times,
- 3:10:27depending on the situation,
- 3:10:29if you don't voluntarily give it, then you're not going to receive what
- 3:10:34it is you're trying to acquire.
- 3:10:37So that's just the way the society is set up.
- 3:10:42And even though you could probably bring a lawsuit against the financial institution,
- 3:10:47I mean, you know, lawsuits are costly.
- 3:10:50There's never a guarantee of what's going to happen,
- 3:10:55you're going to win or succeed.
- 3:10:59You could have attorneys that are being very well paid,
- 3:11:03the opposing attorneys,
- 3:11:05and
- 3:11:06banks have an unlimited supply of money. So do you really want to go down that road?
- 3:11:12These are all decisions you're going to have to make.
- 3:11:14But yeah, you're right. You can't be compelled to give your Social Security number to anyone
- 3:11:21if they say, well, we have to have this in order to do business. That's not true.
- 3:11:34Unknown: Hey, Larry.
- 3:11:37Hey, Larry. Yeah.
- 3:11:42Back to the banking thing, but then I wanna
- 3:11:46address something Jerry said.
- 3:11:49So
- 3:11:51if I'm understanding this correctly,
- 3:11:56the the one issue there was nonactivity.
- 3:12:00Is that correct?
- 3:12:02Nonactivity
- 3:12:03for a sixty day period.
- 3:12:07Is that it?
- 3:12:09Unknown: The if the source is Social Security,
- 3:12:13that's the key.
- 3:12:14No. If the source is Social Security, it's all exempt.
- 3:12:18But the first sixty days of those Social Security deposits
- 3:12:22cannot be frozen.
- 3:12:26Unknown: I see.
- 3:12:27Yeah. Because
- 3:12:29I
- 3:12:30I check out my bank account online,
- 3:12:35and there's regularly a notice there
- 3:12:38that
- 3:12:39I think it's, like, two years if there's
- 3:12:43no activity.
- 3:12:45In other words,
- 3:12:46doing anything,
- 3:12:48spending money, receiving money, you know, depositing
- 3:12:53checks or etcetera
- 3:12:55for whatever the period was. I think it was two years
- 3:13:00that
- 3:13:02they will close my
- 3:13:04account.
- 3:13:05I don't know if that's related in any way,
- 3:13:09But for me, in a in a way, it
- 3:13:13well, I I guess it's not related to
- 3:13:17because we're
- 3:13:19we're splitting
- 3:13:20the amount. It's it's absolute that the amount you get from Social Security
- 3:13:26is untouchable.
- 3:13:28But
- 3:13:29if you have
- 3:13:32let's say that's untouchable,
- 3:13:34but you don't do any activity for sixty days,
- 3:13:41can they then kind of freeze that account, or is it only applicable
- 3:13:48when there's more than that
- 3:13:53in the account?
- 3:13:56Unknown: All banks have their own policies.
- 3:13:59If you're not if you're not
- 3:14:01if that bank account has no activity,
- 3:14:04then sure. They can they can do whatever the policy says.
- 3:14:08But I don't think that's related to the Social Security
- 3:14:11garnishment
- 3:14:12issue that we're talking about. Yeah.
- 3:14:15Unknown: Yeah. I'm
- 3:14:17I'm I'm positive that
- 3:14:19Christian
- 3:14:20has nothing to worry about because the only income he's got coming into there is
- 3:14:24Social Security.
- 3:14:26Unknown: The Exactly. And it gets used up probably pretty fast if that's all you got.
- 3:14:31Unknown: I know mine does.
- 3:14:33Unknown: I have trouble eating sometime.
- 3:14:41So it does go fast.
- 3:14:46Unknown: Plus, just untouchable
- 3:14:48funds. It it
- 3:14:52it like I mentioned earlier,
- 3:14:55you know,
- 3:14:56I have had a judgment against me,
- 3:15:01and
- 3:15:02I just
- 3:15:04the the court don't go after it. And and it wasn't like I was when I learned about banking, that was it. I learned about the fraud,
- 3:15:14and that ticked me off.
- 3:15:16And
- 3:15:19credit card companies came after me.
- 3:15:22I won
- 3:15:24some cases
- 3:15:27and
- 3:15:28lost some cases,
- 3:15:29but
- 3:15:30they always
- 3:15:32sell at least a third party debt collectors.
- 3:15:36And so I had a form answer,
- 3:15:39and it all went away.
- 3:15:42And I used to help people with this
- 3:15:45same type of situation. It just it just worked. It's the right tool for the job.
- 3:15:51And
- 3:15:53so,
- 3:15:54anyway,
- 3:15:58that's my 2¢ on that.
- 3:16:02Thanks.
- 3:16:07Unknown: I sure thank you. Thank you all for hanging out
- 3:16:10on this
- 3:16:12for me, I tell you.
- 3:16:15Unknown: Yeah.
- 3:16:16What I would add to this conversation
- 3:16:19is, don't
- 3:16:21bank anymore than you have to. Keep as little funds
- 3:16:25as you can in the thing and
- 3:16:28and buy up food and supplies with what you got for now because
- 3:16:34you're gonna be buying a lot less
- 3:16:36with a lot more here pretty soon the way things are going. I mean, it's self evident. Right? So Right. Yeah. I
- 3:16:44try to
- 3:16:46spend my slave chuckle from my Social Security as fast as I can for the most part
- 3:16:52And then buy things that really
- 3:16:55have value instead of pieces
- 3:16:58of paper with dead idiots on them.
- 3:17:03Unknown: Bind your brain.
- 3:17:14And y'all are top notch.
- 3:17:16Y'all are top notch people, boy.
- 3:17:21Unknown: Well, like I said,
- 3:17:22when I got this notice, this writing
- 3:17:27papers from my bank,
- 3:17:31they told me
- 3:17:33an amount that could not be touched
- 3:17:37in any way.
- 3:17:39It was secure,
- 3:17:41and it was about a thousand dollars more per month
- 3:17:46than I got from Social Security.
- 3:17:49So
- 3:17:51it's not just
- 3:17:53the amount that you I mean,
- 3:17:56this might be anecdotal.
- 3:17:59I don't know,
- 3:18:00but
- 3:18:01I tend to think it's not. So there's more protection
- 3:18:07as far as the amount senior checking account
- 3:18:11than just Social Security.
- 3:18:51Unknown: Yeah.
- 3:18:53Larry, are you still there?
- 3:19:00Unknown: I'm here. What
- 3:19:02Unknown: about if you don't do nothing? And that judge told me about 6%
- 3:19:08adding up every month
- 3:19:10interest.
- 3:19:18Unknown: A junk debt buyer can't charge you interest on a debt.
- 3:19:22I don't know what he meant by that.
- 3:19:26Unknown: Okay.
- 3:19:27That's that's that's
- 3:19:29entice I mean, I'm that's that's good. I'm glad glad to hear that. Yeah. He was saying Whatever the judgment is, that's all it is. They can't keep
- 3:19:39Unknown: the judgment cannot accrue interest.
- 3:19:42The judgment is final. That's why they're called a final judgment.
- 3:19:47So Oh. You The judgment is the amount of the alleged debt
- 3:19:52plus court fees.
- 3:19:55That's it.
- 3:19:57Unknown: Praise God. Fine. Thanks, though. Yep.
- 3:20:00Thank you for hanging around there, Larry.
- 3:20:05Yeah.
- 3:20:07That puts another light on it for me right there.
- 3:20:12All I could see is 6%, 6%, 6%.
- 3:20:15You know?
- 3:20:19Appreciate that.
- 3:20:24Unknown: Yeah. Sorry about the delay. I'm enjoying two pieces of my favorite pizza for lunch.
- 3:20:30This stuff is phenomenal.
- 3:20:34Unknown: Hey. That
- 3:20:35y'all just go ahead and enjoy it. I'll tell you,
- 3:20:39I've held y'all too long already. Y'all y'all have been very, very honorable for
- 3:20:47pass pass
- 3:20:48the the show.
- 3:20:51Everybody's hungry and needs to get to their family. So I appreciate
- 3:20:55y'all.
- 3:20:56Unknown: Hey, Christian.
- 3:20:59Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 3:21:01Christian? Yes.
- 3:21:03Unknown: Yeah. This is Ed from Michigan.
- 3:21:05The I just got a question for you.
- 3:21:08Did you ever get
- 3:21:10a letter
- 3:21:12that said that, you know, you need to respond in ten days from this debt collecting people?
- 3:21:20Unknown: Yes. I did. That was the first letter I got.
- 3:21:24And Okay. And I never seen it because
- 3:21:27it was it was like just like a bulk rate
- 3:21:31type
- 3:21:33letter. Yep.
- 3:21:35And and it had a little bitty square at the top left.
- 3:21:40It was just a
- 3:21:41just looked like nothing, but right little writing out, it said attorney at law.
- 3:21:48Unknown: Okay.
- 3:21:49Unknown: Yeah. I'm
- 3:21:51Unknown: familiar with that.
- 3:21:53I had a
- 3:21:55you I had a small business and I had a credit card company that I was dealing with
- 3:22:00and they were charging me stuff that I didn't sign on the contract.
- 3:22:07So finally, I just shut the account down,
- 3:22:10you know, terminated their ability to
- 3:22:13take money out of my account. Well then,
- 3:22:16they turned, you know, they said, oh you owe us $300
- 3:22:20and they turned it over a debt collection place.
- 3:22:24And,
- 3:22:25you know, I got this that ten day or that ten day notice from the credit or not the credit card people that I signed the contract with, but the debt collecting people. Yeah. The debt collector. Yeah. Right. So That was it.
- 3:22:39Yeah. But I think that
- 3:22:42I learned this from Roger,
- 3:22:45that that's a confirmatory
- 3:22:47writing.
- 3:22:49So unless
- 3:22:50you respond to that within ten days,
- 3:22:54they default against you.
- 3:22:58And you know, a merchant contract. It really should never be used against
- 3:23:03normal people
- 3:23:05but that's what they're doing. So that
- 3:23:08ten day thing, that's a confirmatory writing. If you don't respond to that,
- 3:23:13I think that
- 3:23:15the whole system is set up to default against you.
- 3:23:20So then that's when
- 3:23:23got locked in. Now in my case,
- 3:23:26I responded back to the email that they gave me
- 3:23:30and said, Hey, I'm really surprised to see this, you know, as far as I'm concerned, the company that I was dealing with owes me about $250
- 3:23:41Well,
- 3:23:42never responded back to that and I never heard another word,
- 3:23:46you know, but I did do it within that ten day window, you know. Yeah.
- 3:23:52So anyway,
- 3:23:53so I think that original letter you got, I think would be considered
- 3:23:58a specialty contract
- 3:24:00called the confirmatory
- 3:24:02writing.
- 3:24:05Anyway, that's just my 2¢ for anybody else that might come across this again. That was my experience
- 3:24:12And I and the only reason I responded was because I learned that from Roger. So
- 3:24:17Unknown: Well, yeah, that's that's
- 3:24:20something to be aware of because
- 3:24:23that that letter came, and I was busy in hospital trying to save my son's life
- 3:24:30Mhmm. In all that year.
- 3:24:33And it came in the mail, and I just, you know, probably just threw it over there. It didn't look like anything.
- 3:24:39Right.
- 3:24:40And somehow,
- 3:24:43I ran across that letter, and it said
- 3:24:46that
- 3:24:47to let them know by February
- 3:24:5125.
- 3:24:55I believe it was '25. It could have been '26.
- 3:24:58Let them know something.
- 3:24:59And it was too late. It was already March. You know? Oh oh, really? Okay. So you Yeah. Get in a timely manner.
- 3:25:06No, I didn't.
- 3:25:09Sounds
- 3:25:09Unknown: So you with the bail system these days, it's like, how can you do any of this legal stuff, you know? Yeah.
- 3:25:16Unknown: Yeah. Yeah.
- 3:25:18So I don't know.
- 3:25:20So Alright, mate.
- 3:25:22Luck with you guys. Yeah. Yeah. Appreciate
- 3:25:25it. Got a lot of good people on the on the show that can
- 3:25:31help me out if anything else
- 3:25:33comes up. Like, I just wanna sit tight and
- 3:25:38Unknown: not do anything right now. Well, we we all we all know a little bit.
- 3:25:43That's how it works. Yeah. And you know you know more about how this other court stuff goes than some of us who have never been there. So,
- 3:25:51yeah, appreciate everybody being here.
- 3:25:55Unknown: Alright. That's it for me. I learned the hard way.
- 3:25:58Take care, Christian. Okay. Thank you. What's your name, sir?
- 3:26:02Unknown: Ed from Michigan.
- 3:26:04Unknown: Ed from okay, Ed. I've heard you before, okay. Yeah. From Michigan. Alright.
- 3:26:08Yeah. Thanks.
- 3:26:10Alright.
- 3:26:11Thank you.
