- 0:00I've seen some bad things on airplanes. People just don't know how to act.
- 0:03I've never bizarre. I've never seen this though. I was reading Reddit
- 0:07and am I the a Hole one of my favorite subreddits. This guy talked
- 0:10about a flight. He was on an eight hour flight, so you can
- 0:14imagine even the biggest the bladders gonna have to use the bathroom a time or
- 0:18two. Yeah, there's no avoiding that unless you really dehydrate yourself, or
- 0:22you're sleeping and it's an overnight flighter. Right exactly. I'm real good about
- 0:25the dehydrating myself because I hate having to get up unless it's a fun flight.
- 0:30And if you're drinking, then it's like, you better hope I'm in
- 0:32the aisle seat. Otherwise we're gonna be standing up and sitting down quite a
- 0:36few times. Right, Well, that was the problem here. This guy,
- 0:38he describes himself as a big guy, tall, large, the works,
- 0:43So he got himself a window seat, thought he'd give himself a little
- 0:46extra room. But when it was time for him to finally use the bathroom,
- 0:49the woman who was sitting next to him, who he thought was,
- 0:52you know, by all accounts as a normal nice person, he asked her
- 0:56if she could stand up, like you know, he stood up and say,
- 0:58hey, I gotta go. Hate to do that in the window scenes,
- 1:00it's the worst feeling. But like the worst is when the person actually
- 1:03was sleeping. It's like, oh my gosh, like I gotta go,
- 1:07and I don't know what to tell. Yeah, And if they're trade tables
- 1:10down and they're sleeping, you just feel like sorry, but I gotta go.
- 1:15You gotta do it. Well. This lady refused when he stood up,
- 1:19and he asked if he could get by and for her to stand up,
- 1:22like the person in the aisle had already got numb. You know,
- 1:25like we gotta all coordinate together. I know we're total strangers, but we
- 1:27got together on this one. She just refused to get up, and so
- 1:32he had to, with his large self, climb over. He described it
- 1:36as if he was underwater. He had to suck in and hold his breath
- 1:38and like cantort his body and just you know, trying to get in front
- 1:45of her legs, which there's not gonna be much room between. He's such
- 1:47such a person. If he's a bigger guy, like now he's all up
- 1:51in your business. There's no avoiding that you got a sweaty rear end in
- 1:55your face. All you had to do is stand up. Well do you
- 1:57think it went front or back? Because if you're what would you rather have
- 2:00a sweaty butt or a face grow? Yeah, so he said at the
- 2:05end of the flight, she had the nerve to make a passive aggressive comment
- 2:07about him in her personal space. Well, yeah, because you wouldn't move.
- 2:14That was the that's a you problem, lady. Yeah, I mean
- 2:16I have no problem getting up. It is annoying, but I don't know
- 2:20it's something to do just sitting there anyway, if anything, get my legs
- 2:23stretched out a bit. Do you know what gives me anxiety? If you
- 2:27are in that situation And it's been a while since I had because usually it's
- 2:30me and the kids in the row, so I don't have to worry about
- 2:31it. I don't usually have a stranger. But now they're waiting for you,
- 2:36you know what I'm saying. So it's like, if you don't you
- 2:38feel like you have to like rush to the bathroom. I feel like they're
- 2:39on a time limit and it's limit whit so they know what you were doing.
- 2:44If you take too long, it's just like if you were, for
- 2:46instance, having like to go to the bathroom and it takes a little bit.
- 2:50You just there, their head is on a swivel. You know,
- 2:53that person's kind of like, oh is she coming back? Oh gee,
- 2:55what took so long? I don't know. I just get weird about that.
- 2:59There's a good chance, I mean you could say all that line back
- 3:00there, somebody was taken forever I got, you know, but I don't
- 3:05know. I guess I have never and I have flown Amanda dozens of times,
- 3:08never done that on a I've never gotten number two on an airplane.
- 3:13I would rather die, I think, really, yep, take the whole
- 3:15plane can go down before I would actually do that. You have. I
- 3:20don't even want to know that. That's what it Just like, if I
- 3:22gotta go, I'm gonna go. I'm not a weirdo that has to like,
- 3:24oh I'm not going here, I need to go home. It's like,
- 3:29let's roll, Let's be careful who you're calling weirdo. Okay, no,
- 3:32they're probably about eighty percent of America. I just don't care. Like,
- 3:36if I got to do it, boy, you're nuts. But then
- 3:39again, I'm probably the one that because I'm holding it now. As soon
- 3:43as I doze off, things are gonna start seeping out in the morning,
- 3:49Big Nutty eight point seven, and we are now live on our Big ninety
- 3:54two point seven Facebook page where you may be able to see Amanda's daughter Sydney.
- 3:59Yeah, they're kind of uh, moving around a little bit in here,
- 4:01moving and grooving, moving and grooven. I know, I'm just I'm
- 4:04trying not to get emotional. Preschool graduation is tough. Your daughter's Sidney had
- 4:09one request this morning and that was what did not embarrass her. I know,
- 4:13not sob Good luck, honey, the pre school graduation. All right,
- 4:15so chime in. Let us know. Are these things weird we do
- 4:17or no? Amanda, go ahead, Okay, first and foremost, I
- 4:21don't think this is weird at all, but apparently my husband thinks it is.
- 4:26When it comes to your bed, do you sleep with your sheet?
- 4:30Like we have a comforter, fleece blanket and then a sheet and I go
- 4:33underneath all of it. And it's almost like I'm starting to think he hides
- 4:36from me, Like he doesn't. He always just goes under the comforter and
- 4:40that's it. Oh, He's like get a whole different universe. Then yeah,
- 4:43he doesn't exist, thank you. I'm like, come on over,
- 4:46but no, does he not like skin to skin content. I'm starting to
- 4:50wonder. I'm starting to wonder that is weird stuff that I would say that's
- 4:56weird. I know some people don't use the top sheet. Yeah, my
- 4:58wife was one of those people. I met her and I've since transformed her
- 5:01into a top sheet because the other night, like it got so like discombobulated
- 5:05that we just ripped it off and we tried just the comforter. But it's
- 5:09not as cozy. It's just not as there's something about the comforter that,
- 5:13yeah, I'm not driving with it. I like it. The fleece blanket,
- 5:15you know, by the end of the night, I usually like one
- 5:16leg out whatever. But I feel like you still just need to have that's
- 5:20what. All the pieces the bed, yeah, you gotta have them all.
- 5:23And the fact that your husband is in a different layer of the bed.
- 5:27That's like a step away from like Ben Affleck moving out of the house.
- 5:29Right, we might as well be sleep divorced at this point. I
- 5:31mean, your kids are sitting right here, so this is a very uncomfortable
- 5:33conversation. But I mean, is it weird You ever go to somewhere and
- 5:38you go to like a rest and you go to bar, and you see
- 5:39somebody that you know, that you're an acquaintance with, and then of course
- 5:43a nice thing to do is to say, hey, would you join me
- 5:46right? Or you join us right? Like, sit down AND's all join
- 5:47each other. See I don't know about that, well, because here's my
- 5:51Is it weird that I would just turn that down? Because this happened to
- 5:56us yesterday. We ran into a lovely couple that we know vaguely right just
- 5:59from being out and about okay, and they were just kind enough to say,
- 6:02hey, would join us. It was just my wife and I just
- 6:04getting out of the house and we were just wanted to spend time together.
- 6:08So I said a little da, we had a family meeting. I use
- 6:13the phrase family meeting, which sounds you and your wife had a family meeting.
- 6:16That's what I said. But in that moment, I just sort of
- 6:18panicked. And so in hindsight, I'm like, now it sounds like we're
- 6:23just, you know, finalizing our divorce and we've met at a bar just
- 6:26ting over your finances. Yeah, just one last little family meeting and that's
- 6:30that's a wrap. So did you act as though you were in a family
- 6:32meeting? Then? Like, did you? Absolutely? It was very really
- 6:36Oh man, I get Amanda in the morning seven and now Amanda stills the
- 6:43seat. We's Sea Bronzy by Valley Service Mechanical. Well, I think it's
- 6:47safe to say it gave everybody the ick and we just wish he could be
- 6:50arrested. After watching this video surface. On Friday, CNN released it did
- 6:56he assaulting his then girlfriend Cassie. This happened in March of twenty six the
- 7:00video was released. It's a surveillance video from a hotel and he's chasing her
- 7:04down the hallway and just attacking her, yes, trying to escape sane behavior.
- 7:09I mean, it's nightmare stuff. She's getting out of this hotel room
- 7:12and she gets to the elevator and you know, you've seen the movies where
- 7:14it's like you hit the down, down, down, and you're waiting for
- 7:15that door to open. Meanwhile, didd he's coming out in it in a
- 7:18towel. Yeah, holding a towel, grabs her by the back of the
- 7:20neck. Oh, crowser to the ground, kicks her kicks her again.
- 7:25So he apparently gave this hotel fifty thousand dollars for this video. But uh,
- 7:30it didn't make it go away unfortunately in the lada's office, because when
- 7:32this surface, everybody's like, lock this guy up, like right now,
- 7:36they said, it's beyond the timeline where a crime of assault can be prosecuted.
- 7:41He of course has a lot of accusations against him right now, and
- 7:44I think everybody just wants justice to be served at this point, even though
- 7:47Cassie did settle with him. Yeah, and people are also trying to shame
- 7:50her on that, but also she is a mom, She is a woman
- 7:55who has moved on with her life, and I think she just wanted that
- 7:59chapter to be because nobody believed her. And that is the worst part about
- 8:01all of it. Yeah, you cannot victim shame somebody for that. Well,
- 8:05she was with him for eleven years or no, crazy, So now
- 8:07it's it's horrible and it's amazing that you can have something like that on video
- 8:13and yet not get in trouble for it. I know, and yesterday did
- 8:16he in my opinion, made it even worse. I was I mean,
- 8:20I hit rock bottom, but I made no excuses. My behavior on that
- 8:24video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my ashes in that video.
- 8:31Disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it. I'm disgusted now.
- 8:35I went and I sought out professional help, kind to go into therapy or
- 8:39going to rehab. I had asked God for his mercy and grace. I'm
- 8:45so sorry. I don't know if he did any of those things. It's
- 8:46just not a believable apology. And to act as if that was the only
- 8:50time it ever happened. Yeah, right, And the fact you didn't even
- 8:52say the words I am sorry Cassie, like you can't even acknowledge her as
- 8:58though that was the I mean, there were so many layers to it.
- 9:01Cassie's lawyer did say that this video is more about himself than the many people
- 9:05that he has heard, and I hope that justice is served at some point.
- 9:09I mean, you would like to think with everything that they think they
- 9:11have on him or they're trying to, but I don't know, I don't
- 9:15know where that's at that. I mean, they raided his home and what
- 9:16have you, but he's still off doing whatever. So hopefully at some point,
- 9:20Oh, all right, Britney spears. There are people close to her
- 9:24that have reached out TODMC with some information that they wanted to leak because they
- 9:30say she is in grave danger. So her conservatorship situation a couple of years
- 9:33ago, when everybody was freeing Brittany, one of the biggest things that people
- 9:37had to concern with was the fact that her dad was bugging her, like
- 9:39bugging her home or bugging isn't like putting bugs in the like recording devices.
- 9:46He's like, Brittany, he's bugging me. Brittany, quit touching, quit
- 9:52poking me. Yeah, he's so annoying. That the biggest problem. And
- 9:56they were just like, we got to get rid of this conservatorship. No,
- 10:00but there was I guess reasons for the surveillance, not the bugging.
- 10:03So what ended up happening is I remember her on social media saying that they
- 10:07had like cameras in her room and different things like that. But what we're
- 10:11finding out now according to these insiders, that they went to a judge when
- 10:16she was with this conservatorship and they asked, can you authorize the monitoring of
- 10:20Brittany's communication devices because somebody is supplying her drugs, So they knew something was
- 10:24off and they were starting to loosen the rains a little bit. And I
- 10:28guess this is when they found out what was going on. So a judge
- 10:31was a part of that. So I don't know if now that she settled
- 10:33the conservatorship with her dad that they can speak on it. Either way,
- 10:37it's it's not a good situation. You hear about drugs occasionally with her,
- 10:41I've never known, like for sure, though, So I just always wonder
- 10:45how much of it is just mental health issues, how much of it is
- 10:48drug use, alcohol or that all of the above. And if there is
- 10:52mental health issues, if she's supposed to be on a certain medication because there
- 10:56has been rumors that she has is bipolar. Yeah, well, if there
- 10:58are that you need to have a balance with, but then you're mixing it
- 11:01with something else. I mean again, there's a lot of layers here.
- 11:03Yeah, I mean, I've heard even meth being matches. It's like,
- 11:07my god, I think her was it her her ex husband? But wasn't
- 11:11her oldest kid that came out and said that she was on meth. I'm
- 11:16pretty sure it was. Yeah, all right, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez.
- 11:20What is going on here? Well, we do know that he officially
- 11:22moved out several weeks ago. They were spotted together Jlo and Ben yesterday at
- 11:28Ben's kids play. But the weirdest part is they got in the car together
- 11:33and Ben drove over to his house that he shares with j Lo, dropped
- 11:37her off, and then went back to his new house that he's renting in
- 11:39brent One. Maybe just needed a space, maybe he was bugging her.
- 11:45Maybe maybe they're just like realizing, hey, we love each other. But
- 11:48Gwyneth Paltrow, there's a couple of celebrities that don't live with their significant others.
- 11:52I think they're probably just getting divorced. I think it was like a
- 11:54real uh fling, not a fling, but it just felt good to get
- 12:00back together, the nostalgia of it. And then eventually now you're just living
- 12:03together and it's like, oh, yeah, that's right, we're having the
- 12:05same problems now as we did twenty years ago. It was really rooting for
- 12:11these guys too. Yeah, it's a lot of I mean, we got
- 12:13out of it what we needed, right, the whole benefit two point oh.
- 12:16That was fun for like a month and now it's just whatever. I
- 12:20guess I just want I just want them to be happy, I know.
- 12:22And you know that's just it. Like the pictures you see, he always
- 12:26looks so just like, ugh, I'm here and I don't want everybody.
- 12:30He wants to have a private life and being with j Low, You're just
- 12:33not going to get that. It seems like he's never been happy if you
- 12:35just base it off his face. And Amanda in the morning on Sage seven
- 12:41and well, Amanda not actually here right now. She's busy. She's now
- 12:43acting as a hairdresser, a stylist because her daughter, Sidney, who's here
- 12:48with us now, Good morning, Sydney. She's given me the absolute stink
- 12:52guy. You don't like talking to me, Sidney. What is it about
- 12:54me that's so scary? Big ugly head? She's thinking it, I know
- 12:56it. Well, it's Sydney's preschool graduate situation today. So it's her preschool
- 13:01graduation today, and so she wanted me to curl her hair and I'm going
- 13:05to pop over bring him to school. You know, Oh that's very sweet,
- 13:07But I'm wondering because you know, your husband, Nick normally gets the
- 13:09kids ready and brings him to school. Was he not capable of doing the
- 13:13curling, so he did that for the Christmas program, but Sidney requested that
- 13:16I handle it today. This is a big day, Sidney. Did your
- 13:20dad do a good job when he curled your hair? Briggs said never,
- 13:24So then you got to step in as the hair curler. You're doing a
- 13:26great job. Your hair looks really good, Sydney, very cute. Hey,
- 13:30sid I have a question for you. What do you want to be
- 13:31when you grow up? Poop Oh? You guys, why every time do
- 13:35we get together? You guys feel it's like whenever Pike is around, they
- 13:39want to use the poopy talking. I'm curious. We know better to not
- 13:41use those words. Correct, that's for the bathroom. Yes, so,
- 13:46Briggs, your sister when she's older, she wants to be you said poop
- 13:50right? Yeah? And what what would that life look like as poop oh?
- 13:54Gotcha? Gotch? I promise This isn't how it usually goes Pike,
- 13:58I promise. So they all say, that's what they all say. Are
- 14:01you excited to graduate preschool? No? What happens after preschool? Ice ice
- 14:07cream? Yeah, there's an ice cream situation happening after the program today,
- 14:11excellent. So they're very excited about that. Can I come get some ice
- 14:13cream? Is your mom gonna embarrass you? Do you think she's gonna cry
- 14:16at your graduation? She said, curl her hair. She's ready just to
- 14:22get her hair curled. All right, Well, we're gonna let a man
- 14:24to curl her daughter's hair at preschool graduation happening today. So before bed she
- 14:28did tell me last night, she said, Mom, please just don't cry
- 14:31so hard because she didn't want me to cry. Does she cry all the
- 14:35time or what? Your mom cries a lot? Go ahead and finish curling
- 14:37her hair if you don't mind doing mind while that iron's hot. I would
- 14:41think that would be boy, This is weird, Sydney just whispered in my
- 14:45ear. Is Pike your boyfriend? Mom has a boyfriend. He's also your
- 14:50dad. No, dad, this is gitting weird. You'll learn Daddy is
- 14:58my husband? Like? Is not dating or city? I have a wife?
- 15:03All right, Sydney, you have a great graduation. Okay, we're
- 15:05proud of you. Hey by in the morning, big Nuddy eats. These
- 15:13are the unspoken workplace rules. You know you think about you go to the
- 15:16office. There's just certain rules. I mean, they're not posted anywhere.
- 15:20You're not going to find them in the manual that we've all read. I'm
- 15:22sure handbook, employee handbook. Thank you, but let me see if you
- 15:26agree with these workplace rules, such as don't microwave smelly things. I feel
- 15:31like that is something people do all the time. It always smells funky anything
- 15:37you're heating up, and if you're not the one eating it, it's probably
- 15:39not gonna be a welcome smell. So I don't care. I'm not going
- 15:41to stop eating something because of that, right. Like I make tuna,
- 15:46I don't microwave the tuna, but hard boiled eggs tuna, like, I'll
- 15:50microwave eggs. Typically when people are bringing food for themselves to make, it's
- 15:54because they're eating something healthy, so it usually isn't gonna smell. I don't
- 15:58know some of the things I used toe getting heated up in our breakroom.
- 16:02Besides, when the Sam pizza heizza, It's like that kills me just because
- 16:06it smells so good. Don't use other people's garbage cans? Is this a
- 16:11rule? Really? I don't care. Every once in a while, if
- 16:14I'm doing something, I'm like, oh, if I'm talking to somebody in
- 16:17their office, I'll throw a whatever in there. I don't know. I
- 16:19feel like we got a really good garbage can to garbage ratio, because there's
- 16:23a lot of empty garbage cans. Another unspoken rule of the workplace, please
- 16:26turn off the audio on your computer. Leave headphones plugged into it. There's
- 16:30nothing more annoying than a constant pinging whenever your neighbor gets a new email.
- 16:34There used to be somebody who worked here that would because of course we're listening
- 16:40to audio editing doing a bunch of stuff. We're in the business of audio.
- 16:44But also would full like full blast. You could hear it across and
- 16:48it was just like and the editing, so would be like bike pike bike
- 16:51bike bue stopping it starting over and over and over again. That's just in
- 16:55any setting. I don't workplace. On a flight, in the grocery store,
- 17:00nobody else needs to hear it that or stop it. Talking on your
- 17:03speakerphone seems kind of like a no brainer. I'm crazy, although I feel
- 17:06bad because my phone seems to be crapping out on me and I can't hear
- 17:10it unless it's on speakerphone. So I'm going to have to be that guy
- 17:14because I'm too cheap currently to get a new phone or close your door.
- 17:17If you're having a personal conversation, whatever it, maybe you don't need to
- 17:19be having it for the world to hear. No, unless it's something juicy,
- 17:23than by all means open the door. Another unspoken rule of the workplace.
- 17:27If you didn't cook it or buy it yourself, it's not your lunch.
- 17:32We used to have a problem here, remember that. Yeah, we
- 17:33did have somebody stealing food. It happened a couple of times. But then
- 17:37they would then they would offer to buy you something else. But that's not
- 17:40the same. No, because that's why I brought it. Is because that's
- 17:42why want I wanted to eat that. Don't ask about people's personal lives unless
- 17:47they bring it up on their own, like we you know, I don't
- 17:51know what you what are you going to talk about? Then? You know?
- 17:53I mean, don't make it personal and be like, hey, so
- 17:56Bob, I heard last I heard you were maybe getting divorced. Where's that?
- 18:00Can I get an update on that? Yeah? Usually in the office
- 18:03is mostly service surface conversations or very How is your day, did you have
- 18:08a good weekend, Happy Monday, live in the dream. I mean,
- 18:12you could just hear the whole divers a couple of fake labs, then you
- 18:15move on. It's really just quite horrible. And finally, the unspoken rule
- 18:19of the workplace. If you see someone eating lunch by themselves quietly, for
- 18:22the love of God, don't take it as an opportunity to talk their ear
- 18:26off. Lunchtime is personal times. The last time you just had lunch time
- 18:30at work, you're in it again. We're here right now and our day
- 18:34is already you know, a third over. So it's not like we're usually
- 18:38having lunch time here. No, it's not cool, it's not real tradition.
- 18:41The last time I had that, I was working at a golf course
- 18:42when we were in Florida, and it was like you would get excused for
- 18:45lunch and there was a cafeteria really all the people from different you'd come in
- 18:51there or take your hat off, sit at a table, and then it
- 18:52was always the game of like, you know who's sitting with who? Today
- 18:56you're going back to like high school and that, Yeah, they the cool
- 19:00kids table. You know. Sometimes you if you saw somebody by themselves,
- 19:03like hey, I'm a loser too, Why don't we sit together and be
- 19:06losers? But then maybe they don't want that. Yeah, I feel like
- 19:07that'd be kind of my downtime. It'd be like, I don't know,
- 19:11just true, give me a break well with you it would be Yeah,
- 19:15I would rather not have lunch with me. I'd rather not sit talk to
- 19:18you. You don't want to sit down and talk with me? Didn't you
- 19:22just sign up for that? Sitting down and talking to you just sounds horrible?
- 19:26No, imagine a five hours show every day like an in the morning,
- 19:33big nutty eight points. You know here, I thought men we were
- 19:37just these perfect creatures that women loved everything about us, Oh for sure.
- 19:41So you can imagine how distraught I was to read this list of little things
- 19:45men do that annoy women. I just couldn't imagine. But how it's lengthy
- 19:52so we don't surprise all of us, things like doesn't annoy you that he
- 19:56dislikes shopping with you because I was under the impress and that you would rather
- 20:00us not be there? Because really, what are we? What purpose are
- 20:04we serving? So mine is actually flip flop. My husband cannot stand me
- 20:08going with him to different places like he refuses to go to Shield's Costco anything.
- 20:11He thinks that I turn into like a weird person, Like I just
- 20:17get anxious, especially if we bring the kids. I'm like worried about them
- 20:21going through He's like it, just stay home, Like he'd rather just take
- 20:23the kids shopping than go with me anywhere. Yeah, I can see that.
- 20:29Also, women get annoyed that he can never find things, even when
- 20:32they're right and playing sight. This is such a meme at this point about
- 20:36guys, but it's so accurate. It's everything. What is it just men?
- 20:40Or don't you think women are like that too? No, it is
- 20:42totally a man thing. Nick will say something along the lines of, hey,
- 20:47I'm looking for this. I'm like, yep, it's in the second
- 20:49drawer right here, move this over and nope, it's not there. Do
- 20:55you want do you want me to go and see? And then it's like
- 20:57you don't want to be condescended, you don't want because you know what's there.
- 21:00And then you go and you show it. He's like, did you
- 21:04put it there? Yeah, you must put it there because there's way that
- 21:07was there. Yeah, Lauren, my wife will always you know, suggests
- 21:11places for me to look for things that I'm missing, and it's always I
- 21:15get annoyed because she'll be like, well did you look insert obvious place that
- 21:18I would have already looked, And then she'll say a second place, what
- 21:21did you look here? And then I go, of course I look,
- 21:23oh yeah, there there it is? Oh yeah, right there. It
- 21:26doesn't don't you Guys just feel they're so embarrassed, but you don't. Do
- 21:30you get angry about it? Or is it like, oh, thanks son,
- 21:33No, I appreciate the help. Yeah. Yeah. He constantly surfs
- 21:37through TV channels instead of settling on something. Annoys women? Does that annoy
- 21:41you? I mean, because women are the same. I feel like I'm
- 21:44the worst. I'll admit. If we're we're on like Netflix and I'm trying
- 21:48to find something, it's like, just can you pick something? I don't
- 21:51I don't actually care what it is. At this point, you've got through
- 21:53and watched thirty seconds of every single show in the top ten. Pick a
- 21:57show, right, Yeah, I know. We sit there for so long
- 22:00just not choosing anything, and then eventually hours have gone by and we just
- 22:03watched the you know, the preview of like one show. Yeah. Men,
- 22:07my husband just puts on the outdoor channel and just it's like it's background
- 22:11for anything. It's better than nothing. Very true. Another thing that annoys
- 22:15women about men. He always looks like he's not listening to you when you
- 22:18speak. How are we supposed to look? And you know what it looks
- 22:22like. Somebody is like they're looking straight through you. I know you're not
- 22:26hearing me, Like I'm talking to you, but nothing is going in those
- 22:32ears. It's like what you don't tell me? You're going on and on
- 22:37about a big problem at work or something, and I go, that's dynamite,
- 22:41that is that's interesting. Is it obvious that I'm not not actually listening
- 22:47exactly? Well, just it would be much more interesting if it was about
- 22:49me in some way, you know what I mean. Now, here's what
- 22:53you need to know. I didn't think it was gonna happen, But the
- 22:56boys came back last night. The timber Loves ended up beating the Nuggets game
- 23:02seven ninety eight to ninety They're now going to advance to the Western Conference Finals
- 23:06for the second time in franchise history. Just unbelievable. Let's and I cannot
- 23:11emphasize this enough. Go I seriously, I've never felt that in my life.
- 23:17Really being at a bar last night with just a room full of Timberwolves
- 23:21fans who you know, you don't even really know they exist, because like
- 23:22we've all been fans, but just sort of been hibernation for so long,
- 23:26and to be high five and strangers, Amanda, it was just And when
- 23:29they were down twenty, trust me, I had no doubts that they were
- 23:30gonna come back. I know, there was so much of him like,
- 23:33oh gosh, that's a wrap. Here we go Dallas, so we have
- 23:37home court advantage. I mean, really, I like our odds. I
- 23:40do all systems go time. What is it Wednesday, seven o'clock or seven
- 23:44thirty? Yeah, game one? I think seven thirty Wednesday. It's a
- 23:47team of destiny. I mean, can you imagine? Can you imagine?
- 23:51I can't An NBA championship in Minnesota that was pretty incredible. I get ahead
- 23:55of ourselves. Speaking of championships, Virgo Force or the twenty twenty four us
- 23:59H Clark Cup champions for the second time in franchise history after beating Dubuke.
- 24:03That happened over the weekends. All right, we're not really a sports talk
- 24:07show. If this is your first time tuning in, but there's been a
- 24:10lot going on, big weekends. That's huge for the team. Of course,
- 24:14the PGA Tour was going on and we were breaking it as it was
- 24:18happening. On Friday, Scottie Scheffler getting arrested, huge turn of events.
- 24:22He ended up making it just in time for his tea time, which was
- 24:26wild. But now we're getting in some behind the scenes information. He sat
- 24:29down for a couple of little interviews. He said he had a nice chat
- 24:32with an officer on the way to the jail. I guess he was so
- 24:37nervous. This guy was like talking to him, calming his nerves. He
- 24:38said he was so shook. He really did not know like what was going
- 24:42on because he was in so much shock. Of course, like letting that
- 24:45all sink in, but also in your mind going like am I actually going
- 24:48to get in trouble? What really happened? And am I going to make
- 24:52my tea time? That would be very stressful because you don't know, you
- 24:55don't know how long it's it gonna take you to get in even if you
- 24:57do get bailed out, how long does that process take. It's crazy.
- 25:00He made it. He dropping all charges it sounds like, yeah, he
- 25:03was stretching, I guess, likee up, gearing up when they said he
- 25:07was gonna make it. So it was like practice swinging doing stuff. I'm
- 25:10like, this is hilarious. That's just all golfers. I do that.
- 25:11If I got a tea time, I'll be like, you know, it'd
- 25:14be the gas station doing a couple of these guys. What are these guys
- 25:18just turning your body and movie? Yeah, a couple of these guys.
- 25:21Little twist fellas known. Yeah, I got you. You just do the
- 25:23twist, you get that spine rotation going. Well, he is supposed to
- 25:26be in court tomorrow and we're being told the charges are expected to be dropped,
- 25:30which thank god, it makes sense. I mean, this guy is
- 25:33just so unsuspected. I mean, i'd have to see a video. From
- 25:37the sounds of it. He drug an officer. Well, that's what everybody's
- 25:40saying. There was no bodycam footage, but there were people that were there
- 25:42going okay, this is not exactly how it went down. So he didn't
- 25:45he didn't tie the guy up and pull him behind his vehicle, because that's
- 25:48what I kind of thought. It was a bit aggressive, all right,
- 25:51todays gonna beautiful, enjoy sunshine and a highest seventies in the morning, big
- 25:56ninety eight point seven. I mean, it's just happening every day here more
- 26:00more people. You gotta play pickleball, pickleball, this and that. It's
- 26:03just the fastest growing sport in the world. We just got picked another set
- 26:07of pickleball paddles because the kiddo's ruined the ones we had, so now those
- 26:10are their pickleball paddles. But now we got a family four pack. So
- 26:14you're all in much like the rest of America. But there's a problem.
- 26:17A problem is surfaced with pickleball because you might have noticed, like, for
- 26:21example, my sister, they live in Northmorehead and there's a park that had
- 26:25a tennis court. Well last summer that tennis court became a couple of pickleball
- 26:29courts. So this is not everywhere. We're pickleball fans because right behind our
- 26:33house actually it's usually a hockey rink in the winter. Yeah, in the
- 26:36summer, now it's pickleball, right, It's happening everywhere. But the problem
- 26:40being, and this has been brought up at many hoa's around the country,
- 26:44that the noise is becoming an issue. Hilarious you say this because there is
- 26:48that echo, like you can hear it. It's a pop. I mean
- 26:52they describe it as a random pop. It's impulsive sharpness, and the randomness
- 26:59of the pops is issued. They say, in an hour of pickleball,
- 27:02there was approximately nine hundred pop sounds. And it doesn't want in a residential
- 27:07area. And so they built all these pickleball courts, but they may all
- 27:10be, you know, getting shut down. So of course ours are temporary
- 27:14and people are just kind of starting to find the ones that are by our
- 27:18house, and people are starting to pick it up a little bit. It's
- 27:21not over the top. Yeah, it's not like you can't go over there
- 27:22and play. There's not that many people. But I think I've shared this
- 27:26with you. My dad has been a pickleballer for probably eight years. And
- 27:30when he first was talking about him like, okay, whatever, but he
- 27:33is obsessed with it. He plays probably eight hours a day. I mean,
- 27:36it's insane. That's awesome. I mean people love it because it's just
- 27:40easier than tennis, right, yeah, older people can do it. For
- 27:44a few injuries from his pickleball years, but really he my stepmom texts me
- 27:48about six weeks ago. She goes, We're going to need you to probably
- 27:52check in on your dad this weekend. I'm like, oh my gosh,
- 27:55what's going on. They live in Colorado. In the one place that they
- 27:57were playing pickleball, I mean, people would roll in cool like it was
- 28:00a huge, huge situation. Same thing happened h o way. The city
- 28:06shut it down because it was too noisy, So they ended up having to
- 28:10Now they're building in places like this pickleball court, areas that are away from
- 28:15homes and doing all that because it is such a problem. Yeah, i
- 28:18mean, can you imagine if your house is nearby and all you're hearing is
- 28:22my dad was like, I don't I don't care. I'm not going to
- 28:23do it. But a lot of these people that were playing went to the
- 28:26like hearing that they were having to try to fight for the court, and
- 28:30like, pro you got to fight for your right to pickle maybe just so
- 28:36good, so good. I've never even tried it, And I'm like,
- 28:38I love it. But I'm like a traditional tennis man. You are,
- 28:42Can I know this about you? Yeah? I love tennis. I don't
- 28:47play nearly as often as I would like to, or should it just because
- 28:48it's because golf gets in the way. Yeah, I got rackets. Have
- 28:52you ever been in my trunk? I've had a racket in my trunk ready
- 28:55to get like the last time you tied me up in there. No,
- 28:56I haven't been in your sick thing exactly. Why would I be in your
- 29:00trunk. We'll get together at Island Park. It's one of my favorite things
- 29:03to do is play little tennis. I mean it's a great workout, very
- 29:07challenging. But if I ever and if you're listening, City of Fargo,
- 29:11if those tennis courts at Island Park ever get turned into pick a ball,
- 29:15we're gonna have any issues. Seriously, I had no idea you were a
- 29:18tennis player. I wouldn't call tennis. Yes, person who played tennis from
- 29:22time to time, I'll give you that
