- 0:28Good morning from the chicken coop so So the today's question,
- 0:32all the worrying that you've ever done, all of it, when you
- 0:35think back on it, has it ever been worth it as the whirring
- 0:38ever really served? You has it ever given you
- 0:40anything that you could walk away with and say, wow, you
- 0:44know, that was worth all that time.
- 0:45I spent worrying. Mmm, I'm going to go with odds
- 0:48are no, because for my own reality in my own experience.
- 0:53Most of the time, when I spend time worrying about things, I
- 0:57walk back and say, well, I worried about that for nothing.
- 1:00You know, all that energy all that time gone didn't even need
- 1:03to worry about it. And I think that we have become
- 1:07so habitually conditioned to worry about things that we
- 1:12forget regularly, we forget regularly that that worry is
- 1:18supposed to be a short-term burst.
- 1:20It's the difference between the Sprinter and the marathoner.
- 1:23As I've talked about that before the Sprinter, you know, you can
- 1:27worry about it. You just be like, okay, how do I
- 1:29need to worry about this because the Information is supposed to
- 1:31just help you get past anything, you need to be concerned with.
- 1:35It's meant to give you information but when you go into
- 1:38it long-term and you really start digging in you look at
- 1:42okay, I'm just worrying about this day after day.
- 1:45After day after day, all you're doing at that point in time is
- 1:49causing your Chemistry in your body to shift your attracting.
- 1:52You're you're, you're forcing your energy to attract
- 1:57something. You don't want.
- 1:58So your end up attracting what you're worrying about.
- 2:00You say, oh, see, I knew that would happen.
- 2:03See, I knew it would happen and we look and say, well, did it
- 2:07happen? Because it was going to happen,
- 2:09or did it happen? Because I was so focused on it.
- 2:13And boy, oh boy, I'll tell you. I have become more and more
- 2:17convinced over the years that I have been doing this work.
- 2:20That it's the latter. It's the fact that we torture
- 2:24ourselves, we attract our own problems.
- 2:26We put our focus on all the things we don't want, and we We
- 2:30worry about them and then all of a sudden they show up and then
- 2:34we say up, see, I knew it. Well, I'm going to go with the
- 2:37thought that no, that is not the case, we attract things and we
- 2:43have to take responsibility for it.
- 2:45We have to take responsibility for our emotions, what we talked
- 2:48about, what we put our energy to and we need to shift away from
- 2:52the things we don't want because we are ultimately causing our
- 2:55own problems. And whether we like it or not,
- 2:58we have to be aware. That we are self-contained,
- 3:02self-responsible. And we need to own our thoughts.
- 3:05Actions feelings. Everything comes down to us
- 3:09every bit of it comes down to us.
- 3:12And regardless of what has been going on in your world, you can
- 3:17shift it by just changing your trajectory by changing your
- 3:20thoughts and your emotions and being consistent moving away
- 3:24from the worry, the more you move away from the worry, the
- 3:27more you will progress in the right direction.
- 3:30And now will this be instantaneous?
- 3:33Well, it could be. It depends on how strong the
- 3:34emotion to move away from it is, but for most people, it takes
- 3:38practice, and this is something that's the art, the art form of,
- 3:42you know, developing your character, towards the things
- 3:45that you want that positivity. That love that gratitude and
- 3:50staying in that state more consistently because the more
- 3:53you stay in it, the safer you are to have it be with you all
- 3:56the time. The more you jump out of it, the
- 3:59more You run the risk of it taken off on you.
- 4:03And there you go. You're right back to where you
- 4:05started. So just some food for thought
- 4:09with us, you might want to start your practice every day of
- 4:13saying to yourself. Am I at least a minimum of three
- 4:16times a day. I would even go so far as to
- 4:18tell you to do more I myself do this hourly check in with my
- 4:23energy as to. Where am I right now?
- 4:25Am I on the right path? Did I have a moment where I went
- 4:27offline? Sure I'm human.
- 4:30I still do that everybody does but you know, this is a great
- 4:34thing to remember, just like, I always love to use the chickens
- 4:37as an example. They will have a fight among the
- 4:40ladies here because you can't put thirty nine chickens into
- 4:44ones, you know, Farm they have plenty of space but they still
- 4:48have attitude as they free range, even that they'll find
- 4:51something. One of them will run over,
- 4:53they'll get in a fight. Someone will take something away
- 4:56from somebody and two seconds later, they forgotten it and
- 4:58they're totally fine. And if there's one One thing
- 5:01about having a chicken brain that's a value it's that they
- 5:04don't remember the crap that happened.
- 5:06They don't, they don't hang onto it, they don't, you know, they
- 5:10just don't sit there and have the fear of it.
- 5:12You can probably hear a hawk off in the distance as I'm talking
- 5:16today, and I have lost. Probably in the time, I've had
- 5:21my chickens out here, about four chickens to Hawks.
- 5:25And it was before we realized some of the stuff that was
- 5:29preventing The chickens from having enough hiding spaces
- 5:33because they free-range it was there were some things that we
- 5:36could do better. I mean, it's going to happen.
- 5:38It's mother nature and I recognize that and they have the
- 5:41best chicken life they can while they have it.
- 5:43But one of the things I so admire about them is the fact
- 5:47that even though they've seen it happen, doesn't stop them from
- 5:50free-ranging as I'm talking to you right now.
- 5:52They are already out and they are digging in the pines and
- 5:56they are going through all the pine needles and getting bugs.
- 5:59And They have a rooster who's watching over them and I'll hear
- 6:03it and they'll check but they don't let it stop them and they
- 6:07have to have that kind of tenacity.
- 6:09You have to kind of have that makeup.
- 6:11So when the worry takes you over, put it in check.
- 6:14Don't let it stop you. Make it give you the information
- 6:17you need and then move on. I hope you guys have a very
- 6:21blessed day and I will see you tomorrow and hopefully you have
- 6:25a chicken brain day where you just let it all go.
- 6:28All right, my friends have a great one.
- 6:29Bye.
