Prosecutors in the Lindsay Clancy trial called a psychiatrist to prove she was responsible for killing her three children. He built that opinion on something she told him: that she said "go to God" as she tightened an exercise band around each of their necks.

Dr. Avram Mack evaluated Clancy for the Plymouth County District Attorney in April 2026.
