- 0:36Speaker 5: be our finestylear.

- 1:07Speaker 6: what a day?
- 1:09Speaker 7: Good afternoon. Welcome to Chris X Radio. I'm the afore
- 1:11Speaker 7: mentioned X Man. Glad to have you here with us
- 1:14Speaker 7: as we're ready to rock and roll here for the
- 1:15Speaker 7: next two hours here on the Voice of Texas seven
- 1:19Speaker 7: hundred am fifteen forty am.

- 1:41Speaker 6: I think that's I think that's all of them.
- 1:44Speaker 7: But we're glad to be here with you here on
- 1:45Speaker 7: a Supreme Court demonium day. There's a lot going on,
- 1:49Speaker 7: not only with the US Supreme Court, but the Texas
- 1:51Speaker 7: Supreme Court. We'll be joined by Holly Hanson at the
- 1:54Speaker 7: bottom of the hour. She's with the Texan News. She's
- 1:58Speaker 7: got a couple articles. We'll get into one. Extra Supreme
- 2:00Speaker 7: Court has halted Harris County's Illegal Immigrant Defense Fund, a
- 2:07Speaker 7: fund that has been operating since twenty twenty. That's right
- 2:11Speaker 7: in the middle of the pandemic. Lena Hidaigo decided we're
- 2:14Speaker 7: going to pay for illegal immigrants legal fees to fight
- 2:18Speaker 7: being deported with your tax dollars. Well, Ken Paxton decided
- 2:23Speaker 7: to fight it, and the Texas Supreme Court ruled, h sorry,
- 2:29Speaker 7: you're gonna have to halt that program.
- 2:32Speaker 6: So we'll get into that with Holly Hanson.
- 2:33Speaker 7: She also has another article from the US Supreme Court
- 2:36Speaker 7: that rules smartphone geofence warrants are subject to Fourth Amendment protections.
- 2:43Speaker 7: This is with increased challenges with police that are requesting
- 2:47Speaker 7: cell phone location data.
- 2:50Speaker 6: Once again, remember.
- 2:51Speaker 7: This is what they used, well, Scott Phillips and Catherine
- 2:54Speaker 7: Ingelebred used to discover voter fraud, and they ruled against it,
- 2:58Speaker 7: said you cannot use that in a court of law,
- 3:01Speaker 7: and then threw them in jail during the mid terms,
- 3:05Speaker 7: but then they turned right around and used every bit
- 3:07Speaker 7: of that the Feds did to hunt down Grandma's who
- 3:11Speaker 7: walked around the US Capital on January sixth and through
- 3:14Speaker 7: them by bars.
- 3:15Speaker 6: So so it's a lot.
- 3:20Speaker 7: It also happens to be Taco Tuesday, so well we
- 3:26Speaker 7: can debate tacos.
- 3:27Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 3:27Speaker 7: I don't know if I'm up for tacos tonight. I
- 3:30Speaker 7: don't know what if I go. We'll give a little
- 3:31Speaker 7: slight scratchy throat again. I know, I had one of
- 3:33Speaker 7: these couple of weeks ago, and I kind of fought
- 3:34Speaker 7: it off, and then here I am back again.
- 3:36Speaker 6: So I guess I need to load up on the
- 3:39Speaker 6: vitamin see.
- 3:41Speaker 7: But I got a little bit of a scratchy throat,
- 3:43Speaker 7: and once again I said, it's Supreme Court demonium, Texas
- 3:46Speaker 7: Supreme Court demonium, a serious to mixed bag of rulings today.
- 3:50Speaker 7: And also, James Tallafreco's lead over Ken Paxton has evaporated.
- 3:57Speaker 6: It is gone. He never really had a lead over
- 4:01Speaker 6: Ken Paxton.
- 4:02Speaker 7: He had a lead over Ken Paxton or John Cornyan,
- 4:05Speaker 7: and then once that race was decided, well there when his.
- 4:11Speaker 6: Lead.
- 4:12Speaker 7: And by the way, I've been seeing his commercials constantly.
- 4:14Speaker 7: Now him in some kind of fake store with a
- 4:18Speaker 7: fake bag of groceries, and him trying to take credit
- 4:21Speaker 7: for lowering him, you know, voting for the largest taxed
- 4:25Speaker 7: tax reduction in Texas history.
- 4:29Speaker 6: Was he for that? Or is he a Democrat?
- 4:33Speaker 7: The last time I checked, the Democrats are trying to
- 4:34Speaker 7: raise your taxes, and he's acclaiming, Oh, I'm here for you,
- 4:38Speaker 7: And then he goes and gets in a truck.
- 4:41Speaker 6: I don't believe the store is real.
- 4:42Speaker 7: I don't believe he's real, and I don't believe the
- 4:44Speaker 7: truck is real, or at least really his. And I
- 4:49Speaker 7: wonder what the bag of groceries is. I don't I
- 4:54Speaker 7: have no idea. Okay, So, on the national level, the
- 4:57Speaker 7: US Supreme Court today voted five to four to reject
- 5:01Speaker 7: President Trump's reform of the nation's birthright citizenship policy, which
- 5:07Speaker 7: is a perverted I guess interpretation of it, and the
- 5:12Speaker 7: Supreme Court decided to pervert it further today then now
- 5:18Speaker 7: will grant the huge prize of citizenship to nearly any
- 5:21Speaker 7: infant born in the.
- 5:22Speaker 6: United States, well, all infants, I guess.
- 5:25Speaker 7: Even if the parents are illegal immigrants or temporary visitors,
- 5:32Speaker 7: so they ruled that birthright citizenship is legal.
- 5:37Speaker 6: Huh. Has anyone ever read the Fourteenth Amendment? Is that
- 5:42Speaker 6: what it was for?
- 5:49Speaker 7: The Fourteenth Amendment granted the US Constitution, ratified in eighteen
- 5:56Speaker 7: sixty eight, grant citizenship to all persons born or naturalized
- 5:59Speaker 7: in the United States, and it ensures equal protection under
- 6:02Speaker 7: the law.
- 6:03Speaker 6: It was a key part.
- 6:06Speaker 7: Of Reconstruction amendments aimed at addressing the rights of formerly
- 6:10Speaker 7: enslaved people. If you will remember, for those who study
- 6:14Speaker 7: history like I do, the Fourteenth Amendment was designed to
- 6:18Speaker 7: make sure that former slaves and their children were American
- 6:22Speaker 7: citizens if they were born here, they got American citizenship
- 6:26Speaker 7: because Democrats didn't want to allow them to be citizens.
- 6:33Speaker 7: So as part of the Reconstruction Reconstruction amendments, it was
- 6:36Speaker 7: designed to address issues issues related to citizenship and the
- 6:40Speaker 7: rights of formerly enslaved people following the Civil War. But
- 6:47Speaker 7: it was never about providing citizenship to people who come
- 6:49Speaker 7: to our country illegally and having kids. It was never
- 6:53Speaker 7: about people who do birth tourism, who fly to America
- 6:57Speaker 7: with nine month pregnant women and then have their kids
- 7:00Speaker 7: here and then take their kids back to their home country.
- 7:02Speaker 7: But now they have the same citizenship that you or
- 7:04Speaker 7: I have. It was never about that, but somehow they
- 7:09Speaker 7: have perverted this fourteenth Amendment to include that.
- 7:11Speaker 6: And now the Supreme Court as well. I'm not quite.
- 7:15Speaker 7: Sure did they hold it up today or did they
- 7:17Speaker 7: just rule against Trump's executive order. But we can get
- 7:24Speaker 7: into that also. The descents were it was five four.
- 7:30Speaker 7: It was all the ladies and John Roberts. But you know,
- 7:35Speaker 7: there are three, you know, lefty whack jobs on the
- 7:37Speaker 7: Supring Court, the Kagans, the Sotomayors, and the you know
- 7:42Speaker 7: Katanji Brown Jackson. They're all going to vote, you know,
- 7:44Speaker 7: the way that they vote. They're all going to be
- 7:46Speaker 7: the lefties. They don't care about law, they care about
- 7:49Speaker 7: what they feel like. And then you throw in Amy
- 7:53Speaker 7: Kobe Bryant every now and then I heard somebody calling
- 7:58Speaker 7: her that that's pretty funny. So Amy Kobe Bryant joined,
- 8:02Speaker 7: and then John Roberts, who's just a loser. The process
- 8:08Speaker 7: of simply appointing someone to get nominated to the Supreme Court,
- 8:11Speaker 7: or to get elected to the Supreme Court appointed has
- 8:14Speaker 7: become perverted by Democrats so majorly that it's almost. It's
- 8:19Speaker 7: very difficult. They told us it was the end of
- 8:21Speaker 7: the world. They made Kavanaugh out to be the Supreme rapist.
- 8:26Speaker 7: He's a rapist. I guess, of course he's quote conservative,
- 8:30Speaker 7: so he's a racist too. Just as sam Alito said,
- 8:34Speaker 7: birthright citizenship is grotesque.
- 8:36Speaker 6: I don't know of any other country that has it.
- 8:39Speaker 7: Does anybody know the other countries that actually participate in
- 8:42Speaker 7: birthright citizenship where you can just go there and have
- 8:47Speaker 7: a kid and then split and then raise that kid
- 8:50Speaker 7: in another country being an illegal alien, and bringing that
- 8:54Speaker 7: kid back when maybe when the kid's eighteen or twenty
- 8:56Speaker 7: five years old, and then run for office and then
- 8:59Speaker 7: try to take over the country. Does that sound like
- 9:02Speaker 7: a good idea to you. Also, Clarence Thomas have wrote
- 9:13Speaker 7: a great dissent as well. So it's just this is just.
- 9:19Speaker 6: One of the ones. Once again, this is Roe v. Wade.
- 9:24Speaker 7: This is a terrible ruling by the Supreme Court, which
- 9:26Speaker 7: I'm very sure you've heard if you're listening to Dana,
- 9:28Speaker 7: she was talking about this earlier. She's still an angry off.
- 9:30Speaker 7: She was very angry off today. She's ready to burn
- 9:33Speaker 7: it all down. I'm not ready to burn it all down.
- 9:36Speaker 7: I'm ready to fight, keep fighting, especially as we approach
- 9:41Speaker 7: our two hundred and fiftieth birthday of the country, which
- 9:45Speaker 7: I'm wearing another one of another America flag shirts and
- 9:49Speaker 7: got USA on it and for the turn fifty. So
- 9:52Speaker 7: thanks for the ruling, Supreme Court, Thank you so much
- 9:54Speaker 7: for ruling that anybody can be an American.
- 9:57Speaker 6: All you got to do is get.
- 9:57Speaker 7: Over here legally, illegally. It doesn't matter. It's funny. The
- 10:01Speaker 7: Fourteenth Amendment goes on to expressively explicitly state that if
- 10:05Speaker 7: you're a foreign dignitary and you're here on official business
- 10:08Speaker 7: and you have a child, that child is not a
- 10:11Speaker 7: US citizen. So foreign dignitaries who have kids in our
- 10:15Speaker 7: country do not they don't count. They're not US citizens,
- 10:19Speaker 7: but illegal aliens are.
- 10:22Speaker 8: Uh.
- 10:25Speaker 7: President Trump has laid out a pathway through Congress to
- 10:28Speaker 7: end birthright citizenship after it was upheld today in the
- 10:31Speaker 7: Supreme Court decision. He took to the truth social called
- 10:36Speaker 7: it too bad for America, said the congressional route which
- 10:41Speaker 7: birthright citizenship can be ended. The Supreme Court upheld birthright citizenship,
- 10:46Speaker 7: which is too bad for our country, But we can
- 10:48Speaker 7: easily make it up in Congress through legislation with the
- 10:52Speaker 7: support of the President. There has now been determined by
- 10:56Speaker 7: this process. Trump wrote, no long and unwieldy, unwieldy, that's funny.
- 11:03Speaker 7: Constitutional amendment is necessary. Congress should start today to work
- 11:07Speaker 7: on ending expensive and unfair to our country birthrights citizenship.
- 11:12Speaker 6: They will have my complete and total support. Thank you
- 11:15Speaker 6: for you attention to this matter.
- 11:19Speaker 9: Uh.
- 11:20Speaker 6: Now, the Supreme Court also, I got some right.
- 11:25Speaker 7: They also ruled today that states can determine whether they
- 11:31Speaker 7: want to allow transgender athletes men from competing in women's sports.
- 11:35Speaker 7: That basically, states can say, no, you're a dude, You're
- 11:37Speaker 7: not competing in women's sports.
- 11:42Speaker 6: Okay, So they got that one right.
- 11:44Speaker 7: The Supreme Court also struck down limits on coordinated spending
- 11:47Speaker 7: between candidates and political parties, which looks like it'll serve
- 11:51Speaker 7: as a boon for Republicans in the GOP as they
- 11:54Speaker 7: seek to retain their majorities in Congress.
- 11:59Speaker 6: So we can dig into that as well.
- 12:00Speaker 7: And then, as I mentioned, James Tallafrico's lead in the
- 12:03Speaker 7: US Senate race has all been evaporated. A new poll
- 12:06Speaker 7: from New York Times Sienna has the race tied up
- 12:08Speaker 7: at forty seven percent between Tallafrico and Ken Paxton. By
- 12:14Speaker 7: the way, the media looking at their stories, they are
- 12:16Speaker 7: already putting out They're already putting out their hit jobs
- 12:19Speaker 7: on Ken Paxton, so they're gonna do everything they can to.
- 12:22Speaker 6: Get rid of them.
- 12:22Speaker 7: There was another poll from the University of Texas which
- 12:25Speaker 7: shows Paxton up by one point, and then there's some
- 12:27Speaker 7: others where Paxton leads forty five point two percent of
- 12:31Speaker 7: Tallafrico's forty four point six percent.
- 12:34Speaker 6: That's in the real clear politics realize.
- 12:39Speaker 7: The University of Texas poll had Tallerfrico up by eight
- 12:45Speaker 7: before the Republican primary is done.
- 12:46Speaker 6: Huh. Interesting how they did that. Huh. Needless to say,
- 12:50Speaker 6: that's done so, but.
- 12:57Speaker 7: It's gonna be interesting to see how this plays out
- 13:00Speaker 7: as we get closer to November. The article goes on
- 13:03Speaker 7: to talk about Jasmine Crockett said, as flawed as she is,
- 13:06Speaker 7: she's a very flawed candidate. She would have appealed to
- 13:09Speaker 7: more of the Democrat base as well as Black voters.
- 13:12Speaker 7: The effeminate but totally not gay tall Rico has no
- 13:15Speaker 7: appeal for black voters at all, and he's a total
- 13:18Speaker 7: phone He running around driving a pickup truck with a
- 13:20Speaker 7: cowboy hat and cowboy boots. The irishman Beta O'Rourke, Beto
- 13:25Speaker 7: O'Rourke couldn't win Texas, and Tall Rico is a Beto
- 13:29Speaker 7: minus testosterone. Someone called him Pedo O'Rourke. I thought, that's
- 13:34Speaker 7: pretty funny. People tell me things. I don't know who
- 13:36Speaker 7: was people tell me things. But the truth is, this
- 13:41Speaker 7: is still Texas, and it's weird. You've got this trans
- 13:46Speaker 7: obsessed mama's boy who's never held a real job. Everything
- 13:50Speaker 7: that comes out of his mouth is well rehearsed. You
- 13:52Speaker 7: can tell the guy literally is reading lines or reciting lines.
- 13:59Speaker 7: But there there's something deeply unsettling and more sinister about Tallafrico,
- 14:03Speaker 7: who looks and sounds harmless as he spreads. You know,
- 14:06Speaker 7: heresy meant to deliberately fool people into believing embracing transsexualism, homosexuality, transvestitism.
- 14:13Speaker 6: I didn't even know it was a word.
- 14:15Speaker 7: As embracing Christianity somehow, that is being Christian. He identifies
- 14:22Speaker 7: as a Christian, but openly admits he hates Christianity and
- 14:25Speaker 7: believes Christianity is a violent religion. Basically, he's no more
- 14:29Speaker 7: of a Christian than probably a guy named Satan who
- 14:33Speaker 7: say say.
- 14:38Speaker 6: Where is the church lady when you need her?
- 14:43Speaker 7: We'll see if a Dana Carvey brings her back, and
- 14:45Speaker 7: we'll talk to Holly Hanson at the bottom of the
- 14:46Speaker 7: hour about this. The Supreme Court of Texas has issued
- 14:49Speaker 7: an injunction against Harris County's initiative that provides taxpayer funded
- 14:54Speaker 7: legal defense to illegal immigrants facing deportation. That's right here
- 14:58Speaker 7: in Harris County. They're taking your tax dollars and giving
- 15:02Speaker 7: them to illegal aliens to fight being deported back to
- 15:05Speaker 7: their countries because they have no legal right to be
- 15:08Speaker 7: in our country. But they're getting your tax dollars to
- 15:12Speaker 7: fight the legal system. So we will talk with Holly
- 15:17Speaker 7: Hanson about that at the botom of the hour. Let's
- 15:18Speaker 7: go and take a break. Here's where getting rolling. We'll
- 15:20Speaker 7: come back. I got to hit a couple of things
- 15:21Speaker 7: and then we'll catch up with Holly Hanson.
- 15:23Speaker 6: Two eight one five five eight KSV.
- 15:25Speaker 7: If you want to try to get in, maybe we
- 15:27Speaker 7: can get one call in before we catch up with Holly.
- 15:30Speaker 7: You're listening to Chris X Radio. We're just getting started.
- 15:32Speaker 7: Don't you go anywhere we'll be right back.
- 15:47Speaker 8: You're listening to Chris X Radio Radio, the voice of Texas.

- 20:13Speaker 6: You Gonna Go?
- 20:14Speaker 7: My Ways a great song. I was never a big
- 20:17Speaker 7: fan of it Ain't over till It's over and that one.
- 20:19Speaker 7: I didn't really like that very much. And his remake
- 20:21Speaker 7: of American Woman I liked for about five minutes and
- 20:23Speaker 7: then it got overplayed a gazillion times. I mean, I
- 20:27Speaker 7: actually did a pretty good job on it, and I'll
- 20:29Speaker 7: give him credit for that, but I would not be
- 20:31Speaker 7: put that remake anywhere near the remake if You Really
- 20:36Speaker 7: Got Me by Van Halen or the power station Bang
- 20:41Speaker 7: a Gong, that's just a really good one. It's that
- 20:44Speaker 7: one's a little bit dated, but not really. When I
- 20:47Speaker 7: hear you Really Got Me by Van Hale, it sounds
- 20:49Speaker 7: like I could have came out yesterday.
- 20:52Speaker 6: And then of course the guitar stuff is just that's
- 20:54Speaker 6: from another planet. Anyway.
- 20:56Speaker 7: Welcome back to Chris X Radio. I'm the afore mentioned
- 20:58Speaker 7: X man here on your Taco Tuesday edition of the program.
- 21:01Speaker 7: It is Supreme Court Demonium today and also Texas Supreme
- 21:06Speaker 7: Court Demonium. What do I mean by that? We got
- 21:09Speaker 7: a whole lot of Supreme Court rulings came out today.
- 21:12Speaker 7: It was a mixed bag, to say the least. They
- 21:17Speaker 7: ruled that a birthright citizenship is the law of the land.
- 21:20Speaker 6: People can come over here.
- 21:22Speaker 7: You can be a Chinese citizen, a member of a
- 21:25Speaker 7: Chinese country, and send your pregnant women over here, and
- 21:29Speaker 7: if they have their babies on American soul, they are
- 21:31Speaker 7: as American as you or I, and then they can
- 21:33Speaker 7: go take off, go back to their own country, be
- 21:35Speaker 7: raised in China and doctrinated by a communist regime, and
- 21:39Speaker 7: then they can come back when they're twenty one or
- 21:40Speaker 7: twenty five or thirty. But they're still entitled to all
- 21:45Speaker 7: of the same benefits that you have for being an American.
- 21:49Speaker 7: And also goes with illegal immigrants, people that break into
- 21:53Speaker 7: our country illegally and then have a baby, and now
- 21:56Speaker 7: they're tied.
- 21:56Speaker 6: And then of course you've got the like I said,
- 21:58Speaker 6: the chain migration. You've got that. It's what the Supreme
- 22:02Speaker 6: Court ruled today. Once again, it doesn't change anything. We're
- 22:05Speaker 6: already there. But that is basic suicide foreign nation.
- 22:12Speaker 7: Now, as Justice Alito called it grotesque in his judgment,
- 22:18Speaker 7: he said, it's a mistake. He wrote a descent to
- 22:21Speaker 7: the five to four decision, continued to in plain language
- 22:24Speaker 7: to show how the decisions endorses birth tourism. It would
- 22:28Speaker 7: automatically grant full citizenship to foreign adults who have never lived.
- 22:32Speaker 6: A full day in the United States.
- 22:34Speaker 7: We should not adopt an erroneous interpretation of the fourteenth
- 22:37Speaker 7: Amendment simply out of fear of the consequences of rocking
- 22:41Speaker 7: the boat. As a reaction to current immigration policy. He wrote,
- 22:47Speaker 7: many children are born to foreign parents who are subject
- 22:49Speaker 7: to a foreign power, which should make their children ineligible
- 22:53Speaker 7: for citizenship period. Alitos decent echoed that of Clarence Thomas,
- 22:59Speaker 7: who argued the it's majority imposition of a political project
- 23:02Speaker 7: built on medieval feudal laws from pre modern Europe. It's
- 23:09Speaker 7: a pretty good point, needless to say, we know who
- 23:14Speaker 7: voted for it and who voted against it. Amy Cony
- 23:18Speaker 7: Barrett or Amy Kobe Bryant. Amy Kobe Bryant to joined
- 23:24Speaker 7: in with the other ladies, so there was four and
- 23:27Speaker 7: then oh shocker, John Roberts. Who'd have ever guessed that?
- 23:31Speaker 19: Now?
- 23:32Speaker 7: Oddly enough, they also ruled today that states can stop
- 23:35Speaker 7: these transgender athletes, these men from competing in women's sports.
- 23:38Speaker 7: That makes sense. We don't want to allow dudes because
- 23:42Speaker 7: they're taking over women's sports, which is insane. We don't
- 23:46Speaker 7: want to allow that to continue. So they voted against that. Okay,
- 23:49Speaker 7: can't do that. But you can come over here and
- 23:52Speaker 7: have a baby, and then they automatically get citizenship no
- 23:56Speaker 7: matter what. The Supreme Court also struck down limits on
- 23:59Speaker 7: coordinated space between candidates and political parties, which will serve
- 24:03Speaker 7: to most likely help Republicans as the GOP works to
- 24:07Speaker 7: maintain their majorities in Congress. And then of course you
- 24:10Speaker 7: got James Taalafrico, whose lead is all but evaporated here
- 24:14Speaker 7: for the US Senate, So you're going to see a
- 24:15Speaker 7: lot of his commercials. I'm already seeing them him basically
- 24:19Speaker 7: campaigning against everything that he's ever voted for or against.
- 24:23Speaker 7: So there is that, And then I mentioned well, in
- 24:26Speaker 7: the next segment, we'll catch up with Holly Hanson. She
- 24:29Speaker 7: wrote an article here, one of our articles as the
- 24:31Speaker 7: Supreme Court of Texas has issued an injunction against Harris
- 24:34Speaker 7: County that are providing taxpayer funded the legal defense to
- 24:38Speaker 7: illegal immigrants facing deportation.
- 24:41Speaker 6: So we'll get on that with Holly here in the
- 24:43Speaker 6: next segment.
- 24:43Speaker 7: She's also got another article regarding the US Supreme Court
- 24:47Speaker 7: ruling on smartphone g offense warrants, saying they're subject to
- 24:51Speaker 7: the Fourth Amendment.
- 24:53Speaker 6: So let's go ahead, take a break, we'll come back
- 24:54Speaker 6: pick up with Holly Hanson. She's our guest. She joins
- 24:56Speaker 6: us here on griz X Radio.
- 24:58Speaker 7: Always a fan of Holly Hanson, who's with the Texan News.
- 25:02Speaker 6: She's doing great work over there, and.
- 25:04Speaker 7: I always I try to get her on around once
- 25:06Speaker 7: a month. Sometimes I'm a little slow, and we're a
- 25:08Speaker 7: little slow. Pardon my friend, he's a little slow anyway,
- 25:15Speaker 7: Holly joins us. Here on the other side of the break,
- 25:16Speaker 7: don't you go anywhere. We'll be right back here listening
- 25:18Speaker 7: to Chris X Radio.
- 25:27Speaker 8: The Resistance is futile. Chris X Radio is X Radio.

- 28:32Speaker 6: Tell that story a little later. Welcome back to chris
- 28:38Speaker 6: X Radio.
- 28:38Speaker 7: Glad to have you here with us on our Taco
- 28:40Speaker 7: Tuesday edition of the program. It is Supreme Court Pneumonium
- 28:43Speaker 7: today and it also happens Debris Texas. Supreme Court Pneumonium
- 28:48Speaker 7: joining us now is one of my favorite reporters. It
- 28:51Speaker 7: is Holly Hanson. She's with the Texan Dot News, the
- 28:53Speaker 7: Texan News. She's a great reporter. You can all you
- 28:56Speaker 7: can find her on Twitter, which is where I follow
- 28:58Speaker 7: her at Holly S. Hanson on Twitter, So make sure
- 29:01Speaker 7: you're following her as she does just great work over
- 29:05Speaker 7: there with the Texan and she's got a couple of
- 29:07Speaker 7: articles here, one regarding the US Supreme Court, which ties
- 29:10Speaker 7: right in with Supreme Court pnemonium, but also the Texas
- 29:14Speaker 7: Supreme Court has weighed in on Harris County just determining
- 29:18Speaker 7: arbitrarily they decided they're going to use our tax dollars
- 29:21Speaker 7: to spend for legal defense for illegal immigrants fighting being deported.
- 29:26Speaker 6: Huh. Anyway, Holly Hansen joins us here now. Holly, thanks
- 29:29Speaker 6: for being here.
- 29:29Speaker 7: Always good to catch up with you.
- 29:32Speaker 5: You're welcome. Thanks for having me on.
- 29:34Speaker 7: Chris Well, I'm always glad to have you on the
- 29:36Speaker 7: program because you do such good work over the Texan
- 29:39Speaker 7: and if people don't know, they need to be going
- 29:40Speaker 7: to the Texan Dot News and reading your work as
- 29:42Speaker 7: well as your colleagues, because you guys focus on things well,
- 29:45Speaker 7: mainly texts related, but you, in particular, you cover a
- 29:48Speaker 7: lot of stuff that affect us right here in Harris County.
- 29:51Speaker 6: And this article.
- 29:52Speaker 7: Once again, I wanted to make sure that I had
- 29:55Speaker 7: you come on and go because you went through the
- 29:57Speaker 7: article you spell out things.
- 29:58Speaker 6: Very clearly where Harris County.
- 30:00Speaker 7: Well, the Supreme Court of Texas has halted Harris County's
- 30:04Speaker 7: Illegal Immigrant Defense Fund, something that has been in operation
- 30:08Speaker 7: since twenty twenty.
- 30:09Speaker 6: I don't think a lot of people realize that, Holly.
- 30:12Speaker 5: That's right, Chris. You know, we covered it, of course
- 30:14Speaker 5: with the Texan News when they created this program in
- 30:17Speaker 5: twenty twenty, but it really didn't get a lot of attention,
- 30:20Speaker 5: maybe because there was so much going on in the
- 30:23Speaker 5: year twenty twenty. We all remember that.
- 30:25Speaker 22: But what Harris.
- 30:26Speaker 5: County did is they acquiesced to a request from County
- 30:30Speaker 5: Judge Lena Hidalgo to create this immigrant Legal Services Fund.
- 30:35Speaker 5: They initially allocated about two million dollars to the fund,
- 30:39Speaker 5: and as of last fall, they had spent over eight
- 30:43Speaker 5: million dollars in providing these legal defenses for immigrants who
- 30:48Speaker 5: were facing deportation. And then last October they decided to
- 30:52Speaker 5: allocate another one point three million to the fund, and
- 30:55Speaker 5: that got the attention of Texas Attorney General Ken Paston
- 31:00Speaker 5: filed a lawsuit. You know, he did ask for an
- 31:03Speaker 5: injunction from a lower court and from an appeal court.
- 31:06Speaker 5: Neither one of those courts were willing to issue that injunction,
- 31:09Speaker 5: but they did say that the case had some merit
- 31:12Speaker 5: and could go forward. But just a few days ago,
- 31:16Speaker 5: the Texas Supreme Board did issue that injunction and said
- 31:20Speaker 5: Harris County has to stop funding this while this case
- 31:24Speaker 5: is pending and while we look at what's going on here. Now,
- 31:27Speaker 5: what the Attorney General's office is pointed out is that
- 31:30Speaker 5: it looks like by using these taxpayer dollars to provide
- 31:35Speaker 5: these legal funds or legal defenses for these immigrants, it
- 31:39Speaker 5: violates part of the Texas Constitution. It's called the gift clause,
- 31:44Speaker 5: and basically it says, you know, you can't you can't
- 31:47Speaker 5: hand out money that you know it could be considered
- 31:52Speaker 5: a gift or confers a private benefit on individuals or
- 31:56Speaker 5: groups if it does not serve legitimate public end So
- 32:01Speaker 5: to be clear of what Harris County has done, along
- 32:04Speaker 5: with Bear County and some of the cities in the
- 32:06Speaker 5: state of taxes is they've joined this institute's safe network.
- 32:11Speaker 5: It's called the Safety and Fairness for Everyone Network founded
- 32:16Speaker 5: by the Vera Institute for Justice, and they want these
- 32:19Speaker 5: cities and counties across the country to provide taxpayer funded
- 32:24Speaker 5: programs that assist these people facing deportation regardless of their
- 32:30Speaker 5: criminal history. So even if someone's been accused of a crime,
- 32:35Speaker 5: including felony crime, if they're facing deportation in Harris County
- 32:40Speaker 5: and they fall under certain guidelines regarding their income, they
- 32:46Speaker 5: can possibly get legal defense provided by county taxpayers to
- 32:50Speaker 5: fight that deportation effort. So you know, what the court
- 32:54Speaker 5: is looking at here is the very likelihood that this
- 32:58Speaker 5: program does violate that state constitutional provision and can pax naturally.
- 33:05Speaker 5: One also challenging Harris County's guaranteed Basic income program basically
- 33:13Speaker 5: using the same argument that you can't just just give
- 33:16Speaker 5: out these gifts and tax fair dollars without it, you know,
- 33:19Speaker 5: really having a legitimate public interest purpose there. So you know,
- 33:25Speaker 5: the case isn't over. The course, are still considering the
- 33:29Speaker 5: merits of the case, but for now it has been
- 33:32Speaker 5: blocked and we will just wait to see what happens next.
- 33:37Speaker 7: You know, it's interesting, Holly, because you take this in
- 33:40Speaker 7: consideration with the Supreme Court ruling of the United States
- 33:43Speaker 7: today with you know that illegal aliens can come here
- 33:46Speaker 7: and have babies, and those babies are entitled to all
- 33:48Speaker 7: of the privileges that come with being an American citizen.
- 33:51Speaker 7: And then you've got illegal aliens that are here that
- 33:53Speaker 7: are well in the process of possibly being deported, and
- 33:56Speaker 7: they're using our tax dollars to go and fund them
- 33:59Speaker 7: to make sure that they can fight.
- 34:01Speaker 6: So basically they're.
- 34:02Speaker 7: Fighting us with our money and our time and our
- 34:05Speaker 7: efforts here in the You wonder at what certain point
- 34:10Speaker 7: is the is the levee going to break, if you will,
- 34:12Speaker 7: whether whether it.
- 34:13Speaker 6: Be a breaking of the levee.
- 34:15Speaker 7: And then once again, this is another situation why Ken
- 34:18Speaker 7: Paxton has been great as the Supreme Court. I'm sorry
- 34:22Speaker 7: the Texas Attorney General, you know, with bringing in go
- 34:24Speaker 7: taking things to the Supreme Court and fighting stuff like
- 34:26Speaker 7: this where people arbitrarily determined. Like you said, Lena Hidalgo,
- 34:32Speaker 7: I guess ultimately she was the one responsible for this
- 34:35Speaker 7: fund that have determined and they did it right in
- 34:37Speaker 7: the middle of a pandemic. I don't know if they
- 34:39Speaker 7: were using pandemic funds. But whatever it was, they were
- 34:42Speaker 7: using our tax dollars to provide legal services to people
- 34:45Speaker 7: in our country illegally. And as the lawsuit states, and
- 34:49Speaker 7: you go this pretty well, this wasn't to American citizens,
- 34:52Speaker 7: This wasn't to people here in Harris County, you know,
- 34:54Speaker 7: Texas citizens. It is to illegal immigrants, people that are
- 34:58Speaker 7: here illegally. And you mentioned We're not the only county
- 35:01Speaker 7: you mentioned in the article, was it I? Bear County
- 35:03Speaker 7: had a case like this as well.
- 35:05Speaker 5: That's right. Bear County is also facing a lawsuit from
- 35:09Speaker 5: Attorney General Ken Passon, And just like in Harris County,
- 35:13Speaker 5: the lower court judge, you know, didn't buy it. In fact,
- 35:16Speaker 5: I think in that case the lower court judge dismissed
- 35:19Speaker 5: the case, but the Attorney General's office has appealed that
- 35:23Speaker 5: one as well. And you know, again, it's not just
- 35:26Speaker 5: that these people are illegal immigrants. In some cases, they're
- 35:29Speaker 5: actually being accused of crimes or may have been convicted
- 35:33Speaker 5: of a crime. I mean, we had a report recently
- 35:35Speaker 5: too that the ICE operations in the Houston region, gosh,
- 35:41Speaker 5: what did they arrested more than seven hundred criminal illegal
- 35:46Speaker 5: aliens in the Houston area just in the month of May,
- 35:49Speaker 5: and probably about seventy percent of those had been accused
- 35:54Speaker 5: or convicted excuse me, convicted of violent crimes. So, you know,
- 36:01Speaker 5: I think there's a narrative out there that, you know,
- 36:03Speaker 5: landy targets are is targeting all kinds of people. It
- 36:07Speaker 5: seems to me, just based on what I've learned, is
- 36:10Speaker 5: that most of these enforcement efforts are focused, at least
- 36:15Speaker 5: in the Houston area, on people who have been accused
- 36:17Speaker 5: of crime. So yeah, I think a lot of residents
- 36:21Speaker 5: are probably rightly concerned about what the county is doing
- 36:24Speaker 5: with taxpayer dollars, especially you know, we've learned too that,
- 36:28Speaker 5: you know, they're supposed to be managing these flood control projects,
- 36:32Speaker 5: and I know that's not you know, the hottest topic
- 36:35Speaker 5: because Hurricane Harvey happened almost ten years ago now, but
- 36:40Speaker 5: we're coming up on ten years since that terrible, terrible flooding,
- 36:45Speaker 5: and of the projects that we knew really needed to
- 36:48Speaker 5: be constructed, a lot of them haven't even been started.
- 36:52Speaker 5: And now the county's in danger of losing federal matching
- 36:56Speaker 5: funds that were to help build those things. You know,
- 37:00Speaker 5: when you're looking at that, and yes, it all comes
- 37:02Speaker 5: from different buckets. But when they see the county spending
- 37:06Speaker 5: millions of dollars to defend these possible criminal suspects and
- 37:11Speaker 5: illegal immigrants, but they're really not spending as much time
- 37:15Speaker 5: focusing on things like what mitigation that could be a
- 37:19Speaker 5: very lead to a very dangerous situation, it is a
- 37:23Speaker 5: little frustrating.
- 37:25Speaker 7: Yeah, once again, I personally suffered a catastrophic loss because
- 37:29Speaker 7: of Hurricane Harvey. And as you mentioned, they had allocated
- 37:32Speaker 7: funds quote unquote to go and dredge the Bear Creek Reservoir,
- 37:37Speaker 7: which never happened. We don't know what happened with that money.
- 37:40Speaker 7: It never occurred. And then of course the other money
- 37:42Speaker 7: that they've taken in to combat flooding, which was not
- 37:45Speaker 7: taken in. I know it was a historic event. We've
- 37:47Speaker 7: had two judgments now, which by the way, I haven't
- 37:49Speaker 7: seen a penny. I could really use some of the
- 37:51Speaker 7: money that I lost from Hurricane Harvey. But nonetheless, that's
- 37:55Speaker 7: I'm glad to see that Harris County has determined that
- 37:57Speaker 7: they want to go out and prioritize illegal immigrants, American
- 38:00Speaker 7: citizens and citizens of Harris County. The other thing too,
- 38:04Speaker 7: is now this isn't the only article that you've written.
- 38:06Speaker 7: You wrote another one regarding the US Supreme Court ruling
- 38:10Speaker 7: that smartphone geofence warrants subject to the Fourth Amendment protections.
- 38:15Speaker 6: Let's talk about that a little bit as well.
- 38:17Speaker 7: I don't think people there's some really odd things that
- 38:20Speaker 7: have happened regarding geofencing and what happens with our cell phones.
- 38:24Speaker 7: One is the movie two Thousand Mules that came out
- 38:27Speaker 7: back in I guess before the last election or twenty twenty, sorry,
- 38:31Speaker 7: the twenty twenty election between Catherine Ingle Brent and Scott Phillips. Well,
- 38:36Speaker 7: they used geo fencing stuff and they were ruled against,
- 38:39Speaker 7: saying you cannot use this in a court of law.
- 38:41Speaker 7: But then they turned right around and the Feds used
- 38:44Speaker 7: it to track down anyone who was anywhere close to
- 38:47Speaker 7: the Capitol on January sixth. So it's a very weird
- 38:52Speaker 7: position that we find ourselves in with the geofencing location
- 38:56Speaker 7: data on our smartphones that should be under the protection
- 38:59Speaker 7: of the Fourth Amendment.
- 39:00Speaker 6: Is that is that what you govern this article?
- 39:02Speaker 5: And then that's right, you know, and it's it really
- 39:05Speaker 5: is an interesting topic because you know, it's technology evolves,
- 39:08Speaker 5: then there's more and more ways for you know, your
- 39:12Speaker 5: devices to track you and provide data to you know,
- 39:16Speaker 5: government agencies, and so a lot of people don't realize
- 39:19Speaker 5: that their cell phone is almost constantly sending out these
- 39:23Speaker 5: location notices right and pinging if you will, I think
- 39:28Speaker 5: about every two minutes. And you know, you really are
- 39:31Speaker 5: pressed to turn on those location services, although technically you
- 39:35Speaker 5: have to opt in. You know, some of these phones,
- 39:38Speaker 5: you know, they prompt you all the time to turn
- 39:41Speaker 5: those things on. So most people are walking around with
- 39:43Speaker 5: this location service turned on. It's just the nature of it.
- 39:47Speaker 5: And the question is, you know, if police are trying
- 39:49Speaker 5: to solve a crime and they try to obtain this information,
- 39:54Speaker 5: we call it geo fencing your location data, should they
- 39:58Speaker 5: Is that a search under the Fourth Amendment? If it is,
- 40:01Speaker 5: you have to get a warrant, right, so you have
- 40:03Speaker 5: to have some probable cause. And there have been a
- 40:06Speaker 5: number of cases there's some some split decisions, but in
- 40:10Speaker 5: this case, the Supreme Court of the United States has
- 40:15Speaker 5: said yes, in this case, you know, looking at this
- 40:19Speaker 5: this data, it is a search under the Fourth Amendment.
- 40:23Speaker 5: So you do have to get a warrant and a
- 40:26Speaker 5: lot of people are complaining that, well, it won't affect
- 40:28Speaker 5: the outcome in this case. This guy was convicted of
- 40:30Speaker 5: armed robbery. But it is important as we're looking at
- 40:34Speaker 5: whether or not we have a right to privacy right
- 40:36Speaker 5: and how far does that go. It doesn't mean police
- 40:39Speaker 5: can't use that Sometimes there's you know, these exceptions that
- 40:43Speaker 5: allow them to use that information. But you know, the
- 40:47Speaker 5: plaintiff in that case, you know, argued that when you're
- 40:50Speaker 5: walking around to your cell phone, it's like walking around
- 40:53Speaker 5: having an ankle monitor attached to you all the time,
- 40:56Speaker 5: so you are being monitored by someone. So this this
- 41:00Speaker 5: is a really interesting case, and we have had those
- 41:03Speaker 5: Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, which governs things here in
- 41:06Speaker 5: the state of Texas, say that you know, pretty much
- 41:09Speaker 5: every single geofence warrant is is overly broad and probably
- 41:16Speaker 5: not constitutional. But it does look like the Supreme Court
- 41:19Speaker 5: to eke out you know, some exceptions you can use
- 41:22Speaker 5: the information, but you do have to make sure you
- 41:25Speaker 5: get a warrant based on probable cause to do so.
- 41:28Speaker 5: That case is not over. It's been sent back down
- 41:31Speaker 5: to the lower cords. I know this gets down in
- 41:33Speaker 5: the legal week, but it does kind of harken to
- 41:36Speaker 5: this concern we have about our privacy. And you know,
- 41:39Speaker 5: some people have compared it to those automatic license plate
- 41:42Speaker 5: readers that are reading your car license plate everywhere you go.
- 41:47Speaker 5: But the courts seem to see that is a little
- 41:50Speaker 5: bit different because when you're driving your car in a
- 41:52Speaker 5: public roadway that you don't have an expectation of privacy,
- 41:57Speaker 5: but that that cell phone data, it gets a little
- 42:01Speaker 5: more personal and could be abused.
- 42:03Speaker 7: Yeah, we're talking with Holly Hansen. She's a reporter with
- 42:05Speaker 7: the Texan News. It's the Texan Dot News if you
- 42:08Speaker 7: want to go look up the work she's working on.
- 42:10Speaker 7: It's funny we went from you know, nineteen eighty four
- 42:13Speaker 7: warning the big brother is watching, to you know, Siri,
- 42:16Speaker 7: order me at pizza.
- 42:17Speaker 6: I'm sorry, big brother, order.
- 42:18Speaker 7: Me a pizza, to once again you use a map
- 42:21Speaker 7: function or once again, I know it's a it's a privilege,
- 42:24Speaker 7: not a right to drive. But yeah, we've got cameras everywhere,
- 42:27Speaker 7: and we've got once again, this the geo tracking data
- 42:30Speaker 7: that's going on with the geo fencing, if you will,
- 42:33Speaker 7: And yeah, it puts us at a real slippery slope
- 42:36Speaker 7: because you've got so many people now that have welcomed
- 42:38Speaker 7: Big Brother into their homes, and a lot of people
- 42:40Speaker 7: don't realize that stuff is being sold to third parties
- 42:43Speaker 7: to you know, sell you products and that sort of stuff.
- 42:46Speaker 7: So there's a whole lot of other elements that go along,
- 42:49Speaker 7: of course, with the like I said, the privacy element
- 42:52Speaker 7: of it.
- 42:52Speaker 6: I'm assuming it's a bad idea.
- 42:55Speaker 7: If I decide I want to go knock over a
- 42:56Speaker 7: liquor store, probably be a bad idea to use my
- 42:59Speaker 7: map function to get there and leave my phone on while.
- 43:01Speaker 1: I'm doing it.
- 43:04Speaker 5: Yeah, I think you know, your attorney would certainly recommend
- 43:07Speaker 5: against that, although hopefully your attorney would recommend not knocking
- 43:10Speaker 5: over the liquor store in the first place. But you know,
- 43:13Speaker 5: there you are.
- 43:14Speaker 6: That's that does sound like kind of a bad idea.
- 43:16Speaker 7: I mean, I listened, I could use some extra cash,
- 43:18Speaker 7: but I'm not going ready to knock over a liquor store.
- 43:21Speaker 7: All right, So, Holly, what do you got locked up
- 43:22Speaker 7: and load today? What are you working on these days?
- 43:24Speaker 7: Because man, it's going to be tough for you to
- 43:26Speaker 7: hit you know, bigger articles than the Texas Supreme Court
- 43:28Speaker 7: and then the US Supreme Court. But it's not like
- 43:31Speaker 7: you guys have a shortage of things to cover these days.
- 43:33Speaker 7: You got any teasers force coming up here?
- 43:36Speaker 5: Well, i'll tell you what tomorrow, I should be having
- 43:39Speaker 5: an article published that relates to Harris County. Looks like
- 43:42Speaker 5: the Office of the Texas Attorney General is also going
- 43:45Speaker 5: to weigh in on a lawsuit pinning against the Harris
- 43:49Speaker 5: County because the allegation is that Commissioner Adrian Garcia, Democrat
- 43:55Speaker 5: out of Precinct Too, has illegally held two offices, and
- 44:01Speaker 5: we'll be telling you more about that in our publication tomorrow.
- 44:05Speaker 6: Well, I'm very interested.
- 44:06Speaker 7: I've been following this story for some time, and I
- 44:08Speaker 7: know El Senator Paul Betncord has been following it. And
- 44:12Speaker 7: it's very interesting that once again you got Adrian Garcia
- 44:15Speaker 7: and they say he, you know, technically just gave up
- 44:18Speaker 7: his right as a Harris County commissioner when he accepted
- 44:21Speaker 7: this other position.
- 44:22Speaker 6: But I don't know. There seems to be a certain
- 44:26Speaker 6: set of.
- 44:26Speaker 7: Rules that some people play by and then the rest
- 44:28Speaker 7: of us play by another set of rules. But I'm
- 44:31Speaker 7: so glad that you're keeping tabs on them and making
- 44:33Speaker 7: sure that they're not doing it with virtual impunity that
- 44:36Speaker 7: the public gets a good idea. All right, tell people
- 44:38Speaker 7: how they can follow you. I know, of course they
- 44:40Speaker 7: can read your work over the Texan News, but how
- 44:42Speaker 7: can everybody else follow you to make sure they.
- 44:44Speaker 5: Keep up like I do well, Chris, I'm on pretty
- 44:47Speaker 5: much all the social media platforms, certainly Twitter, I think,
- 44:51Speaker 5: which were announces call X. I just can't get used
- 44:53Speaker 5: to that, but I'm there and posts a lot of
- 44:55Speaker 5: work there that I do, my colleagues do, and either
- 44:59Speaker 5: of even other articles that I find interesting and relative
- 45:02Speaker 5: to people who follow me. Of course, you know, I'm
- 45:05Speaker 5: a Facebook media page. I'm on Instagram, LinkedIn, you name it,
- 45:09Speaker 5: I'm out there. Look for me.
- 45:11Speaker 7: Yeah, not link said. I follow you on Twitter at
- 45:13Speaker 7: Holly S.
- 45:14Speaker 6: Hanson.
- 45:15Speaker 7: You're one of my favorite follows because I get to
- 45:16Speaker 7: see whenever you update not only your work, but your
- 45:19Speaker 7: colleagues and so many of other things that are importance
- 45:22Speaker 7: to those of us who are trying to pay attention
- 45:24Speaker 7: to what's happening not only with our tax dollars, but
- 45:26Speaker 7: to what is happening in our general area.
- 45:28Speaker 6: So it's always important and it's.
- 45:29Speaker 7: Good to get you on even though, like I said,
- 45:30Speaker 7: we didn't really get into the heated battle of van
- 45:32Speaker 7: Halen van Hagar, but we'll just save that for another day.
- 45:35Speaker 7: Good reason to get you back on the program.
- 45:37Speaker 6: Thanks for being here today, absolutely, you bet.
- 45:40Speaker 5: Thanks for having me.
- 45:41Speaker 7: Always good to have you on the program. Holly Hanson,
- 45:43Speaker 7: she's a reporter with the Textan News. Once again, I
- 45:45Speaker 7: follow her on Twitter X. I'm the same way. By
- 45:47Speaker 7: the way, I always call it twitter X. I'll never
- 45:50Speaker 7: get used to just calling it X, even though I'm
- 45:52Speaker 7: Chris X. I should have some sort of a stake
- 45:54Speaker 7: in the company, but I don't at Holly S.
- 45:56Speaker 6: Hanson. Of course I follow on other social.
- 45:58Speaker 7: Media's as well, but that's where I get almost all
- 46:01Speaker 7: of the breaking stuff is coming. Like I said, anytime
- 46:04Speaker 7: she's dropping news stories and information with her colleagues, I
- 46:09Speaker 7: get it right there at Twitter X. It doesn't seem
- 46:11Speaker 7: to get as suppressed, I guess if it may be
- 46:14Speaker 7: on some of the other social media's.
- 46:15Speaker 6: All right, let's take a short break.
- 46:16Speaker 7: We'll come back wrap up this first hour of the
- 46:18Speaker 7: program once again. Holly Hansen, reporter with the Texan News.
- 46:21Speaker 7: Always appreciate her time. We'll come back and open up

- 49:54Speaker 8: Chris X Radio.
- 50:09Speaker 7: Still, I love the name of that song, and it's
- 50:11Speaker 7: such a great name I love. I was just a
- 50:13Speaker 7: working title and then it became the name of the
- 50:14Speaker 7: song because it was too cool, and nobody knew what
- 50:17Speaker 7: it meant. For a million years, wow, probably thirty years,
- 50:21Speaker 7: I didn't know what it meant. And then when I learned,
- 50:23Speaker 7: I was like, WHOA, that's I would never guess that
- 50:26Speaker 7: in a million years. But Chicago Little twenty five sixty four,
- 50:29Speaker 7: Welcome back to Chriz X Radio. You reach the final
- 50:31Speaker 7: segment of the first hour we have been discussing here
- 50:35Speaker 7: on your Taco Tuesday edition. We have not been talking
- 50:37Speaker 7: about tacos. We've been talking about Supreme Cordemonium and Texas
- 50:41Speaker 7: Supreme Courdemonium. With a lovely and talented Holly Hanson, a
- 50:44Speaker 7: reporter with the Texan News. She was with us here
- 50:46Speaker 7: in the last segment. If for some reason you missed
- 50:48Speaker 7: the interview, you can always catch it on the podcast
- 50:51Speaker 7: later when it's.
- 50:52Speaker 6: Posted, or on the videos that are Like.
- 50:55Speaker 7: I said, you can go pull up the video now
- 50:57Speaker 7: and then rewind, or just from the video or be
- 50:59Speaker 7: posted immediately following the program over on Rumble, Twitter x
- 51:05Speaker 7: YouTube and of course Facebook, so you can do that there.
- 51:08Speaker 7: You can go check out the thing by the way,
- 51:10Speaker 7: you know what I looked.
- 51:11Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 51:12Speaker 7: Maybe you guys can tell me of the podcast. Somebody
- 51:16Speaker 7: notified me that our podcast wasn't uploaded from last week. Now,
- 51:19Speaker 7: this was a few days ago and I'd forgotten. I
- 51:21Speaker 7: guess I could go check right now the podcast from
- 51:23Speaker 7: last thurday NPS, not Friday, our Friday show on Thursday.
- 51:28Speaker 7: I kind of jumped the gun there. There actually is
- 51:30Speaker 7: the Amigos on Fridays. But if I go back and look,
- 51:34Speaker 7: let's see, is our podcast from last Friday up our
- 51:36Speaker 7: last Thursday?
- 51:38Speaker 6: Uh, I guess they're there. I guess they're all there.
- 51:42Speaker 2: Now.
- 51:42Speaker 7: It looks like I don't know, I can't tell. I
- 51:45Speaker 7: shouldn't be doing this in the middle of the program
- 51:47Speaker 7: here is or wrapping up the first hour. But anyway,
- 51:49Speaker 7: but if you want to go catch it immediately, you
- 51:51Speaker 7: can looks at on the videos that were streaming online
- 51:54Speaker 7: and then of course once again it'll be post posted
- 51:57Speaker 7: shortly after the show. It's a day last Thursday show,
- 52:02Speaker 7: and it looks I think it's up. It was a
- 52:03Speaker 7: last Thursday, was the twenty fifth, I do believe, so
- 52:05Speaker 7: I think it's up.
- 52:06Speaker 6: So there you go.
- 52:07Speaker 7: Anyway, welcome back to the program. Glad to have you
- 52:10Speaker 7: here on our Taco Tuesday. I'm not really hungry. I
- 52:13Speaker 7: eat late lunch today, so the boy had a great meal.
- 52:18Speaker 7: Gen had a sandwich. That's always good. I've learned that
- 52:22Speaker 7: here in these and we're still facing the Biden pricing
- 52:27Speaker 7: that we hadn't don't quite have the money. I used
- 52:30Speaker 7: to go and need lunch every day and then we
- 52:32Speaker 7: go eat dinner. I can't do that anymore, can't afford it.
- 52:36Speaker 7: So I tried to eat lunch at home. So it
- 52:39Speaker 7: consists of sandwich meat, which if I want to be
- 52:41Speaker 7: really fancy, I'll go with the turkey.
- 52:44Speaker 6: I like the honey roast turkey. I don't really like
- 52:45Speaker 6: to smoke as much. But then what's funny is, as
- 52:48Speaker 6: a kid, I remember eating that.
- 52:51Speaker 7: My parents have some Dad always had blooney, the oscar
- 52:53Speaker 7: myra baloney, not the thick beef baloney stuff, just regular
- 52:56Speaker 7: oscar myra baloney, and man, I love that as a kid,
- 53:00Speaker 7: and here's an adult. I will literally go buy packages
- 53:03Speaker 7: of that and have that for lunch. Of course, it's
- 53:05Speaker 7: got to have you mustard and bloney. And then geez
- 53:09Speaker 7: American g's because I'm American, just like my shirt America.
- 53:13Speaker 7: As we head to the two hundred and fiftieth anniversary,
- 53:16Speaker 7: is a Supreme Court.
- 53:16Speaker 6: Gon to outlaw American g's?
- 53:19Speaker 7: Are we only going to be allowed communist geeze here
- 53:21Speaker 7: very soon? Well, once again they ruled in rights of
- 53:26Speaker 7: birthright citizenship, which, for the life of me, I cannot
- 53:29Speaker 7: square that. I can understand how the you know, the
- 53:31Speaker 7: leftist weirdos vote that way, but Amy Kobe Bryant and
- 53:36Speaker 7: freaking John Roberts that guy. Anyway, we got plenty to
- 53:40Speaker 7: get into here. And no, howur number two, don't you
- 53:42Speaker 7: go anywhere. We'll be right back.
- 53:45Speaker 18: You're listening to the Voice of Texas AM seven hundred
- 53:49Speaker 18: k SEV. Tomball and AM fifteen forty kgbcap and.
- 53:56Speaker 25: News This Hour from talln Hall Lives.

- 54:04Speaker 26: to the summer recess, corresponding Laura Winters with reaction from
- 54:08Speaker 26: President Trump.

- 57:09Speaker 32: Most polling shows that Republicans are going to have a
- 57:12Speaker 32: tough time winning majorities in both houses of Congress in November.
- 57:17Speaker 32: Voters blame Trump for inflation and believe that many of
- 57:21Speaker 32: the necessities they need to purchase have become unaffordable. Two
- 57:25Speaker 32: out of three voters don't believe that preventing Oran from
- 57:28Speaker 32: building a nuclear weapon is worth the higher gas prices
- 57:32Speaker 32: that they are paying. Voters never give a president credit
- 57:35Speaker 32: for preventing bad things like a nuclear war from happening.
- 57:39Speaker 32: President Trump should realize by now that the Islamic Republic
- 57:43Speaker 32: will never agree to a deal that results in a
- 57:45Speaker 32: Trump win. The Molas read the polls and see the
- 57:48Speaker 32: domestic political pressure to end the war. It's part of
- 57:51Speaker 32: their strategy. We should stop chasing a bad deal. This
- 57:55Speaker 32: does not mean that we should resume unlimited airstrikes, but
- 57:59Speaker 32: rather targeted decapitation strikes against their leadership, as the Israelis
- 58:05Speaker 32: used effectively. If Iranian leaders won't cut a deal, then
- 58:09Speaker 32: let's get new ones. The real leverage we have against
- 58:12Speaker 32: Iran is economic. We destroyed what Iran took decades to build,
- 58:17Speaker 32: their defense industrial base used to manufacture drones, missiles, and
- 58:22Speaker 32: nuclear weapons. Inflation in Iran is running at forty percent.
- 58:27Speaker 32: The blockade collapsed, the revenue stream used by the Revolutionary

- 58:37Speaker 32: If our blockade is allowed to continue and not stopped

- 58:45Speaker 32: we can eliminate.
- 58:46Speaker 10: The mola's leverage over its people.
- 58:49Speaker 32: We don't need regime change to pressure them into a

- 1:00:04Speaker 33: completely blown over and tree limbs broken, causing terrible damage
- 1:00:08Speaker 33: to the tree and maybe your home. Where tree limbs break,

- 1:01:35Speaker 6: Chop that first out, just say. I mean. We had
- 1:01:38Speaker 6: Holly Hanson on from the dex Of News.
- 1:01:40Speaker 7: She's always great talking about the Texas Supreme Court halting
- 1:01:43Speaker 7: the county's illegal immigrant defense fund. Thanks a lot, Lena,
- 1:01:48Speaker 7: Lena Hidalgo, America last, the Democrats are always America.
- 1:01:52Speaker 6: Last.
- 1:01:53Speaker 7: We'll take your tax dollars and make sure that we
- 1:01:55Speaker 7: dump those on illegal immigrants so they can fight being deported.
- 1:02:01Speaker 7: So your tax dollars are going to fight illegal immigants
- 1:02:03Speaker 7: from being deported.
- 1:02:04Speaker 6: Yeah, that sounds like a good deal. Can I get
- 1:02:07Speaker 6: my money back?
- 1:02:09Speaker 7: No, we have old guards making those decisions for us.
- 1:02:12Speaker 7: I guess so, Aaron Harris County. Anyway, welcome back to
- 1:02:16Speaker 7: the program. I want to thank Holly for joining us
- 1:02:18Speaker 7: here in the first hour. It is Supreme Court Demonium,
- 1:02:23Speaker 7: of course, Texas Supreme Court demonium today as well.
- 1:02:25Speaker 6: It is also Taco Tuesday, so glad to have you
- 1:02:28Speaker 6: here with us.
- 1:02:28Speaker 7: A seriously mixed bag of rulings today that it came
- 1:02:33Speaker 7: out of the US Supreme Court. I say, we'll we'll
- 1:02:37Speaker 7: get to that. Also James Tallafreco's lead over Ken Paxton
- 1:02:41Speaker 7: has virtually evaporated. They kept saying he had a substantial
- 1:02:47Speaker 7: lead over the nondescript Republican candidate while James, I'm sorry, well, well,
- 1:02:53Speaker 7: Ken Paxton and then John Cornyn were in battled in
- 1:02:56Speaker 7: a runoff. But now that Ken Paxton has won the
- 1:02:59Speaker 7: nominea and he is the guy, that lead immediately evaporated
- 1:03:04Speaker 7: for James taller Rico, and they're already starting to run commercials.
- 1:03:08Speaker 7: I'm so happy to know that James taller Rico is
- 1:03:11Speaker 7: working to make everything more affordable for a mayor for Texans,
- 1:03:14Speaker 7: and he voted. He was big time four the largest
- 1:03:18Speaker 7: property tax cut.
- 1:03:21Speaker 30: Was he.
- 1:03:23Speaker 7: You know, I guess if we really wanted to, we
- 1:03:25Speaker 7: could actually go look at his voting record in the
- 1:03:27Speaker 7: Texas House. I'm gonna say, I bet it doesn't line
- 1:03:35Speaker 7: up with the commercial that he is selling now and
- 1:03:37Speaker 7: then him getting in a truck with a bag of
- 1:03:39Speaker 7: groceries out of some fake grocery store. It looks like
- 1:03:42Speaker 7: a convenience store, so we can we'll get into that. Also,
- 1:03:47Speaker 7: by the way, a little breaking news authority say at
- 1:03:49Speaker 7: least one person was killed and multiple injuries have been
- 1:03:52Speaker 7: reported after a vehicle crashed into a nothing Bunt cake
- 1:03:56Speaker 7: store in a tas Casita. Man, now that would just
- 1:04:00Speaker 7: totally suck. By the way, those are the best cakes
- 1:04:03Speaker 7: hand down. I mean there's nothing BUTNT cakes are amazing.
- 1:04:07Speaker 7: I love those. But can you imagine going to get
- 1:04:10Speaker 7: a nothing bunt cakes and then you get run over
- 1:04:12Speaker 7: and killed inside the store. So they'll keep us updated,
- 1:04:17Speaker 7: I guess on the local news and we'll keep you
- 1:04:19Speaker 7: updated if we.
- 1:04:20Speaker 6: Hear anything on this.
- 1:04:21Speaker 7: As I mentioned, Supreme Court pnemonium, The US Supreme Court
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: voted five to four today to reject President Trump's reform
- 1:04:27Speaker 7: of the nation's birthright citizenship policy. It now grants the
- 1:04:33Speaker 7: I mean, what do you call it, the huge prize
- 1:04:36Speaker 7: of citizenship to nearly all infants born in the United States,
- 1:04:40Speaker 7: even to that of illegal immigrants and their children.
- 1:04:45Speaker 6: They're born here, they're American citizens.
- 1:04:48Speaker 7: They can leave five minutes after being born. But if
- 1:04:50Speaker 7: they're born on US soil, they are American citizens. They
- 1:04:54Speaker 7: have completely opened the door which birth tourism already takes place.
- 1:04:57Speaker 7: So now people coming from China can have kids in
- 1:04:59Speaker 7: the taking right back to China indoctrinate them in communism
- 1:05:03Speaker 7: their entire life. Then bring them back, and then they
- 1:05:06Speaker 7: can work to make us communists as well. I think
- 1:05:08Speaker 7: we're seeing the results of this in places like New York,
- 1:05:12Speaker 7: places that are voting for people like Kammi Mom, Donnie
- 1:05:16Speaker 7: Weirdos like that. Justice Alito wrote a dissent said birthright
- 1:05:20Speaker 7: citizenship is grotesque. Of course, Alito echoed the descent of
- 1:05:25Speaker 7: Justice Claires Thomas, who said, this is the majority's imposition
- 1:05:30Speaker 7: is a political project built on medieval feudal laws from
- 1:05:33Speaker 7: pre modern Europe. It goes against what the Fourteenth Amendment
- 1:05:37Speaker 7: was actually designed to do. Those who are unfamiliar with
- 1:05:41Speaker 7: the fourteenth Amendment ought to go read it. That was
- 1:05:45Speaker 7: done in response to Democrats trying to not allow slaves
- 1:05:49Speaker 7: to be citizens of America, citizens of our country when
- 1:05:54Speaker 7: they were born on American soil.
- 1:05:57Speaker 6: That is what it was for.
- 1:05:58Speaker 7: It explicitly says, hey, listen, this does not apply to
- 1:06:02Speaker 7: foreign dignitaries who happen to be here on official business,
- 1:06:05Speaker 7: and if they have a child here in America, they
- 1:06:07Speaker 7: do not get citizenship.
- 1:06:10Speaker 6: But somehow they've.
- 1:06:11Speaker 7: Perverted this fourteenth Amendment to now include illegal aliens who
- 1:06:14Speaker 7: break into our country or, as the Democrats have learned,
- 1:06:19Speaker 7: we'll just open up the borders and import as many
- 1:06:21Speaker 7: people as possible and let them have kids, and then
- 1:06:23Speaker 7: you've anchored that baby, along with the chain migration and
- 1:06:31Speaker 7: then the birth tourism and everything else. It really is insane.
- 1:06:35Speaker 7: But now, like I said, I guess if Congress would
- 1:06:37Speaker 7: get to work, they can fix it.
- 1:06:41Speaker 6: Well.
- 1:06:41Speaker 7: See, I was listening to angry elf Dana Lash earlier.
- 1:06:44Speaker 7: She doesn't seem to have any faith that's gonna happen.
- 1:06:47Speaker 6: The other thing too, I don't go.
- 1:06:49Speaker 7: Crazy over any particular ruling because the only constant is changed. Understand,
- 1:06:55Speaker 7: Roe v. Wade was the law for a long time
- 1:06:58Speaker 7: and then that changed. So how long will this be
- 1:07:02Speaker 7: in I don't know. We shall see, But I did
- 1:07:06Speaker 7: like I said, this is the death of a nation.
- 1:07:08Speaker 7: This will kill your country. You have a bunch of
- 1:07:11Speaker 7: people being born here who have no ties to the country.
- 1:07:14Speaker 7: They have no loyalty to the country, but they have
- 1:07:19Speaker 7: all the uh the great things that go along with
- 1:07:22Speaker 7: being a citizen of the United States of America. President
- 1:07:27Speaker 7: Trump laid out a pathway through Congress is so we
- 1:07:29Speaker 7: could end birthright citizenship.
- 1:07:32Speaker 6: He took the true social saying too bad.
- 1:07:35Speaker 7: But they can get you know, you can go back,
- 1:07:37Speaker 7: you can get Congress to go through there pass laws
- 1:07:39Speaker 7: and either I'm in the constitution or whatever. So we
- 1:07:44Speaker 7: shall see. The Supreme Court also today ruled that states
- 1:07:49Speaker 7: can stop transgender athletes men from competing in women's sports,
- 1:07:54Speaker 7: because we've seen this taking place all over the country,
- 1:07:57Speaker 7: especially in these lefty run areas California. They keep allowing
- 1:08:00Speaker 7: dudes to go dominate women's sports, which is insane. That
- 1:08:04Speaker 7: is almost as insane as allowing people who just show
- 1:08:08Speaker 7: up break into your country and then have you know,
- 1:08:10Speaker 7: American babies. You know, if there is a law or
- 1:08:16Speaker 7: an amendment or a constitutional right, there's always a Democrat
- 1:08:21Speaker 7: to pervert it. So also the Supreme Court ruled they
- 1:08:26Speaker 7: struck down limits on coordinated spending between candidates and political parties,
- 1:08:30Speaker 7: which will probably help Republicans here in the midterms as
- 1:08:33Speaker 7: they try to hang on to their majorities in Congress.
- 1:08:35Speaker 6: We can get into that.
- 1:08:36Speaker 7: And as I mentioned, James tallafre Goo's lead in the
- 1:08:39Speaker 7: US Senate races evaporated.
- 1:08:41Speaker 6: It's basically gone. They're at to dead heat or even Ken.
- 1:08:44Speaker 7: Paxton slightly leading. According to some of the polls. So
- 1:08:49Speaker 7: we shall see as we get closer to November. All right, Tay,
- 1:08:53Speaker 7: what if you want to weigh in on the Supreme
- 1:08:54Speaker 7: Court decision. I'd like to hear what you think about this,
- 1:08:56Speaker 7: especially with birthright citizenship two eight one five five eight
- 1:09:00Speaker 7: k s e v. Two eight one five five eight
- 1:09:03Speaker 7: five seven three eight. Let's go ahead and go to
- 1:09:05Speaker 7: the phones. Pick up with Francisco. Who's been patiently holding Francisco,
- 1:09:09Speaker 7: thanks for hanging on.
- 1:09:09Speaker 6: Welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 1:09:13Speaker 22: How was that hanging McFly?
- 1:09:18Speaker 6: Maybe it's been a long time. I'm glad to have you.
- 1:09:21Speaker 22: Hey, hey, hey, listen, I got a reverse uno for
- 1:09:27Speaker 22: these progressive leftist twisted uh logic.
- 1:09:32Speaker 19: Yeah you're there, I'm here, I'm listening.
- 1:09:35Speaker 22: Go rout, okay, very here you okay. So these people,
- 1:09:40Speaker 22: you know, when it came over, they wave their flags,
- 1:09:42Speaker 22: they represent whatever country they come from. They have no loyalty,
- 1:09:46Speaker 22: they have no representative of anything here of America. So
- 1:09:51Speaker 22: wouldn't that be wouldn't that make them representatives of the
- 1:09:56Speaker 22: foreign diplomats assistance too? And therefore, hey, you know what,
- 1:10:03Speaker 22: when I throw some of this logic back at this
- 1:10:05Speaker 22: freaking progressive leftists.
- 1:10:09Speaker 7: You know, it does show the lack of loyalty they
- 1:10:11Speaker 7: have to our country, which makes it even more insane.
- 1:10:13Speaker 7: That's the Supreme Court ruled that they have every rights
- 1:10:16Speaker 7: to citizenship as do we. It's insane, Francisco. I mean,
- 1:10:20Speaker 7: once again, I look at it. I'm like, how do
- 1:10:22Speaker 7: you come to this other than Trump derangement syndrome?
- 1:10:27Speaker 22: Yep, I dog, I don't know, man, I know there's
- 1:10:31Speaker 22: something in there. There's something in there. We just got
- 1:10:33Speaker 22: to dig deeper.
- 1:10:34Speaker 19: Baby, Yeah, I agree.
- 1:10:36Speaker 6: Thanks for the called, Francisco. We do need to dig deeper.
- 1:10:38Speaker 6: We need to go back.
- 1:10:39Speaker 7: The other thing too, is we need to go back
- 1:10:41Speaker 7: and actually have people go and read the fourteenth Amendment.
- 1:10:45Speaker 6: What was it designed though?
- 1:10:47Speaker 16: For?
- 1:10:47Speaker 6: What is it designed to do?
- 1:10:48Speaker 7: How does this somehow apply to illegal aliens or people
- 1:10:53Speaker 7: that are just using birth tourism to have babies in
- 1:10:55Speaker 7: America just so they can be citizens and then taking
- 1:10:58Speaker 7: them back to their home countries?
- 1:10:59Speaker 6: What what?
- 1:11:02Speaker 31: What?
- 1:11:02Speaker 6: Looks said?
- 1:11:02Speaker 7: The chain migration, and there's just so many different elements
- 1:11:05Speaker 7: of it.
- 1:11:06Speaker 6: It's insane.
- 1:11:08Speaker 7: Like I said, it really is nuts. Anyway, two eight
- 1:11:10Speaker 7: one five five eight k s ev. If you want
- 1:11:12Speaker 7: to join us two eight one five, five eight, five
- 1:11:15Speaker 7: seven three eight.
- 1:11:15Speaker 6: It's good to hear from you, Francisco.
- 1:11:16Speaker 7: It seems to have been a while since we've had
- 1:11:18Speaker 7: you on the show, so glad to hear back from you,
- 1:11:21Speaker 7: and feel free to call back anytime. Always good to
- 1:11:23Speaker 7: hear from you. All right, let's go to Chris, who's
- 1:11:25Speaker 7: been patiently holding as well. Chris, thank you for hanging on.
- 1:11:27Speaker 7: Welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: Anybuddy, real quick. I love Holly Hanson, but they're here illegally.
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: They're already criminals, so we don't really need the distinction,
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: but you know, I understand it. We have to piece
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: mainstream society, Chris. You know I've been I've called this
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: show for many moons and I told you the settlers
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: society and Mitch McConnell. It wasn't cocaine, Mitch that that
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: gave us Amy Cony Barrett. So I don't know how
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: we're going to be able to come back from this.
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: This was probably Donald Trumps. This is when he wasn't
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: in political instincts, were not very robust at the time.
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: They took advantage of him, and now we're paying for it.
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: You know, this is this is an awful day. And
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: this is one of the worst decisions maybe since dred Scott.
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: And that's not hyperbole and just really de moralizing, you know,
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: like what do you what do you go from here?
- 1:12:26Speaker 7: You know it is it is a demoralizing ruling. But
- 1:12:30Speaker 7: once again, this is in reference to the executive order
- 1:12:35Speaker 7: that Trump did. I don't know exactly how this applies
- 1:12:38Speaker 7: to the fourteenth Amendment, and from what Alito and Thomas wrote,
- 1:12:41Speaker 7: it doesn't.
- 1:12:42Speaker 6: It's there is.
- 1:12:43Speaker 7: And then Kavanaugh said something about, you know, passing it differently.
- 1:12:46Speaker 7: I don't know, it's weird, but that being said, I
- 1:12:49Speaker 7: agree with your sentiment, and it just like I said, this,
- 1:12:52Speaker 7: this does sort of, you know, head back to dred
- 1:12:54Speaker 7: Scott and these other things.
- 1:12:56Speaker 6: If I was a black American right now, I'd be
- 1:12:58Speaker 6: pretty pissed.
- 1:13:00Speaker 7: I'd be pissed that, hey, they have now taken an
- 1:13:02Speaker 7: amendment that was designed to make sure that we weren't
- 1:13:05Speaker 7: stripped of our citizenship after enslaving us as people that
- 1:13:09Speaker 7: we were actually born in the country that were born
- 1:13:11Speaker 7: in and we and then they just opened it up
- 1:13:13Speaker 7: to the entire world.
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: It's insanity, Chris, and I'm not I'm not gonna put
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: Justice Roberts into this because that had nothing to do
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: with Trump. That that is that we are screwed. That's
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: that's old bad politics when this country was so stupid.
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: It's it's for another day that you know, we have
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: to call a spade a spade here, And if I'm
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: Donald Trump, you got to call out the Federalist Society
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: every day and everybody else who recommended this, because remember,
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: I want to remind the audience, Ruth Bader Ginsburg was
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: an attorney for the A c l U and they
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: put her on the damned Supreme Court. That's where it
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: all went wrong. And you don't trade a female for
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: a f all that things free as quickly as possible.
- 1:14:03Speaker 6: Thank you, Pate, Yeah, thank you for the gol. Chris. Yeah,
- 1:14:06Speaker 6: you're right.
- 1:14:06Speaker 7: We've allowed the wokeism to work its way into the
- 1:14:09Speaker 7: Supreme Court. Now every decision is a five, four, six, three,
- 1:14:12Speaker 7: and you've usually and once again occasionally we'll get the
- 1:14:15Speaker 7: Amy Coney Barretts or the Justice Roberts. But you're right,
- 1:14:18Speaker 7: Justice Roberts, he was he's been in there for a
- 1:14:21Speaker 7: long time. But it's just it's and then you've got
- 1:14:24Speaker 7: these three now and you mentioned Amy Coney Barrett or
- 1:14:27Speaker 7: Amy Kobe Bryant, as I heard earlier today. So once
- 1:14:31Speaker 7: again at a certain point you go, yeah, I agree.
- 1:14:33Speaker 7: It was definitely not cocaine, Mitch. It was uh, like
- 1:14:37Speaker 7: I said, this was this was the turtle. And now
- 1:14:40Speaker 7: it's as he's you know, making his way out, going away,
- 1:14:43Speaker 7: he's leaving us. Was as much bad as he did,
- 1:14:46Speaker 7: good at least, and not worse. But uh, it's it's bizarre.
- 1:14:52Speaker 7: And you're absolutely right when it came to Donald Trump's
- 1:14:54Speaker 7: instincts from the first go round, they were clearly not
- 1:14:58Speaker 7: as good.
- 1:15:01Speaker 6: And then of course, like I said, the other like.
- 1:15:03Speaker 7: I said, when it comes to you know, Clarence Thomas,
- 1:15:05Speaker 7: he's still been solid, and Scalia is good, and Kavanaugh
- 1:15:09Speaker 7: for the.
- 1:15:09Speaker 6: Most part is good.
- 1:15:10Speaker 7: A little weird, but like I said, but you're, like
- 1:15:13Speaker 7: I said, you talk about a perversion of an amendment,
- 1:15:16Speaker 7: and I just other than wokeism, how can you possibly
- 1:15:20Speaker 7: think this somehow makes sense. We're just gonna go ahead
- 1:15:23Speaker 7: and make citizenship no big deal, and we're gonna turn
- 1:15:27Speaker 7: it over to people that are coming here from foreign
- 1:15:29Speaker 7: hostile nations to America.
- 1:15:32Speaker 6: No wonder.
- 1:15:32Speaker 7: Nobody gave a crap that Eric Swawell was banging Chinese
- 1:15:35Speaker 7: spies like it was no big deal, No wonder nobody
- 1:15:38Speaker 7: cared that Dianne Feinstein was had a Chinese spy driver
- 1:15:42Speaker 7: for twenty years. It's astonishing how bad the political system
- 1:15:52Speaker 7: can be when you have corruption, which is gonna happen anywhere,
- 1:15:55Speaker 7: but then also malfeasance, and then you know complacency. And
- 1:15:59Speaker 7: then as you you mentioned, we have to replace a
- 1:16:01Speaker 7: liberal woman with a liberal woman or whatever. And then
- 1:16:06Speaker 7: Ruth Vader Ginsburg she was there. Fortunately she just stayed
- 1:16:10Speaker 7: on too long and the Democrats weren't. But still it
- 1:16:14Speaker 7: just goes to show I don't know how I look
- 1:16:18Speaker 7: at someone who's supposed to be a conservative like Amy
- 1:16:20Speaker 7: Coney Barrett and she lines up with these whack jobs
- 1:16:23Speaker 7: on the Supreme Court.
- 1:16:24Speaker 6: I don't get. It doesn't make any sense.
- 1:16:27Speaker 7: I will say this if I was African American, if
- 1:16:29Speaker 7: I was a Black American, I'd be a little upset today.
- 1:16:34Speaker 7: This is the new slavery. What what do you mean, Chris?
- 1:16:38Speaker 7: This is the new slavery. This is how the Democrats
- 1:16:42Speaker 7: went from having black slaves in America. Republicans took them
- 1:16:45Speaker 7: away from them said, you cannot enslave people. So they
- 1:16:48Speaker 7: have gone and imported the Third World to our country
- 1:16:51Speaker 7: under the new slavery, o'll pam slave wages, and they
- 1:16:55Speaker 7: just want to keep doing it forever, an ever and ever.
- 1:16:58Speaker 7: All right, let's take a break.
- 1:16:59Speaker 6: Two, wait, one, one, five five eight KSB. Thank you
- 1:17:01Speaker 6: for the call, Chris. I try not to get to
- 1:17:05Speaker 6: to to too.
- 1:17:06Speaker 7: Terribly emotional about this stuff, because I do understand once again,
- 1:17:11Speaker 7: the only constant is change.
- 1:17:13Speaker 6: It can be changed. Do we have the will of
- 1:17:15Speaker 6: a nation to change it?
- 1:17:16Speaker 7: M My question is, you know I heard a Dania
- 1:17:21Speaker 7: last We're talking about this earlier.
- 1:17:23Speaker 6: Where's Thomas Massey on this? Where was he? Where was
- 1:17:27Speaker 6: uh Marjorie Taylor Green? Where is she?
- 1:17:30Speaker 7: They're oh, they're running down these fake rabbit holes brought
- 1:17:33Speaker 7: up by people that didn't give a damn about Jeffrey
- 1:17:36Speaker 7: Epstein when Biden was in office. But somehow it's Trump's
- 1:17:39Speaker 7: fault and they're gonna call Trump a pedophile over and
- 1:17:42Speaker 7: over again.
- 1:17:45Speaker 6: There's as much.
- 1:17:45Speaker 7: Evidence to support Trump being a pedophile as that the
- 1:17:49Speaker 7: candidate for the Democrat candidate here for the US sen
- 1:17:52Speaker 7: in Texas is the new pedo O'Rourke. I'll just say
- 1:17:55Speaker 7: that all right two.

- 1:21:20Speaker 8: of Texas Day.
- 1:21:44Speaker 7: Which also happened to be Taco Tuesday. Tago Tuesday is
- 1:21:48Speaker 7: a whole lot more fun. I don't know if I'm
- 1:21:51Speaker 7: gonna eat tacos. I don't think I am done. Not
- 1:21:54Speaker 7: feeling tacos today, feeling gone to count a little bit tired.
- 1:21:58Speaker 7: Oh well, with a scratchy throat and you got that
- 1:22:01Speaker 7: once again. I fought this off, like last week, was
- 1:22:03Speaker 7: it last week of the week before I was getting
- 1:22:05Speaker 7: a bit of a scratchy throat, but I kind of
- 1:22:06Speaker 7: fought it off and that's fine, And then now I'm
- 1:22:08Speaker 7: getting it, so I don't know if I just kind
- 1:22:11Speaker 7: of fought it off for a couple of weeks. There's
- 1:22:14Speaker 7: that's happened to me for quite a few times over
- 1:22:16Speaker 7: the years. As we get into the really hot days
- 1:22:19Speaker 7: of the summer, get those summer colds that go around. Man,
- 1:22:22Speaker 7: there's a lot of people that are sick, a lot
- 1:22:23Speaker 7: of cough stuff going around. And we had birthday celebration
- 1:22:26Speaker 7: from my brother last week. And then, like I said,
- 1:22:29Speaker 7: I to usually go out and grab dinner in the evenings,
- 1:22:32Speaker 7: So I gotta be careful because man, sometimes you go
- 1:22:34Speaker 7: places and instead of picking up dinner, you pick up
- 1:22:37Speaker 7: a little virus or something. So let's hope that is
- 1:22:41Speaker 7: not the case anyway. All right, welcome back to the program.
- 1:22:43Speaker 7: The Supreme Court voted today to reject President Trump's reform
- 1:22:47Speaker 7: of birthright citizenship in the Country's policy, which now grants
- 1:22:52Speaker 7: the prize of citizenship to nearly anyone born in the
- 1:22:54Speaker 7: United States, either their illegal aliens, birthright tourism, it doesn't matter.
- 1:23:03Speaker 7: They somehow have interpreted the Fourteenth Amendment, which I don't
- 1:23:07Speaker 7: quite get at all. What do you guys think? Two
- 1:23:11Speaker 7: eight one five to five eight KCV two eight one
- 1:23:13Speaker 7: five five eight five seven three eight. Once again, I
- 1:23:16Speaker 7: agree with Justice Alito's his statement that birthright citizenship is grotesque,
- 1:23:22Speaker 7: He said, this is one of the most important decisions
- 1:23:24Speaker 7: in the history of the Court, and in my judgment,
- 1:23:26Speaker 7: the Court has made a serious mistake to insert birthright
- 1:23:33Speaker 7: citizenship into the US Constitution. He continued, in plain language
- 1:23:38Speaker 7: to show how the decision endorses birth tourism and would
- 1:23:42Speaker 7: automatically grant full citizenship to foreign adults who have never
- 1:23:45Speaker 7: lived a single day in the United States. I agree,
- 1:23:50Speaker 7: you are now importing an entire generation of people that
- 1:23:54Speaker 7: have no loyalty to your nation whatsoever. Kind of sounds
- 1:23:58Speaker 7: like a bad idea. I don't know what you guys think.
- 1:24:00Speaker 7: To eight one eight KSCB two eight one eight five
- 1:24:04Speaker 7: seven three eight. Let's go to Fred. Fred, thank you
- 1:24:06Speaker 7: for hanging on. Welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 1:24:10Speaker 36: Hey, thanks for taking my call. Sometimes I wish the
- 1:24:15Speaker 36: Republicans Trump and his administration would do things to show
- 1:24:21Speaker 36: or make a mockery of certain decisions, such as bum
- 1:24:27Speaker 36: Trump I would set up a announce that I'm setting
- 1:24:30Speaker 36: up a committee to explore how to get people into
- 1:24:35Speaker 36: the country as quickly as possible, to get them a
- 1:24:38Speaker 36: birth and then get them out as quickly as possible.
- 1:24:41Speaker 36: Call it the tourism or the quick easy entry to
- 1:24:46Speaker 36: become a US citizen. What what's CNN? What are the Libs?
- 1:24:51Speaker 36: What would they say to that?
- 1:24:55Speaker 7: You know, it sounds to me like you're sort of
- 1:24:58Speaker 7: trying to do a little reverse collegy on them. It
- 1:25:01Speaker 7: doesn't work on Democrats and Liberals because they don't care
- 1:25:04Speaker 7: as long as they get what they want.
- 1:25:05Speaker 6: And they've proven that they have no standards.
- 1:25:08Speaker 7: Double standards are the only standards that they follow, So
- 1:25:11Speaker 7: it wouldn't make a difference.
- 1:25:12Speaker 6: Necessarily to them.
- 1:25:13Speaker 7: But then you have to look at the also the
- 1:25:16Speaker 7: repercussions of what that would be for our country. Now
- 1:25:18Speaker 7: as we sit right now, Donald Trump is doing more
- 1:25:21Speaker 7: to make sure that we keep as many illegal aliens
- 1:25:24Speaker 7: out of our country as possible, so that will cut
- 1:25:26Speaker 7: down on the birthright tourism right there. But so you
- 1:25:30Speaker 7: got to be real careful if you came up with
- 1:25:32Speaker 7: something along those lines and then just institute it, and
- 1:25:35Speaker 7: then then all of a sudden, you're doing the Democrats
- 1:25:37Speaker 7: dirty bidding for them.
- 1:25:38Speaker 6: I think it's a that would be a really slippery slope.
- 1:25:41Speaker 36: It's it's marketing. They really wouldn't do it, but I
- 1:25:45Speaker 36: think the Dems Libs would be all triggered, Oh wait what,
- 1:25:51Speaker 36: Oh okay, we support that, I guess, I mean Trump's
- 1:25:55Speaker 36: still a jerk, but yeah, we're against it. I mean,
- 1:26:00Speaker 36: before Trump, they wouldn't know what to do, they wouldn't
- 1:26:02Speaker 36: know how to answer it. Plus it would come across
- 1:26:05Speaker 36: as basically making a mockery of the situation. I don't
- 1:26:09Speaker 36: know how much you put you just announce it, you're
- 1:26:12Speaker 36: gonna you're look at for it and look looking at
- 1:26:14Speaker 36: forming a committee. Plus some of the immigrants might want
- 1:26:19Speaker 36: to say, geez, they're got the Republicans. Government's helping us. Uh,
- 1:26:24Speaker 36: maybe we need to look at voting for Republicans in
- 1:26:27Speaker 36: the future. That's it, just just kind of give them
- 1:26:29Speaker 36: what they give them, what they're asking for.
- 1:26:34Speaker 6: Thanks with the God appreciated for it once again.
- 1:26:37Speaker 7: Uh, you're that simply becomes a method of doing the
- 1:26:40Speaker 7: Democrats dirty work for them. The one thing they tend
- 1:26:43Speaker 7: to do is stay in You're right. They generally go
- 1:26:45Speaker 7: no matter what Trump says or what he does, they're
- 1:26:47Speaker 7: against it. So what you're doing as you're flipping the
- 1:26:49Speaker 7: script on him. They don't have any scruples, They have
- 1:26:51Speaker 7: no standards. There's only double standards. They do not care.
- 1:26:54Speaker 7: I don't think it would affect them one bit. In fact,
- 1:26:57Speaker 7: they would go headlong and vote for it to make
- 1:26:59Speaker 7: sure that it is instituted. And then now we've got
- 1:27:02Speaker 7: another problem to contend with. So I think that's a
- 1:27:06Speaker 7: misguided approach. I think get best and plus everybody knows
- 1:27:10Speaker 7: that Donald Trump is America first, and then now you've
- 1:27:13Speaker 7: got a problem on the conservative side because those that
- 1:27:16Speaker 7: don't want this would be like, what the hell is
- 1:27:18Speaker 7: Donald Trump doing? What are we doing? Why are we
- 1:27:20Speaker 7: not doing the bidding for the Democrats? Because that's what
- 1:27:22Speaker 7: everybody's already furious over. That was why John Cornan just
- 1:27:27Speaker 7: lost his seat.
- 1:27:29Speaker 6: So it's like I.
- 1:27:31Speaker 7: Said, it sounds like a dual edge short. I get
- 1:27:34Speaker 7: your philosophy. If we lived in a logical world, in
- 1:27:38Speaker 7: a world that wasn't crazy, I completely understand it. But
- 1:27:42Speaker 7: unfortunately we live in a world that is completely crazy
- 1:27:45Speaker 7: or a country that is heading that direction just every
- 1:27:50Speaker 7: day further, and so they're going to go headlong into it.
- 1:27:53Speaker 7: So we have to be very careful when.
- 1:27:55Speaker 6: Dealing with this.
- 1:27:56Speaker 7: And I mean, I don't know it would be to
- 1:28:00Speaker 7: getting me on board with that idea, even though I
- 1:28:01Speaker 7: completely understand what you're saying, I just don't I don't
- 1:28:05Speaker 7: want that instituted.
- 1:28:06Speaker 6: And once again I could see.
- 1:28:07Speaker 7: That completely alienating, you know, the conservative wing of the
- 1:28:10Speaker 7: Republican Party, and then you quickly relegate yourself out of power,
- 1:28:14Speaker 7: and then now we're controlled by the dirtbags that would
- 1:28:16Speaker 7: do exactly what you're saying, because that's what they're already
- 1:28:19Speaker 7: trying to do.
- 1:28:20Speaker 6: Thanks with the golf red all right, two eight one
- 1:28:21Speaker 6: five to five eight KSB. Let's take a break.
- 1:28:23Speaker 7: Well, come back, we got what two segments remaining, So
- 1:28:26Speaker 7: if you want to get it, I don't know what
- 1:28:27Speaker 7: are your thoughts on birthright citizenship? I agree with Justice
- 1:28:31Speaker 7: Alito and Justice Thomas. Now, oddly enough, we did get
- 1:28:36Speaker 7: a couple of good rulings today. The Supreme Court says
- 1:28:40Speaker 7: states can stop transgender athletes men from competing in women's sports,
- 1:28:46Speaker 7: so there's that, and also struck out limits on coordinated
- 1:28:50Speaker 7: spending between candidates and political parties. So now the Democrats
- 1:28:54Speaker 7: will be upset, even though they are the ones that
- 1:28:56Speaker 7: have been doing it regardless.
- 1:28:59Speaker 6: So we can get into that.
- 1:29:00Speaker 7: But what do you think two eight one five to
- 1:29:02Speaker 7: five eight KSEB two eight one five five eight five, seven,
- 1:29:05Speaker 7: three eight. You're listening to Chris X Radio. We got
- 1:29:07Speaker 7: two segments to go. We'll be right back.
- 1:29:14Speaker 8: Chris Chris Radio Radio Radio.
- 1:29:20Speaker 17: Do you need money? Want to lower your monthly debt?
- 1:29:23Speaker 17: Are you thinking about a cash out refinance? Hi, it's
- 1:29:26Speaker 17: Kathy from Baker Mortgage. A cash out refinance can get
- 1:29:29Speaker 17: you back in your comfort zone. And that's what it's
- 1:29:32Speaker 17: all about. A recent client who closed with us had
- 1:29:35Speaker 17: his payment go up about three hundred dollars, but his
- 1:29:38Speaker 17: monthly outgo was being reduced by twelve hundred, so giving
- 1:29:42Speaker 17: him a net positive cash flow of nine hundred dollars.
- 1:29:45Speaker 17: It's not about adding debt, but restructuring it in a
- 1:29:48Speaker 17: way that makes sense. And this math totally makes sense.
- 1:29:51Speaker 17: And please don't sweat it. If your interest rate is
- 1:29:54Speaker 17: going up a little, or if you're extending the term,
- 1:29:57Speaker 17: I can show you by taking a small amount of
- 1:30:00Speaker 17: so what you're saving monthly and applying it towards your mortgage,
- 1:30:02Speaker 17: you're gonna pay it off just as quickly and you'll
- 1:30:05Speaker 17: be way ahead in the money game, which is where
- 1:30:07Speaker 17: we all want to be.
- 1:30:08Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:30:09Speaker 17: Remember, we want to help you, but we're not going
- 1:30:11Speaker 17: to help you over a cliff. Baker Mortgage two eight

- 1:30:27Speaker 33: but they overlook one very important thing, the damage and
- 1:30:30Speaker 33: destruction from broken limbs and uprooted trees.
- 1:30:32Speaker 37: Call Lewis Florey at Ability Tree Experts today, my friend
- 1:30:36Speaker 37: for nearly forty years at two eight one four four
- 1:30:39Speaker 37: one four one seventy nine, and let him explain how
- 1:30:41Speaker 37: this problem can be minimized with professional pruning. You see,
- 1:30:45Speaker 37: when the tree canopy is too thick and dense, the
- 1:30:47Speaker 37: tree can be completely blown over and tree limbs broken,
- 1:30:50Speaker 37: causing terrible damage to the tree and maybe your home.
- 1:30:54Speaker 37: Where tree limbs break, sap will loose and that attracts
- 1:30:57Speaker 37: harmful insects. So you need to call Lewis fe Glory

- 1:32:43Speaker 7: of Americans.
- 1:32:46Speaker 6: Not so much.
- 1:32:48Speaker 7: Welcome back to Chris X Radio. I'm the form internex man.
- 1:32:51Speaker 7: Glad to have you here with us. This is the
- 1:32:53Speaker 7: penultimate segment. We have this segment and then one more remaining,
- 1:32:56Speaker 7: and then we'll turn things over to the Craig Collins program,
- 1:32:58Speaker 7: which comes on at six pm Monday through Friday right
- 1:33:01Speaker 7: here on KSV The.
- 1:33:02Speaker 6: Boys of Texas.
- 1:33:03Speaker 7: So make sure you stick around for that as the
- 1:33:05Speaker 7: Greg Collins Show will take over at six pm. But
- 1:33:07Speaker 7: for the next twenty minutes, it's all ours, and that
- 1:33:09Speaker 7: means it's all yours as well if you want to
- 1:33:11Speaker 7: join us.
- 1:33:12Speaker 6: Two eight one.
- 1:33:12Speaker 7: Five to five eight KSV. Two eight one five five
- 1:33:15Speaker 7: eight five seven three eight. We're talking about birthright citizenship,
- 1:33:19Speaker 7: the Supreme Court rule that somehow that's the law of
- 1:33:22Speaker 7: the land. I mean, I know that's basically been the
- 1:33:24Speaker 7: law of the land. They prefer to the fourteenth Amendment.
- 1:33:27Speaker 7: And then here's where we are now. President Trump actually
- 1:33:32Speaker 7: laid out a pathway for Congress to end this. The
- 1:33:36Speaker 7: President took the truth social calling the ruling too bad
- 1:33:40Speaker 7: for America, but noted that he makes clear the congressional
- 1:33:43Speaker 7: route in which birthright citizenship can be ended. The Supreme
- 1:33:47Speaker 7: Court upheld birthright citizenship, which is too bad for our country.
- 1:33:51Speaker 7: But we can easily make it up in Congress through
- 1:33:54Speaker 7: legislation with the support of the President. That has now
- 1:33:58Speaker 7: been determined by this process. During this process, Trump wrote,
- 1:34:03Speaker 7: and no long and unwieldy constitutional amendment is necessary. Congress
- 1:34:08Speaker 7: should start today to work on ending expensive and unfair
- 1:34:11Speaker 7: to our country birthright citizenship. They will have my complete
- 1:34:14Speaker 7: and total support.
- 1:34:17Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:34:19Speaker 7: President wadon On other key cases that broke today as well.
- 1:34:21Speaker 7: In the Republicans favor, Trump lauded the court's decision in
- 1:34:24Speaker 7: West Virginia versus BPJ, which affirms that states have the
- 1:34:28Speaker 7: right to ban biological boys and men from competing in
- 1:34:32Speaker 7: girls and women's sports. Yeah, that's a big one. Once again,
- 1:34:38Speaker 7: I can't believe this is a problem. You have dudes
- 1:34:44Speaker 7: competing against chicks. I don't know what's more pathetic the
- 1:34:46Speaker 7: fact that you have these lefties that rally around boys
- 1:34:50Speaker 7: participating in girls and women's sports pretending.
- 1:34:54Speaker 6: To be girls.
- 1:34:55Speaker 7: I did not realize that when I became you know,
- 1:34:58Speaker 7: at this age. I guess in less t years that
- 1:35:01Speaker 7: I would be able to simply just declare that I
- 1:35:03Speaker 7: was a woman, and now I have to be treated
- 1:35:04Speaker 7: as a woman, and there are idiots that will line
- 1:35:07Speaker 7: up and support that theory. Here's my question. If you
- 1:35:13Speaker 7: can just determine that you're a woman, which completely goes
- 1:35:16Speaker 7: against my DNA, my chromosomal structure and all facts and logic,
- 1:35:23Speaker 7: does that mean I could just declare myself African American?
- 1:35:27Speaker 7: Could a white person just go, hey, I'm black all
- 1:35:29Speaker 7: of a sudden that I'm entitled to all of these
- 1:35:32Speaker 7: things that people have made for, you know, minority communities.
- 1:35:38Speaker 6: Is it left for that too? Are the Democrats for that?
- 1:35:42Speaker 7: Or do they just simply give you those statements like
- 1:35:44Speaker 7: now you're being ridiculous?
- 1:35:46Speaker 36: Uh?
- 1:35:46Speaker 7: Can you be more ridiculous than being a dude that
- 1:35:49Speaker 7: is pretending to be a chick? That is participating against
- 1:35:52Speaker 7: women and dominating women's and girls sports, especially on the
- 1:35:57Speaker 7: high school level and college and intercollegiate and then professional.
- 1:36:01Speaker 7: By the way, how come there's not dudes playing in
- 1:36:03Speaker 7: the WNBA. I don't watch it show there's that, But
- 1:36:08Speaker 7: it seems like there should be some trans dudes that
- 1:36:11Speaker 7: should have moved over to the WNBA and just dominated.
- 1:36:17Speaker 7: Have you I'm sure you've seen by now the what
- 1:36:20Speaker 7: is it Sophie Cunningham? Yeah, her pointing your finger at
- 1:36:23Speaker 7: Atdwana Bonnard during the Phoenix Mercury game. Sophie Cunningham is
- 1:36:28Speaker 7: apparently this. She's a very talented athlete, not only basketball,
- 1:36:31Speaker 7: but she was I was reading something. She was a
- 1:36:33Speaker 7: kicker for her high school football team, and she was
- 1:36:37Speaker 7: the what is it? The prom queen and all these
- 1:36:41Speaker 7: but she's also she is just she is relentless. She's
- 1:36:47Speaker 7: the enforcer of the WNBA. Apparently, how come there isn't
- 1:36:50Speaker 7: some dudes that have joined the WNBA as men claiming
- 1:36:55Speaker 7: their women?
- 1:36:58Speaker 6: Why hasn't that happened yet? They're all woke, right, And the.
- 1:37:01Speaker 7: Other thing too, is how come there hasn't been any
- 1:37:03Speaker 7: women joined the NBA. Oh, because there is a distinct
- 1:37:08Speaker 7: difference between men and women when it comes to sports.
- 1:37:13Speaker 7: Oh that's why. Because it's retarded. It is ridiculous. It
- 1:37:24Speaker 7: makes no sense unless you're a lunatic. And unfortunately, we
- 1:37:28Speaker 7: live in a world where these lefty states, these democrat
- 1:37:31Speaker 7: run areas, are ruled and ran by absolute lunatics. So
- 1:37:39Speaker 7: the Supreme Court they handed victory down to purveyors of
- 1:37:43Speaker 7: common sense today, ruling that yes, states can ban biological
- 1:37:46Speaker 7: boys who are pretending to be girls from competing in
- 1:37:50Speaker 7: women's sports and publicly funded schools, just as Brett Kavanaugh
- 1:37:54Speaker 7: pend a six to three majority's opinion which essentially determined
- 1:37:57Speaker 7: that Title ten allows sex second aggregated athletic teams.
- 1:38:02Speaker 6: I always thought it was Title nine. Maybe it is.
- 1:38:05Speaker 6: I'm not sure anyway. Uh so there's that.
- 1:38:09Speaker 7: Okay, huh so that's interesting. But Brett kavanaughh on the
- 1:38:20Speaker 7: right side of things this time. He said, Therefore, states
- 1:38:28Speaker 7: can make such determinations. Accordingly, the Constitution and Title nine
- 1:38:32Speaker 7: do not require an overhaul of women in girls sports
- 1:38:34Speaker 7: throughout America. The ruling states, in part, the Title nine
- 1:38:37Speaker 7: allows schools to provide separate women's and men's sports team
- 1:38:41Speaker 7: defined by biological sex, and West Virginia has permissibly maintained
- 1:38:47Speaker 7: female sports or biological females consistent with Title nine. Further
- 1:38:51Speaker 7: challenge laws do not classify based on gender identity or
- 1:38:55Speaker 7: transgender status, but instead on the basis of biological sex.
- 1:39:02Speaker 6: The majority determined.
- 1:39:03Speaker 7: The classification issue readily satisfies rational basis review or intermediate scrutinary.
- 1:39:11Speaker 7: I'm scrutiny. Sorry, a dad has created a word scrutinary.
- 1:39:16Speaker 7: They seem to be in scrutinary times. But it makes
- 1:39:20Speaker 7: perfect sense. That is a perfectly logical ruling. Hey, listen,
- 1:39:23Speaker 7: you were born a guy, you live as a guy,
- 1:39:25Speaker 7: You are a guy. Now you're pretending to be a woman,
- 1:39:28Speaker 7: so you put on a dress. But there's still people
- 1:39:31Speaker 7: like Leah Thomas, who is competing against women. He still
- 1:39:35Speaker 7: had his junk fully intact. He was dating women while
- 1:39:39Speaker 7: claiming to be a woman. So let me get this right.
- 1:39:42Speaker 7: He has somehow determined that he's a woman, but he
- 1:39:45Speaker 7: still dates women and he has his junk, And he
- 1:39:48Speaker 7: was dominating He was like number six hundred in the
- 1:39:50Speaker 7: world or two hundred whatever it was in women in swimming,
- 1:39:53Speaker 7: and then he went and was dominating women swimming, and
- 1:39:58Speaker 7: these poor girls in college and high school after athletics,
- 1:40:00Speaker 7: watching them have to stand there on a podium next
- 1:40:02Speaker 7: to some dude who just dominated their sport is insane.
- 1:40:10Speaker 7: I learned many, many, many years ago there's a significant
- 1:40:13Speaker 7: difference between men and women regarding their physical prowess when
- 1:40:18Speaker 7: it comes to competition. Women are undefeated in the birthing contest.
- 1:40:23Speaker 7: No man has ever given birth to a child ever
- 1:40:25Speaker 7: in the history of mankind, and never will. Women are
- 1:40:29Speaker 7: undefeated and will stay undefeated for at least the foreseeable future,
- 1:40:32Speaker 7: at least in my opinion. But when he comes to
- 1:40:36Speaker 7: things like sports where you need maybe bigger upper body
- 1:40:39Speaker 7: strength or maybe you know, strength that athletes require.
- 1:40:45Speaker 6: If you've noticed that once.
- 1:40:46Speaker 7: Again, you don't have a whole lot of women moving
- 1:40:49Speaker 7: over to men's sports and dominating. In fact, generally, if
- 1:40:52Speaker 7: they move over to men's sports, they get absolutely obliterated
- 1:40:55Speaker 7: by even the most mediocre of men athletes. It's it's
- 1:41:04Speaker 7: it's crazy anyway, all right, let's take a break. The
- 1:41:06Speaker 7: officials are given an update on the crash into the
- 1:41:09Speaker 7: business over in NATASCASDA. There are four injured, one killed,
- 1:41:13Speaker 7: and a car crashed into the nothing bunt cakes, which
- 1:41:16Speaker 7: is terrible because I love nothing bunt cakes. They're delicious,
- 1:41:20Speaker 7: But it would be terrible if it was any business.
- 1:41:28Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:41:28Speaker 7: Our thoughts and prayers are out with the family of
- 1:41:30Speaker 7: this person who was killed. That would suck going in
- 1:41:33Speaker 7: just trying to get a cake and then getting killed
- 1:41:35Speaker 7: by a vehicle that ran into the store. This is over,
- 1:41:37Speaker 7: inn tascasta All right, two eight one five to five

- 1:44:07Speaker 8: on the Voice of Texas.
- 1:44:21Speaker 6: All right, welcome back to radio. You've reached the final
- 1:44:25Speaker 6: segment of the program.
- 1:44:26Speaker 7: We're gonna wrap things up here at six turn it
- 1:44:28Speaker 7: over to the Craig Collins Show, So stick around for
- 1:44:30Speaker 7: that as we as we work our way out. If
- 1:44:32Speaker 7: you want to get in when do you have time
- 1:44:33Speaker 7: maybe to get one or two phone calls two eight
- 1:44:35Speaker 7: one five to five eight KCV two eight one five
- 1:44:38Speaker 7: five eight five seven three eight. So one of the
- 1:44:41Speaker 7: things I mentioned today, and I've got a couple of
- 1:44:42Speaker 7: things we'll we'll wrap up with this, The Supreme Court
- 1:44:44Speaker 7: also struck down limits on coordinated spending between candidates and
- 1:44:47Speaker 7: political parties, which seems to's gonna help with the Republicans
- 1:44:52Speaker 7: at least trying to hang on to their majorities in Congress,
- 1:44:55Speaker 7: especially with the Republicans out raising Democrats two to one
- 1:44:58Speaker 7: at least. The Supreme Court's ruling in National Republican Senatorial
- 1:45:03Speaker 7: Committee versus Federal Election Commission removes limits on coordinated spending
- 1:45:08Speaker 7: and gives candidates more direct control over larger amounts of
- 1:45:12Speaker 7: money being spent on their respective races. This ruling serves
- 1:45:18Speaker 7: as a loss for Democrats, who have argued that eliminating
- 1:45:20Speaker 7: the limit on spending would give more power to large donors.
- 1:45:23Speaker 7: Now the Democrats still have large donors. They're just a
- 1:45:26Speaker 7: whole lot more shifty.
- 1:45:27Speaker 6: With the money.
- 1:45:29Speaker 7: Just as Brett Kavanaugh wrote the majority opinion that limits
- 1:45:33Speaker 7: are a severe infringement on First Amendment protected political speech
- 1:45:37Speaker 7: to uphold the political party coordinated expenditure limits here could
- 1:45:42Speaker 7: therefore help co sign or consign political parties to continued
- 1:45:46Speaker 7: secondier status as compared to outside groups. Weekend political parties
- 1:45:52Speaker 7: distort the political system. Senator Bernie Moreno Republican from Ohio
- 1:45:58Speaker 7: wrote it, this is a massive win for firm first
- 1:46:00Speaker 7: amendment that gives the power back to the political parties
- 1:46:03Speaker 7: over the dark money super PACs. Voters deserve to hear
- 1:46:07Speaker 7: directly from the candidates, not shady, nameless outside groups. Boy,
- 1:46:12Speaker 7: that is no joke. That seems to be all we
- 1:46:15Speaker 7: hear from these days. These little shady outside groups. You
- 1:46:18Speaker 7: don't know who they are or what they're standing for,
- 1:46:22Speaker 7: so you have to be very careful.
- 1:46:23Speaker 6: So that's a that's a big step in the right direction.
- 1:46:25Speaker 7: So the Supreme Court got a couple of things, two
- 1:46:27Speaker 7: or three things right today, but then they still just
- 1:46:29Speaker 7: botched that birthright citizenship thing, which is just crazy to me,
- 1:46:35Speaker 7: at least in my opinion. All Right, so I've been
- 1:46:37Speaker 7: talk about this. I want to go ahead and read through this.
- 1:46:39Speaker 7: They'll let you hear the numbers. James Tallafreco's lead in
- 1:46:42Speaker 7: the US Senate races all but evaporated. A new poll
- 1:46:46Speaker 7: from New York Times Sienna has the race tied up
- 1:46:49Speaker 7: at forty seven percent between Tallafrico and Ken Paxton. More
- 1:46:53Speaker 7: revealing is a more recent poll from the University of Texas,
- 1:46:57Speaker 7: which shows Paxton is up by one point forty three
- 1:47:00Speaker 7: forty two percent, all well within the margin of error.
- 1:47:03Speaker 7: What is notable is that back in April, when there
- 1:47:05Speaker 7: was still a contest between John Cornyn and Ken Paxton,
- 1:47:12Speaker 7: Tallafrico was up by eight points thirty four to forty two. Now,
- 1:47:17Speaker 7: these polling weren't really talking about that because you were
- 1:47:19Speaker 7: running he getst a nondetermined candidate.
- 1:47:23Speaker 6: But now with the real clear.
- 1:47:25Speaker 7: Politics poll of polls, Paxton leads forty five point two
- 1:47:29Speaker 7: percent to Tallafrico's forty four point six So once again
- 1:47:33Speaker 7: still just a point, but Tallafrico's leads are all gone.
- 1:47:37Speaker 6: There's really no polls that have him leading anymore.
- 1:47:39Speaker 7: In fact, the betting markets have shifted drastically in Ken
- 1:47:43Speaker 7: Paxton's favor, and those tend to be a little bit
- 1:47:46Speaker 7: more we'll say accurate. The fact that the Democrat establishment,
- 1:47:51Speaker 7: including former ear late night host Stephen Colbert, he backed
- 1:47:55Speaker 7: talleryk over Jasmine Crockett, including once again, which is some
- 1:47:58Speaker 7: issues with the the FCA now from the way they
- 1:48:01Speaker 7: were doing things in the primary, kind of tells you
- 1:48:04Speaker 7: what everything you really need to know about how out
- 1:48:06Speaker 7: of touch the Democrat Party is well they're elites because
- 1:48:10Speaker 7: for all of her flaws, and there are a lot
- 1:48:12Speaker 7: of them, Jasmine Crockett could appeal to the Democrat base
- 1:48:15Speaker 7: as well as black voters. The article goes on to say,
- 1:48:20Speaker 7: the effeminate, but totally not gay Tallafrico has no appeal
- 1:48:25Speaker 7: for black voters at all, and he's totally a phony
- 1:48:30Speaker 7: running around trying to drive a pickup truck and a
- 1:48:32Speaker 7: cowboy hat with cowboy.
- 1:48:33Speaker 6: Boots and he's anything but he states, I think this
- 1:48:37Speaker 6: is Nulty over at Breitbart.
- 1:48:39Speaker 7: States the irishman Beto O'Rourke couldn't win Texas and Tallerico
- 1:48:44Speaker 7: is Beto minus testosterone. Someone called him Peedo O'Rourke. He's
- 1:48:49Speaker 7: Pedo O'Rourke. Okay, that's what we've gone to.
- 1:48:52Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 1:48:52Speaker 7: People tell me things. His undying love for trans people
- 1:48:59Speaker 7: is a little weird, But the truth is this that
- 1:49:04Speaker 7: Texas is still Texas, and the more Texans learn about
- 1:49:07Speaker 7: James Talafrico, the less they like him because he is
- 1:49:11Speaker 7: a trans obsessed mama's boy who's never held a real job.
- 1:49:17Speaker 7: And he goes on to say, worst of all, he's
- 1:49:19Speaker 7: twisted and perverted Christianity into something outright demonic. There's something
- 1:49:25Speaker 7: deeply unsettling and even sinister about Talafrico, who looks and
- 1:49:30Speaker 7: sounds harmless as he spreads Harrisay meant to deliberately fool
- 1:49:35Speaker 7: people into believing embracing transsexualism, homosexuality, and transvesticism vestism.
- 1:49:42Speaker 6: I'm not sure. I didn't even know that was a word.
- 1:49:46Speaker 7: And somehow all of these things are embracing Christianity because
- 1:49:48Speaker 7: that's what he does. He all surrounds them all under
- 1:49:51Speaker 7: the cloak of Christianity. Jesus would be for transing the children,
- 1:49:58Speaker 7: Jesus is for abortion. God is non binary. There are
- 1:50:02Speaker 7: actually six sexes. No, no, no, there are only two.
- 1:50:05Speaker 7: And now he's already done a one't eighty on all
- 1:50:06Speaker 7: of these things, because now after he's pandered and voted
- 1:50:10Speaker 7: with the radical left for years in the Texas House,
- 1:50:14Speaker 7: here he is parading around as a moderate.
- 1:50:16Speaker 6: I'm just like you. I go to church on Sunday.
- 1:50:18Speaker 6: I'm good.
- 1:50:20Speaker 7: He identifies as a Christian who hates Christianity, openly admits it.
- 1:50:27Speaker 7: And he said that Christianity is a violent religion, which
- 1:50:33Speaker 7: I begged Nulty to say. He's no more of a
- 1:50:35Speaker 7: Christian than Satan. Well, I don't know. I guess he
- 1:50:39Speaker 7: claims to be more of a Christian than Satan.
- 1:50:46Speaker 6: He's Telafrego.
- 1:50:47Speaker 7: I mean, he's got a lot of like I said,
- 1:50:48Speaker 7: he said a lot of interesting things. Ilex said, I
- 1:50:50Speaker 7: always like to make sure that I play some of
- 1:50:52Speaker 7: the things that Tellafrego was saying.
- 1:50:53Speaker 39: So you can teach you in Sunday School that Jesus
- 1:50:56Speaker 39: Christ himself was a radical feminist.
- 1:51:00Speaker 7: No, they is.
- 1:51:00Speaker 39: The American flag is such a complicated symbol for most
- 1:51:03Speaker 39: of us.
- 1:51:04Speaker 2: Know what's God is?
- 1:51:05Speaker 39: Non binary?
- 1:51:06Speaker 6: No, no, no.
- 1:51:06Speaker 39: If you can't call yourself a Christian and reject the
- 1:51:10Speaker 39: stranger seeking asylum at our southern border, yeah you can.
- 1:51:13Speaker 39: Our trans community needs abortion care too. That modern science
- 1:51:17Speaker 39: obviously recognized as there are many more than two biological sexes.
- 1:51:22Speaker 2: In fact, there are six.
- 1:51:23Speaker 7: By the way, he said that wearing a mask in THESS.
- 1:51:26Speaker 6: Okay, yeah, okay.
- 1:51:28Speaker 39: Prophetic voices like Jesus have helped me reckon with my
- 1:51:31Speaker 39: own whiteness.
- 1:51:32Speaker 7: If you need Jesus to reckon with your own whiteness,
- 1:51:34Speaker 7: you lost me already.
- 1:51:36Speaker 39: Our southern border should be like our front porch. There
- 1:51:39Speaker 39: should be a giant welcome Matt out front.
- 1:51:42Speaker 7: By the way, he's already gone against all of these
- 1:51:44Speaker 7: He's done on all of this.
- 1:51:46Speaker 39: We are trying to fundamentally change the politics in this
- 1:51:50Speaker 39: state and in this country. No need to sit and
- 1:51:53Speaker 39: cry over you know, your whiteness or your masculinity.
- 1:51:58Speaker 7: Has anybody other than James Teller he go sit and
- 1:52:00Speaker 7: cried over their whiteness or their masculinity. Yeah, that's called
- 1:52:08Speaker 7: dead air. I'm listening. I'm waiting for somebody to say something. No, no,
- 1:52:11Speaker 7: nobody has Okay, all right, you guys need to go
- 1:52:14Speaker 7: repent for your whiteness, repent for your masculinity.
- 1:52:18Speaker 6: Does it sound like he was pandering a little bit? Yeah.
- 1:52:22Speaker 6: He is an.
- 1:52:22Speaker 7: Extreme panderer, pandering to the radical leftists within the Democrat Party,
- 1:52:28Speaker 7: and that is how he ruled or attempted to rule
- 1:52:31Speaker 7: in the Texas House. But now he's saying, hey, we're
- 1:52:33Speaker 7: working on cutting your taxes. I helped bring the greatest
- 1:52:37Speaker 7: property tax relief in Texas history. But did you I
- 1:52:42Speaker 7: drive a truck just like you? Does he does he
- 1:52:46Speaker 7: really drive a truck? I go to church with his
- 1:52:49Speaker 7: non binary god.
- 1:52:52Speaker 6: Just the guy is like I said, they call him tallafreco.
- 1:52:56Speaker 6: He is a free go.
- 1:52:58Speaker 7: Some people call him pedo or like you said, I
- 1:53:01Speaker 7: haven't seen any signs of he's peto, but I have
- 1:53:04Speaker 7: seen this before, the story before where there's guys that
- 1:53:07Speaker 7: sound effeminately heterosexual and they claim to be heterosexual. But
- 1:53:11Speaker 7: all of his beards, I'm sorry, girlfriends are beards from
- 1:53:14Speaker 7: the campaign that work on his campaign.
- 1:53:18Speaker 6: And him talking about fan boying over trans podcast hosts.
- 1:53:27Speaker 6: I love how by the way that Dan last calls
- 1:53:28Speaker 6: him podcast to stand.
- 1:53:33Speaker 7: And then he just he loves he just it's on
- 1:53:35Speaker 7: his mind, the trans children, he just loves them. All Right, Gig,
- 1:53:39Speaker 7: we're done. We'll be back for Humpday tomorrow. Up next
- 1:53:41Speaker 7: is the Craig Collins program. We'll see tomorrow
