- 0:00Speaker 1: What's better than two hours of Marc Simone? Three! The
- 0:04Speaker 1: Marc Simone Show. Now nine till noon weekdays. 710WOR. Hey!
- 0:13Speaker 1: It's hour number three. That's right, three hours. It's hour
- 0:16Speaker 1: number three now. This is very funny. The entire left-wing
- 0:20Speaker 1: fake news is going nuts right now. trying to declare
- 0:25Speaker 1: Katie Zachariah, the new White House press secretary, a total disaster.
- 0:31Speaker 1: It's unbelievable if you watch CNN, MSNBC, whatever the hell
- 0:36Speaker 1: they call it. They're all going crazy trying to destroy her. MSNBC,
- 0:43Speaker 1: big banner. Katie Zachariah, a train wreck. It was a
- 0:48Speaker 1: train wreck. She did her first briefing earlier this morning.
- 0:52Speaker 1: It was fine. It was just fine. It was short.
- 0:55Speaker 1: She went through all the announcements she had to make,
- 0:57Speaker 1: all the news she had to give out. And then
- 1:00Speaker 1: she took three questions and then ended the briefing. Now,
- 1:04Speaker 1: I would assume it's her first day. I would assume
- 1:07Speaker 1: there were two reasons it was short. One, they probably
- 1:10Speaker 1: told her, it's your first briefing. Keep it short. Just
- 1:12Speaker 1: take three questions and get it. And I think the
- 1:14Speaker 1: other thing was they're going to Alaska. The president every day.
- 1:19Speaker 1: traveling to states to campaign these campaign rallies uh you
- 1:24Speaker 1: know there's ohio it was texas it was florida it
- 1:28Speaker 1: was north carolina but today it's alaska that's a hell
- 1:31Speaker 1: of a trip and you got to get there uh
- 1:34Speaker 1: before prime time because you want to set up and
- 1:36Speaker 1: do the rally you want it to be in prime
- 1:38Speaker 1: time so you got to get there before the evening
- 1:41Speaker 1: it's a seven hour flight if they fly fast six
- 1:44Speaker 1: hours but i think that's why they wrapped it up
- 1:47Speaker 1: fast they want to get to alaska she's going to
- 1:49Speaker 1: be traveling with the president on these trips. Uh, here's
- 1:53Speaker 1: another one. This is this crazy, uh, MSNBC White House
- 1:58Speaker 1: official sources. They always have these sources you never heard of. Uh,
- 2:02Speaker 1: Zachariah could beat Scaramucci's record. Scaramucci is considered the worst ever.
- 2:07Speaker 1: He was fired like in 11 days. Could beat her record. Well,
- 2:12Speaker 1: it wasn't bad. It was just fine. And then the
- 2:15Speaker 1: crazy left-wing kook sites like, uh, uh, mediaite, uh, printing
- 2:22Speaker 1: all this stuff about, uh, it was bizarre. Who did
- 2:26Speaker 1: they quote? Oh, Caitlin Collins. You're like, you're going to
- 2:29Speaker 1: trust her on anything. It was bizarre. She violated the
- 2:33Speaker 1: hatch act. She was talking about the president doing these rallies,
- 2:38Speaker 1: giving out the schedule. Uh, first of all, the president,
- 2:40Speaker 1: you can't violate the hatch act with the president. He's
- 2:43Speaker 1: not a candidate. He will never be a candidate ever
- 2:45Speaker 1: again for anything. He's not running. So And it's perfectly,
- 2:50Speaker 1: it's typical fake news stuff. Whatever was standard procedure for
- 2:55Speaker 1: the Democrats, as soon as a Republican does it, it's
- 2:57Speaker 1: a crime. It's violating the Hatch Act. It's disgusting. It's
- 3:01Speaker 1: a scandal. Same thing every president does. But here's an
- 3:05Speaker 1: MSNOW panel roasting Katie Zachariah. They're going to try to
- 3:10Speaker 1: destroy her by, it's not going to work. The left-wing
- 3:13Speaker 1: kooks aren't going to convince anybody of anything. I mean,
- 3:18Speaker 1: Who was her name? Karine Jean-Pierre. That had to be
- 3:22Speaker 1: the silliest, goofiest, dumbest White House press secretary in history.
- 3:26Speaker 1: They never said a word about her. They thought she
- 3:29Speaker 1: was wonderful. And that Jen Psaki, how many times did
- 3:32Speaker 1: she get caught lying? Just that sour, nasty one. So
- 3:38Speaker 1: you're going to hear this for a couple of days now.
- 3:39Speaker 1: They're trying to convince you that it's a train wreck.
- 3:42Speaker 1: That's the big banner they're putting up on CNN. It's
- 3:45Speaker 1: a train wreck, Katie Zachariah. The big news today, she
- 3:49Speaker 1: announced that Kimberly Guilfoyle has been asked to resign, which
- 3:55Speaker 1: means she's fired. She's out. She's been asked to resign,
- 3:58Speaker 1: and if she doesn't do it by the end of
- 3:59Speaker 1: the day, they'll remove her. So Kimberly Guilfoyle is out, gone.
- 4:05Speaker 1: So if you're a left-wing fake news reader, viewer, this
- 4:10Speaker 1: is all you're going to hear about for a couple
- 4:11Speaker 1: of days. Katie Zachariah and Kimberly Guilfoyle. You're going to
- 4:16Speaker 1: keep hearing about this. Um, Chuck Grassley, the Senator, he's 93.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Grassley is 93. Just announced he's running for reelection. Now,
- 4:29Speaker 1: if you're in the Senate, that's an eight year term.
- 4:31Speaker 1: He'll be 101 at the end of the term. That
- 4:35Speaker 1: is one optimistic guy. 93 and he's running again. He'll
- 4:41Speaker 1: be 101 at the end of the term. He's in
- 4:45Speaker 1: pretty good shape. He seems alert. But that's a lot
- 4:51Speaker 1: of nerve to be running at 93. There's got to
- 4:54Speaker 1: be some kind of age limit on this. Even if
- 5:00Speaker 1: you're in great shape, 93, how long are you going
- 5:02Speaker 1: to last? How long is he going to be in
- 5:04Speaker 1: great shape? I don't know. It's time to do something
- 5:09Speaker 1: about this. The raid on Ilhan Omar's house was great.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Now the left wing all up in arms. This is fascism.
- 5:17Speaker 1: They're used to saying it's fat. They raided Ilhan Omar's house. Well,
- 5:21Speaker 1: a federal judge saw enough evidence to issue the warrant.
- 5:25Speaker 1: And everybody is online passing around these clips. One is Colbert.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Remember when they raided Mar-a-Lago, it was Stephen Colbert saying,
- 5:32Speaker 1: it's the greatest Christmas present ever. Let's celebrate the raid
- 5:36Speaker 1: of Mar-a-Lago. They all thought it was the greatest thing ever.
- 5:39Speaker 1: But again, whatever is standard procedure for a Democrat, soon
- 5:43Speaker 1: as a Republican does it, it's a crime. It's the
- 5:45Speaker 1: worst thing in the world. And by the way, once again,
- 5:49Speaker 1: the investigation into Ilhan Omar, this is a Joe Biden investigation.
- 5:54Speaker 1: The Biden administration started it. The Trump administration just allowing
- 5:58Speaker 1: it to continue. This started with the U.S. attorney under
- 6:02Speaker 1: Joe Biden who began this investigation. So it's really a
- 6:07Speaker 1: Biden investigation. President Trump on Omar. How about Ilhan Omar?
- 6:11Speaker 1: She comes from Somalia. All they have is crime and squalor.
- 6:15Speaker 1: And she comes into our country and she says, my
- 6:18Speaker 1: constitution allows me. She's talking about our constitution. What they've
- 6:24Speaker 1: done to Minnesota, these people from Somalia, what they've done
- 6:27Speaker 1: to Minnesota should never be allowed. Good point. Hey, once again,
- 6:32Speaker 1: I want to remind you, tonight is the big debate.
- 6:34Speaker 1: It's the governor's debate. It's Hochul versus Bruce Blakeman. It's
- 6:38Speaker 1: at 7 o'clock tonight. Hochul refused to debate on any
- 6:42Speaker 1: real news stations, on any real networks, on any real
- 6:45Speaker 1: TV stations. She only agreed to debate on New York
- 6:49Speaker 1: One because it's a little tiny station that nobody sees.
- 6:53Speaker 1: And it's only on one cable system out of the
- 6:56Speaker 1: four or five we have in New York City. Most
- 6:59Speaker 1: people can't even get New York One. It has very
- 7:02Speaker 1: few viewers. It's also very biased, very left-wing, including the moderator.
- 7:08Speaker 1: So that's the reason. Hochul will only do it on
- 7:11Speaker 1: New York One. She turned down Channel 2, Channel 4,
- 7:14Speaker 1: Channel 5, Channel 7. She turned down everybody. So it's tonight,
- 7:19Speaker 1: 7 o'clock, and most people don't have New York One,
- 7:22Speaker 1: but I think you can go to their website. They'll
- 7:24Speaker 1: probably stream it live. It should be streaming live at
- 7:27Speaker 1: YouTube or somewhere, but it's tonight, 7 o'clock. It's Bruce Blakeman,
- 7:34Speaker 1: Kathy Hochul. This could be disaster for Hochul, although she's
- 7:39Speaker 1: not bad when she's prepared I assume she'll be very
- 7:43Speaker 1: prepared for tonight hey that crazy bitter old Hillary Clinton
- 7:49Speaker 1: believe it or not has been on the campaign trail
- 7:51Speaker 1: who the hell would want that woman campaigning for them
- 7:54Speaker 1: but there she was in Nebraska on Saturday speaking to
- 7:57Speaker 1: Democrats and she said if you look back on the
- 8:00Speaker 1: last 25 years in our country she said we went
- 8:04Speaker 1: through terrible terrible trauma and crisis in the last 25
- 8:07Speaker 1: years She talked about 9-11. She talked about the financial crisis,
- 8:12Speaker 1: the crash of 2008, the horror of that. And then
- 8:17Speaker 1: she also, the other one she said was election night 2016.
- 8:21Speaker 1: She put that up with 9-11 in the same breath
- 8:24Speaker 1: as 9-11. It was a disaster for her, not for
- 8:29Speaker 1: the country, but even the Democrats just couldn't believe she
- 8:33Speaker 1: put that in there with 9-11. She said she was
- 8:38Speaker 1: excited about the Democrats winning in November and argued that
- 8:42Speaker 1: the Democrats need to prove that they can produce results
- 8:45Speaker 1: for Americans. Yeah, well, that's the problem. You can love
- 8:50Speaker 1: the idea of voting for Democrats, but they've never actually
- 8:55Speaker 1: reduced prices, reduced gas. You know, when they get in,
- 8:59Speaker 1: you get bigger inflation. You get much higher gas prices.
- 9:03Speaker 1: The economy doesn't do so well under Democrats. Wages... don't
- 9:07Speaker 1: do so well under Democrats. Even under Obama and Biden,
- 9:10Speaker 1: wages were lower than under Trump. Income inequality was greater
- 9:15Speaker 1: under Biden. So for all that talk, they don't actually
- 9:19Speaker 1: deliver much. That's the problem. That's why you don't see
- 9:22Speaker 1: ads about that. That's why instead they make up things
- 9:24Speaker 1: like tax cuts for billionaires. There were never any tax
- 9:27Speaker 1: cuts for billionaires. If you look at the Trump tax bill,
- 9:31Speaker 1: the vast majority went to lower and middle income people,
- 9:35Speaker 1: not the billionaires. But it sounds good. They come up
- 9:38Speaker 1: with the right bumper stickers, and that's how they campaign. So,
- 9:45Speaker 1: you know, there's an AMC movie theater. It's in Kips Bay.
- 9:49Speaker 1: It's like 30th and 2nd. It's a beautiful AMC theater.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Been there for a million years. Well, NYU Langone has
- 9:56Speaker 1: bought it, the whole property. It's a huge property. And
- 10:00Speaker 1: they're going to tear down the movie theater and they're
- 10:02Speaker 1: going to build a state-of-the-art, magnificent hospital. You'd think you'd
- 10:06Speaker 1: want that in your neighborhood, but all hell broke loose. Petitions, picketing,
- 10:11Speaker 1: they don't want this hospital. They want to save the
- 10:14Speaker 1: movie theater. First of all, these movie theaters are all dying.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Most people are watching movies at home now. But NYU
- 10:22Speaker 1: Langone is pointing out that it was actually the property owners.
- 10:27Speaker 1: It's a movie theater supermarket. It's a big, big piece
- 10:30Speaker 1: of property. The owners of the property came to them
- 10:33Speaker 1: and tried to get them to buy it. They brought
- 10:35Speaker 1: them in. They want to sell. And who could blame them?
- 10:39Speaker 1: What's the future of a movie theater now? So it
- 10:42Speaker 1: all started with the property owners. The residents of Kip
- 10:46Speaker 1: Bay say they should have a say in the future
- 10:49Speaker 1: of their neighborhood. They want the movie theater. They want
- 10:53Speaker 1: the supermarket. But NYU Langone pointing out there are dozens
- 10:58Speaker 1: of other movie theaters in Manhattan, including two AMCs within
- 11:03Speaker 1: a mile radius. Well, if that's true, that's a pretty
- 11:07Speaker 1: good point. Movie lovers argue the Kips Bay location is
- 11:12Speaker 1: the only one that supports IMAX. Well, you know, you
- 11:17Speaker 1: could live without a little IMAX. I'd rather have a
- 11:18Speaker 1: big hospital right there. than IMAX. You know, the president's
- 11:23Speaker 1: trying to build, there's a big piece of government land
- 11:27Speaker 1: in D.C. He wants to build a, it's a historic
- 11:32Speaker 1: golf course. He wants to build like a new state-of-the-art
- 11:36Speaker 1: golf course, like one of the greatest in the world.
- 11:39Speaker 1: He's pretty good at that. But there's a federal judge
- 11:42Speaker 1: who was appointed by Biden who's trying to go after
- 11:46Speaker 1: Trump for anything and everything. You know, if he wanted to,
- 11:48Speaker 1: he got the greatest golf course builder In the White
- 11:52Speaker 1: House right now, you got a rundown, broken down old
- 11:55Speaker 1: golf course. He wants to fix it up. What's the problem? Well,
- 12:00Speaker 1: he's Trump. So she's trying to block him, stop him.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Pretty fiery hearing in court. She like started screaming, this
- 12:07Speaker 1: federal judge, at the Trump lawyer. She's yelling at them.
- 12:11Speaker 1: You've lost all credibility. You're not supposed to do that
- 12:14Speaker 1: if you're the judge. In fact, this is not the
- 12:17Speaker 1: first time she's been reprimanded before for behavior. And it
- 12:22Speaker 1: was about removing trees. Obviously, you're going to redo the
- 12:25Speaker 1: whole golf course. You might have to move some trees.
- 12:28Speaker 1: So she's trying to block them over moving trees. This
- 12:30Speaker 1: is an emergency hearing. The golf course is on the
- 12:33Speaker 1: East Potomac, on the Potomac River. The judge who was
- 12:38Speaker 1: appointed by Biden previously got too rough with a Trump
- 12:41Speaker 1: attorney during the litigation and was sanctioned for that. So
- 12:48Speaker 1: it's not the first time. You have these crazy, out-of-control judges.
- 12:52Speaker 1: It's just awful. If you're dating a woman, or you
- 12:59Speaker 1: want to, and you finally invite her back to your
- 13:03Speaker 1: house or your apartment, be very careful. New study shows
- 13:08Speaker 1: that 50% have lost interest because they saw the date's place. Now,
- 13:14Speaker 1: there's something wrong with it. They're not going to go
- 13:16Speaker 1: out with you. 83% said the Number one problem was
- 13:19Speaker 1: the cleanliness or clutter. If they see a lot of
- 13:21Speaker 1: clutter or it's not too clean or the odor or something,
- 13:26Speaker 1: then that's it. They're not going to date you. So, yeah,
- 13:31Speaker 1: they've actually cut it off because of that. Now, the
- 13:34Speaker 1: other red flags include they don't want to see security
- 13:37Speaker 1: cameras around, especially if you're near your bedroom. A missing
- 13:41Speaker 1: toilet seat. Missing toilet paper. That's another one that many
- 13:45Speaker 1: in the survey said Would be reason to stop dating
- 13:48Speaker 1: that person. They said the bathroom was the number one room.
- 13:52Speaker 1: They check. Now the flip side is a great home
- 13:56Speaker 1: can be a selling point. 38%, they became more attractive
- 14:00Speaker 1: if the guy's got a great space. It's really clean,
- 14:02Speaker 1: really nice. Clean bathroom stocked with hand towels. That's big.
- 14:07Speaker 1: That's important. Comfortable seating for guests. That's something they look at.
- 14:12Speaker 1: That means you probably got a lot of friends. They
- 14:15Speaker 1: want it to look lived in rather than staged. Number
- 14:20Speaker 1: one preference is warm, traditional style. They like neutral, natural accents.
- 14:26Speaker 1: So before you bring anybody over, clean up, fix the
- 14:31Speaker 1: bathroom up, and make sure the decor is just right. Hey,
- 14:35Speaker 1: we'll take some calls next. 800-321-0710 is the number. 800-321-0710.
- 14:43Speaker 1: I want to hear from some new callers, too. 800-321-0710.
