- 0:06SPEAKER_00: Welcome to Divas That Care, a network of women committed to making our world a better place for everyone.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: This is a global movement for women, by women, engaged in a collaborative effort to create a better world for future generations.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: To find out more about the movement, visit DivasThatCare.com after the show.
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: Right now, though, stay tuned for another jolt of inspiration.
- 0:31SPEAKER_02: One just has to pick up a magazine or turn on a television to see that we as women are bombarded daily with media images of female physical perfection, leaving us with the most unrealistic of expectations as to how we should look.
- 0:46SPEAKER_02: No wonder female body confidence is falling while incidents of eating disorders are on the rise.
- 0:51SPEAKER_02: What's most alarming is the way this affects young girls.
- 0:55SPEAKER_02: A reduced sense of self-worth can create anxiety, stress, even depression, causing relationship issues while potentially impairing academic and job performance.
- 1:04SPEAKER_02: In direct contrast, Confidence in Bloom is designed to send the opposite message to any woman of any age, shape, or background who has ever felt inadequate, unworthy, or tossed aside because of how she looks.
- 1:18SPEAKER_02: You matter.
- 1:19SPEAKER_02: You are enough now.
- 1:21SPEAKER_02: I, Tina Spoletini, a woman of substance, insist that women deserve to be a happy, confident, successful, not to mention so totally in love with themselves in their own bodies just the way they are.
- 1:33SPEAKER_02: Through an ongoing series of intriguing conversations with women from all walks of life who are all extraordinary in their own right, I will take us on a journey of ultimate self-acceptance and empowerment.
- 1:45SPEAKER_02: Together, we'll share the stories, laugh, learn, maybe even shed a few tears when you realize How far women have come to realize just how wonderful life is when you stand in your own power, feeling fantastic in your own skin.
- 1:58SPEAKER_02: Today I'm welcoming Jackie McLean.
- 2:04SPEAKER_02: We are all meant to lead authentic, effortless, energetic, aligned lives full of joy, love, and abundance.
- 2:10SPEAKER_02: When we're in tune with our own vibrant, high vibrational essence, everything we could ever want is magnetized to us.
- 2:18SPEAKER_02: Life is luminous.
- 2:20SPEAKER_02: So why does it often feel like a frustrating struggle instead?
- 2:24SPEAKER_02: One step forward, three steps back.
- 2:26SPEAKER_02: It seems we're always reaching out for something on the outside to fill the gap, to ease the pain within.
- 2:32SPEAKER_02: As a self-revitalization expert, Jackie was no stranger to the ongoing anxiety and overwhelm of running a business while feeling overlooked and unfulfilled.
- 2:43SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much for joining us.
- 3:13SPEAKER_02: Using a proven blend of intuitive guidance and clinical hypnotherapy, as a compassionate thought leader, Jackie supports you in moving beyond obsolete self-beliefs and debilitating behaviors to rediscover the gifted dynamic being you really are, liberated to step into your purpose.

- 3:42SPEAKER_02: It's all yours when you tap into the power within.
- 3:46SPEAKER_02: Welcome, Jackie.
- 3:47SPEAKER_02: Thank
- 3:48SPEAKER_01: you so much.
- 3:49SPEAKER_01: I'm so excited to be here, Tina.
- 3:52SPEAKER_01: Excellent.
- 3:52SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: Yes, I'm excited to have you
- 3:54SPEAKER_02: as well.
- 3:56SPEAKER_02: Let's start off our conversation with what you are celebrating this week.
- 4:01SPEAKER_01: Oh, my goodness.
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: I am so excited.
- 4:03SPEAKER_01: There's so much to celebrate.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: I am rebranding myself after almost two decades.
- 4:10SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 4:10SPEAKER_01: So after almost two decades of what I've been doing, you know, helping entrepreneurs get unstuck from patterns, I'm rebranding under my new company, Jackie McLean International.
- 4:27SPEAKER_01: And under that umbrella, we're going to have the three legs of which is hypnosis, helping beautiful women get unstuck.
- 4:42SPEAKER_01: That causes their relationships to fall apart.
- 4:46SPEAKER_01: Then, of course, we're going to have the quantum facelift, as well as the third leg is retreats, in-house retreats.
- 4:59SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's excellent.
- 5:00SPEAKER_02: Congratulations.
- 5:02SPEAKER_02: That sounds like a lot of work, but also very rewarding and exciting.
- 5:06SPEAKER_01: It is very rewarding, and I have an excellent brand manager helping me with that.
- 5:15SPEAKER_01: Celebrate you and your wins, Jackie.
- 5:20SPEAKER_01: You know, Tina, I don't tend to do anything...
- 5:25SPEAKER_01: out of the ordinary, you know, nothing extraordinary.
- 5:29SPEAKER_01: I find myself, believe it or not, celebrating myself each and every day, small celebrations.
- 5:38SPEAKER_01: Like today, like after the show, I consider this worth celebrating.
- 5:43SPEAKER_01: So it could be, you know, maybe taking a nap or hot showers, you And I'm always doing it on a consistent basis, right?
- 5:53SPEAKER_01: Really honoring myself because I didn't do it for the longest time, Tina.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: I didn't take care of myself for the longest time.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: Now, honoring myself is something that I do consistently, whether it's, you know, having a fabulous hairstyle or pampering myself with reflexology and a manicure, pedicure, massages, all of that, right?
- 6:18SPEAKER_01: That's excellent.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: I love entertaining my friends and my family, so that's a big one.
- 6:25SPEAKER_02: That's a big one, yeah.
- 6:28SPEAKER_02: That's a good one.
- 6:28SPEAKER_02: I love to have family and friends around me as well.
- 6:32SPEAKER_02: Yes, yes.
- 6:32SPEAKER_02: I love that, yeah.
- 6:35SPEAKER_02: That's excellent.
- 6:35SPEAKER_02: Would you rather be able to express yourself accurately or always have to
- 6:40SPEAKER_01: say the exact
- 6:41SPEAKER_03: truth?
- 6:43SPEAKER_01: Oh, goodness, no, that's not me.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: I'm very spontaneous.
- 6:46SPEAKER_01: Even as I'm sitting here, I'm animated, I speak with my hands, and I always go with the flow.
- 6:55SPEAKER_01: I believe life is all ebb and flow.
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: And when I'm with my friends, it's like, I never know what's going to come out of my head.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: I often think, hmm, did I really say that?
- 7:12SPEAKER_01: You know, and that's, you know, that to me, Tina, speaking my truth, right?
- 7:18SPEAKER_01: Speaking my truth in the moment, not really preparing it.
- 7:21SPEAKER_01: I
- 7:21SPEAKER_02: agree.
- 7:23SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 7:24SPEAKER_02: And that's how one gets to know Jackie, right?
- 7:27SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 7:28SPEAKER_01: And the true, authentic Jackie, not someone that, you know, I believe I need to put out there.
- 7:37SPEAKER_01: So not the fake one, right?
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 7:43SPEAKER_02: That's
- 7:51SPEAKER_01: good.
- 8:11SPEAKER_01: Good
- 8:12SPEAKER_02: for you.
- 8:13SPEAKER_02: Good for you.
- 8:13SPEAKER_02: So tell me a little bit more about that.
- 8:16SPEAKER_02: Tell me, like, how did you come to the awareness that you are a doormat, a people pleaser, and there had to be a stop to it?
- 8:27SPEAKER_01: So, Tina, this goes back to many, many years.
- 8:31SPEAKER_01: I was born and raised in India, and my father was an alcoholic who used to beat us every day.
- 8:39SPEAKER_01: and make us kneel down and of course we had to go to bed hungry.
- 8:45SPEAKER_01: So I had to learn very quickly that I had to be a people pleaser.
- 8:51SPEAKER_01: I had to please him so that I wouldn't go hungry and I would avoid the stick, the cane.
- 9:00SPEAKER_01: So that's where it all started.
- 9:04SPEAKER_01: Soon after, I think it was around the same time when I was, I don't know, between 9 and 11, I was sexually abused by a tutor.
- 9:15SPEAKER_01: And then again, you know, there was so much shame around that as well as not being able to share this with my parents because probably I would be beaten again.
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: That's where the people pleasing came from.
- 9:32SPEAKER_01: And talk about the shame.
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: And then, of course, my first husband died when I was 22 with two young toddlers, two and a half years and 10 months.
- 9:46SPEAKER_01: And we lived in Dubai at the time, so I had to take them back and my in-laws took care of them while I went back to Dubai to find work.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: And there again, you know, with that low self-esteem, I was a people pleaser in many ways.
- 10:06SPEAKER_01: Then a few years later, I met my second husband, had two sons with him.
- 10:10SPEAKER_01: And several years ago, he left me for a beautiful woman half my age.
- 10:17SPEAKER_01: And I realized that the reason it happened was, again, people pleasing, but I was a doormat, and I let him walk all over me.
- 10:27SPEAKER_01: And when that happened...
- 10:30SPEAKER_01: I came to the realization, I came to the awareness that this pattern has to stop.
- 10:40SPEAKER_01: This pattern has to stop.
- 10:43SPEAKER_01: So that's where I found hypnosis, or rather I should just say that hypnosis for me.
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: And it's given me the courage, it's given me the confidence to put an end to all of this.
- 10:56SPEAKER_01: And again, I was raised Catholic.
- 11:00SPEAKER_01: And with that comes, you know, I have to be a martyr.
- 11:04SPEAKER_01: I have to do things for everyone.
- 11:06SPEAKER_01: So the people please wear masks to stop.
- 11:09SPEAKER_01: The doormat mask has stopped, and so has the martyr mask.
- 11:14SPEAKER_01: And it's never going to be in Jackie's awareness ever again.
- 11:19SPEAKER_01: Oh,
- 11:20SPEAKER_02: that's good to hear.
- 11:22SPEAKER_02: That's good to hear.
- 11:22SPEAKER_02: You've been there, done that, and you bought the T-shirt.
- 11:26SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 11:27SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 11:29SPEAKER_02: what's a common thing that you think about now when you're alone
- 11:33SPEAKER_01: I'm you know when I look back and of how my life has changed you know my life has I've turned around I've turned around my life 180 degrees you know when I look at old photographs of myself I don't recognize myself when people from my past look at me they don't recognize me And one of the things that I think about is in this position that I am now, you know, I get to help people make the change very quickly.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: For change to happen in my life, I had to do it myself.
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: There was no shortcut.
- 12:20SPEAKER_01: There was no easy way.
- 12:21SPEAKER_01: I had to do it the hard way, and it took me years and years and years.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: So now when I work with clients, I have to make the change quickly, and I'm always thinking how best I can help them.
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: So with clients, it's like, oh my God, there's a new idea, there's a new process, perhaps a new technique.
- 12:42SPEAKER_01: For example, the quantum facelift.
- 12:45SPEAKER_01: That's something new that I've been doing in the recent couple of years.
- 12:53SPEAKER_01: Again, helping them make the change quickly.
- 12:56SPEAKER_01: And that's for my clients, of course, with my family, with my colleagues, with my friends.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: It's like when we're having conversations, you know.
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: We talk about ideas, ways to improve on their projects.
- 13:11SPEAKER_01: It's almost like a mastermind.
- 13:13SPEAKER_01: You know, if you're in a mastermind of people, we discuss our projects and we are all giving ideas.
- 13:18SPEAKER_01: So I have a...
- 13:23SPEAKER_01: A woman I work with, she's my accountability partner.
- 13:26SPEAKER_01: We meet every Monday.
- 13:27SPEAKER_01: And, you know, I share with her how she can improve her social media posts or her signature talks or her websites.
- 13:37SPEAKER_01: And she does the same for me.
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: So I'm always thinking about what can I do to help others make the change faster.
- 13:49SPEAKER_02: That's awesome.
- 13:50SPEAKER_02: That's really awesome.
- 13:52SPEAKER_02: So you said that you had to learn how to change your life the hard way.
- 14:00SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 14:00SPEAKER_02: So I'm going to assume, now I don't like the word failure, but I'm going to assume that not everything you tried worked the first time you tried it.
- 14:09SPEAKER_02: So tell me how many times you had to try, like, for example, your quantum facelift.
- 14:18SPEAKER_02: How many times did you have to work at that to make it right?
- 14:23SPEAKER_01: Well, the quantum facelift is the process, infusing high frequencies.
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: So without the use of creams or the knife or chemicals.
- 14:35SPEAKER_01: So that's not something that I've tried over and over again.
- 14:39SPEAKER_01: It's just the process.
- 14:41SPEAKER_01: But trying for me, for example, is years ago when my second husband left me, like I mentioned.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: I was in a state of stress and anxiety.
- 14:52SPEAKER_01: And, you know, I didn't have tools.
- 14:56SPEAKER_01: So I had to research, you know, I went to research what to do if somebody is in a stress process.
- 15:07SPEAKER_01: So I really wouldn't call it a stress.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: It was just a process.
- 15:11SPEAKER_01: It's like, okay, you try this or you do some breathing techniques or maybe you go for a walk and things like that.
- 15:18SPEAKER_01: So I'm not really sure which I'm answering your question, but I don't look at things like this as a failure.
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: So if, for example, I'm having a presentation and it's, you know, after the presentation, I get ideas of how to improve on it.
- 15:39SPEAKER_01: So that's what I would look at, improving the situation, but I wouldn't say that that presentation was a failure.
- 15:48SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 15:49SPEAKER_02: So failure has a definition by most people is different, right?
- 15:55SPEAKER_02: The definition of failure is different to most people, and that is because I think especially more today, people look at failure as more of a learning experience.
- 16:08SPEAKER_02: more than, you know, well, I didn't do it.
- 16:11SPEAKER_02: It didn't work.
- 16:12SPEAKER_02: I'm going to quit, right?
- 16:15SPEAKER_02: I think failure is more, it's the quitting part.
- 16:18SPEAKER_02: It's not the actual, you know, okay, well, it didn't work.
- 16:22SPEAKER_02: I'm going to move on and try something a little bit different.
- 16:25SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 16:27SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 16:29SPEAKER_02: When you are...
- 16:32SPEAKER_02: I mean, you're obviously creating a lot more in your new business or your expanded business.
- 16:40SPEAKER_02: What obstacles are in your way that you're reluctant to face?
- 16:48SPEAKER_01: I think the obstacles in the past was I wasn't aware of how to do business.
- 16:54SPEAKER_01: I was a therapist, you know.
- 16:57SPEAKER_01: And I had a printing business, so I just knew how to do the stuff.
- 17:03SPEAKER_01: I didn't know how to run a business.
- 17:05SPEAKER_01: Similar with my hypnotherapy business.
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: But as far as, you know, as long as I can remember, Tina, every time there was a situation, I sought help, right?
- 17:19SPEAKER_01: When I was going through that stress and anxiety, I was looking for a hypnotherapist.
- 17:23SPEAKER_01: I didn't find one.
- 17:24SPEAKER_01: So I did the training myself.
- 17:27SPEAKER_01: And over the years now, you know, I sought help from mentors or healers, therapists.
- 17:35SPEAKER_01: I'm always coaches.
- 17:37SPEAKER_01: I'm always continuously doing it.
- 17:40SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: So if I feel like there's a bit of an obstacle, like you call it, you know, I seek help.
- 17:50SPEAKER_01: Like I'm seeking help now to help me expand my business, right?
- 17:54SPEAKER_01: I know that this has to be done.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: I know I have these three big projects, let's call it.
- 18:02SPEAKER_01: And rather than doing it myself, I'm seeking the help of a coach or mentor.
- 18:09SPEAKER_01: And she's helping me put it all together.
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: Does that answer your question, Martina?
- 18:15SPEAKER_02: Yeah, absolutely.
- 18:17SPEAKER_02: I love the part of your answer where you said, I looked for a therapist.
- 18:21SPEAKER_02: I couldn't find one, so I...
- 18:23SPEAKER_02: thoughts and training for myself.
- 18:25SPEAKER_02: I love that, right?
- 18:27SPEAKER_02: Because most of the time with us coaches, we teach what we're learning.
- 18:35SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 18:35SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 18:36SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I love that.
- 18:37SPEAKER_02: I loved how you answered that.
- 18:40SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 18:41SPEAKER_02: I mean, I know that your business is, I mean, you're expanding now, so it's not, you're not at the end yet.
- 18:48SPEAKER_02: But how long can you say that you committed to your success?
- 18:53SPEAKER_02: Now, my original question is before you gave up, but I don't believe that you gave up.
- 18:59SPEAKER_02: I think you're still going at it.
- 19:02SPEAKER_02: So you committed to this from when you started on your own 20 years ago.
- 19:07SPEAKER_02: Is that right?
- 19:08SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: So let me, you know, as you're speaking or asking these questions, let me go back to my situation when my first husband died when I was 22.
- 19:22SPEAKER_01: And I had the two toddlers.
- 19:24SPEAKER_01: I lived in Dubai at the time.
- 19:25SPEAKER_01: He died in Dubai.
- 19:27SPEAKER_01: So I took the kids back for my in-laws to look after them.
- 19:32SPEAKER_01: At that time, Tina, my mother-in-law, wanted me to marry her other son, my first husband's brother.
- 19:43SPEAKER_01: And he wanted to marry me too.
- 19:47SPEAKER_01: And...
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: You know, I could have looked at that situation as, I mean, it was an awful situation, obviously.
- 19:54SPEAKER_01: There was no money.
- 19:54SPEAKER_01: I didn't have a job.
- 19:55SPEAKER_01: I was leaving my kids with someone else and going back.
- 20:00SPEAKER_01: It was a terrible situation.
- 20:04SPEAKER_01: But I didn't, you know, I continued.
- 20:07SPEAKER_01: I continued.
- 20:09SPEAKER_01: I looked at this, I mean, at that time it was so many years ago.
- 20:12SPEAKER_01: I, you know, I didn't take the easy way out by marrying somebody whom I didn't love just because of security.
- 20:23SPEAKER_01: Coming back to my second husband when he left, right, again, he stopped sending us money, so there was the emotional stress, the financial stress.
- 20:33SPEAKER_01: Again, I started looking for answers.
- 20:36SPEAKER_01: You know, I started looking, you know, how can I deal with stress?
- 20:39SPEAKER_01: How can I?
- 20:39SPEAKER_01: And then I found hypnosis and I couldn't find a hypnotherapist.
- 20:43SPEAKER_01: So I did the training myself.
- 20:46SPEAKER_01: So again, I look at it, it's a journey.
- 20:50SPEAKER_01: You know, you don't find something, you're stressed, you don't find something, you continue looking.
- 20:54SPEAKER_01: You don't put your hands up and say, okay, forget it.
- 20:57SPEAKER_01: You know, let me dig a hole and step right in that.
- 21:01SPEAKER_01: So...
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: Right, because you don't believe in
- 21:04SPEAKER_02: failure.
- 21:06SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 21:07SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's amazing.
- 21:09SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's your resilience, right?
- 21:11SPEAKER_02: That's your strength.
- 21:12SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 21:14SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 21:15SPEAKER_02: So people are very curious about the quantum facelift protocol.
- 21:19SPEAKER_02: Explain to me what is the quantum facelift and how does it work and how does it benefit people?
- 21:28SPEAKER_01: Yes, so the Quantum Facelift is a protocol of infusing a high-frequency, non-invasive infusion.
- 21:40SPEAKER_01: And so, of course, it's minus cream, the creams or chemicals or costly surgery or the knife, all of those things.
- 21:49SPEAKER_01: And it has, obviously, positive effects on all of our bodies, our physical, our mental, our emotional state.
- 21:58SPEAKER_01: So people whom I worked with, of course, you know, you can actually physically see the changes on their face, on their neck, when you take the before and after photographs after a one 45-minute session, Tina.
- 22:18SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 22:19SPEAKER_01: I worked with someone recently, and she opted to take, to do 10 sessions of the quantum facelift.
- 22:27SPEAKER_01: And she used to wear glasses, so she has chosen to stop wearing glasses.
- 22:33SPEAKER_01: She had a concussion, and that is gone.
- 22:36SPEAKER_01: She had some physical discomfort or pain in her feet.
- 22:41SPEAKER_01: That has disappeared.
- 22:43SPEAKER_01: And her face has literally...
- 22:46SPEAKER_01: Well, okay, her hair as well.
- 22:48SPEAKER_01: She had thick hair anyway.
- 22:50SPEAKER_01: But her hair...
- 22:53SPEAKER_01: Like, her hair is growing even thicker if...
- 22:57SPEAKER_01: if that's possible.
- 22:59SPEAKER_01: And there's even a sheen on her hair.
- 23:02SPEAKER_01: I have the before and after photographs.
- 23:04SPEAKER_01: And literally, we did this in person.
- 23:07SPEAKER_01: We did this twice a week.
- 23:11SPEAKER_01: And at the last session, Tina, it almost seemed like her face had shrunk by three quarters of an inch.
- 23:21SPEAKER_01: I was just like, I was simply blown away.
- 23:26SPEAKER_01: So that's what's possible.
- 23:27SPEAKER_01: So, you know, people, their breast enhances.
- 23:31SPEAKER_01: Of course, she didn't talk about those changes, but that's what's possible.
- 23:37SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 23:38SPEAKER_01: That sounds amazing.
- 23:41SPEAKER_01: One of the things, Tina, that she says, she says, I have this incredible feeling of joy and happiness every single day.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: She says, I can't explain, but for some reason, I'm just happy and joyful every day.
- 23:55UNKNOWN: Right.
- 23:56SPEAKER_01: So that's really what's possible.
- 24:00SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 24:00SPEAKER_02: And that's just through, like that's an energy work.
- 24:04SPEAKER_02: Is that right?
- 24:05SPEAKER_02: Correct.
- 24:06SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 24:07SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 24:07SPEAKER_02: So you're just changing like the energy inside her body.
- 24:12SPEAKER_01: Correct.
- 24:12SPEAKER_01: That's one way of explaining it.
- 24:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 24:16SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 24:17SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 24:18SPEAKER_02: I mean, that sounds like who wouldn't want that?
- 24:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I would love to show you the before and after of several of my clients.
- 24:28SPEAKER_01: Of course, yes, for
- 24:31SPEAKER_02: sure.
- 24:33SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's great, that's great.
- 24:35SPEAKER_02: Now, obviously with your, you know, your life experience, you today are holding a confidence that you know you didn't have like even like a small amount of that.
- 24:50SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 24:51SPEAKER_02: 20 years ago when your children were young.
- 24:54SPEAKER_02: Tell me today, the way you hold yourself today, what's the benefits of having the boost you have in your confidence today from then?
- 25:02SPEAKER_01: Oh, my goodness.
- 25:05SPEAKER_01: Like I say, I've turned around.
- 25:09SPEAKER_01: Number one, I make decisions.
- 25:13SPEAKER_01: You know, I make powerful decisions.
- 25:16SPEAKER_01: Like, for example, the decision I made yesterday to work with this person who's going to help me, you know, just take my business to the next level with rebranding.
- 25:33SPEAKER_01: I can't, you know, I can't fathom myself, Jackie McLean International, having these three different amazing, amazing things that I do to help people change their life, right?
- 25:48SPEAKER_01: So that is a very powerful decision.
- 25:50SPEAKER_01: And so when my clients, you know, have a boost in their confidence, one of the things, one of the big things, Tina, is you can command respect at work, at home, right?
- 26:06SPEAKER_01: You don't, you know, again, those people pleasing, the doormats, the martyrs, it's all a thing of the past, right?
- 26:16SPEAKER_01: In work, in business, for example, right?
- 26:19SPEAKER_01: It's about building trust, right?
- 26:23SPEAKER_01: You can command the respect of family members or friends.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: How many situations we know on families and friends and colleagues where there's no trust, there's no safety, there's no feeling of well-being?
- 26:38SPEAKER_01: Now that, you can command that.
- 26:41SPEAKER_01: And examples of setting boundaries, you can set boundaries at home, right?
- 26:46SPEAKER_01: With work, it can be, hey, don't call me at any odd hours.
- 26:51SPEAKER_01: I'm not at your beck and call for 24 hours.
- 26:55SPEAKER_01: That's setting a boundary with your clients, with your customers, and that comes from a place of confidence.
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: At home, you can tell the kids, you can tell your teenagers, you can tell your spouse, you can tell your older, you know, elderly parents, hey, this is my quiet time.
- 27:14SPEAKER_01: These are my expectations.
- 27:18SPEAKER_01: Or another example with, you know, setting boundaries at home is each one has their responsibility with regards to chores rather than, again, being the doormat and or the people pleaser, and doing everything yourself, being exhausted, being frustrated, again, this comes from a place of confidence.
- 27:41SPEAKER_01: And a big one, a big one that many women don't have particularly, they are so afraid of raising their prices.
- 27:51SPEAKER_01: It's like, if I raise my prices, I will lose this client, I will lose this customer.
- 27:57SPEAKER_01: But go instead...
- 27:59SPEAKER_01: You can boldly raise your prices because you know you're giving them huge value.
- 28:04SPEAKER_01: You can enjoy working with high-ticket clients.
- 28:07SPEAKER_01: And obviously, as a result of that, you would rapidly grow your business.
- 28:15SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
- 28:17SPEAKER_02: I mean, without confidence, really, it's really hard to walk with your head held high.
- 28:24SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
- 28:26SPEAKER_01: And I love this.
- 28:27SPEAKER_01: I love the combo of what I'm doing because with the hypnosis, it's boosting their confidence from a deep level of mind, from a subconscious perspective.
- 28:38SPEAKER_01: With the quantum facelift, they can see the changes in their face when they look in the mirror 45 minutes later.
- 28:46SPEAKER_01: And with the work that you are doing, Tina, with your, right, with their wardrobe and helping them, Imagine the combination of all of that.
- 28:59SPEAKER_01: How these women's lives are going to change.
- 29:04SPEAKER_01: They're going to be so much happier, smiling a lot more, having the freedom of time to do the things they want, feeling more closer to their partner, to their spouse.
- 29:17SPEAKER_01: Life is so beautiful when you have this confidence.
- 29:24SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
- 29:25SPEAKER_02: I agree with you 100%.
- 29:27SPEAKER_02: If you don't have the confidence, you don't have the courage, right?
- 29:32SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 29:33SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 29:34SPEAKER_02: Oh, I love that.
- 29:35SPEAKER_02: I love that, the way you explained all that, Jackie.
- 29:39SPEAKER_02: So I have one more question.
- 29:40SPEAKER_02: What do you think your fashion style says about you?
- 29:45SPEAKER_02: What do you
- 29:45SPEAKER_01: think?
- 29:48SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 29:48SPEAKER_01: for me sharing me.
- 29:50SPEAKER_01: You know, I'm really spontaneous.
- 29:52SPEAKER_01: I'm happy.
- 29:53SPEAKER_01: I'm fun loving.
- 29:54SPEAKER_01: You know, one of the things that people are always surprised when they see me, even in dreary weather during, you know, the cold winter months here in Canada, I'm always wearing colorful clothes, right?
- 30:08SPEAKER_01: I have pinks and oranges and reds and yellows.
- 30:12SPEAKER_01: And it's like, it makes me feel happy.
- 30:15SPEAKER_01: And I'm spontaneous.
- 30:17SPEAKER_01: Again, you know, with the way I speak and my thought process, and even with my clothes, that's me.
- 30:24SPEAKER_01: You know, I feel happy inside, and it shows in my colors.
- 30:29SPEAKER_01: Like, even right now, they're in the red top.
- 30:33SPEAKER_02: That's amazing.
- 30:35SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 30:36SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 30:37SPEAKER_02: You know, because our clothes say a lot about how we feel.
- 30:41SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 30:42SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 30:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 30:45SPEAKER_02: That's great.
- 30:45SPEAKER_02: I love that, Jackie.
- 30:47SPEAKER_02: I know every time I see you, you're always wearing like a bright color, and it always looks so nice on you, and your smile is just as bright as the color.
- 30:56SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 30:57SPEAKER_01: And even my earrings, they're long, gangly earrings, and they are fun, and it's all about being fun, you know, when you're happy inside, which comes as a result of your confidence.
- 31:11SPEAKER_01: It's like, you know, I'm not in that space where the people are judging me.
- 31:17SPEAKER_01: I wear these earrings.
- 31:18SPEAKER_01: I wear these clothes.
- 31:19SPEAKER_01: I wear these colors because I feel happy.
- 31:22SPEAKER_01: And I'm not even thinking about what others are thinking about me.
- 31:28SPEAKER_01: Good.
- 31:30SPEAKER_01: Thank you, Tina.
- 31:30SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 31:32SPEAKER_02: Yes, you shouldn't worry about what other people are thinking about you, right?
- 31:36SPEAKER_02: I mean, you look great.
- 31:37SPEAKER_02: You're happy.
- 31:38SPEAKER_02: If you're happy, how can you do anything that's not right?
- 31:43SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 31:46SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 31:46SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much, Jackie.
- 31:48SPEAKER_02: This has been great.
- 31:50SPEAKER_02: This has been an awesome conversation.
- 31:52SPEAKER_01: Yes, I've loved this.
- 31:54SPEAKER_01: I've loved this.
- 31:57SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 31:57SPEAKER_02: Thank
- 31:58SPEAKER_01: you so much for joining us.
- 31:59SPEAKER_01: And thank you for the opportunity
