- 2:39[SPEAKER_00]: Vegas James.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_00]: I mentioned test prep already, William, Catalano.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_00]: Who else?
- 2:45[SPEAKER_00]: Ronnie Garcia, Keith.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_00]: I see you, Keith.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_00]: uh... keep scrolling scroll this is great i love it man i love that i'm still scroll on a Wednesday freaking night i love it you guys don't have any reason to be here considering how far agency is gone and if uh... our dear members if you're not a member uh... to our VIP members only page on youtube i highly recommend that because uh... you were around yesterday for kelpman's corner
- 3:13[SPEAKER_00]: And I kind of went off on the Broncos.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_00]: I was trying to hold myself back and I have been the last couple days.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_00]: I try not to be too emotional about it and contradict my own edicts and and how I feel about other people.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_00]: I want to be logical and level headed, but it's tough when the Broncos are pushing me to this point.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, it's already happening, man.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_00]: I'm trying to woo saw, woo saw, but they're not doing anything to help out their quarterback, bonix, nothing, but re-signings.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_00]: I'll get into that over the course of the episode.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_00]: Based on the chat so far, it could be a little slow.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_00]: Again, it's a Wednesday.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: I see one of the pages in a load.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_00]: Is that Twitter?
- 3:48[SPEAKER_00]: Let me try that again.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_00]: See if that works.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_00]: Hang on one second, guys.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sorry, like I said, I don't have chat.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have Scott, it's just me.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_00]: So we're still getting those freaking red.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_00]: I don't like the red.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_00]: I don't like the red mile I huddle my life huddle okay my life huddle yeah, she'd all be Yeah, she'd all be up and run.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sorry guys.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of dead air right now.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_00]: So yes storms as I'm here for Zach Rants
- 4:12[SPEAKER_00]: Where was I complaining about the Broncos?
- 4:14[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, yeah, William, like, that's another thing as well.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_00]: And if I see him a little and no, Phil, he's not sick.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_00]: He has some family business to attend to.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_00]: Again, nothing serious, but he couldn't make it this evening.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_00]: Don't you worry about Chad, he's just fine.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_00]: He'll be back tomorrow.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_00]: I talked to him just like an hour and a half ago.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_00]: So everything's okay.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_00]: But William says here, I'm done complaining all the while looking forward to the draft now.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_00]: And that's exactly William what I said on Twitter right before I went live.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_00]: It's, I'm not even mad anymore.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_00]: The fact that it's going on three days and the Broncos haven't made one external acquisition.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I wasn't expecting mad in type numbers.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't expecting the Broncos to be the 2010 Eagles and load up on every free agent.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_00]: You don't win championships that way.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_00]: But I was expecting, and I don't think this is a stretch of the imagination or too much too expect, one,
- 5:10[SPEAKER_00]: One, one external acquisition, and it hasn't come yet.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_00]: And it probably will, the odds suggested will, it has to at some point, I would assume, but it hasn't yet, and it's, I'm not even mad anymore, it's fascinating.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_00]: I am fascinated by what's going on right now.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_00]: In my wildest dreams,
- 5:32[SPEAKER_00]: You could have given me 10 million years to think of this scenario for how free agency was going to go for the Broncos, not one of those scenarios would have concluded with, they're not going to do anything at all, except re-sign the likes of Adam Prentiss and Adam Trautman and Alex Singleton, they're not going to bring in one outside player going on 72 hours or three days into the free agency process, not in my wildest dreams that I expect that at all.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_00]: not to be upset.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_00]: It's really tough not to rant.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_00]: It's really tough not to complain William.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_00]: As you were saying there, I know you used a different word, but I don't blame any Broncos fan right now for feeling very disappointed for feeling very let down.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_00]: I don't feel bad for bonus.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I feel bad for it.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_00]: You know, forget about us.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_00]: I feel bad for the quarterback who's still rehabbing a broken ankle by the way, who just welcomed the newborn, who got the Broncos to the AFC title game.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_00]: I feel bad for him because as of right now, you know what his tight-end room looks like?
- 6:37[SPEAKER_00]: His top three tight-ends, Evan Ingraham, Adam Troutman, and Lucas Crawl, who resigned today.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_00]: Does that sound familiar because it should.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_00]: That's the exact same tight end unit.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_00]: The Broncos employed in 2025 and how did that avail them?
- 6:54[SPEAKER_00]: It didn't spoil your alert.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_00]: It didn't at all.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_00]: They were the worst tight end group in the NFL.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_00]: And the Broncos have done exactly this, butkiss, nothing to improve it.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_00]: They think they're gonna skate by with Adam Troutman making six million a year and bringing back Lucas Crow.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_00]: And bullying him, you're right, too.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_00]: I feel bad for Davis Webb as well.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: That's a tough situation right now.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_00]: And I'll give the caveat of it still early, I guess, the off-season's on over.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_00]: But I do feel bad for him.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_00]: It's a tough situation, the new play caller.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_00]: He's running the show now from Sean Payton.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_00]: That's a big shoes to fill.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_00]: And yet his best weapon on offense is what, Cortland Sutton, a guy who should be a wide receiver, too, or JK Dobbins, a running back
- 7:44[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, wow, it just, I can only rant about the same thing so many times before it comes off this ingenuous.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to come off that way tonight.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_00]: So if I bounce around or I seem scatterbrained or whatever, I go from being happy to sad or angry to passive, forgive me, because I've been talking about this on the pod on the stream for two days now.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_00]: And there's not much more that could be said.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_00]: It's very anti-comactic.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_00]: It's very disappointing that the brokers haven't made one outside move.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how else to categorize it.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_00]: And who is that, Greg?
- 8:16[SPEAKER_00]: My glasses right here, I refuse to put them on.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_00]: Greg says the other front office had us thinking they would be big spenders.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_00]: Not even that, Greg.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_00]: Greg Pender, George Payton said, or at least Greg Pender said, there'll be opportunistically aggressive, meaning if there's an opportunity, there'll be aggressive to get a player.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_00]: Well,
- 8:33[SPEAKER_00]: They haven't been aggressive or opportunistically aggressive.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_00]: They've been nothing.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_00]: They've been conservative.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_00]: They've been passive.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_00]: They've been type B.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_00]: They've been sitting on their freaking hands on the sidelines and watching every other team around them, including the cheese by the way, their main competition in the division get better.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_00]: And they've gotten worse.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_00]: They haven't got better.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_00]: They haven't stayed the same.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_00]: The Broncos have gotten worse.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_00]: They lost JFM.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_00]: They're going to
- 8:59[SPEAKER_00]: They brought back every free agent except the the best one, except the the more irreplaceable one.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_00]: I don't understand it.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_00]: So it's either and again, this this pod is going to seem very scatterbrane tonight.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be half rant and half addressing your questions and comments and also recapping what the Brock has done.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, man.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_00]: But hey, let me just do this real quick.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_00]: Let me just clean up the supers before I just really go off the rails.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_00]: Get myself freaking banned off YouTube.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_00]: Let me just clean up these David.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you so much.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_00]: $2 super good evening.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_00]: Brock was country, God bless the USA.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go, but thank you for that David as always.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_00]: We got storm 1999, super.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you, storm for again, hopping in and dropping this super before I went live.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_00]: We really appreciate that.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, priest at this point, I feel deflated and lied to you.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_00]: We were told we would be aggressive.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what to believe anymore.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_00]: I'm done with free agency and wasting my time and energy on babies and what if shake my head.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: Again, let me just I see your comment, but it's covering up half my face.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_00]: So
- 10:02[SPEAKER_00]: I don't blame any Broncos fan, you included for feeling mad, for feeling disappointed, for feeling apathetic, for feeling kind of just whatever and walk away until the draft and kind of just do other things and occupy your time elsewhere.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_00]: So watch the pod.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_00]: We really would appreciate that, but I understand any fan that feels left down right now because like you said,
- 10:21[SPEAKER_00]: The front office was leading you to believe they were going to be aggressive or at least competitive in free agency the ownership group said the same thing opportunistically aggressive and they've done nothing they've done they've done the opposite of that the opposite and it came back to me and I want to use your comment really 10 minutes in already it's crazy.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_00]: That's what Brandon will do, but I want to use your comments storm as a pivot point here to it to.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_00]: theorize, let's theorize out loud together guys.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, let's put our thinking caps on and think as to why the Broncos would not make any outside editions yet.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_00]: It's not that they're constrained by money that they weren't.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_00]: They had 25 million before coming into the off season.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_00]: They're free from the Russell Wilson contract.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_00]: They could have released a player or what's there are doing with drag green law or a structure another, which they did with Quinn Miner to make more cap room.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_00]: That's not it.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_00]: I theorized yesterday they're not making a big trade because George Peyton and Greg Pennett are still burned.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_00]: and have PTSD from the Russell Wilson disaster, and that could be it, but that doesn't explain not signing anyone, at least at this point last off season, they signed multiple players.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_00]: They had Drake Greenlaw and Talonohu Fonga in the building it locked up and signed seal delivered within a day or whatever it was two days.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_00]: So it can't be gunshot from Russell Wilson.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_00]: It has to be something in the background is brewing number one I'm going to make the optimistic approach first something in the background is brewing that we don't know about yet a trade a sign I don't know what signing it could be because the market's kind of picked over right now.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_00]: But a trade of some sort, it might be brewing.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe it is for Jalen Wattle.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe a Garrett Wilson's going to come through the door.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe I always bring up the same four or five crystal live age, drink London, yada yada yada.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe there's something brewing in the background or breeze haul a running back.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe a trade for a running back.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe he's coming over from the jets.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_00]: That's my heart talking, not my brain.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: Because my brains helps me something completely different.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_00]: weren't lying to you when they said they're happy with who they have.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_00]: They weren't lying to you and they said, you know what, we might not be that active in free agency.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_00]: Don't get your hopes up.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_00]: Because what was the analogy Sean Peyton made in this season that in press conference or at the
- 12:44[SPEAKER_00]: something about couches, where growing up, you had a lot of couches, and sometimes you find couches that aren't good, and that explains the free-age and process.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_00]: I really do believe, considering how far they got last season to the AFC title game, and should have been the Super Bowl of the quarterback state healthy.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_00]: The same quarterback through doing nothing to help.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_00]: But I really do believe it did enough to trick George and Sean Payton in a believing that they don't have to make any moves.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_00]: They can literally run it back almost 100% carbon copy and get back to the same point next season or pass that.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_00]: what else would explain it and that that's ego that's arrogance and that's that's Sean Peyton to a tea.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know that George has that trait in him, but he's also a little.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to say subservient, but in the power structure, Sean Peyton's here and George Peyton's here.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_00]: It's very, very plainly clear as day.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_00]: So it's either arrogance.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_00]: They're genuinely happy with who they have.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_00]: They think they can compete with the exact same roster, minus trade, green law, and minus JFM, or there's something brewing in the background.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_00]: But, chat, let me know.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_00]: Let me know.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna clean up the comments.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_00]: Let me know.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_00]: What other things could there be?
- 13:56[SPEAKER_00]: What other reason could there be?
- 13:59[SPEAKER_00]: Could there be?
- 14:00[SPEAKER_00]: Or, or, here's my conspiracy theory.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_00]: Are you ready for this?
- 14:03[SPEAKER_00]: Are you ready for my conspiracy theory?
- 14:06[SPEAKER_00]: Let me know.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_00]: Let me know.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_00]: I ain't getting into it until you let me know if you want to hear my super duper conspiracy.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_00]: Which you guys were saying first before I get into all that.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_00]: It's dumb as hell anyway, you know.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_00]: All right, simply, simply is ready for it.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_00]: Simply, let's hear it, ready.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_00]: All right, all right, all right.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_00]: Tell me what you guys think.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_00]: It's gonna seem absolutely insane.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_00]: Joe, my blood pressure is fine.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_00]: You haven't been watching me.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_00]: I hope you have, but I hope you haven't been watching me that long.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_00]: This is like SOP for me.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_00]: This is the normal operating pace that I go at.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_00]: This is where I thrive, but I appreciate your concern.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_00]: I'll be okay.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_00]: I have an energy drink next to me, so that's always fun.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_00]: My conspiracy is that there's a little friction.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_00]: And again, it's crazy, it's probably not the case, but what other reason could there be?
- 15:00[SPEAKER_00]: But I thought it was really weird.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_00]: And you can connect the dots if you want.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_00]: I thought it was really weird that Sean would come out and make those pointed comments the way he did about Bonix's ankle and his previous history with ankle surgeries and his predisposition
- 15:21[SPEAKER_00]: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, do we finally get breaking news?
- 15:24[SPEAKER_00]: You better not be trolling me, James.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_00]: You better not be, if I'm gonna cut off my conspiracy theory in my rant for this, you better not be trolling me.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_00]: If you're trolling me, I'm literally booting you from the chat.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_00]: I don't see anything from Chris saying that Nigel Koo's visiting the Broncos.
- 15:40[SPEAKER_00]: Is he lying to me?
- 15:43[SPEAKER_00]: That's how desperate I am.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_00]: That is how desperate I am, like a craved, starved animal for legitimate Broncos news that involves a player outside of their bubble.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so I'll continue with my conspiracy theory.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_00]: That's not cool James at all.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_00]: That's not cool, man.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_00]: Play on my emotions like that.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_00]: So I thought it was really strange.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe you guys didn't, maybe you did.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_00]: Vegas James Boodle.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'll do this.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_00]: You're going in time out.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_00]: Boo this man.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_00]: Look at his story.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_00]: Well, listen, James, if it comes out that you're telling the truth, I'll take you out of time out, but we don't deal with fake news around here.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_00]: If you're telling the truth, I apologize, but I was hot with my rant.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_00]: I want to, uh,
- 16:39[SPEAKER_00]: people got in face in the corner.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, he's toying with me.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_00]: What am I supposed to do?
- 16:45[SPEAKER_00]: I've I've been waiting for 72 hours 72 hours for Broncos news and he's at a come in here saying that the Broncos are visiting with the guy I've wanted all along one of my favorite free agents.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_00]: David and joker.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_00]: I don't see anything.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, he would put that out on Twitter.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_00]: I would assume what's story.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_00]: What story.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_00]: Let me know.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't seen anything from class.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe he speculated that he could be visiting, but I haven't seen anything.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_00]: And Roddy, he would make a lot of sense, David and Joke.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_00]: He's a better blocker than Evan Ingram and Adam Troutman.
- 17:17[SPEAKER_00]: And he's a better past-catcher than both, arguably.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_00]: So maybe we'll agree to this degree, but he's not going to get my hopes up, James.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_00]: He'll come back.
- 17:24[SPEAKER_00]: He's in time.
- 17:24[SPEAKER_00]: He's not banned permanently, but I've been star for Broncos and he's I've been on Twitter refreshing every second.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_00]: And that's the guy I've wanted the most.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_00]: Go check KK from yesterday.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_00]: And he's not going to, like, like, Storm says, mess with my emotions.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, anyway, we're 17 minutes already.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_00]: I thought it was really strange that Sean Peyton came out and said those things about bone X is ankle and his history with ankle surgeries.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_00]: I thought it was even stranger that bone X immediately, immediately after the season, called a press conference unscheduled and refuted directly publicly sharply pointedly refuted what Sean Peyton said.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm not saying that there's, you know, trouble and paradise or friction or whatever.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_00]: This is again, this disclaimer before we all clip it or whatever, taking me out of context, it's conspiracy and it's crazy.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's probably not true.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_00]: But what else do I have to go on?
- 18:27[SPEAKER_00]: What else do I have to go on?
- 18:28[SPEAKER_00]: Give me another reason.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_00]: What other reason could there be?
- 18:33[SPEAKER_00]: What other reason could there be?
- 18:34[SPEAKER_00]: There's something in the works.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_00]: They have PTSD from Russell Wilson.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_00]: What are the reason could there be?
- 18:42[SPEAKER_00]: Or there's friction with Sean Payton and Bonix and they're like, you know, if this guy, I don't know, I don't know.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_00]: I would assume it's coming at some point, Rodin.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm with you.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_00]: I like Goddard as well.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_00]: A lot more than I like, uh, freaking Adam Troutman or Evan Ingram for that matter, because I think he's at least reliable.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_00]: But, um,
- 19:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, people are saying, you know, big, big vives is saying something in the works and Todd saying they have PTSD from Russell Wilson.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_00]: Well, though, and I'll refute my own point, Todd, how does that explain last off season, signing for agents actually signing outside players?
- 19:16[SPEAKER_00]: How does that explain that?
- 19:18[SPEAKER_00]: They signed two guys within like the opening of the of the market and then they got JK Dobbins I know that was later in the process, but they were consistent they were they were in the player adding business they weren't just bringing their own guys back.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't know.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_00]: I heard there's something big in the workshop.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_00]: And he says, all right, let me clean up these supers.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_00]: That's all I got.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I'll get to who they brought back.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_00]: You guys probably heard by now.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_00]: I mentioned one already in Lucas Crow.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_00]: But that's all I got in terms of why they haven't made another move.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_00]: What other reason could there be?
- 19:48[SPEAKER_00]: Please present me one and we'll debate it.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_00]: I have a little time on here.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_00]: I'm only on not even 20 minutes yet.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_00]: Nothing else.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_00]: I'm fascinated.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not even mad.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_00]: Despite how I'm coming off.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_00]: I might be angry or loud or whatever.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_00]: It's just how I am But I'm not even mad.
- 20:03[SPEAKER_00]: It's fascinating.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_00]: It's fascinating Like what's going on?
- 20:08[SPEAKER_00]: Did they just decide collectively before for agency started like you know what we're not gonna do anything?
- 20:14[SPEAKER_00]: Literally, or did they do they have a pack with the Seahawks who were the only other team in the NFL who is not added an outside play area along with the Broncos?
- 20:23[SPEAKER_00]: Do they have a little packed because they didn't meet in the Super Bowl so they have some pack now?
- 20:28[SPEAKER_00]: I know I'm getting conspiratorial, but that's what this offseason so far is turning me into a conspiratorial crazy kuku.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_00]: What else do I have to go on?
- 20:38[SPEAKER_00]: The same thing happened with Jray Greenlaw when he was out.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_00]: And we didn't know what was going on with them.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_00]: And Sean Payton was so evasive about it.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_00]: And so ominous about it.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_00]: I started like, could spear a sizing.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_00]: That's not a word, but whatever.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_00]: I started coming up with random off-the-wall ideas as to what's going on with Jray Greenlaw.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_00]: So what other reason could there be?
- 21:00[SPEAKER_00]: Doesn't make sense.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, Sean's trying to prove he's a smartest guy in the room, David, yeah, that's that's ego.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_00]: That's going back to, you know, we have like three or four buckets laid out here that falls into one of them.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_00]: Sean Peyton thinks he's the smartest guy.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_00]: He handpicked this roster that went to the AFC championship.
- 21:17[SPEAKER_00]: So why why fix something that isn't broken in Sean Peyton's mind.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_00]: Or maybe he's thinking, you know what, I did enough for this team.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_00]: I gave up play calling.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_00]: So if I don't want to make any moves, I'm not going to do that that I wouldn't be surprised if on some even subconscious level he thinks that way because it comes out in his coaching absolutely he was a part of the reason why the Broncos had some bug booths last season Sean Peyton was not blameless by any means.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_00]: uh... david saying it really does look like and thank you david for the super it let us look like shan is saying good luck web yet is that a test is that like a uh... a trial by fire is he being like hazed in a way is he saying you know what kid you want to job so bad you're gonna have to go through it you're gonna have to earn it you're gonna have to put up with whatever i put you through it seems like a very immature juvenile way of thinking but
- 22:11[SPEAKER_00]: for petty, egotistical, vindictive people, they think differently.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_00]: I would think that they want to put their new young hot shot play caller in the best possible position to succeed.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_00]: But then again, I thought they would want to do that with their quarterback too, and they don't really have an interest in doing that yet.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_00]: So David, I don't know.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_00]: It's definitely weird.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_00]: It's fascinating.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_00]: Again, that's the word I'm going to come back on a lot tonight.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_00]: It's fascinating.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_00]: What's going on?
- 22:39[SPEAKER_00]: a BLD $10 super thank you for that.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_00]: I really appreciate that hope you're having a great night tonight Azac who are the Broncos going to sign outside the team.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_00]: I wish I knew BLD.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_00]: Listen if I knew that bro I would not be on a podcast right now.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_00]: I would be on a prediction market cashing out and just living my life Not and not working So I don't know who the Broncos are going to sign.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_00]: I've heard that they could be in the market for an interior Align I think alignment.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_00]: It was Luca Evans that reported I'm not going to act like I have some insider information
- 23:09[SPEAKER_00]: Luke Evans that said it that they should be active now that the second wave is starting because
- 23:16[SPEAKER_00]: not Lucas, because RFA's we either were non-tendered or resigned today.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_00]: So one of them, I think it was, was it Chris Rodriguez, the running back?
- 23:26[SPEAKER_00]: He's gone now.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_00]: He could have been a Baracko if they pursued him, but they didn't.
- 23:30[SPEAKER_00]: Let me just see where he said that because I want to give him credit.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_00]: He's been an amazing guy to follow on Twitter, an amazing part of the beat reporting team.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_00]: Guys on Twitter, if you haven't followed Luke Evans yet, I highly recommend doing that.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_00]: He's a really,
- 23:43[SPEAKER_00]: seems like a really cool guy.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_00]: So he said from conversations today, this was four hours ago, and nothing's happened since, but he said from conversations today would expect the Broncos to be active with veteran depth inside linebacker, maybe offensive line as the free agent market officially opens here, RFAs who haven't been tendered are now through to sign with any team.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah,
- 24:03[SPEAKER_00]: Today was the official start to free agency.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_00]: Monday was the opening of the legal tampering window.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_00]: Today was the official start of the new league year.
- 24:11[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't really matter because the Broncos didn't do anything anyway.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_00]: But to answer your question, according to Luca Evans inside lineback, or maybe offensive line, it doesn't seem like they're going to target a receiver.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_00]: Supposedly, they had interest in Romeo Dobbs who got a freaking bag from the Patriots, but it doesn't seem like they have any interest in Upsetting the apple cart.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_00]: They're gonna run it back for now with Portland Sutton Marvin of Mims Troy Franklin, Pat Bryant, and Insert number five receiver here.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_00]: Michael Bandy, little Jordan Humphrey, Elijah Moore, just some jag.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_00]: Just some jag.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_00]: You know, because that's with bone ext deserves just another jag to throw to for another year.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes I wish I can curse on here and you guys can see like the real real the real dark side of me
- 25:03[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god, Diana, thank you so much for this.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_00]: I really appreciate that thank you.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you, thank you.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_00]: Hope you and David are doing amazing tonight.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_00]: Having a great Wednesday $50 super.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
- 25:13[SPEAKER_00]: We love you, Zach.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_00]: I'm still disappointed and we love you too, Diana.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you so much.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_00]: I'm still disappointed in them, not helping Bonix free agency has been a nightmare.
- 25:21[SPEAKER_00]: Can't you?
- 25:22[SPEAKER_00]: Anything about it, so I'm done griping.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_00]: Praying for Bonix, Mile High Huddle for Life.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, it's pretty sad that that's what it's come down to.
- 25:32[SPEAKER_00]: praying for Bonix.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, maybe praying that he heals fast.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I am I am too, but I assume you meant praying that they're going to actually help them.
- 25:41[SPEAKER_00]: And it's sad that it's coming to that.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_00]: In a way, I'm still like I'm as taken back by the lack of activity as I was hearing about the the Bonix injury in the first place.
- 25:52[SPEAKER_00]: And if you guys remember, we were doing the gut reaction to the bills playoff when and I think it was I think I cut in the chat and I'm like bone extraction as ankle is out for the season and I swear to God up until like literally maybe a few weeks ago or a month ago.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_00]: I was still just in shock that that happened.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm still kind of feeling that way about the lack of movement from the Broncos.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_00]: In fact, they haven't signed anyone.
- 26:17[SPEAKER_00]: Anyone.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_00]: They finally shed all that dead cap from Russell Wilson.
- 26:22[SPEAKER_00]: You had enough to play with.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_00]: You restructured Quinn Miners.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_00]: You freed up a lot of money there.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_00]: And you just do nothing with it.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, literally nothing.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_00]: Nothing.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_00]: I don't get it.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_00]: C, C, P, what is this?
- 26:37[SPEAKER_00]: Can't read that without messing it up.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_00]: So it is weird.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I don't know how to explain it.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how to explain it.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_00]: I fell off the treble when I heard that news.
- 26:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, I was shocked.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_00]: I was saying a lot of bad, bad words, a lot of curse words off camera once we got off.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_00]: I could not believe that happened.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm still a little shocked that the Baroque was having signed anyone outside of their own building.
- 27:04[SPEAKER_00]: So thank you for that, Deanna.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_00]: I'm praying for bonus as well.
- 27:08[SPEAKER_00]: It's gonna have to come through trades now if they want to help them out because the open markets, it's picked through.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_00]: It's ran through, you know, it's, you don't want to settle for the last person at the bar at three o'clock in the morning, put it that way.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what the brokers would be doing right now.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_00]: So if they don't want to do that, if they want to,
- 27:30[SPEAKER_00]: meet someone earlier in the day of of higher quality.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_00]: Perhaps go out and make a trade.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_00]: Keep up some draft picks, but they don't seem like they have any interest in doing that.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_00]: Or unless there's something behind the scenes that we don't know about.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_00]: What else could explain it?
- 27:47[SPEAKER_00]: I hope there is.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_00]: I really do.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_00]: I really hope Brice Hall Garrett Wilson.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to keep naming the same freaking names over and over.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_00]: But.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_00]: I would hope that there's something going on in the background.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_00]: That seems to be, you know, usually be the case.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_00]: I remember years, even before George Peyton and Sean Peyton, where like, I was like, why aren't they making moves?
- 28:06[SPEAKER_00]: Not three days into it, but like, after the first day, and out of nowhere, they made a trade for someone.
- 28:11[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, okay, well, at least they did something in the background, but not so far.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, won't be Max Crosby.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_00]: That was crazy.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_00]: Guys, that was crazy.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_00]: That only the Raiders, right?
- 28:23[SPEAKER_00]: And it's kind of, it's kind of karma, if you think about it.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_00]: Josh McDaniels backed out of the coach job, however many years ago, seven years ago, and now the Baltimore Ravens are backing out of the Max Krogby Shredder.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_00]: They backed out of it.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_00]: And then they didn't even hide their intentions.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_00]: They were acting like it was some failed physical or medicals.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_00]: They went out and they just, they splurged on trade Hendrix in the next day.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_00]: Once they were clear from the Max Krogby commitment, they just signed someone of comparable talent.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_00]: pretty brazen if you ask me.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_00]: I I that's pretty big balls on the on the Baltimore organization and I'll say that it's not the most ethical thing and to do in the NFL but it's win by any means necessary.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_00]: Improve your team by any means necessary.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_00]: What a concept!
- 29:11[SPEAKER_00]: what a concept by any means necessary.
- 29:12[SPEAKER_00]: Go out and prove your team.
- 29:14[SPEAKER_00]: And by extension, you're helping out your young quarterback who's still in a Super Bowl window, Lamar Jackson and Baltimore.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_00]: They got a really good player in Trey Hendrix and before that, they committed a trade for Max Crosby.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_00]: So I just don't understand what the brokers are waiting for.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_00]: Their idea of improving inside linebacker, for example, was literally bringing back the same two from last season.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_00]: And then cutting the best one, or at least maybe the highest ceiling one in Drake Greenlaw, the most accomplished one for sure in Drake Greenlaw, that was their solution to inside linebacker.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_00]: Bring back Singleton, bring back Sternad, and then cut Greenlaw.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_00]: Meanwhile, the raiders went out and they signed two inside linebackers.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_00]: Both of whom, I wouldn't have minded the Broncos one after.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_00]: I don't get it.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_00]: I don't get it.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, the Broncos have not officially cut Drake Greenlaw again.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know why that move has not been processed yet.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_00]: The only thing I could think of there is if they're trying to dangle them in a trade, but what team would trade for Greenlaw knowing the Broncos are going to cuddle?
- 30:16[SPEAKER_00]: That doesn't make sense.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_00]: So another thing that doesn't make sense.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_00]: doesn't make sense.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's on Quay Walker and the Kobe Dean are very good line backers.
- 30:25[SPEAKER_00]: The Raiders got a lot better.
- 30:27[SPEAKER_00]: I hate to say it.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_00]: If Mendoza hits as a rookie, they're going to be a dangerous team.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_00]: I hate to say that because they have the offensive infrastructure in place.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_00]: They have Gen T. They have Bowers.
- 30:38[SPEAKER_00]: They have a couple decent receivers.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_00]: And now on defense, they upgraded wholly there.
- 30:42[SPEAKER_00]: They got better and the Broncos got worse.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't make me a Broncos hater or a Raiders lover to say that.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't make me a doom and gloomer and it doesn't make me exposed or should be exposed to criticism for saying that.
- 30:57[SPEAKER_00]: That's objective.
- 30:58[SPEAKER_00]: The Raiders got better so far and the Broncos got worse.
- 31:02[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, James, James is back from time out.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_00]: I thought Green Law is a post-une first release.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_00]: That's what it looks like right now, but it hasn't been processed yet, which is weird because everyone knows they're gonna release them.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_00]: So, release them, make it official.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_00]: Again, it's just, it's weird.
- 31:18[SPEAKER_00]: It's weird how they're going about the offseason.
- 31:20[SPEAKER_00]: I did not see this coming.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_00]: I did not see it coming.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_00]: What does that say?
- 31:27[SPEAKER_00]: Do you think Henderson is not as good?
- 31:29[SPEAKER_00]: I think I said he's a copper, I don't know if you're talking to me, Todd, I said he's a comparable talent.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_00]: I betray Hendrix in head, like, what, back to back, 15 sex season, something, he was an animal in Cincinnati and I loved the style of player, not flashy, not a showborder, he kind of, he wears those, he wears like the long sleeves, but like he has his hands exposed mostly, kind of a throwback player, he has the visor, he just looks dope, man.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_00]: I just love that he had to transfer Hendrix to my team.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, no, I mean, I, I, I, I, I appreciate that Todd, you clarifying, but regardless, I, I'm a big fan of Shre Andrewson, the raven, excuse me, made a, I really good move by picking him up.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_00]: Again, a little moral, a little shady, but a good move.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_00]: It was a net positive for Baltimore, and that's all you want to do.
- 32:13[SPEAKER_00]: That's your job.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_00]: whether you're a GM, whether you're the owner, whether you're the coach, whether you're on the staff, whether you're a player, striving, you're only job is to get better to make the team better, or make the team better directly if you're in a position to period.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_00]: And the Ravens did that, and I wish the Broncos got that message.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_00]: All right, let's clean up the supers 32 minutes and holy crap dot james.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you so much for that 999 super.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you Shalax everyone.
- 32:41[SPEAKER_00]: We have a great team right at the run it back.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_00]: We we will fully fill our needs.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_00]: I trust the patents.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_00]: We will get our team put together.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_00]: I still love JK coming back.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, Listen, Doc, I say this and maybe you caught me on a bad night.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_00]: It just this seems a little
- 33:02[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to say naive, but I can't buy in to all that right now.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_00]: I can't buy into assuming they're going to run it back to where they were.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_00]: No one is guaranteed anything in the NFL.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_00]: No one.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_00]: Ask the the Lions.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_00]: How that went for?
- 33:18[SPEAKER_00]: They were this close to the Super Bowl.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_00]: Ask them how that went.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_00]: Ask him how, you know, I know Kansas City won a bunch, but ask him how I went last season.
- 33:26[SPEAKER_00]: If you're not guaranteed to get anything or anywhere in the NFL, there is no guarantee the Broncos are gonna even win 10 games.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_00]: There's no guarantee of that.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_00]: Let alone get back to the AFC title game.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_00]: So the arrogance of them, not you doc, of them, assuming that of not making any moves to not helping out your quarterback, of assuming you're gonna get back to the same point or exceed that,
- 33:50[SPEAKER_00]: solely by running it back with the same roster or a worse roster now without Greenlaw and JFM.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_00]: It's arrogance and I don't think that's a good way to go about building a super bowl contender a team that's going to actually win the Super Bowl or get to the Super Bowl anyway, but and yeah I love JK coming back to but they paid him a little more than I thought they were going to pay him even though it's tied to incentives and this and then it's probably a one year deal yada yada yada I didn't think he was going to get that much honestly so.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_00]: It's good money, and it's a fair deal if he stays healthy, but you literally couldn't depend on him to stay healthy to save your life.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_00]: Like Doc or anyone, I wouldn't, I'll speak for myself, but Doc, would you put a mortgage payment on JK to have been staying healthy in 2026?
- 34:37[SPEAKER_00]: I wish the God he would.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_00]: You know, if I had that disposable income right now in these times, I would risk that regardless to be proven wrong, but I wouldn't do that.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_00]: You know, everywhere he's went, he's been injured.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_00]: And he's a great, great player, great locker room guy.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_00]: I'm happy he's back to.
- 34:53[SPEAKER_00]: He's good for the morale of the team.
- 34:55[SPEAKER_00]: He knows the offense, but he just can't rely on him.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm just so sick of relying on the unreliable.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_00]: That's been a theme for the Broncos the last decade and I'm just a little tired of that.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_00]: So they're going to have to prove it to me.
- 35:08[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not they're not going to rest on their laurels and and doc you're free to I want you to have a different opinion.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want everyone to agree.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_00]: It's not fun that way, but just because they got there.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you don't raise the banner for getting to the AFC title game for losing the AFC championship after having the number one see by the way.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_00]: So they're going to have to prove something to me.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_00]: And so far, they've proven nothing, except that Sean Payton's still Aryan.
- 35:32[SPEAKER_00]: And George Payton's still a, again, I wish I could be lectured on here.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_00]: George Payton's still very conservative.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_00]: Put it that way.
- 35:40[SPEAKER_00]: So they're going to have to show me something that they haven't shown me yet.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_00]: And maybe you guys agree, maybe you guys disagree.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_00]: That's fine, but that's how I feel.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_00]: Chris Bell five dollar super apparently.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you Chris apparently something big is stirring up via trade, but I guess if it happens, we'll see tomorrow.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm not holding my breath.
- 35:56[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know who said that earlier, but I am not holding my breath.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_00]: If they make a trade, I'll be I'll be the first one to eat crow if it's a if it's a proper trade if it's not for like watch them finally make a move.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_00]: Talk about conspiracy theories, watch them finally make a move and it's a trade and they give up actual draft picks and it's for Alvin Camaro.
- 36:20[SPEAKER_00]: Watch.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_00]: GGs.
- 36:24[SPEAKER_00]: At that point.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_00]: Check please.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_00]: no more I can't do it no more no more they got me I don't know how I'm still here after the last decade before those last couple seasons if they do that which was signal so many disappointing things on so many levels and I hope it doesn't happen I'm getting myself worked up for nothing but yeah we'll see what happens Chris but I'm not going to get my hopes up if they make a trade great if they make a trade for someone that's worthy of being traded for I'll be the first one to equal it would make everything better but I'm not holding my
- 36:55[SPEAKER_00]: uh... drew ninety nine super thank you so much for that drew uh... zac and hope you're having a great nine drew zac if we sign a joku or got it draft nick singleton and cj alan we are better at a trade for a wide receiver n a plus a plus a plus much better than overpaying for it but drew here assuming they're doing all those things that they're not doing
- 37:18[SPEAKER_00]: Like, obviously, if they start doing those things, there'll be a better team.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_00]: My problem is they're not doing those things to make them a better team.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_00]: That's my problem.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_00]: It's three days into the process now.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_00]: They can't draft anyone, obviously, but they could trade for a receiver, or at least try.
- 37:36[SPEAKER_00]: they could sign a joke, we signed God or they're on the open market, they could assign anyone last couple of days.
- 37:40[SPEAKER_00]: They chose not to.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't, I appreciate the super, and I get, I guess the premise you're trying to say, I like the optimism, I like the positivity, but like you're, I'm knocking them for not doing those things.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_00]: If they did those things, I'd be praising them.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_00]: It's kind of that simple.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_00]: uh... rock five dollars super thank you shun paten is uh... exes locked you can't see is post that action and protect is post yeah some people did uh... did post that on twitter i haven't checked it out for myself but whatever because he's probably i've been i'll raise my hand i've been tagging shun patel out on twitter too he's probably getting tags so much
- 38:21[SPEAKER_00]: So much last couple of days from Rocco's fans.
- 38:23[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't blame him for doing that.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_00]: I wouldn't read too much into that.
- 38:27[SPEAKER_00]: If anyone's going that route, I wouldn't read too much anyway.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_00]: But again, I hope to be proven wrong.
- 38:33[SPEAKER_00]: And then we have Hwero for 99 super.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you so much for that man.
- 38:37[SPEAKER_00]: Hope you're having a great night.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_00]: Zach, so loads of the best.
- 38:40[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how to feel about our moves and appreciate that man.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_00]: He means a lot.
- 38:51[SPEAKER_00]: But like, how do I put this?
- 38:56[SPEAKER_00]: I don't even know how to put it.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, would you spend a few million more and have David and Joku, or would you have rather had Adam Troutman for six million a year?
- 39:06[SPEAKER_00]: It's nine.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_00]: It's sometimes it's okay.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_00]: If you're if you're convicted on a player, if you're sure they're going to be an upgrade, if you have no doubt about it, it's okay to spend a little more, you're paying a premium for quality talent.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_00]: You ever heard the expression to get what you pay for?
- 39:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's kind of true in the NFL.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_00]: You can find young studs, cheap studs, undrafted studs every year.
- 39:29[SPEAKER_00]: I get that.
- 39:30[SPEAKER_00]: The Broncos are actually going to do that.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_00]: That's what they're best at, being frugal.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_00]: But sometimes it's warranted to pay a little more.
- 39:38[SPEAKER_00]: It's warranted to pay a premium.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_00]: Look at Kansas City.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_00]: They had no running game.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_00]: The last couple, they had no offensive weapons.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_00]: The last couple seasons.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_00]: You wouldn't have seen that make that move, like they did.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_00]: They gave Kenneth Walker what?
- 39:50[SPEAKER_00]: 15 million something in that area.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_00]: They wouldn't have done that, but they decided enough enough.
- 39:54[SPEAKER_00]: We have a franchise quarterback as soon as Super Bowl window.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_00]: We have the money.
- 39:58[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go out and spend a little more than maybe we like, but we know is going to make the team better.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_00]: That's that's how I feel maybe that's why I'm on an owner or a GM or a coach or whatever, but if I was in those positions, that's how I'd look at building the team not by everyone under the sun like the 2010 Eagles, but like how about can I get one can I get one can I get one.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_00]: One, outside offensive weapon that is a clear upgrade.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_00]: Can I get one?
- 40:42[SPEAKER_00]: They don't want to give it to me.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know why, I don't know why.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_00]: So, let's see, that's the end of the super is for now.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_00]: So I'll give you a quick little update as to who they brought back.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_00]: Pretty much everyone, let me get that comment off the screen because my face is being covered.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_00]: Probably annoying if you guys look at it.
- 40:59[SPEAKER_00]: All right, DJ saying the Breeze Hall prices two ones he's tagged.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, he's probably inaccessible.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_00]: Again, I'm just hoping.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_00]: And what else do I have to go on right now, except for copium and hope?
- 41:10[SPEAKER_00]: So, what's this?
- 41:13[SPEAKER_00]: Doc James, we are good.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_00]: I prefer in a joker to both crawl and travel and then go get Bruce out of New York.
- 41:18[SPEAKER_00]: Bro, you're speaking my language.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_00]: If they got Bruce Hall and they've been in a joker, you put them on the Broncos right now.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_00]: They are a legitimate Super Bowl contender if not favorite.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_00]: They don't have to make another move.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_00]: They don't have to make another move.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_00]: they can even get by with not picking up another receiver.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care because the joke was a great receiver and Bree's all can catch the ball out of the backfield plenty good.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_00]: I wouldn't care but they can't even get one of those.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_00]: They can't do that for me.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_00]: Can't do that for us.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_00]: like Jesus.
- 41:49[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so let me go through the, the signings, pretty much everyone is the answer to the question.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_00]: They brought back Adam Prentiss.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_00]: They brought back Lucas Crow.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_00]: They brought back Matt Henningson.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_00]: They have not brought back Julio McLaughlin to the best of my knowledge yet.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_00]: They didn't tend to him either.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_00]: So we'll see, that's probably coming next or a little Jordan Humphrey if he hasn't been signed yet.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_00]: Hopefully he has, we can't come back to Denver and ruin my seasons for another year.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_00]: What's this?
- 42:15[SPEAKER_00]: We got Deanna, thank you so much, Deanna.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you so much.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_00]: That's so nice of you.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_00]: I know I sound repetitive, especially when I'm so low, but it's so amazing if you thank you so much.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_00]: Um, I'm upset and feel betrayed that they lied to us.
- 42:26[SPEAKER_00]: They've done nothing to help.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_00]: But I think you're right if they do it.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_00]: It will be for Camara could it be too much money spent on the new stadium, uh, C.P.
- 42:34[SPEAKER_00]: saying the couch is him covering his crap book.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_00]: Who's C.P?
- 42:40[SPEAKER_00]: Why am I drawing a blank with that?
- 42:43[SPEAKER_00]: Saying in the couch is covering his him covering his crap book.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know why I'm like,
- 42:49[SPEAKER_00]: like brain farting that, but yeah, I address this yesterday on KK, you were so generous and joining me on there as well, Deanna, maybe it is the new stadium, they've committed a lot of money into that.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_00]: They've also committed a lot of money in years past though, too, stadium renovations and head quarter renovations in this and I don't know how much goes into it, but again, like I said yesterday too, billionaires don't become billionaires by being willy-nilly with their
- 43:18[SPEAKER_00]: They don't become billionaires by spending money left and right.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_00]: It most billionaires are cheap, or seriously, I'm not joking around with that.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_00]: They like to more so hoard money and be frugal on pinch pennies where they can then give money away.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, GP.
- 43:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, thank you for that storm.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_00]: If that's what you meant to end a few men George Payton, George Payton saying the couch is some covering is crap up disgusted.
- 43:44[SPEAKER_00]: That was Sean Payton.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_00]: We're talking about the same couch analogy.
- 43:47[SPEAKER_00]: It's what he said in one of the last couple press conferences.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_00]: He's somebody grew up as parents had a lot of couches.
- 43:53[SPEAKER_00]: And he once got on one and the one was, it was make a link or whatever, so he's like, it's, you don't know what you get into, you got it.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_00]: So you have to be sure for you commit.
- 44:05[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what's going on with him, and it's, and again, that's why I brought up the bone X thing, the press conference when he just went off and talked about, didn't violate HIPAA, but like he started talking about bone X's prior ankle surgeries and kind of blowing up bone X's spot about his ankle, like, what are, what's going on?
- 44:23[SPEAKER_00]: What's going on?
- 44:23[SPEAKER_00]: And then bone X comes out and refute Sean Peyton says basically Sean Peyton shouldn't
- 44:31[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, what's going on?
- 44:32[SPEAKER_00]: Taylor dollar ninety nine super.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_00]: We saw her better sack.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_00]: I don't get it.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_00]: Crow.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's Lucas Crow You guys wanted a tight-end to freaking bad.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_00]: You got Evan Ingram, Adam Trauma and Lucas Crow.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_00]: You got the same freaking tight-ends.
- 44:44[SPEAKER_00]: You had last season And they didn't do anything to help out Bonix
- 44:48[SPEAKER_00]: I don't get it.
- 44:49[SPEAKER_00]: I don't get it.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_00]: At least he has another joy in his life right now.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_00]: He had the ankle injury, then they're not doing anything for him to help him out so far.
- 44:57[SPEAKER_00]: Unless he knows something we don't, which I don't know if that's true or not, but you know, he just had a baby.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_00]: So I hope I'm happy he's experiencing some joy because the brokers are doing him no favors.
- 45:08[SPEAKER_00]: No favors so far.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not going to touch that storm.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to speculate on that.
- 45:13[SPEAKER_00]: All right, where we're 45 minutes or so.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, the title of the episode is like, who the Broncos brought back and the answer is basically everyone that played for them last season with the exception of a few players.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not even exaggerating.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_00]: It's the usual suspects.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_00]: And I know I spent the whole episode ranting about why that's a bad thing and why the Broncos are kind of stupid for doing that.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_00]: But that's how I feel.
- 45:38[SPEAKER_00]: I'm scrolling Twitter once again.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_00]: And nothing.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_00]: Nothing.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_00]: Look at this.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_00]: Charles, I'm a meaner who, however you pronounce his name, former chief defense event, 43 minutes ago from Adam Shepter.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_00]: One year deals $7 million with the Washington Commanders.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_00]: And that's all I've, it's all, you know, it's kind of, it's kind of comforting on some level, like every time I see a naughty from Adam Shepter or a rapper, or whoever, breaking a signing, I know off the bat without even reading the next sentence that it's not involving the Broncos, like every time.
- 46:14[SPEAKER_00]: I don't even get like, like, maybe anymore.
- 46:16[SPEAKER_00]: I don't even think it could be a possibility anymore because it's not happening.
- 46:19[SPEAKER_00]: I don't understand why.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_00]: I understand why.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_00]: What are we saying here from 805 Brockers fan?
- 46:26[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for joining me tonight.
- 46:27[SPEAKER_00]: I appreciate that.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_00]: Or gal.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_00]: SP and Bo arguing.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_00]: SP stepping back from play calling.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_00]: Nothing during the free agency.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_00]: I agree.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_00]: Something is up.
- 46:37[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe Sean Payton is sick.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I don't want to speculate anything like that.
- 46:40[SPEAKER_00]: I hope that's not the case.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think that's the case.
- 46:42[SPEAKER_00]: He looked pretty sharp at the at the combat.
- 46:45[SPEAKER_00]: And again, I don't want to start anything, you know, conspiratorial either about what's going on.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_00]: Something I threw out there because I can't think of anything else.
- 46:55[SPEAKER_00]: I cannot think of another reason why the Broncos would have not made one outside move if it wasn't arrogance that they think they know best and they can legitimately run it back with who they had last year.
- 47:07[SPEAKER_00]: They have something in the works that we don't know about yet, which I don't know what it could be.
- 47:11[SPEAKER_00]: They're gun shy from failures of years past and Russell Wilson included.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_00]: Or what am I left to believe?
- 47:21[SPEAKER_00]: Take those away, what else am I have to go on here?
- 47:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's been three days going on.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_00]: The open market started Monday.
- 47:28[SPEAKER_00]: The window opened Monday.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_00]: It's Wednesday, evening.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_00]: I've ever got their team's been a move except for one Seattle.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_00]: What is the reason?
- 47:37[SPEAKER_00]: What's going on here?
- 47:40[SPEAKER_00]: You're not a perfect roster by any means, just because you've got to the AFC title game.
- 47:44[SPEAKER_00]: You have deficiencies.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_00]: You can upgrade on players elsewhere.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_00]: What are we doing?
- 47:49[SPEAKER_00]: Why aren't we doing it?
- 47:51[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you Shannon so much for this.
- 47:53[SPEAKER_00]: A Shannon bomb 99 99 that's an amazing super.
- 47:56[SPEAKER_00]: We love seeing right around here, but we love the generosity that you guys show us.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_00]: It's so incredible.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you so much Shannon, hope you're having an amazing night and getting through this very, very somber, maybe somber's not the right word.
- 48:10[SPEAKER_00]: No one died fortunately, but.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_00]: anti-comactic free agent period.
- 48:14[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you so much for the super.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_00]: Hay Zach and Brock was country.
- 48:17[SPEAKER_00]: I was really optimistic until today.
- 48:19[SPEAKER_00]: Now I am feeling a bit frustrated.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_00]: This just does not make sense.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_00]: Can't they just show some interest in improving this offense?
- 48:24[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, exactly.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's not the defense.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_00]: The defense was a
- 48:29[SPEAKER_00]: a Super Bowl caliber defense.
- 48:31[SPEAKER_00]: And especially in the title game, listen, I gave VJ a lot of crap and rightfully so it was a lot of it was deserved for how the defense played after the by week.
- 48:40[SPEAKER_00]: They were not the same defense as before the by week.
- 48:43[SPEAKER_00]: Um, but they stepped up in the AFC championship.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_00]: And again, it was snowing and you're facing Drake May in that situation.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, but they did play their asses off and they deserve to win that game.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_00]: And they probably deserve to win a Super Bowl and maybe it will buy us in me.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_00]: I really don't care, but they had the defense infrastructure.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_00]: Even if you lost JFM fine, fine, we were planning on that already.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm going to keep this up while I go on this ramp.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you Jason O'Neill so much Zach is working as Bob Smash that like button smash that like button if you haven't done so already If you hear the sound of my voice either live or you're watching after the fact smash that like button and really helps us out Do it like these solo pods or kking or the the pod duo is that we have on here smash that like button
- 49:26[SPEAKER_00]: So I was going to say, you know, you can even get by losing JFM.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_00]: You have saving on jails.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_00]: You have a lose of wreakay.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_00]: You can draft someone.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_00]: I would have liked to keep JFM, but I'm reasonable and I'm logical and you can't keep everyone and I'm happy he got his back.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_00]: I am.
- 49:42[SPEAKER_00]: He's a great player, but it's not doing anything for the offense that frustrates me.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_00]: It's not helping out your quarterback that took you.
- 49:51[SPEAKER_00]: Sean Payton would brag about making the A of C title game
- 49:56[SPEAKER_00]: He wouldn't have made it if it wasn't for Bonix.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_00]: And that was evident in the AFC championship game itself.
- 50:03[SPEAKER_00]: Because we saw what happens when a non, when a quarterback not named Bonix is starting for the Broncos and a Sean Peyton offense.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_00]: We saw what happens.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_00]: And that's a special situation.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_00]: I get that, don't come in my neck.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_00]: I get all that, the weather and the locker supported cast and the defense and blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_00]: The Broncos simply, and I'll take this to my grave, the Broncos would not have made the AFC championship game without Bonax.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_00]: They wouldn't have won 14 games or maybe got the number one see without Bonax.
- 50:39[SPEAKER_00]: My opinion, but that's my opinion that I will die with.
- 50:43[SPEAKER_00]: So the fact that you couldn't do anything to help them out, not one single thing so far, and I hope I eat these words.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_00]: I hope on tomorrow's episode of the podcast or some days episode of the podcast, or maybe over the weekend, if we do some emergency, if it warrants it.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_00]: I hope I eat these words.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_00]: I say I was wrong.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_00]: I hope I say that I was too premature.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_00]: I was too reactionary.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_00]: I was not letting the process play out.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_00]: I was too impatient.
- 51:09[SPEAKER_00]: Whatever.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_00]: I hope I'm wrong.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_00]: I hope I do say those things.
- 51:12[SPEAKER_00]: But all I could do is live in right now.
- 51:14[SPEAKER_00]: And it's Wednesday, it's March, March 11th.
- 51:19[SPEAKER_00]: It is 7 p.m. Mountain.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_00]: and the Broncos have not signed one single outside player have not traded for one single outside player in almost 72 hours since the window has opened for them to do so.
- 51:36[SPEAKER_00]: That's what bothers me.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_00]: It's not helping out your quarterback.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_00]: You spend a decade, a decade looking for that quarterback.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_00]: You suffered through and let me just uh...
- 51:49[SPEAKER_00]: Let me just get this away now because it's giving me some sort of weird.
- 51:55[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, where is it?
- 51:56[SPEAKER_00]: Where is it?
- 51:57[SPEAKER_00]: Where is it?
- 51:58[SPEAKER_00]: Where is it?
- 51:58[SPEAKER_00]: There's so many comments.
- 51:59[SPEAKER_00]: I want to get to you, man.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_00]: This is why I need to produce their men.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_00]: Scott works as butt-off for us.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_00]: Give Scott some love when you see him guys.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_00]: He really helps us out in the background.
- 52:07[SPEAKER_00]: Boom, love, Zach.
- 52:08[SPEAKER_00]: Appreciate it.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_00]: Doc James.
- 52:10[SPEAKER_00]: Trade rumors tell me more.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_00]: I ain't got no trade rumors because there are none.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_00]: And there are no Jason O'Neill saying, Hey Zach, I know this is a Brock was probably what do you make of another playoff team, Eagles and Seahawks, I'm making a whole lot of moves.
- 52:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's just down to the seahawks in the Broncos so far and you know what we're 52 minutes We're winding down so I'll call this my two minute warning you guys have any last minutes Super's comments questions get him into the chat.
- 52:33[SPEAKER_00]: I'll you my best to get to every single person But again if I missed anyone especially stars We will address them tomorrow when we have Chad and Scott back in the building I'm gonna do one last live look through on Twitter to see if the Broncos surprise me And they don't want to hurt me anymore and they sign no nope.
- 52:50[SPEAKER_00]: They didn't sign anyone
- 52:52[SPEAKER_00]: They're still hurting me.
- 52:53[SPEAKER_00]: Still hurting me.
- 52:55[SPEAKER_00]: That's how it's going to be.
- 52:57[SPEAKER_00]: So to answer your question, it's just down on the Broncos and the Seahawks now.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_00]: And you know what?
- 53:00[SPEAKER_00]: The Seahawks have an excuse.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_00]: So you know what that excuse is?
- 53:05[SPEAKER_00]: They have a superbol trophy that still has their fingerprints on it.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_00]: That still smells like the Gatorade or the beer that was in it.
- 53:13[SPEAKER_00]: The Broncos can't say that.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_00]: The Broncos can't say that.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_00]: And you know, the Eagles, they had a, most of their pieces already in place or whatever.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_00]: They have a franchise quarterback.
- 53:23[SPEAKER_00]: They were, they were a reigning Super Bowl champion.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_00]: They still made a move.
- 53:26[SPEAKER_00]: Why haven't the brokers?
- 53:27[SPEAKER_00]: If, if the last team that was a dynasty, the chief say, what you want, say what you want, say what you want, say what you want they were, they were.
- 53:34[SPEAKER_00]: But if the last team that was can look in the mirror and admit to themselves that we need help and go out
- 53:47[SPEAKER_00]: In Kenneth Walker, in this case, the Broncos can do it.
- 53:51[SPEAKER_00]: There's no reason why the Broncos can.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_00]: Firstly, if they want to keep pace ahead of Kansas City, as I thought, was the plan.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_00]: But let me just clean this up.
- 54:01[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, we got that right for Shannon.
- 54:03[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you again, Shannon, for that.
- 54:04[SPEAKER_00]: Let me see, again, guys, last minute, two minute warning here.
- 54:08[SPEAKER_00]: Last couple minutes on the pod, I'm going on an hour.
- 54:12[SPEAKER_00]: Zach's been fired.
- 54:12[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you so much for that.
- 54:16[SPEAKER_00]: What else?
- 54:17[SPEAKER_00]: What else?
- 54:17[SPEAKER_00]: What else?
- 54:18[SPEAKER_00]: What else?
- 54:19[SPEAKER_00]: Take in one last scroll through, so that's why I'm a little much saying much.
- 54:23[SPEAKER_00]: I want to read scroll at the same time without making it dead air.
- 54:28[SPEAKER_00]: It's not the easiest thing in the world, you know?
- 54:31[SPEAKER_00]: Glenn saying in the joke over Goddard, please, is that Kelvin?
- 54:35[SPEAKER_00]: I'll take either.
- 54:36[SPEAKER_00]: I just don't think, uh, what do you do?
- 54:38[SPEAKER_00]: Now what do you do?
- 54:39[SPEAKER_00]: You gave Adam Trauma an 18 million dollars.
- 54:41[SPEAKER_00]: You still have that in anger under contract.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have his contract pulled up, but you would have to make a move with him.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_00]: Take on dead money or trade on which no one's going to trade for an anger.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_00]: So I would have loved, I still love either of them.
- 54:53[SPEAKER_00]: I would want the Brock was obviously I'm praying literally they sign either one.
- 54:59[SPEAKER_00]: But it kind of feels to me that if they wanted to sign, either of them Glenn, they would have done so already.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_00]: They had a plan for resigning Adam Troutman.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_00]: It was like one of the first moves they made.
- 55:08[SPEAKER_00]: And they didn't give Troutman a one year deal for three million dollars.
- 55:11[SPEAKER_00]: They gave them a freaking three year deal for 18 million, or up to 18.5 million, whatever it is.
- 55:17[SPEAKER_00]: What is that?
- 55:20[SPEAKER_00]: What is that?
- 55:22[SPEAKER_00]: You gave freaking Alex singles in seven million dollars a year.
- 55:25[SPEAKER_00]: What is that?
- 55:26[SPEAKER_00]: And you cut your a green lock.
- 55:28[SPEAKER_00]: What are we doing?
- 55:30[SPEAKER_00]: What are we doing?
- 55:32[SPEAKER_00]: So you guys were scaring me every time you're saying to joke, you know, I have PTSD thinking the broadcast you're actually visiting with them.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_00]: And that's how desperate I am that I'll take a visit at this point interest.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_00]: But what is string guys saying I work for the hospital guys or a hospital one thing we say is you have to be patient to be patient You have to be patient to be a patient things will be okay guys to the light button all bring back bring down Zack's blood pressure.
- 55:58[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah guys listen What we're all just saying here is is 100% sure if you guys care about my blood pressure guys and gals Make sure you hit that like button.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure you help us out that way because it's guy rocket and the Broncos are hurting me They're hurting me
- 56:13[SPEAKER_00]: So my blood pressure is through the roof right now and I could use the thumbs up.
- 56:18[SPEAKER_00]: I can use the support.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_00]: What's this from Chris?
- 56:23[SPEAKER_00]: I think I need to take a break for a bit and come back and see which change along with it keep my sanity.
- 56:27[SPEAKER_00]: I mean listen, it's it's frustrating.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_00]: It's it's it's maddening, but it's not worth your sanity.
- 56:33[SPEAKER_00]: It's still a game Chris.
- 56:35[SPEAKER_00]: It's still just football.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_00]: You know, we all have lives outside of this.
- 56:38[SPEAKER_00]: We all have families and obligations and things of that nature.
- 56:40[SPEAKER_00]: Things are more important than football.
- 56:42[SPEAKER_00]: So let's not lose our sanity over this.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not losing sleep over the fact that Broncos haven't signed anyone.
- 56:49[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I'm mad about it.
- 56:50[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, now I'm fascinated, but I was mad about it, but I'm not like pacing.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_00]: It's not affecting my personal life and I hope it's not doing the same to you either, Chris.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_00]: It's not worth it, man.
- 57:01[SPEAKER_00]: The broadcasts don't even, it's a sad part about this.
- 57:04[SPEAKER_00]: The broadcasts don't even know us.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_00]: Or, you know, most of their fans, obviously.
- 57:07[SPEAKER_00]: So they don't even know they exist.
- 57:10[SPEAKER_00]: And these fans give everything to the team.
- 57:12[SPEAKER_00]: They're, they're, they're paychecks or livelihoods, they're energy, they're time.
- 57:17[SPEAKER_00]: their memories they could be making elsewhere.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you go to a football game.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_00]: You could be spending that afternoon with your kid or with your wife or with your parents.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_00]: If you're so lucky to have them still and they do that weekend and week out, day in and day out, year in and year out, decade, decade in and decade out.
- 57:38[SPEAKER_00]: There's nothing like a fan and then for teams to just kind of crap on them.
- 57:41[SPEAKER_00]: It's it's so
- 57:44[SPEAKER_00]: It makes you want to check out of like following, you know, like Chris was saying, it's not worth your sanity, but it's really this hardening.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_00]: That's a good expression.
- 57:53[SPEAKER_00]: You have to be patient, to be a patient.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_00]: It's still just a game from Zach, who said he was adding Sean on Twitter.
- 58:02[SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't threatening his life, J.B. three degree.
- 58:05[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I was like, I was doing like rock prompts and saying, hey, rock, tell Sean Peyton this and I would tag Sean Peyton.
- 58:11[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't that serious, you know, it's not that deep.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_00]: Hopefully you're not being that deep as well, you know.
- 58:17[SPEAKER_00]: I don't blame Sean for, and I saw him blame Sean for doing.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_00]: He's a lot of crazy people on Twitter that are probably threatening him or sending him crazy messages.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_00]: I don't blame him.
- 58:24[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, Greenlaw was cut.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_00]: We got news.
- 58:27[SPEAKER_00]: Greenlaw was cut.
- 58:28[SPEAKER_00]: No, I don't see anything.
- 58:30[SPEAKER_00]: Let me refresh.
- 58:33[SPEAKER_00]: You guys messed with me again?
- 58:36[SPEAKER_00]: Has messed with me again?
- 58:37[SPEAKER_00]: Unless you mean he will be cut.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe guys are talking to yourselves.
- 58:41[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 58:42[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe you guys were talking to yourself.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_00]: I saw a bunch of messages saying Greenland was cut.
- 58:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, he's he's going to be cut, but I want to say miss something on Twitter just now.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_00]: But it told me that was him again.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_00]: Was that him again?
- 58:56[SPEAKER_00]: What's that?
- 58:57[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.

- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_00]: Liquid says Brock has country, let's cry.
- 1:02:12[SPEAKER_00]: Don't cry.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_00]: Don't cry because those tears can become, you know, delirious laughter if they trade for a receiver or someone
- 1:02:21[SPEAKER_00]: of note, but we'll see if they actually do it if they sign someone whatever, probably not.
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_00]: We'll let you know tomorrow when we catch up with you again, Chad and I, but have a great rest of your night, take care and as always, go Brockers.
