Mega Edition: Les Wexner Has Managed To Fly Under The Epstein Radar. Until Now (6/30/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: Everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein chronicles. When we
0:03
talk about Jeffrey Epstein and the way he was able
0:06
to maneuver and snake his way through the system for
0:09
so long, there was one person especially who really helped
0:14
him out along the way, and that person is none
0:17
other than Less Wexner. Now, this is a man who
0:21
was extremely rich, extremely powerful, and for whatever reason, decided
0:25
that he's going to give the keys of the kingdom
0:27
to Jeffrey Epstein. That sounds like a great idea. Then
0:31
later on down the road, Wexner tries to pitch to
0:34
everybody that Jeffrey Epstein stole thirty seven million dollars from him.
0:38
I said at the time, and I still believe that
0:41
that was a baked in defense mechanism for the both
0:43
of them. If Epstein ever got busted, then Wexner would
0:47
just say, look, Epstein stole this money from me, and
0:49
I have nothing to do with him. I'm a victim too,
0:52
And that was all part of the plan. Because if
0:55
you don't think people like this have failsafes, you have
0:57
not been paying attention. Today's art is from Cincinnati dot
1:02
Com headlined what we learned about Les Wexner and Jeffrey
1:06
Epstein in document release nothing we didn't know already and
1:10
anybody telling you any different, Well thereb Essin all of
1:13
these relationships that people are all of a sudden outraged
1:16
by have been relationships that are well known that Jeffrey
1:20
Epstein fostered over the years. That's why the whole thing
1:23
with the Senate has me shaking my head, as if
1:26
we needed to have this document dump come out for
1:29
us to know what was going on. Today's article is
1:33
authored by Mark Williams. The thousands of pages of court
1:37
documents released over the past week from a New York
1:39
lawsuit revealed no fresh allegations about the relationship between New
1:44
Albany billionaire and retail magnate Les Wexner and his ties
1:48
to accuse sexual abuser Jeffrey Epstein accused, No convicted, Okay,
1:53
convicted sexual abuser is the legacy media? Okay, did they
1:58
fall and collectively hit their head because the nonsense that
2:01
they spew about Jeffrey Epstein and his buddies is pretty sickening,
2:05
But they do serve as a reminder of just how
2:08
tight Epstein, Wexner's one time financial manager and Wexner the
2:12
driving force behind well known brands such as Victoria's Secret,
2:16
Abercrombie and Fitch, and Bath and Body Works were at
2:19
one time. We didn't need those court documents to tell us.
2:22
We all knew Epstein was running around telling everybody he
2:26
could get them jobs at Victoria's Secret, that he was
2:29
the man over there, and then less Wexner for his part,
2:32
he gave Jeffrey Epstein power of attorney, so Epstein had
2:35
control over his whole last fortune. Ask yourself, why, Ask
2:39
yourself why a guy like Les Wexner, supposedly one of
2:43
the smartest men in the room, Why are they going
2:45
to give the keys to Jeffrey Epstein's bitch ass. Wexter's
2:49
name came up more than forty five times in a
2:51
twenty fifteen civil lawsuit filed by Virginia Roberts, who accused
2:55
Epstein and partner Glenn Maxwell of directing her sexual involvement
2:59
with prominent men. The case was settled in twenty seventeen.
3:04
Last month, US District Judge Loretta Presca of the Southern
3:07
District of New York ordered the list of names and
3:10
related documents to be released because there was no longer
3:13
a need for them to remain hidden. And this was
3:16
the final result of the order that PRESCA passed a
3:19
few years ago. And that order stated that all of
3:22
this documentation was going to be unsealed. So this is
3:26
the climax, if you will, of that order. None of
3:30
those who were mentioned in the documents have been charged
3:33
with any crime. Now read that again and tell me
3:36
that's not fucked up. How is it that all these
3:38
people who are mentioned in these documents from Sarah kelan
3:41
On and nobody's been charged with a crime. Their inclusion
3:45
on the list only constitutes a possible association as a witness, victim, plaintiff,
3:50
or having business or social contact with Epstein and or Maxwell,
3:54
who is serving twenty years in federal prison for her conviction.
3:57
And there was no list. This isn't about a list.
4:00
This is about receipts. And what this dump did is
4:03
provide those receipts. So as far as lists or anything
4:06
like that, that was never going to occur. Like I
4:08
told you before, this all happened just like the other dumps.
4:12
We were aware of all these names. All it does
4:15
is fill in the blank spaces authority say Epstein killed
4:18
himself in August twenty nineteen, while awaiting trial on charges
4:22
that he sexually exploited and abused dozens of underage girls
4:26
between two thousand and two and two thousand and five.
4:29
He had already been previously convicted of similar crimes. The
4:33
most salacious allegation about Wexner that came out in the
4:36
document when Roberts, after being prompted in a deposition, testified
4:41
that she had sex multiple times with Wexner, a claim
4:44
that Wexner has strongly denied. Even an attorney who represented
4:48
Roberts at one time has said he had doubts about
4:51
the claim about Wexner and some of the others that
4:54
Roberts claimed she was forced to have sex with. So
4:57
this article, whoever this author is, is just another worm
5:01
who has no idea what they're talking about. Just another
5:04
idiot that's probably getting money from Less Wexner one way
5:07
or the other. Because we all know that Les Wexner
5:10
runs Ohio like it's his own little fiefdom. Who is
5:15
Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein's social circle was filled with the rich
5:18
and the famous, including former Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton,
5:22
as well as Prince Andrew of England. Epstein was a
5:26
New York City financial manager pedophile when he met Wexner
5:30
in the nineteen eighties. Their relationship was so tight that
5:33
Wexner granted Epstein power of attorney That gave Epstein wide
5:36
latitude to act on Wexner's behalf, and at one point,
5:40
Wexner was Epstein's only known client. Yeah, nothing to see here.
5:45
Virginia is a big old liar. This is just all coincidence.
5:50
I mean, how could anyone believe that? Like, how could
5:52
you believe that Les Wexner had no idea what was
5:55
going on? Even if you don't believe Virginia put that
5:58
to the side, how could you leave that Wexner, who
6:01
was giving Epstein power of attorney, knew what Epstein was
6:04
up to, seeing all these girls around, had the reports
6:07
coming in that Epstein was using Victoria's secret to lure
6:10
girls in, but Wexner had no idea what was going on. Huh, Look,
6:15
if you want to buy that, that's fine me, I'm
6:17
not buying it. In nineteen ninety eight, Epstein was identified
6:22
as president, along with Wexner, of the New Aubany Company
6:25
in Ohio. Business records. Epstein owned land in the New
6:28
Aubane development, including a house on King George Drive Amidland
6:33
owned by A Wexner. Epstein owned the house from nineteen
6:36
ninety four until selling it for zero dollars to the
6:39
Wexners in December of two thousand and seven. Funny right
6:43
after he got nailed. Huh, right after things started to
6:46
fall apart. All part of that baked in scheme to
6:50
protect Wexner, That's my speculation. Wexner and Epstein also shared
6:55
an interest in a Manhattan mansion bought in nineteen eighty
6:58
nine for thirteen point two million dollars at the time,
7:01
a record price for a Manhattan town home by a
7:04
corporation controlled by Wexner and Epstein, according to The New
7:08
York Times. Nine years later, Wexner transferred his interest in
7:12
the property to Epstein for twenty million dollars. The Times reported, Yeah,
7:16
we've heard one dollar, so I don't know if I
7:19
believe the Times over the other sources that we've heard
7:22
as far as survivors and people close to what happened.
7:26
Either way, the property was transferred to Epstein eventually. Epstein
7:30
had lived in the mansion for several years, though Wexner
7:33
never lived there. Epstein was a longtime trustee of the
7:37
Wexner Foundation, focused on Jewish education and leadership, though the
7:42
foundation says he participated in name only and was not
7:45
involved in any of the day to day activities. Oh,
7:48
I'm sure in name only, because that's the kind of
7:50
guy that Jeffrey Epstein was, right in name only. Who
7:53
do they think they're kidding? Who is Les Wexner. Wexner
7:57
is Ohio's richest person, with an estimated wealth of sin
8:00
six billion according to Forbes. Wexner started the Limited in
8:04
nineteen sixty three with five thousand dollars on loan from
8:07
his aunt, beginning a retail vampire that would one day
8:10
include Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, Abercrombie and Fitch,
8:14
and other brands. He opened the first Limited store in
8:18
Kingsdale shopping Center in Upper Arlington. He retired in twenty
8:22
twenty as CEO and president of el Brands, which at
8:25
the time consisted of Victoria's Secret and Bath and body Works.
8:29
The following year, he and his wife, Abigail Wexner stepped
8:32
down from the corporate board and the company split into
8:35
two companies. Yeah, no shit, he stepped down. He was
8:39
forced to step down because of all of the attention
8:41
to his relationship with Epstein. That's the only reason he
8:44
stepped down. His decision to resign came after he had
8:49
received criticism for his ties to Epstein and years of
8:52
sliding sales at Victoria's Secret during the met To era
8:55
as customers offended by the retailers hyper sexual emphasis move
9:00
down to other brands. So basically, what this author would
9:03
have you believe is that there's nothing to see here,
9:06
that Wexner was just a guy that was hanging out
9:08
with Epstein and everything else is just a bunch of talk. Well,
9:12
mister author, here's an idea. Do your homework, please. Beyond
9:16
his retail history, Wexner has left his mark across Columbus
9:20
and many of its buildings, including one hundred million dollar
9:24
donation to Ohio State in twenty ten, a one hundred
9:27
and sixty three million dollar gift to the Columbus Foundation,
9:30
and tens of millions of dollars to other nonprofits and charities.
9:34
Wexner has said repeatedly that he was not aware of
9:37
Epstein's activities. Oh well, in that case, let's just believe them. Huh.
9:42
I think I'll believe Virginia instead, how about that? What
9:45
happened between Wexner and Epstein. In February two thousand and eight,
9:49
Wexner announced he was replacing Epstein as his investment manager.
9:54
The move followed Epstein's plea in Florida to charges of
9:57
soliciting sex from a minor. Epstein he paid a settlement
10:01
five point five million in total to three of more
10:04
than two dozen teens who sued them. By two thousand
10:07
and seven, as allegations of sexual misconduct were emerging against
10:11
Epstein in Florida, it was agreed that he should step
10:14
back from managing the Wexner family finances. Wexner said in
10:17
a letter in twenty nineteen to the Wexner Foundation, who
10:22
believes that, sure, that's a nice cover story, but nobody
10:25
buys it, at least I don't. Maybe other people do,
10:27
but I certainly don't buy it. And I think that
10:30
the whole entire thing was baked in as protection. So
10:33
if this ever happened and Epstein was exposed, well, Captain
10:38
Les Wexner over here, could you know? Just plead ignorance?
10:41
I had no idea what was going on, and in
10:43
fact he was stealing from me in that process, we
10:47
discovered that he misappropriated vast sums of money from me
10:51
and my family, Wexner said. Wexner accused Epstein of stealing
10:55
tens of millions of dollars from the family, and forty
10:58
seven million was returned to the family to a new
11:00
foundation set up by Abigail Wexner in December two thousand
11:04
and seven. The foundation was dissolved three years later. Sounds
11:07
like money laundering to me. Sounds like a whole lot
11:10
of that. But what do I know? Wexner has said
11:13
he didn't know anything about Epstein's alleged sex activities. I
11:16
would have never guessed that a person I employed more
11:19
than a decade ago could have caused so much pain
11:21
to so many people. My heart goes out to each
11:24
and every person who has been hurt. Wexner, setting an
11:27
email in twenty nineteen to l Brands, I severed all
11:31
ties with mister Epstein nearly twelve years ago. I would
11:34
not have continued to work with any individual capable of
11:37
such egregious, sickening behavior as was reported about him. As
11:42
you can imagine, this past week, I have searched my soul,
11:45
reflected and regretted that my path ever crossed his, Well,
11:49
you'd have to have the soul for you to reflect
11:51
on it, sir, And you might call it reflection, but
11:54
the rest of us call it excuse making. So there's
11:57
no doubt that Less Wexner and Jeffrey Epstein were super tight,
12:01
and there's certainly no doubt that he's been accused by
12:04
Virginia Roberts. But like the rest of Epstein's fellow travelers,
12:08
looks like Les Wexner is never gonna be held to account.
12:12
All right, folks, that's gonna do it for this one.
12:14
All the information that goes with this episode can be
12:17
found in the description box. What's up everyone, and welcome
12:21
back to the program. Dalymail dot Com filed a Freedom
12:26
of Information Act and received some pretty interesting information. Now
12:31
it has to do with Les Wexner, and it has
12:33
to do with Jeffrey Epstein lobbying on behalf of Les
12:38
Wexner to his good pal Bill Clinton. So, without any
12:43
further ado, why don't we just jump into this article
12:46
and let's see what old Bubba was up to with
12:49
Jeffrey Epstein. Headline exclusive when Jeffrey met Bubba, Epstein lobbied
12:55
Bill Clinton to change trade laws on behalf of Victoria's
12:59
secret boss, Les Wexner, but ended up forging a bond
13:02
with former president, visiting the White House seventeen times and
13:06
flying them on the Lolita Express, or, as I like
13:09
to call it, the Plan of Horrors. You imagine how
13:13
many people were assaulted and abused those on that plane.
13:18
But Bill Clinton thinks it's a good idea, you know,
13:21
to hang out with Jeffrey Epstein and to invite him
13:24
to the White House seventeen times. This article was authored
13:28
by Daniel Bates. Jeffrey Epstein made his first connection with
13:33
Bill Clinton by lobbying on behalf of his associate, Les Wexner.
13:37
Dailymail dot Com can reveal the late pedophile financier tried
13:41
to change US trade laws in nineteen ninety four in
13:44
an effort to save the limited Wexner's clothing company one
13:48
point two billion dollars. But while those efforts did not succeed,
13:52
Epstein made seventeen visits to the Clinton White House and
13:55
forged the bond with the then president that would last
13:59
more than a decade. Lasts a lot longer than that,
14:02
if sources are to be believed, And I don't see
14:04
why they shouldn't be. Then they were friends for a
14:07
lot longer than that. Now, again, let me be very clear,
14:10
I'm not saying that Bill Clinton was abusing any women
14:14
with Jeffrey Epstein. I haven't heard any of those reports
14:17
or seen any evidence that points me in that direction anyway.
14:20
But he was one of the biggest enablers, and Jeffrey Epstein,
14:24
without a doubt funded Bill Clinton's philanthropic goals, Clinton Global Initiative,
14:31
and the Clinton Foundation. Jeffrey Epstein was involved with all
14:35
kinds of seed money when all of that was first starting.
14:38
And the source of that, well, the source of that
14:41
is Jeffrey Epstein's own lawyers. The purpose of those visits
14:46
was unclear until newly released documents from the Clinton Presidential
14:49
Library show that Epstein appears to have been attempting to
14:53
influence the drafting of US law. Well, that's what he
14:56
always did. He was representing the intro of his client,
15:01
Les Wexner, and that meant in this instance, to lobby
15:04
for him. Among the people Epstein visited was Robert Rubin,
15:11
Clinton's director of the National Economic Council and later his
15:15
treasure Secretary. Letters related to Epstein's work were put in
15:19
a file by the Clinton White House mark Jeffrey Epstein
15:22
and hands it over to the National Archives. YO, really
15:26
talk about embarrassing. You would think that this would be
15:29
all over the news. The only people running this is
15:32
dailymail dot Com. Where's ABC News, Where's the Post, Where's
15:38
the New York Times? This isn't worthy of a mention.
15:42
Even what it shows you is how corrupt even the
15:46
most highest parts of our power structure are. And if
15:50
you think any of these elected politicians care about you
15:54
while you're out there doing their dirty work, hating your neighbor,
15:57
hating this one, hating that one, I got news for you,
16:00
It's not the case. These people do not care about you,
16:03
and they don't have your best interests in mind. Clinton's
16:09
relationship with Epstein was put back in the public spotlight
16:12
last week after a journalist asked him about it at
16:15
a rally in Texas ahead of the midterm elections. Right there,
16:19
that alone is horrible to even read. How is it
16:22
that he was even out of the conversation in the
16:25
first place. Guess where he wasn't out of the conversation
16:28
Right here on this podcast. Bill Clinton needs to be
16:31
held accountable, just like everybody else, I don't care that
16:34
you were a president, and I certainly don't care what
16:36
political party you're in. That means nothing to me, less
16:40
than nothing to me. Just another grifter, just another crook.
16:46
Clinton brushed it off by saying the evidence is clear
16:49
and walked away in a clip which went viral. Now,
16:52
where are all of the big time investigative journalists going
16:56
after Bill Clinton? Not interested in doing that? What's your
16:59
motive for not doing it? And as a consumer of
17:03
the news, you should ask yourself why these big outlets
17:06
with all of this money, all of this funding, aren't
17:09
going after this story. The Epstein file from the Clinton
17:14
white House consists of three pages of faxes that were
17:17
sent to senior White House officials in the summer of
17:20
nineteen ninety four, a period which coincided with the peak
17:23
of Epstein's visits to the White House. The first is
17:27
dated August first, nineteen ninety four, and is from Claude Fonteime,
17:31
a lobbyist who work for the Limited whose brands include
17:34
the Lingerie chain Victorious Secret. Fontime objected to propose changes
17:39
that were being brought in under the Uruguay round of
17:42
international trade talks, which at the time was the biggest
17:45
trade deal in history and paved the way for the
17:48
creation of the World Trade Organization. Boy, that's all fantastic stuff. Huh,
17:53
that's all worked out well for us. Fonteim said the
17:56
changing of the rule of origin laws about clothing, which
17:59
to term where a garment originated from, had not been
18:02
done fairly, openly and honestly, and accused the White House
18:06
of trying to circumvent normal procedures without mentioning Epstein by name.
18:11
The fact says the Limited has now met with a
18:14
range of administration officials on the issue, noting that the
18:17
meetings had been very positive, but there were still some
18:21
arguments that Fonteim wanted to make, which he explained in
18:25
the letter. So you see how this all works. When
18:28
you have the kind of money somebody like Les Wexner does,
18:30
and you run a company like that, you can get
18:33
access to the President's office. You know why, because they
18:36
have another election coming up eventually, right, Well, they're going
18:39
to need some money, aren't they. And that's how it
18:42
all works, folks. It's all about the mighty dollar. And
18:46
these people like Less Wexner, Jeffrey Epstein, they're no different
18:49
than a bad boy on the corner. The second facts
18:52
was from a month before, was addressed to Reuben by
18:55
Margaret Wigglesworth, executive director of the Coalition of Service Industries
19:00
trade group for the Service Economy. It says that the
19:03
proposed changes would directly contradict the policies of fair trade
19:07
and would call into question our credibility as we pursue
19:11
open markets for American exports in the future. And this
19:15
is all part of, you know, how we globalized, basically,
19:18
how we became a one world market for good or
19:22
for ill. Wexner claimed that the proposed changes would have
19:26
cost a limited six hundred million, which in today's money
19:29
would be one point two billion. That's with a B.
19:32
While Epstein's lobbying initially paid off with a victory and
19:36
a vote in the Senate Finance Committee, the language he
19:39
opposed did make it into the final bill. The hilarious
19:43
part is that it even made it through the committee.
19:45
But if anyone thinks that our senators or our congressmen
19:49
or women have any kind of morality these days, just
19:53
take a look at their bank accounts before they get
19:55
into DC and then when they leave, and then you
19:58
tell me that they're not grifting. The documents give new
20:05
insight into how Epstein represented Wexner, the sole client for
20:09
his financial management company. By the time Epstein began visiting
20:13
the White House, Wexner had already signed over power of
20:16
attorney to Epstein for everything in his life, including his finances.
20:20
I just want to make a clarification. Leon Black was
20:22
also a client, or at least that's what he says. Right.
20:25
One hundred and fifty eight million dollars for advice sounds
20:29
like a client to me unless there was something else
20:31
going on. White House visitor logs showed that Epstein visited
20:36
Reuben at the White House in February nineteen ninety three,
20:39
and visited the White House a dozen times in nineteen
20:42
ninety four, with Clinton adviser Mark Middleton signing him in,
20:45
most frequently. Middleton, who was later banned from the White
20:49
House for abusing his access, was found dead at a
20:51
ranch in Arkansas earlier this year, having shot himself dead
20:55
at the age of fifty nine. Now. I won't even
20:58
dive into that one, but there's a lot lot of
21:00
people out there, you know, they'll make that Clinton connection
21:02
and they'll be running with it. Epstein's efforts were part
21:06
of an industry wide effort to oppose the new trade laws,
21:09
and executives from J. C. Penny, The Gap and Kmart
21:13
also contacted the White House, but the extent of Epstein's
21:16
access and his subsequent friendship with Epstein shows it was
21:21
the start of something more than just a professional relationship.
21:25
And he means Clinton here his subsequent friendship with Clinton.
21:30
Flight logs from Epstein's planes show that after leaving office,
21:33
Clinton flew at least twenty six times on the Pedophiles
21:37
jet known as the Lolita Express, and as many as
21:40
ten times with no secret service detail. I'm sure he
21:43
just left them home because it was an oversight, just
21:46
a mistake. I have a home. I'm not going to
21:48
bring house security with me on this trip. Somebody bring
21:50
me my trombone. The trips included a multi stop tour
21:55
in Asia in November of two thousand and three to
21:57
destinations including Russia, os Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing. The
22:02
log show in two thousand and two, Clinton took a
22:05
trip to Africa aboard Epstein's plane with the disgraced actor
22:10
Kevin Spacey and comedian Chris Tucker. Now I highly encourage
22:14
you to check out what Juliette Bryan has to say
22:17
about Bill Clinton, the trip to South Africa and everything
22:21
that followed. Photos previously published by daily mail dot com
22:26
showed Clinton being given a massage on the trip by
22:29
Schante Davies, one of Epstein's survivors. So an ex president
22:34
getting a massage by a human trafficking victim. Nothing wrong
22:38
with that picture, right, No more investigations needed there. In
22:43
twenty ten, Epstein's Madam Glenn Maxwell, was among the guests
22:47
at the wedding of Chelsea Clinton, Clinton's daughter. H wonder
22:51
how that happened. I guess that was an oversight too,
22:53
just a mistake. Let's not forget. They never ad it,
22:56
but I'll add it for you, because that's why you
22:58
folks come here after all. Alexander Dorossi was also given
23:02
a job at the State Department. Alexander Dorossi, Well, that's
23:06
Glen Maxwell's nephew who was running the State Department at
23:09
the time he got the job. That would be Hillary Clinton.
23:14
After Epstein's arrest in twenty nineteen on sex trafficking charges,
23:18
he hanged himself allegedly before a trial. Clinton spokesman Angel
23:23
Urena said the former president knows nothing about the terrible crimes.
23:27
Fonteime Bro and Wigglesworth did not request did not return
23:31
requests for comment. Well there it is, folks, just another
23:35
little look, right, another little look into the morbid, disgusting,
23:40
corrupt political class that we're burdened with. And when you're
23:45
letting people like Jeffrey Epstein come hang out of the
23:48
White House, what you're really telling me is that you
23:50
don't care about anything but money. We knew that already,
23:54
but it's always nice to see it reinforced. Right, So
23:58
I'm really interested to see how Bill Clinton reacts to
24:01
all of this. He's gonna get away with some more
24:03
canned bs, I'm sure of it, but he shouldn't be
24:06
able to. And the same way that The Daily Mail
24:10
was dog it in their pursuit of Prince Andrew, I
24:13
hope they do the same here. You know, people might
24:15
not like their tactics, but they have resources, and that's
24:18
what it comes down to, folks. Look, it's all about
24:20
dollars and cents, right. If you don't have the money
24:23
to pursue this shit, well you're stuck in neutral and
24:26
these big outlets. That's supposed to be their job as
24:28
the fourth estate. So it's nice to see the Daily
24:30
Mail continue down this path and I hope they continue
24:33
to do it. As for me, well that's going to
24:36
do it for this one. If you'd like to contact me,
24:38
you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com.
24:42
That's Bo Bby cap you Cci at ProtonMail dot com.

24:56
found in the description box. What's up everyone, Welcome back
25:00
to the Epstein Chronicles. In news that should shock nobody,
25:05
Les Wexner is trying to avoid a subpoena in the
25:09
Virgin Islands lawsuit. So he's been using all kinds of bodyguards,
25:14
all kinds of evasive maneuvers in order to not be served.
25:18
And if any of these gross ass sons of bitches
25:21
ever deserved to be served and put under oath, it
25:24
most certainly is Les Wexner. Today we have an article
25:28
from the Columbus Dispatch and the headline JP Morgan, Sue's
25:33
former executive with ties to Epstein, but Wexner rebuffs the subpoena.
25:39
This article was authored by Ken Sweet. JP Morgan Chase
25:44
suited its former executive Jeff Daily on Wednesday, alleging that
25:48
he ateed in hiding Jeffrey Epstein's years long sex abuse
25:52
and trafficking in order to keep the financier pedophile as
25:56
a client. Nothing untrue about any of that. That's all factual, okay.
26:01
And look, I'm not a big fan of the US
26:04
Virgin Islands. You all know that. I feel like they're
26:06
in it for a cash grab. But that doesn't mean
26:09
what they're saying here is incorrect or untrue. It is true.
26:14
And while I might not be a fan of their motivations,
26:18
I'm happy to see all of these scumbags get pants
26:21
in the process. The New York Bank seeks to hold
26:24
Jess Staley personally liable for any financial penalties that JP
26:28
Morgan may have to pay in two related cases. It
26:32
is also seeking to force Staley to pay back wages
26:35
he earned during the time he allegedly was aware of
26:38
the abuse and personally observed Epstein's behavior on multiple occasions.
26:44
I highly doubt they're ever gonna recoup that money, but
26:47
it's a good ask on their part. You might as
26:48
well add it, right, who knows what will happen, so
26:51
add it to your lawsuit. Look, we're gonna blame Jess Staley.
26:55
That's the strategy meeting, all right. They walked in. It's
26:57
jeff Staley's fault. Let's pinet all on him, and let's
27:01
act like we had no idea what was happening with Epstein.
27:04
But we know that's not the case. We know about
27:06
the emails, and we know about all of the bankers,
27:09
all of the big wigs, laughing about what Jeffrey Epstein
27:12
was up to. That's how they really feel about you.
27:15
When people tell you how they feel. My advice is
27:19
you should listen. And the financial sector doesn't give one
27:22
single fuck about you or your children. In light of
27:27
Staley's intentional and outrageous conduct in failing to disclose pertinent
27:31
information and abandoning JP Morgan's interests in favor of his
27:35
own and Epstein's personal interests, the bank is entitled to
27:40
punitive damages. The bank said in its lawsuit. I mean,
27:43
for real, how much did the bank make throughout the
27:46
time that Jeffrey Epstein was there? And what's the bank
27:49
going to do with that money? Oh, I'm sure they're
27:51
going to donate it, right, They're gonna give it all
27:53
back like they want Jeff Staley to. Here's an idea.
27:56
You were all in on it. You knew what Staley
27:59
was up to, and now you're backpedaling, trying to do
28:02
the marathon to create distance between you and your boy.
28:05
But guess what, nobody's gonna allow it. Everybody's been paying attention.
28:10
Everybody knows the players on this stage, and the party
28:13
is over for these lying ass financial institutions. A lawyer
28:18
for Staley had no comment on the lawsuit. JP Morgan's
28:22
lawsuit was filed after the bank was sued by the
28:24
government of the US Virgin Islands as well as by
28:28
a woman identified as Jane Doe, who was allegedly abused
28:32
by Epstein. Those lawsuits claimed JP Morgan should have seen
28:36
evidence of Epstein's sex trafficking and knowingly benefited from it.
28:40
Same goes for the US Virgin Islands. Let's not act
28:44
like the US Virgin Islands and the officials on the
28:46
island had no idea what Epstein was up to or
28:49
what Epstein was. They did, they knew it's documented. Hell,
28:54
people at the airport were talking about it when Epstein
28:56
would show up with a bunch of young girls. You
28:58
need to tell me the politicy Titians in the USVII
29:01
who were all getting fat at the trough of Jeffrey
29:04
Epstein had no idea what he was Stop it already,
29:08
And for me, that's my biggest beef with the United
29:11
States Virgin Islands and their nonsense. If they really meant
29:14
what they were saying, and they were truly looking for
29:17
their pound of flesh, there would be indictments. It wouldn't
29:20
just be a cash grab, right, if all of this happened.
29:23
You mean to tell me that there was no criminal
29:25
activity that's been documented that can be acted upon. I
29:29
don't believe that. I'm sorry, but I don't believe it.
29:32
The lawsuit by the US Virgin Islands repediately mentioned Epstein's
29:36
close ties to New Albany billionaire and L Brand's founder
29:40
Les Wexner, who was denied knowing of any illegal activity
29:44
by Epstein. Oh yeah, you know, Less Wexner is a
29:47
very believable guy, folks. Okay, I believe everything that this
29:50
guy has to say because he's been so truthful and
29:53
so transparent about all of his behavior said nobody ever,
29:56
who the hell believes what les Wexner has to say
29:59
about any Before Staley, Epstein relied heavily on the massive
30:04
wealth bestowed upon him, primarily by one individual, Leslie les
30:09
Herbert Wexner, to give him the appearance of grand importance,
30:13
while relying on his then Madam Nope, you're wrong about that,
30:16
his co conspirator, partner in crime and captain of industry,
30:21
Glen Maxwell, to find in groom young women to be abused.
30:25
The lawsuit states without Wexner, Epstein's sex trafficking operation could
30:30
never have occurred to the extent that it did, as
30:32
Epstein needed the appearance of extraordinary wealth to attract his
30:36
victims and force them to stay silent. Well, it wasn't
30:40
the appearance he did have this wealth. We know he
30:43
pilfered it, and we know that less Wexner gave him
30:45
a big fat chunk of change to get things off
30:47
the ground. Wexner is not a party to the Virgin
30:51
Islands case, but prosecutors there have sought information from him
30:55
for the case, including information about a payment of one
30:59
hundred and twenty four thousand, two hundred and thirty two
31:02
dollars made from an Epstein organization to Wexner. What Wexner
31:06
will say is, well, Jeffrey Epstein stole forty seven million
31:09
dollars from me, and I don't buy that either. I
31:12
believe that plan was all in place and it was
31:15
a burn after reading type of plan. If Epstein ever
31:18
got busted, that was the fallback. So Wexner didn't catch blowback.
31:22
I'll just say that you stole money from me, You're
31:24
already in trouble. What does that matter. Sounds like a
31:27
pretty logical idea and a pretty logical plan to me,
31:31
especially for people who are moving in the hallways of
31:34
intelligence and shit, what you think they don't sit around
31:37
plan and plot for the future. Of course they do.
31:42
The government seeks documents concerning the transactions and relationship between
31:46
Wexner and Epstein and communications with JP Morgan regarding Epstein,
31:51
according to a motion filed last month in US District
31:54
Court in New York seeking the court's help in serving
31:57
Wexner with a subpoena. It noted multiple efforts made to
32:02
subpoena Wexner in February were rebuffed, including when security guards
32:06
at Wexner's home prevented the person with the subpoena to
32:09
communicate with Wexner must be nice. Huh. How many of
32:13
you have some big burly ass x masad goon protecting
32:17
your door. Pretty sure most of us do not have
32:19
that benefit. And if somebody's trying to serve us, guess
32:22
what we get served and then we have to go
32:25
through the process. But if you have a big, gigantic
32:28
mansion and a bunch of goons protecting you, you're dancing
32:31
too your own tune. The motion also says the efforts
32:35
to serve the subpoena through the Columbus law firm Zieger,
32:38
Tiggts and Little, which has represented Wexner, were also unsuccessful.
32:43
A spokesman for Wexner declined to comment. You would think
32:46
that Les Wexner will want to help out here, right,
32:49
help out all of these girls who were abused in
32:51
all of that stuff, But no, he doesn't because he's
32:54
a scumbag who took part in all of it. So
32:57
if you're waiting for Les Wexner to help out here
33:00
and have a conversation, you're going to be waiting for
33:03
quite some time. Previous lawsuits have shown Staley and Epstein
33:08
exchanged hundreds of emails and text messages over the years,
33:11
and they were seen to have a close relationship that
33:14
went beyond the professional relationship a banker would have with
33:18
a wealthy client, unless, of course, that client had something
33:21
to offer the banker, and we all know what Epstein
33:24
was offering. The bank continues to deny allegations in its lawsuit. However,
33:30
it appears to allege that Staley may have committed sexual assault.
33:34
It notes in its lawsuit that the anonymous dough described
33:37
a powerful financial executive could use his clout with JP
33:41
Morgan to make Epstein untouchable. The bank says that the
33:45
financial executive was Staley. Well it was. It's not just
33:49
the bank saying that. It's a fact. Jeff Staley was
33:52
one of Jeffrey Epstein's top supporters, one of his most
33:56
powerful brokers, and somebody who certainly, according to these allegations anyway,
34:03
has a little bit more to answer for than just
34:05
having a relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Remember, there's layers to
34:09
this shit. You have the enablers, you have the hangers on,
34:12
and then you have the most vile of all the
34:14
people who actually took part in the abuse Epstein was
34:19
arrested in twenty nineteen on federal charges accusing him of
34:23
paying underage girls hundreds of dollars in cash for massages
34:27
and then molesting them at his homes in Florida and
34:30
New York. He was found dead in jail on August
34:33
tenth of that year, at age sixty six. A medical
34:36
examiner ruled his death a suicide. Yeah, okay, I guess
34:40
that's what you want to call it. Staley left JP
34:42
Morgan in twenty thirteen to become CEO of London based
34:46
bank Barclays. He resigned last year following a report by
34:51
British regulators into his past links with Epstein. The dude
34:55
should have never been hired at Barclay's in the first place,
34:58
and then Barclays keeps them on throughout all of the
35:01
financial turmoil for one reason and one reason only, Like
35:04
I said back then, so they could secure that bag.
35:07
Besides that, the second that it became a good idea
35:11
to jettison Staley. That's exactly what Barclays did. They got
35:15
rid of the dude. And now Staley finds himself bearing
35:18
the brunt of all of this fallout. And guess what
35:22
his bitch ass deserves it all right, folks, that's gonna
35:25
do it for this one. All of the information that
35:27
goes with the episode can be found in the description box.
35:31
What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
35:36
Today we're going to talk a little bit more about
35:38
Les Wexner and what's going on down in the United
35:42
States Virgin Islands. We know that Les Wexner has been
35:46
subpoenaed and he tried to dodge those subpoenas by having
35:50
his security run interference when the process server showed up. Well,
35:55
the judge decided, after a request from the prosecutors, that
35:59
less Wexner could be subpoenad via mail. And that's something
36:03
that we don't see all that often. Usually when you're
36:06
getting served, you have to have the process server hand
36:09
you those papers. But when you're playing games like Les
36:13
Wexner or the way Golaine Maxwell was, these judges they're
36:17
not gonna let you get away with it. Eventually, it's
36:21
gonna come to the point where they've had enough and
36:23
they'll take it to the next step and let you
36:25
get subpoenaed via mail. We've seen it before, and I'm
36:29
sure we're going to see it again. So let's get
36:32
into this article from Inside Edition, and let's see what
36:35
Chris Spargo has for US. Headline Jeffrey Epstein's staff who
36:40
say pedophile had underage girl on island and less Wexner
36:44
subpoenaed in the JP Morgan case. And the staff that
36:48
they're talking about here are the island managers and their
36:52
names are Miles and Kathy Alexander. All right, onto the article,
36:58
and this article was originally published on February twenty first
37:01
of twenty twenty three, in a civil lawsuit against JP
37:06
Morgan Chase Bank. Lawyers for the Virgin Islands have also
37:09
issued a subpoena for les Wexner, requesting information directly related
37:14
to the billionaire businessman's work with Epstein. Les Wexner may
37:19
finally be forced to reveal new details about his relationship
37:23
with Jeffrey Epstein. I highly doubt it. I'm sure he's
37:26
going to have to release some information, but it's going
37:30
to be curated. You really think that les Wexner, the
37:33
King of Columbus, Ohio, is going to come into this
37:36
ill prepared without a billion dollar legal team. You already
37:40
know that they're working behind the scenes to mitigate the
37:43
fallout for their client, Les Wexner, in a civil lawsuit
37:47
against JP Morgan Chase Bank, lawyers for the government of
37:50
the US Virgin Islands have issued a subpoena for Wexner,
37:54
requesting information directly related to the billionaire businessman's work with
37:58
Epstein and why he ended his professional relationship with the
38:03
convicted pedophile. Well, he'll tell you it has to do
38:06
with Epstein stealing money from him. But I've always said
38:09
that was the cover that was put in place from
38:12
the very beginning, all right, So if you ever get nailed,
38:15
we'll say that you stole money from me, and that'll
38:17
be my cover. Pretty simple, right, but effective. Obviously effective,
38:22
considering less Wexner has not been called to the carpet yet.
38:27
Of particular interest to prosecutors is a payment JP Morgan
38:31
allegedly processed from an Epstein charitable organization Enhanced Education, to
38:37
Wexner in the amount of one hundred twenty four thousand,
38:40
two hundred and thirty two dollars, according to a recent
38:44
court motion filed by the lawyer for the Government of
38:47
the Virgin Islands. Inside addition, obtained a copy of that
38:51
motion and the subpoena prosecutors issued for Wexner. The less
38:56
Wexner subpoena. Lawyers for the government submitted the motion in
39:00
hopes of getting the judge to issue an order allowing
39:03
service of the subpoena to Wexner by certified mail after
39:07
his staff members allegedly blocked a court server from delivering
39:11
the document to Wexner on multiple occasions. And this is
39:14
a tactic that's used by rich people the world over.
39:17
If they don't want to get served, they'll just retreat
39:20
back into their mansion. It's private property. They'll have their
39:23
guards patrol the grounds and they won't let anybody on
39:26
the grounds. And you'll have to play a game of
39:28
cat and mouse, and hopefully you catch them when they're
39:31
going to Starbucks or maybe when they're headed out for
39:33
their alfalfa sandwich or whatever the hell these weirdos eat.
39:38
The filing claims that attempts to serve Wexner in person
39:41
on February eighth and February eleventh at his home in
39:44
Ohio failed after a court server was allegedly refused access
39:49
to the eighty five year old founder of l Brands.
39:52
A security guard allegedly would not allow the server to
39:55
access or communicate with Wexner on the first attempt, says
39:59
the fire and the security guard allegedly prevented service again
40:04
during that second visit, according to the motion motion to
40:08
serve Les Wexner by certified mail. An attempt to serve
40:12
Wexner at the offices of his charitable foundation also failed
40:16
on February eighth, says the court document, after the server
40:20
was blocked from physical entry and was told via intercom
40:23
that Wexner was not present and only came into the
40:26
foundation two or three times per year. Now, why would
40:30
somebody like Les Wexner be trying to avoid this? Why
40:33
wouldn't he just go and handle his business like any
40:37
of us would have to. Oh, that's right, special treatment,
40:40
I forgot. Wexner is being asked in the subpoena to
40:44
provide the prosecutors with all documents reflecting all communications with
40:49
or concerning Epstein, including but not limited to, all communications
40:55
regarding services or advice provided to you by Epstein and
40:59
your termination of Epstein, All documents reflecting or concerning all
41:05
communications with JP Morgan Chase regarding Epstein, all documents reflecting
41:10
concerning Epstein, and introductions or payments to women from massages
41:16
or for modeling services, or regarding trafficking or sexual abuse
41:21
of women by Epstein. Lawyers for the government are also
41:26
hoping to get more information about communications between Wexner and
41:30
JP Morgan from two thousand and eight, the year that
41:33
Wexner ended his professional relationship with Epstein. According to the motion,
41:37
and again, that whole entire thing was a cover the
41:41
whole he stole money from me, the whole entire Oh,
41:45
I had no idea what Epstein was up to. All
41:48
of that was bull You don't give somebody the keys
41:50
to the kingdom the way less Wexner gave Jeffrey Epstein
41:53
the keys to the kingdom if you don't know what's
41:55
going on. And not only that, but Epstein used those
41:59
keys to the kingdom to further his criminal enterprise and
42:02
to abuse women, all under the pretext that they're going
42:06
to get a job working for Victoria's secret. It's frustrating
42:10
because this is all common knowledge to those of us
42:13
who have been following this for all of these years,
42:15
Because something should have been done about this a very
42:18
long time ago. After being unable to serve Wexner, prosecutors
42:23
attempted to facilitate service through his attorneys, says the motion,
42:27
but those efforts failed as well. According to Singer, lawyers
42:31
for Wexner at the Ohio firm of Zeger, Tiggis and
42:35
Little did not respond to requests for comment. I mean,
42:38
why would they. They have nothing to say here. If
42:41
they just keep silent and keep it moving, nothing's ever
42:44
going to happen to less Wexner. Wexner told members of
42:47
his foundation that Epstein agreed to step back from the
42:50
management out of our personal finances in two thousand and seven,
42:54
shortly after prosecutors in Palm Beach County drafted a fifty
42:58
three page indictment following an investigation into claims that Epstein
43:03
solicited underage girls for prostitution. That indictment was never filed
43:08
in court, and Epstein ultimately agreed to plead guilty to
43:11
one count of solicitation of prostitution and one count of
43:16
solicitation of a minor four prostitution in two thousand and
43:20
eight as part of a deal with prosecutors. Wexner wrote
43:25
in a twenty nineteen letter to members of the foundation
43:28
obtained by Inside Edition Digital that after Epstein stepped down,
43:33
we discovered that he had misappropriated vast sums of money
43:36
from me and my family. At that time, with his
43:40
credibility and our trust in him destroyed, Wexner said that
43:44
he immediately severed ties with Epstein. It's very convenient that
43:48
they found that money right at the time where Epstein
43:51
was under the microscope. Does anybody believe that? Honestly? Do
43:55
any of you believe that out there? It's all a
43:58
cover story, And I don't hear anybody else even talking
44:00
about that. The fact that he gave Epstein this money
44:04
with the intent of saying that the money was pilfered
44:08
if shit went south is a pretty standard move when
44:12
you're talking about people like this. It's all about plausible deniability, right, Oh, yeah,
44:17
we were friends. Oh he worked for me. But that's
44:19
as far as it went. But the reality is, we
44:22
know that's not the truth. Wexner is not the only
44:26
one of Epstein's former associates being asked to provide documents
44:30
to lawyers for the Virgin Islands. Miles and Kathy Alexander,
44:34
the couple who managed Epstein's private island, Little Saint James
44:38
from nineteen ninety nine to two thousand and seven have
44:41
also been subpoenaed in the case and asked to sit
44:44
for a deposition. According to subpoenas obtained by Inside Edition Digital,
44:49
Kathy and Miles are both being asked to provide lawyers
44:53
with documents, communications and agreements related to your employment by
44:59
Jeffrey Epstein, including but not limited to, one employment and
45:03
severance agreement, two non disclosure agreements, three all payments in
45:09
any form received from or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein.
45:14
Four all communications with Jeffrey Epstein, Kallayne, Maxwell, Bella, Kleine,
45:19
Daphne Wallace, Harry Beller, Leslie Groff, Sarah Kellen, Sarah Kensington
45:25
or Sarah Vickers. All the same person by the way,
45:28
Erica Keller, Hall's Richard d conn d or Darren k
45:32
endyke And that's basically the inner circle right there, and
45:36
all of the people that were helping him make moves
45:38
financially or otherwise. Miles Alexander subpoena. Kathy said in a
45:44
twenty eleven interview with Daily Mail that she had been
45:47
suspicious about the ages of the girls who arrived on
45:50
the island from the start. I saw some girls who
45:53
I thought were very young, looking, about sixteen or seventeen easily,
45:58
and it bugged me because I have a daughter, and
46:01
although she was in her twenties, I didn't like the
46:03
idea that another woman's child was in that situation. I
46:06
didn't feel comfortable about it. Kathy said in that interview. Yeah,
46:10
but you kept working for him, right. You didn't do
46:12
anything to stop it, did you. They looked like they
46:15
had stepped out of an underwear catalog. They walked around
46:18
with very few clothes on, or lounged around by the
46:21
pool with nothing on. It was like that most of
46:24
the time. I was concerned about their ages. A few
46:27
of them looked very young, and I couldn't help but
46:29
wonder if their mothers knew where they were. Now, keep
46:33
this in mind, folks, when we're talking about all of
46:35
the people who visited this island. This was commonplace on
46:39
the island. These girls lounging around topless, no clothes on,
46:43
scantily clad. And if everybody else is recognizing that these
46:48
girls are very young looking, you need to tell me
46:50
that none of these bozos who went to the island
46:53
were hipped to it. Of course they were, but guess
46:57
what they didn't care, and the only time they ever
46:59
cared is when they get exposed. Her husband, Miles, said
47:03
in the same interview that he had actual proof of
47:06
one underage girl being on the island. One was definitely underage,
47:11
but she had a letter of consent from her parents
47:13
and was under the guardianship of a model agency, said Miles, Folks,
47:19
I don't know how much more I can stress the
47:21
fact that these modeling agencies are not good for your children.
47:25
There is not enough gold on this planet that you
47:27
could give me to leave my child in the care
47:30
of any modeling agency anywhere in the world. He also
47:36
said in the interview that this underage girl arrived on
47:39
the island during his first day working as the manager
47:42
of the Little Saint James property. Now, if that's your
47:45
first day, why did you stick around? If I show
47:48
up to work and there's an underage girl running around
47:51
with a bunch of other scantily clad women, your boys
47:54
getting on the first boat off the island and getting
47:57
out of Dodge and reporting what he saw. The attorneys
48:01
for the Virgin Islands are assuing JP Morgan, arguing in
48:04
court papers that the bank helped fund and conceal Epstein's
48:08
alleged sect trafficking ring. JP Morgan knew, including at the
48:13
highest level of the bank, that Epstein was an extremely
48:16
high risk client. Between two thousand and five and twenty thirteen,
48:20
there were reports that Epstein sexually abused women and girls.
48:25
Reads the filing. In two thousand and eight, Epstein pled
48:28
guilty to sexual offenses and registered as a sex offender.
48:33
Despite JP Morgan's acknowledgment that it needed to closely monitor Epstein,
48:38
JP Morgan ignored numerous red flags and failed to comply
48:42
with federal banking regulations until years later, after J P
48:46
Morgan was no longer benefiting from Epstein's business. JP Morgan
48:51
has moved to have the case dismissed in court papers.
48:54
The bank cut ties with Epstein in twenty thirteen, and
48:58
we know that that failed. We weren't able to dismiss
49:01
the case, and the case is moving forward. But this
49:03
gives you a little bit more of a look into
49:06
the games that these fuckers are playing, and all the
49:09
dancing around, all the avoidance. This is what's been going
49:12
on for decades, and finally, at least some of them
49:16
are getting called to the carpet. The question is when's
49:19
it going to be time for Les Wesner to dance
49:23
to the tune the prosecutors are playing. All right, folks,
49:27
that's gonna do it for this one. All of the
49:29
information that goes with the episode can be found in
49:32
the description box.
