- 2:12[SPEAKER_00]: Back on the ice, you're actually keeping eye out.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to have a Alex Peters himself is going to give his thoughts on the Benson
- 2:21[SPEAKER_00]: And what we could be looking at as he texted me during the game and said that is something that I've seen a lot in my experience as a physical therapist for physical therapist, you know, working with a different hockey team.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_00]: So he's going to give us his thoughts here soon, so keep an eye out for that on Twitter and Instagram.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he was huge.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_01]: He was absolutely huge, especially in that 513 in the 3rd.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_01]: I thought the defense had pretty good job of clearing the lanes and letting him see Pucks, but he still got to make the save, especially on that verhaggy opportunity.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_01]: Pretty soon into that 513, he stared him down and he didn't necessarily even challenge that much either.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_01]: He just reacted and he made a huge save and following those two early goals, which were not his fault.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_01]: I thought he played a really, really good game.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_01]: And when you get down to zero, that's what you need from your goal tender.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_01]: And he's provided that all season long, but especially tonight in a revenge game for him as a former Florida Panther against a team with obviously a ton of pedigree.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_01]: injuries, galore, not necessarily the same team that won two Stanley cups in a row, but still a massive win, massive two points, right, another regulation win, which the Sabers have a lot of compared to their competition in the east right now.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_01]: So cannot be overstated absolutely huge.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, he said.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_00]: I thought Peyton Crabbs probably had the best game of his savings career today or close to it.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_00]: I thought he was fantastic.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_00]: You know, Josh Dome, Shane Dome 2.0 is in turn Joey put it during the live tweet today.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_00]: He was fantastic.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_00]: Dage.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_00]: Is there maybe next to Cole Coffield, the hotter player going into the Olympics right now?
- 4:15[SPEAKER_00]: He's playing out of his mind.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, as Cole Coffield was doing his Mr. Saturn Knight routine this past Saturday.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_01]: I thought to myself how he possibly can't be on the team.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_01]: I think that would help USA a lot third leading goal score in the league behind only.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_01]: I think it was Nathan McKinnan and Connor McDavid to pretty good players.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_01]: So that's unfortunate, but speaks to how well it takes just playing especially since the new year and when he was announced on the team.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_01]: So.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean, I said it, thank God for teach, like that goal and his ability to manipulate defenders in the offensive zone and that all world shot, which is nobody's going to stop if he gets it off in the right spot.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_01]: And yeah, that that changed the momentum in the first period very, very quickly.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and like listen, like they got in that two hole, two nothing hole early, like you said, like how crucial that goal was and just just felt he moving and pat at stage Thompson fashion, but you go down three nothing there, man, that is a, you go on against arguably one of the best bullies in the world.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_00]: dealt with a lot of injuries dealt with a lot of their own diversity of the season.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_00]: But you get a three, three, nothing whole against them.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_00]: That is very difficult the cloud of but page, you know, get some battles back, gets at the two and one, two to one.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_00]: And then Krebs off a unbelievable sauce pass from a dialing ties before hiding in the second period.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_01]: It's a really good game from paincrubs especially tonight.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_01]: He has shown a lot, I think, in the past couple months that he's not necessarily just this agitator, this foreclon guy that'll give you a good couple of minutes here and there.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_01]: He's really rounded his game into form, especially on the skillful and he's made some really good plays as of late.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, a goal and a huge assistant I think he's shown his value to this team over the past couple months and as a part of the Jack I'll try to you would you would hope that it would eventually round into form a few years later obviously he's still very young I think people forget that about him and he of course he has the pedigree himself being a
- 6:30[SPEAKER_01]: a first round pick and being Vegas's top truss back when they when they traded them to Buffalo, but yeah, really have to be that from crab.
- 6:37[SPEAKER_01]: He's obviously integral to the locker and the guys love him.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_01]: He'll of course throw himself into any situation no matter who he's going against, what the size of the opposing player is.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_01]: He's a heart and soul of a lot to do with this team.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_01]: And to see him get rewarded for his hard work is really great to see.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and listen, we had this conversation a couple times already, and like you talk about the imminent trade deadline, this raw surface really looks, you know, you kind of try and look up and down your line up and where you can improve.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: Who comes out, you know, who do you add in.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not saying he's untouchable.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: No, but he, you know, there's a list of the touchables in this team.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's a bit longer than it was to start the season, but it's still not very long.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_00]: I have a hard time being convinced that we need to trade pay in grabs.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_00]: I think it takes a lot more convincing now for me.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_01]: Definitely don't need to.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think you need to trade anybody at the moment given the way they're going.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_01]: I think not messing up the culture in the locker room in the momentum and the camaraderie in the feeling that they've built over the past two months is important.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_01]: And I think Yarmos definitely taking note of that.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_01]: Like he's seems like.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_01]: He's got a good feel for the locker room, obviously guys calling and intimidating, but I think he's just noticing, kind of like the rest of us are what this team has built, especially on a night like tonight, like going down early to nothing, that looks pretty bleak, coming off a tough loss to the Canadian together night.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_01]: That could have been really ugly and it would have made a lot of us question what this team was going into the Olympic break, especially if they go into Tampa on a back-to-back tomorrow night and not perform or Tampa performs the way that they usually
- 8:21[SPEAKER_01]: So the ability to come back in the way that they did is I think speaks a lot to the character of this group.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_01]: speaks a lot to the coaching staff and I don't think you necessarily need to trade anybody.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_01]: I really don't.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe if you want to raise the ceiling a little bit and potentially get yourself into a better position to win one or two rounds, then potentially you need more skill or you need more depth on the DN, but I don't know.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_01]: I think the prospect system is good enough.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_01]: I think you've got enough first round picks that you won't need over the next few years as we've
- 8:55[SPEAKER_01]: they're coming to fruition recently, but yeah, you don't need to train anybody that's a night tonight player on this roster.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I, I kind of disregard the chat here for while we kind of open the show.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_00]: When I first looked at it, there was 29, there was a couple minutes ago,
- 9:19[SPEAKER_00]: So I love it.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_00]: I hate it because like I try and keep up with you guys throughout the show.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's a lot easier when when Connor, when with Connor here, you know, because while he's talking, I can do that, but I just, I'm sorry.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_00]: I completely disregard the chat.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_00]: I'm already getting y'all that.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_00]: So I apologize.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_00]: That penalty kill.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_00]: Curls.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: How, like, how convinced you were, were you that we were looking at a tie game there with like, what was a minute and 15 seconds of
- 9:48[SPEAKER_01]: No, our penalty kills really good and I think I've seen a few times this season even with a five on three.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_01]: They get their sticks and lanes.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_01]: They're covering guys in the back door.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_01]: They're staying tight, especially to their triangle on a five on three.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_01]: I was obviously worried, but I am confident in this power.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_01]: And this penalty kill.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not sure where they rank at the moment.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_01]: Obviously, they were in the top five of the league.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_01]: for the first half of the season, even when the team wasn't necessarily playing well.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_01]: But I had faith in those guys and your best penalty killers are goalie.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_01]: And as we said, Alex Lyon made huge saves when he absolutely needed to on point blank.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_01]: Really, really high danger chances on that five on three.
- 10:29[SPEAKER_01]: And I think that speaks to the rest of the game as well in terms of his composure and how
- 10:35[SPEAKER_01]: He faced a really tough situation.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_01]: I think both of us can speak to two of your first four or five shots going in, especially off bad bounces, what that can do to your psyche, and it really shows how mentally strong of a person and goal tender he is.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and like, would you say, like, if you were to act, like, if you were to, like, we're beyond the halfway point of this season, like, where does Alex Lyon rank for you in terms of MVP the team so far?
- 11:06[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I would, I think goal-tending generally is one of the top three most important things is why this team is where they are right now, and he's, he's the main one, so I would put him definitely in that, and that top three slot for individual players.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_01]: I would, it's hard, it's hard to pick honestly because there are
- 11:25[SPEAKER_01]: So many guys that have made such an impact especially with lower expectations.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_01]: I think obviously once UPL was hurt, I think everybody knew that it was his starter jobs to lose.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_01]: But for what he's been able to do in high-pressure situations against really good teams, I think has exceeded all of our expectations.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe even his own.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_01]: I think he's pretty confident in himself and he told us over the summer that he just wanted to do whatever he possibly could to help this team win as many games as possible.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_01]: he's doing that in more so uh... super-crafel for a helix line and night it's nice to be on the other end of it especially with what he did a couple years ago in that and that game against evidently by at the end of the uh... twenty twenty twenty twenty twenty twenty three season we got the real o-n-power checking if the locker room uh... big fan of the show what's up it's up for the week where we sure this is an o-n-power sucks twenty five
- 12:18[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, I mean, that's how you know the tide is changing.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I'm sure that guy's still in here.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_01]: But, or maybe he changes username to the real right here.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_01]: There he is, there he is.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, especially after that game on Saturday night, I think he might change his tune here pretty soon.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_01]: I read a great article from Matthew Farber and they're talking about talking about how he's made significant strides, especially in the past two months.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_01]: And I think it's noticeable watching him out on the ice.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_01]: So positive development.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_01]: Hopefully we could all just come to the middle.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, now tomorrow that's a tough one.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_00]: I would say obviously you're going to see Alice and not tomorrow the only way you would have seen lion take both games if like you had a very very low event game tonight where he wasn't really working much.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think he would have regard this.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_00]: I really don't think so.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_01]: No, especially with the injury recently and that's true.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_00]: Would you a rather lie?
- 13:26[SPEAKER_00]: I mean granted.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you need that you don't I am I'm gonna go on the limb and so say I was probably didn't get you that would a night Who knows I think that's high that's high level gets you that win.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that's not a knock against him.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_00]: I just think that like
- 13:42[SPEAKER_00]: the experience and being in that situation of possibly being down in a two to nothing whole, because both those first two goals are, you know, Nargan on Lion.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_00]: No, I mean, like one was a deflection, and one was an absolute snipe.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, probably not.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_01]: But I think Ellis's, I think we've seen his ceiling.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_01]: I think he can steal a game here and there.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_01]: So I wouldn't put it past him, but yeah, I mean,
- 14:04[SPEAKER_01]: Where his floor is and and everything we've seen from him obviously a bit chaotic sometimes, but I don't know, I'm confident him going into Tampa tomorrow night, especially with them coming off that crazy crazy game was that yesterday the stadium series game against the ground.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_01]: I think they're, I mean, they're walking into the stadium and Tampa Bay box uniforms.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_01]: John Cooper's looks like he's a Italian mobster from the 1920s.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_01]: Obviously, they came back and won it, but it was, it was absolutely nuts.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_01]: I think that's potentially an emotional letdown spot for the, for the lightning to burn it.
- 14:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, you're at the highest of highs, right?
- 14:41[SPEAKER_00]: Like you had, you know, you win the outdoor game, wasn't a winter classic, still stadium series.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, and that was a fun game to watch on your wrong, high scoring, you had a goaly fight.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_01]: Don't worry, if we get up early tomorrow, I've got my, I've got my Tampa Bay lightning walking into bucks into the stadium with bucks uniforms memes ready.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_01]: Like, that was, oh, yes.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, absolutely ridiculous.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, I mean, I appreciate who dropped what's so lost.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_01]: I appreciate the commitment to the bit, but yeah, clearly he hated that.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, you know what I mean?
- 15:14[SPEAKER_00]: So like you're all remember him at the All Star game.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_00]: He doesn't like that yet.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_00]: He doesn't like the stick of like,
- 15:21[SPEAKER_00]: Beatrix and just doing stuff for the sake of entertainment, he's just there to play hockey, get drunk, and take a shirt off.
- 15:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he's a beauty.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_01]: He's a lot of league and scoring yet again.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_01]: Well, how many points is he have?
- 15:37[SPEAKER_01]: I saw someone posted about it today.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_01]: Let me see.
- 15:40[SPEAKER_01]: He is up to 86, McDavid's got 95, McKinnons got 91, so McDavid's probably going to run away with it, but Kutrov had a bit of a start to, and he still has 86 points in 50, 49 games.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_01]: Yep, he's insane.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_00]: He's absolutely insane.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_00]: Again, I don't know.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that name is, but the in terms of the Benson injury, we haven't gotten up to yet.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_00]: I did just get the video from Alex Peters on his take on the video.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_00]: So we're going to be tweeting that out on both Twitter and our Instagram account.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_00]: So make sure you're following two gollies one Mike and, you know, hey, he'll give you his thoughts on what it was.
- 16:27[SPEAKER_00]: He did mention possible separation.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_00]: It was a longer video, but.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_00]: he did mention to me that he has seen the documentary multiple times throughout his career and he said he said he has a pretty good idea of what it is.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_00]: So again what we'll we'll we'll post that out shortly here after we you know we could done with the show but hopefully it's hopefully it's not as bad as it looks
- 16:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, rough said post game that Benson is still being evaluated.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_01]: It's an upper body injury.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_01]: As for the play, I thought the defender definitely got his skate.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_01]: I thought it was he actually did a pretty good job of getting on his outside and lifting his stick.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_01]: But he clearly went down for a reason.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_01]: especially Zach Benson, who would never go down if he didn't need to, especially a play at the net.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_01]: His, I think the defender's right or left skate touched, uh, Benson's right skate, and that's the reason he fell and won so hard into the boards.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, Miss Call, uh, I don't necessarily think it was a dirty play, but it should have been a penalty.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_00]: Should have been a really, sure.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_01]: It really, really unfortunate.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think any suspension.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_01]: I don't necessarily even think
- 17:42[SPEAKER_01]: They got a penalty one 10 second later and they and Josh Stone was able to score.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_01]: So balled on Ly, Carma's a bitch, but I think it would be a really, really unfortunate, especially if Benson is out for an extended period of time.
- 17:56[SPEAKER_00]: Do it.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_00]: And Josh don't just continue to have an incredible season.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_00]: Have passed from behind the net.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_00]: The
- 18:03[SPEAKER_00]: You know, put himself in a good position to get that pass from Crab's, Josh don't just continuing to, I saw there was, there was, there was,
- 18:13[SPEAKER_00]: some graphics out there last week or two weeks ago about where he is like this year compared to where his dad was and at the same point in the same point in his career and he's on pace right now to exceed his father's numbers which you know I guess coming into the trade when we first it was first announced people questioned it I was one of them you know because of what we
- 18:41[SPEAKER_00]: If you were to tell me that he was going to have even this if he was going to end his first season of the saber with the amount of points that he has right now and the amount of goals he has right now I think every single
- 19:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, 100% he's exceeded kind of like Alex line, every single expectation and then some he is the quintessential NHL player.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_01]: He back checks like his life depends on it.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_01]: He gets to the front of the net.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_01]: He's a really good playmaker.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_01]: Clearly beloved in the locker room.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know how we got so lucky.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_01]: And I count my lucky stars every day that somehow the mammoth thought Josh Stone was expendable.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_01]: So shout out to them and shout out to Kevin Adams, potentially Yarmel as well, who is there for for the trade when it happened.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_01]: And we can look back and smile at the takes that we had when the trade was made.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I got a couple of questions in the chat.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_00]: People want to know of
- 19:51[SPEAKER_01]: No, this is an amp that's fine, actually.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_01]: I think I got this on the corner of hurdle and elmoid.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_01]: The amp that's over there, I used to go there at ton in high school, and I needed something for the fourth of July one year, and it's been a staple in my closet ever since.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and a couple of shot a couple of shout outs to some new some people in the chat.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to the welcome to chat Derek 69 points for the Sabers.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_00]: Nice.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_00]: Very nice.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_00]: Very nice.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_00]: So nice.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_00]: Hopefully we get a Montreal loss.
- 20:26[SPEAKER_01]: tonight last time I checked somebody in the chat said it was tied three three don't know if somebody else can update us on that still three three oh about to go over time god damn loser point all right so we'll be we'll be back to wildcard one is what it is game in hand though so owing to my own night would put us back to third in the Atlantic I don't care whatever they could still control their own destiny
- 20:50[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not too worried about other teams at the moment shot 41 to 20 tonight for the Panthers shout out Alex line hits 23 22 in favor of Buffalo in the moment we've all been waiting for face-offs 31 for the Panthers 30 for the Sabers so one of the better face-off nights and I was trying to take actual note of it while the game was happening in terms of
- 21:18[SPEAKER_01]: draws one and draws lost, they actually did our right today.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_01]: And that was that was noticeable just by watching the broadcast and paying attention to it.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_01]: Um, McLeod was nine and seven.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_01]: Aslund was three and four.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_01]: Tage eight nine.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_01]: Not necessarily what he's known for.
- 21:33[SPEAKER_01]: We'll take it and Tyson Koshaq six and five.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_01]: So I am somewhat pleased with that and they need to keep that going because I think that's important.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_00]: for sure.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_00]: Would you think of the, the Benson goal.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_00]: Do you think Bob was up like all of us, you know, watching the Hatchik documentary.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_00]: Got a little expired about the coming out of the, not antics the dominator and like to tell to save fish out of water or guy who looked more,
- 22:01[SPEAKER_00]: Never looked more confused than my life when he realized that he had no shot and just to know what to do.
- 22:08[SPEAKER_00]: Like Steve Vangel, I'll find the picture.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_00]: He sent me a fantastic screen shot because I said do your thing where he says when you're a goalie 10 the goal.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_00]: He loves to shout that when stuff like that happens.
- 22:22[SPEAKER_00]: He's I'll see if I can bring it up, but it's a fantastic.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_00]: screen grab your thoughts on that goal as a goalie when you have you ever been in that situation that Bob.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_01]: 100% I tried to avoid as much as possible.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_01]: I wouldn't necessarily say I am the best puck handler as a goalie.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_01]: So I try to stay away from it unless I absolutely need to.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_01]: What's the saying he who hesitates has lost?
- 22:44[SPEAKER_01]: I think he hesitated a little bit on that play and of course a guy like Ryan McLeod who's one of the best apparently killers in the lead coming out of the box one of the fastest skaters on the savers.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_01]: That's just a bad bad match for sure.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_01]: definitely a bad play.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_01]: He would say so himself.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_01]: I'd be interested to see if he was asked about it.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, I think with those plays, you got to be sure.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_01]: And also, you have to go even sooner than you would even think.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_01]: Like the moment you think it's like a good idea, you need to go like a couple seconds before that, especially going up against your asshole.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_01]: And yeah, he waited way too long, and it still wasn't an easy play from a cloud to get it over to Benson, who had two guys on him, and he still needed to get the puck in the net.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_01]: A very exact Benson goal.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_01]: Hardworking, gritty.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_01]: I hope that he is alright.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, really, really funny play, but sometimes those are the plays that need to go your way, especially after those
- 23:49[SPEAKER_01]: What kind of came back on our side?
- 23:51[SPEAKER_00]: It was a great board pass of the McCloud, again, you know, using his speed and then Bob just can't just, whoa, but I'm going to bring up the picture here.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, if we're talking just like penalty kill or maybe even like a one-on-one situation, he's in, he's in good form there.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, if he's got guys on the other side covering the back more than skate to take away the past lane, do you know what I mean?
- 24:22[SPEAKER_01]: Kind of looks like a soccer defender almost.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's five holes open.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_01]: That passes already to on its way to Benson by that point.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_01]: And yeah, 99 after that.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_01]: I will say winning back to back cups and a couple of asanas in there.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_01]: You're afforded those opportunities of anyone in the league that could potentially get away with something like that.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_01]: It's Sergei Babrofsky, so I'm sure he's not going to lose too much sleep about it.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_00]: I just love it.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_00]: It's like that meme like so I guess you're wondering how I got in such.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_01]: Good stuff.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_01]: There was a there was a different screenshot.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_01]: One of my favorite Twitter follows is hockey images Unfortunate hockey images that proceed like certain events or whatever.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I sent that to them.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_01]: Hopefully they repost But yeah, is what it is But yeah, hockey images that proceed unfortunate event That account and it's unfortunate hockey if anyone wants to give them a follow.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_01]: But um
- 25:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, no, it's, uh, it's pretty funny, especially coming from one of the best goalies in Intel history.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and they said we had some in-depth conversation about him and the other three Russian goal is if Russia was in the Olympics this year, like we even said, like Bob probably might have been the hot man out of that three-goly rotation.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_01]: Real quick on that, I got a tip from a friend the other day that the lightning have 10 Olympians, 10, which is like an insane number, and also if Russia was allowed to play, they would definitely have 12, potentially more.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, so who?
- 25:58[SPEAKER_01]: Well, Seralee, great and point, who else had men had men had men, had men, Seralee, point, I think did radish make the team, he should have.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_01]: So, okay.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_01]: So, Gensel, Hagle, Seralee, point, had men, Gurgonsons, there's got to be some guys from other teams that we are
- 26:26[SPEAKER_00]: Florida had a couple of Latvians, and I ate the other day.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I saw that.
- 26:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's got, I mean, just your typical guys that you don't necessarily, Bjork Strand potentially, I would imagine, who else?
- 26:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, hard to say off the top of my head here.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, allegedly they have 10, which I think could potentially be a storyline for a team that's already on the older side
- 26:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, uh, the bean pot, which is going on right now, uh, lot in Zachar, uh, Buffalo native net for Northeastern, uh, may have just made these save of the college season, uh, preaching the things, lot in Zachar.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_00]: How do you spell it?
- 27:16[SPEAKER_00]: L. A. I'm going to pull up the video here, but L. A. W. T. O. N. Then Zachar Z.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_00]: A. C. H. E. R. His brother plays, um,
- 27:26[SPEAKER_00]: forget where his brother plays, but they're all, they both play App HL in the summers, but you made just made an incredible stick save in the bean pot just now.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_01]: Oh yeah, grabbed it by the paddle.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_00]: Oh yeah, that's incredible.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_00]: I'll pull it up here in a second.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_00]: Let's kick it back to our sponsors again, fatty of your company.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_00]: Westerners, premier market and tap room, of course, with three hundred beers, Jews from at seven different Westerner locations.

- 27:55[SPEAKER_00]: Let them know we sent you two as I'm like celebrating a
- 27:59[SPEAKER_00]: savers win against Florida or celebrating a Montreal loss just now in OT.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_00]: The only get one point savers get to.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_00]: Damn those loser points when they don't go our way.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_00]: But, um, and of course, extreme discount mattress.

- 29:38[SPEAKER_00]: So shout-out to our three sponsors again.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_00]: Hurls, there's so many, I think, good things to talk about this game tonight.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_00]: Outside of what we already talked about, you know, to play objosh don't, to play of paint and crebs, possibly having to talk to the team of here.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_00]: I think the one thing that we kind of like kind of talk about, and I'm kind of steal this one from a different podcast, they after the whistle, they call it, Talk Lash, you know, you've seen, have you seen Jerry McGuire before, right?
- 30:13[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, one of the time to go down.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_00]: Kush, Kush Lash was the phrase from that movie.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_00]: We have Tuck Lash, and I'm sorry to steal that from PD, but that just constantly seems to be the constant talking point and we're gonna beat that dead horse until it's finally decided on whether it's signing him or he's your own rental, like we talked about with hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter, hotter,
- 30:41[SPEAKER_00]: Has anything changed in your mind, you know, ever since the quote, man.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_00]: I just feel like he said, when he says that, pearls, like he's not saying that as a guy in my opinion, who plans on leaving.
- 30:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I don't think so either.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_01]: I think he wants to say, but I also think he's got to be realistic and know what his market value is.
- 31:01[SPEAKER_01]: At least for this season, he's not going anywhere.
- 31:03[SPEAKER_01]: He's not going to be traded.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_01]: I don't necessarily think he's going to sign an extension
- 31:11[SPEAKER_01]: The Sabers unless he goes on this crazy generational run and the Sabers think he's too invaluable and don't want to even let him test free agency.
- 31:20[SPEAKER_01]: I don't, I don't see that happening.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_01]: I think he's set himself when his agent has said that they don't want to
- 31:27[SPEAKER_01]: get a contract done to distract from what's happening during the season.
- 31:32[SPEAKER_01]: Obviously Josh don't just got it done, so I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility, but he is not being traded to another team.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_01]: He is too important to the room.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_01]: He is the last guy off the ice after they win games.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_01]: He is a leader in the locker room.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody loves him.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_01]: He is a Saber's fan, born and raised from Western and essential in New York.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_01]: There is absolutely no way he will be traded.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_01]: So I think that just gets into the conversation whether it's going to be an on-rattle, or if they can come to some type of compromise.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_01]: either before the season ends or the offseason ideally five years.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_01]: I think would be better for the team.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_01]: If they front load it or give them a big signing bonus or give them a little bit more term.
- 32:13[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, give them a little bit more A, V. I think that potentially could work, but he's not going anywhere and I think it doesn't necessarily need to be speculated that much because I think that's all that matters at this current moment.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, again,
- 32:28[SPEAKER_00]: all valid points, there's zero chance.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, built in Buffalo, they put out their, their graphic today about the debate, you know, could you see Alex talk making $11 million a season, should the neighbors pay him $11 million a season?
- 32:47[SPEAKER_00]: This was my thoughts today.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_00]: No, I don't want to have to pay him $11 million.
- 32:52[SPEAKER_00]: I think you need, like to your point, you need to be realistic about that price tag.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_00]: I'm okay with paying him 10.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_00]: Totally okay with Adam's time and the people who sit there and say that he's got maybe a couple good years left Okay, well, let's look at players that are over 35 right now and still averaging more than a point for game Are we gonna say that Alex talk is that guy?
- 33:13[SPEAKER_00]: No, he's not at the level of your betchkins Your mock-ins your crossbees, you know, all those guys who seem to just don't have You know, too much of a tovara as isn't the one stamp goes to season is another one.
- 33:25[SPEAKER_00]: Ryan O'Reilly is another one this season
- 33:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I don't know if we're going to put them in every the same class every single one of those players, but you also remember like Alex took a state relatively healthy the most for most of his career like he's not a guy that's dealt with a lot of injuries, hamper, a lot of it takes really good care of his body.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_00]: I I if there was a guy that on this team that you were going to sign to beyond beyond 35 years old.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_00]: rolls would you be happy if you got like if you because you want to make your deal right like that's the plan he wants to cash and now he wants us to be the last contract he signs I'd imagine I would think so yeah and yeah for sure if you're getting four good years of point per game play and then maybe four years of like 50 or maybe more are you happy with that I think I am yeah I think eight years is tough
- 34:23[SPEAKER_01]: I think there's I would pay 10.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I don't I wouldn't do 11 either.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_01]: I think there's a compromise to be had here.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_01]: I think five years at maybe 11, 11 and a half still get you five years of your prime or the end of your prime.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_01]: 55, 60 million dollars compared to.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know what he could get on the ultimate.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_01]: He could get a maximum of seven years on the open market.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_01]: I'm pretty sure it could be eight with the sabers.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_01]: Because it's with this current team.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, I don't know.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_01]: I think I hope he never wants to be team friendly.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_01]: Doesn't necessarily want to short himself.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_01]: What he potentially could earn, but I think if anyone were to do it, I think it would be someone, but someone like Alex talk with the story that he has in the background that he has.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_01]: and talk to agent can talk it out, come to some type of compromise, some type of deal.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I agree.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think if it gets beyond the trade deadline, that's at the end of the world.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean?
- 35:32[SPEAKER_00]: Like you're still going to go, can you still on the go shit, a contract, extension even beyond the trade deadline?
- 35:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you can.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_00]: I think you can, right?
- 35:39[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, I think so.
- 35:40[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 35:41[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think there's any like limiting signing your own free, you know, potential free agents beyond the trade deadline in season.
- 35:50[SPEAKER_00]: I mean.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_00]: I think maybe talk does want to wait and see where this team goes if they can get their way into the playoffs.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe that maybe that is what he wants, what he wants to wait, why he's waiting or maybe he wants to wait at, maybe what they do get to the playoffs.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe he is willing to take a little bit less because they seem finally does get over the hump.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if that's like his angle, but I just think that if this team
- 36:19[SPEAKER_00]: given Alex talks commitment to the city of Buffalo and everything he said and he backs up everything he says.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_00]: I could totally see him taking a slight discount.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_00]: What do you see as a discount for him?
- 36:33[SPEAKER_01]: probably 10, 10 and a half, right?
- 36:35[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I imagine, I think the days of anything less than 10 are over, right?
- 36:40[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, camp, yeah, for sure.
- 36:41[SPEAKER_01]: Campy got 10 and a half and he's a very similar player to Campy.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_01]: I'd have to look at the advanced numbers, but he might be even better, especially with his impact in the P.K., the defensive zone.
- 36:52[SPEAKER_01]: And then obviously, things that you can't measure, which you can measure intangibly as leadership skills and what he means to the room.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, I would say 10 and a half is the lowest and I think potentially a team would give him seven times 11 and a half, which would be tough for the savers to do.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_01]: I really I really believe that.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_00]: Great.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_00]: We're heading out for 40 minutes.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_01]: Real quick, Canadian's lost in overtime.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, we already said that.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_00]: Are you dead?
- 37:20[SPEAKER_01]: Shout out for me for paying attention.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I brought up like five different comments.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_00]: People celebrating in the comment shop.
- 37:28[SPEAKER_00]: You're getting yelled at in the chat too.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_00]: Can you never respond to the chats that I would like you.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_01]: The chats are just thrown up on the screen.
- 37:36[SPEAKER_01]: So quickly, I can't I can't you see him on your screen.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_01]: I like I can't I can, but you you filter through them quick.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes it's hard for me.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_00]: You can't you you can't scroll through them like I don't know.
- 37:46[SPEAKER_00]: I can't I don't think.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, we gotta get you access to that.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, no, yeah, I can.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_01]: I never knew I could do that.
- 37:51[SPEAKER_00]: Well, come on.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_00]: You want the program, dude?
- 37:54[SPEAKER_01]: Shout out.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_00]: Can you click on one?
- 37:56[SPEAKER_00]: Can you bring one up on screen?
- 37:58[SPEAKER_01]: Let's see.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_01]: Join the chat.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_01]: How do I just?
- 38:02[SPEAKER_01]: How do I click on it?
- 38:03[SPEAKER_01]: No, I don't think I can.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_00]: I can't comment.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_00]: Can you see them as their as their.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_01]: I can't see them.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_01]: This is wow.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_01]: This is a whole new world.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_01]: I had no idea.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_01]: Shout out to the chat.
- 38:13[SPEAKER_00]: These guy.
- 38:14[SPEAKER_00]: You're getting called out a lot.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_00]: Never.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_00]: Never.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_01]: Come at me.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_01]: You can't hurt me.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_01]: I'm already dead.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, man, God, we're going to go into the locker and quotes from the room brought to you by Fatty Beer Company, a guy in Western New York's premier market in tap room with over 300 beers to choose from.
- 38:37[SPEAKER_00]: Shout out to Brian Koziel with always getting us the post game quotes from in the room, and there's quite a few of them here before we get to her old final thoughts.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_00]: Let's see here, tuck on the five on three penalty kill.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_00]: I thought we took away passing lanes one time and when we needed a big save, let Lizzy, Lizzy, calls him Lizzy.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_01]: Lizzy, Lyon?
- 39:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it calls Lyon, Lizzy.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_00]: No, why Z, E, E is how we, how's our Ryan spell that got?
- 39:10[SPEAKER_00]: We're gonna have to run with that.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_00]: Woo-hoo.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_00]: Woo-hoo.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, actually, did you watch the, the Hashtag documentary yet?
- 39:24[SPEAKER_00]: Not to get off that.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't yet.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_00]: He, his, his original Sabers nickname before he was a dominator was the count.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_01]: I, uh, I read an article today about that, uh, with because he used to wear a trench coat, I guess.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_01]: That's pretty sick.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_00]: So they call them the count for like his first season when he first started to establish him as a starter and then I guess somebody called in to the then post game show and called him we need to call this guy the dominator and that's how I love to know who that person was because they deserve all the credit in the world for coming up with that nickname.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_00]: So, and there was a lot of, there was actually, there was a lot of fun, like, interesting facts.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not even, I knew about, like, I always knew that Hashtag did it, know he was drafted until like a month or two later.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_00]: He found out he was drafted herals at a new stand in Paris.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_00]: That's how he found out.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_00]: His best friend who was also on the check team with him was reading a hockey news newspaper that actually had patloff on tape on the front with the islanders on it.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody might correct me, I'm a moky only might have been been on that cover, too.
- 40:41[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_00]: I could be wrong.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_00]: But he says, he's done.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_00]: I was drafted and Hashtag was reading some other, some other magazine.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_00]: He goes, oh, yeah, that's great.
- 40:52[SPEAKER_00]: And reading his magazine.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_00]: And then he goes, Dom, you were drafted, too.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_00]: And he had no reaction because Dom lead him into like, I didn't know what being drafted meant.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_00]: He was, I had no clue what it meant to be drafted into the NHL.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_00]: which is crazy to me and kind of speaks to the politics back then and how bad it was in getting information.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_00]: as a player, because they were so underlocking key, but the greatest goal tender of all time found out that he was drafted by Chicago at a new stand, a month or two after the fact, which again, to me is absolutely crazy.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_00]: Talks that they need to elevate their compete and make simpler plays, says he was really proud of the team for coming back in that game in the first period, talk on Peyton Krebs.
- 41:40[SPEAKER_00]: He was an incredible tonight.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_00]: it was a well-rounded game for him.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_00]: He was definitely our MVP today.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_00]: Alex Lyon will have something to say about that.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_00]: Lyon says they got desperate.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_00]: They had the right mentality coming into the game, but sometimes it doesn't happen right away, and he's glad they turned it around.
- 41:58[SPEAKER_00]: Peyton Grubbs, you're going to make mistakes.
- 42:01[SPEAKER_00]: It's how you respond.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_00]: Says he knows Lindi
- 42:08[SPEAKER_00]: I try to take pride to be the best, to be the best wherever I'm at and the line up says no matter where he plays and the line up he wants to be the be at his best to help.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_00]: Krebs says he initially thought he might have had a break away, but the bench helped out letting him know that more help was coming with don't and he looked up and found him.
- 42:30[SPEAKER_00]: Crab said that it's great having the moms on the trip said he'd even choked up a little having her year to watch him play says she's been so excited and been talking about this trip since the summer ruffs ruffs says on the five on three p.k.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_00]: was very positionally sound.
- 42:49[SPEAKER_00]: They gave up the shots they they had to give up but they stayed inside they covered the
- 42:59[SPEAKER_00]: And one hack of a game for us on the Benson injury is still being evaluated.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_00]: It is an upper body injury Now we're gonna kick over to you girls for your final thoughts
- 43:10[SPEAKER_01]: Real quick, shout out to Saber's head athletic trainer Rich Stinsiano for his 15th Yeah, 100 and a tell game.
- 43:20[SPEAKER_01]: He got the bell after the game.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_01]: I was just on the Saber's Instagram to see if see who got it.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_01]: I think Krebs probably would have from line, but he gave it to Stins.
- 43:29[SPEAKER_01]: So shout out to him 1500 games is a lot.
- 43:34[SPEAKER_01]: especially for a trainer and it seems like the boys love them.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_01]: So shout out to him.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, huge win obviously didn't start great, but shows the character of this team.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_01]: They're ability to bounce back as we've said over the past.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_01]: It's coming up on two months now.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_01]: They can win in different ways.
- 43:51[SPEAKER_01]: they can come back, they can protect a lead, they can do whatever you need them to.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_01]: It's obviously a very good team.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_01]: And I think they even showed that on Saturday night against the Habs.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_01]: The Habs are clearly a very good team as well, and it's going to be a dock fight in the Atlantic for the rest of the season.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_01]: So I got to prove it again tomorrow.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_01]: It's an nature of this league, especially in this condensed schedule before the Olympic break, but two games left before that break.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_01]: Got to go into that strong.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_01]: Would love three or four points forward would be obviously great, but I think three is absolutely realistic.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, we'll see what happens, but massive massive two points in regulation tonight.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_00]: You needed to take two points here.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_00]: You couldn't allow for it to get one.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_00]: Again, they're at the bottom of the standings, but you don't want to give them any hope to crawl back into this.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_00]: You go into tomorrow against a one of the hottest teams in the NHL right next to you in Tampa Bay in their barn.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_00]: It's obviously what's the Amelia Amelia or you know, I think it's called Emily Emily.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_00]: Sorry.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_00]: you know, very, very loud arena, especially when they're playing well.
- 44:59[SPEAKER_00]: So hopefully, you know, Colton Ellis can have a strong game.
- 45:02[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, you know, Buffalo has found ways that really lock it down defensively this past months.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_00]: So hopefully they have one of those style games.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_00]: They come out and play like that and bury the chances they do get.
- 45:14[SPEAKER_00]: Hopefully, maybe the powerplay turns itself around a little bit more and, you know, when they do get an opportunity on the powerplay to take a
- 45:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and I think that to your point, if you can come out of tomorrow with at least one point, that's a huge win on this trip, and I guess the bright pronunciation of what talk, call line is lizer so lizer, so lizer, lizer, lizer, we'll run with it, we'll run with it, we'll run with it, sucker is our power play specialist agreed, I agree with you there, I agree with you there.
